Starting point is 00:00:00 that's not a bright idea it's certainly not and but like what would possess you to say hey you know what there's one more thing i can do with this yeah ready ready welcome back to the picky boys podcast i'm jenny mays oh please no i can't i can't i've for too early for this for so long we had to hear danny's scream i know i shot 58 videos as danny mays dude by the end i was like just completely sweating through my shirt my voice my pipes were all gone danny's pipes were gone what's he talking about oh right we released a patreon wow what does it entail many things i mean i feel like you're so trained at explaining what it has that you might as well do it true well you know as you as most
Starting point is 00:00:54 people probably saw our Billy Mays video where we saw it, but people who listen to the podcast maybe you didn't know, we released a Patreon. There's three different tiers. The first one that you might be interested if you're listening to is an extra podcast every single week. Every week. That's only
Starting point is 00:01:10 $5 a month. What a crazy deal. Easy peasy. Then there's an $8 tier where we do some of our extra Wednesday videos. We do the extra podcast and a whole bunch of other stuff. And then finally there's the diamond tier, which is everything I just mentioned plus
Starting point is 00:01:25 a wonderful photo album that people are loving by the way people keep sending me pictures and go this one is my favorite this one is my favorite you were so cute as a baby and I say I know I know and they said but not now not now not now not so much so yeah so go to patreon.com slash
Starting point is 00:01:42 picky boys and sign up today yes I'm sure the link's in the bio too and just check it out peruse even what we mentioned just now probably is what half of what's kind of on there yeah no I mean that's There's honestly too much stuff. We don't want to bog you down.
Starting point is 00:01:57 Yeah, because we just want to shameless plug and then move on. Shameless plug every episode forever. And there are six videos in there already. So it's not like you pay and then you have to wait for videos to come out. Six videos in there just to warm you up a little bit. And again, link in the description. We'll go from there. In other news.
Starting point is 00:02:15 In other news. Danny's birthday. It's my birthday. It was my birthday yesterday. Oh, right. I forgot. I don't like when we talk about... Because we released on Sunday, Danny's birthday was Saturday.
Starting point is 00:02:26 Wish Danny, wish future Danny happy birthday currently. Yeah, I wonder. What's future past Danny? Future past Danny is this Danny. Because today is the, well, the matter. Well, the Danny recording is 24. The Danny, the real Danny when you watch it will be 25. And what happens tomorrow, the day of the actual birthday, that's unclear.
Starting point is 00:02:53 What does that mean? I don't know what's going to happen. You know, who knows? Maybe it'll be the best day of my life, and we'll have a great birthday celebration, and everybody I've ever met will be there. Or maybe we'll be chilling outside in the pool, having a birthday drink,
Starting point is 00:03:08 and a plane will come and crash into us, and I won't even be alive. Oh. We got existential, Dan. Yeah, what happened? Danny turns 25, starts panicking. It's my quarter-life crisis. Quarter-life crisis.
Starting point is 00:03:22 I am panicking. If this feels, this is the last year, 25 is the last year of the first half of your 20s. This year's, why are we talking, I feel like we're talking in riddles. It's true. We're talking in riddles today. Listen up.
Starting point is 00:03:38 The troll under the bridge. The last year of the first half of your 20s. So if you split your 20s up the decade into two parts, it's five years and five years. And this is that last year. Gotcha, and this is the last year. But you have the whole year of it. And in 365 days, I'm going to lose my parents' health insurance.
Starting point is 00:03:57 Yeah, that's true. I'm fucked. That's true. I mean. That's why I have to start eating butter now, get heart disease, get the triple bypass surgery, break my legs. Yeah. I have to do it all. But on the 366th day, no more.
Starting point is 00:04:13 I'm just a fool. And you know how life works? Broken like the 366th day. Of course. No, no, no. Danny's going to become like a yogi on that day and like eat healthy. Yeah. Oh, you're saying he's just – he's going to be the health insurance.
Starting point is 00:04:26 Yeah, he's going to take care of himself that day. I'm taking – Only that day. Only that day. Only that day. Afterwards, after this run, I'm taking a break and I'm going to a holistic health approach. You're going for a run? Wait, what's holistic health?
Starting point is 00:04:39 I don't know. I think it's bullshit. Is that when you shove things in your ass? No, but I'm going to try it anyway. No, but whatever works. I think that's like when you have cancer so you only start eating fruit to like cure the cancer yeah it's what Steve Jobs did
Starting point is 00:04:52 Steve Jobs did not cure his cancer he very much died unbelievably they did the opposite if we're keeping on the trend of quarter life crisis JT has earrings now everybody take them off take them off audio listeners maybe come over for this one but
Starting point is 00:05:08 JT do a little go up to them go show editing Antonio edit in a little bing sound can you see them i'll add a little shine a little sheen give it but yeah here's my ears for hitting 150 subs on twitch we're doing crazy sub goals over there antonio daniel on the stream sometimes we're doing yeah yeah hell yeah i was i was telling my parents about that and they were just like because they looked at the patreon goals they looked at the twitch goals and they were like
Starting point is 00:05:36 are you guys just gonna continue to you know make modifications towards your body every time we get a sub and i said yes yes well because well the only modification we have on twitch is at a thousand patrons we're all getting tattoos right that's quite that's a lifelong modification that is a life that is truly a lifelong modification also i don't know if we made it clear i like pierced jt's ears oh yeah i i took a needle and shoved it through his ear on stream how did that feel by the way we never really talked about it uh the first one literally felt like nothing the second one hurt for a second and then... Yeah, the second one I used
Starting point is 00:06:11 my left hand because I couldn't get the angle right. I'm not a lefty boy. But it was good. We're unclear if it's allowed on Twitch because there's a lot of blood. There was some blood. There was some blood. So in the Twitch title, I didn't put anything about piercing. I just put, oh, we're doing our
Starting point is 00:06:27 sub goal thing. Yeah, we're doing our sub... I'm about to be impaled. You can't really title it that, I guess. I don't know. We're the piercing boys, though. We're the piercing boys. So that's it. That's the That's an ad for the Twitch, that's an ad for the Patreon. And now we can end the podcast. See?
Starting point is 00:06:43 Uh, no, I was, um... Speaking of body modifications... He showed me something horrifying before we started. Look at this video. He showed me something truly crazy. Don't find our boat! Don't find our boat! Don't find our boat!
Starting point is 00:06:59 Damn it! Fuck! Oh my goddamn pinky! Did you hear what he said? Oh, my God, he got my finger? He just said, oh, my God, I lost my pinky. Like, he dropped, you know, his keychain into the water. A shark literally just bit this man's pinky off, and he just went, oh, my God, I lost my pinky.
Starting point is 00:07:18 Oh, my God, I lost my pinky. Dude, it did a fucking death roll. Yeah, it spun. Oh, my God. It definitely spun. Oh, my God, I lost my pinky. But he was so nonchalant. I think the adrenaline could make you,
Starting point is 00:07:29 what, would you look at your hand and, ah! Absolutely. I mean, are you kidding me, Danny? Danny would probably pass out, fall over, and then get eaten. The rest of him would get eaten. Well, that shark's not eating me, totally. It'll kill you. Why would you pet a shark in the first place?
Starting point is 00:07:43 It looked like he was trying to get something out. He was trying to wrangle it. That shark's probably almost four feet. So that shark could unbelievably decimate you. But a big shark is, like, you know, approaching ten feet. Dude, a big shark, like, ten feet. That's a big shark. A ten feet or, like, eight to ten feet shark just washed up on Long Beach.
Starting point is 00:08:01 Like a great white kind of shark. And they put it back. Yeah, and they put it back. Those fucking idiots. They put it back, first of all. Let it die. And it's clearly, like, okay, yes, animals. But it's clearly a dumb shark, one.
Starting point is 00:08:10 Two, if it came to the shore once, it's not going to come to the shore again. Three, it's already on the beach. Just get rid of it. Yeah, what's it doing so close to the shore, man? Exactly, like, there's no work to put in. You don't have to go find this shark. The beach is closed down, like Jaws, if there's one shark for, like, a week, and they go find it. They have found it.
Starting point is 00:08:28 That's what I'm saying. They closed down just recently because there was another shark sighting. We got to start feeding these sharks. It's very clear to me is that if you're a predator. What was that? Yeah, I was going to say. And you wash up on the shore, I'm going to let you starve. What is it?
Starting point is 00:08:50 Drown in oxygen? What about a dolphin? Drown in oxygen. What is it called when a shark dies because it doesn't have water? It's not breathing. So you're saying it's air drowning? He's suffocating. he's air drowning he's air drowning and and and and and i would let that thing drown because even
Starting point is 00:09:07 if you put him in now he's in his habitat and he's gonna freak the fuck out try to kill you yeah true like what's the distance between i'm putting him in and i'm also in the water like where's the what's the safety gap there because as soon as he's like oh i could breathe again i'm tearing house and i'm i'm in the water now because i tried to save the shark if i lost a hand if i if there was a shark on the beach and i was like oh i'm gonna be a good guy and save this shark and as soon as i did i lost my hand i'm never helping a single thing again like from a bug to an ant to a human i'm never helping anything i mean we don't have a particularly good track record of like our stories about helping animals oh like how jt just murders birds i did not murder
Starting point is 00:09:44 jt's the only one who of this group who would even try to attempt to save the bird true to me listen babe that's just life if i was if i if i had my neck caught in a caught in the fence Yeah, is a dolphin going to... A dolphin might. A dolphin might. Okay, not an offense, because it's obviously out of the water. If Danny was stuck in a net drowning, you think this dolphin is going to be like, oh, poor little land creature.
Starting point is 00:10:09 I'm going to get you out of this net and give you CPR and bring you to land. Dolphins have been known to protect people from sharks. What I'm saying is, I don't think a dolphin is going to help Danny. That's what I'm saying. So why do I have to help this shark? Also, compared to a shark's danger level to killing me and Danny's danger level to killing a dolphin. Also, because everybody...
Starting point is 00:10:29 Danny can't kill a dolphin. Everybody kills. Oh, my God. I could kill a dolphin so easily, I'd fucking fuck its blowhole. And that would kill it? Yeah. Danny, I mean...
Starting point is 00:10:40 You think you're packing that, bro? Relax. You think you're packing like that? What's going on here? You don't think? That's like someone putting your fucking stick down your throat. That is true.
Starting point is 00:10:51 That is where they breathe. that is where they breathe that's where they breathe fine i'll put my fingers in i don't care i'll put my fingers in i don't care i will i could kill i could kill about i mean unbelievably your tactic so far has not been the best if if i had to rank i'm gonna take whatever i have at my disposal and i'm gonna shove it in its blowhole and kill it that's true probably a couple minutes right it'll wait wait wait it has a blowhole but if it was out of order can it breathe from its mouth like no wait what oh it's a good question thank you gg i appreciate that i thought i thought it was a good question too if it could breathe from his mouth danny you
Starting point is 00:11:27 can't plug all those holes babe no no no no way the blowhole the blowhole is what is what gets rid of the water right no i think it breathes that's what that's no but a blowhole so you're saying it breathes through his blowhole but it can't breathe through its mouth i could kill a dolphin. This is crazy. I don't know if you could. I think... I gotta look it up. Hold on. Dolphins breathe through their mouths. This is crazy. I can kill a dolphin. Are you kidding me? I don't think you
Starting point is 00:11:53 can kill a dolphin. First of all, are we in water? First of all, you might... That's a great question. You might end your own life with the incapability of swimming. It really depends on where we are. If we're in like an aqua coliseum, like sea world or something, and I can stand in the water, even if
Starting point is 00:12:09 it's shallow water, I can kill it. I don't think standing counts. The dolphin's best chance to kill me would be to wrangle me up and take me into the sea and drown me. It's not a snake, but yeah, like if it grabbed your pants and just dragged you down. They do have very serrated teeth. Yeah, and they make really weird noises that would scare me.
Starting point is 00:12:32 And they cannot breathe through their mouths. So plugging up the blowhole would work. That would kill it. Danny's right. It's like the Death Star. If you find a hole, shoot it. It's true. It's a dolphin self-destruct button.
Starting point is 00:12:45 Dolphins and the Death Star are borderline the same thing. They really are. Danny's Luke Skywater. He's going to get a blowjob from a dolphin. You like that? I thought you did. He's going to get a blowjob from a dolphin. That's true.
Starting point is 00:12:59 But I don't want to kill dolphins. I like dolphins. Yeah, that's fine. So let's stop this. I don't want PETA to get on our ass. Eventually PETA will get on our ass. I feel like we talk about animals quite a lot. And killing them. I didn't say that.
Starting point is 00:13:12 What is PETA getting on your ass? They, like, leave a mean comment? What does it mean? It's like, hey, guys, can we not talk about that? They email you? No, I think we're going to be out to a, you know, fancy dinner, and I'll be wearing my fur coat, and they'll throw red paint on me. And say, murderer!
Starting point is 00:13:28 I was in Target the other day, and they sell male sex toys now. Like, you know, strokers. Did they not? It's about damn time. did they not before they did not they've they've sold vibrators for years okay good and and you always walk by and you go oh well i guess the ladies get to have all the fun i mean i guess you a man could use one too but it's it wasn't made for a man you know it's it's a clitoral vibrator what's where we go okay the point is okay the point is now they have now they have
Starting point is 00:14:04 you know it's not like a pocket pussy but it's like a it's a it's a it's a silicone stroker Right. And good. Male masturbatory toys have had a stigma for far too long. Danny, you tell them, Danny. Tell them. Tell all the people that are in charge of the male masturbation toys. This is important.
Starting point is 00:14:21 This is important. This is important. This is important. Yeah. It's about time that, you know, that male, you know, sex toys are accepted and destigmatized. I agree. I'm sick of getting weird looks whenever I pull out my life-size Katy Perry sex doll. like dude everyone's fucking oh oh like you don't masturbate too yeah come on or when i pull out my
Starting point is 00:14:45 shrek pocket pussy yeah exactly like come on what are we doing i'm serious though it's true i i wholeheartedly expected danny to go speaking of and just reach here and pull it out no i didn't buy it yeah those lie he bought two those like massagers that they sell right at a vibrator at target those are vibrators right it's like a fucking ball on a stick basically and it's like internet. Are you talking about the... Oh, you're talking about the magic wand. No, not the muscle wand. Wait, you're talking about the magic wand?
Starting point is 00:15:16 No, he's talking about the magic wand. Oh, I thought you were talking about the muscle thing. The magic wand is like the OG vibrator. It was pitched as a muscle relaxer or whatever. And housewives in the 1970s
Starting point is 00:15:32 used to get freaky with it. That's what I'm saying, because that one's just straight up a vibrator that a lot of girls use, but they just sell that like a kid's store because it's a massager but but but now they sell like in target for a long time and cvs and walgreens you can you can buy like a legitimate vibrator really yeah like it looks like a penis no of course it's it's that would be that would be heinous heinous i'm sorry that would be so uh but but it looks like um how do i describe it looks like a curling a hair curler i don't know what it looks like it just kind of looks like a a rose like an oblong
Starting point is 00:16:07 It's like an oblong shape Usually it's like pink or purple Oh, and does it have the little one too? Yeah, yeah, yeah It looks like a lobster claw almost But one claw is much shorter than the other Yeah Danny bought three of them
Starting point is 00:16:23 It kind of looks like a hook Yes Either way But yeah, you can buy those at Target and CVS And you have been able to for a very long time Use coupon code But those are Vaginal
Starting point is 00:16:37 Vaginal Those are vaginal Okay Well you can't shove them in your butt Well any According to You know Some federal
Starting point is 00:16:47 Body of the government They say that You not You not stick things in your ass That does not have a flared base That's what I've heard You know I really don't understand
Starting point is 00:16:57 How like Things just get stuck up there Does that make sense? Like the reason you need to have a flared base is because it'll just suck back up in there and never come out. How does that work? Well, never come out is a...
Starting point is 00:17:10 Well, you need to... But the point is, most of the time, you probably need to go to the hospital, is what I'm saying. Or a doctor. Oh, yeah. If you ask any doctor, nurse, physician's assistant, they'll tell you every single day
Starting point is 00:17:20 someone comes into the hospital with a foreign object stuck in their ass. Suck in their ass. And my point is... Every single day. Poop it out. Yeah, that's my point. It's like, that part was essentially...
Starting point is 00:17:29 Even if it wasn't designed for this, it has definitely been used this way for the majority of the human's life was outwards. So why is shoving something up there? Why can't I get it out now? I don't get it. I don't know. Our friend, one of our friends is going to be a PA,
Starting point is 00:17:45 and he said he was talking to a doctor, and the doctor said that on multiple occasions he has had to treat patients who have tried to shove light bulbs in their ass. See, that one I wouldn't risk. That's not a bright idea. God damn it. It's certainly not.
Starting point is 00:18:05 But what would possess you to say, hey, you know what? There's one more thing I can do with this. It's like, you know, I do have this extra bulb. I bought the pack. I needed six. The pack came with eight. Let's see what we can do. Thomas Edison is rolling in his grave.
Starting point is 00:18:20 Or that's all Thomas Edison was doing. True. That was the ninth test. Why do you think the shape like that? Why make it like that? But, I mean, that's like glass, right? I wouldn't risk that. That's a little intense.
Starting point is 00:18:32 But it's very thin glass. You can eat a light bulb. Do you think you can... You ever see David Blaine eat a light bulb? I didn't like that. And he gave it to James Corden on the Tonight Show or whatever and you just have to chew it up very finely
Starting point is 00:18:51 and then it's perfectly safe to swallow. David Blaine's a fucking weird guy. That's a weird thing to do. And he's progressed. He eats even thicker glass. I'm sick. David Blaine is not a magician. He's just a freak.
Starting point is 00:19:05 A stuntman. He's just a freak. I saw this video of him, and he's standing with, I don't know, like Dave Chappelle or something, and he's like, hey, guys, look at this wine glass, and then he just takes a bite out of it. Like, that is not a magic trick. I've also seen him just go, like, the same exact scenario, except he goes, hey, guys, watch this, and just throws up a frog.
Starting point is 00:19:26 It's like, you ate a frog, David Blaine. Please get away from me. you ate a frog you know yeah it's it's it's really it's more of just like a wow this guy is fucking weird no because a magician is like there's a secret there's a trick to doing it so you're not actually doing the thing yeah he just david doesn't yeah he belongs in fucking coney island in the freak show he just does it but yeah but with chris angel that's a magician and everybody says oh his magic tricks are fake no shit like do you think i don't know i think no It's not that he fakes the background and the people in it.
Starting point is 00:19:58 They're faked to a degree of movie magic. The witnesses are paid actors that are watching. And there's cuts. And there's cuts. It's literally... What are you talking about? Yet to be proven. Which part?
Starting point is 00:20:10 Chris Angel, Mind Freak, was one of my favorite shows growing up. It really got... Are you okay? I don't know. Are you okay, Bob? It really got the great Dandini's gears turning. I wanted to ask this right before we went to Magicians. and I need to ask it again.
Starting point is 00:20:26 Okay. I didn't ask it yet. I'm sorry. I didn't mean that, but... Back to vibrators? No, a little past that. Back to light bulbs in the ass. Oh.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Genuine question to Danny. Do you think that you would be able to shatter a light bulb that was in your ass just from tightening up? Oh, yeah. 110%. Yeah, you do? Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:20:44 You think so? You know what I couldn't shatter? An egg. You tried? No. Oh. But have you ever done the thing where you grasp the egg?
Starting point is 00:20:55 Yeah, crush it. It's super hard. If you're applying even pressure, it is very, very hard to crack an egg. And you think you can't, but maybe you can crack an egg. I don't think I could fucking sphincter smash that egg. That's Danny's WWE move. You can crack the egg. The sphincter smash.
Starting point is 00:21:12 I can crack the egg. You crack the egg like this? No, he's a fucking liar. He puts more pressure on one finger. That's not how you're supposed to do it. You're supposed to just crush it. I could crush it just like that. I could crush it like that.
Starting point is 00:21:24 Then do it. I've done it three times. I've done it three times in front of you, and we have the same conversation. You go, oh, wow, yeah, you can. We've done this three times. No, it is kind of funny, because every time Antonio is just like,
Starting point is 00:21:35 he does, you're still not doing it right, but every time at the end, you do it, and then you have this egg all over you. Yeah, because it explodes. So after the second time, I was like, But you're really not doing it correctly. I did it exactly how you showed it, besides the point.
Starting point is 00:21:47 I didn't want to know if you can crack a light bulb in your ass. I'm glad I know that. I absolutely think I can shatter a light bulb with my ass. I think the next Pinky Boys Wednesday video should be Danny eating a light bulb. That happens too. It's so easy.
Starting point is 00:22:00 It's just thin glass, right? It's safe to swallow. Okay, okay. Let's not put these things in Danny's body. We're going to die. Let's not put all these things in Danny's body, please. The Pinky Boys will die. That's for sure.
Starting point is 00:22:12 Well, that's, I mean, that's 100% true. I'm sorry. I don't know what's going on today. It's so existential. It's the day before my birthday. I get sad sometimes on my birthday. Why? Because it's another year of your life in the books.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Father Time is ticking away. Isn't there something pretty about that? My grandpa used to say, oh, Danny, never get old. And I would say, I will never get old, Grandpa. And then my mom would always say, well, there's only one way to stop it, and I don't want that. Jesus. Your whole family is just sad.
Starting point is 00:22:50 Yeah, I really don't want to go to any of Danny's birthday parties. I'm just saying. So, you know, and, you know, we're not old by any means, but I feel, you know, older. Oh, my God. Duh. I feel older. I don't feel like, you know, I don't know. First of all, it's not even your birthday yet.
Starting point is 00:23:09 I don't know all the TikTok dances and all the songs and the charts anymore. You know, I'm just, I don't know. I think. And you do. It's slipping away. You do know all these, so you're young in heart for sure. Also, you care way too much. It's slipping away like grains of sand through my hand.
Starting point is 00:23:27 It's just everything we're saying is just going, woe is me. His old ears don't work anymore. His old batty ears. That's good. I haven't had any back pain yet, which is nice. There's not just milestones of like, oh, I hit 22, my knee should start popping.
Starting point is 00:23:48 It's not really how things work. Yeah, but when you think of getting old, one of the major things I think about is, hey, my back. My back's gone. So you think the average human at the age of 25 has constantly chronic back pain starting at 25? I don't think the average – well, I don't think it starts at 25. But I think it certainly starts at – I feel like at 30, you start to get unexplained body aches. First of all, I'm pretty sure for male, 33 is, like, the peak of, like, your self. So I'll accept any answer past 33 unless you're just destroying your body.
Starting point is 00:24:25 Okay, fine, 33. There you go. You got a long way to go from there. I'm not destroying my body, but experts say I'm not helping it either. I think, yeah, experts, it would take experts to deduce that for sure. True. If my body was a temple, it'd be, like, the Church of Scientology or something. That's up and coming.
Starting point is 00:24:47 Not really. Really? And that's Tom Cruise. You would have Tom Cruise inside you. Yeah, but it's all kind of a facade. It's fake. It's like, it's not real. You know, it's crumbling on the inside and has a few big figure heads.
Starting point is 00:25:01 Which Tom Cruise was a good guy. Yeah, he's a good guy. Can sell quite the movie. Medium guy, I think. But yeah, I like Tom Cruise. I like medium guy. I don't know. He's an aerial acrobat.
Starting point is 00:25:10 That's true. He knows all those scenes in Top Gun. That's him flying a plane. is no one is no how do we just is no one gonna comment how danny compared his body to scientology no no no that's not what we're we're letting that one slide off the shoulder and also because um that girl from the king of queens has been inside of me so oh you like that too and she was a scientologist leia something lena yeah she was on joe rogan yeah i listen to that she she is that's a good one yeah listening to fucking someone who exited scientology especially
Starting point is 00:25:43 a famous actress who exited Scientology. Talk about it, it's crazy. Well, what was her reasoning for joining it? I feel like
Starting point is 00:25:51 it's what everybody's reason for joining it. I think she bought a lot of it. I think she believes a lot. I'm just asking because he watched, he said he watched it.
Starting point is 00:25:57 I was just asking. I always find it interesting how people just stumble into these crazy things. You know? How does someone just first join Scientology or, I don't know,
Starting point is 00:26:08 Illuminati or whatever the hell. You know? Like the weird stuff. It's how everybody joins everything. It's just a good salesman. yeah one good salesman i mean they they have literally like it's not it's not like it's a
Starting point is 00:26:19 secret like i on many occasions a scientologist has tried to sell me stuff you ever see outside the queen center mall they have they have two metal pipes and you're supposed to hold them and they ask you a series of questions and then there's like a like a meter that's all bullshit but it's like a meter and it's like oh your tannins are off and they're like this is what you should do and they give you the book ronald hubbard scientology and that's how you that's how some people get in why do you get yourself into these things i've never like if i if i saw somebody with two metal sticks and they said oh and they said hold this i'd be like i'm okay well you've seen those guys right i've seen what he's talking about i i mean you never sat down no i've never
Starting point is 00:27:02 said well there's one thing danny's gonna join scientology there's one thing you have to know about me and i am a sucker for a live sale i thought he's gonna say he loves to sit i i like i like to sit too but i am i am a sucker for a live sale boy oh boy like i was so i've been sold so much crap at like a mall it's unbelievable just by sitting no did you buy the uh bracelets to make you more athletic fuck yeah i did danny did it work danny needed every help he could get besides the picking up the actual you know baseball and trying danny tried everything else besides trying and and those ones the balance bands that was what a sell what a sell what a sell they would use this these like physics tricks to make you tip over once and then they
Starting point is 00:27:48 would put apply pressure at a slightly different spot after they put the band on and then you're solid as a rock you're like wow this is insane honestly these people just taking advantage of child danny it's very rude no i mean like as like i said any live sale that's that's why like if you You've got to, like, if I see someone coming at me trying to sell me something, I've got to look away because I will fall for it. Yeah, and those bands, it's like, I remember some kid having four of them on. He's like, this is my balance band. This is my strength band. This is my.
Starting point is 00:28:16 This one makes you jump higher. Yeah, this one's my thinking band. I was like, okay, and like Thanos. Like, what are you collecting here? It's like these. I said, oh, God. You know what I never bought, though? Those fucking dumb, like, beads.
Starting point is 00:28:28 And they have the two beads, the white one and the black one. And it's like, this is dirt. from the Black Sea, the deepest point on Earth. And this is water from the top of Mount Everest. That one I didn't buy. I knew that was bullshit. This centers me. What I did enjoy a lot was the silly bands
Starting point is 00:28:45 that would form into animals. Love them. That one I loved a lot. Love them. I would just pick my favorite animal, and I would wear it, and I'd be like, hey, what are you rocking today? I was like, I'm a tiger, bitch.
Starting point is 00:28:55 I'm a tiger today. I'm feeling fierce today. I would trade them. Train? Trade. No, there was a... They would bark? I mean, it's pretty crazy how kids left to their own devices
Starting point is 00:29:06 will create their own micro-economy. Yeah, true, their own ecosystem. They will trade pencil, whatever the flavor of the year is, they'll trade erasers. You remember those erasers that looked like little foods? Or not even that. Or the bands, they'll trade anything. Not even that.
Starting point is 00:29:22 I mean, you learn the streets at the middle school cafeteria table. You're trading lunches, you're trying to make deals. People are trying to rip you off. People are trying to rip you off. be like, no, no, no, no, no. Add in the Cheerios. Add in the Cheerios. Like, oh, man, I don't know. I gotta think about it. I gotta go call my wife. I gotta think about it. And then, now look at my lunch.
Starting point is 00:29:40 Yeah, I know. Like a king. I used to have a very hot ticket item. It was the Scooby-Doo gummy snacks. Those are good. Those are good. With the, you know, the one that's like the matte blue Scooby-Doo. Yeah. It wasn't clear. Everything else was. Those high ticket item. I could get anything for
Starting point is 00:29:56 those. High ticket item at the lunch table when we were kids was the Fruity Pebbles cereal bar. Like, one person had it. One person had it, and it was always us. Like, he was the king. And we would always try to take it from him. So much to the point, he got smart, and he brought in two.
Starting point is 00:30:12 One for himself, and one just for trade. What a genius. That's crazy. That's free. Peanut butter and jelly on crustables. That's a pretty good item. Yeah. It's so simple.
Starting point is 00:30:24 It's so delicious. Yeah, but, like, I feel like, you know, what's good about the gummies you said and the Fruity Pebbles is, like, you know what that is. If you take it out, it's pink. it's pink it's shiny Scooby Doo was on it like hell yeah dude yeah
Starting point is 00:30:36 what was it called Dunkaroos oh Dunkaroos that's a Bugatti that would get you that would get you you could have
Starting point is 00:30:44 they don't even sell those anymore they do they actually just brought them back they did for a little bit immediately sold out every time because they sell them
Starting point is 00:30:52 like they do one of those things they sell them on the counter by the register and everybody knows what Dunkaroos are so they see them and they go I'm gonna have one
Starting point is 00:30:58 but that's something that I tried the new Dunkaroos and I don't know if it's a new recipe or if it's just pure good old nostalgia but it just did not taste nearly as good as I thought it was.
Starting point is 00:31:10 Also, I mean, I don't know if I think this is a myth and I'm not 100% true on it, but they do say your taste buds change every 7 to 8 years. We're talking about 8-year-old Danny. That's two changes. You might have lost a Dunkaroos in that switch. I can see that, honestly.
Starting point is 00:31:27 Yeah, me too. Because, like, the rubbing. Like, why do taste buds change. Somebody tell me. Because if I start liking broccoli in five years, I'm going to actually be angry at everybody because I've been saying that I'll never do it. Yo, broccoli slaps. Broccoli sucks. I'm not doing this. Broccoli slaps. God, it's so bad. It's really not.
Starting point is 00:31:43 God, it's the worst. You just got to learn how to prepare it correctly. It's terrible. How do you prepare it correctly? Often times by preparing it correctly, you lose some of its health properties. Yes, prepare it correctly as in fry it, drench it with cheese.
Starting point is 00:31:59 If it's not broccoli, You don't have to fry it. Yeah, you do a little oil, garlic, simmer it in a pan. That's still broccoli. That's still broccoli. They didn't do anything. It's delicious.
Starting point is 00:32:12 It is. Broccoli's very bad. It's not. And you know what's good? Everybody fucking says, I've said this many times, Brussels sprouts. Yeah, here we go.
Starting point is 00:32:19 They're fucking delicious. Those suck too. They're very bad. They're like little tiny cabbage, lettuce heads. Cabbage is suck too. And they're delicious. That sounds terrible.
Starting point is 00:32:29 I've never had Brussels sprouts. oh you gotta try them i'm telling you and that's one where where yeah you fry it and you literally take all healthy properties out of it but like a good fried brussels sprout is really really tasty do you know better than like a french fry take jt come on well what are we doing what are we all right so why are we frying that what are we doing something good what are we doing here yeah i mean it's it's not better than a french fry but it's still i mean if you're if you're comparing the macros on it it's still less calories yeah but yeah but for like 20 more calories 50 to 40 more calories you could just have a french fry and enjoy yourself yeah but but but that's just like
Starting point is 00:33:07 that's crazy because i think a lot of foods that i like a lot i would not say are better than french fries so you're essentially saying why even eat them that's not that's not the point that's what they're saying that's not exactly what we're saying what what it is like what makes the french fry the high in calories it's not the potato it's the process of frying so like i i think you'd be surprised how little difference of calories of fried brussels sprout and a french fry might be i'm telling you it's definitely a big difference i think you'd be surprised and a lot of people would be surprised a potato is not low in calories i'm just saying like it's gonna be starchy i mean so what does that matter calories in a potato potato is not that many calories on
Starting point is 00:33:43 you can eat a whole potato it's probably like 100 calories yeah but actual like natural fries that are cut from a potato kind of suck. No. What are we talking about? First of all, all fries are cut from a potato. And they're all cut from a potato. Are you saying when they leave the skin on? No, yeah, I'm saying like you ever see like a place,
Starting point is 00:33:57 it's like, oh yeah, we cut them in the back and then we fry it and they're not good. It's the same in every fry. They just peel the potato. They're just not peeled. Yeah, they just peel the potato. What are you talking about right now? Yeah, but some of them go through, you know,
Starting point is 00:34:09 I personally prefer a fry that has gone through all, it's like a fake, like it's, you know, like McDonald's fries I love because they're, they come in a big bag. It's like an industrial process. What are they doing? They're filled with a bunch of unhealthy shit. Like if you go to an In-N-Out burger,
Starting point is 00:34:28 they pride themselves. They cut the potatoes, throw them right in the fryer, and their fries suck. In-N-Out fries are disgusting, but I disagree with everything else you said. Are we going to pretend like McDonald's fries aren't from potatoes? What are they doing to the fries that's different?
Starting point is 00:34:42 Yeah, what are you talking about? You don't know. It's all the dumb shit they add to it. how do you know they're adding it doesn't come fresh from the potato the fries need to sit in the freezer for a while for them to be good I need a processed fry
Starting point is 00:34:57 you keep saying processed you can't name what the process is but I know that it tastes better that's all I'm saying you keep saying processed they're just cut thin and they're probably just left in the freezer for a while for transport and storage
Starting point is 00:35:10 they add salt and then the frying if you think that that is how it works it's ridiculous My point is, like, there's not this, like, they don't, like, have aliens come on. It's not this crazy thing. If I had a fryer and I had a bag of fries that were frozen and I had a potato, I think the frozen would taste better. I don't think that fresh French fries taste as good. I just don't.
Starting point is 00:35:36 That's all fine. And I think that it makes sense. Because there is a process. I don't know what the process is. Because there is a process. I don't know. And we're processing. I don't know what the process is.
Starting point is 00:35:45 I don't know whether they fucking put a bunch of, like, extra fat and shit on them, but they're really good. I believe you. All right, let's go get some. Okay. Well, let's get out of here, actually. No, because we got to, yeah. Let's get out of here. What do we got to do?
