Starting point is 00:00:01 Welcome back to the Picky Boys podcast! I love... Oh, the sing cast. It was bad? Yeah. We're not really singers. I feel like I'm just a little throaty. I feel like I can hit a tune.
Starting point is 00:00:15 Yeah, but I'm saying we're not like... Not that you're not good at singing. I'm just saying we're not singers. I'm confused. Did you do a singing thing knowing we would join in just to then say, actually, you guys suck at singing? No, I'm not saying you're bad at singing. How am I getting grouped in?
Starting point is 00:00:27 I didn't even sing. Well, hit him with something. I can't sing. You can hit a tune. I'm saying we're just not like a musical group. No, we're not a musical group. Jazz is musical. There are friend groups that will just burst out into song, you know?
Starting point is 00:00:40 In high schools? See, like in theaters? With Zac Efron? Who was the last person you've known to burst out into a song? I don't know. I mean, like, those other two that you— Those two random guys? Those two random guys.
Starting point is 00:00:53 I don't know their names. I heard they have just this weird podcast. I could see, like, Daniel— We're taking shots! We're taking shots. What is this shot taking? Danny drank a whole bottle of wine last episode. He started taking shots.
Starting point is 00:01:05 We're taking shots. All right, Jason, he wants to take shots. Can you pull out? Can you get the Doritos vodka? That's not what I mean. We're taking shots. Get the Doritos and get a math question ready. Yeah, get a Doritos math question and then a real taco.
Starting point is 00:01:15 Doritos math question. But they do seem like thespians, though. It's funny because they seem like thespians and also people that would hate thespians at the same time. I know, right? So, like, isn't that everybody a little bit, I guess? Yeah, I guess so. You know, like, Danny loves football. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:32 But if there was just, like, actual football players that he hung out with all the time talking about football, he wouldn't like them. Well, are they professionals? Obviously not. He's right. I'm talking about, like, in high school, would high school football? Yeah, probably not. I don't know. I, you know.
Starting point is 00:01:49 This is way better than I thought it'd be. There is a phenomenon of like if you're really into certain things, it can be really annoying unless you're a professional at it, then it's allowed. Like we talked about this. Like if Michael Phelps talks about swimming all the time, that's fine. Tom Brady goes into depth about football aerodynamics, that's fine. You want to listen to him. I don't want to listen to Jason tell me about Kingdom Hearts. You're not a professional Kingdom Hearts player.
Starting point is 00:02:17 Wait, why did I catch a stray? Yeah, but honestly, actually, he just aimed his bow and arrow right at you. Yeah, it wasn't a stray. Yeah, he got you. Sniper shot. Also, but if there was anybody who would tell me about it, I would want Jason to tell me about it, because I know nothing about Kingdom Hearts, and he knows about Kingdom Hearts religiously.
Starting point is 00:02:31 Yes. I mean, I think he, you know, he's on, what is it, Rule 30? No, that's not the forum. That's not the right forum. Jason would tell me about it all the time. I forgot the name. You have an account there, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:41 It's called, like, Sora's Hot Buns or something. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. You know the main character. Well, yeah, everyone knows him. That's enough to get by. Everyone knows the main character. Well, and Mickey.
Starting point is 00:02:49 I know a little bit about everything enough to get out of any conversation. If you can name three Kingdom Hearts characters, I'll take a shot at three of those. Mickey, Donald Duck, Sora. No, no. Goofy. Got him. No Disney characters, my bad. Jack Skellington's in it, I'm pretty sure.
Starting point is 00:03:04 Disney. What is this about? Is Jack Skellington Disney? No. No. That does not fit your parameters. It could be Disney. Jason, you lost this bet.
Starting point is 00:03:13 That's Tim Burton. Jason, you lost this bet. You just lost it. Okay. I'm spelling that. First of all, you spell it like skeleton, you dump. Like a skeleton. I can't handle this.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Oh, my gosh. This is bad. I can't handle this. I hate my fingers. Okay, but Jason, you realize anyone in that game is going to be Disney now. You told us. What does that say? Hey, everybody here.
Starting point is 00:03:32 But you said non-Disney characters. Isn't anyone in that game Disney? Look up Is Sora Disney. First of all, they're. Oh, that's a good question. First of all, they're watching. They're watching. You're telling me that Kingdom Hearts characters, Goofy, Donald, Mickey, don't count.
Starting point is 00:03:43 You're wrong. You take your shot. Come here. There's like, there's 40 characters that are just unique. And we named three. Four, actually. Come here. Come here and take, you gotta take it.
Starting point is 00:03:52 You gotta put your, you gotta put the Doritos where your mouth is. Get over here. We have, uh, we got something. I don't know. You tell us. You tell us, producer boy. We got a little test. Oh, you wanna do this?
Starting point is 00:04:04 Sure. You wanna do a test? Oh, let's do it. So I found this. You ever see those images in an image? Like, you look at an image. Oh, if you really look hard, it's a cowboy. But if you look out, it looks like a dog.
Starting point is 00:04:13 Like clouds. I don't really want to compare it to clouds because JT notoriously can't see things in clouds. I know what you're talking about, though. It's like it's a picture of a vase and then, like, there's a woman in the. Oh, like two women kissing. Two women, yes. Yes. And now it's like, what did you see first, the vase or the woman kissing?
Starting point is 00:04:32 I found a, I think it's BuzzFeed, but either way, I found. I love this. I found a bunch of pictures like that. I want to see if JT can see things in those. So it's a bunch of pictures that look like other pictures. Whichever one you see first, you say out loud, and it's going to be able to tell what percentage group you're in. Is the blue and yellow dress going to be in here? I doubt it.
Starting point is 00:04:49 I'm not going to lie. I can't see anything right now. Yeah. Honestly, I'm surprised you're even – like, what are you wearing? I'm just wearing – I'm just rocking some cool shades. So I would say this is a – this isn't really a Rorschach test. It's more like a mini Rorschach test or a sister of a Rorschach test we're taking. It's a mini sister Rorschach test.
Starting point is 00:05:05 But in this one, there actually are two things. Yes. It's what do you see first. First of all, in the Rorschach test, those are also – Aren't those just like ink blotches? I think in the Rorschach it's an ink blot and then
Starting point is 00:05:18 it doesn't actually matter what you see as long as you don't see someone burning your house down. I think that's what it is. There are answers like, oh, do you see a fox or a bird or a person? There are things. I see someone with two pairs of glasses on right now. When did you put those on?
Starting point is 00:05:35 He put on his glasses so he could see. He's got to be able to see. Close your eyes for one second because I've got to zoom in. Okay. I don't want to. No, you're right. You're right. Let us know.
Starting point is 00:05:45 We're good? Danny just took off his glasses. We're good? Yes. This is the first one. Okay. So the first thing you see here, that's what we're supposed to do? I mean, you're.
Starting point is 00:05:52 It's the people. Are you crazy? I'm seeing the people first. The faces. Two faces. I mean, obviously you could see the people and the apple. How do you not see an apple first here? Well, it's just like what I focused on first.
Starting point is 00:06:02 Yeah, what do you see first? I focused on the people first. What do you see first? I looked dead center and I saw two noses. Oh, man. This is so clearly an apple, primarily, and then two people second. No, but it's not about, it's like what you saw first. I think you're wrong.
Starting point is 00:06:14 I saw the apple first. It's ginormous. We both know it's an apple, and there are people. We just saw the people first. You can be dumb. I think you're dumb. Wow. He's saying that he's-
Starting point is 00:06:27 That's clearly an apple. We're not saying it's not an apple. It's a silhouette of people, and then there's like the colors and everything of the apple first. No one's saying it's not an apple. First of all, it's an apple core, so I don't even know what you're seeing. That's number one. Apple core, yes. All right, scroll down.
Starting point is 00:06:41 We've got to answer this, I believe. Apple, two faces. Oh, it's going to tell us something at the end? Yeah, no, it'll literally tell you what percentage you're in. You can just hit it. So the two faces, we're in the 20%. Big done. We're in the 20%.
Starting point is 00:06:54 These guys just want to be different. They saw the apple first. I don't know. I think I want to be in the ones that are different. Honestly, that one is a bad one. I didn't like that. All right, let's see. What do you see first?
Starting point is 00:07:02 right away go duck i saw a duck first i see the rabbit first this is like the classic you see now i grew jt there's no way you saw the rabbit first i just looked over here first but even as it comes down you see the beak first i didn't i didn't look at the top i looked at the eye this one i think i i'm on danny's side i think this one you could see either first but i clearly see i clearly see both i saw the duck the duck even has a little a little tongue yeah it does have a little duck tongue okay what do we got what percentage we in so danny's rabbit we're duck oh that's pretty close oh i'm the minority again okay he loves being a minority he loves being the minority okay how about we close our eyes again and you just peer it so we don't see it slowly
Starting point is 00:07:42 all right open go woman yes a woman first old woman what is the i see an old woman what do you guys see i see a young woman what do you mean you guys see a young woman i see a young Wait, what is the old woman? I see an old woman. It's the entire thing. Oh, it's a woman turned away. Yeah, but... Just her back and that's her hair.
Starting point is 00:08:03 Wait, what? Where do you see the old woman? What do you mean, where's the old woman? It's the entire thing is an old woman. This one's cheating because it's either you see like a realistic young woman or like a weird cartoony old woman. Wait, why is that cheating? Also, where's the real woman? That's the side of her face.
Starting point is 00:08:18 She's looking away. I got you. I got you. Because I see a mouth. This is her nose. She's facing about that way, towards Jeremy over here. It's her back. That's her nose.
Starting point is 00:08:26 Oh, I see. So the eye is supposed to be an ear? Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's what I saw first. Wow. I'm incapable of seeing the old woman. I literally...
Starting point is 00:08:35 You can't see the old woman? Can you point to him, the old woman? Jason, her nose is like the old woman's old witch nose. So, Jason, let's say the ear of the young woman is the eyeball, and then the choker is the mouth. And the chin is the nose. the young woman's chin is the nose big schnoz on this
Starting point is 00:08:53 kind of witch looking lady yeah it's oh now I see it there you go that took a long time there you go alright
Starting point is 00:08:59 it's definitely people definitely saw the young woman first yeah huh I was shocked you saw the old woman first it took me a second
Starting point is 00:09:07 to actually see it it was the entire thing that's why because like it was just the entire thing so that's what I thought okay next one alright
Starting point is 00:09:13 closing eyes alright what do we see first open two guys two men obviously men two manly men Yeah, obviously men.
Starting point is 00:09:20 Two manly men. I don't even know what the other thing's supposed to be. Pillars? They're like vases, I guess. I don't know. Oh, yeah. They're like ceramics. Obviously men.
Starting point is 00:09:26 Yeah, some men. Yeah. Two people are white columns? White columns. Wow, the white column's got 6%. Well, no column looks like this. Yeah, yeah. What even is this?
Starting point is 00:09:37 I feel like the answer would have been more like, oh, wait, what am I looking at? And then if you made me write it down on a sheet, I don't even know if I would have said columns, but like chess pieces maybe? You know? Yeah, I thought they were ceramics. Wow, 125,000 people saw. wow is seven thousand six percent of 130 000 well temper i guess uh yeah 10 might be 6.5 i don't know if they round down or what they probably round all right close yep oh yeah and open
Starting point is 00:10:04 old man old man and now i see people in him i see like a fiery hell i see like a cabin looks like an orgy it's a little orgy-esque i don't know if i see a cabin it looks like moscow night sky like that might be a boat but is that not like indian architecture yeah but russian architecture kind of looks oh yeah architecture like you ever see the what is it called the house he lives in taj mahal kremlin the kremlin oh the house he lives in the north pole so it's just an old man yeah i see also right in the comments what you saw first by the way well let's see the results here oh a group of women i didn't even think those were women honestly i thought it was a bunch of both yeah yeah face first face first i feel like we're
Starting point is 00:10:44 losing for some reason. I don't know why I feel like I'm losing. I think you want to be with the majority or the minority. I don't know. It's a great question. I don't know. It's like about... I don't know. Don't be a sheep. Alright, close. I haven't gotten minority once yet, so I'm a sheep.
Starting point is 00:11:00 T.T. Hayes minority. And open. Pillars? I don't know what I'm supposed to be looking at. Do you see three or five or four? Do you see three or five? I saw four. Wait, what? Or, sorry, three or four.
Starting point is 00:11:14 And it's whether you look at the top or the bottom, really. Oh, actually, while Jason was... Jason, can you just scroll up and down? Like, just, like, rapidly, like, short. It kind of changes a little bit. Look at that. You see that? Yeah, it does change.
Starting point is 00:11:24 That's weird. It's going to say, did you see three or four first? Well, it's definitely four. Yeah, I saw four first. Yeah. It's definitely four. Yeah, because I looked at the images top down. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:31 It's definitely four. Yeah, yeah, it's four. 21% saw three columns? Well, some people probably look from the bottom of an image up. No, but even while you're scrolling on the site, you go top down. That's true, but we're also not doing that. Also, who looks at an image bottom up? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:11:49 People read from right to left. What the hell does that have to do with anything? I'm saying people do all kinds of different things. Nobody reads, though, like bottom up. Yeah, no one starts at the bottom of the page and reads up. They wouldn't be able to read. Says who? Who knows?
Starting point is 00:12:03 I don't know. Can you tell them? Some people wear two sets of glasses. I don't know about writing. This is reading. You could call me six eyes right now. That'd be offensive. I'd rather just call you Danny.
Starting point is 00:12:17 Like an insect. Next one. Close one. Oh. Open. Skull. Yeah, skull. Yeah, that's just so much of skull.
Starting point is 00:12:26 That's so too skull-y. It's just too skull-y. I see the two children, I guess, but it's just too skull-y for me. Yeah. 19%. That's still pretty big. Bro, get out of here. See, I don't get how you don't see a skull first.
Starting point is 00:12:40 Get out of here. That one's also not even that good. That one's just like a skull and two children like mushed together. That one is so aggressively a skull. Yeah. I agree. I don't know. How many more do we have left?
Starting point is 00:12:50 Probably like two or three. Here we go. Oh, that's it. I guess by halfway through the page. Okay. Fair guess. now i want to do something where that what we saw tells us what that means about us because i'm sure it does mean something yeah we should try it we should i want to i've been trying to find a good
Starting point is 00:13:13 rorschach test and for those of you i don't know it's like the blot test you see what's in there you know jd can't see clouds yeah but like i want to know if i want to know something's wrong with one of us yeah i don't think it's really going to tell that i don't know if that science is really you know oh is there like a left brain right brain test we can take i just i just don't think there's one where you look at one thing, we all decide, and then it flip tells you what. You usually have to do a whole test. Do you think Danny's more left-brained or right-brained?
Starting point is 00:13:38 What's middle-brained? Smooth-brained? Is that the joke? No. What's smooth-brained? I think that means that. They're stupid. Dumb. If you have wrinkles in your brain, it means you're smart, so smooth-brained is dumb. Yeah. I think I'm... You're a righty, right? There's no lefties here. I forget the left-right-brained thing.
Starting point is 00:13:54 No, I think right is math and left is butterflies. I was saying there's no right there's no left-handed people here right there's none of those freaks well he's not here those freaks not nobody here is left okay so left a left brain right yeah left brain is logical analytical linear verbal factual sequential right brain is creative intuitive artistic non-verbal emotional imaginative you know what's crazy how there are some people that you know unfortunate event happen and they lose half their brain and they still do things yeah it's not weird or what what they used to do is like uh a treatment that they would offer for
Starting point is 00:14:32 i think epilepsy or like seizures of some kind is they would sever the thing that connects your left brain right brain and then you have two people inside you they just start your hands start fighting with each other they start making different decisions why why is that a cure to epilepsy this is like this is what they this is what they used to do oh bro you guys need this will blow your mind look up uh right what's the middle part called look up severing right brain left brain connection cerebellum yeah and look up like a synopsis maybe maybe uh the google ai or something split brain so here here after the right and left brain are separated each hemisphere will have its own separate perception concepts and impulses to act uh i guess you could click on
Starting point is 00:15:15 that but i don't know if we want to read a whole it's probably just gonna oh yeah it's a wikipedia So, it can cause problematic dilemmas. There was a case in which when one split-brain patient would dress himself, sometimes he pulled his pants up with one hand, the side of the brain that wanted to get dressed, and down with the other side. So, I guess the other side wanted to get back in bed. It's wild. This sounds fake. This is not fake. I promise you.
Starting point is 00:15:39 This sounds like the plot of Limitless. Like, you only use 10% of your brain. Now we can unlock the 90%. That's what this sounds like. Some seizure signals from a crossing man. Yeah, so it's called the corpus callosum. I'm telling you, this is real. This is well documented.
Starting point is 00:15:56 And it was for some kind of seizure. So Danny, every morning, would have to fight to get out of bed and get dressed. And the other hand could just be giving him haymakers to the face to get back in bed. I was exaggerating with that. Your hands don't, like, there's a woman who says that sometimes one of her hands will smack something out of her other hand. Like, that side doesn't want to do something. this is like this is this is making my mind my brain hurt bro it because because wait a minute hold on so then why so you're saying i already have the two angry at me you're saying you're
Starting point is 00:16:28 saying i already have the two beasts inside of me but somehow that they are like they're connected yes and so they don't overpower each other and this is why you're either right brain or left brain dominated because one side has kind of has kind of kicked back a little bit and let the other take over because the other one's more dominant once why once one thank you uh blue one side is more convincing than the other side yeah it could be that but uh it really brings into question like the concept of like the human mind and like even the soul like how if you separate if you cut the brain how is there now two people almost inside of you it makes sense though well danny's answer is, that's a bunch of malarkey.
Starting point is 00:17:09 This doesn't sound real. I will send you... So I watched a little mini documentary on it. We don't need surgery. Corpus colostomy. Danny, why don't we at 3,000 patrons... Oh my god. At 3,000 patrons, we'll split you, and then we'll just put you right back
Starting point is 00:17:25 in a week. I don't think that can happen. No? You don't think that's how this would go? So they never fully stopped. Oh my god, it's still an effective surgery. If they never fully stopped, that means they probably changed it, right? They don't do the split personality thing anymore. Yeah, maybe you don't have to sever it all the way, but you can kind of nick at it.
Starting point is 00:17:42 Yeah, exactly. Like, you know, chop it up a little bit. Just chip, chip, chip away. Yeah, yeah. Kind of just like, you know, maybe poke at it. Yo, hey, calm down. Like how you would, you know. So it was temporarily abandoned in the mid-20th century due to concerns about split brain
Starting point is 00:17:52 symptoms. It's wild, bro. So I could be writing, I love you in a love letter, and then my other hand could be writing, no, actually, we hate this person. 100%. I was going to call this, imagine, I just created a person to then call them a bitch in my story can you write with uh your left hand oh god i mean i could can you read it i i don't think so i could attempt all right but this is scary that they but it's terrifying this is for
Starting point is 00:18:18 epilepsy and seizures though right so if you fall and hit your head really hard and sever it now you're just two people i don't think you could hit your head and and do this like i don't know i feel like your brain's probably super i think i need a knife yeah right also how do they know to go in there and sever it? Dude, they were doing all kinds of crazy shit. They're doing human tests. Bro, they used to just, if you had seizures, they would just go, oh, this is the part of your brain
Starting point is 00:18:45 where the personality is? Yoink. Oh, you're fixed. I did, I saw that. It was the lobotomy. I saw that, I saw that. You just become a zombie. Yeah, lobotomy is crazy.
Starting point is 00:18:52 I'm glad we were born when we were. Yeah. Well, I mean. Science is ever evolving. I don't have epilepsy, though. In fact, I like epilepsy-triggering videos. I love a video that's just incredibly fast-flashing lights. I love that.
Starting point is 00:19:10 My sister's friend has epilepsy, can't go to raves and stuff, haunted houses. I love it. They still go, but I think you can wear special glasses now. You can wear just glasses for anything. Yeah, I guess they do have. My brother had it, but he didn't. I think the flashing light one is like, I think there's a bunch of different kinds. my brother had it when we were growing up and his thing was he had to go to bed at like 10 10 30
Starting point is 00:19:32 every night yeah otherwise if he stayed up too late if he got too tired he would have a seizure i remember that so basically like entirety of his high school and everything he couldn't stay up late if he got too tired yeah so like i think i don't know i don't even remember bro so long ago but was he allergic to 10 p.m you know no no it's like if he stayed up too late i think in the morning he would have a seizure if he just threw off his sleep schedule i guess that's scary yo that sucks yeah the first time it happened we were on a road trip to myrtle beach which i guess you know you could get tired on a road trip and we didn't know he had anything like this right and then all of a sudden his jaw just started shaking and drool just started coming out of his mouth
Starting point is 00:20:15 like jack you good bro jack yeah oh i didn't know are you good dude and he just terrifying did he know he was having one or when you have a seizure you're kind of just you get knocked out essentially right this was like his first one oh it's his first one too yeah he thinks he's dying yeah pretty much what was going on oh my god that's so scary that is scary he doesn't get them anymore uh no no he he had a version where you grow out of it but he got it from hitting his head wow so you can do it from hitting your head yeah see that's scary well It's crazy, bro. Do we have anything lighthearted, Jason, in the Jason questions?
Starting point is 00:20:52 Because I'm starting to freak myself out. All right. I do want to ask this question. I don't know if we're all going to have the same answer. I think I'll be different here. Dude, I thought he had a fucking notepad. Like, he pulled out a notepad. A notepad?
Starting point is 00:21:03 No, I'm not a psycho. All right, so here we go. You can remove one of your human needs. Number one, sleeping. You no longer need to sleep. You can stay awake indefinitely. If you decide to sleep for your own amusement, you immediately enter a dream state, and you can wake up from an alarm or after six hours whichever one comes first so that's number
Starting point is 00:21:22 one number two is eating and drinking permanently maintain your current body maintenance and uh you eat and drink for your own amusement number three is protective clothing you are now covered in protective skin that maintains your temperature under any conditions number four is breathing you can inhale you can inhale if you would like to smell or taste the air but you no longer need air to survive you can go underwater you can walk through a cloud of poisonous air whatever those are the four okay some good options here sorry just sleeping don't let him do it again i'm eating no i'm not gonna no just sleeping breathing eating and what was the fourth sleeping eating protective clothes and breathing oh yeah it's like temperature
Starting point is 00:22:06 proof it's your skin or it's your clothes or what is it uh you get a protective like skin You can wear any outfit in any climate And you'll feel perfectly Temperate That's a word I'm not gonna lie, I'm doing that I'm doing the protective clothing He's cold constantly
Starting point is 00:22:27 That is in four layers That has got to be the worst one It's the only one that can be solved by putting on a sweater So it is the worst one Jason's saying he doesn't want to just Toss on a coat and be able to breathe Under water you just want to like dude imagine my fits bro i don't have to worry about the temperature i
Starting point is 00:22:45 wear whatever i want the fits would go so hard the fits would go hard the fits would go crazy like if you're wearing shorts in the snow you look like an idiot a little bit there's a not breathing one i know not breathing is like a legitimate superpower dude i think the no sleep one is a serious superpower i know he was gonna go the efficient one because it's jt but also at the same time i i like sleeping so like i am yeah and also like eating but you can sleep yeah you can and now you're now you're uniformed it's six hours boom or or in a lot yeah i gotta go that i gotta go that if if he said i couldn't still sleep for my own enjoyment then i wouldn't but on the eating and drinking one you could still eat and drink for your own amusement because
Starting point is 00:23:26 you're functionally like making your life a third longer yeah bro i'm living to 120 now basically Yeah. Yeah. You guys have done it in 90. I'm done in 120 in JT years. That's where we're going by now, JT years, because my years are longer. I just feel like I could do cooler things being able to breathe underwater and not breathe. Can I go to space?
Starting point is 00:23:46 I think it's too cold. I was thinking that, too. Imagine the subathons, too. I don't have to sleep. I mean, we don't have to imagine. Chaz did it anyway. Chaz did it. Chaz did it.
Starting point is 00:23:55 Chaz might as well pick something else. I don't know how Chaz did that. I still don't know. Yeah, I don't know. That was crazy. He's built different is all. What are you doing, Jason? Oh, right.
Starting point is 00:24:04 That's why you said you would have a different pick? I thought at least it would be like you can't get cut from stuff. You wanted one you could fight crime with? Yeah, that'd be cool. Well, I thought that's a protective skin, man. Not just like, oh, I'm not cold. Yeah, can you make it armor? Well, you can't be super durable.
Starting point is 00:24:19 Can it be Kevlar? No, you can't be super durable because you can't get into a car wreck and walk out okay. No, I don't think so. It's just temperatures. Stab proof. It's just temperatures? And wind also. Stab proof.
Starting point is 00:24:29 And wind I'll take? what happens to you now in the wind i blow away that's funny guy loves blowing i don't know the breathing one it's cool it's not very useful the problem is i'm not as if i was fast last time you were underwater had to be at least six months ago you probably probably okay all right i mean but i but six months ago i could have been underwater longer that's true can you add i could talk to fish you just had it just had it you can't be also if i could breathe underwater i feel like i would be underwater much more often of course yeah like what are we talking about you buy an ocean side house probably yeah i might move honestly just because i don't want to go in
Starting point is 00:25:12 cold water all the time yeah but you also can't see better i mean you can't talk to a shark you just put on goggles yeah well if the water's murky it's fish deal with it yeah i don't know how they do that yeah actually that's a really good point like i've worn goggles in the ocean and it's just brown everywhere. And I go, how do fish look around? I know fish have eyes. Do they just not see the entire time? Must be.
Starting point is 00:25:34 I don't know. Or is it a daredevil thing where they have senses and they can see that way? It's probably that. Have you ever seen the image of how animals see their eyes? Can you look up how – what does fish vision look like? This is a good question. So many fish are flat and they have two eyes like here. No, they can still see the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:25:52 They have the – like their peripherals are essentially looking straightforward. Okay, can you show us fish vision, please? What do fish see? This is a video, but... No, see, this isn't a fish bowl. This is where water is... This didn't change the colors. Yeah, I need it in the ocean.
Starting point is 00:26:07 How many cones do they have? Cue on. The thing is, though, a lot of the ocean does look... It's much more clear than, like, the oceans by us, so... I know, but I'm curious about those fish. Can you look up what fish see in the ocean? Because if I put on goggles and I go underneath murky water, I can't see shit.
Starting point is 00:26:26 panoramic view. It doesn't blur your surroundings. It doesn't blur your surroundings. That fish looks funny. An excellent motion detection. All right. I think the answer is they don't know. That seems to be the answer.
Starting point is 00:26:39 Because they're not fish. They're not fish. Yeah, you're not fish. So how would you know how fish see? I don't know. I wonder if other animals have eye issues and would glasses work? like if you put glasses on a gorilla would it work dude watching a gorilla wear glasses and
Starting point is 00:27:00 hold a book would be so funny can we get is there have we ever corrected a gorilla's vision or like dog glasses maybe i don't know corrective lenses i'm sure you put glasses on a dog like you you have to right i think maybe if they had uh cataracts they would do a corrective like laser surgery to like zap them yeah they wouldn't put glasses but i'm not sure that oh he has 20 30 vision let's give him i'm pretty sure this is gene therapy that's bionic prosthetic eyes what are we talking about just right have dogs ever worn glasses why are you doing have we ever corrected animals domestic doggles like dogs have had their vision corrected with glasses specialized goggles called doggles that's awesome it's adorable yes animals especially dogs have
Starting point is 00:27:42 their visions corrected with special glasses doggles yeah but now it feels like doggles take like an eye exam like how do you figure that out it's just it keeps ramming into the wall because it can't see, or table legs. Yeah, I guess it'd be hard for to get the prescription down, right? Dogs definitely need glasses because every dog that's at the end of its life,
Starting point is 00:28:04 for people I've known or anything, they're always blind. They're always blind and usually deaf, too. They need some hearing aids as well. Also, how do they tell when babies need glasses? They can't tell you. Some babies wear glasses. I don't know if they do before, like, two.
Starting point is 00:28:20 Yeah. No, babies do have glasses sometimes. I think it's just they can't – you're like, oh, they should be – there's just markers. Like, oh, he or she with the child should be able to see shit. Yeah, maybe, oh, he doesn't smile until I get like two feet away from his face and then he sees on me. Yeah, or he can't pick up his Cheerios unless I put them in his mouth or her mouth. I didn't get glasses until I was in like third grade. Yeah, but you two seem like one of the people that would try to hide it.
Starting point is 00:28:44 Oh, I definitely – when I got them, I didn't wear them. I just didn't like how they looked. That's fair. Not exactly what I meant. a lot of kids like that. I meant like trying to fake out the doctor and pretend you could see good. For sure. I was in fifth grade. And I would just
Starting point is 00:28:57 put them on just like I'm doing right now. Like if I needed to read for school, I'd put them on and then I'd take them off. How bad was your vision in fourth grade? Like how bad did you let it get before your parents were like, Danny, we gotta go to somewhere? You couldn't see the board? It was definitely
Starting point is 00:29:12 tricky seeing the board. But I don't have that bad a vision. Do you just have distance? Yeah, just distance. Is that farsighted? No, you're nearsighted. I'm nearsighted and farsighted. That means you can see near. I can't see.
Starting point is 00:29:23 I always flip them. It's a classic flip. It's a classic flip. How does farsighted make any sense? You have really great vision except for when it's in your face? Yeah. That's crazy. Your eyes can't contract.
Starting point is 00:29:35 They only – it's the opposite, right? Your eyes can't expand. Yeah, like reading glasses. I feel like that's very common. Like your eye muscle just works one way. It's tight. Tight as shit. Have you ever, like, just, I don't know, just messing around and you're looking at something and you intentionally, like, autofocus your eyes?
Starting point is 00:29:52 It is pretty incredible that you can just, like, not focus in on something and then, boom, focus in on it. We had a whole TikTok go viral about this. Yeah. When I said I have the ability to take my eyes in and out of focus and, like, half the people said, what are you talking about? I'm like, I can do it, too. Yeah, you can, like, make your sight blurry. Remember this? I can make Antonio blurry.
Starting point is 00:30:09 I remember it, but I'm trying to, like, do it and I don't think I can. Well, I can only do it with something in front of me. So, like, if I look at the mic right now, that's in focus. Everything else is blurry. And if I don't move at all, I can make the mic blurry and everything else. Are you just looking behind the mic? I see what you're saying. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:25 Well, no, I'm looking into the mic, and that's – now it's in focus, and the picnic table is blurry. And then now I'm looking at the picnic table in front of the mic over here, and the mic is blurry. Okay, so that's not exactly what I'm talking about. So, yes, he just said it the same way you did. He's looking behind the mic. Yeah, you're looking behind the mic. Yeah, yeah, he's looking behind the mic. Which –
Starting point is 00:30:41 Yeah. Yeah. That was a good example, though, because I was able to kind of do it. Yeah. I can do it without moving my eyes. Like, I can make Antonio blurry. What, do you just cross your eyes, essentially? No, there's a muscle that we can use to do essentially what you described, but we don't
Starting point is 00:30:55 have to, like, change what we're focusing on. We're just changing the focus of our eyes, like a camera, like a little dial. See, that makes no sense. I'm doing it right now. Now I don't get it. You're definitely just crossing your eyes. It's not crossing his eyes. Look at me.
Starting point is 00:31:06 Look at me right in the face. Okay. Make me blurry. Make me... I'm going in and out right now. No, no, no. I want one at a time. All right.
Starting point is 00:31:16 Because I want to see. Yeah, like I want blurry, then not blurry. I'll tell you when. Blurry. Not blurry. Not blurry. Blurry. Not blurry.
Starting point is 00:31:25 It looks the fucking same. He's not moving. Wow. What do you expect to see? My pupils change? Something. Something. Something.
Starting point is 00:31:30 I think he's lying. That's definitely different than what I'm talking about. I'm talking more about autofocus. He's just talking about looking. No, I'm just choosing what to focus on. That's what focus is. I'm pretty sure what I'm doing, I think, is just, like, I'm not changing what I'm looking at. Like, I'm still looking directly at him, and nothing else comes in focus.
Starting point is 00:31:49 But I think I'm just, like, doing the same thing, kind of. I don't know. I can't do that. I feel like I'm crossing my eyes. I feel like that's what I'm doing to get it blurry. I'm just, like. This is going to sound crazy. I used to be able to change, like, kind of the color of the room.
Starting point is 00:32:01 Jason. I don't. No, Jason's a superhero. You see what he just did? He made every point you just made worse. No. Because he's on your side. I don't want him on my side.
Starting point is 00:32:09 He's on your side. I swear on my life, God strike me down with lightning right now. All right, explain. What are you talking? I understand. Oh, and there's no explanation. If I just, like, focus on an object for, like, I'm talking 30 seconds, like, I can make the room kind of go yellow. Was it one color?
Starting point is 00:32:25 Or can you also, if you focus hard enough, can you make it go red? I haven't done it in a while because, like, I feel like it's really damaging my eyes. Damaging your eyes? What are you doing? I'm just, like, focusing on an object so much. Can you only turn it yellow? Yeah, there are other colors involved. Oh, he's trying.
Starting point is 00:32:38 He's damaging his eyes. And he's actively trying. What are you making yellow? What if it turned yellow? Then I'd be scared. Yeah, it's like, oh, Jason, wait. I can't really do it. It's not going to be Jason.
Starting point is 00:32:48 Maybe it's something I didn't. Can you search on Google? If you don't train a power, you lose it. Look up on Google, I can make the room yellow. I can change colors. I can change colors. Change colors by focusing. This is going to be like a Photoshop tutorial or something.
Starting point is 00:33:06 Oh, there you go. Change color by focusing the riders through optical. Yeah, but optical illusions are cheating. You're going to get a bright color until fatigued. I guess that's what I was doing. Oh. So are you just staring at the light or something? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:16 Oh. Oh, cyan. So you're just tiring your eyes. You're just tiring your eyes. Cyan feeds to red. Oh. So you were just, yeah, you were just damaging your eyes. Was this before or after you needed glasses?
Starting point is 00:33:28 Oh, it was during. My eyes can't get any worse. I was going to say, I thought this is what caused it. So it's fatiguing of, you actively fatigue your cones. It definitely felt, like, unhealthy. Wow, what a thing. We thought you made that up. That's impressive.
Starting point is 00:33:42 I do love when I'm on TikTok and I get one of those things where, like, you look at the red dot for 30 seconds, and then you look around, and everything swirls. I like that. So I was just looking something up. Jason, can you look up? It's the same color in both images. You've seen this one? Yeah, well, that's color theory, right? This one makes no sense.
Starting point is 00:34:01 Danny, I think this is your thing. This is my thing. Go back. The best example was those two cubes. I remember this one to the right to the right yeah that's a classic
Starting point is 00:34:09 that's an all time classic if you put your finger in the middle yeah they're the same color well now they're not actually oh two fingers you have to color the shaded part
Starting point is 00:34:18 no no just do two fingers yeah you have to cover the whole shaded part two fingers two fingers and then you take it away and it changes holy shit
Starting point is 00:34:24 look at that yeah Jason finger that finger that thing it changes literally it changes in front of my eye this is the same reason why when we were playing
Starting point is 00:34:30 hues and cues on the video we did a few days ago there you go Danny when you're looking at the card without all the colors around it it's a totally different color than when you're looking at the grid it's a completely
