Welcome to positivity successor episode 98.
Today's topic we'll be talking about is emotional health awareness, so let's get into it.
Emotional health awareness.
We'll start with the Bible verse.
Colossians 312.
Put on, therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness,
humbleness, a mind, meekness, long-suffering.
You see how to improve an emotional health awareness is to connect with others, prioritize,
physical health, practicing mindfulness,
cultivating gratitude and self-compassion,
engaging enjoyable activities,
and then boosting in emotional health
by managing emotions,
coping with stress in healthy ways,
work through problems,
communicating better,
strengthening and maintaining,
relationships and social connections, practicing mindfulness, expressing gratitude, and taking care of your
physical health.
You see, we talked about physical, spiritual, and mental health on this podcast.
Physical has to do with the body and actively, every, it being active frequently.
mental health awareness has to do with your mind and thinking about stuff and spiritual health awareness
has to do with your soul and spirit how you feel inside your soul and spirit spiritually and your emotional health awareness has to do with the feelings that you feel
how you're feeling and expressing those feelings.
You see, to improve an emotional health awareness,
connecting with others,
like socializing,
getting to connect with uplifting people,
and connecting with someone you have in common with
and become friends with someone.
Prioritizing physical health, how you feel after you go through, like, a workout or something.
Practicing mindfulness, you know, like practicing mindfulness.
It could be like with yoga or meditation along those lines.
like mindfulness, like being mindful of certain things,
cultivating gratitude and self-compassion,
being having great thoughts about yourself
and how you feel going through life.
Engage, engaging enjoyable activities
are activities that you find interest in.
You can enjoy.
so much.
Boosting emotional health.
You can manage emotions.
We all individually have our own emotions.
We can understand.
Sometimes we can't control our emotions sometimes.
And the thing is, staying positive through it.
and find some way to control it and calming down in those situations.
Coping with stress in healthy ways.
You see, we go through stress of like some homework that we can't give through.
I've been thinking a lot through this homework and how how stressful it is can be
to get to get through that homework when it might be a difficult question or something.
Stress and like scheduling and stuff.
Like at a job or everywhere in life, there's stress and dirt somewhere.
And what we can always do is have stress and control and cope with our stress in healthy ways.
that we don't become frustrated and get through the problems healthy.
You see like this next one, working through problems,
that's to also connect with cope of stress and healthy ways
because if you cope with your stress and healthy ways,
you can work through the problems with a healthy mindset.
communicating better. I haven't told you all, but I go through a speech disorder, and sometimes
it's hard for me to form sentences properly. But I always seem to find a way to overcome the
challenge of that and try to communicate better. Strengthen and maintain.
relationships and social connections.
You see, the most important thing is we don't want to argue or take drama too far with
our friends and family because, and this, the most important thing is keeping the healthy
and good relationship between whether it's a,
a new person talking to a friend or a person or family or a spouse for anyone.
We always want to maintain a good social connection and maintain a strengthened relationship.
And again, practice mindfulness goes in both categories when it comes to improving on emotional awareness.
and a boost in the emotional awareness.
Practicing mindfulness goes in both categories
to help with the emotional of everything.
Expression and gratitude,
this is in both categories as well
because God be grateful for ourselves,
grateful for what we have.
because once you realize how much you love yourself,
that's the most important thing before anything else,
is how much you love yourself and how much, how much you control your health and everything.
And this is where the last line in boosting and everything,
emotional health comes in.
It says take care of your physical health.
Like I said, taking care of your health.
You got to take care of your physical health.
Staying active.
You know, I know it's hard to start on the diet or something.
But what always helped me try is going to my plate.
Gov and seeing the different categories on the
plate that would help, like the veggies and fruit and proteins and the dairy and the grains.
That always helped me and just staying physical in every aspect.
So I hope this episode helps each and everyone with the emotional health awareness.
and I hope my previous episodes of mental health, physical health, and spiritual health,
and this emotional health helps each and every one of you because I care about each and every one of you.
And all this podcast helps lend a hand out of the black hole that you're going through
and lights up the tunnel of darkness to,
to bring away that that invisible thunderstorm rainy cloud that's above your head
because everyone matters, everyone is loved,
and everyone can achieve success in every way they can.
No one is nothing.
Everyone is something.
And remember to look back at the reflection of yourself in the mirror
because you are a work in progress.
