Hopefully you're getting ready for it, buying the gifts. If you forgot, like some of the family members, the bigger the family you have, the more people you have to remember to get gifts for, right? So that's the challenge in part, but there's a lot of stuff going on. We're going to have somebody that's going to call in here today. Maybe at the end of the podcast today, we'll show you the new intro and get some feedback from you guys on the comment section on what you think about the new intro for PBD Podcast for 2025.
Starting point is 00:01:52 And we will have Tom, you're trying to say something. Go ahead. No. No, I know you want to say something. Tom, say it. Can I make those Christmas sounds? I'm gonna say something very controversial. Let's stop picking on Tom guys. Let's direct all the hate towards me. Adams back to drinking. I'll carry the load. Tom's a nice guy. Anyways, guys, episode 523, lots of stories to cover.
Starting point is 00:02:25 Quick shout out to Kelly, who was here. Look at this. Look at this. She wrapped the PBD. Wherever you are, Kelly, you're amazing. We love you, phenomenal job. She's always good at doing these things of going above and beyond. Great job on this thing.
Starting point is 00:02:39 I appreciate you. And a couple days ago, the flu was kicking her butt and she's back. Oh no, she's throwing up right now but she this is the mission and by the way for some of you that are watching yesterday's Oliver Stone podcast and you're like the sound sucks rap sucks everybody this is amazing and then I'm like guys this place was in the middle of a hurricane storm, whatever you want to call it. The entire outside, maybe I should show you because we had something going on here.
Starting point is 00:03:11 Okay, Rob, do you have a video showing what the outside looked like? I'll send you what happened two hours later. Just yesterday in the podcast, a car was underwater. Is that it, Rob? Okay, right guys look at that Yeah, we don't have a lake here. That's that's where we're shooting the plants in that building right and that that's our parking lot That's our parking lot while we're doing a podcast. We're getting hit by this But anyways, it was fun a lot of good conversation with Oliver and Sean stone It was great, but let's get into some of the stories here that we have so a couple months ago
Starting point is 00:03:43 I predicted and I said guys, I don't know why now that if Trump wins, this is like the last week of October, first week of November, I said if he wins, they're going to say the new president of the United States is President Elon Musk. And they're going to call him a puppet master and they're going to do a cover of a magazine all over the place and everyone's going to talk. Just this week, we're going to show you a clip of how many different people are saying that, the likes of Adam Kinzinger, Bernie Sanders just yesterday. You're going to hear them do this just to create a wedge between the two of them.
Starting point is 00:04:19 The question is, will it work? Next, billionaire Reid Hoffman. He says the odds of Trump's retaliation is greater than 50%. Trump is willing to pardon New York Mayor Adams. He's considering it. He's also considering raising minimum wage. MSNBC Stephanie Ruhl, I really want to talk about this story, says Trump is more accessible than Biden, but jokes, he told her to go F herself, okay,
Starting point is 00:04:45 about doing the interview, but at least he picked up. And it's a very good story while she's telling the story. United Healthcare CEO murder suspect, Luigi Mangione, indicted in New York, and while this is going on, Trump comments on it, I kinda like what he said, Luigi Mangione at the same time has a defense fund that surpassed $100,000, and their stunning poll
Starting point is 00:05:04 finds that more young Americans think CO assassination was acceptable than those who don't. And apparently Hollywood is right now working on two documentaries on that. Musk ready to bankroll for Raj, Musk is facing conflict with Doge and Elizabeth Warren said some stuff, we'll give you some thoughts on that. Apparently Musk was worth $400 billion last week, he just got to half a billion. At this pace, he's going to get to a trillion in no time. 14 detained and armed Aurora Colorado home invasion are likely illegal gang members. We'll talk about that. EPA approves California's plan to ban gas-only cars starting in 2035. Brilliant. I mean, just a smart move by Newsom,
Starting point is 00:05:46 obviously being sarcastic here. Biden calls for a ban on congressional stock trading, calling out Nancy Pelosi, and apparently he didn't even call Nancy Pelosi to see how she was doing after the surgery or the injury that she had. So we'll talk about that a little bit. AOC got some love from Trump,
Starting point is 00:06:03 but not from her party. So her party didn't give her love, but Trump did. And I suggested, I had AOC yesterday on Twitter, I said maybe it's time for a trip to Mar-a-Lago, maybe you gotta take a trip and come visit the guy, who knows, Obermann, losing his mind still, wrote an article, by the way, we're gonna play a game today with Obermann,
Starting point is 00:06:22 we did it with Dear Abby a month ago. We're gonna have some fun with him today. Can we do that? And just warm up your fingers. We're gonna have some fun with him because I sincerely think he needs some attention. Okay? And we're gonna have some fun with the guy today,
Starting point is 00:06:38 God willing, it'll be something everybody will participate in. Classified Mystery Drone Briefing. Lady asks a question, you have to see this clip. She says, hey, if the drone is nothing, will participate in. Classified mystery drone briefing. Lady asked a question, you have to see this clip. She says, hey, if the drone is nothing, why is the hearing classified and not free to the public? What are you guys hiding?
Starting point is 00:06:55 And we have John Ferguson that's going to join us any moment now, and he is the founder and chairman of Saxon Aerospace. He'll be with us here in a minute while I'm going through this. I'll do what I'm doing here, then I'll bring up, because it'll be the first story. He's a former vet, a bunch of things. He's been to 80 different countries, advised different leaders, including Sudan's president and sovereign council. We'll get to that here in a minute, stay tuned.
Starting point is 00:07:16 But we want to find out what he thinks. He thinks it's something else, but we'll see. Pornhub, set to block all Floridians from accessing their site on January 1st. I don't know why we got a PTO request to RJ yesterday from Adam for January 1st. So we haven't granted it yet, but we're considering it. Starbucks Workers Union authorizes potential US strike. Zuckerberg met asides with rival Elon Musk in fight to stop AI from becoming for profit.
Starting point is 00:07:48 Some Walmart employees are right now wearing body cameras. Vatican, ready for this one? You know Vatican, you hear the stats, Tom was sharing it yesterday with us, that the Catholic Church owns the most real estate worldwide, but they're on the brink of bankruptcy due to dramatic decline in donations. Maybe they got to watch Godfather 3. I don't know. Russia says it's developed a cancer vaccine and will give it for free.
Starting point is 00:08:13 Great noble idea of cancer vaccine. I don't know if I would take it a year one, year two, year three, but maybe we would entertain it later on after a bunch of people tested it. Dow had a rough day yesterday, 1,100 point drop, marking its longest losing streak since 1974, is what we're talking about. Jerome Powell came out and cut the rate, Tom will give you some thoughts on it,
Starting point is 00:08:36 mortgage rates jump abruptly higher after the rate cut. How the hell does that even make any sense, right? Trump's got a new haircut, some people are deeply concerned about the new haircut, we'll address it, I? Trump's got a new haircut. Some people are deeply concerned about the new haircut. We'll address it. I think it's an edgy haircut. I like it. It's an edgy haircut.
Starting point is 00:08:50 And then we've got a few other stories we'll cover. Bernie Sanders, AOC, CNN, hidden prisoner that is, I haven't seen this clip, but Vinny's telling me when I see it, I will react to it in a very unique way. By the way, Christmas around the corner, we are wearing this sweater that is the most incredibly comfortable sweater. It hugs you. I dare you to order one and two for your family
Starting point is 00:09:15 and wear it and say, I don't like it. I dare you to do it. On the back, if you're proud to say Merry Christmas, this one says Merry Christmas. If the camera can zoom in on Tom, Vinnie, or Adam, Adam says Happy Hanukkah, but we're mainly gonna focus on Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. It crosses out Happy Holidays.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Rob, if you can put the picture up there so people can see it. Instead it says Merry Christmas. It's out there. And then we have a couple of the Merry Christmas hats that are left. If you can go back to the Merry Christmas Hat Rob that we have left at the top those two are still here with scripture in it for some of you guys that want that
Starting point is 00:09:51 And then we have the pajamas We have a bunch of your future looks bright pajamas future looks bright shirts and these pants are here Matching the sweater that I'm wearing that's got the value Tama logo Future looks bright on the site, and the future looks bright, what do you call this stuff? I'm taking those. What is this thing called? The tassels, tassels, the waistband,
Starting point is 00:10:11 tightness, I don't even know the real name. Whatever, I don't know. These are the softest sweaters I've ever felt in my life. I swear to God, I don't wear sweaters in Miami. This is ridiculous. Go place the order today, and the way you get it pre-Christmas is to put shipping that it's shipped out today
Starting point is 00:10:27 You do that today is the last day to get it first 50 a unique future looks bright mug coming your way By the way, Rob, did you get the picture? I sent you with the Santa Claus that was wearing the Merry Christmas hat guys. You have to see this This is a by the way when you get the gear post the picture We're sharing the pictures online as well on, by the way, when you get the gear, post the picture. We're sharing the pictures online as well on the podcast. Post the picture when you wear the gear. It was in the comments section, Rob, that I sent it to you. If you have it, I can send it to you as well.
Starting point is 00:10:55 It's phenomenal. Here's, by the way, for some of you guys that still don't believe in Santa Claus and you've grown up and you call this thing called logic and common sense, he's real. I don't know if you guys know this or not. This is Santa, look at this. Look at the hat he's wearing. Oh snap! Look at the hat he's wearing.
Starting point is 00:11:10 That's my boy, look at that. While he's doing a live somewhere with thousands of people watching. That's sick. We even shipped to North Pole, folks. This is incredible, this is phenomenal, Rob. That's Santa, by the way, that hat is gone. So that one you can't order,
Starting point is 00:11:24 because that we sold thousands of. That sold out in no time. Everything else, place your orders. If you're proud and comfortable saying Merry Christmas and sporting them when you go to the mall, anywhere during this season, go to VTmerch.com, place your order. Having said that, let's go to the drone
Starting point is 00:11:39 that everybody's asking about what it is. Michael B is up there saying, well I wanted to find out if it was okay for me to get clearance to take my drone up. He tries to take it up. Nope, he's declined. He can't do that. There's a bunch of other people talking about what the possibilities would be.
Starting point is 00:11:53 And then here, while they're having a hearing for the drones, a journalist asks a question, and this is what the response was. Go ahead ahead Rob. To be a classified briefing. Go back a little bit because we missed the first part. Military drones. Go all the way to the beginning. Why does it have to be a classified briefing if these are just hobbyist drones they're not military drones why is it a classified briefing on the Capitol Hill?
Starting point is 00:12:20 I don't I'd have to refer you to Congress on that again You know sharing as much information as we can hear I don't have The the briefing in front of me so I can't tell you specifically, you know What aspects are classified or not? I can assure you though that again We are sharing as much much information as we can based on what we know Okay, so then the question becomes do you believe believe any of it? Biden's being asked the question, I don't know if you have that clip or not Rob, if there's a clip of President Biden being asked what it is. And you have to listen guys, so whatever you do, try to listen as closely as possible and raise the audio a little bit.
Starting point is 00:12:59 He is next to a plane or a helicopter, so it's a little choppy, literally, but try to see if you can hear what he's saying go ahead Rob nothing the various apparently a pair of checkers all out because I think it's just one there's a lot of drones authorized I think one started they all got everybody's wanting to get in the deal. So look, if you're somebody that's naive and innocent, then you believe everything the government tells you, which is what, you know, you're supposed to do that, right? Your teacher tells you that in high school, you know, the government is all good and they
Starting point is 00:13:39 do everything but good. Some people want to question it. They're part of this annoying community called, I have questions. I have some curiosity. Is it real? What's going on? Here's John Ferguson. Before I bring him up, I want to properly introduce him. He's a highly accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience expanding aerospace, telecommunication, critical infrastructure and unmanned systems. And as the founder chairman of Saxon Aerospace, based in Kansas, he's developed innovative technologies like unmanned aerial vehicles and other things. Former vet marine, he did recon operations during a desert storm, followed by deep sea
Starting point is 00:14:18 diving and additionally spanning global work to 80 plus countries, working on fiber optic cables and many other things. So he's got a different perspective that he's given here. John, first of all, thank you for your service and thank you for joining us. John Ligato Thank you. It's an absolute honor to be here with you, gentlemen. I love your show. This is fantastic.
Starting point is 00:14:39 So thank you. Dr. Emanuel C. Bajas Well, listen, when Joe tweets out your video and he says, this is the realest guy, this is the first thing that I see that I actually believe, and then all of a sudden hundreds of millions of views, everybody's watching your answer, if you don't mind maybe taking a minute for somebody the audience hasn't seen, give your idea of what you said in the video and maybe we'll have some follow-up questions. Well, thank you.
Starting point is 00:15:04 You know, I stand by everything that I say or that I had said on that video. You know, I was just doing the math, you know, I've set in my office and I've been monitoring this whole drone issue and I've heard some, you know, amazing theories on the, this drone phenomenon. And then I'm hearing our elected officials saying that this is Iran coming from a mothership, coming out of the ocean. This is Chinese operatives flying Chinese drones. And I just thought, oh my God, like if our foreign policy isn't screwed up enough right now, the last thing we need to do is go pissing off, you know, two of our largest adversaries. So I just thought, why don't I just do a technical breakdown of how drones operate so
Starting point is 00:15:51 people in the world could just understand a little bit more about how drones operate so they can start to make their own assessment and not take my word for it as to what is out there, but really just do your own assessment on the drones with the knowledge that I have given you, right? So again, my belief, and I can't get too deep into the details, but what I said about them potentially, looking for some type of radioactive material or gas leak or something along those lines, I stand by that. I stand by that firmly.
Starting point is 00:16:34 How many did you say were missing? Did you say a couple? Warheads, like nuclear warheads from Ukraine? Warheads were missing? And so everybody tends to get this wrong from based on what I said. And I just emailed you guys some, I emailed your producer Tony some documents
Starting point is 00:16:53 that shows the claims that I'm saying, but back in the 80s, when Reagan was dismantling the nuclear arms program, there were 132 nuclear warheads that came up missing. They have since recovered several of them. There are a few out there. And everyone that knows me, I have a large footprint around the world. I have a very huge network and I do have a small political footprint, meaning I do communicate with some elected officials and I don't want to overplay that.
Starting point is 00:17:33 But this gentleman that I was referring to in the video, it has nothing to do with a shipping container with medical supplies, right? Absolutely not. That's not, that's two totally separate deals. But this gentleman was in the very same room with that particular warhead and I can't give out any more details, but he saw it, it was there, it was standing, it was right in front of him, right? So he came back and he was trying to raise awareness to the United States
Starting point is 00:18:05 and he really didn't get any response from our elected officials. And this has been a multi-year investigation. What is the level of credibility of this individual? We don't need names. 100%. Oh, so by the way, is this somebody we would know or we wouldn't know? No. Okay, but this is somebody that the people that are in that space have a very high level of respect for that when he says something they listen.
Starting point is 00:18:30 He communicates with leaders in Europe. He communicates with leaders in Europe. Got it. You don't communicate with leaders in Europe if you're not credible. And he shared with you that he saw what it was. So are you speculating that they're looking for something that may be out there in the greater Jersey and New York area? Well, I will answer that question very directly. But this gentleman came back to me and he's like, Look, I know you have a large network and I know you have some, you know, contacts
Starting point is 00:18:59 of elected officials, you know, can you help me raise awareness? And I said, sure. I made some phone calls and I didn't, I didn't get anywhere either. Right. So his, his concern was that that was coming over here to the United States. Right. So when I see these drones flying at night, you know, as I had stated in the video, there's really no reason for a drone to be flying at night, because you can't see anything with a standard camera. Right now we do have great thermal optics. And you can see very well at night, but your resolution just isn't going to be the same. So if you're going to try to detect some form of substance on the ground, it would be better to do it at night just simply because the winds aren't as aggressive and you are measuring parts per million, right? So that's what
Starting point is 00:19:53 I was just doing the math. I was just showing people that I don't know what they're looking for. I don't know if they're looking for a radioactive material. I said that in the video. What I'm saying is that what they're looking for has to be pretty damned important because if you look at the cost of the hysteria and the financial cost of operating these unmanned systems versus the cost of something that could happen, what could happen could outweigh the cost of hysteria. And these are decisions that our federal government had to make. So John, let me ask you this. So while you go and your video all of a sudden pops, when that happens, you're going to
Starting point is 00:20:32 be swamped with emails, text messages, people who know you and say, hey John, oh my God, I saw this. But you're also going to get a few weird phone calls, right? You're going to get a few weird text messages and people that are going to say, John, that's actually not what it is. It's actually this. It's actually that. Did you get any credible phone calls from credible people that disagreed with you and
Starting point is 00:20:54 said, John, what's actually going on is this. I know what's going on and it's X, Y, Z because I got a friend there. Did you get any calls from people that disagreed with you and said, you're wrong, that's not what it is You know, I did not get any phone calls. I've had messages Of course, you know when you know, I'm just a small drone company and now all of a sudden I'm in the face I guess of this New Jersey drone phenomenon, right? So, you know, I Think the the United States I think the world was just looking for some type of really educated assessment of what's happening. But, you know, after I did that, and it went viral, you know,
Starting point is 00:21:32 I communicated with law enforcement to just say, Hey, look, this is what I did. And they're like, Yeah, you know, you're good. You just you just said what your opinion was, and your theory and all's well, right. But, you know, there are a lot of people out there who are just not nice. And you know, that's the devolution of humanity is the fact that you can't disagree with somebody and be nice about it, right? But no, I haven't had any phone calls. But yes, there are a lot of videos out there. Yeah, you're everywhere. You're literally everywhere. Tom, did you have a question for John? Yep. Well, John, thank you for giving an opinion
Starting point is 00:22:06 Thank you for synthesizing your thoughts as an informed person, especially on drone technology I want to ask you something that maybe you have some visibility to so I did a bunch of reading and the old Warheads even the ones that aren't found the ones that are plutonium based which was most of them Apparently that requires a lot of maintenance. Like you have to maintain. So when we hear billions of dollars of government to maintain the nuclear arsenal, my understanding is like every 8 to 12 years with an average of like 9 to 11, you know, the warhead has to be serviced because the plutonium that's highly processed to get the full nuclear yield out of the bomb.
Starting point is 00:22:46 It has to be maintained and even the fuel load has to be replaced. And it was that Ukraine, like Jane's, you know, Jane's on the defense experts, Jane's publications, even they talked about that, that apparently Ukraine didn't have the technology to take care of all these and so during the disarmament of the previous generation of nukes that was the frontier nukes that Russia was putting out there, not their first technology but their second, was these things were out there and kind of deplete so that any of them that is missing and escaped is basically dirty bomb grade at this time that it's not like Big nuke Hiroshima type stuff capability that in the hands of a bad actor. It would be a massive
Starting point is 00:23:35 Contamination dirty bomb. Do you have an opinion on that because I've read a bunch of stuff in the last 24 hours A lot of it seemed very credible Yeah, and you know one thing that I would like to say is that I am under no circumstance any type of a nuclear expert. You know, I'll tell you guys a really quick story. I used to pilot submersible vehicles and I did a job several years ago where we were putting wind farms in off the coast of Germany, and all of these old World War II munitions kept exploding. And so we would take our submersibles, and we would fly down to the bomb sitting
Starting point is 00:24:13 on the bottom of the ocean and plant a charge next to it and blow up the munitions. And it made a hell of a explosion when we detonated those. So even since the 1940s, those things still had some punch to them. So again, not being a nuclear expert, I would still say I would say that yeah, it would be my summation that they would have some type of a radioactive or dirty bomb, you know, level impact on the United States, but who would want to take that chance? Right. So, but yeah, I would agree. And I have heard that, you know, the triggers only last for so long and all this other stuff. And, you know, the ones that are actually missing, we don't know who has them. Nobody in the world knows who has
Starting point is 00:24:59 them. So we don't know if they have the technology to service them or not. Hey, John, Vincent Oshana here. I want to say first, thank you for your service. Myself, I'm an Air Force veteran, worked at a nuclear missile base, kind of random, in Malmstrom Air Force base. I can understand, John, how the military, I mean, the government just, they constantly lie. Let's just be honest with each other.
Starting point is 00:25:20 I can understand the not telling us because of the the panic that it would cause but you know If you had to guess John who would be behind bringing this thing to the United States It's obviously from nefarious reasons like some people believe, you know came to the border open border from my orcas and Biden all that stuff But what what would you think like who would be wanting to do that and who would want to bring it here? And then them being so secretive about it. I Think if I answer that question, I'd be dead by tomorrow morning. Wow. Why do you say that, John? Because I'm sure that if I were right, they wouldn't appreciate it.
Starting point is 00:25:56 You know, and I'm saying that jokingly, but you know, there are some bad actors out there that we know that would want to bring this thing to the US. Absolutely. We know the organizations, and I'm not saying we as in me, I'm saying the United States government knows who those bad actors are. I do not. But I do know that the scare, this guy called me up, he almost was crying saying, why the hell are these people not listening to me? Can you please help me? And I felt compelled to help this gentleman. So I've kept my knowledge of this at a very high level because I don't want to do anything that's going to break any national security protocol out there at all. Well listen, if you had to give a percentage of two questions.
Starting point is 00:26:48 One, the government knowing what it is, that's one. And two, it being us and nobody else, what percentage would you say the government knows? 80% they know or two? 80% it's us, the US government. It's not anybody else on the outside. And when I say US government, I don't mean our military, it could be CIA, it could be, you know, it could be whatever that's us that's here.
Starting point is 00:27:10 Where would you put those two? And you're referring to us as in the United States government bringing these assets to the United States? Yes, one, are the drones operators ours or a foreign country entity that's using them? Okay, it seems like that's a two-part question. My thought are the United States being responsible for bringing that here, I would say that's a pretty good chance. I'm sorry, I just don't want to put a number on it. But, and as far as the drone operators,
Starting point is 00:27:47 I mean, think about this guys, think about this. Under what reality is there, is there a place where the United States government would allow foreign adversarial operatives to fly unmanned aircraft inside the continental United States. You know, I got into a small disagreement with a gentleman on Newsmax a couple of days ago,
Starting point is 00:28:12 where he had stated that there were Chinese operatives flying these. And then I've heard the Iranians are operating, you know, the Chinese and the Iranians are sitting back going, who the hell are you guys? Well, why are you saying we're doing this, right? But it's just not going to happen. That's like, that would be like we invading the beaches on D-Day and the Germans just saying,
Starting point is 00:28:37 hey, come on in. No exchanges or nothing. That's what this is. That's what they're saying. They're saying that they're allowing an invasion in the United States. I mean, show me a redneck anywhere in the United States that would allow a foreign operative to fly an unmanned aircraft that's an adversary. It ain't gonna happen, right? So under no circumstance do I believe that these are foreign operatives flying unmanned aircraft.
Starting point is 00:29:02 I stick by what I said. I'm telling you that I believe 100% that our administration knows about it. They're involved. And they just don't want to tell you because if you think about the cost of hysteria that it's causing, you know, that doesn't outweigh the cost of what would happen if something potentially catastrophic were to happen, right? You got to think about that, right? And then what administration in any country around the world would say, well, you know,
Starting point is 00:29:37 hey guys, there were some nuclear warheads missing back in the 80s. We think one's on its way here, so we're going to look for them with these drones, but don't worry about the drones. It's not a big deal. Just, just look the other way. Nobody could say that. And so when they come out and tell the American people, they tell the world what these drones are doing. I'm going to bet that they're not going to be telling you the truth. That's going to sound good. And American people, you know, we're resilient. We're going to go, that's what they were used for. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:30:11 And then we're going to carry on. Right. But it's just not, it's not going to be the truth. It can't be the truth because if they, if this is an operation to find a catastrophic asset, we will never know as the American people. But that's where I disagree with our legislators. You know, we elected these people and, you know, they are supposed to answer to us. And so when we, the American people, ask questions, they need to tell us the truth. Yeah, the fact that it's taken this long, it's mind-boggling that it's taken since November 18th to have known, give or take. That's the date that started being reported on it. By the way, Chase Hughes, a couple other guys are talking about this could be
Starting point is 00:31:01 a Psyop, this could be a way of distracting everybody to be talking about something like this because there's nothing there and they're just kind of saying hey, hey, hey, keep talking about this, keep talking about this. While we got to get this big spending bill through, while we got to get, you know, make Trump stuff a little bit more difficult, while we got to pin Trump against Musk, while we got to do this, how much of it could also be just a Psy-Up to throw everybody off while they're doing something even more nefarious behind closed doors? 100%? Okay, now you're saying percentages. I got you to say percentages. I love it.
Starting point is 00:31:26 Yeah, I'll go on record saying that. You don't want to give yourself an out, maybe 99.9%. I like it. No, stay there, John. No, no, I'm rock solid. I'm right there. This guy ain't wavering. This guy's playing.
Starting point is 00:31:40 I'm with it. Well, John, appreciate you for your time to get on here with us. I'm glad now we're in contact with each other because, you know, I don't know if, because the way you said it, I thought maybe it sounds like you specialize in rednecks using drones. Hell yeah, America, buddy. But you said 80 plus countries, so there's not a lot of rednecks in some of these other places you're talking about. But we look forward to staying in contact with you and having you back on because I
Starting point is 00:32:11 don't think the drone situation is going away anytime soon. I think we'll be dealing with that for many, many years to come. Again, appreciate your time. God bless. Merry Christmas. Thank you for your service. Merry Christmas and thank you to all your listeners. Thank you so much.
Starting point is 00:32:24 Take care. All right, so interesting. What do you think about what John just said? So there's a few things. So I go, let's go through them really, really fast. Go. If it's the US government testing defense stuff, every now and then people see it and you don't know what you see it
Starting point is 00:32:39 and then it kind of goes away. Like Edwards Air Force Base, I'm telling you, it's a true story about all the weird planes people would see in the sky, reported UFOs, test is over and they go back to their hanger. Okay, number one, is it a test? Number two, are they really looking for something? And they're really, and this is our government using drones that we have to go out and look for something exactly he's talking about.
Starting point is 00:33:02 Number three, it's a Chinese weather balloon on steroids, but we're not doing anything about it. And we're trying to talk to them about it and we're not getting anywhere, but they don't want to panic because if they, so there's never been a shot fired. Just remember the Chinese weather balloon, if you think about it, Pat, that was, I was reading the first shot fired in anger at a foreign Adversary over the 48 us in modern history This goes you know remember the British sailed up and burned down the White House once but this is modern times, right? So if you're shooting things down over the East Coast You're basically admitting to the American people that a foreign adversary can get across the two biggest natural barriers that any
Starting point is 00:33:50 country in the world has, the Pacific Ocean and the Atlantic Ocean. You think about that, right? And so second is, if it's really a foreign actor and they're trying to negotiate and they're trying to figure this out, and they don't want to shoot it down because you're basically having like hot, hot engagement over New York and New Jersey. That's going to make people a little bit squishy, right? So that's the third choice. So I think military test, you know, why would you go this long and risk this hysteria? I agree with this guy. Then you've got, we're doing it because we're trying to figure something out. We just don't want to talk about it. And then third, it is a foreign adversary.
Starting point is 00:34:27 It's a Chinese spy balloon on steroids. And we don't want to get in a hot conduct shooting down mosquitoes over the eastern seaboard. Yeah. But, but Tommy, but it comes back to do you trust them? Like I, with all the facts that I know we talk about a hundred percent, 80% Do I trust the government? I don't in my heart, like you ever get this, the vibe of, of people. Well, we're down at 70%, right? Yeah, thank you.
Starting point is 00:34:46 I don't trust anything that they're saying. The government, by the way, I had secret clearance in the military. They're not stupid. The stuff that they know, the Pentagon, doesn't know and they won't answer, Tom. That's where we lose as people trust. And then going back, it's like, so what's the deal? If there's something on this soil, Tom, that they they and I always go back to Alejandro Mayorkas, they left an open border which is a turnstile for all negative stuff.
Starting point is 00:35:13 Fentanyl, there's 500,000 kids missing and then you have you know the illegal votes and now you have whoops there's a potential nuke Tom and I feel, this is Vincent O'Shaughness feeling that anything to disrupt disrupt disrupt disrupt what Trump is coming in to do with anything because if they'd all of a sudden go hey guys you know what there's a leak of a plutonium something because it came in and now everything else flips up because Tom once that happens it's over there's no coming back from a tactical new going going off, God forbid, okay? God forbid something like that or a leak of that type of material in the United States. It's over. Well, there's a lot of people that argue that the dirty bomb is more of a problem than a full
Starting point is 00:35:57 nuclear payload. And why is that? Well, because of the way it can contaminate. Everything, the water. By the way, there's opinions that go back and forth on that. They say, well, it depends on what warhead you're launching. It depends on what you did with it. It depends on where did it, was it an atmospheric explosion or was it a ground explosion? Was it in water supply? Here's the reality of it.
Starting point is 00:36:17 We're not gonna know on what's going on, but the biggest thing you need as for someone like me, I just want in any situation I'm going through it doesn't matter what it is okay if if it's a war if it's finances if it's valuation of a business if it's a client complaint if it's a lawsuit if it's a mistake someone made I want as many testimonies as possible I want as many anglesies as possible. I want as many angles as possible. Because once you have this person, that person, this person, that person, this person, today,
Starting point is 00:36:50 a guy sends me him an act and he tells me about his business partners. And he says, you know, his business partners are having a challenge in time. And I gave him a strategy of what to do. But I also said to him, I said, you have to know that I have to also assume everything you're telling me is right, the fact that your business partners are being nefarious. What if you're the one that's being like that I'm not hearing their side of the story But if what you're telling me is true, here's some feedback for you, right? I think we need Intel this is very helpful
Starting point is 00:37:18 By the way, just because we had John on doesn't mean he's 100% right. It doesn't mean it can't be China It doesn't mean it can't be Iran. It doesn't mean it can't be nothing. It doesn't mean he's 100% right. It doesn't mean it can't be China. It doesn't mean it can't be Iran. It doesn't mean it can't be nothing. It doesn't mean everything is there. You and I get to choose and sell, I think it's 42% here, 22% here. And then at the end of the day, we find out. But go ahead.
Starting point is 00:37:34 Can I ask you a question, generally? Would you want to know, and do you think it's smart to tell the public that yes, there is a nuclear weapon that came in through the southern border and it's here. Would you want to wake up the public to maybe keep an eye out or do you think it would cause more harm than good? No, no, let me... I'm curious.
Starting point is 00:37:52 But let me give you an idea on how this works. Okay. If something's going on with our family and it's a real issue. I think you must in a diva. You know what I'm talking about. So you know what I'm saying? And that's why when Tom does that, it drives me insane. Every time Rob, by the way, Rob knows, you know what I want to give Rob a shout out to Rob's been learning Aramaic. He knows Aramaic. Yeah. He listens to Duolingo. He's been one of their guys that's been on streak for a million. But all you gotta say is Machleta. Machleta. Machleta. Machleta. By the way, shout out to the, what's the toilet thing that I got in the mail? Oh, you got it already? What
Starting point is 00:38:38 is it called again? Oh, Garshok. Did anybody send it to you? Of course, the best. So let me tell you, let me go back to this point. When you're going through family stuff that's taking place, there are certain levels of things that you want your kids to know what's going on. But some of the things that are not ready. You may be ready for something to know at 18, but you weren't ready at 14 to know about it. You may be ready to know at 14, but not at 10.
Starting point is 00:39:00 You may be ready at 10, but not at 6. Vice versa. Some of the things you have to talk about, right? The only reason the U.S. government doesn't want the public to know if it really is a nuclear warhead or whatever it is, is because the government looks at the American people as kids and they're not. They're adults. I think the more straight up American people are, the government is with the American people,
Starting point is 00:39:22 that trust goes up. The reason, like when I had President Trump on the podcast, and I'm going to transition to the next story, we've got a bunch of other things to cover. When I showed him, I said, one of my favorite things you ever did is when you brought Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer into your office, the White House, with 50 cameras, and you said I'm willing to shut the government down. Guess what? We're back to shutting the government down again. You said I'm ready to shut the government down. Guess what? We're back to shutting the government down again.
Starting point is 00:39:45 You said I'm ready to shut the government down, and it was a vlog type. You know what it did? It got us to realize who the a-hole was and who was willing to lean and take responsibility. And you know what? Go ahead and play this clip, Rob. Look how intense it gets. I love it. The last time, Chuck, you shut it down.
Starting point is 00:40:02 And then you opened it up very quickly. I don't want to do what you did 20 times You have called for I will shut down the government if I don't get my wool none of us Have said you said okay you want to put that on my set. I'll take it. Okay. That's leadership Yes, if we don't get what we want you just saw right there sure explain politics Trump is saying I'll take anything you know what for, for a guy like me, I like this. Versus with Biden, what happens? We don't see nothing.
Starting point is 00:40:28 Zero. Show it to us, right? The trust goes up. Where we're in there with you, okay, I got it. I got it. Does that need to be every single thing you do? No, because the enemy's also watching. But I think there's 5, 10, 15, 20% of the stuff that you can do for us to see as well
Starting point is 00:40:44 to increase the level of trust the American people have in the government. You know what would be one of the biggest accomplishments in Trump by 2028? Go to the trust in the U.S. government, Rob, percentage. If I was Trump's camp and I'm doing a business plan for our team, and we said, hey guys, go to 2028. What five milestones can we reach to call it a – I have my own list that I would share with the administration, but I'm going to give one of them. If the president and his camp, Musk, Vivek, Tulsi, Patel, Bobby, all of these names, I
Starting point is 00:41:19 don't want to miss any one of them, Susie, every one of these guys, if by 2028, the trust in the US government suddenly goes up to 45%, that may be one of the biggest victories on their top five. Because what the people said is, they're not saying they trust the US government. What they're saying is, we trust today's administration. They're not saying they trust the government. They're saying we trust you today. Not we trust you, period, right?
Starting point is 00:41:45 That could be one of the biggest victories and one of the ways he could do it is by doing an open forum vlog style talking where we're kind of seeing what's going on. I want to go to the next story. I want to go to the next story. I want to go to the next story. So next story I want to get into is a UnitedHealthcare CEO murder suspect, Luigi Mangione, indicted in New York. Rob, do you have that clip to show? He, indicted in New York. Rob, do you have that clip to show?
Starting point is 00:42:05 He's indicted in New York. President Trump finally comments on it and he says a few things. While that's taking place, you got a stunning poll comes out that finds more younger Americans think that CEO assassination was acceptable than those who don't, which is absolutely insane to think about this poll. A poll by Emerson College revealed that 41% of Americans ages 18 to 29 view
Starting point is 00:42:29 the assassination of United Health Care CEO as either somewhat or completely acceptable, while 33% deemed it completely unacceptable. I mean to think about that's what they're saying. This was something that happened. Then on top of that there's two documentaries that may be able to get done on him Which by the way, I understand the documentary on him Hollywood should do that We should learn more and then there's also a defense fund that just surpassed a hundred thousand dollars as of a couple days ago I don't even know where it's at right now Rob if you can play a couple of these clips that you have that'd be great
Starting point is 00:43:00 We are here to announce that Luigi Mancione Defend, is charged with one count of murder in the first degree and two counts of murder in the second degree, including one count of murder in the second degree as an act of terrorism for the brazen, targeted, and premeditated shooting of Brian Thompson, who as you know was the CEO of United Healthcare. This was a frightening, well-planned, targeted murder that was intended to cause shock and attention and intimidation. It occurred in one of the most bustling parts of our city, threatening the safety of local residents and tourists alike,
Starting point is 00:43:47 commuters and business people just starting out on their day. The maximum penalty possible for murder in the first degree and murder in the second degree as an act of terrorism is life without parole. The maximum penalty for murder in the second degree is 25 years to life. There are additional counts as well. A number of criminal possession of weapon charges. We can skip this part here, Rob. If you can go to what the President said, go right ahead.
Starting point is 00:44:14 The healthcare shooting, the shooting of the CEO. Can you give us your thoughts about that? What do you make of the reaction around this suspected shooter? Does that tell you anything about how people think about healthcare? Yeah, yeah. I think it's a terrible thing. I think it's really terrible that some people seem to admire him, like him. And I was happy to see that it wasn't specific to this gentleman that was killed. It's just an overall sickness as opposed to a specific sickness.
Starting point is 00:44:41 That was a terrible thing. It was cold-blooded, just a cold-blooded, horrible killing. And how people can like this guy is a — that's a sickness, actually. That's really very bad. Especially the way it was done. It was so bad, right in the back. And very bad.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Very — thing like that. You just — you can't believe that some people — and maybe it's fake news. I don't know. It's hard to believe that some people and maybe it's fake news I don't know it's hard to believe that that can even be thought of but it seems that there's a certain appetite for him I don't get it yeah and don't forget this is speaking from somebody who was literally shot yeah exactly wanted to kill this is very this is close to home for a very dangerous place to go to guys it's dangerous pen it's and bond you these are Democrat leftists that are using this opportunity to celebrate gun violence
Starting point is 00:45:31 Do you guys understand how hypocritical they are and they're getting tattoos? Have you seen this? They're getting tattoos of him getting shot and saying deny defend and depose There's one on the arms of the girl. First of all, I gotta tell you, I can't even tell what that is, that's a horrible tattoo. Horrible! She should get a refund. That looks like, honestly, zoom in a little bit. It looks like a guy is going fishing,
Starting point is 00:45:56 and that's a lake with water on the bottom. And the guy's walking on water. Rob, is there a video? I think it's an Instagram video. Is it? Yeah, go on the link, Rob. No, the link right here. And look, it's her getting this, she's getting this, and then look at this girl.
Starting point is 00:46:10 Watch this. Look at that, you can lower the music. She got that on her arm. Mass, and then these girls are getting him. What kind of sick human being are you? She needs to shave, that's what she needs to do. Like Jake said, look at all the real estate she has on that. You're gonna do something like this,
Starting point is 00:46:24 like warn us in advance. These are a bunch of people getting tattoos of this guy. Okay, well I'm not, listen, people will do a lot of weird things. Nowadays tattoos have a different kind of a story and different meaning. But to me, Tony Robinson was here two days ago? Yesterday. Yesterday? Was it yesterday or two days ago?
Starting point is 00:46:42 Two days ago. He was here two days ago and we did a two and a half hour podcast. It was supposed to be, you know, short podcast, turned into two hours and 15 minutes. Great conversation. I asked him about this. And you know how long it took him for him? Rob, what would you say, you watched it, what was his reaction to Luigi Mangione? Great analysis, great breakdown of him him and he gave it right away. There was no...
Starting point is 00:47:08 Zero hesitation. At all. Right away was able to explain exactly what he thinks the mentality behind the shooter was and what led to the actions that happened. Would you say he was a... Did he look at it as, you know, well you don't know what he's going through, poor guy and all this stuff? Or was it like, no, this guy's a guy that grew up spoiled family was rich hates the capitalism all this other stuff
Starting point is 00:47:29 What what ladder the ladder? Yeah, it was interesting that he went there like this Tom your thoughts when you're seeing this right now And what the president said and what the hearing said, what would you say about this? I'm gonna echo something that I said three podcasts ago the liberals think said three podcasts ago, the liberals think capitalists and conservatives are evil and it is acceptable for them and even laudable when one is killed or they die or have hardship. Whereas conservatives, especially faith-based conservatives, merely believe that the liberals are wrong and need through reasoning, even if they're volatile and they're militant that need to come to understand truth and understand what's right. That's the
Starting point is 00:48:11 difference and you have now lived going back into the Obama administration this division of America for political and election purposes this continual fueling and fostering of this hatred and vitriol and it's come down. I said you correctly pointed out Pat said Tom back up a little bit I really want to know about the 90 days prior because it's like this open period I'm with you on that I'm with you on that and I was not throwing Penn over the waterfall as the cause. But I was saying something happened to him at Penn. There was a step that was taken. It was a different guy that graduated Penn,
Starting point is 00:48:53 then gave that valedictorian speech, talked about the disabled classmate, and talked about the classmate that didn't speak English when he started. Very reasoned, and there was a little step that was taken. And then he sits in San Francisco for a while, then he goes to Hawaii for a while, then is back, and then what happened those 90 days? All we can say is we know there is a progression, and what is surrounding him is this liberal
Starting point is 00:49:20 and this angry vitriol, where they think that this violence is acceptable. And if you think I'm wrong, go look at the poll. 41% of Americans aged 18 to 29 at the Emerson College poll, which was, and by the way, they weren't very accurate during the election, and I hope to God they're not accurate here, because I hope it's really not. 41% of people that have emerged in career 18 to 29 that deem it you know somewhat or completely acceptable and praise God for the 33% of the people in that age group that said this is completely unacceptable but you look at
Starting point is 00:49:55 Taylor Lorenz and you look at her little smirk and you look at how she reacted and you look at what she said she used the word joy and Pierce Morgan, God bless him, called her ass out. But that's what I think is happening. This guy, something happened those 90 days, but it was the culmination, but it was the culmination of little steps that had been taken since the man that gave the valedictorian speech at his high school and did not sound like this. Vinnie touched on this and I'll just sort of finish it off. The selective outrage versus the selective celebration from the left is kind of disgusting. So a psychopath walks into a Wisconsin high school, 15 year old, kills people with gun
Starting point is 00:50:38 violence. They're taking away guns, the second amendment. But then this happens, cowardly shoots this guy in the back kills him father of two hero worship candles vigils Tattoos there was a look-alike contest. So which one is it guys? Is it gun control or gun worship? Which one is it? Yeah, no, it's it's um Just drives me crazy by the way. Do you think we're gonna hear anything from this guy? I'm sure I want to hear because you you're not going to hear a peep. And the last time he tried to speak Tommy, they grabbed his ass and they threw him in
Starting point is 00:51:09 the prison. Somebody needs to sit down with this guy, I know the court and everything, he has to wait for the trial, and be like this, hey, what happened? What makes you, silver spoon in your mouth, 140 IQ, great family, what in God's name would make you do something like that? Okay, if his brain's not been wiped out by whoever talked to him for those three months. It still doesn't add up. Besides the outrage from the people, that's like, you know, they say like the radicalized,
Starting point is 00:51:36 homegrown terrorists, those white boys that went to Iraq and became ISIS, like that doesn't make any freaking sense and they should get hanged for treason that there's something going on that I wish we can find out but I don't think we're ever gonna hear his voice I don't you don't think he's ever gonna speak not not mean it's a hoot. Who's he gonna talk to? I just hope that Brian Thompson's death. I Hope he doesn't die in vain. I hope something good come come from this I hope something that helps America and our broken health care or our healthcare system that is definitely in need of... Desperately.
Starting point is 00:52:09 Yes, right? I hope his death can help America move forward with a better healthcare system. Yeah, you know the business model. It's the business model. You know, we have a neighbor that their health insurance program, you know how it works, the insurance that they have, they pay you if you take care of your body more and have fewer visits. Oh really? You understand what just happened? So let's just say your premium is $1,000 a month.
Starting point is 00:52:36 Okay. But if you take care of your body, you lose weight, you're in shape, you're doing your physical, things are going better, triglycerides, everything's getting lower, and you have fewer need for the health insurance, they actually lower your premium. It's crazy.
Starting point is 00:52:50 So they reward you for not needing to go to the doctor. Because they know that you're investing in yourself. Exactly. So our business model for hospitals sucks. So you know a lot of these companies, the other day I had an executive from a major $250 billion company over at our house, and Tom, you know who I'm talking about, I texted you about her because her CEO, the son, you know what I'm talking about, we're an investor in one of the companies.
Starting point is 00:53:12 And she was over at the house and she said, hey, we used to be this and da-da-da-da-da, we're now working from home. I said, really? Yeah. I said, okay. And so who works out of the office? Honestly, nobody now. I said, what percentage? so who works out of the office? Honestly, nobody now. I said, what percentage?
Starting point is 00:53:26 Less than 10%. Wow. I said, and I look at her husband, what does he do? Says, we're actually at a company where we work from home and we work from the office and I love it. So it's funny, the wife work from home, the other, boom. But she's always on the road because she's always selling. So she's on the road six, seven months out of the year.
Starting point is 00:53:43 So that comes at a price, which that's what wholesaler salespeople do. You're always living in a hotel, okay? And typically when we have a soccer match, she's never there, he's there. She's normally at her daughter's stuff, but he's normally there, okay? Great, I so much, probably I enjoy talking to her
Starting point is 00:54:00 the most that night, just learning about the story. I said, so what are you guys doing with all the real estate assets you guys have? We're selling them off. Really, one by one by one, we're actually, give me some number, I don't know what the number was. We've sold over 50% of our real estate assets that we've had
Starting point is 00:54:12 because we're not renting it anymore. You know what happens when you have so many different hospitals? You have to use it. But what if the incentive program changed? What if it changed? What if it's, hey, we're going to give you this if your body is this. What if somebody right now that's listening, they're 300 pounds,
Starting point is 00:54:31 eating cheesecake, pizza, all this stuff, what if all of a sudden, hey, if your body weight is this and you go do this and you do this physical, your cost of insurance goes this and da-da-da-da-da. Now people have an incentive to do what? Be in shape. You know, military, like you have to run a certain amount of minutes for two miles. What if something like that is tied as an incentive program for me to be in shape? Right? An insurance carrier did this program one time called Vitality. He was just going to bring that up. It was J.H., right?
Starting point is 00:54:59 Yeah, John Hancock. Yeah. And anyways, you're right. I hope it goes that direction. But the hero-making machine right now where they're talking about this guy being a hero, I've been talking about the fact that the hero-making machine problem in America is horrible and we've got to fix it and this is an example of it. Rob, all of a sudden, the last, I want to say week, about two months ago on the podcast,
Starting point is 00:55:20 and I'll show you the clip here in a minute, I was being asked, you know, everywhere I'm going, I'm being asked, what do you think about this, what do you think about this, can you give us our analysis, and you know, I said the biggest thing you have to worry about, between now and November 5th, Trump is enemy of the state number one. November 6th it will be Elon Musk won, Vance too, then it's Trump. And they said why, I said because Musk is going to be around for a while, and Trump is a one-term president, once he's in, he's in, and then because Musk is gonna be around for a while and Trump is a one-term president once he's in he's in And then Elon's gonna be around a lot a lot for many years JD Vance gonna be a two-term president
Starting point is 00:55:51 So he's gonna be the enemy. I said, but they're gonna try to divide I said I predicted what I said They're gonna call who the president Elon Musk they're gonna call Elon Musk the president and they're gonna call him puppet master and they're gonna put him on the cover of a Magazine with a puppet master whatever you remember that and you even want to chat GBT I'll send it to mom if you can send it to Rob, right? I say this two months ago and watch what's been happening right now. Okay, I want you to watch this clip. Go ahead Rob This morning made it clear with all his vast government experience Which is basically he became rich on the federal government, that he doesn't want Republicans to pass this.
Starting point is 00:56:27 And seemingly Vice President Trump kind of backed him up then at that point. And what it says about the politics is this is going to be a mess for you. Vice President Trump. On purpose. President Elon Musk. You have another clip, Rob? You saw Nonchalant, he did it too? Like, oh, Nonchalant.
Starting point is 00:56:42 That's Adam Kinzinger. Then there's another one that you have here. Go ahead, Rob. Donald Trump is asking you to do him a big favor. Would you please raise the debt ceiling for him right now so that he can give those tax cuts to Elon Musk and other billionaires next year? Well, Lawrence, I think you have it just half a click off. It's not Donald Trump asking for this.
Starting point is 00:57:05 It's very clearly President Elon Musk asking for this. The fact that Donald Trump has been completely a wall. It's positive right there. And then go to Bernie Sanders yesterday. Go to Bernie Sanders yesterday tweet. This is Bernie Sanders tweet yesterday. Zoom in a little bit. Democrats and Republicans spent months negotiating a bipartisan agreement to fund our program.
Starting point is 00:57:26 The richest man on earth, President Elon Musk, doesn't like it while Republicans kiss the ring. Billionaires must not be allowed to run our government. This is taking place. Did you send something through? I sent it to, and Manju, this is months, this is a month and a half, almost two months ago, we're sitting there and you brought it up and I just went to Chad GBT and I put it in and this is a month and a half, almost two months ago, we're sitting there
Starting point is 00:57:45 and you brought it up and I just went to Chad GBT and I put it in and this is what we were talking about. Oh, this is coming soon. That's coming very, very soon. And notice how they're saying it under their breath. Nobody was like, nobody stopped. Meaning that's Elon's in the back and Trump's in the front. By the way, this is not a real cover.
Starting point is 00:57:58 This is Brockwood, this is Chad GBT. This is Chad GBT just on its own because you were talking about it, like I said. And notice how he says it. They're saying it under their breath. Like they're planting the seed and nobody stopped them. And they're like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You're, why?
Starting point is 00:58:13 They're letting it seep in. So now it's just becoming like regular talk. And I think it's, I mean, it's a good move. You talked about the wedge. They're gonna try to do it. If you can go to my Twitter account, Rob, if you don't mind going to the Twitter account. So on my Twitter profile, you'll see the most recent tweets.
Starting point is 00:58:28 So go in a little bit. I said the only way the enemy can win is to divide and conquer. Expect to hear President Musk and Puppetmaster as a way to get under Trump's skin. They'll plaster this everywhere. I predict that. Watch the clip, play the clip Rob if you can. Go ahead and play. Put it on 1.5.
Starting point is 00:58:45 I'm the richest man in the world and I want nothing from you, Trump, but they're gonna do the following. And I'm telling you, it could work effectively if it gets under Trump's skin. And here's what it is. 40 laws of power, law number one, Rob. Can I go to 40 laws of power, law number one?
Starting point is 00:58:56 Do you know what law number one is? Never outshine the master. Never outshine the master. Law number one, never outshine the master. For the next four years, nobody can outshine Trump. And I mean, nobody. If anything happens and credit is given, and they spin it, this is how they do it.
Starting point is 00:59:11 You ready? Elon Musk is Trump's puppet master. Wow. That's what they're going to do. By the way, that was Thanksgiving. That's coming, look at the turkeys. Thanksgiving, look at the set. The diamond thing yesterday, he says everything you said
Starting point is 00:59:21 about time travelers. Shout out to Kelly. You guys are like, you're predicting all this stuff, and it was a funny thing that he's saying. But I know they have to create that friction between those two. It's not even JD right now They'll do JD and you're 34, but they have to do Musk right now. You're one you're two first They're gonna have to find that play between the two and they're gonna have to write it all over the place cover of time magazine It's got to be a puppet master Picture of Musk and Trump on the bottom holding them just to poke the bear
Starting point is 00:59:42 That's what they're going to do right here and they're going to say the president of the United States is really Elon Musk Wow Trump bingo Elon Musk is the president of the United States and he's toying with Trump That's the domes of the bear you can pause it right there pastor Domus over here Tom. The question is Will it work? Do you think President Trump? Seeing this kind of stuff and watching it. Do you think at all in his mind? It's gonna upset him seeing this kind of stuff and watching it. Do you think at all in his mind it's going to upset him? Eight years ago I would have said there's probably you know a chance that it's going to it's going to unsettle him a little bit. I don't think so now because I think they see it coming. They ran a fabulous campaign. They were able to jiu-jitsu, you know, the theory of jiu-jitsu, use the other
Starting point is 01:00:26 guy's energy and then move that energy to get your move accomplished and put the other man on the floor. So I think that any sensitivity there, they see this coming now. I think they see it coming. They know what's going on. Soon as, look at as soon as the nominations start coming out The assassinations are coming out because they don't have if you don't have an idea you don't have a program All you have is words of manipulation right name-calling name-calling manipulation not just words name-calling and manipulation That's all you have hitler didn't works, and I get to move on to something else name calling and manipulation Oh, this is the dictator. He's gonna be, he's gonna retaliate.
Starting point is 01:01:08 So there's two things I see right now. The retaliation angle, you're gonna have somebody that we're gonna cover a story later today. I think the retaliation against the media, I got the odds at 50% that he's gonna retaliate. So here he comes, gonna retaliate, we told you so. And then manipulation. How are they trying to manipulate?
Starting point is 01:01:25 They're trying to get under his skin using this. It's concerted, and I have faith right now that it's not gonna work because they see it coming. And when Trump has sat there with Kristen a week ago and she tried some angles on him, he came right to her professionally, elegantly, but shut her down, And I hope that's what's going to happen here.
Starting point is 01:01:48 I think I think it is going to work. And I'll tell you what, what else could they throw towards Trump that could get him off the pedestal? They've done the Nazi thing. They've done the allegations. They've tried to basically throw them in jail. They've done the court cases. They've done so many different things. So we all we also what happened with Russia, Russia, Russia, none of it worked, he got elected boom. We all know that Trump, for all the great things he's done, definitely can be vindictive, and he can definitely be sort of a fragile eagle at times.
Starting point is 01:02:20 And the little things will happen. And the media will see Trump and Elon. They're doing a press conference one day. This could be a year down the road and they'll say, well, okay, Mr. President, sorry, we have questions for Elon and they're going to focus all their attention and they're going to keep dripping and dripping and dripping and dripping this and at some point it might get under Trump's skin and we're going to find out if Trump has the ability to basically tune out
Starting point is 01:02:45 the noise and say, let's get s done. Or if he's going to let this affect his relationship with Elon. Elon, I think he just surpassed a half a trillion dollars bet. So the, I have one simple follow-up. This election was too important for what has to happen for America specifically. We've got the debt thing going on right now It was so important for America, and I would hate to see the opportunity squandered. Yeah at the hands of a Psyop Tom tell you you know When Tom gets pissed guys seriously? There's a part of me that gets scared and I want to walk because I mess around sets me But let me tell you something here. I got a question for you. Yes, Tom. I got a question for you as well. You ready?
Starting point is 01:03:29 so What used to upset you when you were 20? That no longer upset you at 30 Stay with me What used to upset you when you were 30? Then no longer upset you at 40 What used to upset you at 40? That no longer upsets you at 40. What used to upsets you at 40 that no longer upsets you in your 50s?
Starting point is 01:03:51 And then here's a follow-up question. What used to upsets you in your 20s that whether you're 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, it's still going to upsets you? Those two questions will dictate what's gonna happen here. So answer it for yourself. What used to upset you in your 20s that no longer does in your 40s? I can tell you mine, I have a lot of them. Wait, the 20s that bothered you?
Starting point is 01:04:15 Yeah. What used to upset you in your 20s that things were said about you or you know, things with the words that no longer upsets you today? You know, picking up my height. Oh, you're short, you're this, you're that, doesn't matter. None of that bothers me. But think about that. Yeah, nothing, none of that.
Starting point is 01:04:31 But by the way, at one point, how much did it? Oh, of course, because I was really small. Okay, what else? What used to bother in your 20s that no longer upsets you today? Okay, look, he went somewhere. Did you see that? Yeah. All of us.
Starting point is 01:04:43 Just the gay comments. Wow, but that still upsets you. I mean, even earlier today, I don't even want to tell them what you told me earlier. Let's not talk about it. But be serious for a second. And folks, I'm asking you, the audience that's answering this question here. It doesn't affect me at all. But was there things that would destroy you, keep you up at night and all that stuff that no longer does?
Starting point is 01:04:53 Yeah, people talk about your mother's this or your father's that today, it's nothing to me. I don't even listen to that type of stuff. Right, okay. So, I'm not going to go into that. I'm not going to go into that. I'm not going to go into that. I'm not going to go into that.
Starting point is 01:05:01 I'm not going to go into that. I'm not going to go into that. I'm not going to go into that. I'm not going to go into that. I'm not going to go into that. I'm not going to go into your father, that today it's nothing to me. I don't even listen to that stuff. Okay so now what used to bother in your 20s, it doesn't matter if you're 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, it's still gonna bother you. What is it? So what bothered me? In your 20s that will still bother you today at 46 Anything about my religion anything about Christianity anything about that my beliefs and stuff like that still that hasn't changed at all Tom
Starting point is 01:05:37 Well, I would say that I would yeah, I have a certain film of that But I also have a eternal perspective on that. I still if and you know this if people are Lazy and things won't go as fast as they need to that bothered me in my 20s I still, and you know this, if people are lazy and things won't go as fast as they need to, that bothered me in my 20s, it bothers me now. Because I want to get it done, and it bothers me as much today as it ever has, even more so today because now I have the benefit of my own history of realizing that when you really go fast
Starting point is 01:06:00 and you put it down, which you can really achieve, and I've seen it. So actually it probably bothers me more today. When I was in my 20s and I used to hear, well, you didn't go to this school, you didn't go to that school, that really bothered me. Now I look back on it and said, well, I think I did okay.
Starting point is 01:06:16 So that's like, whatever. Now I see it as I kinda poke back, right? Yeah, I went to a small school, and then I had to put myself through to get my MBA. I guess that worked out. So watch, now I almost, I almost go the other way with it. I'll just add one thing for me. I don't think I'll ever change this. People who are just sloppiness grossness, just have zero standards, just anything goes willy nilly broke gross, just disgusting. Clean it up buddy, that will never be something
Starting point is 01:06:45 that I just like, oh yeah, I'm okay with it. You probably thought about a friend that was like that. You went somewhere, maybe a former roommate, you had something like that, because I had a guy like that as well, his name was Speedy Espinosa, he would leave his underwear on his bed and go for the weekend with this girl in Nashville who,
Starting point is 01:07:00 I don't want to say who the, anyway, so he. You don't want to say what, just called out Speedy. One weekend, one weekend, Speedy, and this guy was five six years older than me and I was 18 years old But I was done one weekend. I took all his clothes and I dumped the weekend He was gone because he would leave his underwear And I don't even want to tell you what it looked like he was briefed I took his clothes and a plastic bag. I dumped it in the trash my room would smell I can't deal with smell He came back saying where are my. I dumped it in the trash. My room would smell. I can't deal with smell.
Starting point is 01:07:25 He came back saying, where are my clothes? I said, in the trash outside. I said, don't ever leave your underwear here before you leave, wash them before you leave. Every time you leave dirty clothes here, and if I smell anything that's going to the trash every single time, and he very quickly realized he needs to wash his clothes.
Starting point is 01:07:40 And that drove me effing insane. Anyway, but let me tell you what it is. You ready? Okay, what hasn't changed? People you do a lot for that betray you. And again, I'm going back to Trump on what he's thinking about. What else?
Starting point is 01:08:01 Stuff with my dad. It's just, just don't do it. Anything with my dad, family. Don't, don't, don't go there. He's a very good man, okay? Faith, God, values, principle, America, very protective of that. It's very important. Betrayal, it's always going to be there. Betrayal is always going to there. Because I'm always gonna do more for you than you're gonna do for me. Lack of gratitude will always be unattractive. I had a call yesterday, guy comes to my office,
Starting point is 01:08:31 brings me the nicest painting. And he says, wow, you know, you're such and such a, we just fired a couple people recently. He says, and one of the guys that we fired, you were there, you were in the building, we brought security, we're like, hey, this is your last day, you're getting fired. Oh, no way, shell shock, boom.
Starting point is 01:08:46 He says, yeah, he called me and told me that he quit. I said, oh, he told you he quit? Yeah, wow, really? I told him, I said, you're an idiot. This guy introduced you to all these different people, you quit? So then I send a message, are you telling people, I said, well, I'm telling them this, interesting.
Starting point is 01:09:03 That's permanent. Because when Tom and I were telling people, I'm telling them this, interesting. That's permanent. Because when Tom and I were working together, and over the years, Gerard used to be on the podcast. He sent me the nicest message the other day. Guess what? When things were happening two years ago, three years ago, we never said anything about him, so I like him till today. Think he's a talent.
Starting point is 01:09:25 You know what his Instagram profile says? Fired from PBD Podcast. Oh, does it really? Yeah, funny as hell, right? But you know what it is? Here's what it is. I will forever remember how you value the relationship. Permanent, will remember.
Starting point is 01:09:42 It's always gonna be here. You publicly undermine everything that happened, no problem. Permanent well remember it's always going to be here you publicly Undermined everything that happened no problem. I don't think it'll happen here because I don't think You see neither one of the men made the other man So Trump didn't make Musk and must didn't make Trump So you know when it's like that it's not like Trump is you know Musk wears Trump's gear. He wears the make America great again gear. Dark MAGA. You know it's like just puts it on and guess what great good for you and so he's given that respect to him. Musk is coming over here to Mar-a-Lago all the time.
Starting point is 01:10:28 Of course there's motives on both sides and there's incentives on both sides. That's very important. The biggest factor internally is I think the person that controls if Trump gets upset about this or not here, believe it or not, is actually not Trump. Guy sends me a message, another guy, we love this guy. He was with us for three years and he quit. He didn't get fired, he actually quit. He came to me and said, Pat, today's my last day, quit.
Starting point is 01:10:55 I'm like, oh wow, when you're business for 25 years, you're gonna get spooked sometimes and you're gonna do the firing, right? Both 50-50. And that decision takes place and I said, so do you have any final thoughts? Because we're done. I mean you already made your decision. I wish you nothing but the best.
Starting point is 01:11:10 Great. Boom. Do your thing. Fantastic. He says, what do I do with this relationship long term? I said, I don't dictate what direction this relationship goes long term. You do. I'm going to continue to grow.
Starting point is 01:11:24 You dictate where we go long term. Okay? And guess what? Been very respectful, all the stuff that we're doing. In this relationship with Trump and Elon, Elon controls what happens, not Trump. Elon has to be the first to jump out and defend Trump. Elon has to jump out and call these people out. Elon has to be the first to jump out and defend Trump. Elon has to jump out and call these people out. Elon has to go out after these guys and be the flag carrier because in this role, Elon is the flag carrier. Trump put his life on the line and took the heat debating when nobody believed in him for the whole four years after 2020 where everybody wrote him out and they're like,
Starting point is 01:12:01 this guy's done with. He went through those DOJ. He went to court. He went and did all that stuff. He traveled to New York in mugshot and embarrassing and family and wife's drawn. He went through those humiliating moments. Nobody's above this guy. So that's why I'm saying, and the reason why I don't think it'll happen, because I think Elon understands this dynamic.
Starting point is 01:12:23 Because Elon has a lot of people that he changed their lives as well. They owe Elon the favor, not the other way around. Many people don't understand this, and the reason why they don't understand this is because they think life is only one year. And only think about, well, I got the other guy to give me $20,000, I'm doing business right now, Patrick will never find that.
Starting point is 01:12:40 We find out everything. And then guess what happens long term? You sacrifice a world, you don't think your kids are going to need that phone call in 10 years or 20 years or 30 years? You just did it for this one reason? Man, you're short term thinking. Elon's not short term thinking. Elon's long term thinking.
Starting point is 01:12:58 So I don't think it's going to happen because I think Elon's been, all this stuff that they're doing to Trump, I think it's happened to him in business so many times, that Elon is what? He's locked in. My opinion. My opinion. But the person that controls where this relationship goes here, I think it's going to be Elon. I think Trump has the right to be upset. I think Trump has the right if somebody throws him under the bus behind closed doors.
Starting point is 01:13:22 I think Trump has the right to be a little bit agitated if any of that stuff happens. He has the right to have that. He's a man. He put all the pressure. And everyone just needs to stay as united as possible, do the job, and if we do, history books could potentially consider this four years the most monumental four years that took America to the next level. And I'm being sincere, that everybody benefits from it.
Starting point is 01:13:47 And whoever's locked into that vision, you're in a good place. Whoever's not, hey, no problem. We understand. But everybody will be filtered out. It doesn't take a long time to filter people out. There's a famous quote that I tweeted out two weeks ago. And it was very intentional.
Starting point is 01:14:05 It said, when a man with experience meets a man with money, the man with the money leaves with the experience, the man with the experience leaves with the money. Did you hear what I just said? When a man with money meets a man with experience, the man with experience leaves with the money, the man with the money leaves with the experience. But every once in a while you meet somebody that has both money and experience.
Starting point is 01:14:31 Never cross a man like that. That's Trump and that's Musk. Never make that mistake. You're a fool if you do so. Because they've been around the block and they have the right resources. Keep those people close to you. They're very hard to find, they're a great asset to you and your family. Your future kids will benefit from these relationships.
Starting point is 01:14:48 Trump's grandkids will benefit from the relationship with Musk, vice versa, everybody. It's very, very important. Anyways, okay, so let's go to this next one here, which is something that happened that I really like. Rob, do you mind pulling up the clip with MSNBC's Stephanie Rule? Says Trump is more accessible than Biden,
Starting point is 01:15:03 but jokes he had, he told her to go eff herself. By the way, I actually love this. Folks, if you're running a business, you're in sales, you have to watch this. There's such a big lesson in this. Rob, go ahead and play this clip. Donald Trump had that crazy rally at Madison Square Garden. Oh wow, yeah.
Starting point is 01:15:21 Garbage. I rolled the dice and I called him on the phone. Damn. Watch this. And he answered! Of course he did! Of course! Look at the guy. What'd he say?
Starting point is 01:15:37 And I wasn't calling to chit chat. I said, Mr. President, this is Stephanie Ruhl, you made a lot of comments last night, blah blah blah blah. And it was not an on the record conversation. Long story, so I'm not gonna get into what he said, but I called for one reason. I said, you just said a whole bunch of public things. I'd like to sit down for an interview with you. We got five days before the election. So we didn't get anything, there's nothing for me to report. I called him and said I want an interview with you.
Starting point is 01:16:00 Obviously he said no. But my point is, I was able to get to him by dialing his phone. Now that might be completely ape shit and you're like, I can't believe people know this guy's phone number. But the reverse of that, if I were to want to connect with VP Harris or President Biden, there's 50 people between me and that. I could write a note that maybe could get to somebody to get somebody then through Pony Express and a pigeon, something might end up in a mailbox near them. And I called DJ T to say,
Starting point is 01:16:30 yo, can I have an interview with you? He told me to go fuck myself. But I still wasn't able to connect with him. Yeah. But he still picked up. Tom, thoughts. I love that. I absolutely love it. Because we know what it points out that we've been
Starting point is 01:16:47 living in a stage show and the directors and the producers didn't want the media to really talk to the actors and the actors are Biden and Harris and instead Trump who is famous for being accessible. He's famous for being a quick text. Not for everybody, but for the people that know him because he knows the game. You know, the art of the deal means you know who to call. The art of the deal means when you need a permit in New York, you call City Hall and say, you know, I got all these people working, I got all these things going on here, what's up with my permit?
Starting point is 01:17:23 Right? The art of the deal means that you work the phones and you influence. You don't influence, that's it. You don't influence from being behind 50 people and being a puppet. And that is what Biden and Harris were. And Stephanie Rule has just pointed out, I would have to go through all this stuff to get to know her. Let me translate it for you. Stephanie Rule says, my job is to interview people and to get segments and get them on my network. That's what I'm paid to do. I am a commentator. That's what I'm supposed to do. I tried to do that with Biden and Harris. I can't do my job because there's 50 people in my way. But DJT picks up the phone. Guess what? When you're making deals and when you're out making things happen and
Starting point is 01:18:01 you're leading, you're accessible enough to the right people so that you can get crap done. And we have just seen Biden and Harris are puppets behind the stage and the directors and producers. That's what we had. I think there's even a bigger story here. So it's sort of a metaphor for the difference between Trump and someone like Kamala or Biden or a capitalist versus a socialist.
Starting point is 01:18:28 Trump, one of the biggest things he says is we're going to cut regulation, we're going to cut red tape. We're going to make this Doge thing happen. The department of government efficiency. You know, Bill Maher talks about how to build shed in the back of his house. You've been to the back of his house or to build a toilet in California. It would cost $5 million by the time you go through regulation, by the time some palms get greased, by the time that you go through all this regulation and red tape, how much more it costs versus just picking up the phone, calling somebody and getting through.
Starting point is 01:18:57 So there's a bigger message here. The fact that she called Trump and he picked up and he's like, hello, no, no interview, but have a nice life. It's amazing. It's amazing. And that's the whole part of being efficient. By the way, you know, who's the most accessible person here? The most accessible person here, PBD. If I text PBD or if I call PBD, if I right away, there's other people sometimes that make you go through them to get to PBD. And if I have to go through a certain person who may no longer be here anymore, it might
Starting point is 01:19:30 take me days just to get back from PBD. But I respect PBD's time, so maybe I don't go directly to PBD on things. But it's just a metaphor for sometimes bureaucrats and people with red tape and regulation want to get their palms greased or get in the way and use power when all you got to do is sometimes go to the source. And I think I'm being dead serious. I had this conversation yesterday on Manect about how accessible, and this isn't a plug for Manect, but it's going to sound like it because it kind of is.
Starting point is 01:19:57 You can, if these people get a phone number, they can get to the president. Yesterday, this guy left me this awesome Manect and he's like, Vinny, I just got to give you guys a shout out. He's like, I had an idea that I wanted to talk to Tulsi Gabbard about, who's going to be the new director of intelligence, right? That's her new job. This guy was like, he's communicating with the person that's right next to the president and the accessibility.
Starting point is 01:20:20 And he's like, I gave her all these ideas that she could use or not use. She messaged me right back and said great idea If there's a way to implement them like think about she can get to the president people on the net can literally Yeah, get to the freaking White House and talk to people such a good point You know it's funny for me, but being in in sales. This is this is even bigger than that Vinny Let me let me and I said this on Char Kirk's shows yesterday. So I'm in a meeting, we're in Diamond Bar, and these two guys are debating on stage on what's important. One guy who's this macho, arrogant, cocky guy says never pick up the phone call of your guys and wait 24 hours because if
Starting point is 01:21:00 you do, it makes them think you're not busy. If you answer it a day later, you're training them to think you're so busy that they also work so hard because they'll say, oh my God, such and such is so busy. So never be accessible, right? This is what the guy's saying. And this other lady, she's up there, she's like, no, I like to be accessible. And they're going back and forth. And another guy who's a former Marine jumps in, no, you can't, you guys need to know your
Starting point is 01:21:23 time is valuable. And if you don't respond, wow, party heated debate. I'm sitting there, I'm like, yeah, I'm a street guy. And I like that she is accessible. You could get ahold of her and she would respond back. And guess what? Whatever business dealings, I'm no longer with them.
Starting point is 01:21:43 You have no, I went up to her, I said, listen, I just want you to know this, you're right, don't listen to them. I told her that. She may remember this, I said, you're right, don't listen to them. She's my boss. I said, stay that way, we like it.
Starting point is 01:21:58 We like it, you just have to protect abuse. So in sales, in PHP, I watched my sales guys. I had one guy whom I gave somebody for him to go visit and train in his state. Three years the lady is there. He never visited her ever. She was like, I could never get a hold of him. I gave another guy like this, accessible, accessible, accessible. This guy built a massive agency.
Starting point is 01:22:23 This guy never built a vice president, ever himself, ever. He's probably more talented than the other guy, was, accessible. This guy built a massive agency. This guy never built a vice president, ever, himself, ever. And he's probably more talented than the other guy, was never accessible. The key to accessibility is important. And then you gotta protect yourself as well, but you gotta be accessible for the people that wanna get ahold of you. Guy calls me the other day, he's like,
Starting point is 01:22:39 hey, so Patrick, I haven't spoken to you for three years. Dylan's sitting right next to me, I'm like, why is he calling me? Former commercial real estate agent. When I first moved to Florida, I was interviewing a few guys to be a commercial real estate agent. And one night, I'm calling him two, three times after six o'clock, he's not picking up
Starting point is 01:22:55 because I got an opportunity. I want to get some questions on. He calls me the next morning. He says, hi, I noticed you called me last night. I said, yeah, I called you three times. He says, I have a rule. I don't answer phone after six o'clock. I said, oh, really? Yeah. I said, well, I noticed you called me last night. I said, yeah, I called you three times. He says, I have a rule. I don't answer phone after six o'clock. I said, oh really?
Starting point is 01:23:07 Yeah. I said, well, I'm planning on buying hundreds of millions of dollars of properties. I also have a rule. My commercial real estate agent needs to work for me. We're not gonna work it together. He calls me, he says, how are things? Are you still doing that business?
Starting point is 01:23:19 Is it going good? I said, yeah, it's going good. We've grown. He says, that's good. Do you need any, did you ever end up buying any real estate? I'm like, this guy doesn't check any store. I'm like, yeah, I bought this, I bought that, I bought this, I bought this, I bought.
Starting point is 01:23:33 How come you never called me? My answer, I never wanted to break your code of don't call me after six o'clock. Silence for 10 seconds. Oh. Okay. I said, God bless. I left the phone. And I. Well, I don't get it. Okay. I said, God bless. I left the phone.
Starting point is 01:23:47 And I told Dylan, I said, Dylan, you want to get into sales? People gotta get ahold of you. Never be too big of a big shot to think that people can't get ahold of you. And by the way, sometimes your people that are your like handlers, if you're not too careful,
Starting point is 01:24:02 they'll make you look like an asshole because they're not getting back to anybody. And like dude, you gotta get back to people. And so you gotta also be careful where you're training your guys to also be available, accessible, and get back to people quickly. If you don't have an answer right now, you're like, well I didn't get back to them for three days
Starting point is 01:24:17 because I don't have an answer. Tell them, I don't have an answer, but can I get back to you Friday at such and such time? Yes, put in the calendar, get back to them. That's an addition. and by the way, the reason why Trump has that is why he's good in sales. You can't not have that and be good in sales. You have to be accessible.
Starting point is 01:24:31 PPD, you also told a story, it might have been on BPW. It was regarding Mario. Someone said, hey Mario, I gotta talk to PPD, it's super urgent, it's urgent. Was that a BPW that did that? Yeah, I did. Super urgent. And then you get on the phone, quickly you realize this wasn't that urgent.
Starting point is 01:24:49 This could have been something we could have handled. That wasn't me. That was Will Gidera that Mario's assistant sent an email saying very urgent. Mario gets on with Will. Will is like, did somebody die? No. Why is it that, you know, so it was a very interesting thing. Anyways, breaking news that just came in right now, Rob, if you want to pull it up.
Starting point is 01:25:03 Appeals court removes prosecutor Fannie Willis from the Georgia election case against Trump and others. Interesting. Interesting. You remove her? Why did you remove her? A state appeals court on Thursday removed Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis from the Georgia election interference case against Trump and others but didn't dismiss
Starting point is 01:25:23 the indictment, leaving the future of the prosecution uncertain. The case against Trump and more dozen others have been already largely stalled for months while the new ruling means it's up to the prosecuting attorneys of the Council of Georgia to find another prosecutor to take over the case and to decide whether to continue. Tom, what does this really mean? What this means is that Fannie Willis by the organization in Georgia that manages their prosecuting attorneys has basically said, Fannie, you have brought something here and your conduct and how you've done this is so beyond the pale and outside the lines that you're off this case.
Starting point is 01:26:07 They basically have removed her from the case. We had to go through the hearings with you and did you give money to your boyfriend and were you doing the horizontal bop on brakes and all those things that we were hearing about this, right? And the money, well, that's what it was. Horizontal what? Mambo.
Starting point is 01:26:23 What is this? It's you're laying down, Pat, but you're on top of the person. It's an old, yeah, yeah. Well, that's what it was horizontal one mambo Yeah, it's an old it's an old Bob Seeger I'm doing the mambo number five No, no, no, it's just from Bob Seger's. I thought it was a G. Anyway back to fan So let's so let's go back to the facts fact she was Not in the office a lot. She was having an affair. She directed money to a boyfriend She ended up in a disciplinary hearing that barely went her way. You remember that? Yeah, and now now, you know, they're all looking at January 20th and they're looking at federal money and they're looking at a lot
Starting point is 01:27:04 Of things are looking at judges being appointed and so're looking at federal money and they're looking at a lot of things. They're looking at judges being appointed. And so people in Georgia that I think are protecting their livelihoods are depoliticizing this and they're saying step one, Fannie, you're off the case. Step two, a new prosecutor can look at it because they don't have the authority to dismiss the case, only the prosecutor dismissed the case. So they said, we need to find a new prosecutor. And if the new prosecutor picks up the piece of paper and says, yeah, this thing is weak as hell,
Starting point is 01:27:33 it never should have been brought, toss this thing. And I think that's what's about to happen in Georgia. But the disciplinary group over the state prosecutors has basically removed her from the case, which should have happened a long time ago, but everybody was scared because the Democrat machine had so much pressure. The same thing happened to Alvin Bragg. And this is what Eric Adams is on the flip side screaming about in New York.
Starting point is 01:27:58 And so there's a new sheriff in town and January 20th is coming and Fannie just got fired off that case and the new prosecutor will either continue it or he'll drop it because a prosecutor has to be. Let me ask you something Tom, you know put on your lawyer hat. There was 93 counts on all these different states, allegations, New York, DC, Florida, Georgia. How many of them? Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Fonny. You're learning all these names. Come January 20th. Is it all just down to zero? Nothing. I believe it will be ultimately. And I'll tell you why. Remember when we broke this down, I broke it down for everybody. I said, here's all the counts in the Alvin Bragg.
Starting point is 01:28:44 Remember we went count by count by count for our audience to say, this is basically what he did. Adam, you and a buddy were at your house. Don't bring me into this, Tom. No, no, no, I'll use an example. And you're drinking and you get upset and you smash a bottle of Jack Daniels on his head, and you cut him. And so he goes to the authorities
Starting point is 01:29:07 and says, I got assaulted, man. This is battery. And then the DA said, OK, count number one, Adam committed battery in an apartment in Miami. Count number two, Adam committed battery in Dade County. Tom, I don't know. When was this? Count number three.
Starting point is 01:29:24 Now the chat's going to go wild here. Adam committed battery on the sixth floor of an apartment building. Remember that's what Alvin Bragg did. He cut the thing. Remember all those checks? He cut it into little slices so it was a loaf of bread but he cut it into slices and acted like each slice was a case into itself. That's what that is the definition of weaponization of the Justice Department. And that's what Fanny did. And so 93 counts, they did that. So the number would seem big. Each individual. I love you. I just wanted to see if there's going to be over 93. All of a sudden, I'm on the sixth floor, candle maker and the butler on the
Starting point is 01:30:01 what's going on. There are some people that appreciate in our audience that appreciate the explanation because they're gonna go talk to their friends and say listen PBD podcast broke this thing down they've got it under control and this is what happened and let's not forget Tom you know her I don't know was he her boyfriend or the special prosecutor doing the horizontal mom board the guy that was on vacations and doing all that type of stuff he met with the White House officials in May and November in 2002 while the Georgia election interference case was happening. Correct, Amendo!
Starting point is 01:30:32 What is it? What is it pieced together? Like, it's a fact that everybody was so blind and everybody was so, like, we knew what the hell was going on and it's just refreshing to know that it's all about to get flushed on the toilet. Bye bye. Well, there you go. That's the update. Let's go to the next one here.
Starting point is 01:30:47 Miami judge approves bail for wealthy Alexander twins in state rape case. Now for this story, Rob, if we can read it because some people may not know what's going on. These guys in Miami, Florida, not just Miami, they're known for being top producers in real estate for many, many years, okay? And they're the Oren. Alexander brothers. The Alexander twins.
Starting point is 01:31:15 Oren Alexander, Alan Alexander, the twins, and then there's a third brother. So Miami Judge grants bail to real estate broker twins, Oren and Alan, who faced state sexual charges with bond set at $3 million and $2 million respectively, secured by their father's home in Ball Harbor, Florida. Circuit Judge Lodi Jean approved house arrest, ordered the twins to stay away from victims, stating, I'm satisfied that these are reasonable conditions. The twins, along with their brother Tal Alexander,
Starting point is 01:31:43 also implicated in the federal sex trafficking case in New York, authorities alleged the brothers used their wealth to lure drug and sexually assault, rape multiple women. Over more than a decade, Tal Alexander, co-founder of Luxury Real Estate, a firm official, appeared in federal court on related charges. Rob, do you have a clip on this or is it exactly what I just read? I have the clip from when they were originally Denied bail that we had all played is that the one where he said he's got a son He's got a child on the way go ahead Rob go ahead because it's considered a dangerous crime. I'm required to hold you with no bond You'll see your honor
Starting point is 01:32:18 Yes, sir. Don't talk about the facts though your attorneys here your honor My wife is nine months pregnant do any day now with our first child her family's in brazil she's counting on me to be with her during labor that's something you have a very good attorney he's gonna you're gonna be hearing tomorrow before the division judge and that judge will consider any argument regarding a bond because they filed this motion for pretrial detention i'm required by law to grant it because this is considered a dangerous crime. And then Rob, there's another one that came out, a friend of theirs, friend of Alexander Real Estate Brothers, surrenders in sexual assault case.
Starting point is 01:32:54 Surrenders? I just texted it to you. Whole crew, huh? Yeah, I mean this is not good. If you go online, Rob, and you just type in Alexander Twins, the story will come up as a first one. Just go to Google and type in Alexander Twins. It'll pop up. Right there, there you go, you got it.
Starting point is 01:33:11 So a friend of Alexander's real estate brothers, surrenders, who are prominent luxury real estate in Florida and New York, or some of the other African, helped them, okay, so to face an allegation that he helped two of them rape a woman nearly a decade ago. Go a little bit lower, Rob. A friend of brother's who are prominent real estate in Florida, children's sexual abuse, one's allegation, Oad Fisherman 39 returned early from his honeymoon in Japan
Starting point is 01:33:34 to surrender at the Miami-Dade County Courthouse on sexual battery of multiple perpetrators. He was later released on $25,000 bond with his new wife and mother-in-law, putting up another $216,000 collateral. According to investigators, Fisherman helped twins Alon and Oren rape a woman on December 31, 2016. They say that woman to his Miami Beach apartment for New Year's barbecue, sending her photos and people already in attendance when she arrived. However, the only people present were the twins, Fisherman and two maids.
Starting point is 01:34:02 The woman told police that Alexander and Fisherman took her into a bedroom where Fisherman held her down while the twins, fishermen and two mates. The women told police that Alexander and fishermen took her into a bedroom where fishermen held her down while the twins took turns. Fisherman is anxious to resolve this and vindicate his name." Wow. Adam, what do you know? This is a Miami story. You know these guys. You know of them in the Florida market. What do you know more about the story? I'm just gonna be radically transparent here. These kids grew up in Miami these guys grew up in Miami. They have a an older brother I'll leave his name out of it because he was not involved in this whatsoever. He was in my class. He was in my grade we Acquaintances were good. Oh really? So one of the brothers has nothing to do with these
Starting point is 01:34:40 There's a fourth brother who is is not even involved in this whatsoever. I don't even know if he lives in Florida anymore I'm not sure I haven't seen him since whoever however But the point is I know him I know the family and I remember these guys from growing up We run in very similar circles in Miami. I don't have any other numbers on my phone. We're not friends We did spend that one time at a dinner together Not my buddies, but we have a lot of mutual friends, a lot. And I would have conversations with multiple buddies, one in particular, who was a groomsman in one of their weddings.
Starting point is 01:35:15 And I was like, dude, what the hell's going on here? Have you see and this is a very credible guy, good guy, stand up guy. He goes, I've never seen anything. I've never seen them do anything like this. But I don't go on these private parties to the Hamptons. I'm not there on these private jets. I only see what goes on here in Miami. I had conversations with I told you who I had lunch with yesterday.
Starting point is 01:35:38 You know, people very well to do people in Miami. I said, I said, you partied with these people. You have you heard anything ever about this? She's like, no, other than like they like to party and have fun. I've never heard any of these stories. But here's the twist. One story, two stories, five stories, okay. Ten stories, what? Forty allegations? Is that the number? That's the number now, apparently, right?
Starting point is 01:36:14 Okay. Fact check that, that's an insane amount of number. So what I will say is the following. You know, in America, we still believe in innocent until proven guilty with social media these days. It's sort of trial by social media trial by media trial by opinion. They deserve their day in court. Here it is right here, testified that 40 women accusing the Alexander brothers of rape are
Starting point is 01:36:41 credible. I'll give you another, another insight here. Uh, this was a text that I received. Okay. Uh, a girl I know mutual friend and she saw the clip that we did six months ago. And she said, Hey, this clip resurfaced. I want to tell you something. And I'm going to leave her name out of it.
Starting point is 01:37:01 She says, I was sent the clip that we discussed by multiple women. She said, I personally know five women who were assaulted by them. Oh shit. Okay. This is a girl I know. I said, I would never ever back these guys up. Basically saying like, um, in my opinion, this is a thousand percent true. This is what she says. I said, that's crazy. What did the women say? I said, the clip that we discussed was five, six months ago when these allegations were coming out. Obviously, things have gotten way worse. We saw the video when they came out in front of their house, come outside now, the FBI.
Starting point is 01:37:37 She says, quote unquote, they were all raped while on drugs. I said, by which brother or brothers, This is what she says her words. All three rape women. She says I can't believe that people still don't believe this. It's pretty wild to me. I said it's a horrible situation and it's seems to be pretty believable. Then she says always believe women. And I said, always. She said, always. I said, women never lie. And then she said, well, 96% of the time. So but the point is this, this is actually a horrible situation. I feel horrible for these women. If this did happen, this spanned over, I want to say over 10 to 15 years. these were young guns getting rich quick. What's the message here?
Starting point is 01:38:27 The truth always comes out whether it's these guys whether it's Harvey Weinstein whether it's Bill Cosby work They're gonna deserve their day in court, but if you do messed up your day's coming yeah, and we're gonna see what happens here, but It's a tough situation for everyone. You know what really pissed me off about that, thanks Tom, because I know you wanna say something, is the fact that allegedly you've done all this stuff
Starting point is 01:38:51 and getting the texts from the girls and all that stuff, and then you wanna come to court and look at the judge and say, hey, but can you feel bad for me for a second? My wife is about to have our first, was it a daughter? It's like, think about, if this is true, how many daughters have you ruined their lives and you want leniency so you could put yours into this world?
Starting point is 01:39:09 I'm happy that she's like, no, no, no, have your judge talk about it. Tom. So remember these are allegations under an indictment. And an indictment says the government believes there's enough of that evidence to bring against you to get rolling.
Starting point is 01:39:24 What I thought was really odd here, I don't know these guys guys, by the way, Adam, when you read like that, you know, you're about to get subpoenaed. What you just did, you and that girl are going to get subpoenaed. And sometimes you don't want to be part of the, no, I'm saying you are, I mean, you're in good shape though. It's like you, you are. It's nothing what I'm saying. There's someone in Miami's moving on. Tom, typing it up right now. Technically what you just did was section five paragraph three. I got a text message on my phone from a witness. Let me read it to you. Not a witness. A woman
Starting point is 01:40:01 who heard something from okay. Okay. Jesus Christ. Now you brought her friends into it. So this is going to be the subpoena party at Adam's house. So what I was looking at is the fed. I don't even know. I don't even know where a value taming pin and course. Exactly right. And then Mr. Sosnick, I got to ask you, Tom mentioned that you were doing battery on the sixth floor. It was like he'd made it up. No, no, no. But that was fabrication.
Starting point is 01:40:32 That was your friend that you hit with the Jack Daniel's bottle. Got the facts straight. No, what I found odd about this, remember they went through and on Diddy case and Diddy was not given bail and they said we are concerned about his access to the witnesses and we are concerned about his ability and flight risk. That was the two things. They said that these are indictments, you know Mr. Combs is not guilty and you know we're going to go to trial with this but we're worried that he has all the capabilities that he would need to be a flight risk, and we don't want him to be out to intimidate witnesses
Starting point is 01:41:10 because there's violence that had been involved in this. Remember that? So in this indictment, you're reading about, when you read false imprisonment, kidnapping, and things like that, you're saying, you know, someone was holding you down, you were being restrained. That's what's in the indictment the first judge that you saw him when he was wearing a Believe that's a bullet-proof vest. I think that's a yeah, that means that means parents and father
Starting point is 01:41:36 I don't know but it appears to be and so he's in he's in court with that and That one judge is saying this was dangerous and this was violent. What I'm reading here in my obligation is to deny bail. That's my obligation here. And so she says, but now a Miami judge comes back and says, oh, well, two million for you, three million for you, and we'll accept collateral as your dad's house. That just seemed to be odd to me
Starting point is 01:42:06 that bail was granted in this case. Why do you think it was? Is it because they're known in Miami? I wonder. First of all, they've got the best of the best representing them, whoever that is. They've got the best criminal attorney that money can buy in Miami,
Starting point is 01:42:21 because they've got the money to get that person. And by the way, if you have the money, you want the best that there is, because hey, I'm under indictment. I'm not guilty until we go to court and the jury decides. And so it's kind of weird that they get bail and Diddy doesn't. When they've got access to aircraft,
Starting point is 01:42:39 they've got a lot of money, and the indictment contains multiple references to foreign countries, where some of the stuff allegedly took place. So wouldn't you think, oh, they could just hop a plane to a foreign country, they have the ability to do that. These are the three, Rob? Yeah. So you know what's interesting to me?
Starting point is 01:43:04 So pull up this guy, Darren Sharper. Do you guys remember who that guy was? Football player? Football player. Yeah. Do you know what happened with him? Denver Broncos? He was with New Orleans Saints.
Starting point is 01:43:13 Do you remember this guy? Pull up an image of this guy. This is the most interesting thing to me. And this is kind of a Bill Cosby type thing. Here's this guy, he was in a Super Bowl. He won a Super Bowl. He was a stud at his time. He was a stud. He was a pro bowler. Super good looking guy. Maybe find a better looking picture. This guy could get any chick he wanted. He's a NFL player living in Miami. And a girlfriend of mine was actually seeing him at one point.
Starting point is 01:43:44 This is 10 plus years ago. And I'll never forget this story. I swear to God you're gonna get subpoenaed again So be careful all I can do is be honest Radically transparent she says yeah last night. I hung out with so-and-so This guy I said okay She goes. I don't feel so good today And we were having lunch. I was dating her friend at the time. And we're having lunch. She goes to the bathroom, pukes.
Starting point is 01:44:11 She comes back and goes, what's going on? I just said, I don't feel so good. We know nothing. We don't have a reason why. And then she starts telling me, yeah, you know, I see him every once in a while, you know, you know, I think we're dating. And I just said, listen, I'm going to, I'm going to be just straight up with you. You ain't his girl.
Starting point is 01:44:28 You're on his roster straight up. What do you mean? We like each other. I'm just letting you know. I know who he is. I know he runs with you're just a, you're a, you're one of the chicks on his roster straight up. You're on the bench.
Starting point is 01:44:40 I don't know if you're on the starting five. Turns out, lo and behold, this guy was drugging and raping women all throughout Miami and he went to jail for how many years? Robert, if you can find it. But why would you need to do that is my point. How many years? 30 years. 30 years. Okay. This is because of the NFL pro bowlers, super bowl winner. Good looking guy. Absolute stud. Why sick? You're sick. You're sick. And the devil got you. That's how there's some power. Yeah. Pro Bowler, Super Bowl winner, good looking guy, absolute stud. Why sick? Why? You're sick and the devil got you. That's how or something.
Starting point is 01:45:07 There's some power. Yeah. For states that he was, I don't know, Tom, I'm not trying to get your opinions here. It's evil. But what I'm saying is you don't need to do that. Why do you resort to these measures? These Alexander brothers, look at the pictures, these twins, good looking guys, millionaires, the twins are obviously the two on the left in the middle.
Starting point is 01:45:24 The other guy look good looking guys Right. No, you don't need looks crazy. He fits the profile if I have to get here So Orin is in the middle Alana's on the left tall who's the second? When you're when you're rich when you're good-looking you don't need to do this Yeah, but that's so it makes me wonder something Especially and this is all allegations. What's going on in the family?
Starting point is 01:45:49 Not one, not two, not three are all doing this? Who are their parents? Who are these guys parents? Are they known? They're not known. They're just real estate developers and they also own a security company. The biggest thing to me is like, why do this? You don't need they, I mean, I'm just going to say this because it's all out there. There
Starting point is 01:46:09 was a yearbook story about when they graduated high school about they said my favorite memory from high school is when we used to play with choo choo trains, aka like read the lines between there. There's something weird going on here. Bill Cosby, Bill Cosby was America's dad. He was the most famous guy on TV. Any girl would have slept with him. Why drug? I don't understand. I don't know about it.
Starting point is 01:46:34 I don't get it. You cross the line a little bit. Anybody would have slept with Bill Cosby? No. No, no, no. But look, I get what you're saying. This guy, my story with this guy was he just gave me vibes of the types of people that were the annoying
Starting point is 01:46:50 rich kids in high school. We were looking at a property in Boca, he comes up to show it to us, it's a $25 million property, it's a beautiful property. I think I even took you one time to see the property. And then I made an offer, whatever, I made a, they had it at 25 million, I made a $60 million offer.
Starting point is 01:47:07 He comes back and lowers it to 24.5. It's an asshole move. Guess what I said, I'm out. So then they start calling, saying, no, no, no, no, no, they're open, I'm like, I'm out. I'm telling you, I'm out. Okay, and then another lady who is very well known upon beach as a realtor she says hey
Starting point is 01:47:27 Would you entertain the 20 million dollar offer? I said I would entertain a 20 million honor offer She's well, you know, they're saying they would like but now they're saying 225. I said I'm out I just told you guys you keep playing games This guy plays game not my type of guy when he said the we went to, I didn't go to an event with him. Ken Golden, who invited us to an event to look at couple Spider-Man, what do you call it? Comic books. Yeah, like Conor's Wagner Cart,
Starting point is 01:47:58 and I went to a collectible event that others were there. And he comes up and he says, man, you missed out on the opportunity. I said, don't tell me you missed out. You just sold it for 17 million. I was right. He's like, oh, oh, oh, no, no, no. I said, so you're that guy.
Starting point is 01:48:12 I don't know this guy. I know nothing about the credibility of all this. What I do know the credibility of being a, that spoiled brat, whatever, whatever, that annoying types of guys that you are. Listen, if you're telling me this stuff, stories, 40 cases, we spend more time on this story than we need to, there's a couple stories here
Starting point is 01:48:34 for whoever's watching, okay, because let's see whatever the lesson is. How painful that is on the father. You know how painful this is on the father and the family? Think about the pain of the father, like how hard you've worked to build this legacy. And now every dinner he goes to, every restaurant he goes to, everywhere they go, employees, executives, investors, how are your sons?
Starting point is 01:48:56 I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. The last 10 years of his life, whatever age this man is, he's gonna be living with this. Let's just say these habits weren't passed on from him, and they picked it up from others. That is a very painful experience for parents to be going through.
Starting point is 01:49:17 And on top of that, guys, some of you guys that are watching this, you're younger, you're 18, 22, 25, whatever age you are, dude, it's end of the year, guess what? Check your friends list. Fire the bottom 50% who have bad habits. You're one bad event away from getting caught in some stupid events like this as well.
Starting point is 01:49:36 It's time to fire half of your friends. The bottom third needs to go. If the attitudes are not in the right place, if they're not living by the right values and principles, if they're screwing up, if they're doing drugs, if they're doing some stupid things, eliminate those friends. They can destroy your life. One bad association in your life can destroy your life. I've seen it happen one too many times. One quote, my favorite quote of all time is Jack Bogle. He says, this guy, Bill Vanguard,
Starting point is 01:50:03 one of the biggest asset managers. Multi-billionaire. When he died in his late 90s, he says, this guy built Vanguard, one of the biggest asset managers. Multi-billionaire, when he died in his late 90s, they said, what's your one wish? He said, I wish that when I die, my reputation stays intact. No matter what you do in life, what they say in Gladiator, it echoes through eternity. This is your name forever now.
Starting point is 01:50:20 Allegedly. All right, so let's move on, okay, let's go to the next one until, we got a few people here outside about to do, so if you know what I'm like. But let's, so Dow plunges more than 1100 points and marked its longest streak since 1974, a CNN story here.
Starting point is 01:50:37 And this happens when, right after they cut the rate. So the Dow Jones drops 1123, 2.6%, marking its 10th consecutive losing session, the longest streaks in 74, President Gerald Ford. This follows the Federal Reserve's projection of only two interest rate cuts in 2025 compared to previous, the anticipated four. Jay Hatfield, CEO of Infrastructure Capital Advisor, described the Fed's actions as hawkish cut, a signal in prolonged tight monetary conditions.
Starting point is 01:51:05 The S&P 500 Nasdaq composite dropped 3% and 3.6% damn, respectively as investors reacted to the Fed share Jerome Powell's comments. Futures data showed a dramatic shift in expectations with a 98% predicted chance of a January rate cut plummeting to 6%. Wow! From 98% to 6%, Chris Zacharelli, CIO at Northlight Asset Management said markets were underwhelmed by the likely future paths of interest and while this is taking place, guess what happens with mortgage rates when this announcement was made?
Starting point is 01:51:43 Mortgage rates surged following the Federal Reserve rate cut with the average lender increasing rates by.2%, pushing the top tier conventional 30 year fixed rate back above 7%. The spike was unrelated to the actual cuts as drone prowl. We moved pretty quickly to get to here and I think going forward, obviously, we're moving slower and that is what scared the crap out of everybody.
Starting point is 01:52:04 Tom, thoughts. Well, everybody thought that it was gonna be a party that went all the way back down to cheap money. And what the Fed is saying is it's gonna be cheaper money at a responsible level. And that responsible is defined by the Fed. One man's responsible is another man's unreasonable. So, okay. So what the Fed did is they's responsible is another man's unreasonable. So, okay, so what the
Starting point is 01:52:26 Fed did is they came out and said, hey, look, we've given you a full 1%, a quarter, a half and a quarter, you know, this should really help out businesses. That's a full percentage point down on that. But the mortgages haven't responded because the bond market is following that. And that is because the demand for mortgages is not there And so there is no incentives for the banks to compete with each other and there's nothing to push the bonds down at the moment and so Right now it's I look this morning for seven fifty credit on a 30 year fix. I was seeing six eight seven five so again, just like the article said, almost 7%.
Starting point is 01:53:06 And you know, me and many others were thinking that the end of this year we could be at 5.875, 6 and an eighth, but it's not happening because the number of homes that are available, the inventory is still down. So if there's not a lot of homes available for sale, then there's not a lot of demand for mortgages. And if there's not a lot of demand for mortgages, why would the banks sort of compete against themselves and there's nothing to move the bonds? So for next year, would he saying,
Starting point is 01:53:35 ah, we only see about two cuts. But remember, this year they were thinking that there could be up to six in the second half of the year and there's only been four. So tomorrow's another year and tomorrow's another day. We will see what the economy brings next. We will see what the Secretary of Treasury does when approved and get to put their policies and their tax package together in April.
Starting point is 01:54:00 We will see about that. And as of right now, the market was looking forward to really cheap money next year. They are now being spooked. It's a buying signal right now, folks. It is a time, to me, talk to your RIA or read your articles and go to your Schwab account or your Robinhood account, make your own decision.
Starting point is 01:54:20 But usually a drop like this is a buying signal because you know you've got the market is spooked and we're also coming to year end tax harvesting. So that's what's going on. So the relationship between Trump and Jerome Powell is a tricky one. So the Fed is supposed to be independent. It's supposed to be a political, right? So taking you back for the last couple of decades, you know, Alan Greenspan and Bill Clinton, okay, separate. All right, good. George W. Bush, Ben Bernanke, Obama, Janet
Starting point is 01:54:56 Yellen, and then Trump, he brings in Jerome Powell and Trump does what Trump does. He stirs the pot. I Rob actually sent you this. He tweeted about Jerome Powell, his own nominee, who is now chairman of the Fed. He asked the following question. My only question is who is the bigger enemy, Jerome Powell or chairman? She who's the bigger enemy to America? Do you remember when he did this tweet you can pull it up rob i texted you buddy this was august 23rd of 2019 i texted you rob so trump messes with
Starting point is 01:55:33 the fed and do you know when powell's term is supposed to be up it's in may in 2026 there was a a hearing where drone pal was speaking and this very recent, they said, chairman Powell, do you plan on finishing out your term? Do you plan on if Trump fires you or if Trump wants to see you go, will you stay? He goes, I'm staying. I'm not leaving. It's basically his version of Wolf of wall street. Like I'm not leaving.
Starting point is 01:56:02 I'm not going anywhere right now. Do you have that? I'm looking for I'm not going anywhere right now do you have that uh text Rob I texted to you buddy but the point is whether Trump will replace Powell or not we'll see what happens but the Fed is supposed to be independent and apolitical but Trump does what Trump does and just kind of gets involved and I don't think that... Well, that meeting hasn't happened yet, right? The two of them meeting.
Starting point is 01:56:28 And the part you have to realize is that Trump's background is what? How did he make his money? Real estate. Okay, so there's a few things he did when he became a president. Remember the tax write-offs, Tom, on how it was limited to a certain amount of money
Starting point is 01:56:41 back in the, like the bigger houses could get a bigger write-off. He limit, do you remember that oh yeah? Yeah, and then and I had a trickle-down effect because on your you could only take it hurt, California Yeah, cuz you could only take so much of your home interest because the federal government said no no no there's gonna be a limit Of how much interest deduction and that's right tax exempt which hurt rich people in blue states Which hurt rich people in blue states which hurt rich people in blue states so you kind of like whoa what was that all about I thought you know you're
Starting point is 01:57:09 rich real estate guy that understand us other rich people so this whole thing about all the things he does is about rich he it's not necessarily a hundred percent true he understands real estate the other thing that's gonna be happening is the following. Remember this. How do you cause Congress to pay attention? How do you cause certain laws to change? How do you cause certain cities to pay attention? The other day, Sonos, which the worst update ever, I love Sonos until they did this recent
Starting point is 01:57:40 change and even their own employees don't like what Sonos was doing. I got online and I'm like, look, this is the worst thing ever. I said, what's a good replacement? There was another tweet I put before this because I first gave them an opportunity when I asked about Sonos. So I asked about something about Sonos. I said, hey Sonos, I'm having a hard time with this upgrade. Can somebody help me out?
Starting point is 01:58:02 Is anyone else having problems with Sonos? We love Sonos and had it all at our home and latest absolute sucks and we can only listen to Sonos radio and not our own music. Even our local AV companies can't fix it. Does anyone know how to fix it? Sonos reaches out to me. I give a phone number to call and email. They don't follow up for one week.
Starting point is 01:58:20 So then finally I put this next tweet. What's a good replacement to Sonos? We're getting rid of all our Sonos products at our buildings, their app, new app sucks, customer service is lazy, fake at best. Not surprised why their market cap dropped from 5 billion in 2021 to 1.7 billion today. Look at the amount of views it gets, it gets 1 million. So then they start responding to other people bitching about Sonos and the people say, don't respond to me.
Starting point is 01:58:43 If you can't fix PBD's Sonos system, what are you going to do with mine? I don't trust you. So they're kind of going through this. Eventually the guy calls, talks to Jen, they fixed the Sonos system. It's pretty complicated, but the guy was able to help out. And the guy that's helping Jen out says, hey, just to be honest with you, we are not fans of the new update. It's making us have to work twice as hard because it was easier to work before.
Starting point is 01:59:05 Even Sonos knows that, right? But guess what? Public pressure got Sonos to pay attention to a couple of these updates and do something about it. When one of Trump's next three to-do lists becomes interest rates, you're going to see Jerome Powell get the kind of pressure he's never gotten from millions of people to lower rates. You'll see. And you know when I predict that'll happen? Q2 of next year. Q2. End of Q1, beginning of Q2 next year you're gonna see Trump put the kind of pressure on Jerome Powell you've never seen before. Okay? That's my... and it's gonna be Ilan, Vivek, you know, Trump, everybody. It's gonna be everybody going after it,
Starting point is 01:59:47 similar to what happened with Justin Trudeau that he says, hey man, I may be stepping down. It's gonna be that kind of pressure, Tom. Well, remember you said we're gonna have the year of investigation and all that. Q2 of next year, I agree with you, Pat, because I have flagged that. And I've just in my mind as you were sitting here, I've come up with a word for it.
Starting point is 02:00:04 Q2 of next year, April 1st to June 30th, after everybody's been confirmed and a new tax plan, I think this is going to be the quarter of change. And I think there's gonna be massive changes in so many areas. Or it's gonna be the quarter of coping, right? It's gonna be the quarter of coping because all the cabinet members are gonna be in there
Starting point is 02:00:26 pushing buttons, moving levers, and doing things. But Q2 of next year, we're gonna have a year of Washington, D.C. just in Q2 of next year. Well, I can't wait. Yeah, I mean, listen, change is coming. It's just right now they're sitting there and they're like, we don't need to give power pressure right now, but we will soon.
Starting point is 02:00:43 But not right now. Let's kinda let him enjoy Christmas. You think he's going to keep his job until May of 2026? I think he can keep his job, but he needs to kind of play ball. If he doesn't, he's going to get a lot of pressure, a lot of pressure. Let me get to the next story here. Pornhub. Uh-oh.
Starting point is 02:01:00 Tom, are you ready? Set to block all Floridians from assessing accessing their site on January 1st Now keep in mind. We had the new owners of porn hub on Solomon Friedman and Another one of their people but then I had Layla Mikkelweight from the lady who is from Rob What is that website called for Layla Mikkelweight? Trafficking hub trafficking hub comm she got nearly 2.5 million signatures to prevent access a point up because a bunch of videos that were there from teenagers and all this other stuff.
Starting point is 02:01:33 These have 54 million videos. I think they removed 91 94 percent of videos. They're down to like 5 million videos left on Pornhub, which Adams watch every single one of them. Well, I mean, listen, I don't want to be competitive's extremely competitive. But Pornhub, on my ILO, will block all Florida users starting January 1st. New law, HB3, requiring adult websites to verify users ages via photo ID or face $50,000 fine. ALO stated that complying with similar laws such as Louisiana led to an 80% traffic drops as users and I told the owner I said it's gonna drop 90% because what I asked them is I say here's what you need to do this so we're not gonna do that. Turn to
Starting point is 02:02:11 unregulated site which don't take user safety seriously and make the internet more dangerous for adults and children. Florida joins other states like Texas Idaho and Oklahoma and being blocked by Pornhub over laws, ALO emailed, noted, these people did not stop looking for porn, they just migrated to dark corners of the internet, underscoring the ineffectiveness of the law. Rob, do you have a clip of what's going on with Pornhub? I tell you, I mean, last time we went to Pornhub,
Starting point is 02:02:40 we can't, Rob, we can't go to Pornhub.com again. That was a problem. But go ahead and go to this clip here. Hi, I'm Sherita Bill. As you may know, your elected officials have required us to verify your age before granting you access to our website. While safety and compliance are at the forefront of our mission, giving your ID card every time you want to visit an adult platform is not the most effective solution for protecting our users.
Starting point is 02:03:07 And in fact, will put children and your privacy at risk. In addition, mandating age verification without proper enforcement gives platforms the opportunity to choose whether or not to comply. As we've seen in other states, this just drives traffic to sites with far fewer safety measures in place. Very few sites are able to compare to the robust trust and safety measures we currently have in place. In order to protect children and user privacy, any legislation must be enforced against all platforms offering adult content. The safety of our users is one of our biggest concerns. However, the best and most effective solution for protecting children and adults alike
Starting point is 02:03:52 is to identify users by their device and allow access to age. So question for you guys. Adam, I'll come to you first. You know, as somebody who specializes in this website, for you, do you think this is a fair decision to make to have people show their ID before they're gonna watch some porn? On this particular site?
Starting point is 02:04:16 Any site. Okay this is gonna shock you guys but I do the real thing in real life. I don't have to resort to these drastic measures. However, I do have some stats for you. By the way, to answer your question before you say what's your point, if you're interested in watching porn, you're going to find it one way or another. That is true. Like whether it's this site or the other site, I don't even know. And that's the discussion I had with Leila Mikkelwood to say if they don't go to Pornhub,
Starting point is 02:04:43 they're going gonna go somewhere. My concern is the underage videos that you have, you know, that somebody is selling to them, how do you get rid of all of that and the Pornhub CEO and the lady that was here, they couldn't answer that. I don't know, but what I will tell you is, as I always say here, FTM, follow the money, here's a little fun stat for you. The porn industry generates more money per year than the NFL, the NBA, and MLB combined. Almost $100 billion a year. LeBron James, Steph Curry, Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Judge, no, pornos. So 93% of boys and 62% of girls watch porn before turning 18, according to US stats.
Starting point is 02:05:29 69% of men and 40% of women watch porn each year, 44% of men and 11% of women have watched porn in the last month. Here's the thing with porn though, and I said this all the time, that men, specifically young men that watch porn, it's a quick dopamine fix, I would assume, right? But the numbers show that you're destined to be lonelier, more insecure, more dissatisfied, more dissatisfied, more anxiety, more depressed. So it's sort of like a get rich quick thing. In the end, it doesn't help you at all.
Starting point is 02:06:02 So put down the phone and get out there in real life, gentlemen. Tom. Well, Adam just talked about, you know, reality and that is the reality that porn doesn't help. Um, so that's all I'll say about that. And I think everybody knows where I stand when it comes to enforcement. I mean, let's just say this is like a speed limit law, and they're only going to pull over people with Corvettes.
Starting point is 02:06:32 But the Ferraris and Lamborghinis and the Porsches are still doing 80 miles an hour in I-95. But if you're in a Corvette, we're gonna pull you over. And so I do agree that if they're going to enforce this because miners are getting access to it Then they got them. They got to find a way to make it universal But it's very hard to do that with the dark web and a VPN You know, you know, that's that's all there is to it so You either have to play, you know, that's that's all there is to it so
Starting point is 02:07:06 You either have to play, you know You know whack-a-mole for your Are you're trying to shut down every one? Yeah, right or you've got to make a universal way to do it and No one is gonna like Universal porn enforcement because it's going to give the government a tool that they could use to say, well, that does it. We now need universal conservative religious enforcement and we need free speech enforcement. The pendulum swings when the wrong person is in the White House or in power someday
Starting point is 02:07:40 and they will use that tool. So that makes me nervous. Right now, forget that it's Pornhub, forget that all the stuff that's there. This is one company in an industry that is being pulled over for speeding and being told now you have to put a rev limiter on your car, dot dot dot. Meanwhile, there's all these other companies
Starting point is 02:08:03 freely operating out there, so what do you do about that? Tom, you really know your stats on this. You can use the word whack-a-mo on a lot of different stories. When we're talking Pornhub, you say whack-a-mo. And then tools. I just don't think it's appropriate. A lot of tools. Vinnie, go ahead.
Starting point is 02:08:19 And the horizontal mambo. I thought I was saying whack-a-ho. A little bit of Monica. Oh, whack-a-ho. A little bit of Tom. Vinnie, go. Well, I agree with Tom in that, like, listen, showing I thought I was saying Well, I kind of I agree with Tom and that like like listen showing your ID to watch porn when you can watch it anywhere I was by the way first I'm still confused who spends money on these sites if you want to go to a porn you just put something and you just
Starting point is 02:08:38 Vinny's gonna hit him with a save that money save that money But he but here's the thing showing your ID your ID. More money than the NFL, man. That's insane. That attaches your face, your name, your identification to what you're watching. Who knows what the hell they're gonna do with that? But my thing goes to what you were talking about, Pat, is that if they can't crack down on the underage people
Starting point is 02:08:59 that are on there and having sex, then that's, I mean, that's just, it's just evil to me all around. You don't need to be watching like Adam said why are you watching people have sex go have it your damn self yeah okay so let's go to the next story 14 not until marriage though guys come on everyone knows that 14 detained in armed Aurora Colorado home invasion are likely illegal gang members Rob if you have a clip I'll read this and we can go to Aurora police is this this is
Starting point is 02:09:23 this a gentleman that's speaking here's Go ahead and play this clip here, Rob. It was a male and a female. They were accosted by approximately 13 to 15 armed individuals. They were pistol-whipped, they were beat, they were mistreated. The male was actually stabbed, had a stab wound. So does that fall in the category of torture for me? Yeah, it does. There is a high assumption that they may be affiliated or affiliated with the TDA gang.
Starting point is 02:09:48 I had a discussion with an individual from the White House, and that occurred back on September the 23rd, I believe. And that person basically told me that, hey, once these immigrants get across the border, that's all we really care about. And to me, that's a problem. Wow. Those are powerful words. That was the police chief in Aurora, Colorado, detailing a nightmare inside the walls of
Starting point is 02:10:09 an apartment complex known to be home to members of that notorious Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua. More than a dozen suspects breaking into an apartment where they tied up, pistol-whipped, and even stabbed two innocent victims. I can barely believe it as we say it. Tom. Wow. So the gangs that didn't exist, that weren't squatting in apartments, that was overblown and was a fake story like people eating cats in Ohio turns out to be real. Oh, my goodness.
Starting point is 02:10:48 And during the election season, they said this was overblown and this was this was this was BS and this is conservative. Guess what? How many times do we need to see things coming true to to to to to really, you know, lose your mind over this? This is this is disgusting. You know, this is the this is the police chief saying, I called the White House to talk about it and say, well, all we wanted them is over the border.
Starting point is 02:11:14 You know what? This is a pre-credits. You know what? This is what they want. They want to get rid of the electoral college. They want it to just be popular vote and they want to import votes. If they can't manufacture votes and manufacture citizens Yeah, I'll just give a Little flip angle to this thing Shout out to the police man
Starting point is 02:11:33 I mean shout out to the boys in blue and our men and women in law enforcement what they have to deal with on a Daily basis and then to that we have no freaking idea Whether it's legal gangs, you know American Citizen Games Bloods and Crips, whatever it is whether it's legal gangs, you know, American citizen games, Bloods and Crips, whatever it is, whether it's illegal this trendy that I want to raga whether it's MS 13. How do you say it? Marasada? Okay. Uh, the police, they put their life on the line every single day. And, uh, just, this is coming from someone who wasn't exactly always a fan of the boys in blue because my only Incidents with cops was when I used to have a car back in the day
Starting point is 02:12:10 I got pulled over and got traffic tickets up. I got shit when you were part of that I was part of that gang gang, but they put their life on the line every single day and they have to deal with these criminal gangs Who shouldn't even be in the frick country. So respect to the police. Well, Adam, you're going to meet them soon because Tom put you on blast. They're actually outside waiting for you to go into deposition. But you know what's critical about the situation? Yeah, Tom, you mentioned it. Is Donald J. Trump specifically mentioned this during the debate in September with David Moore and what was the other girl? Lindsay
Starting point is 02:12:45 Davis. He said this exact thing and they both fact checked him live with Kamala and they're like no no no he's lying. Okay now the facts are undeniable and I mentioned this earlier with John who was on here. Guys this all stems back all these problems, every problem we have with illegals raping our freaking women, with fentanyl poisonings, with gangs literally taking over apartment complexes like they're invading a country, okay? All the illegals, now who knows what's in here, how many? I guess they said, I saw a podcast, over a thousand, this girl's an intelligence agent,
Starting point is 02:13:21 she said, there's over a thousand-qaeda members in the United States and they're just waiting for the sign this all goes back to Alejandro Mayorkas Pat and out of enemies that's my number one most despised person in our government because Biden has no idea what's going on it's Alejandro Mayorkas when he sits there with that with that stupid look because he knows he knows what he's doing and we're gonna pay the price we're gonna pay the price I believe that guy belongs in freaking prison for he had that guy right there has single-handedly make us made us unsafe he's people have died because of him and I hope to God he doesn't get the
Starting point is 02:13:56 protection that Fauci has for the rest of his life because they're gonna protect this guy because he needs it because of what he's done to this country Pat that's enemy number one is that guy right there. Well listen accountability is on its way. I hope to God. And the right people are hired that are gonna be trying to get to the bottom of this. Folks protect your families take care of them. This holiday season, Christmas season when you're with them do your part to offer that protection, the relationship. Give them a kiss, give them a hug. Enjoy that time together.
Starting point is 02:14:27 We will not be doing another podcast till after. No, we have one more. I thought we were doing remote stuff. No, no, hang on one second. Okay, my bad. I have an interview that I'm doing later on today. Is that going live tomorrow, Rob, or when is that going? No, that's gonna take some time
Starting point is 02:14:41 because we're gonna have to translate that. Because of the individual and who it is. Exactly, but we will be back live Thursday I believe that is the 26 or 27th of next week right the day after Christmas is when we're gonna be doing it You'll get the details. We'll get to you will do it. Well between now and then expect that interview to come out It'll be epic. I think it'll come out most likely Monday and Everybody else Merry Christmas. Enjoy the time with your family Go play steward with your Christmas gear,
