Starting point is 00:00:00 so there was a woman in i think it was indonesia or and and she was she was she was out on a farm or whatever and an elephant came and trampled her to death okay i'm sorry an elephant came trampled her to death and she later died she trampled her she went to the hospital later died in the hospital that day she was put to rest uh on her funeral pie shut up let me finish the story the time prison all right all right here we go go for it welcome back to the picky boys podcast bang bang bang bang what i just said ah oh i was making a noise i just heard a grunt from jt i was like i thought you hurt yourself no you guys are so full of energy i didn't know what to do i went ah jt's dogs are out again dogs are out and they're barking dogs right do you always not
Starting point is 00:00:53 wear socks in the house sam a socks always got we can't we can't are we gonna start every episode with jt's feet yeah we're gonna do that's against the clicks oh true i i only do it when antonio's around yeah i know because i want to tempt him with my yeah i want to early feet i want to touch him look at that toenail but either way i wanted to start i told danny the story at the table yesterday, and I was like, oh, no, actually, I'll save it for the podcast for JT. So I was at my sister's graduation party. Congratulations. Congratulations, UConn.
Starting point is 00:01:21 So, pharmacist. So you could ask my parents who's the disappointment. And it's me. That's the joke. That was the joke. There was a few of them. Give them time. No, they got time. You never know. There's a lot of potential in them. They're younger. I just have a 40-year-old
Starting point is 00:01:37 sibling that's just gone to the wind. Either way, stop that. Stop that? Yeah, stop that. I was talking to myself. So it was catered. It was a catered graduation party. Look at this guy. Yeah, it was at my house.
Starting point is 00:01:50 It was at my parents' house. So Brian, our friend Brian, I don't even know if I should name drop him for this, but Brian came and we were getting food. And the servers were all Spanish, right? So they were all Spanish. And Brian didn't know if this chicken skewer was chicken or not. So he asked the guy, he turns to him and goes like, ¿Qué está? ¿Los pollo or something?
Starting point is 00:02:12 and the guy just looks at him dead in the face and goes, it's chicken. And then Brian's face just dropped and I was like, wow, way to assume there, pal. Dude, I died laughing. He definitely thought he was doing something too because he just came back from Spain. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:30 So he was like, let me flex on them with my Spanish. It's chicken, dude. It was like a TV show moment. Oh my God, I fucking died. That was a quick little moment from the graduation. Other than that, it was all right. Anything else happen? Anybody get too drunk?
Starting point is 00:02:50 No. Anybody fall in the pool? No, I feel like that hasn't happened recently. Anybody ask Anna for an opioid prescription? I feel like everybody asks them for that. Really? Yeah, I wonder if every... No, not a prescription.
Starting point is 00:03:03 But I wonder if every pharmacist or graduating is like there's always eight people in the family that's like, when am I getting my drugs? Yeah, I mean... I don't know. You know, when you have friends in high places, you get high. I mean, that's not... They can't prescribe things, right?
Starting point is 00:03:17 They would just be stealing from whatever pharmacy they work at. Yeah. You go to the doctor, you get a prescription for some steroids or whatever, and, you know, they... Oh, wrong prescription field. Oh. But how many times can you really... Maybe half a time you get away with that?
Starting point is 00:03:34 I think it's more like... I don't know. I think it's more when you're making the pills, you could make one extra. They make the pills? Yeah, they press them, bro. Press. That's what they do there? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:43 Like at the fucking CVS? Yeah. What? I mean, some of them are already made. But some of them, it comes as a powder. And then they have this tray thing with a bunch of pill, like halves of pills. And they pack each one in and make the pills. But I'm sure now it's to the micro milliliter of powder.
Starting point is 00:04:06 If you're off by a little bit or too much, there's a lockdown. and everyone's pockets are checked. Everything was ruined from back in the day. I'm sure back in the day, there was just powder everywhere. And they were crushing pills, pocketing some, tossing them out. Well, they don't exist as much anymore,
Starting point is 00:04:20 but there also used to be pharmacies that would legitimately make everything there. But those get a little shoddy because it's not regulated like what is in this, you know, whatever. Did you hear about those parties back in the day where the kids would just take anything from their parents' medicine cabinet
Starting point is 00:04:40 and they would all throw them on a table, crush them all, roll them up in like toilet paper or something and take it. Parachute it. Parachute, is that what it's called? Well, when you, if you like open a pill
Starting point is 00:04:51 and like throw a bunch of shit in toilet paper or tissue paper and wrap it up, that's called parachuting it. Dude, if I... I used to see those on the, like they used to show us those videos, you know, of like drug prevention videos and that's what it would be.
Starting point is 00:05:04 It's like, I got this from my grandpa and I got this from my Aunt Susan and he's like I found this on the street and then they're like let's take them it's little Billy dude if I walked
Starting point is 00:05:14 into a party and everyone is around just like a wooden table with a pile of pills crushing them with a muddler I'm like what the fuck
Starting point is 00:05:21 is happening is that a drug prevention exaggeration or do you think that's like real I think it definitely I think any scenario
Starting point is 00:05:28 you could come up with has probably happened you know what I'm saying so to say that a group of kids stole pills and threw them on a table crushed them
Starting point is 00:05:35 and just took them because they didn't know better i could that probably happened i think that happened some of the some of those drug prevention videos are a little i don't think they necessarily happen well i'm not talking about the like there was like there was the my favorite one ever that you can find online is like the weed one where they get high and then somebody he goes into his father's closet and gets a shotgun and goes i'm so high and bloke kills himself i don't think that's definitely happened once that's what i'm saying that's definitely happened once i maybe yeah you see some people panic man doesn't he say
Starting point is 00:06:09 wait am i making this up doesn't he go i'm invincible this sounds like a parody of those on a tv show parodying it it does but it wasn't it wasn't yeah there was there was also i remember the big one was uh with acid they were like i thought i was an orange and i peeled my skin off and i thought i could fly and i jumped out of windows that definitely happened i've seen the flying ones and that's definitely happened that's definitely happened that's definitely happened but the way that they make it sound i just i i think that i think i love like old dare videos i think they're great yeah and it really it's it's funny how like dare now a bunch of people who do drugs just wear their merchandise what's what's that drug end uh dare drug alcohol rabies ecstasy
Starting point is 00:06:57 prevention yeah something like that something like that dare stare sir the whole the slogan was like dare to say no to drugs or whatever honestly yeah whatever i didn't want to get into a whole what i'm just trying to think of it something oh you're still trying something against recreational extracurriculars yeah extra drinking always really excited about the drug abuse resistance education boring they should have called it darf man like dare to resist drugs and violence i think drug but it's a kind of a fire logo you know yeah they did a lot of not so cool things i mean that's just text yeah but it's just like jackass but it's but it's like cool like that like it's i i just i just think it's so ironic that like now you people like
Starting point is 00:07:47 like you can find like dare you people like like now you can find like dare rolling trays and stuff and just totally did a 180. It did not work at all. That's going to happen. That's because they lied so much about the effects of so many drugs. Yeah. No one trusts them anymore.
Starting point is 00:08:04 And people don't trust any drug prevention because of it. That's true. Yeah. Yeah, it is what it is. I still am an advocate for them just coming in, bringing in people, and watching and like, let's see the drugs happen in front of us.
Starting point is 00:08:17 That'd be cool. So you want them to bring eight people onto a stage and they each do a drug? Yeah, yeah, so, like, all the way from weed to the frickin' heroin. I want to see all of it. All right, now it's time for bath salts. Just like a guy in a cage. Yeah, it's just like,
Starting point is 00:08:29 in a straitjacket. I think that would have worked on me. Oh, totally. You know what's funny? Is that they also, do you remember career day in high school where they brought people and they talked about, like, what jobs they did? That was, like, a drug prevention thing for me
Starting point is 00:08:48 because all of the people that they brought were total losers. Was it a career prevention thing? No, it was supposed to be a career enabler. If it was career prevention, Danny really took it to heart. You were like, I don't want any of these careers. No, all of these careers were horrible. What were they? And they all prefaced it with like, yeah, so when I was in high school, I wasn't the best kid.
Starting point is 00:09:11 And it took a while to get to the path I'm on now, but now I'm very happy. This, that, and the other. and like that little stint that they were talking about made me say oh I don't wanna get a real job I don't wanna do
Starting point is 00:09:25 do whatever they did because out of like what was wrong with that stint I don't know it was just they were it was very sad
Starting point is 00:09:33 let's just put it that it was just very sad and then it was like very sad because they were like this is when I was off the path and then and they're just describing
Starting point is 00:09:41 and then when they got back on the path they're just like you know just like like a fry cook or something it really wasn't like aspirational speech it was like i was headed nowhere and now i'm just okay it was really weird i promise you either way i missed so many days of school i i wasn't there for it anyway so i can only go off what he's saying i promise you
Starting point is 00:10:08 makes no sense what he's saying almost like a choir teacher it's like well anybody who's doing a cool job isn't gonna come and like to it but that's what a career day should be like there was one guy there who did who was did something cool and everybody was like yeah look at this guy um i think he was like an accountant like that was the coolest he was like an analyst for the nfl or something like that's cool like wow sports the other people were just like you know jobs that like aren't shitty but not aspirational it's like this guy's a garbage man man the world needs ditch diggers no i know i know the world needs all these jobs but it's i don't know if they're the right ones to try to inspire the youth that's what i'm saying fair enough no one grows up like
Starting point is 00:10:53 oh i want to be an insurance salesman when i grow up yeah yeah i'm sure there's one kid no one liked that kid but that kid's rich as fuck i'm sure i don't even know why i was there i feel like it was a very small group of people i think they were trying to i think they were trying to set my life back on course but it really didn't work danny happened to be the only one there too dude if some guy came in with like an inspector gadget coat and fucking two hot chicks on a motorcycle i would have been like fuck yeah if someone came in with an inspector gadget coat they wouldn't get through the front door uh the security was thin it was it got better it was thin yeah wait what security is there's the one guy there's some old guy there's an old guy at
Starting point is 00:11:35 The front desk. Yeah. Yeah, and there was multiple entrances. Well. That's true, too. Listen, I'm just saying, I could have gotten into that school with anything. Okay, Danny. Okay, Danny.
Starting point is 00:11:48 I'm just saying. I'm just saying. I'm just saying. Maybe they should hire a security detail. No, things have probably changed. Oh, 100%. Yeah. They probably have metal detectors now.
Starting point is 00:11:57 Yeah. No. Yeah. You think so? Probably. There's nothing. Do we know anybody who goes there right now? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:12:03 I do. My cousin. You should ask them. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think we're allowed to go back. We're all allowed to go to the gym. What does that mean? The fitness center.
Starting point is 00:12:13 I don't think we could just walk in there. Yeah, dude, alumni are allowed to go to that. We could walk in there and go, hey, what's up, and just walk in. There was always some old guys. I always thought they were doing some legal work or something. The fitness center was donated by alumni. So all alumni of our high school are allowed to go to that. But it's only open from after school until 5.
Starting point is 00:12:31 So like 2.30 to 5 every day. All right. I mean, that's not so bad. That's something, if you live right there. Yeah. That's something. Never gone. Metal detectors.
Starting point is 00:12:40 Yeah, I'm sure it is different. I mean, I remember when metal detectors used to... I mean, it's sad we need metal detectors, but metal detectors used to indicate like the school was bad or some shit. I was like, dude, metal detectors everywhere. Who gives a shit? You never know.
Starting point is 00:12:51 One kid just... Some kid brought a knife to our middle school to stab another one of our friends. These things happen. These things happen. Unsuccessfully? Yeah, no, no. Did you get caught?
Starting point is 00:13:02 Yeah, I was caught. It was like a kitchen knife. yeah oh yeah kitchen knives are the scariest ones oh yeah because they're fucking you know why a kitchen knife is the scariest one because there's no hiding that it's like i there's you could see the intent intent in the device you know like not like a hidden blade or a switch blade it's just all blade all blade that's just all beyblade man yeah i would have been fine with metal detectors as well but it would have been annoying you know if you're running late and you're just like now i gotta go through fucking tsa i gotta take off my shoes yeah exactly leave your shoes on pal
Starting point is 00:13:36 so i don't know it would have been annoying but i i'm i'm i'm all for it for safety no i'm pretty sure they need clear backpacks now too now i'm thinking about it no i think in malloy i think i think i'm alone they're doing clear backpacks maybe i'm not at our high school i'm saying i think like i think it's changing to that too or something i'm pretty sure 95 sure yikes that is a yikes yeah well that's not privacy here i mean what the fuck's in your bag true what's in your bag don't worry about it that's kitchen knives i'm sure i have a full set yeah i'm a knife salesman i went to professional professional day what's the big kitchen knife set i don't know who's the guys who go with selling cutco
Starting point is 00:14:18 go around selling them okay did i tell you the story about here we go i tell you sorry about the woman the elephant the fuck do you know about the elephant yeah all right so so so there was a woman in i think it was indonesia or and and she was she was she was out on a farm or whatever and an elephant came and trampled her to death okay an elephant came and trampled her to death and she later died she was trampled her she went to the hospital
Starting point is 00:14:52 later died in the hospital that day she was put to rest on her funeral pyre shut up let me finish the story that day she was put to rest on her funeral pyre and the elephant came back
Starting point is 00:15:08 and stompled her body and threw her all over the place and then ran off into the night. Damn, what did she do to that elephant? That's what I'm saying. So the elephant killed this woman. They were going to bury her. Came back to the grave.
Starting point is 00:15:26 Stomped on her. Stomped on her. Threw her around. Went back into the woods. Ran into the night. What did you have to do to that elephant? I don't know. Also, did he have her smell?
Starting point is 00:15:39 Like, how did he keep track of the days? did he have an informant in the hospital it's like oh yeah she's gonna be here at this time they never forget well no it's also
Starting point is 00:15:48 this is like I mean this is like a village in Indonesia or whatever they uh like her funeral was just they put her body on like some wood in the middle of the
Starting point is 00:15:56 town square like yeah you think it was like Jurassic Park like they heard the trees ruffle like the waters
Starting point is 00:16:03 yeah they heard the waters and everyone was like everyone was like elephant no nobody move dude that'd be that'd be horrible
Starting point is 00:16:12 like imagine if Danny got killed by a bear killed by a bear hospital died there we're crying funeral
Starting point is 00:16:20 we're going to bury him and then a bear comes back and just rips the bear like scar on his face and everything from Danny's
Starting point is 00:16:27 heroic battle breaks in the coffin takes Danny mauls him again what would you think had happened and then the whole internet just makes fun of him
Starting point is 00:16:37 forever for it yeah oh the memes are so good there's one of like oprah interviewing an elephant like and why did you come back or like dr phil uh yeah i mean i would just think that what would your first thought be there has to be something there i think they're maybe they're kindred spirits no dude i really think i think sometimes animals just like you know what i don't like your scent that's it yeah but now it's a dead scent and you still don't like it i think you still smell the same i have a problem with you
Starting point is 00:17:07 if you're alive or dead, motherfucker. Like, that's an intense spirit. I agree with Danny. I think they were mortal enemies throughout lifetimes. And they just happened to be embodied in different creatures in general. And this one just had the luckier draw.
Starting point is 00:17:22 He was a fucking whole-ass elephant. And it'll happen again and again until the end of time. Time, time, time again. Like, maybe one will be a shark and one will be, like, an actor surfer. Wow, yeah. Maybe sometimes in their lives
Starting point is 00:17:35 they don't even meet. But that's their drive eventually. But there's always something a little off. Like, they never fulfilled their purpose. They're kind of soulmates. I would consider that. But what does that mean for us? You know, like, do you feel like you have a drive to...
Starting point is 00:17:51 Murder. To murder or to love a certain person? Well, think about this. Like, you know, if I'm walking on the street and there's just this pretty-looking fucking ant. Like, why do I have the urge to squish this bitch? And then I did. Oh, so you're saying it could have already happened.
Starting point is 00:18:07 Yeah, what if I already fulfilled my purpose, now I'm just floating around? Oh, interesting. And also, maybe your first lifetime was like you were an ant. Yeah, maybe I was squished. So maybe nothing really happened, and so now you're in a human body,
Starting point is 00:18:19 and you're like, oh. I could crush as many ants as I want. I'm kind of writing this story now. What if that was, like, we all knew that, right? We all knew that there was one person that your life purpose is to murder. Like, that's, like, we all knew it. That was guaranteed,
Starting point is 00:18:35 and if it happened, you fulfilled it. That'd be it. What does the fulfillment do? That's a good question. I didn't think that far into my scenario. You were just like, you fulfilled it. You fulfilled it. Congratulations.
Starting point is 00:18:45 Whatever is in the briefcase, the gold light. I picture that's like when you're around the person, you feel something. Like spider sense? Yeah, like it's like Hancock. And you just start freaking stabbing everybody? Not that you get weaker, but you feel something. You're like, oh my God, somebody's here.
Starting point is 00:19:04 Somebody's here. It's somebody here. Oh. How would you know, though? I think you have to smell. You have to, like an elephant. It's the smelling people. It's like the one of you.
Starting point is 00:19:16 I don't know. It's you. I don't know. I don't know. You never know. But point is, yeah, that's a little weird. Yeah. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:19:25 JT, what do you think? JT was looking at us like these two are freaking the dumbest people. I don't know. I just feel bad for her. Oh, I mean, that's fair. poor indonesian woman from village and the whole internet's just making fun of her death i just feel bad i'm like i'm a little surprised that everyone is just so cool with like making fun of her oh it's like kind of tragic no i mean it's definitely it's definitely tragic but we're
Starting point is 00:19:49 really we're really we're not making fun of her we're making fun of the circumstance around her death definitely making fun of her but but the the it's like i mean i can barely keep myself But if this was like a same scenario but it was in America and it was a bear and it was like a 10 year old girl
Starting point is 00:20:05 like does that change anything? Yes. Because it's an American? No, no. It's when you bring it to kids. When you bring kids anywhere it gets a little rough.
Starting point is 00:20:15 Kids get a soft spot in everybody's little bellies. But that's kind of what I'm saying. Like why does it change? I don't know. I don't know. I just feel bad.
Starting point is 00:20:22 I think Danny would get made fun of in my bear scenario if Danny was murdered by a bear and then it came back and murdered him again. You think so? I think Daniel gave me fun.
Starting point is 00:20:29 I think you're giving the internet too much credit. Well, that's also like, now that means that the bear broke into a funeral home. This is not like in the middle of a village. It broke into a funeral home, just went to the coffin, and went, fuck you. No, I'm saying, that would be even worse. I was talking about more in the burial. Like, we're at least outside in the cemetery, you know? Is that where it happens?
Starting point is 00:20:47 Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I was thinking more of that. It broke into a graveyard? Yeah, at least we're in the open. If it opens- Oh, so for some reason, the bear's in New York City? Yeah, well, it got loose from the zoo. that's that's that's an even different i'm saying now it can be an elephant if it got
Starting point is 00:21:02 that's true too i'm saying it'd be different if the bear broke into a fruiter home yes that's a little intense it's also one of those stories that just seems so i bet a bunch i bet a lot of people think it's fake because it seems so like like when have you ever heard of a thing like this yeah but like that's and i mean i read it on like you know fucking i don't know like fucking like a meme page like i didn't verify any of these sources i don't know if this is a real story yeah and it's also i mean how many fucking elephants deaths even happen a year like two a lot no a lot a lot of elephant a lot well how many hippo deaths do you think happen a year that's like the most that's the most that's what i'm saying and i'm saying elephants aren't i don't
Starting point is 00:21:45 think it's anywhere near as high all right what do you think i would say probably two you think I know you're dead wrong. I think at least 10. How many elephants have that happened per year? The fact that... Okay, so this is giving me battle stats. Because it says more than 500 people have died and over 100 elephants have died also every year
Starting point is 00:22:06 conflicting with each other. So it's like they go to battle every year. 500 people and 100 elephants die. What? Who took the elephants across? Hannibal? No, that's not his name. Hannibal.
Starting point is 00:22:18 What are you talking about? I'm saying every year, in just conflict between elephant and humans, more than 500 people die a year, and more than 100 elephants die every year. Elephants are winning? Yes. How? Because they're huge. And think about where elephants are.
Starting point is 00:22:33 You said the villages. What do they have? If a rampant elephant comes and kills... No, I'll tell you that. That simply can't be right, because ivory, poachers. We're killing more than 100 a year. They were saying in conflict... It was Hannibal, by the way.
Starting point is 00:22:46 Really? 100,000 men and 37 elephants. He took it across the Alps and battled the Roman Republic. Only 37? I don't know. How many elephants do you need? For 100,000 men? How many elephants can you get?
Starting point is 00:22:59 That's a good point. My point is more than two, and more than 100, and more than 400, and more than 500. I don't believe it. So you're essentially saying that the net is 450 dead people a year. What do you mean net? What does net mean? Because you said 500 people and 50 elephants? 100 elephants.
Starting point is 00:23:16 A hundred of them. A hundred of them. So the net is 400 people. So the nets have a... I mean, what is this net? You're saying the elephants have a 4.0 KD. Yeah, they have a 400 people KD. Honestly, I think that we should include them in circuses again.
Starting point is 00:23:29 Because that's too many people. That wasn't because we were killing them. That was because of the cruelty. Yeah, and I'm saying if they're killing us, we're going to make them do a twirl or stand on one leg. You kill four of us for every one of you? We're making you dance. Listen, I know how bad that the animal conserved, you know, whatever.
Starting point is 00:23:47 The animal. Yeah, way to ice skate that one. What is it called? The animal. Yeah, I know how bad they were treated in the circus, but I was, as a child, an avid viewer of the circus. I went every year. And elephant tricks are cool as fuck.
Starting point is 00:24:03 They are. What do they do? They actually bounce on balls. They bounce on balls. They stand on one leg. It's fucking insane. Yeah, they go on those balls. How the fuck is that possible?
Starting point is 00:24:11 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. It's fucking insane. Do you know elephant can smell for like miles and hear for more than that? This is really starting to add up with the woman. Do you know that?
Starting point is 00:24:20 Oh, yeah. This makes a lot of sense. They can read seismic activity for like 10 miles. Wow. I don't even... What does that mean? That sounds so fucking upsetting. I always thought this.
Starting point is 00:24:32 Imagine we had a dog's nose. You know how dogs can smell everything? I wouldn't be able to sit next to you. It's like rude. But no, it feels like it'd be so overwhelming. You know, dude, you know, I can just smelling things from all over the place. If we had an eagle's eye from the top of the Empire State Building, we can see an ant. That's crazy.
Starting point is 00:24:53 I don't get how that works. What does that mean? What's the question? If you can, because again, it's like they're like a mile in the sky and they can they're looking for fucking rats. Yeah, they can see rats and pinpoint and like do the angles and shit and fly to where he's going. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:11 Snatch him. And what you said, the ant from the top of the Empire Stable, isn't that kind of the same as the nose thing? That just seems like even too much information to process. If I can see that well, I am seeing every speck, everything. Yeah, we would need a different brain probably. Do they have tunnel vision? Can they only focus on one thing? Well, birds fly into shit all the time.
Starting point is 00:25:31 I don't think there's just more of those. Windows are clear, right? I don't think they could see anything. I don't think eagles fly into windows all the time. Well, I don't think, no, it's not like one every eagle flies into a window. So I'm saying, I'm sure they're looking for a mouse and accidentally hit a branch. That is crazy.
Starting point is 00:25:44 From the top of the Empire State Building. How tall is the Empire State Building? Like 1,100 feet or something? I like how he said all that, knowing exactly how tall it was. No, I really don't. And then an ant. Tiny.
Starting point is 00:25:55 1,100 feet doesn't sound right. It's something like that. Is it 1,100 feet? That's 110 stories. All I know is the Freedom Tower is 1,776. That's all I know. That's a good fact. That's 1,776 feet.
Starting point is 00:26:06 Yes. Good year. That is true. um i wouldn't want those eyes i'd take half that or maybe one eye that'd be cool if like if i could cover this i could turn it on and off i would take it and that's cheating you need one always i would like i would have it but always wear an eye patch and then if i need to see something i'd like flop it over or maybe it's because of our senses like what does a dog see don't they see black and white yeah that's what they said maybe maybe they'd be like oh my god how can these guys
Starting point is 00:26:34 see so much you know i don't even think they're they're black and white though i think they can I think they're just colorblind partially. I think they can see blue. How do we know this? Yeah, that's what I was going to say. How do we figure that out? You can train them. If you train them, like, because they know words, right?
Starting point is 00:26:50 You say, get the blue toy, get the red toy, get the yellow toy. Maybe they can't distinguish between the red and the yellow toy. They just pick one of them. What am I looking at? That's a dog vision. How do they know this? This is so detailed. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:27:02 I don't know. But you see how, like, the blue kind of sticks out more. I've heard that, I don't know. They probably look at the corneal cones or whatever. Or they just hook it up to some machine or some shit. That's probably more it. They can probably look at their eyes under a microscope and see, yeah, they're like. True.
Starting point is 00:27:19 It's like they have 16 cones. That many cones can only see like this or some shit. Have you seen the guy on TikTok who has the German Shepherd who is like a super well-trained attack dog? He doesn't even use regular words to train him because he doesn't want to say them by accident. he uses like German words like and it's like
Starting point is 00:27:40 these like very like they are regular words to him no he's not German he speaks English oh he's not but it's because of
Starting point is 00:27:48 like the syllables like they're very distinct for the dog to hear like it's like and the dog's like what's the problem immediately stops
Starting point is 00:27:56 it's fucking crazy well I mean that is the dog's native language German it is a German it is a German that is true
Starting point is 00:28:03 like a French poodle I bet you better off-chain in French. I never even thought about that. Dude, you ever hear that? I've heard a story of some person saving a dog from the shelter or something, and they brought it back. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:28:17 He's not listening to a single thing at all. And the pound owner or whatever is like, oh no, it's a Spanish dog. It only understands Spanish. I forgot that can happen too. You can train your dog in a different language. I was like, I didn't even think of that. Dude, but not only that, I'm telling you, dogs understand
Starting point is 00:28:34 so much more English than we than we think. Oh, here we go. Dude, they do. Yo, I can tell my dog, yo, Dexter, go get me your, this is Danny
Starting point is 00:28:41 just giving blowjobs out, I think. He's just saying, oh, while JT's talking, I'm going to give out free blowjobs just so you all know. He's a dog blower.
Starting point is 00:28:52 He's a dog blower. Dude, I can tell my dog, all right, I need to give these guys a second to calm down. All right, go, go, go, sorry. I can tell my dog,
Starting point is 00:29:01 Dexter, go get me your bowl. We'll run over to the kitchen, pick up his bowl, bring it back to me. I didn't teach him that. I never taught him, this is your bowl. I'm telling you, they pick up things. They're as smart, they say, as a two-year-old.
Starting point is 00:29:13 A two-year-old understands some level of English. A two-year-old, yeah, it could say mom and dad. I'll tell you, I'm like, oh, go get this. Go over there. He also understands pointing very well. Point at something, he knows them. Yeah, we want you to do something with whatever's at the end of my finger. Something in that direction.
Starting point is 00:29:30 Do you think they're saying things with barks? barks? Do you think they... Each bark is distinct. Can dogs understand each other in barks? I think it's more like their tone. Yeah, it's like... This is an angry bark. This is a happy bark.
Starting point is 00:29:46 Yeah, I think it's a very... It's like Groot. Yeah, very tight spectrum. It's like, okay, this is either it wants to attack me or it's okay with me sniffing its ass. I think it's like... And there's a little bit in between there. Yeah. You don't think they're like, hey, how's it going, Tim? I mean, we're kind of like that, too. What's the difference between
Starting point is 00:30:02 our tones like it's like i could be we have words you could yeah but you could tell if i yeah but but i could also say like jj i fucking love you you know it doesn't matter what are the words matter it's the tones yeah you could be like hey fuck you man yeah it's like like fuck you man you know you know i really think you're just a worthless piece like you know it's like yeah oh yeah it's like you know that sentence where it's like depending on which emphasis you put the word on it changes the meaning it's like like danny is i didn't fuck your mom like i didn't I didn't fuck your mom I didn't fuck your mom
Starting point is 00:30:34 I didn't fuck your mom I didn't fuck your mom I didn't fuck your mom I didn't fuck your mom that means you fucked his dad or sister I guess or brother or his dog
