Starting point is 00:00:00 All right, good morning. Good morning. By the way, just want to let you know this morning, early, early today Rob, we went and voted. If you haven't yet voted yet, get your friends out, get your family out, go out there Rob, if you can go to my, let me see if you got this or not. And by the way, you know what's funny is you invite a lot of people to come and you think some are going to come on time and some are not, but it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 00:00:48 Invite everybody you got to go with you. Everybody. And do it early. Typically, for some, you guys wait until we vote last minute. Rob, we went out there this morning. Give a quick shout out to the people. I sent you the picture there on Instagram for people that went this morning with us. If you can just post that. There you go go show this year real quick to the guys that
Starting point is 00:01:07 won this morning go to the next one that's the crew here everybody voted Rob is on his way in between a podcast is gonna go get it done and come back that's the rest of the crew that showed up a couple of people that couldn't vote but in the next four years but shout out to people like a thing about the show that showed up that can't vote because they're waiting to get to be able to vote and to show up to do it. And guys, I know a lot of people, Pat,
Starting point is 00:01:31 that are out there, friends of mine, they're like, man, I'm just gonna, I do like Trump, but man, just, it's a hassle. I go, change that attitude, get your ass over there and get a dog in the fight, you know what I mean? And I got something I wanna tell the Yankees here in a minute, but first, let's go. Oh, God, don't even start.
Starting point is 00:01:45 Tom, you can't say anything when you're talking about it. Tom's got no thoughts on the game because Tom was celebrating last night. Dodgers are up three-zero. Listen, there's only one team that play against the Dodgers when I root against the Dodgers, and that's one team. And that's the team they're facing, and it's the Yankees. So a lot of friends from LA are texting me saying,
Starting point is 00:02:05 Pat, you know, deep down inside, you know, you're blue, you're the Dodger blue, you know this, I'm like, listen, aside from the hot dog, okay, that they had, which was fantastic, the Dodger dog is legendary. Which Tico made me do a thing, how much money, he was unconvincing, how much money do they make on hot dogs per game in the World Series?
Starting point is 00:02:22 Three million dollars. Per game selling hot dogs. Per game hot dogs. We're in the wrong business, guys, but watch, very soon we're gonna have future looks bright hot dogs per game in the World Series, three million dollars per game hot dog. We're in the wrong business guys, but watch, very soon we're gonna have future looks bright hot dogs guys, stick around. Don't be surprised if we get future looks bright. Babe, what is that?
Starting point is 00:02:36 Babe, it's a future looks bright hot dog. Well, it just looks bright now and then it's just bright because I keep eating the future and the looks. Anyway, stories that we want to get into today. Here's what we got. Sean Dedy Combs, wow, that's keep eating the future and the looks. Anyway, stories that we want to get into today. Here's what we got. Sean Dedy Combs, wow, that's the first one I'm gonna read. I'm gonna, I'll skip that one. Top stories today.
Starting point is 00:02:52 Giselle, Tom Brady's ex-wife, is pregnant at 44 years old, with Joaquin Valente, which we'll talk about that. The battle brewing over how much red meat you eat. Sean Diddy Combs accused of raping a 10-year-old boy, latest lawsuit alleges of incarcerated bad boy records founder. How many more cities are coming out with this guy? Seven billion dollar city within a city planned for Phoenix. Jamie Dimon slams US regulators. It's time to fight back. US oil posts, worst day in two years after Israel spares Iran crude facilities. WAPO, look what happened here with WAPO and Jeff Bezos. Jeff Bezos goes down and doubles down.
Starting point is 00:03:35 He says, look, I'm not doing it. Americans don't trust news media. This is what Jeff Bezos says. You know what happens afterwards? 200,000 people unsubscribed from Washington Post. Him not choosing Kamala cost him 200,000 subscribers from WAPO. That's real money when you think about losing that kind of money. Yeah, what's their total circulation? Maybe a million?
Starting point is 00:03:59 Listen, no, it's gonna be more. It's WAPO. WAPO's gonna be a little bit more than that. Maybe it is a million, but they lost 20. But they lost a good 10 to 20 percent of their viewers percent. We'll talk about it when we get to it Yeah, we'll do the podcast when we get to the story NASA chief says WSJ reports that claims Elon Musk has been in regular contact With Putin should be investigated Biden says Musk is an illegal worker. We didn't talk about it yesterday with Prager We will today Tommy Robinson's behind bars hundreds of entrepreneurs Prepare to quit Britain ahead of budget tax rate.
Starting point is 00:04:26 We have to read that one. Israel strikes on Iran while measured push region deeper into a dangerous era. Venezuela's Maduro, an Iranian president, called for unity to confront West. So Venezuela's Maduro and Iran's leader called for unity to confront the West. Fantastic. 49ers Nick Boza doubles down on Trump's support as social media freaks out. Rob, if you can have that picture, we'll show that later on. Tim Walz's wife argues that putting tampons in all school bathrooms is part of helping
Starting point is 00:04:57 kids learn how to read. Have you ever been gas lit in a better way? You got to give her credit for the angle she's taking with that? Mila from MSNBC morning Joe mocked for his come Mika. I call her Mila. I mean what's wrong with me call her a Mila So I know English is your fifth language Okay to make you happy Miss Brzezinski mocked for hysterically biased reaction to MSG rally Hysterically biased reaction to MSG rally US intelligence fear insider attack on the election is likely
Starting point is 00:05:32 Kamala Harris has more billionaires prominently backing her than Trump Bloomberg Just gave her 50 million dollars And then the YouTube sensor stuff is getting a little bit more to the point that Rogan responded to it and people are asking Hey, Joe, are you gonna have Kamala on? Responded we'll show that clip as well. There's a couple of the video clips that will show you going to have Kamala on, respond to it. We'll show that clip as well. There are a couple of the video clips that will show you what's going on. Mehdi Hassan was on CNN and a guy said something and they had to apologize. That's one of the trending stories.
Starting point is 00:05:52 Let's see what else you gave me Rob here. It's trending stories. That's one of them. Anyways, so can you go to Tom's Twitter account? Can you go to Tom's Twitter account? Can you go to Tom's Twitter account? If you go to Tom's Twitter account and if you go there Tom's Twitter account, and if you go there right there, go a little lower, lower, lower, lower, lower,
Starting point is 00:06:09 right there, okay. So that is officially where we are right now with how we feel things are gonna end up, okay? Key toss-ups in Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, that could make it even higher, but as of right now, on VTNews.ai, you will see us being at 281 to 228. Here's what I want you to do.
Starting point is 00:06:34 Go to VTNews.ai, Rob. If you go look at VTNews.ai, if you go to VTNews.ai, go to the right and type in election, right there, yes, six days left. Guys, go poll, go do your calculation. If you go to the to the bottom Rob and click on anything to show them how they feel like the numbers that can change You know go a little lower Rob so we can see the numbers changing no Rob Rob Rob the other yeah Yeah, there you go zoom in a little so I can see the numbers Georgia and Arizona if you do Georgia and Arizona Georgia and Arizona all the way red yeah
Starting point is 00:07:02 So you'll see how the numbers are changing at the top in Pennsylvania yeah guys for some of you that are messing with this it's down 281 right so this thing can be done fairly early I don't think Arizona is gonna go that early time I think Arizona is gonna be they've already said they need 10 to 12 days of counting right they've already said that go ahead Tom you look like you want to say yeah it's a polls closed at polls close at 7pm Eastern and 2-3 hours later we're going to see Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania numbers and it could be wrapping up. Yeah, it could be done fairly quickly. But you know, a lot of people are using this tool. We've never had this much traffic on VTNews.ai. Guys, go subscribe to VTNews.ai. Use the
Starting point is 00:07:40 AI portion of it, the machine learning side of it. Ask any of the questions. The one that I like to go to is the top five events for the day, but that's vtnews.ai. Go subscribe to vtnews.ai. There's a ton of features that are coming up here with this as well. Now let's get into the story. Let's get into the story. Let's get into the story. Rob, pull up the one with Mehri Hassan if you can pull that up.
Starting point is 00:08:00 Yesterday on CNN, here's what happens. And it gets fiery fairly quickly and they lost control of the entire show. But this thing here is the top trending story right now on Twitter. Go ahead, Rob. If you don't want to be called Nazis, stop doing it. You're called an anti-Semite more than anyone else's table. And people will sit there and, no, by me, I never called you an anti-Semite. I mean, I'm not sitting here will sit there and say, no, by me. I've never called you an anti-Semite. I mean, I'm not sitting here saying I don't. I'm a supporter of the Palestinians.
Starting point is 00:08:28 I'm used to it. Well, I hope your beeper doesn't go off. The thing is is that, oh, wow. You should not. Did you just say I should be killed? No, I did not say that. No, I did not say that. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:08:38 No, I didn't. Hold on. What did you just say? I said, I hope you're OK. Guys, let me just stop. You said you hope my beeper doesn't go off. I just said I'm going to stop that right now. Of the Palestinians. Hamas? Guys, let me stop. I said Palestinians hope you're on TV. Guys, let me just stop. You said you heard my beeper. Beeper Doug is on. Stop that right now. OK. Of the Palestinian.
Starting point is 00:08:46 Hamas? Guys, let me stop. Are you? I said Palestinian. Am I what? Palestinians are not that. I apologize. Are you a racist, violent person inciting violence
Starting point is 00:08:55 against me? That's disgusting. That is completely out of pocket. Good job, CNN. Let's have first block say the Muslim guy should be blown up on TV. I apologize. Don't say, then I apologize.
Starting point is 00:09:04 You literally accused him. Don't say it. I thought he said Hamas. I apologize. You didn't think I said Hamas. No, you didn't. Don't say then I apologize. You literally used to him. You didn't think I said Hamas. I said I'm supportive of Palestinian rights. Why? Because when you hear Palestinian, you hear Hamas. And what's funny is Rudy Giuliani said this yesterday, so you're a great guest to be here to defend Rudy Giuliani.
Starting point is 00:09:16 Give me one second. And so at this point, I can't do this. This is America in 2024. Forget the racism, which I should die. I didn't say that you should die. What does beeper mean? Don't give me a fake... I did not say you should die.
Starting point is 00:09:30 What did you say with my beeper? What did you mean by the beeper? You can pause. Okay. So, Adam, thoughts on this? Well, here's another joke, parody, sarcasm that gets taken way too literally just like the Puerto Rico garbage situation. Look, I hope your beeper doesn't go off. So you want to kill me, right? I can understand why you're making that connection. I just thought he was being
Starting point is 00:09:57 funny and quick and just trying to mess around and antagonize the guy a little bit. But ironically, I love this conversation. Why? Because these are the types of conversations that you can't literally have in most countries that support Hamas, Hezbollah, these types of regimes. So at least the beauty of America, knock on wood, we still have free speech where you can get on mainstream media and advocate your side, even if you're supporting terrorists, whatever it is, and state your case. I think this is the beauty of America that it doesn't exist in that part of the world. But the guy, the guy on the left, I don't, I don't know. Yes. I mean, yes. When he's saying he's pro Palestine, but is he like pro
Starting point is 00:10:39 Israel to the sea? All that chanting? Is that where he's at? I can't speak for him, but I'm assuming he's used the phrase from the river. Well, what he was saying was, yeah, he goes, well, I've supported the Palestinian people. Him saying, well, did your beeper go off? It's basically saying, well, if you're that, then Israel's coming after you. That has nothing to do with him threatening his life. But these are the type of panels where it's what, six on one? I wouldn't even go on this type of panel. But it's just a shouting. Here's how I see this that was in a saw it was a sarcastic offhand comment that wasn't in perfectly good taste but you know what they loved it they loved it because it allows them to be outraged to be offended
Starting point is 00:11:20 to respond because when they don't have substance and we don't have positions that will stand up to the light of day and the bright light of scrutiny, then they need to be outraged. They love that comment because it lets them say all the things that they want to say. Yeah. By the way, talking about outrage, I'd like to see the Yankees being a little bit an outrage and I'll get into that here in a minute. Or just energetic.
Starting point is 00:11:46 So check this out. CNN Bands, that guy's a conservative? Okay, CNN Bands conservative guest for telling Muslim journalists, I hope your beeper doesn't go off. Ryan Jurdischy clashed with British American, by the way, I don't know, can you pull up who Ryan is? Sure he's a nice guy, Ryan, let's see who Ryan is. And they got to cancel somebody. They're so excited.
Starting point is 00:12:08 He's a conservative. It matters. Ryan, multiple publications. Rob, go back to where you were at. They're not listening. Was it a book? Yeah, so he's a conservative, daily caller. He's written for different places. So, okay, that guy is banned to say, I hope your beeper doesn't go off. Is anybody banned for claiming that the event that took place at MSG, that the folks that were
Starting point is 00:12:36 at that event were Nazis? And there isn't a clear comparison you made then that. Should you be banned? Should MSNBC banned? Should any of that stuff happen to you? I mean even this actress here, go back to that Twitter, you know who this, can you go to the full tweet Rob if you can go back?
Starting point is 00:12:55 She was in that one movie called Switch, which I don't even know if anybody remembers that movie. Hollywood actress Ellen Barkin sparks outrage for wishing the owner Madison Square Garden and his Jewish business partners the same pain as Jews in the Holocaust. What is the matter with you? Madison Square is owned by James Dolan, a major supporter of Nazi Trump. His accomplice is one Irving Azov, a Jew, Ashanda for the goyim.
Starting point is 00:13:21 If everyone lived, may they suffer the pain of all who suffer the pain of the Jews. Ashanda means shame. Goyim is a slang for all the rest of us correct? May they suffer the pain of all who suffered at the hands of the Nazi regime. This is so disgusting. So ridiculously disgusting. Can she get, for a question, a major supporter of Nazi Trump, how is that not defamation? Like you're saying he's a Nazi. See this is the point.
Starting point is 00:13:43 It's a one way street and they need the smallest thing to claim offense to run down and to cancel somebody. It's a one-way street. The hypocrisy is so thick. It's just, it's shocking. Actually it's not shocking to me. By the way, should, it's a Monday. Should that guy get fired? Should that guy never be on CNN again? No way. And by the way, him being off CNN, deprised dozens of Americans have potentially accidentally seen you. This is what we discussed with Dennis Prager yesterday is that words have lost all meaning. So because Bill Dolan, James Dolan, Jimmy D. The owner of the Madison Square Garden, New York Knicks is Jewish.
Starting point is 00:14:26 He invites Trump to have a Nazi. So the only similarity between 1939 and this event that just happened on October 28th, 2024 is that it occurred at Madison Square Garden. That's it. So let me ask this though, is the comment he made a disrespectful comment? Like should that comment not have been made? It was sarcastic offhand. Not unless Mehdi Hassan had a beeper on him. That's what I'm saying. He basically said, well, I hope you don't have it.
Starting point is 00:14:56 Like it's being sarcastic, but no. But you know what? And Tom, you nailed it. He shouldn't be. Sarcastic offhand, a little bad taste. Bad taste maybe on a one to ten like a four or five and how many sarcastic snide comments have been made to each? About each other. Well, we didn't marry your son get fired from MSNBC. He claims he walked away, but didn't get fired I heard some stories that he got fired, but he walked away that they say he walked away. What's the story here? AP News quit
Starting point is 00:15:21 Yeah, you know Jones good. It was decided couldn't quit rather than accept the demotion. They were giving him a demotion, he decided to walk away and quit. That's getting fired. Hassan announced at the end of Sunday that I've decided to look for a new challenge. This is my final episode of the Maddie Hassan Show. So Mehdi in real life got fired. The other fellow was removed from CNN. Either way, I'm gonna tell you guys and maybe this isn't even popular for me to say here, it's probably not a comment to make. I don't know if that's a, like if my son was that guy and he's 28 years old and
Starting point is 00:15:55 he calls me, if he doesn't ask me for my opinion I'm not gonna tell him anything. I say, dad what do you think? Think I went a little bit too much? I'm like, I don't know bro, you can probably make your argument in a better way than saying something like that. That's probably crossed the line a little bit, bro. You know, if you want to say that off camera and you're joking like locker room talk that sometimes we are always, nobody does that. I walk on water. Okay, you know what I'm saying?
Starting point is 00:16:17 But on camera in front of a setting on CNN territory like that, unless if you know you ain't never going to come back, great. But there's better ways to give your message because he probably was making a good point all the credibility in that argument was lost by saying that Messaging matters words matter bad timing of what he was trying to use when he was a reference of Pedro To kind of put a ribbon on this thing what he was actually referencing was what happened to Hezbollah and the Hezbollah leadership and the top brass there, not necessarily what happened in Gaza. So it's sort of complating two different things. But I don't know if you saw today, they announced that they replaced the Hezbollah former leader with a new leader. Nasrallah is now being replaced with Naeem Krasem. Poor guy. He's got two days left. Yeah, he's got two days left. He's probably gone right now.
Starting point is 00:17:05 He's been promoted to field general. There he is, but you know, it's... Have a very short career. Israel's playing a lot of DJ Khaled another morning. Can you imagine that? Like, hey, guess what? You're promoted. Welcome to the company.
Starting point is 00:17:16 I don't want to. Can we look into his eyes, Rob? Roll it up a little bit. But I'm gonna look into his eyes. He doesn't look certain. He doesn't look happy. He doesn't look unhappy yet. But my resume was very good. We're going to see where it's going to go. I do know is there is, I'm gonna let the market react. Can we talk Yankees real quick?
Starting point is 00:17:45 I just wanna say something about the Yankees last night. They're down three-oh. My opinion, I think Tom would probably agree with this. All the jokes aside, Tom is excited. Of course, he's a Dodgers fan. He should be. Tom and I had a conversation together, and I told him, I said,
Starting point is 00:17:56 Tom, you should be happy your team is winning. I would be happy if my team is winning. Who cares if your friend is a minority on the Yankees or whatever? You should be rooting for the team because it's your wife, your kids, your daughter. The 600 games that you've taken Bailey to that your daughter wants to go be an assistant manager, you guys should be celebrating. That should be there.
Starting point is 00:18:14 But this message is more to the Yankees players when you and I are sitting there watching this. A couple things. First game, you should have won. Soto made a couple mistakes, no problem. Soto has helped us get here. He's allowedoto made a couple mistakes, no problem. Soto has helped us get here. He's allowed to make a couple mistakes here and there. Without Soto, we're not in the World Series.
Starting point is 00:18:31 So a lot of people can go out there, forget all the good stuff that he's done, and all of a sudden we pick on one thing as fans. We do it all the time, I do it all the time. Second game, boom, you bring that guy in, hasn't picked for a month, comes in, and then boom, he gets rid of Otani, but then I think Freeman comes in, whoever it was comes in and hits that grand slam, and you know, Freeman now has got what?
Starting point is 00:18:54 Home runs in five straight World Series games? Game three. Here's the biggest thing for me that I have a problem with. Biggest thing. I have a conversation with Dylan about this all the time. I'm like, listen man, I don't care if you lose. I don't care if you play against guys that are bigger than you, better than you. Show some emotion.
Starting point is 00:19:11 Show a fight. They threw a terrible pitch two inches above the freaking strike zone. Get out there and get kicked out of the damn game. Say something. Get me to get pissed off as a player. Get me to get, you know what F this, you guys took that guy out, I'm gonna freaking get in there and play with some emotions. Everything's like, no, we're under control.
Starting point is 00:19:30 It's not under control. Like show a little bit of fire. Show a little bit of pissed off and frustration. Nothing's working. If it's not, you gotta change it up. By the way, here's the one thing. It's game three, right? And I don't know how they're gonna play tonight.
Starting point is 00:19:45 I'd like to go to a game because I wanna root for these guys. I wanna see a good series. But I will tell you something when it's moments like this, and I think we were talking about this yesterday. I'll never forget, it's 2010, 2011, Tico's born and went, 2012, this is 2010, 2011. I'm running my insurance company, started the insurance company,
Starting point is 00:20:08 we are down from $500,000 to my last $13,000. I come home one night, Jen is crying. It's one o'clock in the morning, I mean at this point I'm working like seven a.m. to one o'clock in the morning, every day I don't have a choice, I'm trying to make this thing work. I come home, she's in tears, what's up babe?
Starting point is 00:20:26 Just had a miscarriage. I'm like, you gotta be kidding me. No. Oh my god, it's like the last thing. Are you serious? No, we've been trying to stress all this stuff. So she's in tears. I'm trying to figure out, I don't want to tell her I only got $13,000 left and you know,
Starting point is 00:20:41 start it off, hey we're going to take over the world, we're going gonna build a big insurance company it's gonna be great to dream I'm always on stage Patrick bed David's gonna figure this out I've no clue what the hell I'm doing get outside I'm in the parking lot at the freaking summit the capital of where porn stars lived in that's where we lived in at Woodland Hills believe it or not you know it's our neighbors you don't want to go to the pool on Sundays it was a very especially kids that want to go maybe you would want to go but I know he would want to go but kids that want to go to the pool on Sundays. It was a very, especially kids that want to go. Maybe you would want to go, but I know he would want to go, but kids that want to go there on Sundays. And walking around, I'm talking to God.
Starting point is 00:21:12 Like, what the hell is going on here, man? What did I do to you? Why is, I'm working my ass off. I need a mirror, and we're having this argument together. So at least my, he may be laughing, and said, I'm not having an argument with you. You're talking to yourself. But to me, I'm thinking I'm having an argument with him.
Starting point is 00:21:25 And then you know what happens at the end? At the end I said, hey man, what the hell are you bitching about? The worst day in America is better than the best day in Iran. You are the luckiest man alive. Get out there and work and enjoy your freaking life and wife and family and friends and America and all the freedoms you got. Yankees! If I told you when you were 12 years old you're gonna be in the freaking World Series going up against the Dodgers. You're down 3-0. You're playing for the
Starting point is 00:22:02 greatest Major League Baseball franchise in the world You would be dreaming and saying come on Pat. Are you serious? I'm telling you you are show up and have some fun Get chippy rally each other up a little bit in the locker room You are some of the luckiest people alive forget about all the hate and the commentary know what everybody else is saying Play your game and joy have a blast take it one game at a time. Who cares if you're down 3-0? You know what's the best thing about being down 3-0? Here's what's the best thing. What the hell do you have to lose?
Starting point is 00:22:33 Go have fun. And if you go on a four game win streak, awesome. For the rest of our lives we'll talk about it. You don't? At least you showed your fight. But I just think the way they're playing right now, it's too much tension and too much like, hey, we have this under control. All it takes is one person. All I kept saying is hit a batter, hit a Yankee, hit someone, let them get pissed.
Starting point is 00:22:54 I want to see some kind of emotion and that didn't happen. We are still rooting for you. We are still excited for you. I think the Yankees have an incredible squad. I remember back in 2000, I don't know what year it was, when I went to watch the Dodgers pitcher, when I went to watch the Dodgers play against the Astros, and they had this pitcher who lost five to two,
Starting point is 00:23:17 the Asian guy Varnish, Varnish. Darvish, you Darvish. I was at the games, I don't know if it was a game six when they lost, I think it was a six when they lost. I don't know what it was, but I flew to LA from Texas to watch the game with Steven Alfa. I was helping out with their comp plan, inside joke. But we're at the game, I'm like, what the hell did I do
Starting point is 00:23:35 come to LA and buy an expensive ticket to watch this thing play, and I walk off. I'm like, man, that's embarrassing. This sucks, Dodger fans are walking out. Point is, Soto, they have some good things going on. Apparently there's rumors that even Dodgers may wanna sign Soto for 650, because they got the money.
Starting point is 00:23:50 You saw that. Look, he can smile, Tom, because you know you want Soto. But I think if Yankees get some of this stuff together, this could be a nice three to five year run. Some good things can happen here. But let's play today's game, let's play it loose, let's be grateful, we are living in America,
Starting point is 00:24:08 you're wearing the greatest jersey in the history of mankind, any jersey by the way, I don't care what it is. In my opinion, it's number one, great franchise, you've come so far, your fans are behind you, let it rip tonight, I hope this gets to a couple of the guys out there and they see it, but anyways, I'm not directly fully involved in the stuff that's going on.
Starting point is 00:24:28 I'm just a massive fan of those guys. And to have the honor of owning a piece of that great organization, it's a privilege. We're excited about it. We hope there's gonna be a fight tonight. Again, we'll see. To all the Dodger fans watching this talking shit, you're supposed to do that.
Starting point is 00:24:42 But I'm Yankees and I'm supposed to talk shit to you. And I believe that future looks bright, and I haven't seen that lady go out there and sing yet. You know which lady I'm talking about, the lady that. She's not on Mozambique. No, she's not, she's not. She won't be, she won't be. But that hasn't happened yet.
Starting point is 00:24:56 Hopefully this message finds its way to Aaron Judge. Okay. By the way, in every playoff series that you get to the top, somebody has a terrible series. Other people have to step up. This is not a judge thing. Let judge be judge. Judge helped us get to where we are right now as well.
Starting point is 00:25:11 Other people have to step up. What do they say when somebody gets hurt? Next man up. Next man up, let's go. Like do your thing, rally. Do your thing and you be the flag carrier and eventually, pressure's off, you'll perform. But anyways, all right, to all the sports fans that like
Starting point is 00:25:25 stories like this, this is what was on my mind. Let's go to the next one. Let's go to the next one. So Biden claims Elon Musk was an illegal worker, okay? I don't know if you guys saw this or not, when he began US career, okay? What a claim. Rob, is this the clip on what he said? Play this clip here. By the way, they don't want to deport all the folks that are coming here doing what they're doing there You know the killing and all the other stuff that they're doing the crimes not not the Venezuela gangsters and Chicago not at all They're trying to deport the guy that's created hundreds of thousands of jobs Rob play this clip go ahead Yes, man. Man. You know in your gut how important this is.
Starting point is 00:26:05 Yes, man. You know it. If everything we've worked for, everything you've allowed to happen, he has literally spoken out and said he's opposed to it. And his new great, wealthiest man in the world, now his ally, right? Well, that wealthiest man in the world turned out to be a legal worker here when he was here. Oh, I'm serious. You're supposed to be in school when he came on a student visa. He went to school. He was violating the law.
Starting point is 00:26:40 He's talking about all these illegals coming our way. What a freaking reach. He's talking about all these illegals coming our way. What a fricking reach. Tom, what do you think about this? Well, first let's go back to the truth. Let's see what happened, shall we? Yes. So Musk was here very legally as a student at Stanford,
Starting point is 00:26:58 as a citizen from somewhere else that got into a prestigious university. That's very legal. citizen from somewhere else that got into a prestigious university. That's very legal. And then, that prestigious university is located right across the street from Sand Hill Road. And Sand Hill Road is the birthplace of the American venture capital community. That's where it is, Sand Hill Road. They won't even say Palo Alto. They don't even say Silicon Valley.
Starting point is 00:27:27 People on the inside say, well, you know, it's a bunch of Sand Hill Road stuff, and they're talking about venture capital. And he started a company. Oh, wait a minute, a company that employed other people? Yes, it was called Zip2. So his entrepreneurial roots were available even then, and he made jobs for other people
Starting point is 00:27:46 while he was still in school. And the investor said to him, said, Hey, since we've started this, shouldn't you have a work visa? Well, maybe. But this guy, Biden, who, you know, woke up, took an Adderall, got his head together, had a coffee, and then goes to the microphone and starts talking this way, is flooding America with illegals and knowingly, knowingly not giving them work, giving them your tax dollars, my tax dollars, and giving them free stuff, and they're doing nothing. And so he comes here legally, he creates a company, he creates jobs, which he's been doing ever since. That's what I think of it.
Starting point is 00:28:31 Mr. President, you know what? That is an incredibly bad take. Go back to Ben. I mean, listen, I'm just happy. I mean, it's been fun listening to creepy Joe, sleepy Joe for all this time. But come January, we're never going to hear from him again. You're not going to have to hear this.
Starting point is 00:28:48 Apparently, there was rumors that the Kamala Harris campaign has been trying to keep him off the campaign trail at all. Keep him away from the mic. I mean, like, it's just a joke. He has no idea what he's talking about. These are the same people that want open borders to bring all these illegals that are actually taking American freaking jobs. So for him to go out there, like you guys remember how when Biden used to be like, Oh, I can't say this.
Starting point is 00:29:12 They're watching me or people would cut off the mic. They just don't give a damn anymore. Pat, there's less than seven days left. It's just, they're just talking about the story about on this story about Elon Musk, deporting some like that, you know, when, when a comment like that is made from the sick, by the way, people forget, he's our president right now. Yeah, of course. For a president to get up and say, the guy that's running Tesla, the guy that owns X,
Starting point is 00:29:35 the guy that's running SpaceX, that just did something that was insane at a fraction of a cost of what NASA does, and humiliating NASA, humiliating Boeing saying, I want to come back and get the, don't worry about it, oh it's going to take us a while, don't worry about it, I'll see what I can do. Humiliating, getting countries that hate him to beg him to send Starlink to give them internet. Do you know how embarrassing it is to go beg the guy you hate for help because he's created a better platform than you have that's what they're going Through with him and now because you're so worried about the power that he has you're trying to get this guy to be eliminated Adam your thoughts on this
Starting point is 00:30:13 This is why the Democratic Party is stupid You lost the most famous richest most powerful man in the world and I don't care if you bring Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Oprah, Obama, JLo, Bad Bunny, you put all those guys together. They don't equal the power of one Elon Musk. And then you sprinkle it in a little RFK, a little Tulsi, a little Rogan, Dana White.
Starting point is 00:30:41 I mean, they have no answer to Elon Musk. Elon Musk is putting his money where his mouth is. You know, what's the famous, the sort of giggly laugh that he did with Tucker? He's like, if you lose, you're fucked. You know, he's like, I know, but he is putting where his money with mouth is. And Biden screwed this up three, four years ago when he had the EV council come to the White House and he conveniently omitted Elon Musk from attending the EV council, the White House. It's like, how stupid are you? All you had to do was invite the guy and bring him into your world.
Starting point is 00:31:18 And now he has all these government contracts out there. They're saying that it's sort of a conflict of interest, whatever's going on in Pennsylvania with this amount of money that he's, I think a million dollars a day. And he was 80% market share of EVs. Nobody Beyonce Jail, put them all together. They don't have the reach that Elon Musk has. I've got a question for you, Tom. I got a question for you. So what happens if they change the law and somebody who is not born here, but has been here for 35 years can run. If that were to happen and they change the law and an amendment, how close
Starting point is 00:31:52 would Elon be from winning if he chose to run? Millimeters. You know what I just said right there. I heard what you just said and I think you're bringing something up. As we progress, let's just face it, you don't have to agree with globalism to recognize that we live in a global world. We're more mobile than we've ever been. We can be born here, we can get refuge. Hell, the United States gives refugee and asylum status to people so that we can be the safe place of their permanent home. And if they're here, why couldn't they run for office? They can run for mayor.
Starting point is 00:32:28 There's so many things they could do, but they can't run for the highest office. Look what has happened in the UK. Look who's prime minister of the UK. Look around the world and see people. Look at what was that, was it the Japanese prime minister, was it of Chile? Or Chile had a Japanese prime minister.
Starting point is 00:32:47 I believe that. Make sure I'm right on that, Rob. I don't want to be wrong. But we're living in a global world where people are increasingly mobile and they find new homes. Why the hell can't they serve at the highest office? And if Elon Musk did that, you know what would happen? People would realize his genius and see it on a stage. And now the media would go after him, left, right, and center.
Starting point is 00:33:09 But I think he'd be millimeters from a very substantial campaign. Humberto just text me that it was Peru, and he just fact-checked you. But you were close. It's the next concert over. Thank you very much. Who did?
Starting point is 00:33:20 Humberto. Humberto. Humberto, thank you very much. I was hurt. But it was Peru, and it was a Japanese citizen that came to Peru and became their president. I think if that were toto, thank you very much. But it was Peru and it was a Japanese citizen that came to Peru and became their president. I think if that were to happen it would be interesting. The only way that could happen is if somebody on the left,
Starting point is 00:33:33 hardcore, they want to run that's not born here, that causes the left to create an amendment to be able to allow something like that to happen. If it does, they would do anything they could for an Elon to never be able to run for office, because if that guy gets in, it would be bad news for everybody on the right, on the left as well. PPD, I mean, I don't know how you feel about this,
Starting point is 00:33:54 but I feel like he, or even possibly you, can identify as an American, even though you were born in Iran, made in America, you can just identify these days as an American. Boom. Yeah, for sure. Yeah. Let me get to this next story.
Starting point is 00:34:10 NASA chief says Wall Street Journal report that claims Elon Musk has been in regular contact with Putin should be investigated. So which chief? NASA chief. I wonder why NASA chief would say such a thing. Rob, is there a video of this chief saying this or no? No, just a story. So let me read this. NASA Administrator Bill Nelson responded to a Wall Street Journal
Starting point is 00:34:32 report alleging Elon Musk has been in regular contact with Russia's President Putin saying I don't know if that story is true. I think it should be investigated, particularly given Musk's government contracts and top-secret security clearance. The Journal report claims Musk and Putin have discussed issues related to international politics, personal issues and business, with Musk reportedly considering a request from Putin to restrict Starlink access over Taiwan. SpaceX denied these claims, stating that Starlink is not available in Taiwan because Taiwan has not given us a license to operate unrelated to Russia or China.
Starting point is 00:35:10 Musk dismissed the report on X with humor, reposting a comment that read, the swamps, Trump is Hitler, didn't work, might as well give Elon as a Russian agent a whirl, adding two laughing emojis, right? Tom, do you think this is a part of because when NASA sees all the rockets that this guy's sending out and then they're coming back and landing and he's doing it at a 20th of a cost that they're doing it, do you think this is just a shot at going after him because he's humiliating NASA?
Starting point is 00:35:44 Oh, absolutely. The first and foremost is he's humiliating NASA? Oh absolutely the first and foremost is he's embarrassing them on a weekly basis. He's embarrassing them on the the dollars that are being spent by American taxpayers on NASA. He's embarrassing them because you know Boeing, now remember Boeing's a giant defense contractor so you might as well just call them like a giant government organization. They're practically practically they're so bureaucratic They're practically a you know A department of the government Boeing is and Boeing had its own problem and there are two guys who are still stuck in space
Starting point is 00:36:14 Even though Elon Musk says hey, I got a couple you need a ride trying to get home, man We'll give you a ride home hop in the back. No, like no no no no no we've got other things for them to do We'll leave them in space. That's embarrassing That's embarrassing when your chief competitor is offers to bail you out of a jam and so NASA is is concerned about Anything that could embarrass them and what better way than to try to throw mud is to have a careful comment Well, I don't know if that's true, that's the safe harbor, but I think it should be investigated.
Starting point is 00:36:48 There's the accusation. It's embarrassing. And so they're speaking up like this, absolutely. Adam. Well, here's just an example. You used to have a shirt out there that you would say, I believe that entrepreneurs will change 100% of the world's problem.
Starting point is 00:37:04 What was the thing that you used to always say? Entrepreneurs will solve 100% of the world's problem. What was the thing that you used to always say? Yeah, entrepreneurs will solve 100% of the world's problem. There it is right there. So what's the job that allegedly Elon Musk may qualify for in the Trump administration, sort of the budget oversight fiscal responsibility department? You think there's a little swag and chop over at NASA? Exactly. We ran the numbers on this this like how much it costs to
Starting point is 00:37:27 Launch a rocket bring a rocket back it was I mean you're saving tens of millions billions of dollars of government waste and oversight and Do you have these numbers right here NASA dropping pollution into the ocean from rocket boosters and Elon Musk grabs them with the metal Claw brings them back home exactly when you have when you have Politicians Congress in in America with no accountability. No one fact-checking these numbers nobody basically saying hey, where did where did all this money go whereas if you're Responsible for answering to Your shareholders to your board of directors,
Starting point is 00:38:06 to everyone that's basically saying, hey, show me the numbers on this, stakeholders. You're actually gonna have to show the numbers and it's gonna have to make it worth. This is further proof that entrepreneurship is a way better option to go, versus government, gullet and spending. So it's par for the course.
Starting point is 00:38:24 By the way, Rob, if you can pull up what I just sent you. So this isn't just NASA, this is also Boeing. Keep in mind, Boeing, if you go look up Boeing stock for the year, okay? At the beginning of the year, Boeing stock was at, zoom in a little bit, Rob, if you can, and go to year to date, go to year to date, year to date. Beginning of the year, the stock was at 250.
Starting point is 00:38:44 Can you go right, there date, year to date. Beginning of the year, the stock was at 250. Can you go right, there you go, 251. The stock is down 100, that's 40%, okay, is where they're at. They've gone from being, if it's a, what's the market cap right now, Rob? If it's a $93 billion company right there, they were a $150 billion company 10 months ago. So they've lost $50 billion company 10 months ago. So they've lost $50 billion, give or take, okay? Is that about 50 billion?
Starting point is 00:39:10 They're a $140 billion company. They've lost money, whatever the number would be, 40%. They've lost 30 plus billion dollars, right? At the same time, Boeing needs money right now to be billed out. So watch this story that just came out a couple hours ago, Rob. If you can type in that story right there.
Starting point is 00:39:27 It literally just came out three hours ago. Boeing to raise up to $24.3 billion to shore up finances to prevent, this is due to the downgrade that happened. S&P warned of a rating downgrade if Boeing cash balance fell below $10 billion target or if the company had to increase leverage to meet debt maturities. Go a little lower Rob to read the story. So Boeing launched a stock offering $24.5 billion to strengthen its finance squeeze, six weeks
Starting point is 00:39:55 strike by workers and preserve its investment grade credit rating. 33,000 people right now apparently are on a strike with Boeing. The company said late Monday it was offering 112 million shares in common stock, up from 90 million earlier in the day. So think about it. You know how, you ever seen that movie Horrible Bosses? Yeah, of course. You ever seen Horrible Bosses? Kevin Spacey.
Starting point is 00:40:19 With Jamie Foxx? You know that part where it's like, hey, what's his name? It's real mofo. What's the guy's name? The killer, what's the killer's name in the Horrible Bosses rap? It's Jamie Foxx. It's Jamie.
Starting point is 00:40:30 Mother fucker, James. What's his name? Can you pull up and see what his name is? Yeah, what's your name? Mother fucker, Jones, right? He says, so listen, we need your help. We're trying to, you know, we have some horrible bosses. We need somebody to help us take them out. And we said, you know, you would be the right guy.
Starting point is 00:40:46 $50,000. 50, we don't have that kind of money. All right, $600. And he says, man, you're a terrible negotiator. And then the second time, he says, $25,000, we don't have that kind of money, just pay for the drink. Boying says, hey, Rob, go back to that story. Boing is an example of Mother F'ing Jones because they're like, guys, we need
Starting point is 00:41:12 $90 million. We need 120 million shares, not $90 million. And I was like, $5 billion mandatory. The offering is certainly favorable for credit quality. We'll factor it into our assessment of the rating in the context of continued negative free cash flow. I mean, this is ridiculous what Boeing is going through. So you got NASA that's being embarrassed by this guy named Elon. You got Boeing that literally can't survive with the stuff that they have going on that they got to come beg you to say,
Starting point is 00:41:45 we need money from you guys, and we need 24 billion of it because we're about to get another downgrade, good credit rating. Tom, what do you think is gonna happen here? You think they're gonna get the money? You think they're gonna be able to get past this phase? Boeing sells three things.
Starting point is 00:41:59 Commercial airplanes, like you and I ride on. Bombs, missiles, and defense airplanes like Air Force and everybody else, Navy. And then tons of spare parts for them. That's all they sell. Three things. People planes, war planes, parts. That's what they do.
Starting point is 00:42:20 And they own all these defense contractors. So Boeing's stock to go up, people planes they had a strike and the 737 MAX was crashing and they had all that, yeah. And war planes, if only they would support a candidate that would start foreign wars so the US taxpayer could buy a lot of bombs and stuff from them and then drop those bombs somewhere
Starting point is 00:42:45 and then call Boeing back and get some more bombs, that would save Boeing. If only they would support a candidate that would be in favor of causing trouble and terrorizing around the world and gosh. What was the three things again? What was the three things again? People planes. Commercial planes.
Starting point is 00:43:02 War planes. War planes. And lots of spare parts and all the support. That's their business model, those three. Yeah, if you look at it, all the things they own is one of the two in those big buckets. Right. And missiles and bombs. Let me ask you a question. What causes, when you think about certain season
Starting point is 00:43:18 that people buy a certain product, what event causes Boeing to get a lot of new customers? Well, let's watch this. A war, and then Pelosi gives a bunch of money to some guy who doesn't own a suit, but he owns a lot of gray and green comfortable clothes, you know who they were talking about? From Ukraine.
Starting point is 00:43:41 Zelensky. And when they give him the billions, he does two things. One, he buys a Bentley. Yeah. He does drugs. And then what he, where does that money go? It goes back to, to Boeing and they buy bombs. So weird. And they fight the Russians. So some of your tax money that was going to Ukraine, maybe-turn back to the United States until we stop that, because during the election we said, okay, stop giving all this money to Ukraine. That's what Boeing needs.
Starting point is 00:44:13 Boeing needs war, because that way- What else, though? What else aside from war? What else aside from war? They need commercial planes that work, and they need to successfully compete against Airbus. Because here's the reality of it. So when United Airlines says they wanna buy five planes, they don't buy Airbus planes,
Starting point is 00:44:27 they buy Boeing planes. This is very important for the average voter that's listening to this time, which you're saying is very important. What event causes, and this is pretty bad to say this, but I want you to think about how business works. What event causes Home Depot and Lowe's to be absolutely emptied with everything they have in their stores. COVID. Earthquakes in California, wildfires in San Diego,
Starting point is 00:44:49 hurricanes in Florida. There you go. Hail storms in Texas. So think about what just happened right there. So hurricanes, stock goes up for Lowe's and Home Depot because you need to go buy billions of dollars, especially if it's that damage in that spindle lately. You got tornadoes, you got earthquakes,
Starting point is 00:45:09 you got all this stuff that happens. All those fires in California? All those fires in California, Home Depot's like, hey. So you're like, man, these guys' stock goes up when these types of things happen. If all of a sudden you look at when Trump was president, it was dry for war, that's not a good business model for them So these guys need somebody that's gonna go and create some havoc for them to make money
Starting point is 00:45:30 And then they're talking about we don't want any war. We want this thing to be at peace. We want to do that They're like guys we can't do that. We need money right now. We need you to buy some stuff from us right now So it's a very strange business model, the same as hospitals. Hospitals need sick people to make money. Empty beds don't make money for hotels and empty beds don't make money for hospitals. And a peaceful society and a peaceful world doesn't make money for companies that sell weapons and planes and jets and stuff that you need to buy from them. And take a good look at the board of directors in healthcare. It's a bunch of people that used to work in government, retired senators.
Starting point is 00:46:13 Look who's on the board of directors at Boeing, retired senators, retired generals, retired people from the war side. Well, I kind of maybe have a different perspective. Let's get it Adam. We've been waiting for you. Fine. Because if you look at Boeing stock price, it would actually kind of have to read into this a little bit because I think Boeing stock price like boomed under Trump because I think
Starting point is 00:46:36 he increased defense spending. So if you just go by the last 10 years, Rob, I think Boeing stock price went up right when Trump took office. So, but the whole thing with Trump is that he actually didn't create more, no new wars, right? So it's almost the impression that Trump was going to come in people like, Oh, we got to, we got to basically stock up on all this ammunition, although they didn't use it. So what were Boeing, I think went wrong was they were actually more concerned
Starting point is 00:47:07 with their keeping their stock price up. They're actually keeping their planes up and they were creating value for the customer where they should have been, but they were more focused on creating value for the shareholder. So this, this sort of what, whatever happened with Boeing is sort of a masterclass on how to mess up your company. And I think they hired the CEO. How long has he been in there? I don't know, maybe five years. I don't know what it was, but he came in on this surge of growth. This is him. No, he's the new CEO.
Starting point is 00:47:41 I'm saying the guy that he was there before that because basically they couldn't keep the CEO. I don't know if you can find that out. But there's something weird going on with Boeing. But Pat, speaking of the horrible bosses, basically what they're doing right now is, hey, can we get $20 billion in capital? No, we can't do it. All right, we'll just take a bag of peanuts and just see if we can keep this plane off
Starting point is 00:47:59 the ground. But they're a mess right now and they're basically fighting to stay afloat. And there's one person that's common name that comes up with both of these companies. Boeing and NASA, not company, NASA's not a company. Elon? It's Elon Musk. Very common enemy that they have, both of them have. And he is getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
Starting point is 00:48:19 And by the way, by the end of Trump's administration, wouldn't be surprised if the guy's half a billion net worth, you know, maybe getting closer to a trillion. This could be a 12 year candidacy if people are not too careful on the left. Because they're messaging, like I saw a video, what was the video that they were making talking about the young video that they,
Starting point is 00:48:48 we were talking about how AOC and what do you call it, and Tim Walz were playing video games. Paying Madden 25 live streaming during NFL Sunday, which is, like, the strategist, the chief strategist and campaign manager for the Harris campaign completely obliterated. When you talk about their messaging, Pat, they're playing Madden live during NFL Sunday and people were taking photos, obviously the internet is relentless, his controller wasn't
Starting point is 00:49:16 even on and the end of the game, Pat, after playing for hours, guess what the score was? Zero zero. Zero zero. And all they were talking about was Project 2025. But yeah. the score was. They killed it. It was like a bad high score. Zero, zero. And all they were talking about was Project 2025. But yeah. Yeah. But I mean, what I'm saying is like it's at a point right now.
Starting point is 00:49:29 Look, I'm telling you, when you watch certain people, I used to go to this church in Dallas. Don't want to say the church's name because the church is so big, it has a zip code, but you know which one it is. It's in Frisco Plano area, close to a school that my kids used to go to. And one day I go there for Easter, and I'm watching this guy, the guy that's preaching on stage, and his message is not connecting with anybody. And I'm watching this guy, and I'm like,
Starting point is 00:49:56 does this guy realize he no longer knows how to communicate from stage with people? Okay, it just does. Do you remember, Tom, the first time you came back to PHP and the 2020, when you came back to PHP and the 2020 when you came back to PHP, we had an event, you were on stage speaking and you were like, you didn't know what to say because it had been like a minute with them.
Starting point is 00:50:15 Do you remember that? I don't know if you remember that. I know you and I had- And there were still masks that were required and stuff like this. Yeah, and you and I had a conversation to pack. I'm like, Tom. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:50:24 Yeah, do you remember that conversation? We didn't start out by revving them up. We kinda- a conversation back, I'm like, Tom. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, do you remember that conversation? We didn't start out by revving them up, we kinda. It was just, you were like, oh my God, it's been a minute, right, for what we're doing. I think when your messaging doesn't land and people keep telling you to double down on the messaging, it's just not working. The Democrats right now, their messaging
Starting point is 00:50:44 is not landing with the youth. It's not landing with folks and folks are sitting there saying, I don't know what you're talking about. I'm not connecting with you. So if a Musk, if a Dana, if a Trump, if a Tulsi Young, if a Bobby Healthy, if a JD Vance, if these guys go 16 years, 12 years who is their superstar on the other side think about their superstar who has shown up to be a superstar Gavin Gavin is one who else I mean AOC is the future for them who else I mean that's not I wouldn't call her a superstar but if you're talking about superstar in terms of
Starting point is 00:51:25 media wattage, yeah and just having that presence and the media support so they could actually be a viable candidate. Who would you say is their superstar? I would say you've got Gavin and you've got AOC or probably the the top two that I look at. Would you put Josh Shapiro as a superstar? Yes he's sort of an uncle to the other two, a little bit generational, but perception, you know what I mean? How old is Josh? I don't know his age, but when you look at him compared to AOC and Gavin Newsom, you hear a different tone, you hear a more mature tone. He may only be two years older than Gavin, but he feels like Gavin's, you know,
Starting point is 00:52:04 he feels like Gavin's, you know, he feels like Gavin's like uncle. I actually think he is younger than Gavin. Newsome's age. Yeah, he's younger than Gavin. No, I'm talking about on stage. This is, yeah, Gavin's 57. But put Gavin and put Shapiro side by side. Who looks more mature?
Starting point is 00:52:21 Who looks more distinguished? Josh Shapiro. Exactly. That's what I'm saying. That's the perception. the years go away in the face of what you think but I but I think Josh Shapiro is the Jade events of the left. I think in an open primary I think Shapiro yeah the more it goes and the more states go by I think Shapiro cleans up. So who's the Musk of the left Mark Cuban? Oh God Probably no seriously asking a question who's the Musk of the left sort of a wannabe?
Starting point is 00:52:50 But yeah, he's positioning who's a Tulsi Gabbard of the left who was a Tulsi Gabbard of the left They used to be on the right that left and joined Liz Cheney. Oh, that's a bad. That's horrible No, that's let me that's what she's doing. It's terrible. I know She's angry she's doing. That's just terrible. I know. She is not happy, she's angry, she's got no personality, she's terrible on stage. But she's making people go, why would she go over there? There is not a convert with sufficient media wattage. Who is the Bobby Kennedy of the left? Like who is the healthy person of the left that's saying, hey, let's get help.
Starting point is 00:53:18 Rachel Levine. I don't, Admiral. Rachel Levine. What is this Rob that you have? I don't think the Democrats have a very strong bench right now. I think every single person that could potentially be the nominee in
Starting point is 00:53:38 2028 when Kamala more than likely loses in 2024. I don't think they have. Nikki Haley? Who is that? Nikki Haley's on the right. No, I mean, she's so I mean, I think Gavin Newsom is too far left, literally California, Commie fornia. I don't think that's going to resonate with middle America. If you need to win, win Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania. I think John, Josh Appiro does not have the cache or the name recognition. I think Pete Buttigieg is have the cache or the name recognition.
Starting point is 00:54:08 I think Pete Buttigieg is a smart, capable guy, but I don't think America's ready for some of his lifestyle choices. I think Gretchen Whitmer, who's the governor of Minnesota, does not have that it factor. I think JB Pritzker is just too damn fat and he's also a billionaire. I think AOC is she's gonna do fine in her district in woke left Brooklyn wherever she's at the Bronx but she's not a viable candidate in the mainstream electorate. I actually don't think they have anyone. I think JD Vance is a beast. I don't think the Democrats have it. This feels like when the New Jersey Nets stumbled into the finals and then played the Lakers. They had some stars
Starting point is 00:54:47 They had they need to have a team to get there But the Lakers cleaned them out time what your ins Carter Kerry Kittles Kenyan Martin years Jason kid Yeah, that was a good team, but they weren't a championship team is what you're saying They they were blown out of that finals in six. Yeah, but there's there's a difference time What I'm what I'm trying to say is, I think what the right is doing with the amount of bullying that took place during COVID, those people are so pissed off and so paranoid that if power was given to the opposite side, they would abuse it. I think they're going to go on a 12-year run if they win this year. Still not done by the way. Rob, what clip is this with Mark Cuban? This is Mark Cuban asked if he would take a role in the Kamala Harris administration if she wins.
Starting point is 00:55:28 Go for it. Did you, I know you briefly looked at running in 2020. Yeah. 2020. 2020. Yeah. And what about this time? I mean, there was talk about you. No chance. No chance. I have no interest. I have no interest in being a politician of any type. I have no interest in serving in the cabinet for Kamala Harris or anybody. I like being a politician of any type. I have no interest in serving in the cabinet
Starting point is 00:55:45 for Kamala Harris or anybody. I like being a disruptor as an entrepreneur. Do you believe him? Do you believe him, Tom? I don't believe anything. No. Do you believe he's gonna run in 2028? Yes, because you can always say, I said it at the time, but so much has changed.
Starting point is 00:56:03 I'm compelled. And that's the word you'll hear. Write it down, tattoo it somewhere. The word will be compelled. I feel compelled to serve. That'll be the phrase. It's my duty for my country that I have to serve. I did say that, I did say that.
Starting point is 00:56:18 But can you argue against this and this and this and this and this? I feel compelled and someone has to step up and that step is me. Yeah, because these people are Hitler and they're Nazis and I have to, I have to do it for America. It's like, give me a break. I wanna remain in an entrepreneurial role.
Starting point is 00:56:33 I wanna do this. So to me, listen, I'm telling you guys, if I'm on the left, that's a top three candidate for me. Yeah. I'm talking to this guy and getting everybody to get comfortable with him running. I'm gonna say, hey, Mark, you gotta really plan on doing something 2028. If I'm on the left. Yeah, of course.
Starting point is 00:56:53 I know people are going, you're so crazy here. You think too highly of him. I think he's a formidable candidate on the left if he runs. Rob, see, this is, you don't think he's a formidable candidate. No, not the way that the Democratic Party is now being positioned. Let me ask you, who do you think on the left right now is formidable? Honestly, I'm just going to be straight up and real. Unless they're a woman of color, there's no place for you in the Democratic Party at the
Starting point is 00:57:18 top of the ticket. So if you say he's not, you see that you can't play that game. I'm just telling you right now, the Democratic Party is now the party of the working liberal woman. If you say no to Cuban and don't have a name you don't have an argument so either say a name. They want a Kamala they want an AOC they want a Michelle Obama. But I think you're wrong I think you're wrong let me tell you why. The Democratic Party is now the party of the working woman. I'm gonna tell you why. They're no longer the party of the working man. I'm gonna tell you why. Here's why. Do you know right now okay so, so watch this story here. Where's this story?
Starting point is 00:57:46 Kamala Harris has more billionaires prominently backing her than Trump. Bloomberg gave her $50 billion. When you look at the billionaire list, okay, that they have, the billionaire list, what do you catch with the billionaire list? Let me read this to the billionaire list to you, right? That they have. On the left, Forbes reports 82 billionaires are backing up Harris versus 52. How the hell are more billionaires backing up somebody who isn't a billionaire
Starting point is 00:58:13 than billionaires backing up Trump? And by the way, take exactly the point. Would billionaires like Buffett, Zuck on the sidelines, wow, Buffett won sidelines this time, and Zuck, while Elon is supporting Trump. Many billionaires are forcing Harris. Faithrin Harris has recent endorsement letter notes, you know, believes she is the advanced firm, predictable policies and support. Michael Bloomberg reported contributes another $50 million. You know, Bill Gates, we have these names.
Starting point is 00:58:38 Jamie Dimon, Trump shared a false social media with someone, but the CEO of Jamie Dimon, JP Morgan Chase, the largest bank did not endorse any candidate according to a spokesperson. There's a bunch of these names, even now Bezos. But this is where I'm going with this. Who are the people that identify mistakes that a company is about to go bankrupt, or a country is about to go bankrupt, or a strategy is not working? Politicians? People that are working in the White House, or people that run businesses.
Starting point is 00:59:09 People who run businesses say what? This strategy, CMO, CFO, CTO, COO, CIO, is not working. You either got to change your strategy, or we got to change you, right? That's how business people think, Tom. When they see that something is not working, do you know who's gonna force their hand to find somebody else? Do you know who's gonna force their hand to say,
Starting point is 00:59:30 guys, we're not doing what you guys are doing right now? It's not Obama. It's not we need a black female, no. It's gonna be these money guys that are gonna say, look guys, this is not gonna work. It's not gonna work, period. If you want my money for 2028, you guys can't do what you just did.
Starting point is 00:59:47 This was a shit show, what just happened right now. Absolutely embarrassing. Cowboys lost to the 49ers the other day. What's the record now, three, four? I don't know what it is. 49ers and a four and two, four, three, whatever the record is. Who do you think is making a phone call?
Starting point is 01:00:01 Who's four and four? I think the Niners and I think that the Cowboys are like three and four, five. What's the Cowboys are like three and four and five. What's the Cowboys? I think like three and five. Three and five, okay. Maybe check that. So, but the point is, in politics, if that was the case, three and four.
Starting point is 01:00:13 No one's making a call. Guess who's making a call in business? These 82 billionaires are saying, hey, don't give us another candidate like Kamala. Why don't you give you guys a Newsom or someone else? I do think they're gonna change, and I do think Mark Cuban is a formidable candidate for the left, and they will find a way to get behind him and sell him.
Starting point is 01:00:33 He's a very formidable candidate for the left. They gotta find a way to make sure he's out there. By the way, again, watch how, watch how disconnected the vice president's wife just said this, okay? The vice presidential nominee. Tim Walz's wife. Tim Walz's wife just said this about why they allow tampons in male bathrooms.
Starting point is 01:00:59 You tell me if this connects with you. This is potentially the VP's wife, soon to be. She's trying to make sense of her argument. Are you buying her argument? Go ahead, Rob. You know, if kids are hungry in school, what that does to brain and learning, you're not gonna learn to read.
Starting point is 01:01:21 So if you're talking about learning to read and closing gaps, then you better take away the barriers for that. If that's tampons, then that's tampons. What the hell does that even mean? But by the way, play that one more time. It's not even registering. Listen, I have four kids and they've made some arguments that they try to really, really stretch and spin.
Starting point is 01:01:45 Is there a greater spin job than, play that one more time by the way, it's a little painful but play it. What that does to brain and learning, you're not going to learn to read. So if you're talking about learning to read and closing gaps, then you better take away the barriers for that. If that's tampons, then that's tampons. Does she keep going? Does she need to for that. If that's tampons, then that's tampons. Does she keep going? Does she need to for you to understand that?
Starting point is 01:02:08 I would love a little bit more context right here because, I mean, look, how did I learn to read when I was growing up? I read the backs of condoms. It was just on the back. I read it right there. Smart. Is this the same thing or what is this, Rob? No, this is a separate interview from the week earlier where she continues to make the argument or has been making the argument for tampons and boys baths. Let's hear what this one is. Okay, so Adam, this one's dedicated to you. What else do we need in schools? And as we listened,
Starting point is 01:02:36 people were having trouble accessing feminine products. And so Tim made those available in schools. I think that makes sense. I'm focused on learning. So is Tim. So is our legislature. And so we said, you know, if this is something that distracts from learning, well, then we're going to take care of that. Why wouldn't we? Because we're interested in students learning and not being distracted by other things. Hey, Gwen, hey, Gwen newsflash lady, nobody got upset that you were putting tampons in the girls bathroom. Nobody was okay girls, it's a fact that tampon Tim was putting them in the boys bathroom
Starting point is 01:03:15 where people are like what kind of clown world charade am I living in? You know what this well let me ask you this, you know what it made me think about, remember back in the days when Snapple, Rob, on the bottom of it when you when you were seven, your cap will teach you some facts Snapple facts are they starting to put fun facts on tampons? Is that what it is? You can be Maybe you want maybe guys. I haven't bought a tampon for 46 years see if there's fun Is this it is this what tampons get with fun? See maybe yes guys, maybe we're being a little bit too condescending, you know disrespectful
Starting point is 01:03:45 Maybe the new tampons has fun facts on a bribe. Can you go to show what the tampon? Is there any weird fun facts that's what I'm just wondering if there's any Nope, no, no, I don't want no yes. So no, So I don't know. Yeah, it says for girls only, but let's not bring that up right now. But isn't it weird, all these crazy people look alike. Who does she remind, go back to the big shot of her, the beginning of that podcast, who does she look, E. Jean Carroll, they all look the same,
Starting point is 01:04:19 they're all freaking crazy. Don't start pulling the old white women look the same crap. No, I mean look at these two She took off her glasses. They all look like Hillary. They all look like E. Jean Caroll. And it's like by the way, this is the wife Did you guys okay Tim Walls never in a million years thought that he was ever gonna get this line But that's why he's all crazy and freaking like like Chris Farley from SNL And then the wife like we don't I don't want to hear any with all due respect. I don't want to hear any, with all due respect, I
Starting point is 01:04:45 don't want to hear one, that's her, I don't want to hear one word from your crazy ass wife about tampons and men's bathrooms and how it's affecting them with reading. It's like bro, shut. She escaped. She escaped what? Where's Tim Walsh been campaigning for the last two weeks? Pennsylvania? No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:05:02 On Madden? Yeah. He's been in a hotel. He was on Madden. Yeah. Right. No, no, no, no, no. Yeah, he's been in a hotel zone. It was on Madden. Yeah. Right. Where else? What? What rally? What public speaking? Zero. Well, he and his wife had been locked up. Oh, that's right. They've been in Dick Cheney's secret location or Joe Biden's basement.
Starting point is 01:05:17 He escaped to do the Madden photo op because they thought it was going to be good with boys. And his wife escaped because their people, the Walls people, put this together You can read between the lines and then you don't have to read between the line There are stories out there that have leaked from Harris strategists that are like what the hell are we doing here? What was that all about? Let me ask you a question Tom if you choose a VP There's a VP go based on what you ask them to do or can they independently do their thing? Well, usually they do but did you see like the first couple speeches by?
Starting point is 01:05:43 do their thing. Well usually they do but did you see like the first couple speeches by you know JD Vance and the Trump campaign was like I like you to calibrate that message a little bit remember that there's a little bit of a period period whoops where they hide oh my god rate themselves that that's what happens and then the VP is out there doing things I don't think they realize this and there are people in the Harris campaign that are not happy with Tim walsh being anywhere near this thing called voters yep well I mean that was a that was rough and you're gonna have a hard time something but by the way you know the story about up bless you start talking about tampons, Pat's freaking sneezing.
Starting point is 01:06:26 Getting emotional out here. Yeah, it's very emotional. But the story of Joe Rogan and Kamala, everybody's like, hey, is this gonna happen or not? And then Joe tweets this. And this was interesting. He says, also for the record, the Harris campaign has not passed on doing the podcast.
Starting point is 01:06:42 They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have to have traveled to her and they only wanted to do an hour. I strongly feel the best way to do it is in the studio in Austin. My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being. I really hope we can make it happen. Do you think it's gonna happen Pat? If you're a betting man. No, no, no. What do you think they're doing? What do you think they're doing here? They're trying an excuse to say, Hey, listen, you know, we tried to work it out with Rogan, but he knows we're so busy that we didn't have time to go to Austin to a studio. We didn't turn him down.
Starting point is 01:07:18 We didn't turn him down. You think Kamala Harris is gonna sit down for a three hour conversation with Joe Rogan? Still may happen. Highly doubtful. I'm talking. Did you bother? Just FYI, did you guys see how, so she's in front of an audience? I was talking.
Starting point is 01:07:33 Oh yeah, sorry, sorry. Excuse me, Tom. Sorry, Kamala. Did you see this, PB? She's in a crowd and she starts telling the audience to all shut out their names. This is how bad she is. If this is real and not manufactured, this is horrible. Have you seen this? This isn't manufactured. I still need to make sure this is real. Why would you do this at a rally? Go ahead Rob.
Starting point is 01:07:54 Watch this. Yeah. Thank you. Oh my God. Thank you. Yeah. Okay. Now I want each of you to shout your own name. Do that. Is that real? John! Sarah! Fred! Cause it's not all of us. It's not all of us. And listen. That can't be real. That's 1000% real. That's real? That is screaming. Go back. Let me hear it.
Starting point is 01:08:20 Not all the way back. Please don't do that Rob. Now shout your own name. Sorry Pat. Now I want each of you to shout your own name. Do that. Cause it's about all of us. It's about all of us. I'm sorry. I'm, I'm.
Starting point is 01:08:35 I have fought my whole career. That is the sound of millions of dollars going to a shredder. I come from a middle class family and that's what we used to do. We used to be like, everybody everybody you stop that momentum and go now Everybody shout your name. On your nice front lawn. Yeah, these they do they're so disconnected She's a horrible public speaker that laugh just that's that's her go-to is that laugh?
Starting point is 01:08:56 Why would you tell an audience of what 500 people scream your name now? Scream your name now. There's more than 500 people there. Idiot! Meatloaf. If that was not manufactured. It was not. Do you think the Kamala interview is gonna happen? Horribly embarrassing.
Starting point is 01:09:12 Do you think the Kamala Rogan interview is gonna happen? No, no. Give a percentage, zero to 100. I think there's only about a 10, 15% chance it happens because they are managing it and they don't want it to be what the rest of us would like to see. Hey, go down to Rogan's studio, sit inside. Hey, you went to everybody else's studio.
Starting point is 01:09:36 You went to all these other places. Why can't you come down to Rogan's? They're gonna manage it. They're not gonna let it happen for the obvious reasons. I'll tell you what, if this is- 3%, 3%. No, because he's an hour, she'd have to sit in there with him, minimum two hours to maybe three like Trump did. And he's going to be like, no, no, no, because you know, like Trump was kind of veering off. He kept bringing him back. She would have to
Starting point is 01:09:58 answer actual questions and that whole, I was raised in a, he'd ask her questions, he'd ask her policy questions, and he he held her foot to the fire She what she won't even come back to that. She wait a minute. She has a schedule You know, you've said that a couple times and people think you're full of crap. Yeah, what do you what do you say? Yeah, exactly. That's Rogan style. And what is she gonna do with that? Nothing. Although they'd cut it short She has a schedule this over the next couple days. She's a supposedly gonna be in Detroit, Philly, Pittsburgh, and all proceeding a closing argument speech in DC over the next few days.
Starting point is 01:10:34 She's also be in North Carolina later this week. So they're going to have to quote unquote, find some time to get down to Austin with dude, we are one week out from this election now if this lady had any sense she would realize what's the numbers you did yesterday that you said the third how many views did Rogan get with Trump 30 something right now you put all the views she has together didn't even equal the the other way how did the Shea Shea interview do cuz I actually think I actually think honestly I actually think Shanna sharp is
Starting point is 01:11:09 Becoming the Rogan of the left. I should think he does a very good. Oh my god Okay, so what are we talking? Oh my god. Look at the other they did an interview So this broad this broad is going on club Shae Shae And by the way, to get a million views, not on Rogan. It's so dumbfounding. Can we find the up down ratio here? No, they won't show the down. The thumbs up? Oh, they won't or thumbs up?
Starting point is 01:11:36 They won't show it. But the picture was posted of what the up down was. Rob, put a thumbs down or thumbs, just put something. Good job. See if anything shows up. Good job. No, but there was a thumb. I saw that time it was 39 up, 69 down. How long was that like a Photoshop? How long was that interview? I don't know how it was up, but I saw the thumbs up, thumbs down. One hour, three minutes, 40 seconds. Okay, so this lady is gonna go to a convenient, you don't think
Starting point is 01:12:03 they ask club shayshae. Hey, what are the questions upfront? You know, they did. Okay. So her equivalent of Trump doing a three hour unscripted interview on Rogan that got 30 plus million views is going on Shannon sharp respect. We saw that video with him on Instagram live doing his thing to get a million views for an hour on club shay, shay, like the math just don't add up. And that's why Trump is it's neck and neck. It was a month ago and Trump is basically pulling away in the
Starting point is 01:12:35 ninth inning over, over here. And she's just limping to the finish line. It's a mess. 31 62. So there's double the thumbs down then thumbs up? Dude, I'm telling you guys, I keep saying this. Sound like a broken record. She is the most... You watch some people that come on the podcast and you're like,
Starting point is 01:13:00 how many more times can you tell a new story? And like, wow, this guy still has more stories, right? He's got more new stories to tell. Kamala has nothing. Nothing. It is the most boring candidate ever. At least be entertaining. At least say something that people will respond to
Starting point is 01:13:20 and react to and get pissed off or nothing. Zero. Purely boring. There is nothing exciting about her. Got you a question Pat? So question and not to take her side by any means, but do you think, I mean if you think about it, I don't think she ever thought she was going to be running for the president. If you really want to think about it, she didn't think, Tom, that Biden was going to lose like that. They were going to do the old switcheroo. She was put in the position and basically just put out there. And within a week, they're like, hey, listen, Biden's out.
Starting point is 01:13:55 You're in. Now you have to all of a sudden be this freaking speaker. Say what you want about Joe Biden. Back in the day, he used to be able to hold his own. Obviously, as of late, he's completely gone. But Tom, she's completely gone. But Tom, she had no idea. In her defense, she had zero clue that DNC, Obama, whoever, Nancy Pelosi, they were going
Starting point is 01:14:14 to do the switcheroo. And then all of a sudden, she's running for the president of the United States. She didn't think she was going to get there. She could do those quick little, I'm talking, I'm talking talking in interviews but this is a whole different beast. Am I? So I think on day one she didn't think so. But when was day one Tom? Day one was when the election happened and she did the fake phone call from the park. We did it Joe. Joe we did it. We won and she was walking in the park and it was conveniently filmed. It was she faked the call because at that very moment Biden was actually on the air somewhere.
Starting point is 01:14:47 Yeah, so she didn't see it back then and exactly halfway through his administration. We did start seeing stories where Kamala and Biden's team were kind of going off on each other. Yeah. Well, listen, here's the problem that Kamala has. She's going against arguably the greatest marketer ever. You know, what did Bill Maher basically say? He said he'd better started praising. So did van Jones praising how brilliant of a move Trump basically serving
Starting point is 01:15:18 French fries at McDonald's was and doing all that in the last week. Since Trump went on PBD podcast. Now he's been on Rogan. Then he did the Al Smith dinner, killed it as a comedian. Did Andrew Schultz did Theo von. Meanwhile, she's struggling to get a million views on club Shea Shea. She did call her daddy 730,000 views. She can't market herself like Trump. She has no chance. Even Van Jones says agrees. It was brilliant media about Trump doing the McDonald's thing. Explain that when a world famous superstar who's a billionaire does something you don't expect, it's brilliant media. When you have Van Jones
Starting point is 01:15:55 and Bill Maher basically saying, yeah, Kamala, you're dropping the ball and you're losing beyond exponentially to Trump. She has no chance. It's an eye. It. We're now living in the attention economy, eyeballs equals dollars, and she just can't deliver. What is that, Bill Maher clip rap? This is Van Jones and Bill Maher talking about Donald Trump. Is this the one we showed yesterday? No, separate one. Let me see it.
Starting point is 01:16:16 It's like, they see him differently. I think it's brilliant, I think it's brilliant. I think, when you have somebody who is a world famous superstar, who's a billionaire, et cetera, et cetera, and they do something you don't expect, it's brilliant media. And I think we got to acknowledge that this guy is beating the pants off of us with these so-called publicity stunts. It gets into everybody's feeds and people who are not looking at politics will look
Starting point is 01:16:41 at that. I think we just have to be have more fun ourselves. We were having a great time during the Democratic convention, if we have more fun, if the Democratic party is a party of fun, people will join it. We should be doing crazy stuff too. And if I might add. You are doing crazy stuff.
Starting point is 01:16:56 You've been saying, man, they can be winners. It's like, don't immediately just go to, I hate him for that. Yeah. Which is what everybody I know here in Hollywood does that. And it's like, first of all, you look weak. You look weak. You look like you're so easily gotten.
Starting point is 01:17:12 Yeah. You look like you overreact to anything. Has Kamala Harris been on Bill Maher? No, I don't think so. But did you guys, by the way, speaking of McDonald's, since you brought it up, do you guys see that photo that they altered that was Kamala Harris in a McDonald's uniform? Rob, I just sent it to you.
Starting point is 01:17:27 Some guy posted it, he goes, look what I found, Kamala in McDonald's uniform, but then there's notes at the bottom, they replaced her face with, there was a white girl that was in it. But, scroll down, yeah, image, that's not Kamala. They altered, they digitally altered the image of a face, Kamala Harris replaced it, they digitally altered the image of a face. Kamala Harris replaced
Starting point is 01:17:45 it of Susan Bernier. She wasn't at McDonald's, so it proved the fact that they lied about it. That's how fake she is and how fake her entire campaign is. You know, she was born in a middle class family. Is the IRS a government agency? Yes. Yes. Couldn't she just say, I disclose my tax returns and I put all my assets into a blind trust when I was in government. And by the way, hang on, hang on, let me go back. I'll go down the IRS.
Starting point is 01:18:16 Oh, here it is. Here's the W-2 for the $8,000 I made the summer I worked for McDonald's. Easily. It's out there. Who posted that video, that picture. Sorry the camel a campaign Okay, can I see who posted that right? I mean, where did that who posted the photo originally? I don't know. Look what I found Kamala and McDonald's uniform. Hey, Magical cultists explain this I'll wait and then who fact-checked it the the digitally altered image of so they're just coming out
Starting point is 01:18:42 Go to the original and that it's's a lie. What is happening here? Wow, that's her. That's on. Is this true? I mean, like, was it the combland campaign because that's a real that picture there is absolutely real, dude. What to talk about a chameleon. You are a white girl. Hey, but you know. Hey, she grew up in a middle class family. She's a shape shifter.
Starting point is 01:19:10 By the way, let's go to talk about some business decisions that cost you money but gains you some trust. Yes. WAPA owner Jeff Bezos says in an op-ed, Americans don't trust the media anymore and his position to not endorse Kamala Harris costing 200,000 subscribers that just left, that just left WAPO and quit, okay? Americans Don't Trust the News Media wrote Jeff Bezos in an op-ed title, the hard truth Americans Don't Trust the News Media, the Washington Post decision to end presidential endorsements, a principal decision and it's the right one. Presidential endorsements do nothing to tip the scales of an election.
Starting point is 01:19:49 What they actually do is create a perception of bias, a perception of non-independence. Bezos noted that the decision was made entirely internally asserting, I would also like to be clear that no quid pro quo of any kind is at work here. Despite the timing of CEO Dave Lim's meeting with Trump, he explained, I sighed when I found out because I knew it would provide ammunition to those who would like to frame this as anything other than a principal decision. 200,000 people unsubscribed from WAPO following the decision to endorse Tom. So I read this today, got here early, and actually Rob and I read it together and
Starting point is 01:20:26 The whole thing and I thought it was well written and I thought it was really accurate and he basically pointed out that the time For newspapers to have the influence on citizens in elections is gone That the the local citizenry is not waiting to get guidance from their newspaper and a rationale for it, number one. Number two, he said, hey man, nobody trusts the news media. And then he said, listen, this is our moment. This is what we have to do. We have to basically reform ourselves and grow from this point in time in history, not just this presidential election, from this time right now, 2024, people don't trust
Starting point is 01:21:04 news people. So what do we got to do about it? presidential election from this time right now 2024 people don't trust news So what do we got to do about it? We have to accept the challenge and move from here and Endorsing one or the other candidates doesn't matter to the voters It absolutely says to say that matter and so he laid it out and so I read it and I thought good for you Jeff he's sitting there stating the facts and refusing to be bullied by People that are stuck in the past even if those people happen to be some of his own employees He's like hey, dude, you can threaten me and you can quit. Okay, do it. I own the paper
Starting point is 01:21:37 I have to make the shot. I have to call the shot. I can live with the shot I can die with the shot. It doesn't matter one or the others gonna happen to me But guess what I'm making the shot and I'm the owner and if you want to leave you gotta leave I just look at how many says we got two and a half million subscribers and they lost 200,000 That's a lot. Shani was one of them. Yeah People are posting that they're Unsubscribing and leaving WAPO He just lost eight% of everybody that left. Here's my question. Do you think, I don't know about him and his attitude, like Elon
Starting point is 01:22:13 responds to freaking bullies and people and you know the market. Do you think he tries to sell this thing, PBT, or he sticks with it and tries to make it, you know, because it's obviously not, it's not going to come back. That's a big bold move saying that Just just to kind of give you a price point. Okay of what this means. Yeah, it's somewhere between 40 to 60 dollars a year okay, and So let's just say 50 dollars, okay 50 dollars times $50 times it's it's a hang one second, man, who is this? Who the hell is this?
Starting point is 01:22:49 Page of me in 546. Hey listen, don't talk about pagers. My bad, I don't need it. Don't do that. I would never. You'll get canceled right now. 10 million bucks of recurring income is gone. 10 million, it's a real number.
Starting point is 01:23:04 10 million is a real number that's coming in every so if you take that say you put 12 times EBITDA on that because it's recurring whatever let's just say 100 million dollars of valuation was lost. Give or take. Is that a fair number Tom? Absolutely fair number and maybe a high multiple but let's go with 100 million. Yeah 100 million was lost. Boom. Like this. out. Now, what he's going to now do to regain, I don't know. What are you now doing to change the brand, I don't know. But if you're gonna go this far and lose this kind of money,
Starting point is 01:23:40 you better have some things that you're gonna be showing for the people that are sitting on the sidelines. They're like, wait a minute, like you say say is Wapo wart me subscribing to it. Who is he gonna bring? What is he gonna do? What is what's the plan of the Wapo next year? I don't know Jeff just has to sit there and realize there's another guy out there named Elon Musk That's winning the crowd like the movie Gladiator You want to win your freedom win the crowd like the movie Gladiator. You wanna win your freedom, win the crowd. Elon's winning the crowd.
Starting point is 01:24:06 Bezos hasn't yet won the crowd. But maybe this is in the direction of trying to win the crowd, maybe smaller crowd, but maybe this is way winning the crowd. And Pat, don't forget, I mean, this is sort of becoming par for the course these days because there's multiple major institutions, major groups that have not
Starting point is 01:24:25 endorsed a candidate for the first time ever. Didn't we just cover the story last week that the LA times basically said that they weren't endorsing a candidate for the first time. What's left of the LA times, which is now a daily pamphlet. The Teamsters Union, the union that Sean O'Brien runs. Also, I think the international association of firefighters that endorsed Joe Biden in 2020 the teamsters unit. There's, there's multiple unions out there, major institutions,
Starting point is 01:24:55 newspapers that would typically endorse a candidate who are basically saying, yeah, yeah, we're good. We're not even, we're not even playing this game this time. And they typically would go in favor of Kamala and they're not tipping in her favor whatsoever. And the Border Patrol Union made an endorsement and they endorsed Trump. By the way, devastating news, I just read this right now.
Starting point is 01:25:14 Stephen King left WAPO. What? Stephen King, yeah, he left WAPO. You and him were going back and forth on Twitter, I believe. Yeah, but he... Told him he was not living in reality, you go back to the fiction life. He does live in a fiction life, which is a very weird thing.
Starting point is 01:25:30 But let me go to his next story here, guys. So Chris Cuomo. Rob, if you have a clip from Chris, Chris said some words and it went viral. And a ton of people on social were reacting to it. Vinny, I'm coming to you first with this one here. Rob, whenever you're ready, go ahead and play. There's music, guys.
Starting point is 01:25:47 After music offenses, you stick around. Go ahead, Bob. You gotta stop thinking that the people who support Trump are like Trump, that they speak like Trump, that they act like Trump. They don't. They want to hire Trump to do a dirty job. They want him to be a virus to the political corpus.
Starting point is 01:26:07 They want him to disrupt, to destroy, to demean those that they disrespect and dislike, the system that they distrust and despise. They want someone to do what they believe has been done to them and that they cannot do themselves. That's why they don't care that he exhibits terrible behavior because they're putting him into a terrible place.
Starting point is 01:26:32 If you're sending somebody into the jungle, do you really care if they're a savage? You see what I'm saying? And you have to understand it that way. You may not agree, you may not accept, you may not like, but that's what it is. I absolutely love it. I I mean a little too late eight years later Chris who I like I'm gonna be honest with you guys and a lot of people out there listen he's made
Starting point is 01:26:55 a lot of mistakes but he's absolutely right and he's finally he's seen but he's not 100% on Trump. Question though before I get into it do you guys think he's voting this election for Kamala Harris? If you guys had to guess, who is Chris Cuomo voting for? Or is he sitting it out? I think he's going to set it out. Chris was a Bobby guy, absolutely. He's sitting it out.
Starting point is 01:27:16 What I'm saying, I know he was a Bobby guy. Yeah, I know that too. But let's answer at the end. But it's taken Chris eight years to understand that this guy that we like, okay, that we understood from 2016 had to come in here and fight for us and he's been fighting ever since, freaking attempts on his life, trying to take all his money, trying to put him in prison. It's taking him that long to realize it, but the one thing I'm confused is, but then you'll see a tweet What was the tweet Rob where he's kind of like liking Kamala and then it's like it's like the flip-flop Flounder situation. I don't understand Tom. I don't understand how you know, you go from, you know CNN saying, you know
Starting point is 01:27:58 In a world of terror and this and this the biggest threat is the American person who's not terror and this and this, the biggest threat is the American person who's not vaccinated. Like how do you go from that to anti-Trump to Russia collusion to now you're seeing the light, but then when we see, we think that the light is there, then you go back to, you know, Kamala's this and Kamala's praising this. It's kind of, it's confusing, but this type of message I do respect because he's finally understanding why people like us love a guy that's willing to fight Evil with fire. Well, I think what he said here was correct commentary I think Chris is saying what he's observing and I happen to agree with his observation
Starting point is 01:28:37 I think his observation is correct at the same time He can take a breath and then come back and and say that you know He is more in favor of the policies coming from From the left side. So I think both can be true, but I think this was a a very objective Because he's right Do we care if we're sending a savage savage into the jungle? No, that's what we want and And Trump has said and I'm gonna take Elon with me because I need someone who knows how to
Starting point is 01:29:10 work in jungles and the the jungle has been trying to kill Elon and so Elon's gonna come in there and he's gonna chop things off the jungle too so I kind of see it that way and then there's other things that Cuomo is tweeted over the weekend that I disagreed with there in terms of positions but I thought he was being objective here, I actually think it's a great take by Cuomo because He's basically saying you have to understand why the people are voting for Trump and a lot of people didn't fully recognize What Trump stood for in 2016 and again in 2024 is that they like the fact that he is a key chaos candidate They like the fact that he is a chaos candidate. They like the fact that he's a change agent. They like the fact that he's a disruptor. They like the fact that he's a middle
Starting point is 01:29:50 finger to the system because they're basically saying the system has screwed us over. And you know what Bill Maher always says this, you can hate Trump, but you can't hate the 80 plus million Americans that vote for the guy. So that's what Trump represents. You can't judge everyone that votes for Trump based on Trump's personality. And they know that he's sort of an honest liar, but you know, who's a bigger liar, the Democrats. And I'll tell you why, if you give me a sec, because Trump lies about little things, all my hand size, the size of my crowd, but he's actually honest about,
Starting point is 01:30:24 yeah, I don't pay taxes, you know, cause all your donors do the exact same thing. When the Democrats lie, they lie about big things like you need to get vaccinated to save everyone. Oh, okay. I guess that the planet. Yeah. Or that Trump is Hitler or, you know, the big lie that they've told is, uh, yeah, a man can be a woman. So the lies are a little bit different. Yes, Trump does lie, but he's also an honest liar, and that's what's weird about Trump. Well, back to Chris, which is what this is about.
Starting point is 01:30:53 This is the same Chris that, Pat, I think that we saw at the conventions, where he did a very, very accurate and stirring commentary about the donor class looking down on the people at the convention. This is the same Chris in that lane, in my view. I mean, listen, Chris is in a tough spot because Chris is in a community of people in his friends' family, people closest to him that fully disagree with him when he comes onto,
Starting point is 01:31:23 every once in a while it's complimentary of what Trump is doing or the conservatives are doing and then he goes home to that. And I'm assuming, I'm speculating guys, I don't know. Phone is flooded with messages. What are you talking about? What was that all about? You gotta go on something, no, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 01:31:36 My such and such call me, this person call me and it's like, okay, next day I'm gonna go, then tweet. Well, here's the thing. So it's, nobody knows what really goes on in life after. So first you hear that's really who the person is, then they leave and then they change. It's like, no, who is the real? It's a complicated place to be right now. As it gets closer and closer and closer, and the election's getting like, right now pressure
Starting point is 01:32:03 is so high. This is when you hear friends screaming at their friends saying what the hell is the matter with you? What do you think you're doing? Are you out of your mind? You're gonna vote this one. Are you crazy? That's when the arguments are at the highest level by the way There is millions of people in America today that cannot wait for November 6th You know why they just wanted to be over with to just go back to having dinner and talking about who got traded, talking about what the score is, talking about what the deal is gonna be on Amazon Prime Day, talking about Christmas, what are we making, who are we inviting, whose wedding's coming up, who got a divorce,
Starting point is 01:32:37 who's been... They want to go back to all those stuff that they typically talk about right now. The tension is very very high and so it's frustrating and it especially is tough for guys like him that go home and a bunch of people that disagree with them are friends and family. Great point, Pat, not to go off topic but I just saw because it's going around on Twitter that JD Vance is going to appear on Joe Rogan this week. Oh fantastic. That's great. That's great. That's great. And I think that's I think that's going to really perform well I think that's gonna really perform well because JD more and more and more is becoming, and by the way, here's the other part. Notice how JD and Trump, where do you see them?
Starting point is 01:33:14 They'll go everywhere. It's crazy. Everywhere. But Kamala not going everywhere. You know how it's gonna happen later on when somebody is president, they wanna negotiate with Putin and all these other guys? No, we're going to wait until everybody has to come to us.
Starting point is 01:33:29 Everybody, now he's like, hey, I'm going to come and meet with you in North Korea. What do you think you're doing? My button is bigger than yours, and mine works. Hey, what are you guys doing in Russia? Here's what we're going to do. Hey, what are you guys doing in China? Hey, he's going to go. No, no, no, I can't go.
Starting point is 01:33:41 They need to come to Martha's Vineyard. They need to come to Nantucket. They need to come to Nan, tuck it. They need to come to all these other places. Now we'll go meet with them and sit down and have a conversation with them. Adam, I wanna go to the next story here. So Rob, if you can go to, if you can go to this one story,
Starting point is 01:33:58 we have to touch the story here because Adam brought it up last night and we had a conversation with the kids. Giselle, Bonshin, hin 44 is pregnant expecting baby with boyfriend Joaquim Valenti. Her and her boyfriend are expecting a child. Giselle and Joaquim are happy for the new chapter in their life and they're looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment. Peaceful. Love an environment for the whole family and insider close to the couple said News of the grown family comes exactly two years after she filed for
Starting point is 01:34:26 divorce from Tom Brady insider stole TMZ The model is about five or six months along in her pregnancy meaning the baby will most likely arrive at the beginning of 2025 the couple Is reportedly waiting until the baby's birth to find out the gender Bunshan's shares son Benjamin 14 and daughter Vivian 11 with former NFL star Brady is also the dad to 17 year old son Jack whom he shares with ex-Brigitte Moynihan. The supermodel 44 begins dating Jiu Jitsu instructor 35 in June of 2023. Adam, your thoughts on this story. It's kind of hard to, you know, as a unmarried man, look at this situation and not get upset
Starting point is 01:35:08 because you know, as someone you're looking at the future, you're like, all right, who do I want to be? Who do I want to be like? I'm not gonna lie, I would look at Tom Brady. Absolute stud of a man, multi multi multi millionaire, married kids, great guy, Super Bowl winner, married to a supermodel wife, dream life, marriage kids, and you look at this amazing life and you're like, if these guys can't do it, this sort of picture perfect
Starting point is 01:35:33 ask, beautiful marriage kids family, man, what hope to the rest of us have out here. So how in the world does a woman like this leave Tom Brady? And it's, it's sort of indicative of where we're at these days. She wanted Tom Brady to give up his career, his passion, basically his pursuit of excellence to be more of a family man. Okay, I get it. I understand that you need to be present for your woman. But when it comes to being a provider, a protector, who better than Tom Brady? Women dream and salivate about being this guy.
Starting point is 01:36:10 But the reality is America and the world for this matter, being a blended family, multiple kids, multiple marriages, step parents, stepfathers, stepmother, Tom Brady had another kid with Bridget Moynihan. It's sort of the sad reality of marriage these days, but I wish her the best. She seems happy. Good for her. But she's on a horse. Of course. I mean, how can you not be happy? She was on a horse named Tom Brady. I'll take that horse. But now Tom Brady tweeted. Did you see what he posted? Basically, they call it this sort of this cryptic message about basically what is love? I'm not sure if he's quoting like the famous song. What is love? Baby, don't hurt me.
Starting point is 01:36:45 I think it's down there right there. But if you're Tom Brady right now, you have to go talk to your kids and be like, Mom is going to have another kid with another difficult conversation. What are you right there? Can't the child within my heart rise above? No, what's the name of the song that he put it on? Chicks. That's a Dixie chicks landslide. Yeah, the chicks. The chicks. I don't know. Tom Brady, do you think I mean, what as a father, how do you see your kids for you?
Starting point is 01:37:15 Okay. What do you think about this? Okay, I'm gonna give you a real curveball here. Oh, here we go. Or a Hail Mary for the sport. I got two teenage girls. One of them barely a teenager. She'll be 20 and 14, less than 18 months. And I know what it takes to raise kids, because I see it.
Starting point is 01:37:39 And I see the distractions that they face, and what can happen with your kids. I also see in a little tiny tiny way every now and then Kids that have said things to my daughters because they know I'm on this podcast and they know I'm associated with Pat Some positive some kind of neutral, but I see all that and there's two names in the story that pops out at me Benjamin 14 That's eighth, ninth grade. Vivian, 11. That's seventh, eighth grade.
Starting point is 01:38:10 And I look at them, and their parents have got divorced. It's very public. Probably everywhere they go, they get a question. They probably have to live in kind of a bubble with just a few people, because it's tough just to walk across school. Says, your mom's pregnant, man? I can't believe that.
Starting point is 01:38:26 When do you see her? She's with her boyfriend. I see her sometimes. Just leave me alone. And I look at that, and it kind of pisses me off. Tom Brady and Giselle have the right to do whatever they want. But it kind of, inside I look at it,
Starting point is 01:38:45 and I feel bad for these two teenage kids that are trying to grow up with the lights that are going around. And if they had a tough marriage, and Gisele wants to get married to somebody else, that's her right. She can do whatever she want. Free to do it.
Starting point is 01:38:58 And I'm not gonna tell her to live up to my morality or anything. But it just, there's two teenage kids in here, and I see how difficult it is to raise kids and I look at that and it just makes me kind of sad for those two kids, that's what I think. I personally don't care what she or Tom choose, but when I read these things in the public light,
Starting point is 01:39:17 it's hard to read it. No, listen, that's a good perspective. I mean, you said Bailey's gonna be a teenage, what, 18 months? And then she's 20. I was thinking about Tico. Tico's gonna be a senior citizen what, 18 months? And then she's 20. I was thinking about Tico. Tico's gonna be a senior citizen in 53 years. And when I think about the benefits
Starting point is 01:39:28 of Social Security right now, and the fact that in 53 years, whether the benefits, Tom, in 18 months you said Bailey's gonna be that age. She's gonna be 20, isn't that crazy? I mean, you are really panicking, dude. You're gonna be, okay, you got a very good daughter, both your daughters, yeah.
Starting point is 01:39:44 No, here's what I'm saying. I'm saying I understand what teenagers face. I was the kid, I are really panicking, dude. You're gonna be okay. You got a very good daughter. Both your daughters, yeah. No, here's what I'll say. I'm saying I understand what teenagers face. I was the kid, I'm the one that, all of you guys, your parents were together. Mine wasn't, and you know, it sucks, trust me. It's not fun, but my parents weren't famous. My dad was a 99 cent store cashier. There is no sports center coming up.
Starting point is 01:39:59 Da-na-na, da-na-na. He just sold a 99 cent, you know, bong for whatever, or zigzag. Because it wasn't. They're selling bongs for 99 cents? I gotta get to that. Gabe met David, nearly robbed again. That's right. That's what it was.
Starting point is 01:40:12 That's what it was going on. But you know, here's what I'll tell you. Let me go through from a couple different places. To men who are afraid of getting married to see that this is going to happen to them possibly. It can happen, okay? To women that are afraid of getting married because they're worried about their husband's going to do something or not. It can happen, okay? To women that are afraid of getting married because they're worried about their husband is going to do something or not. It can happen.
Starting point is 01:40:28 To individuals that think too highly of themselves that they worry about what the other person is going to do. What are you going to do? How about how you handle you first? And the market is going to be fine. Trust me, word gets around if you're going to be fine. Now a guy who is Tom Brady, who is a killer, has had a ton of fun with his life and his kids,
Starting point is 01:40:48 he said something when they asked him after the roast, he said, my kids came up to him and he says, Dad, you know, that roast wasn't cool. And he says, I understand their pain because they were making fun of their mom. And that's the part where if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have done it that way. That's interesting because like,
Starting point is 01:41:01 Dad, what are you doing, bro? That's still our mom. Like, you know what, bro? You're right. What if they talked about your mom that way? Would you like it, Tom, what are you doing, bro? That's still our mom. Like, you know what, bro? You're right. What if they talked about your mom that way? Would you like it? Tom, competitive guy? No, I wouldn't like it.
Starting point is 01:41:10 Listen, I'm no longer the three-year-old kid. I'm a 14-year-old son of yours. You got to kind of, and Tom, the fact that he said it openly, that message wasn't to the rest of the world. He was talking to his son. That's the only person who was talking to him. He said, listen, bro, I heard you, and I love you, and I'm sorry, right? That relationship you're building.
Starting point is 01:41:25 So you've got to respect that. The other part that you said about, you know, bro, what else can you find? You know, you can find a guy, a bigger stud than Brady and all this other stuff. I think she thought she was bigger than Brady. I mean, honest with you. Go on Instagram. Who's got more followers? I think it's probably her.
Starting point is 01:41:41 I think she probably thinks I'm more famous than you. I'm more this than you. I'm more that than you. But the point is like she thinks very highly What is it 23 million followers? I don't know how many followers? Brady has I don't I don't know if it's so he may be at 50 million. I don't think he is I think is less than I may be wrong again. This is I don't follow Instagram leaders bullet. Okay, is that 15 million? I so To us here at the table, guess who's the star?
Starting point is 01:42:06 Frickin' Brady. We're not sitting here, Giselle, you know what she's done? I can't even tell you the work that she's done in the past, but 23 million people do what she's done. However, the challenge with marriage in life is, I remember I was dating a girl who was a Libra. Oh no. We were identical, both of us.
Starting point is 01:42:24 Oh my God. I've never met somebody more, she was a psycho competitor. Really? Oh, listen, that's an understatement, okay? The name in my phone when she would call me said Killer Instinct. Oh wow.
Starting point is 01:42:44 She was a killer, is who she was. She was fearless. And you know when we started doing business together, dude good luck to you because the business side was on fire. Now everything else, everything was competition. Everything was competition, didn't matter. That wasn't gonna work. I thought if I would have been with somebody like myself,
Starting point is 01:43:04 we're gonna take over the world now you're not you're both gonna end up in jail something's gonna happen because the fights and all this other stuff it's not gonna be as nice situation so I'm like look it's not gonna work out I'll never forget a conversation I had I said hey here's what I want to do I sat her down and I said look this was the last time together okay and so we got the last one knocked out of the way and I said this is not gonna work out. But because we're working together in the same office, we're in a business together, I'm not gonna date anybody until you
Starting point is 01:43:34 date somebody first. When you're with somebody and you tell me then I'll go date. So you don't have to be like oh my god all this other stuff embarrassing stuff. So I guess what happened? Three months later. I'm seeing somebody great. Are you happy? Fantastic. I'm gonna see somebody no problem. I don't care great month later I started dating Jen bingo and then we got married and we had kids and so far we're going on 15 years I think we'll make it to 16 years maybe We're working our best to make it to 16 years every Every year we're taking it one year at a time. Marriage is very, very, very, very challenging.
Starting point is 01:44:11 Very. And there's risk to it, a lot of it. This is one of them. When you have to sit there and see an ex saying, I'm pregnant with such and such, at 44. Jeez. You know, at 44. By the way, when typically,
Starting point is 01:44:25 this is like what happens when you grapple with someone in jujitsu, you can mail in people sometimes. That's her trainer, that's right. Sometimes you're too close, like this. Oh man. There's some kind of chokes you can do, but all of a sudden, boom, she's pregnant, right? Guillotine, pregnant.
Starting point is 01:44:40 But I'm just saying, if you're going, if it's like badminton yeah plane. Oh, you're okay Oh for the air hockey coach nothing stuff like that's not gonna happen. You do jiu-jitsu Just let me finish this stuff up here while I'm going through this all I'm saying is this there is risk There is this they're moving on let them do their thing and Brady you know as an alpha. I'm sure he's not happy about all this stuff. That's being posted And you know what he's going through. I wouldn't even do the cryptic stuff if I was him.
Starting point is 01:45:09 I just kind of like, dude, go do your thing. This is a thing of the past and Brady knows what he's doing. He's got plenty of stuff that's going on with him. He's walking around right now in the NFL field. The guy's got the most killer walk, the way he walks. He walks like he's the ruler of the world when Brady walks in. But yeah, there is risk to it when an alpha marries an alpha and this is one of those risks. Some like this happening and in regards to the kids, it won't be easy for the kids, but when she's saying they want to have a peaceful environment for their kids, you know that story that they said,
Starting point is 01:45:41 what's the quote? What was the word that they said in the story? They're trying to create a peaceful and loving environment. Okay, guess what? A too peaceful environment raises pansies as kids. You need a little bit of challenges, a little bit of chaos and it's okay when kids sometimes go through challenging times as well. That's how they become tougher. It's okay for them that they're going through it. Anyways, let's say a prayer for Tom Brady because I don't know how he's ever going to meet another guy. I mean, he's 47 years old. He's worth $400 million. He's not that famous. I don't know how he's going to recover and find someone else. I don't know how Tom Brady's going to do it. Meanwhile, Giselle is is gonna be with her new dude, Joaquin
Starting point is 01:46:25 a Malante who's worth, I don't know, a million bucks. She's worth 400 million, meaning she's paying for everything. If anybody locked out, it's this jujitsu instructor. I'm sure Brady has done okay the last two years. I don't know, man. I'm sure Brady. Why would a girl want to be with a guy like that? He lives in Miami, I'm pretty sure he's gonna get... I'm sure he's been... He's got plenty of girls waiting to play the song that says something about tonight the music seems too loud, I wish that we could lose this crowd. Maybe it's better this way. I mean, I don't know, maybe he's gonna have something like that that's placed to him that's gonna happen right? I wish it could go together
Starting point is 01:47:06 and then I'm gonna just wanna dance with you Oh my ears are filled with freestyles I'm never gonna dance again He's gonna dance again He's gonna get behind some centers He's gonna be alright Now by the way
Starting point is 01:47:21 Fullbacks I was not singing I think from this story He's gonna be playing with fullbacks, tight ends Pulling guards the whole deal Now by the way, I think from this story, that's a good thing Tom. Pulling guards, the whole deal. To finish it off appropriately from that story, let's go to the next one.
Starting point is 01:47:31 Shondary Combs raped a 10 year old boy, latest lawsuit alleges of incarcerated bad boy record founder. Okay, this is a story. What do you want me to do? It's the next story. Page 20. So what do you want me to do?
Starting point is 01:47:44 A new lawsuit details how Combs allegedly drugged and assaulted. What is wrong with this guy? Ten-year-old boy in a Manhattan hotel room in 2005, which Combs telling a spot musician you have to do some stuff you don't want to do sometimes after the boy resisted Combs or nevertheless forced an un-painless mouth. Zanis, buttocks hurt badly. I don't even want to read this story. Who wrote this? Deadline?
Starting point is 01:48:08 Wow, twice tonight, around $50 million bill. Is this really like, is Deadline the only one that wrote this story Rob, or are other people writing this as well? Let me take a look. I mean, it's almost as every week. No it's everywhere. CNN, Rolling Stone, People, Deadline, Fox News, AP News. Well CNN said it must be true. Variety. No it's everywhere PBD. And again they're saying allegedly. What is going on at this point? I haven't, I mean it's blatantly obvious and obviously? How old is he? How old is Diddy?
Starting point is 01:48:45 Diddy's 53. 50? 54. So 2005 he was what? 19 years ago, 35 years old with a 10 year old? And again, and I know, because some people online were like, oh, this is just, everybody's coming forward.
Starting point is 01:48:59 No, no, no, this is a 10 year old. And that there were other people allegedly there and it's every week because well They're gonna keep leak all these stories are gonna coming out because people are gonna are not afraid to come out because he was dangerous Bro, he had people out there going after people that were talking crap and he is Allegedly involved with all these shootings and everything. I'm I'm I'm it's tragic But he better be watching his ass literally in prison because those type of stories He probably doesn't want to he probably doesn't want to Better watch his ass like maybe I don't want to
Starting point is 01:49:36 But he's in trouble because maybe you know this phrase all the time certain moments in your life that that phrase doesn't work It's just change the phrase. Because we have to be appropriate to our audience. He better be careful for his life. You can't even say he better watch his back. He can't say watch his back. Convicted criminals of these family of crimes we're talking about here do not last long in prison. Nope.
Starting point is 01:49:58 What do you mean, like last long? There is a code in prison. Right. And the code is basically pedophilia and rape of youngsters. And there's a code in prison. And the prison population takes care of those folks. Tom, as a former inmate, what was your experience when you were in prison?
Starting point is 01:50:21 You crossed the line, though. We're coming after you. I'm not joking. You know, um... I am not joking with what I'm about to say. If you're a... If you are a convicted
Starting point is 01:50:38 child molester and you find yourself in a penal facility, you are probably not going to live long. Well, if these are all factual. They had to move people. They had to move people around. John Wayne Gacy, he's on death row.
Starting point is 01:50:56 They had to move him. And they had to keep him completely sequestered. They found that there were, you ready for this? There were bets that were made and money was on the table And so let's say you're a lifer. Okay, let's say you're you know armed robbery three times You've been back in and Attempted murder you could be doing a 35 years before you ever see parole. That's gonna make you 75 Guess what? What is your risk to kill another and mate? Oh zero zero nothing
Starting point is 01:51:26 You're probably gonna die in prison You know that you're 75 and so guess what they would make they would set up you know amounts of money they would make a pot, you know and Put the money in it and whoever shiv dim gets the money. This is the way it works in prison That's why Tom works in prison. That's why Tom was in prison. He was the guy who paid the money to do the shank. Let me tell you something. There's a guy named Chuck Colson who was a Watergate guy and he wrote a book called Born Again about finding Jesus Christ and he talked about what he dedicated
Starting point is 01:52:01 his life to was to lowering the reciduscitation rate of prisoners but he also talked about the horrors that are in there and When they when the child molesters check in they don't check out. That's just that's just the way it is I'm not trying to be funny with it almost like it should be kind of say one thing about I kind of agree. So the downfall of Diddy, you know comes down to Believability and credibility and this guy Diddy if you told me a year ago that these allegations that were basically circulating were true of like, yeah, I don't know what the women kind of weird. And then we saw what happened with Cassie and everything that happened that you're like, all right, that's cool.
Starting point is 01:52:36 So we find out that the lawyer representing a lot of these allegations. He said by basically best prior to 2004 It was sort of 50 50 of who was basically alleging that what they did you said that already after to 2004 90% turned out to be men Yeah, okay insane and now we're going down the rabbit hole is hold on now There's children involved ten-year-old here. Cause we saw what Usher said. We saw what happened with Justin Bieber. What he almost said no party like a Diddy party. Cause a Diddy party don't stop.
Starting point is 01:53:12 How you get that much baby oil and that much lotion. What's going on here? So the reality is Diddy is going to be a bad boy for life in jail. So, so just really facts. I know we just touched on it, how bad and we just heard about the kid, but this was the accuser claimed he was sexually assaulted in 2008 while auditioning for making the band. Hold on, claiming he was 10 years old, interested in becoming an actor and a rapper.
Starting point is 01:53:37 This is Tom. In an attempt to help their son's career, the boy's parents hired an industry consultant who recommended to fly their son to their home in Los Angeles in New York to meet with the film industry figures During that trip the consultant arranged for combs to meet with the boy for an audition and he asked him to meet with him But by himself without seeing the family so the consultant took the boy to combs hotel room No parents left them alone and the boy performed a couple of rap songs and he said he could make him a star, he gave him a soda and then he said he felt a little bit funny and then the rest is just not good and I don't want to talk about it.
Starting point is 01:54:14 But dude, and again you talked about this Tom before too, parents, the fame, we want it, the kid, money, go to LA, go have a consultant, a handler, take him and bring him into a hotel room and leave him into a hotel room and leave him in there with Diddy, with any man. I don't give a damn who it is. On one hand, this is the horrible parenting I already talked about, I won't bring it up again. On the other hand, this is trafficking.
Starting point is 01:54:35 100%. That individual is trafficking these people for supposed auditions. What are the parents doing, dropping their kids off and leaving? I don't get it. What are they doing? Greed. We off and leaving? What are they doing? You know, we have a kid that can sing, okay? He's got a decent voice.
Starting point is 01:54:49 He's got a good voice. He's got a very good voice. The other day we were singing a song, top down, and one of the soccer parents we didn't know was following us for 10 minutes. We don't know what car they're in. They're like, dude, you guys were screaming, singing in the car, and we do that all the time.
Starting point is 01:55:02 We have a few songs, we do that too. And he's got a great voice. For me to think about sending him to a guy that he's going to spend and be in his house by himself, I mean your job is to protect your kids from situations like that. I don't know what some parents are thinking about when it comes down to the fame part. There's different ways of doing it. This is definitely not one way. Anyways, on a brighter note guys, future looks bright. Next. We can't wait to see you guys with us election night It's gonna be a blast We have so many surprises for next week for those you guys that have registered
Starting point is 01:55:35 I think now there's only one tier that's left to buy tickets up. I think that's the general one We are so I'm going everywhere right now people are stopping me pack and I get tickets can I get tickets? For those that are coming cannot wait to see you? We have people now buying 10 15 tickets at a time because they're bringing an entire entourage It's gonna be a special night that we'll be spending time together next Tuesday here at the office cannot wait for us to spend that time together But with that being said we have a podcast later on today And we're doing a that podcast today will be pre-recorded
Starting point is 01:56:05 We'll post it later on Rob Thursday is the next home team that we're doing correct, right? There's a next home team. God bless everybody
