Starting point is 00:00:00 Oh my god, you gave him the great idea just now. I know, don't take it. TM, TM, TM, we trademarked it just now. I have to basically tell the CVS employee what I plan to do with my night. It's like, come with me, unlock the ice cream. Come with me, unlock some shampoo. Come with me, unlock whatever else. The fastest way to get out of the hole is put down the shovel and stop. No, you can dig up with the shovel.
Starting point is 00:00:25 Make a ladder. I don't know if the zebra's white with black stripes and black with white stripes. You've got to figure that out first. Now we need a philosopher to find out. Welcome back to the Piggy Boys podcast. Welcome, welcome, welcome. I am slowly blending into the background. Danny wants like, why don't we pop out as much?
Starting point is 00:00:43 Because you're wearing as dark green as the background. I'm going to start wearing a hedge. Do you think if I wore like full hedges, I would blend in? A ghillie suit? No. We already did that. It's like an Ivy suit. When did you wear a ghillie suit?
Starting point is 00:00:56 When you were the Ducks last Halloween, actually. Oh, yeah, you're right. You played the smelling game? Yes. No, he's right. He's right. They say I got a bad memory. I don't got a bad memory.
Starting point is 00:01:04 And don't forget, tomorrow starts the 31 days of October on Patreon, patreon.com slash pickyboys. We do a video for you every single day in Patreon. Also, I mean, if you're going to join any month, this is the time to do it. Oh, yeah. I mean, literally a video every single day. And the fun doesn't stop there. We also are doing five spooky movie nights. That's one every single week.
Starting point is 00:01:30 And that happens in the Discord, which you can join as part of the Patreon. Yes. Nicky Boy's Discord. We're all in there. Every tier gets you access to the Discord. And yes, we're all in there. We're all in there often. We're chatting all the time.
Starting point is 00:01:42 Half the patrons are in there. And it's a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful time of the year and a beautiful time to be a patron. And don't forget the merch store, too. I mean, I got my mug here. There's Vodka in here, by the way. Yeah, I saw that earlier. Yeah, 40 videos in October is crazy because there's still two a week on the YouTube.
Starting point is 00:01:59 Yeah, don't worry. YouTube, the people who maybe can't join the Patreon, still a video, still twice a week on YouTube, all the same, just extra, extra, extra. Read all about it. How many videos in a regular Patreon month? In between eight and ten, I guess, because it could be a five-week.
Starting point is 00:02:13 Sure, it could be eight and ten. So this is really like buy one month, get three free. That's what this promotion is. Sort of, yeah. Of content-wise. Yeah, of content-wise. A video every day. Either way.
Starting point is 00:02:25 And then you also get like two years free because there's so much content. And it's not like. Backlog. Yeah, and it's not like you sign up and just get that month. You have all the two years we've been in there, too. And last year's 31 days, another 40. True. This is the second annual 31 days.
Starting point is 00:02:38 Is this going to be an annual thing? Well, the only reason this is happening is because there are beautiful people who watch got us to 900 patrons last month. So the goal was if we get to 900, fine, you get another 31 days. Wow. So what happens if they get us 1,000 this month? God knows. Well, we get tattoos.
Starting point is 00:02:53 That's the 1,000 goal. Yeah, we get tattoos. Worried about that. My mom's still upset about that. Nah, she'll get over it. She was like, can't you just get non-permanent ones? And I'm like, I mean, I could, but once it goes away, what am I going to be, a fraud?
Starting point is 00:03:05 True. Is your family like a tattoo family at all or no? Your uncles? No. My aunts have tiny ones, you know, like their last name on their wrist or something on their ankle. Like an infinity symbol or something? Yeah, I think it's her last name on her wrist,
Starting point is 00:03:19 but it's just not really. Only you have tattoos? Immediate family. Well, my little brother does, too. Okay. But all my uncles kind of have. My mom hates it, and my parents don't really like it, but all my uncles are tatted up.
Starting point is 00:03:34 I picture all your families being as smooth as, like, baby's butts, if that makes sense. I don't know what that means. Because, like, I feel like you're as smooth as a baby's butt. Oh, well, thank you. No problem. You got great skin, this guy. But, no, none of my family has tattoos, really.
Starting point is 00:03:47 You're going to be a first? I'm going to be one of the first tattooees. Crazy. I'm not really big I don't know I have problems with permanence you know
Starting point is 00:03:55 Dana can't commit to anything permanence for life that's crazy but I am a picky boy for life so
Starting point is 00:04:02 I'm fine with I'm fine with this I'm fine with this hell yeah also I mean and then there's our resident tattooed up
Starting point is 00:04:07 king over there Jason Infinite Tattoos I can't see his skin really all tattoos I can see his knees though can see his knees
Starting point is 00:04:14 my knees are hidden today oh wow they are hidden today his legs are hidden today actually yeah he's wearing camo on the bottom
Starting point is 00:04:20 Thank God he covered those up. Yeah, disgusting. No, no, I'm not picking that up. Are you guys considering adding color to your Pinky Boys tattoo? No. I was debating it because if I get a picnic basket, I think I would rather it in color. For sure.
Starting point is 00:04:33 Personally. A black and white picnic basket, it's just a little confusing. You need that picnic cloth. You know, you need this right here. I've always pictured myself with tattoos of them being, like, all black and white tattoos. You picture that a lot? Yeah, for sure.
Starting point is 00:04:48 Sleeves? Not sleaze, but like a little patchwork-y. I was, there was a hint of condensation there. There was a hint of condensation. There was evaporation. Maybe like one pop of color, like fucking Schindler's List. Whoa! You're going to get a number on me?
Starting point is 00:05:07 I'm not getting a Schindler's List tattoo. I'm not getting a Schindler's List tattoo. Danny's getting his number tattooed. It was a beautiful movie. You know, the fastest way to get out of the hole is put down the shovel and stop. No, you can dig up with the shovel. Yeah, dig up. Make a ladder.
Starting point is 00:05:22 Yeah. But yeah, a pop of color is what I meant. Yeah, yeah. There's many movies that do that. Name Watchmen. There you go. Like a Watchmen tattoo. But it's not a Watchmen tattoo.
Starting point is 00:05:32 Wait, what does Watchmen do? It's black and white, and then it's not. The drops of blood or the smiling face thing? Yeah. Am I thinking of the right movie? Probably not. Name two characters. Are you talking about Sin City?
Starting point is 00:05:42 Oh, yeah, it is. Oh, Sin City 2. They do a color thing with that? Sin City, the yellow and the blood. Oh, also, I didn't know about Sin City, honestly. I've never seen that movie. That's fair. Those are the only two I can think of, actually.
Starting point is 00:05:52 Dude, there was a club in college that was open for like three months before it got shut down called Sin City. A lot of sins? A lot of sins. There were stripper poles everywhere. This is a club aimed at college kids. There were stripper poles. No strippers.
Starting point is 00:06:04 So just like girls and guys getting up, going there. My friend went on there. There was a snake in the back. You could, oh. Anaconda. Was it a purposeful snake? Snake, snake, snake. It was just like, oh, that room over there, that's the snake lady.
Starting point is 00:06:16 It was just a lady in there with a snake. And it wasn't like you, oh, five bucks to go in and take a picture. It was just like, she just chills back there with a snake. Go take a pic if you want. Was it like a python, one of those? It was huge. I think I have a picture with it, actually. Beyonce, I think, or whatever.
Starting point is 00:06:29 I'll send it to Jason. I'll throw it up. You have a picture of it? Yeah. Of the snake or with her? I think just me with the snake. This is weird, but why do I picture topless? The lady or me?
Starting point is 00:06:40 Both. The lady know me, yes. Gotcha. Yeah. Don't you picture that? I picture a topless with a snake. Yeah, probably. And with those stripper poles in there.
Starting point is 00:06:49 I would never touch a snake. I've been offered to. Hey, yo. Hey, yo. You guys are fucking assholes. I didn't say anything. You ever been like at a street fair or something and the guy has the fucking, it's always the yellow and white, like, I don't know what kind of snake that is, but it's always that
Starting point is 00:07:07 one. I'll tell you, not once. Really? Not once have I seen a random man with a snake. All the time. I see the goldfish. No, no, no. All the time.
Starting point is 00:07:15 At like a street fair, parade. Define all the time. Bro, any place, honestly, sometimes even if you just go into the city and you're in Union Square, somebody, the guy, the snake guy will be there. Danny, how many random men's snakes have you touched at street fairs? How many? I've never seen one. Listen, I'm telling you.
Starting point is 00:07:33 People take pictures with it. It's crazy. People do a lot of things with it, I guess. But I always go, not that. Get that snake away from me I'm assuming that that I'm assuming that that kind of snake Is like docile
Starting point is 00:07:44 Like a garden snake No I think it's garter Yeah it is garter No garden No Because all the snakes They're like the tomatoes
Starting point is 00:07:51 I thought it was gardener No I think it's garter Like because it like Guards the tomatoes I think No it's Because it's in the garden But it's guarding them
Starting point is 00:08:00 So it's garter Is it guarding Or is it gardening Or garter snake I thought it was garter Like G-A-R-T-E-R It's what Danny said Oh it's a T
Starting point is 00:08:08 Yeah it's T G-A-R-T. I'm just saying it guards it. Nope, not even close. Very nice try, by the way. What the hell was that? Is this being recorded? Nice try, Jason.
Starting point is 00:08:15 I couldn't even... Gardener? Wait, but isn't a garter like the thing your wife wears on her wedding day? No, that's a chastity belt. And then you take... What?
Starting point is 00:08:25 And then... That's a corset. And I have the key. That's a girdle? Girdle. Girdle. Girdle. Jason, look up...
Starting point is 00:08:34 It squeezes you, right? Wife's girdles. No, that's a... That's a corset. That's a corset. Girdle is the thing you put around your leg. Don't look this up. It's fine.
Starting point is 00:08:43 Wife's girlfriend. Wife's girlfriend? No, no. Look up girdle. All right, look up girdle. Are we going to see something I don't want to see? Girdle is what you jump over in the Olympics. Yes.
Starting point is 00:08:53 No, it's a hurdle. That's a turtle. What do we do? Type in bride's girdle. There you go. Oh, yeah. That's it. No, no, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:09:01 Oh, this is getting... This is Waste Trainer, bro. This isn't Patreon. It's right there. That's it. Can we put this on YouTube? no but you know that's the thing
Starting point is 00:09:07 these are getting weirdly sexual that's the thing that the husband takes it off and then he throws it behind his back it's the male it's the male bouquet that's flowers
Starting point is 00:09:15 that's corset no it's not a corset you fucking asshole what a corset is the thing that goes that tightens you up it's a
Starting point is 00:09:23 oh my god it's um bro one time that's a type of car bro one that's a Corvette type in bride yeah yeah
Starting point is 00:09:31 no no he's right but dude one time I saw a wedding where they had like a kid do it oh yeah it's very weird leg leg bride oh you're totally he kicks off with his mouth yes yeah i was underwear no leg no no do do bride leg tie oh yeah yeah garter oh it is a garter i told you it was a garter it is a garter that's why they call that the snake
Starting point is 00:09:53 oh so it's a little pervy snake it's a little bitch it's a little sexual little sexy little snake all right what the fuck just happened there speaking of animals yeah yeah Jason, you got something for us? Get us out of here. We're going off the rails. This is vodka. This is vodka in my beautiful, picky boy's sexy witch club. What is this?
Starting point is 00:10:14 I don't know if you guys saw this, but this is a Chinese zoo that had, quote, unquote, pandas. Okay. Which were actually just dogs painted to look like pandas. Oh, that's great. And I don't understand. There's outrage and everything. I don't understand how people are surprised, because this is the picture of what the, quote,
Starting point is 00:10:34 what panda look like oh my god that is adorable how did anybody think this is a panda bro do you know how many people would not be upset by this just wait what that wait that picture right there yeah yeah sky news a little more convincing it's a little bit blurry it's their stance though it's really their stance yeah stance what gives it away you know i'd say the paint job is fantastic apparently their their tails are wagging like i don't think i don't think panda is really this is adorable i mean there's no bamboo around it looks like they're on concrete i don't think that's the normal habitat for pandas but this is fan like i would i know countless people that would love this genuinely love this oh my god imagine an exhibit right don't steal this where
Starting point is 00:11:15 dogs are painted as all different animals in the zoo like a little lion like a pomsky's a little lion love that oh my god tell me you wouldn't go to the dog zoo the dog zoo oh my god that'd be great oh my god you gave him the great idea just now i know don't take it tm tm tm we trademarked just now. So this seems to be a thing with China. We talked about the waterfall.
Starting point is 00:11:35 Which you were a fan of by the last time. First of all, you like it. So they're into deceiving the public regarding, you know,
Starting point is 00:11:42 animals. Oh, dude. Nature. It's everything. They're good at faking things. We're only seeing the times they got caught. Bro,
Starting point is 00:11:48 even like the Chinese fakes for like Gucci bags and stuff, those look good. Those look, those are very passable a lot of the time. Yeah, but that's not nature
Starting point is 00:11:55 unless it's leather. Well, it was pandas, it was waterfall, and it's, you know, the product as well. People also dress as dogs. They defended the ruse saying the disguises were the next best alternative they could offer up.
Starting point is 00:12:06 You see, I don't like that they're trying to defend it. I'd rather them just go, because the dogs are cute. Everyone thinks that. I'd rather them just go, yeah, I mean, they're dogs. Best we can do. Yeah, they're dogs. They're dogs. If they hired me, the Danny PR spin agency,
Starting point is 00:12:20 I would say when you go to a zoo, it's a it's kind of a learning experience and not only is it a learning experience but it's also a test. How well do you know animals? In this zoo, one of these animals is not the animal that we say it is.
Starting point is 00:12:38 That would be, that's a great idea. You like that? It's that one though. It's that one. Especially now if you're going to tell me that one of them is fake, now I'm on the lookout. Turns out it was all of them. It was a reverse, you paint a horse as a zebra or something?
Starting point is 00:12:54 Exactly. You need to know your animal comprehension. Is this the animal, an animal identification? There it is. Also, do you think that if you painted a zebra the same as a horse, would you, I feel like you could convince someone it's a pony. I think donkey is better. A donkey is a horse?
Starting point is 00:13:13 No, donkey is a zebra. Zebra is a donkey. You painted a donkey. A horse is big and- No, but a pony, though. Got that build. A pony. Pony could work.
Starting point is 00:13:20 Pony could work. Yeah, yeah, yeah, a pony. For sure. I don't see- I don't know what animals... Wait, which way is the paint going? That's a good question. Are we doing black and white
Starting point is 00:13:28 or are we covering up the zebra stripes? I don't know if the zebra's white with black stripes or black and white stripes. You gotta figure that out first. Now we need a philosopher to find out. I think it'd be easier
Starting point is 00:13:36 to dye the zebra. What? Brown. I think donkeys are gray. Eeyore. Oh, I thought we were still going off a pony. Oh, we're doing pony?
Starting point is 00:13:47 Yeah, I think pony. See, now that I'm thinking about it, I think pony's manes are too big. I don't know if we could do it. Because I think you would need a really, really precise like hair dyeing job on a horse to make it look like a zebra it'd be way harder from a distance i think you won't be able to tell that's true also it's not like we're trying to
Starting point is 00:14:05 make you know monkeys as you know giraffes or something it's great search jason great search okay bro from a distance it looks oh no no you know what you would have to do okay listen to me this is gonna be a deep cut i don't know if anybody that's not good no but listen listen you know what exactly what that looks like jason don't touch a goddamn thing and you did it you immediately touch something. Go to that one, okay? That one, yes. Okay. Listen to me. This looks exactly like a caribou. And I'm
Starting point is 00:14:28 Jason, type in caribou now. Aren't caribous only on the back half? I don't know. You're thinking of, type in half horse, half zebra. No, it's not what I'm thinking of either. Yes, it is. No, no, I think he's thinking of something in the African savannah. Yes, yes, yes. This will show it to you. That thing. Okapi.
Starting point is 00:14:44 Okapi. Closest relative to a giraffe, I believe. Okapi. Whoa, the zorse. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Oh, copy. Zorse? Excuse me. What the hell? This isn't real.
Starting point is 00:14:54 No, this is definitely real. A zorse is a horse, of course. Stop that. Okay, so a zorse is a half- This looks like a bad Photoshop job. It's a half zebra, half- It doesn't look- I think that is a bad Photoshop job.
Starting point is 00:15:05 It looks like Danny made a something. Which- Okay, so who's topping who? The horse? Zebra is the male. Whatever the male is goes first, so Z. Okay. Okay, so a zebra fucked a horse.
Starting point is 00:15:19 I mean, in less subtle terms. A horbara would look like a totally different animal. Whoa, whoa, whoa, relax. They haven't called me that in years. They haven't called us since high school. What would that mean? It's like a taigon versus a liger. They look totally different.
Starting point is 00:15:33 Taigon sounds like I would throw that and win a tournament or something. A taigon is cool. I feel like a liger looks cooler, though. Wait, a taigon? What the fuck is a taigon? It's a tiger and a lion, but the tiger's the male. Gotcha. Can you look up a Tigon?
Starting point is 00:15:46 And I think it's just going to be a Yu-Gi-Oh card. They're smaller. And Ligons are huge. Or Ligers are huge, I mean. And Tigons are small. That's just kind of the way, I don't know, the genes work somehow. Is that if you have a Liger, it's bigger than both a Tiger and a Lion. But if you have a Tigon,
Starting point is 00:16:03 it's smaller. Wait, I thought, oh, because it's a Tiger female. I thought that Tigers were way bigger than Lions. I thought Tigers were way bigger. Tigers are bigger. No, they look about the same there. Male Tiger, male Lion. No, tigers are bigger. Maybe I'm thinking about a Bengal tiger from the forests.
Starting point is 00:16:20 Definitely on average. I mean, I don't know, the biggest fucking lion. How did we get here? What happened? Oh, back to the zoo. Yes. We were talking about painting zebras before. Right.
Starting point is 00:16:29 Yes, yes, yes. We're getting off topic today, huh? Oh, so the Okapi, the Disney World safari adventure. Okapi, very big part of that. Dude, I swear, they just like every... The Okapi, I mean, did you guys... When did you learn that existed? They just drop a new animal.
Starting point is 00:16:47 Disney World. Really? They have a whole African safari. I feel like they just drop a new animal, like a new patch comes out, a new update. New update. And then they pretend that this animal's always existed, that no one's ever fucking seen, bro. Am I crazy for this? No, you're right.
Starting point is 00:17:02 Look up this image. Look up this image. I got one for you. Look up a bird that looks like lizard. And also, what does this remind you of? A bird that looks like lizard? Like dragon. That works.
Starting point is 00:17:13 Oh, wow. Whoa. Brother, look at that. Wow. That's a toothless. I was about to. That's toothless. You didn't let me answer, bitch.
Starting point is 00:17:19 Sorry, I'm sorry. I got excited. You literally asked me the question. You didn't let me answer. That does look like toothless. I was going to say that, too, and it would have justified what you said. I'm sorry. You jumped the gun.
Starting point is 00:17:26 I jumped the gun. Ew, that looks awesome. What do you mean? No, there's a little ill in it. I disagree. There's a little ill in it, for sure. The eye. The point is, how long has this thing existed for, huh?
Starting point is 00:17:35 I couldn't tell you. You're going to tell me my whole life? I couldn't tell you. poking out of it in the beak. Oh, my God. You're right. It looks like an alien. It looks like a tiny little bird.
Starting point is 00:17:49 It's a xenomorph. Yeah. Look at that tiny... Ew. It's like, this is just my skin. Oh, that's disgusting. Yeah, I don't like it. Can you go back to the other images?
Starting point is 00:17:59 Like, look at that one in the bottom right. That looks cool. Look at that, man. It looks buff from here. That's toothless right there. Yeah. The Great Year Night Jar. Damn.
Starting point is 00:18:09 It's got a good name, too. Lucky Bitch. Yeah. Lucky Stupid Bitch. And then you got the okapi and, I don't know, everything. They're just dropping new animals in the updates. You know what I saw on the road? A wild turkey.
Starting point is 00:18:21 Apparently, they're very vicious. Can you shoot and eat that and it will taste like Thanksgiving turkey? Or is it different? Is it like their thing? Good question. First of all, where are there just wild turkeys that they can get that big and roam around? One. Two?
Starting point is 00:18:32 Probably? Probably? I don't know what it's eating. If it's eating a bunch of berries. You ever see that clip of, oh, well, if you eat this specific type of bear that only eats blueberries for its whole life, then it tastes really good. It's like, that's a lot. So what if that turkey's just eating shit or something?
Starting point is 00:18:48 Shit turkey. That's how they do a lot of animals. What? The Wagyu cow is raised on a bed of olives. Is that true? That's not true. That sounds made up. I'm pretty sure that's true. Yeah, now he went for the pretty sure. That's not true. I'm not fact-checking. You're right. You're right, Danny.
Starting point is 00:19:03 Give me a fact-check. Also, no, Wagyu means they just massage it every day. Okay, yeah. I heard that multiple masseuses come in every day and give the cow massages. I may be talking about A5 Wagyu. I need to... And they also... Dude, they also give it sake.
Starting point is 00:19:20 I think he just made this up. No, no, no, no, no. Like, this is a crazy... Yeah, he made it up. He just made it up. They feed it olives. They feed it olives. Feed with dehydrated and roasted mulch olives.
Starting point is 00:19:31 Okay. I don't sleep on a bed of olives. Yeah. Wait, what is the story of the olive Wagyu? Go to the waste. Feeding. It fed them olives. Oh, feeding them.
Starting point is 00:19:39 Which makes infinitesimal more sense. No, that makes more sense. So why would they just sleep on olives? It's like 90% correct, whatever. And they probably drop some on the floor, and then they sleep on the bed of olives. They might technically sleep on the bed of olives. But on a test, you would actually probably upset the teacher so much. Like, well, obviously he was kind of listening.
Starting point is 00:20:02 That's not 90. That's not 90. Listen, they're fed the olives. And that is what gives them the flavor. You were talking about the bears with the blueberries and the olives and the Wagyu's and the cows. Dude, dude.
Starting point is 00:20:14 Rattling bog? No, but on a test, Wagyu beef, do cows eat olives, sleep on olives, snort olives? Danny would have said sleep on olives. That's 100% wrong. I mean, I did, listen, I'm not going to lie to you.
Starting point is 00:20:28 I did always think that they slept on a bed of olives. He's about to try to sleep. But I also, of course, did think that they ate part of the bed that they slept on. They make their bed and eat it. They made their bed and ate it too.
Starting point is 00:20:42 I will say, a cow that only eats olive oil, ooh, that sounds delicious. JT's getting hungry. Danny is starving. My stomach is grumbly. My tummy is a grumbly. Oh, shit. I went to a nice Korean barbecue spot
Starting point is 00:20:57 for a birthday or something, and they had Wagyu flight, so it was all from around the countries. That's cool. And they cook little Wagyu. Australia apparently has really good. Yeah, Australia is pretty good. It tastes more like steak, but I don't know.
Starting point is 00:21:13 It's too expensive. I would never just, oh, I'm at a restaurant. Let me not order the most expensive Wagyu steak. It doesn't taste that crazy. I would never do it. A little Wagyu-like piece of sushi. So good. What's that?
Starting point is 00:21:24 It's just like rice with a beautifully cooked piece of Wagyu on top. Delicious. Sushi and meat, it's always been weird to me. Oh, no, no, because all the juices and the fat, like, go into the rice. Oh, my God. Incredible. Sushi about it. Nothing.
Starting point is 00:21:38 It's just because it's on rice. It's a roll. It's actually not sushi at all, but it's like how they say, you know, sushi ice cream or sushi candy. It's like it's on rice. Yeah, but this is in, like, this is in really fancy, like, omakase style sushi restaurants. That's what I had. That's what it was.
Starting point is 00:21:49 Yeah, yeah. Omakase. That's what it was. This is, like, a thing. It doesn't have to be. Don't put it in a box. It doesn't have to be fish. It does, though.
Starting point is 00:21:55 It doesn't. It's like a dessert pizza. Someone goes, it's not really pizza. It's like, okay, yeah, no shit. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. It's like, you know, to defend it that crazy. But I'm saying it's not like it's a gimmicky thing, you know? It's definitely a gimmicky thing.
Starting point is 00:22:07 I'm saying. It's like chicken sushis. I wouldn't say it's gimmicky. I think so. It's stunt food sort of to me. If it's real Wagyu, I don't know if I'm saying that right. No, not that. But it's the same thing.
Starting point is 00:22:17 It's like calling the dessert pizza, you know? It's like, okay, I get what you're doing, but it's not, right? It's definitely not sushi, but it's still a real like food. Oh, no, for sure. Yeah, for sure it's a real food. And a lot of fancy places serve it, yeah. I'm being nitpicky here, but it's not sushi. Personally, in my...
Starting point is 00:22:36 I wouldn't order it anyway. Yeah, Antonio, the authority on Japanese cuisine here. He was so down. He's the authority on Japanese cuisine. He was so down, and I should have... No, it's okay. You know, you know, you know... I should have ended it.
Starting point is 00:22:49 I took too long to end it, and he sparked up again. I jump-started him. It's okay. What's next? All right, Jason, hit us with something. Yeah. Oh, this would suck. Walmart self-checkout mistake destroys Olympic athlete's career.
Starting point is 00:23:00 This is the craziest spelling of that name I've ever seen. But continue. Mark Frodenflager? Megan? Who spells Megan like that? Oh, Megan. Megan. With a double G?
Starting point is 00:23:11 Who double G's Megan? Double G. That's the craziest thing I've ever seen. There's a lot of double letters in there. How do you say that last name? Pettypiece? Pettypiece? Pettypiece?
Starting point is 00:23:18 I mean, that's a mouthful in itself. But Megagan? Megagan? Pettypiece? There's two G's. What are you talking about? All right, anyway, get to the story. Okay, so she was arrested for failing to scan ham and asparagus at Walmart's self-checkout machine.
Starting point is 00:23:30 It was later revealed that her name did scan the ham and asparagus, but Walmart's scanner failed to register the scans. That would piss me off. Also, let's calm down here. She was not arrested for the stealing. She was questioned or, I guess, taken in for the stealing. They searched her purse, and they found three THC vape pens and two unopened packs of Zofran. Well, he said it's not THC. Yeah, but then it's later revealed.
Starting point is 00:23:57 It says contained, oh, no THC. It's later revealed that they contain no THC. You guys are, I need reading comprehension. Okay. He's a new glasses. I'm doing it. He's the guy that's supposed to know the article already. So she was charged for stealing and the possession of cannabis and controlled substances.
Starting point is 00:24:09 She got fraudulently caught for stealing, basically, because it wasn't her fault. It didn't scan. It was Walmart's error. And then I guess they searched her car and found three vape pens, maybe CBD or nicotine, and Zofran, which is a controlled substance, but it's not like you don't get a high or euphoria off of it. It's not a recreational drug.
Starting point is 00:24:30 And, yeah. So that's interesting. Man, it's really just because, I guess, she's an Olympic athlete or something, but if this happened to me at the store, I'd be like, dude, I scanned them. If your machine didn't scan it, then guess what? I'm walking out of here with them. It's like, what are we doing here?
Starting point is 00:24:45 I thought Walmart purposely lets you get away with stealing a couple times to build a case against you. Must be. That's what I always heard. I've heard that too, but I think that's like propaganda. Propaganda purported by who?
Starting point is 00:24:58 I think they're just trying to make you nervous about stealing that much. Like, oh, you thought you got away with that? Yeah, like we're keeping track. Why would they actively, genuinely do that? Well, because there's laws in many states that say stealing under $950 worth of stuff is like nothing,
Starting point is 00:25:15 slap on the wrist. So they let you build to over $950 and now they can give you a felony. No, no, I get why, but putting that out doesn't make any sense unless it's a fear tactic. I'm sure they have done it for serial shoplifters that they identify, but it's not like you're in like, oh, this is the Walmart database. I mean, maybe, but I don't believe that. Yeah, I mean, no, no way.
Starting point is 00:25:36 Also, they don't care. Also, I'm a little confused about this. So it says the Justice Department dropped the charges against her. She said, it damaged my career, changed everything. She had to resign. I lost my career. I lost my job. Why would you have to resign over that?
Starting point is 00:25:49 Yeah, I'm confused. I guess. Because she thought, because they really, it's about the drug thing. It just happened to later not be drugs. She had drugs on her, this and that.
Starting point is 00:25:57 They falsely accused her of having drugs on her, and I guess it went through, and then once not. Like, pretty much in all these things, once you're out, once the cat's out of the bag, the cat can't go back in the bag, even though you're completely-
Starting point is 00:26:07 The cat doesn't like the bag. Cat hates the bag. You're lucky enough that the cat was in the bag in the first place. Once it's out, eight lives to get it back in. Danny's confused. I also don't particularly see anything
Starting point is 00:26:18 that connects her to the Olympics here? She's a coach. Not that that matters. No, no, no, not a coach. I messed that up. I think she's an Olympic athlete that is now a softball coach.
Starting point is 00:26:28 That would make more sense. It does say former athlete. Yeah. Oh, so they're just throwing, like, the Olympics has nothing really to do with it. It's just a story because Indiana,
Starting point is 00:26:36 there's not much going on. Well, we're sorry to hear that Megagan petty piece. Yeah, Megagan petty piece. The real story is that name. Yeah, that's the real story here. Yeah, the real story is why did Witness Protection
Starting point is 00:26:48 and give you this trash name. Yeah. Breaking news here. Not how you spell Megan. Valparaiso University. Fucking hire her. Hire her back. She shouldn't be.
Starting point is 00:26:59 She shouldn't be. Do you think, well, maybe she was on the outs. You don't know the politics of this school. Maybe they just set her up. Yeah, this is a strange story overall. Wouldn't you be able to sue then if you got fired wrongfully? I don't know what's going on here. We don't have the whole picture.
Starting point is 00:27:14 Okay, Megagan? Give us the whole picture. We're definitely losing some parts here. The problem is she resigned, it says. She didn't get fired. I have, at self-checkout, if I need to be the one that's doing the job, I have found my way to not pay for things
Starting point is 00:27:31 as much as humanly possible. And that's on them. So you steal from the self-checkout. That's on them. No, no, I don't. No, I don't. I scanned a whole bag of apples, and it only scanned as one apple once,
Starting point is 00:27:42 and I went one. It can't tell how many apples are in it. You have to enter that on your own. No, it was a QR code on a bag of apples. Not like I picked apples. Not I picked apples. I would have done the same thing. And then I went, all right, tough shit machine.
Starting point is 00:27:54 And I walked out with a whole bag of apples. Because I'm not a nerd. I'm not going back. Who's going to check me? It's like, yeah, whatever. I've accidentally stolen stuff plenty of times. Yeah, I don't believe you. I don't believe you at all.
Starting point is 00:28:06 Just own it or don't. Yeah, I don't believe you at all. What have you accidentally stolen? I went to Target. I got like a little, you know, the Lego flowers. It's a small one. It's like 12 bucks. but i bought a game and this was a human being he i guess scanned it scanned my game and like
Starting point is 00:28:21 didn't scan the legos and then i walked out and i was like did you know it not pay for it did you know that he didn't scan it like you saw so you're a liar so you knew you were stealing it you just say that it's fine i didn't realize until later on bro do you know how many times we were at the store and we and like we tried to uh like a big the big like bjs and you have shit on the bottom of your cart you just try to put it all in at the bottom and the people have to scan it they don't see it yeah it's not my problem you walk out of there no sorry you forgot the chicken just just go you you deserve a break catch a break get out of there well there's something a little different about like swindling the person from scanning it versus yours you're the one scanning and you don't
Starting point is 00:29:01 do it that's different i disagree i disagree because the person scanning it's like a game it's like a game like oh you're gonna catch me but you're not doing it it's like oh i am stealing actively stealing this thing. I scanned. I did my duties. I scanned the bag of apples and counted it as one apple and be like,
Starting point is 00:29:14 something's wrong there. I'm not the one to fix it. Not getting paid for that. Walk down it. It's that simple. It's that simple. I think that's totally fair. Thank you, JT.
Starting point is 00:29:21 I think whatever you scan it as, whatever the price it pops up, that's fine. I'm not, I've never been the guy to like, oh, I scan this. I don't scan this. That is just stealing.
Starting point is 00:29:31 I'm not judging you. One for the store. One for me. One for the store. One for me. I'm not judging anyone who does that, but that is absolutely stealing. I wouldn't recommend that.
Starting point is 00:29:41 I do sometimes look at Home Depot self-checkout. I do sometimes look at the tags on the 2x4s, different sizes. And in my head, I'm just, I could just take this label off, put it on this one, and I'll be all right. Just get out of there. It's just so easy. People who are not – bad people in this world get off better, and it's rude. And it shouldn't happen. It's true, though, and it shouldn't be a thing.
Starting point is 00:30:03 Do you want to hear how you could actually steal? Oh. And you'd have to be a real freak to do this. but basically the way they know you're stealing on self-checkout is because the price the price of the item scanned then does not match the weight of the bag so what you read what you'd have to do is you'd have to get a very heavy thing that is cheap scan that and then have something that is exact have a bunch of things maybe expensive things that are exactly the same weight as that and then put that in the bag and put the thing to the side.
Starting point is 00:30:36 So what'd you do? You'd scan a bag of rice and put a TV in the bag. Exactly. You're saying Indiana Jones would have really stolen a lot of self-care. Yes, but it has to be exactly to the 0.10 of an ounce. You know what's easier to do? You've really got to work on this.
Starting point is 00:30:50 What's easier to do is just flip it over from where it's scanning. Just go scan and just put it in the bag. Or maybe you can bring little weights, like little magnets, like ounces. This is so much work. Like ounce weights and go like. bro but this is so premeditated where if you do get caught you always need it out here's another
Starting point is 00:31:06 thing you always need it out so if it's like oh shit i forgot to scan it if i have fish weights and you know indiana jones fish weight set you pull them out and like two ounces and a half indiana jones idols would be like all right well obviously you're stealing i'll tell you the even easier way you just scan it don't and put the whatever you want on there anyway and the machine goes oh there's a mismatch and then you call the guy over and he just goes whoop and walks away doesn't check a single thing also i dude i've self-checked out at cvs i couldn't i had to leave because there was no one in there to help me with my soap i've i just had to i think i told the story on patreon but that's what they used to do it's become such a problem now that happened to
Starting point is 00:31:42 me i legitimately accidentally did not scan something and then the guy came over and was doing it and a video of an overhead camera started playing on the screen of of when i added extra weight into the thing and i and i showed him because you can visibly see me like scan it and i just didn't go and he let me go but i was like this is this is next level he let him go he took him out the handcuffs and said all right this time buddy i'm telling you watch out danny was like i'm scanning it man watch out for stop and shop wait that was stop and shop yeah i haven't seen this new technology yet that's crazy it's getting it's getting it's getting wild out there so oh wait no i think i did have what first one video i think two halloweens ago when we were the heads
Starting point is 00:32:26 when we were getting the the dragon fruits i do think i scanned one dragon fruit went you know what i'm not picking out all these fruits individually and i just walked out i was like you know one dragon fruits yeah that was not great deodorant locked up now when i go to cvs the fucking deodorant is behind the fort knox with the vault and the keys in that video we had a dragon fruit, one orange, three grapes. I'm like, I don't want to scan all this. If you want to buy multiple fruit, you have to pay for multiple fruit. I don't know what to tell you.
Starting point is 00:32:54 Why isn't someone there doing it for me? Go to the register. Not open. Wasn't open. This is all their fault. And on top of that, the dragon fruit was the most expensive thing, so I didn't scan a grape and walked out. Also, this was two years ago. Statue of limitations. Can't come after me. And it's all jokes. Ah, doubles.
Starting point is 00:33:10 Nobody's at the register. I'm still on. Fair. I agree, Jason. Everything is locked up. He was making fun of you by the way the ice cream was he really was he really god fucking commie g everything's locked didn't seem like you picked up on it pal it's so it's so it's so annoying everything is locked up i i have to i have to basically tell the cvs employee like what i plan to do with my night it's like uh come with me unlock the ice cream come with me unlock some shampoo come with me unlock whatever else the lotion he was gonna say the lotion he was gonna say the lotion and then
Starting point is 00:33:46 And the grapefruit. And by that time, we got to check out, and I just say, hey, want to come home? Yeah, you keep asking us, like, what do you think? Does it look like a good time? What do you think? Is it like good night? You know the plan. You know the plan.
Starting point is 00:33:59 Come on. We could get two grapefruits. We could make this a night. I have everything I need here. I'm just missing one thing. A hot cashier. Cha-ching. All right.
Starting point is 00:34:12 We've got to go. I think we've got to go. We've got to go. Jason's hitting us with the rap. He's hitting us with the W. All right. Thank you very much for watching, everybody. Like we said, make sure to sign up for Patreon, patreon.com slash pickyboys.
