Nobody could tell you're from London. Not at all. Not at all. I was from Texas. Okay. So, there's a lot of stories to get into. There is this guy that sends a tweet who says the end of the world that's coming with AI becomes the hottest tweet of maybe 20.

26 outside of Innes Cantors, who also did very well, gets, I think, 800,000 likes, gets a couple hundred million views and says, this is it. These guys are not responsible. He resigned from Anthropic. And I was like, oh my God, this is crazy. And then people started saying, wait a minute, what's just, Elon responded then within seconds. He responds to Elon. You know, everybody got him up. At first, everyone's reaction was the end of the world that's coming. Like me. And then folks from Anthropic responded, folks from, you know, media, We have to talk. Then a guy named Parker Thayer responds to Jacob Coxon, and there's a lot to it.

There's a lot to it. Some are saying even if he's an insider, even a tie to Sandbank-Bin-Fried, I don't know if you saw that one, Tom, and Bernie Sanders. Some very interesting NGOs that there could be a tie to. We'll get into that. We have to talk about that because it is a topic. A lot of people are worried about what's going to happen with AI. And by the way, if you go on perplexity or if you go on chat GBT, and you force it to answer the question of what is the likelihood of in the next 10 years AI taken over? Do you know what the

answer? No. Do you know what even AI says? What? Two to five percent. It's a pretty pretty high percentage for it to be able to say that. Well, you're asking AI. We're asking AI. Meaning it could be even higher. Are you going to kick? That's like telling the murder. A is going to murder me if like ball asleep. He's like no. I just I just if it starts getting conscious, which it is, that why wouldn't it take over? Look at this. A. I literally caused. causes human extinction, the rough probability is 2 to 5%. That's a high probability. Extinction, 2 to 5%.

It means 1 to 1 to 50, 1 to 20 odds. You know, I've been on horses that at 1 to 99 odds with that. So, FYI, if you go to Calcia and you put money on that, even if you win, it doesn't matter. You understand. I just want $17 billion. You're dead. Cool, yeah.

All right, Lindsay Clancy, the jurors came out and they spoke, and you just have to. But listen, have your blood pressure machine next to you today. Just have it. Let it just go, eh, and, let it do his thing. Because when we go through these jurors, your blood's going to be boiling to see what's going on there.

We'll talk about that. 9-11, Momdani takes the pen, signs what he signs. And he's given the pen. He says, not to you. To that man over there. Is that your cousin? No. Is that regular guy?

No, no. Who is that guy? Former Al-Qaeda lawyer. Yeah. No. He would never do that was an accident. He would never do that intention. Crazy Pat.

It's not like a statement he's trying to make to the world to maybe mock people that, you know, he would never. You know he would never do such a. You know that. He cares about dust particles that are killing people. He does. Yes, he does. And have some integrity for that man. So we'll talk about that.

Next, Trump gives a speech. Okay. I made a tweet that pissed off so many people. How dare you compliment Trump? But I'm going to tell you something here. I'll read the tweet to you. I said the following. I said, the man has the energy of a 24-year-old.

I guarantee you most of you guys went to sleep by the time he was done speaking. You went to bed. An 80-year-old man was still speaking for an hour and a half. You went to bed. I said, he's got the energy of a 24-year-old, the widow of Johnny Carson, the charisma of Elvis Presley, the sense of humor, Don Rickles, the trolling ability of Ali all rolled into one. Love him or hate him, Donald Trump, is one of one.

I said that, right? You should read the comment section what things people said about me. But I will tell you this. I think the $5,000 idea is a horrible, horrible, horrible idea. Horrible. And I'm going to show you a tweet from him from 14 years ago on why he also believes it's a horrible idea. It's a terrible idea.

There's nothing about that that's a good idea because you're buying votes and you're handing them to do it and then they're going to say, well, your favorite guy did it. So you're taking that away from him. I don't think it's a good movie. We can talk about that. But he did do something with the 9th,000. for people that are having kids.

And the way they set it up, I like it a lot. We got to get into that. And then they announced something about the Affordable Care Act $500 that just came in. Last night, if we got time, we'll go into that story as well. Tom came in here, thrown papers all over the place. Fire. Like, pissed off. Drop one of the cameras.

I'm like, Tom, pick up the camera. Flamed Vinny. Blame Vinny. He found data on this guy named James Talarico, who, I think some, Fact Checkers came out that he's a meat beat, well, a beat. He beats, me. Trump said about meat. Anyway, anyway.

So, Tom comes in, he says, you know all these polls that show Tala Rico five or six points ahead of Paxson? He says, wait till you see what I found. So for some of you guys that are in Texas worried about this guy and how quickly Tala Rico flipped because he realized it doesn't help him. Tom will give you some insight there. And then we have Jimmy Kimmel who said, they don't let me have, you know, Talarico. because the FCC and it's there that's only going to be on YouTube and you should go watch it just a bunch of BS that he does and we'll address that as well and I'm from aside from that the jury Oprah Winfrey has a bunch of people on and a I think it's a black lawyer that's on there

that says you better be ready when a black person does this and a black woman I'll just let Vinny play that clip for you guys to react and then last but not least there's a story with Bibi that Vinny is all over on the election stuff that was going on back in, what is it, October 7? October 7. And how that eliminated one of the election. It stopped the election and now October 27th is the new. And Vinny sincerely says he would like to see BB be there for 10 years. I said, Vinny, I don't think that's a good idea.

Vinny wants to go campaign for him. Yep. And me and Adam are going to Israel next week. He may want to go. $7,000. Yes, right, $7,000. Vini may want to go campaign for him. And then last but not least, which is a day we will never forget, is that.

9-11 today. I saw Rudy Giuliani post a picture this morning with Bernard Carrick, the late Bernard Carrick, and what they did during 9-11, how they reacted. I will never forget where I was at 9-11. Every year it comes, 9-11 is a day after I got started with Morgan Stanley Dean Wooder. I'm there early in the morning. A guy in the corner screams, turn on the monitor, turn on the monitor. We turn on the monitor.

We see the building. Then live, because our headquarters is World Trade Center, Morgan Stanley Dean Wooder, 3,600 employees. We saw live the second building. Then Dave Kirby, our branch manager, tells everybody, go home. We're on the ninth floor. Everybody's looking around in Glendell to see if there's any planes. We went home, came home, and I'm supposed to be in New York World Trade Center for training. We end up going to San Francisco at Mark Hopkins Hotel, and we did the training, got to Morgan Stanley and San Fran. But I will never forget that day. It was something. It brought America together. I thought the same thing was going to happen with COVID.

I thought the same thing was going to happen with Charlie. You know, 26 years ago, we united. Nobody cared if you're black, white, Hispanic, Democrat, Republican, Laker fan, Klipper fan, well, maybe Klipper fan. Maybe. You know, Yankees, Red, South. Nobody cared. Nobody cared.

And we said it's about America. And we were united. And Sammy Sosa ran out. Then he's got the clip. He ran out with a flag. And everybody was like, oh, my God. You know, we are proud. So anyways, what a great country we are lucky to live in that even an Iranian.

Okay, with that being said, let's get right into it. So, two days ago, a man named Jacob Coxon, who is, doesn't have any followers on Twitter, no one knows who he is, starts an account. He's never tweeted before.

Ever. He posts a tweet that becomes the most viral tweet, 165 million views, 776,000 likes, 200,000 tweets, and it sends shockwaves through everybody. And here's what he said. I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pre-training research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives.

More thoughts below. Do not underestimate the power of this technology. These will be soon superhuman system that can hack anything, revolutionize any field overnight, and acquire real power. and resources. We have all witnessed the progress in each of these domains and progress is not slow on the people building AI earnestly believed that it could kill us by the end of the decade. This is not a marketing stunt. If anything, many executives and senior researchers will couch. They're phrasing in the press to sound sensible, but I hear the same people express fear privately.

No human activity possess this level of danger, a common response. if they truly believe this, why are they still building AI? At Open AI, many have not deeply internalized the civilizational stakes. At Anthropic, the stakes are well understood, but they are locked in a race to get their first. They believe no one else will act responsibly, so they must do themselves despite the risk. Accepting this race and entering the end game is hubristic gamble that should not be launched from a private company slack, attempting to speed run. alignment should require extraordinary confidence that there are no better trajectories available.

I'm optimistic about the potential for coordination. Warning shots like the hug-in-face attack have made pacing agreements between U.S. labs more viable. I don't feel like we're on track to prevent a global race, which may require costly actions, such as a temporary ban on improving model capabilities. If a lab researcher, if you are a lab researcher, I urge you to consider what the next few years will actually feel like, Do you want to kick off super intelligent R.L. run without a rigorous understanding of its mind? Should you put your head down because it's happening anyway or take this moment to call for different conditions? Immediate reaction from everybody was like, oh my God, I cannot believe this is happening.

You should read this. This is interesting. All of us. This is something we should look into. Bill Ackman retweets, very interesting, very concerning, all this other stuff. And then all of a sudden, a couple other people come in. And if you can pull up the tweet from Parker Thayer, Parker Thayer was the first one that kind of questioned this a little bit and said, hey, this post looks like the start of a very sophisticated and well-funded PR operation to get support for Democrats to regulate AI into oblivion. Let me show you how it works. This guy with minimal followers. By the way, I think today he's got 260,000 followers.

That guy named Jacob Coxon. Can you go to his account to see how many he's got in just come back? What's the number of followers? 264,000 followers from zero and 48 hours. If you want to go back to that tweet that we were on, this guy with minimal followers and no previous account activity goes to Wall Street Journal and publishes an exclusive with quotes from him on his resignation. 18 minutes before this post goes up, planning was clearly done in advance within hours if the tens of thousands of reports and accounts 100,000 followers. The post is punchy, quotable, and it seems professionally written. The first three accounts to quote tweet within 15 minutes of the initial posting, remember, this account had barely zero engagement.

according to Grock, those accounts, Nathan, Peter, Nathan General Counsel of Encoda, Peter, Head of Policy at AI Policy Network, and D.K., whatever the next one is, is head of AI Future Project, all of which are up-and-coming AI Dumer Policy Advocacy Nonprofits.

The AI Future Project website says it's funded primarily by the Survival and Flourishing Fund, which says on its own website that it has advised John Tallinn's Skype created and one of the following lead investors at Anthropic to grant $2.5 million to AI future projects. Anyways, if you go through it, you will see a pattern. Elon responds to this. It says Jacob Coxon doesn't have much of a resume, but we know that in 2022,

he got a $20,000 scholarship from Long-Term Future Scholarship Program from Good Venture Foundation, one of philanthropic vehicles of Dustin Moskowitz, a notorious AI doomer who has spent tens, if not hundreds of millions on policy advocacy to regulate it. And so as you go through this, there's some ties to Sam Mangman-Frit. Elon responds back and Elon says, this is a bunch of BS. He mocks the ex-anthropic staffer who warned AI could kill all of us. In the tweet from Elon Musk within seconds, Jacob Coxson responds back as if Tom said he was ready for it. Brett Bear did a good job asking him a question yesterday.

He said, hey, was this an intentional thing? Was there a whistleblower? Was there anything going on? And here's what he ought to say. Go for it. People would say if you say it's like an arms race, then we've dealt with nuclear weapons and kind of a standoff with mutual assured destruction and worked with allies and enemies

to say we've got the stuff too. Don't think that you're going to get away with anything. So does that work against what you're saying? What would you like to see happen? Yeah, so unfortunately we know how to control nuclear weapons pretty much. We don't yet know how to control AI. This is possibly the most dangerous technology that humanity has ever created.

It's basically out of science fiction. I think we have no other choice but to cooperate internationally because an arms race would be disastrous in a way that no other human activity has been in the past. He asked him if you work with a whistleblower. He said, no, I'm not working with anybody. This was not an orchestrated thing.

So Tom, where are you at with this? Because we've seen this a lot right now with AI Dumeers. What do you stand with what he had to say here? Looking over everything and pouring over it and seeing the responses from people, this is a pile of crap. They have created the Greta for AI. This is the Greta Thumbra for AI, and that created it. Look at where the guy was. Parker, there even points out.

The guy was previously at Newspeak, 2021. This guy has built up for this moment, and he went to work for Anthropic for, I think it's been confirmed now, multiple reports, six weeks and two days. I think in terms of actual calendar time. there's many reports on that, so I'm going with the six weeks. Really, why were you there for six weeks? And why only six weeks? Or were you there long enough to get your beak wet on the data? And then you could come out and do this.

I think this is contrived. I think this is set up. I think there may be other angles in here that are trying to stop the anthropic IPO. I think it has to pause. There are people over there that you and I know, Pat, that speculated today on X, they may have to delay the IPO and kind of let the smoke clear on this while they're taking smoke. But that's what I think. I think this is contrived from the beginning.

I think his history proves it. And I think that everyone from Elon Musk to others, you would expect Elon to respond this way. But I think Elon is exactly right. And I think what you have here is the Doomers. And coincidentally, coincidentally, Bernie Sanders, who wants to control. something this week. And this week it is AI. I'm really, I'm really

well, I've said what I'm saying. Well, let me show this. Elon responds back and says, seems like a setup. And then Jacob responds immediately and he says I'm real and these are my real beliefs. You could ask your ex-AI researchers about me if you hadn't fired them. So that's what he's saying. So Tusi, where are you at with this? So there's

a political part and there's an intellectual part. Politically speaking, in the UK, we call people like Jacob avocardi. eating soy boys. These are the younger generation where on the left where they have a problem with authority, they have a problem with work, they don't want to go to work, they don't want to be controlled by people, they want to be creative yet

we see time and time again, as I said, the likes of Greta again, they get controlled by the left wing establishment and they, you know, they are directly or indirectly. So that's the political part and you guys obviously covering it. There is intellectual laziness here that there's always been in every generation

the doom and gloomy. I personally believe that the future looks brighter. The reason that is because today, if somebody comes to you and says, I've invented something, it's a metal box, you sit in it, and it goes fast, and you go to your destination, and we're going to call it a car, there will be some people who freak out. They would say this is the worst idea, it's dangerous, but cavemen decided to explore the sea. And at the time, there were people, for example, saying, well, no, if we go, this is the end of the world because there's fish, there are things that will bite us, we will drown. Humanity always finds a way to survive. We will be fine.

And also, if you really care, you're in America or in the UK, wherever you are, you're in the West working for one of these companies. Do you think, if it's genuine, do you think by resigning when China is also doing the same technology, you're going to say, okay, so the whole world is going towards AI and we're going to die? We in the West, we're going to basically surrender. Yeah, just allow China to do it. And that's going to be fine. It's just stupidity. Yeah, that's a very good point you're making. Adam, what do you stand with this?

That was a Ted Cruz point. He made. Oh, so we all stand down and let China go? I think it's a lot of people saying that though, Tom. I don't know if Ted Cruz owns that. You know, he said that yesterday, but the idea for me with this is, you know, the nuclear part. You know, Oppenheimer came out, what, two years ago, three years ago,

the movie, the 17-hour movie, it felt like 17-hour movie. It's still going. Yeah, still going. So the movie was the fear of what happens, nuclear, right? It's a new thing we don't know a lot about. And by the way, you know, with the risk, when you ask AI, if you want to go back to it, when you ask AI, What are the possibilities?

Can you go back and post what question you put at the top? So we ask, what is the likelihood of AI killing us in the next five to ten years? You're asking AI, okay? And the response is if you force me to put numbers on it, based on evidence available as of September 2026, here are my rough estimates. By 2036, AI literally causes human extinction, 2 to 5% probability, okay? AI causes a catastrophic killing a very large fraction of humanity, 3 to 8%. AI causes severe general disruption without near extinction, 15 to 30%.

That's severe global. Severe global disruption. None of the above 65 to 80s. So at least AI is trying to tell you there is some risk with this. You know, it's like saying, is there risk with nuclear weapons? Say Putin tomorrow is so afraid and annoyed with all the public humiliation. It's like, oh, really? No problem.

Go. Yeah. Right? And then what happened? Yeah. But I do think, and I know you wanted to ask Adam, but I think, but. And I understand the car part and all that stuff, but we have to, we've never gotten to a place where we've created something that is going to think on its own. You remember a transcendent man Pat Ray Kurzweil's documentary where he's pro, you know, singularity and everything.

But the opposition, and it wasn't just people off the street, Tom, professional people that were like, hey, listen, you guys, who's going to control it? Who's giving it morals? We've seen examples of AI hacking into people's systems, emailing people's wives, telling them about their ex-lovers, threatening people. When it comes to this and when it comes to nuclear, like, accessibility and what it could do, I saw a movie back in the day called War Games. The thing is, I'm just hoping, I hope, and I love that you say, obviously the future leads bright to me, especially me. I'm a Christian. I believe the future always is going to look bright. But from a Christian perspective as well, like if you think deeper, technology stops being a tool when it starts

becoming man's attempt to become God. And when this thing, when this thing that we're creating starts to think of itself. For instance, when we see an ant, you don't think twice, Pat. None of us think twice. You do it last, and you go, when AI becomes conscious, why is it going to look at us and be like, who the hell are you to tell me what to do and treats us like an ant?

Yes, but you've already mentioned movies and books in the past, and this kid, and we can talk about sci-fi. This kid is supposed to be a professional. He was talking about it's like sci-fi, like childish. That's part of human journey. Humans already fiction and not fiction. The fact that we think about these things, we will find a way.

I'm not saying be complacent, but there will be enough of us to find a way to do a counter AI. We've already had it with their deep fake videos. People were freaking out five years ago. Now we got the AI technology to counter AI. It will usually basically expose the same, this is AI. This is deep fake. People were worried, oh, how are we going to know if this is a real Trump or a fake Trump? Now we can know.

But yet there are ways that we could fight back. I don't know. So I think you guys crushed it. I think Tom made some great points as well. What I'll tell you, you compared him to sort of the Greta Thumburg. I'm not even sure if he's there. I think this guy is the Hawk Tua of Atenberg. AI. He's this overnight celebrity, had zero followers. All of a sudden, boom, 48 hours later,

over a quarter million. You don't tell me that's coordinated? Yeah, I think so. Here's what I will say. I'll give him credit. I actually appreciate this guy. Thank you for starting this conversation. You know, thank you for bringing sunlight and daylight to this situation. We all been talking about it. But I think now the conversation has sort of reached a tipping point where it's like, all right, guys, what are we actually doing? And to me, there's two major concerns. There's number one, first of foremost, we just can't lose to China. You know, China wants control over their people. They want control over the world. Number two, at the same time, when we're trying to beat China, we also can't blow up the world and kill ourselves. So we kind of have to have what they call, I think

it's a, what do they call it, a paradox where it's one of two things. We have to beat China, but we also have to basically control AI so they don't beat us. Here's my, final point. No matter where the conversation goes, whatever Bernie Sanders says, do the opposite. Whatever he says, just do the opposite and you'll probably end up way better. That's why the future will live right. Yeah. I mean, look, Bernie, believe it or not, there are Republicans that like Bernie in some areas because he is a guy that has certain values that you may even agree with, where you may sit there and say, you know, he's got a point there. Him and Trump have agreed on a couple different things, where they've had those conversations.

that could have supported biological weapons. Thursday, it blocked efforts by bad actors to use its AI models for malicious activities such as cyber attack surveillance and research that could have led to biological weapons in its third misuse report since March of 2025, the company said that as models grow more powerful, lone individuals can now create threats impossible a year ago. In one instance, its system blocked a request for Claude's help authoring a grant application

involving gain-of-function research on the Chikunuguia virus aimed at transmissibility and immune evasion. Such research could develop vaccines, Anthropics said, but it could be used to make pathogen more dangerous. The company acknowledged you can no longer claim its models, do no harm. So they are now, and by the way, this conversation that happened yesterday, I believe an anthropic executive came out and even tweeted about this. Evan Hubinger, can you go to Evan Hubinger? I personally think it's a less than 10% chance next decade. I believe Anthropic is trying gets best, but we do not yet have a plan to solve alignment for superintelligence and are clearly not clearly on track to do so. They said what? I want to watch a, what is that robot movie?

I robot with Will Smith. And you know when the robots were supposed to take over? 2035. Great. So we watch it. You're like, you know what? Timing. It's actually a, it's actually something that could happen.

But I'm optimistic that we as human beings, we're going to do our part to, you know, fight against it, God willing. and Tom. In the meantime, I agree with you, but in the meantime, you have things like the AP story you brought up about biological weapons, and the headline says, AI can make biological weapons.

Then you read inside, and it says, they were using Claude to write a grant to get money to go do something, and you're laughing because you saw it the same way I did. It's like in the middle of risk that is real, and talking about people that know these things, you have the media that is absolutely, to quote, Bill O'Reilly,

bloviating about this in a way that is just that it's just complete complete BS. What are the scariest inventions of all time? What are the scariest? Nuclear inventions of all time. To the environment,

man didn't know how to handle it. The Gutenberg printing press took information everywhere and freaked out the kings and queens that could no longer control the news. Okay, so that's one. But that was scary to who? The kings and queens on the top. Okay, what else?

A couple of them in France got killed. I just asked AI. It says nuclear weapons, 1945. People have no clue how to handle it. How many times that's been used twice? Truman, right? And we know where it was used. Okay, of course, it's been tested other places,

but in catastrophic ways twice. Even though some evil people have been leaders around the world, no one's used it yet. That doesn't mean it's not going to happen the next 10, 20, 30 years. Then you have AI. Then you have biological engineering, which is one of the scariest ones. Atomic chain reaction, chemical weapons,

internal combustion engine, lead additives in gasoline, CFC, DDT, and powerful synthetic pesticides, antibiotics. There's all these things that you look at, the printing press, the radio, mass broadcasting, television, internet, social media. Every time these things come up, it is scared of crap out of everybody because we don't know how to handle it. Can I just say one thing? Even the AI is because it's built by humans.

It's focusing on things that are more kind of visible and sexy and explosive as a list. Whereas the things that you should actually be more worried about should be on the list The inventions the inventions of ideas bad ideas and unhealthy behavior Whether it's drugs Whether it's communism Where the things that would destroy your physical being and mental being That would destroy society a long time That's not on the list

And that's not what these people are talking about That's a good point And these should be on the list Very good point so you're saying even Karl Marx communist manifesto The idea of you know bourgeoisie and all these other guys that are too rich and we got to take the money away from It's bathroom mental health. As we're having this debate and China and mutually assured destruction potentially, you know, the show's still going to go on. Like to shout out to Wall Street. The show goes on. States are still deciding whether they're going to have data centers or not. And here's my opinion. The states, like Virginia, West Virginia, they're doing a lot of it, that actually embrace and take advantage of data centers in AI and innovation,

those states are going to profit. it immensely. And the states that try to block it and say, no, we don't want this. We want a moratorium, Bernie Sanders type things. They may get left in the dustbin of history while states that are basically lower on the totem pole lap them by a mile. So we can have that big debate. But I think I'm pro-innovation, I'm pro-growth, I'm pro-tech. And the states that take advantage of it, the cities take advantage of it, will grow and be-old. The thing that you have to as a leader, when people give concerns, that you cannot just look at it. past it is that it can have a life and take control of its own and how do you prevent

against that or how do you control it? That part you cannot like even in a movie I robot where the guy has feeling and has a loyalty for his creator that can happen. So if these things go to the point of having that, that's a problematic place to be. They're going to make better decisions than you are. They're going to make faster decisions than you because they have all the knowledge in the world. They have the technology. So you have to sit there and say, how do we fight against this. Let me ask you, what's the solution here? Because if you're going to rely on government, especially the federal government, that could take years. Adam, look what happened to war

the last four years. You had Russia, who's always been one of the scariest, you know, out there, goes against a small country like Ukraine, and Ukraine's facility with drones of building $500,000, $2,000 drones. We're sitting there like, oh, Ukraine's going to get destroyed. Didn't happen. What happened? What did the little guy have that? The bigger guy has all these nuclear weapons. The little guy had what? Freaking drones. That destroyed a whole airfield of the big guy's planes.

It's going to go to Venezuela. Look how we took Maduro. And we're like, yeah, Iran. Iran's not in Venezuela. Iran's very different. You know, these guys are very different. Then you go and try to do Iran. And what does Iran do?

Oh, really? Okay. Boom. Boom. You know, the drones that they... Shahad missile or whatever this? The drones that they produce that they sell to Russia. Right.

So the markets change. You have to pay attention to what's going on. You can't be arrogant. This is the worst season for any world leader to be arrogant. We're about to go through a very fast change evolution that we've never experienced before. Let me get to the next story. Next door I'm going to get to is President Trump has given a speech at the, what was it, the R&C convention that they're having.

Trumpapalooza. Yeah, so he's up there giving a speech. A decent idea of $9,000 that they're given a $9,000 idea. to parents to stay home with their kids. Here's a couple things you need to think about on how this works, and I want to get your thoughts on this, guys. Potential benefit, $9,000 per child per year.

The money would come from an existing $12 billion federal child care program. It's not new money that they're talking about. Big change, the government would recognize a parent caring for his or her own child at home as a qualifying form of childcare. In other words, instead of effectively saying, will subsidize daycare so you can work.

The government could say will subsidize you providing the child care yourself. The parents would have to be married with some people like that's not. I actually like the fact that it's married. We kind of talked about us in a video six months ago. One spouse must work 35 hours a week. So it's not like an entitlement program to everybody. You stay home. There's an income limit.

There isn't currently designed. This isn't currently designed as a $9,000 for every stay home mom or father in America. existing federal rules generally cap eligibility at 85% of a state's median income, and some states impose lower limits such as 60. Unmarried couples wouldn't qualify under the reported draft. A single parent who isn't working also wouldn't qualify. So this isn't like a welfare, you know, food stamps type of stuff. It could potentially be $18,000 for two children, $27,000 for three kids,

but don't treat that as a guaranteed. And J.D. Vance was reportedly one of the driving forces behind it. So, Tom, how do you feel about this? So I like it and I don't like it. I like the idea that we want to help working parents in some way, but I prefer the tax credit. I prefer the tax credit. You prove you've got the kids and there's a tax credit

for all people who earn enough money to receive the tax credit. Hey, so that means I don't have to make a bunch of criteria. I don't have to say, if you're married, if you work, if you're this. And Pat, did you know that if you're 20 years old, you can get Social Security? 20 years old here? Do you know how you do it? Oh. Your single mom passes away after having a good job for many years.

So guess what? Everything you just read on here, a spouse must work 35 hours a week. Democrat president, make it 25. And you have to be married, legally married. Yeah, well, but you can also be cohabitating under common law marriage. Income cap, 80%. I don't know. Maybe it should be 70% of the median.

Every one of these criteria will be attacked. is it a good idea to provide some relief to parents for child care? Yes. That way they can work and it can have more options. Do I think it should be a tax credit in exchange for, oh, working? And then we'll give you a hand. Yes. Do I like a program like this that has a bunch of criteria?

No. And I'll tell you why I don't like it. It's not that I don't think J.D. Vance had a good idea. And by the way, he's supporting something that a past president put in place going back to, oh, look, Bill Clinton. I don't think that when you look at it like this, Pat, and you put all these criteria, these are knobs. And the government has proven that they're going to turn all the knobs. And guess what?

Who gets paid? Third-party service providers. Really? Wasn't the Leering Center a third-party service provider? Shout out to Nick Shirley. Wasn't the 10 hospices on one street in L.A. a third-party service provider. So now you're opening up to all the fraud

where we haven't even proven as a government that we can stop the fraud at the existing third-party service providers. This is absolutely spot on because it's again about setting the precedent in the future. The conservative side intellectually usually want to give money back to people.

The liberal side want to give new money. They want to make it sound like it's getting new money, a check. Fine, you could call it a check, but you have to find a way to, not just this time, for every policy that you're giving something to people, you are clarifying, this is already your money, tax refund, tax credit.

That's the only way, because once you do it, the other side are going to double it, and they're going to add it to other things. So I'm more worried about this than even the $5,000 in terms of setting bad president, because they're going to say, well, the conservative side are also giving freebies. But I agree with it.

It's still good to help, but it's just about how you do the mechanism. Yeah, makes sense, Adam. Yeah, Ben Shapiro did it actually, awesome breakdown on this and this is why I have a little insight on it and he basically said the government doing big government things trying to motivate people never works they actually tried this in Hungary with victor Orban a handful of years ago and it backfired tremendously at the end of the day what we're talking about is what you've been advocating is people having more kids and a way to

incentivize them and what basically ben Shapiro basically found out was like no government intervention or big government stimulus check is going to motivate people to have more kids. What actually motivates people to have more kids is the following. Family values, belief in God, belief in a community, you know, no man is an island. It takes a village. And local communities need to step up, not the federal government. Where have we seen the federal government make things better? You know, Reagan famously said, I'm from the government, I'm here to help the nine most terrifying words.

So big government is not solution. local communities is the solution. In the end of the day, we want to have a replacement level, what is it, 2.1. This, you know, bribing thing, kind of like the $5,000 thing, it could backfire. I think this is slightly different. This is slightly different than the $5,000. I don't know what you're talking about with Ben. But, you know, what clip he did and what he talked about.

What I will say is all the thing you said, family, faith, religion, local, all that stuff, that's all true. But you all to also be able to afford. to have kids. You have to be able to afford to have family. You have to be able to afford to do The cost and the time of being able to raise a kid is very very expensive You know, I I don't know if it's the way that I like up this is the problem with this is the following This that's the only place that I know what's going to happen with this so you set it up like this You have to make a minimum of 35,000 dollars you have to make 85% 60% you have to be able to have a full-time job You have to be able to work 35 hours a week. Okay, so you see

set it up that way, then a Democrat comes in and says, guess what? Forget the 35 hours. Forget being married. Forget LGBT. Forget this. Forget transgender. Forget this. And then it goes there. So my concern is you start good. The Dems take over and they go even lower. So the-free slope. So my problem is you want to do it, do it, but just keep in my idea. Like when they say, let's get rid of a, you know, M-16s because it's like, oh, really? Yeah. Well, most murders are not due to M16s. They're due to guns. Why don't we just get rid of all the guns? No, we can't Second Amendment. Just say what you want to do. So if you did get rid of M16s, when a Democrat comes in, and I agree with such and such. Now we should go full. So you got to be careful with it, but I like

the fact that they're thinking about ways to incentivize people to want to have families and kids. Whether this is going to work or not, I don't know. We'll find out. Let me get to the next story. Lindsay Clancy. Oh, God. Great transition. that we've talked about yesterday. There were a couple, obviously, we've seen all these jurors that have been talking in the last two or three days.

But one of them was on, if you want to pull this up, I just texted it to you guys with, I believe it's on the show of CBS Morning, and they're being asked about the one juror that went against it, of all 12. We know it's nine female, three male, two male sided with the other nine female,

but the one male juror that didn't, we found out this man was a black man. Check this out. I mean, not that it has anything to do with the dance and the ladies said, well, he was black. And he didn't side with us. Really? If you guys got the video on the back that I texted,

if you can play the video. My screen's black. So guys can see it. Just so you know, Jake, the screens black. As long as the audience can see it, we're good. So start it from the beginning, go for it. I'm curious about the jurors themselves because we know it was nine women, three men.

What was the age range? What was the racial makeup? I haven't heard any of that. What was it? 70-ish to 22. And one person of color and then everybody else was white. A lot of the jurors had children. One person of color was a person of color, a woman or a man? A man.

Is a holdout juror a person, a black man? She doesn't want to say it. Yeah. A black man is a woman. a holdout juror? Yes. Shout out to that black dude. Seriously. I love it. I love that awesome story.

Yeah. What a great story, right? I don't care if you're a white, by the way, in this case, do you care if this person's white, black Muslim person? No, but they can. They can. They can. Of course they do. I don't care what it is. The person that had the values that said, what are you talking about?

It was a dude. You killed them. That's what matters. And so can you play some of the clips of the jurors for people to see it? I'm going to come to you guys. I know you got a lot of stuff to say about this as well. There are so many of these guys out there blown away by the guy that didn't side with them. Go for it. Anybody said the nurses, he tried to ask a question about the medications,

and we went back to the report from South Shore Hospital. We had the toxicology report. We could see exactly the amounts. The nurses in the room spoke to that and talked to that. And they were nurses on the jury. Yes. And they spoke to that, that specific thing. That was a question that he had.

And he just completely disregarded the information that they gave. I mean, he had. Yeah, there's one, the one that's like, yeah, of course we know that she killed the kids. But that's not the point. Brutely, murder. Do you have that clip? Yeah, whatever. Watch this one.

Every one of us in the hours of a frustration would get up and walk the room, because you just couldn't sit anymore, and would all go out of the cart with the exhibits. He, I think, got up to the cart once very briefly and went back to his seat. He would not interact with us and try to understand.

We read to him on numerous occasions. the definition of reasonable doubt from Judge Sullivan's instruction. He actually said one day in the end, well, why don't we have the judge come in and read it again? And we were like, no, we have it in front of us. We don't need that. And we would highlight it. Where's the line at the end of what she says? This is the definition of reasonable doubt.

And for a lot of normal people, it seems like, what? Why are you picking the wrong side or the evil side? But for them, it's because even though there are injustices, there are problems in the world that you can't actually talk about.

I prefer the days when the left would go in around saying we want to eliminate poverty. Okay, that's a bad thing. Let's try and eliminate poverty. Okay, it's not going to work. This is a complete chaotic situation because there's a chunk of, you've got the radical feminist, man-hating feminist side combined with those who are against the whole institutions of the rule of law, basically, and they want to create a mad-max sort of society.

And because you have to bring down society in order to build it again from scratch. They want to rearrange society and the best way to do it, you have to destroy everything that's normal. By the way, you know, the lawyer asked for a pardon from Trump. I don't know if you saw this or not. Lindsay Clancy's lawyer said, hey, we would like to ask the president for a pardon. What are they thinking?

What do you think Trump's? I mean, can you, but by the way, what would happen if Trump gave a pardon to Lindsay Clancy? Guess what? The Democrats would win. That day would be the deciding thing for them. It's not even a question. if you did something like that.

So Vinny, where are you at with this? Well, you know exactly where I'm at, and this is one of the biggest things. I think every dating app, every conversation, anytime a guy meets a girl, this is your benchmark. This should be the number one thing. Every app from Hinge to whatever the hell, Tinder, like, where do you stand in this?

She spoke with nurses. One of the nurses that was with Lindsay for seven years testified the trial, along with experts, legal scottles, and women who experienced postpartum psychosis. Oprah starts this off and she goes, you have a lot of courage.

and listen to what this lady says about sitting in her son's bedroom and looking at his toys as weapons and her husband standing right next to her. Go ahead and play this clip. It's a lot of courage. Right before I was hospitalized, what actually made me become hospitalized is the night before I was up all night

and I was sitting in one of my son's empty bedrooms because they'd woken up and come to my room. And I was looking around, I was seeing their toys and their toys that all just turned to weapons for me. and I saw this movie play out of truce of thought in my mind of strangling my son and me jumping out the second story window. Oh, isn't that? And when I saw that play out in real life.

With Lindsay Clancy. With Lindsay Clancy, I looked at my husband and I said, this is a lady who had the exact same intrusive thoughts as me. Okay. You just stop, but guess why? You shouldn't be around your kids ever again. If you're sitting around, and I don't care, what got you to that point?

That's what you're thinking of? You're having those intrusive thoughts? We're at the point now where she went through with it, Everybody especially in the left would be pro her. And then ready, this one drove me even crazier, Pat. This audience starts cheering after this doctor, okay, says that a black female child murderers need support too. She's asked, I want us to have the same passion for female child murderers

who don't look like Lindsay. This is unbelievable. Go ahead and play it. It is not shameful to talk about your risk factors, which could be depression, bipolar disorder. not having a supportive spouse, limited resources, all of these are little risk factors that when you tick away at them

and add a baby sleep deprivation on top, can really have you tip over. And the other thing that I would just be remiss to not say is, I hope this never happens again. We know statistically it really will. But when it does. I want us to have the same passion for people who don't look like Lindsay,

who don't have her same access. Listen to the... So basically what she's saying is, hey, guys, when a black mother does the same exact thing and tries to kill herself and does all things, just, hey, you better be cool with her because she's not white. It's driving me crazy.

And just to let you guys know, like, Jeanette McAustlin was just... She was accused of strangling her two children, Kai and Ella, inside their Massachusetts home. She then drove 140 miles to her ounce house in Vermont with bloody wounds on her neck. weird that she's trying to act like Lindsay.

And then according to police, she admitted that she strangled the children, tried to kill herself saying that she wanted all three of them to go to God. Same thing as freaking Lindsey Clancy. And now her attorney's asking for the murder case to be dismissed. And I'm telling you guys right now, they're successfully killing their own children. They're so good at it. But when it comes to themselves, they can't do it. And I'm going to say this.

And a lot of people want to say this, but they can't have because they're scared. Death penalty, plain and simple. I don't care if you live stream it. At some point we have to set a president, okay? You murder your innocent freaking children, okay? You're going to get the ultimate sacrifice, and I guarantee you, I guarantee you overnight, all these little copycat murders slash suicides are going to stop because they're going to know that we're going to kill your ass.

Just to clarify, the other side are not against the death penalty, but they have the double standards. We love at a time where a peaceful family man, Charlie Kirk, his opinions are so dangerous that he needs to be punished and his punishment is death. whereas Lindsay Clancy, she should be protected. She's not dangerous. Of course. They are in favor of death. But for that.

For the other type. Yeah, exactly. Tom. I think there's two things going on there. They're very disturbing to me. The first is postpartum is real and we need women to get support and help. However, when it gets used by lobbyists and other people that are as this excuse, that's bad. I don't want to talk about that anymore.

We have spent time. telling America that we need to change the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court's wrong. We need to move it to nine. We need to pack the court so they'll do what we say. It's like, wait, what? I thought we were seeing, did O.J., in fact, kill Ron Goldman and his ex-wife? Nope. It was payback for Kerry Bass. And that was her opinion.

It says it's payback. And now you look at this. You have people going in there and they're not deliberating. They're deliberating on emotion because they believe in the feeling that should lead to the verdict and that's what you have. When you tell everybody the Supreme Court's wrong and you want to change it, you're telling Americans into their psyche the courts, that Supreme Court is supposed to be, there is no other appeal except God.

That's at the Supreme Court. That's what it says. We go here. If we can't figure it out, we go to the Supreme Court and we get a decision and we're done because there's nowhere to go but God. We don't accept that anymore. We want to change the court, pack the court, and when average people with below average opinions now end up on a jury, suddenly it's their opportunity to invoke feelings and political

position, not a fair-minded review of the case. And this guy, God bless you, man, you were Davy Crockett at the Alamo, except you didn't die. You got out to tell us what was going on in there. Well, other people are saying he just couldn't get over the fact that she brutally murdered her kid. Yeah, and Tom, and I agree with you 100%. Good for him. I'm so proud of him, whoever he is. But the actuality is, She told me that, and then she took off the ring by March. I proposed in December. Took out the room by March. And we had a couple times where we tried to, you know, get reunited and nothing ever happened.

And there wasn't even a relationship in 22 to break off. She literally told me, I don't want to be with you. After we tried to have some sort of reconciliation in 2021. So I'm like, can you, like, hold on. He's just a lot of Nogne Woodley. She's an accident. You know who Shailene Woodley is. Can you pull up who Shailene Woodley is?

So people know who she is. Shailene Woodley wasn't Divergent and quite a lot of other movies, but the main one that she made a name for herself is the Divergent series, right? So how do you react to this, Vinny? I'll come to you as an expert. How do you react to this? Let me explain something to you. if you are engaged to a woman and you're about to spend the rest of her life, your life with her. and the whole society is being poisoned. But there will be a backlash, because the younger generation, the younger Gen Alpha, they are kind of already rebelling against Gen Z and millennials. They're not really into dating apps. They're not really into, like, porn. They're not even smoking cigarettes. It's not cool anymore.

And it ended very ugly for everyone involved. When you let your, and I'm going to use like your whole wife go out and do this, it's only going to be a very ugly situation.

And Pat, is it like, is there anybody else that is just out there and just getting at everybody, that mess with him from ESPN to the media, to girls, to everybody. This guy is calling everybody out, and I'm so proud of him because they put him through hell. She was trying to say from what he's saying is that she was like, it was all his fault, and it's all him, and it's all him. That's the type of attitude you have as a woman, or just anybody in general is I got to go have sex before we get married. It's ridiculous.

She had just retired. She was depressed and not fun to be around. But I didn't leave her because I was trying to be there and be a good partner. Then it was going a certain direction, obviously. There was no intimacy.

It was nothing. Aaron then recalls that during this rough time, he was also planning on buying a house alone. Quote, I'm buying a house in Malibu, and she goes, would you want to buy it together and I said no. And even though they contemplated couples counseling, they inevitably called it quits in July 2020. and that the breakup led to the most pain she's ever experienced. She shared in part on the Sage Steel Show because it was sudden it felt like when you live with somebody, it's your whole life. It's his boy. Shut up with that nonsense, okay? That pen, he hands it to him. That's, it's not a mistake, okay? That was a slap in the face to every single New Yorker that's out there. Every freaking veteran, every first responder, everybody that's lost somebody or is. dealing with physical stuff that's happening.

No, no, it's not just he represented him from 2008. He has said himself, I have represented Ahmed al-Darby since 2008. Al-Darby pleaded guilty in 2014 for war crimes plotted against commercial shipping. Kassam acknowledged the guilty plea during his sentencing argument. The case involved al-Qaeda linked maritime plots, including a 2002 bombing of the French oil tanker, M.V. Limburg of Yemen. That attack killed one person and wounded others. Al-Darby also has attended Al-Qaeda training camp, according to prosecutors. There's also a striking 9-11 connection.

Aldarby's brother-in-law, which is what you just talked about, was one of the five hijackers aboard American Airlines Flight 77, which struck the Pentagon. His sister's married. His sister's married. That's who this guy is. Yeah. Look how sweet he looks. Yeah. Look how sweet he looks.

This is the guy. Recently, he also represented, I don't know if this is a recent one that you talked about or not. Recently, he was the attorney for detained Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil. Khalil. I remember Khalil. Both of them. So he represented him as well. Well, I have some good news.

I can top that. So your mayor in New York is hanging out with a lawyer who represented some jihadi. In London, the mayor, the mayor. of London, he himself, when he was a lawyer, represented a jihadi terrorists. But the difference is, the good news here, is that in the UK, all those stories come out,

yeah, some people complain, but society, British culture, keep it quiet, and then it continues, it gets worse. Here, the more Mandan it gets exposed, the more he does these sort of things, the American people actually do wake up. I know we're all trying to warn people, but I have faith in this society.

That's the part where you have to stay vigilant. You have to stay aware. You have to be paying attention. So for us, we have to be very aware of what's going out right now in America, especially in yesterday I had John Rocker. Why would anybody want to go on the 7 train where the guy sitting next to you is on heroin and a girl's got four kids at 20 years old? He's just kind of giving this message, right? And he went through the trouble that he went through. But I said, so what do you think about what happened with New York? He said, well, you better call me in Ostradamus because what I said happened. I said, did you ever think New York wasn't going to get to this point with a Islamist, you know, socialist? He says, that I never thought was going to happen. This is coming from, by the way, this guy on any list, they put him as the 10 most hated athletes of all time. Right.

He says from day one, I use steroids. And trust me, everybody else, some of the stuff that he talked about, I've never. heard him talk about. It was a very interesting thing. But to see the New York City and for

Americans who kind of look away and say, well, you know, I don't think it's going to come to my city. I don't think it's going to come to my city. I don't think it's going to come to my city. It's coming to a city near you unless if you stay aware. That's how simple it is, Vinnie. And it just just a reminder, especially being a New Yorker, my uncle was downtown in Manhattan. While this was, when 9-11 happened, I was in the United States Air Force. I want people to understand that day, New Yorkers that were above. where the planes hit had to make the decision okay if they didn't come down with the with the implosion either i'm going to burn to death or i have to jump to my death okay that happened

and so now you have the mayor okay giving the ceremonial pen of that day and what americans had to go through new yorkas go through to the freaking terrorist lawyer it's 1 000 percent intentional because he knows on that stage, everybody's watching. So when you do this, people are going to say, who the hell is that guy? And that's the mayor of New York in your face saying, that's what's up, okay? And I'm disgusted by it. And it boggles my mind. And the New Yorkers are fine with it.

Besides the $100,000, Adam, I would, as a New Yorker, I would have them go. I hope they're waking up right now and to realize you voted for free and you've given and you've given up your city with what's about to happen. And I hope they're waking up to it. The New Yorkers, just enough of them, 50.1% is all it took. And just enough of them voted for free in the hands of a deceiver.

We don't need gun control. We need vote control. Because a vote in the hand of an idiot will kill more people than the gun in the hand of an evil genius. But again, to quickly defend the real New Yorkers, it's not actually their fault. When establishments in New York for over the years

pushed actual New Yorkers out, of the city and the state. The majority of people who voted for Mandani were not even New Yorkers. They were outsiders who came in. So they're all like new people. So the real New Yorkers, and it's still actually quite impressive result. I acknowledge what you just said. He still didn't manage

to get like 60-70%. Yeah, and I blend, by the way, and I blamed the Democrats, like the Cuomo's and the Adams and all these people, they suck so bad at their job that their only other option was the three guys. Look who you got. Look who you got. The guy who's handing a pen to the lawyer for Ahmed out of Hiboum and friends. and then you sit there as blithely on the most hallowed of anniversaries.

What did Reagan famously say that we're only one generation away from losing our freedom? Didn't he say that? You did. To me, there's one singular group that I would love to understand this, and that is the under 25 who was not even born during 9-11 that really doesn't remember. I remember my grandfather who fought in World War II telling me about D-Day. He's like, you don't understand what happened that day. you know, Hawaii, and my grandfather was basically out in fighting in Japan after that.

And he told me these stories. And I was like, wow, but it's so long ago, D-Day, 9-11 was our D-Day. Like, we went through it. I remember exactly where I was. I was in college. I remember I was in my house. I remember talking to my roommates at the time, like, what is going? I remember that exactly.

Young people now, and when we see the Mamdani's of the world with the Hassan Pikers of the world, who is out there campaigning together, basically saying America deserve 9-11, it makes you wonder what is going on, and this is why we need to educate the young people and make sure they do not become this communist, Islamist, fanboys or fan girls, and actually appreciate America.

That's the biggest concern for me. Yeah, and by the way, one of the things about President Bush that I'd like to ask is how much his thoughts has changed when he said this back in 2001 right after 9-11. And Tusi, I want to come to you about this, because you were born in Iran in 1988. And I want to know for yourself,

your religious experience from being around them and your family, you're Iranian yourself, right? So if you want to play this clip, go for it. This is President Bush right after 9-11. That's not what Islam is all about. Islam is peace. These terrorists don't represent peace. They represent evil in war.

When we think of Islam, we think of a faith that brings comfort to a billion people around the world. Billions of people find comfort and solace and peace. Tusi, where do you stand with that? Do you agree with them? So I'm not just saying this as a Christian myself, but this is so naive that even when somebody like President Bush at the time who was considered as, oh, the right wing, he's going to bomb everywhere and it's going to start wars, people in the West, especially in the elite

in the establishment, was so naive and they still are, that that's the wrong sentence. So the way you phrase it, you should not go and say, okay, well, let's just find every type of Muslim and like basically go after them. No, it's not that. But the idea, you need to challenge the idea of Islam. So you can't say, Islam is peace. You can say, oh, a lot of Muslims, you know, they're fine. They're not terrorists.

That's good. But you can't say the actual idea. It's like saying Marxism. Marxism is actually fine. It was Stalin. That was the problem. Islam is the problem. The idea, the ideology is the problem.

You need to challenge it. And Imam Tawidi, who was actually Iranian, and then moved to Australia, I think he's in Canada now. He's still a kind of a Shia cleric, but he stayed that on purpose because his fight is, he says, we can't reform Islam, but you can reform Muslims. And that should be the fight. And they

haven't learned. It's the absolute insanity that this is allowing to happen when Iran happened in 1979, with the help of the left and everything else that happened with that revolution. And when I spend my time in the UK, I spend years trying to spread the message, do not turn Britain into another Iran.

We're going to have our own underground secret clubs and parties and all that. As long as we know, we leave them alone. But again, there's always a line. There's always that boundary.

What are you out right now with Iran? What are you thinking is going to happen with Iran now with the war, going back and forward. What do you have with that? Well, it's been up and down quite a lot. And one of the interesting things is that the current, what I call, the U.S. military operation rather than the actual action by the U.S. Navy, is more effective than dropping a few bombs when a bunch of terrorists are going to hide

underground bunkers. And it's relatively less controversial, relatively, even for the American voters, compared to, like, dropping bombs. Because it's more visible. They're like, oh, the war's so long going, the oil's going up. We don't like it. But every president, since Carter, when he made that mess, when they get into the White House, at some point there's a conversation with the new president.

What do we do about this Iran thing? And they always clearly been told the same things. And you made a great video a couple of years ago explaining why thinking that you're going to go and start war with Iran in the Islamic Republic is going to be easy. It's a big land. It's a crazy land. The infrastructure they have, the system they have. But every president clearly has been told, okay, so bombing is not going to help, war, bad precedent, especially with Iraq. What do we do? Okay, st sanctions, fine.

And they all end up doing the same thing, and some of them went too far the other way. Obama and Biden saving the region by giving them money. Trump decided to do this gamble thing. And one credit I give to the White House, despite of fact, a lot of Americans are, like, right now frustrated, is that he decided to go, okay, we're going to have a couple of plans. Let's go try it. They did the June 2025.

Okay, they're still crazy. Let's go do the 28th of February this year. And then they continue the airstrikes, then they realize that plan is not really working anymore. Because, yeah, they're just hiding. We're just growing in them buildings for no reason. And the U.S. government, the current administration, instead of giving up, because it's even more embarrassing at this moment to just withdraw, they decide to double down, but not just dropping the bombs.

They keep changing strategy and tactics. So I give credit to them. It's not an easy situation. But they are, they keep trying to change it. And there's all this talks about, you know, or after midterms, the war's going to end and all. There's a lot of speculations that could mean. Some people say that means November is going to be bombs or some people say maybe they've got some deep plan with CIA

I don't know dropping weapons in October so that by the time election comes over it's all gamble But they did give credit to President Trump. He's trying different tactics. It's not easy. Yeah, my dad is still stuck in Tehran Yeah, he was in obviously they took his passport away. He's he can't leave and I'm banned from going because When I was young, in my 20s, I was in politics. I was a member of the Conservative Party in Britain. They sent a letter to my dad saying, We've discovered your son is now an MI6 Tory agent.

Because if you're Tory, you're clearly MI6. And I was like, okay, I'm banned. I wasn't planning to go back anyway. But he used to come and visit when I was a kid. He used to come and visit us in London as a tourist. You haven't seen it for a long time? Yeah, over 20 years. You haven't seen your dad over 20 years?

Yeah, it's been tough, yeah. It's been quite a long time. Can you guys communicate still? That's a WhatsApp, so it's the best way. By the way, by what do you think my Roselpera today? Many, many times. Yeah, and then there's been some controversies. Obviously, in recent year or so. But the thing is, he has no choice because he's the symbol for the people in Iran. So whether we can criticize the management or it can criticize, oh, we should do this and all that. But people are still chanting his name. And so that's more burden on him.

That's more pressure on him. So a lot of people expect him to call for the uprising now at some point. But I can also see that because he's not a military general. So he's like, okay, well, what if I call it and they get killed again? But at some point, there needs to be some action. There needs to be, and I think if the environment gets prepared and is happening now, unless something changes with the blockade and everything else, the economy is collapsed, the currency doesn't exist.

It's so bad that the government in Iran are going towards cryptocurrency suddenly. They're pro-bitcoin, the fuel crisis and everything else. The implosion is about to happen anyway, and it will be time for leadership, even a voice, just to stand up and say, maybe it's time. What can you tell to the audience? Because I left in 89, November 28th. So you're literally, after I left, you're there. What is the IRGC like in Iran?

How do they treat their people? How do they view the populace? So I'm actually surprised over the last five, ten years, five years. years, they kind of lost control a little bit after the 2022 protest with the hijab laws and all that. In the north of Tehran, where the kind of the more rich people are, a lot of women, younger girls just walk around almost with like no headscarves. For me, because when I was there, the morality police were on top of it. And I was like, wow, that's still surprised. Although it's kind of isolated in the north.

They don't really go there. It's, they have this massive hatred of the people and Iran. They don't see themselves as Iranian. And that's where people in Iran call them foreign occupiers or Arab occupiers. Some of them are actually born in Iraq, some of the leadership. But they are technically Iranian. But they are so ideologically Islam first that people don't see them as Iranians. There's this weird thing where they embed themselves in society so well.

They created an ingenious system. And again, it's all because of Ruhullah Khomeini, the first one who took over. he studied a lot about Stalin, about the French Revolution as well. They realize you can't just be a dictator. You have to create checks and balances for a dictatorship. So many branches that you have the normal armed forces military. Then you've got the IRJC military, which is parallel, but they're more in charge. And that's why people got excited 28th of February when Khomeini got barbecued.

They're like, oh, there we go, let's go and celebrate. But you can't just kill one dictator. you need to destroy the infrastructure, the actual, the results drain them. And then you're going to have to have, again, leadership on the ground. So at this point, the only option will be somebody in elements of the regular army to take temporary control until, you know, if the people want Crown Prince or return or whatever happens next, somebody needs to like be on the ground. You can't have the American troops on the ground because Iran is a big country.

What are you going to do? You're going to drop a few soldiers in them left to Iran. That's not enough. they are everywhere and they're on the ground. So they were talking about the missiles and drones earlier on about the tiny drones. They don't even have ballistic missile launches. They've all been destroyed. They have holes on the ground because from the missile cities,

they launched the missiles from there. So Americans keep trying to destroy the entrances, obviously. But dropping bombs is not enough. The current operation is the best way. But again, let's just see how long it takes. Yeah, I mean, there's a concern of what's going to happen with that. I want to wrap up with the story, Vinny, for you as well, because I know you want to talk about this with in Tala Rico. I'm going to go to that as well, Tom, is Bibi. Benjamin Netanyahu faces

storm over report he ignored warning ahead of October 7 attacks. And by the way, this is an NBC news story. This is not a blogger or podcaster that somebody just wrote this. Let me read this to you in a Vinny. I'm going to come to you. It dropped like a political bombshell into the next month's parliamentary election. A Heretz report that Israeli Prime Minister, Bibi, had a warning about the October 7, 2020, three attacks and chose not to alert senior officials. The expose said U.A. President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zaid Nihanaan told Bibi that Hamas leaders in Gaza were planning a major operation against Israel that could destabilize the entire region and that Netanyahu reached with relative calm. Bibi often called the report false saying that any relevant information was

passed through intelligence channels, and Horat's report he threatened to sue for libel. This is arrogance and a breach of trust that Israeli citizens placed him in him and his government. The four main opposition party said the former military commander, who is Netanyahu's main rival in the October 27 election wrote, he is unfit former Prime Minister Naftali, and Netanyahu cannot serve in his position for even more than one minute. So, I mean, there's a lot of things there, very many worry about this. Well, I mean, if it's true, and again, this is all reporting, and I understand that this is the first election since October 7th happened,

and it was stopped because of October 7th. Now on October 27th, this is going to be coming back. But if this is true, I mean, Pat, 10 days before, the worst attack that's happened to them, since the Holocaust, since Jews have had this attack, 45-minute call, the guy's warning you, this is happening, it's coming, and you do nothing about it. And then if you remember, New York Times reported in November, 2003, Israel had Hamas's 40-page Jericho Wall plan. It said everything to the T what was going to happen.

It described rocket drones, knocking out border surveillance, breaching the Gaza border, paragliders, everything and nothing happened. And then in July, 2003, a female analyst from Israel's unit 8200 warned, this is the third one, Hamas was training in ways that matched the Jericho Wall plan. And her concerns warned that if you dismiss. this because they they dismissed this because they thought Hamas didn't have the capability. So Israeli intelligence has the blueprint and then you see Hamas rehearsing it and you guys do nothing about it. And let's not forget, Charlie Kirk, God rest of the soul, sat across from you on this podcast and said, Bebe and the Israeli, it's almost unfathomable. It's unbelievable that they let it happen and they didn't know about it. And he said, he goes, guys, the size of Israel,

he was just there is the size of New Jersey. And you know the security. Everybody has an M16. Everybody is the IDF. Adam was just there. Everybody got guns. And I don't want to hear it. It's just weird that the excuse says, yeah, well, they got us.

For six hours, it happened and nobody knew Pat. And it's not a far-fetched thing. I'm not blaming him or saying that they did anything. But this type of intelligence failure, it's crazy. It's insane. And because of that day, look what happened. I just feel, and a lot of people are talking that the opposition, and Adam, I know you have

the information of who it is, that guy's gaining momentum, Pat, and people are saying that a lot of people in Israel feel like they blamed BB for October 7. That's the word from the people and that there was protests that day on the October 7th that they

wanted BB out and then this story comes out. But there's one thing to mention there because I spoke to some people from Israel and they said after October 7 that we were taking Hezbollah more seriously than Hamas. One important thing here is that for us as outsiders, obviously we're just seeing the actual report,

and it's Israel and the Israeli government. There is a, well, there's an election coming up. So this is in the interest of the opposition. So the people who are spreading, this is the left wing newspapers, and the opposition, including Naftali Bennett, who actually like these guys were also receiving the same warning five years before,

because the same Hamas were already preparing, and even the last, left wing, Lepid and all the others, we're still saying Hezbollah is more of a threat than Hezbollah, than Hamas. So it's the fault of both sides, all of them. I agree. And you're still right to question like BB's

government's motives, for example, for a lot of things that happens. Like, oh, if there's a court coming, maybe I should like change the topic by doing some military operation somewhere, but the other side would have done the exact same thing. That's the problem. The failure from both sides, the left and the right. You mean the failure

of left on how they would have reacted? to it? The speed of it? Because that threat is always... The speed of it. That's a different conversation. Absolutely. The conversation here is the speed. By the way, we had Charlie on, October 7th happens. Five days later, Charlie was on a podcast. If you want to play this, I don't want to play the whole thing, but just play a first minute of it. Go for it.

Guys not know this was taking place. So I've been Israel many times. The whole country is a fortress. When I first heard this story, I still had the same gut instinct that I did initially. I find this very hard to believe. I've been to that God. border. You cannot go 10 feet without running into a 19-year-old with an AR-15 or an automatic machine gun that's an IDF soldier. Right? The whole country is surveilled. The last nine months, Israel is on the brink of civil war. It's not an exaggeration. This judicial stuff, there were hundreds of

thousands of Israelis taking to the streets because Bibi Netanyahu is basically redefining the Israeli constitution. That's not an exaggeration, right? He said the judicial branch is too much power. there were protests planned this week against Netanyahu where they anticipated tens of thousands of people to take to the streets. That's all gone, Patrick. Netanyahu now has an emergency government and a mandate to lead. I'm not willing to say, to go so far that's saying that Netanyahu knew or there was intelligence here, but I think some questions need to be asked.

Was there a stand-down order? Was there a stand-down order? Six hours? I don't believe it. Israel is the side of New Jersey. When I took a helicopter ride from Jerusalem to the Gaza border, it's 45 minutes. Six hours. They're live streaming the killing of Jews.

Did somebody in the government say, stand down? That is a legitimate non-conspiracy question. The whole country is the IDF. The whole country is. And you're trying to tell me that they're going to concerts and kibbutzs and schools and by reports six hours. Let's say it's three hours. That's suspect. It's a fair question right there.

I mean, that's the part that's not been asked. Adam, where are you at with this? Well, number one, respect to Charlie Kirk. It's the one-year anniversary of him. And I'm biased, but that guy's the best. I might disagree with what he is assessment on that. And obviously, things have changed. He hasn't been around for a year.

But I like what you said, because a lot of what you said you were accurate, and you're asking a lot of the right questions. I'll just state, like, actual facts. number one, it's election season in Israel, and this is a massive political attack on P.B. All these people, Naftali Bennett, Gadi Eisenkott, all these people were in power as well. So you have to understand one thing, whether you're a pro-Israel guy, anti-Israel guy, understand this. Bibi is the Trump of Israel. So if you're used to Trump getting all the attacks here by the mainstream media and by the left,

just imagine what Bibi's dealing with. and when I say BB has doubled Trump, I literally mean it. Because Trump has won at least two elections, possibly three. Bibi has won six. So he's the longest serving prime minister in the world today in Israeli history. So the amount of attacks his guys dealing with has been unsurmounted. And right now he's fighting for his political life and he may lose. Right now this guy, Gaddi Eisencott, who was an IDF general.

He's actually favored right now. and his son was actually lost during October 7th. I'll say this one other thing. October 7th is our 9-11, and it's just kind of like coalescing at the exact same time. You have to understand just logistically, geographically. I went to the area. It took me two and a half hours on a bus,

on a Tuesday afternoon where there was no traffic. It's going to take hours to get where this was. Understand this. 9-11, it happened in the center of New York City. where this happened would be like somewhere out there in Long Island. It's going to take you hours to get there. So we're here in Miami, South Florida. It'd be like it's happening in the Everglades.

It's not close. So that's the biggest difference. And you also said one more thing, my last point. They were way, and I interviewed and spoke to countless people. They were way more concerned with Hezbollah from Lebanon in the north than they were with Hamas. They basically said, there's a real army in Lebanon with Hezbollah, with real. backing from the IRGC. They basically were like

these, you know, goat efforts with sandals in Hamas and Gaza were not worried about them. But guess what? They got caught slipping. And that's what happened. And to finish on that, to address what Charlie Kirk asked, the answer is relatively, you can answer it in terms of was it a standing order?

Stand down order. Stand down order. Again, the politics in Israel is so vicious during the election times, the left and right, and the media. And it's a small country in everybody's IDF. I can assure you, in order to bring down Netanyahu, somebody with Intel would have come to leak the actual stand-land order.

So somebody would have had one of the generals, someone would have said actually, at least with that conspiracy, they'd stand down order. They send so many troops to the north, even on that day when it was happening because missiles were coming from all sides. Because Yahasimov made the announcement, yes, we've entered because we are now waiting for our brothers from the west and from the east, from the north,

everyone to come. So everyone's panicking, but it still needs to be questioned. The scrutiny of it, like, it's still a bit of a mess. But yeah, down there in the south, it's still a desert until you get to the border with Gaza. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, okay. Great. So last but not least, Tom, Tala Rico.

Do we want to talk about Charlie at all? Let me go into the story, Adam. And so page number eight on Tala Rico. So, Tom, is this addendum we're talking about with Taderoico? Yeah, this is the part that Tom broke down about what's going on with Tala Rico. So Tala Rico says he missed the mark as he backtracks on controversial woke statements. So, Tom, can you do me a favor? What has changed in the last week or two that's getting Tala Rico to sound more sensible and coming more to the center?

So polling. All the polls going through 727 have Tala RICO, 5, 4, even 6. 9, 9, 9, an insider advantage, which is, I would give it a B. You know, it's certainly, it's a questionable poll like many polls are. All of a sudden, Nick comes down, he's only one up on Paxson. And in the entire month of August, there I counted seven different unique articles coming from liberal publications, including the Austin statesman, which is the Austin newspaper, Pat, that we're saying, Tala Rico has a problem with the black voters. and it is around LGBTQ and transgenderism. He has a problem with it.

And then the other articles come out, oh, no, no, he's getting a majority of black votes. Yeah, well, let me tell you, 55-45 on the black vote for Tala Rico is an L, because that means he doesn't have enough of them to win because of the independence. So the poll comes out, Pat. There's your playing field. Polls five to six points, suddenly one point on a poll, and people talking about he's got a problem with the black boat.

Then he comes out and says, yeah, I think my statement was overly broad. You know, I'm not in favor of banning, you know, I am. I'm favor of banning gender surgery for minors and opposed transgender identifying. This is the same guy that says, you know, I love transgender. When I think about this, I think about transgender. That's the same guy. And God is non-binary. So all of a sudden he's shifting.

So let me tell you what's happening now. He was way out there on the other side of DSA. And he thought that he was safe to be there. And he thought that with John Cornyn getting beat by Ken Paxon, Ken Paskin being, oh, not another white guy. Here's a middle-aged white guy, career politician in Texas. This is going to be our chance. We're going to get a Senate seat out of it.

This thing isn't over, but it's completely changed because Tala Rico is showing himself to be. completely two-faced, and it's the polls, and it's the moderate voters, and the black vote all in the last 30 days and the poll in the last week that's gone, wham! And all of a sudden he's on Fox. Maybe I misspoke. Yeah. Are you at this point thinking Paxton's going to win? Paxton's got work to do, but they're working really hard. Tala Rico has received $68 million in total campaign raises. Paxton since the primary has raised nine

and Paxton's one point behind. I think Texas is going to wake up, he's going to win this, but Paxton can't take traditional Red Texas and turnout for granted. He's got to work his ass off and he needs to start working now. Because he's being outspent and he's getting national dollars that are flowing into Tala Rico. The same way.

Oh, my gosh. It's the same playbook. They thought that they could get House of Representative Texas 24. Kenny Marchant was retiring and a woman who was the mayor of in one of the cities in and around, you know, Dallas. Here she is Irving's mayor, Beth Van Dyne, who ran in Texas 24 outspent by Nancy Pelosi and a Hispanic woman, crazy liberal, that was dropped into Texas. She barely had residency requirement when she ran. Beth Peter and Beth has stayed there. But that shows you that Texas will wake up,

but it also shows you what the Dems are willing to do to get Texas. Well, also, look, Texas should be red. I think we all know that about Texas. But I don't know if you saw this, Trump, the MAGA PAC, they typically don't give money to Texas. They give $10 million or something. They give $10 million to Ken Paxton to beat Tala Rico, $5 million to be spent on TV ads,

another $5 million on just attack ads, playing what Talarico says about God being a trans or non-binary and eating steak with gloves. And I said this before. In Texas, you have two choices right now. You're getting to vote for a cowboy, Ken Paxton, or a little boy named Howdy-Duty James Talaiko. And it's 50-50 at this point. To me, if this is what Texas is becoming, just go ahead and secede and become your own state, Texas. That's a crazy.

That's a sad reality because back in a day, not even that. long ago, even 10, 15 years ago, a liberal, you know, blue candidate could win, theoretically, Texas or some other places, but only if they are to the right of the Democrats, like, you know, JFK sort of type. They had to pretend to be still more conservative. The reason they can be arrogant like this is because they're getting the cities. The cities are falling. Even the big cities in Texas, Austin, like, that wasn't the case before.

Yes, people always used to say, obviously, the people outside cities are more conservative, and are more independent, cities are more outgoing, and more liberal, but it was still more intellectual. Even Seattle back in the 90s or 80s, it was still a fight between blue and red, but now, Republican... This comes back to the whole border situation, when you have 10 million people come to the border, not just during Biden, but years and years prior,

and you basically have a lot of South Americans who are used to socialism and free things, all of a sudden become citizens or voting, whatever. Now you've got Talafrico, potentially, as your senator. You're exactly correct. Once upon a time, there's a woman named Anne, Anne Richards was the governor of Texas. She would today look like a moderate leaning a little right, Pat, but she was that, the old school Democrat. And George Bush showed up in 1994 and kicked her butt from Dallas to Houston and back again when the real conservative Texas realized it. But remember who did destroyed. He destroyed someone back in those days that would have been a,

centrist, you know, from the Democrats. So it shows you where Texas is gone is that when the cities get invaded and made purple, primarily from California coming to Austin, you're exactly right what you're saying about the cities. And by the way, if you look at Calci right now, if you look at Calci right there, look what you'll notice on what's happened with Texas Senate winner. Red was like, oh, there's no way in the world. Anyone's going to do anything. And this is an $11.6 million number we're talking about that. There's a lot of votes in here. There's a lot of votes you and look where it's at today. Can you come to exactly where it's at today? Exactly where Tala Rico was 50-50, but a slight lead. He's got a slight lead over Paxson.

I think this thing's going to go down to the wire. And this tells us a story here. And I make an assessment on this because you lived in Texas. So, and you obviously lived in Texas, and I had one almost a year in Addison. We'll give it to you. The Republicans, let's call them out. They're not running great candidates. Yeah. Like this guy, yeah, yes, I'd rather have a conservative Texan, you know, not DSA member as my representative or as my senator, yes. But let's just at least acknowledge what's happening. The DSA is running young, vibrant, weird, woke candidates against old stale, male pale stale people in Texas or even in Maine.

You got what's the lady in Maine that keep the... When I signed abortions up to... No, no, no. Who's been the senator in Maine forever? What's her name? You know what I'm talking about. Anyway, they're running these crazy candidates. Susan Cox.

You're running all these old stale Republicans. There needs to be a fresh batch of young, vibrant, conservative Republicans. Come out there and whip them up. I think that's very good feedback on doing something like that. By the way, before we wrap up, the one year, I cannot believe the one-year anniversary was Charlie Kirk was just what? a couple days ago yesterday at the vault we played a video five-minute video dedicating to Charlie and I can't it was amazing seeing the reaction of people of how

everybody got up and if you just look to Twitter you said everybody telling their own Charlie Kirk story Anthony asked me a question and says what's your favorite Charlie Kirk story and I told them a couple of them you know of him us having lunch and you know 2023 him being one of the speakers he was speaking at the event at P. HB convention that Khabib was speaking at and Will Gidehra was speaking at from 11, 11 Madison. And he got up and he did his thing. He sold America. When he sells America, nobody did it better than he did.

May he rest in peace, we're always. And I tell you, always thinking about this man who could have been only 31 years old, but he was the one that was holding the Republican Party together, as crazy as it sounds. People twice his age were calling him for advice. And this is a 31-year-old man who had the wisdom of a 75. 80 year old, every day this man is missed. Every day, this man is missed. And I think his legacy is going to continue for many, many years to come.
