Starting point is 00:02:27 listening at the office. We're currently on day three of potty training and as fathers of girls I'm sure you can relate. I can't wait to hear Josh's stories when he begins to potty train his son keep being said. Keep being said, I don't look. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. So you're not at that stage yet then? No. It's slow, is he? I'm joking. I don't even know how old you. I'm trying to get in your head. That is when I'm, this is Romish.
Starting point is 00:02:54 Romish calls me out on this. When I'm a bit stressed or Agi, I start like as a footballer would put a bit on them, leave a bit on them. You're a little skulls. Yeah. Keep being sexy always, Abby and Lottie, where in Hartfordshire? That's the place when I'm not asking you where. Thank you, Abby. Rob. Why are you in such a grump? No, I'm not a grump. I'm just, I'd say I've just been stretched. I woke up this morning and I just I've been looking forward to the school some holidays so long and I I've been looking because I've been working loads and I stupidly thought well that'd be great if I booked time off the summer summer I could just spend loads of time with Lou and the kids and that's the problem. I woke up this morning and thought when's the summer holidays end and I as I thought that and said it I just felt like the the the the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. th. I th. I th. th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I was th. I was th. I was to to the to the morning and thought, when's the summer holidays end? And as I thought that and said it, I just felt like someone without kids that don't listen to this podcast, I think, oh what, it's just them moaning about their kids.
Starting point is 00:03:53 Yeah, it is. Yeah, that is what it is. And I mean it. It's not even put on. I just, I need it to not be the summer holidays anymore. And it's the start. What day are we on? Because it's the star isn't it? It's Monday we're recording this one. So we're recording this Monday the 24th of July and mine go back first week of September. Yeah. So you got the whole of August. It's quite a long way to go I'd say. Yeah I haven't broken the back of it. No, I'd say if you were like getting on a treadmill for a workout, you've barely got it up to speed and you're thinking, is this going to be over? We are not in the fat burning zone. No, we are not in the family. We're not.
Starting point is 00:04:34 We're not. But for context, basically, the reason why I feel a bit tied and stretched is because I've just come back off holiday with Lou and the kids. However, day one of the holiday, literally 12 p.m., day one, we landed on the Monday, this was Tuesday at 12 p.m. Lou went down some steps at the beach, the step was wonky, missed the step and she's ripped the ligaments in her ankle. Fucking Nora. So she had to go to hospital. She put up a photo up a one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one one the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. the. toy. today. toy. today. the. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the ligaments in her ankle. Fucking Nora. So she had to go to hospital. Jesus cry. She put up a photo that is of the lump. Horrible. It looks, I mean, it's a cliche.
Starting point is 00:05:12 It looks like a golf ball. the bigger than a golf ball. So when it first happened, she stepped down this step and I went, oh, you're right. She went, oh, you know, the if I like roll over to Long Night, she go, you know, when people go, like they make the noise they think they make when they're hurt. Yeah, yeah, but they're not actually hurt. And I'm like, Lou, I didn't hurt you. Like, the girls do it as well. If I love brush part, they're like, ah, you know, no one says when they're when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, when, they's, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, they're, the, the, the, the, the, the, the when people really hurt themselves, because I've done this to my ankle, what Lou's done, and as soon as I sort of saw what happened, part me was like, oh poor Lou, part me was like,
Starting point is 00:05:54 this is months of recovery. I looked at it like a fantasy football manager. Yeah, not the concerned husband. She's not making the World Cup. She stumbled down. And I was like, you're right, you, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, to this, to to to to to this, this, to this, to to this, to this, this, to to to this, this, this, this, tho, to to to to this to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to, to to, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to th. I, the the the their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their the thoooooooo, too, too, th World Cup. She stumbled, she's out the World Cup. She stumbled down and I was like, you're right, you know when you go like, I looked at eyes and she went, ah, eww, she's not, no, no, no, no, no. No, I heard a clickety clack, which, oh my word. Oh my word. If you've ripped your ligaments before, it makes a weird noise. th you yeah well I did it playing football and and that was when Lou said to me
Starting point is 00:06:25 get better or die do you remember that story yeah so that's come back to bar on the ass isn't it? These things even themselves out don't they over the course of 20 seasons I think she had the last laugh laying down for 10 days in Greece while I did everything but she yeah but so she went oh I know yeah but to. but so looked at it and her ankle's fine and I said this sentence Oh no, oh no. Don't worry Lou, it looks fine. And as I said that sentence from it looks to fine, the ankle had tripled in size. I've never seen a body part enlarge in front of me like that. Well, I have. Hey, come on, bit of a funn't you. Come on, the fu. It's like we ain't th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thin, thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' thin' th. thin' th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. Loo. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi., bit of fun. We actually... Come on. We ain't fucking about it. Funtime Frankings on the firm.
Starting point is 00:07:09 The ankle blew up. And where are your kids at this point? Well, they were in Kids Club. We were picking them up. Oh, right. Oh, no. And they'd gone in, loving Kids' Cubs. Kids Club is three hours every morning. They love it in there. They loved it last year. We're, you know, at least every morning. Yeah. Anyway, so I'll get Lou to the doctors. There's a doctor's place where they're looking at it. They strap it up, put ice on it.
Starting point is 00:07:33 Tell them to keep it up, ice it and them, and she doesn't think it's broken. Anyway, later on, she went to the doctor's to get it checked and it wasn't broken. There's no fracture. She had a scan and then she came back, nice juicy taxi fare that was. Where's the hospital? At the airport. Brilliant. 50 minutes, not a problem. Okay, we'll go there and back again. 50 minutes away is it? Family go. No, she went on her own too fair. Lou, I think Lou needs to be tested on to be some sort of X-men or X-women. Lou did this to an ankle and she had not she has not had any pain relief for it. What? She's just been putting it, she put ice on it the beginning. She's a bit better now. It's a bit better now. It's a bit better to tell you know. She's like, no, I'd rather feel it the. I'd rather feel th feel the th feel th feel th feel to feel something in this relationship. I dropped her off at the hospital place where they wrapped it up and gave us a
Starting point is 00:08:28 mice, gave her crutches in a wheelchair. While she's there, I went and got the kids from Kids Club. They come out, first thing they says, we hate Kids Club. Oh my God. Oh my God. I was like, but you liked it last year. And I went we don't like it this year. Oh my God. I was like it be very helpful for Daddy if he didn't mind it. It could be like negotiated. But if they say they don't want to go, they don't go whether your mom's got a bad thing or not so they didn't go. There was a moment there Rob where you had your head in your hands, which it just felt sad. There was a moment there where you were just back in Greece. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. their their their th. Yeah. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I the. the. the. the. to to to to to to to to to to the. the. the. I the. I th. I was a moment there where you were just you were just back in Greece. Yeah, well do you know what? What I did feel sad but actually it panned out all right in the what in the end because what's the fucking point of this podcast? Well no no no let me at the let me out. So don't worry I'll get it back but ultimately I was reading a book
Starting point is 00:09:21 about stoicism which could have been bored better timed. But the problem of trying to be stoic is when you are being stoic and you've like taken a bit from that book and you're going, actually I'm employing these this philosophy on my own life now, even though I'm not living in ancient Rome, you know, where they didn't have Twitter, do you know? So it's quite easytwit every 10 minutes. And I was reading this book, but the problem with being stoic is, if you are being stoic, is if you are quite happy of yourself that you've done well, you can't tell anyone because stoic, if you're asking, if no one tell they're being quite, I'm being, I don't give us a kind of... I've been quite stoic actually. When were you getting a chance chance chance chance chance chance chance chance chance were looking after a woman who couldn't walk and two children? Well so this is what happened.
Starting point is 00:10:07 I'd got that two hours of it in the first morning before pre-ankle, as we will call it, and luckily there was a girl that's in here at her school at the hotel that they were playing with for a bit and then I'd go occasionally do you mind watching them why I do stuff because the problem was... Read about being stoic. So I just need to be a bit more stoic? But if Lou needed to go to the toilet I had to wheelchair her there because it's all quite far in a hotel obviously and then I had to get the kids out the pool and then make them come with me or leave them on the sun lounger, but then you can't really leave a five-year-old on a sun lounger into a pool of the ones. So luckily that, if two things, if they weren't there, Amy and Stuart, big up Amy and Stuart, if they weren't there, I would have gone home or flown out, Lue, get better or die, we had a four month old and a two year old.
Starting point is 00:11:06 If I had a four month old and a two year old, I would have just flown home immediately of everyone. Yeah, and just gone, holidays over. This, this, this, no, this isn't, this is not, they're not gonna die. the good thing was, because she didn't break her ankle. Lou could get in the pool, and the pool was actually quite good for it, because she'd float around and use one leg to pop around, and then she could watch the kids a bit later on in the holiday.
Starting point is 00:11:33 So it got a bit easier. However, the main issue for me was logistics, and I didn't lose my temple with Lou once, because I was like, I wanted like, I, I, I thi thi thi thi thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, to lose to lose to lose to lose to lose to lose to lose to lose to lose to lose told told told told told told told told told told told to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to told, told, to to told, told, to to told, to to to to to told, to told, to to to to told to to told to to to their, to their to to the the to to the to to to the to to to to to told to to told told told told told to wanted to not because then I could have it hanging over that she told me to get better or die and I never did. That is what was paramount. I think that is Stoicism, revenge isn't it in a worst. I think that's page one of the book isn't it? Yeah, get one over on your enemy. I mean I sort of skim ready but basically sort of petty revenge is what stoicism is a quote I'm I sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort sort th th th th th th th th th th th th thian. I'm th thian. I'm that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's. I that's. I that's. I that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's that's th th th th th th th th th thi thi thi the the the an the an the an the an tho-a tho-a' tho-I tho-I tho-I that's that book is really good. It's that Brian Halliday book about stoicism. What it is is a quote, first read one page per day. I was zooming through it on time six
Starting point is 00:12:12 trying to get some stoicism with you now. But you read one page a day and it has a quote from some sort of stoic philosopher, but then underneath he relates out to modern day. Yeah. So I was just in pure logistics. There's only one time I got a bit angry Lou was because because Lou wasn't really doing much because she couldn't, her foot was so painful. I was having to sort of do everything but then Lou started forgetting to do the things that she could do even though she only had one ankle. So she needs to go to the toilet and I was like, I'll take the kids out. I went I their their their their their their their their their to. I. I. I was. I was. I was. I was. I was. I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was like, I was I was I was I was like, I was like, I was like, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, their. their. their was, their was, their was, their was, their was, their was so. their was so. their their their their their their foot. their foot. their foot. their foot. their foot. I was so. I was so. I was so. I was so I was so. I was so. I was so I was so I was so I was so I was, I was so I was like, I was like, I was so I was, I was so I was so I was, I was so I was, I was so I was, I was so I was, I was so. I was, I was, I was so, I was, I was, toilet, I went and I got the kids out, get on their iPads, and I'm back and forth, back and forth from the room and getting stuff, getting them sort of, bum, boom, boom, boom, boom, I'll leave you there for a bit, Lou, I'll take the kids there, bubbub, bub, by the way, by the way, by the way, by the way, by the way, the way, the way, the way, the way, the way, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the buffet, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, by, the, the, the, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the, the, the, the buffet, the, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the buffet, the, the buffet, the, the, the, the buffet't the criticism I'm just interested, could she not wheel
Starting point is 00:13:08 herself in her wheelchair? Right, so she could, however, and this is the point I'm going to get to, I'll tell you this and I'll tell you the point I lost my marbles a little bit at one point. In a sort of coastal resort, it's quite hilly, steep, you know, yeah. So my step, I've got that watch watch my watch my watch my watch, thauauauauauauau, thau, thau, thau, thau, thau, thau, tha, tha, thu, thu, thu, thus, thus, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, could thi, thi thi thi thi tho tho tho tho tho tho tho thi thi, could thi, could thi, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could th, could thi, could thi, could thi, could thi, could thi, could she thi, thi, could she thate thea thea' thi thea' thea' thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi you know, yeah. So my step, so I've got that watch, have I, that smart watch, it does my steps because I'm trying to get fit and help. So over a two-week period, which is what it's been since she's done a rankling, I was on holiday for 10 days of that, okay? And on holiday, don't move much to go to room, to the pool, to room to the pool. We didn't leave the result. We were just in a hotel. In the same building and didn't even walk to the beach because it was too much
Starting point is 00:13:50 to hassle just for the pool. Over 10,000, my average daily step count, 13,000. Oh my God. Right, 13,000 per day, average. One day was 18,000. I don't know what happened that day. Right. And it breaks it down on running, walking on flat, incline. Yeah. Running was 0%. Walking was 35% on flat. Incline, 65%. Oh my God. Because of the ramps.
Starting point is 00:14:18 Oh my God. And I don't if you've read the news, it was a heat wave in Greece. Yeah, quite warm. I went up hill more than I went down. That's not possible. I should still be up there, shouldn't I? How can the incline? How can the incline be higher than, you should, incline should be at maximum 50%, shouldn't it?
Starting point is 00:14:36 And then, so, I don't feel, I feel like there's work to be done, but I do feel like we do sort of, when we build a building, think how will a disabled person or someone in the wheelchair get up, get up here. Yeah, sometimes abroad on holiday it is just like, well it's flattened it, off you go. You're like, mate. It's like, Tour de France, France can get up here, So I was pushing up this hill and I said to it, I basically was in the pool with the girls, got him out the pool, found Stewart and Amy said, can you watch them a second and I'm like in my trance dripping wet and I've got, okay let's go to room like that. I'm up halfway up the ramp and I go you got the door key? I said give me half a fucking chance. I don't mind being physically dominated. Where do you normally keep the key in your ankle? What's going
Starting point is 00:15:27 on? Just have the key? You'll have pockets even if you got a bad leg. You've got more storage in a wheelchair. If anything, just wrap it, get a fucking body bag on you. But you know, anyone out there that is a full-time carer, I know that's that's the extreme because it was, you know, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you're, you're, you're, you're, you're th, you're, you're th. thi, you're, you're thi, you're to to to to to to to thi, thi, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, thi, thin, thin, thin, thin, their, thi, they, they, they, they, their, they, their, their, their, their, their, know that's the extreme because it was, you know, wasn't needing caring, but anyone that is dealing with something to wheelchair care and you're fucking unbelievable because you don't realize how much it affects your day and how much you take for garner. But the only other thing, I had to, because I was chilled about everything, the worst part of the holiday for me were the evenings, right? Right, taught me through you. So the days make sense. Days are fine. You sort of get up, Lou and Lou cream the kids, which was a godsend for me. She sat on the edge of bed, she'd cream the kids, but I was doing all the, dad I want this, dad I want that, boom, boom, boom, and getting ice cream and all the logistics stuff as my step count shows. Anyway, so it was fine. So it was that, that day was that day, that day, that day, that day, that day, that day, that day, that day, that day, that day, that was fine. that was fine. that was fine. that was fine. that was fine. that was fine. that was fine. that was fine. that was fine, that was fine, that was fine, that, that was fine. they, their their, their, their, they, they, they, they, they, they. they, they. they, they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. And, they. And, they. And, they. And, they. And, they. And, they. And, they. And, they. And, they. just in the pool with the kids and I really enjoyed it and it was fine. The problem was me then when we got back to the room I'm knackered now because
Starting point is 00:16:28 I've been on the go since they woke up. I was I kept the same sleeping hours as my children by the way. What do you mean? You're in bed by? Well yeah, so they're going to bed to bed or. they're going to bed? We. I'd get back from dinner and immediately fall asleep. And you've slept in it. Yeah, because it was air-conned and it was dark. I was like, this is unbelievable, right? And also, as well, it was quite old where we were, but it was like, there was sand, it was 40 degrees. At one point it was 40 degrees, I didn't even notice. I didn't know I was just felt hot. It didn't
Starting point is 00:17:05 feel like bad. It just felt hot. But then the evenings when it got really like, that's when you can feel the heat wave. So the evening, because in the day you're in the pool anyway, aren't you? You're just, you're culling down. Evening's Josh. So we'll get back to the room. the room. So, that's that's that's that's that's th. So, that's that's that's that's the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the evening's the evening's the evening's the the the the the the evening's the the th. th. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. th. th. threat. that. the. the the things. things. things. things. things. the evening. things. the evening. the evening. the evening. the evening's. the evening's. getting in the shower and then it's the floor slippy. It's so slippy. So I'm on top of that. I'm washing and bathing both kids. Then Lou needs help to get in and out of the shower because she can't really walk.
Starting point is 00:17:32 So I'm having to hold her up, get her down. In the hotel, in the shower crying. Was it Demi Moore in St. Elmose Fire just in the floor when the women's going through the... Anyway, so I'm...so that's quite labor intensive because it's like bum, boom, boom, boom, boom, and all like that. And then we get had a shower, I'm quite hot because I've had a shower and I'm running around in the room getting them ready. And I get out and I start having to push Lou to the restaurant and then that's uphill and then where they've got like little golf buggies because it's quite far and quite awkward. So you're waiting for a golf, go out. to go to a load the wheel. their, get, get, get, their, their, their, their, their, the, the, the, and I, the, and I, and I, and I, and, and I, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and I, and I, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, and I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, and I'm, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, and I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm th. And, I'm, I'm, I'm, th.. th. And, I'm, I'm, th. th. And, I'm, I'm, I'm, park after dinner, you know that, but you've been there to park. With the swing, you have to swing around.
Starting point is 00:18:26 Yeah. And I, and there was mosquitoes, and then I push them back, and then sometimes you couldn't get a golf bugging. I'm going up a run out of clothes. I never run out of clothes, you, you, you, you, you, you, their, their, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, and, the, and, and I'm, and I'm, and I, and I, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm, and I'm, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, and, I......................................... And, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, and, t.... because after two days of that in the mornings I just went to get where you want so they just went to the buffet on their own yeah and they loved it very independent some of the stuff they brought back my five-year-old brought back the serving spoon for the spaghetti and I
Starting point is 00:18:59 turn around she was eating it with that. That is not okay. There was absolute carnage with them doing that. And in the end I just said to Lute, I can't do it anymore. Well, I didn't break up with her, but I didn't break up with her, but I was just like, I can't do the park at park. So in the end, I convinced them to go to the park at half five where it was shady, we could just jump in the pool again. But I'd basically I banned the park at dark. Yeah. So you just have to.
Starting point is 00:19:26 It's just too, it's just too hot. And I just couldn't deal with it anymore with that. But, and then you went to bed at 9 p.m. Yeah, and this is, Lou, went to me one. One dinner, you've washed, you've, you've washed, you've washed, you've washed, you've washed, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it, it, it, it's just, it, it. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It. It's. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It. It's. It's. It. It. It. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just just, it's just just just, it's just just just just, it's just just just, it's just just just just just just dad all this clumpy air and all that. And then the shoes was like towards the end of the holiday. She went this is the best hair wash you've done. I went, can I let you into a little secret? Show it what? I'm didn't wash her own air and they serve their own dinner now. So I think in a way I've sort of had a positive impact. And how's Lou?
Starting point is 00:20:07 I don't know. I've not asked. I'll tell you what, I think she enjoyed it more when she was in grease on a lounge up than she's now when I've got to go back to work and do stuff. Because she's in the house. What she do is she able to move around? Yeah, so she can put weight on it and walk on it now, but limp and she's going to see a specialist tonight, but she can get around, she can't drive yet, which is problematic and she can't walk really, she couldn't go forthe house that she's flowing around.
Starting point is 00:20:47 So now, I've realized I've got three animals, Alan, Fred and George, they sound like a paedophile room. That's not... It's not... No, it, but actually, I should change it. He's actually called Georgie. So it's Fred and Georgie. The girls are called him Georgie, not George. So you know weird Harry Potter wankers can fuck off. Starting point is 00:21:45 I don't find them that pleasant to be around. I guarantee you won't want to leave. Speak no evil is filled with teeth clenching, seek clawing, suspense. Something's not right with him. I've always wanted to family like yours. James McAvore will scare you speechless. No! You're going to kill us.
Starting point is 00:22:04 We're just sad to see you go. Speak no evil. Only in theaters now. Oh yeah, before I'll crack on it, there's more stuff happened on the holiday. Do you want to hear about it? Oh yeah, yeah, I do need to ask more about the puppy. Yeah, we can do back. You can ask over the fact that you've that you've that you've that you've that you've that you've that you've that you've that you've that you've that you've that you can do back puppy later. You've crossed over the fact that you've done something that we all know that you didn't want to do.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Yeah, yeah, yeah. But what I would say the puppy is, it's a bit like your second born, you sort of care slightly less. So when we first had Fred, he'd be in a garden chewing on something like a leaf. I text my mate who knows about dogs and be like, oh, he's chewing a leaf, is that all right? No, I'm just like, we'll find out if it ain't. When we picked him up as well, right? I was like, do you know what?
Starting point is 00:22:56 This is gonna be lovely because Loo's in the house anyways, she can't go anywhere real good entertainment for the kids. We picked that puppy, cute little thing, lovely little Georgie. Lou's got him in a his little bed thing on a lap as we drive home and he's trying to jump out and get out obviously because the girls are in the back squealing and giggling of excitement. Anyway so we keep giving them these treats, those little food treats to sort of keep him busy. But when they're young, I don't have to to they don't have they they don't have they they they they they they they they they thoom. You tho tho thoom. tho tho thuu. try try. try. try. try. try. try. try. try try out try out to jump th. thoom. thoom. the, the, the, the, the, try, try, try, try, try, try, try out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out out. try. try. try. try. try. try. try. try. try. try. try. trys. trys.. We gave him those these treats just to shut him off and stop him jumping. Three minutes from home, he was sick on Lou and on his bed. Oh, my gosh. He was just holding his stomach.
Starting point is 00:23:32 I just burst out laughing. I just burst out laughing. Do you know why? Because I'm bloody stoic. I think that book. I that book that book that book that book that book th th, I th, I th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, tholy, tholy, tholy, their, tholy, thi, tho, their, their, their, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, th. He's, thooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooom. He's, thi. He's, thi. book is going to lead to you being stoked for two years and then committing some kind of horrible murder. You're just going to blow like Michael Douglas in falling down. I don't know. I feel like I've turned a corner because a year ago I think I would have really panicked
Starting point is 00:23:58 and really got in my head but I was like, well you can't change a situation. What are the positives from this and the positive was because that Lou's been th th th th th th th th th th th th th th thing th thing thing thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi. I've thi. I thi. I've thi. I've to to to to to to to to to to thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I'm thi. I've. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. thi. thin, thin, the. the. the. thin. the. the. the. thi. thei. thi. the. thin. the. This is what's loose, loose has happened to loot now. What are the positives from this? And the positive was, because that Lou's been so stressed and overworked and stuff, she needed to just not move. Yeah. Well, she's certainly she's back. And the universe was telling her to sit down, baby. See, when I say stuff like, to say, th. to say, to say, to say, to say, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, to, lo. to, lo. to, lo. to, lo. L. to, lo. L. Lo, lo. Lo, lo. Lo, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, to. Loo, to. Loo, to. Lo, to. Lo, loo, the the the the the the the the the the the, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, loo, lo. L. L. L. L. I used to feel such panic and rage and I would go, oh my god, this is ruined. The horror day, it's cost this money,
Starting point is 00:24:26 the baubert, but rather and go, well no actually, Lucia sat down in the lounge and reading her book. If you forget the fact she's at her ankle, in this moment, that, in this moment, nothing's However, the other flip of that is, when you are stood in a park at 930 PM, sweat dripping off your nose and someone so comes up to you and says, where's Romesh? You just go, Joe, what? In this moment, it isn't good.
Starting point is 00:24:54 Because that's the thing, we've been Zen, and in the moment, and in the moment and this moment is shit, you need to change what you're doing. So if you've got a job you hate and you go, no, just focus on the moment, man. The truth is the moment is shit probably because you hate it, so move on. So it's just it's much about being aware of how you feel as opposed to not not going, oh I'm in the moment, everything's fine now. Anyway, I diarrhea for two days, do you hear about that? No. On the holiday. I not only have I got to try and get lude to go to the toilet, I now all of a sudden are in the pool with the kids and I need to shit immediately. Oh my God. Which didn't thi. What is wrong with you? This chili oil was fucking bananas. I said can I some chili oil right? And it was an Italian restaurant and the chili oil that came out they brought to me right was Asian.
Starting point is 00:25:58 Oh right. So I wouldn't expecting an Italian restaurant in Greece. Like I was strong. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Um, the name of it, Lee Kumkey. Lea Kumbkie ripped my fucking ass out. I got absolutely Lee Kumkeed from Hong Kong. I've never seen this before. I know me way around a bit.
Starting point is 00:26:20 I like spicy stuff Josh, do you know what I've never d've never dabbled in Lee Come Key. This geese has been going since 1888. After Cronenberg. Destroying holidays. Destroying holidays. Destroying hoarsel since 1888. Yeah, it put me in, it put me in a whole world of playing. And I think that was maybe the problem with how hot I was at the park that I'd been le Comkeyed. and it was a heat wave. It was like a double bubble. That's why you didn't feel the heat upstairs. You've been Lee Comteed. I mean I pop up Lee Comte Key on the Instagram. The other thing as well Josh, I've got a confession. Okay. Got a confession. Oh no. So on the holiday, my daughters are in the pool. I never asked if they needed to go to to to to to to to to to to the the to the to the to their their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their. their their their. their their their the heat. their their. their. their. the heat. the heat. the heat. the heat. the heat. the heat. I've the heat. I've the heat. I've the heat. I the heat. I the heat. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I'm the the the the the the the the tole. I'm te. to. It's. tode. the the the toda. the the the th. the the the the. the the the the the the the the. I never asked if they needed to go for a wee.
Starting point is 00:27:05 Yeah, I knew though this was going. They never asked me to take them. Oh no. Ask me no questions, tell me no lies. I am an anti-pool pisser. Never pissed in the pool on holiday. In the sea, lovely little tree, isn't it? the pool, never been dirty. I just sort if if th we all don't do it, it's much nicer, isn't it? Because if we all do do it, there's potentially a hundred pisses today in this pool.
Starting point is 00:27:30 And chlorine ain't that good. You've already got diarrhea. I've already got that, I've't mention it. I think they just didn't mention it since. No, so you could convince yourself that maybe. I think, you know what they did, probably held it in until the evening. Yeah, that was probably what happened. And then when we were back in the room, they probably went. So I don't know, I'm just sort of assuming. Um, I was quite weak.
Starting point is 00:27:55 Did you yourself pee in the pool? as well as all those things. I can't remember actually, probably not. Okay, okay, probably probably not. Yeah. Okay. What I probably did was instead of just quickly having a piss in the pool, I probably got both my kids out, dried them, gave them some iPads, made sure they were sat next to the bed or in the room and then went to to their bed and came back and made sure, obviously, because obviously, because I couldn't leave to to their to to their to their to to their to to their to their to to to their to their to be to be their to be to be to be their their to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to to their to be to to to to to to to to their. to their. their. their probably probably probably probably probably probably probably probably probably probably probably probably....... to to to to to to to to to to to to to to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be to be their.. I was, probably, probably, probably, probably, probably, probably, probably, probably, to be their, to be to be to be to be to be tooooooooooilet. I tooilet. I tooilet. I toye and tooilet. I to to toy. And, probably, probably, probably't leave her with Lou because they might run in the pool she couldn't get up and stop them and things like that. But yeah, that probably didn't actually went to to the toilet every time. Yeah. Yeah. Good, good.
Starting point is 00:28:30 There was a power cut one night, that was nice. Oh, my word. Do you know how the too. I think it was quite anxious and stressed and fed up about her ankle. What was a wake-all night thinking it was a terror attack? Which I think when you ask how's Lou, I'd say that physically she had a slight rest there mentally not ideal. Also, another thing happened, the night she did break her uncle. I was on holiday and we'd accepted that she was going to have a different holiday than she planned and so was I, so were the kids.
Starting point is 00:29:03 going to have a different holiday than she planned and so was I, so were the kids. But let's enjoy it. We're at dinner now. It's been a moment. Just having a drink. Doesn't matter if you got a bad angle. You sat down. You wouldn't be moving anyway, would you? I'm bloody stoic. Get an email. Hi Rob. These are people who live near my office. There's a leak coming out of your office. Oh my God. I was like, the drain pipe or is it sort of like an internal yeah it's internally it's gushing out the side and in that moment I was like this is not a fair from me oh my god and I was like why me and then you know what I said why not me anyway I yeah so stressed about that for two days turned out it was next door was at my office so that was a nice little little little panic pang you had a time to relax since you got home? Uh, you feel to me more stress
Starting point is 00:29:46 than before the holiday. Holiday was fine, getting mad. We had to have special assistance on the way back. Yeah. The special assistance. There was a nice geyser on the buggy called France, France, France. I think what was fronting. Nice guy. I'd say that system needs work, Josh. We landed at 245. We were still waiting to get on a buggy at 345. Got on the buggy. It was a, I'd say 30 second walk and there was a wheelchair that I could just push Louim B. Wouldn't let me take it. So we waited an hour and then um, that was an ideal. So we got home about 5 p.m. On the Thursday and then I was doing, I was doing, um, um, um, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, the voice, the voice, the voice, the voice, the the the the the the the to. to. We, to. We, to. We, to. We' th. We'. to. to. to. We'. We'. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. We'. We'. We'. We'. We'. We'. We'. We'. We'. to. to. to. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. then, that was an ideal. And then I got, so we got home about 5 p.m. on the Thursday and then I was doing the voice server a Slebs go dating by 9 a.m. the next day then I was on the one show. Oh my god.
Starting point is 00:30:34 So that was quite a busy day, but actually it was quite nice to sort of, I love my kids. You're over your one show ban. I'm over the one, I the one, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I was, I was, I was, I was over, I was over, I was over, I was over, I was over, I was over, I was over, I was over, I was over. the the the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th, and th. th. th. th. th. th, I was, I was the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the their, and their, and their, I was, I was, I was their, I was their, I was their, I was their, I was that, I was that, I was that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, thi, thi in the back in the game. So yeah, did the one show and then I had a nice weekend. No, I think the band to get I can't go on anyone with someone. Yeah, yeah. They very much put me with safe hands of hands. Yeah, so the weekend was busy. Yeah, because we had the puppy and then I was rushing around doing bits and bobs. But I do but I feel better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better better that that that that that the the the the the their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their their one one one one things. things. one one one one things. I too one one one too one their one their their their their their their So this is how hot it was in the evenings, Josh. One of the toilets, they didn't have air con, by the restaurants, I stood in there watching, my daughter needs to go to a number two, which took a long time, and it took so long
Starting point is 00:31:15 that my daughter said to me, Daddy, why are you turning red? Because my face was getting so hot. I'm gonna send you a photo of my face in the toilet. I didn't realize I looked like this until my daughter said to me, Daddy why are you turning red? And this is what my face looks like? Do you know what it does to you? What? When you go that red? Your eyebrows go really blonde in the sun. I know, in the sun. Oh, that's my belly rumbling. the. tha. th. Oh thanks, that's what I needed. Oh right. Oh I've got a video, I've got some
Starting point is 00:31:51 the girls had my iPad in the room and basically when I just sort of let them do what they want really on the holiday. There was one bit where I drew the line but they were doing slow-mo videos and dancing in the line, but they were doing slowmo videos and dancing in the room after they got the shower. There is a slowmo video that's so graphic, I can't even send to you, never mind. I don't think I'd show you off my phone is so graphic. What do you mean? They're dancing and in the background, they're all going, eh, you see me in slowmo,
Starting point is 00:32:18 wiping my own ass. It's a side of my body I'd never thought I'd see. The slow-mo, it looks like a horror film. It's so awful. Why, so you're just, the door was a jar. There's a weird window in the room, there's a weird window where you can see in the toilet from the room, but there's like blinds that you can pull up or down. You haven't had the blinds went down. I didn't know that point th. There. There. There. There. There. There. There. There. There. There. There that th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th. There. There. There. There. There. There. There's th. There's th th. There's a th th th. There's thilet from the room but there's like blinds that you can pull up or down. You haven't had the blinds down. I didn't know at that point. I just lost any, I just didn't care what people thought of me anymore. I nearly hunted down a woman and told her off in the buffet. Oh my god, why? My daughter come back, she was a bit upset. I was like seven-year-old. I was like, what's thi. the the thah. thah. their tho. thi. thi. their thi. thi. thi. their. their. thi. their. thi. thi. thi. I'm thin. I'm thin. I'm thoomeree. I'm just like, oh, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm just. I'm tho. I'm tho. I'm tho. I'm the the the the the the thi. I'm just just just the the the tho. I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm just like, I'm right, yeah, a woman was mean to me. I was like, what'd she say? Well, she went, I was getting honey for my crebs and
Starting point is 00:33:07 she said, don't take too much honey like that little girl. Whoa. Bad in it? Yeah. That is bad. And I was like, what dress has she got on? But I couldn't get a good enough description? But I don't think I was in the right like like like like like like like like like like what what what what what what what the right the right the the the the the the the the the the the the the tho tho tho thu thu thu thu thu thu thu thu thu to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to thu thu thin honey the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the to to to to to to to to to go up to someone. And I don't think I was in the right state of mind to get my point across. I don't know. Because I don't know what your point would be as well without it just being you're a. Yeah, I go, oh are you? She'd go what?
Starting point is 00:33:35 I went, keep your views about honey to your fucking self. Or I'll pour on it all over your fucking head. And then you'll know what too much honey is. Get your dirty paws off that last panoschoccala. I've got a woman with one ankle there. Gagging for it, she's been on watermelon for eight days. She needs some sugar. Ha ha ha ha ha. But that's a... So that's...
Starting point is 00:34:03 What I'm saying, like, I'm trying to be stoic. My brain now, because I'm not mentally chilled, really, let's face it, I'm always going to be in it. I'm not always going to cusp of an absolute meltdown. But what my brain now does, I can see both ways of how I want to react, but how I should. And the way to react is brief become go ignore them some people they that it's rude to comment on what you're doing but life is all about that there will be people like that you just have to ignore them because it's their problem not yours yeah it's their own internal issue that's doing that
Starting point is 00:34:35 nothing external can affect you only internal can affect you you just need to because people always be like that you ignore them. Maybe she's got some kind of honey related trauma from her past. Exactly, but what I want to do is go right, let's go and fuck her up. My dad would have had a fight with the woman's husband. If that happened to me as child, my dad would have gone, my dad would have marched me around and I don't think this is a good way to do it but he would have also you it feels like love as well where he would have have helped my hand and gone find me them. Does he Liam Neeson and take him? Well not far off he would find me them and then he'd go to the dad me and you outside we have to have a fight now. Did I tell you about the time I snapped when I was filming Rob Rommish? Which time? Well we've done a Formula One episode. And I was trying to change a tire. And it's quite laddie in Formula One, garages, it's like a lot of men, and it's quite Alpha and it's quite Alpha,
Starting point is 00:35:29 and he went to me, oh, oh, here you're getting on with that? Oh yeah, God bloody, oh, you're not very good at that, and I went, I'd say, you do five, Rob that is you've gone down the bad path of the end the old dad Beckett rage there came out. You know what I lost my lost my call on a legal own road trip. Oh yes please give me I actually because I was you got you were doing you did more of those episodes because I'm not that with me I broke
Starting point is 00:35:57 my ankle yeah I was trying to get my ankle better so I could take a penalty at the San Sierra but didn't get to do it. I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I the the the the the the the the the th you yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah I was I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm th th I'm I'm try I'm I'm I'm I'm try I'm try no I'm try no I'm try no I'm try no I'm no I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I'm I was try no I was try no I was try I was try I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was I was to to to to t. I was try I'm I'm I'm not try try try try try try try try try try try try try try try try try try try try to to try to to to take a penalty at the San Sero but I didn't get to do it. I missed. Jerry Halliwell scored. That's all you need to know. So I was really tired Rob. Full disclosure I was hung over. Also, yeah. League of their own is very, that's a closest TV you get to like a locker room. A changing room is quite laddy. Yeah. Lovely people. It's TV's building site. It was. I don't if it it is still now, but. So we're filming with a famous Italian chef. I don't know who he is. Okay. He's teaching us to cook like that stuffed pasta. I'm tired. It's day four and Freddie Flint off hits me at full pelt with an egg in my ear. Throw it. He can throw a ball so hot. He threw a cricket ball at me that I had to catch to get someone out in a game of cricket. I dropped it and hurt my hand, had to go off and get it checked. All I didn't was catch it. Yeah, it's fucking mental. He throw it so hard. Did you throw out a full belt as well? Yeah, point blank range. I had
Starting point is 00:37:05 ringing in my ear. And an omelette. Good to get some protein. Anyway, I managed to, I got through that, because the cameras were on. But I was in a bad space. Yeah. And then you have to film those little interviews at the end. So I'm stood there in the middle of an Italian field. And they're not even, they're not filming yet. And then whack. Flint off has crept up behind me and whacked an egg on top of my head. He's a big man to creep as well. You must have known.
Starting point is 00:37:42 And I just lost it. And I was like, well done, we' th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, th. th. th. th. th. th. the their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. th. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the the the the thi. the the thi. thi I couldn't hear it, I suppose. And I just lost it and I was like, oh well done, mate, we're not even filming. So what's the point? What did he say? And he was like, yeah we are filming. And I turned around and I looked at the cameraman and they were like, yeah, he asked us to film. Did that come to telling? I don't know, I didn't watch it. You didn't want to watch you Freddie Flint off and Jerry Hallow or make him pasta?

How are you feeling? There's an energy to you that I'd say as an NG I've brought to this podcast for quite a lot of time recently and I've got to say it's nice to be the other
Starting point is 00:39:07 one. You know what it's just great to have a holiday? Have you got anything coming up where you can take a breather? I've got a driving lesson later because I'm doing a driving lesson with Damon I'm doing my driving test on a manual I'm gonna. No, I've got a bit of time off next week. No, I haven't actually, Josh, I've got some those stuff to do actually. Oh no. I just want to, Lou's going to see the doctor tonight, so hopefully she can drive soon because that will really help. Also, by the way, Josh, I've got loads more to talk about from this holiday. Go on. Do you know what, actually looking back, the holiday, I bought a 442 magazine at Gatwick Airport, but we're calling it's
Starting point is 00:39:45 holidays now, they open up. How much of that have you read? How much of that? Well, let me tell you, all of it, covered to cover. Why? Because it was a W.H. Smith that I think had just opened for the holiday season in one of them weird terminals of Gatwick that you only ever never see it, it's never open, you don't even see those date numbers. I bought a 442 magazine season preview from last year. That might have been quite nice school. They got asked it at the same hotel 12 months ago. Oh no, oh no. That's how I'd read it cover to cover. I sat down an older I thought I was in a time machine. Oh no. Oh no. This is funny as well my daughter fell over in the sand right, I sat down and I the the the the the the th the th in a th. I the th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I've th. I th. I might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might might th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd th. I'd the th. It th. It th. It th. It th. It the. It the. It the. It the the the. I the. It might the. Might the. Might the. Might the. Might the. Might the. Might the. Might the. And the, oh this is funny as well, my daughter fell over in the sand right, playing and got dragged it in it and it had a mouth which was full of sand and she come up and she was like, oh, oh, oh, and then Lou went, just spit it out, but she didn't turn to spit because
Starting point is 00:40:37 she was in a hurry, she spat all over Lou's face sand and spin. And then, as you know when someone does it, as soon as soon, thau, thau, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, thi, thi, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to th. to th. And, thi, to thi, thi, thi, to tho, tho. And, th. And, th. And, tho. And, tho. And, tho. And, too. tho. tho. tho. And, oh, tho you know when someone does it but then as soon as my daughter did it she knew it was wrong and not what she meant to do she was like so apologetic but Lou she was covered in spit and sand it was over my god Rob we went on Titan airways we went with Tewy right what's titan airways well this is quite funny so titan airways turns out it's like a private chart of plane but a big one so what like football the football te te te te te te te te tea to to to to to to to to to the the the the to the to the the the the the the they. they. they. they. they. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So to be. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So. So th. So th. th. th. t. I. t. t. t. t. t. t. t. t. t. t. I. t. the. the. I. the. the. like a private charter plane, but a big one. So what like football teams would hire to go to a European game. Right, yeah. But obviously people have booked two. Just two-year-old just booked it.
Starting point is 00:41:13 Maybe they haven't got enough planes or that. I think they used them if they haven't got enough planes or because then they can still make a profit. it whatever I'm sure so they just higher up but everyone was getting on and it was you tell the nervous I don't give a shit but nervous flies like what is titan because it was it did look like odd exactly just invented it and then it was so funny was like Titan Airways and then they got on their titan airways and they went hello because they were quite, the loads of leg room, it was great. It was better than the Tewit tool playing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:48 If you're on a title, have a great top. I've got a B.A. Story for you on Friday, Bob. Oh, you've got a B.A. Story. Love to you for ages. I'm just feeling really chilled. Oh, God, I don't want to hear about it. What was happened? D-da-da-da-da.
Starting point is 00:42:11 Yeah, so that my daughter was playing a game where she was, I was pushing around their float the boat, and she was dropping, the, the, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm the, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just thee, I'm just thee, I'm just to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the, I the, I th, I the, I th, I th, I th, I th, I thee, I thee, I'm just, I'm just, I'm just just just thee, I'm just thee, I'm just thee, I'm just the thee, I'm just thee, I'm just thee, I'm just thee, I'm just thee, I'm just thee, I'm just thee, I'm just thi, I'm just thi'd scream, stop the boat, stop the boats. But you sounded like, you know, the Conservatives have got their little slogan. They were so well a brave of them, just screaming, stop the boat, stop the boat. Pretty bad. Oh dear. Do you know what, Josh, I think that's all, I think, I think that you had a good time. Lou is alright though, to be fair. She hates the attention that I've been in like a wheelchair.
Starting point is 00:42:46 Did Lou worry about you doing this podcast? Not really. I don't think that's the least of a worries at home with a puppy and two kids. But she hated they, I tell you what, I tell you what, if you're try to, um, if you're on they on they. If you're on the t on the t on the t on thin, if you're trying, if you're trying, if you're trying, if you're trying, if you're trying, if you're trying, if you're trying, if you're trying, if you're to get, if you're to get, if you're to get a little, you're to get thi, you're to get to get to get, you're to get, you thi, you're thi, you're thi, you're thi, you're thi, you're thi, you're thi, you're to worry, you're to worry, you're to worry, you're to worry, you're to to to to to to to to to thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thin, to to to to thrown. thrown, thrown, thrown, thrown, thrown, thrown, thrown, thooo ankle. Because you are absolute, oh what happened here then? What's your fucking thing, mate? Fucking. All right. Or can't wait a bloody year about this on the podcast, which basically implies I bet it's going shit. I'm having a great time and I'm going to hear about it next week and have a better time. Jesus. Um, yeah, anyway, so that was that was a holiday in a nutshell. But actually on the actual holiday I felt really relaxed and loads of sleep. It's just coming back because we got into a rhythm and a routine of what we're doing. It's just a bit more difficult.
Starting point is 00:43:33 But hopefully she'll be on the mend and she doesn't need any surgery. Do you actually made me feel better and I realized why this podcast works. I was a bit stressed about my day and getting out, getting out, and the, and I. And the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. And I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was a th. And I was a th. And I was, I was a th. And, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, I was th. And, I was, I was th. And, I was th. And, I was a th. And, I was a th. And, I was a th. And, I was a th. And, I was a th. And, t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t t in. And then I went into the petrol station to grab a bottle of water. And there was a man who had a six-month-old, sat up in a buggy, staring round, and a 80-month two-year-old on a scooter. And he was coming out of the petrol station at 7 a.m. And he looked like he'd been up for five hours. And he went, oh, hey, mate, mate, mate, mate, mate, mate, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, tho, th. I th. I, th. I, th. I, th. th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, th. I, I, I, I, I, I's, I's, I's, I's, I was, I's a th. I was, I was, I was, I was, I was, Good luck. Actually made me feel better about my day that all I've got to do is sit here and chat shit while that poor bastard is trying to keep too alive as they run into the road and do all sorts. Oh, well, it's a pleasure to talk to you Rob. I'm glad
Starting point is 00:44:17 I was just spoken at you from an hour, sorry. I've enjoyed it. I'll be honest with you. It's the easiest money I've ever run. I'll tell you what, Lee Come Key's Dan, all right, as well. Right, should we do some small business shoutouts? Yeah. I've got this one here. Hi Robin Josh, we run a small Chile oil company. Me and Lee and Come and key have produced... No joke. And you go first and I'll do one after. Okay, dear Robin Josh, thank you for the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast. the podcast, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I'm a stepmom of an amazing five-year-old boy and listening to the experiences of lots of different setups has really helped me over the years, so thank you for what you are doing. I was hoping we could give a small business shout out. My partner and I are tree surgeons.
Starting point is 00:44:57 I would argue this is rather a sexy trade. I say it possibly is. And we have created a platform, connect members of the public with their local land-based workers who are looking to get rid of waste materials they generate every day, so they can be put to good use, like wood chip and logs. That's a good idea. People can sign up on our online portal and choose what they want to receive, and when they're available to receive it, this portal puts a point on an industry appse. So a point, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, th. th. th. th. three. thirty, thirty, thirty, thirty, thirty, thirty, thirty, thr-upon, thirty, thi, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, so their, some, some, some. Some. Some. Some, thr-a, thr-a, thr-a, thau. Somea, thau. Somea, thau. Somea, thau. Somea, thau. landcapers know this location and can repurpose their materials. This feels like something that needs to go on Dragons Den. Everyone's a winner. It's totally free to sign up and you can, that's why it's not on dragon's den. And you can manage your drop point all online.
Starting point is 00:45:37 We hope to collect communities and courage creative ways to recycle our Earth's resources. You can find us online in in in in in in inW.R.B. Greenline A.R.B. Greenline A.R.B. or on Instagram, stroke, Facebook, etc. at Greenline A. R.B. Thank you so much. Right. I've got one here. Hi, Rob. And Josh. Thanks to being so sexy and related to all my friend has set up a new company called Studd Universe. And it would be amazing if you you give him a small business shout out. Stud University... Have you checked what Stud University is Rob before you read down? This could be...
Starting point is 00:46:08 It could be a... It could be male sex workers. Yeah. Yeah. But do you know what? You know, I mean, small business? Who are we to judge? Exactly.
Starting point is 00:46:17 the study. . you'll never guess what it is, a Lego set subscription service. You can borrow sets from, shouldn't it be like brick universe? Stud seems a strange, it does sound like a brothel. Yes. But it's not. I'm going to Stud the Universe. I don't really want to Google it. Well, I did and I panicked. Stad Universe is a, you know, normally I just said, hot young singles in my area. But you know the thing things things things things things things things things things things thing about thing about thing about thing about thing about thing about thing about thing about thing about thing about thing about thing about Stud Univers, Rob, is if you do name your company then, we will say the name 16 times while we try and get our head round it.
Starting point is 00:46:52 So no one's going to forget it. Exactly. Stud Universe and Lee Come Key should do a collaboration. Anyway, you don't want to go to Come Universe. Stud Universe is a Lego set subscription. new company set up. Studd Universe is a Lego set subscription service. You can borrow set from a little as 20 pound a month compared to the cost to buy new sets. To be fair, I love Lego but it is pricey. It's a great way to have the fun of building Lego sets every month but without the price tag. Simply select the sets you want to borrow from the website that month, build them and send them back. There are loads lo lo lo lo lo to to to to to the to the the to to the to the to the to to to the the to the to to the the to to the the to to the to to to to to to to to to to to the the the tho sets. Starting point is 00:47:36 Love the podcast please don't stop Louisa from Norwich. There you go. There we go. Thank you very much. See you on Friday when I'll update you on what I've done in my break. It is, I would say, more chilled. What you've done there is not make people that, yeah, I say.
