Welcome to Positive Successor Episode 442. Today's topic, what we've been talking about is leadership skills. So let's get into it. leadership skills throughout life through this world in this lifetime we all we all are tend to

be distracted very much with uh with everything that's going on around the world It tends to try to keep us down, try to dissect us. But the most important thing is we don't tuck our tail between our legs and go the other way. The most important thing is in life is how to be a leader, be someone that has leadership skills, in life. You see, I talked on the podcast about my story about when I used to be negative, like through middle school, junior high school.

I used to be shy, used to accidentally say things that didn't deliver right. And that's where I used to used to be negative and what I didn't realize at the time and this is where God came into my life

I didn't realize that the words that I would say would hurt the people I cared about around me at that time and so

at that time at that time in 2015, I looked myself in the mirror and I had to change things from that point on because things that I've been saying that were bad, they were hurting the people

I cared about around me. And so, at that point of time, is where I started becoming positive. And I saw and God show himself to me. And that's where I never stopped looking back. You see, I take pride in being positive. I'm passionate in being positive.

positive is part of the skills that I added that I'm only I'm good at. I'm good at being positive to everyone around the world. I don't let anything get to me. I always want to help people because I'm not the opposite of, healing people. I am every fiber of my being willing to help everyone around me with what they're going through, anything that they're going through, doing anything that they need done, anything.

I am a leader influence. Have the influence of being a leader. team player in this world. I got some of this, I got the soldier mentality of leave no man behind together. We lead to the finish line. No man left behind. If someone's left behind, I'll carry them on my shoulders to the finish line. Because I carry.

I care so much about being a leader. I care so much about leadership so much in this world that I love the inspiration from every main character in a show or movie because the heart, the resilience,

the hard work, the strong, courageous things they go through that will keep them on their toes, that they let nothing get to them, and they keep going, no matter what the cost is, no matter what the risk is.

I myself am a risk taker. I risk anything to save others. I risk anything to protect others. Every fiber of my being, I'm willing to risk to make sure everyone is okay and everyone gets to the light at the end of the tunnel. I am not a negative person. I have no desire for negativity. I do have desire to help those who are affected through it and change their perspective and lead them into negative.

from negativity to positively and banish the negativity forever. Anyone around the world that is affected by the past, everything that happened in the past, just know that you matter, you're loved, and it was nothing in your control. But some of the things that you did in the past, you could become a better version of yourself than you were in the past. What happened emotionally in the past that you had beef with someone or something? You can only try to make amends in the future.

You see, you can't be afraid anymore. You gotta face the world in confidence that you'll achieve anything you set your mind to. Because you matter. You're loved. And you can do anything you set your mind to in this entire world. Don't let anything stop you from crossing the finish line. Don't let any obstacle trip you on the way to the finish line.

Learn how to overcome the obstacles that are trying to trip you down. in the future. Don't let anyone put you down. Don't let anyone tell you down or say stuff that will keep you down. Don't be afraid to stand up for yourself. Risk your risk it in. Stand up for yourself against what is holding you down. The enemy will not win.

There shouldn't be an enemy. In every aspect of life, there is everything for you out there. There is not nothing for everyone. There is something for everyone to do in this world. There is things you can become objectives to you in this world. Everyone made everyone in this world this far for a reason. There is no end. There is a continued path forward.

Keep striving, striving through that forward path. Just because one door closes doesn't mean there's not another path of a door that's open for you to walk into the continued path. If a job fires you, that doesn't mean that it's the end of your work career. There is another job waiting for you on the other side. Just because you got a bad grade on that test, doesn't mean there's not another test for you to take to get into the opportunity that you're trying to get into. Just because that bus left you in the morning because you overslept

doesn't mean that bus, that doesn't mean there's not another opportunity to get you to the education. You see, when plan A closes, that doesn't mean there isn't a plan B for that plan A. That doesn't mean there's not a plan C for that plan B. You see, when you put plan A, plan B, and plan C all in front you, there's three opportunities. So when one closes, you be able to go to another opportunity that's, that flat books on top of that. We don't know what's in the future,

but until we don't know, we have the pen and paper to write what we envision in our future. We don't see what's in the future right in front of us because we are still blueprinting it.

We are still visualizing it in our mind. Our mind is the blueprint of the future that has to be placed in the future to see it. We don't see it because it's in our head. Our head has the future when we visualize and create the future from our mind.

We put it in front of us and we see what we'll eventually see now where our future holds. Opportunities are a blessing. When opportunities knock on the door, it's a thing. a joyful, honorable experience for the world to interact. Being a leader means everything to this world. We leave no man behind. Bring everyone to the finish line. We let we help others. We let others speak what they want to speak and how to feel and we hear them out and try to get them through their problems because the darkness of the tunnels are the problems and when we overcome the problems those are the lights that light up all the tunnels of the darkness no more darkness no more negativity welcome to the positivity welcome to the lightness because that is the

is the tag team. The tag team of positivity and light is the tag team in the forward future that will lead us into a better tomorrow. So keep going. You are hardworking.

You are strong. You are resilient. You're courageous. You got the heart. You got the soul. You got the mind. You got the feel. You got the taste.

You got the taste. the smell, you got the scene, and you got the touch. And you got to listen for it. Everything in life you will lead has a roadmap. You are the roadmap to success. You are the roadmap of positivity that will lead you to the roadmap of success. No one is nothing. Everyone is something.

and everyone will find what they believe will be a great fit for them in the future. Everyone will have something. No one will have no one. Everyone will have somebody to be loved has a girlfriend, boyfriend, boyfriend in the future. No one is left behind. Everyone has a person out there for them who will love them and be with them for the rest of your life. It all starts with trust and to becoming friends and acquaintances and to

being a couple into the future and everything. So take this with you throughout your entire life. Keep moving forward. Don't stop and keep going. Because God is with every single one of us. There is a God out there.

God is real. God is listening to you right now. God sees you right now. God sees everyone. God is lighting up the tunnels. God hears our prayers and he will answer them. God is here for every one of us in the world. to help us through everything that we're going through.

Keep going. Be a leader. Be a team player. No more hate. No more violence. No more negativity. No more darkness. More lightness.

More peacefulness. More happiness. More successful. more positive, everything in the world to be successful in all the teams. Keep going because you're going to become successful no matter what. Everyone is going to get carried to the future, to the front line, to the finish line. No one's left behind. Everyone will be at the finish line.
