It's the episode, rest, where it's talking about how important rest is and then home, you've got, you know, your wife and children that you need to look after the kids and want stuff from you, then you go to work and you've got a camera in front of your face wanting all your energy, then on top of that you go to your tour show and you have to give out loads of energy and then you're being interviewed by books.
