Starting point is 00:00:01 Hey, positive people. Welcome to positivity successor. I'm a guy with hard and soul of positives, share with everyone around the world. Welcome to Positiveity Successor episode 232. The topic we're discussing is Crockpot, so let's get into it.
Starting point is 00:00:31 Crockbot. So a Crockbot is a appliance that you plug into a switch. And here's how I do the Crockbot. You rinse out the pot first. And then either vinegar dressing or chicken broth. Put one layer of the, of either, either, um, either condiment that you want to use to fill, fill the crock pot. And then you put your source of protein in there. We would be chicken, beef, steak, any protein source.
Starting point is 00:01:47 And then you want to be, you want to be chicken, beef, steak, steak. And then you want to be chicken, meat. you want your seasonings. Your seasonings like, for me, I put chili powder with ground cumin. I put a squeeze of lemon, both sides of the lemon, squeezed in there. Got to make sure the seeds are out of there first so it doesn't end up in there. Also, I put some parsley in there that was a seasoning, parsley. I put a little bit of salt, a little bit of peppercorn, black pepper in there.
Starting point is 00:02:46 And then I grabbed bags of vegetables from the fruit. freezer. And then I used the scissors to cut up the bags and put all the vegetables in there. And then I took a thousand island dressing and I sourced it all on the veggies and everything in there. And then I plug. I put the top on the veggies. on it and I plug it in and I set that bad boy on high and then I use my phone to set a timer for five hours four hours in particular maybe it'll be five hours four to five hours is the time frame that your crock pot meal would be done. But if there's other recipes and stuff,
Starting point is 00:04:09 it could take even longer than that, depending on what the recipes are. I love using the crock pot every time. And, hey, if anyone out there is wanting to learn how to cook, want to be a chef, using the crock pot is the best way to learn how to for a beginner because you can it's like a quick way to cook what you want in there and I was thinking I was I was thinking a lot like I don't know if there's many pot restaurants out there. There may be, but usually I always see that the chefs and the people at the
Starting point is 00:05:19 restaurants and fast food places, they only use like the stove in the microwave or whatever appliance they have. Wouldn't it be cool if there was a crock pot restaurant, if there was a crock pot restaurant, if there was interest and popularity of more crock pot restaurants that way you could see you could witness the chefs
Starting point is 00:05:52 putting in the ingredients that you would like imagine you go into a crackpot restaurant and there's a menu and it's like going into a Chipotle or going into a Panda Express or a suburb way. It gives you a list of what protein source you want. It gives you what vegetables you want to
Starting point is 00:06:18 put on there. What dress, like imagine that with a crackpot restaurant. You walk in, there's a menu. What condiment do you want layered at the bottom before putting the source of protein? And then you ask them let's see they give you a list of the condiment that you want to layer it at the bottom
Starting point is 00:06:49 either bone broth oil vinegar dressing or whatever dressing you want layered at the bottom to get a start for
Starting point is 00:06:58 your meal and also they have to rinse out the crock pot first every time before they cook your meal
Starting point is 00:07:09 because You don't want the dirt, if there's any dirt or anything that, if the crop pot was new or used or something, you don't want something that that's dirty at the bottom. So I always want to clean it, clean the crop pot, rent it out, like at the restaurant. If there was a crock pot restaurant, they would have to rinse out the crock pot. pot first before plug in and using it. Like you got your list like on the menu. Imagine the first is the list of the condiments of the bone broth, oil and vinegar dressing, any dressing or broth that or anything that you want
Starting point is 00:08:05 layered at the bottom to get a head start for your meal. And then the next section is the. what protein source you want put into the crock pot. Imagine the third one. The third section is all the seasonings listed and what seasonings you want put on the protein source and everything. Then next is either fruit, vegetable, as whatever you want put into the, put as a, has a veggie or any kind of source of greens or healthy beneficial vitamin fruit. And at the end of it, it'll imagine the menu gives you a list of how my hour time frame it is listed at the end.
Starting point is 00:09:14 Like go from four hours, five hours, whatever hours. listed at the end. Like, I'm taking you through a visualization what a crackpot restaurant would look like. I feel like a crackpot restaurant would look like tables and chairs, kitchen, cashier, bathrooms, all of that with a menu above their header, give you a pamphlet menus too. Get seated. Get a pamphlet menu. In the first section is what dressings or broth or anything that you want put at the bottom.
Starting point is 00:09:57 And then any protein source you could choose from. Then the seasoning in the third column. Then the veggies or fruits or anything in the fourth color. And then the time frame that the time frame that each all of them will cook too. Like, imagine a crock pot restaurant. I don't feel like there's too many of those out there nowadays, but wouldn't, wouldn't it be cool if there was a crackpot restaurant
Starting point is 00:10:37 and it gave you a time frame? Like, I know we all get impatient, don't want to wait. But imagine. waiting for the crock pot meals because waiting is worth it when it comes to crock pots when you wait for a crock pot meal to cook and and also in between the time frame they they look after the meals like in between it if it needs if the protein source needs it flipped over to the other side for for the other side to get, get the, get the, get toes in for, dipped in first for it to, for it to be cooked.
Starting point is 00:11:33 Like, they got, got managed a whole meal, whatever time frame they have. So, imagine a crock pot restaurant, like, crock pots are so awesome. And, hey, maybe, like, a, a crock pot with an air fire restaurant or anything like that even like a crock pot food truck or any of those stuff like imagine so i hope this helps everybody if you want to learn how to cook or get into like a food business or anything start i would recommend starting off but starting starting off but starting You could use the, you can use a pan on a stove.
Starting point is 00:12:37 You can use air fire, microwave, ovens, all appliances. I love the crock pot.
