Starting point is 00:00:00 trying to like lick all the lick all the peanut butter out of this crevice you know i mean no i know exactly what you mean there yeah but it's like oh yeah exactly oh that's you guys i'm talking to you i'm the only one that's saving face here no yeah they're gonna they're gonna give you a burp gland transplant yes yes yes you're missing your burp gland even even if someone's in bed with me i'm hugging the pillow absolutely don't care absolutely don't care mommy oh and mom mommy mommy mommy welcome back to the picky boys podcast happy mother's day to all the picky moms out there call your mom call your mom why are you watching this it's mother's day call your mom well no call after you can wait 30 minutes yeah what's 30 minutes i'm talking to
Starting point is 00:00:53 you, John. Some guy named John's going to go, he's going to feel so... John, how dare you? No, picky moms, I'm sure they're all great. At 700 patrons, the picky moms are going to make an appearance.
Starting point is 00:01:09 True. And you could move that along by going to patreon.com slash picky boys. No, every once in a while, my mom is incredibly focused on the Patreon number.
Starting point is 00:01:24 She's like, I gotta get ready for my performance. She's like, I don't know what I'm gonna say. And it's like, trust me, Mom, you'll be fine. There's never been a situation where she's been at a loss for words. Is she your mom? I forget.
Starting point is 00:01:39 She is a spitting image of me. Yeah, I was gonna say, if we didn't even introduce our moms as who they are, I think everyone could tell immediately. Oh, it'd be so fast. It'd be so fast. Yeah, probably. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:53 I think it'd be pretty easy. I mean, I'm sure we'll, like, probably have questions. Of course. I'm not just going to let my mom speak. No, we're just going to let them go off the cuff. Yeah, no, no, no. No off the cuffs. Because I don't know if you want to hear whatever they'll bring to the table.
Starting point is 00:02:12 Yeah, or that's exactly what they want to hear. Yeah, I know. But, no, I think that'll be a fun one. I love guests that – someone talking about – someone like our moms, like someone who knows us, who can talk to us outside of what you see, the podcast. Yeah, but we won't even really be on that podcast though, right? Yeah, of course we won't. Oh, no. We're not letting them steer the ship.
Starting point is 00:02:37 I thought we were going to just let them fly, like maybe give them some questions and go, all right, moms, fire away. Just put a two-hour timer here and say, go figure it out, ladies. Yeah, with some questions. Oh, you think what we do is it? You do it. Two hours. No, I figured we'd be guiding them. Well, I mean, we could be off.
Starting point is 00:02:53 It's a six-person pod. That's a lot. That's a lot of people. We could do like, mom, son, mom, son, mom, son. Yeah, exactly. I was thinking maybe we could do some version of the newlywed game, you know? But not like the mom game. The newly mom game.
Starting point is 00:03:07 The newly mom game. I'm not marrying my mom. No, you're not marrying your mom. Yeah, it's like, what age did they lose their virginity? No. No. Oh, come on. You've got to do shit like that.
Starting point is 00:03:15 You have to. First of all, we've already said this in the podcast. My mom watches, so she'll know. I want to ask. No. You've got to do shit like that. I don't know. What's the point?
Starting point is 00:03:28 Either way, the point is if you're a mom, we love you. And even if you consider yourself a mom, maybe you're not a biological mom. Moms come in many forms. Moms come in many forms. Truly. Yeah, and happy day to all of you. That's good. But not the fucking dads.
Starting point is 00:03:44 Not yet. Not yet. No, that's June. June 10th. Do pet moms count today? That's pushing it. No, yeah. No, they don't.
Starting point is 00:03:54 It's just unfair to moms in reality. I was talking more about maybe someone who's a mother figure in someone's life and is actually a mom. Those count. Not someone that has a parrot and is like, I have the same issues you have. What about, yeah, what about like when a mom's like, oh, my God, I have to get diapers and then I have to take them to the game and then the doctors.
Starting point is 00:04:13 And someone's like, oh, my God, I know. I had to take old Fido to the vet yesterday. And they try to one-up them with their pet. I know. True. There's a lot of people who definitely, specifically dogs, treat them like human beings. Push them around in carriages in New York City.
Starting point is 00:04:30 I've seen that. Yeah, for sure. Crazy. It's like, take your dog for a walk. Don't dogs like to walk? It's not even that. It's like, if your dog's going to get tired, don't walk that far. Just do a circle around the block.
Starting point is 00:04:44 I get if like, oh, we have to walk 20 miles. This dog's not making it. We need a little dog carriage. Just don't do that. Yeah. Just don't do that. No, yeah. Some dogs, like especially in New York City, live way better lives than any of us do.
Starting point is 00:04:58 Like the way they get pampered and treated like kings. I'm sure there's a lot of animals that live way better than we do. Yeah. There are some animals that might eat better. I mean, I've seen ads for like bougie animal food. And it's like, goddamn, they're like quality checking the steak they put in these dogs' bowls. It's ridiculous. Yeah, it's like there's a thermometer to check the temperature.
Starting point is 00:05:21 It's like I've never even owned that utensil. Dude, there are like cats that have – their diet consists only of like sushi that's way better than any we've ever had. And caviar. Have you ever seen a dog's – it's called like a lick plate? It's basically like a – it's a lick mat. it's basically like a mat with a bunch of like uh a bunch of like like uh spikes in it and you put food and you like smear it in so the dog has to like lick lick it out of all the nooks and crannies you know and i've looked at that and said maybe i want to do it what like i i don't know there's
Starting point is 00:05:58 something fun about like trying to like lick all the lick all the peanut butter out of this crevice You know what I mean? No, I know exactly what you mean there. And I've also seen videos of like – I'm telling you, dude, this is becoming a trend. I've seen videos of like super fine dining restaurants that will put like a schmear on a plate, and you're instructed to like be more playful with your food, and you're supposed to lick it off the plate. I think lick eating is coming very soon. Let's get one for Danny. We'll put some Jersey Mike's in one corner and some ghost energy drink in the other.
Starting point is 00:06:35 It's true. Go Senergy. No, we're not sponsors. Dude, the Swedish fish one. It tastes like I'm putting a Swedish fish into my mouth. I'm sitting on Swedish fish. I'm just saying, get a lick plate. Me and Danny are addicted to those right now.
Starting point is 00:06:51 It's to slow down how fast the dogs eat. That's why. No, it's not. Are you sure? No, yes, it is. I watched the whole video on it. And I just know things. It's something about their mental acuity or something.
Starting point is 00:07:04 I guarantee it's to make them eat salt. At the very least, it's both. Maybe. You watched this whole hour documentary on a lick plate. It was a TikTok. I need it. There's the – He said he watched the whole video.
Starting point is 00:07:18 Okay, what? Was it 30 seconds? They can be up to 10 minutes now. How long was it? It was like probably 90 seconds. Okay. I don't believe him. Yeah, I think there's a lot of dogs out there that will like literally choke because they just eat so fast.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Maybe that's it. Who knows? I don't know. Also, you're not putting food in there. You know, you're putting, like, kibble. No, no, it's like you put, like, spreadable stuff, like peanut butter and stuff. That's supposed to get in all the crannies.
Starting point is 00:07:44 I think it also just keeps them entertained. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It stimulates the dog mind. It stimulates the dog mind. And I think it could stimulate the human mind as well. Because, you know, I feel like we like eating without utensils, like a wing, a barbecue rib, a hot dog, a hamburger, but, like, huge American foods are all finger foods.
Starting point is 00:08:05 Well, you've got five utensils right here. Pizza, French fries, all these big American staples. You never use a fork and knife. But dogs, they just have such more versatile tongues, right? Well, that's not what I'm saying. Oh, that's exactly what I'm saying. The lick plate wouldn't work for a human, really. No, I know, but I'm saying, like, some of our most popular foods are utensil-less,
Starting point is 00:08:26 maybe not lick plates, but they're utensil-less. I don't think you'd be able to lick every crevice. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I don't think your tongue – But that's the trick of it all. That's the challenge. That's the challenge. And I don't know.
Starting point is 00:08:37 I do pretty good. Like usually when I – if I'm at an Italian restaurant, I always – I like, you know, the bus boys always like, ho, ho, because like, you know, I eat – Specifically Italian. I eat – it's like I play pasta, let's say. I mean, it could have been anywhere. I scoop up all the sauce and then, of course, I got a – this is a pro tip, a Danny pro tip. Danny pro tip.
Starting point is 00:08:56 You save the bread from the beginning and you take that, clean the plate. You could serve my plate nine times out of ten to someone, and they would think it was a new plate. Disgusting. That's gross. Also, that's not licking it. You're just, like, scooping. What I'm saying is that I will find the morsel and eradicate it.
Starting point is 00:09:14 That's fair. If I see my target, I'll destroy it. Exactly. Danny hands cleats. Danny doesn't use cleats. I have used cleats before. When's the last time you used a cleat? When's the last time you put on a cleat?
Starting point is 00:09:26 Oh, probably in middle school. But still, I know what they're like. I know what they're like. I know about cleats. Cleats are the most uncomfortable shoe. The next time I'll probably own a cleat is when I become old and golf. Ski boots. Ski boots?
Starting point is 00:09:41 That's a boot, JT. It's a boot. You said it yourself. It's a shoe. Certainly. It's a shop. What's more of a shoe? A cleat or a ski boot?
Starting point is 00:09:48 Oh, we're talking more of a shoe. I'm saying. They're all shoes. They're not all pants or pants. I hate when people say sneakers aren't shoes. They certainly are. I know what you mean by this, but it's a shoe. They mean it's like not a dress shoe.
Starting point is 00:10:03 Well, you got to say dress shoe. That's why the word dress is in front. They wear little dresses. It's like they're all shoes. Or are they not all shoes? That's what I'm saying. I don't think they are. Are they all just footwear?
Starting point is 00:10:11 No, no. There you go. Aren't sneakers literally tennis shoes? Isn't that what a sneaker is? They're a shoe. Aren't sneakers tennis shoes? Isn't that the same thing? So there's basketball shoes.
Starting point is 00:10:20 I don't know why tennis got the fucking... Oh, yeah. Basketball shoes are like the high ankle ones. Bowling shoes. There's bowling shoes. There's definitely bowling shoes. There's definitely bowling shoes. I just don't think boots are shoes.
Starting point is 00:10:31 You know, the people in the UK call them trainers. Sneakers. Which ones? Any sneakers. People in the UK need to get a grip. Oh, hey, bro, I'm putting all my trainers back. They really need to calm down. They need to start calling everything by its normal name.
Starting point is 00:10:48 They do. You know what's funny, though, is that, like, I feel like as Americans, we think of Britain as, like, very classy, you know? Like, oh, hold on, British, I'm very old. and we're thinking of the royals yeah when you actually go to britain it's like it's gray it's like yeah it's it's very kind of hick yeah like what is it called isn't it like areas that are more is the word like cockney or something i don't know why it's cock but isn't like cockney or something yeah but it's like oh yeah exactly oh it's you guys i'm talking to you i'm the only
Starting point is 00:11:20 one that's saving face here listen it's a beautiful country but i think it's i don't think it is but But it's just, I don't know. It's funny that when I was a kid, if I heard a British accent, I'd go, oh, madame. And now you just viciously make fun of it. Madame French? Madame. Yeah, madame. Madame, what's that?
Starting point is 00:11:41 Madame Crusoe. Yeah, yeah. I don't know why I thought of this, but are there any things that you look at and you go, oh, yeah, that is the perfect name for it? It's like when I think of carrot for some reason, I go, you know, that looks like a carrot. The word carrot's definitely orange. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I know what you mean.
Starting point is 00:12:01 And it's like, you know, something you pull out of, oh, the carrot, like that. The word, yeah. Turnip. I love that. No, no, no, it's not a turnip. I don't know. 100% turnip.
Starting point is 00:12:09 You ever seen a turnip? I've seen a turnip, but I wouldn't go turnip. I'd go like, runs. That was way worse than turnip. Wait, hold on. Have you ever seen this? What is it called? Or like a watermelon.
Starting point is 00:12:23 That thing is a watermelon. Yeah, for sure. We're only going fruits and vegetables here. Yeah, we are. We are. Have you seen this one? It's like- Stilts?
Starting point is 00:12:32 Stilts is definitely stilts, right? Stilts is right. Yeah, stilts is good. I'll give this to Jason. All right, hold on. So it's like, you can ask a bunch of different people. One of these is boba, and one of these is kiki. Which one is which?
Starting point is 00:12:45 This is unbelievably obvious to me. Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right, so you go first. Boba kiki. boba boba kiki but it's like a human phenomenon that like 90 of people say boba kiki in that order no we don't know why it's 100 of people that one's bulbous wait okay number one it's 100 of people and the other 10 just want to be different yeah yeah number two does this transcend languages oh that's a good question if you ask like someone who only speaks chinese
Starting point is 00:13:13 boba kiki which one i don't know if it does because i think a big part of it is the like phonetics of the word like boba is all like vowels and it feels rounder and then kiki is like kiki kiki yeah it's like spiky
Starting point is 00:13:27 kiki is spiky kiki is spiky and you might catch a language where boba means spiky star and then you're like oh well I fucked that up yeah
Starting point is 00:13:34 I'm trying to think of other things that like I don't know like tree you know yeah but the first for some reason
Starting point is 00:13:41 the first thing I thought of was ferris wheel and then I started to think what the fuck does this ferris mean yeah what's the ferris it's by some guy The guy who invented it was probably William Ferris Jr.
Starting point is 00:13:50 Yeah, it's Sir William Ferris. He was a knight? Sir William Ferris? It must have been. Maybe it was just Ferris Bueller. That can't be right. Because, you know, like wheel, that sounds right. You know what doesn't fit for me?
Starting point is 00:14:03 What? Tire. I don't like it for a tire. I can see that. I think, you know what I do think fits really well is key. Okay. Okay. But like a bowl.
Starting point is 00:14:18 Bowl sounds right. Bowl does sound good. Bowl does sound good. You know, like, bowl. Yeah, I like that. That sounds right. That sounds right. Yeah, all these make sense to me, I guess.
Starting point is 00:14:26 Like, I don't think deer is right. I don't like it for a reindeer, or, like, reindeer for Santa. I don't like deer. I think stairs is really good. Stairs is good. Isn't it weird that, like, reading is an involuntary response? Like, you can't look at a poster and not read it. Oh, I'll tell you right now.
Starting point is 00:14:47 i cannot no no if you look at it right now look at it like you can't look at the words and not immediately understand what they say you can't like turn it off for a second go i'm just looking at this like thing like you just read it all floyd mayweather can he might be able well does it count if you can't read i i don't even think it does count because like even if i see a sign in like another language i still like am understanding what it says i don't understand I don't understand what it says, but I'm understanding that the letters are, like I'm reading the letters, you know?
Starting point is 00:15:21 So you can visually see that there are some characters on this poster. No, but I'm saying like I'm not, like I'm putting those characters together. Even though if I don't know what the word means, I'll see that it says, you know, Azul or something. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:15:36 Blue, that way. He sees signs that just say blue. Blue. I think I'm understanding what you're saying. Not 100%. Well, that's why colors are great, right? Colors transcend everything. Don't numbers transcend everything?
Starting point is 00:15:51 Yeah. Yeah. But they don't transcend people who don't know how to do math. Colors do. I think they kind of do. Even if you don't know math, and you're like a farmer, you'll still be like, I have like five sheep. There's six pigs.
Starting point is 00:16:07 I have more pigs than there are sheep. Even if you don't have like- If you have four sheep and someone else gives me three sheep, I don't go, oh, I have 70 sheep. I'm still like, oh, I have this many sheep. I have unlimited sheep. I just don't have the word for seven. Oh, interesting.
Starting point is 00:16:26 But that's not the concept of a number. I don't know. Yes, it is. But I feel like the thing is all colors are all the same. We all have the same colors. We don't even know that that's true. There's no way to prove it. Just because everyone might see different colors.
Starting point is 00:16:42 If they're all named the same, they're all the same. I'll give them that. But I think numbers transcend way more than colors. I don't know about that. Because there's no... Is there any language that has different symbols for numbers? What does that mean? What?
Starting point is 00:16:54 Yeah, of course. Yeah, they all... All right, well then... But everyone has different names for colors, too. Yeah, but definitely like Sanskrit. But they don't have the different colors. We're all working with the same colors. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:17:04 Like, two still means two in all the other languages. No, I understand that. So... But a color is still the same color in all the other languages, you know. Oh, I see what you're saying. Do you? Get me there. Somebody.
Starting point is 00:17:17 I'm asking for a line. Somebody help me out. I take back my statement. I don't know. I'm just – I dragged him in with me. I'm just simply saying that if you were trying to, like, communicate with somebody who didn't speak your language whatsoever, and then you were trying to say a number,
Starting point is 00:17:36 I think it'd be easier to just go like, point to a color and be like this. Okay. Versus a number. Question to you. How do you, to a blind person, describe the color red? Oh, well, that's silly.
Starting point is 00:17:50 Why? No, no. I want to ask you that first. I'm excluding the blind in this situation. Okay. But my next question- You have to be able to see the color. Bullshit, because my next question to that is like,
Starting point is 00:17:59 how do you describe the number two to a blind person? No, I understand what you're saying. That means you don't even need eyes to see numbers. You need eyes to see colors. It transcends that. Yes, you need eyes to see colors. Again, I am excluding the blunt. You can't just exclude.
Starting point is 00:18:13 Well, I'm excluding anyone who has the name Danny from this conversation. How about that? You got to there. Got him. I don't know. I'm just saying. You're not allowed to talk. Excluded.
Starting point is 00:18:27 Fucking drilled him, dude. Got him. The blind can understand numbers. They can't understand colors. Maybe they can. Explain. I don't know. I mean, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:18:36 I'm saying I just think, I'm sure there's some blind person that's like, oh, I know what blue is like. They'd be lying. Also, most blind people don't see black. Yeah, I don't understand. I don't even want to get, my brain can't even wrap my head around it.
Starting point is 00:18:52 I don't understand what's so difficult. Imagine taking a Photoshop picture of this set right now and putting it on 100 times blur. That's what they see. Yeah. Easy as that. He's saying most blind people aren't like completely without any sort of like light detection in their eyes. No, I thought you were talking about the fact where the guy was like, oh, I'm blind and I don't see black.
Starting point is 00:19:14 Imagine seeing out of your elbow. It's like what is it? Oh, yeah. That's what I'm saying. We understand you don't understand that. No, I don't understand either. How do you understand that? I don't think there is any way to really understand it without experiencing it.
Starting point is 00:19:25 Because? Because when I close my eyes, I do see black. Blind people don't even see that. What does that mean? I don't even – like that's what I'm saying. I can't – the fact that you can picture that confuses me more. The best – I can't picture that.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Again, the best thing was JT's schnozzle example. That was so long ago. The best example I've heard is that – and I think Gany said this. If you close your right eye, right, keep your left open, what do you see out of your right eye? What does that mean? Nothing, right? It's not like you see black out of this one and you see stuff out of this eye. It's like you don't see anything out of the right eye.
Starting point is 00:19:57 But I feel like my brain kind of does make up like put some black in there. Does it? I think so. You just see normally and then a half black screen? Kind of. If I could somehow project what I saw when I closed my eyes, it's not just a black. It's not just black. Well, if you were – I mean, yeah, because the light is coming through.
Starting point is 00:20:16 There's all kinds of colors and spheres. The light is coming through. You see spheres. You see things. Listen, I don't see things. Do you see things right now? I don't see things. It's like very strange light refractions.
Starting point is 00:20:27 Are these things in the room with us right now? Just don't scare the children. I know. I got to get that Botox for my burping. I was at a bar yesterday, and I was like, oh, my God, I feel so terrible. I'm going to, like, vomit. And I was like, oh, this is it. I took a shot of tequila, and I was like, oh, this is it.
Starting point is 00:20:46 And so I went outside, and I, like, it was like I was vomiting, but it was just gas. It was like. And I felt totally better. If I could just burp, I would have just gone to the bathroom and went, burp. You'd go to the bathroom to burp? I guarantee you would not go to the bathroom to burp. I don't know burp etiquette.
Starting point is 00:21:05 Yeah, if you guys didn't know, Danny can't burp. The problem is, though, with the Botox, is you'd have to get it like every six months, right? Is that true? I don't know. Every year? Why don't you just get permanent surgery? I don't know if that exists.
Starting point is 00:21:17 No, no, yeah, yeah. They're going to give you a burp gland transplant. Burp gland. Yes, yes, yes. You're missing your burp gland. But also, at that point, if you're already getting injected in the throat, you might as well fill up this a little bit.
Starting point is 00:21:28 Get some filler. or some plump lips. Yeah, get rid of the crows. For sure. If I was a multi-billionaire, I mean, you might as well. You'd look like handsome Squidward. You also don't need that much money,
Starting point is 00:21:41 I don't think. Yeah, but that's the only way I'd do it because if it got botched, I'd need the best in the world to fix it. That's a good point. So I need a safety net before I'm even starting to do cosmetic work. You need fail-safes.
Starting point is 00:21:57 It's a good plan. Yeah. Would you get mustache implants? Oh, fuck yeah. Why not? Why do you need... Just, like, get a super nice, like, mustache. No, that's not gonna...
Starting point is 00:22:05 Have you ever... No, Danny, I haven't. No, they can tell. Who's they? The ladies. They can tell when it's a real stache or it's a fake one he's wearing. I feel like I can get, like, a mustache that kind of, like, weaves into this hair. Like, kind of like how a hair piece, like, weaves.
Starting point is 00:22:21 Oh, like extensions. Yeah. Yeah, like it's an extension, so it attaches to the hair, so it actually is, like, real on there instead of just like a... I don't know. What is the alternative? Gluing something to your lip? No, no, no. What about like Bosley? They take hair
Starting point is 00:22:36 strands from back here and literally pluck them out and implant them here so they continue to grow. Yeah, but it is different hair, though. It is different hair. That hair doesn't look like that hair. No, it's different. True. I don't know. It's so interesting facial hair.
Starting point is 00:22:52 It's kind of puby. Couldn't know. I have a little mustache right now. I do, but that's just the pre-set Italian 13-year-old mustache. I'm surprised you don't have more ferocious eyebrows. A lot of people say I have ferocious eyebrows. I have these spikes here. I mean, they're definitely there, but I feel like Italian's eyebrows come off their head.
Starting point is 00:23:14 They're 3D. Yeah, they're 3D, yeah. Like the old kids' books. They're like, oh, what does this bear fur feel like? I love those books. Those books are fire. Like the sensory kid books? I love those books.
Starting point is 00:23:25 And then you're like, ooh, what does a lizard feel like? Ooh. I love that. You know what we did once when we were kids that I think we should do probably here in the Picky Boys? It was Halloween, and we turned all the lights off, and there was all these boxes. And you had to put your hand in the box and try to feel what's inside. It was all weird stuff. One of the boxes had spaghetti in them.
Starting point is 00:23:50 It was like Jell-O. And you're like, ew, brains. Ew, brains. That's what I said as a kid. But it's weird how if you only have touch to go off of and you can't see anything else, things can be very difficult to discern. I know.
Starting point is 00:24:06 But if you see something and you touch it, you go, oh, yeah, obviously, this is what this feels like. Oh, this is like can. Yeah, there's a lot of things where you look at it, you're like, I know exactly what that's going to feel like. And also some things you smell, you're like, oh, I know what you taste like. Not shit, though.
Starting point is 00:24:21 Underrated sense, I think, is touch. Underrated senses? Underrated? Touch. Yeah. Oh, man. I feel like they're all pretty properly rated. Touch is underrated.
Starting point is 00:24:32 Well, so obviously we're putting seeing and hearing first. Then goes taste for me. Then goes smell. Then I'd say touch. I feel like taste, my tongue betrays me way more than my nose. You know there's actually more than five senses? How many? Well, there's like, people group a lot of them together
Starting point is 00:24:51 aren't actually grouped together like touch and pain are two different senses and then temperature and touch are also two different senses because you could be missing one and still have what does what does that mean what's a what's a sense temperature what does that mean if you touch a pot you can say if it's cold or not or hot yeah that's a sense yeah like you can you can i'm sure there are people who feel that they're touching a pot but do not feel whether it's hot or not you also none of us can actually sense temperature do you remember the guy the guy in our in our school the math teacher he fell he fell into a lake like he's fucking mr deeds yeah and and and he cannot sense cold yeah so like so so he would be outside in the winter which is still like not
Starting point is 00:25:35 healthy for you because you can do it doesn't mean you should but he'd be outside in the winter in like shorts and a short sleeve t-shirt and he because he can't he cannot he cannot sense the cold isn't it aren't just didn't his nerve endings just die yeah when you just like get hypothermia and not know it yeah it's like it's not like he can well i'm not saying i don't think this means that he's impervious to cold yeah that's not what losing the sense no it doesn't temperature means but in the winter you could probably stand outside for a bit this doesn't make any actually this makes zero sense to me because which part wouldn't it just be paint like if i touched fire i just because i can't sense heat i'm like oh yeah this is nice look at that it's just melting
Starting point is 00:26:15 away like that's can't that can't be no there's people who but you can still feel pain the thing is like imagine if you're you're you're you're thinking about you're thinking about very extreme situations okay imagine if you touched a coffee mug imagining and you could not feel whether it was warm or not like it's not gonna hurt you if you keep your hands on it yeah but you just can't sense whether the liquid inside is warm or not again pain is different because it's like okay So pain is different than let's say touch because like if I touch you, it's not like, oh, this hurts a little. And if I smack you, that hurts a lot. So they're like the same sense.
Starting point is 00:26:51 It's like the touch didn't hurt at all. That was a different sense than the pain. Pain is separate is what I'm saying. When I do this, it's not – But isn't it just a more intense sense of touch? It's different. Stop touching me. It doesn't make any –
Starting point is 00:27:06 It's also none of us can sense temperature technically. You keep saying – we can sense the rate of change of temperature. Okay, see, now you're just getting science-y, I know. But that's what temperature is anyway. So don't be doing that. But it's the same reason you can touch this tablecloth and a piece of metal,
Starting point is 00:27:24 and even if they're the same temperature, the metal feels cold, but they're the same temperature. But the metal feels cold because the metal is taking away, the rate of change of temperature is higher. It's the same thing. It's different. I can't put too many things in that many boxes. That's the same for me.
Starting point is 00:27:38 I only have so much file space in here. That's enough. Oh, my God. Yeah, I was at Ikea yesterday, and I saw a pillow, and I touched it. It was like a cool top pillow. So when you touch it, it's always cold. Exactly. It's fucking awesome.
Starting point is 00:27:54 I don't know how it works. But the pillow's not a different temperature than the rest of Ikea. There's a little pocket AC dimension. It certainly felt cooler. But that's the point. It's taking away heat from your head or from your hand in this situation faster than putting your hand on a tablecloth. So wouldn't that mean
Starting point is 00:28:08 it takes away the heat faster so it feels cold even though it's the same exact temperature? So the pillow's sucking the heat from my head? Yes. Shit.
Starting point is 00:28:15 See, I wanted to get it really badly, but it was a Tempur-Pedic pillow and I just don't, I'm not into that. It's too hard, right? Yeah, I'm not into that. Too hard.
Starting point is 00:28:22 Really? I like those. Apparently you are very much, 100% not supposed to sleep on your tummy. Like very much, that's the worst thing. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:30 I don't think I do that. And that's all, that's what I do. For what? For like digestion, I think it's like your spine your spine and the way your tummy sits
Starting point is 00:28:37 and the guy was like explaining it he was like sleeping exactly how I sleep and he goes is it comfortable or is it what you're familiar with and I went
Starting point is 00:28:45 I don't know guy he's like he really he's a philosopher aren't you supposed to sleep on your back yeah with like
Starting point is 00:28:52 fuck that with like a pillow no you could sleep on your side your left side but you need a pillow like a you need like a cube pillow like our pillows are bad too
Starting point is 00:29:00 I don't know that's all well actually I'm lying I'm like a Half side, half tummy sleeper. Half side, half stummy. My stummy hurt.
Starting point is 00:29:07 My stummy hurt. Yeah. No, no, no. I lay on my side, and I just hug the shit out of a pillow. So I need two pillows and a blanket. I know. I love that. Yeah, I need that.
Starting point is 00:29:16 Even if someone's in bed with me, I'm hugging the pillow. Absolutely. Don't care. Absolutely. Don't care. First of all, because I'm just like, I'm squeezing the pillow. I can kill this thing. And so, so, so, so, I don't care what you say.
Starting point is 00:29:29 you do not want to be squeezed like that in the middle of the night. You're going to think you're dying. Some people do. No, I'm not going to do it. First of all, also I'm squeezing a pillow because it's soft and nice. I don't want to squeeze a bag of bones. Everyone you're with
Starting point is 00:29:44 is hard and mean. No, I'm just saying like people are harder than pillows. When they're in bed with you they are. No, people are harder than pillows. and so it's just like it's not the same I don't get the same
Starting point is 00:29:59 the same satisfaction I do from squeezing a pillow or a stuffed animal or something if you're in bed with Danny you are reduced to a bag of bones
Starting point is 00:30:06 that's all you are that's all you'll ever be I don't want this bag of bones here I want this sack of feathers I'm just I'm just saying bag of bones
Starting point is 00:30:15 or sack of feathers what are you picking what do you got what do you got are you guys like this sack of feathers do you like the long pillows do you guys like
Starting point is 00:30:23 boyfriend pillows like a body pillow body pillow Body pillow. Do you know what a boyfriend pillow is? Is that the one that also has the extender arm? It's like this. It's shaped like this.
Starting point is 00:30:34 That's a good boyfriend pillow right there. No, no, no. I don't want anyone touching me. I don't want this fake pillow man touching me. Or woman. But I don't want them touching me. I'm saying I'd rather just hug the shit. Just choke hold a tiny pillow.
Starting point is 00:30:48 Anime body pillow, anyone? I do like the longer pillows, though. Like you could wrap your leg around it, too? Yeah, put one leg around it. Wow, that's too much. That's too much. Really? It's kind of like I'm submitting somebody to the UFC.
Starting point is 00:31:00 Tap out. Tap out. Also, wrapping my leg around the pillow, I feel like I'm going to wake up in the morning, and the pillow's going to go, yeah, I love you. It's too much. It's too much. Calm down.
Starting point is 00:31:08 It's too much contact. Also, if you're going to sleep in my bed, the rule is, at least in the summertime, it's kind of all the time, it is going to be a freezer in there. I only sleep in the cold. Oh, yeah. The brutal cold. um
Starting point is 00:31:23 yeah I got two rules I think I sound like a psychopath it's always gonna be cold and no like clothes that have no outside clothes no clothes that have
Starting point is 00:31:32 touched things like none it does have that rule none like I would rather like even when we're sleeping with friends I'm like even when Chaz has slept
Starting point is 00:31:38 in my bed sometimes I'm like take off your fucking pants like I'll get I'll get crazy cause it's like you were outside you sat on the bus
Starting point is 00:31:48 yeah take off in those pants take off your fucking pants it's like fine And then we go to bed. I think he might be a germaphobe. No, I think I'm just a normal person. That seems a tad, like a few degrees too much caring.
Starting point is 00:32:00 No, I think it's more like, it's not necessarily the germs, right? He's like a grime-aphobe. He just feels like outside clothes have been like tainted, like they're like dirty. It's not necessarily like the germs, right? I don't think like, oh, you're going to make me sick. I'm like, I don't want to sleep in filth. Yeah, it's like the filth, the grime, the taintedness. But I'm saying, like, whatever that word is, it seems like you're dialed up a little bit more than most people are.
Starting point is 00:32:25 I don't like the fact that because I don't like sharing drinks and that I don't like people sleeping with clothes in my bed that I get this, like, germaphobe. I heard that one. Sharing drinks makes sense. More. My family always used to come at me because, like, I was the only one who, like, if you sipped out of this, I don't want to, like, sip out of the same cup and just, like, my saliva touches yours. And they used to go, oh, it's family germs. It's different. It's like, that's not how science works.
Starting point is 00:32:50 It's not family germs. These germs know each other. Yeah. I think you can share a good amount of germs with your mom, though. I might. I mean, I came out of her pussy. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I heard that.
Starting point is 00:33:01 I think you guys kind of have the same immune system to some degree. But it's like, this is how, this is why mono and herpes spreads. Yeah, no. Even without sex or kissing. It's like sharing drinks, dude. Yeah. It's like there's always, yeah. Yeah, no.
Starting point is 00:33:15 I mean, yeah, for sure. but I think again don't agree me up there there's there there are some things where like yes these things can present dangers or challenges to your life but some people still care about them too much you know or like are too nervous about them like yes point like point I didn't point yeah I don't know I think it's partially like you I don't think so no I would say it's like one more thing it's because there is no like there's no like kind of care about sharing tricks it's either it happened or it didn't there's no like oh i only drank out of it seven percent like that doesn't exist also last thing like i'm not defensive with my food and drink you can have a drink my thing
Starting point is 00:33:58 but you gotta air sip it yeah air sip see that i don't get at all because because first of all the the i would bar i'm not a scientist but i would bargain to say that the more amount of germs that you're consuming when you share someone's drink is because they backwash into the drink, and you're now drinking it. Exactly, but you will get it, not me. Which air simping does not change whatsoever. You'll get the germs, not me. No, you're doing a one-to-one.
Starting point is 00:34:25 It's a one-way street. If I'm drinking from it, and now you don't care about the germs, you air sip it, I won't get your back washed. It's a one-way street. It's a one-way street versus a two-way street. Yeah, you're thinking about a two-way, baby. It's a one-way street. Yeah, I don't care about it at all, honestly. No, I know. That's why you get mouth pussies.
Starting point is 00:34:41 You have gotten a mouth pussy. That's actually not why I got the mouth pussy. The mouth person. He's got a yeast infection in his mouth. I read a stat that said 70% of people's water bottles have mold in them. They don't even know it. Can you tell them where to find you so we can stop this?
