Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, episode 424, we're officially back from LA. There's a lot of things to talk about. Craziness, we got videos to share with you. We got a tweet, I gave a tweet about the history of LGBTQ that got some attention with, you know, Caitlyn Jenner retweeted it. We had a lot of other people that are kind of breaking it down saying, I can't believe you said this. Why would you say something like this?
Starting point is 00:00:49 I want to kind of read this to you, especially to those of you that are fathers that get one day per year to celebrate if you're lucky. And if you're mothers and you get one year per year if you're lucky. However, the LGBTQ community's got 140 plus days per year for us to celebrate, which is kind of weird for me. And I think it's a regular question to be asked. And so we'll talk about that today. Aside from that story wise, we got Oprah Winfrey is having stomach issues.
Starting point is 00:01:13 There's a bunch of lawsuits right now with Ozempic. I'll tell you about that story there. Rachel Maddow, a little bit heartbreaking when you see how she breaks down crying about Trump. But you got to see the clip. Chelsea Handler, I want you to watch this clip and tell me if this is racist or not. She's saying she's gonna check 50 Cent to make sure he doesn't vote out of line. Okay, Florida, right now, I don't know if you're following or not, the last 10, 12 hours,
Starting point is 00:01:38 there's some ships from Russia that are close to Cuba, but 25 miles of us I think it was at a hundred miles now you said it's around 25 miles away from us and the US the way they've reacted to it is pretty interesting today the board votes for Elon Musk to get his 56 billion dollars or not we're gonna see what's gonna happen with that but the shareholders especially the smaller one have said if this guy earned it and he said he was gonna do it, and he did it, pay the man his money. Okay, so I think he's gonna get paid his money today.
Starting point is 00:02:11 Kevin Spacey was on Piers Morgan. There was a couple interesting moments where he was asked about how much money he's got right now. He says, I have zero. And he also told a story about flying to the Epstein Island on the Lolita Express with Bill Clinton. He actually told this story. And obviously we have to talk about Hunter Biden, with what's going on there.
Starting point is 00:02:34 We have some stuff about why more American expats, expatriates, are renouncing their U.S. citizenship. 26% of Gen Z applicants bring in parents to job interview, 10,000 California fast food job cuts due to $20 minimum wage, authorities NAP, eight suspected terrorists with ties to ISIS and multi-city sting operation analysis, 75% of American job growth has gone to migrants since 2019. Elon Musk, there's some stories, a new Wall Street Journal story that came out. Interesting timing on when they dropped the story.
Starting point is 00:03:13 While he's trying to get paid for his $56 billion, they dropped that story. Apple introduces system-wide open AI, Apple Intelligence, and Elon Musk threatens the ban. A bunch of conversations about what if he starts his phone. Bricks Summit begins with goal of ditching the US dollar. Gen Z plumbers and construction workers are making blue collar cool, and majority of Gen Zers want to become entrepreneurs. In-N-Out hikes prices.
Starting point is 00:03:43 Thanks to California's new $20 minimum wage, CNN staffers fear layoffs, as network links Inc's deal with AP, Associated Press, earning $100,000 a year isn't enough to feel rich in the U.S. anymore. And Fed projects just one cut this year despite mild inflation reports. Aside from that, a couple other things. Johnson & Johnson's finally settling $700 million lawsuit. Nancy Pelosi was recorded saying some things about January 6th, that right afterwards, you have to go and press and kind of work and get it back where people are not overreacting. Some of you guys, if you are single
Starting point is 00:04:25 and you're pretty ambitious and competitive, we wanna introduce you to Miss Alabama. Hang tight for that because you know, just know a lot of people will be competing for it, but I think if you're competitive, you're like a value-tainter type of an audience, I think you'll appreciate those who wanna compete for it. And then an interview with Fannie Willis' ex-boyfriend
Starting point is 00:04:43 or maybe even current boyfriend, I don't know what the situation is there. They had to stop it in the middle of it because he just got out of line a little bit. I don't know if you saw this or not. We'll show this. Anyways, it's great to be back with you. We were in LA, a couple stories about LA before we get warmed up. We went to watch the movie Bad Boys, which by the way, I think if a movie theater has
Starting point is 00:05:07 those recliners, they have to keep it at least this much. Because if they go straight like this, there is no movie. You're taking a nap. I did. And I made the mistake of going a little bit too far. You and I both. And so I can't tell you how the movie was. I can tell you I took a nice 30 minute nap.
Starting point is 00:05:22 However, in the middle of the movie We're sitting there with me Vinny Tico Dilly and some bit a man in the front what kind of noises you making? Like we think he's having a seizure And by the way nobody gets up except Pat and me but good I get up I go up I'm like hey man and by the way, we're sitting sitting on this side He's on complete opposite side here in the front. I get up. I'm like dude. You good. What are you doing? We're trying to watch you just by himself. Yeah, he's by himself He's going like this Choke doing like a peewee. Are you good? No, he wasn't no maybe we're not Herman. I said you good
Starting point is 00:06:01 He says yeah, what's up? I said do we need to get you something? He says, yeah, what's up? I said, do we need to get you something? He says, yeah, why don't you give me some popcorn and ice tea. I'm like, all right, let me just get this guy out of here. So we get him out of the movie theater. We go outside and I'm like security, what are you guys gonna, and he's like, so when are you gonna buy me the popcorn and ice tea? I said, bro, it's not about popcorn and ice tea.
Starting point is 00:06:20 We're trying to watch a movie. You're disrupting the entire room. No one can watch a movie. What are you guys gonna, it take the security guy who is well? I first of all this dude was on drugs big time. He was homeless you could obviously tell know how we got in but secure We're like hey, we're security the security is four foot eight his gun is bigger than him, and he's just standing there like That's like is anybody gonna for me and pattern in freaking military mode and we're, you know, the kids are behind the hats on the front. Nobody that works there knows what to do.
Starting point is 00:06:49 This is on third street. Probably not. This is like, whatever is this third street? This guy, this guy's obviously on drugs, bro. His eyelashes are burnt because he's probably smoking in there and he burned his face. And that's why he's probably smoking in there and he burned his face that's why he's probably screaming but me and Pat kick into action they do they have no idea what to do with this guy so we finally bring the kids back in Sam saying by the door I'm sitting there you know watching they finally kick him out but it's like nobody knows what to do they can't talk to anybody and then what happens then we go outside we go outside again they kick the guy out we go outside we're walking around the entire third Street Promenade smells like pee like urine. It was absolutely disgusting
Starting point is 00:07:30 Yep, we used to go there every weekend when we were in LA. We'd go to Venice. We'd go this we go that time It was embarrassing. I can imagine how terrible the smell was you look like you want to say something from the theater Did did hunter at least say thank you for having up and show some concern for him? Well, if he was hunters brother brother he was a you know brother from another mother it's terrible I haven't been there in three years but three years ago we were there unfortunately for a funeral and we and the reception was over by Malibu you know afterwards where you bring food to the people's house and stuff and We decided to go through
Starting point is 00:08:07 Santa Monica and I said you want to just walk down third Street promenade We were at fond memories walking up and down and I had the same reaction you did walk up and down at certain points Of it. It's like what is that smell and this person at a store said you see the space between the two stores right here like that Little thin alley they go in there and they do their business all night long. I'm not doing the business they use it as an outdoor toilet and they have to come in in the morning and spray it. It was disgusting. It was absolutely disgusting. Just to maybe get a little substance out of this how many people were in this movie theater? Probably 16, 70. Is that a lot for this movie theater? I think it is. Yeah I would say a lot.
Starting point is 00:08:43 Okay because look you know the whole meme stop situation that everything's going on with GameStop everything's going on AMC You know when we were in Dallas in 2020, you're a big movie guy, dude I don't go to the movies ever I think I've gone to the movies more time the last few years when we've gone field trips It's about your payment for it with air the Nike and right movie sound of freedom Just a couple different movies that I've seen. I just don't go to the movies anymore. I went to the, on Lincoln Road, which is probably the most busy street in all of South Beach. I went with a good buddy of mine. He's actually trying to maybe buy the entire movie theater because he's basically his opinion is that movie theaters are done. And I said,
Starting point is 00:09:18 all right, interesting. And by the way, AMC stock is now $4 during COVID, almost $500 something. That was the GameStop situation. But imagine you have stock going from $5.50 to $4 ridiculous. I guess what's the... I went with my buddy to go see all these movie theaters. We went, it was a Wednesday night in Miami. I get it, it's not the weekend. We went in every single theater, two people here, one person there, five people here.
Starting point is 00:09:47 It was just dead, every single movie theater. So I guess my question is, what's the future of these movie theaters? I don't know, this homeless guy is doing his thing. I don't know, but I think the future of California is bleak because everywhere you went, we were walking down Beverly Hills just to kind of see what that market was like In Rodeo Drive and we would guys comes up to us looks at Vinny starts putting the record camera right in front of his face So tell me how your your Israel apologetic on your apologize That's what he says to
Starting point is 00:10:21 What yeah, I've sent on my head on his back and he's like Russian like like TMZ style shot and I'm my bro You don't even watch the show I go get the hell out of my face Are you wearing a PBT podcast shirt? Of course I am and then send us on my back and that's why I pissed me out I'm like bro, like do whatever the hell you want if I'm by myself But when there's children my sister was there my mom was there my yo back the hell up But he was like in a fan thing goes oh and you're here too. Like he was getting into paths This is more just indicative of what's going on in LA, California And I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like,
Starting point is 00:10:46 and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm like, and I'm whole different level. It's a different place. And it's a one night we're going out to have ice cream gelato in Beverly Hills. After we would eat, we'd go walk. Tom, you were there.
Starting point is 00:11:10 This was last night, actually. I think last night, no, two nights ago. In LA, in LA. In LA, we go to this place to have gelato. And we run into this of father and daughter. He's a, he follows the content closely and Jewish father, his daughter, they went through a divorce, him and his wife, his daughter just got accepted into UC Berkeley. And we start talking about Palestine, Israel. The exchange lasts 30 minutes. Dylan and Tikor, their Senna is there.
Starting point is 00:11:39 Another person comes, no Vinnie, I booked you. And then this literally we do a podcast for 30 minutes in the middle of the gelato store. It's only us. It's like 10 of us, 12 of us. And we're having this great conversation. Tico whispers to Vinny. Tico just whispers to me, he goes, Vinny, this is the last conversation I thought would be happening inside of a gelato place. Like, and by the way, it was a great conversation because she didn't see eye to eye with her dad. Pat's like, I want to come back to you in a year. Let's circle back to find out what- The other guy comes in, he says, you think that's just
Starting point is 00:12:09 happening at Berkeley? You should go to UCLA right now and see how embarrassing California is. Yeah, this was a separate guy that walked in and said, wait a minute, I know you guys and was listening and we were all polite to him, kind of motioned, do you need to walk by? And he said, no, I'm enjoying this. Yeah, he loved it. And he sat there and started talking to us.
Starting point is 00:12:24 He just sat there and started listening to the conversation. He just bought front rowrow seats. Yeah, the bottom line. What's going on in California? That's the bottom line. So by the way, so here's what I did and and father's mothers quick Shout out to you before we get into all these stories. Rob. Can you pull up this tweet? So and I Want to see how you're gonna feel about this if this upsets you good because it should This is something I wrote a couple days ago. The madness with Pride Month has to stop. We have Father's Day one day. We have Mother's Day one day. Yet we have March Bisexual Health Awareness Month, March 31st. International Transgender Day of Visibility, April 6th. Asexuality Day, first celebrated in 2021 visibility April 6th Asexuality day first celebrated in 2021 April 26. So you know clue April 6 is your day
Starting point is 00:13:08 Yeah, what happened Tom? I said, so if you have no clue April 6 is your day International lesbian visibility day May 17th international day against homophobia Biphobia and transphobia May 19th a gender pride day. May 22nd Harvey Milk Day. May 24th pansexual and panromantic visibility day. What the hell does that mean? June pride month entire month. July 6th, Omnisexual visibility day. July 11 through the 17 specifically one week non-binary awareness week. July 14th international non-binary day, July 16th international drag day, August 14th gay uncle day, verify this if you think it's a joke, September 16th
Starting point is 00:13:53 through the 22nd bisexual awareness week, September 23rd bisexual visibility day, October LGBT history month, October 11th national coming out day October 20th international pronoun day October 24th asexual awareness week November trans awareness month November 6 transgender parents day November 8 Intersex day of remembrance November 13 through the 19th trans awareness week November 20 transgender day of remembrance Are you tired yet December 8 pansexual pride day. Folks, it's only June. We still have to go through these days for the rest of the year. 145, roughly, out of 365 days dedicated to LGBTQ, that's 39.7% of the year.
Starting point is 00:14:38 Why? How did this make any sense? Meanwhile, we took God out from school, we took prayer out of school, we stopped saying the Pledge of Allegiance in school because that's offensive. Seriously, who's better for a healthy society? Promoting LGBTQ or marriage. Pro-family unit, husband and wives, if this is controversial, America has lost its mind. If the agenda is not to procreate, pushing LGBTQ agenda suppresses that. Gay men cannot procreate, folks. Lesbian couple cannot procreate.
Starting point is 00:15:09 No one cares if you're gay, lesbian, trans, or bi. What you choose to do with your body after you're 18 is your choice and we'll respect it. But this agenda must be accounted for why our national birth rate is the lowest it's ever been. America would be a powerhouse again if we flipped the script, using 145 days to promote the pro-family and give LGBTQ a day out of the year. This is enough that would get us back to 2.5 birthrate and produce a better society.
Starting point is 00:15:40 Feel free to tear apart this argument, but if you support it, have the courage to comment and retweet God bless may God bless us all anyways and this thing went all over the place with commentary agreeing disagreeing But you know what it was 99% of people that read this they were for it 99% of people said this is logical. How do you argue this? Okay, Tom your thoughts on this when we and by the way, we were at dinner This took us 15 20 minutes to write before we tweeted, and you were there at dinner with me.
Starting point is 00:16:07 We just proof-write it. Go ahead, Tom. No, I think it shows exactly what the agenda is. What the agenda is, and it's rooted all the way down. Here I go, here comes the rabbit hole. Get ready guys, we're jumping in. We go all the way down to Marxism, breaking the American family, breaking the unity of the American spirit and the American society, and you just keep coming. That is their strategy
Starting point is 00:16:31 here, keep coming. So the reason all these additional days keep coming, and you saw how duplicate of they were. International pansexual awareness day, international day of week of pansexual visibility. I don't know what the difference between awareness and visibility are, but you see they just day, international day of week of pansexual visibility. I don't know what the difference between awareness and visibility are, but you see they just keep coming, keep coming. This is the strategy, is to overwhelm the society with their agenda and where they want to take it. And this is how they're doing it. Vinny.
Starting point is 00:16:59 And by the way, I thought it was a joke when you first started listing them, like honestly, especially when you showed it to us. But here here's a misconception when you when you say when you put a tweet like that Tom and we know this Automatically the other side is like oh you're Trent. You're you have a phobia. You're scared. You're this no no especially with the pride Parade especially to happen in West Hollywood. What does you being butt-naked? Okay, sometimes you know your ass out twerking in front of kids just out What does that have to do with being proud of being gay gay people have I have been through so much to get to? We're like now in society you're equal you're chill. You could do whatever the hell anybody else can do Why do you have to sexualize it in the streets and like what does that have to do with being gay?
Starting point is 00:17:40 That's what I'm I get so confused because I'm like okay. You're gay do with being gay. That's what I'm, I get so confused because I'm like, okay, you're gay. Congratulations. Caitlyn Jenner with Transgender retweeted, gays against groomers. So we fully support this message. Exactly. That's what I'm saying. Yeah, because you don't have to be part of the community or not part of the community or part of the agenda to have common sense. So, you know, on the surface, I'm assuming you said 90 plus percent of the comments were positive. Yes. I'm assuming the comments that weren't, Pat's racist, Pat's sexist, he's homophobic,
Starting point is 00:18:09 he's anti-trans. This is actually the beauty of actually somehow owning your own media company, because there's a lot of people who probably want to say stuff like this, but their fear of getting canceled, losing their job, being demeaned or being basically called all sorts of names, everything with that. But what you're saying is actually accurate. You know, I brought this up. You tweeted this probably over the weekend, I want to say, because I brought it up to
Starting point is 00:18:33 a buddy of mine who's pretty high up in the democratic circles. And he goes, well, you know, the father's day and the mother's day, you gotta understand that those are national holidays. These aren't national holidays. I go, you know, cute caveat right there, but these things still exist, buddy. Let's, let's stay at the heart of the matter. There's all these ridiculous holidays. He read it and he said that he read it. He goes, well, I get it. But understand that the father's day, these are national holidays. I said, but bottom line is this, everything that's going on with
Starting point is 00:19:00 DEI and everything that's going on, there's corrections and there's over-corrections. Okay, cool. You know, after the Harvey Milk, everything that was going on in the gay activist movement, you know, I think it was Obama that made gay marriage legal, right? I think during his first term, he actually did not want to do that in his second term. Well, Obama didn't do it. It was a John Roberts decision. Which, thanks, under the Obama administration. Thanks, Tom. But it was Supreme Court under Obama that it happened. Correct. Correct. But the point is it's reached the point of peak over
Starting point is 00:19:32 correction where it should sure have a gay holiday. Sure. Have a gay pride month. Yeah. Every single thing. Now it's like, boom, boom, boom, boom. Enough's enough. If I was still in Hollywood right now, no joke, you'd be gay. I thought that's where you're going, because Vinny, that's not cool. I'm just telling you. I see you as this... Otherwise, Vinny, there's nothing wrong with it. Come on out. What?
Starting point is 00:19:54 It's today, today? It's the national coming out day, guys? Come on out. So like that tweet, I retweeted it. You realize if I was in LA and I was on a show and I retweeted that and they saw it in Hollywood, I would have been fired. You're finished. Think about it. they would have told me
Starting point is 00:20:06 take it down or you're fired. That's a great point. Wait till October 11th. Do it the right way. Alright guys, keep it in the closet till then. Listen, snacks, snacks. We had Gina Carano on and she got canceled for far less than that. Far less, it's great, obviously
Starting point is 00:20:22 but it's free speech only if you're part of the right agenda. Let me tell you what's great. I mean obviously but you know free speed, you know, you know only if you're part of the right agenda Let me tell you let me tell you what's what's great about common sense It always prevails common sense eventually prevails. Sometimes it takes a day Sometimes it takes an hour of a conversation with a person. Sometimes it takes a year sometimes take a decade Sometimes it takes 50 years, but trust me common sense prevails Sometimes it takes 50 years, but trust me, common sense prevails. It's undefeated. Common sense is purely undefeated.
Starting point is 00:20:48 Try to say whatever you want about common sense. It's eventually going to dominate the marketplace. By the way, a couple of things when you're watching this. So watch what's happening with common sense. Logan Paul just had Trump on. You know who represents Logan Paul? Some of the biggest representatives in Hollywood that are liberal and all this. This guy has Logan, he goes to Mar-a-Lago to interview Trump.
Starting point is 00:21:11 First of all, Trump's campaign, brilliant, brilliant move to get into this audience on TikTok. Whoever's idea was to get the president on TikTok, brilliant idea, whoever it was on the camp, you know who you are, credit to you, but have a name on. What has happened to America? People are kinda sitting there saying, look, I just wanna talk to the president. Okay, and look at Logan, 864,000 likes
Starting point is 00:21:33 to have the guy on his podcast. What does this tell you? His audience wants to have this guy on. Now, they've invited Biden, they've said no. They've invited him. He said yes, so maybe both of them will go, maybe both of them won't go on, but it is what it is. This is what I do wanna say. He had a good face is what it is. This is what I do want to say.
Starting point is 00:21:45 It's funny. This is what I do want to say to all the fathers out there. This is, is it Father's Day this weekend? By the way, Father's Day and Mother's Day is not a national holiday. It falls on a weekend. And Father's Day is almost always forgotten about, but not if you watch PBD podcast, because we respect you guys. You know why? Because it is so hard to be a father today. It is so hard to discipline We were having breakfast with Gavin O'Connor, right? The director of the
Starting point is 00:22:11 accountant or the warrior Stunned! His wife Brooke Burns, I believe if I'm saying the name correctly, she was from Shallow Hal Baywatch and we're having We're having breakfast for two and a half hours. Breakfast, yeah lunch. And their daughter, seven year old daughter is sitting there. The boys get out of line and all of a sudden I'm looking at Dylan and Tico because you know they're doing what boys do. And I'm checking them and I'm talking to them and you see the girl looks at me like this and they're just like, and she's like, wow.
Starting point is 00:22:47 I'm like, yeah, that's how you got to deal with boys with boys. But anyways, we're having this conversation and you see the value of great fathers. The entire conversation was how powerful and how much he loved his father. Crazy stories, but it's about fathers. If you're out there doing your part as a father, picking up your responsibilities, not giving it up to somebody else to do. You wake up every single morning thinking about how to raise better kids, thinking about how to raise better future leaders in the world.
Starting point is 00:23:17 I applaud you. I respect you. I want to tell you what we're doing this weekend, Rob. If you want to pull it up, we just launched a new wallet. This is a wallet I've been wearing for almost six months. This is the only, I gave up my Fendi wallet. I gave up all the fancy wallets. I wear the Valuetainment wallet.
Starting point is 00:23:32 I have it in brown and I have it in black. And this is how it works. You got cash in here, you put it very easy. Your ID here, you pull it out, credit card comes out. It's very simple. I keep my cards here, my credit cards here. This is all I need. It's leather, V attainment, officially launched. We have a limited supply. It will sell out just like the numbered hat sold out a couple weeks ago. Anybody for Father's
Starting point is 00:23:54 Day that orders one of these wallets gets a free hat, Future Looks Bright hat, for free. So place the order, limited supplies. you place the order brown or black, you get a hat being sent your way as well. If you have a father, you want to gift them something, gift them this wallet with the hat. And if you're married watching this, to all the ladies watching this, your husband loves the PBD podcast, order them this wallet for fathers and get a hat on top of it for free. Rob, they can go to VTMerch.com to see it and this is where the link is at. Rob, let's make sure we put the link below as well. For those of you that are watching the Spotify and Apple, go to VTMerch.com.
Starting point is 00:24:29 For the entire weekend of Father's Day, this will be there. However, I'm telling you, we don't have a lot of these. This is a few hundred of these wallets that we have. They'll be gone in no time. Okay, so let's get into it. Story I want to get into is Kevin Spacey, Pierce Morgan. I think it's kind of, you know, story was going all over the place. I don't know about you guys.
Starting point is 00:24:50 I watched a show. What is that one show that he had on Netflix? What was that? House of Cards? House of Cards. Amazing. And it's the only one where we're on our way, you know the story, we're on our way to go to Tuscany, Italy.
Starting point is 00:25:02 A guy named Carl D. Moss, whom I've never met. We're Facebook buddies. And he claims he's a Republican, but he always gives a Democratic argument. We'd always go back and forth. He said, you got to watch House of Cards. And then my dad says, you got to watch House of Cards. And in the end, I'm like, guys, I don't watch shows. I've never watched shows.
Starting point is 00:25:19 We're about to go to Tuscany, Italy. We're taking 50 of our guests to Tuscany, Italy, which was the most epic trip ever for different reasons. Those who were there know what I'm talking about., Italy, which was the most epic trip ever for different reasons. Those who were there know what I'm talking about. Tom, you were there. I won't even get into it. No comment. That night, I come home, 10 o'clock,
Starting point is 00:25:33 I sit there and I watch 12 episodes of season one House of Cards on no sleep. Then I get on a plane to go, I was glued to this show, it was ridiculous. Now, here's Kevin Spacey on Piers Morgan. Rob, which clip is this? Is this the one about Clintons or is this the one about him having no money? Backruptcy and losing his Baltimore home. I want you to watch this and I want you to tell me do you think this is acting or do you think this Vinny. Sorry. Well, it's funny you asked that question, because this week, where I have been living
Starting point is 00:26:15 in Baltimore is being foreclosed on. My house is being sold at auction. Really? So I have to go back to Baltimore and put all my things in storage. Really? So I have to go back to Baltimore and put all my things in storage. Really? So the answer to that question is I'm not quite sure where I'm gonna live now, but I've been in Baltimore for,
Starting point is 00:26:35 since we started shooting House of Cards there. So how long is that? I moved there in 2012. So this has been your home for 12 years? Well, not this particular place, but this place has been my home and Evan and Lucy's home since 2016. Why is it being full closed? Because I can't pay the bills that I owe.
Starting point is 00:26:56 Watch this. Are you facing bankruptcy? Been a couple of times when I thought I was going to file, but we've managed to sort of dodge it, at least as of today. How much money do you have? None. Really? Well, I mean, you know, you have some sense of legal bills.
Starting point is 00:27:27 I still owe a lot of legal bills. You're actually in debt? Yes. Do you want me to ask you how much you owe? In the millions. It's considerable. Millions? Many millions, yes.
Starting point is 00:27:49 The house itself is many millions. What are you going to do? Get back on the horse. You can pause it right there. Get back on the horse. Okay, so let me ask you. Tom, do you believe him or is that an act? Well, it's hard to believe any celebrity when they go on these apology tours and they go
Starting point is 00:28:09 on Oprah and they cry on Oprah and Tom Cruise jumps up and down on the couch and says he's in love. And we all sit back from all these episodes, all these things, Vinny, you know what I'm talking about. Yeah. And you see it, you just doubt the celebrity because they're all professional actors and they're trying to put the spin. The one thing Kevin's opened himself up for,
Starting point is 00:28:26 a lot of those things he's talking about are public filing. And if a multimillion dollar house in Baltimore with his name on it or the name of an LLC that he owns it under, that's why celebrities own homes usually, or a trust. You know, you could, it's, I believe him on that point because it would be so easy to disprove and go to the filing and saying,
Starting point is 00:28:44 you're full of crap, you're not being foreclosed on. So I think are the millions in legal bills? I believe that, but I think there's also some playing it here because he has a couple other homes. He's got one in New York. He's got one in Malibu, supposedly. So he's got assets. And so he may be asset rich, but cashflow poor and is deciding to walk on the Baltimore house simply because he can't do it and he's gotta pay the legal bills. So I believe about half of it, but I have a hard time with the emotion
Starting point is 00:29:12 when celebrities do this. Vinny, what do you think? Because there's just so easy to doubt. I did a video where I'm crying about Red Lobster on my Instagram. And I mean, people were furious because I'm an actor. That is, he is, let me explain something say I've watched House of Cards the whole until he
Starting point is 00:29:27 Was till they took him on the last season He's one of the best and even this is the this is the thing without a pack. He's so sick He even though how many sexual assault yeah touching book? People are like well. He's still he's so good people kind of tend to forget He was making reportedly five hundred thousand per episode on house of cards per episode He was in for six or seven seasons. He's worth. I think in 2017 at least a hundred million dollars It's acting baby. I don't know where all this money is going if he's paying off all these people that were what is this? Oh, Robbie house cards star was worth 60 million with the
Starting point is 00:30:04 I think I think it's an act, I think, especially with this documentary, if you guys haven't seen it. Do you think he is wealthy? I think he is wealthy. You think he has money? I think he has, here's my question to you. 100 million dollars he's made in 2017.
Starting point is 00:30:18 What do you think he was doing with that money? You think he was just sitting on it and? Where did he live when he made that money, Baltimore? I think he was in Baltimore. Okay, so assume half of it is gone. Okay, let's go 50. Okay, so then you have 50, then you're living a lavish lifestyle, you're buying big houses, legal fees, you ain't working, you're spending like money's gonna be coming in every single year. Trust me, money goes by very, very quickly. Very quickly. Now, I don't know if he's got zero. I don't know that. But money goes very, very quickly. Adam, what do you think?
Starting point is 00:30:52 Well, Hollywood, pay attention because your boy, he still got it. So it's so I fell for it. I fell for it. I was like, Oh man, Kevin Spacey. Oh, he's an actor. Oh, yeah, he got me. Yeah, he's apparently that's what actors can do. But do you think he's acting? Yeah. Well, he's an actor. Okay, I fell for it guys. Almost like the Russia collusion that you got me again. Hollywood legacy media. You did it again. This guy won best actor, the Oscar Academy award for American beauty, best supporting actor for verbal Kent, usual suspects, Kaiser. So as a verbal Kent, he was the bad guy in seven. Amazing, amazing. Short roll, but freaking unbelievable. A house of cards, LA confidential, um, in horrible bosses. He played the worst
Starting point is 00:31:46 boss ever. Um, yeah, I would not be surprised if he put this thing on Pierce Morgan on his reel. Hey Hollywood, your boy still got it. Let me get a job. The beauty of this guy is he's obviously a gifted actor. He's obviously talented. Is Hollywood going to accept him back because he is the only guy that I can understand that I can think of that got me to by me toing men. Right? Everyone that, you know, the Harvey Weinstein, the world, the ditties of the world, the R Kelly's of the world, everything that's going on out there. It's all women. So I don't know. I think there's a little leniency to men. Women are treated a little bit more delicately than dudes.
Starting point is 00:32:25 I don't feel bad, especially if it's all these guys that came forward and were like, dude, if you watch the documentary, he was cornering guys, he was taking advantage of people. But, bro, how many cases has he had, especially overseas, where like he's had to go to court and he has to pay, yeah, he's innocent, but he has to pay in civil lawsuits for these people. But it's like, bro, and I'm sorry, great actor, but the hell with you. Okay, I want you but the hell with you. And that's important. I want you to watch his next clip.
Starting point is 00:32:46 Play the next clip on him talking about Epstein and Clinton and, yeah, just watch this here. In 2015, I started seeing reports online, things on my Twitter account that I had flown to this guy, Jeffrey Epstein's island, and I had abused young girls. And I was like, I mean, if you'd asked me in 2015, maybe even if you'd asked me in 2002,
Starting point is 00:33:14 did I know a guy named Jeffrey Epstein, I probably would have said no. Well, of course I have since learned who he is, and I have since been able to go back and find out that the airplane that we flew on for this humanitarian mission was owned by Jeffrey Epstein, and to then learn, oh, he was actually on some of those flights, and this Maxwell woman was on some of those flights.
Starting point is 00:33:39 I didn't know him. I've never spent any time with him. I was with the Clinton Foundation people. That's who I was with. Even worse? Now, what I understand is that he didn't start to be investigated until 2005 by authorities in Florida. So here's what I can tell you.
Starting point is 00:34:01 This Maxwell moment, she was one of many people to sit down next to me in that throne room. I have no relationship with her. I had no relationship with him. I mean, he's not my friend. I'm not a confidant. I've never spent time with him. And interestingly, I will say this. I was very fortunate that President Clinton
Starting point is 00:34:21 introduced me a lot of business leaders in London because he knew I was coming to the old Vic. And I developed relationships with Robert Earl, Pula Ludovic, Robert Earl, a lot of wonderful people, Richard Caring, people who supported the work that we did at the old Vic and gave money to us. Do you know who I never asked for anything was Jeffrey Epstein. I didn't want to be around this guy because I felt he put the president at risk on that
Starting point is 00:34:50 trip to South Africa because there were these young girls. Oh, now we were like, who is this guy? So I will say this young girls on those young girls on those flights. Yeah. Wait, wait. Oh, timeout timeout. You mean to tell me, Patrick, if you're on somebody's private jet, how big is this private jet?
Starting point is 00:35:09 It's fairly size. You don't know everybody that's on that flight. There's only what? 10, 15 people on there. You know the captain, you know the co-pilot, you know the flight attendant, you know everybody. And all of a sudden, oh, but Bill Clinton, by the way, great company he keeps Epstein, Clinton foundation, the bill Clinton, you're on that plane. And now all of a sudden there's underage girls. And now you feel, so there wasn't really, you did know who he was. So he just incriminated himself at the end.
Starting point is 00:35:36 And there I love that. I think you're absolutely correct. There's another angle that I think you're going to light up on right here in Hollywood when you're trying to get a deal done. Oh wait, no, no, I know that guy. It's a friend of mine. It's a new friend of mine. I made through this guy. Oh no, no, no. I know that guy. We did this thing. I want them on this trip. I know what you're talking about. It's all the BS and all the fluff about everybody's your friend. Everybody's more than acquaintance. You did some business with them. And now it's like, uh, no, uh, actually I was sitting back in 23 D and I didn't, maybe this Maxwell lady was sitting next in 23d and I didn't maybe
Starting point is 00:36:07 This Maxwell lady was sitting next to me now It's all this walk back, but this guy has come from a world where you over amplify Every little conversation into a friendship or something but think and I just you know it reminds me You know this reminds me of Trey Parker did a movie called team America I love my favorites. And do you remember at the very end of it where all the actors are trying to convince people and they're going to the UN and doing speeches and the leader goes, be careful Gary. He's acting. Yeah, of course.
Starting point is 00:36:36 It's, this is what I feel like we're looking at. Yeah. It's a joke. I, do you know who this guy Robert Earle is that he keeps mentioning? I just had to Google him real quick. He's actually the founder and CEO of Planet Hollywood So you talk about the connection to Hollywood and the the elite cabal you like to use that word
Starting point is 00:36:55 Anybody's more connected. He's also the founder of the Earl of Sandwich. You've ever been in their great sandwiches, but Yeah, I don't did he say that he, he wasn't sure he was on the plane? Because he was on the plane. Benny, your life changed pretty, pretty well the last couple of years. You're not you're flying private, baby. So you kind of have some anecdotal evidence. If you're flying private with somebody, you know exactly who's on the jet with you. Adam, Adam, exactly.
Starting point is 00:37:18 Yeah. So and if the president is flying private or former president, so it would lead me to believe that he wasn't actually on the same flight as the guy, just the same plane. Does that make sense? Like you're going to know Bill Clinton or Hillary Clinton is on the plane. No, no, no. He said I sat next to Jelaine. He said he would, but I didn't know who she was. But Jeff was, no, he said Jeffrey Epstein and Jelaine was there, but he goes, he was on the plane, but I didn't really talk to him or the guy owns the plane. You're talking to the owner of the plane. I thought you meant Clint. Yeah, no, that's very suspect.
Starting point is 00:37:48 He has a great alibi. He's just like, look, you know, the whole young girls thing. Yeah, I'm into young dudes. So it's not my thing. Well, first of all, do me a favor, pull up Jeffrey Epstein's plane. Because unless if it's a business Boeing jet jet you're sitting next to those people if it's a g550 a g550 that's a g5 yeah you know exactly who's on that plane because that only fits 12 or 13 how many people does that fit maybe 16 people yeah less than 20 for sure
Starting point is 00:38:18 yeah so the point is you're going to know on a plane like this there's no way in the world you get on a flight like this and you don't know everybody on the plane or interact with them. You don't. I thought Epstein had a business point jet. That's what I thought. That's a Lolita.
Starting point is 00:38:33 If he doesn't have a BBJ, then it's a different story. Then you're definitely sitting next to some of the guys. But I mean, look, the reality of it is when he's talking about little girls, there's one thing at least we know that he's not into them. Because it's little boys. So that's the one thing according to what things you read about. However, do you think if you're Clinton and you're watching that, do you think you'll
Starting point is 00:38:56 like that? Of course not. He just said, yeah, Pat, that's the main thing that was in my head. He just said, Bill Clinton was on a plane with little girl under a crib. Bill is probably calling saying, what are you doing with this? But it's too late. It's already, I think that just indirectly threw Bill under the bus and brought that whole thing back into it again. But lucky for them, they're so protected, it's ridiculous. They're protected, nothing's gonna happen.
Starting point is 00:39:25 Well, so you're from the place where you think he still has money, you don't think he's broke, you think he's doing okay. I think he's doing okay and he's acting and this is just the immediate tour of like, hey guys, come on. I think two things can be true at once. I think he's putting on a little act, putting on a little show. I think he lost the house for sure. Yeah, I mean how many roles has he done in the last five years since everything has come out? How much court costs, legal costs, lawyer fees has he had to pay?
Starting point is 00:39:54 I'm sure that he is not doing well cash wise, really struggling or at the very least his typical lifestyle isn't that he's not where it was. Okay, let me ask this question. What do you think's the residual from the movies he's done residuals is purely residuals. I'll say American pie. He's a big time player a year on is not a lot. Let's say I'm saying can we find out what it is? I just googled it right now.
Starting point is 00:40:17 Didn't come up. That's not a lot. Okay. I'm telling you that's not a lot. I just did a lowball number because I get residuals from little shows that I do and if I was the lead in it forget It it's it's it's yeah All his best movies dude were from like the early 2000 he just did house of cards
Starting point is 00:40:34 So is there a residual on house of cards? I'm sure there is well think about how much you how much you think it would be I couldn't estimate that but I'm sniffing what you're looking at. I think he's probably asset rich and cash poor, because it takes money to insure and pay the taxes on those assets. I think he has the London house, the LA house, the New York apartment. That could take, I just did a little back of the math here, that could take 15 grand a month just to cover tax roll and things. That means he needs 30 grand a month so he
Starting point is 00:41:05 needs constant state 360 so I think he's cash poor thanks to his legal fees and everything but he's got a few assets left and he's got higher interest rates to get any loans against him so I think he's pinched yeah so here I'm looking at this article that's talk about residual checks so Mandy Moore I don't know who she is she was an actor she talks about how she would get 81 cent checks for streaming residuals. And these guys are talking about how small the residuals are. Now obviously these are not the level of names of a Kevin Spacey. Who's mind you, Patrick, he's an actor, lead role, and he's executive producing creator.
Starting point is 00:41:42 Those are all separate checks. I look at this like if I'm an insurance producer or if I'm doing assets under management or I'm a financial advisor or any type of, someone who does sales, there's your primary income source which is your actual income and then there's your residual. So insurance is what, 2%? Whatever it may be. Two to 4% I should say.
Starting point is 00:42:01 Okay sure, but that's not your, you know, 100 grand a month or whatever you're making So I look at this like he lost his job. He lost his income He still has maybe some residuals coming in But under no circumstances is he as wealthy that as what he once was or is the money coming in what it once was? So when I said two things to be true as once yeah, I think he's kind of acting But I also think there's some truth to the fact that he's actually going broke. Yeah, save that money Well, I mean look at the end of the day, you know, we're going to see what's going
Starting point is 00:42:27 to happen with us, but he's making his tours. He's going around talking to a lot of different people and, you know, he's probably the biggest Hollywood name that's comfortably sitting down talking to others. I'm not sure if people in the establishment of Hollywood like him doing that because it's re-bringing up stories of stuff that's already out of the limelight. They're like hey Stop talking just stay put don't do these interviews. Why are you sitting there talking to Pierce Morgan? Why are you going to these types of things? Why are you talking to Tucker? I think that's what's happening to be on closed doors the reason is bottom line is
Starting point is 00:42:55 He he doesn't have a choice meaning any other Hollywood actor is doing softball interviews. They're doing good morning, America Hey, tell us about your new movie light and sunny. He like dude i am i am broke i am penniless i'm things are a mess right now and many of them did the same things yeah so let's let's talk about what's going on here with some gen z's okay uh a few things going on here with gen z's one of them this story which is absolutely disturbing 26 percent of gen z applicants ready Bring their parents to the job interview. What? I can only imagine, hey daddy, can you go to the job interview? No!
Starting point is 00:43:29 You can't buy yourself to the interview. No, hey, please hire my son. He's such a sweet little boy. I think he would be great for your company. Please, he's such a nice guy. And you know, a survey by Resume resume templates found that 26 percent of Gen Z respondents involved their parents in the job interview process with 31 percent bringing a parent to an in-person interview 29% having parents join a virtual
Starting point is 00:43:56 Virtual interview of those with a parent at an in-person interview 37% had their parent come into the office and 26 percent had a parent sit in the room During the interview in virtual interview 71 percent had their parents come into the office and 26% had their parents sit in the room during the interview. In virtual interviews, 71% had their parents off camera and 29% had their parents visible with many parents speaking directly. What? Oh my God. That is, I would be like, are we really doing this?
Starting point is 00:44:18 Tell them about your GPA. Executive resume writer Andrew Stoner, great last name, commented, it does not signal confidence to a hiring company on behalf of the child and recommended a help at a distance approach advising parents to support and advise their children without direct involvement in the interview. Tom, thoughts on this crazy story? This crazy story is focusing on the Gen Z, but I'm gonna call out you idiot parents This is what you have done. You have turned out in capable unprepared
Starting point is 00:44:50 You know, you know emotionally anemic children. You've turned out this is on you parents This is on you divorced parents that didn't find a way to come together and help your kids This is on you who let them just dive into social media, searching for likes and everything, and didn't develop social skills. So when they have to do something like, oh my goodness, have an integrated conversation with somebody and talk about your skills, talk about your likes,
Starting point is 00:45:18 talk about your education, and have an intelligent conversation, your kids can't do it. I put this on the parents, and I think it's shocking and horrifying that we have 21 year old citizens that are walking out right now among us without these skills. This is on the parents You imagine you imagine that listen, we're gonna fire you go get your dad. Get your dad in here We're gonna fire you but we want to do it in a nice. Yeah, what's the boss? What do I say?
Starting point is 00:45:42 Vinny if you're late one more time, I'm calling your mom. No, please don't tell her, please. No, but I think it's the other way around. I think it's kind of like, look, we wanna have a conversation with you about your 90 day review. Okay, sounds good. I have to see if my dad's available. Dad, right? Excuse me?
Starting point is 00:45:57 My mom or my dad? Yeah, I have to see if my dad and my mom's available. Can they both come? What are you talking about? To me, if I saw a parent in the interview right there just looking at, hey, yeah, so I think my son would be very, you guys would be very lucky to have my son with your company.
Starting point is 00:46:13 Got it, you know what? I will, you know, I'll sacrifice this lucky moment of mine and give permission to many other great companies to experience this great luck of yours that you have raised. Please, go do that. I wish you nothing but the very best in a situation like this. But as funny as this is, do you believe it with today's helicopter parents? I believe it.
Starting point is 00:46:36 I believe this to be true. I believe this to be true. Adam? Yeah, well, it's like, you know, what's the thing you always say, Tom, people talk but numbers scream. What is it? I say words talk, numbers scream. So you know, this is something that I find near and dear to me because when I started
Starting point is 00:46:51 finding out doing content was all about millennials. And as the oldest millennial, and now I'm researching sort of Gen Z. Gen Z is basically anywhere between 25 and 15. So I'm like, okay, so one third of parents are showing up to interviews, I would hope and pray that it's for the 15 to 18 year olds, or maybe going to a job interview and okay, you can bring the parents.
Starting point is 00:47:14 But under no circumstance should you be bringing your parents to an interview. So I'm wondering why is this happening? So, but the good news is two thirds of Gen Z are not bringing their parents. So this is what happens when you start painting in broad strokes. It's like, are all Gen Z like this?
Starting point is 00:47:27 Are all, are all Gen Z emotional nitwits or all Gen Z, um, kids who just can't do anything for themselves. Are they all woke basically, um, uh, snowflakes? No, because we have Gen Z kids that work here. They're actually great. We've hired them. So it's, I guess it all depends on who these kids are and what their age group is. By the way, there's 70 million Gen Z. They're the second largest generation ever. There's 70 I think 2 million
Starting point is 00:47:52 Millennials and the largest generation before that was baby boomers that were 70 million So there's a lot of young people two out of every five people in America are either a millennial or Gen Z So there's a lot of young people out there So there's gonna be a lot of data that suggests they're babies and they can't do things themselves. But then there's this other story right here. And this is actually good news right here. Majority of Gen Z actually want to become entrepreneurs. When I was growing up in the 80s and 90s, entrepreneur wasn't even a thing. I know you said, you know, Valuetainment is a channel for entrepreneurs. I know one of the things
Starting point is 00:48:28 you'd always say is that 100% of the world's problems are going to be solved by entrepreneurs. So here's a report 50% 54% of Gen Zers in the US want to become entrepreneurs, which is positive. So it's not just negative. They're all just losers. They're all just helicopter parents. They all can't just do things and they are not able to do things for themselves There is a large coalition of Gen Z ears and young people are like I can't do the traditional route I'm gonna figure this thing out. I'm gonna come an entrepreneur I'm gonna go my love that you said that and I love that you said that which is looking at more on the positive than the Negative right, but here's the question I got for you
Starting point is 00:49:02 Do you think the number of helicopter parents is increasing or decreasing? Do you think the number, right? But here's the question I got for you. Do you think the number of helicopter parents is increasing or decreasing? Do you think the number of parents showing up in interviews is on a decline or is it on a increase? What do you think? Unfortunately, it's increased. Yeah, that's the- Because it started at zero a couple decades ago.
Starting point is 00:49:17 Who the hell would even, like if 20 years ago, somebody said, my mom is here for the interview, would you have believed that? For that to be at 20 some percent. I watched this Gen Z's. Let me tell you what some of you guys are doing, which is fascinating. Gen Z plumbers and construction workers are making blue collar cool. Lexus Abreu, a 27 year old electrician, has amassed 2.2 million followers on social media
Starting point is 00:49:40 platforms like TikTok and Instagram, making $200,000 a year from clicks and brand deals. She notes you feel just like a normal person until you actually get confronted by people and you're like, oh my goodness, this is real. People know who I am. Enrollment and vocational programs rose 16% last year as skepticism about the cost and value of four-year college degrees grew. Influencers like Abreu are making trades appealing by highlighting high wages and success such as we've made it more appealing. We have nice vehicles, we own homes,
Starting point is 00:50:12 we are successful says Carpenter, Matt Panella, who earns over $200,000 from Sponsor and Combrup. Is this the same story as the plumber and construction workers? Yes. Yes. It is. Okay. So how do you process this? Well, let's just move aside the TikTokers who are pretending to be construction story as the plumber and construction workers? Yes. Yes. It is. Okay. So how do you process this? Well, let's just move aside the tick talkers who are pretending to be construction workers. Um, and that's actually talking about the people who are actually doing the construction or actually using the tool belt and are actually making the products, um, that they're talking about because the average construction worker isn't on talk, tick, talk, making 200 grand, but actually love this story because we've seen what's happened since the 1980s.
Starting point is 00:50:48 40% of college students used to be women and 60% were men. Now it's completely flipped. Now men make up 40% of college students and it's 60% that are women. So men have to realize, listen, we just talked about the story about more Gen Z and young people are becoming entrepreneurs College isn't the only route that you can take you can go to trade school. You can go to technical school You can become an entrepreneur There's so many different routes you can take to make money and make something of your life You're going to become an apprentice you can get an internship
Starting point is 00:51:17 You could do national service and go to the army and figure out who you are and be the best you can be So, you know this this story I guess gives nice headlines that they're making hundreds of thousands of a year in sponsorship fees or in TikTok ads, whatever. But the reality is you got to give respect to the guys that put on a hard hat every single day, worked their tail off, got a shovel, got a hammer, got a plunger, whatever it is. Those are the guys that are ready for it. Never going to be replaced by AI. Those are the guys and gals, but it's 98% men who are actually working and make America, dare I say, great again.
Starting point is 00:51:54 Wow, you said it. Amen. I mean, listen, to my right sits a spokesperson for Donald Trump. Magna. That's a little too much, Mac, on this podcast. We'll tolerate it. Go ahead, Tom. I might just get canceled real quick. No, I think, and I feel like there's something in my coffee
Starting point is 00:52:13 because I'm about to say, Adam has a point. Whoa, whoa! And he's got a very, very good point. Is you take a look, and we've covered this on the podcast before, that I think it was 45% of college graduates discovered that what they studied in college could not connect them to a job. Studying art history, studying American history. You want to be a history teacher? Study American
Starting point is 00:52:38 history. You get an American history degree because you want to hang out at Princeton for four years? You could do nothing with that. 40% of them said that, and they ended up in a lot of debt. So they're seeing that. These people are seeing their older brothers and sisters and their aunts and uncles going through this and coming out the other side and looking at it and saying, you know, AI is not going to replace electrician. You know, my uncle was an electrician. Maybe I'll get a couple trucks and a couple people working for me. I'll be an entrepreneur. The only thing that, that there was a quote in the article says, I can be my own boss, work my own hours and have more time for myself.
Starting point is 00:53:14 Well, if you're going to be an entrepreneur, you can work for yourself and have more hours. But I will say this, you know, if you're really an entrepreneur, you're going to be an all-the-timer and it's incredibly fulfilling and you're going gonna be making jobs and doing things like that So I think the Gen Z you know I don't throw the baby out with the bath water here But twenty six percent of Gen Z is eighteen point five million people so that's an awful lot of people here That's five percent that is almost because five percent would be 360 So that's almost five percent of the US population has got their mom and dad coming into the interview But I think it's a great idea to consider trade school I remember goes back 15 years where Ann Coulter made a point on a Fox interview
Starting point is 00:53:58 And she then wrote it in her book that was out at the time You know about winning arguments with a liberal and one of the things that she said was, Hey, you're, you're missing the whole thing in trade school and us colleges, you know, excuse me, us high schools and guidance counselors aren't pointing out why not be electrician like your uncle was look at what you can earn. Look what you can do with that. And you can start an apprenticeship right now and you won't have all the college debt. So a lot of these things are finally coming home to roost and I think it's a good thing. Pat, can I say one more thing? Yeah, go for it. Yeah, the life of an entrepreneur.
Starting point is 00:54:31 That was your first viral video, we all know it. Tom also said something that's pretty important where he said the quote, I can be my own boss and I can work my own hours. I hear that a lot on Manect. Well, I don't know if I want to go get a job, I don't know if I want to work for somebody. You know, I will kind of want to start my own business. I don't know if I feel comfortable working for somebody else. Newsflash. Here's what I could tell you if you start your own company. No matter if you're the boss or the CEO of you incorporated, you're always going to be working for somebody. Whether it's an investor, whether it's your board, whether it's the bank, you're actually working for your employees because if you don't do
Starting point is 00:55:08 a good job, they will leave you and go someplace else. So if you think that you'd never going to have a boss and just the life of an entrepreneur is like, I call the shots here. You've got another thing coming because you're going to always have some boss looking over you. Number two, if you think you're going to work less versus work more, you got another thing coming. You're going to be working 24 seven, working on your business, but it's going to come your life, bro. And the last thing, if you think you're just going to be on vacation, take time off, I would venture to guess that as an entrepreneur, you're going to have more stress than less stress. You got payroll, you got HR, you got bills, you got rent. It ain't easy this life of an entrepreneur, so be careful what you wish for.
Starting point is 00:55:46 No it's not. And by the way, valid points, all three of them, on what it is to be an entrepreneur. However, you're either a supporter of an entrepreneur or you are. If you're the one, you want all the pressure on you, great. If you're not, but you can feel like you can bring a lot of support to somebody else, you're still in a very good position to go do something there. So excited to see new heroes rising up from the Gen Z community. I want to show you the most viral video on Twitter this last week.
Starting point is 00:56:14 This video, Rob, if you can unshow the video to show the stats, I want to read it because I also want to give credit to who posted the tweet. It's by Robbie Starbuck. Okay? Great name. And he posted this. It has 177,000 likes. It's got 62,000 reposts.
Starting point is 00:56:34 Okay. 54.4 million views. And you wonder why. The American College of Pediatricians just put out a fire statement calling out all the major medical associations by name for pushing the gender transition craze on kids. They asked for these groups to immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries for children and adolescents
Starting point is 00:57:05 who experience distress over their biological sex. Watch this video. Go ahead Rob. We have serious concerns about the physical and mental health effects of the current protocols promoted for the care of children and adolescents in the United States who express discomfort with their biological sex. This declaration was authored by the American College of Pediatricians, but really it was developed from the expertise of hundreds of doctors, researchers, and other health care workers and leaders who for years have been sounding the alarm on the harmful protocols
Starting point is 00:57:41 that continue to be promoted by the medical organizations in the United States. Despite recent revelations from the leaked WPATH files and the recent release of the final report from the CAS review, these medical organizations have not changed course. So we are calling on these medical organizations of the United States, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Endocrine Society, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, the American Medical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to follow the science and their European colleagues and
Starting point is 00:58:18 immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex. In our declaration, we affirm that sex is a dimorphic, innate trait defined in relation to an organism's biological role in reproduction, male and female. This genetic signature is present in every nucleated
Starting point is 00:58:44 somatic cell in the body and is not altered by drugs or surgical interventions. Consideration of these innate differences is critical to the practice of good medicine and to the development of sound policy for children and adults alike. Medical decision-making should be based upon an individual's biological sex. It should respect biological reality and the dignity of the person by compassionately addressing the whole person. We are here to find the claims made by these medical organizations in the US that those
Starting point is 00:59:18 of us who are concerned are a minority and that their protocols are consensus. They are not consensus and we are speaking in a loud unified voice enough. So here's a question I got for you folks if you're watching this. Why do you think 55 million people were interested in this just last week? Why? Why is this the most viral tweet I think it's the most viral tweet on the last week. Why is that? What makes I mean she wasn't sensational She actually the way she talks she talks where she could be the cure for insomnia
Starting point is 00:59:55 It wasn't like it was a motivational speech where she fired you up. She didn't tell you a joke She wasn't like and we're gonna do this and she didn't do anything like that or fire or call people out or Destroy your disrespect or say any of that stuff that gets things to go viral She's just reading something to you, but 55 million people said Enough is enough right and that's because the other three hundred and whatever 270 million 280 million people in America haven't seen it But there's a reason why a message like this goes viral.
Starting point is 01:00:27 Tom, thoughts? I have the shortest comment I'm going to make today. What did you say at the beginning of this podcast? Common sense always makes the comeback and wins in the fourth quarter. And I think this is, they've got science on their side, wrapped around a common sense argument in that science, and almost 60 million people are watching this and saying, yeah, you know what? I agree with that.
Starting point is 01:00:51 Yeah. How about this? It's about time. And thank God she's saying this, because it's consistently, it's an attack on the children. The same with that pride stuff that we're talking about, about over-centralizing kids and dancing in front of their faces. We're talking about mutilating children because they think because they've been brainwashed to think that they can be whatever gender that they want and it goes back to Big Pharma making all the money and helping with the depopulation because those people are never going to have kids
Starting point is 01:01:19 It's an agenda and I'm so happy for stuff like this This makes me happy path Pat, that 54, and this is besides how many people that they talked about about this. It's probably 100 million people are now talking and that's being shared everywhere because you're right, enough is enough. Why did it have to take this long?
Starting point is 01:01:37 They're kids, eight year olds. But remember the girl that was on the, I think it was on Dr. Phil, and Dr. Phil's like, you think an eight year old can make a decision on what? And the transgender guy goes, absolutely. If they want to chop off their genitalia, that's their body, they know what to do. This makes me happy as hell.
Starting point is 01:01:54 Yeah, I'm with it. Tom, you look like you wanted to follow up on something. No, I was agreeing, I was completely agreeing with him, and you're kind of nodding a little too emphatically. I love it. Yeah, well, there's a couple of things that she said here and is this the American College of Pediatricians or is this a completely different story?
Starting point is 01:02:13 No, that's right. Okay, gotcha, gotcha. All right, so the express serious concerns about the physical and mental health effects of the current protocols asserting that medical conditions should not be based on an individual's, you ready? Feelings. You were so caught up in how you feel and you're not, you don't want to abide by the truth. You want to
Starting point is 01:02:29 live my truth. Whereas I had a conversation with a lady one day, it's like, so if I identify as a woman right now, am I a woman? She's like, well yeah. And I'm like, well 10 minutes later if I want to be a man again, am I a man again? She goes, well yeah, because it's how you feel. And I'm just playing this game with this girl of like, all right, let me see how far I could take this ridiculousness of, all right, so I feel like a woman now. She's like, then you're a woman. Good news. I'm back to feeling like a man. Hey, however you feel. It's not how you feel. She talked about having biologically what you are. You know. The beauty of why people this resonated, she might have the cure to insomnia, is because she said out loud what we all know to be true.
Starting point is 01:03:15 And words have power and the truth needs to be spoken sometimes. And sometimes the truth hurts. But you know, Dylan Mulvaney, sorry, you're not a girl. There's people out there but you know, you're Dylan Mulvaney. Sorry, you're not a girl. There's people out there, you know, we've seen the one guy out there who basically was like, it's ma'am. In the deepest, most baritone voice ever. It's like, no, you're a dude pretending to be a woman. So the bottom line is let's all stop playing pretend and let's get back to biological reality. Yeah, I mean this leads me to another insanity that people just are uncomfortable talking about.
Starting point is 01:03:51 Rob, can you show clips of Miss Alabama? First of all, Miss Maryland is a transgender and Miss Alabama, Sarah Milken's title is being disputed after fans claim plus-sized pageant queen isn't the real deal. Oh, is this the big girl? Oh, I have something to say on this. Yeah, so a pageant queen who was crowned Mrs. National American Alabama 2024 is facing backlash from fans and former title holders, questioning the legitimacy of her title.
Starting point is 01:04:21 Sarah Milken, a plus-sized beauty pageant contestant, steered controversy following her win over Memorial Day weekend, but now critics are voicing their opinions. Rob, can you show actual pictures of, so that's Miss Alabama. Yeah, but there's the videos of her by the way. I mean, do you even need to see more? Yeah, can you pull up the video? Can you pull up the video? But- Vinny, go ahead. So, I'm not you guys, so yeah, she's about like 20, 23 years old,
Starting point is 01:04:48 morbidly obese. Okay. What message are we telling young girls? What are you saying that first of all, you said Miss Marilyn, her name is, her name is whatever, Bailey Ann, who was in fact a biological male was crowned Miss Marilyn. The funniest part part guess what song he came out to man I feel like a woman by Shania Twain. No, no, I swear to God. Yeah, that's Okay, feel Those those feelings again, so look at it. This is a 23 year old girl one message You know what you're saying to young girls. Guess what if you're struggling with your weight, don't worry about it Keep going keep eating unhealthy
Starting point is 01:05:25 Who gives a shit because you can still be celebrated and this is what they've been doing to this type like that Like what are we talking about? She'll how long you think she's gonna live if she keeps that up. She's 23 years old This is unhealthy. She's morbidly obese and I think it's ridiculous. Did you see all the runner-ups? I want to video or two judges Rob Stevie Wonder Charles and Rachel who were the judges Rob? Stevie Wonder Charles and Rachel who were the judges honestly who were the judges? I'm gonna guess that it's women or a trans Man unbelievable who were the judges that that are these can you show me that you would women? I swear to God
Starting point is 01:06:02 I bet you it's women If you go to the judges to no no this is you just had a picture a second ago yeah I know that's miss Alabama teen this one yeah miss Alabama teen so okay whatever make sure no but make sure you're getting the right title Rob if you go back up there first find the right title for what it is to win judges for miss Alabama 2024. No, because it was a specific contest. It's Miss National America Alabama.
Starting point is 01:06:29 That's what it is. Miss National America Alabama Judges. Then type in judges. Yeah, judges. There you go. So 23, I want to know who the judges were. They might not even let you know. Can you go up on images to see if the judges maybe show up or no? Probably not. Is that the girl in the middle right there? What's that one right there? I don't think they're going to show it.
Starting point is 01:06:53 Is that it? No. No? Okay. I want to know what the judges are because half of this is the judges' fault. Who allowed that to even be a participant? Now if you're doing something that's for plus size, great. But if that's what you're putting up there, this is just absolute ridiculous, embarrassing,
Starting point is 01:07:13 condescending, disrespectful, and confuses the kids. By the way, let me get to this as well. And this is going to be a very weird transition to what I'm going to next. Okay. So the next story I'm going to, Rob, if you can pull up the one with Oprah Winfrey and her friend, okay, you have Oprah, Oprah Winfrey was hospitalized, okay, this past weekend. And Gail King shared, if you want to play this clip, go forward. We're very happy to say joins us right now in studio. I'm so glad were here and I'm so sorry that Oprah can't yesterday she said I'm gonna rally I'm gonna rally she had some kind of stomach thing stomach flu where stuff
Starting point is 01:07:52 was coming out of both ends I won't get too graphic. But needless to say she ended up in the hospital dehydration had an IV so it was a very serious thing. So it had to be. I hope she's okay. Yeah she's she will be okay she will be okay I hope she's okay. She will be okay. She will be okay. I hope she's not mad at me for sharing that detail. But I wanted to make it clear though that it matters to her. But I want to read this to you, Rob. I don't know if we have the story there or not. I'll read it out of my phone, Rob, if we don't have the Ozempic here.
Starting point is 01:08:20 So Ozempic, 20 to 30 percent of, they're saying 20 to 30 percent of Americans will be on Ozempic within the next 10 years. Okay? Wait, 20 to 30 percent of all Americans? They're saying 20 to 30 percent. Let me just pull this number up, Rob, to double verify what I'm saying. So Graham McGregor, a professor of cardiovascular medicine at Queen Mary University of London, predicts that in a decade, 20-30% of the population will be on Ozempic, these types of drugs. Yes, 20-30% will be on these weight loss drugs.
Starting point is 01:08:56 You're like, alright, fine, that sounds good. Now, following story. If you go to Mario Rabal, I'll send this text to you, and if you can pull this up, Mario Nafal does a great job with these stories that he posts. I just sent you the text, if you can pull it up. It was in the notes that I sent you. Just go to the one that says, 10,000 people are suing Ozempig. If you have, right, go up, go up there.
Starting point is 01:09:24 Is that the one? Okay, so zoom in. So 10,000 lawsuits hit Ozempic, WeGoVee, and Mount Jaru over severe side effects. Ozempic and similar shots like WeGoVee are reportedly facing up to 10,000 lawsuits from patients who claim the drugs caused debilitating side effects like stomach paralysis. What did Gayle say? Oprah Winfrey was having issues, stomach issues, and tearing holes in the food pipe. Unfortunately, the manufacturers failed to adequately warn of the associated risks.
Starting point is 01:09:58 Zacharia, 46, had her gallbladder removed seven months after starting Ozempic, married at 56, diagnosed with stomach paralysis after taking Monjaro. And this is, if you can go to the bottom, Rob, so we can also, I'm sorry, let me see that chart real quick. What does that say? All the reported side effects linked to Ozempic, mental health, suicidal thoughts, other, fatigue, headaches, dizziness. I can't read the next one.
Starting point is 01:10:23 Alcohol, food, coffee, avoidance, aspirin, venous, dreams, cancer, sexual dysfunction, fertility boost, gastrointestinal, digestive issues, I can't read the next one. Blasphemy, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, gastroparesis, bad breath, burps, metallic taste and bowel blockages and obstructions. So that is all the stuff we're hearing about Ozempic. Burps, metallic taste, and bowel blockages and obstructions. Hanging out with Oprah must be fantastic. That is all the stuff we're hearing about Ozempic. While you're doing this, all of this, I pulled up this video.
Starting point is 01:10:55 I think this is very, very important. Parents, Father's Day is here. If you've got a girl, watch this video with your kids, especially with your daughter. It was such a great cartoon depicting what's going on in today's society. Rob, I just texted it to you. The video shows a girl that's walking down the street and sees everything being painted as what sexy is today. And then she goes and does what's sexy today. She goes does this surgery then she goes uses that drug then she goes does this she goes does can you zoom in and play this clip just watch this clip and see what happens
Starting point is 01:11:32 you play this clip Rob go for it There's so much truth to this cartoon. She's hot. I know people like this. It's tough. Even more. Yeah. Even more. Even more. Yeah. Even more. Even more. Even more. Watch how it ends. Her at the beginning.
Starting point is 01:12:47 Wow. Purely natural. What it was all like. Natural was perfect. At the beginning. Now watch this. The transition of this video started off with who? Miss Alabama.
Starting point is 01:12:57 Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss Alabama. Miss. Purely natural. What it was all like. Natural was perfect.
Starting point is 01:13:05 At the beginning. Now watch this. The transition of this video started off with who? Miss Alabama. Which we showed somebody that's heavy set. So one then may say, well maybe is this, you know, should she get on Ozempic? And then should she do this and should she do that? No, at the end of the day, it's find a better diet, pick up better habits, have better friends
Starting point is 01:13:31 that are not letting you eat anything and everything, start an exercise routine, lose some weight, make that your lifestyle. When I saw Ethan Supplee's picture of before and after, Rob, can you type in Ethan Supplee? He's like, I'm about to die and I'm not gonna see my kids anymore. Put the before and after picture of Ethan Supli of what he looked like. Yeah, that's him. Before and after. Look at this. How much
Starting point is 01:13:55 weight this guy lost? 250 pounds to go from that to the one on the right. It's not easy. When you talk to guys that are heavyweight, they'll tell you, Pat, it's really not that easy to do. It's very difficult. It's tempting. But we're living in such a weird time that one, we're calling the other girl sexy, okay? Then two, we're selling all these shortcuts, way of doing things, which is destroying your life, okay? And you're seeing the lawsuits. And then number number three We're being forced to do so many different surgeries because everybody else is looking in a certain way and then eventually realize And that natural look was really the way to go. Okay, Tom as a father of two daughters. How do you process this message? Self-esteem I've built self-esteem in the girls from the first moment that they were there about their individuality, their individual skills, and
Starting point is 01:14:46 and who they are and... How'd you do it Tom? Give me specifics. Specifically, I praised them for what they were obviously doing really well. Bailey concentrates, Brooke is creative. You know, Bailey's really good with math, but she has to work hard at it. Brooke's good at math, and she doesn't have to work as hard as Bailey. But I've complimented who they are, what they are, very specifically, and complimented them in the sports and the things that they did. And I've been straight up and warned them, say, the reason you don't have social media
Starting point is 01:15:24 is the following, because comparison can be dangerous. And I've told them comparison was dangerous, and I gave them specific examples of how dangerous endless comparison and endless pursuit of ratification. Because that's what the beauty track is all about. Comparison and pursuit. I compared to this vision, now I pursue making myself like it. And my validation comes from this mostly anonymous crowd that's giving me likes, likes, likes, likes,
Starting point is 01:15:53 likes on social media. And I painted the picture for them. At the same time I built up, I said, look, you are who you are because God made you, and you need to, you can't just let yourself go. You have to work on it. You have to work on yourself. Being healthy takes work. I also underline that to them. Being healthy today takes work. Making great decisions about what you eat and who you are and what you do takes work. But it's worth it because your individuality and you will be accepted for that and don't buy into the myth. I spent a lot of time with that one. Don't buy into the myths that are made to create comparison and then pursuing that and a lot of times the pursuit involves buying this, buying that, these shoes, that fashion. Hang tight. And so I just, education about the illusions of society and then a father undermining society
Starting point is 01:16:49 by over indexing on them and their value and who they are and how wonderful that is. What pisses me off especially about the overweight thing is, you know, how many millions of people, how many millions of girls, whatever ages, are watching that, they're not watching shows like this, they're going to see that and they're going to go, you know what, I was probably thinking about losing some weight, but why do I need to? Why not? This girl just won at 23 years old, Miss Alabama, I don't need to do it.
Starting point is 01:17:17 I think the underlying message is that unhealthy stuff that you're talking about is going to lead to what? Death? Or her getting on something that for the rest of her life she's gonna be taking ozempic number one killer of women in America is heart disease and miss Alabama is about to be their flight carrier yeah look this is a conversation that needs to be had with the girls out there I spent a lot of time especially on the SOS cast talking or even on Manek talking to mostly young men 90% of or even on Manek talking, to mostly young men.
Starting point is 01:17:45 90% of my audience on Manek or on Sazkaz is young men, but women also need to understand a message. The most viral thing of the last month when it comes to masculinity and femininity is this whole conversation that happened with Harrison Butker when he was giving the commencement speech at a Catholic university basically reminding women, hey listen, congratulations on graduating, congratulations on getting your degree, but don't forget, the one superpower you have that men can't do is the ability to birth children and be a homemaker. And you know, I always say, who do you guys think has it tougher out there these days,
Starting point is 01:18:23 men or women? And I wait for people to respond and I, you know, well, men have it harder. You know, men have to bring home the bacon. Men have to make the money. I say, well, that's true. But I'll give you the other side of things. I actually think women have it harder these days.
Starting point is 01:18:37 Why? Because the one thing that I would want to have in life is clarity. As a man, it's pretty clear what your job is. Be the protector, be the the provider be there for your woman Go out there make money make your way in the world as a woman The one thing that women don't have these days is a lot of clarity. Should you be a homemaker? Should you be a boss babe?
Starting point is 01:18:54 Should you rely on your looks and your beauty showed you rely on your brain and your career? Which one is it? The reality is like it's kind of hard to do both. Can you do both? Yes, but It's like that's like saying can you to do both. Can you do both? Yes. But it's like, that's like saying, can you have a baby but also work 24 seven, it's very hard to do. And girls out there are very confused. And you know, don't forget that a lot of this situation that is happening, this video that you showed, I actually saw a piece of artwork at Art Basel, you've been to Art Basel, when it was a beautiful girl's face. And it was essentially that entire video, but just in a picture, lips blown up, eyes like this scars, stitches, you know,
Starting point is 01:19:31 looking in a mirror crying and it's all that. And a lot of it can be blamed on, you know who the Kardashians. And I remember back in the day when I used to hang out with the Kardashians, I remember seeing Kylie Jenner at age 14, 15. She just looked like a little girl, like a little girl. She didn't have these big ass lips. She'd have the big booty and fake breasts and fake everything. And by the time she's 18, everything is fake. And whether it's Kim, whether it's Kylie, whether it's Kendall, whether it's Chloe, whether it's Courtney, whether it's the mom, Chris, these girls look up to these
Starting point is 01:20:03 people and they're looking at them on social media and they say the comparison is the thief of joy. They're looking at all these women with money and access and status and power and glitz and glamor and they wanna be that and they tend to forget, look, I'm 15, I can just be who I am and be beautiful but it's hard to do in the social media age. Well, listen, the one thing is for sure true is girls need validation from their fathers.
Starting point is 01:20:32 This is a father's day weekend. This is father's day weekend. As fathers, as much as it's about us celebrating, hey, father's day, it's about, you know, they're going to get us gifts and do all this stuff, and you know, they say father's day is always the one that's forgotten the most. But this is also a way for you to think about what you can do to raise your girls and raise your boys differently. My wife right now, she's reading James Dobson's book, Raising Up Girls. If you've never read it, go read it. If you got girls, it's a must read. Rob, pull up Raisin' Up Girls by James Dobson?
Starting point is 01:21:06 There's another book that he has called Raisin' Up Boys, both phenomenal, phenomenal books to read. Either one of these books will be great books for you to read on how to raise girls, specifically from the father's standpoint, because you play a very important role on how to shape their confidence and their identities and how to make sure that like the other day I took Senna out on our date that we went on and I said, baby, do you know why I treat you this way?
Starting point is 01:21:34 She says, no daddy, why do you treat me this way? I said, put the crayon down because we were messing around with crayons at Eddie V's. Because I want you that one day when you choose what kind of a man to be with, you have a certain set of standards that have to respect you. They have to show you respect, they have to love you, and they have to treat you like this. This is why I do what we do here together. She says, I said, because baby, one day you're going to have a boyfriend, and one day you're
Starting point is 01:21:58 going to be married, and one day you're going to look for a husband. And it got a little bit uncomfortable. I said, I don't want you to be uncomfortable about it. I know it's going to happen, I'm excited for you and I'm looking forward to you experiencing that day. But I just want to make sure you're choosing the man properly, that they're giving you the right kind of respect and they're giving you the right kind of messaging. And we had a very nice conversation with her and I. Yes?
Starting point is 01:22:20 I actually want to ask your opinion on being a dad, because obviously love your kids, amazing. I'm asking this sort of selfishly, but also for the people out there. I want to know how you handle giving the hard truth to the boys versus the girls. Your boys and your girls, you know, even in your book, you talk about using logic and emotion, right? You know, we see girls out there who, you know, Rachel said, I'm a 10, I'm a 10, I'm a 10. We've seen this all before. And even on Sawscast, I think of stories where this girl the other day, she called herself a mogul. I was like, what makes you a mogul? She goes, one day I'm gonna be a billionaire.
Starting point is 01:22:58 I'm like, well, you're not a mogul yet. Right? Or there's another girl that's like, I'm a born again virgin. I'm like, well, you're not a virgin. There's another girl that's like, she's a literal porn star. She's like, yeah, guys want girls with, you know, tread on their tires. I'm like, no, they don't. But girls can be a little bit more delusional because they're more emotional. We just did the story about the about basically the scientist thing. Yeah, sorry, trans women. You're actually a man, sorry about that. I'm saying all that to say this, boys you can give them the cold hard truth, like sorry, you know, I've seen what you've done with Dylan, you're not ready to do this.
Starting point is 01:23:33 Tico, you're not where you need to be. What would you recommend how to deliver news or feedback to boys versus girls because of the emotional component? I mean, listen, we still have 40 years to see if we're doing it right or wrong, but I'll tell you how how I do it Okay, when it comes on to the guys to the boys or the girls I speak very openly with the boys Very openly about you know Hey Don't make silly comments if you're gonna make something like that to others have a backing if you don't have a backup to it
Starting point is 01:24:03 You sound silly just making an opinion. He's the worst president of all time. I said, you know what you sound like? You sound like the rest of the world. I don't respect that. That's not us to be Davis. Tell me why. Explain it to me. Why do you think this is a bad idea? You know, you have a certain way you got to carry yourself. I had a very direct conversation with my oldest a week and a half ago. That was a very good conversation we had about how many victors you've had, do you feel like you're drifting in life, is this thing just going by,
Starting point is 01:24:29 you're not even paying attention to it, life's gonna go by, we had that conversation. Well, my girl, Baby Sena, she's now at eight years old, where the conversations are able to be a little bit more serious, and I'm openly talking to her about certain things, and I'm also leaning on Jen to have certain conversations with her that are different than the ones that I'm having. And some of the conversations, you talk about, you know, boys, school, what
Starting point is 01:24:54 to expect, LGBTQ, I'm openly talking about, you know, if someone's going through this, you've got to respect them, but that's not you. God created us to be this way. Here's what it's all about, certain values and principles, keeping them as close to God as possible, making sure they've got a relationship with God, where they believe in prayer, they're staying close to their faith that someone is watching over them, taking care of their body, taking care of what they eat. Like we no longer, we cut out all cereal in our household. A lot of stuff that's been cut would die. And I even sometimes Brooklyn gets a little bit spoiled because she's so good man
Starting point is 01:25:26 she is so good she'll come to school like this sweets yeah no no we're not doing that right pro you know who taught her that do you know who taught her that uncle Vinny you know who you are you know who you are you know who it is it's called Papa he knows her and Papa are super. So, you have to kind of realize that at the end of the day, a lot of people will be trying to influence your kids, but 20 years from now, they're not going to say, who was your kid's nanny, who was your kid's grandpa, who was your kid's grandma, who was your kid's this.
Starting point is 01:25:57 They're going to say who were their parents. And it's your job to lead them properly. But we'll see. We'll see the case study in about 20, 30 years if we're doing any of this stuff right. All right, so I want to wrap up with four stories and we got to go rapid fire through these stories. So if you're gonna comment on it, comment because you got a unique perspective, not if somebody else said something about it. All right, so Elon Musk, $56 billion. There's a couple things going on right now with Elon Musk. One is
Starting point is 01:26:22 Musk says Tesla shareholders voting yes for his $56 billion dollar pay package, which is great to hear. And that's what date? What date is that? That's the 13th? 8.32am. This is two hours ago. This just happened, right? That I'm saying most likely is going to get his $56 billion. That's great to hear that this has taken place. However, however, there's something going on because Apple launched, they introduced their Apple intelligence AI, and Elon Musk threatens a ban with Apple. Now why is this taking place? Because just recently he had a meeting with Larry Ellison and apparently the conversation
Starting point is 01:27:01 was that hey, you know, if there's anybody you don't want to go war with, it's Apple. You guys got to have a good relationship because you have to download the app, X, all this stuff. There's got to be a solid relationship. But at its 2024 Worldwide Developers Conference, Apple announced a system-wide AI upgrade that will give users access to personalized generative AI. The new Siri will be able to take action inside apps, figure out context clues, and more easily learn natural language.
Starting point is 01:27:33 Siri will also begin to work with OpenAI chat GBT. And app developers are being invited to create with the new AI tools. SpaceX founder Elon Musk said he would ban Apple device at his companies if they were to integrate OpenAI and Apple operating systems. Many tech experts have been hoping that Apple would integrate AI developer tools to iOS, especially because it would give the AI tools access to a wealth of personal information. The Wall Street Journal says this is thought to be the holy grail of AI Tom.
Starting point is 01:28:07 So there's a couple things that Apple did. First thing Apple did is says, hey, we have a deal with OpenAI and we're putting GPT-4-40 into Siri. And this is the way it works. Hey Siri, find me this. And Siri says, I don't find it completely, but with your permission, we'll go deeper. And that is where the open AI is allowed to go in. Second, what they did is they put a lot of AI tools on here and there's a lot of criticism
Starting point is 01:28:34 that they're about to put a lot of smaller companies out of business or make their app redundant such as Grammarly. People love Grammarly because it helps you write you know in Word and helps you write in emails quicker and with correct grammar professional. Well that's now built in to the iPhone and so they're like well there you don't need Grammarly anymore because they put GPT and an OpenAI and what Elon Musk was making a very important distinction. AI as a tool on your phone that you can opt in and out, like on Siri.
Starting point is 01:29:13 You don't have to take the GPT extension to Siri. You can say, no, no, no, I just want Siri, and I don't want anything to happen. You can do that. What Musk is saying is if they integrate it with the OS, meaning when you get those notices on your phone, it's time to upgrade to a 14.6, it'll be done tonight, has to download, you know what I'm saying? So he says if it's in there, then it's permeating the phone and Musk's argument is you have no personal data security. That is Musk's specific argument. I particularly think he's right. Larry Ellison
Starting point is 01:29:46 thinks he's right too, but wants us to go lightly. But get what he's saying, Pat. That's what he's saying. If you put open AI into the OS where it kind of controls and does everything, that's bad. If you merely put chat GPT in there and you can use it if you want to, maybe that's good. What did Ellison say? So Ellison is quietly backing up Musk, because when Musk speaks on this, you know he's conferred with Larry. I have not seen direct quotes from Larry, but Larry is on record about OSes versus tools. I mean, he built the big database.
Starting point is 01:30:19 Let me ask you a question. How is Ellison's relationship with Tim Cook? Well, Ellison's relationship with Tim Cook? Well, Ellison's a database guy, so Oracle does compete with Apple on a certain level, but Oracle is actually more worried about a large database like Google and Microsoft. I'm just curious, are Larry Ellison and Tim Cook friends? Tom, I'm just asking you, don't worry about looking it up. From what you know, do you know if they're friends? I think they're colleagues, but I've never seen a big golden handshake on stage.
Starting point is 01:30:53 Okay, so there you go. So then that means no. Two years after the death of Steve Jobs, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison claimed it was inevitable Apple would struggle under Tim Cook. You only had to look at what he said, what happened to the company in the period after Jobs was ousted in 1985. We already know, we conducted the experiment, Ellison told, talk shows, Charlie Rose in 2013, his fingers, okay, this is a very old story.
Starting point is 01:31:18 This is 11 years ago. But the point is, I wonder what the relationship is there. I also wonder part of it, Tom, where maybe, you know, obviously, his relationship with Sam Altman, would you say that's a good relationship or a rocky relationship? Well, I think they supported Sam during the board fiasco,
Starting point is 01:31:38 but I think Sam is kind of running down the street ahead of everybody right now. Play this clip, Rob. How much money did you get? So I'm not sure the exact number but it's some some number on the order of 50 million dollars. So the whole man, fate loves irony next level uh... so i used to close friends with our page i was there this house we have these conversations long into the lines the evening uh... about a i and i would
Starting point is 01:32:14 i would be constantly urging him to be careful about the danger of of a i and uh... and and and a he he just he was really not concerned about the nature of AI and was quite cavalier about it. And at the time, Google, especially after their acquisition of DeepMind, had three quarters of the world's AI talent. They had obviously a lot of computers and a lot of money.
Starting point is 01:32:41 So it was a unipolar world for AI. And we've got a unipolar world, but the person who controls that does not, or at least did not seem to be concerned about AI safety, that sounded like a real problem. And then the final straw was Larry calling me a speciest for being pro-human consciousness. A humanist. Machine consciousness. And I'm like-human consciousness, instead of machine consciousness.
Starting point is 01:33:06 And I'm like, well, yes, I guess I am. I am a speciest. And, and, and, and. So, right, so you helped to the creation of OpenAI. You put as much as $50 million. So I want to read this. Elon Musk drops lawsuit against OpenAI accusing Chad to be the owner of abandoning mission.
Starting point is 01:33:20 Okay? This is a different story. He's accusing Sam Altman of abandoning the original mission of development AI for the benefit of humanity, not for profit. The lawsuit alleges that OpenAI set the founding agreement aflame by releasing ChatGBT4 and focused on profit. Musk sought to compel OpenAI to make its research public and prevent it from using assets like ChatGBT4 for financial gain. Att attorneys for Musk requested the dismissal of the lawsuit in San Francisco Superior Court without providing a reason, but it was dismissed without prejudice,
Starting point is 01:33:53 meaning Musk could refile it later. OpenAI attorneys described the lawsuit as a contrived attempt by Musk to advance his own AI interest, arguing it was based on incoherent claims and Musk's desire to capitalize on OpenAI success. Okay, so question on this, Tom. Do you think behind closed doors, didn't he just raise $6 billion? Yeah, right there. Okay, that's right. So Musk founded his own AI startup, XAI, which raised $6 billion in Series B funding in May, reaching a post-money valuation of $24 billion. Okay, so do you think behind closed doors, there were certain promises and negotiations
Starting point is 01:34:31 made between Elon and maybe Tim Cook and maybe others, and maybe the speed of implementation that maybe the deals are not being kept that's kind of pissing them off the way it is? Or do you think it's just very exactly what we see, exactly what we read, that's what it's all about? Yeah, and I'll go through it really, really quick. Musk said at the end of that interview, something that he had repeated before, he said, I thought that the only thing that could compete with Google was a massively open AI, where everything was open and all the tools would be available for everybody. He said that that would blunt Google's black box for profit.
Starting point is 01:35:10 So you can see what he felt there about Larry Page saying, no, no, no, the only thing that can defeat Google is this, go open, go big and open. Then he goes with after the big, the weekend from hell where they fired Sam Altman for a minute, but then he came back and even Elon Musk was putting the weight in there saying, hey, there's motivations on that board, they shouldn't have done this and things like that. I think he wanted OPDA to go down a certain path. I also think Elon kind of has a competitive element because he's building things. You know self-drive, FSD, full self-driving is AI. That is a form of AI, a fairly sophisticated form of AI, and so he's
Starting point is 01:35:55 building that into all the Tesla and he's gotten FSD to be better than these taxi things, some of them are having to be closed down because it doesn't work so much. So I think there's a competitive element as well. Yeah, Adam? Well, a couple of things. So just to go back to the Tesla thing, because the Tesla thing is the biggest thing out there. AI, we understand, and I have some comments on that, but today's the day that they're gonna be holding this shareholder vote, right? So the question that is gonna be asked of shareholders is does Elon Musk deserve this $46 billion? We talked about this last week. Today's the day.
Starting point is 01:36:32 So here's some details of this pay package. The shareholders are going to have a vote and they're going to decide what should be done here. Here's some feedback for you. Talk about how casual Elon Musk is. If you just look at his Twitter, this is on the Wall Street Journal as well, he goes, hey guys, please take a moment to vote for your Tesla shares before the annual meeting on Thursday. Pretty casual. And then Kathy Wood, we know, Ark Investments, she basically says, she lays it all out.
Starting point is 01:37:00 Here it is. She goes, look, I'd like to argue that no other executive is as aligned with shareholders as Elon Musk, who committed to ready, no salary, no bonus, no stock compensation for 10 years. 10 years, he took nothing and said, I'm going to bet on myself. And he would receive no money unless he created tremendous value for Tesla. So, I'll let you guys be the judge of this. You tell me if this guy created massive value for Tesla. If you want to go back to 2018, six years ago, $53 billion was the market cap when he did this deal and put this whole thing together.
Starting point is 01:37:40 $53 billion. The market cap, the stock price at that point was $20. Fast forward to today, the market cap is $600 billion. It used to be $53 billion, now it's $600 billion. Stock price of today is $183 billion. I think at one point, Tom, correct me, it was over a trillion dollar market cap. It's obviously come down some since 2023. They've had a bad quarter. But if you just want to look at the actual facts here, this dude bet on himself, took no money, took no salary, took no bonus, took no compensation other than give me stock options, give me equity in the company. Let me go to work. Did he earn it? Yes or no? Obviously he did. And what's going to
Starting point is 01:38:22 happen is this is in Delaware, I believe, because a lot of corporations incorporate in Delaware. Do you hear what he said? He goes, if they rule against me, I don't think any corporation should ever go incorporate in Delaware again. Two things here real fast. A 15% bonus would be completely reasonable bonus. That's what he's asking for. And you don't like the number because it sounds so mammoth, but that's all you're giving him. You're giving him like a 15-17% bonus over that amount of time where he took no bonus. The second thing that's being voted on today, ladies and gentlemen, is moving the incorporation to Texas. That is in front of the shareholders today. It's one of, I think, four motions or nominated elements that the shareholders are voting on.
Starting point is 01:39:01 Yeah. A major screw up on Delaware, because Delaware, everybody you would go and talk to, pretty much majority of the people, that when you wanted to incorporate a business, they would say you should do it in Delaware, you should do it in Delaware, you should do it in Delaware, you should do it in Delaware. Not anymore. This is a bad look for Delaware. Not up in here. No, this is a bad look for Delaware. Okay, so let's go to the next story. Next story I want to go to is Hunter Biden. Rob, if you can pull up the Hunter Biden story for us to go through it. What page do we have it on?
Starting point is 01:39:29 There we go. Jury. Okay, so we haven't even reacted. I feel like it's been only a couple days, but it's been a while since we haven't done a podcast. Let's go to page five. Here we go. Jury finds Hunter Biden guilty on three felony charges.
Starting point is 01:39:43 Hunter Biden, the son of President Biden, has been found guilty on three felony charges. Hunter Biden, the son of President Biden, has been found guilty on three felony charges related to his illegal firearm purchase in 2018. Hunter pleads not guilty in October following his indictment by special counsel David Weish, and the federal trial revolved around his purchase of an illegal firearm while allegedly addicted to drugs. He is now convicted of two counts pertaining to false statements in buying the firearms for writing that he was not addicted to drugs on a federal gun purchase and a third count of obtaining a firearm while addicted to drugs. This is the first time in American history that the son of a president faces a criminal
Starting point is 01:40:18 trial. Vinny? Well, first of all, I think I'm so excited and happy that they actually went this far I don't think he'll do any jail time because of his father's because his father could still pardon him Especially when Joe's up, but I think I think this is showing us Pat that this is the end of Joe Biden I don't know if you guys have been paying attention They're actually they've been protecting hunter Biden for how long for how long like everybody knows who the hell he is Everybody knows about the laptop. We're not stupid.
Starting point is 01:40:45 They're letting the story come out, Tom, because I feel like they're slowly giving up on Joe Biden. The shift is happening right now. They're letting him speak in public. I sent Rob a video. He is the worst. I think I've seen him with stuttering. They're putting him on the public. I don't think that they're giving him any of the drugs that they probably allegedly give him to keep him up and running. All the business dealings are coming out. There was a thing that came out on CNN that said all of all the business dealings with Haley Biden, a couple other family members, a grandkid, they had like a couple millions of dollars with Ukraine and China. All those stories are coming out. And I think it's just so stupid as well. Joe Biden was speaking the day his son Hunter got these three felony charges. Guess where Joe Biden was?
Starting point is 01:41:31 He was speaking and trying to preach to us about gun control and gun violence. Is that it? No, this isn't it. But this is just a video. And this is going back to my point, Pat. The left is starting to shift. And guys, I'm not saying take this to the bank. This is my opinion, Tom.
Starting point is 01:41:44 And the next month or two, they're going to, because all the business dealing stuff is going to come out with him, they're going to shift off of him, and don't be surprised, they have the countdown to hot swap. Exactly Tom. It's going to be the Newsome, Michelle, something big is going to happen too, because just as him speaking this weekend, and then the other one is the Juneteenth celebration. Look at how back. We'll come back to this. We'll come back. Think tight. We're gonna come back to this.
Starting point is 01:42:06 Rob, can you do me a favor on this specific story? So I want you to see this. This is CNN, a while back. This is not a while back. This is like a couple months ago. Play this clip first. Then what is the other CNN clip that you have, Rob? The one that's on page nine. That's where they talk about Hunter Biden and Joe Biden's mortgages being paid from foreign countries. Is it recent story? That's a recent one? Yeah, it's pretty recent. Can you play the most recent one?
Starting point is 01:42:31 Because this is a few months old. So play the other one that you have, the CNN page, you know which one I'm talking about, the one that's on page nine, clip nine. Go for it. Play this clip, watch this. Biden would actually pardon Hunter Biden, despite him saying pretty- Yes, as a father he would. He's pretty bad.
Starting point is 01:42:50 Disturbing. But he knows that he's not going to be convicted. He did not say that about the trial in September because there, the stakes are much higher. He's accused of tax evasion and the money on which he failed to pay taxes came from foreign sources and is linked to influence buying, in other words, to buy the influence of his father. Bingo! On CNN. A week ago.
Starting point is 01:43:15 They can actually track the payments to various Biden members, including payments for Joe Biden's mortgage payments. Just to be clear, there's actually not any evidence linking any of Hunter Biden's wrongdoings to Joe Biden. You are incorrect. You are incorrect. Why? We have the bank statement statement presented in the House of Representatives.
Starting point is 01:43:32 You mean because he paid back a loan to help buy a car from his dad? No, because he routinely paid Joe Biden's household bills. This has been—look, if Republicans had that evidence that you are suggesting— They do. —they would have impeached him by now, and they haven't. Jamal— No, I want the audience to know that they do have it. By the way, this is a week ago of her saying it on CNN.
Starting point is 01:43:54 I love that. Play the Tapper clip that Tapper has to say— She's not MAGA. That she's not MAGA. And Tapper has to say the most painful words. Play this clip. … from the Washington Post had a fact check about Joe Biden from earlier this month, noting that Hunter Biden admitted in court in July that he was in fact paid substantial
Starting point is 01:44:14 sums from Chinese companies. Kessler wrote Hunter Biden reported nearly 2.4 million in income in 2017 and 2.2 million in income in 2018, most of which came from Chinese or Ukrainian interests. But this, and this directly goes against what Joe Biden said in the debate in 2020 with Donald Trump. Take a listen. My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, what are you talking about, China.
Starting point is 01:44:42 What you made, Vice President, he made a fortune in Ukraine, in China, in Moscow, and various other places. So it's from two different debates, but Trump was right. There you go. Oh my God, that must hurt, huh? That must hurt. So going back to my point, Pat, the shift is happening right now. This is the month where everything is starting to shift. The stories are coming out.
Starting point is 01:45:05 And just off that story of Jake Tapper, the Biden family, so it was Hunter, Jim, Sarah, Hailey, and the grandchild, called an $18 million plus from foreign sources since Biden was vice president. Okay, it's slowly starting to happen. He's falling apart. The laptop being introduced as actual evidence. And I don't think people understand, the amount of stuff that's on the laptop is insane and it's going to start coming
Starting point is 01:45:30 out and the next two months I think they're going to shift off them. And it was the FBI, the current FBI, AIC, agent in charge, that testified in court that the laptop is real. This is not some news report speculation. This was raise your hand and testify. So number one. Number two is I don't think they're allowing, I'm a little deeper than you. I don't think on one point, I don't think they're allowing him to speak in public. I think they're sending him to speak in public. And I think they want the buzz. And by the way, check this out. So the video, now this leads me into this. Rob, play the video that you had a minute ago, right there. This is from when, by the way? This is this past weekend. Okay. He was at a Juneteenth celebration. So he's at a Juneteenth celebration.
Starting point is 01:46:16 Watch this clip and then I'm going to give you another clip. And tell me if something looks weird in the other clip. Go ahead, Rob. You know, well, she knows so long as I see her, that night, our freedom can never be secured. That's the founding of our ideals, we don't know fully what American soil is. ["Best of Me"] Now Rob, go to the clip that everybody on the internet is reacting to. This is Ed Krasenstein that we had on the podcast.
Starting point is 01:46:54 When is this? Well, no, he just posted this two days ago. People are now claiming that Joe Biden has a different skin color on his neck. The absurdities never stop. Okay, play this clip and just watch. It doesn't talk the same way. Look at the neck. And the market is that if you have all of all the tax breaks, essentially all the tax breaks, all of the benefits flowing to the top one tenth of one percent. It's not shadow. Shadow doesn't move like that. Is the light in the back even moving? Including going back to the Great Depression.
Starting point is 01:47:27 That is. Ever. And so, one of the things that worries me most about that, is not just that. Is that AI creation? Now close it, close it. Now go to the comment section, okay? Zoom in and say something for sure is going on, bro.
Starting point is 01:47:41 Explain this, right? Go a little lower. It's the lighting. And the shadow. And the shadow is color. It's definitely this, right? Go a little lower. It's the lighting and the shadow is color. It's definitely not lighting. Okay, keep going lower, keep going lower, keep going lower, keep going lower, keep going lower. You'll see more. This one here, what would you call it? Go to the bottom one with the picture. What would you call it? Okay, so go a little lower, go a little lower. Now, and then look at this one here, this is the worst one. What is that? Okay, what is that?
Starting point is 01:48:06 That's not, that doesn't give me AI vibes because it's moving, Tom. So if you go back up at the top, Rob, and play the clip again when the neck is moving, yeah, let it just move, yeah, keep, leave it alone. Watch this. All the tax breaks, essentially all the tax breaks. That's moving naturally.
Starting point is 01:48:26 All of the benefits flowing to the top one tenth of one percent. That almost looks like it's a different town. Including going back to the Great Depression. Ever. Okay, so you can pause it here now. Few years ago, ten years ago, I had somebody very interesting on the podcast. Her name was Jonah Mendez. If you can pull up who Jonah Mendez is, Jonah Mendez was the former disguise officer
Starting point is 01:48:53 of the CIA, okay? And her job was to make, you know, different types of masks of people to make it look real. Do me a favor Rob if you can go back, go back to where you were at, yeah, and go to the top where you googled her name and type in Bush. Just type in Bush and then go to images. Yeah, right there and then go to images. She's standing next to Bush hanging on holding a mask. It's the one right there, Rob. Go a little bit to the left of the image, the big one you put up. No, the big one you put up, meaning like it's to the left. Rob, right there.
Starting point is 01:49:29 It's right in the middle of the screen. Right in the middle of the screen, Rob. No Rob. Right there. Okay, zoom in a little bit on that picture. That's her showing the entire time she's talking to Bush, she had a mask on and Bush didn't recognize her until she took it off. And she says, no, that wasn't me.
Starting point is 01:49:48 That was the mask we made. And by the way, this mask that Jonah Mendes made was when President Bush was president. How long ago was it when President Bush was president? Senior, what year is it, Tom? 88 to 92? Yeah. 88 to 92. So, Clinton was 92 to 2000 and then 2001 which is George Bush, right? So, how much better you think we've gotten at making these masks from then to now? Forget it. How much better you think we've gotten better at that, right? So, 500 times. Yeah,
Starting point is 01:50:23 when I had Aron and she told me she was the chief disguise officer of CIA and how she would make, her and her team would make these types of masks, and I would ask her, I said, how many doubles are there? Are there doubles? You'd be surprised. What do people do for it to give them a Saddam Hussein double, all these other people doubles? Some people are claiming, allegedly, that that is a double, because there's no way on one end, let's do this one more time, because
Starting point is 01:50:50 we didn't even pay attention that we were looking at the guy's neck. Rob, can you go back to the clip of President Biden mumbling? You know, the one that you put up, the first one you put up. So this is President Biden mumbling. Just listen to him speaking and see if this sounds normal. Play this clip. Okay, you can pause it right there. Now go to the other clip of people reacting to saying there's no way this is the same man and see how he speaks in this clip. Audio. this clip audio. You have to write the market a little bit here. And the market is that if you have all of the tax breaks, all of the benefits flowing
Starting point is 01:51:33 to the top one tenth of one percent. You can pause it. Listen to me, my eyes, one is not like the other. Something sounds strange and this is her. Is this her talking about how she made it, Rob? Play this clip. Go forward. Back to our disguise labs out at Langley and we invented a whole new genre of masks.
Starting point is 01:51:56 Masks that are so good, that are so realistic, that you can actually get up close and have a personal contact with someone for an extended period of time, they're good enough that you can brief the President of the United States in the Oval Office wearing a mask. And he isn't sure if it's you or if it's someone else. Those masks were the beginning of a whole new generation of work that we did at the CIA. Once we could make these masks that fit you so well, then we discovered we could make a twin. We could make another you.
Starting point is 01:52:40 There could be two of you. This is the Chief Disguise Officer of the CIA. This is the conspiracy disguise officer of the CIA Extra was all we needed. So But that's only the tip of the iceberg as longtime CIA lawyer John Rizzo tells it the Relationship between the spy agency and La La Land is quite cozy. And his new book company. I sent Rob two separate videos on Slack. And by the way, this isn't a conspiracy. The technology is there.
Starting point is 01:53:13 This is the head girl at the CIA. Just look at Joe Biden throughout the years. Look how different. Like, Rob, look at that guy compared to that guy. Are you kidding? Guys, don't lie to yourself. look at that guy compared to that guy. Are you kidding? Guys, don't lie to yourself. That does not look like the same guy. And there was one when he was playing with John Kirby, his chin, it was a double chin.
Starting point is 01:53:32 Then he has a different chin. The nut chin. The nut chin, the ball chinny. It just looks like, I understand people age and they get different faces, but this is ridiculous. This is just- I don't know for a fact what's going on but what I do know what I do know is that when I interviewed the former chief disguise officer of the CIA yeah she specifically told me that they made
Starting point is 01:53:54 these masks so good this is 30 years ago that it fooled the leader of the free world yeah George Bush senior that's so if it can fool a man that one out of billions of people becomes the president, if it can fool the leader of billions of people, don't you think it can fool the average day-to-day people? 100%? Yeah, it's the same person. So I don't know. It just looks a little bit weird here. Adam? So what's the question? Hunter Biden? Is there multiple Joe Biden? There's no question. I don't have any thoughts on the whole conversation. I guess my first question would be if Joe Biden can do it, could Donald Trump do it? Because he was also the president. He probably has access to any of this. So look, I might not be in the
Starting point is 01:54:43 majority here. Actually, this might be controversial. I actually think there's only one Joe Biden. I actually think there's only one Donald Trump. I think they, I think Joe Biden is a gaff machine. I think he has a stutter. I think he makes a lot of mistakes. I think- What do you think that neck is? What do you think that neck is? I don't know. But if you told me that there was going to be a situation where we were talking about skin color on a president's face and neck, I'd be like, oh, we're talking about orange Donald Trump. No, there's something going on his neck.
Starting point is 01:55:11 I don't know. It is weird. Stay on that. Stay on that. Stay on that. But let me be super clear here. Hang on a second. Stay on that.
Starting point is 01:55:19 Stay on that. So you said, you know, then that means there could be a double with Trump. I guess there could be a double of anybody if that, there could be a double of anybody Okay, so so no problem. So think about why if we play Speculation game. Okay. Do you think there's ever been any leader that had a double around the world? I think there's plenty of leaders that have body doubles. Yes. Okay. I just my one question is are they the one giving speeches? Right, so that that's where it goes to. So watch this. Do you think President Trump has shown any signs of not being able to communicate his
Starting point is 01:55:52 message clearly? No. Speaking is not his biggest problem. Some of the words that come out of his mouth, you might argue, could be a problem. But he's a very gifted speaker and marketer. So do you think President Trump, even at this age of 78, has a hard time clearly delivering his message to the people? The answer is what?
Starting point is 01:56:15 No. Okay. Do you think President Joe Biden used to be able to deliver his message better, but today he does not know how to deliver his message in a clear fashion. Clearly he has fallen off, but I will say that I don't think he's ever been an eloquent speaker. It's not like we're talking about JFK or Obama and all of a sudden he fell off.
Starting point is 01:56:34 I'll give you a video in a minute. I'll find it and I'll give it to Rob to see. You will not recognize that these two are the same. He's always had a reputation of plagiarism since Johnny Carson days. He's always had a reputation of duplicating and you know doing all that what other people's speeches are saying. It's fine. But he used to be a good communicator. So the reason again we're playing speculation game. If somebody was to bring a double would be for what reasons? If one were to do it, what would it be for? For Biden or for general? No general, anybody. One would be for what reasons? If one were to do it, what would it be for? For Biden or for general?
Starting point is 01:57:05 General, anybody. One would be protection, is that fair to say? For sure. But protection, you're just walking, right? So it's not like you're in a public, you're like, look, we don't want to have the president walking, let's have somebody else walk. So one would be protection. What would be another reason why you would want to have a body double? You can be two places at the same time. You can cover a track. What else? Maybe you can, hey listen, this guy ain't ready to give a speech today, get this guy
Starting point is 01:57:28 out there, he can give the fake speech, get the fake Joe Biden out there, do all that. So again, I'm not sitting here telling you that is the case or not. I'm purely speculating if there were. The chief disguise officer of the CIA just tells you we have such great advancement that we can make the face look so good that you can talk and it's the same exact person. It gives you a little bit of concern to say, is this really happening? Especially after all of a sudden says, hey tough guy, June 27, I beat you twice, I'll beat you again, debate all this other stuff. I don't know. I think there's some reason for people to be skeptical. I don't know if I'm there
Starting point is 01:58:08 right now, but I think there's some reason for people to be skeptical. You're an odds guy, and I know you want to move on real quick. Odds that he has this fake body double. What percentage? Tom. 100%. 100%. They've been using doubles and you can... They've been using doubles and you can... We know, but... They've been using doubles since Reagan. I'm saying getting out there and giving speeches, specifically. No, they've been using doubles since Reagan. And so in those 40 years, is it possible they've progressed it all the way that the guy could pull off a speech? Yes.
Starting point is 01:58:39 You can really dive into the State of the Union speech. Tom has never said 100%. I am so impressed. What do you think, Ben? You can really dive into the State of the Union speech. You don't really give yourself a I am so impressed. What do you think? You can really dive into the state of the union. You don't really give yourself a lot of wiggle room. I think 100% with Tom. I know you guys, Tom, Adam hates when I say a hundred percent.
Starting point is 01:58:52 I think 100% body double, obviously, because even celebrities have body doubles. I don't think, I, my belief that that is not the same Joe Biden because from his earlobes to everything from his chin, that's not the same. From the window to the wall, that is definitely not the same Joe Biden because from his earlobes to everything from his chin that's not from the window to the wall that is definitely not there's a movie there's a movie in 1993 called Dave you ever see Dave where the president is with a girl and has a heart attack they find the guy that looks just like him and he and he changes the system and everything like that's called Dave I want to have a fun little exercise with you quick because I already have a vote with a bet with Tom.
Starting point is 01:59:27 And you pretty much went out there and said that the switch is in, the flip is in. So let's just have the vote already. Tom and I have a vote that I believe whether it's for good or for bad, these Dems, they're riding with Biden. Straight up. They are basically saying, which one? We're going to one of them. They're basically saying, you know what, we think we can beat Trump. We're basically saying, which one? We're going to be one of them. They're basically
Starting point is 01:59:45 saying, you know what? We think we can beat Trump. We're good or for bad. There's a lot of people out there probably being like, these idiots are actually sticking with Biden. But Vegas hasn't moved much since the indictment. The polls are actually pretty close. The DNC is August 19th. The RNC is July 15th. So I think Trump's going to be the guy. We all know that. I don't think he's going to go to jail. We can have that conversation.
Starting point is 02:00:11 Yeah. You're pretty, pretty, pretty confident. They're going to flip out, uh, there's do the switches in, whether it's Obama, Michelle Obama, whether it's, whether it's Gavin, you know, this. So all right, let's like, let's make the bet by the DNC. They're going to do the switch. How much we putting on it? Well, hold on, because we already have a $500 bet. That he's going to go on Rogan.
Starting point is 02:00:29 And $500 bet on, so we have a thousand on the table. McGregor. Conor McGregor's going to win. Yeah, but this is specifically on Joe Biden. I don't want to make the sabbatical bet. Yeah, I don't want to make the bet. Let's go, bro. Get to the point. Like, we got to go. That's how confident you are. $100?
Starting point is 02:00:40 Okay, good. Yes, $100. That's weak. All right, so let's go through that. All right, so here we go. Next story. Next story we got is, what did we, $100? $100, that's weeks. $8000 bucks. Alright, so let's go through that. Alright, so here we go, next story. Next story we got is, what did we do so far? We did Musk, we did Hunter, okay pull up the clip from Nancy Pelosi. Pull up the clip from Nancy Pelosi. Very soon we're gonna have a sponsor that's gonna be DraftKings.
Starting point is 02:01:00 We gotta put our money where our mouth is. Or go to the other political party. Or stole a Chenaya. This is her in January 6. Watch this. This is her by the opposite. So let's preface what this is, Vinny. Her daughter is in the back seat recording all this. And mind you, there's been speculation, like, she had two conversations,
Starting point is 02:01:20 two of the same exact conversations that they recorded it. This is all supposed to be like a documentary from her daughter recording, but little did they know that she admits something here at the end of this. Oopsie. Oopsie.
Starting point is 02:01:30 We have responsibility, Terry. We did not have any accountability for what was going on there, and we should have. This is ridiculous. You're gonna ask me in the middle of the thing, but they've already breached the inaugural stuff, that should we call the Capitol Police? I mean, the National Guard? Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?
Starting point is 02:01:57 They thought that they had sufficient resources. There is not a question of how they had been. They don't know. They clearly didn't know and I take responsibility for not having them just prepared for more. For more? She's taking responsibility for them not being there and being prepared for more and let's just very quickly, okay you want to show this one? Yeah of course. Let's show this one. This is her responding to the video. Is that what it is a big guy the same day go the fact is that the president of the united states the former president
Starting point is 02:02:31 and his toadies do not want to face the facts they're trying to do revisionist history on january six but and we cannot let us be uh... dragged into their, again, false impression of what happened that day. They know what happened that day. The fact is that the-
Starting point is 02:02:53 Okay, so let- Stop. Yeah, so, and again, and again, it just, like you said about common sense and people and information, it just takes time. January 6th, okay, and this is, remember the ex-police chief of Capitol Police, Stephen Son? He said the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, and the military all knew January 6th was going to be insane. It was going to be chaotic.
Starting point is 02:03:17 They had intelligence warning them of violence, and the intelligence was not shared with him because they wanted it to be a shit show, okay? And then add to the fact that the FBI had you know FBI sources even Antifa was dressed up in MAGA gear they were changing they were inside this was January 6 was a trap it was a setup they like Ray Epps Ray Epps was not only caught on camera time he was the number one instigator of the riot he he was at the first breach and what
Starting point is 02:03:45 did he get? He got a misdemeanor and he's going to do no jail time. Okay, everybody else that was there got 20 years. They're still arresting people. They're arresting veterans who are outside holding flags and I'm happy. I hope something comes up about this because they all knew but they turned they wanted it to become what it did so they could go after everybody because they don't want anybody going to Washington. Tom, how big of a deal is this? On Nancy Pelosi? This is a pretty big deal.
Starting point is 02:04:12 On a one to ten, I give it about a seven because it just shows how much, just like the Steele dossier, just like Russia, that as time goes by, things are leaking out and the narrative that they tried to pin on Trump isn't pinning. It's coming undone. The thread's coming undone for one simple reason. He was anti-establishment, they are establishment, and they're trying to protect the home field on that.
Starting point is 02:04:37 And now you're seeing from Hillary to Pelosi, it's all coming out. Adam. So we're trying to establish how much accountability and responsibility is on Nancy Pelosi versus Trump. What are we solving for right now? Well, I think from what we're seeing, Adam, she was claiming, you't, they didn't want it. They wanted it to be chaotic. They wanted it to be exactly what they wanted to, to go after everybody, to make it seem as something as it wasn't. I, I, I don't disagree with you. I just look, the most important thing we're going to have coming up is election November 5th. Anytime you bring up anything with the Capitol, anytime you bring up anything with that insurrection, do you think that benefits the Republicans or you think that
Starting point is 02:05:27 benefits the Democrats? I'll answer it for you. It's definitely not going to help Trump. And when you're talking about January 6th, most people have made up their mind. There was a poll out there in the CBS this weekend. You know, if you trust CBS, let's give that disclaimer and you trust polls. Sunday morning, this was, do you think the FBI operatives organize and encourage the January 6th insurrection?
Starting point is 02:05:50 48% of Americans, this is from the Washington Post, can't trust them, we know that. Of course. On the University of Maryland poll, margin of error, 4%. 48% of Americans said that probably or definitely false that the FBI operatives organizer encouraged it. So almost 50% said, nah, the FBI didn't organize it. Guys, this is a poll. 26% says, listen, not sure.
Starting point is 02:06:17 Can't really tell you one way or the other. And 25% said definitely or probably true. So you'd be obviously in that camp that the FBI for sure was part of this for sure. Exactly. You're in that 100 day Christopher Wray couldn't even he was in front of Congress and he goes, I can't say he 100%. There was FBI agents on the ground. Vinnie, I'm with you.
Starting point is 02:06:35 So you're in that camp where I'm just letting you know that half of America doesn't think that way. A court of America is with you and a court of America is like, yeah, I'm not really sure. What's my point? You're going to talk about January 6. Do you think this is a good thing or a bad thing for Trump? To me personally, if it's with stuff like that coming out, it's a good thing because the word insurrection never happened. You mean to tell me all those people came over to take over the government and no one of them had a gun.
Starting point is 02:07:00 So I see where you're going with this. This is, this is, I just don't think it helps Trump. So I guess what the way you're positioning it is kind of like the clip we played from earlier when Kevin Spacey says, I was on the plane and there was little girls there and that's why I never supported Jeffrey Epstein, right? Okay, that information does not help the Clintons because it validates that there were young girls on the plane that were teens on the plane. She just, a very famous celebrity just validated that there was teens there. You're right. That is not good to bring you back up. But in this case, she is saying she's the reason I take responsibility. In this case, it helps Trump.
Starting point is 02:07:46 It doesn't hurt Trump. It helps him, and it hurts Nancy Pelosi, because all the stuff that we were told, insurrectionist, and you're used to this, and look what they've done, and all this other stuff. Yeah, so guess what? Now we know who was behind it that didn't allow protection to come as soon as possible because she wanted chaos.
Starting point is 02:08:07 Yeah, I mean, look, there's blame to go around. I'm sure politics is ugly and we're seeing sort of how the sausage is made. What did Trump do? What did Pelosi do? There's enough blame to go around. I'm just from a macro perspective. By the way, what percentage of Americans do you think are going to see that clip? Percentage of Americans?
Starting point is 02:08:24 15, 20 percent. You know, you don't need every, no it's not even that. It's less than that. But the point is- It's not going to go viral. Nobody is going to talk about this. You don't need that many people. I just don't think talking about January 6th helps Trump.
Starting point is 02:08:35 All that's going to help is when his trial comes up. That's not how life works, Adam. If you were accused of doing something that you never did, you have no problem as many people talking about it, if you know for a fact you never did it. You want that to be talked about if you never did it, especially if more proof is coming that you didn't do it. Trust me, you want that. Trust me, that community who was accused of that wants that.
Starting point is 02:09:07 So a part of it helps him. Doesn't hurt him. I don't disagree. Last point, when you see, and quote me on this, hundreds of millions of dollars of ads that hit the airwaves this summer and this fall before the election of the greatest insurrection clips ever of Confederate flags in the Capitol that Robert Lee and Stowell Jackson weren't able to do. They were in there of our buddy that we interviewed.
Starting point is 02:09:32 What's his name? The QAnon Shaman. When you see people smashing fighting, please, when you see hundreds of million dollars worth of ads replaying the highlights of January six, ask yourself, does that help Trump or hurt Trump? It ain yourself does that help Trump or hurt Trump? It ain't gonna help Trump. Yeah, again that part with logic, if it's showing to redeem a person, 100% it helps him. Similar to what you said earlier on today's podcast, you said I almost fell for Kevin Spacey.
Starting point is 02:10:04 He is that good of an actor. Just like I fell for what? Russia collusion. And now, do you think the Russia collusion was an accurate statement or they were manipulating to hurt Trump? They were definitely manipulating. This is the same exact thing with J6. And I see exactly what you're doing.
Starting point is 02:10:21 The only difference is January 6 actually happened. No, no. But but no it's not January to say happened I'm not calling it an insurrection I'm saying the ugliness of it all but that but that's okay no no no no no but what you just said yes is a like listen you go and you hook up with a girl okay no no no no no hang on hang on hang on hang on hang on I don't want to do this analogy you go hook up with a girl and imagine somebody keeps saying, no, you raped her. No, no, you raped her. So was there sex between you and the girl?
Starting point is 02:10:49 Yes. No. If there was sex between you and the girl, one can say it's what? Consensual? One can say it's what? Rape. Okay. There is a big difference.
Starting point is 02:11:00 Meaning was there a rally with millions of people, not millions, thousands of people that were not happy that Trump lost because they felt that holding back the New York Post story was manipulation? Yes. But is that an insurrection? No. There's a big difference between a rally and an insurrection. And that difference is called a crime. So in this case, when she finally says this, no, this is saying that she was responsible for the crime. I'm with you, but as I see this stat, I have to point out the obvious. Our audience, 94% believes the FBI was involved in instigating the insurrection. I love our audience, respect, say what you want to say. You know, all the lovely comments are out there. That's not even what I'm saying. By the way, if you notice, if you notice, not a single thing I've said.
Starting point is 02:11:53 I'm not talking about what you said, I'm saying about that poll right there. What I'm saying to you, I don't care about the Fed stuff. I'm not talking about the Fed stuff. I'm talking about the qualification of a word being used. You had sex with a girl. No, you raped her. Those are two. The intercourse happened. But one was consensual. One was forced. Did you hold a rally? Yes. Why did you hold it? We were not happy with the results. But was there insurrection? No. They let us in and they didn't even want, she didn't even want even want to. The qualification and the definition of the two words are different. And by the way, very quickly as we've learned in the last few years, 64%, whatever the number
Starting point is 02:12:34 was, majority of America, Rob, can you pull up the stat on JFK assassination? The trust in JFK assassination over the years, okay, there's a poll for it where it says, you know, 80% of the public believed the fact that it was Harvey Oswald and then that's gone down to numbers where now people realize the number one person that they think was behind the killing of JFK was who? The government. And it's changed. How many years did that take?
Starting point is 02:13:01 It doesn't matter. It's how long it takes for- Well, no, you've got six months to convince the general public that January 6th was actually a good thing. This helped. I agree. It needs to happen quick. This took 60 years. I get that.
Starting point is 02:13:13 But today there was no social media then. Today there's social media. So it moves much quicker. All right, Rob, let's go to the last story. Florida, Russia, what the hell is going on there? So if you have a clip, so here's a clip. So Russian warship in Cuba are no threat, USS. All right, no problem.
Starting point is 02:13:29 So this is a few hours ago, US officials have played down Wednesday's arrival of four Russian naval vessels in Cuba for military drills. The visit of the vessels, which include a nuclear powered submarine, not a big deal. I mean, it's just a nuclear powered submarine and frigate have been seen as a show of force amid Moscow's tensions with the West over the war in Ukraine. They are anchored at the Havana Bay, some 90 miles from the US state of Florida.
Starting point is 02:14:01 We of course take it seriously, but these exercises don't pose a threat to United States. The Russian moves are consistent with the routine naval visits that we've seen under different administrations," Press Secretary Sabrina Singh added. Russia's Defense Ministry says Admiral Gorshkov of the frigate and the Kazan submarine are both carriers of advanced weapons, including hypersonic missiles Zircon. They earlier conducted missile drills in the Atlantic. But Cuba's foreign ministry says none of the vessels have nuclear arms on board, and their five-day visit does not pose a threat to the region. Obviously we have to sit there and believe that.
Starting point is 02:14:38 But that just happened last night, folks, when you were asleep. Russia shows up out of nowhere. Tom, how normal is this? Is this a tactic? Is Putin trying to send a message? What do you think this is? This, excuse me, sorry about that. This is a show of force by Russia, number one, that they are calling a visit to Cuba and they are basically, while Biden is president, sailing right on by into Cuba and making their point, we can do whatever we want. This is a result of weak leadership in the United States.
Starting point is 02:15:13 And now you have the US government saying, oh, it's no threat. This stuff happens all the time. And they're saying that because they don't want to appear weak. But if you think the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and you think that really the US intelligence and defense community underneath the covers like this, and think this is okay, you're kidding yourself. This is not okay. Well, this is scary stuff. We never want to hear Russia in Cuba.
Starting point is 02:15:47 You know, 1960s, 1962, I want to say JFK was the president right there. There was the Cuban missile crisis, Fidel Castro, communist socialist Cuba was this was during the cold war. Everything with that was very scary. You know, my father would tell me stories about how do you, would as a kids they would have to hide under their desks and everything like that. Thank God. You know, these these days there's another a lot of kids have heard about other things in school shootings out there and it's pretty unfortunate. But back in the day, kids would literally have to hide under their desk for fear of nuclear war.
Starting point is 02:16:20 And just the fact that this is happening, you know how far Cuba is from here? 90 miles from the south of Florida, from the keys. So scary, not a comforting feeling. And I'm wondering the last time this happened, that's my first question. And then look, Joe Biden, Russia and Ukraine war, Israel, Gaza. I think there's a new situation going on in Yemen. That's been resurfaced. We've seen what's happened in the withdrawal of Afghanistan. Look, I'll be critical of Trump, but I'll also be critical of Biden.
Starting point is 02:16:51 Weak, feckless leadership. This is kind of shit that happens. Yeah. And to all those idiots that were posting Ukrainian flags on your social media and those stupid ass pins, how stupid do you feel right now? Russia is literally going to be putting missiles. They're trying to put hypersonic missiles to Cuba, which by the way, our missiles can't intercept, we don't even have that technology. So I'm happy that everybody that was screaming
Starting point is 02:17:13 that World War III nonsense, congratulations. This is like out of the movie, October. That is the biggest FU, you want to talk about show of fours, bro. That's 66 miles away Rob, what'd you say? Oh, it turned into 25 miles They reported 25 miles off of the off the coast of Key Largo. Yeah, which is in the keys Yeah, congratulations put another pin on your on your stupid-ass shirt Yeah, they're not going down there to get some contraband cohibits No No, they're not has the State Department or the Department of Defense
Starting point is 02:17:45 made a public statement about this? Because this is not something that we should just kind of treat lightly and casually talk about. Is there actual a statement that they put out? Like Kirby? What did they do? Those guys are, they have no idea. They don't give a shit.
Starting point is 02:17:55 I just read it. I would hope that they give a shit. Well Adam, but here's the thing. Adam, it's a thing. I would hope that they care about our country. Adam, you follow the news. The fact that you haven't seen it, and this has already been 24 hours, what does that
Starting point is 02:18:06 say? We of course take this seriously, but these exercises don't pose a threat to United States. It says the Pentagon. Yeah, sure. I read earlier. Do you believe that? So, listen, for me, when I see something like this at the peak, at the peak of what they're going through right now, Russia, Ukraine is still going on.
Starting point is 02:18:25 You got all these relationships. And by the way, a part of it has to do with the fact that there were some weapons that were sent to, used to attack Russia that were American weapons given to Ukraine. This is what the reaction is to. I don't know where I read that. But Rob, if you can find that, the fact that they're not happy that the U.S. helped Ukraine with certain weapons that have hit. I'm trying to read the article here. It says, National Security Report, Jake Solomon reported Wednesday that the U.S. is closely
Starting point is 02:18:58 monitoring the Russian military drills in the Atlantic, adding that there's no evidence of Russia's interference with any missiles to Cuba. Experts believe that the exercise is a show of force by Kremlin. Atlantic, adding that there's no evidence of Russia's interference with any missiles to Cuba. Experts believe that the exercise is a show of force by Kremlin. The warships are a reminder to Washington that it is unpleasant when an adversary meddles in your near abroad, says Benjamin. Anyways, I'm sure we're going to learn more about this later on today. It also reminds Russian friends in the region, including U.S. antagonists
Starting point is 02:19:26 Cuba and Venezuela, that Moscow is on their side. Russian ships and submarines have been docked in Havana since 2008. As part of Russian military exercise, U.S. officials say they expect the latest round of vessels to remain in the region through the summer with a possible stop scheduled in Venezuela. What was that part thing in 2008? What was that? They've had a vessel in Cuba since 2008. Okay. Yeah. That's why I'm wondering how often this thing's happened because we know they've had relations, this communism and everything that's going on there. By the way, you know who I do
Starting point is 02:19:54 trust is the Miami Herald because they kind of vested interest in what's going on in Cuba because, you know, 50% of our population down here is Cuban, Cuban political refugees. And the Miami Herald does a great job of covering this. So I checked what they did this 24 hours ago, Russian warships, nuclear submarine enter Havana. We are watching this as you are under watch by US destroyers. So it's not like this is going unnoticed. Let's just hope that cooler heads prevail.
