Welcome to positivity successor episode 209. Today's topic what we're talking about is eating meat before the carbs. so let's get into it eating meat before the carbs so in this particular episode talk about blocking your stomach in the mornings every day because it's beneficial to you and can help you in so many ways
Starting point is 00:00:58 You see, if you drink raw eggs in the morning or drink egg weights, you get to block your stomach from, you're blocking your body from the carbs. Because you want your blood sugar to drop. You see, because muscles are important to your body and you see with the food in the morning before. with the meat in the morning before the carbs. If you eat the carbs first, the carbs are like a trigger to your muscles, trying to suck the, suck everything out of the muscles.
Starting point is 00:02:01 If you eat the carbs instead of eating the meat first. And you're going to start to, getting low in muscle. The most important, the good thing to do is to, the good thing to do is eat meat before the carbs first. Like, if you get chicken and mashed potatoes or steak and potatoes, chicken potatoes, all of those. Chicken with bread.
Starting point is 00:02:39 like a French bread or something you see if you eat the meat first you get to it's a blockage in your stomach like you see mentioning drinking egg whites
Starting point is 00:03:04 or drinking raw egg or eating egg in the morning can be your first step to the block blockage to your stomach. Oh, and it's called, because it's called Omega 3. I talked about Omega 3 in the episode, and this helps with it, the omega 3,
Starting point is 00:03:33 because you are protecting your body when you eat meat first before going into the carbs, the carbohydrates, And once you do that, and you start doing your compound lips, whatever you want to do in the morning of the compound lips, you see compound lips are compound lips take a lot out of your body. And when you do compound lips, it takes the energy out of your body like you are doing cardio, 24 hours a day. And it is like doing cardio 24 hours because tell me what you feel when you go down to do that those pushups right with their arms spread out and in a perfect position.
Starting point is 00:04:55 Tell me how you feel when you get up from doing those four. five, six push-ups with your all, giving your all to it and putting all your strength into that compound exercise. Tell me how you feel when you get it back up six times, seven times, even 11 times from if you can make it that. To make it that far, to go 11 and so forth. Once you get to 20 or 21, you're good. Because after you feel those compound lips after doing it, it is like you did the cardio and are doing cardio 24 hours a day.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Because your body will signal when you're doing compound lips like a like your body will will sense like a shift in your body and it will be confused like what are you doing like doing having those compound lips with your all putting putting your all into it and you see this is where the omega three's and everything comes in right like the eating the meat before the potatoes. You got to eat the meat to block your stomach anymore before you eat the carbohydrates because when you eat the carbs first before
Starting point is 00:07:06 eating the meat, then you're unprotected in the by, like your muscles will start start getting lower. You got to eat the meat first before you eat the carbohydrates to, for the protein to get in your stomach and to help you help you with the compound hips you lift. You'll get to slowly, surely build the muscle.
Starting point is 00:07:51 you want and it's going to take a lot of days to build muscle the consistency and in nonstop adrenaline to keep doing what you're doing you will you will see in the mirror the progress you made You see, I have eight sardines seven days in a row one week, and it would have to admit that it was very good. It tastes like chicken. And you see, because those sardines, they are wild planet sardines, so they had omega-3. and everything beneficial too to help in the morning.
Starting point is 00:09:10 So for all the good tips to help out there, eating the meat first is beneficial than eating the carbohydrates first because you want the protein to get in your stomach to alert your body to start working like a machine to build muscle. Because if you start to eat the carbohydrate, before eat the meat, then you're going to get a different malfunction from your muscles and for it to go lower.
Starting point is 00:09:57 So eat the meat first is a recommendation before you eat the carbohydrates.
