Starting point is 00:00:14 Mobile Studio. This is a B.H.O.I. Eagles podcast. That's it by Ashley. We got a big day. A fun Friday coming your way. Bo Wolf, E.J. Smith, Fran Duffy, it's trivia day. It's quiz day. As we close out Spirit Week.
Starting point is 00:00:32 And so what have we done? What have we done for you? Well, we have spread the responsibilities on this episode. We've got four segments, four different games orchestrated by the four of us. Lindsay's going to have one. Fran's going to have one. I'm going to have one. And we're going to start with EJ as a leadoff hitter.
Starting point is 00:00:54 And it's going to be done through the prism, Mr. Smith, of the big takeaway, presented by our dear friends at Xfinity. You said that we were splitting the responsibilities on this episode. It's like we've never split the responsibility. I didn't have a episode before. That's not true. I didn't emphasize in this episode. I never said that. I think we split the responsibilities most of the time, but, you know, maybe today is especially so, because as you mentioned, we've all prepared trivia. And, you know, I think all of our listeners will know, the longtime listeners will know. Trivia is not necessarily something that I get into in my free time very often. It's not necessarily, you know, brain teasers aren't always my forte on this show. So I decided to make my trivia very training camp focus.
Starting point is 00:01:44 This is going to be a guest the player series. You know, we're going to start with your questions. I want to go back now. Do you feel like it's a 50-50 split of? Oh, boy. Do you really want to do this right now? Friends, I mean, no comment. No comment.
Starting point is 00:02:06 Go ahead. So we're going to do guest the player. We're going to start. We're going to start pretty easy with some of this. These are all of the storylines that I remember fondly during my time covering the Eagles. So we're talking 2019 to present. I maybe have snuck one or two questions that date before I covered the team just from, you know, reading practice observations as I was growing up and, you know, following the team.
Starting point is 00:02:32 But most of these will be, you know, the stories that I remember writing during my time covering the Eagles. So we clear on the timeline here and kind of the conceit of the question. you guys are going to be fielding for me? I think so. It's going to be pretty straightforward. You asked the question and we just have to say the name of the person. Yeah, I do not think that, I mean, listen, we're going to get into some difficult trivia. I don't think you'll find most of these that complicated or difficult.
Starting point is 00:02:59 All right. And now are we do we need to buzz in or we just shout the answer? Just shout it. I mean, you know. Okay. How competitive or do you want to be about this? Very competitive. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:08 I would say, have you met a question of us? Well, hold on We've got to set some more ground rules here If you ask a question I shout out the answer first I'm wrong I can't then answer again right Fran friends gets all the time
Starting point is 00:03:24 He needs to answer I think that's that if he gets it wrong too Do is it open or is it just nobody gets it If he gets it Nobody gets it I get it from making a good question Yeah all right And are these all equal points Is this just a tally
Starting point is 00:03:39 I like that how about I'll tell you when we do tear jumps, because you know my questions are in tiers. I'll tell you when we do a tier skip. Let's do one point for the first three. We'll do two points for the next two. No, we'll just do two points from there. You know what?
Starting point is 00:03:57 We'll do one point for the first five, and then we'll do two points from there. Well, good thing we split the responsibility. You really thought this one true. All right. So we're going to start with my first question. You're going to guess the player here. I caught three touchdown passes in one practice.
Starting point is 00:04:13 JJ Arthago White's. 20, Eagles training camp practice. JJ Arthaga Whiteside. Did you get it from the silhouette or did you get it from just remembering that practice? I got it from you have brought this up multiple times. It's one of my favorite early training camp stories is J. Erthago Whiteside.
Starting point is 00:04:29 Someone's like asks him about his touchdown catching Egos. You're going to have to be more specific. I had two or three of those. J.J. Arthago Whitesides, one like, I'm him of his ego's career. So yes, it's very memorable for me. Take it well time. I thought the silhouette gave it away a little bit there, just for JJ, because he had a very, like, a distinct hair situation.
Starting point is 00:04:51 As a man who has a distinct hair situation myself, I feel like I can say that. So, you know, a very unmistakable silhouette. All right. Next easy question here. I spent the summer of 2019 terrorizing Jordan Milana with a seemingly unstoppable spin move. Sorry, got it. Yeah. Did Bo beat you, friend?
Starting point is 00:05:11 Yeah, Bo got me. Okay. I mean, I don't have that much to say about Joe. He's a, I think he runs a bakery in Michigan. He's in the business. I don't think he has. Well, I think he's, he's part of, he's. I think they split at 50-50.
Starting point is 00:05:26 Oh, right, honestly. The whole show, you can bring it up as many times. All right. Final, final very easy one I would say. I caught the intrigue of every. reporter at the start of 2024's training camp after revealing Miles Jack All right, there you go.
Starting point is 00:05:45 Plants to pursue a plumbing career after football for those listening at home. I wonder if he's somewhere plumbing, plumbing right now. I think he's not. I think he then came back. I mean, when did you go play for the Steelers afterwards after retiring from the Eagles? He's retired now, right?
Starting point is 00:06:01 Yeah, he's retired now. He's out here fixing toilets. All right. It would be works for Ace Hardware. services. Maybe he does. I don't know. You know what? No, because the people at Ace have the know-how. Like, Miles Jack's got to earn. He's got to earn. Yeah. It's not shot. He's got to earn it. Take some time. Yeah. You can't just study. You can't just walk into Ace Hardware Home Services. It's what are we talking about here. All right. Next one here. I'd say this is the start of the medium tier, but we're going to start with
Starting point is 00:06:32 number. We're going to still keep one point for these. A series of still photos showcasing my one-handed catch during a joint practice against the New England Patriots went viral in 2021. Oh, did I actually stump you guys at this one? One-handed catch, acrobatic catch in a joint practice at the Novacare Complex previously named. I'm going to go Jalen Rager. Jalen Rager is correct.
Starting point is 00:07:02 In the red zone one-on-ones. Yep, in the back of the end zone. Bag of the red zone one-on-ones. Yep. It was a crazy catch. Crazy catch. Yeah, it was a great catch. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:11 All right. The next medium one here. While Derek Barnett's fight with Andre Dillard may be more memorable, I was the other edge rusher to tussle with the former first round pick in 2022. Ooh. I can give you some hints if you want, but I think you can get this. If it shows up in the chat first, that means that neither of us can always. If it shows up in the chat, then the chat gets the point.
Starting point is 00:07:42 Yeah. So obviously. Oh, yeah, I haven't really been. looking at the silhouettes. Can we take a look at the silhouette again? Yeah. Shout out to Lindsay. These graphics, they look great. And this is a nice little hint here. Oh, interesting. Yeah. And we see it for the audio listeners, we'll see a bald fellow. Yeah, that's quite the dome. I don't have this. All right. You want me to give it to you? Let me give you a big hint. Let me give you a big hint. I don't know. The hints, the hint won't. Well, no, we'll give this point to me. I'm going to give you a hint and then see if you can get it.
Starting point is 00:08:13 Okay. Bo, I'm surprised you haven't gotten this one. This is not a camp crush. This is somebody that you have been outwardly affectionate about or, you know, effusive about, but I know that you and this guy have had a good conversation in the last six months, I would say. And the other hand I'll give you, he's not bald. The silhouette maybe makes him look bald, but he does have, I'd say he has pretty long hair. We've had a good conversation in the last six months? Yeah, you've had a good conversation in the year, 26, that I have been a witness to. Flex.
Starting point is 00:08:50 It's 2022. I mean, Vinny wasn't there. Brennan Graham? No. All right, I'm giving it to you. Patrick Johnson. I don't remember that at all. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:09:02 He got into a fight with Andre Dillard. It was the one, I mean, listen, I'm not trying to make light of somebody's emotions, but it was one where Andrea Dillard cried at the end of the track. That was the one when he cried? Yeah. I think it was probably like Barnett sparked it, and then Andre Diller and Patrick Johnson gone to a fight toward the end of practice. And Dillard was just, yeah, it was a big thing.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Okay. All right. So I got one point. we are now going to go into what I would call the hard section of the training camp lore so I will give you two points apiece for these okay so I'm at four you're at one and friends at zero
Starting point is 00:09:32 yeah okay um no no hints who started the fight between Jason Kelsey and Zaire Franklin the play in the play before the big the big scuffle happen oh I guess I should have said I started the fight between Jason gonna say the
Starting point is 00:09:50 the Kelsey train coming through on that I've never seen anything like that. Oh, man, I've never. Never in my entire life. And I don't even, that's not even one where it's like, oh, like back in the day, they would have been like, no, no, no. Back in the day, that would have been the hardest thing you'd ever seen in the crowd.
Starting point is 00:10:05 That was crazy. That's like the lasting image is making a B-line at Zaire Franklin. Oh, my God. Just laying him out. So when you say started the fight. It was an Eagles player. Zaire Franklin did something to an Eagles player. To an Eagles player.
Starting point is 00:10:20 To an Eagles player. He hit somebody. Was it gain well? Was it? It was Kenny Gainwell. It was Gainwell. It was Kenny Gainwell. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:29 Actually, you know what? I see that it is in the chat now that I see it. So I think I shouldn't be critical. So the chat wins this one. Chat wins it. Good job by the chat. Shout out to Christopher. Yes.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Kenny Gainwell. Nick Sirianni favorite, Kenny Gainwell. Oh, my gosh. That was nuts. He was renting like 25 yards. And you know Jason Kelsey is a fast guy. He's a big guy. I mean, truly like a train coming down the tracks.
Starting point is 00:10:55 Yeah. Just leveled. It was crazy. From behind. Like, unbelievable. Now, they were definitely hits that were too hard for practice, I thought. Oh, for sure. It was boiling over.
Starting point is 00:11:08 Absolutely. But that was nuts. Kelsey went up to the podium afterward and, like, really took accountability. He was, like, almost embarrassed that he had done it. And I don't know about you guys. I was thinking the whole time, like, you didn't need to be that sorry. I don't know. I've never seen anything like that.
Starting point is 00:11:24 That was nuts. It's probably one of my favorite training camp memories. Okay. I was taking a fat nap in 2023 when Halle Roseman called me to say I'd beaten the odds to make the 53 man roster. Hint, I may have been dreaming. Oh, Eli Rex. Nice job with the hint. Instead of fat nap, I don't remember that.
Starting point is 00:11:50 I'm very funny. I mean, only I would remember that. that he said that in the press. That's great. Dreaming of certain someone as he got the call from Hally-Rosman. Okay. This is one of the only ones. The next two stretch back to 2030.
Starting point is 00:12:05 And I had to do a little research for these, but we'll see if you get this one. I think this is a legitimately hard one, two-pointer for sure. What song did the Eagles play while Donnie Jones punted during the Chip Kelly era? Oh, I dropped a... D-da-da-da-da-da-da-da. Yep, that's the song. It dropped a bomb on me. Do we count that?
Starting point is 00:12:27 I think we count that. What is the name of the song? It's called You dropped a bomb on me. You dropped a bomb on me, yeah, yeah. Yeah, by the Gap band. And I remember that because the gap band, it's got the whistle, sounds like, Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:37 Boop. Do do-do-do-do-do-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d. Drop-a-bomb on me. It's a memorable one for me because the Smith family, that song i mean that's a great song top 15 song in the smith household every cookout yeah every sunday so that's a memorable one all right we have one number one to close out my trivia here oh i'm not gonna numbers since the start of the chip kelly era in 2013 and including this upcoming training camp six players have worn or will wear the number two during camp i want you to name five how we're doing this what if we do what if we just
Starting point is 00:13:20 go back and forth and see how many we can name. Okay. And if you get it, then you each can split the point since it's a two-point. Okay. All right. I'll go first. Yeah. Jalen hurts.
Starting point is 00:13:33 Correct. That's a good one, E.J. How about Sam surprised you're already stumped? Um, the deuce. Yeah. I see, I'm not good with numbers like this. Yeah. For some reason, the numbers, the thing is not, is, is, it doesn't, it's not really my thing.
Starting point is 00:13:50 My brain. Uh, oh, well, Slay. Yeah. Good one. Oh, yeah, we can see who gets more since Bo is a 2-0 leader. Deonté Burnett? Good guess. Starting in 2013, you said?
Starting point is 00:14:12 Is there, like was Donnie Jones one? Is there a punter? No. Is there a quarterback? There is a quarterback. A quarterback aside from Jalen Hertz. But not in the Slay era. Matt Barclay?
Starting point is 00:14:31 Matt Barclay? Okay. Now remember, it stretches to 2026. Like, who's currently wearing number two? Is that your boy? It is your boy. All right, Rick Willen. Okay, all right.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Get one more. You got one more that you're missing. Christopher in the chat says Dotson, but that was overlapping with Slay, right? No, he got it last year. Got it last year. He was number two last year. So that's five. Do you know?
Starting point is 00:15:06 The last one. Can you even, oh, now I, man, hold on. Now I have to find it. I'll tell you on the other side of the break, who the other one was. All right. That'll do for the big takeaway presented by Ex-Fedity. Good stuff, EJ. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:15:20 I appreciate it. For a year. Into trivia. Those are fun. Thank you very much. I have to figure out who the other one was now. Find that on the other. What was the final tally?
Starting point is 00:15:30 A lot to a little. Yeah. Did you win any of them? I think I won one because you got something. on one. I think Beau won the rest. Alex Henry is a good guess in the chat. He was number two, but I think he might have been gone by the time Chip got here. I got it. It's Cody Kessler. Cody Kessler. It's a deep cut. Nice.
Starting point is 00:15:49 All right. Back with more on the other side on the pHL I Goes podcast. I believe Lindsay's game is up next. Find out what she had cooking on the other side. Starting point is 00:18:02 Spoh, E.J. and Fran, but now we bring in the great, mysterious producer Lindsay. Lindsay, take it away. Hi. You guys can hear me, right? Yes. We can hear you. Great. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:18:18 I would say I contribute the most to the show. I agree. That's right. We all agree. Okay. My game is going to be guest the quarterback from an outline video. I'm sure you've seen these before. Okay.
Starting point is 00:18:33 It's a mix of current and non-current quarterbacks, and it's just going to be, you get a point. If you're the first person to say it, great. It's going to play three times. And then, I mean, you can guess whenever. If you all need it again, I can play it again. Love it.
Starting point is 00:18:50 Ready? Let's do it. Baker Mayfield. No. Is it Drew Brees? It is. Good job, E.J. Good one, E.J.
Starting point is 00:19:05 Like that upper body. The feet are moving fast. Yeah. Yeah. Quick release. That's a good one. Good one. All right.
Starting point is 00:19:14 Nice job, BJ. Hmm. Oh. Jared Goff? A little drop down. No. Mahomes? No.
Starting point is 00:19:24 I didn't feel good about that. It's a long release. Long release. Yeah. And he's sort of not. He's not standing all the way upright. I'll play it. It's a current guy.
Starting point is 00:19:35 It's not Lamar. Is it? No, but you're in the right. Can I guess again? No. Right division. Is it Flacco? No, it's current.
Starting point is 00:19:46 Flacco's current. I thought Flacco and I did. Is it Burrow? Yes, Joe Burrow. Oh, all right, nice job, EJ. I would have bet my own money that I wouldn't have been up too old on this game.
Starting point is 00:19:58 Definitively nose ball more than more than everybody else. Ready, next one. Oh, look at that. Okay, so you got the baggy jersey. I'll talk about there's clearly somebody from the past. It's Randall. No.
Starting point is 00:20:18 No. You know what? I wanted to say Steve M, but it's a righty, so it's like, is that... Can we see it? Is that Montana? It is Joe Montana. I see it again. All right.
Starting point is 00:20:31 I feel good about that. Good one. Baggy Jersey, that's a good call. Okay, next one. That's Lamar, isn't it? No. No, it does look a little bit like Lamar, though. You're right.
Starting point is 00:20:45 The left arm flaring a lot like that. Yeah, and the pause, the hesitation at the top. It looks tall and skinny. Like, I'm trying to think who's. Can we see it again? Paul skinny with like a nice fluid release like that. It's that pause at the top that's really getting me. It's not like CJ Stroud, is it?
Starting point is 00:21:05 Nope. Can't be Vic, Grace. It's a writing. Oh, that. It's a current player. Is it Aaron Rogers? Nope. No.
Starting point is 00:21:19 I'll take one more. look if you don't mind. It's somebody that's just like, they're okay. They're not like anything should really be like. Oh, Justin Herbert. Justin Herbert. Nice, nice. That's a good one.
Starting point is 00:21:34 That's a good one. You got me so bad. All right. Next one, we got three more. Okay. That's it. Hidden Manning. No.
Starting point is 00:21:48 Oh, I felt so good about that. That's not Aaron Rodgers for sure. No, but you. guys are right he's an older older sort of he's current but he's older Matthew Stafford yes nice that was that based on just age yeah yeah yeah yeah he's the only current guy is gonna be under center Philip Rivers yes yeah he's got that weird sure the short like the shot put yeah okay here's the last one oh man that's that's that's
Starting point is 00:22:26 Josh Allen, Josh Allen. Oh, that was a tie. You both really said that at the same time. I think, yeah. I felt like a guy first, but there's lag. So, yeah. Clean to that. E.J. won that.
Starting point is 00:22:39 That would have been me to tie it up, I think. But I think since you got it at the same time, we'll give you the win. Love it. You know, ball, E.J. Don't know. Don't pander. Don't pander to me. This guy, not only does he prep for the show, he knows ball.
Starting point is 00:22:54 He does his prep by watching quarterbacks. Yeah, I said, I said Josh Allen more times than you. That's why I'm going to say. That was fun. That was good. That was really fun. All right. I like that. All right.
Starting point is 00:23:13 Good job, Lindsay. We come back on the other side with Fran's game. Hmm. PHY trivia day rolls on. Stay with us. Visit trumark.com slash momentum for an insurer by NCUA. back in the phto yagles podcast spirit week trivia day lindsay e jay bow and fran fran you take it away all right so this one is one that everybody at home can also play along with and here's the idea uh i did ask you guys to prepare one prop uh to to you so bear with me here so basically what we're going to do i'm going to ask a question and the answer will be one of two options it'll either
Starting point is 00:25:51 be answer number answer A or answer B you guys will show your answer at the same time okay so you know flash your either your side of paper that says A or the side of the paper that says B and then we will we'll see who has the most correct answers at the end there is a tie breaker at the end in case there is a tie. Can I ask one quick question not about your rule specifically Fran how are we doing the like the scoring so I won last segment you won the first second is that we're just based on who wins the most segments. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:26:22 Fray didn't win the first segment. No, I did not win the first segment. When I said you, I meant you, Bo. I apologize. Yes. So are we, we're counting the segments. Commulative points, not necessarily who won the segment. Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:38 I don't remember how many points I had, but. You asked us to bring props. My props are a John Olerud card for one and a Placito Polanco card for two. Oh, Plesito, Polanco, man. That guy was like, everything for me when I was a kid. The largest head in the history of, yeah. Did I ever tell
Starting point is 00:26:55 you guys I met Michael Leberthal when I was like nine years old? Nice. Shockingly no. Yeah. I love those Phillies teams, man. Anyway, let's do this. In the, in the, in the, if you're putting a team together of the last 30 years of
Starting point is 00:27:13 Jewish baseball players, Leberthal is your catcher. Exactly. That's why I was so excited when I met him. All right. So first question. And I did try and go from easiest to hardest here. So I'm not sure if you guys are aware, but Quinyan Mitchell is actually older than Kili Ringo. And much like that.
Starting point is 00:27:38 Jalen Carter is actually older than Morrow Ojamo. So my question is, which Eagles pairing is closer in age? Is it the Kiwi Ringo and Quigionan Mitchell? A, or B. Ojimo and Jalen Carter. Ooh. So I will count from five down. And after when I get down to one,
Starting point is 00:27:57 you guys will or EVJ will just flash his answer up. So let's go three, two, one, and you guys both show your answer at the same time. All right, there we go. In three, two, one. I'm going A, one. EJ goes B. I went B.
Starting point is 00:28:15 Oler root is A, yeah. Oler root is A. Okay, I got it. The correct answer is B. Jalen Carter is B. is 133 days older than Morrow and Quinyan is 304 almost a full year old than Kili Ringo whereas Jalen and Morrow are much closer together so one point for EJ now let's go to the next one which year did Jalen Hertz score more touchdowns the disastrous 20203 season or the Super Bowl MVP 2024 season that is this include passing touchdowns it is
Starting point is 00:28:51 is scoring touchdown. So like when he reaches the end zone. So rushing touchdowns are receiving touchdowns. All right. And three, two, one. That's A. The answer is A. 2023.
Starting point is 00:29:07 He had a career high 15 touchdowns, 2024. He had 14. So you guys both get a point. E.J. has two. Bo has one. All right. Let's go to the next one. Which number is higher?
Starting point is 00:29:20 Deonté Burnett's jersey number with the Eagles. or B, the most than an item went for in Swooper last year. So you got to think back, Deante Burnett. That's why his name was fresh in my mind when we talked about him earlier. Or the most turkeys that an item went for in Swooper during the 2025 season. Give us the answers in three, two, one. That's an upside down B and a placido Polanco card. I tried to think that as two Bs.
Starting point is 00:29:52 I tried to write the B backward. For the audience's sake, I tried to do it the other way. The correct answer is B, which the item, the most of an item went for in Swoper last year, 17. And it was multiple times 17. I actually did it multiple times, which is a poor job by me. Deonté Burnett wore the number 16. So it was a very, very close one there.
Starting point is 00:30:19 All right. So you guys both got the point. So it's three to two. EJ is winning. All right, next question. Who had more receiving yards in their Eagles career? A, Boston Scott, or B, Travis Fulgum. Scott here for six seasons. Travis Fulgum here for one very memorable stretch during the 2020 season.
Starting point is 00:30:45 Who had more yards? Give us your answers in three, two, one. Oh, beautiful. So Bo says B. Travis Fulgum. E.J. says A. Boston Scott. The correct answer is. A. Oh, 566 yards for Boston Scott. Travis Fulgum had 539. That's a really good one. I knew it was going to be close. I thought the reason you were asking is because it was Fulgum. I was trying to get in your head there. Listen, I knew that you, one of you would think that. So I had to go over the other way. All right.
Starting point is 00:31:24 Next question. Which number is higher? Wait, hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Because the graphic says which number is lower. I have it as higher.
Starting point is 00:31:36 Okay. So we were answering which one is higher. Yes. You were answering which is higher. Okay. Which number is higher? Oh, this is a different graphic. That's why.
Starting point is 00:31:45 All right. So hold on. Okay. So we skipped one. Give me a sec. Let me get to it. Oh, did I skip it? I may have skipped it.
Starting point is 00:31:57 Let me one sec. Where am I? No, sorry. I got mine out of order. Just do this one and then we'll go back to your order. Got it, got, got, got, got to. Transactions since we got. All right.
Starting point is 00:32:07 So give me a one sec. Where am I? Oh, here I am. Okay. All right, which number is lower? A, the jersey number of the player involved in the most transactions since you guys have both been on the beat together. Or B, the jersey number of Howie Roseman's
Starting point is 00:32:25 first draft pick as general manager, which is obviously before both of you were on the beat. Not true. Well, before both of you. That's a fair point, fair point. All right. We have the answer in three, two, one. Wait, hold on. We're doing lower?
Starting point is 00:32:44 Lower, right? Yeah, it's correct. It's lower. Three, two, one. You both said B, that it was the jersey number of the Howie's first draft pick. Is that BG? the correct answer is B Brandon Graham
Starting point is 00:32:59 and is the other one Julian Vanderveldi no because that was the Julian was before you guys were both on the beat the answer was Brett Toth who had 17 transactions and he wore the number 64 which is obviously higher than BG's number of 55
Starting point is 00:33:15 all right so let's see Lindsay if you want to go to the next one he's up to still yes correct Okay. Okay. Oh, good one.
Starting point is 00:33:31 Now we're back. Okay. Okay. Okay. Which number is higher? A, the number of P.A.T.s that Jake Elliott has hit in his career. Or B, the number of days since last year's Ospreys. So we'll think about that.
Starting point is 00:33:50 Obviously, that was last August. We're getting up to it. Which number is higher? The answer in three, two. One, go. All right, Bo says B. E.J says A. The correct answer is A,
Starting point is 00:34:09 373 PATs for Jake. I don't think EJ's got one wrong. The Ospreys, I think that is correct. I think he's perfect. Wow. I think that's correct. That's the first time you said that on this show. EJ's perfect.
Starting point is 00:34:22 I said that all the time. Yeah, it was 373 PATs for Jake. Ospreys for 345 days ago on August 6th 2025 All right Next
Starting point is 00:34:35 How many are left? Three Oh man I'm dormy Yeah two or three Yeah All right Okay here it is
Starting point is 00:34:45 In this year's Flew World Order It was I was the least confident in A.J. Brown returning to the team this fall Beau was the most confident And E.J.,
Starting point is 00:34:57 as is usually the case, somewhere in between. Oh, that's not. We ranked 27 players overall, just to remind you of like kind of the span of players here. So 27 players overall. So which number was higher? Was it A, the difference between Bowen Eye's ranking of Brown on our lists?
Starting point is 00:35:16 Or B, how many turkeys the Ringo of Power item went for in Swooper? So which number was higher? The difference between Bowen's ranking of A.J. Brown and Flewold Order. or how many turkeys the Ringo of Power went for in Swooper this fall. We'll have your answers in three, two, one. Bo says B, AJ, or EJ says A. The answer is A. A.
Starting point is 00:35:48 Yeah. The Ringo of Power didn't go for that much. I remember us saying it probably should have gone for more. We were also confused. The Ringo of Power went for seven turkeys. Yeah. And the difference between Bo and I's answers was, eight turkey it was eight so it was right right there on the nose but uh but bow had him at seven
Starting point is 00:36:06 i had him at 15 okay go of power went for seven so so house for the way it's been my shoulders since uh since the middle of fall that's a good question yeah all right next one which number is lower is it a the jersey number of the oh wait hold on nope oh okay this was the i'm going back to that other question. All right, here we go. This is actually the last question. All right, which number is lower? Is it A, the number of players that Howie Roseman has drafted since 2019, so since you guys both went on the beat, who did not play at a Power 5 school, or B, the number of points that EJ scored this spring in our annual Duck Duck Juice draft? Which one's that? I could not tell you how That's the positions.
Starting point is 00:36:58 That's the positions for the draft. EJ was the winner of Duck, Duck, Duce. And so how many points do you score? Oh, he was the winner. He was the winner, yep. Oh, okay. It's prestigious, as some said. I don't remember how many points in have to do.
Starting point is 00:37:11 Which was lower? The number of players at Howie has selected since 2019, who did not play in the Power 5 or the number of points EJ scored in Duck, Duck, Juice. I'll have your answers in three, two, one. EJ says A Bo says A The correct answer is
Starting point is 00:37:31 A Howie Roseman has drafted 13 players from outside the power five Since you guys have both been on the beat EJ won ducked up juice With a score of 14 So there was so EJ

Starting point is 00:38:25 I'm surprised it's even that high. Yeah. We're going to see who can last the longest in trying to recall the list. Okay. You guys can ping pong back and forth here. All right. Players that did not play at a Power 5 school since the 2019 draft. Okay.
Starting point is 00:38:40 For Howie. E.J., you go first. You won, so you get to go first. Yeah. You won first. You can name. Quinnian Mitchell. You can go who can last the longest here.
Starting point is 00:38:49 Quinnian Mitchell is one from the recent draft that stands out. There's Quinnion Mitchell number one. Most of these are going to be the early classes. Jaylick Hunt. Jalick Hunt, yep, number two, correct. Back to E.J. I just keep thinking Davian Taylor, and he was in the pack 12, so that doesn't count. Nope.

Starting point is 00:40:50 So Lee McNeil's not getting that deal. All right. I'm thinking about less by year and more by position. I think that's the right way to do it. That's trying to think of the year. We're missing a running back. Two wide receivers. receivers john high tower john high tower uh all right back to back to e j okay uh there's only two

Starting point is 00:46:22 We have horns up. We have NBA All-Star Birds, where you're going to tell me the surname that is the same between former NBA All-Stars and people from Egos history. We have Who Wrote it? And we have Howieed Roseman, man. Can you explain All-Star Birds one more time? Just to make sure I got it. I think it will be pretty self-explanatory, but these are NBA All-Wson.
Starting point is 00:46:50 All-Stars and players or people who are in the Eagles aura who have the same last name. Current NBA All-Stars? No, it doesn't have to be. Not necessarily. Yes, and based on the point, yes.
Starting point is 00:47:16 What is that? I have a question. I won't think of that because this is single jeopardy, not double jeopardy, but there will be also be a final jeopardy just so you know. Okay. My only other question is the who wrote it? Is that as simple as like we're like who, what are the, what is the subject matter that we are trying to part?
Starting point is 00:47:34 You have to wait and be surprised by that one. All right. Let's, no, I want horns up for 200. Horns up. Yeah, you bet you are horned up. Horns up for 200. And the answer is, this defensive tackle had one more sack in 2025 than owes in his name. Moro Jomo.

Starting point is 01:01:22 You are in striking range. Let's wrap up 26. Eagles 26 quotes for 1,000. I can't wait to touch all that thickness again. I have no idea. And I wouldn't want to guess anybody had a turn. So, Sante? Assente.
Starting point is 01:01:47 Samuels, correct. Oh, man. ourselves a game. Fran's at 3,600, and EJ's at 5,400. I had to take a swing at it. What was the context for this quote? He tweeted it.
Starting point is 01:02:04 Lord have mercy. All right, Fran. Howweed Roseman. What number do you want? You want to go 200? We should have known it was going to come down to Howweed Roseman at the end of here. Howweed Roseman for 200.
Starting point is 01:02:20 No doubt, Roseman cares a lot. about Tony Leonard's handling of Lincoln Financial Fields this. Grass. Grass is correct. Oh, I see you did there. That's good. You want to go for 400?
Starting point is 01:02:35 Yeah, let's go 400. Howweed Roseman for 400. Roseman calling someone meddlesome would be like this calling the kettle black. Pot. I think I got E.J. there first, unfortunately. E.J. 5800. You got a 2,000 turkey lead. Three questions to go.
Starting point is 01:02:57 Man, it all comes down to this. Let's go for, we have 400, right? 600, 800, $800,000 is left. You knew I was going to forget the rules at some point. 600. 600 for Howweed Rosemann. This Dupree has never played for the Eagles, but as a former first round pick,
Starting point is 01:03:14 he checks a kink box that Roseman might mean he plays for the Eagles someday. Bud. Bud is correct. You were up to 6,400, E.J. And you got two questions left. Can you make it a runaway? All right. Let's do 800.
Starting point is 01:03:32 800. In the wake of Tom Petty's 2017 death, Roseman and team president Don Smolensky clung to the song, won't back down, even if the GM might have preferred last dance with her. Mary Jane.
Starting point is 01:03:50 Mary Jane is correct. Nicely done, Fran. And the final question. Is it all on the line here? No, there's a final jeopardy. Okay. I forgot about. The final question, Fran.
Starting point is 01:04:02 Fibris, Carter Legenius, and Cenovial are the three types of these Roseman favorites. The answer is joints. Joints. And we head to Final Jeopardy, E.J. You might want to write this down. I don't know if you want to do the math. You got a second here. Okay.
Starting point is 01:04:30 You have 6,400 turkeys. Fran, you have 4,600 turkeys. And I will tell you the category for Final Jeopardy is before and after. Now, do you know what before and after means? Before and after is, for instance, Robert Frost Nixon. Or if I said, like, it's a thing that goes. into the other. So if I said, uh,
Starting point is 01:05:00 former a thousand yard dominion of running back for the Denver Broncos and the producer of this show, Philip Lindsay new producer. You understand? Do you understand? It's like, it's like one thing that goes into the other. Justin Thomas Booker. So that would be Justin Thomas Booker would be like, that could be an answer. I will give you the clue, but the,
Starting point is 01:05:27 this is going to be something where it is a, a word of person or a, phrase that then goes into the other. Let's see how it goes. All right. I'm going to give you each 20 seconds to write down your guesses or I'm sorry, your wagers. Please send them to me either by Slack or text. Okay.
Starting point is 01:05:54 And I've got a... You've got an 1800 turkey lead, 6,400. Yeah, I got that, but I'm trying to think... The game theory here is that Fran, is going to wager to try and beat me. Okay. Okay. Daniz is going to be so ashamed of me for my game theory here.
Starting point is 01:06:17 I feel like there is a strategy that I'm missing. Like, but we'll see how it goes. All right. So you haven't given us a question. I'd send you my wager first. Correct. All right. I'm texting it.
Starting point is 01:06:35 Okay. Texted. Okay. All right. Wagers are in. And the question is, before and after. Egritz, playful taunt of Agon Targaryen on LaShawn McCoy's best day as an eagle. Eagrott's playful taunt of Agon Targaryen on LaShawn McCoy's best day as an eagle.
Starting point is 01:07:06 Please text me your answers. I will sing the Jeopardy song. Do, do, do, do, do, do do, do do. Do do do do do do do do do do do do do do boom, bum, you. Fran, you are behind by 1,800 points. Your answer. You know nothing, John Snowball. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:07:46 How much did you, hold on? How much did you wager? Zero. Fran wagered zero, betting on E.J. to drop the ball. Oh, oh. E.J. I'm sorry, that's not true. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 01:08:00 I reversed it. Fran bet it all. Fran double down. Fran bet everything, 4,600. That's what he did. He went to cover E.J. E.J. You said, no snowball.
Starting point is 01:08:15 No. Snowball. It had to be three words. Fortunately, you wagered nothing, but Fran overtakes me. An unbelievable comeback on Final Jeopardy. You know nothing, John Snowball. Fran, you have won. P.H.M.I. Eagles Jeopardy. The most prestigious of all the games we played.
Starting point is 01:08:40 I blame you, Bo. I blame your poor explanation for the rules, because I know what you were getting at. clearly I wrote the snow bowl. You wrote no snow. What is no snow? So this is just semantics at this point. Every example you gave was three letters. It was like, you know, Patrick, I don't know, I'm not going to finish that.
Starting point is 01:09:04 This is some of the worst store losing I've ever seen. No, I mean, I don't, well, I lost this segment, but the viewers know I won all three of the other segments. And I feel good about that. I'm going to take that into my weekend, feeling great. Here I was ready to gas you up for an impressive show. Yeah, it was impressive. And now you're going to throw me under the bus?
Starting point is 01:09:28 Fran, well, Fran understood the instruction. Yeah, he got it correct. It doesn't, you can't argue that it was too difficult to understand if the only other person playing the game got it correct. My argument is that it's clear that I knew what you were getting at. It was just this like, what did you? Oh, that'll work. That'll work with.
Starting point is 01:09:47 Trebek. Yeah, Ken Jennings. No, no, no, no, I'm not worried about you. I knew what you were saying. If we had Trebek, maybe I would have known the answer. So maybe I would have known how this worked. All right.
Starting point is 01:10:01 You closed the show. Lindsay says she also was confused. She thought it was John Snowball. All of the examples were three letters. Anyway, that's been a minute for the P.H.I. Eagles podcast. Congratulations. Oh, man. All right, that's going to do it for this episode of the PHOI Eagles podcast.
Starting point is 01:10:45 Congratulations to you, Fran, for winning Jeopardy. Thank you to Lindsay. Thank you to Fran. Thank you to Bo for doing a pretty good job hosting the games and doing, you know, 50% of the work on this show. And thank you to everybody watching at home. We will see you.
