Welcome to Positively Successer episode 376. Today's topic, what we're talking about is dedicating children to the Lord. So let's get into it. Dedicating Children to the Lord. Lord. Our Lord, our Savior, Father Son the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ, children born from their parents or adopted are here for a reason to grow from children into teenagers, into adults, into adults,

elders, the cycle goes on forward and so forth. But you know the most, you know, the most important thing is, the most important thing is the children of the Lord. Because we're given destiny and purpose in this world when we are born from our Father in heaven, Jesus Christ. To follow throughout life. And whatever it is, that it's our destiny and purpose, we do whatever it takes to build it up, to complete it no matter what. Like in Let's Live it, Judges 13, 1 through 14, dedicating children to the Lord.

a Nazarite was a person dedicated to God by a special promise or vow read Judges 131 through 14 to find out what special things God asked Samson's mother and father to do to dedicate their son Christians often dedicate their children to the Lord too May parents dedicate or baptized children when they are babies. Ask your parents if you were dedicated or baptized as a baby. Ask them why they did this and what purposes they made at that time.

An example of a dedication or baptism service may be printed in your church hymn. If so, read for yourself the special, special service your mom and dad may have had at church for you when you were a baby. Read Judges 13 1 through 14. The birth of Samson, 13. Again, there's a light said evil in the eyes of the Lord, so the Lord delivered them into the hands of the Philistines for 40 years. A certain man of Zora named Manoa from the clan of the Danites

Had a wife who was sterile and remains childless The angel of the Lord appeared to her and said You are sterile and childless But you're going to conceive and have a son Now see to it that you drink no wine or other fermented drink and that you do not eat anything unclean because you will conceive him

give birth to a son no razor may be used on its head because the boy has to be a Nazarite set apart to God from birth and he will begin to the deliverance of Israel from the hands of the Philistines Then the woman went to her husband and told him,

A man of God came to me. He looked like an angel of God. Very awesome. I didn't ask him where he came from, and he didn't tell me his name. But he said to me, He will conceive and give birth to a son. Now then, drink no wine or other fermented drink.

And do not eat anything. unclean because the boy will be a Nazarite of God from birth until the day of his death. Then Manoa, then Manoa pray to the Lord. Oh Lord, I beg you, let the man of God you sent to us come again to teach us how to bring up the boy who is to be born. God heard Manoa and the angel of God came again to the woman while she was out in the field but her husband Manoa was not with her. The woman hurried to tell her husband,

he's here, the man who appeared to me the other day. Manoa got up and followed his wife when he came to the man. He said, Are you the one who talked to my wife? I am, he said. So Manoa asked him, when your words are fulfilled, what is to be the rule for the boy's life and work? The angel of the Lord answered,

Your wife must do all that I've told her. She must not eat anything that comes from the grapevine, nor drink any wine, or other fermented drink, nor eat anything unclean. She must do everything I have commanded her, Manoa said to the angel of the Lord. We would like you to stay until we prepare a young goat for you. The angel of the Lord replied, even though you detain me, I would not eat any of your food. But if you prepare a burnt offering, offer it to the Lord.

Manoa did not realize that it was the angel of the Lord. that Manoa inquired of the angel of the Lord. What is your name that we may honor you when your word comes true? He replied, why do you ask my name? It is beyond understanding. Then Manoa took a young goat together with the grain offering and sacrificed it on a rock to the Lord. And the Lord did an amazing thing while Manova.

and his wife watched. As the flame blazed up from the altar toward heaven, the angel of the Lord ascended in the flame. Seeing this, Manoa and his wife fell with their faces to the ground. When the angel of the Lord did not show himself again to Manoa and his wife, Manola realized that it was the angel of the Lord. We are doomed to die. he said to his wife

We have seen God But his wife answered If the Lord had meant to kill us He would not have accepted a burnt offering And grain offering from our hands Nor shown us all these things Or now told us this

The woman gave birth To a boy and named him Samson He grew when the Lord blessed him and the spirit of the Lord began to stir him while he was in Manahe, Dan between Zora and Eshtel. Just know that children around the world are talented in every way possible. Every child that was born from the past and the present and in the future, all of us gifted with talent and the ability to grow up in the entire world. A lot of the children that was lost in the past, you know, along the way,

just know that they were meant to be a blessing in the world. They were meant to be a success. Now, all the stuff that goes on, that affects in the mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health awareness of all the children's self-being. The story that affects them in the adulthood and the teenagerhood, all the sad stories that they had to grow up with, or the storylines and scenarios they had to play out

for their for their childhood to be hurt that they had they feel like they are forced to be hurt in the entire world they should know that

is not their fault that their love they matter and they can do anything they set their mind to but they need to need to understand that they can't go through life with a negative mind.

You got to let the stuff that happened in the past, let go and remain history so that you can move forward and create a new history in the future, a history of greatness, a history of peace and happiness and peacefulness, a future that doesn't affect them anymore. only affects them in the good way in the future. Don't want a future that affects their storylines with negativity. We want storylines that will affect every child in the future with happiness. Sorry to all the children we lost in the past. Just know that we hope that all of them are in heaven with God at peace.

smiling from above to every single one of us, all the children that were born in the past way back in the, in the 1918, all that, to now and the future, to the ones that we lost all back then and now from back then. We all hope that they are all with God in heaven with the angels and the ancestors and they're no longer in pain

that they're at peace. That's all we wish for. And you see, we want all the children's futures to end successfully and happily ever after. Because no matter what we go through in life, we got to stay positive in all the situations possible.

Things can be scared. Gary, things could be unexpected in the path of our storylines. Because all of us are, all of us on earth are characters. We're all different characters in life.

You see the movies and TV shows, we're all real characters. How do you think they got the TV shows and movies in life? Because we're all characters, we're all different characters, how we present ourselves throughout life through our actions, through our consequences, through our emotions, through everything we go through and go forward through. We just got to remain positive in all the situations possible.
