Starting point is 00:00:00 This NBA season, make every three-pointer alley-oop and buzzer-beater even more exciting with FanDuel. Download the app today to see why we're North America's number one sportsbook. 19-plus and physically located in Ontario. Gamling Tom, call 1-866-531-2600 or visit connectsontario.ca. Okay, so episode 404, I believe that's an Atlanta area code. We got a lot of things going on. We got this one person that apparently was supposed to be one of the top candidates for VP who writes a book about shooting her dog in the head because she didn't like the dog and writes about it in the book bragging about it.
Starting point is 00:01:06 The dog was 12, this dog cricket, whatever this dog, we're going to talk about this dog. And Vegas odds plummeted. By the way, nearly half of Americans have a dog. You talk about killing a dog proudly and a goat. Okay, forget the goat, but why a dog, right? Why a dog will talk about that. there was down lemon on Bill Maher Talking about the fact that you guys don't understand what it is to be a gay black man living in America making 10 million years Just you know the life the struggles so bad for yeah
Starting point is 00:01:36 So so Bill Maher called him out saying what do you mean the Santas and Trump had a meeting which is kind of interesting And they there was a meeting that allegedly that this word allegedly is going to be very popular today like yeah some people are allegedly stuck in traffic coming up from land some people are allegedly if we can zoom in on Adam real quick guys so you guys can see what Adam's outfit today looks like if you can please do that just a freaking phenomenal of a look. Can I say one thing about Adam? I love his look today. Look at his he's not even talking a lot He's getting right to the point. He's nailing that hitting the nail on the head. Yes. Yes It's sort of like a regular day
Starting point is 00:02:10 By the way for those of you that want these allegedly shirts when we do the release on these shirts text award text award Merch to 3103401132 text award 3 1 a merch to 3103401132, text the word merch to 3103401132 when we release these allegedly shirts most likely next week, it'll be a shirt you want to wear because it's like an insurance policy nowadays to wear a shirt called Allegedly. You confuse the shit out of everybody at work. But let's continue. So Biden and DeSantis got together, who knows what the conversation was about.
Starting point is 00:02:43 Aside from that, the TikTok ban that took place, there's a representative that apparently put a bunch of money into Facebook after writing the bill to ban TikTok. Anyways, we'll show you this here. And then there's another billionaire that is a big supporter of TikTok not being banned, you got to kind of know his story as well. Substitute Teacher fights a student who allegedly, again this word, used racial slur in crowded Vegas shooting hallway and knocks the kid out. We'll talk about that.
Starting point is 00:03:13 You whole loving neo-Nazis mask up, okay, to trot through Charleston. You got to see this. It's absolutely wild. And apparently, allegedly, this man named Adam is officially in the house He's here and It's good to have you here Adam will grow glad you're safe and allegedly stuck in traffic, but it is what it is Rumor has it there's 72 minutes until the end of the world according to Politico if The first person dropped a nuclear bomb, how quickly things would get ugly.
Starting point is 00:03:45 And then there's a police intervenes as the clip of a biting, but I don't know folks if you saw this or not, this grown man Tom bites the boy in the ear. Did you see that clip? Yeah, it was kind of creepy, I don't know, about nine levels. And Vinny has a bunch of stories on this guy, who he is, this Italian guy that some are saying, what's wrong with that? What if that's the father doing that to his son?
Starting point is 00:04:10 How dare you, Vinny, while you're going through that? And in any case, FTC bands, the non-competes, there's a bunch of other things that's coming out. We'll talk about that. There's 18% of you right now that this applies to 30 million people that are part of a non-compete. Is it a good thing? Is it a bad thing there the FTC chair went on? One of the shows a guy actually like watching and says well This is a great thing because it's gonna create a lot of different jobs. We'll talk about that David pecker again
Starting point is 00:04:35 Another story coming back up strong-armed Tiger Woods into appearing in his magazine Giving him no money because he apparently had a picture of his dangling these guys use the word romp I prefer the word dangling. Yeah, I think dangling is more proper here Justin Bieber fans fear Singers crying selfies are linked to P diddy and we'll talk about that Tom's on heavy-duty research on that Bishop who was allegedly against Popular stab makes emotional return to the altar. Okay?
Starting point is 00:05:09 So Marmari will have him give you a video, we'll show it to you. New York Times blasts Biden for avoiding interviews. New York Times, and this article is written by Politico, Biden scraps plan to ban menthol cigarettes after political pressure. Guys, this is not a joke. This is a real story. Menthol cigarettes and wait till you hear who used to smoke menthol cigarettes in the
Starting point is 00:05:34 White House back in the days. Tom's going to tell us about that. Donald Trump's woman voter problem is getting worse. Newsweek, Adam's got some thoughts on that. California's EV goal could cost $20 billion to meet the 2045 demand. By the way, Gavin Newsom made the mistake of asking his people in California, we want to make a coin for California. What should it look like? Wait till the ideas he got on the coin. Mortgage rates continue to rise to 7.5%. Florida real
Starting point is 00:06:04 estate sellers slashing home prices as inventory surges to uncomfortable levels. And that's a New York Post story, not a New York Times story. Why college kids are abandoning Ivy Leagues to go to southern schools, and especially after what happened with Columbia. We'll show you some clips. There is, well, U.S. debt interest payment. Ready? Think about what your credit card payments are. Think about what your interest payments are. Well, this country called America, its debt payment officially reached just the interest alone, a trillion dollars. Okay, we'll talk about that. Taylor Swift's new album, Mox God, says outraged Christians, Mox God, and it
Starting point is 00:06:38 says a bunch of things. I'll read it to you here in a minute. Outrage Christian leaders with what she had to say and then Taylor Swift flying being deeply concerned about climate change. Wait till you see how much she's flying. AOC and Bolber, this AI thing that was done and this other person made a fake AI of things being said the guy gets fired. There's a lot of stuff going on there and then Nancy Pelosi. I think she needs to go see Jack Nicholson from anger management big time I think she has some anger management issues, which we'll talk about that and I got a couple videos one very very Creative funny video you know how these all these students are on the campus is camped out all this stuff bitching and complaining about what's going
Starting point is 00:07:20 On yeah, this one guy goes at 430 in the morning Wakes everybody's ass up with an alarm. You have to hear it. It is so funny. However, before we get started, I got something I want to tell you guys. So we announced the Manette contest to come have dinner with us at Casa de Angelo and go have dinner. Rob, go to the Leaders Bulletin.
Starting point is 00:07:40 Folks, if you want to see the Leaders Bulletin, just go to Manette.com and all the way at the top, you'll see a leaders bulletin. Click on it. The video explains how to compete. It's whoever monects the most, both as experts, influencers, and those who ask others. As a user, you can compete on this. Rob, you can stay on that if you want. Just stay on that.
Starting point is 00:07:59 Oh, you have the categories of where they are. But I want to see how many monects people are doing, and then we'll go to that. So right now, if you look at this, new experts on Manect, lightweight, if you look at it, it's Zoom and Rob. Tulsi Gabbard has officially completed 72 Manects that she has responded to, by the way, on Manect. Second place so far is Brandon Davis, then it's Santino Tostani. John Ray is competing, but he's fourth place and he got the rest of the folks.
Starting point is 00:08:26 Even Ryan Garcia is at seventh place, by the way. He responded. And by the way, I think he's responded to every single Manecte he's gotten. Any response in audio. So it's not like he responded. Rob, go to the other category for middleweight. If you look at middleweight, Fernando is still first place at 46. This is people that pre-announced in the contest.
Starting point is 00:08:43 They were on here from April 16th. He's done 46 questions He's responded to his first place. He'd be invited to the dinner then his Patis out almost third place Look at the next Kelly Dame Dash is even on there at six plays go to the last category Heavyweight first place is not even close 138 77 Chris Cuomo third place 40 fo. And then you got everybody else. Now Rob, go to home team, go to home team. Who's dominating? Okay, dominating Vincent Oshanna, 281.
Starting point is 00:09:12 Wow, thank you everybody, I love you. Vinny, Vinny, Vinny. Then it's Tom 204, Adam 75. We're trying to catch up. But I'll tell you guys here what's going on here in a minute with Vinny. Go down to the bottom with the people asking most questions. This is how you use it. Manecta is slowly but surely becoming the most popular networking app because 95% of the time the people respond to you. You want an answer back, pay for it.
Starting point is 00:09:34 You want to be waiting for three months, DM somebody on Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, if you're lucky. By the way, the number of people getting back to you, if you DM them is less than 3% on some apps is 1%. Manecta is 91-95%. Look at the people asking the most questions. Show that real quick, Rob. So in first place is who? Zoom in a little bit, Rob, if you could, for the, uh, Terrell Hall, 76. Eddie Gossiker, 71 questions he's asked other Manectors. Eric Link, 67. Very competitive, by the way,
Starting point is 00:10:03 here. Now go to the other side for people that have been using Minek. Pre-April, Dustin is asking questions. Ozzy second place. So so far it hasn't even been two weeks and top three they're all above a hundred. Jeanette, La Hoze who comes to all the lives that we do, John Ray. Okay, so here's what I want to do Rob. If you can go to all the QR codes. How many of you watching this, be honest, who here loves Vinny? Okay, who here loves Vinny? If you love Vinny,
Starting point is 00:10:30 today is Vinny's birthday. Okay, tomorrow is birthday, but today's Mario and tomorrow we're not doing a podcast tomorrow. So listen, today, tomorrow, if you love Vinny, you want to wish him a happy birthday, go on here, manic with him, send him some love, wish him a happy birthday. I'd like to see him get 200 plus manics today to cross 2,000. I'd like to see him get that. Send him some love. At the same time, you can manic Adam, myself, or Tom. And FYI, for those of you guys that haven't yet started competing download the app
Starting point is 00:11:06 Start manecting today right now for them to today Rob. Can you go to the flyer showing who the top people are right now? We're gonna give away belt belts by the way really the lightweight champion would have been Tulsi if it's today The middleweight champion would be Fernando if it ended today heavyweight would be Dustin the home team would be Vinny For new users it would be Terrell and for existing users it'd be dust. I have two would be Vinny. For new users, it would be Terrell. And for existing users, it'd be Dustin. He doesn't have two belts. He'd be having two belts at the time. We're going to give it to him. At Casa DiAngelo. Everybody at first place will be at the main table. Anyways, so there's a QR code at the
Starting point is 00:11:36 top. Download it. Let's get started with today's podcast. First story I want to get into is Kristi Noem. Okay? I love dogs. So I just have to go into is Kristi Noem. Okay, I love dogs. I just have to go into this Kristi Noem story because it's a little bit of a weird situation that we're talking about. And by the way, a lot of people got into it. So potential Trump VP, pick Governor Kristi Noem. This is Adam's favorite governor. Says she shot dead a less than a worthless dog and a disgusting goat and she wrote this in a book, okay, proudly, but let me read this to you. All right, here we go. Trump proceeds, which one is this here?
Starting point is 00:12:18 Ba ba ba ba ba, there we go. South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, who's widely tipped to be former President Trump's likely pick-ass running mate, has admitted shooting dead one of her dogs as being less than worthless and similarly killing a goat she found disgusting. The 52-year-old Republican detailed the killings in an upcoming memoir as proof she is willing to do difficult, messy and ugly things when needed. Cricket was a wire hair pointer about 14 months old, she said, of the soon to be shot pup with an aggressive personality that made her untrainable. Gnome took Cricket on a hunt to learn from other dogs, but she instead ruined the hunt
Starting point is 00:12:59 by going out of her mind with excitement and attacking some chickens like a trained assassin. Noam wrote, when Noam tried to grab the dog, it whipped around to bite me. She wrote, I hated the dog, Kristi Noam called cricket dangerous to anyone. She came in contact with and less than worthless. I say hunting dog. I mean, this is some crazy stuff here right now. Is that the dog? Yeah. I mean, can you go to the VP odds Vegas Rob if you can go that so the VP odds?
Starting point is 00:13:30 crash after her admitting to this On the poly market where gamblers can bet on just about anything under this unknown Self-immited shooting a 40-month old dog being Trump's mate Dropped her odds to just 4% look at my god. She was second Tulsi Tim Scott she's at third place now. Elisa Stefanik is there anyways by the way when you're going through something like this The Santas posted a video with his dog. Did you see this? And then Kimberly Guilfoyle posts a picture of a new book, this book she has with dogs.
Starting point is 00:14:09 And then everybody's just rallying behind this story here. I mean, serious with you. You had the Santa, even Hillary Clinton tweeted and said, you know, retweeted her old tweet from 2021 saying, don't vote for anyone you wouldn't trust with a dog. Still true today, coming from a person that you wouldn't trust with a dog. Still true today, coming from a person that you wouldn't trust with your best friend. Because God forbid, they may, allegedly, they may not make it.
Starting point is 00:14:32 So anyways, Kerry Lake posted a picture with a dog. Tom, you hear a story like this, what do you think about this? Well, first thing I did is I took the story from the post and I reread it, but every time I saw the word dog, I replaced it in my mind with speaker Pelosi So I had a happy ending Say that this is a joke
Starting point is 00:14:51 Watching just joke. It's a comedy What I think it's first of all to put it in your personal memoir you got to think about Man, that's just did an editor or somebody say, you know, Chrissy, do you really want to put this in your memoir? I mean, you're a public figure and things like this people like dogs everything at me. I don't know I mean and you're well, I want to show members She said I want to show that I could do ugly tough things. Okay. Well, maybe shooting a dog shouldn't be one of them I just think I just think this was a fail from her her idea to put it in there her editor and somebody at the publisher Everybody got together and group think on this and failed
Starting point is 00:15:28 But I mean think about it depending on which life you put ahead of it She broke the thing went after chickens and then it came after her like did he was it in that moment? PBD where she's like I have to shoot to kill like in that moment Rob anytime He's sending you something tell me what he's sending you. Moving forward please. Moving forward. But yeah, go ahead. You know what I mean? Look at my back.
Starting point is 00:15:49 So she wrote that the chickens are coming, the dog is going after the chickens and then wait, Tom, the dog turned on her. So in that moment, did she shoot the dog because it's coming to attack her? That's a whole different scenario. Was it self-defense or did she kind of just guide it out behind the barn and say, sorry buddy? I'm sick and tired of this thing. It's a pointer too.
Starting point is 00:16:04 But I think it is, it's look at how politics plays though. Ron DeSantis is posting pictures of his dogs. He's just having this meeting. You know, Ronnie boy is trying to move up in that, in that VP spot. It wasn't like a rabid pit bull running down the street with children. And you took a defensive action. You walked around behind and said, okay, you're done. Yeah. But yeah, it doesn't help the fact that she goes, you know what, I've always hated that son of a bitch. Like it doesn't, it doesn't help. But I mean, Bull, that's why everything that you write, you gotta be careful.
Starting point is 00:16:34 Everything you write comes back to haunt you. Someone convinced her it was a good idea to put it in the book while you're trying to be the VP. By the way, this is a real shot at being a VP. Adam, your thoughts on this as somebody who loves cats. What do you think about this? I totally approve her message. That dog needed to go down.
Starting point is 00:16:53 If you actually look at the VP odds, it's actually worse than what that other site checked it. If you scroll, she was third on that other site. It was. Keep going down, keep going down, keep going down, keep going down. She's now officially below. Dog pyramid. You're gonna have to load more below our good friend, the beautiful Sarah Huckabee Sanders. She is now below her. She has gone from first to third to 15th place cause she
Starting point is 00:17:16 shot that damn dog. Now those people that love two a out there, Vinny, you're a two a guy. Happy birthday, brother. This was a horrible decision on her part. Adam, that's a good point, because she's now 3500, 3500 to Pompeo, and then you have Vivek and Ron who are out of it. They're like, I wouldn't accept it, and I'm done. Those are known guys who are just out. Tom, when you write a book, the publisher
Starting point is 00:17:42 will regularly ask you and say, hey, this story here, their lawyers will talk to you and they'll tell you, is this a good idea or a bad idea? Who the hell thought this was a good idea? I don't know. Like your friends and family, you got a million and one stories to show toughness. You choose to show a story about you killing a dog? To show strength? Exactly. PBD, you've written books on business topics without any shootings. So, you know, what's interesting, don't you have a proofreader? Yes. But you also have a continuity editor
Starting point is 00:18:19 and a fact checker. So it's not like the publisher doesn't have highly qualified people that are thinking about the content of the book. Does this make sense? Now the question becomes some people are saying is this illegal? Well, you need to know South Dakota law states that dogs who attack and kill livestock can be put down. That's the point. So she says I followed the law and was being a responsible parent, dog owner and neighbor. It wasn't easy But often the easy way is not the right way and she kept doubling down and doubling down and doubling down Retweeting messaging saying stuff that this is what I'm doing. I'm being a leader. Don't forget When Vinny won the suit?
Starting point is 00:18:58 Right. Yeah, the way that you move the head of Tom is because you accused him of beating a dog that see how that works See how that worked against Tom by the way and Chris and it happened and that was really no doubt It's actually very good point and at the same strategy and but if you think about it Kristi Nomes parents they must be kind of like hey Kristi like we love you if we ever get sick or crazy Don't by the way, we just acknowledge what PB has done with Jimbo your dog The stories that you've done with your dog the life He's the opposite of Christina. Yeah, we have to acknowledge he jumped into a freaking remote Save this thing the dog was held for ransom
Starting point is 00:19:42 And I'm not even joking. He was kidnapped. I'm not even joking. Jimbo was kidnapped. Held for ransom. PBD turned into Denzel Washington out here. Don Wick. Yeah. I wish I was joking.
Starting point is 00:19:52 PBD, please explain. No, man, but you know the difference is though, I'm not running for real. What I'm trying to say is honestly, like I'm being very, very sincere here. Yeah. What made, when you write a book like this Like I'm being very, very sincere here. When you write a book like this and you're about to be the second most powerful person
Starting point is 00:20:10 in the world behind the leader of the free world, he dies, you're it, and he's old. That book is going to be read by a hundred, Tom, if you're potentially VP candidate. How many people do you think read this book? Everybody doing opposition. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. How many people read this book before it got published? There is easily a dozen people. What do you think is the number?
Starting point is 00:20:32 You've done a public reading. It's like a dozen people. Forget about the publishers, like Friends, Family, Tom, can you read this book? Vinny, can you read this book? How many friends and family think read the book? Probably 50 early copies went out. I'm with you, bro. And that one person went, hey, Christie, I know the book is no going back. We're not going to be able to go back.
Starting point is 00:20:47 You better get the doll apart. You're a prover, man. So either, by the way, either if the people that read this book before this thing got published or watching this, some of them are going to say, I told you, don't freaking put it in there. She didn't want to listen. Or guess what? Nobody said nothing and they said, it's a great emotional story yeah it's like the story
Starting point is 00:21:05 of somebody back in the biblical times that had to put their sacrifice like do you like the dog part I don't know yeah that's a little weird story there's been plenty of other ways to show tough does she have a chance of VP still no it's listen you think she's done because the dog people care about dogs more than homeless people I think Trump is unpredictable. So when it comes to Trump, you always got to put a slight little chance. Trump likes picking somebody that you did not expect. That's Trump.
Starting point is 00:21:33 So he will not pick who you think he's going to pick. But at the same time, Trump is a brilliant marketer. As a brilliant marketer, you cannot beat people who own dogs what is the dog man's best friend what do you say about a man that kills his best friend probably not somebody one has a VP that's the marketing I mean I don't know what else to tell you Christy is a frickin she did a phenomenal job as a governor what she doing by the way did you hear the breaking news? Our friend Tulsi Gabbard just adopted 10 dogs. She's saving dogs lives. Did she really do it? She's
Starting point is 00:22:11 doing it. She's out there. She's saving lives. Allegedly, folks. Allegedly. She saves dogs. Okay, all right, let's go to the next door here. This man that was biting the kid's ear, which is kind of, guys, this is, I don't know if you've this video Rob first show this video show this video tell me if you've seen a video creepier than this this is during the what snooker's tournament this is during the world snooker championship Stephen Hendry's this guy right here he's a snook a Scottish snooker pro for you guys that don't know it's like a pool you know the cable thing he was speaking at the break at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield when this guy
Starting point is 00:22:45 leaned in and bit this kid's ear like a demon and Yeah, the clip first show the clip and this guy's in the audience right? Yeah, he's an audience And look look at the demon again, and then look at his face What okay? Let me let me let me read this and I'm Vinny I'm coming to you read this it bothers me so much so so again a lot of people are saying this is so police have stepped in after the footage in the world snooker become spectator appearing to nibble on the boys as Stephen Henry was speaking during a break you said this clip on viral online you know confirmed that it was now a police matter South Yorkshire police respondent statement. We are aware the footage and officers will be reviewing the content Vinny
Starting point is 00:23:32 Okay So and as you guys know that's why I love The internet and I love X because you probably wouldn't be able to find this People saw that and flipped out just like I did so, you know people want me on the net went on X went on fake They they found out and they and they searched and they found this guy Robbie can you pull up this guy's Facebook profile now it's not confirmed this is allegedly but allegedly this guy's name you have his actual file Rob or you don't have it this is his name is Stefano Voce voci
Starting point is 00:23:59 42 years old 511 he's from Italy. Apparently he caught wind and he deleted his Facebook last night. He started deleting all the videos. But guys, this is a lady screen recorded before he deleted it. Just at, before we see this, see where it says zoom zoom zoom in Rob, see that VM 14 a and I that's Italian for at 14 years. Can you show what he's posting on his up zoom in on this one? This is him and his peeps. This is what they're posting This is him. This is what this is him reposting from somebody on his site. Are those these are his friends carrots? Yeah Those are trees, right? Yeah, these are trees. That's like this is what type of dude Yeah, this is the type of stuff that he's putting on his page
Starting point is 00:24:46 Okay, okay, so now I'm not I'm not a detective I'm not a detective, but to me it seems like he loves penises and gay sex type, okay Yeah, right because stop that so regardless regardless of what relationship I want to ask you you guys are fathers, okay? I know I know Adams That kid looks like he's in his teens. If any relation is that, have you ever seen a father, have you ever done something like that with your, like? Is that the father, though?
Starting point is 00:25:11 No, they're not. Who are they waving at, though? No, no, hold on. Who is that? Like they're waving at something. No, no, the camera's on him. No, he got caught. He got caught.
Starting point is 00:25:18 He didn't think anybody was gonna see that. He didn't think anybody was gonna catch him. That, there is no way. Can we just play the video one more time, please? Yeah, can you play it one more time? There's no relationship, Pat, anybody was gonna catch him but that there is no way just play the video more if you play one more time there's no relationship Pat that somebody can explain to me that this is cool what is this case is a perversion like this is somebody recording it so look at look at he whisper something to him and then look at the kid oh we got car okay and look at him though I'm a demon I got caught weird you have about this who's
Starting point is 00:25:41 why did the kid react no no what I want to know what else you have about the guy. Have they found anything on him? The cops are looking for him right now. He deleted his Facebook, but everybody knows who he is, and maybe the actual page had him doing some random sketchy stuff as well. Even if that is his son, it's not cool. This is what I found about the guy. If you have any more info on him, because I can show you something.
Starting point is 00:26:04 No, because this is going to lead to something else. Okay, go ahead and Rob, pull up what I just about the guy. If you have any more info on him, because I can show you something. No, because this is gonna lead to something else after. Okay, go ahead and Rob, pull up what I just tweeted at you, okay? This guy that posted this, Matt Wallace, he just had one clip went viral. Matt Wallace on Twitter, he does a phenomenal job, a phenomenal, phenomenal job, and his stuff is always out there.
Starting point is 00:26:24 So if you can go to the tweet, I just sent you Rob and and I'm gonna read this exactly what he posted about this man So a little bit. Can you zoom in a little bit? So major breakthrough. Thanks to you We just discovered the likely identity likely like again a keyword identity of the TV pedophile This is not confirmed yet, but ex-collectively unleashed dozens of internet detectives and they believe Stefano Voce is the name of the man who was caught biting a young boy's ear and touching him inappropriately at the snooker tournament while traveling from Italy to UK. Here's his information. Please remember, this is now a matter of law and only the police should be taking any action
Starting point is 00:27:03 regarding the suspect who again is not 100% confirmed. That's the information about him. Look at his gender. What would he put his gender as? He's a Jew. So Milan, Italy, estimated by his Facebook profile also includes strange pictures of his penis shaped plants, which is what you just showed.
Starting point is 00:27:20 Special credit to LUVV, main source. Justice is only possible here because of you. if you want help go a little lower to show Some of the pictures look at this Stephanie. This is him. Yeah. Yeah, that's the one that I sent to Rob Look like something is off like I don't care what into the gun the top right the picture of the top right how he's looking His eyes that looks like him. It's a little weird go a little lower Rob To the picture on the bottom looks like him Looks like him, but a very, very younger version of him. Okay. I mean, look, continue Vinny. Yeah, I just listen, regardless, and this is where it goes into my, this is a couple things. Did you guys hear what happened in Louisiana? I think
Starting point is 00:27:55 personally, this type of stuff, I'm so happy that people are going after him, but it goes, I don't know if you guys heard about what happened in Louisiana, because me, I think punishment, if people are getting caught with pedophilia, and I have a later story to get into, especially with the Bieber story, but what happened in Louisiana? A district judge ordered a 54, 54 year old man to be physically castrated, in addition to his sentence as part of a guilty plea for the rape of a 14 year old girl that resulted in pregnancy. I love these stories. Glenn Sullivan, senior, 54, of Springfield, pleaded guilty on April 17th to four counts of second degree rape and agreed to be surgically castrated
Starting point is 00:28:33 as opposed to chemically castrated at the request of the prosecutors. And this is what I think. I think that it's time to stop being lenient on these sick, sick, disgusting people. I think we have to set a precedent where now there's consequences to your freaking actions. And I'm shocked that when it comes to kids, they're giving less prison time. Like we saw with the Nickelodeon thing, the guy got, he pedophile, he raped kids.
Starting point is 00:28:57 He got two years, got out and got a job. And I think it'll send a message to the elites, to all these pedophiles, all these disgusting demons out there, if you get caught doing anything, I don't believe in strike one, strike two, if you hurt a child, a rape, a 14 year old and you get her pregnant, your junk is, you're gone, it's finished. Like, we haven't set a precedent. Vinny, am I interrupting you? I'm adding to what you're saying here.
Starting point is 00:29:20 Take a look there. It was part of his plea agreement with prosecutors. So to reduce, to get it to only 50 years, which will be 35 years at the 70% rule or 70% guideline, he in a plea agreement agreed to the castration. You see that? That's in a plea agreement. So his lawyers are saying, look, this is what we're going to do here. We're offering up surgical castration.
Starting point is 00:29:43 So he's 54 years old. In order to lower his sentence to 50 years, he agreed to have his dangling cut off. Part of the plea agreement. Actually, it's probably his testicles, which takes away the hormone. All gone. So he's like a dog that gets his balls cut off. Yeah. That's what he deserved.
Starting point is 00:30:00 Good for him. Good. Plea agreement. That's a plea. You know what a plea is? You make a deal with the prosecutor to reduce charges Let me ask you this is there any country in the world that if you rape children They they castrate you art is there any countries in the world that that's what happens to they should By the way, I can tell you one thing for a fact what?
Starting point is 00:30:21 They should. By the way, I can tell you one thing for a fact. Pull up to see legislation allowing chemical castration exists in France, in UK, Poland, Russia, Macedonia, Belgium, Turkey. The drug Cyproturone acetate has been commonly used for chemical castration throughout Europe. It resembles a drug MPA used in America. So go to see, besides Pakistan here are five other countries, go to the bottom one, see what that one says. Besides Pakistan here are five other countries. Go to the top Rob, let's see what the article says. Five other countries that with active castrations, okay let's see what they are.
Starting point is 00:31:00 So Pakistan is one of them. Go to the lower, there you go. South Korea, let me read that. The law passed in 2011 allows chemical castration for convicted child molesters who are at risk of repeating their crimes. The country sentenced a 31-year-old convicted pedophile to 15 years in jail and ordered their first ever chemical castration in 2011. Seven US states, California, Florida, Guam, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Wisconsin, legalized the chemical castration of rapists and molesters as a condition of sentencing or as a means
Starting point is 00:31:33 of early release. In California and Florida, sex offenders who are at risk of repeating their crimes are to undergo chemical castration and judges can use their discretion for first-time offenders according to fine law. Czech Republic, it is the only country that allows surgical route where the sex glands are removed through an incision. This law introduced in 1966, the country holds one of the highest number of men worldwide who have undergone the irreversible procedure of surgical castration
Starting point is 00:32:07 according to a report published in 2019. The law is criticized by human rights body for continuing to castrate male sex offenders. Why would you criticize it? Ukraine in July 2019, the country's parliament approved to chemically castrate rapists even if the state needs to exert force on the convict that applies to people ages 18 to 65 who were found guilty of rape and or sexually abusing minors the law carries up to 15 years in prison privacy and sexual Nigeria one state in the country Northwestern introduced sterilization on penalty for child rape sent in the death penalty will follow
Starting point is 00:32:42 the castration if the victim is under the age of 14, if they are over 14. Wow, look at that at the bottom. Nigeria. So Nigeria, it's a death sentence after they castrate you if it's under 14. So they castrate you first, feel it, then they kill you. But if they are over 14, it's life sentence. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:02 14 to 18. Yep. Over 14, it's life sentence. 14 to 18. Yep, and guess what? On February 15th, Idaho House passed a bill that would allow convicted child sex offenders whose victims were under the age of 12 to be given the death penalty. That's what I'm talking about. Like, I'm tired of it because these people keep doing it. I think this pedophilia and all this sexualization of kids from Epstein to all these people they keep doing it they keep getting away with it None of them are getting in trouble, and if they do they go to jail okay? That's nothing the punishment has to be harsher PBD. Do you support this though?
Starting point is 00:33:34 I want me support this time like physical castration if you're raping me personally if you are raping or Sexually because you're ruining that kid's life Personally, if you are raping or sexually, because you're ruining that kid's life, period, I 100% I'm on board with it. Yeah, so they never can, they don't have the testosterone or hormone, they don't even think about doing something stupid like that again. Well, I have two sides of it.
Starting point is 00:33:55 One, you have the retaliation or punitive side, and the other side you have control. If somebody is a serial rapist, chemical castration is a way of controlling this person who is going to go to prison and is probably going to get out. And so chemical castration removes the impulse. So now you have a control over somebody who you don't know if you're going to be able to, you know, after prison if they're going to be out and safe for society. The other side is retaliation in the emotion
Starting point is 00:34:25 Which is where death penalty comes right a lot of death penalty is is the emotion the retaliation And you took a life and your life will be taken especially in special circumstances and capital cases So I see it both ways, but I am absolutely in favor of chemical castration to control Serial rapists so when they get out of prison they can't do it again. You got kids. What do you think about this? I agree with Tom.
Starting point is 00:34:49 A lot of these people are repeat offenders and the only way to stop that repeat offending is by eliminating the desire and since it seems like it's a mental thing and you're not able to fix that through therapy, through any type of psychiatric work, the only thing that you can do, unfortunately, is to remove the sex glands so they don't have the physical urge to act on it. These people are sick. There's no therapy that's going to help these people. The question that you've been pondering is this concept of tolerance. I know it was a family value.
Starting point is 00:35:22 It's sort of been questioned and sort of been removed from the family value. Zero tolerance for this type of stuff. But let me be clear. We saw what happened with Russell Brand. The age of consent in the UK is 16. The age of consent in the United States, federal, is 18. But did you know that in 30 states, the age of consent is actually 16 to the United States. What's my point? Whether it's 16 or 18 there's laws on the book. 12 or 8 year old? 12, 8, 10. No
Starting point is 00:35:54 tolerance whatsoever. I love that. Because these people, there's people out there that the choice of words, how you're identifying, it used to be known as a pedophile. Dirty dirty person. Then it turned into, oh, I'm a child lover, or a fan of children. And now it's this maps thing. Minor attracted persons. At what point is it you're a freaking pedophile? Yeah, and that's what it is. all saw the movie the sound of freedom yeah I told you I ran into the director of the movie Alejandro Gomez Monteverde at the heat game we had a great conversation him and his wife Ali very thankful for what we've done to promote the movie has a new movie called Cabrini right now but this is a bigger issue than we even know and Vinny you there's something you care about a lot of if you
Starting point is 00:36:48 yes like because well people are realizing is this victim let's say eight-year-old ten-year-old raped by this person their life is ruined forever they're never going to get back their their soul and might like it's gone but they're not innocent anymore they were raped and ruined by this person They're never going to get back their soul. It's gone, bro. They're not innocent anymore. They were raped and ruined by this person. Enough is enough with this lenient bullshit. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:37:12 I'm tired of all this. Well... Yeah, but what I'm saying is let's propose ideas. So for me, Rob, can you go back to the one that you just had that Florida and Idaho, whatever you had before? I want to read that. House Bill 515 aimed to make Idaho at least the second state to adopt a law that made those convicted of certain sex crimes against preteen kids eligible for the death penalty.
Starting point is 00:37:34 Florida passed a similar law last year. The Idaho's bill co-sponsors. So which would you prefer? Serious question. Which would you prefer? Would you prefer these guys get the death penalty or get castrated? If it's a castration, I'm fine with up to a certain age But if it's a under eight year old seven year old because I saw reports where they raped and they beat and killed
Starting point is 00:38:00 Raped first and then killed a four-year-old babies. They. They're dead. Disgusting. You're dead to me. They killed up. That's me. Because like you said, they're not going to fix them. Now they're going to be in jail. They're probably going to get killed in jail anyway. He's got no death penalty, Tom. Castration, I think the death penalty should be reserved for special circumstances.
Starting point is 00:38:16 What Vinny is just mentioning with the death of a child and that horrific act, that is a special circumstance by definition. You go straight to the capital crime list and that stuff and you're paying But by the way, how much is he gonna cause that guy's gonna be in jail for the rest of his life I'm paying for this piece of crap pedophile to breathe and eat and and have breaks and not no people No can't be fixed quick story. There was a guy his name is Dave That was a coach in North Miami Beach. Anyone that grew up in Miami knew this guy. He was a coach He was an umpire. He was all he was all around the little leagues, but he had no kids
Starting point is 00:38:50 So what's what's this guy's deal? Eventually stories started coming out. I was in high school at this point But like oh, did you hear about this guy Dave? Oh, yeah, I remember him. What have you? Oh, did you hear about the other kid here with the other kid all these stories started surfacing? No way not him with all of a sudden caught guilty weird He came he went to jail first time offense went to jail Came out Struck again weird now he's in jail for life. Yeah, so the point is there's people out there even when they're caught They can't help themselves. It's disgusting
Starting point is 00:39:24 Anyways, it's it it's, I think it's, uh, people who are lawmakers. This ought to be something for you to be thinking about that you put the fear of death. Yep. People that want to do this. The only concern I have here is so, so what do you, what happens if an 18, if a, if a girl and, and a boy, they're dating, they're 17, 16, boyfriends in high school. 17-year-old turns 18, his girlfriend's 17. How is that treated? Do you know what I'm asking? How is that 18, 17-year-old treated? There's statutory rape laws. It's called statutory. So that even though they're consenting, it's raped by statutory. So in other words, what they did was against the law, even though they were consenting.
Starting point is 00:40:06 So the 18-year-old, that's with the 17-year-old, he's still gonna go to jail? Well, it depends. My understanding, I have not seen precedent, and maybe people can send in the comments to us, let us know, of specific cases where there has been consenting young adults under the age in a relationship
Starting point is 00:40:27 and the parents got so upset that they go to the police for statutory. I've heard that but I haven't heard like hard time you know going to prison for that. Yeah I mean we have we have couples that work in our company they've been dating since they were together 15 years old in high school and one is two years older one year older and then you know, that's the part. But when you hear like a 40 year old, 30 year old with a 15 year old, I mean, listen, that's a no, I don't know. I think there's got to be heavy duty punishment to scare the hell out of people that want
Starting point is 00:41:00 to do this. Don't you think if the punishment is so severe, it's gonna slow these people down because obviously whatever work It's not I think it will yeah, I think it will yeah There are laws on the books especially in Florida look think about it You could be 18 as a senior in high school and date a junior or sophomore who's 16. That's totally normal We've all seen it like yeah, it's not what it's normal Yeah, but the law in the book in Florida is the following the age of consent for sexual relations of Florida Is 18 as we know?
Starting point is 00:41:27 Minors younger than that are by and large considered incapable of consenting to sexual activity With limited exceptions per Florida statute a minor who is 16 or 17 can Consent to sexual intercourse with someone under the age of 24. So there's essentially a eight- year gap limit, 24 to 16 apparently. But it's- Which kind of covers my college or high school boyfriend if I'm younger.
Starting point is 00:41:53 Yeah, okay. But above that, uh oh. All right, let's go to the next story. 25 should be hanging out of high school. Mortgage rates continue to climb to 7.17%, mortgage rates climbed this week again, exasperating home affordability crisis that is stifling the housing market. Freddie Mac's latest primary mortgage market survey released Thursday showed that the average rate on
Starting point is 00:42:13 benchmark 30-year fixed mortgage jumped to 7.17 this week. The average rate on a 30-year loan was 6.43 a year ago. So it's gone from 6.43 a year ago to 7.17. The average on a 15-year is 6., rose to 6.44 from 6.39 last week, and a year ago the 15-year was only 5.71. And aside from this story, Florida housing bubble burst, prices fall and supply soar. Florida housing market experienced a dramatic shift as supply surges and prices stagnant with data from Redfin revealing that six out of ten metro areas in the state have seen significant increases in homes for sale, as much as a 51% jump in Cape Coral, 48% in North Port Sarasota.
Starting point is 00:43:00 Sellers in Florida are slashing prices at a higher rate than elsewhere in the U.S. with 48% listings in North Sarasota experiencing price cuts, while 44% in Tampa, 44% in Cape Coral. Affordability challenges are exasperated by the insurance crisis, impacting 70% of Florida homeowners and causing delays in deals, while Texas is also experiencing similar market shifts, with McAllen and Dallas seeing notable increases in supply, and Houston of San Antonio witnessing significant price cuts Tom well what we are seeing is that is is like a
Starting point is 00:43:31 You know when winds blow in the wrong directions and they gather together It makes a hurricane and we are seeing I believe the hurricane starting to form in the American housing affordability crisis There's a couple things going on here today housing affordability crisis. There's a couple things going on here. Today, actually, the 7.17 is now like 7.45. So we are sitting on 7.5%. 30-year mortgages for people with good credit in the 700s and a reasonable house, not multi-million dollar houses. That's what they're going to be facing right now. It's number one. Number two, you've got supply brings down prices. Here's the two things to look at. Austin was overbuilt.
Starting point is 00:44:10 They were building houses at a record rate in Austin, and townhouses at a record rate, and high-end apartments at a record rate in Austin, and the supply built up, and then Tesla failed to hire as many people as they thought and laid off people. Dell did not expand the way they thought. If you look at Austin, Austin didn't get the job influx. They had a lot of people moving there, and all of a sudden, it's plummeting. It was down 22% over the last six months, so Austin is suddenly becoming more affordable.
Starting point is 00:44:42 Now you come into Florida, why are these people putting their houses for sale? Well, something came out yesterday at PBD, credit card delinquency rates. The top three states for credit card delinquency that are over 12% delinquency, and it's spiking California, Texas, and Florida. So that's sort of interesting.
Starting point is 00:45:00 And the delinquency rates are highest in northern Florida. So these areas and now that they're talking about is actually Gulf Coast and northern Florida. They're seeing suddenly houses are coming on to the market but the housing comes on the market needs someone to buy it. How do you qualify to buy it if the interest rates are higher? The only way you can afford it the price has to come down. So if I'm in one of those markets and I'm desperate to get my house sold so I can get some equity in my pocket, make some money on that house because the housing prices are up, I have to lower my price to meet the buyers because the buyers at 7.5% interest rate can only
Starting point is 00:45:37 qualify for houses that are so much of a price. So supply and demand is coming together and I believe we've got pinched consumers now trying to sell their houses, putting them on the market and to meet the buyer's qualification status they have to drop the prices. We've seen it in Austin, now we're seeing it in areas of Florida and I you know what I can't make a prediction about the wider United States. South Florida here it's still very stable, there's a lot of people down here and a lot of money down here, but we are starting to see it. And I appreciate having these conversations on the PBD podcast because obviously it's political season. Everyone's focused on Trump. Everyone's focused on Biden. We'll see what
Starting point is 00:46:14 happens with RFK. But I continue to argue that most likely the most important person in America for your pocketbook is Jerome Powell. So he's the chairman of the Fed. As the Fed moves, the country moves economically. If you wanna know what's going on with mortgages, why are they at this rate? You have to focus on what the Fed fund rate is. That's currently sitting at 5.5%. That's what the commercial banks, that's how much they're charged from the Fed
Starting point is 00:46:42 to borrow money overnight. There it is right there. Five and a third essentially, five and a half is where you round up to. But the prime rate, which customers have to pay to borrow money from the banks, is always basically 3% above the Fed fund rate. So the prime rate is sitting at eight and a half.
Starting point is 00:47:02 So if you want the correlation between the mortgages and the prime rate, it's basically right there at seven and a quarter, seven and a half to what the prime rate is from the banks at eight and a half. Rob, go on the website that shows mortgage rates right now that matches it with your credit score. Just go on that. That's the best way to do it. Go ahead, Tom, finish your thought while he's finding that.
Starting point is 00:47:22 Yeah, what I'm talking about for a typical person, if you're just casually following the news, just listen to what the Fed rate is from Jerome Powell and add two. That usually is right around the zone where the mortgages are going to be for you. You could just go to Google and go 30-year mortgage today. Rob, that probably pops up to that chart that Pat's talking about. That's with good credit though, right? Mortgage more yetch calculator is what we're looking at. There it is right there. And you can also, yeah, and you put the credit score.
Starting point is 00:47:48 Rob, go to the right. So if you look at that, $300,000, Florida, at a 700 to 719 score, a 30 or fixed is 7.9%. Yeah, basically. Go a level below 700, go one below 700. Go 650 to 699. Right, to the right right whatever the next one is is 680 699 8% now go to California real quick just just move that to California instead of Florida what's VA pet what's 30 year fixed VA that's me Tom that's
Starting point is 00:48:14 better yes that's 7.1 you get so you get a 1% discount California the same go to Texas if there's anything different with Texas or it's about the same Yeah, the VA goes up but it 30 years stays about the same yeah, so that's your number that's 8% And with their point one trillion in credit card death is this go to the best possible credit score is it and is this the best? possible Yeah Here's my question number for the average guy and since I've been here 800 yeah, we got about a third of a point this week. How long have I been cut? How long have I remember? I bet it's the only question you ask your first year is my two-year mark at value tainment
Starting point is 00:48:53 I remember sitting here. I remember out there you like Vinnie come in here and I was like, where do I sit? You're like sit right here and I was nervous and one of the first things in my mind I was like when is it going to be cool to buy a house? Okay now I get it I understand is this ever gonna it going to be cool to buy a house? Okay, now I get it, I understand. Is this ever going to drop down to a normal 5%? What's normal? What's normal? Yes, but it's going to be anywhere between 12 to 24 months.
Starting point is 00:49:18 You think that's soon, PBD? I hope it doesn't happen that soon, but I think it's 12 to 24 months. I will say this to you though. I think, so when's the next rate drop going to be? Let's go to October, November. Correct, probably one September, October. That's what we're talking now. So let's just say they go September, October is the next one.
Starting point is 00:49:35 So guess what? This summer is probably a good time to buy something down here. August, September, you close August right around that area. It's not a bad time to buy because people gradually are sitting there, the people that have been wanting to sell for a long time, now they're sitting there saying, I can't wait anymore, babe, because it doesn't look like rates are going any lower. You saw what's happening right now with Powell. Powell's about to speak today, right, to make some announcements.
Starting point is 00:50:01 Correct. Fed meets today and will also announce economic statistics. To see what's going on with yeah so we're gonna get all that update coming in today. Go ahead Adam. Obviously one thing you can do is if you do purchase a house today the refi market in 12-24 months will be sitting there for you. Sure. Alright great you're at seven and a half today rate drop now you're at five and a half bing bing bing you're gonna have to pay some money for that. Whatever. The second thing the biggest contentiousness that's going on out there is between the boomers and the Millennials because the boomers Tom's people
Starting point is 00:50:30 I'm the last of the boomers like by like four months. All right, go easy on me. You're a boomer I'm the oldest millennial. You're the youngest boomer. That's why we love each other The the boomers are not selling They're holding on to their houses Typically boomers what they've done, or the older people when they retire, they downsize. All right, I'm 65, I'm 70, I retire. The kids are out of the house.
Starting point is 00:50:53 They come here. Yeah, they come to Florida, bingo, bango. They sell their house. They have a four bedroom in Michigan, whatever it is. They move to Florida, they get a little two bedroom condo, they're on the beach, enjoy your life. Now, with interest rates and the market and supply demand, they're not selling. So the market for millennials or Gen Z, we're like, I want to buy a house.
Starting point is 00:51:11 That's part of the American dream. I've been sold that dream forever. There's limited inventory. So for the Vini O'Shaunas of the world, they're like, when am I going to buy a house? There's just not a lot of supply. Do Vini O'Shaunas sound like that? And this generation was given something to modify their decisions in retirement called Airbnb.
Starting point is 00:51:28 That has had a massive effect because they are Airbnb-ing the Philadelphia or the New York house while they're down here, and they probably had already paid off their mortgage up there, and they're making a few bucks on there, and then they're down here renting. And so mom and dad are kind of delaying when they would usually get that equity in their pocket and drop it into their retirement account. There you go. All right, next story. Bishop Mar-Mar-Emanuel was allegedly stabbed, makes emotional return to the altar. Rob, if you got the video, obviously a couple weeks ago while he's on the pulpit giving a message, a guy walks up, stabs him, and while he's stabbing him, attempting to pretty much, I mean if you're doing that at that time, you're
Starting point is 00:52:12 trying to kill the guy. 1,000%. He's praying over him while he's still holding the cross, okay? And he leaves everybody, there's 5,000 Assy outside Upset about what took place. I'm getting messages left and right on what happened there and Assyrian Christian Bishop Marmar Emanuel. This is a story from Daily Mail allegedly stabbed in a Terror attack in Sydney. It's not allegedly. Yeah, why allegedly you made an emotional turn to his pulpit receiving a standing ovation before delivering a fury a it receiving a standing ovation before delivering a fury sermon defending free speech and criticizing Prime Minister Anthony Albanese asserting every human being has the right to freedom
Starting point is 00:52:53 of speech and freedom of religion. Bishop Emmanuel passionately defended the importance of free speech, stating for us to say because of this freedom of speech it is causing dramas and dilemmas therefore everything should be censored. Where is democracy? Where is humanity? Where is integrity? He also forgave his alleged attacker saying I love you and I will always pray for you. Rob, if you have the video, if you can show that of him entering, you can just play that Rob. It's a minute long if you can play that clip. go for it
Starting point is 00:53:33 True blue Aussie I am a proud to be an Australian and wherever I go wherever I travel across the globe When I come back here, this is home And I said it I am very proud of these great Anzac warriors who gave their life up to the very human rights to the very freedom of speech and freedom of religion they died to keep and preserve the human identity and integrity I salute my beloved Anzac warriors and whoever walks in that path must be saluted Rob. I want you to play this clip Okay, that some are saying this is where the even he said it himself that he was getting a lot of hate Play the clip of him saying what he said about
Starting point is 00:54:22 Muslims, okay, and you were you mentioned that you were mentioned well we were mentioned the podcast i don't want to me you jenko and he'll play this clip rob this is very interesting on on how he delivers this message how do you not love this guy in his approach go-ahead rob might be a lot of it muslim world they got upset
Starting point is 00:54:44 it would be and that interview with Patrick but David. It's okay. You can get upset. It's fine. Everybody's free. But let me tell you one thing my beloved Muslim brother and sister. This is pre inhumanity getting stabbed. I love you and I will always love you I pray for you and I will always continue
Starting point is 00:55:10 to pray for you whether you like me hate me accept me or reject me beside the point you know why because my okay look at go let it keep going sweetheart Jesus Christ of Nazareth always always told me to love everyone and to pray for everyone. All love, all love. You like sincerely it's all love. This is not an act. Sometimes you see this is like a message like this being given, but it's great to see him healthy.
Starting point is 00:55:41 It's great to see him on the pulpit. It's great to see him making a comeback. It's great to see him committed to what he's doing. And this is not somebody that just gives lip service. He went to Gaza. And I think with 53 of his members of his church, they went there. And he got out of a... He tells a story, and it's on the internet, that they were telling him, don't go, don't
Starting point is 00:56:00 do this, don't do that. And he said he saw a little Gazan girl come out of one of the buildings, or destroyed, whatever, whatever. And he went out and he's going to talk to her and he gave her some toy and he said her face lit up and then all these people from Gaza started running after him and the guy in the bus was like, let's leave, leave, leave. And he stayed there, all hugging there saying, we've been forgotten, we need help, we need help. And it was a, he, let's leave, let's leave. And he stayed there all hugging there saying, we've been forgotten. We need help. Yeah, we need help. And it was a he, by the way, I don't know if he lost his eye or not. But the fact that this terrorist allegedly, whatever, came to stab him, and the knife didn't work, is literally God intervening and saying it's not
Starting point is 00:56:39 your time to go. Or it's the dumbest terrorist in the history of terrorism. Well, either way, we appreciate his dumbness and we appreciate God doing this part, whoever it was. He's delivering the message of Christ, and the message of Christ is to, while we live on this earth, to express, you know, love and acceptance of people and communicate the opportunity to take Christ as your Savior in this life. And that's the message here. We are not here to be God's cops. We are here to accept Him and communicate His love, and that's exactly what He's doing. And if somebody wants to come after Him for that and to try to martyr Him for that, that just shows the deep brokenness of humanity that certain segments of humanity are choosing
Starting point is 00:57:24 to abide by, but that is not the Christian way, that is not Scripture. This man is showing you what the words of Scripture look like in real life. I wonder what the security at this church or just with him and John. Now it has to be bonkers because in Australia, like they're not armed, the civilians don't have, nobody has guns, so I'm pretty sure he has to have full-on security 24 7 now because it like he's He's obviously a target. I promise you I mean think about if you go to this church I think about if this man's impacted your life positively
Starting point is 00:57:53 How protective are you of him you oh? Me as it like for example my when I used to go to Shepherd and it was Dudley. I am naturally Parano paranoid sitting there watching to see if anything they do. When the Prop 8 thing was going on in California, I don't know if you remember the whole Prop 8, you had to always be careful at the church because Prop 8 was the whole gay marriage thing I think it was at the time and it was a lot of protesting that were targeting churches. So I think the members are naturally gonna be a little bit more
Starting point is 00:58:26 alert, you know, to be ready if anything goes down, and they'll be watching everybody coming in asking, is he Assyrian? Who is this guy? Do you know this guy? Does he speak this? Like you're asking some of those types of questions to be a little bit more alert. But best part, glad to you're doing well, Adam. Well, great to see that he's back on the pulpit. Resilience and leading with love, respect to you. Whether you're a person, whether you're a leader, whether you're an idea, whether even a religion, there's one thing that you have to at least be open to, and that's criticism and feedback from others. Sorry. And this will probably get me in hot water.
Starting point is 00:59:07 There's only one religion. There's only one people that how dare you be critical of them? How dare you question the perfect religion ever? How dare you question our leader? How dare you even draw a picture of Muhammad? We saw what happened with the Charlie Hebdo. You draw a picture, they will kill you. And I'm not talking about they, the entire religion,
Starting point is 00:59:32 I'm talking about those three words, radical, Islamic, extremists. And that is the person who tried to kill Bishop Mari Mari. What did he shout before he hit? By the way, did we find out if he was or not? Did you find out if he is Muslim or not? The guy that stabbed him? He is allegedly Muslim and he allegedly yelled Allah Akbar.
Starting point is 00:59:55 Jewish people, Christian people, Buddhist people aren't yelling Allah Akbar. Teenager charged with terrorism over Australia church stabbing. Boy was arrested after the Sinai Mazor attack. The Goldilor lower Rob to see a 16 year Australian boy has been charged with committing a terrorist act police said after stabbing a Syrian church soon said the teenage suspect was also Hospital Shamar Mari keep going Lord someone like so what does it say the certain government is unstabbered go a little of the bullet stuff at The top Rob go a little high right there Solomon Islanders voter oh, that's something else. Okay, he did not appear in court,
Starting point is 01:00:25 Lord did not ask Australia, police charged, yeah but who is the guy? Allegedly he is a man of interest. Well I mean who else? The suspect traveled 90 minutes to reach the Christ God Shepherd Western, where he stabbed Bishmar Amari about six times, go lower. Who wrote this article by the way?
Starting point is 01:00:41 The attacker triggered a riot after a crowd, I'm still trying to find out. Yeah, who wrote the article though? It's actually weird though that Australia... Who is it? Al Jazeera. So, who wrote it again Rob? Al Jazeera. Are you shocked that Al Jazeera is not claiming that he's a radical Islamic extremist? They didn't say he had a history of mental illness. Well, anybody... A lot of extremists do. Listen, screaming Allah Akbar bar I mean, he's I haven't heard a Christian say Allah walk bar and then stabs a piece. Why are we being? Getting around the bush here. No. Well Adam it goes into I have I have Muslim friends. I have Jewish friends of Christian friends I'm talking about extremists. You can be an extremist of any religion
Starting point is 01:01:18 But particularly there happens to be one that you cannot criticize You see what's going on on campus all over America right now They're criticizing Israel. They're criticizing the government. They're criticizing Zionism. They're criticizing Judaism You don't see any pushback. You don't see anyone fighting back in America other than the cops God forbid they were Christian questioning a certain other faith, you would see some dangerous stuff. Since you brought that up, Adam, can you explain to me why George Soros, a Jewish man, is funding all the anti-Israel, anti-Semitism, all the hate is coming from a Jewish guy?
Starting point is 01:02:00 Why is that? I don't even consider him to be Jewish. But I mean, he is Jewish. He's a self-hating Jew. Yeah, he's like He's not he's not he's not part of the religion. He was born Jewish. He turned on his people Turned in other Jews during the Holocaust. Yeah, so what's his what's the goal? Obviously Vinny, I know you like to use the word demon for anyone. That is a likely candidate for a human demon. What's up Rob?
Starting point is 01:02:29 If we go back to the Mar, Mari Emanuel, this is according to the attacker's parents. They said that he practiced his faith like a normal Muslim child praying five times a day and fasting for Ramadan. This is from ABC.net. The parents said this in an interview with ABC.net in Australia. But I don't throw away the, when I say demon, like that guy, what I want to do is let's stay here and then we'll go to George Soros because these are two different, I promise we're going to go to George Soros. So okay, now his parents have valid, because there's
Starting point is 01:03:00 a lot of people saying, why would you all of a sudden jump to conclusion that he's a Muslim? Because the Assyrian guy in Assyrian, I speak Aramaic, said, Michelle Manila is he a Syrian, is he a Muslim? And the other guy said, Michelle Manila, he is a Muslim. So I'm speaking the language and if you don't speak Aramaic, maybe you don't understand what Michelle Manila is. You're speaking the language of Jesus. Yeah, so I speak, so I understand what he was saying, me and Vinny heard that, and so now his parents confirmed that he practices his faith like a normal Muslim child, praying five times a day and fasting for Ramadan. So now that we have this, now let's go to Soros. Because George Soros, a lot of people are asking, saying, here's a guy that we had the
Starting point is 01:03:49 reports, $13.7 million he gave to all these protesters. I mean, these numbers with all the protests that's going on, the most common question being asked is, now let's address it. Why is George Soros, who was born to a Hungarian Jewish family, who helped Nazis kill Jews, he's been asked about this interview, you're now asking the question, why is a Hungarian Jew funding Hamas? That's your question. Funding Hamas, funding anything to destroy this country and fuel the fire of anti-semitism and get us to a place of civil war because that's that's that's where it's going especially
Starting point is 01:04:33 election year I'm sick and tired of this dude having car but look at look buddy his most recent photos he looks like a demon Adam you're 100% right you're asking a question yeah you have to you have to Be also know the question you're asking. Yeah, why you're inciting also? So think about the question You're asking are you asking the question George Soros? Because you're you're claiming that Jews are funding the pro-palestinian Protests or are you saying that he's not really a Jew, he hates America, he hates capitalism except for himself and his family, why does he want to destroy America? Is that what you're asking?
Starting point is 01:05:13 I'm kind of in the middle because I'm curious as to yeah, why is a Jewish man who I know you guys are saying that he's not religious, Adam said it, why is a Jewish guy promoting anti-Semitism? I mean, like you said, he's a self-hating Jew I mean that must like you said he's a self-hating Jew and then at the same token he's trying to destroy the fabric of America. What do you know about this with George Soros? Okay so Vinnie life becomes easy and logical it doesn't mean that it's happy it doesn't mean that it's good it doesn't mean it makes you proud but logically things explain
Starting point is 01:05:43 themselves if I was to say, hey, you see what this George Soros guy is? Who's George Soros? What if I defined him this way? Well, he was born Jewish, but gave it up and his parents actually helped the Nazis imprison Jews and he's basically a Marxist globalist, period. Full stop. If I say that to you, are you surprised by the actions you see? Definitely not. Are you surprised by seeing someone who is fomenting civil disorder and funding, you know, disorder? Well, no wonder he's funding disorder. He's a Marxist. He wants to disrupt the one country that is strong against Marxism.
Starting point is 01:06:19 Why is he funding these things? Well, no wonder he is. He wants to undermine the allies of that country, such as Israel, such as others. So if I say he's a Marxist globalist and he's in favor of immigration, no wonder he's in favor of immigration, because he's a globalist. You have to look at, you don't have to, I'm not saying that to like force it on you, I look at him for what he is. He was born Jewish, his family had horrible, horrible, horrible decisions to turn in people of their own faith once upon a time their own faith and then you know through through playing the currency market with great aplomb to build billion-dollar fortunes that's how it happened and now he's taking his Marxist globalist
Starting point is 01:06:59 agenda and he's funding it and how that's George Soros. Okay here's my question to you though how are we not holding him accountable how that's George Soros. Okay, here's my question to you though How are we not holding him accountable? How much more George Soros stories do we have to hear of him trying to destroy this country and this piece of trash? Step back a little bit. Step back a little bit. This is very important. Okay, you're you're you like, okay So we I get messages on the neck from people who fully are like I'm here I'm so glad you defended Muslims on this one video and screw Adam. Followed by a message, I cannot believe what kind of an Islamophobic and Zionist.
Starting point is 01:07:36 If you know one thing about me, I am not one that's going to conform to you to make you happy. Both parties. I'm not that guy. Okay? I'm trying to find out make you happy. Both parties. I'm not that guy. Okay? I'm trying to find out what the hell is going on. Here's one thing that I can tell you when I see this guy. This is the only guy I've ever studied that said he fancied himself of seeing himself
Starting point is 01:07:59 as a God and he struggled with this as a kid. And later on in life, in an interview with LA Times Rob, I don't know if you've seen this or not. He said he's a god. He said he's a god. You've never seen this. No. Go George Soros LA Times interview 2004 I believe. Is this it? Okay, go a little lower, put God, just keyword God. Do control F God. Do it again and okay. so here we go. It seems that Soros believes he was anointed by God. I fancied myself as some kind of a god. He once wrote, if truth be known, I carried some rather potent, messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to control, otherwise they might get me in trouble. He continues, when asked by Britain's independent newspaper, Rob, if you can pull it up, that
Starting point is 01:08:49 camera's in the way, on the passage, Zoro said, it is a sort of a disease when you consider yourself some kind of a god, the creator of everything, but watch how it ends. But I feel comfortable about it now since I began to live it out. This guy's not a Jew. He's not a Christian. He's not a Christian. He's not a Muslim. He thinks he is God. So this is not who you think he is.
Starting point is 01:09:11 And I played that interview on what his family did. When asked in this interview, how do you feel when you help Nazis as a 14-year-old boy? Do you have any regrets? Look at the smile on his face. Rob, if this is the clip I'm thinking about go to play this clip my understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who swore that you were his adopted God's son yes went out in fact and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews that's right yes I mean that's that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years.
Starting point is 01:09:49 Was it difficult? Not at all. Not at all. Maybe as a child you don't see the connection, but it created no problem at all. No feeling of guilt. No. There you go, Vinny. That's who you're dealing with. Yeah, that's who you're dealing with. Well, so one of the darkest guys in America that's been trying to divide America for decades,
Starting point is 01:10:17 for decades. This is not someone who loves America. This is a user of a system to create wealth, to control and impose his beliefs that are deep rooted in him. He doesn't like Muslims. He doesn't like Christians. He doesn't like Jews. This guy's not a side. He looks at everybody as a way to control them, manipulate them. He doesn't care for these college students. He doesn't care for it. He wants to see America fall like there is no other. He may be at the top five of the list of people in the world that want to see
Starting point is 01:10:49 America fall. That's what he's going to do his story for. And his son is stepping up in his position. Alex Soros is- Yeah, who funds, go ahead. And I sent you something, Rob, if you want to. So, do you know people who are Christians but they don't practice Christianity? Yeah. Do you know people who are Muslim and they don't embrace that you're Buddhist
Starting point is 01:11:05 Yeah, that's who he is. He was born Jewish his parents obviously were not practicing Jews. He wasn't raised this way He was an opportunist to save his life He said I will gladly kill and turn in whoever I need to do and whatever I need to turn in That's that's who he is. He's an opportunist. He said, and you can find this article, he said, I am not a Zionist, okay, and I'm not a practicing Jew. Here's quote. So he doesn't, what's the definition of Zionism? Zionism is very simple. The belief that Israel has a right to exist as a country. I believe that Israel has a right to exist. So by definition, I'm a Zionist. George Soros is not. George Soros is a Marxist, ironically capitalist. He makes money to see destruction wherever he can go. And it's not just in America. He brought down the Bank of England.
Starting point is 01:12:03 That's where he made his money. It's where he made his billions I don't even know if he's allowed in hungary to be honest to you. Is he an american citizen? I don't even know what he is a global citizen when you're a billionaire like this. I believe the president of hungary victor orban I I don't think he's allowed in the country. Yeah, he's a he's a Demon perfect, and I don't mean like possessed by the country. He's a he's a demon. Perfect. And I don't mean like possessed by the devil. He has a God complex, a Messiah complex. He believes he can do whatever he wants. And when you have that type of money, you can do whatever you want. And this is
Starting point is 01:12:36 why Pat always criticizes the lazy Republicans or the lazy libertarians. Go put money where your mouth is. Because this piece of shit is yeah, you've heard of one world government Yeah, so globalism ends at a one world government and a central bank digital currency that controls all the people Who do you think he thinks should be the leader of that one world government him right? Yeah? Well, he's gonna be yeah, there is Hungary approved stop Soros law. He's not allowed in his own country This is the type of person, but he's allowed here. You ever watch is so discord in America You ever watch his documentary? No, so they made a documentary about him. That is a pro soros documentary And this paints him as a great guy or whatever still worth watching really because they tried so hard to make him look good
Starting point is 01:13:22 It was so even at the end of the documentary of a a pro-Soros documentary, he still walked away saying, what a freaking dark guy this guy is. So you're dealing, these are two different things we're talking about here. Can I add one more thing? Yeah, I'd like to go to the next story. You got 20 seconds. The question of who has the Jewish vote. Jews, if you're not Orthodox or super conservative, we all know that the Jews or anyone who's
Starting point is 01:13:47 Orthodox in any religion tends to be more conservative. Jews in general are very heartfelt and empathetic, so they toward to lean liberal. It's part of our DNA. We've been mistreated for 5,000 years. Let's help people. But with what's going on now with George Soros in this dark left-wing money You're gonna see a mass exodus from the Jewish community from the Democratic Party good It's already happening and by the way, not just that but do you know what city in America?
Starting point is 01:14:21 has 115th of Jews living in the world New York City 993,000 Jews live in New York City and they don't feel safe and they're wanting to leave New York City think about that so the politically What what just happened the last few months a lot of weird things happened here the last few months. What the Dems are trying to do, the Dems are trying to see between the Jew vote and the Muslim vote. And the left-left is trying to own both of them, okay? Trying to own both of them.
Starting point is 01:14:59 Muslims are trying, they're trying to own it to say Republicans are not pro-Islam and they're this, that, so they're putting the fear porn to say Republicans are not pro-Islam and they're this that so they're putting the fear porn with The Republicans to not want Muslims to vote Republican, but a lot of Muslims right now are conflicted Yeah, then the reason why Muslims are conflicted right now on one end They love the values of how conservatives are with their kids. Yeah, they love what they stand for They're like dude, we're on the same page here They love what they stand for. They're like, dude, we're on the same page here. But they also are uncomfortable with conservatives that are not okay with the pro-Palestine, all this other stuff. So it's a split right now with what's going on. And this kind of leads me to
Starting point is 01:15:36 talking about what's going on with the schools. Vinny, if you have some of the stuff you want to talk about with the colleges. So Rob, I don't know if you have this. So all the stuff that's going on with the protesting across the country, I see this video, okay? I see these two videos I'm gonna send you. Okay, one of them is a student who is simply trying to go to his classroom in UCLA in a civil way.
Starting point is 01:16:02 Rob, if you can play this clip I just texted you. And then I'm going to send you the second one, which students come in in the morning to wake up the entire kids that are protesting in the school with a good morning, Vietnam! At 430 in the morning. You have to see both. But first watch this one here. This is a student that goes to UCLA and they're simply not letting him go to class, okay? Rob, if you can play this, okay?
Starting point is 01:16:30 So this is the kind of stuff that is, it's starting to get a little old and it's getting annoying where parents and students are sitting there, watch this kid, and see if he sounds like a reasonable kid, go for it. We are UCLA students. I have my ID right here. I'm being blocked off, not by the security guard but by U2, U3.
Starting point is 01:16:48 Oh look they're making their burger while I'm going this way. This is what they do. Everybody look at this. Look at this. I'm a UCLA student. I deserve to go here. We pay tuition. This is our school and they're not letting me walk in.
Starting point is 01:17:01 My class is over there. I want to use that entrance. Well I can't take it. Will you let me go in? This is okay to happen. This could be over in a second. Just let me and my friends go in my classes over there. I want to use that entrance Well, I can't think will you let me go in this is okay to have this could be over in a second Just let me and my friends is okay. We're the cops. We're the police Will you move watch this okay, we're going I'm not hurting them going in. I don't, I have my hands up. I'm not hurting them. You guys have closed the entrance. So this is what you see. UCLA. And I look at this other guy. So I go, okay, you
Starting point is 01:17:31 want to do this? No problem. Let's have some fun. So watch what these guys are doing. Okay. You know, obviously they're trolling and they're having fun with this. Look at this 4 30 in the morning. These guys are sleeping on UCLA campuses, the anti-you know, whatever Israel demonstrated. Watch this here. Good morning Vietnam! Hey, this is not a test. This is rock and roll! Time to rock it from the Delta to the DMZ! Is that me or does that sound like an Edward French movie? Shout out to Robin Williams. Watch, watch, watch. Wake up, commies! Wake up! Wake up!
Starting point is 01:18:12 Can you imagine? On campus, you know, first of all, the fact that this can even happen, I want to play another clip for you, old school. Okay, tell me if you like this guy's approach. This guy used to be a president.
Starting point is 01:18:28 Some people love him. At one point, I think he won 49 out of 50 states. Look at the approach he took with protesters and tell me how many similarities you see with him and our current president, Mr. Joseph Biden. Rob, if you can play this clip, maybe this is a good video for some people that want to be presidents in the future, they should watch and study. Here's a guy named Ronald Reagan. Rob, if you got the clip, I think it's one of them.
Starting point is 01:18:52 Maybe I sent you, did I not send a new one? No, I did send you a new one. It's the one that ends with NXAW. NXAW is the last, do you see it or no, Rob? Okay, if you can play that one here. So you said like what is Ronald Reagan where is he at well you have to see this okay this is highlights okay like the highlight reel of Ronald Reagan dealing with protesters watch this and how he handles media go ahead okay told you for days in advance the university sought to go ahead with that construction, they were going to
Starting point is 01:19:25 physically destroy the university. Why did you negotiate? Negotiate? What is to negotiate? What is... The university is a public institution. That's right. But the university...
Starting point is 01:19:36 For all of its own community and for the community of Berkeley that live around it. All of it began the first time some of you who know better and are old enough to know better let young people think that they had the right to choose the laws they would obey as long as they were doing it in the name of social protest. I'm sick and tired of the argument about whether some effort to enforce law and order is going to escalate anything at all. Plain truth of the matter is this has to stop and it has to stop like the day before yesterday. I would like to propose that the issue is that on the campuses you who are adults, you who are entrusted with those young people and their guidance, have a responsibility to make it plain to them from the very beginning that you yourselves do not tolerate the kind of conduct that has led to the burning of Wheeler Hall, that has led to two murders
Starting point is 01:20:24 on the campus of Wheeler Hall, that has led to two murders on the campus of UCLA. You've created an atmosphere on campus where no one wants to listen. You are a liar. I have read and I have been questioned since I've been here about certain demonstrations against my coming. And I would like to say just one thing, and to those who demonstrate so. I wonder if they have ever asked themselves that if they should have the kind of government they apparently seek,
Starting point is 01:20:54 no one would ever be able to do what they're doing again. I have a feeling that if you check closely on some of the more militant of those leaders who are advocating violence, you will find that if you settle whatever issue it is that has them worked up today, they'll be back tomorrow morning with another issue. I think the time has come for them to make a choice and to decide whether they want to continue to even tolerate these false prophets in their midst who are if anything destroying their own community. I don't think that taking to the streets and rioting and disorder has ever solved anything or ever will. Those who would trade our freedom for the soup kitchen of the welfare state have
Starting point is 01:21:35 told us they have a utopian solution of peace without victory. They call their policy accommodation and they say if we'll only avoid any direct confrontation with the enemy he'll forget his evil ways All who oppose them are indicted as warmongers They say we offer simple answers to complex problems But perhaps there is a simple answer not an easy answer It's simple if you and I have the courage to tell our elected officials That we want our national policy based on what we know in our hearts is morally, right? We cannot buy our security our freedom from the threat of the bomb
Starting point is 01:22:12 by committing an immorality so great as Saying to a billion human beings now enslaved behind the Iron Curtain give up your dreams of freedom That's right because to save our own skins. We're willing to make a deal with your slave masks recently in some places in the nation here's what i want you to think about notice audience if you're watching this i'm talking to you one-on-one you and i notice you did not get bored for a single second you know why because everybody loves strong leadership there's a reason why when this guy got elected and is given a speech on January 20th, 1981, minutes before that, a man named Khomeini released 52 American hostages because they knew what this guy was capable of doing.
Starting point is 01:23:02 Do you know how long it took for, what's her name, Greiner, what's her first name, the basketball player, Britney Greiner. Do you know how long they kept her in Russia? Do you know for how many months? Do you know why? Because Putin doesn't fear what Biden has to say. Do you know how many prisoners right now are being held by other countries, Hamas, whatever you want, you know for how long? Ten months. Do you you know why they don't fear what our current president has to say they asked them? What do you want to say to the people of Iran about attacking don't no one listen to you? America is Desperately in need of a strong leader
Starting point is 01:23:39 Desperately let that be a lesson when you're watching this in universities and campuses Since when have these deans not had to backbone to say, get the hell off the campus? Since when have these deans not had the backbone to call the cops and say, these guys are breaking the law, arrest these guys, what are you doing? Get the hell out of here, go find a place to live. You don't want to be here, get the hell out of the school. You don't want to go to UCLA, go somewhere else. Go to a public school, go to a community college. Since when do these leaders, soft leaders
Starting point is 01:24:09 sit around accepting these kids walking around as if they own this place? Life doesn't work that way. And a lot of these people that are sitting, they're worried about, God forbid, we may lose their vote. They may not like us. They may say something bad about us in a video and a video may go viral. The other day I think a video went viral of a TikToker who's a OnlyFans girl said Biden's and did you see this one? The administration was paying them to do propaganda on the side. Biden's administration was paying this OnlyFans girl to talk about good things about this is the one watch this clip here.
Starting point is 01:24:44 This is crazy. Watch this. here yeah this is great watch this year and I was like fuck I finally have to start applying for law school and then like you know female privilege life is so easy for a woman obviously I lucked out I'm just kidding I lucked out and then you know tick tock was basically full-time for me the guy was taking ads by the time I graduated college from like the Biden administration and Planned Parenthood and like dating apps and stuff so it was like fully financially you know so you were getting the Biden administration
Starting point is 01:25:05 was buying ads from you. Yeah, I was doing full on political propaganda. Wow. Really with like what kind of like Biden created 10 million job search. Yeah, honestly. And the funny thing is they're like, do not disclose this is an ad because you know,
Starting point is 01:25:15 they're like technically it's not a product. So you don't have to disclose it's an ad. Cause I think they just wanted like some edgy girl of color to just tell people like when they nominated like a Tonji Brown Jackson, they're like, can you say like as a person of color you know that you feel reflected and it's like a white woman emailing this to me and she's like giving me this script and I'm like no and she's like please and I'm like no I'll say I'll
Starting point is 01:25:30 like talk about the news of it but I'm not gonna be like I'm not gonna have a white person tell me to be like you know this is how I feel as a person of color like it's just so common sense. People are being exposed now listen I don't know the truth of this story or not quite frankly this is an OnlyFans model. Is that what this is? She's a creator. Well, she started she's been on South's guest multiple times. She started a lore fan Yeah, her name is Farha. Yeah, and she'll be on next week But when you when you see something like this
Starting point is 01:25:55 That all the stuff that they're using young kids all this other stuff to say what they're saying here And she is publicly not talking about it planned parent Just say these words woman of color by a white woman, common sense, somebody sister and independent. Yesterday I had this Ukrainian, Russian born congresswoman, Victoria, sparts on here, you know, talking about how, you know, what these guys are standing for and what they're saying. Woman of color, you know, spin it that way so we can get people to relate to you. So we can get people to kind of say, yeah, wow, wow, what's going on? What a great job Biden is doing.
Starting point is 01:26:32 More and more people are being exposed right now with this nonsense. And these independent voters, I want to speak to you. If you're a Democrat, you're going to vote Democrat. This is, I'm not talking to you. If you're a Republican, you're going to vote Republican, do your thing, okay? Independent voters, they're dividing this country. They're doing it in a way that is very weird. I asked a question of this lady yesterday.
Starting point is 01:26:57 When we were doing podcast prep, Tom said something yesterday. Tom said the system is what? You said three steps, right? I said, Tom, what are they using this crisis for? And you said step number one is claim civil unrest is what you said. Okay. So if all of a sudden these protest things going on in universities, all it's about the way, you know, when George Floyd happened? You know, when George Floyd happened 2020, same month, you know what month? May 25th of 2020. Weird. Can you pull it up real quick? May 25th of 2020, 26th of 2020.
Starting point is 01:27:28 What does that mean? Two months into COVID. May 26th of 2020. So check this out. May 26th of 2020, George Floyd happens. How many months after that is election? Five months in a week. Light and the fuse.
Starting point is 01:27:40 Five months in a week. So what trend, I'm a person that when we're sitting there and monitoring, we have a guy right now, our insurance, you're watching this guy saying, when did he start doing bad quality business? When did he get desperate to ride this? Then we go to the bottom of it, shit, so okay, this has been going on for nine months after this happened. It's not hard to see trends and bad habits that some people pick up because there's a
Starting point is 01:28:07 personal crisis going on in your life. So notice here. So they're warming it up in April. They're using college kids. What do you think is going to happen if a student gets shot on the campus and this person becomes the next George Floyd? This person becomes, we are worried, we are worried of what they're doing to you and we want to protect you Vinny, from what they can possibly do to your kids.
Starting point is 01:28:31 This is civil unrest. Then I went and looked at the ones the last time we used martial law. Martial law was used in the state of Arkansas, I believe. If you can pull up Times in America, we've used martial law. And there's a history about it. We used it once in 2007, okay? So if you can look at martial law, when it was used, I think that's the one that you had Rob, specifically when this thing was used.
Starting point is 01:28:54 You'll see all the way at the bottom, if you can Google Arkansas, I think the last story that they have is Arkansas, which state was that? You'll find it. Anyways, one of the states does martial law. When they do martial law in 2007, it is a state. So what if they do civil unrest in the six states and counties that matter the most, they use martial law to shut things down, and people in certain counties and districts can't get out to vote, you win
Starting point is 01:29:25 the election. So check this out. The playbook is very simple. What state was it? Alabama? No, in 1961 there's an, yeah, 1961 Alabama. Look at that. So in 1961, Governor Patterson of Alabama declared martial law as a result of outside
Starting point is 01:29:43 agitators coming into Alabama to violate our laws and customs, which had to outbreaks of lawlessness and mob action. The outside agitators were freedom writers, peaceful civil rights activists challenging the already illegal racial segregation in the South. Now obviously we know what's going on during that time, right, that era. But today, what if they use it today in pro Palestine and the enemy is all the people on the opposing side? What if they keep protesting right now and God forbid someone dies? And you know what's crazy in a dark deceptive way. That's exactly what they need to use
Starting point is 01:30:19 That's exactly what they need to use to increase the temperature in America And I'm because of this one this, and if it happens in specific markets, you were talking about a protesting they're doing. Can you show the clip Rob that Vinny is talking about with the Nazis on the U-Haul? Well, they called the, hold on one second. They need their new George Floyd. Not to use his name like that. They need a George Floyd.
Starting point is 01:30:42 They want a George Floyd. So these are, by the way, Patriot front need a George Floyd. They want a George so these are by the way Patriot front members being arrested by the way This is one if this doesn't and then Rob you have the other one, right? That's them marching for anybody out there that even has half of a brain. These guys are claiming to be Nazi Claiming to be Nazis. It's so obviously. Yeah, go ahead. Show these guys They're all in such great shape. Yeah, they're, why is it that all Nazis have an average age of 32 and good body mass index? Khakis, iron, cargo pants, they're fashionable fascists.
Starting point is 01:31:16 Look, by the way, as a police, as an officer and all the cops out there know, you have to unmask these people immediately. How come they're not unmasked? Isn't that because you don't want an undercover Fed, an informant to show his face. They're paying these people to do this and you just nailed it. Now you see them coming out, they're making arrests, they're setting up strategically these people. And then Rob, I sent you a photo. For anybody that says the FBI wouldn't do something like this, wake up. Okay, look at it.
Starting point is 01:31:44 Dear Feds, at least change the uniform. that says the FBI wouldn't do something like this grow wake up. Okay. Look at dear feds at least change the uniform. It's the same outfit. Okay. Keep that. They're going to keep my concern with this guys. It's very simple guys in every dispute in every fight in every when something gets out of control. our job is to try to lower the temp. It's not happening. And not to fall for manipulation. That is my biggest concern, is that people will fall for these traps. We know a big portion of America is going to fall for it. Some of them are going to fall for it because they need it to vote the way they're going to vote. Of course, like Russian collusion?
Starting point is 01:32:23 Some of them are going to need it, right? Because it validates why they're making the right decision, right? However, to the 43% that RFK said, we have the biggest independent block of voters ever, Tulsi repeated that number when we're sitting down with her last week. To the 43% of people that are independent voters, you cannot be naive.
Starting point is 01:32:44 This happened May 26. last year was George Floyd. Tensions are high in universities right now. If God forbid something happens to a student and they're able to increase it this time, they will use the Muslim and Jew division in America as the crisis. I agree. They will use that division in America as the crisis. And they'll increase the temp and they'll get people to fall for it and then they'll try to win the election
Starting point is 01:33:09 it's gonna be they're gonna try to do anything and everything to win it and the independents have to be aware of it I hope I hope pray to God that they do wake up because let's face the facts guys Donald Trump is the frontrunner he is the Teflon everything that they're doing is not working They cannot let this man win and I think you nailed it Pat something's gonna by the way, they keep warning us Christopher Rae keeps warning us Tony blinking keeps warning us this black swan event is coming this terror Remember the terrorists that they caught the border that was like soon. You're gonna know my name
Starting point is 01:33:42 He could easily just go to one of these freaking one of these schools and be like hey guys guess what it's done it's a wrap and it's over it is so easy in this playbook and I think step one use civil unrest declare martial law under martial law you suspend sales of ammunition and then your next step is central bank digital currency. Now you control how people can use money and what they can buy and what they can't. It is such a simple formula for long term reclaim of the government and it's a coup from within. It's such a simple formula. But you can also use it to alter two days in the life of America,
Starting point is 01:34:22 which alters an election, which alters the leadership for the next four years It's such an easy playbook. Don't fall for it. Don't get upset Don't be the one that that flashes the flame at the flashpoint. This is why The free Palestine movement is the new BLM in 2016 It was the me to movement in 2020, it was BLM and George Floyd. In 2024, it's Gaze for Gaza. And it's the free Palestine movement has been hijacked by left-wing dark money and extreme far-right Islamic right money.
Starting point is 01:34:56 It is what it is. So who's falling victim? Who's falling prey to what's going on right now? Well, Gen Z. Gen Z is the most confused, indoctrinated generation of all time. They were the only generation in the history of this world that was born to a social media phone in their hand. This is the TikTok generation. That is the literal nickname of Gen Z. So you see these protests at Cornell, at Columbia, at Texas, Minnesota, GW, Emory. These are all 18 to 24 year old kids. Now, all these kids have been faced with two things. They started college
Starting point is 01:35:33 during COVID and they're ending college during this election cycle. They've been indoctrinated. They have no mind of their own. They've been completely brainwashed by TikTok. Now they say that when you're young, if you're not a liberal, you have no heart. If you're older, and you have no brain, if you have no brain, if you're not a conservative, you have no brain. They doing what they feel is right. But we all know that facts don't care about your feelings. There's something called the horseshoe theory, where the far right and the far left politically
Starting point is 01:36:07 are not as far as extreme as you would think. They're actually closer in theory. So the far right, this is where this is, if you want like gays for Gaza, what in Israel there's a, is a deep and vibrant gay community. I went there. I was like, wow wow this place is gay. And they're like out of your home. I was like I'm gonna go over here to the club. But and you could show an image but in Gaza or in many extreme communities they
Starting point is 01:36:37 will literally kill you. By the way you know what's crazy you're saying this. This validates exactly what Reagan said. What you're protesting for would prevent you, if a country becomes a country you want it to be, would prevent you from being able to protest in the future. You can't go do gaze for Gaza in Gaza. You know what they're gonna do to you. What you thought that man did to that boy at the Snooker's tournament, they're gonna do to you with all those fruits in ways that you will have nightmare for the rest of your life. Anyways, or just drop you off a building. Yeah, this is why these people are useful idiots. And this comes back down to Biden. Do you
Starting point is 01:37:14 see the approval rating of amongst Gen Z to Biden, young people? What is it? 80% disapprove. There it is right there. 81% disapprove of this particular thing. So you know in the Bible they say no one can serve two masters. This is what Biden's problem is right now. He's funding Israel while he's also trying to appease the Gaze for Gaza movement, the free Palestine. And it all intersectionality happens in Michigan. This is why they say as Michigan goes so the election. By the way, this is what's happening. This is big, but 81% 19% exactly that's with who you said Gen Z's this is 18 to 35 18 to so this is the The younger Millennials all the way down to the youngest Gen Z. Yeah, that's pretty this is the reason why?
Starting point is 01:38:05 Genocide Joe is gonna lose the election and this is why he's trying to go to this. Let me go to this, Rob Can you play the clip with Nancy Pelosi? She's being interviewed Okay, by the way, I don't want to spend a lot of time on this because I'm gonna go to the dissent this Trump And I got like five more stories. I'm gonna go before 1130, but I want you to see this clip Rob I think we send it to you if you don't have it That's the one. Yeah, if you can do the bottom one, because that's a minute 20, see what the bottom one is.
Starting point is 01:38:31 How long is it? Yeah, that's the one, Rob. Play that one, if you could. Watch her reaction when the host simply pushes back a little bit. Look what analogy she wants to use. Go ahead. And Joe Biden is doing that, created 9 million jobs in his term in office Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any president
Starting point is 01:38:51 So we just have to make sure people know that was a global pandemic He had the worst record of any president we've had other concerns in our country You want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role. But it ain't mine. And he has the worst. I don't think that anybody can excuse me for that. And we— Eating their own.
Starting point is 01:39:11 I love that. Yeah, exactly. Eating their own. So you see the reaction there. If you want to be an apologist, the girl's like, dude, I can't stand the guy. Yeah. But we can't lie on national television, Nancy. We can't do that the way you just did and not tell the whole story.
Starting point is 01:39:24 Who was interviewing her there? Is that Casey Casey Hunt MSNBC she this lady's been talking trash about Trump since day one is that Casey DC I think it is she's the one that absolutely grilled Donald Trump during a conversation or interview debate and she was grilled for being too anti Trump by the way look look at it look Look at her lapel. Yes. Are those the biggest Ukraine flag? You've ever seen your life on this dumb drunk hags freaking like by the way, I don't think she's drunk I think it's probably by the sheep, but I would pay I would pay top dollar for her to come here and sit here and Just talk with you for one hour just to crap on her entire existence with her lying BS. She would never do.
Starting point is 01:40:07 She would never do. I'd give all my savings just to have her come here and talk to me. Vinny, we get a lot of other stories, but listen to the one point here. What did she keep repeating? Donald Trump had the worst record. Donald Trump had the worst record. Bull crap. Wait, wait, wait.
Starting point is 01:40:21 What message is that? That's an economic message. Where is Biden weak on the economy? So they're trying to make Donald Trump's economy sound worse. You gotta boil it down beyond the emotion. And I'm with you. You angry patriot, you, I love you like a brother. But you, I boil it down and I listen to you angry patriot, you angry patriot. That's how Tom would talk dirty to you. Yeah. Oh, you're such an angry patriot. Nigel, you killed me. Criticize commies and let's get it on.
Starting point is 01:40:50 All right, let me go to the next story. So apparently Trump and DeSantis had a meeting. Rob, what page is that? Oh, expecting campaign. So DeSantis expected a campaign for Trump after the pair met in Miami. There was a meeting that took place. So Florida Governor DeSantis agreed to campaign on behalf of Donald Trump after the former president and rivals met Sunday morning at the ex-president's looks to retake the White
Starting point is 01:41:16 House. The two prominent Republicans met in Miami in an attempt to patch up the strained relationship. DeSantis expected to raise money for the presumptive GOP nominee on the top of campaigning for him. After his own Oval Office ambitions came up short, DeSantis 45 suspended his campaign in January 2024 and quickly endorsed Trump over former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley while she was still in the race. But in a February phone call, two supporters, DeSantis said that some Trump campaign staffers had an axe to grind against him while claiming the criminal indictments against the former president and helped him curry sympathy after
Starting point is 01:41:50 primary voters. So Adam, thoughts on DeSantis and Trump having a meeting? What do you think this was over? I'll just keep it super simple. DeSantis needs Trump way more than Trump needs DeSantis. I'm sure one of you guys is going to make a point of why this is advantageous for Trump. Trump's got Florida locked up. It's not a big deal. Trump needs to focus on the swing states and women because abortion is his biggest problem. I'm sure he'll gladly invite our governor's help and support and money and donors. I just don't
Starting point is 01:42:22 understand why Trump actually gives a shit about Ron DeSantis at this point. That's my thought. Why do you think, Tom? Because Trump wins the presidency, we have a hurricane in Florida, we need, federal aid will be needed, FEMA will be needed. These guys are ultimately on the same team and they're going to have to cooperate with each other long term.
Starting point is 01:42:43 It's not just about the election. If you want to play the long game here, you probably have to be sensible, shake hands, and play the game against the real enemy. I love the tweet by the president when he goes, I'm very happy to have the full and enthusiastic support. Not just regular support, he's enthusiastic. But and again, this just goes back to to you know, Donald Trump loving, you know loyalty Yeah, somebody was in around the Santas his ear made him run obviously huge huge mistake, but he's back He's coming back in the folding and Adam you nailed it. He needs him Donald Trump doesn't need anybody Donald Trump just needs to
Starting point is 01:43:23 Pick a VP and go for the gusto and hopefully beat this deep state But at the same token he needs him way more Do you understand think about it if if the Santas? Wants nothing to do with Trump or MAGA what happens to his career? Yeah, if Trump wants nothing to do with the Santas different what happens is create of course and great governor We love the guy, but he needs Trump and MAGA way more than Trump even cares even think about this hurricane. Here's the part though, when you think about this. So who gets more credit to hold this meeting? Do you give more credit?
Starting point is 01:44:01 One million percent Trump. Okay. Yeah, I agree. Let me tell you also what I like about this. I love that they met. You know, there's a part of me we can talk the fact that well this person needs this, that person needs this, this person needs this. DeSantis is 45. The guy's got, honestly, he's got 35 more years of running to do. Okay? He becomes a president. I don't know if, you know, he paid attention to the part when I asked the question or not. DeSantis is a flat carrier. The only route he'll ever be a president is a flat carrier. DeSantis is not an alpha president. He's a flat carrier president. Those are two different things. You know what sucks about what I'm saying
Starting point is 01:44:39 to you right now? You know what sucks about what I'm saying to you right now? Nobody wants to be known as that. Nobody wants to be known as that. You know, guess what? Rogan sells out what types of arenas? Huge. Everything. Like what type of arenas? How many thousands of people?
Starting point is 01:44:53 15,000. 15 grand. Okay. He sells out arenas. Big time. Schultz, Madison Square Garden. Chappelle, football stadiums. Okay?
Starting point is 01:45:03 So now, there is a levels to everything, right, when you think about this. There's levels to everything. Tim Grover was giving the argument about Michael Jordan and LeBron James. He says, have you ever heard about somebody collecting LeBron James shoes? You ever heard somebody talking about the fact that a LeBron James shoe was stolen and a guy goes back to take it back. How many stories do you hear about a Michael Jordan shoe that a guy goes back to get it
Starting point is 01:45:31 because somebody stole it from him? A Michael Jordan sold it. A Michael Jordan, there's levels to the game. LeBron will never get there. He almost got swept by the Nuggets and at the end of the day he said, what? It's just basketball. It's just basketball. It's just bad.
Starting point is 01:45:43 Guy asked him a question, are you going to be a Laker next season? Honestly, I don't want to ask that question, answer that question right now. I was going to go spend time with my family and I'm going to do this. Michael wouldn't say stuff like that, right? There's a level to the level, respect you want. The shanties could make a hell of a flat carrier. And if he becomes a bigger flat carrier the next four years, guess what that means? The more you're going to get from Trump, four years on.
Starting point is 01:46:08 Period. Ulysses S. Grant was never a politician. Ulysses S. Grant was an incredible general. He was a flag carrier to Lincoln. Eight years later, Ulysses S. Grant became a two-term president. Boom. You go to every one of these guys you look at on who becomes the president, who becomes that.
Starting point is 01:46:30 I'm happy I'm seeing this taking place. I don't know what role he's going to play. If you looked at the list of VPs, you know who was below? Kristi Noem for VPs, Vivek and DeSantis. You know what that means? Those two are not on the list at all. At the top of the list is one guy, Tim Scott. And I have my own thoughts on Tim Scott that I'm not going to be talking about on the podcast here. But Tim Scott is first, Tulsi second, Christie is on this list. The other list, Rob, is
Starting point is 01:46:55 really the one you want to look at. Elise, Stefanik, there's a bunch of them here, right? But we'll see. I hope the Santas gets even closer and they do more stuff together. I do think the one benefit is DeSantis has a lot of the billionaires money that he can go back to and say hey remember He did his first Twitter spaces with Elon Musk. That means Musk was hoping for a DeSantis. So you got to know he plays that that role he can play there. Let's talk about TikTok. Couple things with TikTok here so who benefits from a TikTok ban? A report was written by, if you can pull up the Reuters article Rob, or the one where,
Starting point is 01:47:35 I want to say it's Bernstein, who's the one that, actually Bernstein, yeah. So check this out. Who would benefit the most if TikTok ban was to take place? And the clear answer is the meta. Do you know by how much? If you show this chart here that's on here, it's pretty wild. If you go to my Twitter account, I posted it. I don't know if it's there or not, Rob.
Starting point is 01:47:53 Just go to my Twitter account and I'll show you. So analysts at Bernstein have estimated that should TikTok be banned, meta would draw up 60% of the users. 57% of TikTok users would go to Meta, 22% would go to YouTube, 15% to others, Snap gets 6%, applying the same portion of the revenue. Bernstein Analyst forecast that $12 billion of revenue in 2025 goes to Meta. Look at the chart, go below to show the chart, the circle charts, Rob, it's right below it.
Starting point is 01:48:26 Look at that right there, okay, the chart, when you look at that, where it goes. Over the years, Metta has sought to amplify concerns about TikTok. But Metta may also experience some blowback if Trump, an unexpected opponent of the TikTok bill who has called Facebook even a bigger danger to the U.S., wins re-election in November. Metta's CEO, Zuck, is likely to face questions about his embattled rival when his tech giant report earnings on Wednesday. Now here's the kicker. The person who wrote this, this is when it gets interesting folks, the person who wrote
Starting point is 01:48:57 this bill, Representative Michael McCall, just go to Twitter Rob and you can show the tweet that I'm breaking down how much money he gave on what day based on this Wall Street Bets account that did a phenomenal job breaking it down. So, Representative McCall of Texas, the Republican, the author of an early draft of the bill to ban TikTok and the sponsor of the consolidated spending package that got the ban passed in the Senate, has been accused of insider trading following revelations that he recently invested heavily into the app. And if you zoom in, it's right with that video.
Starting point is 01:49:32 Keep going up, keep going up, keep going up, keep going up, right there. That's the one right there. Click on that and go to what the guy says on the bottom. Show more for his and then zoom in. So check this out. On March 3rd, this guy authored the TikTok ban bill. On March 22nd, he put $150,000 in meta. Four days later, he put another $150,000 in meta.
Starting point is 01:49:54 Two days later, he put another $150,000 in meta. Three weeks after writing the TikTok ban, this guy's already invested $450,000, but it doesn't stop there. Then what he had done once he saw the TikTok ban was going to be included in all the Ukraine funding on April 1st, three days later, puts another $350,000 into Metta and continues. Then a week later, of course, he voted yes on the bill he wrote. So within the span of 40 days, this dude wrote the ban, proceeds to invest $450,000, then invest another $700,000, nearly $1.15 million into Metta, knowing if he bans, 57% of the users go to Metta.
Starting point is 01:50:38 And he's a congressman? He's a congressman. How does he have $1.5 million? He works for the government. Yeah. That's weird. He could have been a businessman before this. I don't know. But the point with this is, none of this is illegal. As long as you're a Congressman, none of this is illegal. So Tom, your thoughts here, what's going on with TikTok and what do you think is going to happen?
Starting point is 01:50:58 We got nine months here. Apparently the nine months just started. Well there's two sides to it. One side is I look at the law that was buried into those three appropriation bills over the weekend. What a busy Saturday. You know, wasn't it nice of our government to work on a Saturday, Pat? Remember, that was a busy Saturday. Most of them should be out, you know, playing tennis or doing whatever the hell they do, drink. And instead, yeah, you know, sitting at home abusing children. So instead, they're actually working, you know, they're working. And so they bury this in there.
Starting point is 01:51:31 So one thing I look at the law, and the TikTok ban law scares the hell out of me because it contains language in there that the president can use with executive orders and Congress can use to interfere or shut down or encumber. Oh, sorry, the word is censor any other social media network that they don't like what they're saying. So the law will do that. Now on the TikTok ban,
Starting point is 01:51:54 this is not surprising. I mean, you can go to the, this is, but it's infuriating because this is exactly what Nancy Pelosi did. You can go to that Nancy Pelosi X account where it says, follow the Nancy Pelosi trades Here and you can make money with like the Nancy Pelosi Pelosi mutual fund just follow what she does So I see two sides to it. I'm worried about this This law in the hands of the government against freedom of speech Which is exactly what Tulsi said when she was on the podcast that this is a terrible worry for us
Starting point is 01:52:24 Against freedom of speech by the government or fairing but then on the podcast that this is a terrible worry for us against freedom of speech by the government or fairing But then on the other side, it just really infuriates me that our elected officials are just parading conflict of interest in plain sight and This part there needs to be the legislation that says hey You're your IRA your 401k and your brokerage has to go into a blind trust and you cannot you know a Trade or execute strategy based on the legislation that you're touching so There's something called the stock act and I think was put in place in the 2012
Starting point is 01:52:57 the stock act significantly expanded the reporting requirements for securities and Transaction by members of Congress. So we talk about accountability. Let's see what happens with this. This guy's a Republican out of Texas. This is why I don't fall in love with any politicians and or embrace any particular party at this point, because they're all shady. They'll all do it. Democrats, Republicans, whether it's Pelosi, whether it's this guy, McCall in Texas, they're all insider trading of some capacity. McCall in Texas, they're all insider trading of some capacity. Regarding TikTok, of course, Metta is going to be the sole beneficiary of this because they're the only person or only group that has a competitor to TikTok, which is their Instagram Reels. They basically stole their
Starting point is 01:53:39 intellectual property, just like China steals all of our intellectual property speaking of IP. Did you see what? Christopher Ray the FBI director said about China He said it's quote-unquote China the largest and most sophisticated theft of intellectual property in the history of the world That's what they're doing here in America. So all the tick-tockers with in out there watching your little things doing your thing. It's beyond funny videos or Humorous things or information you don't think it's a big deal now China's spying there was um, I was actually watching um, Trey Gowdy your buddy your fan of Trey, right? He has a show on Fox News. I told a story about a journalist
Starting point is 01:54:28 sitting down with a Chinese family in China reporting on what they've seen They didn't have tik-tok, but he did China via bite dance hacked into his phone the journalist phone To hear what these people were saying. Oh damn. Those people that family have never been seen again. That's the CCP out there in China.
Starting point is 01:54:53 That's who is running bite dance behind the scenes. Even Anthony Blinken said that China is attempting to influence the election. Yeah. the election. Yeah, whether it's covert or whether it's just full on election theft, TikTok is a dangerous, dangerous weapon owned by the CCP. So part of me when Blinken says China's colluding, so they didn't use the word colluding. Why? Because we would automatically go to when Hillary Clinton said what? Russia colluding. Russia. to when Hillary Clinton said what? Russia colluding with elections, right? So is
Starting point is 01:55:25 China's colluding in elections the new fear porn to be able to blame if they lose that China helped Trump get elected? Is that what they're gonna use? Anything. Or is it is are they using this as, now don't get me wrong, I don't think China's not colluding. I don't think Russia's not colluding I don't think Iran is not cool. I think all of them would like to get involved in But the difference is I think China prefers Biden. Oh, I think Iran prefers Biden. I think Putin said it He prefers Biden all over a Trump these guys and by, breaking news, did you hear about what just came through right now? No.
Starting point is 01:56:09 Rob, if you want to pull up the breaking news. Breaking news is the judge officially is allowing Trump to go to Barron's graduation, but he did fine him $9,000 for the gag whatever violation. So, Judge Thurman is the next president of incarceration, punishment over gag order violations, but allows him to attend Barron's graduation, go a little bit lower. Former President Trump returns to court for Stormy Daniels' hush money trial. Trump was fined $9,000 for repeated gag order. The judge threatened him with incarceratory punishment if necessary and appropriate should
Starting point is 01:56:42 Trump continue to violate the gag order. The judge also allowed Trump to have May 17 off from the trial to attend the Sun Barons graduation, go a little lower, to see what a President Trump protesters gathered outside of Manhattan Criminal Court to voice their support. Demonstrators brandishing Trump's flag can be heard chanting, We want Trump at Collect Pond Park. A pro-Trump motorcade drove through lower Manhattan blasting a song whose lyrics include F Facebook, F Twitter too, go a little lower. Okay, that's weird.
Starting point is 01:57:16 So Michael Cohen's ex-bankers, Gary Farrell who testified that he upset up the Michael Cohen used to pay off Stormy 9 is now off the stand. Farrell and Cohen said they did not tell him that the company would use any pay adult entertainment star and that he would have certainly asked additional questions had he been informed. It is an industry that we do not work with. He said on stand, we might consider that a reputational risk. The trial will resume in a new witness after a 15-minute break. The most important part of this whole thing is Rob go all the way to the top
Starting point is 01:57:47 What does the judge mean saying? Threatens the president with Incarceratory punishment. What does that mean? Hang on yes, right you get lead from the courtroom and you end that you go to the local jail Which is the equivalent of the drunk tank, also called the detention center, where they would hold you overnight. You would sober up, and then your friend comes and picks you up in the morning. That's it. It's the overnight jail. It's like, take him into custody, and you end up overnight in the clinic.
Starting point is 01:58:15 Any mugshots or no? But by the way, if that happens, the Democrats need to understand, they better stop saying this, because this is the kind of stuff that, by the way, they just gave them another half point in the polls when they do that Yeah, when the judge says that and the people in New York here at certain people it's like it's like putting this oxygen into the Such a backfire for them, but Tom they just can't stop they because they started this BS Witch hunt now they can't stop and it's getting him stronger and stronger and stronger, but New Yorkers are in the streets Protesting for him. I and it's getting him stronger and stronger and stronger. Well, New Yorkers are in the streets protesting for him I think it's fantastic
Starting point is 01:58:47 Here's a the national polls don't even matter Here's further news the judge finds Trump in contempt for violating gag orders trial continues judge one Mettichon rule Donald Trump violated the gag order gag order nine times for criticizing expected trial witnesses and posts on social media Trump must pay nine thousand dollars. dollars by the end of the week I don't know if he's gonna come up with it the judge also threatened incarceration if Trump willfully violates the gag order again You know Pat the backdrop of this is there is a trade war that is going that is starting right now between the US and China on apps and Apple is actually helping China
Starting point is 01:59:25 On the 19th we just go back, it was a very quiet story, but Apple is pulling things out of its app store in China. In China, people are sideloading WhatsApp and then using VPN so that they can communicate with people around the world, like relatives and things like that, and have the CCP maybe not see it. And then Apple pulled WhatsApp threads and Signal, and that and have the CCP, you know, maybe not see it and then app Apple pulled whatsapp threads and signal and that's just the beginning So this is going back and forth where China is now saying okay
Starting point is 01:59:51 Well, I'm taking this off and they all they do is they ask Apple to do it and Apple is acting sort of like the Secretary of State for China at the moment complying with this whereas what is what did must do in Brazil? He went face to face with the judge, ultimately capitulated, but he went face to face and says no I'm not going to do this automatically, you know? So... By the way, go pull up this guy's profile, Juan Marchand, guy from Bogota, Colombia. If you can pull him up real quick. Yeah one more John Judge Rob its m e r c h a n now Sean So good good is Wikipedia Rob good is Wikipedia
Starting point is 02:00:32 Just yeah, so zoom in a little bit. So check this out. So here's a guy who was appointed by Bloomberg political views in the middle during the 2020 US presidential election March on donated $15 to the Democratic Party big deep pockets obviously and to Joe Biden's campaign ten ten dollars to the progressive turnout project and ten dollars to stop Republicans a subsidiary of the previous and If you look at who gave him the job March on goal, there you go became a judge in 06 New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg appointed him, and he remained until the role of 2009, and then
Starting point is 02:01:10 he's done a bunch of other things. So that is who's presiding over this whole thing here. So I got a question, Tom. What happens if President Donald Trump does a two-hour podcast right now. Okay, if he does a two-hour podcast right now Openly speaks. Okay talks about where he's at What does it do if he does a long form two-hour podcast right now and criticizes the judge or? Criticizes the witnesses what he's gonna do it You mean if he goes two hours, he's gonna criticize him and he says exactly what's on his mind What happens he will go into court and the court will immediately say, you know they probably will have the
Starting point is 02:01:54 state the prosecutor and his lawyer quickly meet in chambers and the judge will will say look You know what? This is this is contempt I'm gonna find your client in contempt and we're gonna take him into custody. Or without even having a sidebar, he just says, court's now in session. It says, Mr. Trump, it was observed you were on a two hour podcast.
Starting point is 02:02:15 You just said this and this. I warned you, I told you, I fined you $9,000. Court costs that you paid. But you know what, this cannot stand. I find you in contempt. The judge can do it it's like an executive order within the court case procedural I find you in contempt I'm finding you this and deputy will you please take him into custody okay stay with me here stay with me here does that help him or hurt him with the election it I think it
Starting point is 02:02:41 completely helps him because the people like me, it's a freedom of speech thing. You're trying to gag this guy while you're trying to choke this guy. Okay, stay with me. That's my point. Remember when Colorado tried to prevent him to even be on the ticket? Who came in and intervened? The US Supreme Court said seven to two that this can't stand and then the other two liberal drug justices without comment went along with the vote to make it 9-0. Okay, so then say they put him in jail, okay, the whole whatever threat he's
Starting point is 02:03:15 given, right? Say they put him in jail. How long before the Supreme Court gets involved in saying what the hell are you guys doing? Well this would be procedural in New York Supreme Court, a contempt thing, and then he'll be out in 24 hours or 6 hours. But the whole point is that you need a court decision then to go to the Supreme Court. So once they're done with this, they can appeal it. Okay, let me continue my question, Tom. The length of this gag order, Rob, if you can look it up, what is the length of this gag order?
Starting point is 02:03:47 Do you guys know it's I do not know but it's you if you what will probably show up is a length of time Covering the trial itself. Okay. So if if the length in time covering the trial itself can can I as Judge one merchant or whatever the guy's name is, can I delay this trial, Tom, till November 10th? Oh yeah, and yes you can, and that is exactly the risk to freedom and the proper process. So stay with me here. So if I can extend this trial till November 10th, and if I, And if I, since Biden on Howard Stern, if he can play the clip, Biden on Howard Stern came out tough saying yes, he will agree to go ahead and play this clip. A fantasy I had.
Starting point is 02:04:36 I don't know if you're going to debate your opponent. I am somewhere. I don't know where. I'm happy to debate him. So he's saying he's happy to debate him. He's not even where he is. So he's saying he's happy to debate him, okay? Trump suggested let's debate at the White House because it's comfortable for you, because you don't have to leave, you know, get out of bed or whatever. He's kind of teasing him a little bit. So if he debates Biden while he has the gag order, while this, it's still going, the trial's still going the trial still going can he still find him with
Starting point is 02:05:08 the gag order while he calls out the judge and calls out in New York can they come and say during the debate you said such-and-such because of that we're putting you in jail can they do that oh absolutely when a court case is in motion yeah that judge is God and can find you. The court, meaning the judge, finds you in contempt and can find you and hold you overnight. Then guess what? Judges are gods when the court case is in motion. Then guess what I'm doing? I'm doing a podcast right now. I'm doing it right now.
Starting point is 02:05:46 Let's get on with it right now. Find me, arrest me today, let's roll. You want to play this with me? I'm not waiting. I'm going to go out there and talk right now. And whoever this noble podcasters that would be willing to do it, whatever the gag order is, agree to be willing to pay. Whatever the fines are, cover the fines. I know a couple friends I can call that would be willing to do this.
Starting point is 02:06:09 But my suggestion is that if you want to do this and they want to silence you, well, let's actually see what the judge is going to do now. Let's actually call the guy's bluff. Let's do it right now. Put me in jail. Go ahead, put me in jail. Let's go and do it right now. Let's sit down and talk and say everything you want to say, but do it in a sense of, hey, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly, do it in that way and see what you're going to do. I would go like this and say, hey, call, all in, flip. What are you going to do?
Starting point is 02:06:46 Go ahead. Go ahead, put me in jail. Do it. What are you going to do? And then see how they're going to react. Because for me to sit this long and let this thing go, this is what I want to do. I want to get it to the point where Supreme Court is pressured to come in and say, hey, hey, New York, what are you guys doing?
Starting point is 02:07:04 What the hell are you guys doing? Tell me what you guys doing. Is this America? Is this how we're going to be reacting to this? Let's play. Let's play right now. If you're going to take an angle like this and try to do something for a what? For a Stormy Daniels, hush money, Michael Cohen's going around talking and this guy can't?
Starting point is 02:07:20 Wait a minute. What are you doing? That was the lawyer apparently, right? If that's the case and that's going on, Show me your cards. I want to see your cards. You know sometimes you play poker and what do you do? You're like I don't give a shit if I lose this ten thousand dollars I want to see what the hell you got for the sake of a lesson for me Yeah, I'm willing to lose I'll give you ten thousand dollars, but I want to know if I read you right or wrong boom and he say oh shit
Starting point is 02:07:42 I was right. Oh shit. I was wrong great, but I want to know your hand I think it's at a point right now that delaying this whole concept is Strategically, I don't think the right moves being made and by the way again. I'm not on the inside I don't talk to the campaign I'm not sitting on the on the thing But I don't think the idea of delaying a decision to be made is also good I want to find out right now what your motives are. Are you dark and deceptive?
Starting point is 02:08:08 Show me your damn cards. Show me your damn cards. Because what we learned is the Supreme Court doesn't stand with what Colorado wanted to do. What we learned is the Supreme Court, when Biden was lecturing them from the stage on his whatever annual, what do you call it? White House Swartzlanders' Dinner. You know what the Supreme Court did? Boom, they sat like that, not shaking that we're united against a president, even though
Starting point is 02:08:30 we know three and four of them are liberals, they were America before politics. They were America before politics when he's trying to lecture at these guys. So to me, guess what? What gives me the confidence with America, what gives me the confidence with America is our Supreme Court. That's what gives me confidence with America. What gives me confidence that this republic's not going to fall is the Supreme Court. Well, guess what?
Starting point is 02:08:53 Let's go straight to them. Let's force this guy to do this now. I don't want it to happen in October. I don't want it to happen in September. I don't want it to happen in August. We got an RNC coming up When when is RNC is it July June when is RNC is it June or July July 15 is RNC Go
Starting point is 02:09:13 Let's go cuz then you can't even talk here. Can you imagine if RNC happens? I would love this. Come on judge Let's play ball. I would love it if the RNC happens and the judge doesn't allow him to go to the RNC. Oh, man. You know how much, you know how, you know how, you know how crazy that would be? Do you know what would happen? Oh my God. First of all, your strategy of trying to both appease to Muslims and Jews backfired, 81% of people ages 18, 30, 35.
Starting point is 02:09:45 Lots of these guys are college students. You've lost Joseph Biden. Now you want to play this? You want to use a DOJ? Show your entire cards, man. I want to see what you got. I think you're bluffing, but I think you're deceptive. I think you're dark.
Starting point is 02:09:57 I want to know it now. I don't want to know anything close to July 15. Put me in jail right now is what I want to do. If that's the card you want to play, let's roll. Let's roll. Because this questioning process I just went through, Tom, if 90% of what you said is accurate and that's what's going to happen, let's accelerate this process. I don't want to slow play it.
Starting point is 02:10:17 I want to get to a decision. Tom Bilyeu, Jr. That's a great point. And that's what I had, by the way, who thought of that? Who thought of a tactic where they're like, like oh You're still talking trash during that get him up Cuz like if he taught if one of the debates or he's on the debate stage, and he does it how far and few but When there's a debate when's the next one how many days it's like oh, this is a weapon of the law They tried to take judicial activism
Starting point is 02:10:40 Which is the attempt to prosecute him to say look how many indictments he's got, look at how many things he's got, and that's what they're trying to say. And Nancy Pelosi on MSNBC is sitting there using the talking point, oh he was bad on the economy, he's bad on the economy, that's the talking points. But what has happened, they have turned judicial activism has become a cause for the people that appreciate freedom and see through this bullshit and are looking at it now and saying wait a minute They're trying to manipulate this. I don't stand for it The polls are showing that Americans are not fooled and more Americans have to wake up to what is happening that the Biden administration And their proxies are doing under this. I want to see it too Pat. I want to see it judge
Starting point is 02:11:20 Take your move. Take your best shot. You're a manipulative little peon sitting there on the bench Controlling things whether a man can go to his his friggin sons Graduation or not. I was a foreman of a jury. There was a dental appointment for One of the lawyers and we didn't go to court for two days. They do they move these things all the time But for Trump, no, you can't go you can't do it. This is manipulation This is judicial activism and people are seeing through it and more people have to see through it. This is your country Which one do you want to vote for do you want to want to vote for the one we have to get back? Or do you want to vote for the one that's happening around you right now?
Starting point is 02:11:57 I love when Tom gets fired love especially against Vinny. Well, you're speaking of judicial activism What is the famous quote by Roy Cohen, who is Donald Trump's mentor? He said, don't tell me the law, tell me who the judge is. So there's the judge, there's the jury and the executioner. They could be all three. Speaking of jury, how the hell do you get a quote unquote fair and impartial jury to try Donald Trump? Go ask a jury, hey, impartial jury to try Donald Trump?
Starting point is 02:12:26 Go ask a jury. Hey, what are your thoughts on Donald Trump? Never heard of him. Can you tell me? Yeah, no strong feelings. What? It's all BS. Okay.
Starting point is 02:12:35 This is one of four potential court cases, right? And this is actually the least pressing. It's a stormy freaking Daniels and hush money and moving. We got fine. Who got fine 200? When it gets into the Mar-a-Lago FBI stuff, then it gets into the Georgia stuff, and then it gets into the DC insurrection stuff, it's only gonna get ugly. Show me your cards. Let's do it. Let's play ball. Go ahead. You want to play this dirty? If anybody ever plays like this with you in business and you've been behind closers when I'm on calls like this if Anybody plays to try to do this dirty to you show it to me right now
Starting point is 02:13:13 Do whatever you threaten to do to me do it to me right now bring it. Oh, let's do to me right now I don't want to wait that I want to slow play this thing. Let's go Let's see what you want to do. Let's see what you want to do. Let's see how America reacts to it Let's see how you want to do. Let's see what you want to do and let's see how America reacts to it. Let's see how America reacts to you trying to destroy this republic. Let's see. Let's see if the Constitution and our Supreme Court is more powerful than George Soros. Let's see if the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, everything that we have in place, let's see if that is more powerful than a home mob that's trying to use the DOJ
Starting point is 02:13:45 against the candidate. Let's see that. I am banking on the Constitution and our Supreme Court having the back of this great country. That's where my confidence lies. So I'd like to see what they're going to be doing. And you've seen what the Supreme Court is debating right now, the whole concept of presidential immunity. Yeah, anyway. So that's what happens. Yeah, so what I wanna do is on a lighter note, while we're going through this,
Starting point is 02:14:13 and I know we're finishing up on fire typically, we like to finish on a whole different way, but on a lighter note, while we're going through this, there is a person in the world, okay, that there are certain people in life that you meet that are loved by their people. But there are certain people that are loved by everybody. And Vinny, you are part of the community that is loved by everybody. Your enemies love you, your allies love you, your family loves you, your siblings, your
Starting point is 02:14:42 mom, the way everybody is. You are by far the most loved person we got, man. So we got to sing for Vinny and Deli since you already knew Kelly. You're about to be ready on three. Even though you're watching the podcast, sing along with us. One, two, three. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Vincenzo. Happy birthday to you. Show some love to Vinny on the neck, everybody. I absolutely, I always say this, today, like, I was born today, it's actually, I call my mom on these days to praise her because I didn't do nothing but for her having me I'm blessed by God to be surrounded on the day that I was put on this earth around amazing people Pat what you have done that there's no words that
Starting point is 02:15:35 come out of my mouth to thank you for every single thing that you've done May 31st is my one year sober I'm doing everything I dreamed of doing God put me here. None of it happens without you Adam Kelly Sam Everybody I love everybody out there. God bless all of you guys and I couldn't be happier and be around Better people in my life. I love you guys the death to death feeling is mutual and I'm not eating any of this You are love. Hey, by the way, but, show his Manek. Show some love to Vinny. Send him a Manek. Wish him a happy birthday. I'd like to get him, see him to get 200 plus Maneks today.
Starting point is 02:16:10 Pass me up. He's 40 away from me. I'd like to see him get to 2,000 Maneks, the second he gets to 2,000 Maneks. We're going to have a good time with Vinny this weekend celebrating. We have a lot of special crazy things that's going to be going on. Gang, I don't know if we'll do a podcast tomorrow or not. If we do, it'll be a story. It will not be a home team that we'll do. We're out this week, but we will be back again next week. This is the longest break we've done in a long time. I
Starting point is 02:16:32 don't think we've had this long of a break in a while, in 2024, but we will be back next week with home team. Take care, everybody. God bless. Bye bye, bye bye.
