Welcome to Positively Successor episode 145. Today's topic we'll be talking about is Omega 3. So let's get into it. 3. It is an essential polyunsaturated fats vital for brain and heart health. You see, I've been six days of sardines and it helps a lot. Also what has omega 3 is steel cutouts with the flax seeds, which is good as well. Also, there's a medical condition with omega-3. If you have too much of it, you could have bipolar disorder, a liver disease, or diabetes. So it's recommended you consult with the doctor if you have too much of it.
Starting point is 00:02:57 You see, the omega-3s are fatty acids in the diet. It helps a lot and improves so much when you have this just once and throughout the day. So I highly encourage. to everyone to try this. And like I said, I've been six days of sardines and the sardines that that's right to have are the ones from Wild Planet. You want the sardines that expire in a few months. You want the sardines and everything that have omega-3.
Starting point is 00:03:51 to expire next year of December or something like that. You see, it's all about the good timing because at the stores, they'll put products right in front. And sometimes the products in front of, in front of you are expired too quickly that they just want to get rid of. So sometimes you got to look in the back of it to see the right, right packaging in order to get what you're looking for. And again, the best, the best, uh, sardines to get, I recommend would be the wild planet ones. The ones with the salt water, the water with sea salt.
