Starting point is 00:00:00 It's a new day. How can you make the most of it with your membership rewards points? Earn points on everyday purchases. Use them for that long awaited vacation. Points never expire, so use them how you want. That's the powerful backing of American Express. On eligible cards, terms apply. Learn more at mx.ca. So folks, holistically, we're planning on having a holistic podcast because we all grew up in middle-class families and we believe in opportunity economy. And when you work as in the district attorney's office of California, you've worked with a lot of people like this before.
Starting point is 00:01:03 And that's pretty much what one of the candidates keep saying Holistic over and over and over and over again. Nobody's getting any answers. Okay, you got to see this interview yesterday Imagine you're doing a job interview with someone someone says so Tell me what happened with your previous job when you got fired. Okay, so I walked in and just Holistically, it wasn't what I wanted. No, no, you can't even answer it. Oh, yeah. It's an answer. So why did you get fired at your last job, Vinny?
Starting point is 00:01:33 You know, listen, I can't- Next question, sir. Next question. I grew up in a small neighborhood. My mom had three jobs. There was a lawn. Yeah, she tried to raise us and and you know, it was rough. So Okay. Yeah, and and your your background here. There's a six-year gap of not having a job. Okay
Starting point is 00:01:58 Why do you have a six-year gap in your resume of not working? So Patrick I came from you know a small town Okay, my mom worked three jobs would drive me nuts. Dude, and that's all Kamala does! I'm buying it. I'm voting for that. I'm voting for that. And I'm not burdened by what has been or what can be. Unburdened. That's just too much for me. But anyways, guys, there's a few things. Unburdened.
Starting point is 00:02:13 Mark Cuban has officially revealed what job he wants under Kamala Harris, and I have an idea why I think he wants that job. Mark, I think I have an idea why you want that job, and we'll talk about it, because you were also on Theo Vaughan, and guys texted Elon Musk and what you texted Elon and what he texted you back and what's the last time you didn't text him back or he didn't text you back and then we got this other guy that Eric Adams in New York that's apparently being indicted and even responded with a video and AOC wants him gone yesterday and who's going to replace him? Who is that person?
Starting point is 00:02:46 Tom read the entire charter last night for New York. Literally, we're not kidding. They'll tell you an update on what's going on there. And then Shapiro, Josh Shapiro, you have to see what he's signing with Zelinsky being there. And so when people tell, you know, they tell me, oh my God, look at all the kids that were lost. How about the Russian kids? So it matters what kind of kids are dying, right? The Russian kids dying with the bombs that Shapiro is signing is not that important. So it matters what kind of kids.
Starting point is 00:03:14 Apparently that's what you guys care about, the people in media that want to say, look at all the kids and children that we lost. Because when you see this, signing a flippin' bomb, like hey, let me sign this that that's gonna explode and kill a bunch of people and let's celebrate it let's put it in a museum in what do you call it Ukraine and I think Kamala or Biden are thinking about giving them another eight billion dollar some story like that Pop that we'll talk about that's Nikki Haley's move signing long long range they're trying to they want to give me long range this establishments movement we'll talk about that Iran trying to assassinate Donald Trump over US leaders.
Starting point is 00:03:47 They even made a video to get vengeance, seek vengeance on Ghassam Soleimani. You have to watch this video. We'll show it to you and then you have to see the response from Trump to it. The son of Ryan Routh was charged with ready child pornography. The son of the guy that was trying to shoot him that said, I'm going to give you $150,000 to get the job done. Ryan Routh was charged with ready child pornography. The son of the guy that was trying to shoot him that said, I'm going to give you $150,000 to get the job done. His son arrested, charged with child pornography.
Starting point is 00:04:13 Studies show Taylor Swift's endorsement may turn people off. We talked about it on the podcast. Janet Jackson said, anytime, anyplace, I'm not voting for her. Her words, by the way, I'm kidding, I made it up, but she said, disavow unauthorized apology for saying Kamala Harris is not black. So somebody on her camp came out and said, I'm speaking on behalf of Janet Jackson, we're going to apologize. She's like, no, I never said that.
Starting point is 00:04:40 I speak for myself. Vinny has a theory what's going on there with a couple words that Trump may have said many, many years ago about Michael Jackson when Michael Jackson was spending time with Trump's kids and Vinny, if you have that video, send that over to Rob. Record percentage in Gallup poll sees US as greatly divided on key values. Telegram CEO Pavel capitulates,
Starting point is 00:05:01 says app will hand over user data to governments to stop criminals. That's to people who are in the business of wanting to keep things private, that that may be the top of the story for the entire week. Europe grasps for ways to stop the migrant surge. Argentina scrapped its rent controls. Now the market is thriving. That's a Wall Street Journal story. Sarco suicide pod, used for the first time, promoting prompting arrest. You have to hear this story, very weird. Here's why companies are rapidly firing Gen Z employees. Gen Z, when we get to that point, you may want to put some earmuffs on because you're not going to like it. It's going to be a very sensitive topic that we'll be talking about. Trump trashes
Starting point is 00:05:45 Zelensky as the greatest salesman on earth as he visits the US. The CNN host had a bunch of things they wanted to show about Trump and how Kamala is doing. Netflix to pitch top agents, managers, on transparency at Event Tuesday talent payment proposal expected to be discussed. And the direction they want to go with it is actually very interesting We'll cover that and then the art market is tanking Sotheby's has even bigger problems We'll cover what's going on with the art market and then aside from that at the end if we get a chance I do have a meeting I got to get to after this a lovely meeting never ask these three questions on a first date dating coaches say Including, you should avoid outright. Vinny and Adam really wanted
Starting point is 00:06:32 that story, so we want to make them happy because we believe in being holistically happy here on the podcast. So we'll cover that. Now let's talk about a couple things with a recent fiction book that I just wrapped up. Thirteen and a half years I've been a recent fiction book that I just wrapped up. Thirteen and a half years I've been working on this book that was just released. The academy, the other day I'm at Dylan's soccer practice, guy pulls up, he's like, I want chapter five. I can't even put the book down.
Starting point is 00:06:54 I'm in a section with a story that I think that the part that a lot of people are messaging me is the interview with Hitler in the book that you have to read on what he says on control a society and a country. He gives the strategy on how he did it. He's saying if somebody wanted to destroy a country today, how would you go about doing it? There's an interview process in a vault at the academy that that's sexual unknown. I just can't, again, I'm reading all the reviews that people are posting. Some of the people on the review on Amazon are saying there's no way PBT wrote this book You know, how could he write a book like this with fiction his background is a business
Starting point is 00:07:32 You have no idea how big of a compliment that is for me I appreciate it when you say stuff like that because the people that have been with me for 13 and a half years know How many times I asked them to read this book? How many times look at Tom to read this book. How many times? Look at Tom Smoller. Tom, in the last, be honest, how many times have I asked you to read this book? I think you've asked me at least ten times during various... It's like, I have an idea. Take a look at this early draft, and it was an outline, and three great chapters and an
Starting point is 00:07:58 outline, and then I read it when it was full. Then you adopted this, you adopted that. It kept evolving like a great product. It's exciting. I mean it's exciting when you go through. But here's what it is guys. Some of you guys were asking about the books being available. Of course you can buy it on Amazon, but the autographed signed copies. We have limited amount because we couldn't get that many from our publisher. There's a limited amount of 200 copies signed available for you to pick up. You can go to Vtmerch.com. Rob, if you could
Starting point is 00:08:25 be kind enough to put the link below, guys will have access to the book. The Academy cannot wait to have you read it and send me the reviews. By the way, for all our friends out there that do audiobooks or use Audible, you know, I pre-ordered it. Do you know when it's supposed to be due? When? Right around your birthday. Really? Yeah. Okay, sounds good. Because your birthday is October? Yeah. Okay. Sounds good. But your birthday is October 18th. Yes. The, uh, according to audible, um, if you pre-order the book, it will be delivered on October 22nd. But the paperback is available. The ebook is available as well.
Starting point is 00:08:54 Okay. Let's get into the stories. Let's get into the stories. All right. So Rob, if you don't mind, the first story I'd like to get into is a story in regards to the job that Mark Cuban wants when he wins. He's being asked by, I think it's Varney and friends, I sent you the link here, Rob, if you want to go to it. He's being interviewed and he asks, okay, so Mark, if you get what job are you fighting for? What job do you want? And the way Mark answered, the speed in which he answers the job that he wants, you could
Starting point is 00:09:29 tell there was motives behind why he wants that job. So they're going back and forth and he said, well, you know, the difference between Trump and Kamala when it comes onto policies, at least you know, Kamala explains her policies. Kamala explains her policies. Kamala explains her policies. You know nothing about Trump's policies. I'm like, wait, what did he just say? But we won't get to that part.
Starting point is 00:09:51 Just watch and see what the job and we're going to go somewhere with this. Go ahead. I asked you, Mark, whether you would entertain being a Treasury Secretary, a Commerce Secretary in a House of this kind. Head of the SEC. Boom. Head of the SEC. That's the job I i would take donald trump being the socialist that he is
Starting point is 00:10:08 had to be shirney so donald trump went out and recommend that that interest rate are not only one to go back and go back to see what he's okay let let me yet just watch it again on what he says he wants to be the head of sdc but i have to mark whether you would entertain the Treasury Secretary, Commerce Secretary in a Harris administration. He didn't even let him finish. Look at the smile on his face. You can pause it right there. Why do you think he wants to be the head of SEC? Rob, play the next clip I sent you with Elon Musk on, what do you call it, Lex Friedman. If you just type in, maybe if you type in on Twitter, Musk and SEC, you'll see a clip that'll come up
Starting point is 00:10:54 with him on Lex Friedman. If you just go down a little bit, you should see it, unless if you already have it. Type in Musk and, okay, right there, play this clip. And look how he explains the purpose of SEC, the answer he gives. Go ahead. SEC in its best form could be a force for good. It should be.
Starting point is 00:11:12 But not once did the SEC go after any of the hedge funds who were nonstop shorting and distorting Tesla. Not once. The hedge funds would lie flat out on TV for their own gain at the expense of retail investors. Not once, literally a thousand times, not once did the SEC pursue them. How do you explain this failure? The incentive structure is messed up because the lawyers at the SEC are not paid well. It's a fairly low paying job.
Starting point is 00:11:44 But what they're looking for is a trophy. From the SEC, they're looking for something they put on, basically they're linked in. From that, they can get a job at a high paying law firm. And the reason they don't attack the hedge funds is because those hedge funds employ those law firms. And they know if they attack the hedge funds, they're affecting their future career prospects. So they sell small investors down the river.
Starting point is 00:12:10 Stay with me here. For their own career. To see how this is going. Pause it right there. That's what actually happened. Show the next picture. Show the next picture what I just sent you. This is my speculation.
Starting point is 00:12:21 Elon Musk didn't show up for the testimony in a probe over his $44 billion Twitter takeover. And guess what? Now the SEC wants sanctions. And so this guy Mark Cuban, we're in Tennessee, I ask him, what's the book that changed your life? He says Atlas Shrug. I buy him a $4,000 copy of Atlas Shrug, first print, first edition to give it to him because I love the fact that he believes in John Galt, low regulation, any of that stuff. And he is now wanting to be the antagonist in the book Atlas Shrugged to go after the man that was once his hero. He doesn't even know he's fallen this trap on envy, how deep he's in it right now.
Starting point is 00:13:03 He wants to be the head of SEC because that's the only way he can beat Elon Musk. That's why he wants to do this. That's my speculation. Tom, what do you think? I think you're dead on and I also think that it's just kind of weird. Mark Cuban spent most of his core ownership time, and I say core ownership because now he sold part of the Mavericks, being the rebel, the owner in the t-shirt shooting baskets with the team and remember David Stern would say why are you out there with them during warmups? That's player warmups. Remember all that Pat? And then he would make comment after comment after comment about officiating, about TV rights, about all this stuff and
Starting point is 00:13:41 who would who would wake up every day on every Monday and find Mark Cuban David Stern Even David Stern's last day Mark Cuban said you've been a great commissioner except for the days that you weren't and he said, thank you mark That'll be $25,000 It did that so now The tide has turned now mark Cuban wants to be David Stern Sending the fines out to the Rebels. It's a complete shift that I've seen over 25 years now.
Starting point is 00:14:10 I'm seeing a complete shift in Mark Cuban. Now he wants to go the other side. He wants to be the guy dropping the fines down on the Rebels when one day he was the Rebel paying all the fines to David Stern. What causes the... That's what I see. But the flip is normally the other way around. Yes. The flip isn't normal. As. But the flip is normally the other way around. Yes.
Starting point is 00:14:25 The flip isn't normal. As you get older, you go the other way. From your experience, what causes somebody to flip like this? You're a free market guy. You're a rebel. You're a rebel with a cause. And now all of a sudden, you want to be the antagonist that's going out there and trying to regulate?
Starting point is 00:14:44 What causes somebody to get to this point? Is it because he now knows he can never ever beat Elon Musk? He can never, he's so envious of it that this is the way he beats him? Yeah I think it's out. We've seen people come unhinged over the course of their careers, right? That the longer they go, the deeper they go, the more unhinged they became. We saw a little with Bernie Sanders. We saw a little of this in Bernie Sanders. You know, the older he gets, the more wild he gets, and people are like, gosh, now he's just completely unhinged. And I'll give you a name that I see with it,
Starting point is 00:15:14 because I think he's jealous of everybody that's ever been around him, is Keith Olbermann. The older Keith Olbermann gets, the more unhinged, and you can see the bile that can see the, the, the, the, the bile that oozes out of, of, of Obermann, the older he gets, and the more angry he gets and everything. And I think you're seeing it in people that can't reconcile a competitive conflict that's in their heart or some position they didn't get or something
Starting point is 00:15:39 that they didn't attain to. They go, they go off the rails and over the waterfall. And I, I, I, I think we're seeing that. So the name SEC has come up a lot recently and it really made headlines when Trump spoke at the Bitcoin conference a couple months ago, which is very largely libertarian, the crypto community. Was this the Nashville conference? This was the conference in Nashville.
Starting point is 00:16:03 Correct. And Trump, like the show many years, it was like like, I'm gonna fire the head of the SEC. The crowd went crazy. Who's the head of the SEC Gary Gensler. Right. So, you know, we're starting to Trump has basically is this the clip right here? Go show it. And against your industry and as long as I'm in the Oval Office, Elizabeth Warren, Pocahontas, true members. Yes, I'm an Indian.
Starting point is 00:16:35 Yes, she said, I'm an Indian. Why are you an Indian? You don't look like an Indian. No, no. My mother told me I have high cheekbones. That's why she was an Indian. Talk about Gary Gensler. I named her Pocahontas.
Starting point is 00:16:48 Elizabeth Warren and her goons and she's very nasty to you. She hates your people. She hates everything about you. We'll keep their hands off Bitcoin. They're going to keep their hands off crypto. They're going to let it grow. We're going to let it grow. On day one, I will fire Gary Gensler and appoint him as SEC Chairman.
Starting point is 00:17:08 And he goes, wow. Okay. He says it again, right? He gets all the applause. So just real quick, do you hear the news about what percentage of corporate election spending political donations has come from certain industries? 50% this cycle has come from the crypto industry, 50% highest of all time to just corporate political donations to all parties right there. So the crypto sector, so alignments are being made.
Starting point is 00:17:41 Cuban is looking at the marketplace right now and he's basically saying, all right, Gary Gensler is, he was basically nominated and put in place by who? I'm going to say, I think we have to show a clip. I'm going to send it to you, Rob. By Joe Biden, 2021 that he serves five years. So what's happening is now Cuban, by the way, did you hear that Cuban is maybe supposedly talking with Kamala Harris about teaching her about the unrealized gains you've seen. Oh God, she has to learn as she goes.
Starting point is 00:18:08 Well, I mean, I'd rather him at least teach her than Bernie Sanders, but the whole Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Worth, Pocahontas wing, the Kamala wing over there, you know, that's that side. Cuban sort of picking this side where you have the Elans, you have the Tulsi Gabbards of the world, the RFKs have all spoken at the crypto conference and Trump is looking at the lay of The land he's like yeah I'm gonna go with these guys with the Elan's the RFKs the Tulsi's and Mark just picked his side whether it's Rational or not. It's largely emotional. So TDS is a real thing Trump's arrangement syndrome Pat I just think you know Mark Cuban like all this, you know choose your enemies wisely
Starting point is 00:18:42 He has chosen to me the worst two enemies possible, Elon Musk and Donald Trump. Okay. And I think this comes from, yeah, the envy, he's just not relevant. Remember back in the day, he'd be on the court, he'd be yelling, he was cool, the attention was on him, they'd kick him off the court and he was so, now he's just that angry rich guy, Tom, you know, you're saying that nobody's listening to, that nobody gives a damn about. And by the way, he was on Theo Vons thing. He just hates Elon Musk. He was like, yo, I got his number somehow. We're messaging each other. I congratulate him on his 97th kid, kind of a small job. And then went back and forth. But then apparently he sent him a bad article about Tesla and Elon responded with just F you. I'm not going to say the word.
Starting point is 00:19:28 I agree with everything you said, except for one word. You said he's not relevant. I would argue that he's actually becoming more relevant because not in the relevancy that you want to hear more of, but he's making news. You know, he's making headlines. We're talking about him. Now, do you agree with a lot of his stances? Do you like his DEI sort of mantra? No, but he's more relevant than he was five years ago. Yeah, but how much of it is just to be that jerk to get- A lot of it. We're talking about it.
Starting point is 00:19:52 A lot of it, but that works. It's annoying. Eyeball, his own words speak loudest. There was more to the clip, wasn't there? Yeah, I wanna show the whole clip. Watch this, Rob. Go ahead and play this. This is with Neil Cavuto, yeah?
Starting point is 00:20:01 You would entertain being a treasury secretary, commerce secretary in a Harrison Vistring. Head of the SEC. Look at his face. Head of the SEC, that's the job I would take. Go back three seconds, look at the face, the way he says it. Look at the revenge. Head of the SEC, that's the job I would take.
Starting point is 00:20:16 Do it first time, the first time he says it. A treasury secretary, commerce secretary. Look at his lips, that's anger, that's rage. Head of the SEC. You see it? Yeah. Second time he does it with a smile a house of the SEC you see it. Yeah Being a treasury second secretary in in a house of the SEC that's an Elon Musk right there That's what he wants let her finish off go I keep going that maybe HHS, but somebody needs to replace Gary Gensler.
Starting point is 00:20:45 You might've heard her today talking about really pushing hard to support and advance technologies like AI, not VAI like Donald calls it. But replace the head of the SEC, the Securities and Exchange Commission, because he's not a good cop for the securities industry. Bottom line, right? No, it's awful. Yeah, bottom line. He's awful, particularly for crypto and for businesses in general.
Starting point is 00:21:05 We've seen the number of public companies just be decimated. All right. All right. We'll see what's going to happen and what he does. By the way, do you have the Thiel von clip? Yes. Go ahead, play this clip. You mentioned Elon a little bit ago and you guys have like, I don't know if it's a feud. What is it? You think it almost seems romantic a little bit. Yeah, I just like to fuck with him. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:27 Right, I mean, because it's like, he's his trolling. He loves me on Twitter too. Oh, it's his thing, right? It's his point. Yeah, I guess if I just paid 40 something billion for something, I'd better hang out around him. Yeah, if you paid 44 billion, you better hang out. It's like, why do I go to the Mavs games, right?
Starting point is 00:21:39 You know, but yeah, I don't dislike Elon, but he says some stupid shit, and it it's just like I have no problem calling him Out. Yeah, and he's thin-skinned right and so like I'll tell you my one little Elon story, right? So I got I didn't get to know him but I was Helped him with something or tried to help him and so I had his number and I texted him a couple times Like he had a kid and I'm like Congrats on your 97th kid and he text me back Mars Mars needs kids right Mars needs people and I'm like, that's funny shit, right? And so one day I had a Tesla and I said something about it and he just sends me a text with the article Saying fuck you. That's it
Starting point is 00:22:17 Just fuck you and I was like, okay. I mean it was the truth, right? Fuck you I'm like, okay, so that's- A text with the article that what? That I said something that wasn't completely, totally positive about Tesla. Oh, I see what you're saying. Okay, so that's what the article was about. Right, so it was just like, fuck you. I'm like, okay.
Starting point is 00:22:34 And then it was nothing, you know, no big deal. I don't care one way or the other. And then he buys Twitter, right? And then he starts getting real political, right? And so not a lot of people are gonna stand up to him. And I'm like, fuck it, I don't care, right? So he's called me racist. He's called me, you know, poop emoji multiple times.
Starting point is 00:22:51 He calls me all these names. And so like that, to me, that just gives me license to fuck with him even more, right? I don't care if he calls me names. I have a question for you. He's a formidable candidate for the left. There's no question. Just so you guys know,
Starting point is 00:23:04 he's number one on my list for the left. It's a close race between him and Jamie Dimon. There are four words in there. Stand up to him. He sees himself as the crusader that's going to stand up to Elon Musk. He wants to be the head of SEC to do that. Yeah. My question is this. You know, there's levels to the game, obviously. There's Cuban is richer than Trump. Elon is richer than all these guys put together. It's having a question.
Starting point is 00:23:27 But when you get to billionaire status and you actually own NBA teams and you're owning massive hotels and massive brands and massive corporations, how much of is still ego driven? Like you know what? You kind of a thing, regardless of political affiliation just straight up ego These are billionaires talking smack to each other. How much is ego play into it when you're that rich? Listen there's no way you're gonna be that rich without an ego no way There's no way you get to that level without having an ego, right? And these guys are driven by being told what they can't do the competitive speak
Starting point is 00:24:06 Mark Cuban wrote a book on competition. It's a phenomenal book on competition He wrote it at his peak and it's a it's a small little book, but it's a book you read you're like, holy shit Fantastic book on what is it called? Oh, yeah that yellow book right there Whatever is it how to win at the sport of business? No, it's at the sport of business It's a phenomenal book. If you want a book recommendation on competition, this is it. What's happened to this guy the last few years
Starting point is 00:24:33 is someone offended him. And I think Trump's one of them. I think Musk is one of them. And I think he is choosing the wrong enemies, unless if he wants to be a democratic president, which I think he could easily be the Democratic president. A lot of stuff's gonna come out for him. By the way, he's got a lot of skeletons. A lot of skeletons.
Starting point is 00:24:53 He had to pay somebody $10 million for the stuff that happened. With the Mavericks, right? Yeah, we remember those stories. Yeah, so he had to hire a black president for the Dallas Mavericks, just a DEI hire. He had to do certain things, female, that he did certain things just to be good with the ESG, the, the, the guys. But, uh, yeah. So of course there's going to be a part of that as it would ego time. You look like you want to say something wisely.
Starting point is 00:25:18 He couldn't get any major publishers to take it. I know the story of this book, scroll down. I think it was published by Diversion Publishing and an agent named Scott Waxman who created this book because... 2013? Yeah. Well, here's what I'll tell you. I know the story of this thing. No one would take it. Can I tell you something?
Starting point is 00:25:36 And they self-published it. Can I tell you something? All the publishers were idiots for not taking it. All the public... because I read it. It's a phenomenal book. So I'm not a guy that will sit here and just trash everything. I'm not that guy. It's a Phenomenal book on competition. It's a phenomenal but this is what prompted me to message him So all the publishers that said no to him your loss. This was actually very good book for the 4400 reviews Okay, that this is the thing the middle finger to people that don't believe in what this guy's capable of doing But I just don't know if he's an Atlas Shrug guy. I don't want to understand how you can go against the modern day John Galt or the modern
Starting point is 00:26:12 day Taggart or in some of these stories. It's confusing where he's at. But anyways, we'll go Adam, were you going somewhere or that was the question that you had? I just wanted to understand what you think this was because I think he is choosing his enemies wisely, because if you're going to basically say that he's the leading candidate for 2028, assuming that Kamala is not going to be the president, we'll see about that.
Starting point is 00:26:31 Let me give you guys a story that none of you guys are expecting. Folks, Rob, can you pull up this thing I just sent you right now on Twitter? So I want you to think about this, OK? If you've seen it, don't say anything. Let people react to it. So imagine there's a man in a hotel room with a gun, okay? And he's taking out the gun, he's doing what he's doing, and cops don't know what to do,
Starting point is 00:26:55 and they send a robot to arrest the guy. Oh snap. Watch this. This just happened. Closer look at a dramatic Islamic standoff where multiple shots were fired and one person was injured. 39-year-old Felix De La Rosa was wanted for a parole violation. That's why officers tracked him to the hotel.
Starting point is 00:27:12 But when he fired shots, they called in the Lubbock County SWAT team. At one point we saw and heard him fire at a bomb squad robot. Take a listen. It sprayed tear gas into De La Rosa's hotel room. And then he goes on top of them. Eventually De La Rosa tried to fight the robot, even throwing sheets that would look like towels at it. But that didn't stop the robot from deploying gas. We watched as De La Rosa crawled out of that window and onto the ground.
Starting point is 00:27:36 When the robot pinned him into officers took him into custody. Yes! What do you think about this? That is, oh my God, that's the future, dude. First of all, low tech, sometimes low tech conquers tech. You see what they did? He just threw it. He threw a blanket over the robot. And so, and do you remember that robot that looked like a big cone that was running around the subway in New York and apparently three guys had attempted to lift it up and throw it onto the tracks. And then they discontinued
Starting point is 00:28:03 the program millions of dollars because it weighed like 700 pounds. It could have derailed the train and injured people on the trains. So sometimes low tech. Yeah, that was that. That thing was heading for the tracks, baby. By the way, it's only a matter of time till that guy that was a low tech. This is a low tech solution. He just threw a blanket over it and you run away from the robot.
Starting point is 00:28:22 Give it a day or two. That guy's going to say that the robot was racist and he was just targeting him because he was a minority. That's gonna he was the robots of my was Assaulted. Yeah. Yeah, but that's that deal. That's what I mean wild It might if that was a human being if that was a regular cop he might have been shot So I think that's good. I mean just you're telling you what direction we could be going to Oh, that's it that that possibly saved the cops life big time. So that's the way we could be going to. That possibly saved the cops life. So that's the way it could be sold. But at the same time, if these robots, this is not a like, you know, iOS right now is on what 16 or 17. I did 17 to just the new update. I got a question.
Starting point is 00:28:59 Cops have been shooting three canisters of tear gas into houses since the 50s. And generally speaking, people come running out with their arms up and they lay down in the grass. shooting three canisters of tear gas into houses since the 50s and generally speaking people come running out with their arms up and they lay down in the grass it's rare that they don't or they stay inside and the canisters like the house on fire accidentally so I don't know why we need robots to do this when we've had SWAT teams and things and and the RAM arms that go right through the front door now we need a you know multi-million dollar robots to do this when it used to be hit it with the tear gas and let's wait, you know,
Starting point is 00:29:28 I don't know. What are you saying? You saying we don't need robots? I'm saying, I think that we try, sometimes you try to use technology where traditional tech and techniques have worked just fine. Got it. So you're not for it. You're not for having cops as robo cops. You're not for that robo. No, I, I, I believe in bomb squad robots. They've saved countless lives where they leave something out there and the robot comes out there and they have a camera and it moves it. And sometimes you see the thing detonates and it destroys the robot, but no cops.
Starting point is 00:29:54 And yet the bomb is detonated and now the people around are safe. I believe that. I love that. But you think cops are going to be happy with that though? There's already defund the police. Now you're going to have robots. Cops are going to be freaking out of jobs. I mean, if you think about it. I was just going to go happy with that though. There's already defund the police. Now you're going to have robots. Cops are going to be freaking out of jobs. I mean, if you think about it,
Starting point is 00:30:06 I was just going to go there with that Vinny. So, you know, we think of automation and AI taking jobs. They're taking jobs away from human police officers. I remember like back in the day in the eighties, remember the movie Robo cop? Of course it was ridiculous movie. But then there was also the movie short circuit with Johnny Johnny five alive. And you would think, all right, what's going on with these robots? What's good?
Starting point is 00:30:26 But this is the reality is that why do you need to send SWAT, seven SWAT guys into a hotel room against Miguelito out there that's basically trying to hold up in this room out here sending this robot, this guy tried to fist fight a robot. The robot just ran over this dude. Forget about it. Yeah. There's no lawsuit. Sorry about that that like the robot
Starting point is 00:30:45 got you you're done you're trying to throw a blanket over the guy I mean I was joking I would say I think it's saving police officers lives because why do you need to go there into a hotel room saving their lives but taking their jobs at the same point but then I mean then the whole okay the robot shot me was he supposed to shoot was he not supposed I mean this opens up a whole automation camera. Automation has been doing this. Automation has been doing this. We come from LA, where I once got a red light ticket from a camera.
Starting point is 00:31:11 It got mailed to my house like three weeks later. And so it says, hey, you ran a red light, apparently, within one second or whatever. And so we've got automation that's been in law enforcement for a while. I love it if it saves lives. I don't think it's taking jobs. I love it if it saves lives. I don't think it's taking jobs.
Starting point is 00:31:26 I think it's saving lives. But I think this is overplayed. Okay. So this one upset Tom. I mean, listen, Tom, apology on behalf of the executive production team for the PBD podcast. All right. So here's a video that Iran made in response to Trump saying, we have not forgotten that you killed our hero
Starting point is 00:31:47 Hassan Soleimani Watch this video and then we're gonna show you a response from what Trump says to this. Go ahead Rob Look at that drone shot. She caught me! She caught me! She caught me! Oh shit! It ducked! Uh-oh. Uh-oh. You guys don't want to know what that said. Oh The revenge is definite. Okay. All right. So how you process that? Then show Trump's reaction to it and then we'll react to the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:33:40 Trump reacts to it. Good. Yeah, this is Trump's reaction to it. Go ahead. Everybody in Congress. But if I were the president, I would inform the threatening country, in this case Iran, that if you do anything to harm this person, we are going to blow your largest cities and the country itself to smithereens.
Starting point is 00:34:00 We're going to blow it to smithereens. You can't do that. And there would be no more threats. There would be no more threats. But right now we don't have that leadership or the necessary people, the necessary leaders. We have two people, not one. We don't even know who our president is right now. Who is our president right now? It's facts. We really don't know, but we have two people, not one that only keep looking. And when you
Starting point is 00:34:30 do that, when you just look, trouble always ensues. So it's big trouble for our country. Meanwhile, we have the president. So how do you, how do you process that video Tom? Well, look, I you know, it's it's basically a video game movie that Iran has made Revenge is definite. You know you used to have you know a guy in a cave Taking a selfie talking about what would happen and we would hear on our news that the CIA was trying to determine in the rock formations if they could identify where that was. Remember that?
Starting point is 00:35:09 We're trying to figure it out. And so threats on video have been going from left to right for a long time. And now they've elevated it up to the whole concept of a little robot that's gonna paint the laser on there. And by the way, that's older technology painting the laser is Tom I know what you're saying and you're downplaying you do that sometimes and you downplay stuff They just threatened to kill a president Tom. Okay, former president. So what if any what is your thoughts?
Starting point is 00:35:37 I think I agree. That's the point like Iran Iran is paying a tent like think about you know what that said to me Yeah That Iran is paying attention to like think about, you know what that said to me? That Iran is paying attention to all of the secret service gaps in our protection for the president. That video on the Bushes, that means they're watching the Ryan Routh, they know that they can get to him, they know that the perimeter is easily breachable, he's easy to get to, I mean the overhead, you know, laser, whatever, but that's a, if you think about it, if you have a remote control something, that, it could run right up on him and blow up. I think that's them, that's, if you think about it, if you have a remote control something, that it could run right up on them and blow up.
Starting point is 00:36:06 I think that's them, that's a threat. If you are, look at it from the, maybe let me make the question a better question, Tom. I wanna come back to you. If you are the Department of Homeland Security, you're the head of it. That's your, you can't downplay something like this. That's not your job.
Starting point is 00:36:21 That's the job of a pundit or a podcast or a TV person to do. You're the department of Homeland Security or whatever you want to call the position that's going to be, choose one of them. You see this. What should be our reaction? Should we just be like, ah, whatever, it's not a big deal and move on? Do you remember when Norman Schwarzkopf would lay out that deck of cards and they had all the Iranian people on the deck of cards? Storm and Iraq most wanted deck of cards and they had all the Iranian people in the deck of cards. Iraq most wanted deck of cards, right? Exactly. You know, if they, my point is, you know, you sense that I was downplaying, maybe I was a little bit, but my point is these threats get made every day.
Starting point is 00:36:54 And if they want to do this, then under the cover of darkness, under the cloak of secrecy, you know, we'll pick a card out of the deck and we'll go pop somebody. That's what I do. You know, once you're there and once you're available and you're in the chair, and you can say, this is the way we don't play like this. That's where I go with it. If I'm the director of Homeland Security, I'm like, Mr. President, should we take one of those folks out of that deck of card and take care of
Starting point is 00:37:23 something overnight and let somebody do it? Because remember when Trump took the picture of the guy's house out and flopped that out there? Those are the moves to make. That's the move. Well, this guy that who they're talking about, Hassam Soleimani, am I saying that correctly, Pat? Thank God.
Starting point is 00:37:38 Because I know you got mad at me when I- No, you did the right amount of kh. You did the right amount of kh. You got mad at me when I called Khomeini, Khomeini. It was two different people. Adam, you spit on the mic the right amount. Perfect. You did the right amount of hook. You got mad at me when I called, H- question because, you know, this guy right here, you know, we just talked about Norman sports coffee, whether you want to talk about General Matt S or whether Mick Raven, these are our generals, these aren't household names in Iran.
Starting point is 00:38:13 This is like a superhero to these guys. So and what was he known for? He's he led the Coups force, I want to say the equivalent of their former Ulysses S. Grant that was eventually a two term president. That's kind of like he was never the president. No, no, he was going to be. Yeah, possibly. Yeah, he was their military commander head of the Kut's force,
Starting point is 00:38:34 which runs the part of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. But you know, if you just look at his legacy, what did he do? He number one, whether covertly or quite out in the open, he supported militias all over the Middle East to sow discord all over the Middle East and basically allow the Iranian military-industrial complex to basically spread their tentacles and go fund all the reasons that the Middle East is basically unstable right now. The Triple H crew, the Hezbollah, the Hamas, the Houthis, he was their patriarch, their founder right there.
Starting point is 00:39:14 And his goal was to basically counter US presence in the region, to destabilize the Middle East. Iran, because of him, has become the greatest destabilizing actor in the Middle East. Since, I don't know, is there anyone that's ever destabilized the Middle East this bad? So he's in Iran, correct me if I'm wrong, he's sort of the symbolic, the symbol of the resistance to the Western presence, you know, whether it's America, whether it's Israel, whether it's democratic values, whether it's the the war on the West that our friend Douglas Murray wrote a book about. But yeah, he's they've killed us forces.
Starting point is 00:39:53 He's an enemy of the United States. We should have taken him out. But now they're threatening the president United States. Well, the Trump he's the shea, you know, all the leftists that come out of communist Central America, they wear the shade t shirt. You know, he's their shade of autumn. Yeah, he's their Shea, you know all the leftists that come out of communist Central America, they wear the Shea t-shirt You know, he's their Shea Gavado. Yeah, he's their Shea So he's their poster boy for that, but you know what when you do all this stuff Then you become a poster boy for for getting killed
Starting point is 00:40:16 Yeah And so it's just like you know if they want to play it like this and they want to do it like this We can hear the head of the military. You should probably expect to well anyone to do it like this. We can head of the military. You should probably expect to well, we can make their Uber rides really exciting. I don't know though. I don't know though. When we say we who is we, we is only we if he's in the office. You think you think if they do anything to Trump and Iran takes, let's just say they take Trump out and they say we did it as a form of Let's just say they take Trump out. Yeah. And they say we did it as a form of strength around the world What do you think Kamala and Biden? I would do great point great point. What do you mean? We yeah, there's no that's my concern My concern with the we is no we are not we
Starting point is 00:40:57 This is not a united states of America today. This is not a we we this is a Them us exact and they're not like us. You know, it's that it's that culture we have today time where for me if if these guys are ever going to do anything to him if they're ever going to do it. And if I'm a Department of Homeland Security, I'm running something. My guess who doesn't like Trump. If I'm the guy that's running if I'm in Iran right now, I would be telling, and I'm wired like the way, let's just say these guys are thinking that we know what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:41:34 Guys, what are you doing? You got 40 days. You can't do it after 40 days. You know why? Why? If we do it after 40 days, and you take him out, no problem. Vance is in there, he will bomb every single city in Iran. Yep. So you got 39 days left to take him out.
Starting point is 00:41:50 What are we waiting for? Yeah. So that's my point, because to me, I think this is very serious because the statement they're making when you put something like that out there, all you're looking for is for one person to want to be a hero. So you're looking for you're not looking for everybody. And then if they do. So, OK, let so okay, let's go through it, Tom. Here's a question for you. If it's not like this is, oh my God,
Starting point is 00:42:13 you guys are getting so dramatic. There's been two assassination attempts last 90 days. Some will even say three, but let's put the third one away from what happened in Arizona with the eyes burning and all that other stuff. Let's say two, okay? Tom, say they succeed in the next 39 days. Who's running against Kamala?
Starting point is 00:42:32 Who would, who would, J.D. Vance. Yeah, no chance. But what happens actually? What actually happens? God forbid. Well, do you have to have an emergency convention? First of all, if something happens close to the election, you know, a level-headed Congress, which we don't have, could move the election
Starting point is 00:42:50 date so that a candidate could be properly presented. Not long, but move it long enough for a candidate to be... How long? 30 days? 60 days? 30 days, I suppose. Okay, so let's say 30 days. But the point is, you know, it is very likely that they would say, sorry about your guy, I advance you running, we'll pick your VP, let's say the point is, you know, it is very likely that they would say sorry about your guy I advance you running will pick your VP Let's see if we can get all the votes of all the ballots updated and let's go with this Because there's already been the early voting is in but there's now a guy you're not voting for that guy anymore So they they got it. They got to restart that if that if God forbid he gets killed the
Starting point is 00:43:23 Kamala wins landslide. That's the point. Period. And that's the goal. And that's why they can care less. I'm not saying that they want him dead, but they're not going to cry that he's dead. And there will be no vengeance. Period.
Starting point is 00:43:34 There will be no vengeance. So this is why. Not in that administration. Hell no. They did them a favor. They're number one guys out. It's eerily similar to Jimmy Carter, who wouldn't take stands, wouldn't take a firm stand, but the minute Reagan won, a bunch of things got fixed.
Starting point is 00:43:50 A bunch of things. Yeah, so the challenge would purely, my frustration with this is they just put something like this. What has Homeland Security said? Have they responded to that video made? What's been said about it? And by the way, have they said that that video was made by the Iranian government who made that video Rob is it some designer made it some editor made
Starting point is 00:44:14 it or who made that video is Iran saying that they made it I thought I thought it was released by the Khomeini guy. Khomeini? You better pronounce it right bro. I'm sorry I came out from his account. Intelligence officials have been briefed the Trump campaign on Iranian threats. Look what's the unknown. I want to know who released the video. I want to know who released Iran's on 7-10. Iran trying to assassinate Donald Trump. It was on Ayatollah's website.
Starting point is 00:44:30 Okay, perfect. And it's from the top. So it's not like if they're retweeting it, if they're putting it on their website, Iranian animation is not going to be on the top. It's going to be on the top. So it's not like if they're retweeting it, if they're putting it on their website, Iranian animation is not going to be on the top. It's going to be on the top.
Starting point is 00:44:38 So it's not like if they're retweeting it, if they're putting it on their website, Iranian animation is not going to be on the top. It's going to be on the top. So it's not like if they're retweeting it, if they're putting it on their website, Iranian animation is not going to be on the top. It's going to be on the top. So it's not like if they're retweeting it, if they're putting it on their website, Iranian animation is not going to be on the top. So it's not like if they're retweeting it, if they're putting it on their website, Iranian animation is not going to be on the top. So it's not like if they're retweeting it, if they're putting it on their website, Iranian animation.
Starting point is 00:44:50 Okay, perfect. Can we read this rap? Can you go a little bit closer? Okay. And it depicts his ascension down down from the Gulf, made video from 2022. That can't be 2022 because the post of Ayatollah website is early warning to resume that 2020 animation opens up and if I'm There's an Amaralago. Okay, go a little lower go a little lower go a little lower up 78 Lums under the run person per mile log go lower
Starting point is 00:45:16 Go lower. Okay. So go back to the USA Today story from six 16 hours ago Go back to go back one. Yeah right there 16 hours ago, let's see what they're saying here. Iran trying to assassinate Donald Trump says US leaders official says go lower. So Iran has made it clear that it's trying to assassinate Trump as well as number of administrators and the current and Biden as payback of killing Iran's I think that no one from Biden administration
Starting point is 00:45:39 they're trying to, the comments after Trump's dramatic disclosure Tuesday night that he had briefed by the Oval Office of Direct National Intelligence about Tehran's real and specific threats. Senator Mike Rounds, RSD, South Dakota, a member of the Senate intelligence said that he hadn't seen any indication Iran had anything to do with the two alleged assassination plots, including one that drew blood out of Pennsylvania campaign, Gold Lore, how would you know that? But I think there's also clear evidence that Iran has made it clear that they intend to, if they could, they would try to assassinate the former president and they've talked about
Starting point is 00:46:12 assassinating other senior members of leadership. There you go. Okay. Well, I think it's completely obvious why Iran would want to assassinate Trump. And you might say, well, it's the revenge Soleimani. Okay. I think that's part of it. Sure.
Starting point is 00:46:28 Revenge. Uh, but also from a geopolitical perspective, just look at the last 40 plus years of who Iran would rather deal with the Democrats or the Republicans. So it started with Carter in 79 and then Reagan came in and basically said, ah, ah, homie, got the hostages back day one. But if you're looking at Trump and you're looking at Kamala and you're the Ayatollahs and you're the new president, was it Peshashkin? What do you say his name?
Starting point is 00:46:54 The new president of Iran? Something like that. Peshashkin. I can't believe I'm teaching Pat about Iran. Double SU. Yeah. No problem. But Iran would love to see Kamala win.
Starting point is 00:47:02 You know, just look at what's happened over the last 40 years or even the last 10 years. And the main two reasons are this is because the Democrats are more predictable and honestly more exploitable. So who gave billions of dollars to Iran for hostages and basically to unfroze the six billion dollars, all those assets. It was the democratic party. Of course they love them. They love them. Okay. and basically to unfroze all those assets. It was the Democratic party under Biden. They love them. Okay.
Starting point is 00:47:27 Who was negotiating with Iran during the nuclear deal to put the nuclear deal in place? What administration? The Obama administration. Trump came in, tore it up, said, no, we're not giving these guys any money. And you hear what Trump says. Iran was going broke. They were. They were going broke.
Starting point is 00:47:41 They were. We were putting the sanctions, we're putting the tariffs. And then Biden comes in and they're flushed with cash. He's not wrong. Our friend Trump out here. But Obama's out there with Kerry and his crew negotiating the Iranian nuclear deal. But while that's going on, hey, don't look at the hundreds of thousands of dead Syrians that's going on. Don't worry about that red line. Don't worry about that. You know, where are the gays for Gaza hundreds of thousands of dead Syrians that's going on in the city. Don't worry about that red line. Don't worry about that.
Starting point is 00:48:08 You know, where are the gays for Gaza brigade during this where the Hamas lovers protesting almost a million people dead in Syria. Don't worry about that. So nothing to see. And then lastly, the Democrats are more exploitable and they're more not on team Israel than the Republican Party is. So if I'm Hamas, if I'm the Ayatolls, and if I'm the new president of Iran, who just spoke at the UN, by the way, I'm looking at the Republican Party, the party of Reagan, the party of Trump, what have you, and I'm looking at the Democratic Party, the party of Carter, the party of Obama, and now Kamala. You're like, yeah, if I had to take someone out, it's going to be Trump. Long live Kamala, is basically what they're saying. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:47 Well, talking about Kamala, Kamala did an interview yesterday. Okay, Rob, if you want to go to it. During the interview, the interviewer who was just on Bill Maher defending Kamala Harris, and you have to see what she said on Bill Maher, but then let's first do this one. And then in this question, I think she asks, you're saying you're gonna raise corporate taxes, but what if you don't have Senate? What if you don't have Congress?
Starting point is 00:49:09 How are you gonna do it? Listen to her answer, go ahead. Expanding that child tax credit, or you mentioned housing before, giving that extra money for a first home. If you can't raise corporate taxes, or if GOP takes control of the Senate, where do you get the money to do that?
Starting point is 00:49:24 Do you still go forward with those plans and borrow? Well, but we're gonna have to raise corporate taxes and we're gonna have to raise, we're gonna have to make sure that the biggest corporations and billionaires pay their fair share. That's just it. It's about paying their fair share. That's not an answer.
Starting point is 00:49:44 It's landing that child. You're running for president. You sound like a dictator. We're going to have to. She's asking you, how are you going to do it? Rob, can you pull the clip, if you have it, with her debriefing after the interview where she says, Honest, that's the one right there, if you could play this clip. So she's not being interviewed afterwards.
Starting point is 00:50:04 And so how was it? Go ahead. Talk about that answer. I do, but here's what's a little tricky. She doesn't answer the question around if the GOP is controlling the Senate, if she can't raise corporate taxes, where is she going to get the money from, you know, to expand the child tax credit and do all the things she wants to do? And she says, we just have to do it and that's great and
Starting point is 00:50:26 That's a campaign promise, but but but the issue is if it means we're just gonna borrow again Then what we're doing is we're just never addressing the deficit and back in the days when you were a proud Republican debts and deficits mattered Rob and then go to her Stephanie rule on Bill Maher Go to her on Bill Maher. Yeah, right there. That's the one. You just had it.
Starting point is 00:50:50 Right there, right there. Okay. Go for it. Watch this exchange. Kamala, say, are you for a Palestinian state if Hamas is going to run that state? Okay. Yes or no? And let's say you don't like her answer.
Starting point is 00:51:02 Are you going to vote for Donald Trump? No, I'm not. I just said I'm not going to vote for Donald Trump? No, I'm not. I just said I'm not going to vote for her. Donald Harris is not running for perfect. She's running against Trump. We have two choices. And so there are some things you might not know her answer to. And in 2024, unlike 2016 for a lot of the American people,
Starting point is 00:51:20 we know exactly what Trump will do, who he is, and the kind of threat he is to democracy Oh, applause break from the dumbest brainwash audience We don't know her answer to anything Okay, you know his answer to everything And that's why I would never vote for him and people shouldn't vote for him But people also are expected to have some idea of what the program is of the person you're supposed to vote for You're just not supposed to say well you have to vote for why because X is this that and the other
Starting point is 00:51:54 Let's find out a little bit more and I don't think it's a lot to ask her to sit down for a real 90 people audience are always... Within the Democrat Party, you are not allowed to be a rational opponent of the funds. Then I would just say to that, when you move to Nirvana, give me your real estate broker's number and I'll be your next door neighbor. We don't live there. Oh God. Wow. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Tom, what do you think? What do you think about the whole Kamala question from the beginning? Economy, what are you going to do? We have to and into all this stuff.
Starting point is 00:52:27 There's two problems here and I just made the point about and I won't belabor it, you know, about the reporter. You're not allowed to be a rational opponent of Trump, meaning you can't be an opponent of Trump and be rational about any criticism of Kamala Harris because Stephanie Ruhle there is embarrassing and embarrassed herself She's definitely a little ticked the way she's being attacked for how she conducted interview, but on the other side I I'm sitting here wondering Did Kamala Harris? Understand how government really works in that moment
Starting point is 00:53:01 Did she have a rational thought about that? Because I remember Clinton having to work with Republican Congress and Clinton who came up and said, look, we're gonna have to make some compromise. We have to negotiate point by point and there's things that they want. We have to get this. So I have to work through that Congress to make it happen. He knew, he knew, and this is after Lewinsky in his second term, where he was a real economic centrist. And so you would hear it from there.
Starting point is 00:53:28 You don't hear it from her. She's like, she's like, we just have to get it done. And she goes back to the campaign things. It just shows a very vacuous, vapid, shallow, uninformed candidate who's not coming out with anything that sounds like a reasoned approach and by the way They're running scared Pat if you want to talk about her poll for a split second. They're running scared They believe Kamala's side believes that they have one path right now. You know what that path is Rob Do you have that chart? I'll show you the map over the weekend. They looked at Arizona and Nevada there it is back back back
Starting point is 00:54:06 back no no go the map the US right there other one there we go they believe this is where it is Pat see there's no Wisconsin there's no Nevada there's no Arizona look at North Carolina and Georgia they believe that's what they have to win they have conceded the fact that they believe Trump's gonna win Pennsylvania the way they're spending in it. They have conceded the fact that they believe Trump's going to win Pennsylvania the way they're spending in it, and they have conceded Arizona. But take a look at what they're doing. They're doing everything they can on Michigan, North Carolina, and Georgia.
Starting point is 00:54:33 That is the path they think they have. Because she's not coming out and gaining any momentum at all. This election could be over at 1130 on election night. This is what they're trying to do. They have only two states going after. This is what they're trying to do. They have only two states going after. What's her name, Adam? Stephanie. Stephanie Ruhl.
Starting point is 00:54:49 Okay, she's obviously, guys, obviously, I mean, Trump derangement syndrome, as we see it with a lot of people, she's on Bill Maher. That audience, by the way, I've been there. I've been in that audience. It's the worst. Okay, it's the worst audience ever. But she talks all that crap on Bill Maher.
Starting point is 00:55:05 She gets this applause break. She thinks she's in charge. Kamala's campaign sees that. They get her an interview thinking it's going to be a softball interview. Then you have her in front of you and you don't challenge her. Then you go on another interview and you talk shit about her not answering the question. And this is the problem with them not holding these horrible reporters. You don't hold their foot to the fire.
Starting point is 00:55:25 And the rational guy gets slapped around. Exactly. And he's against Trump. And he's against, that's what I'm saying. And he's like, I'm not going to vote for him, but you guys, it's not holding their foot to the fire and not asking the actual questions. Not stopping and going, okay, Kamala, time out. Stop talking with your hands.
Starting point is 00:55:39 Answer the question. How are you going to do it? And we don't have no answers because people like Stephanie Rule protect them and they guide them and they make sure that they don't say anything completely stupid and they never challenge them. Well, they want you to talk with your hands on the DNC, but they want you to do it like this.
Starting point is 00:55:53 Meanwhile, I actually think that Stephanie Ruhl, this is actually, it's going to be a weird take. I actually think she's one of the smartest women in the business. However, she's making excuses for someone with zero policy. And that's the problem that I have with Stephanie that I'm trying to understand her because if you watch Stephanie, I mean, whether she's on CNBC or MSNBC, she's a beast. She's a massive economic, political correspondent. She's not an idiot. So what happens in this? So hold on. So in the, in the, in the episode with Bill Maher, she was sitting there with, um, it was Brett Stevens, who's a writer for the New York Times. Not exactly a conservative view right there. And he's basically being like, look, I'm just going to come out and say, yeah, Brett Stevens, this guy, I'm not going to vote for Trump. I just can't not my guy. But are we really going to sit here and expect nothing from Kamala? We're just going to just go with no, no, there's no policy.
Starting point is 00:56:52 She's just going on joy and vibes. Are we really doing this? And she's like, well, what are you going to do? Vote for Trump. He's like, well, I'm not going to vote for Trump. So you see this sort of mental, not answering the question. Exactly. So you see this sort of mental gymnastics where it's like, you can't vote for that. You can't vote for that. But what are you willing to accept over here? Are you willing to accept and literally vegetable Biden? If he was running, would you vote for that? Well, it's not Trump. Are you willing to vote for a completely clueless, feckless, just weak
Starting point is 00:57:22 DEI potential leader as Kamala. Well, it's not Trump. It's like, Hey, there's a, you smarter than a fifth grader. Can this fifth grader, can Billy Madison be the president? Well, it's not Trump. So the point is they're willing to just do whatever it is, whatever the policy is, does it, whether there's no policy, as long as it's not Trump, they're willing to vote for the person.
Starting point is 00:57:46 And as Pat basically tells us all the time, just look at the policies. You never see that they attack Trump's policies. It's always his personality. And me, I'd rather have a crazy, vindictive a-hole than an incompetent BIDZH in the office. And at all, there's panic. There's panic going on. You can see it. Quinnipac is a left leaning pollster that has the distinguished, distinguished credibility
Starting point is 00:58:14 afforded to the last place poller as the least accurate in the last two presidential campaigns. And yesterday they came out, even though they're left leaning, well yeah, we think Trump is about one point on national basis. They came out with it. They left-leaning. Well, yeah, we think Trump is about one point on national basis Yeah, they they came out with it. They're in a state of panic the campaign's in a state of panic the New York Times I am NOT a fan of New York Times But over the last two months New York Times has been speaking up and saying hey you need to come to the microphone and You're you're not having it's been remember they wrote the article Hey, it's been 40 days and she hasn't conducted a live what they call an adversarial interview where she sat down with somebody
Starting point is 00:58:47 So even the New York Times and Brett Stevens New York Times have been saying they see it And why are they panicking right now? The New York Times sees the ice melting beneath Kamala's feet and it's showing up in the polls not right-wing polls It's showing up in the polls Pennsylvania is almost four points right now. On a national level, we got highly credible polls that saying it is now about 3.6% Trump. So the ice is melting and now you're getting infighting among the liberals that want to see her win. That's what you're witnessing there.
Starting point is 00:59:18 Why are they infighting? Why is Brett and Ruel infighting on Bill Maher? Because there's no victory lap and there's no flag to wave and they're in a panic because their person is going down the tubes and they are true believers that believe that a liberal progressive president is the right answer. They're wrong about that, but they see the whole thing about to fall. Yep. And great point, Tom, and Adam, you made a great point too.
Starting point is 00:59:44 They're not running on any policy. Not Biden, not Kamala, it's just not Trump. Okay, like tell us why we should vote for you. Trump is Hitler. That's like, if you own Hyundai, Pat, and Tom's Toyota, and you ask me, so Vinny, please tell us about your car, your Hyundai, and my only answer is Toyota sucks.
Starting point is 01:00:01 Toyota's horrible. No, no, talk to me about your car. Sell me your car. No, no. Toyota's shit. And if I don't, if you don't, like, no, no, that's not the point. And going back to the point. That's a perfect point. Thanks, Tommy. It's like hold their foot to the fire. I wish we had one, one. Like Pat, that's why I would, I would pay money, I swear to you, pay money for you to sit down with a Kamala and just ask the questions and hold their feet to the fire and they would never do it. They would never sit down. But then that's what the people want. Answer the damn question.
Starting point is 01:00:29 You're going for the most important job in the world. You know what's interesting to me is, you know, like when COVID happened and we started printing money, this is the part that is, is, uh, are you going to see where I'm going with this, Tom? Tom is so funny. When we started printing money, the first thing that I said and I thought was going to happen was gold's going to go to the roof.
Starting point is 01:00:56 Nothing happened. You're like, there's no way we can print this much money and gold and Bitcoin doesn't go to a quarter million dollars or gold doesn't go to $4,000, $5,000. Nothing happened. You're just looking at everything between quantitative easing and quantitative tightening. Experts had no clue. Every expert kept getting things wrong, everybody. And then eventually you're like, what the hell is going on here? Right? But the reality of it is we've never gone through a pandemic where we printed, you know, four or five, six trillion dollars the way that we did. Forty percent of our currency that has been printed was printed in that three year period, two year period, right? So we've never been in a campaign like this
Starting point is 01:01:42 before. I've never, we've never, it's not, we've never been where a democratic president steps aside with 120 days to election. I don't know what the exact timeline was, but it wasn't far, right? And then we have to immediately get, and so no primaries for Kamala, no getting exposed by others on Kamala. And then we have to just say, that's her her and then her strategy is giving no answers, no interviews. If she wins, Republicans and conservatives and libertarians have to realize you have
Starting point is 01:02:18 to go buy up media companies. Just yesterday, you know what the FCC approved yesterday the purchase of George Soros buying up 200 radio stations And Rob did a very good clip on it on Twitter with one of them Rob if you can say the one in Cuba What's the one that he bought in Cuba the conservative radio? Matter of fact just play your clip Rob if you have it just play your clip on Twitter Go to the one that you put up. Rob explains exactly what happened. This just happened yesterday or two days ago. Why would FCC approve this?
Starting point is 01:02:50 Why would FCC approve something like this? This didn't make any sense to me. Watch this here, folks, on what Soros just bought yesterday. Go ahead. This is looking to expand his evil empire. In February, George Soros purchased Odyssey, one of the largest radio companies in the United States. I think it was for $300 million. He ended up purchasing 230 radio stations nationwide, including sports radio stations like WFAN in New York, K-Rock, which is a legendary rock station in Los Angeles, purchased 230 radio stations. Think about
Starting point is 01:03:20 that. Buying radio stations in the digital age of media These stations are going bankrupt because they cannot afford to pay their bills talent is being consolidated sales are down Streaming is up across all platforms Spotify iTunes YouTube Rumble. Nobody is listening to the radio Why is he buying it? Why do you think not even just US radio stations? He actually tried to purchase and this was the oddest one that I found he tried to purchase a Cuban radio station WAQI 710 AM Mambia it is a conservative Spanish radio station in Cuba why would you want to buy an AM conservative radio station in Cuba George Soros is looking like a sexy guy so here's a question for you so here's a question for you hey conservatives libertarians
Starting point is 01:04:05 Independents who are little worried guess what? Where are you gonna put your money? What are you doing with the money that you have I'm talking to the rich guys The real rich people who have the money, you know what Musk is doing He put 44 billion dollars on Twitter lost 75% of valuation within two years because of all the advertisers he lost. And he's driving it. What company do you think he's driving the most on a daily basis right now?
Starting point is 01:04:32 It's Twitter. What do you see him being most active for? Twitter. Now, it's an integrated business because he knows through Twitter he's going to drive Tesla, and he's going to drive, what do you call it, SpaceX and everything. So it's all integrated the way he's done. It's brilliant. But what are you going to do? What are you going to so he's it's all integrated the way he's done it's brilliant but what are you gonna do what are you gonna buy Soros just bought 200 by the way we can bitch and whine all we want about
Starting point is 01:04:51 Soros Soros is doing the right thing if he wants to impose his ideology and agenda to it if he believes in what he believes in and you want to be able to control the narrative he did the right thing behind those 200 radio stations He did the right thing doing bind those 200 radio stations And who do you think had a meeting with Alex Soros yesterday his son, you know what a meeting with Alex Soros yesterday Just take a wild guess. Huh? Well the president who's running for presidents Kamala who's her vice president What's the guy's name Tim was the guy that was in Alex Soros living room in New York. He was In Alex Soros's living room yesterday in New York. Oh weird. What kind of alliance is that?
Starting point is 01:05:33 What do you think with Huma Abedin being his new girl and all this stuff? What do you think he's doing there for you think they you know What's going to happen if Kamala wins if Kamala wins without without Iran doing anything and Trump being alive by the end of the election, it means they have a chokehold. You know what Zuck did recently, which was kind of interesting? What he did yesterday? Jesse, what Zuck did yesterday? Jesse A. Bolling, Jr.
Starting point is 01:05:57 He hired a libertarian advisor to help him approach the conservative media and conservative lobbyists. Yes, that's what he did yesterday because Zuckerberg is now saying that he relates, yeah, he sees himself more as a libertarian, no longer a guy on the left. And by the way, I actually believe this. I actually believe he's going through this. Can we go a little bit lower, Rob? So in private, Mark Zimba identifies with the libertarian ideology sourced on New York so Zuck is trying to repair his image of Republicans who have accused him of anti-conservative.
Starting point is 01:06:24 He's a refuser to talk politics, is distinct among his peers, and his partisan schism in the tech world. So he is now going through this phase himself. For him to have the brass, I think one of the biggest things that happened the last 90 days is him coming out and talking about the fact that,
Starting point is 01:06:39 yes, they were forcing me. Yes, Biden, here is this. Yes, 400 million this. Yes, I think that's the biggest story last 90 days and I don't see a minus the assassination attempt. So to me, I think if Kamala wins with this strategy, Republicans, libertarians, independents, you guys better unite and you better put your money up. You better make some investments.
Starting point is 01:07:05 That's what we're doing. We're building a campus. You're going to hear about what we're doing. Your announcement is going to be made. We're doing our part. We're competing in our own unique way, different than everybody else's. Our consulting firm is growing exponentially and we're putting it back in the media side. Very soon you'll hear us about buying certain assets that some of you guys will hear about
Starting point is 01:07:23 in the marketplace. We're playing an offense in a different way. But I think Kamalo winning, going back to the case study when I said when we started printing money, I thought golden Bitcoin is going to go up and it didn't. If Kamalo wins this way, the left will say to themselves, we have this in the back. It's over. We have it for decades to come. That's how they're going to process this. Let me tell you why you are so on point and the bigger threat, because not only do conservatives
Starting point is 01:07:51 need to buy up these radio stations, right? Because we see what's going on in the universities. I think it's 13 to one liberal professors for conservative professors. And that stat might even be a little bit old at this point. So here I sent you this article. This is from the European conservative. Okay. And they talked about George Soros. Why is George Soros scooping up all these radio stations? Well, they say this Soros has a history of scooping up conservative media companies and changing their leadership and programming. Soros purchased a media company in Poland before last fall's election and unseated the conservative law and justice party in the government.
Starting point is 01:08:28 And you interviewed the guy from Poland, our buddy. What was his name again? Tarjinsky. What a beast. So here's what he's doing. By the way, he said, Billionaire George Soros has reportedly been approved to purchase Odyssey as our friend Rob did. I'm wondering why the hell are you buying radio stations right here?
Starting point is 01:08:43 So who does Odyssey own? Here friend Rob did that. I'm wondering why the hell you buying radio stations right here. So who does Odyssey own? Here it is right here. Soros, the 93 year old left wing globalist bought $400 million of debt in Odyssey after the company declared bankruptcy. So we got a great deal on it, making them the largest shareholder. The company here it is has since restructured and is currently home to conservative voices like you ready? Sean Hannity, Mark Levin and Glenn Beck. So all these guys that some of the biggest conservative voices in the country are on the platform of Odyssey. So who's Glenn Beck's new boss? Who's Sean Hannity's new boss? George, George
Starting point is 01:09:22 Sorrell. Let me know if that, how long of that's going to work George. George Soros. Jorge. Let me know how long that's gonna work out. Is this a clip of Beck? So this is a clip of Glenn Beck interviewing Brendan Carr. He is the FCC commissioner, and during this interview Brendan Carr explains that the FCC fast-tracked this purchase unlike anything they've ever done before. It broke its own policies in order to fast-track
Starting point is 01:09:41 George Soros' purchase of this radio station. Crazy, how recent was this interview? This was two days ago, if you'd like to play. But keep in mind, this is Glenn Beck talking about George Soros buying the radio station on the radio stations at George Soros. Exactly. Your boss. When he has a history of replacing these guys.
Starting point is 01:09:57 Go ahead. Do I have this right, first of all, about soros uh... takeover of radio stations and if so why did was there an exception made and fast-tracked well you know that you know that story out last week or actually not today that there is no one that the fcc last week adopted in order that effectively fast-tracked
Starting point is 01:10:23 torus is purchased of the these 200 radio stations. And I haven't, you know, commented on that publicly because the fact is the FCC hasn't released a final decision to the public yet, but the reporting is that we adopted it last week in a 3-2 vote. I've been outspoken on this particular issue for the reasons that you talked about. We have a very clear process that the FCC that we've set up that could take six months, could take a year to go through to review the foreign ownership at issue here, but for reasons that are not sort of plain to me, the FCC Commission for the very first time ever has skipped that process for the benefit of this Soros backed group. And I'll sort
Starting point is 01:11:04 of let people draw their own conclusions about it. But again, it's an unprecedented decision for the commission. Never happened before. Yeah. And they're calling it- That's right. We at the commission level- He just found out that one of the most evil people on the planet just became his boss. Yeah. And they're calling it the quote unquote Soros shortcut. And here's another thing we talked about monopolies here all the time, right? If you own 50% of a marketplace, right? Is that the, is that the number Pat 50% of market share under the federal communications act, no radio station license can be held by a corporation with more than 25% foreign ownership. The source group
Starting point is 01:11:42 has acknowledged that the level of foreign ownership of Odyssey, which they just bought, will definitely exceed that. And they still request that the FCC expedite the approval of the application for ownership to ready, quote unquote, allow them more time to quickly realize their ownership interests and take the reins in these hundreds of local radio stations across the country. This is how much I feel bad for conservatives. This is how much I feel bad for you. You see this? Oh, that's the Illuminati sign. This is how much I feel bad for you. I can go like this, like this. What do you want? This is how much I feel bad for you. You know why?
Starting point is 01:12:18 Because you've had money for decades and you didn't buy shit is what you did. I have zero sympathy for you. Zero sympathy for you. You have all this money and you didn't buy shit is what you did. I have zero sympathy for you. Zero sympathy for you. You had all this money and you didn't buy nothing. You sat on your asses while these guys bought it. And now you have to sit there and eat everything they're feeding you and your kids. Everything. You had the money.
Starting point is 01:12:42 You lost public schools. You lost the media. you lost Hollywood, you lost all of that. You lost consulting firms. Every one of the major consulting firms in America, McKinsey, DEI ESG, BCG, DEI ESG, and Ernst & Young, DEI ESG, Gartner, DEI ESG, hey, let us make your company have a higher DEI bullshit bullshit score. Yes, you screwed up. What She hey, let us make your company have a higher di bullshit bullshit score Yes, you screwed up. What are you gonna do now you upset?
Starting point is 01:13:11 You can do anything about it You're still gonna go golf six days a week and bitch about how much you don't like Kamala Harris you caused this Don't put this on anybody else. You've had money for a long ass time. What'd you do with the money? Just say let me put some money in this rear fund here. What'd you do with the money? Just say, let me put some money in this fund here, we're making 7 to 12 percent, let's buy some debt here. Yeah, yeah, let's get, this is going to give us a municipal, okay, you're 5% tax free, let's do this here. No, we don't want to operate, it's a lot of work is what it is, I don't want to do that. Okay, then stop bitching about it. I don't want to hear anything when conservative billionaires bitch about what's going on here and they're not putting their money where it's at.
Starting point is 01:13:49 Be quiet. You can't say nothing. You have the money and the ammunition and the resources. Either do something about it or sit your ass on the sidelines and say nothing. Nothing. Let your money get to work. Support some of these guys out there. If it's DW, DW, give them a billion dollars.
Starting point is 01:14:06 Give them a half a billion dollars. If it's another guy that you see, if it's someone that's starting something, you go support them. My feedback, because it's going to get worse. Because the other side understands they have your kids. Public schools, 95% of the teachers are on the left, they have your kids for 12 years. You know how long that is?
Starting point is 01:14:30 Long-ass time. Then when you go to universities, they still have your kids. Okay? Then when they watch TV, they still have your kids. Hollywood. Then they watch YouTube, they still have your kids. Then when they go on Google, they still have your kids. Then when they go to Chad GBT, they still have your kids.
Starting point is 01:14:45 Everywhere you go, they have your kids. So if this case study proves that she wins, and by the way, this is not a five-year fix. This is a 20-year fix. So whatever we do now, you won't be able to fix it till 2044. It's a long-term fix. We're going on a 40-year run, by attainment. Okay, you know what's crazy?
Starting point is 01:15:05 I'm sitting here because an interview is coming. I'm gonna be on the cover of Jet Set magazine That's coming out here at every private airport 75,000 copies are gonna be everywhere sick They just send me the picture of what it's gonna I'll show it once it's finalized I'll show it to you guys on what the cover the magazine is gonna be This is what it's gonna be by the way, Adam. I don't know if you've seen it or not this is you know all the private airports this is where you at I know next month next month but what you I'm and they're talking about what you guys are doing all this other stuff you know what it
Starting point is 01:15:35 made me think about here's what it made me think about it made me think about like right now we're getting five hundred to three thousand to resumes on a weekly basis. A bad week, 500 resumes of people saying, I want to work at Valuetainment. Big week, 3,000 resumes. Thomas sitting right next to you, our HR reports to Tom. And we're playing ball. We're going long term.
Starting point is 01:15:59 We're going to play ball. We're going to have our own thing that we're doing. I would encourage others to realize either put the money and give it to someone to work Either invest and you go operate it and if you have the money and you do neither Just go golf and don't say nothing Because you're just as guilty if you don't do anything with it my opinion Yeah, I don't have the right there and sit and bitch about something when I'm not willing to do anything about it If you don't have money find a way to give back if you have money
Starting point is 01:16:32 Invest into something and if you're a good operator, you're a good leader. You have the good brains You're a good developer you you know, you're smart. You know you are get in the freaking arena Well, I'm 55 years old and I'm rich, I'm retired. Bullshit, go on a 15-year run. You're going to live till 85. What a miserable life to live, to just golf five, six days a week. Get in the ring. Get in the ring.
Starting point is 01:16:54 This is not the time to sit on the sidelines. I have guys that are under 30s wanting to retire. Like, what are you even talking about? I don't understand that logic at all for some people. This is a very important time in the for some people. This is a very important time in the history of America. This is a real war that's taking place. They're trying to brainwash your kids and take them away from you. They're trying to brainwash that America is a bad country. They're trying to brainwash them. Some people are starting to
Starting point is 01:17:18 believe that. I'm not okay with that. And again, excuse my directness, a lot of these guys I have relationships with, I would just advise you and encourage you, we need to collectively do something about it. Forget about, this is not a, everybody has their own sword they want to die on. If it's pro-life, pro-choice, that's yours, go for it. If it's economy, business, go for it. If it's freedom of speech, go for it. That's Musk's. There's so many different things, but you know what all of it comes down to?
Starting point is 01:17:48 Leave me to hell alone and let me just build my life. If I'm wrong, the world will know. If I'm a bad father, trust me, nowadays you can't hide it. If I'm a bad leader, the market's going to say it. If I'm a bad content creator and my ideas suck and my method of communicating is boring, you will lose audience. That's how brutal the market is and then we have to pick ourselves back up and do something about it.
Starting point is 01:18:11 But the community that loves what this incredible country was founded on, hey man, get in the ring. This beautiful country, she needs you right now like never before to be able to present the arguments better. It's very, very important right now to not be sitting on the sidelines and celebrating your victories from five years ago, 10 years ago, 20 years ago, even a year ago. God gave you certain gifts. Get in the ring. You know, you need to get in the ring, get in the ring. This is not a message to everybody.
Starting point is 01:18:43 The message I just gave right now is really only to 2% of people that are watching I just want to say one thing by the way the message there's there's two people out there that are they're listening to this message For the newer listeners are like, oh damn Pat is fired up right now. Oh, wow He is for older listeners, you know, three four five years. We've been listening You know exactly what Pat's talking about cuz Pat's been saying the exact same thing since we started the podcast in 2020 and if not longer. Get in the ring. This is going to happen. We see the writing on the wall. We see what's going on in schools. We see what's going on in media. I'm sitting there listening half the time, learning this stuff. I'm like, Oh damn, Pat's doing this. And Pat gives credit to a few different
Starting point is 01:19:21 people half the time. Imagine if Elon Musk never bought Twitter. Imagine if the Twitter files never came out. Imagine if our friend Chris Pavlovsky never started Rumble, never just was an alternative to YouTube, respect to YouTube. Imagine if Rogan didn't go to Spotify. So these things that you're basically fired up about, I've heard this a hundred times you say this. Imagine if The Daily Wire didn't do their thing.
Starting point is 01:19:43 There's only one. By the way, people think we hate Daily Wire. I freaking love the fact that Matt Walsh's documentary is going viral. I just want respect. To me, if you think you're better than me because you're, what do you call it? Lead us.
Starting point is 01:19:56 Where the, the tassel. You talk to me like I'm not that guy. I don't do a, talk to me directly. If I call you, you call me, hey, can we do this? You don't respond back and all this stuff. That's the part I don't do a talk to me directly. If I call you, you call me, hey, can we do this? You don't respond back and all this stuff. That's the part I don't like. But I want to see daily wire blow up. We don't have a problem with that because I think there's still a net positive. I want to see people that are questioning authority doing certain. I want them. I think Candace is necessary. That's going out there saying that that's like a
Starting point is 01:20:22 complete 180 because she's getting certain questions that people haven't said, well, I don't agree with this. Okay, great. I don't agree with certain things with Daily Wire. I don't think they agree with certain things I say. It's not supposed to be that way. But if we're in the space of freedom of speech where you can say what you want to say to the best of your abilities, we need to support that. Now, having said that, this here, Adam, is bigger than that.
Starting point is 01:20:45 No, this is bigger. This is a real war. This is a real, real war that we're getting into. Let me read this Argentina here, what's going on. Guys, bad policies have consequences, so do good ones. Argentina scrapped its rent controls. Tom, I'm coming to you with this one here. Scrapped its rent controls.
Starting point is 01:21:01 Not a market is thriving. This is a Wall Street Journal story. Argentina's removal of rent controls under President Javier Malé has triggered a rental market boom with boners, irons, and rental supply increasing over 170%. While rents are still high in normal terms, real prices have dropped 40% for adjusting for inflation, giving many renters better deals than before. Landlords who previously kept properties vacance or used them for short-term rentals like Airbnb are now returning them to the market. However, rent increases every three months allowed under new contracts have made housing
Starting point is 01:21:37 unaffordable for more with tenants like Romina Miseneta saying their rent increased almost threefold. Millet's economic overall includes removing price controls on essentials like milk, gas, aiming to curb Argentina's 237% inflation rate. Tom. Guess what? Capitalist leadership wins. What Millet did, so you have rent controls. Let's, you're one of my favorite case study exactly. So you I'm told I tell you you cannot rent that apartment for more than four
Starting point is 01:22:13 Grand okay on my apartment. Yeah, you own it like you own a condo. Okay, three bedrooms too bad You can't rent it for more than four grand, but Loophole you don't lease it You put it on Airbnb and you make $400 a night. Guess what? You only rent it half the nights, time 15, that's $6,000. So do you put it out in the rental market at $4,000 a month on an annual lease or do you Airbnb it for $6,000 a month? Airbnb. Correct. So guess what? The price control from the government creates a shortage,
Starting point is 01:22:47 a shortage because they're not on the market. You're trying to just do Airbnb, vacation rentals. So he takes out the wage and price controls on that, the controls, and guess what happens? The supply comes out and people can get there. And suddenly the market is behaving as it should, which is the supply of rentals to the demand from people. Suddenly the water, the tide comes in, the tide comes out. The ocean of the rental market is operating the way it should. And guess what? It's because Malay pulled socialist programs off the table and said, just like that, what was the famous
Starting point is 01:23:26 afuera, afuera, he lines up everything in the government. That's got to go. That's got to go. Well, you know what he said to rent controls afuera. And guess what happened? People are able to find housing. Now is the inflation all the way down? No, but this is a guy showing leadership.
Starting point is 01:23:41 And by the way, you know what America is going to need 75 years from now? We're going to need a Malay because if we keep going the way we're going and we don't get the leadership in and we don't do the things we should do and with the conservatives don't spend up and spend what they should spend to put the institutions in place and protect institutions, then you're going to be like Argentina. You're going to wake up one day and you're going to be looking for your political Messiah. And it's going to be a guy like Malay because go look what happened to Greece and Europe when they got to there and they had to put austerity on the books.
Starting point is 01:24:14 Okay. You have to work five years later. You can't have your social security because we're broke. Their equivalent of social security. She have to work five years later. And so, and by the way, there'll be 10% less when you get there Why because we're broke so that what we want We want the experiments have played out the experiments have played out and what you're seeing if people with eyes to see is
Starting point is 01:24:35 Millet is is the leader of the USA? 75 years from now when if we go down to this absolute Whirlpool and get sucked down the drain by the socialist progressive policies this is where it ends up. We have somebody that finally steps up and says to go forward we need to pull all this government out and release it the same thing that Reagan said. We don't need more government we need less. People are looking for government to be the solution when government is the problem. What Malay is doing here is showing
Starting point is 01:25:08 leadership. It ain't over. He's got to make good more good decisions. He's got to keep pushing, but look at the progress he's making by pulling the socialist things back off the table. And I just I just hope he can hang on. I hope he can get re-elected when it's time. I hope he can hang on. I hope the corruption, the arms of corruptions don't emerge from the abyss and strangle him. I hope he can keep it up because he's got it started. I got to tell you, I fully agree with the biz doc. He's fired up. He's got me fired up right now because what's the famous quote from Reagan? What are the most terrifying words you ever hear? I'm from the government and I'm here to help. I don't think so buddy. So the whole premise of price controls, rent controls,
Starting point is 01:25:48 what's the root word here? Control. And what are they controlling? It's the government controlling what you can and can't do with your property or with goods and services, right? And they put mandates on the maximum and minimum of what you can sell things for, whether it's gas, whether it's milk, whether it's your rent, whatever it is. So you know, you talked about off, wait, we're going to cut it out. We're going to cut it out. He literally and our friend Humberto will remember this. He used to go to all his election campaign rallies with what a chainsaw and be like,
Starting point is 01:26:22 we're going to scrap all this BS and cut the fat because it's basically weighing us down. What was the inflation in Argentina when he took over 237%? No good. No good. Argentina, mi gente. So he's coming in there and basically saying, no, we're done with this. And the problem we're starting to see in Latin America, I mean, it's been a pervasive problem,
Starting point is 01:26:43 is, you know, they're promote, they're promoting socialism, which is basically communism light as if it's worked anywhere before. So here's this full on capitalist. Look at him with the chainsaw. Look at him go. And he's going to cut someone's hand off if they're part of the government. So he's coming in and basically saying free market capitalism was where it's at. I believe, I believe in Western civilization and capitalism,
Starting point is 01:27:08 free market enterprise, and we're going to cut your hand off literally possibly if you try to reach in our pockets and basically steal our money. Cause taxation is theft and rent control is basically theft and he's just not playing the game anymore. Go ahead. I mean, and to top that he,
Starting point is 01:27:23 but you was better speaking in Spanish accent. more. Go ahead. And I mean, and to top that he, he said, he said at the UN at the general assembly, this is why I love him as well. He said that COVID lockdowns are a crime against humanity. And he said, ridiculous WEF leading world to bleak future. Anybody that loves this country like that. That would be World Economic Forum. Klaus, theolar's character. Yeah, he's this guy is no joke.
Starting point is 01:27:47 And that's why they're they're kicking out. And by the way, anomaly in Latin America. Yeah, he is. And by the way, we know what Humberto shout out to Humberto told us about what's going on with Colombia when you're talking about the GAD. Colombia is worse than Maduro. They're going through their set of issues right now. And Venezuela having the challenge that they got today with the lady Maria Edmundo, I believe
Starting point is 01:28:08 that won 60, 67 to 31, some ridiculous number. And he's saying, no, he won 52%. So what Millay is doing is an anomaly. He had a meeting with Musk the other day. Musk showed up with a black, let's make America great again hat. So these alliances are being made. But let me tell you guys, guys, this is how I start my day every day and throughout the day I do this four or five times when I want to know.
Starting point is 01:28:32 When I'm in meetings, yesterday I was in meetings from the second I came in to the second I left, I was in meetings nonstop. So when I don't have time and I want to know what's going on throughout my day, every time I do this, I go to VTs.ai, okay, so this is vtnews.ai, if you haven't yet used it, I go in there on the news and I have the highest level on there, which is $19.99 a month, unlimited amount of questions to ask the AI, to ask VT.ai on there, and I go there to the, Rob, if you can zoom in a little bit so the audience can see it, if you have the AI edition all the way at the top, I ask that question, go
Starting point is 01:29:03 a little lower, Rob, go a little lower, I asked that question, go a little lower Rob, go a little lower. I asked that question, what are the top five news events today? Four or five times a day, because it changes, because news changes. So click on that and let's see what it spits out. Can you zoom out a little bit so we can see it? So at any point, so let's just say you're, okay, based on, zoom in a little bit, let's see what it says. Based on the recent information here, the five economic units, Vice President Kamala
Starting point is 01:29:25 Harris has been actively campaigning in battleground states, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, focused on economic development, health care. Okay, got it. President Joe Biden spoke at Bloomberg Global Business Forum during climate week NYC, highlighting his administration's achievement in combatting climate change. Okay. A video from 218 has service showing then Senator Kamala Harris chanting down with deportation. What? Did you see this?
Starting point is 01:29:47 I never saw it. Is that true, Rob? I'll go find it. Well, hang on. Let's continue with this. At a parade contrasting with her current campaign rhetoric on border security, very weird. Vice President Harris recently participated in a high-profile live stream with Oprah Winfrey, Michigan affecting hundreds, attracting hundreds of thousands of viewers. What's this? And addressing camp. Former President Donald Trump abruptly ended an interview at the U.S. live stream with Oprah Winfrey, Michigan affecting hundreds, attracting hundreds of thousands of viewers.
Starting point is 01:30:05 What's this? Former President Donald Trump abruptly ended an interview at the U.S. Mexico Board in Arizona due to security concerns. What? That just happened? Whoa. Whoa. That's why I use VT News.ai.
Starting point is 01:30:16 Wow. Okay. And by the way, if you haven't yet subscribed, just go to VT News.ai. We hired 15 machine learning engineers to create this. And the level of people that have subscribed to it, we've not seen numbers like this before. Go to vtnews.ai, test the freemium. But if you really want to leverage the AI, the lopsided stories, which way stories are leaning, it shows you all of it.
Starting point is 01:30:39 The timeline of events, if you go on timelines, Rob, on the timelines and go to Trump's timeline, it'll show you any stop right, it'll show you any stories with what's happened in the peaks. You can literally go to that thing and see what's going on. Again, go to vtnews.ai, leverage the technology that we worked the last nine months putting together for us, that we're sharing with you. Rob, what is that deportation video? Down with deportation from when she was senator? She joined this this crowd and I think if we pull the story on VT news down with deportation
Starting point is 01:31:13 Yeah, she joined a bunch of people that were out there chanting I don't think she understood as we chat there She goes she wanders into the crowd gets out of the limo wanders into the crowd and just starts chanting what they're chanting here played Rob, that's what happened To new Kanye song. Look how I like this move here. Let's go. Oh my man. Look at that. Look at that. Yo, yo, yo. Yeah, yeah. I actually, I actually, then she asked where the bar was, said one at a Tito and cranberry,
Starting point is 01:31:53 hold the cranberry. And that was how she spent the afternoon. Actually, I respectfully disagree. I think she knew exactly what she was saying. I think that is exactly her policy. She's the border czar. Let them all in. No deportation.
Starting point is 01:32:05 Let's give them education and let's give them indoctrination and let's, you know, let's maybe eat a Haitian. I don't know whatever we got to do. We got to do, but let's keep these people from the nations in our equation. So we have a sensation of the Kamala Harris border emancipation. Yeah. And the borders are long live the borders are who let every 20 million people in the country. You're almost, you're almost rapping. There it is. I mean, nobody's a better rapper than you. My brother, Larry had a, what is it? Oh no, that goes way back. Go for it. No, no, no, no, no. What else? We're going to say something. No, no, no. Oh, by the way, it was crazy about
Starting point is 01:32:40 this is so Taylor Swift, she does the endorsement on the day of the debate, and everybody's like, oh my God, that's it, that's unfair. It's gonna make an- I was one of those people, I was like, oh my God. And then we get the math here, and I'm like, guys, this is nothing. We weren't buying it. And then the report comes out,
Starting point is 01:32:56 and here's what the report shows, guys. The results, this is embarrassing. Study shows Taylor Swift's endorsement may turn off voters that it's needed. By the way, do we have the chart? No. Rob, if you have the chart, I'm going to look for it. Okay, I'm going to read this while you're looking for it.
Starting point is 01:33:11 So the endorsement commentators after the debate went viral, but research shows it may not help Harris. A national survey found that undecided Swifties who initially showed a high likelihood to vote.71 on a zero-1 scale reported a sharp decline in intent to.4. Damn! When Swift endorsed Kamala Harris. Trumpy Swifties were unaffected by Swift endorsement and those already planning to
Starting point is 01:33:36 vote for Harris showed no increase in enthusiasm. The research highlighted that celebrities, including Swift, struggle to sway voters on deeply partisan issues like abortion or candidate. While Swift activism has mobilized voter registration in the past, the study suggests her political endorsement may backfire, especially amongst undecided voters. So here's the numbers, guys. So Tom, you want to take this? Go ahead and take this since you haven't fought with this.
Starting point is 01:34:03 This is just wonderful. So you take the 18 to 34, there's your core Swifty. 8% were more enthusiastic, but 11% were less enthusiastic about Kamala Harris. Net three. A net negative three and 80% it didn't effing matter. Nobody. And then you go to their parents, it gets worse. 35 to 49, the Swifties parents,
Starting point is 01:34:26 5% were more enthusiastic about Kamala Harris finding out that Taylor Swift was supporting her. But 12% were less enthusiastic, meaning the parents were negative 7. And 83% of them had absolutely no difference whatsoever. So there you have it. We talked about it. Pat did the math, he broke it all down. And then I dug up You know, we talked about it. Pat did the math. He broke it all down. And then I dug up some stats. I think it, yeah, I did. They talked about that the, what used to move voters quantitatively, you know, with facts
Starting point is 01:34:54 were governors, mayors, and the newspaper opinion page. It used to be very critical to get the Miami Herald to support you because the opinion page usually wrote a long thing. Remember this Adam, Miami Herald? And it contained, Oh my gosh, facts and policies. We want to support Michael Dukakis here in Miami for the following facts and policies. Now that swayed voters back at those days. But celebrities, it doesn't work. And Swift swiftly took three points back. And by the way, think about this. Pat broke down the math.
Starting point is 01:35:31 In a US race that is razor thin, but it's starting to widen, this is a gaffe. So wait, so you mean to tell me Cher saying that if Trump wins, she's going to move out of the country, it's not gonna affect people's vote. That probably helps Trump. Now watch this though, watch this. This is the weirdest thing. The next story is Janet Jackson,
Starting point is 01:35:52 who came up there and she says, she's not even black. She made that comment last week. Yes. Whoopi comes out defending her. About Congress. Oh my God, you know, no, you know, everybody gets it wrong every once in a while. I get it wrong, you get it wrong,
Starting point is 01:36:04 we all get it wrong once in a while. Just let Janet Jackson. You get it wrong. We all get it wrong once in a while. Just let Janet Jackson go. She's not doing anything on purpose. Get back in line. And then Janet Jackson disavows unauthorized apology for saying Kamala Harris is not black. She was criticized for comments saying she's not black. She said she's not black. That's what I heard.
Starting point is 01:36:19 She's Indian. Jackson claimed that she was told Harris' father was white. St. Harris' father was white. That's what I said. Harris was born to Harris's father was white. St. Harris's father was white, that's what I said. Harris was born to an Indian mother and Jamaican father. Following the backlash, Moe Elmarzi, who identified as Jackson's manager, issued an apology on her behalf. St. Jackson deeply respects Vice President Kamala Harris and her accomplishments as a
Starting point is 01:36:37 black and Indian woman he had. Janet apologizes for any confusion caused. Jackson's team has since disavowed El Marci's apology, asserting that he was not authorized to speak for her. USA Today reported that Randy Jackson, Janet's brother, is her actual manager, and El Marci's role is now in question. To the translation, Janet Jackson said,
Starting point is 01:37:00 knock that off, I meant what I said. That's right. That's what she said. By the way, tip of the hat to Janet Jackson. I meant what I said, knock that off. I meant what I said. That's right. That's what she said. By the way, any time, any place. I meant what I said. Do you know, she made a music video that the percentage of men buying strawberries went to the roof three months later. The studies have proven studies that is not public.
Starting point is 01:37:21 It's a study that we did. Oh yeah, but internal. Internal. This is an internal study done by men. It's an insight. It's a study that we did. Oh yeah, but internal. Internally. This is an internal study done by men. It's an insight. It's a very insight. Gotcha. When this video came out, anytime, anyplace, everybody was buying strawberries.
Starting point is 01:37:30 But now she's out there. She's going to have this thing with Justin Timberlake. Do you hear about this thing? Her and Justin Timberlake? Let's hear it, Tom. It's going to be, I'm going to get you elected by the end of the song. By the way, Rob, you're a comedian. Did that land?
Starting point is 01:37:44 Did it land on Tom? It landed on Rob. Yeah, it landed on me, but're a comedian. Did that land? Did it land on? It landed on Rob. Yeah, it landed on me, but Tom always do. Does anybody not remember the Super Bowl? Oh, of course. I'm going to get you naked by the end of the song. Pat, do you know what this says? This says Janet is like, no, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:38:02 I want her to know that I don't care and this is how I feel about her. I don't like you. And you know what? I did a little, you know, a slight digging. I think, you know, Janet, Michael and Kamala and even Trump, they've been intertwined for a while. Janet knows that Kamala Harris, who she is,
Starting point is 01:38:19 because since 2003, 2004, she was actively working with the Santa Barbara police to try to destroy Michael Jackson and they sent, try to send him to jail while Donald Trump was defending Michael Jackson. That's the video that I showed you before we came in here, Pat. Well, Michael Jackson was later vindicated and proven innocent. She was, she was still working in California.
Starting point is 01:38:38 Rob, do you have that video of Trump? I'm sorry, Kamala makes a comment. It's, it's the one that I sent you, Kamala Michael Jackson, because like I said, I think there's something deeper for her. Think about it. Imagine your team, Tom, putting out an apology and you go, no, no, no, no, no. You publicly come out and say, I didn't say, no, no, no, no. Leave it there. She's not black. She's Indian and Jamaican. It happens more often than Hollywood than you think, where your agent will go out and say, well, I
Starting point is 01:39:08 think what Vinny was saying was this. For your image. It's almost like you've got your own private little Jean Pierre running around saying, well, what Vinny was really trying to say was this. Because guess what? Celebrities say things all the time. I don't mean when they're drunk and they're
Starting point is 01:39:25 walking to their car and TMZ puts a camera phone in front of them at 2 AM walking out of a club. I mean when they say, no, this is how I feel and this is what it's all about. Gary Sinise. I think what Gary Sinise really meant was this. No, I meant this. And then we all found out that he was actually conservative.
Starting point is 01:39:41 Exactly. And so this is what's going on here. They're trying to play the, oh, what she meant to say was, and she's like, no, I said what I meant. I don't like it. Exactly. That, to me, has some personal impact. Do you want to show this one?
Starting point is 01:39:52 The Michael Jackson thing? You want to tell them the time of where it is? Yeah, go ahead and play it. Oh, because Kamala's in the beginning. Because Kamala's in the beginning. Go ahead and play. So she's going to go and they took pictures of me? Go ahead.
Starting point is 01:40:01 This could mean life in prison. And cases like this can depend on the testimony of the child accuser. In general, the child will be able to recall and recollect in some detail the incident, and that is persuasive to a jury, even if it is the only testimony that is available. Jackson gave a wave when he was released after booking. He's scheduled for arraignment in January. Michael's been a long time resident of Trump Tower. Last night Donald strongly reiterated
Starting point is 01:40:31 his defense of Jackson with Larry King by going after the accuser's mother. Mother. She's had plenty of experience at going after people and she goes after him viciously and violently and I saw a story and I read another story about some of the things she's done and I don't believe it. But you know what it's like when indictment comes down. It's tough. It's presumption. It's tough. It's tough to win but I have a feeling he's gonna win Larry. The interesting thing is I've known Michael from many different standpoints and Michael would
Starting point is 01:41:03 spend a lot of time with my kids. I have beautiful kids, and at the time, like at Mar-a-Lago, and even in Trump Tower, the kids were very young. Michael would come, play with the kids. He just loved children. He was not a child molester, and I am certain of that. He loved children.
Starting point is 01:41:20 He'd play with my son Eric and my son Donald, and he'd just play with him forever. He loved children, but he was not a child molester. And you know, that whole final saga of Neverland and the police and what they did was, I think, a very, very, very, very bad part of Michael. So I feel like that like as a sister, if Michael Jackson was your sister and you know, Kamala is trying to run for president and you say what you say. And then they're like, yeah, she meant that. And you go, no, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:41:49 I said exactly what I meant. I think that there's a little bit of a history book because that's her brother and that Kamala was, was talking crap. Janet is not defending Kamala because Kamala went after Michael. I think, yeah, I think, well, she, yeah, she doesn't like, she doesn't like her. And Donald, the family, do you think the family remembers what Donald Trump said? One fire, one king, bingo. That was on Larry King. That wasn't a science interview. Great point. That was Larry freaking King at his peak.
Starting point is 01:42:14 Yep. And by the way, this leads me to the next one when we're talking indictments. Eric Adams is indicted following federal corruption investigation. This is the mayor of New York, right? Eric Adams has been that a federal corruption investigation involved in potential illegal foreign donations from Turkish government while the indictment remains sealed. It's reported to focus on whether Adams conspired with the Turkish government to receive illegal foreign donations. And Adam responded, I'm going to show the clip here to you in a second, the investigation
Starting point is 01:42:44 which began in 2021 also examines whether Adams pressured the fire department to approve the Turkish government's consulate building despite safety concerns. His administration has allegedly been destabilized by earlier investigation involving his top aides, including searches and seizures. The calls for his resignation with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez saying, I cannot see how Mayor Adams can continue. Go ahead and play this clip. This is him. My fellow New Yorkers, it is now my belief that the federal government intends to charge me with crimes. If so, these charges will be entirely false based on lies But they would not be surprising I
Starting point is 01:43:36 Always knew that if I stood my ground for all of you that I would be a target and a target I became For months leaks and rumors have been aimed at me in an attempt to undermine my credibility and Paint me as guilty. Just this past week, they searched the home of our new police commissioner, looking for documents from 20 years ago, just one week after he joined my administration. Enough. I will fight these injustices with every ounce of my strength and my spirit. If I'm charged, I know I am innocent. Tom, what do you think? So there's a couple things here. I don't have a comment on the charges other than it gets bad when they're going after all
Starting point is 01:44:23 your crew and they're taking everybody's computers and files and everything. But there's an interesting soap opera is about to play out because the charter of New York is very clear. If the mayor is suspended and you know who gets to suspend them? The governor, governor Hokel has the power to suspend the mayor for a variety of reasons. And you just got indicted by the fence is right up there on the list that you can suspend them. Now, but who steps up? This is where it gets there's a soap opera.
Starting point is 01:44:57 The I think the next election is next year, 25. So they're one year and four weeks from having an election for mayor in New York. And the city public advocate would step up if the mayor is incapacitated or was suspended because it's called suspension by the governor. But the guy that's the city public advocate of New York right now is Jumein Williams, who is the arch enemy of Hokel because they ran against each other in a very bitter race that ultimately led her winning the nomination and running for governor. Well the guy that's behind it is a guy named Brad Lander who's a controller of New York who's sort of like the next guy. You know in the you have the president, the vice president, and then speaker of the
Starting point is 01:45:42 house, the order, and we always used to say that, you know, Nancy Pelosi, unfortunately, is only two heartbeats from the presidency. Well, okay. Well, and there's probably not enough time to put together a special election. You'd be doing a special election in 120 days. And if you did that, that's April 1st. But then you're running the election for the mayor next year in November. So that's probably not going to be a special election unless they could pull one off in
Starting point is 01:46:09 like record time. So what you have here is Governor Hockel, if she suspends Adams, now has to deal with Jumein Williams as the acting governor who's one of her political enemies. So here's what I want to do, Rob. Can you go to VT News.ai and ask the question, is Mayor Eric Adams guilty? Just ask that question on VT News. Is Mayor Eric Adams guilty? What a fast talker.
Starting point is 01:46:36 And let's see what it says. And then I want you to put a follow up on there because this is the question that I really got for it. As of right now, he has been indicted. Adams is expected to surrender authorities early next week, at which at points of information, charges likely to be revealed. The indictment follows a sweeping corruption investigation and has focused on alleged influence, peddling, Turkish government.
Starting point is 01:46:55 We saw that. However, the probe has intended multiple high-profile aides. It is crucial to know that innocent ought to prove guilty. Perfect. Follow-up with this. Who can potentially, if you can follow up, and he already knows what the quote, who can potentially replace him if he resigns or gets fired? You don't even need to put his name.
Starting point is 01:47:13 You just put him because it knows you're just talking about him. Who can potentially replace him if he resigns or gets fired? Resigns or gets fired. Right. And let's see what it says. So if Mayor Adam zoom in a little bit so we can see it resigned, this is the thing I love about the CAI. It already knows what your previous question is.
Starting point is 01:47:37 The line of succession in New York City is as follows. Public advocate currently, this position is held by Jumane Williams, which is what Tom said, the public advocate is the first in line. Number two is comptroller. The current comptroller is Brad Lander. If the public advocate is unable or unwilling to serve the comptroller's next, then three is borough president. If neither public advocate or comptroller can serve the most senior borough president, by length of service who is eligible would become
Starting point is 01:48:02 acting mayor. In the event of vacancy, the acting mayor would serve until a special election can be held to elect a new mayor. The special election would typically occur within 60 days of the vacancy, unless it's close to a regularly scheduled general election. It's important. By the way, again, this is on vtnews.ai. This is how you get answers to these technology of the 50 machine learning people that we are. So that's what vtnews.ai says. So Tom, based on that, we know Hokel relationship-wise with him.
Starting point is 01:48:36 Which Mane Williams is terrible. Right, but here's the question. Do you think based on what we've seen and the fingerprints being different places, is it giving you vibes that he may be guilty, like something's coming, or do you think he's being targeted? So I think they went after him because let's take a look at this. One year ago, he took a lot of heat over the EBT cards. Remember those giving EBT cards out? But then remember as winter approached, he had to take school gymnasiums and he had to put the the immigrants who are homeless into school gymnasiums, remember that? Yes. And there was a big big outcry specifically in
Starting point is 01:49:14 Brooklyn as the parents were saying wait a minute there's a bunch of crazy immigrants at my kid's school they've taken over the gym and all that stuff was going on. And remember he came to the microphone and said we need help help and we need this to change. We're getting slaughtered here. Remember that? Well, guess what? Guess who was upset with him? AOC was upset. Biden was upset because here was a Democrat, their number one guy, New York mayor is their number one guy. He's almost like a Senator in terms of his influence on a national basis. He went outside the lines on the Democratic Party and was criticizing immigration, criticizing what was happening because the people of New York were saying, and the police of New York were saying, we got problems here.
Starting point is 01:49:55 So he went outside the line and I think they went after him because what happened here, supposedly he took a donation from the Turkish government of some type and then they're building a Turkish consulate in New York. Remember they can build their consulate in Washington DC. You can put your consulate anywhere. Turkey happened to select New York and supposedly he made phone calls to accelerate permits in the building so they could get their consulate built faster. But the question is was it cash that he received from Turkey and that's what we're gonna find out. But this doesn't look he didn't go out and do a foreign arms deal. The question is, was it cash that he received from Turkey? And that's what we're going to find out.
Starting point is 01:50:25 But this doesn't look, he didn't go out and do a foreign arms deal. It looks like they decided to go. And by the way, how many people take bribes from little foreign governments? Let me ask a different question. How different is this than Andrew Cuomo? Andrew Cuomo was a little bit of me too mixed in there and they had those women that kept coming forward. And then he had, you know, people were upset about the old folks homes during COVID.
Starting point is 01:50:51 I think this is less, I want to hear, like if they find out he's got $2 million from Turkey, okay. And they've got the bank receipts. I'm sorry, Eric, you're screwed. But if this was something smaller gifts, couple hundred grand, then I think that they went after him. But by the way, if there's a special election next year, you know, early, and I don't think they can pull it off before the regular election, either one of those elections, Andrew Cuomo is going to be in there running for mayor.
Starting point is 01:51:17 But Adam, I know you want to say something just really fast, but I know, you know, afterwards he was like, you know, this is going to destroy the city, the migrants. But in 2022, he was proud to be a shelter state. He initially was like, come on in, everybody come here, come here. Then it got so f'ed up. He was like, wait! Then they showed up to party. Yeah, then, so here's the thing, he's responsible for saying yes and come here and helping destroy
Starting point is 01:51:42 New York City. Then you flip flop and you go, hey, wait a minute, this is a problem, this is gonna destroy us? I don't buy it. So I agree that there might be something to do with that, Tom, but I think there's some other deeper stuff where he's getting. AOC went after him then and she's a voice here.
Starting point is 01:51:56 She's got no authority in New York. I cannot see how Mayor Adams can continue, says AOC. The House of Representatives lady who has no purview over it. Exactly. Pat asked a really good question about like how much similarity is this between Cuomo and Eric Adams? I would say there's actually some underlying similarity for sure. I mean, what's going on in New York over here?
Starting point is 01:52:19 So he didn't have issues in 21-22 because why? He was playing ball. But what I'm starting to realize is there's really no room for moderate Democrats in New York anymore You either go woke left you go AOC left Or you exit stage, right? You're basically doing what Donald Trump is doing. It basically trying to win New York and you do the conservative right wing MAGA thing there's no more room for Moderate Democrats in New York. I'm sorry. It's not a thing. So, you know, we played that clip about, about New York Post. But
Starting point is 01:52:51 there was another portion of that. You know, I remember like a year or so ago that you hear that Eric Adams and Donald and Joe Biden aren't speaking. They're not on speaking terms. I'm like, well, why is the mayor of New York speaking with the president in any way? All right. Well, they're not on speaking terms. All right. Whatever that means. But there was a portion of the clip. He goes, because the federal government did nothing about these broken immigration policies. I mean, he was going off on these guys over here overloading the shelter system. So what happened is in 21 and 22, when he was walking the company line, cool, all good. Do your thing, Mayor Adams.
Starting point is 01:53:26 But now, much like Cuomo, and this is the sort of similarities, you're paying the price for basically not being woke enough. And what's happening is every single person in his administration, all his close associates have been searched. Their phones have been searched. Their homes have been investigated. And essentially they're basically saying, listen, you either get in line or you keep it moving. Now, this isn't the state of New York going after them. This is the federal government.
Starting point is 01:53:50 Yeah, but they're all connected. I mean, they're all, none of that happens without them all in cahoots. And guess what? I don't feel everything that you just said, Adam, I don't feel bad for any of them. If you were initially the come on in and you were playing ball. Now you want to flip flop. I don't give a damn because the city's gone. We are as a country 20 million people are here because of people like that going come on in. Yeah, come on in now. Now that the whole building is on fire. You're like, oh shit.
Starting point is 01:54:17 Let's call the fire department. I don't buy that. The damage has already been done. That's only half the argument. The other half is what did we see happen during COVID before he was even the mayor when Bill de Blasio was going to potentially run for president. What happened then? How many tens of billions of taxpayer money left New York? They're all out of here in Miami. I see them all the time. And by the way, the cops didn't like de Blasio, which is part of what got Eric Adams elected because he used to be a who de Blasio? No, Eric Adams. He was
Starting point is 01:54:45 a cop, right? You're a top cop. So the point is you're furious with de Blasio. You're losing taxpayer revenue, income, and now your expenses are going higher and higher because you're letting immigrants come in here. Let's find out what he got from church. And by the way, that's the same mayor, that's the same place in New York that when those those same migrants that you let come in were punching the shit out of cops, they walked right out of jail the next day doing that to us. So I don't feel zero more for him. That's what happens when you play on fire, you get burnt. The question is, is this a hit job or is he actually corrupt?
Starting point is 01:55:19 That's exactly it. We'll find out when we read the indictment. We're going to find out with time. Meanwhile, go to vtnews.ai throughout the day and ask questions. Every couple hours, ask and find out what the top five are and follow up with it. Gang, it's been a blast being with you. We've got another podcast going out tomorrow and we'll do this again next week. God bless everybody.
Starting point is 01:55:37 Take care. Bye bye, bye bye..
