Starting point is 00:01:29 This guy Jack Smith wants to drop everything is that is that really the case? Yeah, is that weird? Is that really the case? Yeah, I think they did it already wasn't Jack like all about going after Trump So now that he's the president like oh, let's drop drop. He's innocent right what a great turnaround good for you, Mr Smith anyways, we got a few other stories We got two seconds late, but we got a few other stories so Rachel Maddard takes a five million dollar pay cut and You have to see the reaction to this one meme that even I fell for you gotta see this reaction It's hilarious
Starting point is 00:02:02 We'll show it to you Sonny Host and apparently is is doing what four more legal notices Which is she's she's apparently like hey, we got lawyers. He's now the legal correspondent for the view That is wild to see that you know constantly Anyways, we'll talk you by the way. There's a clip. I don't know if you've seen it or not folks. It's her Ancestories being linked to slave owners. And have you seen this clip on her reaction? I think I have. It's incredible.
Starting point is 00:02:30 Her reaction. So her family owned slaves. Her family were slave owners. This is race-based. Yeah, so she was officially. You would just kill me if it was like. Right. I mean, she's tied to it.
Starting point is 00:02:38 So anyways, Meghan Merkel, this is for some people that are in very good relationships. This one's going to be tough for you. Meghan Markle released a statement after solo Thanksgiving appearance amid professional separation from Prince Henry and Prince Harry. And there's footage of Prince Harry secretly celebrating. But I mean, that's here and there. We don't have it.
Starting point is 00:03:02 But it is what it is. China looks to, it looks at Musk as conduit to Trump seeking to ward off harsh policies. TikTok seeks Musk's guidance. Bezos denies Musk's claims. Amazon founder predicted Trump would lose election and Bezos responds. You got to see that tweet exchange between the two of them. And then we got Bill Maher and Neil deGrasse Tyson clashing. This is actually made for TV will show that Netanyahu faces UK arrests over ICC warrant and there's a bunch of reaction to that with different states Canada's Trudeau says he would arrest Netanyahu and ICC's orders
Starting point is 00:03:39 This is Trudeau, which by the way, that's a whole different mess that will he's saying this while he's also at Taylor Swift's concert Celebrating while there's a ton of things going on in his country while Trump is gonna put tariffs on him. That's right You're very soon. You're right. We're gonna talk about that as well Joe Rogan unloads on Zelinski and saying F you man military industrial complex as fears of World War three grow Meanwhile a bunch of other things react. I think the boxer, Klitschka, Rob, we have that reaction as well, right, when he reacts to it. We'll show that. Brazil, Donna Brazil, we kept bragging about jobs when working.
Starting point is 00:04:13 Two can't afford things. Mom can't proceed with gender affirming care of pre-teen son, dealing with, dealing with dad brutal blows after years long fight, lost all parental rights. I already told about Justin Trudeau. Dealing that brutal blows after years-long fight lost all parental fights rights I already told about Justin Trudeau Goldman says 2025 will be Europe generating income McDonald's to add McValue menu To boost meal deal offerings and then meet the couples putting mortgages before marriages We'll talk about that an oil price drop 20% in the next two years if the US implements tariffs Goldman Sachs says
Starting point is 00:04:45 and Jamie Foxx addresses whether Sean Diddy Combs was responsible for his 2023 hospitalization. Just kind of weird. And in a couple of bonus stories, Microsoft's massive outlook and team's outage is mostly resolved. Macy's found a single employee bid $154 million worth of expenses. This Macy's employee hit $154 million. Did he buy an island? First of all, I don't even know how you do it, but we'll talk about it. He was hired by the Defense Department. He's now doing their accounting.
Starting point is 00:05:14 Pentagon. This person works for Pentagon. That's a good one. CNN ways expanding prime time anchor Kaitlin Collins' role to chief White House correspondent replacing Jim Acosta. Trump border czar Homan said something to the Denver resistance mayor you just have to see this it's phenomenal and then obviously the tariffs that are coming up is exciting to see what's gonna happen there with Mexico I believe China and Canada. Having said that gang a couple things
Starting point is 00:05:43 one today the last hat we had the one out of 500 It's gone. It's sold like you wouldn't believe and the one that's one out of 50 I believe there's a couple of them selling on eBay for four or five thousand dollars numbered has because it was only 50 of them Today we are dropping a blackout hat. This will go in no time because it's only 250 of them This is blackout. Late at night, in the dark, you put it on, you can see the value taming, the future looks bright hat. This is limited edition, numbered on the site out of $250. So first come first served, place the order. It's numbered, again, out of $250 blackout. We're going to put the
Starting point is 00:06:20 link up there for you to get, vtmerch.com. Go place your order. And by the way, for some of you guys that want to wear business gear, business attire, these polo shirts, I wear them two, three times a week with the Vitaiment logo on it. It's incredible, it's comfortable, it's fitted right. If you want to place an order of those as well, we got some of those available that just came back in. It's in full stock. I highly recommend whatever you're going to order, go order it because on Thursday, you
Starting point is 00:06:44 know what starts on Thursday Thursday put it on your calendar massive massive Massive Black Friday offer starts Thursday morning. We'll be doing a podcast on Thanksgiving, but these numbered hats will go in no time Okay, having said that Let's get right into it rap. Do you mind playing the clip? The clip I want to start off with is the Bill Maher with Neil deGrasse Tyson. The reason for this is because we had Neil deGrasse Tyson on, and I've been on Bill before and we had a great time.
Starting point is 00:07:11 He spoke 90% of the time. I sat there, had a glass of water. And so it's fun watching some of the infighting because in here, the amount of things that Neil deGrasse Tyson, the scientist, is saying that Bill Maher can no longer take it I mean, I think it's a couple clips, right? It's not just one or two clips. There's this one There's another and then I have an old one that he was talking about something about the latest clip first. Let's react to it Go for it Scientific America the magazine and I'm when it was around with it. Yeah grew up with it. Yeah, okay
Starting point is 00:07:41 Well their editor had to quit You saw this? Yeah. I heard about it because she expressed some opinions. Right. Yeah. OK. Sure.
Starting point is 00:07:53 But it sure didn't sound scientific. It didn't sound like the person I would want to be running Scientific American. OK. It was a rant on Twitter. OK. I could read it to you. It's really ugly. You know, I apologize to younger voters
Starting point is 00:08:05 that my Gen X is so full of fucking fascists. Okay, I'm not for. Okay, so do a gasket right there. I'm not for canceling anybody on either side. Yeah. But here's what I think is the scandal. This is in Scientific American, less than a year ago. Inequity between male and female athletes is a result not of inherent biological differences between the sexes
Starting point is 00:08:29 But of biases and how they are treated in sports That's nuts and it sure ain't scientific and it's in scientific American and that's why the Democrats lost the election And that's why the Democrats lost the election. It's true. Bill, every 20 minutes on your platform, you come up with another reason why the Democrats lost. You already have the answer. They lost the election. So anything you say is why they did it.
Starting point is 00:08:59 First of all, you don't watch this show, so you don't know. And now you don't, and it's okay. But you talk as if you do, and you fucking don't. And that's okay. Just don't know. And now you don't and it's okay. But you talk as if you do and you fucking don't. And that's okay. Just don't bullshit me. That's the one thing people can't ever do on your show is bullshit me. And that's fine.
Starting point is 00:09:11 But I don't say that. I have very good reasons. But engage with the idea here. What I'm asking is, Scientific American is saying basically that the reason why an NBA, WNBA team can't beat the Lakers is because of Societal bias what you're saying is not scientific American says that an editor for scientific American says that who no longer has the job
Starting point is 00:09:34 So don't indict a hundred and seventy year old magazine because somebody okay This is called scientific American and they're printing something because someone enters the cesspool that is social media and then Participates this is that exchange? So what can't you just science? Why can't you just say this is not scientific and scientific Americans should do better Well, does she still have her job? No Not because of this. I said the scandal is not her tweet This is like a year ago was Because that was like a year ago, was it? Which one was a year ago?
Starting point is 00:10:07 I think a year ago women still couldn't beat men in basketball. And it wasn't because of society. You don't see a problem here. Long distance swimming, women might actually have the advantage. You can look into that. Maybe long distance swimming. Yes. OK.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Yeah. I've looked into it. Yeah Well, I'm gonna file you under part of the problem You can pause it right there. So what do you think when you see this Vinnie? I mean to me The old DeGrasse Tyson is probably the dumbest smart person I've ever seen on the planet Earth. It's like, there's like, and you see, and I love this, when it's Democrats, Pat, going at it, and now you see where the Democrat-liberal line is, and then where they start saying far left. This guy can talk his way into anything, and this is a clip, you showed this a while ago,
Starting point is 00:11:00 this is him about transgenic, like think about this, all the science is out the window. If you wake up in the morning And you think you're a girl and you're a biological man, then that's what you are and that's what people should accept you I think it's it's it's conflating two separate things and it's just this is when smart people are trying to go way too Intertinent break things down. Can we play this clip really quick? This is Neil deGrasse Tyson when it comes to the trends and what you think and what you believe that you are. My point is, apparently, the XXXY chromosomes are insufficient. Because when we wake up in the morning, we exaggerate whatever feature we want to portray the gender of our choice.
Starting point is 00:11:45 What is he even talking about? Either the one you're assigned, the one choose to be, whatever it is. And so now, here, so, so now just to tie a bow on this. Put the bow on it. I say to you, somewhere I read, somewhere, I think I read that the United States was a land where we have the pursuit of happiness
Starting point is 00:12:07 But so science goes out the window no matter my chromosomes today. I feel 80% female 20% male I'm gonna I'm gonna put on makeup. I'm gonna do that tomorrow. I might feel 80% male I'll remove the makeup and I'll wear a muscle shirt. That is that is disturbing to listen to here's my thing, so and I remember how we always talk about the money and follow the money Adam, we always go back. What is his agenda, what is his goal in saying stuff like women can actually compete and think about it, he actually did the research to find one thing Tom where statistically and one thing out of all the sports women might, not they do, might have an edge on men in long distance swimming. So there has to be something up.
Starting point is 00:12:48 For somebody that smart to say something dumb like that, there has to be something behind it. There's no way he really thinks like that. There's no way. And I think the example he was looking for in long distance swimming was a, I think she was a Floridian, Rob. Diana, help me out here, Diana Nyad, Diana, Diana Nyad, but she tried several times to swim to Cuba or something in these incredible long distance. So he's using this one woman apparently that
Starting point is 00:13:13 tried and yet Diana and I add and she was in, she was incredible athlete. She's out there trying to swim to Cuba and trying to swim to the Bahamas, set all these records back and forth. So he's using her when the men that tried got bored and wanted to stop for a beer. So that's what really happened with the longest in the water problem. So it's like, you know what? I've been doing this for about five hours. You think we can stop and just maybe watch a ball game or something. But the issue with Neil deGrasse Tyson, this is what happened when a person who is genuinely intellectually gifted, you suddenly dive in to the opinion and the pool of wokeness.
Starting point is 00:13:52 And suddenly you get boiled like a frog and you sound nonsensical because he is trying to support the opinion of woke, the opinion of that side of all this. Bill Maher destroyed him. I love him. And Bill destroyed him on Scientific American but this is this is what's going on this is why he sounds
Starting point is 00:14:09 dumb is because he's an incredibly smart guy making no sense trying to hold up the opinion of woke. Even Ilana and him had an issue. So here's Eric posting. Eric, Rob, can you zoom in a little bit for me to see the last thing I want to give credit. Abinante, he posted a tweet on November 22nd. It's an exchange between Marr and Neil deGrasse Tyson. Elon at the top responds and says the following. He says, wow, they really don't get it. Marr is critical to the long-term survival of consciousness. Also, I'm not going to ask any venture capitalists for money. I realize that it makes no sense as an investment. That's why I'm gathering resources. Play the clip rod. This is another one watch this folks.
Starting point is 00:14:49 How soon could Elon Musk realistically send humans to Mars another good question I have strong views on that my read of the history of space exploration is such that we do big expensive things only when it's geopolitically expedient, such as we feel threatened by an enemy. And so for him to just say, let's go to Mars because it's the next thing to do, what does that venture capitalist meeting look like? So, Elon, what do you want to do? I want to go to Mars. How much will it cost?
Starting point is 00:15:15 A trillion dollars. Is it safe? No, people will probably die. What's the return on the investment? Nothing. That's a five-minute meeting and it doesn't happen. So, we agree. I'm not going to go to Mars.
Starting point is 00:15:23 Okay, wait, wait. We've got going to Mars. Okay, wait, wait, wait. But, we're not against Mars. What I'm saying is, here's how we get to Mars, right? China leaks a memo, doesn't even have to be true. They leak a memo that they want to put military bases on Mars. Then we're on Mars in ten months,
Starting point is 00:15:38 NASA doesn't have a spacecraft, but Elon does. Here's my spacecraft to Mars, and we end up paying him to use his spaceship to get to Mars. And that'd be easy for China, because Mars is already red, right? So that'd be an easy sell. That'd be an easy sell. Okay? That's hard.
Starting point is 00:15:53 So I don't see it happening until governments judge that it's geopolitically in our interest. Otherwise, I don't see it as just an exploration. I don't know. He's going from a scientist to a nut Apparently he only owns one tie one tie that has the galaxy on it and now he's anti which space exploration That could be the branding thing that he's doing. I don't have a problem with that But what I what I will tell you what this is, you know You know the clip when Ilan is in tears crying because the guys that Were his heroes were laughing at him and he says
Starting point is 00:16:25 how do you feel about some of these your heroes? He's getting emotional right? Yeah it's actually an incredible clip to watch and I've showed this clip to my sons multiple times so bottom left. No no Rob go back. You just had it go back. It was on the documentary. It's the bottom left.
Starting point is 00:16:41 That one right there. Right there. Go ahead. You can turn on the audio. Go for it. Are American heroes who don't like this idea? Neil Armstrong, Gene Cernan have both testified against commercial spaceflight in the way that you're developing it, and I wonder what you think of that. I was very sad to see that because those guys are, you know those guys are heroes of mine so it's really tough you know i wish they would come and visit and see the hardware that we're doing here
Starting point is 00:17:12 and then i think that would change their mind look at that they inspired you to do this didn't they yes and to see them casting stones in your direction and to see them casting stones in your direction. It's difficult. By the way, let me tell you something about this thing here. The only way a person is able to go through the pains that they have to build what they build, you have to believe in it and you have to have a high score of childlike, childlikeness, not childish, childlike.
Starting point is 00:17:46 I read a book, it could have been 48 Laws or it could have been Art of Seduction or one of those books that says some of the greatest leaders of all time had childlike tendencies, like their level of curiosity. So I really want to find out what's going on, like what? Christmas? What's going to be here tomorrow? Oh my God, I can't wait. Like, how am I gonna go to sleep?
Starting point is 00:18:07 Like, you know when we were kids, when you become an adult, it's like, it's just Christmas, it's Santa Claus. It's like, the other day I went to watch this movie of The Rock, what is it called? Red Notice, Rob, I don't know what it's called, Red Something. Your parent, I thought maybe you've seen it,
Starting point is 00:18:20 Red Something, like with The Rock. It's called something, I don't know, a red one. African loved it. It's the story of he is the bodyguard of Santa Claus. It's actually a very good movie. And we're going in, I'm telling Tico and Dylan and Santa, I say, you guys know this is based on a true story. And they're like, what are you talking about? I said, dad, stop, I'm telling you.
Starting point is 00:18:39 So then they're like, well, you know Santa's not real. I said, dude, if you don't think Santa's real, what makes you think you're gonna get a gift on Christmas? You say something like that, you insult Santa, he may not come don't think Santa's real, what makes you think you're going to get a gift on Christmas? That's hilarious. You say something like that, you insult Santa, he may not come through for you. They're looking at me, they know, but there's a second of it where it's like, maybe this motherfucker, maybe this. Right?
Starting point is 00:18:53 So what's the point? The moral of the story is this. Here's the moral of the story. The moral of the story is you have a guy, how many more times does he have to prove to you that he specializes in doing the impossible? What else does this guy have to do for you to realize he's not doing it for money? What does he have to do? Tell me. SpaceX?
Starting point is 00:19:13 Tesla? X? Boring company? Norolink? Wanting to cure people who can't see and back pain and all this stuff? What else does this guy have to do? And he's the number one video game, there's this video game that he's the number one player
Starting point is 00:19:28 of Diablo. How the hell do you pull, and he's got 12 kids. He's had 12 kids, he's got 11 kids, right? How do you pull all this stuff up? And then you sitting there who hasn't built anything ever, you just read books all day and you went to school and you got good grades, you're criticizing a doer? There is nothing more embarrassing than a person who is from academia sitting there
Starting point is 00:19:54 with their suit and tie on criticizing a guy that's on the ground, on the floor, getting down and dirty, building a business, trying to do something that other people simply don't want to do because they got so much money and they just want to go to parties. And this guy wants to build something. And you want to say something like that? It's just a bad look. It's an embarrassing look when you say something like that. And by the way, kudos to Bill for as much as he's part of that camp and he's part of
Starting point is 00:20:19 that community to sit there and say, dude, I can't F and take anymore with this shit freaking. What else are you going to say next? That Kamala's a winner. What else are you gonna tell me? I'm gonna have to sit here and listen to the stuff you have to say anyways, that's my thoughts Adam I'll give you the final thoughts before we go to them. I mean you really took the words out of my mouth I'll tell you why because this the most glaring thing to me between Elon Musk and Neil deGrasse Tyson is one is a capitalist and one is apparently seems to be a socialist Do you know the names of the companies that Neil deGrasse Tyson has built is a capitalist and one is apparently seems to be a socialist.
Starting point is 00:20:45 Do you know the names of the companies that Neil deGrasse Tyson has built? Do you know the names of them? Zero. He's never built a company. He has zero companies. He's built on his resume. This is a living breathing example and metaphor of a capitalist builder, doer versus what appears to be a socialist professor who basically is aligned with the progressive left. And what I loved about COVID is some people got better and some people got way worse. But no matter what, everything and everyone got exposed. All the bad ideas got exposed. All the bad policies got exposed. By the way, do you know where Neil deGrasse Tyson got
Starting point is 00:21:20 his bachelor's and his master's? Take a wild guess. California? Nope, you're close. Where? and Columbia. Oh, we're the elite, elite, elite Marxist institutions of our time. Now, there's people that went to each of those universities that have done great things. I'm not saying that everything is uniformity like that. But name to we've seen we've seen what happened with everything that happened. That's, ah ha, ah ha. Ah ha. Ah ha.
Starting point is 00:21:47 But we've seen what happened everything since basically COVID on October 7th. So there's a difference Vinny, you said it, you sort of said it. There's a difference between being smart and well-read and wise and being a builder. Elon Musk has built how many companies that you just listed off?
Starting point is 00:22:01 Bing, bing, bing, bing, bing. The other grass Tyson. Maybe you said COVID and everything everything maybe because you if I had to guess he's gotten the vaccine and nine boosters that's probably affecting his brain because something's off and just think about it off with that guy he's arguing with Bill Maher of what's a man and what's a woman feels like no no no no you lose all your ability as a liberal yeah and you're not gonna win this argument with me, Hoss.
Starting point is 00:22:25 And by the way, I'm gonna give myself a little bit of credit right now. During the election night, which was amazing, thanks, shout out to the team, we just did that event, you said, what are the reasons, biggest things, top five things, and I said, listen, I think this thing with Dillon Mulvaney and the Bud Light thing,
Starting point is 00:22:40 because that was sort of the tip of the spear of this, what is a man, what is a woman. Yeah, that upsets you. That really pisses you off. And I think we should get Dillon Mulvaney. Because you're an ally of the tip of the spear of this. What is a man? What is a woman that upsets you that really piss you off? And I think we should get cause you're an ally in the community. A hundred percent. Uh, the straight dudes who like hot chicks community, love that community, but. The, the, the Dylan Mulvaney thing was sort of a, the tipping point and metaphor
Starting point is 00:22:58 for, hold on, you can't even identify this dude, the president of the United States, Joe Biden or what's left of Joe Biden sat down with Dylan Mulvaney to have a conversation with women. Are you in kidding me? Yeah, $27 billion loss of blood, like I remember the date, like it was Easter. And on the same day I was at model volleyball, do what we do. It was the same day, I was at Model Volleyball, doing what we do, it was the same day that was Transgender Day of Visibility. They reminded us, yeah. And the White House sent out a Happy Easter
Starting point is 00:23:30 and five minutes later, and also Happy Transgender Day, I'm like, come on, guys. Yeah. How many different holidays did you say they had, PBD? 147. Yeah, 140. Shout out to the gay uncles out there. That's as of a year ago, guys.
Starting point is 00:23:44 That's climate. Don't disrespect them. It's probably a day right now. Don't disrespect. It's probably today. It's probably Gabe Anyday. By the way, let me just show you something here that I think, Rob, if you can pull up. I'm disappointed in new characteristics. You know what I love?
Starting point is 00:23:55 Here's what I love. Okay, we asked a question about baptism on how many people watch and change their minds and like, shit, you know, maybe I was wrong. Maybe this is this. Maybe the, I mean, growth in life is to go was wrong. Maybe this is this maybe the I mean growth And life is to go through those moments that we're all going through right every single year This is one of my favorite clips that they had these guys had me react to this clip and Adam's seen about just want to Show to everybody to know this is the Adams four years ago
Starting point is 00:24:18 This clip go ahead For the fifth time this is where the audience gets upset sometimes because you don't answer questions. No matter what you say, you're not going to convince me to vote for fucking Trump. So whatever way you want to vote, I'm not going to say you got me. That's when you lose people, brother. Why? That's when you lose people. Because I'm not willing to say all right. No, no, no. Let me explain to you why you lose people brother. Why when you lose people because I'm not willing no no no no let me explain to you
Starting point is 00:24:45 Why you lose people if you're saying an AOC or a Ilhan Omar? I'm not interested in that me Can I hear the end of what you said here, no doesn't have it doesn't have it But we have by the way we had many many more of those Moments, but it's good to see that this comes down to power versus force, which you always talk about. Yeah. And what's in the middle? Just being able to be reasonable. It's above middle. Middle is just just so just so you know, you know, the number one, the number one level, which is very weird that Neil is not going to write the number one level is the courage is It's courage. The power of consciousness, first level of consciousness where you're going into a good
Starting point is 00:25:28 area is the courage. The courage of what? To get in the ring. You could be wrong. The courage of talking to somebody, you could be wrong. The courage of a debate, the courage of a conversation, the courage of that. Right there if you look at yellow, the third aisle, you see courage, then neutrality. I can talk to everybody.
Starting point is 00:25:44 Then I'm willing to talk to everybody, then I'm willing to talk to everybody, then I'm accepting that I was wrong. The acceptance, that's where these guys can't do it. The left is not even at courage. They're dropping courage to pride and anger. By the way, do you have the clip from Scott Jennings, who by the way, Scott Jennings is single-handedly keeping CNN in business.
Starting point is 00:26:06 Is this the clip Rob where they're telling you about Twitter? Is this the one? Yeah, this is the one. Watch this. So check this out. CNN itself does a poll to show that the most fair platform is Twitter. We reacted to this. Play that clip Rob just to kind of show this to you.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Watch this folks. Okay, go ahead. This is CNN reporting to this. If this is, play that clip, Rob, just to kind of show this to you. Watch this, folks. Okay, go ahead. This is CNN reporting on this. One of the big reasons he bought Twitter slash X is because he wanted to make it his own platform. We make it in his own image. Twenty-two. Sixty-five percent dense.
Starting point is 00:26:37 Thirty-one percent GOP. Look at today. Party ID among those who regularly use X slash Twitter for news. Back in 2022, 65 percent of those who regularly use Twitter slash X for news were Democrats. Just 31% were Republicans. Look at where we are today. Just a completely different picture. Now it's basically split between Democrats. Now this is CNN. Remember this. Now let me show you this clip. Go ahead, Rob. Play the clip of the great Scott Jennings. Go ahead. I heard what you're saying about X. I saw a survey this week. It's now the most ideologically
Starting point is 00:27:06 balanced user platform. Scott, stop. It's too early. I just sat down. I've only been here for two minutes. You cannot say that. Who was the source? Who was the source? Look at this. We reported it on this network. It's not accurate. It's not accurate. It's not accurate. A CNN host who doesn't watch CNN says we're
Starting point is 00:27:29 wrong. You tell me what's funny. Play the rest of the clip. This is the funniest thing I've seen in my life. Go ahead, Rob. Can I reframe it a different way? Because the site changed radically, right? So whether you think the voices it are, it is somehow more balanced now, that's fine. But no doubt must influence is profound and that you open it up and now you're there with his opinion and he is now part of this administration. So does anyone else think that there should be
Starting point is 00:27:58 this greater concern about billionaires purchasing media companies? Would you be worried if Bill Gates controlled MSNBC? No, because he's sane. turn about billionaires purchasing media companies. Okay. Would you be worried if Bill Gates controlled MSNBC? No, because he's sane. Because Emma didn't think... Can I just say one thing? Well, nobody cared when Benioff bought time.
Starting point is 00:28:15 They don't care if billionaires do it. He's sane. So what I want, you know how they put subtitles on things? You know, you can do fact check, you know, false, true, fault, I want under it to say feelings, feelings, feelings, facts, facts, data, data, emotions, feelings. When they say things, well, he's evil, he's this, no, no, no, no, I love what Bill Maher says, engage with the idea, engage with the concept.
Starting point is 00:28:38 Half the time these people are saying things, it's just pure raw emotion and feelings. Well, I feel this way. So I'm going to say it as a fact. He's like, she's like, show me the source. Are you flipping? Kidding me? This network. How about the guy you hired to basically pull all the data? Yeah, that guy. So go have a conversation with him. She's like, Scott, I haven't had my coffee yet. Don't give a shit. Yeah. You're just feelings, feelings, feelings. Here's the facts. But you know, by the way, if your feelings. By the way, Mark Benioff, if I'm not mistaken,
Starting point is 00:29:07 retweeted something of Lex Friedman interview that was taking place with Javier Mele. Okay, watch what he says here. So Javier Mele, now remember Mark Benioff is who? This is a guy that on, keep going lower right, no, no, no, no, go back to the right place. Keep going lower, keep going lower, keep, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
Starting point is 00:29:26 no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, philosophy, society, history, and spirituality is profoundly inspiring. This is a man that on the concept of power versus force is willing to listen and is accepting the fact that some of the opinions he had on Malay was wrong. And Benioff, guess what?
Starting point is 00:29:57 Good for you. He owns Time Magazine about to sell it. It doesn't help that he went from 4 million subscribers on Time Magazine to 1.6, still the fact that a ten point seven billion dollar man can get up there and say something like this This is where the Neil deGrasse Tyson and others should look at this and say you know what? He's showing signs that he wants to maybe look at some other arguments instead of what we've been buying into all this time Well on the power versus force if you can bring that up, you know how that was pride. Yes, there's another word for pride It's called hubris. It's excessive pride. I had to put like, because you showed that video, when you have hubris and pride, it's unwilling to
Starting point is 00:30:34 admit that maybe I'm wrong. Maybe just maybe I've given I've been given the wrong information or my feelings won't allow me to be willing or have the courage to admit that I was wrong. So a lot of these people have hubris, excessive pride. I think it was Icarus who flew too close to the sun in Greek mythology. Yo, what the Icarus? You're dropping Icarus, dog? It's not even 10 o'clock. Listen, listen, don't make Tom start speaking German right now. And you drop it with some Ashlander. You're dropping Greek gods with the wax wings.
Starting point is 00:31:05 Can I give a shout out to my sponsors? Today's sponsor is a shout out to Adderall. Sometimes when you take your podcast, you highlight. It shows that Icarus comes out and all this Greek mythology. Let's go to the next story. By the way, that's a joke. I'm not, he takes two again. I want to, but let me go through this next story.
Starting point is 00:31:23 All right. Icarus. This is funny guys. Imagine you're the mayor of Denver and You talk shit and you say there is no way I'm gonna abide But what these guys decide to do with the border and let me read this to you and then Tom Homan Responds to him. Here is the mayor of Denver upset at President Trump and Homan because they're going to clean up the border and possibly deport a lot of illegal aliens. Look at his reaction. Go ahead Rob. I would certainly protest it and I would expect other residents would do the same.
Starting point is 00:32:01 Trump's new borders are Tom Homan has said that he is willing to arrest leaders like yourself for standing in the way of these policies that they want to enact. Would you be willing to go to jail for these things? Yeah, I'm not afraid of that. And I'm also not seeking that. I think the goal is we want to be able to negotiate with reasonable people how to solve hard problems. Republican and Democratic presidents in the past
Starting point is 00:32:25 have all tried to find solutions to these problems. President Reagan helped people get access to work so they could stay and support themselves. Biden and Harris worked on restricting entry at the border to close down there. A lot of ways to approach this problem. We don't think it has to come to this. But yeah, I think when you look at,
Starting point is 00:32:38 you know, Ralph Carr has always been one of my heroes. He was the governor who in the middle of the interment of Japanese Americans said this was the wrong thing to do. And he stood up, it was unpopular. People were mad at him about it. That was the middle of my heroes. He was the governor who in the middle of the internment of Japanese Americans said this was the wrong thing to do and he stood up it was unpopular people were mad at him about it that was the middle of wartime. If the president or any of his actors are doing things that are illegal. Go to the other one. You heard this mayor out there in Colorado uh... colorado i want to get your reaction to
Starting point is 00:33:09 it i want you to be clear about who has jurisdiction the federal government or state and local governments and if you're a sanctuary state or city are you breaking the law the absolute breaking law why does the political Arizona versus u s u c is breaking law but let me in the denver mayor we agree on one thing. He's willing to go to jail. I'm willing to put him in jail. There's a statute, it's Title 896, United States Code 1324, Triple I. What it says is, it's a felony if you knowingly harbor and conceal an illegal alien from immigration authorities. It's also a felony to impede the federal law enforcement officer.
Starting point is 00:33:45 So if we don't want to help, that's fine. He can get the hell out of the way. But we're going to go do the job. President Trump has a mandate for American people. We got to secure this country. We got to save American lives. And I find it shocking that any mayor of a city would say, and President Trump's been clear, we want to concentrate on public safety threats and national security threats.
Starting point is 00:34:02 I find it hard to believe that any mayor or governor would say they don't want public safety threats removed from their neighborhoods. I mean I mean I don't know what the hell is going on in Denver but we're gonna go and we're gonna fix it. If you don't want to fix it, if we don't want to protect these communities, President Trump and ICE will. There you go. A guy who is a doer scaring the hell out of a guy who is a people pleaser, okay? One side wants to sit there and act like it's same thing that happened in the past.
Starting point is 00:34:30 You're talking about letting people in illegally. Why do you think you did that? You left the border open for three years. You want the American people to sit there and believe that it was just accidental, that that happened. Oh, it's just not a big deal. No one's believing it.
Starting point is 00:34:41 Now the right people are getting hired and things are gonna get done about it. Can I correct you just really fast? Go please. What? No, just, this is me. No one's believing it. Now the right people are getting hired and things are going to get better. Can I correct you just really fast? Go ahead. What? Vinny? I have to correct you? Sonny Oshano, go ahead.
Starting point is 00:34:52 I like to make a legal statement. No, because you said three years. No, no, it's still open today, PBD. It's going to be four years and going until January 20th when this thing is going to get shut down. So it's been four years and it's nonstop. And for him, you notice how he was like, I'm willing to go to jail. I don't want it to get there yet.
Starting point is 00:35:08 Cause that type of guy would never last a day in prison with that attitude. And I think it's, it's, it's by the way, it's Denver, Colorado. These people act like they give a damn, but he's probably getting paid and they're going to get votes. Yeah. You, I look at this and I see the standard playbook of the left bring up something so over the top and try to draw a motion out of the left bring up something so over the top and try to draw emotion out of the other side. Trump is Hitler. Trump is Hitler. This is
Starting point is 00:35:31 Tiananmen Square moment here in Denver. No, it's not. It's moving criminals out of your city so that the people can live safely. But guess what? When the left runs out of logic, they go to feelings, they go to over the top, high emotional response statements and it's completely unsurprising. And if he really wants to go to jail, then the Denver mayor better get used to the words. Hold still. Mrs. Johnston. Wow. Tom's grabbing those shoulder blades again. By the way, what is the most watered down word these days? Hitler races, Hitler, Nazi. It's like you're just watering down what words actually used to have meaning. By the way, I don't know. I think it's upsetting me because we take
Starting point is 00:36:13 huge tragedies in history and we've somehow minimized their history in the minds of the children growing up so they can't really understand the true horrors of what happened and the villains of history that need to be seen as Villains on a 10 out of the 10 scale and suddenly it's all casualized I think that I think that is criminal He makes it makes a great point Adam doesn't he like now because of the left they have successfully made Hitler a word that people now go like this now Hitler Word that people now go like this
Starting point is 00:36:52 And this makes people now go like this younger people go maybe Hitler wasn't that bad if he's if he's pro country You know what I did you know what I do. I say wow I said oh did uh Did Trump kill six million Jews and ten million people well no I didn't do that All right, did uh did they invade all these countries all over Europe and take her try to take over the world? No, he didn't do that. All right, did uh, did they invade all these countries all over Europe and take or try to take over the world? No, he didn't do that. So Yeah, leave it to the left. Leave it to the left. I don't know not bad. I don't know Get a chance square. Yeah Yeah, I don't know if i'm ever gonna get a chance to use this reference, but did you ever see the movie? It's a parodi, uh, uh,
Starting point is 00:37:24 Don't be a menace to south Central. You've seen this movie? When he goes, lock me up, everyone's like, yeah. Throw away the key. I ain't scared of being in a cell with a man with the soap running down his back of his ass. And everyone's like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, we just said we're trying to go to jail. That's a Denver mayor. I'll go to jail. I'll sleep with three men at the same time. Whoa. Hey, whoa, whoa, whoa. Baby.
Starting point is 00:37:48 Peaceful protest. Let's go to the next one here. Tom, you know what I'm talking about. We're gonna, let's go to the next one. Rob, so Joe Rogan. It was in the documentary. Joe Rogan is reacting to Zelinsky and what they're doing out there where,
Starting point is 00:38:03 as much as the back and forward people are seeing the feud, we are very close to potential World War III and people are just flirting with this idea. Ah, you know what? It's not a big deal. You can send the long range missiles. It's going to be okay. Okay, Zelensky, let's send the long range missiles to Putin.
Starting point is 00:38:21 Okay, Putin. Hey, here's what it's going to look like if you F with us. This is what these nuclear weapons we send you. No, no, it's okay, it's not, nothing's gonna happen. And so Joe is sitting here saying this. Go ahead Rob. The world we're living in now and that's LA and that's New York and that's a lot of places that got fucked up by incompetent people. I don't know, I just feel safer knowing like...Police microphones. Oh, I feel safer knowing that Trump is in office. I do too. I feel great about it. Like I just like. What I don't feel safe is right now they're launching missiles into Russia.
Starting point is 00:38:54 Yeah. How do you, how are you allowed to do that when you're on the way out? Like the people don't want you to be there anymore. This should be like some sort of like a pause for like significant actions that could potentially start World War three maybe that would be a good thing that we would like to avoid from a dying former president this is the whole thing is nuts I mean look I don't know shit about politics is terrified you know who he's talking to fuck you man fuck you people you fucking people are about to start World War III. Yeah, it's crazy.
Starting point is 00:39:27 Russia fired a missile today. Yeah, they fired an intercontinental ballistic missile for the first time ever. It's the first time one of those has ever been used. That's insanity. Fucking insanity, because those intercontinental ballistic missiles can have nukes on them. This one didn't. But if it does, the whole world changes Yep and it changes because the military industrial complex and it changes because the money that's going to Ukraine and it changes because outgoing president or whoever the fuck is actually running the country is designed to do some decided to do something fucking insane
Starting point is 00:39:57 fucking insane I think we're about to see a new version of Joe Rogan Because when's the last time Joe Rogan reinvented himself you've always given him his flowers in his shine Well, he can do MMA he can do comedy. He can do interviews He can do so many different things but think about it When is he ever publicly voted or endorsed Donald Trump never I know it's like I mean he's been doing podcasts for over a decade. There's no question about it, but I want you to see the reaction here.
Starting point is 00:40:27 Rob, this is a, can you tell everybody who this is? This is Klitschko, the fighter, right? This is a heavyweight champion. But he's also, I think, a big player in Ukrainian politics. Go ahead, Rob. Joel Rogan, I listen to your latest podcast. I'm sending you this video to let you know that I disagree. You talk about these American weapons being sent to Ukraine, which you believe will lead to the
Starting point is 00:40:49 Third World War. So let me tell you that you're repeating Russian propaganda. Putin's Russia is in trouble. So they want to scare you and people like you. His war was supposed to last three days. and people like you. His war was supposed to last three days. It has lasted three years thanks to the heroism and sacrifice of us Ukrainians. So you're using the only weapon that Putin really intends to use propaganda and this weapon really weakens our democracies. Putin's Russia wants to destroy Ukraine quietly. They want America to stay quiet. Not great, but quiet. A great America is not an America that abundance countries that defend freedom with their lives. In short, you see, I have quite a few points of difference.
Starting point is 00:41:40 If you invite me on your podcast, we could discuss them like free men. I wonder how much of that $180 billion he's getting. But what are you talking about? Like everything that's happening right now is obvious. It's blinking. It's all these guys that are trying to start a war before Biden is out. There's no even... It's not even a secret.
Starting point is 00:42:04 What do you mean start a war? Like, I mean, start us getting really involved with the war. We're already really involved. No, I agree. No, I agree. We're at war. Listen, we're sending them weapons and missiles. We send them weapons, we send them money, we send them aid, we send them humanitarian packages. But an escalation to where we're going to deploy our troops for something that should never have happened, I think it's absolutely going to go. I'm going to pose a crazy question. Go for it.
Starting point is 00:42:29 What percentage do you agree with the Rogan camp versus the Klitschko camp? The camp, and I'm not putting words in anybody's mouth from what I discern from this, is World War III is happening. Why are we sending all this money? We've got to get the hell out of there. Zero, zero, zero. Take parts of Ukraine, we're done. Or hey, no, we're actually actually they were supposed to take us in three days. It's been three years. We're doing our fight Freedom freedom loving people support us. What percentage do you agree with each argument? Um, here's my thing
Starting point is 00:42:57 My I'm leaning obviously way more towards the Rogan Argument because and I feel bad for the Ukrainian people because they had no choice Adam They had no choice how many times has Putin said don't get close don't put NATO don't do this And then we constantly keep pushing it so they're victims in this that guy is a victim of what percentage I'm I'm 80% Rogan and I'm 20% because I feel bad for the actual people that are there that are suffering because of the policies and This is all us. this is the United States who's the most who's the most prolific money-giving to Ukraine who is it well it's United States it's a United States also what's the reason what's the reason is it like like with
Starting point is 00:43:36 the border because we care about illegals no do we care about Ukrainians no it's all business it's all money laundering. Am I am I lying am I off? No? I want to answer the same question by the way. Yeah, so I'll tell you where I'm at five things Excuse me. I'm sorry can be true at the same time The military industrial complex is taking advantage of a war and selling and making a lot of money because a lot of our money Absolutely factually it's proven is is making a U-turn. Billions go there, billions end up at General Dynamics and Boeing and United Technology, Pratik, all that.
Starting point is 00:44:11 So military, industrial complex corrupt, check. Ukraine's leadership and diplomats and Ukraine is corrupt and has been, check. The Ukrainian soldiers are bravely fighting for what they believe is their homeland track Russia's completely out of line to go take land but was provoked on the whole NATO question going back 25 years check and Biden is being a complete fool playing into hands of military industrial complex trying to kind of escalate things and Trigger Putin check. I think all of those things are true at the same time and I think the boxer trying to kind of escalate things and trigger Putin. Jack. I think all of those things are true at the same time. And I think the boxer, Mr. K, is...
Starting point is 00:44:52 Vitaly Klitschko. Klitschko. He's the mayor of Kiev. He is... Heavyweight champion in the world at one point. Right. I think he is... And so is his brother, I want to say. Right. He is saying, as a Ukrainian citizen, that he's looking around and sees Ukrainians
Starting point is 00:45:06 bravely fighting for the soil of their homeland. That can be true. And so I see all of, I see this altogether that the war should have never started. Russia's trying to take land. They should go back. But my fear, and I said this before a week ago, the way we solve wars nowadays is we negotiate treaties and somebody gets something that they shouldn't have. I happen to be in favor of the DMZ that was created in the, in the, the Sinai peninsula, that the, the, uh, after Sadat came over the canal and then Israel said nope we want a buffer zone on our side of it that we're gonna police it and so that's what I think a lot of things can be true at the same time yes we got five
Starting point is 00:45:55 days left for the month counting today December 31 that makes it 36 January 20 right right January 20th would be... We're basically two months almost. We've gone under 60. Yeah, and so 56 days, 55 days left till the day. I'm telling you, there's certain, as a kid, you look forward to Christmas, hurrying up and coming to get the gifts. As a citizen, you want that day to come
Starting point is 00:46:26 as quickly as possible. Because you have no clue what Biden and Kamala are not on the same page. Biden's doing events, she's not invited. The Turkey thinks she wasn't there, she was on a plane waving with a blue suit on, she's on Hawaii right now chilling at one of the donor's house. Rumors came out, did you see the stories,
Starting point is 00:46:42 the rumors came out that was reported on the fact that out of the one and a half billion dollars everybody's wondering what happened to the money Yeah, there's even stories about people saying that money was made because when you get one and a half billion dollars Guess what people are asking consulting firms 250 billion no no no campaign Hey, you need a hundred and two hundred and fifty billion. No, no, no, no campaign Oh, I thought you meant Ukraine my problem is campaign. Let him go one and a half billion dollars Where is that money going? Who's getting the money the one and a half billion dollars? Where is that going to Rob?
Starting point is 00:47:15 Is that it? No, sorry. This is an email because I'm a registered Democrat. This was the first time I've ever I bought Yeah from my entire life. This is the first time hang on I got a girl that I ever voted for a Republican candidate for Donald Trump. But this email I got on the 18th of this month, 13 days after the election, where the Harris campaign is asking for more financial contributions. Why would you need more money after the election is over? So, but here's the part, that's for the 20 million dollars to make up. Now you got Obama and Clinton's that are disgusted and they want nothing to do with Kamala. There's a scene with Bill Clinton saying he knew this was gonna
Starting point is 00:47:52 happen like to him he's like he knew Trump was gonna win what do you mean you knew Trump was gonna win. So out of the one and a half billion dollars who got the money? Did some people take 50 million dollar consulting fees 20 million dollar consulting fees 5 million dollar consulting fees where the hell did the money go to where is this money what happened how do you spend one and a half billion dollars that quickly without being intent so where am I going here's what I'm going with this there's still 55 days of these guys still being in charge of everything and who the hell is in charge you watch, he doesn't make
Starting point is 00:48:25 any sense, right? So for me, on what happens here, I understand what Klychkov is saying, for sure. Adam, you are a Jewish, so you're gonna have some positions that are gonna be you. I'm a Christian from Iran, a Syrian, Armenian. I'm gonna have have certain positions that I have, which is going to be whatever it's going to be for me because I've seen it. That's my life. Vinny, military vet. Yesterday one of the guys I was interviewing, he said I was in the military, he did three tours.
Starting point is 00:48:57 I said, why did you get out? He says, because I disagreed with the reasons why we were going to war. I said, we have another guy here that agrees with that as well. Same reason why he got in. He was Airman of the Year in Air Force. Vinny. Tom. Die Hard Blue Jays fan. Toronto Raptors fan. He's Canadian. I mean you can't blame him, right? This is a guy that's from Canada. He likes coconut beer. You know, but everybody somehow some way. Vince was better than MJ. That's his argument, right? I understand their positions.
Starting point is 00:49:22 That doesn't mean you're right. I understand why he would choose Ukraine. That doesn't mean you're right. I Understand why he would choose Ukraine. That doesn't mean he's right. I understand why Russians will side with Putin that also doesn't mean they're right. We're Americans. We have one goal You know what the goal is no war. That's what the outcome is What the hell can we do to stop any of this stuff? Because if a nuclear bomb goes, guess what happens next? Everything else is the domino effect. It's one by one by one and it can get, remember how quickly, remember when December of 2019, they were saying, I don't know if you remember this,
Starting point is 00:49:59 circulation about a virus, December of 2019. And I'm like, what are you talking about? Yeah, you know, there's a COVID, December of 2019. And we're like, what are you talking about? Yeah, you know, there's a COVID, coronavirus, China virus we have to be careful with. Yeah, whatever, what are these guys talking about? No, first case, Rob, can you pull up first case coronavirus 2019? And then they say Wuhan wet lab, wet market.
Starting point is 00:50:21 Yeah, that's something with a bat. The market in Wuhan, They didn't say lab. So watch. Okay. So coronavirus, MERS, SARS developed into BATS. COVID-19 first appeared a small scale on November of 2019 with a large cluster appearing in Wuhan, China. When?
Starting point is 00:50:37 December of 2019. Okay. And we're kind of hearing stuff on the news. How much were you really paying attention, folks? Be honest. Were we really paying attention? Very little. Very little. How paying attention to? Very little. Very little. How about in January? Very little. How about in February? Maybe a little bit
Starting point is 00:50:50 more. How about the day NBA, Universal, Disney, NHL, NFL shut down? How about then? How were you reacting then? Then what happened to America everything changed like this Remember that that's how life goes. It's like cancer. You're living a good life. Everything is good. Hey, guess what what? This is not benign. You actually have cancer Like this. Hey, what are you doing right now? Are you sitting down? Yes I'm gonna share something with you. It's gonna be painful. What's that? XYZ just passed away. That's how life changes. It's sudden, it's unexpected, you don't know what's happening. One nuclear bomb is dropped by Putin because he's sick of NATO, he's sick of the games Biden's playing, he's sick of Ukraine. It goes like this. Then all of a sudden it's World War III
Starting point is 00:51:42 and we're living in it. Then what do you say? Then in 30 years we have to explain to our grandkids, hey grandpa, did you ever, like when World War III happened and 1.2 billion people died or whatever the number is going to be because if it happens it could get very nasty, whatever the, 6 million, 8 million, 50 million, a billion, whatever it is, if it gets intense. Did you ever think that was going to take place? No pops. Really?
Starting point is 00:52:07 No. I never thought it was going to happen. How was it? I was literally sitting there doing my thing and Russia dropped the first nuclear bomb and then it was crazy. Shutdown everywhere. Military shutdown. No way.
Starting point is 00:52:21 Yes. What changed? And then we tell the story of what changed. Because that happens like this. Now, some may say, give me a fricking break. That's never gonna happen to me. That's never gonna happen. That's never gonna happen.
Starting point is 00:52:34 Like I'm with you. Future looks bright. We believe that. But we're also 49%, you know, only the paranoid survive. I am for no war. I lived in Iran under war for almost 10 years and it sucked as a kid. It left a mark on me as a kid. I saw it. It's horrible. There's nothing exciting and fun about it. Every day
Starting point is 00:52:56 you're nervous. Every day you're nervous. Every day you're scared. So yes the goal is to have no war. So I'm saying to you, the next 55 days can't come fast enough where there's going to be at least somebody that these guys fear that he can knock some senses into Zelensky and say, no, you don't have permission to send long range missiles. No, Russia, you don't have permission to do this. Let's sit down and talk. Trump will fly to Moscow. He will fly to Putin. He will fly and have a meeting with those guys and say we're coming to get if not putting a tariff on both of you guys. Let's sit down and talk. He will go to them and it will figure
Starting point is 00:53:33 out a way to get this thing to be done with. This is a very serious situation that we're talking about. We can sit here and just kind of think like it's news and life and all this other stuff. It is. They're playing with fire. So Rogan's position, I'm not speaking on behalf of Rogan and what Rogan is saying, but I understand Rogan's sentiment that this thing can go zero to World War III in no time just because these guys wanna sell more weapons and money and revenue going up because you need more hypersonic
Starting point is 00:53:57 whatever for us to make. Like imagine if you make that product and you're in a meeting. So how is the forecasting looking for 2025? Oh shit, what are we gonna do? It's not looking good sir. Why is that? Because we're at peace. Everyone's getting along. Well, what's wrong with you? We can't have any peace. How are you gonna hit your numbers? Sir, we, no one's buying right. Well, you need to create some kind of tension for people to think that something's gonna happen
Starting point is 00:54:26 for them to buy. We need the next propaganda. What's the next big propaganda to scare people into buying new weapons? What's your sales pitch? How do you sell it? And life insurance when we sold, guess what we talked about?
Starting point is 00:54:39 Mary, John, you guys have life insurance. No, we don't have life insurance. Many times they look like this, by the way, because I was in the markets. Mary, John, you guys have life insurance my hand no we don't have life insurance we don't many times they look like this by the way because I was in our markets Mary John you guys have life insurance no we don't then I would say John what are you gonna do if God forbid something happens to Mary well I'm gonna cause it maybe I hope she's covered by the way but you know what it was? You would sit there and say, John, Mary, Mary, what are you going to do if John passes away and you got three kids?
Starting point is 00:55:10 What are you going to do? Then you know what you would ask John? You would ask this question. John, would you? Like if she fell on the hot tub tomorrow with a toaster or something like that? You're not on a serious note. You know what the one question was? That the husbands always were willing to make a decision?
Starting point is 00:55:22 You know what the one question was? You ready for this question? What do you think the question is? The question was this. Vinny, let's just say it's you. You're married. Visualize you're married. Okay? Tom, you're married. Would you like Kim, let's call your wife, Mary? Would you like her to be forced to marry a man due to desperation of money? No. Or would you like her to have the choice to marry somebody that she feels can protect your kids because their father's no longer here?
Starting point is 00:55:53 Option B. I don't want her to get married, period. As weird as this is, it is a real question to be asked. Because many wives whose husbands didn't set them up financially, they just marry anybody. Because they need somebody to pay the bills. If they have three kids and they're homemakers. Make sense? So in a situation like this in the boardroom, they're like, hey man, how are we going to hit these numbers?
Starting point is 00:56:15 We need more war. How do we create more war? This is a reality that we're in right now. And again, 55 days, guys. 55 days. It's going down like this. Countdown to 55 days guys, 55 days. It's going down like this. Count down to 55 days so somebody can come in and say, hey, pump the brakes, we're not going to war.
Starting point is 00:56:32 Anyways, let's go to the next story here. Next story, I know Tom, you got some thoughts on this one here. Netanyahu faces UK arrest over ICC warrant. Oh, let's go, page eight. Oh, let's go page 8. Israel Prime Minister Netanyahu faces potential arrests in the UK following an international criminal court, ICC, warned for alleged war crimes in Gaza, which also includes former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. Drowning Street has confirmed the UK will uphold its legal obligations under ICC Act
Starting point is 00:57:05 2001, which mandates compliance with such warrants. While the government refrained from commenting on specific causes, a spokesperson emphasized that Netanyahu would not receive special treatment if he were to visit the UK. The ICC actions have sparked political debate, which we'll talk about here in a minute. And at the same time, you've got, what's his name, comes out. Justin Trudeau comes out, page nine it is, and he says the following, let me see, does it say, it says page nine here, but I don't have it.
Starting point is 00:57:34 Where is page nine, Rob? It says Justin Trudeau, Canada's Trudeau, do you see that story? I don't have it here. Is it on 10? Right here. Okay. Nine. Canada's Trudeau says he would arrest Netanyahu I don't have it here. Is it on 10? Okay Canada's Trudeau says he would arrest Netanyahu and ICC orders
Starting point is 00:57:48 He stated on Thursday that Canada would enforce the ICC warrant for Prime Minister Netanyahu Emphasizing we stand up for international law and we will abide by all the regulations and ruling of the international accords This is just who we are as Canadians Trudeau highlighted broader goals of courts. This is just who we are as Canadians, Trudeau highlighted broader goals amid the Gaza conflict, such as aid flowing in the release of hostages and return to two-state solution, condemning Hamas while urging for a ceasefire to protect civilians. He acknowledged the domestic challenges for Canadian communities impacted by the conflict, stating, we have to remember who we are, be there for each other, pushing for peace and stability as hard as we can.
Starting point is 00:58:26 Tom. This whole thing is borderline ridiculous. You've got two countries that are basically at war, one against its will, right? Israel's been dragged into a war, you know, and it is a war. It is not just a border skirmish and a battle, it's a war, and they have been dragged into it.
Starting point is 00:58:48 And now you're gonna say, all of the leaders that are doing things that are horrible, and the people from Hamas and Hezbollah, and Iranian leaders that are responsible for things, funding them, encouraging them, and doing all this. The one guy that you say, we're gonna pull him over for speeding because he's done some things and these are,
Starting point is 00:59:12 these are war crimes, some civilians have died, these are war crimes. The one guy the ICC wants to pull over is Netanyahu. Shouldn't there be a long list of other people from Iran and Syria and some other locations Really the one guy you want to pull over and then the UK says we'll back it up But you got to remember who's speaking and who the UK is if you've been to London You know why they call it right now Londonistan. You know why they call it that that's not a bad nickname
Starting point is 00:59:41 That's what's going on and the political climate just like Minneapolis Just like we have with Omar and our own government. This is the things they say and so You're not hearing the core of the UK. You're not hearing sensible You know Western leaders saying hang on a second There's a war going on and there's people there should be a whole group of people that's pulled over for speeding here look at this and then you've got Trudeau don't look at Trudeau as a Western Canadian he's a socialist Marxist that was elected by his last name and is doing his best to ensure he's unelected at the first opportunity which will happen that's
Starting point is 01:00:21 what's going on here it's's ridiculous. This is the liberal side of media that's pulling these things together, and this is the liberal side of life that's pulling all these things together, and they're out there. And then you've got Lindsey Graham, a voice of reason, saying, hang on, hang on. If you're going to go follow the internet, the ICC, and you're going can start arresting people you're gonna have some problems with with us You're gonna have some serious problems, which is the same thing you're gonna hear from Trump Trump when it comes out It'd be like wait a minute. Who's doing what who's gonna arrest who there's a whole list of people ICC should be putting on Putting on arrest warrants here. There's a war going on. It's terrible. It's horrible
Starting point is 01:01:07 Civilians have died. It's horrible But this is really ridiculous. Yeah, I mean just a quick list of you understand how the ICC works So, you know, there's the United Nations Security Council that I think there's five permanent members on the UN Security Council So there's three that are kind of on our team and there are two on the other team. So if the US, you have the UK and you have France. And then number four and five are China and Russia. And at any point, anyone can veto or suggest
Starting point is 01:01:39 that someone goes to the criminal court of the ICC, the International Criminal Court. So here's who's been recommended to go to the criminal court of the ICC, the International Criminal Court. So here's who's been recommended to go to the criminal court, but it's been blocked by China and Russia. Do you remember what Bashar al-Assad did to his people in Syria? Hundreds of thousands, if not over a million people dead in a Syrian civil war. This good looking gentleman right here, Bashar al-Assad, million people dead. No, no arrests, no nothing.
Starting point is 01:02:06 And he probably used biochemicals. Well, he did. Okay. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, what they're doing to basically subjugate their people, the thug-like regime in Iran, no ramifications, no nothing. By the way, let's not mention what China and the CCP are doing to the Uighurs, basically putting them in work camps.
Starting point is 01:02:29 And just don't worry about these concentration camps that they got going on. I think even Putin was recommended by the ICC. The point is they're a toothless organization that has no, they're all bark, no bite. And the United Nations, I used to be like, this is corrupt, this is what's going on Just think about it if you want to just put it is real in a vacuum for a second
Starting point is 01:02:49 How many Arab states or Muslim states exists in the world take a guess? 50 Okay, give or take someone might say well, it's only 49. Okay, you got me How many how many Jewish states won so automatically if you're not on team Israel? You're losing 50 to one right here. So thank God the United States is an ally to Israel, and they will at least stand for justice and reality here. Because, and this is a weird analogy here, but you do the body count thing, I'm talking actual deaths. If you look at what's going on in Sudan, you look at what's going on in
Starting point is 01:03:21 Yemen, you look what's going on in countless countries all over the world. You have in Russia and Ukraine, hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people dead. The latest number that came out of Gaza, which is horrible, nobody wants this war, 40,000 dead. Even Hamas has acknowledged that half of those people that have been dead were actually Hamas terrorists. So you're looking at a two to one ratio, which is one of the upper echelons of wars in war in combat zones.
Starting point is 01:03:49 It's not like they're fighting in a field somewhere. They're in towns. They're in buildings. Hamas is embedding weaponry in hospitals, schools, playgrounds, mosques. What is this real to do? Garages under townhouses. What we've learned is one thing, and this is sort of the Justin Trudeau analogy here Up is down left is right. The Sun is the moon Everything's upside down and if you're a hater and if your progress is leftist and you're somehow Rob can you go up who the ICC who the ICC has done this with in the past?
Starting point is 01:04:23 That's what I'm trying to find out. I just went online to see who ICC's president is. It's this lady named Judge Tomoko Akane, who is Japanese, who is the president of ICC. What I'm trying to find out is, who else have they issued arrest warrants for? Okay, can you zoom in so we can see okay so we saw that one we already talked about that one Putin in 2023 okay keep going lower other
Starting point is 01:04:52 individuals president of Sudan okay go lower Joseph is that it let me get this straight that's it according to chat GBT that is it. Can you go and Google this and say outside of Chad GBT who else have the issue? So then this means they have zero credibility. They have zero credibility when it's something like this. Because for me if you're going to go out there, who's missing that should be on that list? You mean to tell me Khomeini's not on that list? No. You mean to tell me, they have to be a bigger list than that.
Starting point is 01:05:29 Assad? No, Zouman, who else have they have? How about maybe the leaders of Hamas or Hezbollah? Nothing. So they have publicly indicted 67 people. So who are the biggest names they've ever indicted? 67 people of these names. Let's see if we know any of these guys.
Starting point is 01:05:45 Joseph Kony, which remember Kony 2012? Remember that guy when video came out about what he was doing? Yes. So let's go down the list of names. Keep going, Low Rob, that's 67. Keep going, see where the credibility lies. Keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going.
Starting point is 01:06:01 Muhammad Ali? Why Muhammad Ali? That's a different Muhammad Ali. going all right so Goddafi okay 2011 another Goddafi keep going keep going keep going now we're in 2013 keep, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going, and then you got Netanyahu. How long has ICC been around? When did ICC actually become official? What's the year, if you can go up and see when ICC got started?
Starting point is 01:06:41 1998, ICC. So 98 till today, those are the folks that have gotten it. Interesting. But how many are from anything to do with Houthis? How many are from Hamas? How many are from Hezbollah? How many is from Iran? How many is from what they did? Anything? So then you lose credibility if you're doing something like that because the amount of damage that's been done by some leaders and You know that you're going after you lose credibility now I can understand a position like that what would you what would ICC being comparable to Tom like is ICC a
Starting point is 01:07:22 Comparable to like UN like WHO. How would you compare ICC? They like UN, like WHO? How would you compare ICC? They do have a court at The Hague and they have put some people in prison. There's one guy that they sent to Norway for 25 years, I think it was, like he ended up in prison in Norway. But it's largely a toothless giant, almost like a press release machine.
Starting point is 01:07:44 And they hysterically show NetNahu now as a fugitive. Fugitive, like Fugitive from Justice, they call him a fugitive on their docket. He's known as a fugitive. They largely have no bite. There's an international coalition that allows it, and it kinda goes like this. You know, I don't know,
Starting point is 01:08:04 we're gonna go do some stuff this weekend. I don't know, we're going to go do some stuff this weekend. I don't really want to be bothered with this. Why don't we just have ICC put Vinny on trial and then he'll just send them to some company, some country that's got a prison, a company that operates prisons and we'll, we'll just hold them there. It's like that. Who gives them the authority? The coalition of countries that seem to agree with it. And by the way, the hysterical thing is when Manuel Noriega, the United States
Starting point is 01:08:33 had had enough, what did we do? We went in and pulled his butt out of his little palace, took him to Florida, Panama, put him on trial and put them in our prison because we said, we are pissed. He did wrong. We will take care of this. Thank you very much. Stay out of the fricking way. That's what happened. But when they don't want to do it that way, Pat, and by the way, that's happened in many countries where countries get mad at somebody and they get upset and they go and they put them on trial in their country, then they put them in their prison. So okay, boom, that's what they do. Meanwhile, the ICC is like this, they're like the park rangers.
Starting point is 01:09:11 Think of it that way, they're the park rangers. And for having an illegal campfire, the park rangers could detain you. Vinnie, what do you think about this? The one thing that stuck out in my head was, what page was it, eight, seven? So when he's saying Justin Trudeau would enforce the ICC warrant, what does that mean?
Starting point is 01:09:31 If he goes to Canada, he arrests them. Okay, that's what I was gonna say. Oh, when is Danielle planning on going to go to Canada? That's like a threat that's like, by the way, I can't take somebody serious that's at a Taylor Swift concert With a bunch like this many bracelets PBD with a bunch of young girls get like one of the creepiest things I saw for the past couple days was the same guy who pushes this LGBTQ
Starting point is 01:09:58 Agenda the trans thing. He is so so so far left. This is true though Look at look at this guy. He's at a Taylor Swift concert and he was making bracelets and giving them to like really, really, what a weird, creepy dude. And like that type of threat, like here's my thing. Why is he saying something like that? You know damn well Benjamin Netanyahu is never going to go to Canada. Why would he go to Canada?
Starting point is 01:10:23 I don't think he's worried about going because... That's what I'm saying. If Trudeau arrested him in Canada, Canada would be taken over. Moments later, Massad starts going down a list around I'm going to make an analogy right now. Your cousin's missing. Your dog's missing. Don't check your pager. Just some comparable analogies. Justin Trudeau is the Joe Biden of Canada. He's the walking dead. His approval ratings are hovering in the high thirties, low forties. Have you ever seen any videos of this guy, Pierre Poliev, this guy in Canada, dismantling Trudeau with every single iota of Trudeau's perfect hair and his quaff. Justin Trudeau with every single iota of Trudeau's perfect hair and his quaff. Justin Trudeau as just typical playbook. Well, he's racist.
Starting point is 01:11:11 He's anti-women. This guy is just slicing and dicing Trudeau. And Netanyahu, as it turns out, he's sort of the Trump of Israel. He's going to get thrown in jail. His approval ratings are low. Nobody wants him. He's as high as it's ever been. People are basically realizing, oh shit, all the nonsense we were dealing with her in COVID they were going to throw them in jail. Turns out he's eliminating his bola.
Starting point is 01:11:37 Hamas is basically eliminated. The Houthis are basically when Trump got elected, Houthis basically basically like yeah, we're done. So Netanyahu is very comparable Yeah to Trump and Trudeau is very comparable to Biden I think we're seeing but the next time that Canada has an I will say this think it's October of 2025 say I will say this goodbye to charge or for the community for the community that doesn't want any war I can see why they would support this. I can see why they would support it if you don't want war. Nobody wants war.
Starting point is 01:12:11 I get that. Other than the military industrial complex, which you gave a great example of. Sure. Nobody's waking up every day, yay war. Yeah, but some. War is a necessity sometimes. Some people, don't get me wrong, I'm not telling,
Starting point is 01:12:23 just saying the people that are for this this all excited about what he's going through You know it may be a community that says we don't want any war so those may be the same people that are Trump supporters Saying hey hurry up and get in so we can stop all the mess That's going on over there in the Middle East who knows because some are saying it's gonna get in and he's gonna back up Net yahoo to go out there and even do more than what he's doing right now I don't know if that's gonna be the case, but we'll see. Again, arrest warrant for Netanyahu from ICC. Let's go to the next one.
Starting point is 01:12:52 Let's go to the next one. Next story is, let's go to this one. Meghan Markle, okay, which Vinny, I know you and Tom prepare for this immensely, so whenever you guys are ready with your statements, I'm coming to you first. Vinnie, I know you and Tom prepare food is immensely so whenever you guys are ready with your statements I'll jump right in. Thank you. So Megan Merkel Released a statement after solo Thanksgiving appearance amid professional separation from Prince Harry Megan released a statement after hosting a heartfelt dinner for Afghan women
Starting point is 01:13:22 resettled in the US organized through the success is our archival foundation and their partner Mina's list she described the evening as fostering gratitude and resilience and expressed deep appreciation for women's personal stories adding plans for future gatherings the dinner was hosted at our palace at our place founded by she'sah Shaheed. With attendees receiving cookware as gifts, Prince Harry did not attend Merkel's Thanksgiving event as he was in Vancouver for Invictus. Game related activities, the couple had repeatedly reportedly been navigating a professional separation. With Harry
Starting point is 01:14:03 admitting they've been at a crossroad would work despite solo appearances they recently appeared together in a video discussing children's online safety through archival so Adam what are your thoughts on the story here? I don't know why they couldn't just like figure out how to make content together. By the way did you you see this coming? Like were you is this? Yes, surprise. Can I do? Oh Vinny? He's asking me. Yeah. Yes me first buddy. I'm sorry. See that's it That's what happens or this professional separation. That's what we're gonna work it out. I'll work it out So I don't think they're getting divorced. I don't think anything getting separated. Ultimately, I think this means they're not doing content together anymore
Starting point is 01:14:42 It's professional what this means. I mean they're not doing content together anymore? Is that what this means? I mean it's gonna lead to something bad because if you guys if you can't work together how are you gonna be in a relationship together? You know what I mean? Like I don't understand that. Number one I don't think anyone actually cares. I don't think anybody's losing sleep about this. You know who this falls on? There's only one person this falls on and that's Prince Harry. Dude you're the freaking prince of England, of Great Britain. You pluck up some B-list actor out of obscurity. What show is she on? Suits? Actress. Okay,
Starting point is 01:15:13 whatever she is, actress. And you basically remove your titles. You say, I don't want to be a prince anymore. You move out of your home country, the country your family basically runs to go become a podcaster in LA you freaking loser. You write a book and upset your truth house and your old family. Yeah, your your grandmother dies like the next year or so. And now you're does even have a title is even a prince. Prince Harry is a frickin loser. And he basically gave up everything for love, and now it's coming to bite him in the ass, and now they're gonna do content
Starting point is 01:15:50 together anymore. Cry me a frickin' river. Vinny, what's this again? Oh, this is me playing the world's smallest violin for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. Oh my goodness. I'm sure their kids are gonna look like Blake Griffin. She's an American actress. There's an expiration date on all of her relationships and it's right around seven or eight years because she's, a trigger goes off and her agent says, you know, you've been in this relationship
Starting point is 01:16:13 for seven, eight years, you got a couple of kids, it's time for the book deal and the Oprah tour. Right, and meanwhile, you know, he's part of the royal family and he has an uncle, paragon of morality, Prince Andrew. And, you know, and so you're just, you know, here's what happened. Trump gets elected and the tabloids don't have any headlines and they're like, this is terrible. We need something here. We need a headline like Prince's plunging the royal scepter in another, in a, you know, with a
Starting point is 01:16:42 starlet on another continent. I mean, they need something, it's what they want. And so they, you have to stir up trouble, but this is like meaningless. What are these, when we've got World War III about the star, I really don't care about a B-list actress who, okay, maybe she's trying to do good, maybe she's got a charity and stuff, but there are bigger issues in the world
Starting point is 01:17:01 than the home wrecker, like you didn't know, you didn't know that it ultimately would go this way. Are you, Prince Harry, are you serious? PPD, I know you told me you lost a lot of sleep last night about this, you're running on fumes, because you were up all night. I don't know if you were crying. We have extra tissues.
Starting point is 01:17:20 Why are you so affected by this story? What happened? Listen, I mean, you know, when we saw this story coming out on a serious note what upset me the most about this is Harry's lack of I tweeted something yesterday, right? If you can go to this tweet go to tweet it was 20 something points I put up right and I had Dylan read this yesterday. This goes very quickly. This is not easy 20 qualities that guarantees
Starting point is 01:17:45 a better life. Number one is gratitude. By the way, it's easy for us to read it. It's kind of hard. Yeah, yeah, what's the next one? No, it's actually gratitude. And being grateful for who? The people that changed your life. Harry's a nobody without his parents. Meaning, the amount of benefits you get from that and you embarrass them publicly on the world scale, what was that? Number two, having the right perspective. People are gonna try to confuse you a little bit. That could be a girl that's getting into the family.
Starting point is 01:18:12 You're supposed to say, listen, you're marrying me, you're marrying the family. That's what comes with the family. Perspective, being reliable. You're no longer reliable to the family. And by the way, if you wanna have your own identity, I totally get it. It doesn't mean you don't need to be reliable to your family
Starting point is 01:18:26 No one who to be loyal to you can slow down Rob so people stay with us go a little lower if you could so It's only five of them. No Rob. I'm saying the other way Rob. Yeah. Yeah So no one who to be loyal to sometimes we forget who to be loyal to sometimes our loyalty is to People that's just like we want to like we want to be liked by. It's like, oh, I want to be loyal to that guy. No, who do you need to be loyal to? Like actually if you ask that question, who's on that list? It shouldn't be a long list.
Starting point is 01:18:52 The list shouldn't have 40, 50 names on there. It should be a handful of names on that list. Knowing the difference between criticism and flattery. I was going to put flattery there but it says feedback. There's a couple things I missed here. One of the best scriptures ever, faithful are the wounds of a friend and then the opposite is the kisses of an enemy. Rob, can you go up and type in Proverbs 27.6? If you can type in Proverbs 27.6, I want to see what's a different word.
Starting point is 01:19:21 Faithful are the wounds of a friend but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful. So wounds of a friend, I criticize you, we're friends. Like listen bro, what are you doing? Just don't behave that way. But a guy that wants to come in between you and I, they're like dude, Pat sometimes pushes you around a little too much man. Because honestly I think without you he's a nobody.
Starting point is 01:19:42 Kisses of an enemy are deceitful. But it is a kiss, and we always like kisses more than wounds. It's very confusing. He's being kissed by an enemy, it's Megan, while he needs to be faithful to his family, because family's giving you feedback. It's different perspective. Go back to the tweet, Rob. A sincere pursuit of wanting to have a
Starting point is 01:20:06 relationship with God humble yet confident keeping your word relentlessness a great teammate leading to the best of your abilities in every situation avoiding the temptation of being like very hard to do choosing both your enemies and allies accordingly being aggressively patient in pursuit of a vision instead of just money long-term thinking instead of short-term chase knowing how to embrace and have fun while going through hell. It's very hard to do while you're going through hell. Controlling who has influence over you, avoiding bitterness and we can have on your spirit.
Starting point is 01:20:35 It can steal a decade or two away from you and make it seem like an hour. You'll turn 60 overnight. Surrounding yourself around good company whom you trust and can enjoy a good meal with. Future looks bright. You know, family will do this to each other. So they'll go, they don't want to be wrong. It's like, oh, so let me tell you what really happened. Here's when they tell a lot to their kids.
Starting point is 01:20:56 I mean, I grew up with this. Like, let me tell you who your dad really is. I'm like, now, even though I'm a kid, I don't believe you. He's this guy. You're not gonna waste decades of great relationship with me and my dad. You're just not gonna do it. My dad and I have a great relationship together.
Starting point is 01:21:11 People will do this to you, and unfortunately she succeeded. How many years did she steal away from his family? How many years? How many people died during this time? Rob, how long has Megan and Harry been together? Can we guess, is it eight? I don't know what the number is.
Starting point is 01:21:23 I mean, Tom said seven, so maybe it's a seven thing. I don't know what the number is. How long and Harry been together? Could we guess? Is it eight? I don't know what the number is. I mean, Tom said seven, so maybe it's a seven thing. I don't know what the number is. How long have they been together? It feels like six years. It's coming up seven years. So there you go. Tom Trax is very close. Don't let him fool you.
Starting point is 01:21:33 So six years, right? They're about to get that seven year itch. Right, May is gonna be seven years. Seven years. And it's ruined, the damage is done. I was there, I cost the bouquet. As a brother, of course, the prodigal son, you're okay letting the person back in. But let me tell you, in the back of your mind you're always gonna be like,
Starting point is 01:21:47 you're capable. You're capable of doing this and permanently that's the reputation. You think they're gonna get divorced soon? Based on this track record? I don't know the guy. I don't know the guy. I don't. She gives me the vibes of Jada. She's a Jada camp. The attention has to be always around Jada, always around Megan. It is what it is.
Starting point is 01:22:19 What percentage of the blame do you put on him versus her? It's not even a question. Of course it is. He should have read the book 101 Questions to Ask. You're right. It is on him. But I'm just saying this. Listen, Adam, who fooled you with Russia collusion for how long?
Starting point is 01:22:36 The lame stream media. They got me. For how long did they get you? Until about like a week ago. No, but honestly. They got America for a few years. They did. But for how many years was that? Four, five, six years? Man, they pin, how many people did they pin against each other? Family, friends, everybody.
Starting point is 01:22:51 All I'm trying to say is the point I'm trying to make to you is anybody's capable of falling for this trap. This is not like, hey, you're above somebody and it's not anybody. We just have to be as bulletproof as possible to not fall for these types of temptations. Flattery destroys a lot of relationships. A lot of relationships. What was the quote that you said before the Proverbs? What was it? Kisses, wounds from a friend instead of kisses that are deceitful from an enemy. Right? Proverbs 27, 6. Never gets old. I can't say how many times I've talked about that.
Starting point is 01:23:25 What is the wounds from a friend meaning to you? If I tell you, Adam, honestly, the way you treat your brother, you don't even have a brother, the way you talk about your brother makes me very uncomfortable. I don't like it. Because you should never disrespect your brother like that,
Starting point is 01:23:40 even though if you guys are going through stuff. Even though you guys have fights, never disrespect your brother publicly and You may walk on and say whose side are you on me? You don't even know what fuck my brother's doing da da da da da and then somebody else's bad I've known you for 20. What the who is he bro? He doesn't know who your real brother is I'm not telling you I don't know who your real brother is just don't throw your brother under the bus publicly keep it to yourself on a small circle like if we're sitting here publicly having dinner with a group of people that we don't
Starting point is 01:24:06 know and you start openly talking about your own family in a way where there's two people that are sitting at the table we don't know, I'm not talking to you openly. I don't know who you are. Who are you? No, no, you're not in that community. If we're sitting with a smaller community, we're talking about certain things, I get it. Not publicly.
Starting point is 01:24:22 And then so you may walk away and say, well, Pat's place. What's what motivation does he have to say respect my brother? Why would he would like how does he win? So go? Okay? What's this guy? This guy's trying to now man? Don't flattery dude flattery has destroyed civilizations this whole new movie gladiator 2 that came out that you know I had a hard time watching because every time I'm comparing it to the only movie in my life that I give in a perfect 10 only one movie in my life I've given it a 10 that there's nothing wrong with the movie and that's gladiator 1. Wow. And you make a movie you don't
Starting point is 01:24:58 even get Russell Crowe's council they make they make gladiator 2 Ridley Scott not once called Russell. He's nowhere in the movie. He's alive. He's not in the movie. I know he's got a difficult personality, but how is he not in the movie? I watch this movie.
Starting point is 01:25:12 The brother kills his brother in the movie. Why? One guy gave flattery to him. Said you can run the country better than Denzel. Flattery is so freaking powerful. It is so freaking powerful. When you're in the web of flattery, you know what it says? It's because of you. You're doing it. Nobody without you, they would never make it. Your husband is nothing without you. Your wife is nothing without you. Your partner is nothing. you, your partner's nothing, you're
Starting point is 01:25:45 like, oh, they're right, I don't get enough appreciation. Boom, you make a stupid mistake, you lost a great relationship. It happens that quickly that when you're in the web, you simply don't know you're in the web. I had this conversation with Mikey, I've been talking to them about this a lot lately, just to kind of prepare them because it's coming. They're going to have girlfriends and they're going to go into families and they're going We've been talking to them about this a lot lately. Just to kind of prepare them because it's coming. They're gonna have girlfriends,
Starting point is 01:26:06 and they're gonna go into families and they're gonna talk shit. You gotta be ready for it, because it's coming. You wanna make sure they're as bulletproof as possible, but they're kids. They're gonna go through this next phase. I don't know how the hell we got here, but Megan, thank you for this content.
Starting point is 01:26:19 It was great. I think that was very important to understand. All right, let's go to the next one. Let's have some good news here, guys. McDonald's to add McValue menu. Let's goalue menu boost meal deal offerings. We need some good news, man. We need, you know what? We're going to McDonald's after this. On me, guys. We just crushed it lately. Honestly, Tommy, forget Casa. It's too cheap. We're going to McDonald's. Alright, McDonald's will launch the McValue menu on January 7th. Why not the 6th, McDonald?
Starting point is 01:26:44 You should have done it on the 6th. There would have been an insurrection outside of every McDonald's. Buying up the McValue type of stuff, featuring a buy one, add one for a dollar, deal applicable for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast options include the sausage McMuffin, sausage biscuit and sausage burrito and hash brown. By the way, can you imagine you go to McDonald's?
Starting point is 01:27:06 By the lights and menu you know you go to France And you go to dinner you spend six hundred dollars a person that the patty is this big and they bring out the steak They're like I never I went to a place we went to this 11 Madison. They're like in the main course. They brought the main course Here's the eggplant. I'm looking like I'm you remember this eggplant? Yeah, I didn't want to say anything because I was super respectful. $30,000 later? Yeah. $30,000, I'm getting an eggplant? This guy gave me a shaved carrot. He said, hey man, this is a filleted carrot.
Starting point is 01:27:36 Listen man, I'm getting distracted folks. Let me go back to the $5 meal initially launched as a limited time offer will now be part of the McValue platform and extended through summer of 2024. The deal allows customers to choose between a Mcdouble or McChicken plus small fries. By the way, the small fries is two pieces of fries. Four pieces. What?
Starting point is 01:28:01 I'm kidding. Four pieces. And a small soda. The CEO, Chris Kamjinsky, acknowledged that inflation has pushed low income consumers to eat at home more frequently, impacting QSR, quick service restaurant traffic. Tom, thoughts on this?
Starting point is 01:28:15 So here's what's going on, quick case study coming. Step one, inflation has sucked and it affected everything. Okay, that's done, now we're all together here. McDonald's has been suffering. Inflation has caused and it affected everything. Okay, that's done. Now we're all together here. McDonald's has been suffering. Inflation has caused things to be expensive. We've seen areas, you know, Vinny, where the rent is so high that McDonald's prices are ridiculous, like in airports or like in a rest area on a turnpike or a big highway.
Starting point is 01:28:41 People don't realize the rent they pay is so high that they have to charge a lot. Remind me of a sketch afterwards. And they end up with the $19 Big Mac meal, right? Well, all of that happens on a small scale and people have been eating more at home. So there was a crisis for McDonald's and that was America's getting healthier and eating at home, which was a terrible crisis.
Starting point is 01:29:05 So they gotta do something about it. And so now they have to come out with a way to offer a meal at a reduced price. So they're offering the items that are their lowest cost items, so they could put these things on the menu called the McValue meal. Well, the McValue meal means the Mc low cost meal, which means the Mc cheap
Starting point is 01:29:29 ingredients meal and then the heart attack coming soon. Yeah. The Mc coronary. It's like the Mc trouble. That's right. And so for a buck more, you can add a what are they? The hash browns or a couple of McNuggets. You know, that's what they're doing.
Starting point is 01:29:48 And so what they're trying to do, McDonald's is trying to survive. Sonoma and the case study. McDonald's is trying to survive. Inflation has driven up their prices. They've got rent issues because commercial real estate was up. They were also kind of facing
Starting point is 01:30:01 and they own a lot of their own land there and their property taxes are up. There's a whole bunch of things if you read into the McDonald's earnings report that have just they now got to figure out a way. How do we make sure people come into McDonald's to eat lunch? McValue meal. These are the things that cost less.
Starting point is 01:30:17 So we're going to offer these and for a buck you can get some extra hash browns with that or something and they're doing the best they can but It still doesn't rank much higher on the healthy food You know scorecard, but that's what's going on McDonald's They're trying to trying to get us to come in because inflation has made it ridiculous. I'm bothering I cut Listen, I've always been a McDonald's fan. I mean the french fries Can we be honest with each other like you'll burn your stupid... You don't care. You see it come out of the oil but you keep going. But I just love McDonald's because that's one of the only companies that is still like, listen, we know it's not good but just come on, even there... Rob, I just sent you this photo on Slack.
Starting point is 01:30:59 Guys, they don't even give a damn about their slogans and their promoting. They came out, do you guys remember this? They came out with the Land, promoting. They came out, you guys remember this? They came out with the Land, Air, and Sea Burger. Did you guys, do you remember that? Land, Air, and Sea. It's a chicken sandwich, it's the Big Mac, and it's the fish filet. The only problem is, okay, land is what, Tom?
Starting point is 01:31:15 The cow, right? How much is this, like 80 bucks? It's like $40. And it comes with a free heart attack from the South. So land is the cow, sea is the what? The fish, right? What is the what? Fish right? Air? Chickens don't fly!
Starting point is 01:31:27 McDonald's doesn't give a shit! McDonald's is like just eat the damn thing and have a heart attack. They don't fly! Have you ever seen a chicken fly? But they just don't care and I get it they're trying to survive Tom but shout out to McDonald's that's the only company that's just like hey listen we know it's trash but you know you want it. McDonald's. I was in, when we were in D.C.
Starting point is 01:31:47 and the night that we were watching the fight, Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul, we actually didn't end up getting together that night, but the team watched it. I was so hungry. It's like 10.30 at night, something like that. I was like, oh, there's McDonald's over there. So I'm in line.
Starting point is 01:32:02 Were you with us or no? No, you wasn't, no, Adam, no, he wasn't watching. I was with you, but I was at dinner the night, and then, you know. Oh, you were with that group. Yeah, you were with that group. You're better than us. So I'm at McDonald's, and I'm ordering, and a guy walks in, and you could tell he was slightly angry.
Starting point is 01:32:19 He goes, hey, hey, the ice cream machine broken again still? They go, no,, actually actually it's working He was so shocked so broke at the McDonald's ice cream wasn't McBroken out here Give me two ice creams. He's like I was like, oh who else you with? He's like man. I've been wanting ice cream all day So I got a bone to pick with McDonald's. What's with the breakfast ending at 1030 a.m.? No, I thought it's all day long now. No, no, no. All day long. What? They changed it? What? This is some McNews to me, bitch.
Starting point is 01:32:55 No, but hold on. You need the McChill because I'm going to tell you something right now. I'm going to McWhoop your ass. You know what though? Some of the food is so bad, they can't keep it on the menu year-round. Like the McRib. You ever notice notice the McRib is not here right now But you'll be driving on the freeway and you'll see an 18-wheeler and it's like the McRib is back It's like where's he been in prison? Yeah, where is he? I want him on the menu all the time. I stopped my McUber and pick up a McRib. Don't get the McBiz dog Let's make go to the next
Starting point is 01:33:19 Let's look at Cheyenne, Wyoming and we're driving down the the highway, as cow had been hit, billboard, next billboard, McRib is back. Let's go. He's like, wow, that was quick. Do you ever eat at McDonald's? September of 97, last time. I never see you eat the fast food with the kids. September of 97.
Starting point is 01:33:36 You know who loves McDonald's? Excuse me. Yeah, Donald Trump, of course. We all know who loves McDonald's. We saw that thing with RFK. He's like, listen, I gotta tell you. I saw that thing with RFK. He's like, listen, I got to tell you. I saw that photo. He goes, he's like this bad.
Starting point is 01:33:48 Let me try to use the, I don't like, I think he just eats poison. He eats poison every day. Look at how, look at his face. Look how happy everybody is, except go close in on RFK. He does, he's like poison in my hands. Imagine Mike Johnson, he has to like,
Starting point is 01:34:03 peeing over to be in that picture. That is a little, by the way, look at Trump. Childlike, energy, attractive. Look at on the left, I freaking love it, man. Look at how many sandwiches he has, I love him. Next time I eat Big Mac, it has to be a special occasion. Please. And the speaker of the house, right?
Starting point is 01:34:19 Coffee and Big Mac, it's gotta be special. You know what I find, you know what I find to be? By the way, just so you guys know, let me tell you guys, we're having a strategy session the other day about things to do in 2025. You know what Adam's idea was about a great podcast in 2025? All of us smoking weed. Can you imagine- No, specifically you, PBD.
Starting point is 01:34:35 Why would you want me to smoke weed? Because Tom does it all the time. And Vinny is- You can't say that publicly. That's an inside thing. I'm not smoking. I'm not doing- I'm drug-free, alcohol-free. I'm never going to talk about it. I think the world, maybe take a gummy.
Starting point is 01:34:47 Hey, PBD, man, maybe capitalism, maybe communism's alright, man, I don't know, man. Imagine I become a commie after taking a gummy. Now, okay, let's go to the, can I say one thing? I'm just gonna say one thing for an hour. Will you mix stop? We're trying to mix move on. Let me go to this next story.
Starting point is 01:35:04 This next story, people are struggling financially. I want to give them a story. This is a story. Like, Macy's found a single employee who hit $154 million worth of expenses. What? My God. John, listen, there's ways. There's ways.
Starting point is 01:35:18 All right, let's read this story to you. This person's going to jail, but there's ways. Okay, so. Well, you should get an award. Macy's revealed Monday that a single former employee intentionally made erroneous, erroneous, erroneous, erroneous accounting accrual entries over nearly three years to hide up to 154 million in small package delivery expense.
Starting point is 01:35:45 An independent forensic investigation confirmed no other employee were involved and CEO Tony Springs stated the company remains focused on ethical conduct and executing its holiday strategy. the irregular Tory Through a though a small fraction of Macy's four point three six billion dollars a small fraction Yeah, it's just a hundred fifty four million dollars Yeah in delivery expenses since late 2021 delayed the company's full quarterly earnings until December 11 Macy's clarified the issue Had no impact on a company's cash management activities or vendor payments. Retail analysts Neil Saunders criticized the situation questioning the competence of companies auditors. Tom, this person's got to get a job at Pentagon. Like you said earlier, I mean, Pentagon's probably making
Starting point is 01:36:34 a call saying you have a job lined up for you to come over here. Oh my gosh. It's like the Pentagon's upset. How do we let Macy's get this guy? Or Kamala's campaign. Didn't we interview this guy? Did youala's campaign. Did we interview this guy? Did you offer him? Did you tell him we offered healthcare? I didn't say healthcare. No, you know, it's really funny about this. Neil Saunders is the analyst retail analyst. That's a stock analyst that they look into companies and they give you their opinion of them if they think it's a good buy or not. And so that's a retail analyst. The competence of the company's auditors. It's not the company's auditors.
Starting point is 01:37:05 It's our management control system. I like it says the issue had no impact on the company's cash management activities. Wait a minute. No impact on cash management. It was $154 million. What was that? What did they pay that out in shoes and clothes? No impact on cash management. So it is so funny that in the face of embarrassment, everybody's running for cover here. The analyst says, I think it's a company's auditors, the company saying, well, there was no problem with our cash management. Everybody's running and not saying the same. What CEO Tony spring should have said is that not only we focus on ethical conduct, I wanna restore investor confidence in our controls
Starting point is 01:37:49 of costs and cash management. That's what he should have said. Instead he goes, the spin, we remain focused on ethical conduct and executing our holiday strategy. You know what that means, Vinny? Let me translate it for you. I don't wanna talk about this. That's what CEO Tony spring is saying. I don't want to talk about it. Right? Come on, man. That's that's what's going on. You know, this reminds me of long,
Starting point is 01:38:13 long, long, long, long time ago. It's gotta be like 40 year old movie. Wasn't Richard prior in a movie called Brewster's millions. He had this little mistake and he ripped off the bank because he had this little tiny mistake going on in there. He gained interest. That's right. And then that's what this guy's doing. John Candy in that movie. Of course. He was the catcher. Yeah. Oh, that's right. They were in the baseball. That's what this reminds me of. This reminds me of that. This is a modern day Brewster's millions. He didn't even tell Macy's that he was getting Amazon prime. What the hell is he talking
Starting point is 01:38:49 about? Their revenue is I'm looking at the revenue. They're necessarily $4.72 billion and $150 million in net profits. Your margins are super low. What do you mean? You didn't need this cash? You could have doubled. Yeah. Listen, Pat, like we say all the time, 150 million ain't what it used to be. I mean, it's not, but 150 million dollars in net profits is a lot of money to a company like Macy's to go through this. But anyways, that's very weird for that to happen. Three and a half percent. Yeah, that's a big, that's a real, guys. That's a real number to have something like this take place.
Starting point is 01:39:26 Let me go to the next story. Next story I want to go to is Jamie Foxx addresses whether Diddy was responsible for his 2023 hospitalization during live shows Eyewitness. Rob, if you got a clip, play this clip. He's not really saying it here. When I watch this, he's not saying it. No, because, no, PBD, this is just them saying what we know, but the clip that I sent Rob is of,
Starting point is 01:39:53 what was his name, Robbie? Big Homie CC, PBD. Big Homie CC, yeah. Yeah, because, so, you know what's going, so let me, if you don't, yeah, go. Let me read the story and I'll come to you, because I thought it was a video. During the tapings of his upcoming Netflix special, what had happened was Jamie Foxx
Starting point is 01:40:09 reportedly stated that he was responsible for what happened to him and Foxx is the one who called the FBI on Combs. According to Choke, no joke, a videographer who attended the shows, another attendee, Dennis L.A. White, recalled Foxx saying, people keep asking me if Diddy was responsible. He was not responsible. If he was, I would have been dead. Fox also referenced Combs extensively in his routines, joking about topics like baby oil.
Starting point is 01:40:33 Fox reflected on his 2023 health scare, calling it an unexpected dark journey. He explained on Instagram, I had an opportunity to tell my side of the story and there was no better place than Atlanta, Georgia Where he was hospitalized he described his special as an artistic explanation of something that went Terribly wrong and added to clarify I was betrayed by a fake friend Bingo go ahead okay, so fake friends and mind you and I felt I felt blamed to this because the media and everybody was being quiet The family his daughter everybody was like especially because this was the whole COVID vaccine, people like just tell us just mind you I know Jamie
Starting point is 01:41:10 Foxx personally I have a message him when he was going through this I said I'm praying for him and everything like that we didn't get into nothing like this but everybody was like oh it's the vaccine it's the vaccine talk to us talk to us it was media silence so from what I'm gathering because I know people that are there that went to the special when you go to a like this, and you guys know this from the comedy shows that we've been to, they take your phone, they lock it up, you can't have anything recording or nothing, right? He said in the special that, yeah, I was hospitalized by this person, and mind you, him and Diddy have had a business falling out. They said had a beef so the choke no choke was a videographer and he was like yo I was there he said Diddy was responsible for what happened to him and that he's
Starting point is 01:41:51 the one that called the FBI and choke added I don't think he was joking in the special okay so nobody knows and you guys know this we might not ever see what's even there because on the cutting room floor we know this from editing if he doesn't like it or if it's anything kind of you know too far they'll edit it out but the people that were there were saying that he was saying it and that he was serious about it and also this a little while ago Pat this was a celebrity bodyguard big homie CC who publicly alleged that Diddy and mind you let's not pretend like people like this is a far-fetched idea this is
Starting point is 01:42:24 the type of character after dragging Cassie and doing all the shit that he did that This guy alleged that did he poison Jamie Foxx leading to him calling the FBI and he also stated in this video I know he poisoned Jamie Foxx and he also said that he's been poisoned before in the past. We play this clip. Yeah Things that you heard behind the scenes that were going on before this indictment actually dropped Well, I know he poisoned Jamie Foxx and Jamie Foxx reported him to the FBI because of it Some of the things that you heard behind the scenes that were going on before this indictment actually dropped. Well, I know he poisoned Jamie Foxx and Jamie Foxx reported him to the FBI because of it. I know that's a fact. So wait, you're saying that Diddy poisoned Jamie Foxx and that's how Jamie Foxx got sick?
Starting point is 01:42:56 Jamie Foxx reported this man to the FBI because of this. Facts. Wow. Okay. And how did you hear about this? If you can tell me or if you can't, that's all good. But you know what I'm saying? People are going to want to know how this happened or what's the backstory of this.
Starting point is 01:43:12 By the time this dropped, this is going to be in the stratosphere. It's going to be in the ether by the time this dropped. You can probably look it up right now. But by the time this interview dropped, this is going to be out in the ether for sure. And who's this guy? These people poison people. I've been poisoned three times. He's been poisoned. Why am I testing positive for cyanide?
Starting point is 01:43:31 You feel me? Why am I getting, why do I have, I had pneumonia three times. So people are like, man, why he breathe like that? Cause I only got one lung. And then I had a car crash, I got one nostril, permanently blocked. And I had pneumonia three times.
Starting point is 01:43:43 Somebody been trying to poison me. My brother got poisoned with me. The little lady I was bodyguard and she got poisoned. Like somebody is carrying on these antics. These are facts. Is there any idea why Diddy would want to poison Jamie Foxx? This is Big Homie Cece. He's a bodyguard. Is he a journalist? Celebrity bodyguard. No.
Starting point is 01:44:02 Big Homie Cece. Big Homie Cece is a bodyguard. I mean, nobody has more credibility than the Big Homie Cece. We don't know that. Uh, celebrity bodyguard, big homie, big homie CC is a bodyguard. Nobody has more credibility than the big homie CC. I'm just saying we, we like it's not, it wasn't COVID. It wasn't the vaccine. There's something going on. And the fact that he's talking about it on his, by the way, this is a special taping.
Starting point is 01:44:17 They do three shows and this guy said every single show that he mentioned it and he thought he was serious. So I'm just saying I'm going to take the other side on this. Number one, have you seen the special? Nobody has. Okay. Well, I know, but I know people that were there. You know, there's a famous phrase in comedy. These jokes, man. These jokes. So what joking about somebody poisoning you and then you call the FBI. I don't know. There's a lot of ditty jokes out there right now. I mean, there's a lot to make fun of. I don't think my opinion, I'm going to throw the word allegedly all over this conversation. If he was actually poisoned,
Starting point is 01:44:51 almost lost his life, that he's not announcing at a comedy special, the FBI would be dealing with this. Well, now he could. Now he could, because the FBI has arrested the guy and he's in jail. He's not scared of his life. How much credibility are you giving to the big homie CC? I mean to be honest with you I think when somebody like that is talking to me personally I believe him I believe him because I because I know what Diddy is. You 100% believe him? No I would say let's say 80% I'm at like 2% because those guys see everything. Who's this mother sucker? Adam these guys see
Starting point is 01:45:20 everything though. That guy has sunglasses on he's 380 pounds and he's wondering why he can't breathe so good maybe lose some weight mother sucker. No but I mean I listen I'm just saying I wouldn't put it past somebody like Diddy who we know the track record from it from his allegedly having people shot have it hold on baby oil that had freaking drugs in it to all the crazy stuff that's going on this is the least of my thing if you have a beef with somebody then poisoning them I believe it. Hold on. Tell me. Finish one thing. I'm separating one thing. Do I think Diddy is a world-class scumbag who's probably going to spend the rest of his life in jail? Yes. Do I think that Jamie Foxx
Starting point is 01:45:55 joke and whoever the big homie CC is has any credibility here? Very low. So I'm just separating the two. So little clicks. Okay. Okay. I want to go clicks. Okay. Since when did hip hop stars start taking a page out of the failed James Bond assassination handbook? Where you're going to poison some guy or put him on the edge of a cliff and he's going to be rescued.
Starting point is 01:46:20 Why don't you just go back to the 90s and just pop a cap in his ass? Oh! I like when Tom gets cancer or German. It was so easy where you would just drive by, shoot him in the head, throw the gun in the ocean and then go roll with your homies for the 2am club. People are starting to realize who Tom is. Now we gotta do, wait a minute, we'll put the poison in a Big Mac and we'll slide the Big Mac. The other day, we're going to church on Sunday with him and his family.
Starting point is 01:46:51 They pull up. You know what music Tom is listening to with his kids? It's the thuggish, ruggish boy. No, he did not to go to church. He's a big Momurto fan. He's a big Momurto fan. Oh, remember the last Sunday that we were there. He was a wet Brooklynette. He came up and he almost hit somebody. See, that's the part. Let's ride tonight, my little homie Kenny died tonight. Yeah, is he?
Starting point is 01:47:08 Master P, man. That's too natural. No, no, no. Tom is... One time I saw... You want me to... Tom was gangster. He went like this, he goes, I'm gonna bust out this case study right here.
Starting point is 01:47:18 Right now. Tom is gangster. Don't let him fool you. Anyways, let's go to the next story. I almost got chapped for that. All right, next story here. Trump got shot for that. Next story here. Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang. Couple's retreat.
Starting point is 01:47:30 Trump plans tariffs on Mexico, Canada, and China that could cripple trade. This is a New York Times story. All right, let's read this. So the US word cripple. Yeah, of course. That's the word they put in there. President-elect Donald Trump announced plans
Starting point is 01:47:43 to impose a 25% tariff on all goods from Mexico and Canada and an additional 10% tariff on Chinese imports. Claiming the measures aimed to curb illegal immigration and drug trafficking, particularly fentanyl, Trump declares the tariffs would remain until these issues are resolved, stating it is time for them to pay a very, very big price. The tariffs could dramatically affect the economies of Canada, Mexico, and US, with Canada's Deputy PM, Christia Freeland,
Starting point is 01:48:11 emphasizing the mutually beneficial relationship between the nations. China's embassy in Washington warned no one will win a trade war with Vice Commerce Minister Wang Xiuying stated the US measures would ultimately raise consumer prices, Tom. with Vice Commerce Minister Wang Shuang stated the US measures would ultimately raise consumer prices, Tom. Well, look, if you want the best explanation of tariffs,
Starting point is 01:48:32 you should go look at CNBC and what Howard Litnick who's in charge, who's now gonna be nominated Secretary of Commerce, and he's been the co-chair of the transition committee. And he pointed out this, that look, tariffs, the left wants to say, oh, and the globalists want to say, oh, he's gonna put tariffs on Canada, so maple syrup coming from Canada is gonna be $18.
Starting point is 01:48:57 No, that's not the way it works. How many Fords are sold in Europe? Very, very, very few. You wanna know why? Because a bunch of countries over there have tariffs on Fords are sold in Europe very very very few you want to why because a bunch of countries over there have tariffs on Fords Because they want to sell their cars and yet their cars are over here Porsches BMWs Mercedes and big factories over here. We talked about it on the last podcast So all Trump is saying is hey, I'm not just talking about China on tariffs Mexico you got to pay for the wall and you got to be
Starting point is 01:49:26 Helping me with this fentanyl coming across the border in Canada I've been helping you with energy for a while But you got to help me out on cars here and you got to play fair all he's putting him on notice is Y'all got to play fair. That's what's going on here He's not gonna do this if we have some inflationary effect on the American consumer. If anything, if he causes the price of fentanyl to go up 10X, that's a good thing
Starting point is 01:49:53 because fewer people can afford it. But this is basically Trump threatens new tariffs and of course, the New York Times has to say, well you know, since he's threatening something, we have to say it's bad, because Trump's bad, Orange Man bad. We gotta do bad. And so that's what it's all about.
Starting point is 01:50:13 But you know what this is? This is Trump protecting the interest of you and me and moving the ball forward on a playing field because there's a little ball to be played with Mexico, a little ball to be played with Canada, And we already know that he's about to play big ball with China. Damn. Well, look, if you look at the, can you pull up the wall street journal? This is the number one story on the wall street journal right now. The Trump fires salvo on North American free trade agreement. So there's actually another graph out there that I sent
Starting point is 01:50:43 you below that I can resend it if you want. But listen, there's campaigning and then there's actually governing. It seems like Trump is actually serious about these tariffs right now. Here's the share of us imports since basically Trump took office in 16 Chinese imports have plummeted. Now I think Mexico is our number one trading partner at this point. Right. So and then there's Canada. All right. Little neighbors to the north. But coming back, I think we're going to take Trump at his word when he said that my favorite word in the world is tariffs. It's better than love. We're going to figure this out. I think he said the Mexican and Canadian tariffs are 25%. And then China is closer to 10 and 15%. Tom, do you know those numbers? Regardless, Trump seems to be meaning business right here
Starting point is 01:51:27 in the Wall Street Journal and other USA Today. This is the number one story that they're reporting right now. I think it means business right here. And I think part of the trade also has been treated being treated very unfairly. The foundation of it with Mexico and Canada is the fentanyl crisis. Trump ain't playing this game.
Starting point is 01:51:42 You've heard Trump say, don't do drugs, smoke cigarettes, don't get tattoos. He doesn't like to see the drugs coming in this country He's gonna do something about it. Can I ask you a question? Why you go back to that chart? Sorry, Rob that chart China you would think shouldn't China be trading a lot more that Trump is Gone. Why did why is it dropping so hard from to Biden kept the tariffs on? I'm sure he did he didn't remove the tariffs. tariffs. I don't think he removed the tariffs. So he kept them on. That's why, so Biden said Trump's ideas are good, we're staying.
Starting point is 01:52:12 So that's why they still took a hit. Now China is now coming and saying, hey, we're willing to what? Negotiate. We're willing to work with you. Everybody's saying we're willing to come and work with you. The only dummy that's playing a little bit too hard is Trudeau and he's not going to like what's going to happen when he takes place. Now there's parts of it where he tries to say I'm going to work
Starting point is 01:52:31 with you or not. Everybody's going to have to work with him. What I like about this time a lot, and let me tell you what it is. So everything's about timing and amount of pressure you can use. Trump doesn't have two terms. He has one term. Which means, you know, you know that one scene where Obama says to, who was he sitting down with, listen, why don't we talk about this on the second term? Oh yeah, the guy from Ukraine, or Russia. I think it was Russia. It was a little, he was after my second term. He didn't know he was Mike. He was after my second term. He didn't know he was Mike.
Starting point is 01:53:03 No, it wasn't Putin. It was Putin's number two guy. He says, hey, let's talk about this after the second term. Rob, you can find this on Twitter. You can find it on Twitter and you'll find the clip. But the thing is, that negotiation line is out. Everybody uses that line. I'm not gonna put it and think it's only Obama
Starting point is 01:53:24 that's gonna use that line. Every president's used that line. I'm not gonna put it and think it's only Obama that's gonna use that line. Every president's used that line, right? Is this the one going to play this clip? Hot mic. Okay, so that right there. By the way, how many presidents do you think have used that line? Oh, all of them. Okay, so now here's the question. Trump, how many presidents do you think have used that line? Oh, all of them. Okay, so now here's the question.
Starting point is 01:53:48 Trump doesn't have that line this time, so guess what? And the opposition cannot use that fear over his head either to say, hey, you do this with us, we'll support you on the next election. That line is officially gone for both sides to use. You understand what I mean by that? Okay, so the fact that those two lines are gone trumps all business right now. Coming in, whatever you wanna do, you got four years. And the thing with tariffs, guess what he's gotta do?
Starting point is 01:54:14 He's gotta come out the gates strong. Longer he waits, less effective, sooner he comes out, sooner they realize he's playing straight up and they have to sit there and work with him, and then comes out, sooner they realize he's playing straight up and they have to sit down and work with him, and then comes everything else. So I kind of like the fact that he's starting early with it to see what's going to happen with it, but yeah, I'm excited to see what happens with negotiation. I foresee them working with him faster than they did the first time because the first
Starting point is 01:54:41 time they didn't take him seriously, they're like, this guy's going to be out. Listen, this is not somebody who takes serious now They realize that no not only is he serious even the guy that replaced him that talked as much trash about him Kept the tariffs on China. That means he has credibility to say hey Don't worry about me. Whoever gets elected after me may even continue to tariffs with you. So don't fool around here I'm gonna take us seriously. Let me get to the next story here before we wrap up. And yet, Biden picks on Trump on the economy. It's hysterical. But it's the fact that some people don't know
Starting point is 01:55:09 the stories of what's going on. So which one do we wanna go to? Vinny, you have a story with Planned Parenthood. Oh man. Tell us what's going on there. Okay, so, and Rob, I sent you this. So Planned Parenthood was selling viable, healthy, aborted babies who could have survived outside
Starting point is 01:55:25 the womb to the University of California for experience. And Rob has this story, Rob, I think I slacked it to you. In their contract, it states that they own the intellectual property rights and the patent rights developed in experiments done by the body parts. So Planned Parenthood and the University of California, San Diego, reportedly negotiated fetal tissue donations for research. Emails and a 2018 research plan revealed that they wanted up to 2,500 fetuses ranging from
Starting point is 01:55:53 four to 23 weeks gestinal age, which is almost six months by the way. Now donating fetal tissue is legal, but selling them isn't. So why is there a contract that gives Planned Parenthood the property rights over the tissue? I think that's kind of weird. And then Planned Parenthood claims that this is all done under the highest ethical standards, but how is it ethical to negotiate the fate of an unborn child if it's a commodity? This is all, it's all transactional Tom. And then add to that the allegations of racial disparities.
Starting point is 01:56:24 The Spanish consent, look how racist this is. sexual, Tom. So, and then add to that, the allegations of racial disparities, the Spanish consent, look how racist this is, the Spanish consent forms fail to disclose the same commercial value details as the English one. So basically, if you spoke English, you got the full story, they're going to make money, they're going to, you know, if they get the patents, they make money, but including the fact that the tissue could have commercial value. But if you spoke Spanish, they left that part out, is freaking racist and they say, oh, it's not profit. But then why does it's in the, it's in the stipulation of the contract. Valuable consideration is in the contract.
Starting point is 01:56:53 So if you're receiving taxpayer dollars and operating, this is a gray zone and I think we need answers. So Senator Mark Rubio recently called for a federal investigation into the parenthood based on these findings. So I think it's like unbelievable, Pat, that this is in conjunction Planned Parenthood with the UC San Diego that they were in contract saying, by the way, these babies can survive outside the womb. And I don't know, Pat, it was Tico who told me about this thing where they put these,
Starting point is 01:57:22 the forceps inside and the baby's moving because it knows about the pain of this thing that's coming, Tom. You've heard about this before. So what do you think, Tom? Because this is, probably this is all factual. This is factual. They were selling babies for contract and they're basically saying if we use, if we take this fetus, six months old, that could survive, okay? Totally healthy baby. We take it and we come up with the patent. You can't, it's just, we're taking all the money. We take it and we come up with the patent. You can't, it's just, we're taking all the money. That's the Planned Parenthood, UC San Diego
Starting point is 01:57:49 contract that they had, and this is all factual, and at least, this is two months ago, I think, Marco Rubio, love him or hate him, he's actually standing up to this because it's ridiculous. Tom. Well, look, we know two things. Number one is that you can donate your body to science
Starting point is 01:58:05 when you pass away. And if you pass away without cancer or poisoning or things like that, your organs can be harvested. You can elect, like right on your driver's license, you could say, I'm an organ donor. And your corneas, your kidneys and things can go to, even your heart can go to somebody that needs it. So medical research and donating organs
Starting point is 01:58:24 has been going on for a long time and sometimes it's an amazing thing and you see these stories of people that hear a recording of their loved one's heart beating in the chest of a person that received the heart after their loved one died. So all of that's been going on. And now it extends to using the tissue from aborted babies for research as well. The second thing is we need to understand is that abortion is not just a political topic.
Starting point is 01:59:02 It's an industry. It's billions of dollars of profit and billions of dollars of federal dollars that are given to Planned Parenthood that conducts the abortions and then they take the tissue and they profit and use it for research purposes. And so you've gone from the noble act
Starting point is 01:59:23 of when you got your driver's license and saying I'm willing to be an organ donor remember that And they used to put like a dot or something green stick or whatever was yes Yeah And so that's noble of you to do it to try to help somebody after you take all of that and medical research Would you like to donate your body to science so we could do? research on the walls of your heart and things like that to see how things gone or you know if when you're a and things like that to see how things gone or you know when you're a
Starting point is 01:59:52 Alzheimer patient passes away says can we or a professional football player they want to do research on Alzheimer's Dementia and see and CTE exactly right all noble but on the other side of it There's this profit machine and I'm just speaking logically of it. So I get emotional the other ways. We have to remember, abortion has become an industry. It's not just a moral issue. It's become an industry. And to bring the morality back, you're having to fight an industry and Planned Parenthood and getting money from the government and look at the addresses and look where they put their clinics and how they over index and have created a
Starting point is 02:00:32 Genocide against African Americans and it is a genocide never been more than 17% of the population They're usually 40% of the abortions. Wow How did that happen weird? And so this is just more what you're pointing out of this disgusting industry that if America knew the truth, and if America, Rob, I think the name of the movie was Silent Scream that was suppressed. That's what it was. Because they were able to show that at a certain age, the baby, and I'm not going to use any medical terminology because they use that to make the baby seem like something else.
Starting point is 02:01:10 Oh, it's just tissue. No. It is a living human being, feels the pain of being murdered in the womb. And that's what Tico, that's what Tico was telling me about, he's like, Uncle Vinny, do you know about the silent scream? And I didn't know what he was talking about. He's like, these, even when they put the forceps in there, the baby's trying to move away because it knows that the pain is coming. So, and Tom, great point, because if we don't value the life in the womb, then how can we value it anywhere else? And pro-choice people are like, oh, it's only tissue. No, no, six, 23 weeks, that long, it has a heartbeat and it's feeling pain, you know what I mean? And now you're going in there, you're not only killing it,
Starting point is 02:01:49 and it's excruciating pain, then you're selling it, and you're making money off of it. You know what book he's reading right now? Which one? Thomas Sowell's book. That's why I just bought it because of him. Yeah, that book is a revolution. Everybody needs to read this book.
Starting point is 02:02:01 The reader. The reader, that's what he just finished. Just bought it. Let me give a couple thoughts here on Planned Parenthood. We gotta wrap up, I gotta head to the house, I gotta meeting. So data comes out, by the way, yeah, that one right there. So data comes out, Rob, can you go to that Wall Street Journal story?
Starting point is 02:02:15 So Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, the Doge, plan to reform the government, right? Following the Supreme Court. If you can press Control F in there, Rob, and type in Pl, plan parenthood, right to watch that. So go a little bit higher so I can read that paragraph. That's fine right there. I'm going to focus on delivering cost savings. Skeptics questions how federal spending doge can tame through executive actions. They point to a 1979 control act which stops
Starting point is 02:02:42 the president from seizing expenditure authorized by Congressman Trump as previously suggested that the statue is unconstitutional and we believe the current Supreme Court could, would likely side with him on this question, but even without relying on this view, DOJ will help end federal overspending by taking aim at the $500 billion in annual federal expenditures that are unauthorized by Congress or being used in ways that Congress never intended 335 million dollar a year corporation for public broadcasting which they're talking about the they're talking about the Is it voice America? Is it not voice America? What's the other one that? PBP PBS right promoting their view That's right
Starting point is 02:03:22 the PBS and the one and a half billion dollar for grants international organization to nearly 300 million dollars to progressive groups like Planned Parenthood Oh, so that story is there then insider writes the story reacting to this Planned Parenthood says it's seen a 1200 spike 1200% spike in vasectomies appointments as musks do it targets its cuts, the 1200% increase in vasectomy, 760% rise in IUD's appointments following Trump's reelection amid fears of funding cuts. CEO Alexis McGill Johnson criticized Musk and Vivek, heads of Trump's proposed Doge calling them unqualified fanboys and agents of chaos for targeting the organization and the federal budget trimming plans which aims to cut $300
Starting point is 02:04:14 million of Planned Parenthood. Muskie and Ramaswami argue in the op-ed that the federal spending the $1.5 billion, you get the idea where that's going. So there is a lot of moving parts here. This is not a good season for Planned Parenthood. They're sitting around saying, wait a minute, these guys are probably going to come after us. And what does that look like? Is it going to be done? Where else are they going to get their funding from? Is it going to be four years of no funding? What could happen? Anything is possible right now with what these guys are trying to cut. But yes, it's exciting that you have two people that their number one job is to come and cut
Starting point is 02:04:51 expenses. And they're both entrepreneurs. If there's anything entrepreneurs know how to do, successfully, those who eventually make it successful, is cut expense. Musk went to Twitter, 7,500 employees, fired 3750, 1250 decided to leave because they thought they were next, he ended up with 2,250 employees. That happened within a week or two of him buying Twitter. And X still worked for the rest of us. And not only works better, it's the number one downloaded app right now.
Starting point is 02:05:16 Period. It's the number one downloaded app right now, Adam. 48, 49, right? Partisan, Republican, Democrats. I have a whole thing on Doge, I'll use it on another segment because I've actually been doing a lot of research on what they're doing. Right? Partisan, yeah, probably. I have a whole thing on Doge. I'll use it on another segment because I've actually been doing a lot of research on what they're doing.
Starting point is 02:05:30 I mean, everyone's sort of excited of what this upcoming administration is. They're sort of the super team they're putting together. I'm most excited about this DOGE, Department of Government Efficiency. Their task is to cut $2 trillion from the federal deficit. So I don't know how long they're gonna do that in, how long they're gonna take. We discussed this on a previous podcast, what's mandatory, what's discretionary, what's what is basically fixed, what's baked from the cake. I'm excited to see what budget
