Starting point is 00:00:00 Welcome back to the Picky Boys. Nope, not Patreon. Not Patreon. Picky Boys regular podcast. How's everybody doing? You're looking great in your new Picky Boys merch. I thought you were going to wear the zombie one. Oh, you told me not to wear the zombie one, didn't you?
Starting point is 00:00:15 No, I didn't. I thought you said... Either way, there's lots of great merch options. Pickyboys.com or if you're a patron, extrapicky.com. This week is probably the last week you can order so that you get your Halloween merch before Halloween. Yeah, before, like, if you get the order in right now, I don't think you'll need expedited shipping. If you wait a little bit, you might need expedited shipping. But why spend that?
Starting point is 00:00:36 Just order it now. Get what you like. And remember, diamond tier. Get 15% off your entire merch cart. Not just items. The entire cart in there. And, you know, not to say that after this week you shouldn't order. Because there are plenty of, like, kind of evergreen pieces.
Starting point is 00:00:51 This is like an Oktoberfest situation. You can wear that all year long. I'll probably wear this in summer nights anyway. This is just a creepy clown. Oh, yeah. Those three creepy clowns, the way you turned. Can they see you now? I don't know if they could have.
Starting point is 00:01:02 It's hard to turn. No, it's not. Yeah, yeah. Look at that. That was a good turn. Look at that. The amount of noises for that spin. Okay.
Starting point is 00:01:12 Yes, but get your merch now. Pickyboys.com or extrapicky.com. Or extrapicky.com for the patrons. We're also in the 31 days of October. It's October, dude. Oh, God. So good. So much.
Starting point is 00:01:23 So much. So much. So good. It's so, so good. How are you feeling? October doesn't really feel like October yet. We'll explain the 31 days in a second for people that don't know, but it's kind of hot, isn't it? No, but I think it was yesterday or two days ago.
Starting point is 00:01:36 It was crisp, a nice crisp day. A chill in between the legs kind of thing. Oh, I love that. I went outside with a shirt, went outside, and I went, oh, I need my new Picky Boys hoodie. Oh, love that. You guys liking the leaves changing? Love the leaves. I knew he would like it.
Starting point is 00:01:52 I knew he wouldn't. Yeah, because he's full of whimsy and no responsibility. is the problem. First of all, you can balance whimsy and responsibility. How do you do that? That's not what I'm saying. I'll tell you how.
Starting point is 00:02:06 He enjoys watching the leaves change, and then he rakes them up after. That's balancing them. He does that? You're really going to convince them that he does that? I have never held a rake. This is what this is.
Starting point is 00:02:20 It feels like a useless tool. I don't understand it. Well, clearly he's never done any yard work, is what I'm getting at. Well, I didn't have a yard growing up. How do you understand this? A rake? Yeah, a rake's super useful. You said how I don't understand it?
Starting point is 00:02:38 You said you agree, or you understand. Well, to the point, because a rake, you kind of just put them, well, I was going to explain, you kind of put it in piles, and then you get rid of the leaves. It's just easier to, it's like the broom for the outside. Yeah, that makes sense. All right, that does make sense. But it's easier just to do, like, a leaf sucker, and then you have a mulch bag.
Starting point is 00:02:56 Well, that's the fancy way. Listen, I've upgraded to the fancy way. I did many moons of the non-fancy way, and it's awful. Yeah, I mean, I definitely have never done yard work. I didn't have a yard growing up, so no work to be done. I shoveled snow, but that's it. And I shoveled just one little pathway. My parents opted for a rock garden explicitly because we don't want to do yard work.
Starting point is 00:03:24 I love your rock garden. Thank you. I think a rock garden is very nice. Did you – is it loose rocks? Because I've seen clips of people that put rocks down, and then they do this weird foam spray glue. Oh, no, no. And it just like – it hardens, so it's kind of just how it is all the time. No, it's loose rocks.
Starting point is 00:03:40 And then if we ever need to – there's like some plants in the rocks, but if you ever need to change that, you just hire a landscaper. I'm not planting plants. Plants. Oh, you're not talking about weeds. You're talking about actual potted plants. Yeah, there's like a little tiny red tree in there, and there's like a little cabbage-looking thing. People could just...
Starting point is 00:03:58 If I'm just going to go up and down the blocks, be like, okay, rock garden, red tree. If you can find my parents' house from that description, knock on the door and say hello. Mrs. Moriarty. Mrs. Moriarty. Can I see Danny's room and all his Batmans? It's still pristine.
Starting point is 00:04:13 Really? Yeah, of course. When's the last time you've been in there? I changed in there a few days ago. what i changed i i had to change my shirt so i went up there i was there couldn't come back well no it's circumstantial but basically i was wearing a shirt my mom had a shirt she wanted me to wear so i went over there and then changed my shirt upstairs in my room it's nice to be it feels small now one of those you know they haven't done anything with it no exactly the
Starting point is 00:04:39 same is your um bed still like with your sheets yeah what kind of sheets did you have um i had spider-man sheets often those those weren't the ones that were on they changed those to like a just like a blue so they they got a little they took a little of the whimsy away but not that much that's leaving everything but changing the spider-man sheets seems so deliberately interesting to me well i think if any of their friends the over they like let them sleep in there yeah but then they have all the batmans and kiss ridden spider-man staring at them anyway yeah but it's nice it's hard you don't want to get you know you know like getting rid of your Your childhood room is like you're getting rid of the memory of that child in many ways.
Starting point is 00:05:21 It's kind of sad now. In many ways. Well, now you're making it all sad. I'm not making it – is your room the same? Well, your room is obviously not the same. But is your room the same? No. Not even close to the same.
Starting point is 00:05:30 Definitely not. What is it now? I think as soon as they got out of there, they went – Was somebody whittling in there or something? I went away to college and I came back. I went, where did my room go? They changed it before I even left the house. What did they switch it to?
Starting point is 00:05:40 um well i had multiple rooms but uh well like i switched like once my uh sister moved out i took her room because it's bigger so like i had another bedroom that turned into laundry room and then once i like moved out that one turned into i don't know i think like storage or something i was off on the whittling jt's dad seems like a whittler what okay okay it's like it's carved down wood into fun little things i don't know i know this from uh drake and josh is it i guess i I mean, it's just a whittle. That whittles the soap? Yeah, you whittle like a...
Starting point is 00:06:12 Like Danny whittled a butter, right, into a cow? I wouldn't say that's whittling. That's more of sculpting. Okay. I think to whittle, you must have wood. Jason, can you look that... Right. Jason's not here again!
Starting point is 00:06:25 Right, Jason. Jason nodding. This guy's so busy, huh? Jason's doing the Lord's work out there. That being said, if you do want to see Jason like you've never seen him before, patreon.com slash pickyboys. He dressed up as a loofah and showed his shoulders. Jason, you're going to be listening to this because you're going to edit this,
Starting point is 00:06:42 and I'm going to send the picture to you right now. No, no, no. Don't give a show this way for free. That you need to pop up. Dude, they could see the whole podcast with him in it. So, Jason, pop up this photo right now. Three, two, one. Bam.
Starting point is 00:06:56 He's not going to pop it up. But you should. You definitely should because the 31 Days of October started. That means you get a video every single day for Patreon, patreon.com. And JT was a little sicky-poo, so Jason hopped in. And we put him in a fantastic costume, if I do say so myself. It was great. He looks great.
Starting point is 00:07:13 I think you both look beautiful. And I think Jason should show it off right now with a picture. He's not going to put it up. Or he'll censor it. No free shoulders. Yeah, no free shoulders. Only free knees. Blur your shoulders if you really want.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Sometimes you've got to show the shoulders. You. I love showing my shoulders. You know what? I feel like it's just because it's Halloween and, like, costumes are coming out again. Do you remember, and I don't know if we bring this up every year. Do you remember when after Danny was Dorothy, he said, I like you stop putting me in dresses and then or like or that kind of costume. And then every single costume idea he's had after that was him in a dress or like shoulders.
Starting point is 00:07:49 See, I wouldn't say every single one. But also the thing is, I when I make these ideas, I just go. You got like, you know, I'm trying to think who can go in each costume. And I think nobody can nobody can bring it the way I can bring it. I I do agree. You know, I do agree. But I think in that sentence, you did just admit that most of it, like it's your... For lack of a better term, you don't have, you don't have like the cuntiness, you know?
Starting point is 00:08:16 To serve in a dress? To serve in a dress, unfortunately. Honestly, that's... Jason dud. Jason dis. Jason, Jason... He said dud. Jason dud.
Starting point is 00:08:25 Jason dud. Don't dud. Jason absolute dud. No, Jason did. Jason was serving in the dress. Yeah, but Jason... He was a piece? He was a piece.
Starting point is 00:08:32 I could say the C word. Yeah. Jason was like, if you were serving, if you were serving at four letters, Jason was serving at five letters. Oh. With a Y at the end. Yeah, it did, Danny. No, that's not what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:08:44 It was just different kinds. Yeah, his dress did look more dressy. Mine looked more loofy. Like, I would go up and talk to Danny if we were out at a place, that kind of serving. Like, he looked good. Like an approachable level of serving. Approachable level of serving that looked very good. Jason, I feel like I'd be like, oh, God, it's just, what attitude is this?
Starting point is 00:09:03 Yeah, well, who the hell does she think she is? Who do you think you are, loofah? You'll understand exactly what I mean. I agree. I agree, overall, I'd say. Nothing. I like how Danny's explanation was just like, well, yeah, I don't want to be in the dresses,
Starting point is 00:09:20 but whenever we see, like, a costume set, you look at the dress and go, well, obviously, that's for me. Listen, I mean... Obviously, I'm the only one who can pull that off. Yeah. I mean, I just want... I want everybody to look the best they can.
Starting point is 00:09:33 That's what I want. I thought we all crushed it as the Sanderson sisters a few years ago. Yeah, that was pretty good. That was all. Oh, okay. Never mind. Only. No, no, no.
Starting point is 00:09:39 It was really good. JT has an iconic clip from that. It's a crazy clip from that. Schluck. I don't even know who, what the, what is that? That's Wizard of Oz? No, no. That's Hocus Pocus.
Starting point is 00:09:49 What's Hocus Pocus? No, it's in the universe of Wizard of Oz. No, no. I'm going to. What's it in the universe of? I'm going to piss. I don't know if it's in the universe of anything. No, it's fucking.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Are you talking about Hocus Pocus? Yeah. what is hocus pocus from not wizard of oz it just is hocus pocus no it's from some hocus pocus are you thinking of like wicked yes yeah no that's not that's that's wizard of oz any witch is immediately in the wizard of oz isn't even that oh what are you gonna say i was gonna say witchy but that's a lie oh it's very witchy no it's a wicked witch of the west it's actually kind of not witchy there's only one person that has powers no one else has powers that's true The first scene you see is
Starting point is 00:10:30 One of the first is a dead witch bitch That's true I don't know if they're rhyming Who we later find out is actually good Yeah which is kind of sad And in a wheelchair No that's her sister That's the one that died
Starting point is 00:10:43 Oh my god what are we doing What did you guys film on here Why is it sticky Danny was having a really good time Dude I just I had my arms down like this and I pulled it up went yeah how much did we film i don't know on this don't know i don't know it's like the floor of this for our only fans account a floor of a club just but yeah um it's that i guess the way
Starting point is 00:11:12 that's the end of the witch talk wait what is hocus pocus it's just it just is hocus pocus i feel like i'm not i feel like i'm not crazy here for for not knowing this doesn't seem like a broadly known you know everybody knows hocus pocus the household name everybody knows hocus pocus always wizard of oz level it's like a 90s movie maybe early 2000s everybody knows hocus pocus i don't know everybody our age sure maybe not i think it's a little older than us all right in general if we have the people on the street right now no no they would know no no no why don't we just call one of our people on the street and said do you know the sanderson sisters okay that'd be harder okay how many people are gonna go oh yeah that'd be that'd be harder that'd be harder
Starting point is 00:11:54 okay i because i i feel like i wouldn't know it that well and i'd know hocus pocus for my whole life essentially all right let's call up a friend let's call up a friend who do you think wouldn't know hocus pocus you get to pick but i get one veto all right because i don't know if you're gonna call someone who like is a big hocus pocus fan or something i will say before our costume i knew of hocus pocus but i didn't watch it until that time period like it can't be like chaz because he's probably seen the episode of the podcast okay so name any friend i'll call him random even if we haven't talked to him in years name any that's an international call i don't even know i'm gonna get told for that we'll call nick
Starting point is 00:12:35 and you're gonna ask him if he knows what hocus pocus is i haven't he's gonna know i want to be clear i haven't talked to nick in like three years so this is really you can call him right this is gonna be shocking we got cut off blocked me so change his number never mind all right just call the never mind i was gonna say call who i was gonna say call the columbian queso factory do you think your brother would know definitely not okay i'm gonna call Jack. Call Jack. He's not going to be sure why he's getting a call from there.
Starting point is 00:13:14 I don't even know if he has my number. Hocus Pocus is not a household name. So what do I ask? Does he know what it is? Ask him if you know Hocus Pocus and then if he asks for more details, you can kind of guide him. Will he answer? I don't. Oh, hey, Jack. It's Antonio.
Starting point is 00:13:30 We're filming the Piggy Boys right now. All right. So we have a question here. Yeah, sure. Okay. Do you know what hocus pocus is i like generally yeah it's like something to do with witches okay thank you that's all i needed stupid bitch you can gather that from the name it's called that is a little unfair that is the question and it's no he knew it and he knew it got him i i didn't think it was as
Starting point is 00:14:03 relevant culturally as everybody did i never heard of it until you guys presented me being in a dress, which I was totally down for either way, but I'd never heard of it. Hocus Pocus, cultural phenomenon, everybody knows. Set in point, we asked one person, they knew it, everybody knows it. That's how stats work. By the way, we do have our costume planned for this year, our big costume.
Starting point is 00:14:23 Obviously, the 31 Days of October and multiple other podcasts, we'll be wearing some costumes, but at the end of October, we get a big costume. Yeah, this costume was a Picky Boys merch costume. Yeah, where people with good taste stay. That stuff.
Starting point is 00:14:38 You can't let me down. You can't let me down. I got you. I got you. I got you. I got you. I'm kidding. The second one had to happen, though.
Starting point is 00:14:45 Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's fair. Oh, thank you. It's unfortunate, but it's fair. Are we giving it away? No. I didn't give it away.
Starting point is 00:14:51 Oh, you just wanted to say that. I'm saying I like the costumes a lot. What about a hint? It's kind of a costume you've done before in a way. In many ways, yes. I see. In a way, yes. In a way, you have seen it before.
Starting point is 00:15:06 that's all we can say that's all we can say but it's gonna be very funny and there's gonna be videos filmed it's gonna be great i don't think you could get possibly get what it is from that at all i don't know i don't know some clues are just bad yeah but there's dude have you ever seen these like reddit internet detectives who solved unsolved police cases from 100 years ago these guys are good you just gotta get one of them on it yeah i mean the whole documentary like where are cats oh don't fuck with cats don't don't don't fuck with cats is this another thing i'm supposed to know it's this one is this one is arguably more popular than hocus pocus i'm kidding no no it's not at all no it's not it was one of the most popular documentaries on netflix for like
Starting point is 00:15:46 a long time it's basically like some guy threw a bunch of cats in a trash a garbage bin alive cats yeah and the internet came together and tracked them down oh dude that's fucked up it's actually a pretty good documentary and great documentary and the truth is don't underestimate the power of someone who has every ounce of time on their hands that's true just don't underestimate those people yeah with someone with nothing to do and all the time in the world they can solve the world's problems that's true and the the internet is does have so many resources at your disposal like you can become an internet detective but that has also become a little too far because now like every public murder case people now start to go in and try to find who did it who did this
Starting point is 00:16:34 who did that and it's like well let's let's let it breathe a little bit first i would say honestly it's so hard to remember those those people the two the couple in the forest you mean the like the mountain range no it was like the couple in the forest they were like youtubers and oh yeah that guy killed gabby patito yeah and brian like the police i'm pretty sure during their investigation said that the internet's investigations were interfering with their own investigation what does that mean because people are coming to conclusions that they've drawn themselves based off of the information they know but they don't necessarily know all the information no no no i know what that means by definition i'm saying how is that interfering
Starting point is 00:17:15 with the cops that's a good question that was the question it's also kind of a bad example because I feel like the internet concluded that it was the guy and then it was the guy. Oh, they were right. But there are definitely cases where the internet concludes it's someone who it wasn't
Starting point is 00:17:31 and probably harasses them and stalks them and stuff and then that person gets totally cleared. Yeah, and then by that time it's too late. That person's life is real tough. Yeah, it doesn't matter. And then he ended up dying too. Good riddance, I guess.
Starting point is 00:17:43 Well, it's probably when he found out Dog the Bounty Hunter was on him. True, I forgot about that. Yeah. Wild case, wild case. That girl's from Long Island. There's another very popular songwriter case that's going on right now that I don't know if we probably shouldn't talk about, but that's another one where the internet is rushing
Starting point is 00:18:02 to conclusions, and it feels like every day they have a new theory. Mystery and crimes podcast now. Sorry. It's true, though. But is it with the guy David? Yeah. I don't know. The only thing I know from that guy is that he was on those two nerds podcasts with the
Starting point is 00:18:20 spider-man shirt and the tall guy with the hat i think i know what you're talking like they talk about like like the guy that's like they just talk about marvel stuff oh well why was he there i don't know but he was a guest on the podcast and they talked about it like yeah there's some not cool things coming out about him we're sorry about that it's like well you couldn't have known but that's the only way i know this guy dude there was a big twitch streamer that made a song with him and i only saw it like a month i only heard the song like a month ago and i was like wow this is really good for a twitch streamer and uh you might have heard this song it was like on the radio t-pain is a twitch streamer yeah it was different being an artist first then starting
Starting point is 00:18:57 to stream on twitter this is like saying sauce gardner is a twitch streamer it's like this guy went from twitch streamer to nfl player but uh no so i was i heard this song i'm like this is really good for a twitch streamer and now you can't find it on youtube so you know censorship you allegedly do what did he do oh not good big old Mary Sue murder Mary Sue
Starting point is 00:19:20 no wouldn't Mary Sue be the suicide after just a big old Mary just a big old Mary of someone and also potentially an underage relationship again what we know right now we don't know Mary was underage
Starting point is 00:19:35 so once whatever comes out does come out don't come back here and say these guys thought he was innocent not what we're saying not what we're saying don't say these guys
Starting point is 00:19:44 I'm learning from him not what we're saying say him all I'm saying is that every day it feels like it's like oh it was him and like oh it was not him and like oh it was him again
Starting point is 00:19:53 and then like oh it's not him I can listen to his music again it feels like every day oh man I'll be honest I haven't been keeping up like super duper with the Kardashians
Starting point is 00:20:02 but I feel like every two days I hear a piece of evidence that confirms even more 100% this must have been it does he have a song Was there something that came out, like, excusing him?
Starting point is 00:20:11 No, but he has not been, as of recording, has not been, like, charged or arrested yet. I think that's normal, isn't it? Isn't it because, like, once they arrest you, they only have, like, 48 hours to go to a judge and do the whole thing to keep you. So they want to gain as much evidence as possible before that, before they arrest you. Because then, like, they might have to, if they arrested him too early, they wouldn't have enough evidence. and they would have to release him on bail, I think. Gotcha. Something like that.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Law proceedings. This guy's studied. What'd you want to do? I probably got half that wrong. Did you ever want to do law? God, no. Did you? Was that you?
Starting point is 00:20:51 No. Oh, my God, no. God, that sounds boring. I took two law classes and I liked them, but you couldn't have fun. Like, you couldn't enjoy yourself. You can't bend the rules a little? You couldn't at all.
Starting point is 00:21:04 And I'm like, this is bullshit. Yeah, I did do Model UN for a little bit in high school. I don't think it's like what I'm talking about at all. No, I know. You just wanted to bring that up. I did Model UN and Debate Club, which I feel like both of those things. It's a great question. Well, hold on.
Starting point is 00:21:20 I'm going to get to that. I feel like both of those things are something that an aspiring lawyer would do. Okay. Especially Debate Club because that was set up in a court way. You have to produce your evidence or whatever. Was there a judge? Yeah, it was, like, the teacher who was in charge. But either way, in the Model UN, I was tasked with being, like, the U.S. during World War II.
Starting point is 00:21:44 And I was, like, given the task of defending, like, dropping nuclear bombs in Japan. And I was like, why am I given this task? How did you do it? I don't want to do this. Day one, and he joins the Model UN. They give him the big dog. They give him the big dog. I was like, I don't want to do this.
Starting point is 00:22:02 The people who are, like, representing Japan is just like... I was like, I didn't even know that you went back in time. These debates have already happened. Why are we doing this? Yeah, if anything, you have the cheat code on how to win the debate. I quit. I said, I don't want to do this. I feel like I don't want to just be on record defending these things.
Starting point is 00:22:26 And then you come on here and then put it on the record. Excuse you, I've never said much worse, and I am now on record saying that I will not defend the use of the atomic bomb. Thank you. But he would bang the people who dropped it. Whoa! So you're calling the U.S. soldiers terrorists? Got him. I didn't say that.
Starting point is 00:22:52 No, that's what you're saying. See, this is what he learned from debate club. He's using your words against you now. You know what? I'll take that. Because you said you banged the people that dropped it. That would be us. I'll take that.
Starting point is 00:23:02 So what you're admitting by this double-edged sword here. Double extension. Is that you would bang terrorists. Again, I've never. That's not what I'm saying. I'm just saying it right now in this moment from what you said. That is my rebuttal. We keep going over and over.
Starting point is 00:23:16 He's absolutely right. Thank you. No, we keep going over and over this thing. Get him a gavel. I'm saying I would not bang the terrorists. Unless it killed them. Unless it killed them. So you would kill U.S. soldiers.
Starting point is 00:23:27 No. Got it. Now we got it. Okay. This is why he quit. And now he goes, drop the nuke. This is why we need Jason here, because then we start getting geopolitical all of a sudden when we're supposed to be talking about pee-pee and poo-poo.
Starting point is 00:23:39 You said we again, and you brought it up. No, no. But they actually did go to a little conference that sounded fun. So you quit the same day? Yeah, basically. It just wasn't for me. And also, everybody that was in there was insufferable. That's totally understandable.
Starting point is 00:23:57 And that made you want to sign up? That means, like, you have... No, when I got there, I was like... I know, but that means you kind of have those insufferable tendencies, because you were drawn to it. Oh, for sure. I mean, I just wanted to argue with people. Wait, so there's a difference between that and the debate club?
Starting point is 00:24:10 Yeah, the debate club is more like a courtroom. Oh, so is it... The Model UN is more like, if you're... It's basically like the training ground for, like, oh, maybe I'll become a politician one day. Okay, that makes sense. So the Model UN was more, like, political and stuff like that, and the debate club was just what's better, chewy or hard Oreos?
Starting point is 00:24:27 The debate club is like, again, like, oh, we have like a murder case or we have like a free speech case. It's more like a courtroom. Courtroom versus UN. I didn't know you meant literal courtroom. I thought you meant, oh, yeah, just two sides argue about pizza and then some guy is the judge of pizza. No, there was like a little courtroom proceedings. Was it just like an introductory day or did you argue something? You signed something?
Starting point is 00:24:54 I definitely argued something, but I forgot what it was. Probably not well. don't talk about yourself like that you're a good debater no but I just didn't like that and I guess this is how lawyers kind of have to do it but I didn't like that I was given like a set of things that I had to argue that I didn't necessarily
Starting point is 00:25:09 agree with or like believe in like there was like if you got a case where you think like oh yeah my guy's probably guilty you still have to argue for them well yeah that's exactly the job which is which sucks yeah that's what I didn't like either like I couldn't
Starting point is 00:25:25 i wrote this stuff and they're like well because you said the and not the and like stuff like that because you use is and not it it's like it was just these very very minuscule things that made me lose a bunch of points like i can't do this and because you wrote it in crayon and i only had sharpie at the time but the teacher was cool i did hand in home one time i had to like quickly do the homework before class and the 30 minutes before school and i think i did it in it wasn't crayon but it might have been like a colored pencil because that's all i had and the teacher was like what would you do this an hour ago yep the answer was yes the answer was yes but that's that's lame because what would you do this an hour ago yeah but i did it no but that's um i never got
Starting point is 00:26:10 that that's innovation at least yeah plus it was all nice and pink what'd you get on it i don't know i thought the teacher probably didn't even count it were you like pencil or pen people i I think the teacher told me to redo it in a pencil. I was a pen guy, for sure. Mechanical pencil, I think. Big Pen 15 Club guy, actually. You ever join them? Is that one of the clubs you joined?
Starting point is 00:26:31 Yes, that's one of the clubs I joined. No, I loved pens. When we were in middle school, we couldn't use pens. We'd have to use erasable pens, which suck. Those do suck, and also it makes a trillion percent of sense. Why we can't use pens. I get it, because you make too many mistakes, and you want to go over them, I guess, right? That's why you can't use pens.
Starting point is 00:26:52 Yeah, and kids don't know how to draw. But as soon as I was able to use pens, I never went back. Love a pen. Something permanent about it. You're both righties? Yeah. Yeah. You feel like a lefty.
Starting point is 00:27:03 I'm surprised you're a righty. No, no, no. Oh, he does feel. He feels a little lefty. He's strong. He feels a little lefty. I would draw terribly with my left hand, like letters or anything. Just like can't do anything with my left hand.
Starting point is 00:27:17 JT feels like someone who draws with his feet. Except drive. I do drive with my left hand. Well, yeah, because you're on the left side of the car. Yeah, exactly. So you don't rest your left arm on the window? What do you rest your right arm on? Sometimes on the Prindle.
Starting point is 00:27:31 Huh. Yeah, I'm always holding it like I'm in a fighter jet shooting things. True. But also, my left hand is on the wheel sideways, and my elbow-ish is resting on the door. So I'm not really holding it up. I'm kind of just like that. I'm starting to know that my car is getting old because on the steering wheel
Starting point is 00:27:48 like where I always put my left hand I kind of do like a claw thing and like all the leather is like worn down in that area it's like his car is growing a mustache and having weirder views it's just like you know like oh wow this has been used and abused in the same exact way
Starting point is 00:28:05 for many many years now I don't know if abused was needed you hold it like a bowling ball oh you finger it How do you claw a... Kind of. We don't have like a wheel to go. It's basically like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:28:18 We don't... Get the roll of duct tape. I don't know if that's going to suffice. Oh, what? It's not big enough for you? That's kind of like a wheel. So there's like a thing within the wheel, because it's like the horn, you know, there's like three holes in a wheel.
Starting point is 00:28:34 Oh, the little wheel puss? Yeah. And I have my finger like in the hole. Oh, I see. I always have control because I don't like just like holding it. Some people just like use their fist. They don't even hold the wheel. Yeah, that's weird.
Starting point is 00:28:47 But I like to have it there so that no matter what I have the – I saw something cool where they had like – let's say this is the front of the wheel. There was an attachment that you could put a knob on it, and I thought that was cool. I've seen that too, but it's a safety hazard. Why? I thought it was good. There's something about it that is not good. I think it's maybe if it can get stuck on like a piece of clothing or something,
Starting point is 00:29:07 and then all of a sudden you try to, like, let it go and your car goes. I see. Okay, that makes sense. I think it's also used for people who drive that have disabilities, like can't grip things. But it is not safe in general, I think. I guess I'll cancel my order. That might be a Danny fact.
Starting point is 00:29:25 I have a question for you. Jason? All right, don't put your hands out and, like, test it. Don't move. And this question for you, too. Shit. which which way do you flick the turn signal to turn left on a turn is it up or down down down down okay yeah was it was it was it giving you problems no no for some for some reason i i i
Starting point is 00:29:49 had this question like a week ago in my head i was trying to do something i can't remember what it was and i realized i didn't know the answer unless i like did this or this like i had to put my hands out and do it to get the muscle memory to know which way it was. I couldn't just think about it. I think a harder one is the windshield wipers. Like, which one is perma-on and which one is kind of on.
Starting point is 00:30:13 Yeah, that changes with every car. Does it? I think so. Don't some cars have buttons? Wait, what was that? You have a knob? Yeah, I have a knob as well. It's on the blinker thing. No, mine's... My blinker's on this side, my windshield's on this side. I don't have a right side. So what do you do?
Starting point is 00:30:29 it's on it gets out there it's it's on the left it's on the like front edge of the blinker of the blinker stick yeah i don't know what it's called no but the lever no but isn't that just for your back windshield like i have one like i don't have a back windshield you don't have a back windshield i don't have a back windshield wiper oh okay like what are you talking about usually some some people have the right thing i don't have that i have the right okay i've seen tons of cars without without the back windshield wiper and i always wonder like when it's rain when it's raining you just can't see out the back basically honestly it doesn't it doesn't the the back windshield wiper doesn't do much anyway oh man i don't know your rear view mirror becomes
Starting point is 00:31:07 uh worthless i was gonna say priceless it becomes worthless yeah i mean you just you really can't see and sometimes you don't need to see behind you that's fair he's just looking forward babe just look keep looking forward in the rain just like in life keep on keeping on danny never looks in the rear view always move ahead always think ahead where's your car lights is it on that other stick too no mine's off the stick lights aren't on the stick i feel like some lights on the console no mine's on the stick yeah so my so my no my high beams are on the stick but like well yeah everybody's on the stick my my uh lights is just my high beams are just one notch further on the lights i don't think cars are built the same no they're they're standard they gotta standardize
Starting point is 00:31:52 the ship dangerous i think that's the problem have you ever gotten into a rental car you're like whoa this is very different very different than what i'm used to it does feel like entering someone's spaceship yeah it's like you feel you don't realize how at home you feel in your car until you go and drive someone else's car the first two times i got into an uber tesla i couldn't get out of the car that's fair i could not get out of the car i was i was looking for the door handle if you've never been in a tesla it's a button on the door handle it's a button that opens the door i was looking for you know the this yeah yeah i also couldn't get in the car that's true too yeah because you gotta push to pull you push to pull what are we doing these cars are getting
Starting point is 00:32:32 too advanced yeah po advanced just have a door handle my aunt's window had the crank and it was cool but it was awful at the same time yeah i think the window on my 2010 lincoln navigator is busted that's that's still impressive thank you that's still like the universal symbol for like rolling down a window right if i come to your car yeah like this but if you do that like no kid yeah understands that right i think if you ask a kid they do that yeah oh yeah like i think if you ask a kid um hold up a phone now they do that no no no no no no instead of that everybody knows this dude why why would they but you just know it why would you this shape for an iphone Why would you just know it?
Starting point is 00:33:16 It looks like a banana. You just know it. Why is your thumb blue? I don't know. Show them your blue ass thumb. I think it's because I have this thing on me, and I was trying to wash it. I got another one, by the way. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:29 It's the San Francisco Giants. Oh, look at that. With a little penis, too. Danny didn't let me complete the pictures. No. I was very upset about it, actually. Yeah, so now it's a penis. But, yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:39 I don't know. I still think you do this. Because it's like, call me. I guarantee they don't. They do this. No, I think they do, but they don't know why. It's just because other people do it. When's the last time you've been in a situation where you had a mind being on a phone call?
Starting point is 00:33:51 What's the term for ending a phone call? Hanging up. What does hang up mean? That doesn't make any sense, but it's because you hang the phone up on the thing. That's so true. Well, it's a trick question because now they probably say just end the call. No. No, I think the kids this day, even though they don't know why they do it, they still, like, use the terms.
Starting point is 00:34:07 I think if you did this, they would know that's rolling a window down. Oh, my God. No, they wouldn't. No, they wouldn't. You can't have both opinions. No, I can have – oh, absolutely I can. You pick a side, bastard. No, no, I absolutely can because a phone – like even the phone's symbol still looks like an old phone.
Starting point is 00:34:23 Rolling out the window. Honestly, if someone did that to me, I'd be like, what the – You're making a stew? You're making a stew? Are you like fishing? I don't know. He's eating. Yeah, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:34:34 No, I think they would know. I think they'd know all of it but only because these things get passed on and people pick up. People are smart and they pick up stuff. they don't know why the reason but they they pick it up if someone told you to really pulled up next to you and told you to roll down your window would you uh yeah i'd crack it so i could hear them and so they could hear what i say but also it depends on their appearance honestly i'll just i'll say it is it like a shady like hobo or is it like a oh this person is not in the car i was what wait i was picturing someone in a car oh okay um oh yeah i agree definitely
Starting point is 00:35:14 they're probably gonna tell me something like oh your fucking back thing is busted i'll roll it down would you not roll it down it depends you gotta crack the window so it also depends on their appearance no no captain high horse it depends if i think that they're trying to like lay into me because i did something bad on the road or something lay into you sounds sexual you know yell at me also sounds it i maybe maybe it's just how i drive some people yell at me sometimes about the driving well about what they consider to be bad driving and again i consider they're driving to be bad which is why i probably cut them off wait so you're allowed to be a bad driver to someone else who's a bad driver well i mean really it's just the slowness of it all
Starting point is 00:35:58 If you're going like 10 miles below the speed limit, I'm going to like go right around. There are times in the car. I'm sorry. There are times in the car where the person in front of us is doing like nothing wrong. And he's like, come on. You're going so slow. I mean, it's just like we all got places to be. We were going to Chili's.
Starting point is 00:36:17 Exactly. We got places to be. What if they run out of the reservation? I think I'd be one of the people that Danny was doing that to. like if i was on the road with him and he didn't know it was me probably i haven't been in your car ever since the saw trap so like i'm from too if i have trauma yeah i'm too afraid to get into that car but jt does seem like someone who would like be eating cereal and brushing their teeth and doing their hair while driving like jt's like doing everything in the car and i'll also i just
Starting point is 00:36:44 i'll drive reach for a bag of chips at this point in my life i'll drive just the speed limit everywhere like i don't i don't go fast so i think that would probably annoy danny i drive 34 miles per hour everywhere because that's one below what the speed cameras will catch you on it's always those cameras look at you it just depends how i'm feeling sometimes i drive slow this jt's when i'm in jt's car it feels like somehow like the street is closer to my feet like i don't know if this makes any sense but it feels like the bottom is much thinner than my car in jt's car if your feet are on the ground of the car it feels like one bump my feet could go through it now you're like on the road it's like i i picture one day jay's gonna pick us up and he's just starting the car
Starting point is 00:37:30 with his feet like the flintstone yeah like flintstoning it it's made of paper yeah it's also got it's got knives sticking out of the handles and stuff oh it really does well this This is an interesting one. Wow, this has been weird. When Jason's not here, it's not about pee-pee-poo-poo, so you don't know where it goes. You don't know where we're going. We're just talking about our cars.
