Starting point is 00:00:00 All righty. Welcome back to the Picky Boys. We're hip-hopping. Look at that. Look at this. This came in. That's a beautiful cup. Where'd you get it?
Starting point is 00:00:10 I know. Where you can get it, pickyboy.com. Pickyboys.com. If you're a patron, you can get it at extrapicky.com. Yes, check your Patreon DMs. If you're not a patron, you can try to go to extrapicky.com, but you won't be let in. If you can guess the password. If you can guess the password.
Starting point is 00:00:22 Honestly, if you can guess the password, you can go in. You'll never guess it. You'll never guess it. It starts with... No, I can't tell them. I can't tell him. Jason's back. Jason's here.
Starting point is 00:00:32 I was here last week. Half of it, half the week, half the week, half the week. It is pretty much summer, by the way. It is, yeah. Well, it is and it isn't. It's hot. When's the first? Oh, God, he's one of those.
Starting point is 00:00:46 It's the solstice. You've got to wait for the solstice, pal. After Memorial Day weekend, it's summer. Welcome to summer, baby. Well, it's not. I just wait for it to be hot, finally, and it is. Oh, see, I don't like that. Way to do it.
Starting point is 00:01:00 Because then you always get that sneaky hot day in spring. Doesn't mean it's summer yet. Okay, well, I know it's not summer in spring. No, he celebrates summer in April, bro. I hate everybody. I swear to God. It was 90 degrees one day in April. He started celebrating summer.
Starting point is 00:01:14 Winter, didn't it hit 78 dead in November or something? I think so, yeah. Yeah, that was when I was celebrating summer. I had my barbecue out. I'm saying a stretch of hot when you can look at the weather report and it goes 80, 80, 80, 80, 80. All right, we're in summer is what I'm saying. So he goes by solstice.
Starting point is 00:01:28 Yeah. You go by weather. And I go by Memorial Day, Veterans Day, bing bang. That's it. Wait, which one? Well, one's the beginning, one's the end. You can't do the end one. This guy doesn't know.
Starting point is 00:01:39 I don't know when that is. Memorial Day was last weekend. That's the unofficial start of summer. And Veterans Day is the last week of August. Oh, okay. Also not the end of summer. But okay. Well, again, you know.
Starting point is 00:01:50 So you've shifted it like 20 days. The social end of summer. Well, he's making it just, he's still going off for some reason, just school summer. School summer doesn't even begin until, like, July, essentially. June 28th is, like, the last day of school, right? The middle of June. Yeah, I'm not doing school summer. Kind of.
Starting point is 00:02:06 We're not off before Memorial Day. We're not off until, like, July. I mean, I am. I was. Well, that's because you were just a bad attendee. Yes, that's true. Bad attendee. Okay, I thought he was going to say something much worse.
Starting point is 00:02:19 Wait, when does a summer officially end? For you. The equinox. But when is that? I don't remember. It's, like, September 20th. See? September.
Starting point is 00:02:26 I'm already in school September is not go argue with the moon I don't know what to tell you this is what determines it I think if I had to send anyone to argue with the moon I'd send Danny
Starting point is 00:02:37 wait is there a is there an equinox for every season there's an equinox and a solstice so the solstice is the brightest like the day of the year
Starting point is 00:02:45 with the most sun or with the least sun and the equinoxes are the midpoints whoa whoa whoa oh okay so after the equinox it becomes
Starting point is 00:02:53 like according to you fall? Or does it go right to winter? What? That's what I'm saying. Is there one for each thing? There's two solstices and two equinoxes. You're not answering the question.
Starting point is 00:03:09 He kind of answered it. Dude, there's four. Okay, explain this solstice. That's when summer starts. Then what happens? It's the longest day of sun of the year. Then the sun shows itself less and less every day
Starting point is 00:03:25 till the equinox and then that's when even more so until and then that way that's when the winter and that's when you would say fall starts the equinox and then the equinox goes until no the equinox is just one day okay so when does when does winter officially start are you looking at me like i'm the idiot here you're when does no i'm just trying to get what when are your when are your days according to you what are the days i think it changes every year but it's like it's like june 20th like september 20th i understand but what i'm saying okay so the end of summer What is that? The solstice.
Starting point is 00:03:57 No, the equinox. The equinox. Yes. You ever been to the gym? So then once the equinox is Mark's fall. Yeah. Now when does winter start? The winter solstice.
Starting point is 00:04:05 The winter solstice. That's all we were waiting. He was waiting for you to say. And then that's winter until the spring equinox. Exactly. Bada bing. Boom. Bada boom.
Starting point is 00:04:15 By the way, when he said two solstices, two equinoxes, four seasons, four dates. Yeah, I know. But it's just because they go every other. It's kind of a confusing way to say it, I think. Because it's equinox solstice, equinox solstice. Okay, sorry. There's one equinox, there's one solstice, there's one equinox, there's one solstice. Is that less confusing?
Starting point is 00:04:33 It would have answered my question a little more aptly. That's not any less confusing. Either way. I mean, also, all of these things exist in places that don't have four seasons, too, right? So I think they're kind of fugazi. Oh, good word. I mean, the seasons are still there. They're just less pronounced.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Because they still have a brightest day of the year, a day with the least sun. Alaska has 40 days a night. Not too bright there. Yeah, I don't know how the hell that works. Me neither. Iceland might have a little bit of that too. I saw something. We could see the Aurora Borealis here pretty soon.
Starting point is 00:05:08 Yeah, I saw that too. Like very promptly. Really? Yeah. Probably not here. Not in New York City. Not here, no. In northern United States.
Starting point is 00:05:15 You know, oh, can't say where we went. But when we went for the Patreon video, for the Patreon goal, you know what we didn't do which we should have we should have just walked out far and just looked at the sky did you say can't say where you went we're this is the main channel patreon oh okay i didn't realize it was a secret like that okay i think no one knows wait what are you talking about for the rainforest cafe oh yes when we went oh i think you can say where you yeah that's what i'm like i don't know i don't want to fight i don't want to want anyway you already you already said it on the basement yard yeah you did say on the basement you're gonna say on their show and not your own show you don't know
Starting point is 00:05:50 That was an accident. Exactly. You're saying another people's show, not our show? We went to... I'm not saying it. But we should have just walked outside and looked up, probably. I've never been to a place where I could... Well, you can't see it there.
Starting point is 00:06:01 Why? Not right now. No, no, no. Not that. I'm just saying just to see more stars. Oh, yeah, yeah. I've never been to a spot where... Oh, look at the sky.
Starting point is 00:06:10 Yeah. Because there are some spots where you can see the universe, right? Pretty much. For sure. I mean, but you were still in a city. We really weren't. But it still has light pollution. It really didn't.
Starting point is 00:06:21 I mean, you'd be able to see more stars, but you wouldn't be able to see the solar system or the galaxy or whatever. No, that's a little intense. There are spots where you can see the Milky Way, literally. That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. I don't know where that is.
Starting point is 00:06:34 That's probably some Canada place. You saw it in Hawaii, right? I saw it in Hawaii, yeah. That makes sense. One of the four darkest places on Earth. Highest and darkest. That sounds scary. You should make a movie about that.
Starting point is 00:06:44 The darkest place on Earth is just Hawaii. I wouldn't expect that at all. It was very scary, but really cool. I believe you. You should go. Did we bring up the sunglasses yet? It makes you go like, ooh. It makes you feel uneasy almost.
Starting point is 00:06:56 What were you going to say about the sunglasses? Did we say anything about them yet? What's wrong with the sunglasses? I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the sunglasses. I'm going to say it. Oh. Yep. A slight mom vibe to them.
Starting point is 00:07:07 That's not mom vibe. See, I think it's giving more of a dad vibe. Does that say Volkswagen? No. No. It's just a V. I wouldn't have gone. I think it's more of a Guy Fieri vibe.
Starting point is 00:07:18 But they're so like. I would have gone mom vibe. JT, I can see you wearing those. See, I think I choose more masculine sunglasses. I'm not trying to make fun of you. I'm just saying. Right, right. I think because of the curvature, because of the upward tilt.
Starting point is 00:07:31 Well, I think that's just more, again, Guy Fieri. It's kind of supposed to look like I'm going fast. Oh, yeah. It's going right by you. Okay. Can we look up Guy Fieri sunglasses, please? Go for it. So you wear those sunglasses to make people think you're going fast?
Starting point is 00:07:47 Yeah. Do you draw a lot of inspiration from him? Yeah, no, he's great. Flavortown? Oh, I see the sunglass. No, no, I'm going to veto. I'm going to say no. I'm going to say an absolute no.
Starting point is 00:07:58 Oh, actually, no. Yeah. Those don't have the upward tilt at all. What do you mean? There's tilt. What? What are you doing? What are you seeing there?
Starting point is 00:08:07 Also, again, it was more to match the orange and the flames and the shirt. It was part of a Guy Fieri costume. See, that part I would have said first. I feel like I would have said that part. I was getting real inspiration from Guy Fieri. You were just trying to be him. You're just wearing sunglasses. You know one of our friends switched?
Starting point is 00:08:25 He went Bono on us, and he got glasses that have permanent tint. Like rose-colored tint. What is it? What? Type in Bono, please. One of our friends who? Brian. Really?
Starting point is 00:08:39 Yeah. That seems like something. He has glasses now, his prescription glasses, that are tinted, like, forever. What color? Like a rose tint. Wait, what's the point of that? Not as intense as that. But it's kind of like the blue, but pink.
Starting point is 00:08:57 That's what I was going to say. Imagine the blue, but pink. Yeah. I'm going to ask him to send me a picture, because I want to see. I haven't seen him, and I can't believe it. This feels like something he would do. What? Hey, Brian, I'm filming the Picky Boys right now.
Starting point is 00:09:08 Danny just told me you have tinted glasses. Yes. What color? Pink. Can you send me a picture of that, please? we're probably going to make funny if that's alright I think they look good
Starting point is 00:09:22 Danny said he thinks they look good so I just want to know because I believe you can work it but I need to know how pink it's not that bad I'm going to tell him about the picture you sent about the Samsung
Starting point is 00:09:36 that he hung up on me that's a Patreon story is it why? there was a time where we needed something to film a wednesday video and he had this device for some reason he's the only one that had it i was like brian do you have this specific model it was a samsung thing and he sent me a picture and i looked at it and then i put my phone down i get a text right after that he goes oh can you delete
Starting point is 00:10:00 that i think my penis is in it he's just walking around his house naked and i wouldn't have he was out of the shower and he sent me a picture of it and i wouldn't have seen it but when you click on photos iphone does this thing where it then like expands it a little bit and right at the bottom did you live photo it you see it moving i zoomed in i had to zoom in for a while i zoomed in screenshotted it and sent it back to him i was like oh that yeah don't worry about it bro i was laughing for probably two hours it was so funny it was just right at the bottom right here right at the bottom god i loved it he didn't say anything you i wouldn't i would have never known but it would have been in my phone for a while i did get rid of it i think i shouldn't
Starting point is 00:10:41 i got rid of it but he asked for me he asked me to so i did that's noble that's a noble man i would have shown everybody so good thing he told me you were you were accidentally sent a nude yeah probably snapchat stories man uh yeah i did the same thing i accidentally put on my story one time you know what do you mean you know you saw it i didn't see it but i i deleted it so fast i didn't have had time to check if anyone viewed it so i don't know if anyone saw jason saw it apparently no i just heard him talk about it i saw yours was up all night buddy oh my mine was up for day like a day a full day it was not good it was not good weren't you in another country oh yeah it wasn't flattering at all either it was just like the i the phone was wet and then just
Starting point is 00:11:24 it wasn't one i took it was one i accidentally took oh you know what i mean and it wasn't it wasn't honestly worse it was the worst thing ever it wasn't good it wasn't great but you live you learn you live and you learn don't take your phone in the shower learn that true it does get all you use it starts pressing buttons phone in the shower is crazy well they're waterproof
Starting point is 00:11:44 you play music well you have a new phone you have a new phone now hold on hold on your advice was just now don't take your phone in the shower and I said
Starting point is 00:11:50 taking your phone in the shower is crazy and you went whoa whoa whoa hold on well the question is really you don't use your phone in the shower
Starting point is 00:11:57 but you do take your phone in the shower yeah I play YouTube videos or music and I put it right there this is unheard of also this was 10 years ago bro
Starting point is 00:12:04 these phones were not waterproof yet yeah that was probably a mistake also that photo was definitely illegal by the time I took that. I put it right in between where your body wash is.
Starting point is 00:12:15 That little slit. Your body wash is here. Slide my phone right in. Speaker first. And then it kind of amplifies. Amplifies. Amplifies. It flies around.
Starting point is 00:12:26 It flies around. It's the wall and it amplifies the sound. What do you do with it? I did it again. To play music. In the shower. You could put it on top of like
Starting point is 00:12:34 You just shower a raw dog? Yeah. If you're just playing music, You don't have to put it in the shower. That's what I'm thinking. Yeah, exactly. Then I can barely hear it. Once you close the curtain, the acoustics are much better in the shower because it reverberates
Starting point is 00:12:48 through the shower. Why not get a shower speaker then? That's a lot of work. That's just so much work. You already have one. It's your phone. Yeah. But I do what Jason does.
Starting point is 00:12:54 I put it on top of the toilet. Yeah. Oh, see, that's so far away. I can barely hear. I've done it in your bathroom. It's a room. It's not a big room. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:13:02 Dude, I'm telling you, the shower, this is why people sing in the shower is because it has great acoustics. A lot of bathrooms have really good acoustics. I think people sing in the shower because they don't want other people to hear them. No, no, no. And they're in their private little moment. No, no, no. Not at all.
Starting point is 00:13:13 Can't be a reason. People who sing in the shower, one of the reasons they're like, oh, I sound good in the shower is because a lot of bathrooms have good acoustics. See, that's a completely different thing than what you said a little bit. It really is the same thing. Okay, fine. Fair enough. Fair enough.
Starting point is 00:13:24 But a YouTube video, I'll have it in the shower. See, I don't know. I don't know how you do it. Do you watch the video? Yeah, I do. Or just listening to it? I watch it. See, I don't know how you do that.
Starting point is 00:13:32 It depends which shower, because one of the showers, it has a windowsill, and then it kind of gets off. It doesn't get wet. Wait, so you don't listen to any music in the shower? No. Just in your thoughts? If I had a shower speaker, maybe I would. Just in your thoughts.
Starting point is 00:13:45 I'm not bringing my phone into the shower. Can you shower without music? I don't like it. I do sometimes if my phone's dead and I have to go, and so I'm charging it, but really, it's a way worse experience. Is there anything that would make you give up music? No. a billion i listen to music a billion billion dollars oh don't bullshit us here you would give
Starting point is 00:14:07 up music i don't think i first of all how you have to give up every form of art except for like paintings you can't watch movies you can't watch tv shows you can't watch anything dude you can have you can pay a you're a billionaire you can pay a guy to digitally remove the music from i don't want that though no i'm picturing an implant in his ear that just gets rid of music you can watch the movie oh and also because the magic implants you can watch the movie it's just you can't hear music i think i'd say no i don't buy this i don't buy this one i don't i i this is a 100 oh no i believe him i just think it's like probably the wrong choice but he listens to music so much he almost can't shower without music see i would i would i disagree i think that like
Starting point is 00:14:48 with him with his i don't think it's the wrong choice i don't think there's any chance that he would not pick it though the billion i definitely would not you don't think it's the wrong now it's Definitely wouldn't, because before it was, I don't know, I might not. I think I would have. Well, that's because you combated it. I mean, obviously I'd have a billion dollars, but I think I would have a considerably worse life. But there would be many more things to have a better life that you can do with a billion. But I just listen to music all the time.
Starting point is 00:15:14 I agree with that. That's why it's a hard choice. That's why you're getting a billion dollars for it. I think last year's Spotify rap was like 40,000 minutes of music. How long is that? 666 hours, so 27 days. That's not that. That's actually.
Starting point is 00:15:27 That's a month. I would take the billion then, I think. Less than 10%. And again, that's just music I listen to on Spotify. I also listen to music on YouTube and other stuff. That's a good point. That's a better point. I mean, I'm not disputing how much you listen to music at all or anything.
Starting point is 00:15:41 I think that you would absolutely take the billion. I don't think I could. Like, I really don't think I could. It would be. What is life without music? And not to be like that guy, but like, if I'm on a beach with a lovely drink, I can't have music? No. That's awful.
Starting point is 00:15:57 That's awful. I'm completely fine without that. Life without music is just... Also, some people live life without music. It's just... They have fun. Yeah, but deaf people go to concerts and feel the vibrations.
Starting point is 00:16:08 That definitely is. That's a good point. All right. In this scenario, you can still feel vibrations. That sounds... That's a little different. That's a little different.
Starting point is 00:16:15 No form of music. That is not... Like, that's not even close to the experience of listening to a song. Of course, but you can still feel the rhythm and the beat. I think that... I saw something that deaf people, speaking for them,
Starting point is 00:16:30 if anyone knows someone who does, but they're bone-condensing stuff, they can get pretty close to music. Not how we do, obviously, but they can get pretty close. Like the bone-condensing sounds. That's because, you know. Are you talking about with the cock implant? Someone... Wait, what was that?
Starting point is 00:16:48 You mean like the headphones you use? The cochlear implant. Thank you. Kind of like that, but it's more intense. It's like for them. Because Antonio uses headphones that don't actually go in your ear. So theoretically, they could feel that bone conduction, right? Yeah, but they play music. I'm saying it's something like that.
Starting point is 00:17:06 If there's something like that, then that's – sure, that's technology making it possible again. But like that's not allowed. Right. That's not allowed. We're talking about you go to a concert and, oh, you could feel the bass. Like, sure. Feel the bass in your chest. Dude, you ever go to a concert?
Starting point is 00:17:21 We're hopping everywhere. You go to a concert and you stand in front of the speaker. it makes me want to jump off something high. Really? I like that. Yeah, I know, but like... That's one of my favorite parts of concerts is feeling the bass.
Starting point is 00:17:32 God, that's... I can't describe something I like less. Really? It's shocking. It's so loud, and like, how you enjoy yourself, I just don't know. I mean, I know people do,
Starting point is 00:17:47 and I know you guys do. Well, I don't know about you two, but I know Danny doesn't like Martin. I just can't. I just don't understand. I also wouldn't be able to get over the fact that I feel like I am destroying my body. Yeah, there's definitely a little bit of that.
Starting point is 00:17:57 That's part of it. Some people get off on that, too. Get off on that? Yeah. You're really just destroying your ears, nothing else. Pretty important part. There are ways to combat that. Martin wears loop earplugs that save your ears.
Starting point is 00:18:12 I get that. But also, to me, then, you're wearing earplugs to go take up that spot. I don't know. It's just confusing. It's confusing. Because, again, in a place like that, you can't have that music experience with headphones
Starting point is 00:18:23 because you can't feel it. It's not loud. There's no lights, you know. Don't you want to be able to hear your children laugh? I'll be able to hear my children laugh. Bro. I'm not a concert. I don't like being in the front of concerts anyway, really.
Starting point is 00:18:36 I told you about the physics teacher that said that to me. Yeah, that's what I said. Oh, yeah. Dude, it was crazy. She cried and left the class. I wouldn't take the money. I really wouldn't. Yeah, I mean, I have to disagree with...
Starting point is 00:18:49 Not that I disagree with your option. I disagree with what you're saying. I think you would take the money, but... I wouldn't do it. I really wouldn't. You said you would be the one we talked about a while ago, that you would be a king and go back to the year like... Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:06 Like, I forget what we said, like 1,000. There's been music forever. You could hire a violin. Do you think you're going to enjoy that music? Do you think any of your favorite bands, there'll be any kind of similar sounds? That doesn't matter. Not even the same instruments?
Starting point is 00:19:18 That doesn't matter. Music is the soundtrack of life. I feel like it makes things better. I don't only like a specific kind of music. I'm sure even back then, someone was slapping. They didn't have the same instruments. It's not the ones that he likes, probably. Electric guitar, bass.
Starting point is 00:19:34 It happens. Yeah, but you can still find good music. Also, you're a king. Hire somebody. You know what it's like. Hire someone to make a guitar. It's not hard to make a guitar. You cannot make an electric guitar.
Starting point is 00:19:45 It's not electric, but you can make an acoustic guitar. You can Tom Petty it up. They basically had something like an acoustic guitar. Yeah, they had... Dude, if you have that, you're fine. Is a lair... Dude, they would make them out of turtle shells. Are we not a little bit further than that?
Starting point is 00:20:02 What king are we? We need turtle shells to make a guitar? Dude, I'm pretty sure guitars were around back then. Medieval instruments. I think there's one called a lair. A lute. A lute, that's what you're thinking of. Okay, that's it.
Starting point is 00:20:15 That's basically a guitar. That's it. What's a hurdy-gurdy? That doesn't... Oh, it's like a violin, kind of. That looks way too... It looks like a... A Vienna saucer.
Starting point is 00:20:25 Violin, piano. That looks... Oh, I see. I see. Like an accordion kind of thing. A different version of an accordion. That's not King's stuff. That's way too advanced.
Starting point is 00:20:34 The lute, though. The lute. I don't know, man. Imagine being at a party or being at a bar, and it's just silence. Oh, man. That... It sucks. That's kind of nice.
Starting point is 00:20:44 No, right? I don't have to yell to hear my friends. Well, no. I mean, you'll still hear just people yelling, but there will be no background. There will be no ambiance. No, you wouldn't hear – if you're in a bar with no music, like I don't – unless you're talking about like a dance club or something. Yeah, I mean –
Starting point is 00:21:01 You'd be able to hear your friends without the music. Oh, well, no. Yeah. Wait, I'm just saying you'd hear other sounds. Not like it would be silent. It would be – Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. It wouldn't be chatting.
Starting point is 00:21:09 Yeah, of course, but you hear other sounds all the time. Yeah, I know, and I just don't think that sounds nearly as fun. Like in any bar or restaurant I'm at, I immediately – one of the first things I notice is are they playing music or not? I agree with you in, like, terms of me not getting a billion dollars. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You're definitely not wrong in what you're saying. Yeah, you're not wrong, but, like, I'm getting a billion dollars.
Starting point is 00:21:28 Yeah, but, like, you're sacrificing a billion dollars for, like, some of the things that I like doing the most. No, I'm agreeing with you. I'm just saying your points are getting a little, like, the more you talk, your points are getting a little more stale. I don't agree. I don't think so. I think they're getting, the point is there's so many things in my life that I would love, that I do love, that I would have to get rid of for what? billion dollars unlimited money which i mean but that's basically the same question i want to see if that would change anything no it's basically the same question the point is that
Starting point is 00:22:02 it's it's music is priceless to me fair enough i love that i love that everyone has their things i'll tell you what if someone puts a billion dollars in front of me one another chance might get a billion dollars my ticket my ticket honestly no matter what it is would you i think we've asked something similar like this but like would you get rid of food you only can get protein powder for a billion dollars get rid of taste get rid of yeah well it's just like you take a pill with all your nutrients in it honestly definitely not the answer is no for me that and that's me to me i i this might not be the case for you but that's way more important than music to me oh my gosh yeah you know it's i mean i i would agree it's more important but i would say those
Starting point is 00:22:40 are probably among some of my favorite things. Yeah, for sure. I mean, it's the senses, right, essentially? Yeah, there's one sense for another, basically. Billion dollars in front of me? Might have to do it. Might have to do it. Might have to do it.
Starting point is 00:22:55 So by extension, you wouldn't go deaf for a billion? Absolutely not. I wouldn't do that. I wouldn't lose it. Lose a sense. But the taste one, you're essentially losing taste. Yeah, but man, I think it would be awful. But that's the, you know, you give something up for a billion dollars.
Starting point is 00:23:14 I think it would be awful, but not able to hear anything. Like, say I can't hear my kids laugh. Yeah, that's true. That's not worth a billion. I agree. I just wanted to ask because he said, oh, deaf people can still hear music with the vibrations. Yeah, but you're losing so much more. No, you're losing so much more.
Starting point is 00:23:31 That's way worse than the music one. That's way worse. Two billion. No, I'm kidding. I don't know. i just i just don't think that you can buy i don't think i could buy a billion dollars worth of things that i would like more than music i really don't i mean i think it's i think it's fair i think it's fair all right jason you got something for us yep i have a question oh you
Starting point is 00:23:50 want to go question uh this was submitted by alissa from our discord oh how do you get the discord danny patreon.com says picky boy any tier gets in there any tier gets over half the patrons are in there, we're in there all the time. How do you know? So this is a hypothetical question. That's wise.
Starting point is 00:24:06 Thank you. All right, so here it is. You get a million dollars one-time payment, but your car honks at the car in front of you the moment the light turns green.
Starting point is 00:24:17 I'm fine with that. Yeah, that's fine. Oh, yeah, I'm taking that. I'm taking that. I'll take that 17 times. I will have to buy a gun, though. Life's not getting any greener, buddy.
Starting point is 00:24:27 The millisecond. I'll have to buy a gun. I would take it, but it's... What, are you just going to start flashing it when people get a little hasty? Well, I'm just saying, you'll get into a fight eventually. Yeah, for sure. I don't think you'll get into a fight unless it's a long strip of lights and you're behind the same car. Oh.
Starting point is 00:24:42 That might be... You would have to turn. You would have to turn and just get behind another car. You would have to do something. After the third light, someone's getting out of the car. Also, you don't want to be behind a cop. That'll get you a ticket. But I have a million dollars, so that's fine.
Starting point is 00:24:56 You can't honk a cop. I don't disagree, but if I saw myself coming up to a cop, I'd probably just pull into a driveway or something. I'd be like, you know what? I'm not doing this. I'm not doing this. Because even though that is not against the law in any way, I think they'd still probably give you some shit for it. Like, you can honk at a cop. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:16 Like you're breaking a law. You just might get beat up. Is there some sort of harassment thing? You know, a law in this country is disturbing the peace. That seems pretty vague to me. So then they could get you on that. That feels like the cops, like a gold card to arrest anybody that they want. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:35 Like, what does disturbing the peace mean? Yeah, but also arrested for disturbing the peace. I mean, what happens? I don't know. I think you just get like a fine. Yeah, then you just get out of there. It's the same thing with resisting arrest because it's a self-fulfilling prophecy. It's like, what are you being arrested for?
Starting point is 00:25:48 Resisting arrest. Like, wait, how does this work? It's a loop. It's a circle. I'll tell you what, though. That's a million dollars right to my bank. No, I'm taking that million for sure. what about 500k
Starting point is 00:25:59 sure you're really it's real close now you're cutting the money down for a real inconvenience on my life yeah I think I'm gonna have to
Starting point is 00:26:08 say no to 500k I think I'll say no to 500k but Millie I'll do it it's just cooler also if I had a million you know just a million 999,000
Starting point is 00:26:17 I'll still take that I'll still take that it's not that cool I'll still take that also I mean at a certain point you can just stop driving and that solves this problem
Starting point is 00:26:24 not for a million dollars you're gonna have to drive not for a million dollars you're gonna have to drive Although you could probably Uber everywhere you go for a million dollars for like 10 years. It doesn't say that, but absolutely. It happens to the Uber, too. Ah.
Starting point is 00:26:36 Well, that's not good. The driver's just like, what the fuck? He's like, it wasn't me. He's like, Danny's like, here, use this. Well, you just have to carry a horn, like an air horn with you. You wouldn't be able to go anywhere. You get kicked out so fast. Man, 500K wouldn't even get you a house in Queens.
Starting point is 00:26:53 No. It can't be 500K. Yeah, but I mean, you still just, it just gets plopped in front of you. I mean, that's kind of nice. Not worth it. I agree. That's too low. That's probably the lowest I'd go, but I would take it for 500K.
Starting point is 00:27:06 498. No. Why wouldn't you do it? Well, because then we could just play this game all day long. Yeah, that's what we're going to play. 499, 999. Yes, I'll take it. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:16 I'll take it. We're not going by sex. All right, nothing below 410,000. 409,999. Dude, that's so much lower. That's so much lower. It's a bad negotiation. Did you say $410,000?
Starting point is 00:27:30 Yes. The number was five. If you did $410,000, you're going to do $409,000. You would do $409,000. This means you'll do $350,000. No. Yes, it does. No, it just means we need a half hour.
Starting point is 00:27:39 I mean, we can get you there. This means you can do $350,000. No, no, no. Well, I did $410,000 because you can whittle me down to $400,000, but that's my hard stop. That's my hard stop. So you gave yourself a little leeway. Yeah, I gave myself a little leeway. So you won't.
Starting point is 00:27:50 All right, $399,000. No, no, no. Come on. Sometimes you have to have principles you stand on, and this is one of the principles I'm honking on. All right, $399, and I'll get you your next 10 meals at McDonald's. Okay, well, that's basically $400,000, so yes. $350,000?
Starting point is 00:28:05 10 meals. I mean, $399,000. Oh. That's $1,000 shorter, but 10 meals at McDonald's. Well, you didn't say how much I can order. That's a good point. He got you there. He got me.
Starting point is 00:28:19 Now I'm stuck in the contract. Because 10 meals from McDonald's, I could definitely rack up $10, $100 McDonald's orders. I think you'd go way higher than that. Not hard now. If you really try to. McDonald's. All right. God.
Starting point is 00:28:30 The food's going to go bad before you can eat it. Well, I'll give it to somebody. No, I'll fulfill myself. $3.50, but you can choose 10 honks a week to not happen. Oh, yeah. That's way better. That's actually a better deal than the million, arguably. Really?
Starting point is 00:28:45 10 a week to not happen, bro? Like, I don't even drive that much. that might cover most of my driving yeah I think I got it there might be one or two I still have to deal with
Starting point is 00:28:54 I sweetened it too much also you know if you like there are times where like you know if you pull up behind a fucking F-150 with fucking
Starting point is 00:29:01 truck nuts you don't wanna you don't wanna you don't wanna honk at that guy if you honk at truck nuts you're getting beat up yeah
Starting point is 00:29:08 that's why you need the gun truck nuts that's a tough one that's definitely a tough one I'm picturing truck nuts and a bunch of uncouth bumper stickers would you guys get in my car
Starting point is 00:29:18 if I had truck nuts? Yeah. JT, I don't want to get in your car now. I'm just saying, I'm going to get truck nuts when I have a truck. JT's car was an actual saw trap that he refused to fix.
Starting point is 00:29:26 It's true. No, I would love to get in your truck nutted car. Yeah. All right. Big old saggers on him. I was going to ask, how long do you think
Starting point is 00:29:38 it'll take for somebody to rip you out of the car or punch your window? Definitely punch your window. Rip you out of the car is intense. Also, if they rip me out of the car that's my fault also the doors are locked that's what i'm saying he's smashing it oh that's a pro well then okay how long until someone smashes the window and unlocks the the door opens
Starting point is 00:29:58 it and rips me out 50 years also so on the 50 51st year it's happening no if you get unlucky if you get the same guy multiple if someone's if someone's punching my car window i'm going somewhere else like i'll reverse it or i'll do something that's a good point also i'm never going to get the same guy because every time the light turns green I'm just going to like I'm just going to start
Starting point is 00:30:21 driving more recklessly and drive in front of them because I don't want to do this situation where I'm honking at the same guy over and over. But now you're playing into the asshole part.
Starting point is 00:30:29 Well, I'm already an asshole at this point. I mean, I really am. Yeah. I'll take it. I'm still taking it. A million? That's fine.
Starting point is 00:30:40 I'll do it. Do we have a sneaky news article before we get out of here? Just to spice something up? Are these all questions? Wow, question, Jason. D3R, that doesn't exist anywhere. I mean, this one's definitely the most interesting.
Starting point is 00:30:57 Oh, love of Real Steel. Well, tech news. This is a Chinese robotics company, and they're testing out robot boxing. Honestly, love this. Love this. It sounds amazing. I loved Real Steel with Hugh Jackman. Thought that was a great movie.
Starting point is 00:31:12 Well, it was okay for a time. Yeah, it was okay. It was a great movie. Real Steel with Hugh Jackman was a great movie. What is your standard for great? Apparently, Danny's for broccoli, I guess. Apparently, they have the same standards. I did think it was a good movie.
Starting point is 00:31:29 I definitely wouldn't call it a great movie. It doesn't crack my top 100, probably. Oh, my God. It doesn't crack the top 500. No, it doesn't crack the top 100. But it cracks the top 500. A top 500 could sneak in there. Real Steel is in your top 500 movies.
Starting point is 00:31:42 JT hasn't seen 500 movies. What are we talking about? He could sneak into the top 500. There's no way Real Steel is in the top 500. I mean, there are going to be not good, not great movies in the top 500, you know. I agree. And even then, Real Steel doesn't make it. You should watch it again.
Starting point is 00:31:56 Very hard. Very good. Like, my bad movie that makes it into the top 500 is Law Abiding Citizen. I haven't seen that. That's way better than Real Steel. It's not really a bad movie. The ending, I guess. It's a little silly.
Starting point is 00:32:08 It's a little silly. It's definitely silly. It's definitely silly. Regardless, this is a great idea. Yeah. Just like Real Steel. Thank you. four feet three inches 77 pounds there's a little video oh yeah please oh god it's great i i love
Starting point is 00:32:21 the non-fluidity of it oh but wait the real steel aspect isn't there no they're being controlled yeah right there oh oh i didn't see that there's a human operator and the real real steel aspect isn't there where the guy's just well that wasn't that wasn't the real his model you're right but that's not even how half of that went it was all controllers pretty much oh he got him see the problem with this is right now it's taunting right now battle box is way better than this that is the problem like like i don't want to see i don't want to see robots box because i can just watch humans box i want to see robots fight each other with chainsaws weapons yes because i can't see humans do that throwers yeah all these types of things i get it i do get what you're saying
Starting point is 00:33:03 yeah well this is this is a great idea though for at least for practicing right because boxers have spar and practice all the time and that's what really does the brain damage to them so imagine that they still boxers still fight the way they do but all their practice comes in the form of like so it's more of a training bot yeah they just wear vr headset and and oh they don't even train with the bot you're saying gotcha gotcha no yeah that's what i'm saying oh that could be a two well i mean boxing training partner it's not like it doesn't work the rookie quarterback on the commanders right he practices in vr and he was he made it to the playoffs i mean they did it battle bots you don't know battle bots this is awesome come on bro okay now they brought it back
Starting point is 00:33:43 too no that shit looks cool no yeah it it's it's a lot of the time it's underwhelming it's a little underwhelming until until that one time until that one time in every match where a spark flies and the bot shoots up 30 feet in the air the problem is that like a lot of guys a lot of these players have uh solved the meta and they come up with these really cheap designs that are not fun to watch but get the job done and win that has been happening or yeah some of them are just really long and flat it's like the thing can't even hit you it's like okay it's kind of lame i think maybe for the boxing one you hold you have like i don't know hard to burst like packets of paint or something oh it's not when they hit it like oh it looks like blood or something i don't know
Starting point is 00:34:26 little showmanship a little showmanship yeah because there else it's hard to tell like was that a hard hit i i can't tell by his facial expression because it's he's a robot i think you should probably you should go that route and maybe add some abilities and maybe an ultimate ability that they have to they have to get like
Starting point is 00:34:40 10 shots in before they can use their ultimate make it mortal combat yeah yeah then they can pull out like you know a sword for their ultimate
Starting point is 00:34:47 I watch robots do that that sounds awesome now we're talking well we gotta get to an early stage first this is an early stage we're heading there come on
Starting point is 00:34:54 no I like this as a you know like an alpha but I like I think it'd be cool if oh you know maybe what you're kind of like real steel actually
Starting point is 00:35:03 where the standard for bots doesn't matter too much like one bot instead of a glove his could just be a mace as an arm instead or you know like stuff like that but still boxing like how real still was i think that's it goes to any sports too like if you're gonna have fucking robots play football you want them to like tackle each other and like get like cut in half or something you know like something fun that'll never happen i don't think because the cost per having to refill that spot every time would be that's true way too much way too much i'm just saying i think you need to when you're talking about robots doing stuff it needs to be stuff that we can't do or else we'll just
Starting point is 00:35:41 do it yeah that's true also why do they have headgear and boxing gloves because it looks like the boxing boxing gloves i get because you can see it more headgear a little headgear is not necessary no headgear is not necessary well you need the colors to know like you know some people just to see like oh the red one's hitting the blue one you know that's a good point i mean there's tape the gloves are colored everything else i'm just saying i want to see i want to see a fist of steel hit him so hard that he short circuits i want some violence i agree can a man have some violence i want to see a decapitation also right now a human boxer can beat this oh yeah i mean that's that's when we'll know we're ready for this once a human boxer might not be able to
Starting point is 00:36:21 beat the robot boxer i don't think that would be very long if you toss a boston dynamics bot in there not now in some years yeah in some years since i'm saying i don't think it's that far like the the four foot eleven torp bot no and i could punt that thing to the moon but he'll have to get like metal boxing gloves or something all right well that's not now i was starting to cheat a little bit well i mean he has metal boxing gloves so what the fuck oh you're saying i get them yeah oh i think you're saying the robot no no no no you get them i don't need that you don't need them yeah you don't maybe carbon fiber i guess it's too heavy if it's metal wait the boxing gloves were metal, you're saying?
Starting point is 00:36:58 No, I'm saying if a human was going to fight a robot, I think the human can get, like, carbon fiber-laced boxing gloves. Oh, okay. So that you could do some damage without, like, hurting your hand. Gotcha, gotcha. And kind of even the playing field
Starting point is 00:37:10 because beneath their boxing glove is metal. Yeah, they're cheating the whole time. Yeah, just cheat, cheat. I see it. We're getting a wrap. We're getting a wrap. We're getting a wrap. We're getting a wrap.
Starting point is 00:37:18 What kind of wrap today, Jason? There's no wrap. Chicken Caesar salad wrap. He says this every time. Name a new wrap. you can't think of a single other wrap what about the snack wrap
Starting point is 00:37:29 it just came back oh it's coming back in July fuck McDonald's though this guy's always back to it JT tell them where to find you
