Starting point is 00:00:21 Welcome to positivity successor episode 2.10. Today's topic what we're talking about is catabolic versus anabolic. Let's get into it. Catabolic versus anabolic. Catabolic has to do with functions of carbs, fats, and proteins into smaller units, released energy, and associated with fasted or fat burning. It is a breaking down. Anabolic is building protein.
Starting point is 00:01:06 tissues and fat, consumed energy, ATP. ATP is adrenaline, trifosate, and anabolic has to do with fed or growth. You see, the anabolic has to do with building up muscle, while catabolic is breaking down the muscle. It has to do with energy balance, both of these have to do with energy balance, body composition, metabolic balance, and exercise. And you see the mission of catabolic is to break down. Anabolic is to grow muscle, have to do with muscle growth. You see in the morning, I didn't eat anything in the morning. So I started off with taking two eggs out of the fridge, cracking into a cup.
Starting point is 00:02:38 And I scooped out the yolk, the big yolk, yoke, yoke in those two eggs that I cracked. and poured into a cup. And then I scoop the yolk out and put into the garbage. And then I drank it straight up. And then got my coffee. Put my cup of coffee. My cup for the coffee under the machine. Put my water in.
Starting point is 00:03:23 put some roast cake up into the machine. Then when it was done pouring, I grabbed the cup of coffee out of the curate. And then I take cinnamon, twist it open the cap of cinnamon and put some sprinkles up. cinnamon into the roast of coffee. Then when I was done with pouring the cinnamon into the coffee, I put the cap back on the cinnamon to put back on the counter. Then I open the drawer with silverware. Then I grab a spoon, a metal spoon, and I stir.
Starting point is 00:04:27 I stir the cinnamon into the roast of coffee around and around in the coffee. And then I put the metal spoon into sink. And then I drink my coffee. And while drinking the coffee, I enjoy every sip of it. drinking the coffee and then moments later when I was done drinking the coffee I put the coffee cup
Starting point is 00:05:14 into the sink because maybe later on I'll grab another cup and make myself another batch of that coffee in the process while I enjoyed drinking that darkrope
Starting point is 00:05:34 that roast of coffee with that cinnamon stirred in there. Then I grab a glass cup. Then I go to the fridge and I grab a container, a rectangle container of liquid egg whites. That's right. egg whites from the store and then I grab it out of the fridge
Starting point is 00:06:10 I shake it up a little because it wants you to shake it well so I shake well the organic liquid egg whites that I have in my hand and then I twist up the cap and then
Starting point is 00:06:32 I take the I take the the the protection to the I take the
Starting point is 00:06:47 I take the the plastic protection from the egg lights and pull it off and then I pour a cup
Starting point is 00:07:03 of the egg whites into the glass cup on the counter. And then when I'm done with it, I put the cap back on and I put it back in the refrigerator. And then while that was going on, had some leftover crock pot, chicken, onions, onions, and potatoes that were cooked in a metal pot, heated up. up, added a little drizzle of water into it, and then I brought a green bowl out from the cabinet and put my leftover crockpot chicken, onion, potato, tomato into the green bowl with the spoon, spatula and I bring it to the table with my glass of liquid egg whites. Sit down at the wooden table drinking the liquid egg whites first and that will help block
Starting point is 00:08:39 my stomach with the two raw eggs that I took the yogurt of and put in the garbage and let drink, drink the egg white, the two raw eggs without the yolk. And then having the liquid egg whites drink. After I drank the cup of egg whites, I set a timer four hours. Two hours from now, I set the timer for four hours. It's two hours as we're speaking right now. I'm going to have another cup of egg whites in two hours. So after I set that timer two hours from now, as we're speaking, it's going to be another two hours until I drink another cup of egg whites.
Starting point is 00:09:51 I have it set. So with my crock pot, left over chicken in the green bowl, I eat the chicken and the onion, purple onions, with some potatoes and the tomatoes. And so I felt like I had enough of the potatoes. I grabbed I grabbed the bull The green bull went back into the kitchen Grabbed A container
Starting point is 00:10:37 And poured the rest of the potatoes That I felt satisfied Having enough with I put the other Other potatoes into the container And then
Starting point is 00:10:55 I went to a plastic bag to pull in the fridge if I want to have more later. Because you got to have the meat before the potatoes. So I made sure I had the meat of the chicken and stuff to help with. To help with the... Because when you drink the egg whites and stuff to close your stomach, you're now anabolic. Because when you're catabolic,
Starting point is 00:11:35 If you were to, I spaced out, I played Marvel Rivals in the meantime before I had the cup of egg whites because you got to enjoy your cup of coffee first. Get the two eggs in the morning without the yolk in your stomach and enjoy the taste of that coffee. because if you eat straight away after you drink and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee, then you're going catabolic, you're getting your muscle, you're functioning the carbs, the fats, and the proteins into small units, and released energy associated with fast or fat burning. You see, if you break down the word breakfast, you break fast. You see, when you drink the egg whites, you're turning to anabolic. You're turning to building proteins, tissues, and fats.
Starting point is 00:13:02 You're consumed energy, ATP, adrenaline, trifosate, and feeding, having feds, growth muscle build up. And you see the mission for this is to prevent from breaking down your muscles and catabolic. Staying anabolic to help with muscle growth. With the energy balance, the body composition, the metabolic balance, and the exercise.
