Welcome to Positiveity Successor Episode 192.
Continue on with the Bible. Let's get into it.
Let's live it. Joshua 9.1 through 18. Ask first.
God had told Joshua to drive all the.
the different peoples out of the land of canon.
But one group of people, the Ghibianites,
tricked Joshua and the Israelites.
Read Joshua 9-1 through 18 to find out how.
The Bible says the people of Israel did not inquire of the Lord.
Joshua 914.
This means they didn't ask before they acted.
When a person isn't sure about something,
he or she should ask first.
Here are some questions that you might want.
to ask before you act.
May I use the staple if I put it back when I'm done?
Is it all right if I cut across your yard?
What should I do with the money I found in the street?
Can I read my library book if I get my math done early?
Think of other questions you should ask before you go ahead and do something.
Give yourself three points for each question you think of.
See how many points you can earn in 10 minutes or play the game at the supper table with your whole family, helping you think of things to ask about before acting.
Life in Bible times defeated kings.
When the Israelites won a victory in battle, Joshua had his army commanders put their feet on the nexus of the enemy kings.
This was a sign of how helpless these enemies.
or before the Israelite armies and their God.
The sign also reminded the Israelites of God's promise to go with them into battles
and to give them a victory over their enemies.
Then Joshua and all Israel with them moved on from Libna to Lahish.
He took up positions against it and attacked it.
The Lord handed Lahish over to Israel,
and Joshua took it over to Ghan the second.
day. The city and everyone in it he put to the sword, just as he had done to Libna. Meanwhile,
Horam, King of Gezer, had come up to help Lahish, but Joshua defeated him in his army,
until no survivors were left. Then Joshua and all Israel with them moved on from Lahish
to Egelon. They looked up positions against it and attacked it. They captured it at that same day,
and put it to the sword and totally destroyed everyone in it,
just as they had done to al-A-Hish.
Then Joshua and all Israel with them went up from Al-Eglon to Hebron,
and attacked it.
They took the city and put it to the sword,
together with its king, its villages, and everyone in it.
They left no survivors, just as Al-Eglon,
they totally destroyed it and everyone in it.
The Joshua and all Israel with it turned around and attacked Debrr.
They took the city, its king, and its villages, and put them to the sword.
Everyone in it, they totally destroyed.
They left no survivors.
They did to Debris and its king, as they had done to Leibna and its king and to Hebron.
So Joshua subdued the whole region, including the hill country, the Najiv.
the western foothills and the mountain slopes,
together with all their kings.
He left no survivors.
He totally destroyed all who breathed,
just as the Lord the God of Israel had commanded.
Joshua subdued them from Kadesh, Barnea,
to Gaza, and from the whole region of Goshen to Gibbon.
All these kings in their lands,
Joshua conquered in one.
campaign because the Lord, the God of Israel, fought for Israel.
Then Joshua returned with all Israel to the camp at Gilgah.
Northern Kings defeated 11.
Did you know how did Joshua conquer Canon?
10.40.
Joshua's army marched into the center of canon and divided it.
Joshua first defeated the kings of the,
the south, then he turned and defeated the kings of the north. Officers in modern armies still study the battle
plans Joshua used. When Jabun, King of Hazar, heard of this, he sent word to Jabab, king of Madan,
to the kings of Shimran, and according to Ash half, and to the northern kings who were in the mountains,
The Araba south of Kinarath, in the western foothills in Napoth, door on the west,
to the Canaanites in the eastern west, to the Amarites, Hittites, Perizites, and Juba sites in the hill country,
and to the Havites below Hermann in the region of Mizpah.
They came out with all their troops and a large number of horses and chariots.
a huge army. As numerous has the sand on the seashore, all these kings joined forces and may camp together
at the waters of Maram to fight against Israel. The Lord said to Joshua, do not be afraid of them,
because by this time of morrow, I will hand all of them over to Israel slain. You are to hamstring
their horses and burn their chariots.
So Joshua and his whole army
came against them suddenly at the waters
of Moran and attacked him.
And the Lord gave them into the land,
into the hand of Israel.
They defeated them and pursued them all the way
to the greater Sidon,
to Miss Repath,
ma'am,
and to the valley of Mispa on the east,
until no survivors were left.
Joshua did to them, as the Lord had directed.
He hamstrung their horses and burned their chariots.
At that time, Joshua turned back and captured Hazer
and put its king to the sword.
Hazer has been the head of all these kingdoms.
Everyone in it they put to the sword.
They totally destroyed them, not sparing anything
that breathed, and he burned up Hazer itself. Joshua took all these royal cities in their kings
and put them to the sword. He totally destroyed them, as Moses the servant of the Lord had commanded.
Yet Israel did not burn any of the cities built on their mounds, except Hazer, which Joshua burned.
The Israelites carried off for themselves, all the plunder and livestock of these seas.
but all the people they put to the sword until they completely destroyed them,
not sparing anyone that breathed.
As the Lord commanded his servant, Moses,
so Moses commanded Joshua, and Joshua did it.
He left nothing undone of all that the Lord had commanded Moses.
So Joshua took this entire land, the hill country,
all the Najiv, the whole region of Goshen,
the western foot hills
the Raba in the mountains of Israel
with their foot hills
from Mount Halak
which rises towards
Sir to Balgad
in the valley of Lebanon
below Mount Hermon
he captured all their
kings and struck them down
putting them to death
Joshua waged war against
all these kings for a long time
except for the Hivites
living in Gibbon
Not one city
Made a treaty of peace with the
Israelites
Who took them all in battle
For it was the Lord himself
Who hardened
Their hearts to wage war against
Israel so that he might
Destroy them totally
exterminating them without mercy
As the Lord had commanded
Moses
At that time
Joshua went and destroyed
the anarchites from the hill country, from Herbara, Hebron, Debron, and Anab,
from all the hill country of Judah and from all the hill country of Israel.
Joshua totally destroyed them in their towns. No anarchites were left in the Israelic territory.
Only in Gaza, Gath and Ashdad did anise.
to survive. So Joshua took the entire land, just as the Lord had directed Moses, and he gave
it as an inheritance to Israel according to their tribal divisions. Then the land had rest from war.
So that's where we're going to stop. We'll pick back up with list of defeated kings 12.
Thanks for Tintan our interesting biarrade, my heart to look back at the reflection of herself in the
me to all the beautiful and handsome people out there because you're a work in progress and
we'll get to you where you want to life believe that thanks for tuning to another episode
positive successor thanks for tuning to another interesting bowel read happy first year of
26 god bless amen hope everyone achieves their resolutions they set for themselves this year
and many years to come because you'll get to where you'll get to where you'll get to where
you want
in life.
Believe that.
Because to all
the beautiful

light, I hope, will shine for you at the end of your tunnels of darkness.
To the invisible rainy cloud hanging above your head, I hope that goes away.
Just know God loves you.
Jesus is here for everyone through their prayers to guide them.
Just like God, the positive successor,
is a lifting hand to those who are not in a good place,
feel like they're in a black hole.
We can lift them out of the black hole with our hands of positivity.
Because you can't go through life with a negative mind.
You can only go through life with a positive mind.
You know, get to where you want to life with a positive mind.
Believe that.
So turn those frowns upside down.
And the 2026 is a new chapter to become a better version of yourself.
And to prove the doubters, anyone who thinks of you differently, to prove them wrong because
no, everyone should treat each other fairly.
No one should treat each other unfairly because the golden rule of treat others how you want to be treated.
vice versa.
You don't have to like someone's,
you don't have to like what someone says,
but you got to respect it because
all of us individually are humans at the end of the day.
We all have likes, dislikes, beliefs, opinions,
perspectives, etc., etc.,
because we all can think differently.
And we should,
respect what each of a all the population individually around the world thinks differently about
the world because all of us have all the population have individual likes dislikes perspectives opinions
facts all those stuff and can't you can't you shouldn't control someone to say what they want to say
because we're all individual people with all of our likes dislikes beliefs perspectives all that stuff
So we have the right to feel how we want to feel.
We have the right to say how we feel to say.
We have the right to speak our mind how we want to speak our mind.
Because, again, we're individual, people with likes, dislikes, opinions, perspectives, all that stuff.
So God bless, amen.
Tune tomorrow for the next episode, Positive Your Successor.
