Welcome to positivity successor, episode 3.83. Today's topic, what we're talking about is how to pray.
So let's get into it. How to pray. How to pray.
pray in this world, in this life, in this lifetime.
There are essential key components that will be a guiding tool throughout life.
One of them being gratitude, saying things every time that you're grateful for.
and another would be praying to God
because praying is part of life.
Whoever, wherever we are, wherever we at,
whatever troubled times that we're going through
in the process or whatever we're doing,
praying for something is,
a wonderful thing to do.
Never feel ashamed.
Never feel bad.
Always feel happy.
Feel peaceful that you're praying every single time.
Because God is here for every single one of us.
Everyone in the world, all the population.
God is here for each and every one of you.
To light out the tunnel.
To guide you.
to answer your prayers that you can know how to pray.
And that's what I'm about to teach you today.
So you know how to pray.
So you can learn how to pray to God and pray in general.
So let's get into how to pray.
Question you may want to ask is,
how do I start?
The answer, praying is not as hard as you might think.
What is hard is to get into the habit of talking with God every day.
Maybe you could start by picking a special time every day.
Think about things for which you want to say.
Thank you, or I'm sorry, or please help me.
Then tell God these things, those things.
You don't have to use fancy words.
You could talk to God like you talk to your dad or mom or a friend.
Another question you might pray for is, can I tell God anything?
Answer, is you sure can.
There isn't a thing you could say to him that would make him stop loving you.
You could tell them.
when you're sad or grumpy.
You can thank him when everything's going your way.
You can lean on him when you're having a bad day.
You can talk to him just like you would talk to a friend.
But you know what?
Your friends might let you down.
Your mom and dad might not always listen.
But God will always listen and he'll understand.
understand. Another question you might ask is, how do I know God hears me? The answer is,
God promises to listen. God has promised in the Bible that he will listen to you. Look at
P. Psalm 66, 17 through 19 on page 645. Now turn to page 1188 and read, read
John 1623, where God promises to listen when you pray in Jesus' name.
Most of all, the Holy Spirit lives in your heart.
He helps you know for sure that God listens when you talk to Him.
Now another question you might ask is,
must I fold my hands and close my eyes when I pray?
the answer
that's one way to do it
closing your eyes
shows you don't want anything
to get in the way of talking
with God but
it's not the only way
to pray
you can pray
while on your knees
or standing up
you can pray with toys in your hand
or while you're hugging
your mom
You can talk to God at any time because he's always right there with you and he wants you to be his friend.
Peace Psalm 66, 17 through 19, page 645.
Come and listen.
All you who fear God, let me tell you what he has done for me.
I cried out to him with my mouth.
His praise was on my tongue.
If I had cherished sin in my heart,
the Lord would not have listened,
but God has surely listened and heard my voice in prayer.
Praise be to God who has not rejected my prayer
or without his love from me.
Page 1188, John 1623.
in that day you will no longer ask me anything.
I tell you the truth.
My father will give you whatever you ask in my name.
Until now, you have not asked for anything in my name.
Asking you will receive and your joy will be complete.
Thanks for turning to how to pray on today's episode, Positive Successor.
I might turn this into a part series or maybe just an episode where I read the verse of P.
Psalm 66, 17 through 19.
The whole script page and the John 1623, that whole thing as well.
so we get a clear understanding of how God promised and listened to the prayers in those verses.
So we can understand that God will answer your prayers in life.
So this is, this was how to pray for everyone out there who doesn't know how to pray.
Now you know how to pray.
Here's how to pray.
So, thanks to
the internet
Shimbabori in our episode
positated successor.
Remember to look back up
the reflections of ourselves in the mirror
to all the beautiful and handsome people out there
because you're a work in progress
and we'll get to where you want to
and I believe that.
And if you pray,
you'll get to where you want to
also with the prayers
that you
put out there
to be answered by God.
because God is here for each and every one of us.
So thanks for tuning to turn to Zimbari in our episode, Positiveated Successor.
God bless. Amen.
Tune tomorrow for the next episode, a positive successor.
God bless. Amen.
Have a positive day.
