There's a lot of things to talk about. Craziness, we got videos to share with you. We got a tweet, I gave a tweet about the history of LGBTQ that got some attention with, you know, Caitlyn Jenner retweeted it, we had a lot of other people that are kind of breaking it down saying, I can't believe you said this, why would you say something like this? I want to kind of read this to you, especially to those of you that are fathers that get one day per year to celebrate if you're lucky, and if you're mothers and you get one year per year if you're lucky.

However, the LGBTQ community's got 140 plus days per year for us to celebrate, which is kind of weird for me. And I think it's a regular question to be asked, and so we'll talk about that today. Aside from that story-wise, we got Oprah Winfrey is having stomach issues. There's a bunch of lawsuits right now with Ozempic. I'll tell you about that story there. Rachel Maddow, a little bit heartbreaking when you see how she breaks down crying about Trump. But you got to see the clip.

Chelsea Handler, I want you to watch this clip and tell me if this is racist or not. She's saying she's going to check 50 Cent to make sure he doesn't vote out of line. Okay, Florida, right now, I don't know if you're following or not, the last 10-12 hours there's some ships from Russia that are close to Cuba but within 25 miles of us I think, it was at a hundred miles, now you said it's around 25 miles away from us and the US, the way they've reacted to it is pretty interesting. said he was going to do it and he did it, pay the man his money. So I think he's going to get paid his money today. Kevin Spacey was on Piers Morgan. There was a couple interesting moments where he was asked about how much money he's got right now. He says, I have zero. And he also told a story about flying to the Epstein Island on the Lolita Express with Bill Clinton.

He actually told this story. And obviously we have to talk about Hunter Biden, with what's going on there. We have some stuff about why more American expats, expatriates, are renouncing their U.S. citizenship. 26% of Gen Z applicants bring in parents to job interviews. 10,000 California fast food job cuts due to $20 minimum wage. Authorities nap eight suspected terrorists with ties to ISIS and multi-city sting operation analysis. 75% American job growth has gone to migrants

since 2019. They dropped that story. Apple introduced a system wide open AI, Apple Intelligence, and Elon Musk threatens the ban. A bunch of conversations about what if he starts his phone. Brick Summit begins with goal of ditching the US dollar. Gen Z plumbers and construction workers are making blue-collar cool and majority of Gen Zers want to become entrepreneurs. In-and-out hikes prices thanks to California's new $20

minimum wage. CNN staffers fear layoffs as network links inks deal with AP, Associated Press, earning $100,000 a year isn't enough to feel rich in the U.S. anymore. And Fed projects just one cut this year despite mild inflation reports. Aside from that, a couple other things. Johnson & Johnson is finally settling $700 million lawsuit. Nancy Pelosi was recorded saying some things about January 6th that right afterwards you have to go and press and kind of work and get it back where people are not overreacting. We went to watch the movie Bad boys bad boys, which by the way, I think if if a movie theater has those recliners Yeah, they have to keep it at least this much things Oh, because if they go straight like this, there is no movie You're taking a nap I did and I made the mistake of going a little bit too far you and I both and so I can't tell you how the movie was I can tell you I took a nice 30 minute nap however in the middle of the movie we're sitting there with me Vinny Tico Dilly and Samvel a

man in the front what kind of noises you making like we think he's having a seizure and by the way nobody gets up except Pat and me but good I get up I go up I'm like hey man and by the way we're sitting on this side he's on complete opposite side here in the front I get up I'm like dude you good what are you doing we're trying to watch you just by himself yeah he's by himself he's going like this I thought he was choking doing like a peewe a Pee Wee Herman type of thing? So I'm like, are you good? No, he wasn't on Pee Wee. We're on Herman. I said, you good?

He says, yeah, what's up? I said, do we need to get you something? He says, yeah, why don't you give me some popcorn and ice tea? He thought you were the usher. Let me just get this guy out of here so we can get him out of the movie theater. We go outside and I'm like security, what are you guys going to do? And he's like, so when are you going to buy me the popcorn and ice tea? I said, bro, it's not about popcorn and ice tea.

And he's just standing there like, that's like, is anybody gonna, so me and pattern freaking military mode. And we're,

you know, the kids are behind us. That's in the front. Nobody that works there knows what to do. This is on third street. Probably not. This is like, what area is this third street? Third street Santa Monica. Santa Monica. It's supposed to be a nice area. This guy, this guy, this guy is obviously on drugs, bro. His eyelashes are burnt because he's probably smoking in there and he burned his face. That's why he's probably screaming.

But me and Pat kick into action. They have no idea what to do with this guy. So we finally bring the kids back in. Sam's standing by the door. I'm sitting there watching. They finally kick him out, but it's like nobody knows what to do. They can't talk to anybody and then then what happens? And then we go outside. We go outside. They kick the guy out. We go outside. We're walking around. The entire

Third Street Promenade smells like pee. Like urine. It was absolutely disgusting. Yep. We used to go there every weekend. When we were in LA, we'd go to Venice. We'd go this. We'd go that time. It was embarrassing. I can imagine. How terrible the smell was. You look like you wanna say something. No, from the theater, did Hunter at least say thank you for coming up and show some concern for him? Well, if he was Hunter's brother,

he was a brother from another mother. Yeah, because I was black. No, it's terrible. I haven't been there in three years, but three years ago, we were there, unfortunately, for a funeral, and the reception was over by Malibu you know afterwards where you bring food to the people's house and stuff and we decided to go through Santa Monica and I said you want to just walk down Third Street promenade and we were had fond

memories walking up and down and I had the same reaction you did walk up and down at certain points of it it's like what is that smell and this person at a store said you see the space between the two stores right here like that Little thin alley they go in there and they do their business all night long. I'm not doing the business They use it as an outdoor toilet and they have to come in in the morning and it was discussed Horrible absolutely discussed just to maybe get a little substance out of this How many people were in this movie theater? Probably 16, 17. Is that a lot for this movie theater?

I think it is. Yeah, I would say a lot. Okay, because look, you know, the whole meme stop situation, everything's going on with GameStop, everything's going on. AMC, you know, when we were in Dallas in 2020, you're a big movie guy, dude. I don't go to the movies ever. I think I've gone to the movies more time the last few years when we've gone field trips I came in for it with air the Nike and my movie sound of freedom just a couple different movies that I've seen

I just don't go to the movies anymore. I went to the on Lincoln Road, which is probably the most busy street in all of South Beach I went with a good buddy of mine. He's actually trying to maybe Buy the entire movie theater because he's basically his opinion is that movie theaters are done. And I said, are it interesting? And by the way, AMC stock is now $4 during, during COVID almost $500 something dollars. That was the game stop situation. But imagine your stock going from 550 to four ridiculous. I guess what's the that I went with my buddy to go see all these 4 ridiculous. Back here, back here. I guess what's the... I went with my buddy to go see all these movie theaters. We went, it was a Wednesday night in Miami, I get it, it's not the weekend.

We went in every single theater, two people here, one person there, five people here. It was just dead, every single movie theater. So I guess my question is, what's the future of these movie theaters? I don't know, this homeless guy's doing his thing. I don't know, but I think the future of California is bleak because everywhere you went, we were walking down Beverly Hills just to kind of see what that market was like in Rodeo Drive. And the guy comes up to us, looks at Vinny, starts putting the camera right in front of his face.

So tell me, huh, you're an Israel apologetic, oh yeah, you're apologetic about Israel. Yeah, Vinny, yeah. And Vinny, that's what he says to Vinny. Vinny's like, what? Yeah, I have Senna on my back. Senna's on his back. And he's like rushing, like TMZ style shot. And I'm like, bro, you don't even watch the show.

I go get the hell out of my face. Are you wearing a PBD podcast shirt? Of course I am. And then Senna's on my back, and that's why it piss me out because I'm like, bro, like do whatever the hell you want if I'm by myself, but when there's children, my sister was there, my mom was there, I'm like, yo, back the hell up. But he was like, and he goes, oh, and you're here too.

Like he was getting into Patsy. This is more just indicative of what's going on in LA, California. It was just messy, man. It was just, I mean, literally everywhere we went, the kids were measuring how many pride month. It was crazy. How many pride month, uh, it was crazy. How many pride, uh, flags it is, but on a whole different, different level, it's, it's,

it's a different place. And we, it's a one night we're going out to have ice cream, gelato in Beverly Hills. After we would eat, we'd go walk. Tom, you were there. This was last night. Actually. Last night, no, two nights ago in LA, in LA, in LA, we go to this place to have gelato and we run into this of father and daughter. He's a kind of, he follows the content closely and Jewish father, his daughter, they went through a divorce, him and his wife, his daughter just got accepted to UC Berkeley. And we start talking about Palestine, Palestine Israel the exchange lasts 30 minutes Dylan and t-corps their Sena is there another person comes no Vinny I booked you

And in this this literally we do a podcast for 30 minutes in the middle of the gelato store It's only us it's like ten of us. Yeah, and we're having this great conversation Tico whispers to Vinny He goes this is a last conversation I thought would be happening inside of a gelato place. Like it's, and by the way, it was a great conversation because she didn't see eye to eye with her dad. Pat's like, I want to, I want to come back to you in a year. Let's circle back to find out.

The other guy comes in. He says, you think that's just happened in Berkeley? You should go to UCLA right now. See how embarrassing California is. Yeah. This was a separate guy that walked in and said, wait a minute, I know you guys and was listening and we were all polite to him, kind of motion, do you need to walk by? And he said, no, I'm enjoying this. And he sat there and said, listen to the conversation.

He just bought front row seats. It's the bottom line. What the hell is going on in California? That's the bottom line. So you have no clue April 6th is your day. What happened Tom? I said so if you have no

clue April 6th is your day. International Lesbian Visibility Day. May 17th, International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia. May 19th, a Gender Pride Day. May 22nd, Harvey Milk Day. May 24th, Pansexual and Panromantic Visibility Day. What the hell does that mean? June, Pride Month, entire month. July 6th, Omnisexual Visibility Day. July 11th through the 17th, specifically one week, Non-Binary Awareness Week. July 14th, International Non-Binary Day. July 16th, International Drag Day.

August 14th, Gay Uncle Day. Verify this if you think it's a joke. Gay Uncle. September 16th through the 22nd, Bisexual Awareness Week. September 23rd, Bisexual Awareness Week, September 23rd Bisexual Visibility Day, October LGBT History Month, October 11th National Coming Out Day, October 20th International Pronoun Day, October 24th Asexual Awareness Week, November Trans Awareness Month, November 6th Transgender Parent Day, November 8th

Intersex Day of Remembrance remembrance November 13 through the 19th Trans awareness week November 20 a transgender day of remembrance. Are you tired yet December 8 pansexual pride day folks? It's only June we still have to go through these days for the rest of the year 145 roughly out of 365 days dedicated dedicated to LGBTQ Roughly out of 365 days dedicated to LGBTQ, that's 39.7% of the year. Why? How did this make any sense? Meanwhile, we took God out from school, we took prayer out of school, we stopped saying the Pledge of Allegiance in school because that's offensive.

Seriously, who's better for a healthy society? Promoting LGBTQ or marriage. Pro-family unit, husband and wife, if this is controversial, America has lost its mind. If the agenda is not to procreate, pushing LGBTQ agenda suppresses that. Gay men cannot procreate, folks. Lesbian couple cannot procreate. No one cares if you're gay, lesbian, trans or bi. What you choose to do with your body after you're 18 is your choice and we'll respect

it. But this agenda must be accounted for why our national birth rate is the lowest it's ever been. America would be a powerhouse again if we flip the script, using 145 days to promote the pro-family and give LGBTQ a day out of the year. This is enough that would get us back to two and a half birth rate and produce a better society. Feel free to tear apart this argument, but if you support it, have the courage to comment

and retweet, God bless, may God bless us all. Anyways, and this thing went all over the place with commentary, agreeing, disagreeing. But you know what it was? 99% of people that read this, they were for it. 99% of people said, this is logical, how do you argue this? Tom, your thoughts on this. What the agenda is, and it's rooted all the way down, here I go, here comes the rabbit hole, get ready guys, we're jumping in, we go all the way down to Marxism, breaking the American family, breaking the unity of the American spirit and the American society, and you just keep coming. That is their strategy here, keep coming. So the reason all these additional days keep coming, and you saw

I don't know what the difference between awareness and visibility are but you see they just keep coming Keep coming. This is the strategy is to Overwhelm the society with their agenda and where they want to take it and this is how they're doing it. And by the way I thought it was a joke when you first started listing them like honestly especially when you showed it to us but here's a misconception when you when you say like when you put a tweet like that Tom and we know this automatically the other side is like oh you're Trent you're

have a phobia you're scared you're, no, especially with the pride parades, especially that happened in West Hollywood, what does you being butt naked, okay, sometimes you're ass out, twerking in front of kids, just what does that have to do with being proud of being gay? Gay people have been through so much to get to where, like now in society, you're equal, you're chill,

you can do whatever the hell anybody else can do. Why do you have to sexualize it in the streets? And like, what does that have to do with being gay? That's what I'm, I get so confused because I'm like, okay, you're gay, congratulations. Katelyn Jenner with Transgender retweeted, gays against groomers, so we fully support this message. It's, exactly, that's what I'm saying.

Yeah, because you don't have to be part of the community or not part of the community or part of the agenda to have common sense. So you know, on the surface, I'm assuming you said 90 plus percent of the comments were positive. Yes, I'm assuming the comments that weren't bad, racist, bad sexist. He's homophobic. He's anti trans.

This is actually the beauty of actually somehow owning your own media company because there's a lot of people would be probably want to say stuff like this, but their fear of getting canceled, losing their job, being demeaned or being basically called all sorts of names, everything with that. But what you're saying is actually accurate. You know, I brought this up. You tweeted this probably over the weekend. I want to say, cause I brought it up to a buddy of mine who's pretty high up in

the democratic circles and he goes, well, you know, the father's day and the mother's day, you gotta understand that those are national holidays. These aren't national holidays. I go, you know, cute caveat right there, but these things still exist, buddy. Let's, let's stay at the heart of the matter. There's all these ridiculous holidays. He read it and he said that he read it. He goes, well, I get it. But understand that the father's day is these are national holidays. But bottom line is this, everything that's going on with DEI and everything that's going on, there's corrections and there's over-corrections. Okay, cool.

After the Harvey Milk, everything that was going on in the gay activist movement, I think it was Obama that made gay marriage legal, right? I think during his first term, he actually did not want to do that in his second term. Obama didn't do it. It was a John Roberts decision, which under the Obama administration. Thanks Tom. But it was Supreme Court under Obama that had happened. Correct.

But the point is it's reached the point of peak overcorrection where it should sure have a gay holiday. Sure. Have a gay pride month yeah every single thing now it's like boom boom boom boom enough's enough if i was still in hollywood right now yeah no joke you'd be gay because i i thought that's where you're going because vinny that's not cool just telling you i see you other way vinny perfect there's nothing wrong with it come on what's today is it national coming out day guys come out So so like that's we I retweeted it

Do you realize if I was in LA and I was on a show and I retweeted that Oh Hollywood I would have been fired your thing about it. They would have told me you're fin take it down or you're fired That's my point. That's a great point. Yeah, wait till October 11th. Okay, what's national? Do it the right way? Oh my god, if you're gonna do it in the closet till then we had We had Gina Piranha on and she got canceled for far less than that. Yeah far less. So it's crazy I mean obviously but you know free speed, you know, you know only if you're part of the right agenda Let me tell you let me tell you what's what's great about common sense It always prevails

Common-sense eventually prevails. Sometimes it takes a day Sometimes it takes an hour of a conversation with a person, sometimes it takes a year, sometimes it takes a decade, sometimes it takes 50 years. But trust me, common sense prevails. It's undefeated. Common sense is purely undefeated. Try to say whatever you want about common sense. It's eventually going to dominate the marketplace.

By the way, a couple of things when you're watching this. So watch what's happening with common sense. Logan Paul just had Trump on. You know who represents Logan Paul? Some of the biggest representatives in Hollywood that are liberal and all this. This guy has Logan, he goes to Mar-a-Lago to interview Trump. First of all, Trump's campaign, brilliant, brilliant move to get into this audience and TikTok. Whoever's idea was to get the president on TikTok, brilliant idea, whoever it was on the camp, you know who you are, credit to you, but having him on.

What is happening to America? People are kind of sitting there saying, look, I just want to talk to the president, okay? And look at Logan, 864,000 likes to have the guy on his podcast. What does this tell you? His audience wants to have this guy on now They've invited Biden. They've said no they've invited him. He said yes So maybe both of them will go maybe both and it won't go on but it is what it is This is what I do want to say this is what I do want to say to all the fathers out there

This is is it father's days this weekend by the way father's day mother's day is not a national holiday It's it falls on a weekend and father's day is always forgotten about, but not if you watch PBD Podcasts, because we respect you guys. Yeah lunch And their daughter is seven-year-old daughter sitting there the boys get out of line And all of a sudden I'm looking at Dylan and Tico because you know they're doing what boys do. And I'm checking them and I'm talking to them and you see the girl looks at me like this

and they're just like, and she's like, wow. I'm like yeah, that's how you got to deal with boys with boys. But anyways, we're having this conversation and you see the value of great fathers. The entire conversation was how powerful and how much he loved his father. Crazy stories, but it's about fathers. If you're out there doing your part as a father, picking up your responsibilities, not giving it up to somebody else to do. You wake up every single morning thinking about how to raise better kids, thinking about how to raise better future leaders in the world.

And you see it, you just doubt the celebrity because they're all professional actors and they're trying to put the spin. The one thing Kevin's opened himself up for, a lot of those things he's talking about are a public filing. And if a multimillion dollar house in Baltimore with his name on it or the name of an LLC that he owns it under, that's why celebrities own homes usually, or a trust. I believe him on that point because it would be so easy to disprove and go to the filing and saying, you're full of crap, you're not being foreclosed on.

So I think, are the millions in legal bills? I believe that, but I think there's also some play in it here because he has a couple other homes, he's got one in New York. He's got one of Malibu supposedly So he's got assets and so he may be asset rich But cash flow poor and is deciding to walk on the Baltimore house simply because he can't do it He's got to pay the legal bills So I believe about half of it, but I have a hard time with the emotion when celebrities do this Any what do you think cuz I there's just so easy to. And I mean, people were furious because I'm an actor. He is, let me explain something to you. I've watched House of Cards until they took him on the last season. He's one of the best. Because he's the only guy that I can understand that I can think of that got me to do by me doing men, right? Everyone that, you know, the Harvey Weinstein, the world, the ditties of the world, the R Kelly's of the world, everything that's going on out there. It's all women. So I don't know. I think there's a little leniency to men. Women are treated a little bit more delicate than dudes.

I don't feel bad, especially if it's all these guys that came forward and were like, dude, if you watch the documentary, he was cornering guys. He was taking advantage of people. But bro, how many cases has he had, especially overseas where like he's had to go to court and he has to pay, yeah, he's innocent, but he has to pay in civil lawsuits for these people. In 2015, I started seeing reports online, things on my Twitter account that I had flown

to this guy, Jeffrey Epstein's island and I had abused young girls. And I was like, I mean, if you'd asked me in 2015, maybe even if you'd asked me in 2002, did I know a guy named Jeffrey Epstein, I probably would have said no. Well, of course, I have since learned who he is. And I have since been able to go back and find out that the airplane that we flew on for this humanitarian mission was owned by Jeffrey Epstein and to then learn, oh, he was actually on some of those flights. And this Maxwell woman was on some of those flights.

I didn't know him. I've never spent any time with him. I was with the Clinton Foundation people. That's who I was with. Even worse? Now, what I understand is that he didn't start to be investigated until 2005 by authorities in Florida. So here's what I can tell you.

This Maxwell moment, she was one of many people to sit down next to me in that throne room. I have no relationship with her. I had no relationship with him. I mean, he's not my friend. I'm not a confidant. I've never spent time with him. And interestingly, I will say this.

I was very fortunate that President Clinton introduced me a lot of business leaders in London because he knew I was coming to the Old Vic. And I developed relationships with Robert Earl, Pula Ludovic, Robert Earl, a lot of wonderful people, Richard Caring, people who supported the work that we did at the old Vic and gave money to us. Do you know who I never asked for anything was Jeffrey Epstein?

I didn't want to be around this guy because I felt he put the president at risk on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls. Oh, now we were like, who is this guy? So I will say this, there were young girls on those there were young girls on those flights. Yeah. Wait, wait. Oh, time out time out. You mean to tell me, Patrick, if you're on somebody's private jet, how big is this private jet? It's a fairly size. You don't know everybody that's on that flight. I'm sure that he is not doing well cash wise really struggling or at the very least his typical lifestyle is not this question is not where what he thinks the residual from the movies he's done residuals oh there's purely residuals I'll say American pie depends on he's a big-time player million a year on was it not a lot let's say I'm saying can we find out what it is I just googled it right now didn't come up that's not a lot. I'm saying, can we find out what it is? I just Googled it right now. It didn't come up. That's not a lot.

Okay. I'm telling you, that's not a lot. I just did a lowball number because I get residuals from little shows that I do and if I was the lead in it, forget it. It's, and he's an EP. I don't know, but all his best movies, dude, were from like the early 2000s. Yeah, but he just did House of Cards. Is there a residual on House of Cards?

I'm sure there is. Well, think about how much you think it would be. I couldn't estimate that, but I'm sniffing what you're looking at. I think he's probably asset rich and cash poor, because it takes money to insure and pay the taxes on those assets. So I think he has the London house, the LA house, the New York apartment. That could take, I just did a little back of the math here, that could take 15 grand a month just to cover tax roll and things.

So that means he needs 30 grand a month, so he needs constant state, 360. So I think he's cash poor thanks to his legal fees and everything, but he's got a few assets left and he's got higher interest rates to get any loans against him. So I think he's pinched. So here I'm looking at this article that's talking about residual checks. So Mandy Moore, I don't know who she is, she talks about how she would get 81 cent checks for streaming residuals and these guys are talking about how small the residuals are. Now obviously these are not the level of names of a Kevin Spacey.

Who's mind you, Patrick, he's an actor, lead role, and he's executive producing creator. Those are all separate checks. I look at this like if I'm an insurance producer or if I'm doing assets under management or I'm a financial advisor or any type of someone who does sales, there's your primary income source, which is your actual income, and then there's your residual. So what insurance is what 2%? Whatever it may be 2 to 4 percent. Okay, sure But that's not your you know, a hundred grand a month or whatever you're making. So I look at this like he lost his job He lost his income. He still has maybe some residuals coming in

But under no circumstances is he as wealthy that as what he once was or is the money coming in what it once was? So when I said two things to he'd be true as once. Yeah, I think he's kind of acting, but I also think there's some truth to the fact that he's actually going broke, saved that money. Well, I mean, look, at the end of the day, you know, we're going to see what's going to happen with us, but he's making his towards. He's going around talking to a lot of different people and, you know, he's probably the biggest Hollywood name that's comfortably sitting down talking to others.

I'm not sure if people in the establishment of Hollywood like him doing that because it's re-bringing up stories of stuff that's already out of the limelight. They're like, hey, stop talking. Just stay put. Don't do these interviews. Why are you sitting there talking to Pierce Morgan? Why are you going to these types of things? Why are you talking to Tucker?

I think that's what's happening behind closed doors. The reason is, bottom line is, he doesn't have a choice, meaning any other Hollywood actor is doing softball interviews, they're doing, good morning America, hey, tell us about your new movie, Light and Sunny. He's like, dude, I am broke, I am penniless, things are a mess right now. And many of them did the same things. Yeah, so let's talk about what's going on here with some Gen Zs, okay? A few things going on here with Gen Zs.

One of them, this story which is absolutely disturbing, 26% of Gen Z applicants, ready? Bring their parents to the job interview. What? I can only imagine, hey daddy, can you go to the job interview? No! You can't buy yourself to the interview. No, hey, please hire my son. He's such a sweet little boy.

I think he would be great for your company. Please, he's such a nice guy. And a survey by Resonate Templates found that 26% of Gen Z respondents involved their parents in the job interview process, with 31% bringing a parent to an in-person interview, 29% having parents join a virtual interview of those with a parent at an in-person interview, 29% having parents join a virtual interview of those with a parent at an in-person interview, 37% had their parent come into the office and 26% had their parents sit in the room during the interview. In virtual interviews, 71% had their parents off camera and 29% had their parent visible

with many parents speaking directly. What? Oh my God. That is, I would be like, are we really doing this? Tell them about your GPA. Executive resume writer Andrew Stoner, great last name, commented, it does not signal confidence to a hiring company on behalf of the child and recommended a help at a distance approach, advising parents to support and advise their children without direct involvement in the interview.

Tom, thoughts on this crazy story? This crazy story is focusing on the Gen Z, but I'm going to call out you idiot parents. This is what you have done. You have turned out incapable, unprepared, you know, emotionally anemic children. You've turned out. This is on you, parents. This is on you, divorced parents, that didn't find a way to come together and help your kids.

This is on you who let them just dive into social media, searching for likes and everything, and didn't develop social skills. So when they have to do something like, oh my goodness, have an integrated conversation with somebody and talk about your skills, talk about your likes, talk about your education, and have an integrated conversation with somebody and talk about your skills, talk about your likes, talk about your education, and have an intelligent conversation. Your kids can't do it.

I put this on the parents and I think it's shocking and horrifying that we have 21-year-old citizens that are walking out right now among us without these skills. This is on the parents. We're're gonna fire you go get your dad get your dad in here We're gonna fire you but we want to do it in a nice. Yeah as a boss. What do I say? I think it's kind of like look we want to have a conversation with you about your 90-day review Okay, sounds good. I have to see if my dad's available. Excuse me? Yeah, my mom or my dad? Yeah, I have to see if my dad and my mom's available. Can they both come? What are you talking about? To me, if I saw a parent in the interview right there just looking at, hey, yeah, so I think my son would be very, you guys would be very lucky to have my son with your company.

Got it. You know what? I will, you know, I'll sacrifice this lucky moment of mine and give permission to many other great companies to experience this great luck of yours that you have raised. Please go do that. I wish you nothing but the very best in a situation like this. But as funny as this is, do you believe it with today's helicopter parents? I believe it.

I believe this to be true. I believe this to be true, Adam. Yeah, well, it's like, you know, what's the thing you always say, Tom? People talk but numbers scream. What is it? I say words talk, numbers scream. So, you know, this is something that I find near and dear to me because when I started finding out, doing content, it was all about millennials. And as the oldest millennial, and I'm researching sort of Gen Z, Gen Z is basically anywhere between 25 and 15. So I'm like, okay, so one third of parents are showing up to interviews, I would hope and pray that it's for the 15 to 18 year olds, or maybe go into a job interview and okay, you bring the parents. But under no circumstance, you're bringing your parents to an interview.

So I'm wondering why is this happening? So, but the good news is two thirds of Gen Z are not bringing their parents. So this is what happens when you start painting in broad strokes. It's like, are all Gen Z like this? Are all Gen Z emotional nitwits? Are all Gen Z kids who just can't do anything for themselves? Are they all woke basically snowflakes? No, because

we have Gen Z kids that work here. They're actually great. We've hired them. So it's, I guess it all depends on who these kids are and what their age group is. By the way, there's 70 million Gen Z. They're the second largest generation ever. There's 70, I think, two million millennials. And the largest generation before that was baby boomers that were 70 million. So there's a lot of young people, two out of every five people in America are either a millennial or Gen Z. So there's a lot of young people out there. So there's going to be a lot of data that suggests they're babies and they can't do things on themselves. But

then there's this other story right here. And this is actually good news right here. Majority of Gen Z actually want to become entrepreneurs. When I was growing up in the 80s and 90s, entrepreneur wasn't even a thing. I know you said, you know, Valuetainment is a channel for entrepreneurs. I know one of the things you'd always say is that 100% of the world's problems are going to be solved by entrepreneurs. So here's a report, 54% of Gen Zers in the US want to become entrepreneurs, which is positive. So it's not just negative, they're all just losers, they're all just helicopter parents,

they all can't just do things, they are not able to do things for themselves. There is a large coalition of Gen Zers and young people are like, I can't do the traditional route, I'm going to figure this thing out, I'm going to become an entrepreneur, I'm going to go make my money. I love that you said that. And I love that you said that, which is looking at more on the positive than the negative, right? But here's a question I got for you. Do you think the number of helicopter parents is increasing or decreasing?

Do you think the number of parents showing up in interviews is on a decline or is it on an increase? Unfortunately, it's increased. Yeah, that's the- Because it started at zero a couple decades ago. Who the hell would even, like, if 20 years ago, somebody said, my mom is here for the interview, would you have believed that?

For that to be at 20-some percent, I watch this Gen Z's, let me tell you what some of you guys are doing, which is fascinating. Gen Z plumbers and construction workers are making blue collar cool. Lexus Abreu, a 27-year electrician, has amassed 2.2 million followers on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, making $200,000 a year from clicks and brand deals.

She notes you feel just like a normal person until you actually get confronted by people and you're like, oh my goodness, this is real. People know who I am. Enrollment and vocational programs rose 16% last year as skepticism about the cost and value of four-year college degrees grew. Influencers like Abreu are making trades appealing by highlighting high wages and success such as we've made it more appealing. We have nice vehicles, we own homes, we are successful, says Carpenter Matt Panella, who

earns over $200,000 from Sponsor and come brought is this the same story as the plumber and construction workers? Yes. Yes it is Okay, so how do you process this? Well, let's just move aside the tick talkers who are pretending to be construction workers And that's actually talking about the people are actually doing the construction or actually using the tool belt and are actually actually talk about the people who are actually doing the construction or actually using the tool belt and are actually making the products that they're talking about because the average construction worker isn't on TikTok making 200 grand. But I actually love this story because we've seen what's happened since the 1980s. Forty percent of college students used to be women and 60% were men.

Now it's completely flipped. Now men make up 40% of college students and it's 60% that are women. So men have to realize, listen, you know, we just talked about the story about more Gen Z and young people are becoming entrepreneurs. College isn't the only route that you can take. You can go to trade school, you can go to technical school, you can become an entrepreneur. There's so many different routes you can take to make money and make something of your life. You can become an apprentice, you can get an internship. You could do national service. You can go to the army and figure out who you are and be the best you can be. So, you know, this story, I guess, gives nice headlines that they're making hundreds of thousands of a year

in sponsorship fees or in TikTok ads, whatever. But the reality is you've got to give respect to the guys that put on a hard hat every single day, worked their tail off, got a shovel, got a hammer, got a plunger, whatever it is. Those are the guys that are, you know, ready for it. Never going to be replaced by AI. Those are the guys and gals, but it's 98% men who are actually working and make America, dare I say, great again. Wow, you said it. Amen. I mean, listen, to my right sits a spokesperson for Donald Trump. Magna. That's a little too much, Mac, on this podcast.

Too much, Adam. Go ahead, go ahead, Tom. I might just get canceled real quick. No, I think, and I feel like there's something in my coffee because I'm about to say, Adam has a point. Whoa! Whoa! Tom, when you got a very, very good point is you take a look and we've, we've covered this on the podcast before that. I think it was 45% of college graduates discovered

that what they studied in college could not connect them to a job studying art history, studying, you know, American history, you history. You want to be a history teacher? Study American history. You get an American history degree because you want to hang out at Princeton for four years? You could do nothing with that. 40% of them said that, and they ended up in a lot of debt. So they're seeing that.

These people are seeing their older brothers and sisters and their aunts and uncles going through this and coming out the other side and looking at it and saying, you know, AI is not going to replace electrician. My uncle was electrician. Maybe I get a couple trucks and a couple people working for me. I'll be an entrepreneur. The only thing that there was a quote in the article says, I can be my own boss, work my own hours, and have more time for myself. Well, if you're going to be an entrepreneur, you can work for yourself and have more hours, but I will say this, you know, if you're really an entrepreneur, you're going to be an all-the-timer and it's incredibly fulfilling and you're going to be making jobs and doing things like that. So I think the Gen Z, you know, I don't throw the baby out with the bathwater here, but 26% of Gen Z is 18.5 million people.

So that's an awful lot of people here. That's 5%. That is almost, because 5% would be 360, so that's almost 5% of the US population has got their mom and dad coming into the interview. But I think it's a great idea to consider trade school. I remember, goes back 15 years, where Ann Coulter made a point on a Fox interview, and she then wrote it in her book that was out at the time about winning arguments with a liberal. One of the things that she said was, hey, you're missing the whole thing of

trade school. U.S. colleges, excuse me, U.S. high schools and guidance counselors aren't pointing out, why not be an electrician like your uncle was? Look at what you can earn, look what you can do with that, and you can start an apprenticeship right now and you won't have all the college debt. So a lot of these things are finally coming home to roost and I think it's a good thing. Pat, can I say one more thing? Yeah, go for it. Yeah, the life of an entrepreneur. That was your first viral video, we all know it. Tom also said something that's pretty important where he said the quote, I can be my own boss and I can work my own hours.

business. It's going to come your life, bro. And the last thing you think you're just going to be on vacation to take time off. I would venture to guess that as an entrepreneur, you're gonna have more stress than less stress. You got payroll, you got HR, you got bills, you got rent. They asked for these groups to immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex. Watch this video. Go ahead, Rob. We have serious concerns about the physical and mental health effects of the current protocols promoted for the care of children and adolescents in the United States who express discomfort with their biological sex. This declaration was authored by the American College of Pediatricians, but really it was

developed from the expertise of hundreds of doctors, researchers, and other health care workers and leaders who for, have been sounding the alarm on the harmful protocols that continue to be promoted by the medical organizations in the United States. Despite recent revelations from the leaked WPATH files and the recent release of the final report from the CAS review, these medical organizations have not changed course. So we are review, these medical organizations have not changed course.

So we are calling on these medical organizations of the United States, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Endocrine Society, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, the American Medical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to follow the science and their European colleagues and immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex.

In our declaration, we affirm that sex is a dimorphic, innate trait defined in relation to an organism's biological role in reproduction, male and female. This genetic signature is present in every nucleated somatic cell in the body and is not altered by drugs or surgical interventions. Consideration of these innate differences is critical to the practice of good medicine and to the development of sound policy for children and adults alike. Medical decision-making should be based upon an individual's biological sex. It should respect biological reality and the dignity of the person by compassionately addressing the whole person. claims made by these medical organizations in the US that those of us who are concerned are a minority and that their protocols are consensus. And I think this is, they've got science on their side, wrapped around a common sense argument in that science, and almost 60 million people are watching this and saying, yeah, you know what? Okay? Yes, 20 to 30 percent will be on these weight loss drugs. So, okay, you're like, all right, fine, that sounds good. Now, following story, okay? Diarr diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, gastroparesis, bad breath, burps, metallic taste, and bowel blockages and obstructions. Hanging out with Oprah must be fantastic. to the one on the right. It's not easy. When you talk to guys that are heavyweight, they'll tell you, Pat, it's really not that easy to do. It's very difficult. It's tempting. But we're living in such a weird time that one, we're calling the other girl sexy, then two, we're selling all these shortcuts, way of doing things, which is destroying your life, okay? And you're seeing the lawsuits. And then number three, we're being forced to do so many different surgeries because everybody else is looking in a certain way.

And then eventually realize that natural look was really the way to go, okay? Tom, as a father of two daughters, how do you process this message? Self-esteem. I've built self-esteem in the girls from the first moment that they were there about their individuality, their individual skills, and who they are. How'd you do it, Tom? Give me specifics. Specifically, I praised them for what they were obviously doing really well. Bailey concentrates. Brooke is creative. Bailey's really good with math, but she has to work hard at it. Brooke's good at math, and she doesn't have to work as hard as Bailey. But I've complimented who they are, what they are, very specifically, and complimented them in the sports and the things that they did.

And I've been straight up and warned them, say the reason you don't have social media is the following, because comparison can be dangerous. And I've told them comparison was dangerous. And I gave them specific examples of how dangerous endless comparison and endless pursuit of ratification. Because that's what the beauty track is all about. Comparison and pursuit. I compared to this vision, now I pursue making myself like it. And my validation comes from this mostly anonymous crowd that's given me likes, likes, likes, likes, likes on social media.

And I painted the picture for them. At the same time, I built up, I said, look, you are who you are because God made you, and you need to, you can't just let yourself go. You have to work on it. You have to work on yourself. Being healthy takes work. I also underlined that to them. Being healthy today takes work. Making great decisions about what you eat and who you are and what you do takes work. But it's worth it because your individuality and you will be accepted for that and don't buy into the myth. I spent a lot of time with that one.

Don't buy into the myths that are made to create comparison and then pursuing that. And a lot of times the pursuit involves buying this buying that these shoes that fashion hang tight and so I just education about the illusions of society and then a father under you know mining society by Over indexing on them and their value and who they are and how wonderful that is I? What pissed me off especially about the overweight thing is, you know, how many millions of people, how many millions of girls, whatever ages, are watching that, they're not watching shows like this, they're going to see that and they're going to go, you know what, I was probably thinking about losing some weight but why do I need to?

Why not? This girl just won at 23 years old, Miss Alabama, I don't need to do it. I think the underlying message is that unhealthy stuff that you're talking about is gonna lead to what? Death or her getting on something that for the rest of her life She's gonna be taking ozempic number one killer of women in America is heart disease heart disease and miss Alabama is about to be their flight carrier. Yeah ridiculous Adam Look, this is a conversation that that needs to be had with the girls out there. I spent a lot of time, especially on the Sazkaz talking or even on Manek talking to mostly

young men. 90% of my audience on Manek or on Sazkaz is young men, but you know, women also need to understand a message. You know, the most viral thing of the last month when it comes to masculinity and femininity is this whole conversation that happened with Harrison Butker when he was giving the commencement speech at a Catholic university, basically reminding women, hey, listen, congratulations on graduating, congratulations on getting your degree. But don't forget, the one superpower you have that men can't do is the ability to birth children and be a homemaker. And, you know, I always say, who do you guys think has it tougher out there these days, men or women? And I wait for people to respond and, you know, well, men have it harder, you know, men have to bring home the bacon,

men have to make the money. I say, well, that's true. But I'll give you the other side of things. I actually think women have it harder these days. Why? Because the one thing that I would want to have in life is clarity. As a man, it's pretty clear what your job is. Be the protector, be the provider, be there for your woman. Go out there and make money, make your way in the world. As a woman, the one thing that women don't have these days is a lot of clarity. Should you be a homemaker or should you be a boss, babe? Should you rely on your looks and your beauty? Should you rely on your brain and your career? Which one is it? The reality is like, it's kind of hard to do both. Can you do both? Yes. But it's like that's like

saying, can you have a baby but also work 24 seven, it's very hard to do. And girls out there are very confused. And you know, don't forget that a lot of this situation that is happening this video that you showed, I actually saw a piece of artwork at Art Basel. You've been to Art Basel when it was a beautiful girl's face. And it was essentially that entire video, but just in a picture, lips blown up, eyes like this, scars, stitches, you know, looking in a mirror, crying and it's all that. And a lot of it can be blamed on, you know, who the Kardashians. And I remember back in the day when I used to hang out with the Kardashians, I remember seeing Kylie Jenner at age 14, 15. She just looked like a little girl, like

a little girl. She didn't have these big ass lips. She'd have the big booty and fake breasts and fake everything. And by the time she's 18, every thing is fake. And whether it's Kim, whether it's Kylie, whether it's Kendall, whether it's Chloe, whether it's Courtney, whether it's the mom, Chris, these girls look up to these people. And they're looking at them on social media. And you know, they say the comparison is the thief of joy. They're looking at all these women with money and access and status and power and glitz and glamour. And they want to be that.

And they tend to forget, I'm 15 I can just be who I am and be beautiful but it's hard to do in the social media age. Well listen the one thing is for sure true is girls need validation from their fathers. This is a father's day weekend this is father's day weekend as fathers as much as it's about us celebrating, hey, Father's Day, it's about, you know, they're gonna get us gifts and do all this stuff, and you know, they say Father's Day is always the one that's forgotten the most. But this is also a way for you to think about what you can do to raise your girls and raise your boys differently. My wife right now, she's reading James Dobson's book, Raising Up Girls. If you've never read it, go read it. If you got girls, it's a must-read. Rob,

can you pull up Raising Up Girls by James Dobson? There's another book that he has called Raising Up Boys, both phenomenal, phenomenal books to read. Either one of these books will be great books for you to read on how to raise girls, specifically from the father's standpoint, because you play a very important role on how to shape their confidence and their identities and how to make sure that, like the other day I took Sen out on our date that we went on, and I said, baby, do you know why I treat you this way? She says, no daddy, why do you treat me this way? I said, put the crayon down, because we were messing around with crayons at Eddie V's.

She said, because I want you, that one day when you choose what kind of a man to be with, you have a certain set of standards that have to respect you. You know, they have to show you respect, they have to love you, and they have to treat you like this. This is why I do what we do here together. She says, I said, because baby, one day you're going to have a boyfriend and one day you're going to be married and one day you're going to look for a husband. And it got a little bit uncomfortable. I said, I don't want you to be uncomfortable about it. I know what's going to happen and

I'm excited for you and I'm looking forward to you experiencing that day. But I just want to make sure you're choosing the men properly, that they're giving you the right kind of respect and they're giving you the right kind of messaging. I'm like, well, you're not a mogul yet. Or there's another girl that's like, I'm a born again virgin. I'm like, well, you're not a virgin. There's another girl that's like, she's a literal porn star. She's like, yeah, guys want girls with, you know, tread on their tires. I'm like, no, they don't. But girls can be a little bit more delusional because they're more emotional. We just did the story about the about Basically the the scientists thing. Yeah

Sorry trans women. You're actually a man. Sorry about that. I'm saying all that to say this Boys, you can give them the cold hard truth. Like sorry, you know, I've seen what you're done with Dylan You're not ready to do this Tico. You're not where you need to be. What would you recommend how to deliver news or feedback to boys versus girls because of the emotional component? When it comes on to the guys, to the boys or the girls, I speak very openly with the boys, very openly about, you know, hey, don't make silly comments. If you're going to make something like that to others, have

You guys got to have a good relationship because you have to download the app, X, all this stuff. There's got to be a solid relationship. But at its 2024 worldwide developers conference, Apple announced a system-wide AI upgrade that will give users access to personalized generative AI.

The new Siri will be able to take action inside apps, figure out context clues, and more easily learn natural language. Siri will also begin to work with open AI chat GBT and App developers are being invited to create with the new AI tools SpaceX founder Elon Musk said he would ban Apple device at his companies if they were to integrate open AI and Apple operating systems many tech experts have been hoping that Apple would into integrate AI developer tools to iOS especially Because it would be it would give the AI tools access to wealth of personal information.

The Wall Street Journal says, this is thought to be the holy grail of AI, Tom. So there's a couple things that Apple did. First thing Apple did is says, hey, we have a deal with OpenAI and we're putting GPT-440 into.0 into Siri and this way it works. Hey Siri, find me this. And Siri says I don't find it completely but with your permission we'll go deeper and that is where the OpenAI is allowed to go in.

Second, what they did is they've put a lot of AI tools on here and there's a lot of criticism that they're about to put a lot of smaller companies out of business or make their app redundant, such as Grammarly. People love Grammarly because it helps you write in Word, it helps you write in emails quicker and with correct grammar, professional. Well, that's now built in to the iPhone. And so they're like, well, now you don't need Grammarly anymore, because they put GPT and OpenAI. And what Elon Musk was making a very important distinction.

AI as a tool on your phone that you can opt in and out, like on Siri, you don't have to take the GPT extension to Siri. You can say, no, no, no, I just want Siri and I don't have to take the GPT extension to Siri. You can say, no, no, no, I just want Siri and I don't want anything to happen. You can do that. What Musk is saying is if they integrate it with the OS, meaning when you get those notices on your phone, it's time to upgrade to 14.6, it'll be done tonight, it has to download, you know what I'm saying?

So he says if it's in there, then it's permeating the phone and Musk's argument is you have no personal data security. That is Musk's specific argument. I particularly think he's right. Larry Ellison thinks he's right too, but wants us to go lightly. But get what he's saying, Pat. That's what he's saying. If you put OpenAI into the OS where it kind of controls and does everything, that's bad.

If you merely put chat GPT in there and you can use it if you want to, maybe that's good. What did Ellison say? So Ellison is quietly backing up Musk because when Musk speaks on this, you know he's conferred with Larry. I have not seen direct quotes from Larry, but Larry is on record about OSes versus tools. I mean, he built the big data. Let me ask you a question. How is Ellison's relationship with Tim Cook?

Well, Ellison's a database guy, so Oracle does compete with Apple on a certain level, but Oracle is actually more worried about large database like Google and Microsoft. If you look... I'm just curious, are Larry Ellison and Tim Cook friends? Tom, I'm just asking you, don't worry about looking it up. Like from what you know, do you know if they're friends or? I think they're colleagues, but I've never seen like a big golden handshake on stage. Okay, so there you go.

So then that means no. Two years after the death of Steve Jobs, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison claimed it was inevitable Apple would struggle under Tim Cook. You only have to look at what he said, what happened to the company in the period after Jobs was ousted in 1985. We already know, we conducted the experiment Ellison told, talk shows, Charlie Rose in 2013, his fingers, okay, this is a very old story, this is 11 years ago.

But the point is, I think, I wonder what the relationship is there. I also wonder part of it, Tom, where maybe, obviously, his relationship with Sam Altman, would you say that's a good relationship or a rocky relationship? Well, I think they supported Sam during the board fiasco, but I think Sam is kind of running down the street ahead of everybody right now.

They had obviously a lot of computers and a lot of money. So it was a unipolar world for AI. And we've got a unipolar world, but the person who controls that does not, or at least did not seem to be concerned about AI safety. That sounded like a real problem.

And then the final straw was Larry calling me a speciest for being pro-human consciousness instead of machine consciousness. And I'm like, well, yes, I guess I am. I am a speciest. So, right, so you helped to the creation of OpenAI. You put as much as $50 million. I want to read this. Elon Musk drops lawsuit against OpenAI accusing Char chat gbt owner of abandoning mission.

This is a different story. He is accusing Sam Altman of abandoning the original mission of development AI for the benefit of humanity not for profit. The lawsuit alleged that open AI set the founding agreement aflame by releasing chat gbt 4 and focused nonprofit Musk sought to compel OpenAI to make its research public and prevent it from using assets like ChatGBT-4 for financial gain. Attorneys for Musk requested the dismissal of the lawsuit in San Francisco Superior Court

without providing a reason, but it was dismissed without prejudice, meaning Musk could refile it later. OpenAI attorneys described the lawsuit as a contrived attempt by Musk to advance his own AI interests, arguing it was based on incoherent claims and Musk's desire to capitalize on OpenAI's success. Okay, so question on this, Tom. Do you think behind closed doors, didn't he just raise $6 billion? Yeah, right there.

Okay, Musk, so that's right. So Musk founded his own AI startup, XAI, which raised $6 billion in Series B funding in May, reaching a post-money valuation of $24 billion. Okay, so do you think behind closed doors, there were certain promises and negotiations made between Elon and maybe Tim Cook and maybe others and maybe the speed of implementation that maybe the deals are not being kept that's kind of pissing them off the way it is or do you think it's just very exactly what we see exactly what we read that's what it's all about? Yeah and I'll go through it

really really quick Musk said at the end of that interview something that he had repeated before he said I thought that the only thing that could compete with Google was a massively open AI where everything was open and all the tools would be available for everybody. He said that that would blunt Google's black box for profit. So you can see what he felt there about Larry Page saying, no, no, no, the only thing that can defeat Google is this, go open, go big and open. Then he goes with, after the big, the weekend from hell where, you know, they fired, you know, Sam Altman for a minute, but then he came back and, and even Elon Musk was putting in the weight in there saying, hey, there's motivations on that board, they shouldn't

have done this and things like that. I think he wanted OP&DA to go down a certain path. I also think Elon has a competitive element, because he's building things. FSD, full self-driving, is AI. That is a fairly sophisticated form of AI. He's building that into all the Tesla, and he's gotten FSD to be better than these taxi things, some of them are having to be closed down because it doesn't work so much. So I think there's a competitive element as well. Yeah, Adam? Well,

a couple of things. So just to go back to the Tesla thing, because the Tesla thing is the biggest thing out there. AI, we understand, and I have some comments on that. But today's the day that they're going to be holding this shareholder vote, right? So the question that is going to be asked of shareholders is, does Elon Musk deserve this $46 billion? We talked about this last week. Today's the day. So here's some details of this pay package. The shareholders are going to have a vote and they're going to decide what should be done here. Here's some feedback for you. Just talk about how casual Elon Musk is. If you just look at his Twitter, this is on the Wall Street Journal as well. He goes, Hey guys, please take a moment to vote for your Tesla

shares before the annual meeting on Thursday. Pretty casual. And then Kathy Wood, we know, Ark Investments, she basically says, she lays it all out. Here it is. She goes, look, I'd like to argue that no other executive is as aligned with shareholders as Elon Musk, who committed to ready, no salary, no bonus, no stock compensation for 10 years. Ten years he took nothing and said I'm gonna bet on myself and he would receive no money unless he created Tremendous value for Tesla. So I'll let you guys be the judge judge of this You tell me if this guy created massive value for Tesla. So if you want to go back to 2018 six years ago 53 billion dollars was the market cap when he did this deal and put this whole thing together, I guess. $53 billion. The market cap, the stock price at that point

was $20. Fast forward to today, the market cap is $600 billion. It used to be $53 billion. Now it's $600 billion. Stock price of today is $ 183. I think at one point Tom, correct me was over a trillion dollar Market cap, it's obviously come down some since 2023. They've had a bad quarter But if you just want to look at the actual facts here this dude bet on himself took no money took No salary took no bonus took no compensation other than give me stock options, give me equity in the company, let me go to work. Did he earn it? Yes or no? Obviously he did. And what's going to happen is this is in Delaware, I believe, because a lot of corporations incorporate in Delaware. Do you hear what he said? He goes, if they rule against me, I don't think any corporation should ever go incorporate in Delaware again. Two things here real fast. A 15% bonus would be completely reasonable bonus.

That's what he's asking for. And you don't like the number because it sounds so mammoth. But that's all you're giving him. You're giving him like a 15-17% bonus over that amount of time where he took no bonus. The second thing that's being voted on today, ladies and gentlemen, is moving the incorporation to Texas. That is in front of the shareholders today, it's one of, I think, four motions or nominated elements that the shareholders are voting on. Yeah. He is now convicted of two counts pertaining to false statements in buying the firearms for writing that he was not addicted to drugs on a federal gun purchase, and a third count of obtaining a firearm while addicted to drugs. that they actually went this far. I don't think he'll do any jail time because of his father, because his father could still pardon him, especially when Joe's up. Just to be clear, there's actually not any evidence linking any of Hunter Biden's wrongdoings to Joe Biden.

No, because he routinely pays Joe Biden's household bills. But if you told me that there was going to be a situation where we were talking about skin color on a president's face and neck, I'd be like, oh, we're talking about orange Donald Trump.

But I will say that I don't think he's ever been an eloquent speaker. It's not like we're talking about JFK or Obama and all of a sudden he fell off.
