Welcome to Positiveity Successor, episode 205. Today's topic what we're talking about is fitness, body temple. So let's get into it. fitness body temple well in life we got body temple because your body is a temple and you got a fitness body
Starting point is 00:00:43 temple like throughout my life i've been figuring out lots of things that can build a fitness body temple like practicing your compound lifts like doing all of those compound lifts because when you do those compound lifts it feels like your there's
Starting point is 00:01:19 relief taken out of you like like a compound is a strength and more than the additional exercises that you usually do at the gym, like the machines that would help with you on upper or lower body days. Compound lifts can help build up your temple in no time.
Starting point is 00:01:58 Like doing one set, one rep of it can, can take a toll on your body and you just got you just got to wait five to ten minutes in between each set also another thing to help with the fitness body temple is eggs and egg whites like because you want to put put a the first thing you want to do in the morning is eat some or drinks and eggs to block your stomach because eggs are protein and it's like all the other things in the fitness body temple like eat chicken to close the stomach before the carbs and you know what the carbs are right potatoes or the bread etc So like eat chicken before going to the potatoes or bread, eating steak before you go to the potatoes or bread, eating beef before you go to the potatoes and bread.
Starting point is 00:03:28 Also, you got the steel cut oats in the morning with your coffee. And what's helpful with this is you put cinnamon into your coffee and mix it in the morning. And you can put cinnamon and steel cut oats into your steel cut oats or oats that you make in the morning. And that can help you. And you could set a six hour fast from there to help you. to help you much more with that. Also, sardines. I know it's gross to eat sardines,
Starting point is 00:04:21 but I myself ate sardines for seven days in a row, and it was worth it because it has omega-3s in it, and it can help you so much. and the milk that you want to get is non-homologized milk that's grass-fed from cows. There's a supernatural brand. Like, it's a non-homogenesized milk with grass-fed cows. Like, you don't want cows that aren't grass-fed. Like, if the farmers or anyone that deals with cows doesn't have them grass-fed,
Starting point is 00:05:17 then something's wrong. You got to treat your products, treat your animals right. Get them the health benefits that they need to produce great milk to the world. because everyone, the products that are in the world, we want all the health benefits from all the products that we consume in the world. Like, it was a great strategy for the chip brands to remove the dyes from the snacks because of it being, of the dyes doing
Starting point is 00:06:03 doing bad things to the body so that they remove the dies from the chips, the colors. Like you would see red flaming hot Cheetos, but they removed the red dye. And now it's just
Starting point is 00:06:20 flaming hot Cheetos. You know what? I also do is I I go outside and go go walk some walk laps around the lagoon because if you walk three laps, it's time six because even though you do three laps of cardio around the lagoon, you're getting, you're getting that synergy that you need. and I like to bring two warbows with a banana or one warbow with the fruit or vegetable on the side.
Starting point is 00:07:08 So because in the sunlight, when you go outside, you need sunlight because sunlight is vitamin D with vitamin C, all the minerals and all of that. because we need synergy in life. When we want the synergy like all those mineral juices and drinks from the beet roots to the green juices out there, all those things. And you see these fast food places have omega-6s. Omega-6s are bad for you. If you consume omega-6s, make sure to encounter it with sardines from the grocery store. But make sure the sardines are like wild-caught salmon, sardines or mackerel, all those type of wild-caught salmon. sardines or mackerel, all those type of wild planet caught sardines,
Starting point is 00:08:32 and make sure that they don't expire the next day. Make sure the sardines expire like next year of December or next year of something like that. You want a product that can last you so many days like sardines. if you pick the right sardines. And what I like to do after going on the walks around the lagoon, and two weeks ago I did three to six to nine walks around the lagoon. And when you come home, grab yourself some cinnamon,
Starting point is 00:09:20 put in a dab some up in the cup with some raw, raw honey, raw unfiltered, like raw honey, plain, plain honey that's raw, unfiltered honey. All that, that brand of honey, and you put it in with the cinnamon, and not too much, but a teaspoon of it, a dab of it too. and then you grab a butter knife and you mix it around and then you fill some water up and then you take the butter knife again and you mix it until until you get the cement and the honey in with your drink and then you then you you drink it up chug it recommended so you see Our body is a temple. And in this finness body temple, we drink water to stay hydrated.
Starting point is 00:10:45 We use the omega-3s to counter. And you see, the reason why we want the meat to close the stomach first before the carbs of the potatoes and bread and stuff is because there's warning triggers in the body like if you don't have the meat with the carbs first if you have the carbs first then then your your body is signaling to go to the muscles to to soak that out uh to to to soak up all the energy and stuff you have all the energy and stuff you have all the energy and stuff and your muscles for them to absorb and deflate your muscles indefinitely. So in order to keep your muscle temple up, counter the counter by eating the meat first before absorbing the carbs because it'll do its work in all the areas. of the body. So like take care of all the temples of your body and with what I listed will help you
