Today, I got a special guest from homelessness in Miami to launching,
12 book, 12 coloring quest book, plus a 12 song children's series called
Crowned in Faith, teaching 12 principles of Christ consciousness to ages 4 through 10,
has a way to turn Christ into creative output.
Book 1 is published with more to follow.
Here is Zenia Eonidis.
Ayonidis.
Hi, Anise.
Hi, how are you?
Thank you very much for inviting me.
It's been, it's very exciting.
I'm very excited to be here.
You're welcome.
So, on this podcast, I allow the guests to tell who they are and what they do.
So if you.
Oh, would like to share who you are and what you do?
Of course, of course, gladly.
All right, so my name is Ksenia Aionidis, and I'm a Greek-American master coach and energy healer.
I've been doing that since 2007, March of 2007.
I have founded Hypertherapy Center, and it's been almost 20 years now.
and I've helped over 2,000 people improve their lives.
I'm also the founder and master teacher of Real Change Academy
where I teach two different types of seminar series
is all about improvement and helping people.
For more than 26 years,
I've been a creative director of Zenworks Studio
and I've worked with brand,
names like Citibank and Palma Liv, and I've done branding and user interface and user experience
design and point of sales systems way back in the day, you know, putting GPS tracking into
mobile applications. I mean, you know, way before that we knew what GPS was, you know,
GPS was not available to the general public at the time. So I also ran for Parliament
in Greece and for Euro Parliament.
And I could say that I had a very good life until COVID came.
Okay.
So COVID pretty much took away everything that was still functioning in Greece.
And after that, people, you know, they did not recover.
I mean, I have friends that, you know, they haven't paid the rent in the year now.
So it's crazy.
So obviously, I was able to.
sustain myself a couple of years after COVID because I had savings, but savings finish. And in
2023, it was obvious to me that I needed to relocate. And that's when I chose to come to Miami.
I grew up here. I grew up in Boston, actually, where I went to school and university and
worked. So I thought, oh, no problem. I'll just get a job and everything will be fine, right?
So I came here in Miami is a bilingual town.
If you don't speak Spanish, it's a very complicated process.
I could not get a job, obviously.
And the jobs I did get were haphazard.
And they were never anywhere near what my credentials or my experience were.
And of course, in that amount of time, in the amount of time that I was here,
I tried to re-certifying certain things and just pick up my life.
and I could not for the life me reconstruct a life that was meaningful and you know that I could
reliably support myself so eventually after two years I ended up in a homeless shelter which is
you know after a year and a half to you know two years um ended up in a homeless shelter so
you can imagine the kind of pressure and the kind of shame that created because
because I've been independent on my life.
I never had problems.
I never lived on the dole or anything like that.
So I've always worked two, three jobs.
And the fact that now, with all my training and experience, I found myself in that situation,
it caused me extreme anguish and shame.
So at that time, I had asked help from my church.
And they gifted me.
a prayer chaplaincy training.
So I thought, okay, I've been a healer for almost 20 years.
I could definitely sit and listen to people and pray for them without really requiring to do
anything else and make changes to their life or figure out things.
You know, it seemed like a fairly simple thing to do, which was, it was great.
So on the last of the training, which was really, which was really,
wonderful and it was about Christ's consciousness. Now mind you, I was teaching Christ's consciousness
to adults for all this time, right, in the last 20 years. So I didn't really think anything of it.
It was new information, but there were a lot of rituals and a lot of, there was a workshop. So we did a lot
of unshaming rituals, which was quite fascinating for me and much needed at the time, obviously.
And on the last day of the training, the coordinator asked Reverend Raoul,
think, now think what you can do is training.
In that moment, I thought, oh, I could write a book about rest consciousness for children
because I've seen how people, you know, they came to me and they were broken.
They were lost and anguished and disillusioned and angry, etc., etc.,
And if you really check what they're angry about, usually they're angry about something that might have happened.
You know, their priest said that their dog had no consciousness or whatever was, you know.
And they decided that, oh my God, how could you say that?
There's no God.
And then they, you know, they have this enormous reaction to something that somebody said that might not know or, you know, is not really required to know or whatever.
So to try to change people's perspective when they're adults, but religion or whatever else they might be, it takes a lot of effort.
It takes a lot of effort.
It takes a lot of undoing, a lot of forgiving, a lot of letting go, a lot of effort, usually a lot of hardship too.
You know, they have to hit rock bottom in some way.
So as I was preparing my book now, right?
As I was preparing this book, it turned out that I thought I was going to write one book,
but no, that didn't happen.
I wrote, this is the book, okay?
So crowned in faith, it has vibrant illustrations.
and I try to make it as practical as possible.
In other words, I put in there all the things that I found through my healing that were problems for people.
I wanted children to understand what faith is, how they can understand it,
practical ways to see where faith applies, you know, at home or with their friends,
in the playground, when they're learning in tough times, when they're trying new things,
when they're helping others, their neighborhood, you know, different things like that.
So they have, they experience faith as a skill rather than just some blue light that they
believe automatically because some kids could really be happy and say, yes, I believe in others.
They want to know things.
So this kind of like relieves you from the necessity of believing 100%.
you could actually say, well, you know what, why people lose faith.
That's another section in the book.
And why, you know, how you can overcome doubts about faith.
So it gives them a nice little path that they follow.
So faith is presented as a skill, but it's also presented as a path.
So they learn that it's not required to have 100% faith.
You know, you can build to it.
So it really calms them, you know, because some of them have questions and they want their questions answered because before they believe.
And so this gives them a great beginning.
Let's put it that way.
So when I started writing this book, I was going to write one book and then it ended at that the book crowned in faith is now 92 pages long.
And that's just about faith.
So we have 12 books.
That's how the books were brought about.
And then, of course, I said, oh, but kids love to color.
And then if you read them a story, they have questions.
How could you make it so?
Because parents, of course, are going to be stumped with all these questions that kids are going to ask.
So I put in the coloring quest books.
It has 66 pages to color and 66 questions to answer.
So if they read the book, they can answer the questions.
And of course, what else do they?
they love. They love music. So I made the music too. So now we have this epic production
of one question. Now think what you can do with this training. And of course, as time
went by, it was an epic production. So that's where I'm at now, promoting the books and the music.
Thank you for for sharing such a powerful and inspiring.
story. I got a bunch of questions. Okay. First question is how this is one that wanted to explore how these
dimensions show up in unexpected places like a children's book, born from a season of loss or
a healing practice shaped by ancient Greek wisdom in a home.
homeless shelter in my am okay you want to know how i.
I combine all these things yeah okay well when I was doing my healing work obviously now I've
been a person that has been on seminars all my life it wasn't until 2007 that
actually did a metaphysical seminar but throughout my life I've
attended, you know, Zig Ziglar and Tony Robbins, Robert Kiosaki. I've attended these seminars
and trainings in person and learn. So, but also, you know, being Greece, I obviously had a lot of
training in Greek philosophy, et cetera, et cetera. So the idea is that as I was doing, I, as I was doing
my healing. I started adding things to it, you know, creating things that were enhanced because
obviously Western philosophy is based on Greek, ancient Greek philosophy. So it's kind of easy
to integrate all these things in the sense that people are already aware of the foundation.
So the whole idea is that not only must we do the right thing, right, which is the aristodian,
alien. But we must do it at the right time, in the right amount, in the right way, et cetera, et
cetera. But if you're looking into Plato, he would say that you, apart from all of that,
you need to have a purpose. You need to have a spiritual purpose in your life. So the idea was,
you know, I didn't set out to be an author and I certainly didn't sit out to be a songwriter.
I just answered a question.
And out of all the things that I was trying to accomplish at the time,
this was the only door that kept opening.
In other words, everything else would just,
I would try to go into it and could not manage it.
I, or something would happen and it would dissipate or the doors closed, basically.
But this door kept opening and I kept progressing.
And whenever I got stuck in a place, I would find the solution or the solution would come to me, either through people or because of my own research.
So this kept going.
And once I started writing the books, I realized that there's a certain piece that comes with surrendering because this is basically what has.
happened. You know, I sort of said, okay, fine. This will be my, you know, this project will
become my life. I will accept this challenge and I will follow it through. So I think that
clearing negative energy and coaching people and working to heal their negative beliefs and
change their mindsets about things, that's one part. But at the same time, you add the other part,
which means that you have to have some kind of strategy about your life.
You have to have some kind of calling that you're answering to.
Thank you.
How did the kids feel after being taught the 12 principles of the class consciousness?
Like how they're responding?
the good reaction after being taught those things?
Well, here's what happens when I talk about that I'm an author of the children's series about Christ's consciousness.
A lot of people will say to me, well, what is that?
Like, they don't know.
Okay.
So before I answer your question, I want to talk a little bit about that because it's very important people understand what that is.
Jesus Christ selected his disciples because each one of the first.
them, apart from being a kind person who wanted to serve others. All right, they all had that.
But they had a quality that he admired. For instance, Peter trusted God, which means he had faith.
Okay? And these qualities were very important because these apostles, well, then disciples, later
apostles needed to go out and spread the word to, you know, the whole earth, all right, to the people
of this earth. And they needed to, A, have faith, obviously, and then be strong because, you know,
they would face hardships. So faith, strength, wisdom, love, power, imagination, understanding,
will, order, zeal, elimination to let go. And life, these are the 12 principles.
And each principle is associated with an apostle.
Okay, so Peter had faith, Andrea had strength, James had wisdom,
you know, John had love, et cetera, et cetera.
So the idea is all these 12 qualities or principles together make up what is called Christ's consciousness.
If you think about it, when you have these 12 things in you,
like you develop these things inside you, you develop your faith and you develop your strength
you develop your wisdom, which means you have discernment, et cetera, et cetera.
When you develop all these things, you become self-actualized.
And that, you know, your best version of yourself.
And that means that you embody now that Christ's consciousness because you have come into your fullness.
Okay.
So the idea is that you don't become God or Jesus Christ.
You become the best Xenia or the best.
you know, Chris or John or whoever.
Okay.
So this is what the idea is.
The idea is that it helps you work from your full potential.
So it's a plan.
It's a strategy.
It's a path.
Okay?
And it's a skill when you try to do all that.
So let me answer your question now.
Okay.
I've had, let's say a friend of mine is a grandmother
and she has, she bought the book for her grandson, who is seven years old.
And he brings it with, he brings the book when he visits her.
He brings the book and the coloring book.
He brings it to her.
And his mother says that out of all the books they bought for her son ever,
there are two books that are like the best, and this is one of them.
And he brings it to his grandmother now and he reads it to her.
And he explains to her the concepts that he's reading in the book, which I thought
he was doing endearing.
Because, you know, he's trying to understand it.
And as he's trying to understand it, he's already teaching it to his grandmother,
who of course is, you know, very devout and in church.
and she's been, you know, like president of her, the ladies club in church.
And, you know, she's, she knows.
So she's so excited when that happens because she loves the fact that he's into it.
And this is the thing.
The thing is because it has the questions and not just the coloring pages, because it has the questions,
it facilitates their mind to start working.
They try to make it, try to make the information.
their own, which is what you need.
So I'm so thrilled that it has that effect on them because that's the intention.
The intention was to make faith and God and Jesus approachable to the kids at their level
and give children what they really want.
They want stories, they want coloring pages, they want to answer questions and they want their
questions answered, right? They want to have conversations but what they're reading. But they also
love to sing along and they also love to talk about it and present their knowledge. So this gives
them a very big push in that direction. And it's it's like I never dreamt that he would have
that effect and I never dream that I would create something like that. But this is what happened and I'm
very excited. I'm very, I'm very excited too for that as well. The last question I have is,
what are three things that you are grateful for? There's so many things that I'm grateful for.
You know, just three things. Oh my God. Well, first,
First of all, I'm very grateful for my health.
I'm very healthy.
That's quite essential.
I always, I studied at Boston University on a scholarship.
And when I graduated on that day, I was feeling, you know, because I was working full
time, going to school full time.
So you can imagine it was a very hard task.
But I completed it.
So on that day, I said to myself, you are never going to be poorer.
Because if you have your health and, you know, I have this education, whatever it was,
I accomplished, but it was more than education because I had this daunting task and I completed it against all odds and against everybody's bets.
And I thought to myself, you know what, you can never be poor because you are now a person that has managed this.
In other words, you were in a situation because my parents didn't want me to go to college.
So I got a scholarship and I, you know, went to college on my own.
So the idea was that if you can overcome the challenges and output this degree, quote, unquote, whatever it was, did you know what I mean?
If you can do that, you can do anything.
So I'm very grateful, obviously, for that scholarship and the scholarship to the prayer chaplaincy and several other scholarships that I've gotten in my life.
So I'm very grateful for God's grace to give me that because it really changed my.
my life. And of course, I'm very thankful for the process, even though there was, you know,
the homelessness involved. I was there for four and a half months in their shelter.
I'm very grateful because out of that, and while I was there, and I don't know if you have
any idea about shelters, but they're very volatile environments. And you already are in a very volatile
stage yourself because your life is in upheaval.
You are, you know.
So in that environment that could have really crushed me, I came through.
And this process of creating this series kept me so alive and so happy.
I could just walk down the street and listen to the music and be so, so, so, so excited
about it.
And, you know, just strutting down the street.
and smiling to myself and thinking about, you know, how I'm going to create new things coming to me.
And I'm like, so amazed.
Obviously, I can say a hundred other things that I'm grateful.
But yes, I'm grateful for God's guidance through this process.
I'm grateful for the scholarships I got.
I'm grateful for my health and a million other things that I could be grateful for.
And I am.
I'm very happy.
I think what happened was.
I have used whatever hardships I faced and there were many.
I have used them to help others.
And I think that's the key.
The key that when we need help, we ask for it.
And when we have help to give, to give it.
Thank you so much.
I want to say from the story you've shared that I,
I have seen the hard work, the resilience, and the passion, like a nonstop passion,
you love something so much that you don't want to stop doing it, that you keep going after
it no matter what.
And when you go after it, it's like that nonstop fuel of you keep going and never looking back.
so the hard work, the resilience, the passion, and the inspiration too,
with everyone that you're helping through with the book and everything that you're sharing,
it's going to continue being successful like it is already.
and the positives also because this podcast is about positivity and successor,
and this shows examples of that too.
So I just want to say I appreciate your story and what you shared on this podcast today.
Anything else you like to add?
you're so sweet thank you james that was so sweet that's very sweet that's very encouraging i want to thank
you so much for that i i truly feel blessed and that's take away from all this after all he's said
and done and you know i expected things to go different but now they turned out this way i don't know
if i would ever find my voice because this is what i'm
happened though. I found my voice and it came through that experience but I don't care because at this
point I have added apart from master coach and teacher I have added author and songwriter
to my list of skills and I am very happy with the way the project is going and all I need is for
children to just give it a chance and read the book and let it warm their hearts. And, you know,
because what happens is it's a total experience. Like I said, I didn't plan to have a total experience,
but I created a total experience because I think that we need to start young. We need to start
young with the kids. I grew up, I grew up Greek Orthodox.
and we had obviously these Gregorian chants and the incense and the rituals and the liturgies and the common language of Christianity and the community.
We had all that.
But at age 13, I wanted to know why people believe in faith, you know, in God.
And I could not get an answer.
I could not get an answer.
These questions were not encouraged at the house.
They were like, whatever the church says, don't question it.
And I was like, okay, but why do we believe?
So I tried to make the kids really, really get it,
really get what faith is and how it affects them
and what it does in every setting.
So before they get to be crushed by life,
they can have the answers.
They can have the answers before it's required.
So when they face something, they know.
So I'm more into the, you know, preparing the children as opposed to waiting for the crisis to teach them.
Because let's face it, a crisis or a difficult situation will teach you.
But you have to get over or whatever trauma you went through in order to do that.
You have to forgive.
You have to let go of these emotions.
And it will teach you.
Of course, it will teach you.
But it's a hard lesson.
So if we could take some wisdom, you know, from other people and instill it in them,
that would be an easier way to handle things, you know,
because they will have the tools to face life.
And if you want, I could read you a passage from the book.
Yeah.
Would you like that?
Yes, I would.
Okay, so faith when trying new things.
I've never read this page to anyone.
Trying new games like riding a bike for the first time can feel like a big and scary task.
But faith makes you bold and steady.
It helps you play fair, have fun and keep going, step up.
a step without giving up.
And when learning new things, and as you keep practicing, know that Jesus cheers you on
with great pride and joy.
God bless and amen.
I just want to thank you so much, Zenia, for coming on the podcast, positive successor today.
I'm more than happy to be here.
Everyone, go ahead and check out your book, Crown in Faith.
Right, the books are on Amazon right now, and soon they will be available wholesale, obviously, and everywhere books are sold.
So if they look for crowned in faith on Amazon, they will find it.
And also, they can check out the songs, Crown in Faith series on YouTube.
And little bits of the songs are there.
And I try to make the songs very fun, very interesting, different genres.
So people are not hearing one type of song.
There's like rock songs and reggae songs.
and Caribbean songs.
And so it's a very
upbeat album.
It's definitely a party tape.
Thank you.
Awesome.
