Starting point is 00:00:00 it's wheelbarrow no it's not I think it's barrow it's barrow I'll bet you a lot of money wheelbarrow that's what it is that doesn't even make
Starting point is 00:00:08 any f***ing sense each one of these jelly beans is a week of your life this is how many you've had so far I don't know about that Danny I don't know about that
Starting point is 00:00:18 have you seen some of these vans are nicer than like half the apartments in New York City boo get the doll off the stage I want to see this guy's
Starting point is 00:00:24 transformer it's a car that turns into a thing alright what's up hoes oh my toe hoes awesome welcome back to the piggy boys podcast yeah i'm looking at them i'm looking at them naughty or nice week three um and the final week on the podcast starts right now true so classic naughty or nice we all pick collectively one scroll and we all have to do that thing oh okay so there are there are two things that well
Starting point is 00:00:54 one of them could be blank we don't know and he just only has one thing prepared that's true So, I don't know. So, the finale will be not on the next podcast, because that's December 24th. The finale will be this Wednesday. Oh, okay. Big video, then. This Wednesday, big video, Naughty or Nice extravaganza, 18 good or bad gifts are going to be under the tree, and me, JT, and Antonio are going to take turns picking them.
Starting point is 00:01:18 Also, what tree? Well, you'll see. Oh, okay. All right. All right. Well, either way. Well, I actually have to talk about that. i'm not going to the woods and chopping down a fucking tree we don't need a real tree
Starting point is 00:01:30 dude you see all those real trees that are have just praying mantis eggs in them all those videos excuse me there's countless videos of what i'm sorry hold on but there's there's countless videos coming out of people going to get their real trees chopping them down bringing them home and then just a spider sack hatches and just spiders everywhere the bad thing is that you can't kill a praying mantis if i bring back a tree from the woods and there's thousands of praying Manti around my fucking presence, they're all getting squished. Tell me who's finding out. That's fair. It's more of a bad luck
Starting point is 00:01:58 thing, I think. Oh, but I think it's an illegal thing. Yeah. Because they're endangered. Yeah. Actually, I've never heard the luck thing. Were you that heavy on don't kill them because you just thought it was bad luck? Like breaking a window or walking under a ladder? Oh, for sure. It's illegal?
Starting point is 00:02:15 Yeah, they're endangered. Yeah, I think so. Oh, I mean, if I saw one, I'm killing one. But you just... What about the bad luck? Yeah, what about the bad luck? I don't believe in that shit. Okay, let's get into the naughty or nice. All right, all right. Collectively pick one.
Starting point is 00:02:28 Notice there's three colors. Right. Well, the colors have meaning. Doubt it. It's Christmas. Is killing a praying mantis have meaning? It's up to you, Danny. All right, so I would say green means go.
Starting point is 00:02:44 Red means dead. White means... All right? All right, maybe? all right it's me and you obviously he's not he can't he can't even chime in he can't even chime in do you have all your eye on one i think that he didn't put the psychology of the colors into the meaning at all that's what i think i think he just found twine and wrapped them actually i don't even think he really knows oh the papers look a little different so i don't know this is
Starting point is 00:03:09 what i think he knows he knows that this one's wrapped really tight so he knows what that one is this one's a little feathery so he knows what that one is could have forgotten the green by now One of these could be blank. So what do you think? I'll tell you this much. I'm not going to say anything. Yeah, there you go. I mean, I know which one I want to pick.
Starting point is 00:03:25 What do you want to pick? Well, are you going first? I mean, no matter what, we can't have any. Just say it on three. All right. All right. And then if you disagree, you can continue. All right.
Starting point is 00:03:34 Three, two, one. Green. All right, we'll toss the red out of there. Okay. Red's his. Red's gone. Red's gone. No, we all get one.
Starting point is 00:03:42 No, we all do one. Like, whatever that scroll says, we all do it. This is not every man for himself this time. How does Danny's get picked? Or is he not doing it? We all do the same thing. JT, what's going on? I'm not getting it.
Starting point is 00:03:53 We collectively agree on one, and whatever that says, all of us do it. Oh, okay, okay. So I'll tell you. So we are a team. All right. So I think white. Is one of these a good thing? Yeah, of course.
Starting point is 00:04:05 You sure about that? If it's nice, there's always a good thing. But we just don't know if the good thing is gone now because we got rid of red. I think white symbolizes purity, right? And a white Christmas and niceness. I get it. I don't think it means anything for him. So then why go with green?
Starting point is 00:04:24 Because green means good. Go. Green means Gs. There's a lot of Gs. GGs. Oh, that could be bad. All right. He picked the Reese's last time.
Starting point is 00:04:34 I'm going to go white. We're just taking too long. Let's do white. I agree. All right. The green and red are out. I will say, I did take colors into psychologically this time. This one is called Pucker Face.
Starting point is 00:04:49 And it just says, hold on, I'm going to run in. Eat and enjoy these Sour Straw Candy Canes. We picked nice. For once. We picked nice. Sour. Wait, so what were the colors symbolizing? I don't even like these.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Red was, well, you still have to do it. You still have to do the nice thing. Red, I thought you would think is bad, and it was. And I thought you would think green is good and pick that. That was also bad. Do you want to know which is which? Well, are you going to recycle them? I might throw one of these.
Starting point is 00:05:23 It may end up in next week's Wednesday Naughty or Nice Extravaganza video. Let's see. The red one was... What was the red one? The red one was Apple Bottom Jean shots, and they were just shots of apple cider vinegar. That was not going to be a fun one. Really hoping you didn't pick that.
Starting point is 00:05:43 Yeah, that one's tough for the audio. And then this one is, maybe it is nice. It's called Lunch with Tony and Tony buys us lunch. Oh! Woo-hoo! Lunch. Put that one under the tree. Yeah, put that one under the tree.
Starting point is 00:06:01 I guess it was too nice for us and too naughty for you. Awesome. Awesome. What color was that? That was green. Oh, fuck. I should have let him. Yeah, fucking go with me.
Starting point is 00:06:13 You almost picked it. You were fighting for lunch. I'm real happy with this sour candy cane. Hey, sour straws are good. Can I have another one? Mine's broken. Oh, my God. Every candy cane gets broken.
Starting point is 00:06:24 Why? How do you open them? You don't open them like this? I don't. I like to keep it in. I know some people do that. I do like to keep it intact. You open it.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Do you know how long it takes to open them? What the hell are you doing? Yeah, it is a little upsetting to open them. And broken anyway. And I broke mine where I wanted it. I didn't break the cane part. I like to suck on it until it becomes a shiv. What flavor did you get?
Starting point is 00:06:46 Because the strawberry one is really good. I got a green apple. I was considering that. I have blue raspberry. Very good. Very tasty. It's not really sour. Well, we finally picked nice for once.
Starting point is 00:06:55 That's good. Also, while they're chewing and sucking on their candy canes, we are dead center now into the 12 Days of Christmas on Patreon. Patreon.com slash Picky Boys. There are extra videos in there. we just finished 31 days of october there's also 31 videos just added back there too if you scroll down a little bit or it's in a folder it's pretty crazy yeah there's a it's in a collection on patreon 31 days of october with this between 31 days of october and 12 days of christmas there's
Starting point is 00:07:23 been like what is it 52 extra videos i think a full year almost 53 extra videos that is a full entire year of Wednesday videos. Just extra boom in there. Boom on top. Yeah. So, any time to do it. End of the year, treat yourself. Get in there. Say hi to us. I think it's like 150 videos on the year, which is pretty crazy. It's like basically a video
Starting point is 00:07:43 every other day by that man. And we're at 550 patrons plus. So, we hit 600. We get to watch him jump into an ice bath when we do a podcast. So, let's see that. We get to watch us jump into an ice bath. The camera, it'll be funnier to watch you. The camera will be on you. By the way, I don't want to hold them to it on
Starting point is 00:07:59 on podcasts but i will that somebody said in the twitch chat that for every minute after two minutes i last in the ice bath they will donate five dollars to a charity of my choice true and uh how long you think you can't go past 10 either way that's what i said to them because at first they said one dollar and i said that's gonna be an eight dollar donation oh you think you're making it 10 minutes he's not making it you're not making it 10 minutes all right well maybe you should just do every minute the picky boys will do every minute and why don't so if we get there why don't I'll match. I'll match the donation.
Starting point is 00:08:30 There was another person who said they matched. So we're looking to have a little charity ice dunk. It's like the ALS ice challenge, but you submerge yourself. Danny makes it at 1 minute 59 seconds. Like, no one gets nothing. No, but now, see, this is good for my mental. Now I'm going, well, I'm taking a plate of food out of a starving child's mouth. For the children.
Starting point is 00:08:52 If I get out of this ice bath. Dude, now the whole time we're in it, Danny's like, I gotta get out. I gotta get out. It's like, think about the kids. For the children. For the children. No, I'm going to make it, and, you know, I'm very excited about it. We do have to buy troughs.
Starting point is 00:09:07 Well, you know. Or garbage cans I've seen people do it in. You cross that bridge when you get there. I'm a fan of one problem at a time. Right now I've got to find a Christmas tree. You know, we'll get the troughs later. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:09:19 Dude, I used to think that, back to the Christmas tree thing, I used to think that trees could spontaneously combust into flames. yeah because this is what my parents told me well no no really really hot areas can basically happen that's true but i i meant more christmas trees inside the home yeah and i didn't i didn't realize that because there's no matter how it's a fire hazard and and it could go up in flames if like you're not home and stuff and i didn't i didn't make the connection when i was like six that they're talking about you know with the lights wrapped around it and all the electricity could set it off.
Starting point is 00:09:55 Right. Yeah. I just thought they meant like, oh yeah, if a tree gets really dry, it can go up in flames. And by the way, the lights are the safer alternative.
Starting point is 00:10:06 These freaks in Germany, the reason you put lights on your tree is because these freaks in Germany used to put candles on live wood. That's crazy. Yeah. It's wild. And then they would just go to bed.
Starting point is 00:10:18 Just go to bed. And they also hide a pickle in the tree somewhere. I forgot what that tradition's about, but it's like find the pickle in the tree. And you win. And don't set it on fire. It's one of those German games. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:10:28 Yeah. If you find the burnt pickle, not a good day. Yes, yes, yes. Also, bro, give me 30 trees. I can find a pickle, no problem. It's not hard to find a pickle in a tree. How big are these trees? You ever see the inside of a Christmas tree is dense.
Starting point is 00:10:41 Yeah. You know what that means? Someone else had to put the pickle in there. If they could get in there, I could get in there. That's a fact. It's not like they put pickle in the tree root. If it's one tree, yes. If I give you 30 trees, it's going to fall in.
Starting point is 00:10:52 Also, I don't think it's like a fucking dill pickle. It's like a gherkin. They're small. That sucks. If I put a gherkin inside one of 30 trees, bro, it's taking you two hours minimum to find it. For sure. For sure. I think two hours is a great time.
Starting point is 00:11:05 Honestly, I think when you're searching, you might knock it onto the floor, and then it's going to make your life hell. Oh, no. That's my first move. My first move is. Yeah, yeah, yeah. My first move is. Do I have a tool? Do I have a bat?
Starting point is 00:11:15 Can I have a bat? You don't get a tool. A bat. All right, fine. I'm just using my body. My first fucking strategy is dropkicking all 30 trees, and then I'll search the ground, and then if they're not on the ground,
Starting point is 00:11:25 then I'll start looking. That'll be the start of my look. There's piles of pine needles everywhere. It's a pickle in a pine needle stack. You can find a pickle in a pine needle stack. They're not. It's different colors. Camouflage.
Starting point is 00:11:34 They're different colors. This seems like a Mythbusters thing. Have they done this? The actual needle in a haystack? They've done it. They did it. They tried to. Was it easy?
Starting point is 00:11:43 Oh, no. Well. I think one was doing it traditionally, and one had this apparatus machine. and they were saying who does it faster I actually think I think one of them
Starting point is 00:11:51 was searching all day and gave up yeah just gave up also because fuck that also I think hay hurts you kind of
Starting point is 00:11:58 right like it's not it's not you know searching through cotton candy it hurts yeah
Starting point is 00:12:04 well I mean and finding the needle cause that would be the first if it didn't hurt that would be the strategy just fucking stick your hands in
Starting point is 00:12:11 until you get pricked yeah and then eventually you go ow there's the needle ow and then you're just like oh there's two needles
Starting point is 00:12:18 Is there a special ornament you guys hang on your tree? No. I bought a bunch of Picky Boys balls. Oh, nice. Like custom because we can't sell them on the merch store. But that and then I had a Mickey Mouse one and that shattered this year. So that's gone. Of course, you have a fucking Mickey Mouse one.
Starting point is 00:12:37 You also have snowman's in sexual nature. Gingerbread man. Gingerbread man in sexual positions. Yeah, I also have a gingerbread man in doggy style with a gingerbread woman. I don't have... That one, if the parents are coming over, it's a 50-50 shot if I'm leaving that on the tree or not. It's more of a...
Starting point is 00:12:54 I saw Jason staring at it the other day. Just saying, Jason. I know you're back there. I feel like your parents would appreciate that. Appreciate is a word. Not appreciate, but think it's funny. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. They would think it's funny.
Starting point is 00:13:05 I don't have a tree. We don't have a tree. So there's no ornament. But we do have a statue of Hawaiian Santa. uh santa hawaiian shirts a little uh floaty around a little drink in his hand i think that's just santa on vacation yeah i leave it up all year round so it's not really a christmas theme but there's an argument that it is all year round appropriate except fall and spring actually it seemed like a winter summer thing yeah i saw i saw it in a thrift store once and i just went
Starting point is 00:13:36 this is like this is like what i want my life to be this is my vibe you want to be santa i just I just want to be a jolly man drinking on the beach. Does it have a little umbrella in the drink? Santa's not drinking, is he? Santa's drinking? He's surfing, right? No, he's not surfing. No, you're talking about the little stand you have.
Starting point is 00:13:56 He has a float around him. Yeah. I think he's drinking. He might be drinking. Also, we have to go get it. Yeah, go get it. Yeah, go get it. You guys talk.
Starting point is 00:14:05 First of all, if I'm Santa, it's like show and tell today. We should do a show and tell episode. Do you remember show and tell? Yeah, dude, it was so much fun. Dude, what – I would just – God, I would hate everyone else's things because I would just be – like, I was able to bring my toy in, and I would just play with my toy the whole time, honestly. Dude, I remember feeling so jealous of, like, some of the cool-ass toys that kids would bring in. Dude, I would bring in probably, looking back, if some kid showed me the toys I would bring in, just like, this is the lamest fucking thing ever. Really?
Starting point is 00:14:32 But I loved it at the time. I thought everything the girls brought in was so lame. Like, boo, get the doll off the stage. I want to see this guy's transformer that fucking, it's a car that turns into a thing. Show and tell. I wonder what that's for. What does that do for a kid? Is that like a public speaking thing?
Starting point is 00:14:47 But you make them comfortable with something that they really want to talk about? Oh, it's way bigger than I remembered. It doesn't have a drink in hand. He's got a bucket, though. Dude, that's big. Why do I remember a big, I remember him being so small. He's got a bucket with a drink. Wait, what's he got there?
Starting point is 00:15:02 He's got a fucking. Goddamn, dude. He's got a umbrella. Is that a screwdriver he's got? Yeah, what is that? I think it's supposed to be suntan lotion. Can I see? Best drink of them all.
Starting point is 00:15:16 But I'm going to call it a drink. He's also got the world's largest dime. There's a dime in here. All right, give him that one. Yeah, this is definitely... No, it looks like... Come on, look at this guy. You're telling me that's a bucket of suntan lotion?
Starting point is 00:15:31 Yeah, he's got a drink. Come on, look at this guy, dude. His cheeks are all rosy. Yeah. But, yeah, I kind of like this guy. His dogs are out, dude. The dogs are out. Put them right here.
Starting point is 00:15:41 So this is Danny's show and tell. Does the shirt come off? Oh. Let's see Santa's build, bro. It's just pants, more pants. Don't ruin the illusion. Why? What is it?
Starting point is 00:15:51 It's just black. Oh. Oh. Really? It's like black plastic, yeah. Oh, he's right. It's like styrofoam or something. I don't even know.
Starting point is 00:16:00 Oh, uh-oh. He's got, oh, he's got. He could show some thigh, though. Holy shit. Oh. Ooh. He's been on his knees a little bit. This isn't an action figure.
Starting point is 00:16:09 This is a cherished relic. Right. And, yeah, so. We were just talking about show and tell. JT said he hated everything the girls ever brought in ever. That's what he said. Yeah. I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:16:19 What? No, I mean, I remember show and tell, but, I mean, obviously everything I brought in was fire. Obviously. That's what I said. Obviously. I think we did a show and tell episode once of the podcast, me and you.
Starting point is 00:16:31 I brought in a calendar of cats that have vaguely threatening messages on them. Right. Yeah. But I don't think it was, like, you don't have that in your room. Yes, I do. I do want me to go get that, too. I don't want to be winded. There's too many stairs.
Starting point is 00:16:50 Danny's going up to the stairs too much. But I do have that. It's actually on its last month. I need a new calendar this year. I remember the cat that said something like, you know, feed me or else or something. What's the or else, you stupid little cat? But, yeah, no. Do you use a calendar?
Starting point is 00:17:06 No. Okay. Not even close. This is a digital calendar, like a cool guy. I have something. Actually, I put it on my – I have a dry erase one on my fridge. Oh, so you do. Yeah, but what the fuck does it say?
Starting point is 00:17:18 It says, like, oh, you know, like, go smack Danny's butt. It says birthdays, vacations, things like that. I've seen your fridge calendar. Listen, yeah, but there's a part of me that also thinks if I forgot about it, not important enough. There's a real part of me that thinks it. Like, I remember your birthdays. I can't forget that.
Starting point is 00:17:37 So that's important enough to me. You're welcome. Yeah. I don't subscribe to that lifestyle. If someone tells me, yeah, but you don't remember how to tie your shoes. You don't remember anything. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:17:47 So even important things sometimes I don't remember. So I can't live by that mantra. Yeah, I agree. I got to write it down. JT just goes, doesn't want to remember, doesn't care for the calendar, live not remembering. I definitely don't use a calendar, but I write a lot of stuff down. There's no, I can't, if I put it in my head, it'll be gone the next day. I got to write it down, everything.
Starting point is 00:18:07 I keep getting this ad on TikTok for this guy who's like, you need to plan out your life right now by my big calendar. And it's just one gigantic 365-day poster. and you're supposed to just like plan out your year, I guess. Oh, no. When you said big calendar, I thought you meant like it goes to like 2099 or something. You need to plan out your life here. I think that's a horizontal calendar.
Starting point is 00:18:34 That's a vertical calendar. This is more like, this is just big. I have also seen that. It's not like a calendar per se, but it's like little check boxes and each one is a week. And it like shows you, there's like a hundred of them or whatever, or more than that, but it's basically showing you
Starting point is 00:18:52 how your life is short. Yeah, it's really ridiculous. Some people need the motivation. Yeah, do you see when, fuck, in those videos, that guy's like, each one of these jelly beans is a week of your life. This is how many you've had so far. It's like, oh, God.
Starting point is 00:19:06 How many jelly beans does this man eat? Truly, no. It gives you existential crisis. I saw a calendar where it's the same thing. I think it's, maybe it's by month, and you scratch off red, green, or yellow if you had a good day, bad day, or decent day. And then you look back and you're like,
Starting point is 00:19:24 see how many good days or bad days you had. Sea of red. Just a sea of red. It's like, oh, maybe this calendar's not working great. That was a thing we used to do in my job. It was like a corporate check-in, essentially. So at the beginning of every meeting, you'd be like, red light, green light, yellow light.
Starting point is 00:19:41 One, two, three. Oh. But basically, green is good day, yellow is middle, and Red is like, oh, don't fuck with Jan. You know, have a bad day. Oh, I hate that. I think that's way worse. The thing is, it's a little cringe,
Starting point is 00:19:57 but it is nice to know, like, oh, this person's not mad at me, they're just having a bad day. Grow up, grow up, grow up, grow up. That whole system, grow up. I think it's also a good way to check in with how your employees are feeling without, like, getting too deep and weird, you know? Because, like, we don't want to know about your problems.
Starting point is 00:20:18 We just want to know if they exist. Oh, man, I can't even handle it. First of all, if I ever made my light yellow or red, shoot me. That's one. Two, if, like, I can't deal with the scenario of the boss coming up, like, huh, and I see you have a red light on your desk today.
Starting point is 00:20:34 I just can't, like, I would punch him right, or her, right in the face. I feel like you live pretty constantly on the yellow light. So I don't know. I don't know. Maybe. I can't. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:20:47 I am cringing at that scenario. I also hate that that's where work culture is going. I don't like any of that. Dude, you walk into the place, suck it up, have a good day, get out. Yeah, exactly. I think work culture should go back to we're all there to get our work done. We're not even really friends, and then we get out of here. Instead of like, oh, yeah, we have a ping pong table, and this is like your family,
Starting point is 00:21:09 and then also you're supposed to be here 13 hours a day because it's your family. like they just do all this shit to keep you there longer ping pong table is pretty cool though i like that i like the ping pong table i would smoke everybody i think well i mean it's definitely i agree with you it's like a a sheep and wolf and sheep's clothing like it's it's it's this it's this front of being nice but really it's all little tweaks and things that they think they can do to increase your productivity you know like they want you to not just begrudgingly do your job and then leave they want you to like like it and appreciate it but and make you work more and they want but they want it to be your life yeah it's like google right the google workspace they
Starting point is 00:21:51 have like they have a barber you can get your hair cut there they have great food like they have all this stuff you can do because they want you there 14 hours a day they want this to be like your thing it's your whole personality it's your whole thing it's where you spend all your time you're starting to make it sound like good i like those i mean i i i've seen the google uh the google chef options like what they have on the facebook like campus options some good food in there i guess some good for sure but i'm saying i would rather i would rather work eight hours a day and like and you know really it comes out to like seven you got lunch whatever doing like just in a cubicle bland all like bland office don't do anything go in go out get paid rather than oh
Starting point is 00:22:30 yeah i spend 14 hours a day there but it's a really cool work environment no i i get what you're saying i think there has to be something in between there because like i i it's just more about convenience if i go there and there's good food and the barber and i was gonna go do that home anyway it would cost me another two three hours to do all that and i can just do it there i would love that you know if i would love everything in one spot but i get what you're saying where it's kind of like a trap also you know then you get too friendly and you say something you're not supposed to and i thought we were friends then you're fired because you said you suck the boss's wife or whatever.
Starting point is 00:23:02 I get it. I get what you're saying. It's tough. Just don't work. I don't know. Just go ask for money or steal it. Just lay down. Just lay down. Live off the grid in an RV. No. That's too far? No, I don't like that.
Starting point is 00:23:19 Just like RVs. Even though they're making a lot of cool RVs now. RVs are cool. And van life is in. Calm down. Now you took it. I didn't say it's good. I said it's in. There's a lot of things that are in that aren't good.
Starting point is 00:23:32 I don't even think it's in. Being homeless is in. But it's not. It is. Oh, it's at an all-time high. It's in. But there's not like homeless YouTube vloggers. There's van life vloggers.
Starting point is 00:23:43 There's definitely a homeless YouTube vlogger. Well, good for him or her. Or her. But, no, van life. Also, first of all, every van life vlogger is a homeless vlogger. So what are you talking about? Yes, yes, very much yes. They are literally, they are van full and homeless.
Starting point is 00:24:01 They don't have a home. They do have a van. On paper, they are van full and homeless. On paper, I see where you're coming from. But homeless people, certainly jealous of some of these vans. If you live in a van, you are homeless. Quite literally. Yes.
Starting point is 00:24:16 I don't know about that. Danny. I don't know about that. Have you seen some of these vans are nicer than like half the apartments in New York City? the vast majority like so maybe not the vast majority but so many people who identify as homeless like sleep in their car every night yeah but that's different your car doesn't have not kitchen and a bathroom neither does a van yes they do have you seen these van builds bro they're crazy they're basically they're sprinter vans with bed kitchen shower desk tv it's crazy
Starting point is 00:24:45 this is the the fucking pimp my ride of vans most of them they take showers at the gym they don't have shit they do not have everything they don't have everything he's just named he's talking about the people that turn like these big extravagant expensive rvs into like that's different that's not a van that's what no no no and turns a van a bite-sized version of that that's what he's talking about an rv for sure an rv can count it's basically a mobile home van you cannot have everything you just named in a van i mean you can if your argument is that and there's definitely is that not most of them don't have it that's name everything you named again bathroom kitchen bathroom kitchen shower yes i mean a lot of them are unique spaces like the shower like swings out and then you just
Starting point is 00:25:26 like have a little curtain and you do it outside but that's still like getting it done also a lot of them their bed is just on the roof of the van that's fine too i guarantee you everything you named the most van life youtubers don't have all those things tell you that right now they do it at public places i'm sure the top one has everything you named i'm sure that's true you're I'm talking about the top 1%. I'm just saying some of these bathrooms – I'm not, sorry. Some of these van life people have some pretty nice rides,
Starting point is 00:25:54 and I would – if someone said be homeless or live in this van, I'd live in that van because I'm not homeless. I'm in a van. And living in your car is totally different. It's just totally different. Your teacher at school, kid comes up to you, tells you, yeah, he lives in his van with his parents. Kid homeless?
Starting point is 00:26:13 Yeah, but then the teacher goes up to the van and sees the pimped out ride. She goes, oh, this is better than my place, dude. Can I move in? She got room for one more? I'll pay rent. Can I move in, dude? Well, yeah. I mean, and there actually has been some controversies about van life people who have kids because
Starting point is 00:26:25 they're treated to, I guess you could say, not kid-friendly conditions. But listen, the point of all this was that, I don't know the point of all this. I don't know what you were saying. I don't know. I forgot what we started, how this started. Why were we yelling at van people? Oh, I said van life is in. And I will say that, now that I'm thinking about it,
Starting point is 00:26:49 the van life did take a hit when that guy murdered his girlfriend. That's not really on the van life, though. Or do you think it drove them to that? I think it speaks to the personality type of the van life people. I think that's what he's saying. It is cool, though, in theory. That you can just wake up in a new Walmart parking lot each new day. He said it's cool, and then made it sound...
Starting point is 00:27:15 As uncool as possible. No, but in theory, it is cool that you can wake up in Yosemite one day and fucking somewhere else that has a cool park the other day. Also, this doesn't teleport you. I mean, it quite literally does. You've got to drive, and what happens? Not teleport, but it moves. That's more than a home can say.
Starting point is 00:27:37 I think his point was that could be a 16-hour drive away. Well, who cares? That's so long. You can't do a 30-hour drive with your home. Doing like 20, 30 hours of driving a week kind of sounds like a nightmare. Oh, terrible. That's to you. I mean, some people do 30 hours, you know.
Starting point is 00:27:56 Right, but if I was being paid for it, totally different story. If I'm doing it just because that's my life, baby. And especially a lot of people now, this is a work-from-home shit. You can just do this. If you like to explore the country, this is a viable option. The work-from-home van person also has a hired professional driver to drive them around. So they're living all right. I'm just saying.
Starting point is 00:28:18 It's an alternative lifestyle for sure, but it has its pros to me. And correct me if I'm wrong, on a side note here. Correct me if I'm wrong. Every kind of boy, I would say, from 14 to maybe 26, always dreamt about gutting a school bus, pimping it out, and owning one. For sure. So there is something cool about the van life,
Starting point is 00:28:44 RV life thing, because I for sure still want a pimped out bus with gaming system bed, bathroom, TVs and shit. I want that bad. I think everybody wants that. 100%. RV, pimped out RV could go crazy. Van, I just don't think it's big enough.
Starting point is 00:29:00 He's stuck on the van. Stuck on the van. I am stuck on the van Because it's about a third of the size of the RV. That's fair. That's fair. But I would love to do a road trip type situation. I don't mind driving that much.
Starting point is 00:29:11 And to me, there's a difference between a long drive, point A, point B, and a road trip. A road trip is like you're in the middle of nowhere, and you're like, let's stop in this weird little shack. And it's like you can find new things. You can pass the world's biggest rubber band ball. It's more of an adventure than a long drive is. he's the one that would get us killed in a situation what that's what you do when you're on a road trip it's not about the oh we're just getting to this location it's like it's about the journey me and me no no you're right me anthony and chas one time forgot where we're going i think
Starting point is 00:29:44 we're going to marist and we took the weirdest route something went wrong with the gps and we found and we were so hungry and we found this just absolute shack of a place and we went in we sat down and on the menu it said the first ever like world's best you know one of those things uh blueberry flavored wings and we were like what and tried them one of the best wings i've ever had one of the best wing flavors i've ever had and then we tried to find it again forgot the name of the place couldn't find it so gone forever this is what i'm talking about no you're right that's the one example there are some experiences that you just some doors you won't open if you Don't try.
Starting point is 00:30:25 We talked to each other again and again and again, trying to remember the name of the place. Couldn't find it. Nothing. It's just like blueberries. Yeah, the name of the place is blueberries. Yeah, we're just in a trance. We're just eating blueberries the whole time.
Starting point is 00:30:37 Maybe it's one of those ghost places, you know? You had to get there on a full moon at the right time, and then a portal opened, and it was there, and it's gone now. I don't like any of that. How was it? Explain the wings a little more. You hungry? Yeah, I'm a little hungry, but I'm just saying, like,
Starting point is 00:30:54 I'm assuming it wasn't overly sweet. No, it was... Was it tender? Was there spice involved? No, no, no. You know kind of like a teriyaki sauce, that thickness? Okay. It was that, but just blueberry-ish.
Starting point is 00:31:07 And then the chicken was spice, so it kind of combined with a sweet and salty tang. So it's kind of like a mango habanero situation? Kind of, but a blueberry... So let's say a blueberry habanero, but not as hot as a habanero, though. Heatness sells a blueberry hot sauce. They might have used that.
Starting point is 00:31:21 I think that once everyone went to this ghost place in this portal dimension and everyone was talking about where's this blueberry place. Heat one's just, hot one's just like, you know, we got it.
Starting point is 00:31:29 I get down with the fucking sweet, sweet, salty combination. Yeah. That's my jam. Sweet, spicy, sorry. Now I am getting hungry.
Starting point is 00:31:39 Oh, mango habanero's so good. Yeah. Yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. I don't like thinking about any form of pocket dimension and I could have got stuck there
Starting point is 00:31:47 if I stood for another minute and everyone was waiting for see if they made it out on time. Don't like that. Don't want to talk about it. Can't imagine why. Why I hate it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:54 Yeah. No. Other people, are you kidding me? Fucking experienced McGiggans would love it. Pocket dimensions? No, I'm saying if you went to- I don't even really know what you're talking about. I feel like I don't want another existential thought to think about, so I-
Starting point is 00:32:08 Let me explain it. I don't want to. No, let me explain this scenario to you, not pocket dimensions. Let's say you're driving, same scenario, and this place, you turn a corner in this place, big lights, best food, it says, you're hungry and you go in, right? You stop to go in. Yes. And then you come out, and it's five years later.
Starting point is 00:32:26 That's essentially what we're talking about. It's like that show with the airplane. Yeah, I guess. And you had your phone on the whole time, and your friends are like, yeah, your GPS marker just disappeared when you got to the exit on the highway. Or, you know, you step out of the place,
Starting point is 00:32:39 and for some reason, you're in Wyoming. And can you get stuck there? You did, apparently. Well, you got out. Right, but it took five years for some reason. Wait, do I age? No. Oh, well, actually, that might be a pro.
Starting point is 00:32:51 I mean, five years missed, but... If you had a button... Five extra years of life into the future, you get to live. If you had a button right now that you can press, and it freezes exactly how you are now, but jumps you five years into the future, would you do it? No. But I'm saying these are the silver linings you have to think about
Starting point is 00:33:06 when something terrible happens to you. Right, so like if you were stuck... I'm always looking at the bright side of things. Gotcha, Mr. Brightside over here. Yes. All right, what if it was 10 years? Well, now that's different, a little bit. But still, that is the bright side of things.
Starting point is 00:33:19 I think every five years you add until it's 100 plus makes it worse. Yeah, but think about this. You leave, and you are 15 years older. You're 10 years older. However much time has passed, you're that much older. You didn't even get to experience that part of your life, and you still aged immediately when you left. That's a worst-case scenario.
Starting point is 00:33:44 That's the worst-case scenario. So I'm looking for silver linings. I'm looking for things that I can say, I'm the only one who experienced this, and it could be a pro. That's where it is. Right in that first line. What?
Starting point is 00:33:55 Right in that first line. I'm the only one that experienced this? He would love that. He would love any of that. No, I wouldn't love it if it was, if I aged. If you aged, right. Because then I'm just not the only,
Starting point is 00:34:02 I'm the only one who didn't experience life for five years. Yeah, but you had that really good food in this magical place. I guess that's something. You know, silver lining. No, I would love to have these things. Yeah, I mean, you know, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:34:15 That's essentially what, he was saying that me, Anthony, and Chaz went into. Gotcha. Pocket dimensions. You learn something new every day. I thought you were going to say it's where pool balls go. You know what would be cool? All right, ready?
Starting point is 00:34:27 We got to patent this. Okay. Time travel tourism. As soon as time travel comes out, they'll be like, oh, spend a week in 2,500 the year. I know for a – this is going to sound weird. I guarantee it's already patented. Really?
Starting point is 00:34:43 Guarantee it's already patented. Isn't it weird how there's so many technologies that are so far away from existing, but they're, like, patented already? Can you do that? I think you can. I don't think you can do that. I think you can. Have you ever seen a patent report? It's very detailed on exactly how this thing works.
Starting point is 00:34:58 Oh, I'm not saying that, you know, it'll have any substance when time travel tourism exists, but some guy will have it generations past in their vault, and they could probably sue somebody. Dude, Apple owns patents for shit that does not exist, for sure. yeah but it's stuff that they they still they still like are this shit they're working on so it doesn't exist and we're working on it but it does they still give you like if you're looking at a patent report it tells you exactly how it works and what exactly about this thing is patented i'm looking it up i'll tell you i'll show you we'll look at it right now i think i think what's more likely is that you can patent the name or not patent you can copyright the name time travel tourism or whatever you want to call it you could definitely do that you can definitely do that this
Starting point is 00:35:42 is not what i was looking for uh you guys want to read some of these anyway i looked up crazy patents sure oh yeah well it's probably water engine right uh diaper alarm uh dog ear protectors that's cool like dog earmuffs oh all right yeah during when it's fireworks and stuff uh a gerbil shirt little shirt for your gerbil that's adorable that seems so unfair to patent why patenting can i patent shirts no you can i patent shirts for dogs you can you can patent a certain type of shirt. Even then, barely. Clothing patterns,
Starting point is 00:36:15 that's the one. Clothing pattern, your mother, clothing patterns is one of the hardest ones to do. I don't think you should be able to patent a whole clothing for an animal.
Starting point is 00:36:27 That's crazy. That's fair. Gerbil shirts. Also, not even, gerbil is a variety of kind of animals, right? This one just says life expectancy.
Starting point is 00:36:36 Don't know what that means. They patented it, though. All right, let's look for some actual crazy ones. Also, you can try to patent a bunch of shit doesn't mean it's gonna work it comes out every tuesday by the way i want to look at new patents i follow a tiktoker who every tuesday goes over new patent new interesting patents that were approved yeah it's a lot of people you can also kind of tell what companies
Starting point is 00:36:59 are doing because they have to patent it before they release it right and so but i think some companies will intentionally throw you off and patent something that they don't plan on doing so that you don't know what's going to happen. For competitors, you're saying? For competitors and just, yeah, so they're always a few moves ahead. Because if Apple patents all their new products, now we know every single Apple product coming out. But if they patent 1,000 things, then at least one.
Starting point is 00:37:27 And they definitely have patented things that they have not used. Or maybe it's during their idea of room. They're like, oh, those are all good. Get patented. And then they send out the patent team. They have it just in case. Yeah, snag it up. Of course.
Starting point is 00:37:38 Snag it up, dude. When you're a trillion-dollar company, you stand on business. Dude, some guy patented the wheelbarrow. Like, only a couple years back. What'd you just say? The wheelbarrow. Yeah, so some guy patented the wheelbarrow. Do you know what a wheelbarrow is?
Starting point is 00:37:54 Barrow? He thinks it's barrel. Fucking idiot. It's wheelbarrow. No, it's not. I think it's barrow. It's barrow. I'll bet you a lot of money.
Starting point is 00:38:02 Wheelbarrow? That's what it is. That doesn't even make any fucking sense. How does a wheelbarrow make sense? Because it's shaped like a barrel. It's shaped like a half a barrel. No, that's kind of true. What do you think?
Starting point is 00:38:10 But it is Barrow. Do you want to bet? I'm pretty sure it's Barrow. How do you spell it? I'm 100. B-A-R-R-A-O. O-W. Sorry, A-W.
Starting point is 00:38:18 O-W. B-A-R-R-O-W. O-W for sure. It's not wheel barrel. Wheel Barrow. What's a Barrow? Explain. That thing.
Starting point is 00:38:28 It's probably something with the three wheels situation. That's why the wheel's there. What's a Barrow? It's because you Barrow stuff with it. And it's got wheels. What the fuck does that mean? What does Barrow mean? Tell me.
Starting point is 00:38:39 I didn't make the word. I'm just telling you that's what the word is. Tell me what it means. Do I have to know what it means to be right? I know it looks like a half barrel with wheels. I know it looks like that. And a handle. Hand, wheel, barrel.
Starting point is 00:38:51 Tell me that sounds wrong. A barrel, I don't know. I mean, I know it's right. I understand what you're saying, and I was like you for a long time. Don't do that. I was like you for a long time, and then somebody did this to me, And I was equally as upset and aghast. But I got through it, and now I know the right way.
Starting point is 00:39:14 He's adopted the truth. I've adopted the truth. Look it up. Here comes the, oh. I'm going to give half credit to both of us, because you do not get half credit. Home Depot has it at wheelbarrow. Type in what's right. Say, is it wheelbarrow or wheelbarrow?
Starting point is 00:39:29 The only correct spelling is wheelbarrow. There is no such form as wheelbarrow. Fabricated. Fabricated. Home Depot is just smart about their SEO. This is from correctme.org. Yeah, Home Depot's just being smart there. Whatever.
Starting point is 00:39:42 Because they know a bunch of idiots go, well, I can't find the wheelbarrows. A bunch of Antonios. A bunch of Antonios. Make your jokes, joke makers. Call you. Whatever. But yeah, some dude,
Starting point is 00:39:55 obviously that's something that's been around for, who knows, 2,000, 5,000 years. Some dude realized there was no patent on it and just patented it and then sued Home Depot or whatever, all the big companies, and said, hey, you owe me royalties on this bitch. And I think, like, some of them, like, fought it
Starting point is 00:40:13 because he's like, you don't have a case here. And some of them were like, here's the money. Just go away, you know? Way better. Way better. Just like, whatever, dude. You got one on us. Yeah, it's like, all right.
Starting point is 00:40:22 Like, it could cost us $250K in lawyer fees or just $50K. Just give it to them. Yeah, just give it to them. It's a patent business, babe. That's a patent business. You think after that or when news like that gets out, there's just full-on companies now that research products and see if they have patents.
Starting point is 00:40:36 The shovel, does that have a patent? Like, oh, God. Yeah. A rake? I don't know if I'm assuming patents expire. I'm sure there's a bunch of people who try to get the first licks on those, you know? I wonder if they also could have just slapped, you know,
Starting point is 00:40:51 an extra piece of the handle and gone, no, no, no, this is the Home Depot beer barrel. See, now you're fucking with me because I have it as wheelbarrow, but whatever. You could probably do that too, right? Like, oh, no, no, this is a different one because Home Depot has their handles 45 degrees or something. Yeah, for sure.
Starting point is 00:41:08 Everything's a slimy business. It's also slimy. It's a bit slimy. It's really, really slippery and slimy, honestly. Another similar situation. So a couple years back, this guy realized that the Google domain was about to expire. And so he went and bought it as soon as it expired.
Starting point is 00:41:29 And then he was, I think he was a Google employee. so he was a loser and an idiot and gave it back to them for free yeah and then they as a show of good gesture gave him $6,006.13 which spells out Google also not nearly enough
Starting point is 00:41:46 it should have been $600,000 $606,000 and $130 or whatever everybody in that head office sat back and went yeah god damn yes he did a stupid
Starting point is 00:42:01 thing because he could have gotten more out of it that being said you know that you're getting a lot of very scary legal threatening letters from google and that's scary to deal with all right let's get at it we gotta get out of here okay we gotta get out of here either way uh jt tell me where to find you you can find me on instagram at the j balls you can find me at danny is watching on instagram.com you can find you can find me at ant prisco can't forget to follow the picky boys on Instagram and on Twitch and don't forget
Starting point is 00:42:30 to follow our TikTok and our gaming YouTube just look at the description and click every link and go donate to an owl somewhere apparently an owl
Starting point is 00:42:37 I don't know
