Starting point is 00:00:00 Danny. All righty. All righty. Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the Picky Boys Podcast Extravaganza. And pets. And pets. Some pets. Pets watch.
Starting point is 00:00:12 Pets love us. Do they? Yeah. I've heard. There's cats especially. They like swat at the screen. Does that mean they want to, do they see us as prey, or does that mean- I don't know.
Starting point is 00:00:21 I could see a cat thinking that you could prey. You prey. Do you prey? No. Well, every time an animal comes into the house, they immediately attack Danny. That's true. They can sense my fear. A little bit, yeah.
Starting point is 00:00:34 I hate animals. I love looking at them. And I love the joy that they bring people. But I don't want them anywhere near me. Did you get attacked as a kid at all or no? I was attacked when I was a child by tiny small dogs, too, which is even more upsetting. What kind? Chihuahua?
Starting point is 00:00:51 No. No, that's Riley. Shih Tzu. That's all bigger. Something like that. What's the classic, like, fucking mangy white little dog that all the- It's not that. Every woman-
Starting point is 00:01:01 It's the one- Like, sassy? Like, sassy, yeah. Like, our friend's dog, Sassy. It's like the ones that are, like, brown, and they're, like, hairy, and they're kind of, like, tiny. Just describing dogs. Just describing dogs. Could be describing a cat, honestly.
Starting point is 00:01:13 I don't know, but either way- They're on four legs. They lick the toilet. Two of them bit me through my jeans. It was a double team. It was a double team. At the same time? I guess so, yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:21 What were you doing? I was pretty young. I was- But that started it all. And I'm also allergic to them. It's just like, I wasn't born to be a pet companion, a person. Well, yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:34 The pet would be your companion. Yeah. I don't need a companion. Wait, but now. Of a pet kind. You got a bit through the genes. I know. Isn't that crazy?
Starting point is 00:01:44 A Yorkie? Is that what it's called? That's not bad. Can we get old Yorkie, Jason? Jason looked at Danny. We know what a Yorkie looks like. With actual disgust. Can we get a Yorkie?
Starting point is 00:01:53 Dude, a dog bit my dick when I was a kid. i tell you guys this what like bad not bad but also can we soften up that word what did you what did you expect i mean you were putting your your giblets near the dog didn't do any of that unfair characterization no i literally like he was just chasing his neighbor a whole new name sorry i had to get that would be the opposite but no you know and uh just the neighbor got a new dog and it was kind of playing around chasing me a little too much and like nibbling a little too much and then it ran between my legs so i jumped up split in the air and it just like chomped and i was so embarrassed i didn't even like tell my parents even though it really hurt were you were
Starting point is 00:02:33 there dents no nothing like that it just they nibbled you there's nibble yeah right but it hurt yeah no i always people always say like oh yeah sometimes you know your dog will like bite on your finger when you're petting like this is a joke i don't get that now imagine that see on your penis i don't get that because as soon as a dog like tries to bite my finger i immediately they want to punch it why are you fingering dogs no you're just petting it and then like it but why are you by the mouth that's just how you said you pet a dog and then like i don't know they go you did it again what is that finger like i don't know this is what dogs do i guess you just you have such a prey smell yeah there's there's only there's only been one dog i've ever liked in my
Starting point is 00:03:11 entire life and it's antonio's sister's dog so not joe's dog okay all right joe's dog is way too big dog is way too big every time he comes up to me i'm like oh well that's a full person like it could knock him over now antonio's sister's dog that's the dog that's the only dog i love adorable but that was that dog was a puppy it was not gonna grow into a bigger dog anyway she's a bit of a chonker now just a bit okay do you think she that me and her would still have a connection no danny i think i think not at all i think we had a great connection when she was a young pup and so i think when she was a young pup she saw danny as more of a mother figure yeah And now it's probably back to prey now that I'm thinking about it.
Starting point is 00:03:52 It's the only dog ever, like, I've had that sit in my lap. Well, she was hypoallergenic. And she is hypoallergenic. Currently is. I don't know why I said was. It helps that they're not actively trying to kill me. Scent-wise. Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:04:07 Well. Have you ever seen the guy who does dog jiu-jitsu? He just, like, does TikTok videos, and he teaches you how to put, like, your dog in an arm bar and stuff. useful stuff man dude if you get attacked one day this is an incredibly niche JT yeah it's dogs it's dogs
Starting point is 00:04:26 it's like three Venn diagrams combined this is my algorithm what does that guy have two views one himself one is you yeah that's so funny maybe Danny should learn dude it could save your life one day
Starting point is 00:04:42 he likes UFC and dogs so much he's starting to get dog jitsu on his For You page. There's another guy who does tutorial videos on self-jiu-jitsu. He puts himself in an arm bar and then he'll teach you the counter
Starting point is 00:04:59 to the self-arm bar. He's like, once you get in the self-arm bar, you're going to want to put yourself in a rear naked. I don't know what's going on. Anyway, I'm getting way too deep in the weeds. Can we look through your phone? Can we look through your algorithm? I don't think you should look through his phone.
Starting point is 00:05:14 We're definitely not looking through Jason's phone. can we get something else jason what do we got here yeah jason what's in the news jason we got to get off dogs uh you guys have a choice oh oh my god he's doing it again uh is this all of them do you want to talk about the met gala i mean the met gala happened wow there's so many there's so many this is all met gala why'd you say met gala like that by the way how do you say it i don't know say it again met gala gala no you got it all right all right let's let's run through them we got we got a few we got uh jenna ortega i don't love these love this okay ruler look a little gladiator look ruler yeah they're rulers oh shit oh shit sorry sorry the glasses are a little dirty
Starting point is 00:05:53 didn't notice that they look like uh the theme the theme this year was uh like black tailoring and dandyism and then the what you're supposed to wear on that's the exhibit and then what you're supposed to wear is like is like an emphasis in tailoring i don't know exactly what that means but i guess she uses rulers to kind of like oh this is this is tailored for me i actually like this a lot what would you call it dandy lism dandyism that's what it sounds like danny made it like an art exhibit be like this is dandy dandy dandyism it's it goes back to like this this is what the exhibit is it's like the roots of like fashion and slavery and i don't know dandelions and no dandyism i feel like there should be dandelions there i don't think it's
Starting point is 00:06:41 like i like this one though i don't know go to the museum and figure it out i don't i don't know yeah i like it i like it i didn't know there were rulers i did not it changes my opinion a little bit but not to better or worse a little worse okay that's fair uh next we got okay this is henry It takes up a lot of space, I will say that. It does take up a lot of space. Well, I'm confused. 1800s? Yeah, like a Game of Thrones thing.
Starting point is 00:07:04 I feel like someone always does a Game of Thrones thing. Wait, no, this is last year's. Oh, I'm Jason. Jason. Jason. Oh, shit. Jason, what are we doing? This is this year.
Starting point is 00:07:13 This is your whole bit. This is this year. That was the only one. This better be the only one, Jason. Jason, if there's one more. The carpet's like blue this year. No, no, no. There's no cutting.
Starting point is 00:07:20 You messed it up, and it's staying in. It's staying in. I'm going to keep referencing that you messed it up, so you have to keep it in. He's going to ruin the continuity. Next one. This one's from this year, not like the one Jason just messed up. Is that the kid from Stranger Things? This is very dapper.
Starting point is 00:07:35 I'm glad we have this one from this year because Jason just put in one from last year, which really messed it up. Didn't happen. I'm just making sure that we keep that in. Dude, he looks like a full-grown man. He does look like a full-grown man. Isn't Stranger Things Season 5 supposed to come out? Why? They're just going to be grown men and women?
Starting point is 00:07:51 He's going to have a beard. Honestly, I think this looks pretty good. This is fire. I don't like the gloves. I was just going to say that. But not because they are gloves. I just feel like the color. The color, I think, is off.
Starting point is 00:08:02 You know what I mean? No? And how thick they are. The color is off. And the material looks like, honestly. I can't. I love the cane. Love the accents.
Starting point is 00:08:08 I love everything else. Love the beard as well. Yeah. Loving the beard. I like the, whatever the handkerchief is, chief. Yeah, I don't know. It's like a bunch of chains. Don't like the gloves.
Starting point is 00:08:20 Yeah. Sue me. But I like everything else. I agree. All right. Janelle Monae. Yes. Always kills it.
Starting point is 00:08:27 This is awesome. What the hell is this? Wow, this is an optical illusion. Awesome as a word. This is great. I think this is awesome. Wait, is it- And it comes off.
Starting point is 00:08:35 Can the next slide? Are they in something? Can she move her arms? Yeah. It did come off at some point. Okay, there it is. There it is. There it is.
Starting point is 00:08:41 There it is. There it is. There it is. There it is. There it is. There it is. There it is. There it is.
Starting point is 00:08:41 There it is. All right, wait, wait, wait. first of all love the clock monocle okay all right this is that that is way better yeah than that thing she had on but i get it because you know you have it on it looks like garbage and then you take it off it's like oh it makes this look even better the clock is and the clock monocle that's sick she's hiding a whole bag under there and it moves too no i saw the guy on tiktok who made the clock monocle for her no one could just make things say clock one again clock i think you said cock this is what jason wants to hear
Starting point is 00:09:14 next one i don't i don't think he's that popular he's like a model all right he's only he's in but i really in his dms his fit was good i think you'd appreciate it i would appreciate this is uh inspired by jojo oh it is it is it's a good fit jojo's bizarre adventure it's a great fit he looks like a he looks like we get a side can we get a jojo what is the inspiration here? Is it the spade? It's probably Giorno. Giorno?
Starting point is 00:09:39 Is this Giorno's outfit? You definitely see... Oh, yeah, yeah. Like the heart situation. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Pretty good. Pretty good. Yeah, no, that is cool.
Starting point is 00:09:46 All right, we don't... Jason. You got here quick, by the way. This is in his bookmarks. Jason got there fast. Why is he naked? This is it with the cape. Looks nice.
Starting point is 00:09:55 Very boxy cape. Worse with the cape. But I feel like now I'm starting... Now I'm starting... Is the theme kind of boxy? I guess so. I'm not exactly sure. I guess clocks.
Starting point is 00:10:05 But it's definitely this theme, from what I've heard, was the men are the people who are supposed to show up this year instead of the women. Show up as in really show out. It's more about suits and tailored suits more than it is dresses. So the men really have to step up this year. Gotcha. Honestly, Ben Simmons always has a good outfit.
Starting point is 00:10:27 I don't know why he's there every year, but he always got a good outfit. Damn, you know whose outfit I was trying to find, but i just lost it uh that a ticker tick tick tocker who goes you know that guy's name oh uh come come copy right yeah i forgot copy lane copy lane yes yes i am all right with this there was one year yeah his outfit it's also good i think it is about clocks danny yeah it looks like it's about clocks definitely i don't think it's about clock bro everyone everyone has a clock i I just think that every person has a clock. I think that happens to be like the time.
Starting point is 00:11:06 I don't know. Dude, it's definitely about clocks. And for the audience, like this person, full vest, all clocks. It has to be about clocks. There's over 10 clocks on his vest. There's over 10 clocks on the left side. Yeah. It has to be about clocks.
Starting point is 00:11:24 I like this stuff. There's nothing like crazy, crazy over the top unless Jason didn't show it. No, I looked through. I looked through. There's like 300 pictures of outfits, and I look through a lot. Look at Demi Moore. He's giving Mad Hatter vibes here. Seems like a relatively tame Met Gala, honestly.
Starting point is 00:11:41 Well, clocks aren't that. Demi Moore, so it's all about suits and ties, so she went as a tie. I like that. She is the tie. That's cute. It's still not bad. It's not like. I'm okay with it.
Starting point is 00:11:57 Yeah. I don't like it. Should dress up next Met Gala to try to fit the theme on the podcast. Yeah. It's funny when I did a Met Gala review a few years ago. That one. It was the camp one, so that was a particularly odd one. That one sucked.
Starting point is 00:12:10 I couldn't. Still don't know what that word means. Yeah, honestly. I don't really know either. Yeah, it's tough. I like that it's all about clocks this year, clearly. And it's about clocks and ties, I guess. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:22 Well, good job, everybody. Good job, everybody. You did it. It's a strange event. I feel like the Met Gala happens every three months. Why does it feel like that? It's the first Monday in May. Every year?
Starting point is 00:12:33 Every year. I guess it's just people are just dressing weirder because, you know, the Grammys he wore, Jaden Smith wore the house hat or whatever it was, and people are just dressing strange. I mean, it is like a good thing. It's like a fundraiser for the Met Museum that puts on like a, what is it called? Like an exhibit of fashion. So it is going towards the arts, and the Met is basically free for New Yorkers, so it's good to fund that stuff.
Starting point is 00:13:02 Only free for us. You all have to pay. You have to pay. You all have to pay. But I think it's a suggested donation. When's the last time you've been in a museum? I was at the MoMA like two weeks ago. I swear to God.
Starting point is 00:13:16 What's the MoMA stand for? The Museum of Modern Art. How was that? It was way too crowded. I wasn't meeting somebody there, and so I was just there. But it's cool. So you were meeting somebody there? Yeah, I didn't stay for very long.
Starting point is 00:13:28 You went inside? Yeah. $30. You paid $30 to go inside, meet somebody, and leave? Yeah. Well, they were there for a while. And so I was like, I'm not going to make you re-exhibit all of these modern art. So you were late?
Starting point is 00:13:42 I was very late, yeah. Okay, that makes sense. Okay, how about we be honest? We'll be up front. I didn't think I had to. Why do you make a CIA torture method out of you? I didn't realize I had to explain the whole situation. Why can't we just be honest?
Starting point is 00:13:53 I didn't realize that was, okay, either way, I wasn't impressed. By the five minutes you spent there? I wasn't impressed. You know, actually hold time out. For someone who's such a baby about time, that's why he was trying to hide that he was late. I'm not usually late, but when I am, first of all, the first thing is that when I am late, I clearly communicate with the person, I'm running late, this is my ETA. Yeah, bare minimum, by the way. That's what you're supposed to do.
Starting point is 00:14:24 Tell that to everybody that I fucking know. Relax. Because they say, oh, leaving the house now, they don't even have their underwear on. So this is bullshit. I do that. Jason, we know you do that. I'm here on time, though. No one said you weren't.
Starting point is 00:14:40 I guess Danny's kind of saying that a little bit. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying I'm usually strict with time. And so I was late. I'm a human. You're not allowed to be late. you're just not allowed to always be late
Starting point is 00:14:51 and then say like oh what's the big deal I'm only 15 minutes late well it's 15 minutes that I'll never get back you fucking loser so Jesus
Starting point is 00:15:00 relax okay alright you were late you were late to the Met Gala yes I mean sorry yes I was late to the Met Gala you were late to the Met Gala
Starting point is 00:15:07 and you spent 30 bucks to just sprint around the exhibit to just kind of you know better friend than I like first of all where do you want me to meet you
Starting point is 00:15:15 I will say before then it was a long time before I'd been since I've been to a museum. I think the last time I was in a museum was probably when we were in Amsterdam. Genuinely.
Starting point is 00:15:26 The Van Gogh? Yeah, the Van Gogh Museum. Cool museum. Great museum. It was all of his art pieces and they brought it to life with graphics and stuff. It was pretty cool.
Starting point is 00:15:33 That's about it. Did you guys go to the, I'm going to try to say this, Louvre? Just the Louvre? The Louvre? The Louvre, yeah, yeah, yeah. That one.
Starting point is 00:15:41 When we were in Paris, we did go to the Louvre. How was that? We saw the Mona Lisa. Very small woman. Honestly, the Louvre has so many cooler, like huge paintings than the Mona Lisa.
Starting point is 00:15:52 The Mona Lisa's kind of just like... Yeah, it's behind like four inches of bulletproof glass. And everybody's trying to get a picture with it. It's really not... It's cool because it's like, wow, the Mona Lisa.
Starting point is 00:16:00 You can't even really touch it. Also, is it the Mona Lisa anymore? Don't they keep... You cannot touch it. They repaint all that stuff. Yeah, they keep repainting all the paintings. What's a painting anymore?
Starting point is 00:16:09 I don't know. Yeah. I could do it. If you take a ship and replace every part, is it still the same ship? See, but that argument, I feel like, yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:17 Well, then you think It's the same painting. I know, but it's something with painting that's different. If you paint over it a bunch of times, that's not the same painting. If the ship's plaque stays and all the other pieces, I'd say it's the same ship. Is that a thing, a ship plaque? I feel like it would be somewhere, maybe in the captain's quarters, you know? I think as long as the ship definitely has maintained its aura of being the ship.
Starting point is 00:16:39 How's that? It just does. I don't know how to describe it, but it just does. I agree. You can replace every piece. I think it's the same ship. I get my, you know, pieces of my car replaced. It's still my car.
Starting point is 00:16:52 Yeah, but if you got the whole car replaced, it's not. Well, over time or all at the same time. Does it matter? It does matter. It does matter. That definitely matters. It definitely matters. That definitely matters.
Starting point is 00:17:02 It's not the same car. It's not the same ship. It's not the same painting. I'm sorry. It definitely. You guys believe in fucking fake auras and stuff. That's voodoo magic. That's not real.
Starting point is 00:17:10 Fake auras? What the hell was that about? I didn't say aura. You guys believe in auras. God, you're on my side. It has the same aura. You're on my side. It has the same.
Starting point is 00:17:15 Maybe that's just a too online word. A too? A too much of an online word. But it has the same, like. Vibe, whatever. Yeah. No. He wasn't going to accept vibe.
Starting point is 00:17:28 It is. He said vibe. I offered the replacement word. He's not going to accept that. It's essence. Oh, I like that word. It's the same thing. I like that word.
Starting point is 00:17:37 You know what? It's all magic. I'm backing him up. Well, it's not magic, right? Because the ship does have some kind of essence to it, you know? He gave all three words that could be used. You can't come up with another one. How else would you describe it?
Starting point is 00:17:53 Vibe, aura, essence, gusto. Don't start. Don't start. That doesn't fit. Don't start. Vigor. Vigor. Why can't guster work?
Starting point is 00:18:04 Guster. Why can't guster work? Oh, shit. I don't know. Can you look up synonyms for essence or aura, please? Yes, yes. Okay, what do we got? Ethos.
Starting point is 00:18:14 The soul of the ship. The soul of the ship. That's a good one. The soul. There you go, JT. A ship has a soul. Come on, JT. A ship has a soul, JT.
Starting point is 00:18:21 The soul of the ship. This is all magic. This is not real. The ship's spirit. The ethos. The meat. I like that one. The meat of the ship.
Starting point is 00:18:28 I don't like that. Yeah, we replaced all the parts, but the meat of the ship's the same. The soul of the ship. That's a good one. The quintessence. Quintessence. The quintessence. That's too big of a word for a pirate.
Starting point is 00:18:42 Quintessence of the ship. The nucleus. Yeah, it's probably gone. All right, so my point is, the soul of the ship is still there. I'm going to have to disagree with you on this one. What if one piece is still there? What piece? That's a good question.
Starting point is 00:18:54 Oh. No. What? This is... It's got to be like, I will accept, and this is being generous, I'll take up to 75%. Bro. 74%. If 75% gets replaced, brother, you've reused...
Starting point is 00:19:08 It's a different ship, and you've reused some parts from the old one. Bro, 75%, what are you talking about? as long as all right not the wheel but a random plank on the ship that feels no that's not 70 how would i join your side here because how how is that the wheel is certainly more important yeah it's like a fundamental piece of the ship i know but there's something nice about it being a random plank somewhere on the ship where it's like that's the plank i do think my answer changes if it happens over time for some reason because i guess like i guess if if each piece gets changed over time then those pieces have kind of spent time with the original ship but if you just if
Starting point is 00:19:49 you just replace 80 of it it is a harder argument like you can't take one ship wheel and put it on a different ship and now it's a new ship that's crazy it's a good point well that's actually yes that is that is to our detriment no why because because look because the wheel's going to a new ship right and it doesn't become but if that was if that was a one-to-one of the old ship and you put the wheel on it. What the hell are you talking about? You're talking about opposites. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:20:15 You just said the opposite thing. No, no. Now you've... Okay, ship A's got a wheel. Ship B has no wheel. Okay. You take this wheel off, put it on there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:24 Does ship B become ship A? No. No. And now on ship B... That's what I'm saying. Hold on, hold on. I'm not done. And on ship B, you only replace 5% of it,
Starting point is 00:20:32 so it doesn't hit my threshold. It doesn't hit my threshold. Wait, but then why'd you look at me like I was a psycho? I'm agreeing with that. I don't know whose side you're on anymore now. I don't know. It's a challenging question. Why is Forky there?
Starting point is 00:20:46 What did that... Did you just put that there? It's a challenging question. No, he's been here the entire time. Why can't he hang out? He's seen some things. He's seen some things. He can't speak about them.
Starting point is 00:20:55 Holy shit. First of all, that is a gigantic spork. Yeah, it is a big spork. What are you eating with that? I don't know. A burrito, I guess? Oh. Is that how that works?
Starting point is 00:21:05 I don't know. I feel like a nice big bowl of cereal. I don't know why he's called Forky when he's a spork. That's a better question. Should be called Sporky. Wait, is he a spork in the movie? Yeah. So why is he called Forky?
Starting point is 00:21:19 Maybe he just doesn't know what a spork is. I mean, he's a spork. Oh, he doesn't say it himself. The kid names it. Oh, the kid didn't know. Oh, the kid probably, yeah. It's too advanced for kids. The kid's dumb.
Starting point is 00:21:28 This is also Danny Sporky. Has a mustache. Oh, I see that. Oh, you did all that? Yeah. Yeah, that makes sense. Okay. got a little bit of crackage at the bottom listen i don't like to harp on these things that often
Starting point is 00:21:42 because then antonio calls me antonio calls me a nerd i didn't say anything but let's start with this for all of those who don't know who've been living under a rock the pope is dead the pope is dead right it's been for like months he's dead now take a look at his tomb in which he was just entombed. Okay. I haven't heard about this. What? Do you see the problem here? Don't even look at the words. Look at the picture. Is it a typo? No, he said
Starting point is 00:22:11 don't look at the words. No, I'm saying don't look at the words in the article. Look at the picture. What a poor way to explain me directions. There's a huge issue, and it has to do with kerning. Word of the day. Kerning. Oh my gosh. The spacing in between letters.
Starting point is 00:22:27 Yeah, so. It looks like fr-ah-ness-is-a-qur. Look at the A. The A is lonesome. There's a mile in between the R, and there's a mile in between the N. Also, what does this word even say? It says Francis the whatever, the fifth or whatever. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:22:45 CBS is not the fifth. Francis versus who? Yeah. I think the issue must be, you know, once you etch into that stone, you can't backspace, right? Yeah, it's the same thing. You ever write on a birthday card, like, happy birthday, and then you got a... And day kind of curves down, and it's really small. Yeah, it's like, oh, no, I don't have enough space.
Starting point is 00:23:05 Mark Wilson, writing at FastCompany.com, called it objectively awful. Oh, yeah. And I agree with that. Oh, yeah, he said it looks like fra and sitz verse. This is supposed to be our holy father. Can we not get a stencil? Let's get a stencil. Oh, a stencil would be a great idea, actually.
Starting point is 00:23:24 It's bad. It's really bad. It is bad. And you know why it's extra bad? Because this is probably the last time that, like, the media and everyone in the world is going to talk about him, like, in a grand context. Yeah, it is one big joke at the end, isn't it? Yeah. Isn't it always, though?
Starting point is 00:23:42 There's going to be no more Pope news, at least about Pope Francis. Like, this is his final news article, essentially. I mean, there's, you know, there's, to the trained eye, there's kerning issues all over the world. But this is particularly awful. Yeah, I could see you being upset. There are so many times where I'm looking at a poster or a cover art or someone that we know is posting something about something they're doing or just anything graphics-wise. And I look at it and I go, Danny's going to hate that. And then I send it to him and he goes, oh, oh, oh.
Starting point is 00:24:17 That exact reaction. You're just sending Danny rage bait? That's all Antonio does. Well, I said it to him, and I just wait. Because if he says it's good, I'd have to go upstairs and say, what'd you do with Danny? But usually he just says it's awful terrible. Sometimes he says it's good. That's the test to see if he's still him.
Starting point is 00:24:35 Yeah. What test would you give each other? If I think that one of you is replaced with some kind of clone or bad alien, what test would you think would work to say who the other one is? Oh. I would ask JT if he would like a burrito bowl right now. You can do that. You can do that.
Starting point is 00:24:54 Yeah, but I feel like the clone might want it, too. It's a tough one, I guess. You could ask you, what's your favorite song in the Goofy movie? That's a great question. That's a great question, but everyone would say, oh, there's two, though. It's tough. I'm going to get shot.
Starting point is 00:25:10 You took too long to answer. I'm going to get shot. For Danny. I don't know what I'd say to JT, honestly. Oh, this is tough. You know what I would do for JT? I would get him a new monitor. but I would set the frame rate to 1
Starting point is 00:25:25 oh you're trying to be crazy and if JT doesn't say a thing about it for a week I'd be like oh it's not JT JT I'd ask JT to put himself in an arm bar actually if he can't do it then I know it's not him it's not the real him JT where did the dog bite you that one time point on this
Starting point is 00:25:41 on this doll for Danny graphic design yeah yeah I mean you can do a lot of things for Danny I would just what would you do for Danny JT man it's tough to say we have a secret phrase which i'm not going to say i also can't say because i don't remember it i don't remember this so i would get shot oh my god yeah the secret phrase i'll cut it no i'm not gonna use oh my god no it's not even it but it's way too
Starting point is 00:26:10 close no it's way too yeah just believe it don't cut it that's funny oh my god no yeah we do have a we did have a phrase growing up where if someone said it there's immediate all right we have to lock in there could be a problem and i think everybody should kind of have that no yeah it's like it's like lifetime safe words we used it uh when danny came out really yeah oh because because there would have to be a presser held the next day no because because we because you told people in a certain order so when it was finally like oh danny needs help we all thought you were messing around and then they said that and you're like oh shit it's serious and then we went and Gotcha, and stuff.
Starting point is 00:26:49 It works. It works. It works. You got to get your phrase down. You got to get your phrase down. Also, don't have a friend like JT that can't remember. Yeah, I can't remember. Because then that doesn't help either.
Starting point is 00:27:01 Wait, it's not in the s**t? Stop saying it. No. Yeah, stop saying it. I'm just getting bleeping. Yeah, yeah. Giving Jason more bleeping work. There was a time, back to the frame rate thing.
Starting point is 00:27:09 Also, wait, so before that. Before that. So I feel like we're all probably... gonna get the clone like i don't think we're gonna be able to figure each other out then depends how much they studied around depends how much they study bro yeah you know what's confusing in those movies that when they do clone you it's i guess it's not it's a pseudo clone or well you know because like when you clone someone i feel like you get everything but i guess not or it's more it's more shape shifters they just have the look of you and the voice
Starting point is 00:27:40 well then that's easy i feel like that's easy you just go any memory oh i would just i would go right up to danny's forehead and go oh and see if the unicorn hair is still there the shape shifter could easily miss that detail and not clone it that's a good point but what if it's not true what's he getting shot now yeah but but if he did that i would i would be able to say oh are you looking for the unicorn hair yeah the shape shifter would be like what the hell are you doing and then you kill him boom easy money right there and then and then we walk off and we're like this is the real danny and danny looks back at the camera and his eyes his eyes blink sideways like oh no
Starting point is 00:28:14 how did he mess that up back to the frame rate thing oh back to your eyes blinking sideways yeah because you're the because you're the alien
Starting point is 00:28:21 yeah or whatever it's like the end of the movie you know yeah it looks over in the camera yeah yeah we messed up
Starting point is 00:28:27 JT was upstairs and JT was and we were I was I forget if I was helping editing or if I was just watching something and JT kept getting frustrated
Starting point is 00:28:37 he was like do you see the game is messed up and I went what are you talking about he's like the game like right there It messes up when I do this.
Starting point is 00:28:45 It's like, what are you talking about? And then he checked the frame rate, and the frame rate of his computer was off by one frame. It was like 60 frames per second. This is an exaggeration. Bro, it was 60 frames per second. It might have been 58 frames per second. First of all, you think I play on 60, bro?
Starting point is 00:29:00 I play on 144. Exactly. Come on. So it was 143, and he was having a tizzy all over the place. And I was honestly kind of impressed that you were able to see it. I couldn't see a goddamn thing. All right. It was like the Incredibles when Flash runs and moves.
Starting point is 00:29:14 It's like, he moves right there. You know when Steph Curry is dribbling a basketball, and then boom, the basketball falls out of his hands, and he goes, that's not me. That part of the board, that part of the court is a dead spot. And then they come over and check it, and they go, oh my God, he's right, it is a dead spot. And he can just tell, he just knows.
Starting point is 00:29:33 That's what it is with the frame rate. Saying this guy's Steph Curry. Yes. That's what we're saying. Steph Curry of video games. This guy's Steph Curry of frame rate. That's the Steph Curry of frame rates. If I'm dropping frames, I can tell, and it messes me up.
Starting point is 00:29:44 And I go, I didn't kill that guy, and it's not my fault. It's the frame rate. I feel like that's just every gamer. I agree. Yeah, you agree. Jason's got it. You agree. Why don't you get it out of your mouth?
Starting point is 00:29:54 You agree with him. Whoa. Oh, sorry. Sorry, too much. Would you go to Dubai? To do what? I'm just asking. I don't like food.
Starting point is 00:30:03 I was asking if you'd go to Dubai. Can you answer? No, it's just a question for you. It's actually for you. It's for you. Jason's scared. I have something that might change your mind. It's a rich businessman offering a lot of money
Starting point is 00:30:14 for you to fly out there and just hang out. Just hang out. Why is Jason staring at me? I'm interested. Okay, I mean, wait, but for what? Just answer the question. Would you go to Dubai? We need a firm answer.
Starting point is 00:30:27 All right, no. Would I change your mind if I said that there's going to be a big, beautiful, new Disney park there? Oh. Okay. Because there is. How has he heard about this and not you?
Starting point is 00:30:40 Yeah, seriously. I thought you were on like the forums and stuff. Danny, can I talk to you for a second? Oh, no. Oh, no. What's the password? What's the password? What's the password?
Starting point is 00:30:50 What's the password? Look at that. Holy shit. Look at that. Oh, this is what you brought up? Danny, this is, first of all, this is a painting. What do you want from me here? It's concept art.
Starting point is 00:31:02 Listen. Also, it says Walt Disney has announced plans. He's dead, by the way. What is this? um no i mean but look at this this is gonna be i mean you know it's gonna be it's gonna be like bougie it's in dubai they added 120 million passengers travel through damn that's gonna be what's that 10 years it's gonna take it's it's a 10 square mile island it's a disney island disney island that'd be cool if they called it that scroll up to the that's got to be what it's
Starting point is 00:31:32 called right because you have to distinguish between disney land and world and they said have to be there's no way there's more than this when was when was this even announced uh three hours ago holy shit wow yeah i'm on it i'm on it okay what the hell i'm on it wait so do we have a timeline oh it's gotta be like 20 years well i know it's gonna be forever no it's dubai are you kidding me this shit's gonna be like five years no bro no it's probably gonna be like 10 years it it really depends because i'll tell you this much i i read a a tidbit today that said GTA 6 has taken longer to be developed
Starting point is 00:32:09 than the Burj Khalif the tallest building in the world took to be built uh oh Jason has Jason has it's not really true it was in like concept it didn't actually start development
Starting point is 00:32:18 until like six years ago wow he just babied your ass I'm sorry he just babied your butt that kind of counts though what was it he's basically saying that they weren't working on it
Starting point is 00:32:27 so the day someone said hey we should do GTA 6 it counts from there if they're like drawing up stuff I think it counts that's part of a video game process It should count the day after GTA 5.
Starting point is 00:32:38 When's the next one? Well, then that's a long time. As soon as they're like sketching stuff and writing ideas down, I think that counts. To be fair to Rockstar, they did do Red Dead 2 in between this. And then they milked the shit out of GTA 5. Yep. They're still milking that cow. And I think remastered Bully for some reason.
Starting point is 00:32:57 Yeah. Well, I like bullies. The Bully games. Yeah, they're fun. Okay. So that's cool. So picky boys. What?
Starting point is 00:33:03 5,000 patron Disney Dubai? No. Isn't Dubai dry? Dubai is dry. No, not for Disney. Also, I think it's a I don't know if I can go there. Why? I don't know if I can go there.
Starting point is 00:33:20 I mean, it's not like you have a scent. They were like, that one! I don't know. Dogs do smell them. Maybe that's a thing. I don't know. I could be wrong, but I think I think, like, Dubai is, like, okay with that stuff for tourists. Just don't do it in front of them.
Starting point is 00:33:38 I think that's how it is. Also, this is going to be 40 years from now. Never mind what I said. The patron goal will be 100 million patrons at that point. I think it's going to be done in 12 years. Wait, it's not in Dubai. It's in Abu Dhabi. That's where Dubai is.
Starting point is 00:33:54 No, aren't they both part of the United Arab Emirates? Whatever it is. So Danny just made that up. Wait, really? I think they're two sub-countries, but they're all part of one big country or something. No, it's a lot of nothing, actually. Can you talk about Abu Dhabi versus Dubai? Oh, yeah, it's the UAE, the United Emirates.
Starting point is 00:34:13 Yeah, they're all part of the UAE. Oh, yeah, it's right over there. Oh, Danny, oh, God. Abu Dhabi. Well, I saw something that said Disney's coming to Dubai. I'm sorry. Oh, Danny. They're like, you know.
Starting point is 00:34:25 Even when he's right. They're like 30 miles away. Even when he's right, it's still a Danny fact, isn't it? They're like 30 miles away. That is way more than 30 miles. You should go there. That is way more than 30 miles. That's 10.
Starting point is 00:34:36 Look, 10 miles on the board right there. Where? The bottom right. That's where. What does that have to do with the distance between those things? That's the distance. That's at least 60 miles. It's definitely like 60, yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:45 It's like 60 miles. Double the amount. It's definitely more, actually. If you were in Dubai, you could easily hop, skip, jump over to Abu Dhabi. Don't hop, skip, jump. You could definitely walk there in two days. Two days? That's 30 miles a day, man.
Starting point is 00:35:00 Give me directions to Dubai. Don't be generous to him. Look at him. Now I'm not going to be generous. Now it's three days. Now I feel bad. What do you feel about it? I thought I solemnly thought it was the same place.
Starting point is 00:35:12 You should feel bad. I solemnly thought it was the same place. You should feel bad. What are we doing right now? All right. Hour drive. That's pretty good. Now can we change it to the walk option?
Starting point is 00:35:22 Because Danny's going to walk it, actually. Yep. Change it to walk, please. 5,000 patrons. Danny will. He can't walk there. He's not even giving it an option. He can't walk there.
Starting point is 00:35:28 Not even giving it an option. but an hour car ride I mean come on bro an hour car ride how fast can you go let's hear an hour car ride is like 60 miles
Starting point is 00:35:36 you're right that's what we said is it just not allowed why can't we why can't we walk there I guess it would be like walking from the US to Mexico like maybe you just
Starting point is 00:35:43 can't do that wait they're not no they're in the same country there's a city they're in the United Amherst I think they're like they're countries
Starting point is 00:35:50 but they're all part of one bigger country so I don't even know Danny learn geography learn the the state of the world sometimes I think Dubai is a city
Starting point is 00:36:00 Wait, can we type in, is Dubai a city? I feel like you should stop. Is a city and an emirate in the United Arab Emirates? Well, I don't know what an emirate is. That I don't know either. I don't know if that's English. Danny, you know the easiest way to- Oh, fly, emirate.
Starting point is 00:36:14 That's the airline. That's the airline. I heard they're great, too. Danny, you know the best way to get out of a hole? No. Dig up. Put down the shovel. Jason's giving us the wrap it up.
Starting point is 00:36:23 Is that true? Let's get out of there. Well, if you keep digging, you go down the hole. Either way. You know what? Never mind. Can you go to the side? the words of wisdom
Starting point is 00:36:29 how does that make you get out of the hole you dig a ramp you dig a ramp yeah JT where does oh first of all whoa whoa whoa
Starting point is 00:36:37 if I was in a sand he's not gonna get away yeah I'm not gonna let you get away with this if I was in a sand hole a 10 foot sand hole with a shovel I could dig a ramp
Starting point is 00:36:46 up and out you gotta be careful of avalanches that's true you're gonna be dead you'll be dead you'll be dead well it's just
Starting point is 00:36:54 stop digging it's not gonna get you out of the hole 1300 pages You're in the hole already. 1,300 pages and we put Danny in a 20-foot sand hole. No, no, 20 is too much because then I could die. You could die at 10.
Starting point is 00:37:04 Yeah, but it's less likely. JT, tell them where to find you. I was an architect. I know structural engineering. And Forky's down. And Forky's down. See, he doesn't know his spattle awareness. You can find me on Instagram at the Jballs.
