Welcome to Positive Your Successor, Episode 240. Today's topic what we're talking about is certification. So let's get into it. Certification. Certification is an accolade that you earn when you work so very hard at something. Whatever that is, that you work very hard at.

Your certification is a certified achievement that is a certified accolade that is a certified, accolade. that you learn from working hard at what you want to be good at in education, in a job place, or wherever the road takes you, like, falling in a yellow brick road, like in Wizard of Us all the way to the other side. Think of it like that, but when you take this courses of getting to

completing all the courses to get to the certification of the completion that you want, it's like following the Elbeck Road when you start every course

that you know the reward is gain the certification and completion but the other payoff and important outcome of this is the knowledge that you know along the way into the finish line

because yes because a certification is great but you need to know the information that you learn from the courses along the way to gain that certification because you're not in the course or in the in the path just to get the certification and just brag about it you're in the course to get the certification because it's all that you worked so hard for. It's all that you put in the time, the effort. You didn't put your time in for this course just to waste the course to try and just

brag about what you earned. You take this course because you do the hard work and everything that you put in for that hard work. Now the reason I'm bringing up certifications is because there's a game that you can play. That you can, there's sharing games that you can play. They can enter the world or the game like a course and you get a certification from those. and also comes in forms of hard work because a certification

is an accolade of your worth ethic that that is weighing like a trophy on a on a pedestal

that your worth ethic is what should stand out the most in life because you're not in the course just for the certification. Yeah, the certification is great enough, but you're in the course to gather the information so you can use the information

has to learn and continue to get on that path to get the certification and a proud honor. You know, like how, you know, like how Rucker Ralph in the movie Rekker Ralph, like how that Rekker Ralph finally gets the medal that he wanted from being the, in the Medal of Honor, video game in the movie Rekker Ralph. Because in this game, Minecraft, there is worlds where you can

that the world's become courses and you can take the courses in the form of playing the game to gather all the information that you need to complete the certifications and earn a certification. And I just earned a certificate of completion for a cyber safe good game. CyberSafe good game is where you learn all the safety of playing a video game. CyberSafe good game is about learning the safety of playing online in a video game. Like what comes along with being in the online safe space and not sharing lots of information out there through online social, talk and keeping the information to yourself

that you don't share online in a game a lot around the world and you see that's where certificate number two comes in because I got certificate completion for privacy

prodigy and cyber safe good game is uh is awarded to me for successful completion of CyberSafe Good Game and for helping build a healthy and positive community of belonging. A certificate of completion to Privacy Prodigy.

Privacy Prodigy. Privacy Prodigy is a certificate awarded to me for a successful completion of privacy prodigy and for demonstrating creativity and problem solving skills. This is for where you learn how to not share everything that you are keeping online. Because people can use information nowadays and you can't be sharing everything that you have in your inventory that. that's personal. You can't share everything that you're keeping to yourself secretly online because everyone can steal that information or use all those information to, say, track you or something.

And, you know, those are the things that I don't condone on the positivity successor podcast because the mission for all this is that we're we're knowing how how to be smart on everything everyone don't say you're not smart because all of you are smart in all your ways what makes us the same is that we're all human what makes us different is all the likes dislikes beliefs, disbeliefs, opinions, facts, views, observes, everything, etc. differently. That's what makes it that we have our own character, our own voice to say how we want to say and feel how we want to feel all the five senses in life. So getting back to certification.

So getting back to certification, in the world of labor, this is what it is when it comes to education, job place, all around the world, we're in a discipline, labor type lifestyle. We get up every morning to do our schedules and everything. And we go to our workplace, go to education, everywhere around the world, especially entertainment. But the most important thing is the tasks and objectives that everyone individually does every morning, every day, every 665 to 366 days every year that passes by. And you see when we have certificates,

they are accolades written on paper. When we get certifications, and it's like, and it also, it's like stemming of the branch with the degrees, the majors, the diplomas, all that. It's all that in life that when we, you see, certifications can be bought or free to start the courses to. You see, because working hard is the risk that's worth the reward and the end of all life.

Because we continue to work hard with our worth ethic, and we never stop doing what we're doing. Don't be afraid to say how you feel. Don't be afraid to tell the truth. Everything that we do in life should have a purpose, because that's what we've been put here to do. We've been put here in life for purpose and destiny. and our worth ethic and accolades that we build are part of the purpose and destiny that we're sent here to do. And just know God is always on your side. Always on your side.

God is always here for you every single day of your life. To hear your prayers, guidance, everything. because God died for each and everyone of us on the cross. Jesus is our Father, Father, Son, the Holy Spirit, the Holy Trinity. God is also an example of a worth ethic because he worked hard to do what he did. we're so grateful every day for him to continue working and God bless life.
