Starting point is 00:00:00 Chaz hates this story, by the way. Then he assaulted me. I brought up that story once jokingly, and Chaz got very angry. He hates this story. But, yes, he did think that... It's probably the salt content of the water that's hitting it. See, now you're making up words. You don't know how to spell it.
Starting point is 00:00:16 It probably is getting tossed around everywhere. I don't know. Whenever me and Chaz are together and we're with Antonio at a bar, we try to take his phone. We can do it. When do you do that? All right, bring us in. Welcome back to the Picky Boys podcast.
Starting point is 00:00:32 We are here, the final week of Naughty or Nice. Did you know that? What? Oh, wow. Yeah, the next Sunday will be after Christmas. Honestly, that's nice. That is nice. It's nice we're done with this.
Starting point is 00:00:45 But this is not the last hurdle. On Wednesday, Christmas Day, we are doing the mega Naughty or Nice video. 24 boxes. No. Naughty, nice, and everything in between is going to be in those boxes. so check it check that out check
Starting point is 00:00:59 check check it out for the holidays you know Christmas is a big movie day I don't know what that means I think it's like Jewish people
Starting point is 00:01:09 go to the movies oh yeah you told me this a lot of a lot of movies release on Christmas you and Charlie go to the movies
Starting point is 00:01:14 on Christmas as well that's New Year's oh sorry on New Year's also I forgot I think this is the last podcast before the subathon
Starting point is 00:01:22 we gotta tell them that too right yes it is Friday the subathon on Twitch, twitch.tv slash the, nope. Oh, it is the Piggy Boys. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:32 Oh, thank God. Okay. My brain. What time do we know? We do not know. All right, so we'll figure that out Wednesday because we'll also promote it on Wednesday. But just so you know, Friday, December 27th.
Starting point is 00:01:46 Yes, that's what I wanted to get down. Yeah, it's going to be a blast, so get in there. Get in there. Yeah, I'm really worried about, since this is the last one, I'm worried about this. Also, no more boxes. It's very tiny. Good things come in small packages.
Starting point is 00:02:00 Bad things come in small packages. Dangerous things. Scorpions, tinier, the more deadly. All right. That's all I got. So this one, you're not playing as a team. Which one did we play as a team? Well, it used to be like, oh, you pick a box, and then we all have to do that thing.
Starting point is 00:02:16 This one, you're each individually picking a box. A tin. A tin. A square tin. A square tin. And what's in said tin? We'll figure that out. So you're picking last, obviously, because you know what's in there.
Starting point is 00:02:27 Yes, yes. Right, okay, okay, okay. JT, do you have anything? Is anything feeling? Oh, man, I'm stuck right now because I'm just going off the pictures. I like pictures. Right, can they see? And I'm thinking either Falala or the fucking Yeti.
Starting point is 00:02:41 Right, that's a curse, by the way. Where's the jar? Where's the jar? We're still here. Oh, and I forgot. I forgot cash again. I'm not going to curse. I'm not going to curse.
Starting point is 00:02:50 Oh, I got to pay my- JT's in significant debt. You're in significant debt. How much cash you got? I'll Venmo you. Put it in there. It doesn't matter. This is the five that we were all supposed to throw in
Starting point is 00:02:57 that we owed from last time. I'm cashing on that. And the $2 I owe you. Oh, yeah. So I'm clear. Oh, yeah. I'm clear. I'm clear.
Starting point is 00:03:04 No one rat on me in the comments. I'm clear. I'm good. I'm making a hole. All right? $2 now. I'm making that hole bigger. Smaller.
Starting point is 00:03:13 Sorry. All right. I think I know what I'm going with. I'm going with Filale. Filale? Filale? I think that green is go, you know? red you're dead
Starting point is 00:03:25 green is go pink pink you stink this is naughty or nice so is one of these or it's naughty
Starting point is 00:03:34 naughty nice naughty naughty nice it's naughty naughty nice oh no I'll let you know that I'm going green the lights yeah
Starting point is 00:03:41 Jesus that was violent and you're going for la la did you super glue those things yeah why did you it's his duct tape
Starting point is 00:03:48 alright one at a time no no first before we before we open and I'm going to tell you what we're doing here. Why can't we just read it? Wait.
Starting point is 00:03:57 We are bringing back. Bringing back. We are bringing back an old classic we did on last year's Naughty or Nice, which is. Don't like those. Electric Shock Handles Symphony. That was the workshop name we came up with? The Electric Shock Symphony.
Starting point is 00:04:15 Okay. You like that? No. The Shocking Symphony. No, it's not getting better. No, no. Shocking Symphony is good. It's alliteration.
Starting point is 00:04:21 The name might be good. Anyway, so basically, in one of these tins, it'll say conductor. That person will be twisting this knob. That's good, because electricity. He didn't even know. He didn't even know. That person will be twisting this knob and making the person holding them sing along to a classic Christmas tune.
Starting point is 00:04:42 Oh, don't look. So it's either going to say the Christmas song that you have to sing in there, or it'll say conductor. Can we trade? No. JT, you want to trade? No. Antonio just looked, so don't trade with him.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Ready. Antonio, you go first. Mine says Jingle Bells. Deck the halls. Mine is the conductor. He rigged it. He rigged it. That's bullshit.
Starting point is 00:05:05 He rigged it. Redo it. I had no, I didn't pick. You know, I knew he would think that little Yeti was cute. As the conductor, I also get to pick the instrument. Last year, we did it with a harmonica. That has returned. But we're also doing it with kazoos.
Starting point is 00:05:23 So I got to give one of you a harmonica and one of you kazoos. Do you have a preference? I don't care. Which song's harder? That one. JT's. All right, I'm going to give this one to JT, the harmonica, play the blues, and then, Antonio, you get two kazoos.
Starting point is 00:05:40 That rhymed. Did you do that on purpose? Yes, I did. Take that off, probably. I don't think I've ever played the kazoo. Also, audio listeners, I'm sorry, but here's the warning in advance. Wrong side. Oh, it's the big side?
Starting point is 00:05:52 And then just speak. Oh, my Lord. Wait, so blowing into it doesn't do anything, but speaking does? I'll just try both. How'd they figure out that technology? Like this? Yeah. Ow, fuck.
Starting point is 00:06:06 What is this part for? Sorry. I think this is the reverberation. This is what makes it go. Yeah, yeah. All right, dumb question. What's the mouth side to harmonica? That one.
Starting point is 00:06:17 This one. Okay. All right, so I'm going to move the mic away, and I guess I'll just go first. This is going to be terrible. This is going to be fucking awesome. Oh. Yeah, that was cursed. Cursed.
Starting point is 00:06:30 Damn it, damn it. Well, now I have $2. Woo-hoo. I feel like I'm going to crack my teeth keeping this in my mouth. Okay, so you have Jingle Bells. Quick tune. Do you want me to start it on, or? No, no, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:06:45 You don't start yet. I will be guiding you. Are you ready? How long do I have to go? Just a little verse. That's it. Okay, ready? I'll sing along with you.
Starting point is 00:07:08 Okay, that's good. That was a good one. You did fantastic. That was good. That sucked. That was good. Put me in. You want to be the conductor?
Starting point is 00:07:21 Put me in, coach. Okay, you can be the conductor. I'm ready to play. So this one is Deck the Halls. You know how that goes? I was going to ask, can I get the teleprompter for this one? It's like, deck the halls with balls of holly. That's why you put this on the door.
Starting point is 00:07:34 I should have known the symbolism. It should have been clear. It should have been crystal clear. Well, to be fair, he didn't tell us we would have to sing the song. He's like, there's no bells there. Those are lights. Wait, wait, wait. All right, hold on.
Starting point is 00:07:47 I gotta get the lyrics I can only get up to Fa la la And you have to hold Both For the shotgun You've used these right Yeah
Starting point is 00:07:55 Let's move that mic Away from you as well Yeah you're gonna have to Move that Yeah pretty Pretty significant A pretty penny away Yeah honestly
Starting point is 00:08:02 It could come through Our mics probably Okay Nothing There's a Slur in the song You have to say gay I have to say gay
Starting point is 00:08:11 That's not a slur That's not a slur It means happy Oh okay sorry Are you happy Is that Over the Fields We Go? I'm so gay. You're like middle schoolers.
Starting point is 00:08:21 All right. There's a slur in there. I'll sing along with you. I'll give you support. You got to put the harmonica in first, probably? Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Don't spit it out.
Starting point is 00:08:31 You guys want high notes or low notes, I think? That, maybe? Yeah, notes or low notes. Just put it in your mouth. Just put it in your mouth. Oh, God. Oh! I don't think it's going to stay in my mouth.
Starting point is 00:08:44 Oh, shit. Sorry, it's on. My bad. We'll start it off. Sorry. Oh, shit. Sorry, still on. My bad.
Starting point is 00:08:51 Okay. Now you're good. No, you got the great both of you. See? No, we're good. All right. Try blowing. Hold on.
Starting point is 00:09:07 Let me try again. Was that an attempt? You don't have to yell. Try blowing. I can't even keep my lips around him, bro. Did you know she can't fly out of my mouth before? We have to get him one of those things that puts it around here. How did you even?
Starting point is 00:09:28 Oh, tell me when you're ready. Oh, sorry. Sorry, it's on. Sorry. Why'd you do that? I'm watching your hands. Sorry. Sorry.
Starting point is 00:09:35 Sorry. All right. All right. On three. We got this. No, you're good. Danny, I think you gotta sub in Are you crazy?
Starting point is 00:09:52 Danny, I think you gotta sub in No, get away from me I picked the good tip Just say I wish you a Merry Christmas That's it No Come on, you got it Why do I have to do this?
Starting point is 00:10:03 Because you know that's how this goes No, I don't I'm safe I'm safe You, you, you picked the naughty, you picked the naughty, and I picked the nice. Get away from me. Technically, you didn't fulfill your part as conductor here. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:10:18 You didn't fulfill your part as conductor, so you have to at least do the second half, which I didn't do. No. It's Don, we now are gay apparel, fa-la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la. What would you consider gay apparel? That hat. Just kidding. I teed you up for that one. Yeah, that was clearly on purpose.
Starting point is 00:10:41 All right. Well, that's been four weeks of Naughty or Nice. Did we have fun? No. Okay. What was your favorite? So we did. It has to be the caviar, right?
Starting point is 00:10:52 Yeah, we got to live like high. Wasn't that the only nice we did? You know what happened? Danny only offered a nice once, and it was the first one, and it was something he wanted to eat. I was upset that you picked the nice one. And I offered you fairy bread the second time. I thought these were from Santa. I'm his liaison.
Starting point is 00:11:10 I don't know how many times I have to tell you this. I don't know how many times you've got to tell me. I'm his liaison. Anyway, watch the video on Christmas Day. Big, naughty, or nice. Yeah, I don't know how that was for you back there, but it was. It wasn't exactly. JT didn't exactly do it right.
Starting point is 00:11:26 Wait, do you want to show them how it's done? No. I'm telling you, bro, it's hard to keep that thing in your mouth. How you doing? It is. It is. It is. It flew out the first time.
Starting point is 00:11:35 You know when in a movie someone touches an electric fence and they fly back? That's what happened. Apparently that's a myth, right? You think I'm going to blow into that? JT fucking slobbered all over it. I just cursed. You did. You drank his spit martini a year ago.
Starting point is 00:11:47 We don't have to bring up the past. Okay, I'm a different person now. Someone else did in the Discord, and you can join that Discord, by the way, with a lot of the patrons at patreon.com slash pickyboys. Get in there. Oh, I almost choked on my own spit. What's happening with you? There's a lot going on with me.
Starting point is 00:12:03 Danny, since you just embarrassed me in my bloodline just now, I'm going to embarrass you with a math question. Oh, what the hell? Are you ready? I mean, I guess it's only fair. I heard this yesterday, so I just want to ask Danny it. I'm glad he's going to ask you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:16 It's not like an easy one, so you could play along, too. It's not going to be like simple arithmetic, which sometimes gives Danny. Tee him up, JT. All right. Ready? Ready? In a room, there's one left-handed guy and 99 right-handed people, right? So the percentage of right-handed people is?
Starting point is 00:12:34 Up to 99%. 99%. Tough start. Tough start. Yes, yes, yes. How many right-handed people would have to leave the room to get that down to 98%? Down to 98%. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:52 Wouldn't... Hold on. Let's show your work here. Yeah, like what do you think? I mean, the obvious trick answer would be one leaves, but then that wouldn't be correct. Are you sure? Yes, probably. I'm going to say five.
Starting point is 00:13:14 You got it. No, that's not it. You want to give an answer? So there's one left-handed person. Yes. Like predominantly left-handed. Yeah, born lefty genetically. And there's 99 righties.
Starting point is 00:13:25 Oh, wait, wait, wait. oh the answer is oh i got it i got it i got it he found it he's working on the answers the horse's name 49 close that's incredible yeah good for you i think it's it's 50 right yeah it's 50 50 yeah yeah the horse's name is tuesday yeah 50 50 wow that was he worked out he got he got there though that was outside the box because i was just i i just did the op my mental math was i did the opposite i said like what what do we need for the left-handed person to be the two percent yeah you know what that's how dumb math is because the answer should totally be one person has to go i mean that's just how dumb math is no like obviously the answer is one person
Starting point is 00:14:08 leaves like obviously that's the answer but then if one person if one right-handed person left and then one left-handed person joined in one left-handed person right then it would then it would be 98 but since one's leaving if one person was ambidextrous it could be switched it could be one guy. No, I get it. We just have to chop one of the righty's hands off. 50 people, wow. That's way too much work. It is a tricky question. So what side of TikTok are you on?
Starting point is 00:14:34 Nerd math? I think that was from Twitter. Same thing. My Twitter feed looks very different. Danny got there, though. Thank you, Danny. Thank you. That was impressive. But then you give him this. 86 times 6. 86 times 6? Well, that of course would, you know,
Starting point is 00:14:49 be a number. A three-digit number. It's a beautiful read There's one digit Then two digits And a third digit It's a beautiful number When you said Well that of course would be
Starting point is 00:15:01 Did you hope that like During that stall You would figure it out No he was hoping that Jason would then text him The answer I mean what you do there Is you do
Starting point is 00:15:09 You do You do Eight times five there Of course Why Why that Because that's just the The base
Starting point is 00:15:19 Do you remember The original question I guess it could be Eight times You could do eight times six there That's why. You can do 8 times 5, then add an 8. You can do 8 times 6, so that would be 48.
Starting point is 00:15:29 Oh, you're going the front part first. And then what is it? 6? 86 times 6? And then 6 times 6 is 24. What? Wrong? No, you're right.
Starting point is 00:15:39 Wrong in multiple ways, but it's wrong logic. 36. 36. Can we go? So 480 plus 36, so it would be 516. Even if he's right? Yeah, I actually didn't do the math. 86 times 6, 516.
Starting point is 00:15:55 Jason? 86 times 6. Yeah, I think he's right. 516. They had you in the first half there. They did. You really came back in the fourth quarter. They did.
Starting point is 00:16:05 You know, maybe I should take a middle school arithmetic class. I really don't think so. Oh, okay. I mean, not in person. Oh, you don't want to go in? No, I can't do that. I can't do that. I can't.
Starting point is 00:16:19 Legally? I can't bring myself to do that. I can't bring myself to do that. Danny, we can't get in the car to go. What grade? Fourth? You know what? My first year of college, they started with addition.
Starting point is 00:16:32 And I was like, we can't be doing this. Wait, really? What the hell is going on? What do you mean? He literally was like, welcome. Let's just get the basics down. Because I guess different people from all different walks of life have different levels of math history. But he started with multiplication, long multiplication, long division, all that shit.
Starting point is 00:16:53 Did you take – did you take – you said it. He told it on yourself because it slipped by me. That went right through. So did you take a placement test or something? Usually that's how that goes. Yeah. And you did so bad that they had to teach you math? No, I didn't take a placement test, so I guess it's just –
Starting point is 00:17:09 Oh, he just said yeah. That's why. What was the class? It was like an architecture class or – Math 1 or whatever. Math 1. It was the prerequisite. They teach you how to carry the wand and all that?
Starting point is 00:17:20 All that stuff. And to be fair, it was just like a day on each. Multiple days? We immediately went into the harder stuff. But awful teacher, by the way. Maybe it was just like, oh, it's a slow week. I want to do it. Oh, like just like guide you back in?
Starting point is 00:17:37 I'll be honest. Yeah. I mean, I don't know. If we were doing addition, I'm leaving. I think I'm leaving. No, I was slightly concerned. And I was even more concerned because somebody asked a question. And I was like, oh, oh, man.
Starting point is 00:17:51 But maybe I should have listened, really. That person graduated. That's what I should have listened to. Knowledge shaming. Shame on you. I'm not shaming knowledge. You're a little bit. Knowledge shaming a little.
Starting point is 00:18:03 All right, Jason. Give us your best shot. Did you miss us last week, Jason? Yeah, did you miss us? No. All right. Jason's very curmudgeon-y. Miller High Life is making cologne that says it smells like a dive bar.
Starting point is 00:18:18 Can we get the notes? Can we get the notes? What would you guys say a dive bar smells like? Oh, that's true. Let's do that first. Let's do that first. Oh, Danny already read it, didn't he? I did.
Starting point is 00:18:24 Is there something? It says stale beer, sweat, and often despair linger in the air. Okay, how do you do despair properly? It kind of smells probably like the mixture of those two things, stale beer and sweat. Yeah, but you can't add- There's a bit of BL in there, though. Yeah. And despair.
Starting point is 00:18:39 You can't add despair when you're- Oh, here we go. A perfume meant to evoke the scent of beer, bar stools, greasy food, and everything else that can be found at one's preferred watering hole. Yeah, but a dive bar smells not necessarily like beer. It's like beer that's been out for a day. Yeah. So the actual notes and what is being used is cedarwood, patchouli,
Starting point is 00:19:05 and that's supposed to evoke the bar counter, tobacco and leather for a well-used bar stool, and Champaka Blossom to mimic a Miller High Life beer. And sea salt. And sea salt for the basket of fries you look forward to at the end of the night. That sounds like it smells pretty good. I was just about to say, this actually smells great. But not like a dive bar.
Starting point is 00:19:25 Yeah. This is a, I would love to wear this. Should we get it? We should definitely get it. I need to smell this. You can't? You have to be 21 to purchase it. Why?
Starting point is 00:19:36 Because it smells like a place you're not allowed to go to. First of all, most dive bars, then 18-year-olds should be able to buy that. Yeah, dive bars are – I don't know if I've ever been ID'd at a dive bar. Yeah. No. There's always just a person behind there that looks like they can lift four couches at the same time. It's funny. We said this before, but it's funny how, like, manly colognes, they need to smell a little bad.
Starting point is 00:19:57 Okay. I think this probably does a good job. I'll be honest. Who are you attracting with this perfume? Cologne. Per cologne. Some interesting people. All the ladies, honestly.
Starting point is 00:20:08 All the ladies? Anyone over the age of 73? I'm down for that, I guess. You smell like you probably just came from one of them. Also, it's called the bar fume. You know what's funny? Maybe people who don't go out that much, and they're going somewhere at the end of the night,
Starting point is 00:20:22 like, no, I just came from a bar. That's why I'm like this. You spray it. You know? And what's the point of tricking someone? You look cool. I don't know. Do you look cool?
Starting point is 00:20:32 Or what about this? What if you were an alcoholic? Okay. Now you're clean and sober, but you still want to keep your ruggedness. You still want to smell like an alcoholic. You still want to keep that, you know, your signature scent. Yeah, I can't let my friends and family know I'm getting clean from my problem. No, I think they should.
Starting point is 00:20:55 They know, but they also, you know, smells like Dave, you know. But now no one will believe. You know what? I can't. Maybe that will work. I would love to see. I feel like you can't go to AA with it though That would be rude
Starting point is 00:21:08 That would be rude That would be very rude That would be very rude Do you guys know what musk is? Elon? Like the scent? Yeah Do you know where it comes from?
Starting point is 00:21:19 Your balls Oh, is that it? I thought so I mean, people who don't have balls can have a musk I don't think it comes from your balls I think it's all your like Wherever your lymph nodes are Wow, we went from balls to lymph nodes
Starting point is 00:21:32 I thought it was Well, obviously, if you search musk, you got to come musk scent. I thought it came from, like, a deer. Here, check this out. It comes from, like, a deer's organ or something, I think. Or that's where it came from originally. Wait, so we don't have musk? Derived from the scent glands of male deer.
Starting point is 00:21:50 So this is, like, I think this is, like, the OG cologne. They just took, like, a deer's ball sack, and they're like, you know, this shit kind of smells manly. Wait, so it does come from balls. I think it comes from deer balls. Just not our balls. Well, Danny, you were half right. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:22:03 No, so yeah, that's a... And then I think, honestly, every manly cologne is somewhat replicating this a little bit. Here we go. Musk is used in almost every fragrance, but the human nose isn't great at detecting it. So then what's the point? To detect deers. What? No, it's for hunting deer.
Starting point is 00:22:21 You want to blend in with them. True. Smell manly. A deer smells manly, and now it can't smell you. That's why you cover yourself in pee as well. Man, deer don't smell very good. Animals stink, dude. You ever go to a farm?
Starting point is 00:22:34 It stinks. Yeah, it really does stink. It stinks. Even the food stinks. You let the thing eat off your hand. You go, ugh. Dude, have you ever touched, you know those things at some piers
Starting point is 00:22:45 where you put in 50 cents and you get a little bit of duck food? The pellets. The pellets, the duck pellets. What did you say? I'm piggybacking off what you said. I'm not going, hey, I have a brand new point that wasn't made yet.
Starting point is 00:22:58 There was a pig in there at the farm? Pig. Piggybacking. This guy, slow today. Long day. Slow day. Long day. That was a good one.
Starting point is 00:23:10 We're back at the diaper. We're back at the diaper. Even just having that in your hand, after you just drop it off to some fish, just throw it in the pond. See, now it's fish. Now that's fish. You smell your hand, you're like, stinky. Stinky pellets. Stinky pellets.
Starting point is 00:23:26 They really are stinky. Stinky pellets. There's a place, like, wherever around the neighborhood that has a little pond where you can get fish food and throw it in. Just as stinky, and I feel like they're just taking my coins. I wonder if that pays for it, the food. I guarantee it doesn't. 50 cents? I used to cheat those.
Starting point is 00:23:45 I don't know, man. You used to cheat the coin machines? Yeah. I've always wanted to. I don't know how it works. I don't know the insides and outs. I'm not an engineer. I built these.
Starting point is 00:23:54 But if you just wiggle those back and forth, like one pellet comes out at a time, and you don't have to put a coin in. So I used to just do that over and over and over and over for like five minutes until I had a full handful. Boom. Cheated the system. That's a lot of work to feed these fish that don't care about weight. Well, my parents wouldn't give me a quarter. You know what I've always wondered? Can you tie a string to a quarter and put it in a vending machine and then pull it back, yo-yo it back?
Starting point is 00:24:18 I think you definitely used to be able to do it, but now I imagine the machines have a little scissor almost. That when the coin – like after a year of them getting tricked by a piece of twine, I feel like every time a coin goes through, there's a little scissor that just snips on top just in case. They used to – you could see the machine sometimes say like, oh, no slugs, and a slug is just I guess like a fake coin. So people used to just put like a little disk of metal that was the same shape in, and that would work. But nowadays, every coin, the metal itself is worth more than the value of the denomination. So it doesn't really work anymore. If you melted down a bunch of pennies right now, you'd have more in copper than the actual pennies were. Yeah, but you can't melt down pennies.
Starting point is 00:25:04 No, it's illegal. But who would know? Also, they go, where do you get all this copper? It's a lot of pennies. I feel like it's gross copper, too. What does that mean? It would be dirty. It wouldn't look nice.
Starting point is 00:25:16 What's a pretty copper? I don't know. the Statue of Liberty. No, that's a rusted copper. It's actually patina. You dumbass. Get rid of him. Also, $2 because you cursed
Starting point is 00:25:33 and you cursed at somebody. $2. Put $2 in. Well, you got to put something in. I do. I owe it. Jason, can you curse for me? Hold on.
Starting point is 00:25:43 I'll bite. What's patina? Now I know. It's when copper oxidizes. It's when he orders at Katz. So what's rust? That refers to like iron or something? I have no idea what rust is.
Starting point is 00:25:53 But you know what patina is? Yes, I do know what... Well, patina looks nice. It's the green stuff? Yeah. Yeah, I know it's not... It's oxidization. Isn't that it?
Starting point is 00:26:01 Yeah, but it's called the patina. Jason, look it up. Can you look up patina? Look up patina. Spell patina. P-E-T-I-N-A? There was a question. It's an A.
Starting point is 00:26:12 I said A. No, you said P-E-T. P-E-T-I-N-A. he said p he said i think he spelled it right no you said pa oh maybe he did spell right okay so patina is not that it's a place in no that's the place maybe danny didn't spell i don't type it just type patina copper that's that's my name so that's what i saw the powder patina okay whatever oh yeah it is pa oh yeah yeah that's what i was saying patina the green or brown film that forms naturally on the surface
Starting point is 00:26:47 of copper due to a series of chemical reactions. What are you umming? You don't trust him. I don't know. You don't trust him. I don't think so. Yeah, we're going to trust the Australian Academy of Science. It doesn't sound very scientific.
Starting point is 00:27:03 Also, there's a lot of patinas there. Why was ours bluish green? You see all those patinas? It's probably the salt content of the water that's hitting it. See, now you're making up words you don't know how to spell it it's probably he's getting tossed around everywhere i don't know so i wonder if you can get rid of it like could they it says with vinegar could they wash the statue of liberty with vinegar and make it i feel like brown would look worse that'd be
Starting point is 00:27:27 kind of disgusting i won't lie yeah but wasn't it's like a poop statue wasn't it was it brown yeah it was like coppery brown i know but it wasn't it was super reflective shiny right it was shiny brown that'd be cool you think the french shined it beforehand spit shined it one french guy's job was just like buckets of spit copper from patina so wait did they give us this and fries that's a good question did they actually give us french fries i think they were like here this is our thing to you we're not really going to eat it but you fat americans i don't even think you can order fries in france yeah yeah i don't think so yeah also they give you mayo i mean they don't know what they're doing you know no you know mayo as a dip is
Starting point is 00:28:12 sometimes pretty good it has to be an aioli though oh my god that is so that's that's just not mayo then yeah but no it isn't it's an aioli just now it's mayo with garlic stuff inside yeah but it's it's it's stuff it's stuff like how chipotle mayo like does that count to you like that doesn't count no you're right garlic lemon aioli does that count no no i mean red pepper aioli does Does that count? No. All of those sound delicious. They are good.
Starting point is 00:28:35 They did kind of just reinvent mayo and call it a different name, and everyone started loving it. What are you talking about? Aioli is kind of just mayo. It's not. I know people who – What's the difference between Chipotle aioli and Chipotle mayo? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:28:48 What's the difference? I don't know. You can't name one. Is that the argument? Yes. I'm saying that if this is garlic aioli, that's just garlic mayo. I'm saying aioli, they just reinvented the word mayo. Say aioli three times fast.
Starting point is 00:29:00 You are a victim of marketing. Victim of marketing I know people who are just totally fools I know somebody who doesn't like mayo Give them a Chipotle aioli Eat it up It's different I'm not saying obviously Chipotle mayo
Starting point is 00:29:16 Jason, difference between mayo and aioli Here we go Difference between mayo and aioli Patina and rust is the next Patina and rust Difference between mayo and What were you taking typing tests While you were home? That was perfect
Starting point is 00:29:30 Keyboard is small. No, I'm saying you did great. This is what I said. It's flavored with garlic. That's exactly what I said. To be fair, that's exactly what I said. No, I said aioli is just mayo with garlic. Essentially, aioli is a garlic-infused version of mayo.
Starting point is 00:29:42 Okay. You see my point, though? Not really. I'm saying when you go to Paris or Europe, they just hand you a pack of mayo. Just a pack of mayo. And you guys are going, well, you know what's really good? You know, mayo really hits it right with aiolis and garlic. Well, hold on.
Starting point is 00:29:57 If they just handed you a packet of mayo with a little bit of garlic mixed in, you'd be like, oh, this is something totally, totally different. They don't do that. What are you talking about? Yes. Yes, it would be. Like, you can't just take garlic powder and put it in a mayo, and now you have A-O. No, that is it. Yes, it is.
Starting point is 00:30:13 Maybe not powder, but real garlic. You know what? Chaz is catching a strain now. There was a time at a deli where. Oh, this one? There was a time at a deli where I said, can I have Chipotle mayo? Or something, they ran out of Chipotle mayo. And Chaz was like, oh, just get mayo and ketchup.
Starting point is 00:30:31 And I went, what? It's like mayo and ketchup. I said, do you know what's in Chipotle mayo? And he said, yeah, it's just mayo and ketchup. I was like, and then he assaulted me. Chaz hates this story, by the way. Then he assaulted me. I brought up that story once jokingly, and Chaz got very angry.
Starting point is 00:30:47 He hates this story. But, yes, he did think that Chipotle mayo was just mayo and ketchup. And he was also an avid enjoyer of Chipotle mayo. Well, really, it was more like, Chaz, Chipotle mayo. What do you think's in there? Wasn't getting it. Wasn't happening. And mayo and ketchup cooks on its own.
Starting point is 00:31:05 I like a little pink sauce. Pink sauce? Fantastic. It's good. It's good. God, I don't think I ate today. Now you guys are making me hungry. Oh, I'm so hungry.
Starting point is 00:31:11 I'm so hungry. I would love to eat. Is that what French dressing is? I think it's that with a little bit of the. It's thrown in there. Relish? A little. Just like green stuff.
Starting point is 00:31:25 What's Chick-fil-A's sauce? Oh. Isn't that. Have they figured out the secret formula yet? I think it's like mayo with mustard and barbecue sauce. I thought when you crack that code, you get a million dollars. Wasn't that a whole thing? I mean, it says it on the.
Starting point is 00:31:40 You have to say it, you know. It has to say it. It has to say it. uh yeah but they don't have to say how they made it yeah we don't know how much of each but they have to say everything that's in it we also we also don't know kfc's 11 herbs and 23 spices or whatever 11 herbs it's just 11 herbs and spices yeah we don't know all them i think we know what does that mean i don't know paprika oregano cumin thyme salt pepper uh oh man the only ones you can Okay, probably some garlic.
Starting point is 00:32:16 Garlic, I don't think that counts. Okay, never mind. Can we look it up? No, no, no. You got to give me at least five more. Well, I don't know. Now I'm starting to not know. I mean, I can just name more spices.
Starting point is 00:32:26 All right, go, yeah, yeah, go, go, go. Okay, basil. Oh, no, it's definitely not that. That's what I'm saying. I don't know if they're in the chicken, but I can name 11 spices. Well, name something that would be close. Rosemary.
Starting point is 00:32:37 Okay, maybe. That was it. All right, I'll give you basil. Onion powder. So why didn't garlic powder count? if onion powder counts. No, you just said garlic. I said garlic powder.
Starting point is 00:32:47 Okay, garlic powder. Okay. Talcum powder. That's a jock. That's a jock. That's a jock. That's the secret, Colonel. Did you know that the KFC account on Twitter
Starting point is 00:32:59 follows just the Spice Girls and six guys named Herb? I didn't know that. And Herb Dean, the MMA ref, is one of them. That's funny. That's funny. I don't think those are the spices. What do us and the Jonas Brothers have in common? The three of us.
Starting point is 00:33:15 I'm extremely handsome. The three of us. We all have purity rings. We all have purity rings. That's it. That was the joke. Did you see my ring and you thought... Well, now we all have matching rings.
Starting point is 00:33:27 Yeah, now we all have matching rings. Are we just going to not touch on that? I was waiting for someone else to bring it up, but we're all getting married to each other. If you didn't know, that's what you wanted to do. No, I was just interested. I mean, somebody's going to say it in the comments.
Starting point is 00:33:41 Well, I thought it'd be funnier when they went like, when did they start wearing rings? yeah it is weird that we just we just all hard launched together as ring people i'm not yet it's still bothering me it bothers you wearing it a little bit still i'll get used to it i get used to things does it leave a mark when you take it off i don't think so that's how they say you uh you can tell if a man or a woman has been previously divorced because they'll do they'll touch their ghost ring they'll like touch their ring finger where their ring used to be and nothing's there oh it's like a nervous tick they developed yeah they don't have the ring yeah
Starting point is 00:34:12 Because you touch it every once in a while, you know. So is that like one of those things that one of those mind people could pick up on? For sure, yeah. Like, oh, she's touching the ghost ring. She must have been married. God, those people are the worst. Those people suck. I hate those people.
Starting point is 00:34:25 Whenever I used to watch those shows, I was like, I'm going to be that. I also don't. He wants to. You don't understand. He wants to be that so bad. To be able to like talk to a person and be like, hmm. You ever watch a show, Lie to Me? Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:34:38 It's incredible. It's like, you know, the twitch of your eyebrow is like, oh, you're a lion. You're a lion. And, you know, it was solving crimes or something. I don't even believe those people. There was a time where Danny would, like, take us to the diner and record our faces and try to practice on when he was able to tell when we were lying or not. Psychopath.
Starting point is 00:34:57 You go do tape study at home? Psychopath. Yeah, do tape study. I mean, listen, I'm just trying to grind. Sorry I had a fucking hobby. That's it. Hobby is putting money in this jar. I have no money.
Starting point is 00:35:08 i have no money i'm just a baby i have no money that's his second hobby uh no i don't um do you remember that what was your hobby yeah of course i remember it was right after i watched lie to me now i'm putting it together or it could have been sherlock holmes did he do that stuff though i think he didn't yeah in the in the tv show it's kind of uh set up like that stuff yeah well not mentalist necessarily but he'll like look at a clue and focus in on it and then analyze and reconstruct you know dude i i definitely wanted to do that oh i would like he would probably go to go down to nick's house be like hmm there's a risk board and there's only three pieces but this guy didn't hang out yesterday this must have been hmm i totally did nerd i totally did that i
Starting point is 00:35:50 think it's fun i think it's interesting yeah do you believe that so when those guys are like here pick the red block box or the blue box and then they go i knew you would pick the red box because i wore a red shirt yesterday and a red hat today and i mentioned red 40 times the other day and do you believe that? I don't think any of that's true. I just think it's so much work like in those recaps like in a catch me if, no not catch me if you can but now you see me or something like that or even
Starting point is 00:36:16 some other scam thing where it's like it was posted on the wall that he went through a week ago and it was the house street number that he rented in Airbnb. I was like how did you have the time to set all that up? Is that what you're saying? Now you see me so good though. Now you see me as good. That's one thing and then he shows up and he says 82. It's like fuck
Starting point is 00:36:31 but also So I – but also I will say I have been, like, going to a casino and thinking about whether I should do red or black, and then I see, like, a red – a guy in a red suit, and I go, oh, it's got to be red. No, but that's different. No, but it's not different. No, no, that's a conscious decision. Yeah, yeah. You're saying, oh, it must be a sign I'm doing this. This whole thing is like, oh, he implanted – he inceptioned you.
Starting point is 00:36:56 Yeah, but if a conscious decision exists, why can't an unconscious decision exist? It has nothing to do with it. But how does the mentalist know I didn't see a blue car five minutes before this? That's a great question. That's like if we – what you're saying is sort of like if we were arguing should we put our money on red or black, but every time like for the week leading up to it, I'm going, hey, Danny, did you – Danny, did I tell you about the book I read? You know, like stuff like that.
Starting point is 00:37:20 It's like stuff like that. It's not like, oh, there's a guy in a black suit. We must pick black. I wish someone did that for us. I guess so. We have lots of – Well, do we have – you ever see the magic trick where they just, like, spray the cards on, like, towards you, and then everybody picks the same one? How does that happen?
Starting point is 00:37:38 Yeah. I'll tell you what. I don't get it. I'll tell you what. I watch those on TikTok. You know, it's like, pick a card, and they do that. And I go, okay, this is the card I would pick, and I – also in my head, I go, and this is the card I know you want me to pick because of what you did, and I get those right. That's lame.
Starting point is 00:37:52 Well, if he does that, though, you don't even have to look. You can just name a random card, right? Because if he's showing you the whole deck, so you can cheat it like that. I'll just go, oh, I used the diamonds. I saw it. I saw it. Yeah, but that's, live a little.
Starting point is 00:38:05 Yeah, but what are you going to do about it? What are you going to do about it? Play into the magic a little. Because when they do get it right, I'm like, wow, this is incredible. This is so fun. Yeah, but isn't the whole point about being a good magician is also picking the proper person to do the trick on? If you came over and did it on him.
Starting point is 00:38:20 Yeah, it's never going to be anybody, any of you two suckers. How are we the suckers? Because you don't get to experience magic. Yeah, but what you didn't see is he also stole your watch, and he's gone. No, they're good at that. They're really good at that. No, I've gotten caught with that twice. My tie, my watch, both gone.
Starting point is 00:38:35 Your tie? Gone. No. I swear to God. There's multiple knots in the tie. I swear to God. He got my tie. He got my watch.
Starting point is 00:38:44 He tied his shoes together. He got the deed to my house. Dude, he took everything. That's pretty crazy. Yeah. That's insane. I was 13. Now I'd be like, hey, can you get your hand off my neck?
Starting point is 00:38:53 Whenever me and Chaz are together and we're with Antonio at a bar, we try to take his phone. We can do it. When do you do that? We can do it a pretty good amount of time. Do you use magic? Do you put it back? No. Because you've never successfully done it.
Starting point is 00:39:06 Yeah, we've just done it a bunch of times. And then you go, where's my phone? And we go, oh, we have it. That has never happened. I don't know if this happened. Yes, it has. Yes, it has. How did you just?
Starting point is 00:39:16 I can name you a specific time it happened. You just made something up. I can name you a specific time it happened. Name me a specific time. Radio, city, after party, me, you, and Chaz. He stole your phone, and then you were like, I was looking for that, and we had it. I'll be honest.
Starting point is 00:39:30 I haven't seen it. I'm telling you. Ask Chaz. Call Chaz right now. I believe it, though. He won't pick up. I absolutely believe it, because Chaz has done it to me for no reason.
Starting point is 00:39:37 So I believe that it's happened to you. It's just a sleight of hand exercise. It's magic. I definitely dropped my phone in there pretending this was a whole thing. No, absolutely not. Also, to say, this whole thing, we do it all the time. Sometimes we team up with you.
Starting point is 00:39:51 One of us will talk to you or, like, you know, put our arms around you. Now you see me. I have a question. Yeah. Do you have something, anything to do, anything better to do, anything? At that time, no, not really. Anything to do? We were just having fun.
Starting point is 00:40:04 Just goofing around? We were just goofing around. Big baller goofing? Well, maybe you should put your phone in a different pocket. I guess I'll have to because I already have to worry about people robbing me and I have to worry about my friends robbing me. I'll tell you this much. We wouldn't be able to get your tie.
Starting point is 00:40:19 No, that's a professional. That's a professional. A professional would have to do that. That's a pro. And they are. They were all pros. It was one guy. Do you think magicians have a special trick that they use against the people who are like
Starting point is 00:40:30 the asshole that's trying to disprove them? That counts. That counts. Probably, yeah. I think that's what you got to do, right? Make a fool out of this guy who's trying to make a fool out of you. I think the best thing a magician can do to... What is happening, by the way?
Starting point is 00:40:43 What are you... I think that he was trying to say wrap up in Chinese. Was that what's going on? Wait, give me a second. Sorry. My bad, Jason. I couldn't read it. I think the best thing for a magician to do if there is somebody who's actively trying to ruin the joke is just really, really work on the person they're with and make them really like, whoa, because then it'll cause a fight, and then he'll have a bad night.
Starting point is 00:41:06 Because they'll be like, well, you know what he did. He had it in his hand the whole time, and the other person's like, shut up. Just have fun. And now it's a whole fight, ruin their night. That's what I would do. So I was – I think the best way to combat somebody like that is to – it's just like classic misdirection, which is really what all magic is. But you kind of give them a bait of a trick that they think they're figuring out how you do it, and then you're doing something else in the meantime. Yeah, that's good.
Starting point is 00:41:34 Because they think they're so smart, like, oh, I can obviously see how you're doing this. It's like, yeah, I saw that you did this and this. It's like, yeah, but did you see the pigeon in your back pocket? Exactly, exactly. that's how the guy stole my watch exactly that's how the guy
Starting point is 00:41:44 stole my watch it's because your ego gets in the way so much and you're like oh I can totally figure out how he does this and then your watch is gone yeah my watch is gone
Starting point is 00:41:51 oh you thought this was a card trick yeah my hubris flew me too close to the sun it was a trick was I bet you I could
Starting point is 00:41:59 transfer all the coins in your hand to mine so as in I was holding coins and was gonna somehow the coins were gonna leave my hand
Starting point is 00:42:06 and go to his and obviously I should have known well that's impossible right you're squeezing so hard no way dude in my head
Starting point is 00:42:14 I'm like there is no way he's getting these coins out of my hand and then he goes oh it wasn't the coins that transferred
Starting point is 00:42:23 it was your watch and I'm like oh shit and then he just you're like I'm not holding on I'm not letting go and then he's just
Starting point is 00:42:29 wearing all your clothes I'm naked but then I went and I went I told you you can't get the coins out of my hand small victories
