This is the Pursuit of Wellness podcast and I'm your host, Mari Llewellyn.
Hi guys, before we hop into this solo episode, I want to remind you that the POW hats are still
available. There's just a few left. They say, in my healing era, Pursuit of Wellness, you've
probably seen them on my Instagram. We will leave the link in the show notes of this episode. Don't forget to buy one and let's hop right in. What's up guys? Welcome back to the Pursuit of Wellness podcast
and welcome to another solo episode. Today is a Q&A. I asked you guys to ask me anything and
everything and you absolutely did. I have a ton of questions about all different topics, some juicy ones, some controversial ones, some what I eat in a day, some routine, etc. Before
we hop in, I would like to note this episode comes out on January 11th, 1-11, which are my,
I guess, angel numbers is what people would say. To me, they're my lucky numbers. I've been seeing them for almost a whole year now and they're very meaningful to me. So shout out 111.
Obviously, we're still at the start of the new year. So happy 2024 if you're just tuning in now.
I have been plotting away for 2024. Greg got me the big ass calendar for Christmas.
So if you haven't heard of that,
I forget the name of the guy,
but there's this motivational speaker guy
all over TikTok selling this big ass calendar
and it's huge.
And it comes with all these post-it notes.
So you can map out your entire 2024,
travel, goals, activities, work related things.
So I really use that to plot everything out because I have a lot of big things coming up
in January and February. So I got started on that and set some intentions for the new year.
You know, I do have a whole lot of goals in mind and they're very different to
previous year's goals. So if you haven't yet, go back and listen to my top wellness tips for 2024.
If you haven't, it's all about goal setting and my favorite moments and biggest lessons from my
top episodes in 2023. So that's a really good one to go look back on.
I'm also going to discuss New Year's goals and intentions and ins and outs with
Fi on an upcoming episode. So look out for that as well. For now, let's hop into this Q&A.
Also, I really hope you all grabbed a hat. Those came out on January 8th. They are the cutest thing ever and I'm so excited to see you guys wearing them. Okay, let luckily I eat very similar things every day. I will use yesterday as an example and I'll
try to run through my whole day as fast as I can. So yesterday I've been obsessed with these chicken
sausages by Adele's, the jalapeno pepper ones. I make one chicken sausage and I'll either have a
little bit of turkey bacon or regular bacon, a slice of sourdough toast by
Bread Seriously, the seeded version. And I will have a little bowl of strawberries, raspberries,
and a cherry, a single cherry. I know that's so specific. And I have a mug of coffee that Greg
makes. We use coffee beans from our favorite coffee shop on long island called aldo's we get it shipped in
so delish um i also have a glass of greens obviously from bloom my company strawberry
kiwi just restocked and i'll have a big glass of that to start my day then for lunch actually
i usually have a snack before lunch and i have these raw bars. It's a very small
family owned company. You can look them up online. It's R-A-W-R bars. I like the chocolate almond
butter ones. Emily Morrow, my doctor, actually showed me this brand and it has a very strong
amount of protein. I want to say it's like 20 grams of protein, which is a lot for a bar.
So I have one of those bars for lunch. Lunch is the one meal I allow myself to order in because I cook so much regularly. So generally I'll walk over to Erewhon and I'll get a hot food bar.
I'll do steak, carrots and salad, or I'll do salmon, carrots and salad. Sometimes I'll throw in some
potato in there, but that's lunch. Then for dinner, normally Greg and I will have like a big steak
and salad. Or for example, last night I did fish tacos. I made halibut, also shrimp as an option. I did almond flour tortillas for me with some cabbage in there,
some guacamole, some salsa. Basically, I try to focus on high protein and a decent amount of
healthy fat. And then for dessert, I always have a little dessert, honestly. I was on that huge
chocolate bar grind. Then I graduated up to an entire brownie
i was having a keto brownie every night now i'm having two of the unreal almond butter
dark chocolate cups they're so freaking good i also really like the evolved chocolate white
chocolate and that's that oh and i love to have a mint tea at night time
that is my what i eat a day who's next can you guys hear this iced coffee by the way
i'm drinking a nice coffee guys if you can hear it's asmr vibes
okay next question is from sky sky that's cute do you use raw butter or regular butter? Greg uses raw butter or just
like a high quality grass fed butter. I tend to go for ghee. I find that butter triggers my acne.
Just dairy in general is really tough for me. So I go for ghee or tallow. Braca Willow asks, do you feel that you
know what your purpose is in this world? And if so, how did you connect to it? We're getting deep
now. We went from butter to our purpose in life. You know, I think it's tough to be like, yes,
I 100% know my purpose in life because I think it's ever evolving but I feel more in my
purpose now than I ever did and I feel like sharing and connecting with people has always been such a
an important part of my life and now I feel like I'm doing that with this show and also
getting to tap into my passion and learn more
about it and share it with you guys and make it more accessible information for everyone is really,
really powerful. And then also just having gone through what I went through with my
fitness journey and hitting the lowest possible low and, you know, not really being sure,
honestly, how far I would make it in life and getting through
that and using it as fuel and using it as a way to connect with other people has been really special
and then now I'm going through new struggles like my skin journey or the candida or whatever it may
be and sharing and connecting with you guys I really feel like this is what I'm supposed to be doing. And I'm excited
to see where that evolves to. I mean, creating Bloom and having a team of young women and seeing
them thrive has been another piece of my purpose, I feel like, and getting to be creative behind the
scenes and talk about campaigns and labels. I feel like I'm doing all the things that I've always,
you know, really enjoyed and kind of going back
to who I was as a child and thinking about what did I love then and what can I take from that
pure version of myself and bring into my current day life. So yeah, if you're struggling to connect
with your true purpose, think about the things that you loved as the younger version of you.
Okay, Sky Sky,
are you worried about the stevia in your greens and it being artificial?
Love, pursuit of wellness.
Thanks, girl.
So stevia is not artificial.
Stevia is a natural sweetener
obtained from a shrub called stevia ribaudiana
found in South America. Stevia is
actually one of the only natural sweeteners you can use. So I'm really proud of the fact that we
use stevia in greens because it's a more expensive ingredient. I'm just really particular with that
kind of thing. So no, I'm not worried because stevia is natural and thank you for saying you love pal Manala how do you deal with confrontation so I'm not like I don't like confrontation I definitely
uh I need to work on it it's something that I've always avoided but I've gotten a lot better at it
over the years I think through my career and just through therapy and different family relationships
I have had to have had a lot more hard conversations than I ever expected to whether
that's like firing someone or giving feedback or standing up for myself or setting up setting a
boundary confrontation is a bit more frequent in my life. And I feel like anytime you do something repeatedly, you get better at it. So I think I'm better at having hard
conversations now and receiving feedback as well. How do I deal with confrontation? I guess also
putting myself in the other person's shoes and trying to see from their perspective
where they're coming from and having empathy I think that's something we struggle with when
we're younger and now now that I've been through more and I have more personal connections
I can see how different childhoods and backgrounds and personalities may process
information differently and I just feel like if I'm ever, you know,
having a tense moment with someone or a conversation, just understanding that they
they are coming from a place of hurt too. However, it's still something that I'm not
obsessed with. And I think I struggle with. By the way, if you're wondering why I'm in a blanket,
if you're watching on video, which you should be because there's video everywhere now,
I'm a little bit chilly, but also my spray tan is flaking off. So I thought this might be the
best route. Okay, next question is from Kajcis. K-A-J-C-I-S. When is Bloom launching in Europe?
Bloom is launching... Okay, well, I guess you wouldn't
call this Europe, but I'm here to spill the tea. Bloom is launching in the UK this year. I'm going
in February for our launch event. So we are coming to the United Kingdom, which is so special for me
in such a full circle moment to be launching in my home country and to
be going back for the event. Like, wow, crazy. But yeah, we are coming. We are expanding
internationally. I know I've been saying it for years, but it took a lot longer than expected,
but we are on our way 2024. Ladies, I have a New Year's resolution for you that's actually easy to keep.

Manala says, how do you deal with burnout at work? Such a great question. I feel like
I struggle with burnout quite frequently, just because I think Greg and I as founders are quite
intense. And we had to be very intense at the beginning of Bloom to get it off the ground. I
mean, we basically didn't leave the house for three years,
just working on this brand and doing everything ourselves.
And I'm pretty intense now with the podcast and pretty much everything I do.
But I've started to realize that it isn't a super sustainable approach
and that I need to bring my head up for air.
So I've been doing this thing lately on Fridays.
It's a Friday right now, actually, where I will go ride my horse for half the day or go see a friend and kind of give myself
that fun to look forward to. But with that said, I'm only able to do that now because I have a team
and back in the day I did not have a team. So I would say scheduling fun
and doing a hobby, something that gets your mind off work is really, really helpful. And I've
intentionally made time for that now. And I find that when I come back to work, I feel more creative
and ready to apply myself. Okay, this question is from Valdi29. Why haven't you gotten pregnant if you have already
been trying for a while? Thank you for that sensitive question. So I think that maybe
there's a misconception that I've been trying for a while because I've been talking about it for a
while. But really, we've only been trying now for, we've only tried for one ovulation. So I don't even know if I'm pregnant right now or not.
I could be, I may not be. It's something that I probably wouldn't share until I was at least
three months in, I think they say. But yeah, we haven't been trying that long. So I feel good about it though. And I'm really excited. Alison L. Gray, what helps
you feel ready for kids despite past trauma? That's a good question. I mean, for me, I find
the concept of having a kid very healing and being able to give them a childhood and a household that
perhaps I didn't have and learning from what
I experienced and trying to create the healthiest environment possible and be really present and
reliable for them that makes me feel good and also all my friends I have that are mums
seeing the bond that they have with their child and the happiness that it brings just I just think it's amazing so I didn't always feel ready to have kids but in this moment of my life I do and I
think about it all the time um which is funny because when you're younger you're sort of like
oh maybe I'll have kids I don't know I remember I went through a phase of saying I would never
have kids which is funny um because I think about all the time now. Lauren Hightower, how are you
preparing your body for pregnancy? I'm trying to get pregnant later this year. I mean, it's nothing
like so specific, but I think anything you do to take care of your hormones and your body in general
is going to help you get pregnant. I also think all of the artificial stuff that we have in today's society, my household products, you know, using clean
cleaning products like Branch Basics, eating whole nutrient-dense foods and not processed foods,
not drinking too much. You know, I had a couple drinks on New Year's Eve,
but staying away from that, staying away from weed and any other drugs and just trying to
live as clean as possible. Red light therapy apparently
is very helpful. So I hope that answered your question. Leslie Sandoval, can you share what
lip fillers you used? Love your lips. Thanks, girl. So I actually haven't had my lips done
probably in over a year now. I was talking about this with Dr. Anthony Yoon on my recent episode
with him. And I had Ristaline, Ristaline? Ristaline put in. I've probably had my lips done a total of
two to three times, but it's been over a year and they still, to me, seem pretty full. So I'm not
sure if it's because it's not gone or if I just built up scar tissue.
But if I can avoid getting them done again, I will because I find it so painful, you guys. Like,
I feel like I'm going to faint when I get it done. And I'm like, tears streaming. It's bad. I mean, imagine a needle going in your mouth. It just doesn't feel good. So if I can avoid it, I will. But I will say it made my face look quite different
and I'm really happy that I did it. I like the look of my lips now. I get a lot of questions
about that actually. Okay. Gabriella Brittany, any advice for those wanting to start a business more on the bloom uprising so before I had a business I had a community and I think that's an important piece
especially in today's world with social media and launching brands I think simply by posting about
your niche and what you know the most about and what you're passionate about whether that's
animals knitting cooking working out um writing reading whatever it may be just sharing your
message and getting out there and building a community of like-minded people who really
trust you and follow along with you that puts you in a really great position to launch a business. So before I even had Bloom, I had Mari Fitness and that was my workout PDF guides. And we were
selling resistance bands. Like we kind of had these stepping stones leading up to Bloom before
launching Bloom. And I felt like the strongest part of the business was the community and continues to be the community that we have because
they're so loyal and are there to support us for every stage of the business. So
I would say work on building that community first.
What are your tactics for listening to your body when deciding what to eat and if you are full
great question so I think this can be tricky before my fitness journey I didn't really think
about how my body felt I just kind of went through the motions of eating and doing things that felt
good now I'm way more in touch with my body. Like I notice every little thing from a little headache to a little hunger to a little this to a little that. So I think being grounded before you
eat, like getting off the phone, breathing, taking note of your environment, listening to the sounds,
what do you smell? What do you hear? Those are all mindfulness practices that can help you get back in your body. Slowing down when you eat, sit down,
put the phone away, get present and just kind of notice. Otherwise, you're just shoveling food in
your mouth without even really paying attention to how it tastes or, you know, how you're feeling.
So overall, slow down and just notice how your body's feeling. And I feel like you can practice
that by doing little meditations here and there, mindfulness walks, things of that nature. And also,
I feel like we enjoy food so much more when we're in the moment. Like when I look back on some of
my favorite meals, it's always been with friends when we're talking and laughing and
sharing food together. So just try to bring that into your day-to-day. Miva Das Sinneister. How can I work in staying
consistent with work, fitness, etc? I tend to struggle with that. So I think consistency is
really key. And I think people mix up consistency with perfection. And I feel like once you let go of the perfection piece, that's
when being consistent becomes easier. So for example, at the start of my fitness journey,
I made myself a promise that I would get outside every day and go on a walk three times a day
and get to the gym twice a week. And instead of saying, okay, I need to be at the gym Monday and
Tuesday at these times, I let myself have that freedom to decide within my schedule, as long as
I hit those two workouts, and they didn't need to be perfect. Like, let's say I went to the gym,
and it wasn't the best workout ever. I still checked that box, you know. So that's how we
build confidence. And I've said it a million times but keeping your
own promises is how you prove to yourself that you can do it and how you build up your self-worth
and I feel like once you get more consistent with fitness and work in general it becomes
an automatic habit like I'm at the point in my life now where I don't even think about
my workout that much because it's just an essential part of my routine that I do on autopilot. Styled Pom said,
how to eat more protein if you are dairy free? Thank you. Great question. So luckily,
meat is not dairy, which is great because it has a lot of protein. meat uh even chickpeas things of that nature have protein in
them I really try to build my plate around the protein source so whether that's steak chicken
fish whatever it may be and then adding salad honestly living dairy-free is way easier than
I think people realize like I don't even really think about dairy missing from
my diet. Like I have such tasty, rich foods that I don't even really think about it. You know,
my salad dressings are made with mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and they're delicious. So
I really don't think about that. Getting protein in without dairy isn't too challenging. To me,
dairy is like sort of an added bonus, you know, and I still have dairy every now and again when
I have a cheat meal, but I break out every time. Kelly Pacini, how was your acne journey going?
Speaking of breaking out, it's going, you know, I feel like I'm in a really good place with my skin.
I still have occasional breakouts. I had one over the holidays because I was eating way more dairy, gluten,
sugar, things of that nature. So I'm just aware that I'm an acne prone person and certain things
flare up my skin. And I try not to have a panic attack when that happens because it's really easy
to feel like, oh my gosh gosh my skin's going down a spiral
again I'm gonna get all my acne back but just staying on top of my supplements and my routine
I feel like my skin has been way just consistently clear which is so nice and um now I'm working on
scarring I'm going to my first micro needling appointment today here in LA. So I'm excited for that.
And yeah, it just kind of has really opened my eyes to how important it is to find the root
cause of your issues. You know, for me, it was skin. And then I see online, you know, other
girls struggling with acne and doing all the things that we all do going on spironolactone, accutane, whatever it
may be. And I just wish I could give them the knowledge that I have now because it's such a
painful journey. So, and it requires a lot of patience, which I think is the hardest part.
Tay X Tori, what is something that keeps you up at night? Such a great question. I mean,
it depends on the week, but I'm definitely like a nighttime warrior, not warrior as in like a
fighter, like a warrior, like I'm up worrying about things. Work keeps me up at night.
Sometimes my anxiety just locks onto other stuff like, you know,
oh my gosh, when I'm pregnant, I can't ride my horse. Or oh my gosh, when I'm pregnant,
how am I going to travel? Or oh my gosh, we might move soon. What is that going to entail?
Where, you know, just coming up with things to worry about. Or oh my God, what if Greg dies
tomorrow? What? Like my brain just goes there sometimes. I think about horrible things sometimes.
And I have horrible dreams sometimes too.
But yeah, that keeps me up at night.
Serena Hudson, why did you move barns?
So for anyone who doesn't know, I have a horse.
His name's Bo.
I'm obsessed with horseback riding.
And I've been doing it now for over a year as an adult.
And I was at a barn down in Orange County and it was great. I really liked it. It was far.
It took me an hour and 15 minutes to get there. But that's where I learned to ride,
where Bo was getting taken care of. And my trainer there, I got super close with her.
She really took me under her wing. She decided to leave that job.
And therefore I kind of had to leave too. I didn't really have another option. So she moved to a barn
up here in LA. And then we actually had to move barns again recently because the business got
too big for that location. So now I'm at a barn in Calabasas. It's really nice.
Unfortunately, the weather here has been really bad.
It's been raining every week,
which is kind of weird for LA.
So I haven't been able to ride properly in over two weeks and I'm honestly mentally crumbling.
I miss it so much.
So that's why I moved barns so frequently.
I just want Beau to be okay
and he's being taken care of.
He's in a great location. He
loves it. So that was the reason. You guys have heard me talk a lot about ClearStem skincare.
It really is the only skincare that I trust with my acne prone skin. Clear Stem is a revolutionary skincare brand that
is both anti-aging and anti-acne with zero known hormone disruptors. If you've ever dealt with
breakouts, you know that most acne products are dry and damaging to the skin, but anti-aging
products keep breaking everyone out because of the thick pore clogging fillers they use. So
Clear Stem has really solved that solution. The founders
of Clear Stem have been on the show and they are good friends of mine. They're both in their 30s
and extremely acne prone. So they made a non-toxic line that targets acne and wrinkles simultaneously.
My personal favorite product that they have, actually I have two. The Gentle Cleanser,
which has the orange bottle, is amazing. I use it every day.
And I also love their Hello Sunshine sunscreen. That is really great because finding a sunscreen
that doesn't break me out is really, really challenging. Also, you guys may have heard in
my Emily episode that they have launched the Revolutionary Clear Stem Acne Lab Test, which I
think is honestly the best part about this brand.
They really care about the root cause of your acne. So you can go online and basically apply
to get your lab work done and have it analyzed by a doctor on their team to get to the root cause
of your acne with comprehensive and affordable blood testing and personalized nutritional and lifestyle guidance.

Elle Colson, how's the riding going and horse related goals for the year? So the riding's
amazing. The last lesson I had, I jumped pretty high and I was really happy with it. It was one
of the skinny brush jumps. I don't know. I was feeling really, really good about my riding where
I left off. Unfortunately, haven't ridden in two weeks. That's the thing with riding is it's not something that's like convenient to do. For me all the time, I'm so busy. So I can really only make it there
three times a week, max. And when it rains, I can't go. So it's something that's tough. But I
watch a lot of videos at home as well, just to get tips and stay on top of it. In terms of riding
goals, I mean, it's highly possible that
I'd be pregnant this year and I won't be able to do a ton of riding because I want to, you know,
obviously that's not super safe. But I would love to show again. I did my first show in,
when did I do that show? Last year, a couple months ago in Thermal. And I did three shows.
Bo and I got third place out of, I think it was like 15 people
and we were so happy. I was definitely competing with children. So I was like, I'm going to beat
y'all. Watch out. We went in there and slayed. I was so happy. And I have my little ribbons. I was
kind of living out my childhood dream and I loved it. I had such a good time. I would just love to keep getting better and more confident. I would also really
love to take up Western lessons as well and just overall horsemanship and just get, you know,
more familiar with training horses and learning more about them. I just love,
I love horses. I could spend hours and hours and hours with Bo.
Mariah Fleck, ongoing supplements for
your skin. Found the podcast with Emily so, so informative. So yes, if you want to know the
supplements I'm taking for my skin, I would go back and listen to my episode with Emily Morrow
and also my episode I did solo about my skin, all the supplements I take. It's quite detailed and
there's a lot of different things I take, so I couldn't rattle them off right now. However, I don't want to spill too
many beans, but that episode made such an impact and so many people listened to it,
like thousands and thousands and thousands of downloads. I would really love to explore the idea of creating
a product with Emily, where we combine all the best ingredients of everything I've been taking
into one. Because I think the part that's so challenging with that type of supplementation
is that it's so expensive, difficult to stay on top of, and it's just a lot. Like I take 30 pills a day.
I would love to create a capsule that has every ingredient that I took for the candida, the mold,
the hormones, the skin in one and create a bloom product in conjunction with Emily and her
expertise. So let me know what you think of that idea, guys. Like maybe
comment on my Instagram, send me a DM. Let me know what you think because I don't want to
go too far down the rabbit hole without knowing if people actually want that. But I personally feel
like I would have loved that and I could see that you guys really want to know what I took. So
yeah, a little sneak peek hey it's hayley said are you moving to austin how will that work with the office in la and your
house okay i've been getting a ton of these questions and i haven't answered yet because
it has been a bit under wraps just because of a business uh excurs No, I shouldn't call it that. It's been a bit under wraps because
of a big business project we've had for the past year. And it's been uncertain of whether it's
happening or not. Now we're at the point where it's 99% happening. And due to that, we are moving to Austin. Myself, Greg, Leo, Leo's girlfriend,
Fi, and Fi's boyfriend are all moving. Now, we will be moving, we will be coming
back and forth to LA. Greg will be here every single month for at least a week. I will be here
every other month. We want to move to Austin because we feel like it's much
more family friendly. It's a bit slower paced. I can live closer to my horse. And yeah, it just
seems like we are at the stage in our life now where we want to be in a place that doesn't have
as much traffic, as much craziness. We don't really use LA for what LA's for we don't go out we're not like
here trying to get famous or go to the parties it's beautiful here and I love it but at the
same time especially here in Venice the homeless problem and the violence and the crime has gotten
really bad to the point where I feel like I can't really walk many places by myself, which makes me feel really trapped. So
we feel like Austin's way safer and we're ready for that stage in our lives. So stay tuned. This
is sort of the first time I'm really saying that. And in terms of our house here, we'll probably
sell it. We're looking at selling it or renting it out out but we don't really plan on living here again so
that's the plan brow beauty x mar breathwork class you recommended um the breathwork class
i love here in venice is called the open studio they also have an app that i use for short
meditations that i love and ruka so in would you eat the placenta after birth? I haven't thought
about this honestly and I know people do it. I need to do more research. If someone comes on the
podcast and gives me all the reasons it's amazing, I'll do it but preferably in a pill form because
that's gross. Lindsay Orwig, not a question but please make a greens probiotic soda poppy is so in right now
and you would kill it i love that idea guys and i won't say that we haven't explored it and that
we are currently exploring it um if you want bloom to make a drink give me some ideas send me a dm
leave me a comment what drink would you want to see from Bloom? Exciting stuff.
Candid Scott, would you ever do an episode on breast implant illness? Just did one with Dr.
Anthony Yoon. Go back in the history of the podcast. I think a couple episodes ago,
we talked all about breast implant illness. Nikki Frick, your relationship with your physical
appearance now that you are
quote unquote famous, any work you've had done or will do? I wouldn't call myself famous,
but I get what you're saying. I don't know. I feel like with the podcast, I'm on camera way more
and it's like closer to my face and I just kind of want to work on my skin and scarring a bit more probably because I definitely nitpick
that about myself um the only work I would say I would want to have done is maybe after I have kids
I might look into getting my boobs done because I feel like when I lost weight they kind of got a
little I wouldn't say saggy but they just looked different so maybe
after I have kids I'll look at getting my boobs done possibly but I don't love the breast plant
illness concept very much and I'm also very active and I'm in the sauna a lot so I want to be careful
um but yeah for now I just get a little bit of Botox and that's kind of it. Oh, Carol Ladsvis. Please talk about the aura ring.
Oh, I love my aura ring, guys. Have I got it on right now? Oh my God, today's the one day I don't
have it on because I have my engage it ring on. But love my aura ring. I wear it every single day.
I track my sleep every single day, my HRV. It's been so helpful for me
with fertility. I can see when I'm ovulating. I can see when I'm fertile, when I'm not fertile.
I love my Oura Ring and I feel like it's so cute. And I feel like a lot of the fitness trackers can
be quite ugly and the Oura Ring just blends in with my whole vibe and it's easy. And I'm not
too obsessive about it as well. I don't want to become obsessed with
numbers, fill it with the aura ring, I can just see how I slept, see what I need to improve on.
It's very interesting too, because I can see how just one alcoholic beverage has an impact on my
HRV. I also have a weirdly high HRV, like around the 200 range, which is crazy. And then when I
drink, I can see it drops so low. Greg tells me that I
have the highest HRV he's ever seen. I don't know what that means about me. If you know, let me know.
N0946, how did you get your period back in detail? Help. Patience, supplementing the right way,
getting rid of toxins in your life, acupuncture, grounding,
maybe less high cortisol workouts. It took me over a year to get my period back,
truly. And I was so happy when it did come back. I thought it was never going to come back.
Yeah, sometimes our hormones aren't working properly because we have candida or mold.
So get your lab work done. Go see someone and get all that done.
Rosebud 50. What time do you normally go to bed? I am in bed by 8pm and I am asleep by 9.30.
Nikki Freik. When's the Sal DiStefano episode dropping? So the Sal DiStefano episode is actually dropping on the 15th. So the next episode after this one, it's such a good one in terms of
weight loss, muscle gain, all the fitness things. Sal is amazing. He's one of the hosts of Mind
Pump. So you guys will love that one. Okay, I'm going to stop here with the questions, guys. I
