Today's topic we'll be talking about is mental health awareness.
So let's get into it.
Mental health awareness.
Let's start off with the Bible verse.
Philippines 4-6-7, KJV,
be careful for nothing,
but in everything by prayer and supplication with Thanksgiving,
let your request be made known unto God,
and the peace of God, which possesseth all,
understanding shall
keep your hearts and mind
through Christ Jesus.
Some stuff that may help with
mental health awareness
is
getting enough sleep,
eating a healthy diet,
being physically active,
being social with others
in a connection,
and
Practicing mindfulness and stress reduction.
You see, what also helps with mental health problems is to listen and express concerns.
Also, to connect to professional resources.
The professional resources such as the 988 hotline or Sina Therapist.
Also, offer practical support and encouragement.
You see, there are five Cs of mental health.
Competence, confidence, connection, character, and caring.
You see, what's part of what happens with mental health,
the bad side of it is usually what may have happened in our past and present that or currently that is still affecting those
and it's like trauma and devastation that they can't get over like they feel like they feel
feel like it's their fault or that know that they're in a dark place.
You know, like they're in a black hole.
But you see, but you see this podcast, we don't put others down.
This podcast helps everyone in the world.
Just know to everyone that may feel like they're in a dark place.
Just know that you're loved, that you matter.
And your family and friends care so much about you.
Just know, you see the positivity successor, this is a movement.
that that welcomes anybody into positivity success or the positivity movement
because I feel like nowadays there's just a lot of negativity
and that's why I encouraged a community and a community and platform on the podcast
to speak from the heart, speak the truth, and just know that one around the world that had some
bad stuff that's happened in the past.
Just know you don't have to look in the past anymore.
Just know that you're worth it.
What happened in the past does not change who you are in the future.
The professional resources I listed were the 988 hotline or seeing the therapist.
I recommend to use those as a resource to get some help.
Because I want you all to be okay through the mental health of life.
I don't want to see anyone going through
and having a frown
and thinking
that
don't think that your
life is ruined by
what happened in the past
just know
you can continue
starting
a goal and stuff
and gain some
professional help to go into the future.
If you're having problems with the mental health,
here's things that I listed that can help get enough sleep.
They eat a healthy diet, physically active,
having a social connection with others,
and practicing mindful.
and stress reduction.
What also helps with mental health problems is
listen and expressing concern
and also offering
practical support and encouragement.
You see,
we want each and everyone to be
competence, confident,
have a connection,
have a
growth and care in
the character and caring because we care about each and everyone, you are your mental health.
I want you to be better and feel better.
If you're at a place where you're uneased or unsafe, you can take the hands of positivity's successor
and positive movement to be a light,
to bring your hand out of the dark place
and light up your end of the tunnel
for you to put away the, to shine away
the invisible thunderstorm, rainy cloud
that's above your head.
Because just know God is also with you.
Just know you are not alone.
There's so much, there's a support system out there for you.
God is also a great support system.
Because you can guide you and pray your prayers and,
and answers can be your questions and prayers can be answered.
What I want, what this episode is encouraging is for the result to make each and everyone,
make each and every one of you guys and girls, all of you,
is to make you, is for the result to make you guys feel better,
to make you guys feel like you're safe and at ease again,
because this is what this podcast is also all about,
is making sure everyone's okay.
Because there isn't a thought in the podcast's mind,
a positive success or a positivity movement that we don't condone
not, not checking up on each and everyone.
