I wonder if there are women out there who are, like, horny for Mr. Beast.
Oh, there must be.
Oh, yeah.
By the numbers, there must be.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Because, like, half of planet Earth follows him.
Sure.
I love his dead smile.
He does have a wife, so she must think he's hot.
She must love him.
She must love him.
Yeah.
She couldn't be in it for the money, right?
Are they married, or are they just dating?
I mean, I bet he has a prenup.
I look to you guys.
I bet he's got a prenup.
He's got a daughter, so you're in on the...
Yeah, that's right.
You know what's going on.
Me and my daughter talk about how important a prenup is all the time.
I'm just trying to think of...
Money comes first for us.
I'm trying to think of, like, what Mr. Beast's content wedding would be like.
Where he's, like, counting to a million at the altar or whatever.
I think it's just, like, a long wedding, and if you stay, you get to watch him get married.
Okay.
You know what I mean?
Maybe they're hiding in a mall.
I heard PewDiePie just stopped his family vlog.
Oh, really?
For privacy concerns over his child.
For privacy concerns?
PewDiePie has a child?
Oh, yeah, he's doing really well, Claire.
I thought he had trouble with children.
Yeah, it doesn't mean in place.
You can get in trouble with kids and have as many as you want.
He's a guy who means a lot to children
and sometimes encourages them to do crimes against humanity.
Big deal.
By the tone of his show.
Is that what he did?
I don't remember.
Well, they're in the Christchurch Massacre.
They famously said,
watch PewDiePie before they shot all those people.
Oh, that's not great.
There's a whole phenomenon.
And what did you say?
Ruh-roh when that happened?
And then I,
how loud,
I didn't write this one down,
but I said ruh-roh.
I think that was before we were filming.
Stay out of that mosque was the first thing I said.
But then I said ruh-roh.
Jesus Christ.
Upon seeing they weren't taking the first advice.
And this is a show about Quora.
Quora.
You're back once again at America's premier Quora-based podcast,
The Quorators Podcast.
Hello.
I changed my dance for everyone watching live on YouTube.com.
We are on YouTube.com.
I feel like we should say that every once in a while because people don't know.
People know.
People should know.
It's the website.
They could be watching us on YouTube.com.
It's the website where you upload a video of yourself.
And we got some great stuff coming on for you today.
But first, a man who needs no introduction.
The god of rage himself.
visiting the studio here to uh to go on quarrel with us we have comedian brian fury brian welcome
to the show oh what a pleasure cruise to be here guys this is an unbelievable opportunity thank you
thank you for having me brian what pisses you off more than anything
um i always ask this question by the way you're basing this off as his last name yeah yeah
Okay, great, great, great.
I'm checking my notes.
Pisses you off more than anything.
Well, the Lone Star tick is really ripping through Martha's Vineyard.
Yeah, it makes me mad.
Yeah, that really pisses me off.
What if Obama can't have a hamburger?
That's something I worry about at night.
Yeah, those poor, poor kids on Martha's Vineyard are all becoming...
So the Lone Star tick, as you know, it's a tick that makes you allergic to meat.
Oh.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So they're opening up a lot of vegetarian grocery stores.
Wow.
I mean, it sounds like a good thing.
But I'm sure there are other bad medical consequences.
Haven't really looked into this tick at all.
It just makes you a vegetarian?
That's what it does?
You know, I don't have any more information than what I've given.
It's a tick that makes you woke.
It's like an activist tick trying to fight the meat industry.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
As soon as you get bit, you vote for Chevalier's.
She just won.
Congratulations.
wonderful
miss her every day
this is a show
where we read Quora
Quoraator's weather report
still hot
it's really hot out
keep those clothes off
really hot out
you don't need them
that's all you need to know
for the next several months
Brian have you been
on Quora.com before
yeah as a child
as a child
yeah
but it's not something
I've ever frequented
this format is totally
alien to me
I'm afraid
it's the questions website
okay
okay it's a place where you go to ask questions and then the questions are sometimes answered
that's kind of fun i'm not seeing any ads on here this is just for the love of not knowing anything
there are ads on it eventually it seems like mostly what is this what am i looking okay yeah
so we've scrolled once oh that's a small intestine we can't put that on youtube
i don't know this fucking website let's rein it in god damn obviously an archaeology world
I'm really upset.
For whatever reason, I can't see what you guys are looking at.
Oh, you can't see?
I'm looking at a black screen with sort of a mouse.
Oh, you know what?
Claire can see this.
You know what, Claire?
I accidentally shared you to you.
But you want to be looking at this.
You're good.
You don't need this.
That looks like a sausage.
It does.
Oh, it's a stomach.
Can I put this on YouTube?
I don't think you can put this on YouTube.
It's a whole organ sticking out of a body.
We used to watch people getting beheaded on YouTube before there were commercials, when it was good.
Sure, but that's ISIS, and I'm sure they have a deal.
We're looking at two sausages kissing, that's it.
Don't even worry about it.
ISIS, you are in the partner caliphate.
Anyway, this week we have a really wonderful theme coming up.
Now, Brian, you make a lot of videos in regards to animals, is this correct?
Not really.
Not videos.
Live show.
Thanks for having me.
To make a live show in regards to animals, is this correct?
Oh, yeah.
This is actually the best Alex has done in a while with introducing guests.
I don't get to sleep as much as I used to.
And there are knock-on effects.
Yes, we have a live show called Drunk Planet Earth that we do every month.
And there is an Instagram, but my wife does all of the work.
Oh, respect.
That's smart.
That's a traditional household.
I showed my daughter Planet Earth for the first time yesterday.
And for the first 30 seconds, she was blown away at all of the animals that were there.
And then we did have an inter-parent conflict where a lion went to go eat a gazelle.
And then my wife jumped in front of the baby, and I started yelling, no, she has to see this.
No, she has to see this.
She has to know.
That was kind of the first big divide in the house in a while.
But I bet this comes up at the live show.
Yeah, where we're jumping in front of the screen, and we're saying,
mostly babies yeah yeah dude we love censoring the live show that's so fun because you were
talking about earlier how your daughter is currently in a place of development where
she's not retaining any memories no that was before she's one and a half now okay i guess
you don't remember anything from when you're one and a half i just watched a video on this
and up until you are videos three ever heard of them find them on youtube by isis so
So your first real memories for most people are around three years old,
but it's because your hippocampus is growing
that it actively gets rid of the memories that you have at that time.
But you don't remember the first time you saw the ocean.
You don't remember anything.
So they get, like, recycled.
They're gone.
Like, the brain just decides you don't need them no more.
But she has them now.
She has short-term memory now.
She remembers things that happened, like, last week.
Yeah.
but if you shock a baby
it'll remember
and I won't
well
give it a try
yeah
maybe with my
in your face podcast
shock jock
yeah yeah
but they'll remember
for a short period of time
and then about a week later
the same thing happens
in mice
where the young mice
don't remember
that cage
but the adult mice
will remember
for months at a time
that they were shocked
in that cage
babies pretty much mice
you should put your baby
in like a big maze
and I will
see if she can get out
With a minotaur.
Give me a little cheese.
Give baby cheese for once.
Jeremy, what's the theme this week?
Animal Planet.
I found a bunch of animal stuff.
Heck yeah.
This is our space of the week.
So on Quora, there's a bunch of spaces that are kind of like subreddits, but they're for
Quora, so they're much worse.
Okay.
Hit the button.
Every week, we like to go into a space in our trademark segment, Space of the Week.
Space of the Week.
that's nice so this is animal world dot dot about animal rescue and animal news
beautiful great tiger um it's got 23 contributors it's got 5 000 followers
this is animal news it's a very weird space i see the top of a boy's head
He's holding a cat
Animal news
This boy has a cat
Animal news
Boy holding cat
Still soft
Says boy
It's mostly like
Just weird
I don't know
Stories about local animals
Okay
These are humans
Doing this
Oh yeah that's right
Look this guy's got two of them
This guy talked about
Losing his wife
In childbirth
Yeah that's kind of
Damn
I don't know what
It has to do with
Animal world
I see no animals
So therefore I don't care.
It's the most dangerous game is man.
The most dangerous game is giving birth.
There's a lot of questions on it.
Why do cats die when I put them on a vegan diet?
Is it an allergy to celery or lettuce perhaps?
Now why do you say why do they die when I?
When I.
It happens.
It keeps happening.
Again and again.
I don't know if this is someone doing a joke or it's impossible to know.
It was accepted by the mods though.
so we must answer it.
Well, cats are obligate carnivores.
Yes.
This is a troll, me thinks.
It is a troll.
He says he works at Lockheed Martin Skunk Works.
But I still think it's an interesting question
to accept into animal world.
Yeah, definitely.
The reason is that they need to eat meat.
They do.
That's why they have those teeth.
Yeah, it's kind of long and short of it,
but cats also don't chew,
so if your cat loses all its teeth,
it'll still be fine.
This cat lost all his teeth.
Oh, congrats.
No, I didn't.
Your cat?
Waffles?
You said this guy lost all his teeth.
I said this guy's cat.
And you pointed right at me.
This guy's cat.
You did not say cat.
I have all of my teeth.
Let me get out in front of this.
My teeth are all there.
And they're spectacular.
I think you could stand to lose a few, actually.
Yeah, listeners on the stream, he's crying.
No, I use them all.
But yeah, my cat does have no teeth because they rotted out of his head Irishly.
and there was nothing we could do to stop it.
They said to brush his teeth, but it was too late
and he was drinking every night and they're all gone
and my cat famously is very large and aggressive
and attacked Jeremy recently
and thank God he didn't have the teeth
because he'd have been torn to shreds.
That's true.
But he can get around to most slop.
He just has to kind of like gum it down
and I've found like chicken shreds
or things that like a normal cat might enjoy,
he can't really get to the bottom of
because it's just like too hard to process
without any shredders.
Yeah, well, is he a black cat?
He is not.
He is a tortoise shell.
Really?
Because a lot of black cats...
A Bushwick tortoise shell.
We have a tortoise, and we have a Bombay,
and a lot of Bombays, their gums reject their teeth.
So peanut allergy and coconut rat bones are our cats,
and Peanut lost all of his teeth the same way.
Oh.
Rejected.
But he was so skittish, afraid of everybody under the bed,
and then after his teeth were out,
now he's so affectionate
and it's just that
he was in pain
the whole time
yeah
so your cat
has not changed
they don't really
communicate
no he beat the shit
out of me
well I mean
we discussed this
at length the other week
but he's very protective
of my baby
I guess
even though she pulls
his tail all day
and I guess
he just assumed
Jeremy who was babysitting
was trying to steal
or hurt the baby
he's got a look
and then like
home alone style
destroyed him
and his wife
and
sort of beat the shit
out of us
really hurt them
yeah it was pretty funny
he's like having a lynx at your house uh but the point he was also crazy hot it was like very like
do the right thing in there i think that was part of it too yeah i had a big boom box i was carrying
around yeah yeah yeah italians versus koreans yeah yeah yep but but italians versus koreans
but they don't really express anger or uh pain the way that humans do so you wouldn't you just
kind of think they're in a bad mood for a long time we had a similar experience when you say
the gums reject the teeth what does that mean yeah it's just something that the that's what
the vet told us is this happens in bombays that they start to just um like the white blood cells
i guess push against and they push all the teeth out and they start to rot and smell terrible and
you need to get removed what yeah is this like an inbreeding kind of thing like a reason like
small dogs can't breathe out their nose that's a good situation yeah well that's called brachycephalic
um and yeah that's like pugs and stuff like that where they're like two short notes that's why
pugs fart a lot because they have an uneven
air intake. Those poor guys.
That's a tough dog to be. Do I have
uneven air intake? You might, Claire.
Is that what's going on? You've been bred to be
cute. Your nose should be bigger. That's true.
I like to gum my
food.
You were eating a banana before.
I'm looking at Quora. Do polar bears hunt humans?
That's a pretty solid question. Yeah, I also
like In Addable World, which is supposed to be about news
about animals. Someone wrote, has anyone lost
a dog 80 miles from home?
How did you get that back?
Balto.
Balto was gone that far.
I don't think polar bears hunt humans.
I think they would if they're around
because you're just so much smaller than them.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I mean, when they come into contact,
they certainly, there's a crazy video.
I don't know if you've seen it.
The guy who goes in like the bulletproof glass cube
out there and he's left out there
and then a polar bear comes around
and he's, you know, he's a cinematographer
and they do it on purpose,
but the polar bear tries to get in
and you're like, oh, fuck.
what an obvious situation i put myself in egg on my face um i feel for the polar bear because
they're like an endangered species and their uh environments being destroyed so they're really
hungry and they want to get you yeah and you're like oh sorry i brought my bulletproof cube
they love coca-cola and they love god do they love coca-cola santa's friend yeah the american
They love corn syrup.
Yes.
Yeah, the thing about that with climate change,
it's oftentimes the conversation is like
while we're wrecking these ecosystems, which we are,
but there's also a separate reality
where it creates advantages for other populations.
So now there are more northern populations of polar bear
that are doing better
because the ice has receded to certain places.
So now they have access to different prey that are there.
And so, you know, animals are adopting, adopting,
they're adopting or they're adapting
and evolving much quicker than we thought possible.
and you see it especially in urban centers.
So like in New York,
the darker colored pigeons are that way
because it helps them get rid of the toxic metals.
Oh, really?
That's in their bloodstream.
Nice, I gotta get that one.
In every park in New York,
from Bryant Park to Prospect Park to Parks and Queens,
there's the same species of mouse,
but they are now genetically distinct
and now each of them are immune
to different diseases and cancers
that they would get from the toxins and pollutants
that are in that area and from eating human foods.
Ryan, I'm impressed with how much you actually know about the animals.
This never happens.
No one ever knows about anything.
This horror is really dumb.
You do not have a baby brain.
You're retaining all this stuff.
You know way more than my baby does about them.
Stop blocking the screen.
She could learn something.
She looks at the dog and says, meow.
That's funny, though.
that's a good bit by your baby that's hilarious read this read this margaret answer alex from
this is do polar bears hunt humans okay margaret elizabeth stevens who's a former retired
thank you this is on quora plus we paid to see this is ty thank you i don't know you know what
it's not important okay margaret says if you are walking about in without protection of course
they'll kill and eat you so don't be silly and don't be foolish do not go near them people are
very wicked the way they treat wild
animals. My husband saw
his only polar bear in Bristol Zoo
and said how wicked we are.
TG, things
are better
than used to be.
Please everyone leave animals alone.
MES misses.
I think that's Margaret Elizabeth Stevens
misses.
MES misses. Use common sense.
Do as you would like to be done with
MES.
A vote for that.
That's how Jay-Z yells Hove at the end of a rap.
Wow.
M-E-S.
That's wow.
Mr. Worldwide.
She's not wrong.
No.
The Bronx Zoo will no longer be having any more polar bears
after the last one died.
And now in their enclosure are these species of dog called
doles, which are pretty cool.
They look like a long-haired dog-fox-dingo hybrid.
But the thing with doles is they're really smart and they
plan a lot.
and when they first put them there,
they escaped from the enclosure.
Oh, hell yeah.
Because they climbed up,
they like parkoured over the walls
and they jumped over
on the pedestrian viewing area
and they did nothing.
They just wanted to like
look around the zoo.
Jamie, pull that up.
What do you want me to look up?
Pull up doles.
D-H-O-L-E.
Jamie, pull up doles.
Images, Jamie.
Is it not Joe Rogan?
I can't find any photos
of them escaping zoo, but...
Well, I just want to see
what they look like.
Yeah, the cuties.
They're furry motherfuckers.
They kind of are.
They're really pretty.
Almost hyena-esque.
Yeah, but almost like fox-esque.
You know what I mean?
That's a hot dog.
That's a hot dog.
Women love this dog.
Mr. Beast loves this dog.
Meet the D-hole, that says.
That's how I read it, even though I knew it.
None of them say D-hole.
That's how I read it, even though I understand how it's pronounced.
No, she's on a different website.
I'm seeing D-hole.
You can name an animal whatever you want.
Yeah.
Okay, we should go to real questions.
Although Bristol Zoo, that's in England, right?
That's British.
Hit our Anglo Spotted button.
No.
How about...
Anglo Spotted.
That was really good.
We should hit more buttons together.
You know what?
You need a camera on the soundboard
because the two of them were both at the same time hitting buttons,
which I'm sure the machine is making.
That doesn't usually happen.
It's highly unorthodox.
Okay, okay.
It's animal collection.
Yeah!
Cora Gone Wild.
You want to hit the tiger again?
Do some notes make cats go crazy?
I played a song on my phone, and out of nowhere, the cat attacked me.
A minute later, it was as if nothing happened.
No.
No.
There's one note that makes cats poop, but that's it.
I was about to say there's the brown note, which famously makes you poop.
And I think if you made a cat poop to remove its agency would cause it to be violent.
So you probably found the brown note for cats.
Yeah, the brown note.
It makes them poop and then attack you.
Well, if there's no sand to cover it, it would be very distressing for a cat.
Cats do like to run around after pooping.
I want to see what strangers said about this question.
Oh, look at that cat.
We got Logan Forbes.
He's a wildlife rehabilitator.
Do you want to read this, Claire?
This past Christmas, I was playing some random songs on my mom's piano.
Mostly classical and standards
This was the first time the cats had heard me play
Lily spent over an hour
Continually singing along
Barely stopping long enough to take in a breath
Fuck you
Charlie Brown ass cat
This is long
This is the beginning of a great tale
She peered down the back of the piano
Then scrutinized the keys
And me apparently trying to figure out where to lodge her complaint
About the noise
she went from pacing and meowing to sitting on my lap meowing then sitting on the bench meowing
at first she rubbed her cheek against my hand a few times but that progressed to repeatedly
head butting my hand right off the keys it's like i'm in the room
all this time other cat milo stayed completely quiet milo has entered the chat
i didn't know it was like a hacky cat name when i did it yeah it's kind of like every
Every fucking cat is named Milo.
On original.
My cat's name was Mint Chip when we got it.
And we were like, that's ridiculous.
So we wanted to change it to a different M name.
People like food names for animals.
I like a food name, but I feel like this is a black and white cat.
Why Mint Chip?
Yeah.
Like any sense at all.
We got green.
When we got our cat, his name was Tortellini.
Okay.
Yeah, cute, but too much.
Too much.
Yeah.
I like Tortellini.
Very Italian.
Very Italian cat.
I'm going to change my name to Tortellini
You should, Claire
I'm not sure this answer is going anywhere
Tortellini O'Kane
Yeah, this is very like Iken has cheeseburger energy
Does a song make a cat go crazy?
I mean like some Timberland music
Maybe could be absolutely nasty, but no
You know what I mean?
I feel like that's just head aggression
Somebody posted a cat reacting to a theremin
I'd like to see that
Let's go ahead and get that in the chat here
cat's going crazy
I mean the cat's really just attacking
the wire on the theremin
he's playing with it
yeah this is good for me
this is just a video of a cat
allow me to be clear I'm Barack Obama
this cat is playing the theremin
it is not reacting to the theremin
if you like the theremin
you can keep it the cat's playing the theremin
yeah I like
that video Deborah Brown says
a harmonica thing. I don't know about
specific notes, but at one point I tried to teach myself how to
play the harmonica. My cat objected
by slapping my shin silly and running
from the room. Everyone's a
critic. Oh, no!
Maybe you suck
at the instrument. Yeah, maybe that's what it is.
You're just not that good at harmonica. Oh, jeez.
My cat hates my harmonica.
Who's that?
Who's that character?
That's my new guy.
Are you still doing Obama?
I'm Barack Obama.
44th president of the United States.
This guy's only other question is,
why doesn't Louis C.K. sell Horace and Pete to Netflix?
Two great questions.
Damn.
No answers yet.
No.
Nine years ago.
That's money on the table, Louis.
Louis.
I'm going to comment, he's a perv.
Jeremy.
He's a perv.
That's why he couldn't do it.
He didn't know that when he wrote this nine years ago.
And I'm a shrimp boat captain.
What year is it?
2026.
So I guess 2017.
He might have known he's a perv.
I don't know.
By then.
It was an open secret.
Yeah.
It was an open secret.
Maybe he's actually a comedy manager, this guy.
So he knew about it.
I'm a comedy manager.
I always ask you questions about your cat.
That's that question.
Okay.
I'm moving on to another question.
Fine.
What are some practical applications of cow's ability to recognize humans
and distinguish between them.
Can cows do that?
I think they can.
I believe it.
Cows got more going on than people want to think about
because you want to think of them as big steaks.
Right.
Unless you're that fly.
Sometimes you can play an instrument for them in a field
and they all prance.
Whoa, that's true.
Is that true?
Yeah.
You ever seen that, Claire?
Pretty great.
Can you pull that up?
Jamie, put...
What am I searching for this?
No, don't pull that up.
That's going to take too long.
Cow prance.
Cow prance.
Claire, I'll send it to you later.
What are practical applications?
How is that anything other than what are the military applications?
Oh, that's a good idea.
Get them in the army.
Cows.
Imagine how scared you'd be if you're on the battlefield and a bunch of cows start running up at you.
Make a stampede.
I think cows could be pretty good hurt lockers.
They seem pretty calm.
Oh, yeah.
Get them in the big bomb suit.
cows uh i i've seen in i think in come and see you can use them as a bullet sponge so if you you
can hide behind them if there's a machine gun installation on the top of a hill if you're in
is a mobile game yeah yeah it's a russian uh perestroika film where they actually made a
little boy's hair go white by filming it's really good yeah and you can unlock new skins for him
if you pay three dollars.
They're all just different
Caucasian countries.
You've unlocked
Bosnian child.
This makes sense.
I would believe that cows
can recognize people's faces
and famously you guys know
crows recognize people's faces.
Crows are hella smart.
Crows are really,
really smart.
Respect to crows.
We love crows.
We love crows on this podcast.
They can like talk almost.
They can,
not almost,
they can like talk talk.
Tell them.
They can mimic speech.
They're also used now, there are places in Japan,
there are these pilot programs for them to pick up trash.
And they'll fly around.
Put them to work.
Yeah, they pick them up and then in exchange
they get a little piece of kibble.
Japan is a place where they love biological experiments.
They're doing the fucking Flintstones over there.
That's crazy.
It's awesome.
So there's this thing that people used to refer to
as crow funerals, where if a crow dies,
a bunch of crows come and they seem to like stand around where the crow had died and we thought it
was yeah i was gonna say get drunk yeah all their teeth fall out but it turns out that they it's not
really a mourning process what we think now more is they are assessing what happened to the dead
crow they're looking is anybody here you know what i mean and then they tell each other so crows so
So, like, if a person kills a crow, they will recognize that crow, that person, and they'll antagonize them, whatever.
But even crows who weren't there, who have been told about that person, then are wary and make alarm sounds around that person.
So the birds are communicating to each other the facial features or whatever they're using to describe and categorize whoever was the threat.
They gang-stalk.
You can be gang-stalked by a crow.
I was going to say, that's kind of like what happened with Louis C.K.
It's like, oh, yeah, we all knew about it.
He's the victim.
We stayed away because all the crows told us.
Don't go on tour with this.
The crow showed up in my window.
Back off!
I bet there's a lot of miscommunications in the crow community when there's a funeral.
They're like, oh, I saw a murder of crows at the funeral.
And they're like, he was murdered?
Put that in a New Yorker cartoon
Someone write that down
Paging Hollywood
You heard about crows?
If it was 1992
I could sell a TV show off of that joke
But again, the question's about cows
Just bringing it back for one moment
Drop the R, it's cleaner
Claire has recently watched The Social Network
Welcome back to the show
i don't think cows really do that much brain stuff they're not as smart tbh they're just
mostly hot they don't gossip they're just hot animals cows they look good they got a lot of
curves uh if they could recognize people though how could you use that how could you use that for
your you can how can you make them pick up trash i guess you could have them mow lawns
to have them eat a lawn in a more symmetrical fashion.
That's a good idea.
But how's that related to them recognizing it?
They recognize how mad I am when they don't mow my lawn right.
Go back and eat all the grass.
I like that they let them make the Chick-fil-A billboards.
Yeah, that's good.
That's a nice job for the cows to have.
It's a good gig.
It keeps them out of gangs.
It's better that AI art is to use cow art.
That's true.
I don't think that the cows lie to me, though.
How do they lie to you?
They act like they're a neutral arbiter,
but they just say to eat chickens on there.
A lie by omission.
Right, yeah.
That's fair.
They act as if they have no stake in the argument.
Oh, big pun.
Uh-oh.
Hit the stake button.
Wait, we actually do have one for this.
And again, that's the stake button.
there's only one answer it's by john leonard homan read it question what are some practical
application of cow's ability to recognize humans and distinguish between them have you ever been
part of the human programming and indoctrination stations training programs school shut up schools
where the student is taught to memorize the programming whether that programming is
righteous or not. Memorize
and get a good grade, schools.
This is someone who is procrastinating their homework.
No, this is remarkable.
Every answer we have read has
been written by my Polish mother-in-law.
This is exactly how
she talks. Get her on
Quora. We're in the middle of my slam poem.
It is kind of a slam poem.
Schools where the student
is not taught
how to think righteously.
Once a
premise is built on a falsehood what righteous good can come from it what are practical applications
of cows herd animals ability to recognize humans and distinguish between them you might find
yourself much less concerned about your diplomas school scrolls of memory programming as how to
think takes the stage on the righteous reality show network rendering thinking power to everybody
on Earth. Yours righteously, John
the Self-Enlightened Man.
Not a fucking answer in there.
Not even close to an answer.
Not a dry ass.
One more answer that just says you could get them to say boo.
Nice.
That's really good.
This guy kind of rules.
John Leonard Homan.
I'm appearing as a trinity on
Quora. Stay Homan.
What is this? Wait, we should read his bio.
Read it.
I am appearing as a Trinity on Quora.
John Leonard Holman, Jack Holman, and John Holman.
I am not sure how this happened.
I am started as Jack Holman.
My nickname.
Why are you saying Holman like that?
I am became John Leonard Holman,
where my past data appears to have made the transition.
So if interested, John Leonard Holman.
Otherwise, you are only viewing the John Holman information
from 9th February 2022.
I see.
So this is his old profile
that was like deleted.
Oh, wait, wait, wait, wait.
Hold on, though.
Don't press it
because he's actually
a freedom-loving
American patriot.
Oh, yeah.
The British flag is the happy.
I want to click it.
Oh, I can't click it then.
I know he's American.
He lives in fucking
Stone Mountain, Georgia.
I can't hit that button
against a countryman.
No, that would be wrong.
Yeah, I don't know.
This guy has a lot
of really intense questions
about like Jesus
and stuff like that.
Wow, that's so cheesy.
You're kidding.
This guy has niche opinions on the Bible?
John Leonard Homan, who appears as a trinity?
Certainly you're not referring to Jack Homan.
Well.
Yeah, he's kind of going off in all of these comments.
If I ever need to explain how the Holy Spirit works
to someone who's on Quora a lot,
I'm going to say,
you know how John Leonard Homan is also Jack Homan?
Can we read this?
Oh my, yeah, this rips.
The question is, MAGA Christians,
is it possible for a Democrat to be a Christian?
Do you want to read it, Brian?
May I?
Oh, baby!
Mother, may I?
He says, you fools.
You fools!
From the libertarian's libertarian perspective,
dot, dot, dot,
urine flows downhill, winky face.
Which witch is worse?
Twats of the right stuck between two dots.
the persecutors of the blue
laws of persecuting Christian
conservatives, which burns
that are nothing less than constitutional
violations of righteous Americans who
had not violated anybody
yet. Their rights were
violated. Twats of the left
stuck between two dots.
Then these are brainless bitches
of the supposed opposition
that proved to have been ignorant
co-conspirators, those
bitchers, pissers, and
whiners that let the right get away
with it, winky face.
Which is worse? Which which is worse?
These are two witches.
Yours righteously, John the Thinking Guy.
We're stuck between two dots.
What does stuck between two dots mean?
I don't know. What do you mean? We just read it.
The dots are, you know what I'm thinking about
too hard. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Urine flows
downhill. Urine flows downhill, winky face.
He's a libertarian. I've never heard
anyone wink after saying that.
Yeah, wait.
What are you implying?
You're in clothes down here.
Yeah, there's no double entendre there.
You're already saying urine.
I am peeing on you.
All right.
Well, I guess I don't know if we want to read all of this guy's poems.
No, I think we're...
I think he's getting to the truth of the matter.
Let's do another question.
Litty gritty between the dots.
It's a shame.
We just clicked away, and I saw he said something about Supergirl.
I'm sure he's got a cool opinion.
I bet it's awesome.
Will my hand-raised tiger save me,
or will they run away when I get ambushed by a male lion
if I was walking in the wild of African plains?
Yeah, hit the tiger button.
No, we haven't heard that in a while.
Or is it the lion button?
Oh, I forgot it goes so long.
Sometimes tigers do remember you,
and they give you a big hug on Instagram.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, and everybody can do that, by the way.
Yes.
Everybody can go.
I could do that tomorrow.
Oh, my God.
They would love for you to do that tomorrow.
Yeah, no, you're a hand-raised tiger.
Will they save me or run away when you get ambushed by a male lion
if I was walking in the wild?
Yeah, that's a good...
You're going to train them to be loyal.
It's worth remembering the female lions are the hunters.
So the male lion is actually a best-case scenario.
Yeah, yeah.
But male lions, you know, when they're on their own
and they're kicked out of the pride,
do have to, like, hunt for themselves or they'll scavenge.
And they get emo.
They're just like us.
They're just like us.
My hand-raised tiger.
Where did you get?
Okay, I'll ask you this, Brian.
Are lions bigger than tigers or vice versa?
Tigers are bigger than lions, I believe.
Like a Siberian tiger, I think, is the biggest cat.
Really?
I think that's right.
I think tigers are often bigger.
And in that case, I wouldn't expect my hand-raised tiger to defend me from a smaller male lion.
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, you know, lions get a lot of guff, too, from hyena.
You know what I mean?
Oh, yeah.
I've always felt it would be a good plan
if you raised some sort of big cat
to have a big laser pointer
and then you just shine it on your enemy
and they run over and attack it.
They would go over
and then they'd be like,
where did the dot go?
Right, exactly.
That's the main thing they do.
But it's tricky if it's a lion
because then they're both going to go
for the laser pointer.
The laser pointer actually makes cats
very frustrated in all honesty.
I know, I know.
If you could just stop joking around
for a minute,
it really confuses them.
They don't like it.
My president.
Really?
Yeah.
Yeah, well, they like the hunt, but then when they get there, it's upsetting.
There's nothing there.
They need something, yeah, tangible to get their teeth and claws into.
It's like edging.
Yeah, Claire.
Totally, totally.
It's like edging.
How do I explain this to Claire?
Okay, now I understand.
You know, edging.
Alex, are you hand-raising your daughter?
I am hand-raising my daughter.
Yeah, I guess you are.
Okay, good.
I spend all my time around her.
I saved her from the wilderness.
Do you think she would save you or run away
if you got ambushed by a male lion
in the wild of African plain?
I hope she doesn't try to save me from a male lion.
That would be a fool's errand, I would say.
I like to think I'd have the courage to say so at the time.
You embark upon a lark to save me, miss.
Not that I might say.
I think the largest is Siberian tiger.
The one with the strongest bite force, PSI,
is a jaguar.
Ooh, really?
The rarest big cat is called an Amur leopard,
which kind of lives around Russia area.
There used to be 48 left in the wild.
In the taiga?
In the taiga forest.
Oh, yeah.
That's a good forest.
But their numbers are increasing.
Hey, respect.
Hell yeah.
Lions hunt in prides,
but also in hunting groups,
your tiger will be outnumbered.
It would be wise of him not to interfere,
says Iskartalubatha.
Seems like the question changed at one point.
Originally it was,
what do you think will happen to me
if, e.g., I was walking slash scrolling
with my pet male tiger
and I got attacked by a wild male African lion
in the wild savannah?
Will my tiger run away or will he save me?
I can't believe they edited that down.
And then this guy who was in the military said,
I think they both will have you for lunch.
Nice.
Come on, man.
Take it easy on me.
They'll probably fight over who gets the so-called lion's share of you.
That is what I think.
All right, take the lion's side.
This man was in a war.
So do you have to provide any credentials?
Because I saw earlier you said you were a shrimp captain.
So if we were to answer it and be like, yes, the tiger will defend you,
we can then go and add anything we want.
And these are just ones that we've had in the past.
Okay.
But we can say literally anything.
Tiger expert.
Gotcha.
So when I said credential, I didn't mean you typing it.
I meant like you don't have to prove it.
You definitely don't have to prove any.
No, the government doesn't have to get involved.
I've worked there for 100 years.
Oh, wow.
And I'm a tiger expert.
You could be in jail.
You could be a ghost.
It doesn't really matter.
Tiger expert.
Okay.
I mean, it looks good.
It's true.
It looks really nice.
That's 100% true.
I want to see who asked this question, if there's someone.
Zhao Kai.
There were some really good names on that forum we scrolled away from.
Oh, sorry.
This guy is mostly asking about tigers and such.
Oh, and Israel.
Nice.
The tiger of the Middle East.
We got to stop giving money to that tiger.
You keep thinking you can hand raise this tiger.
It is kind of, yeah.
You can't control him.
Are the teeth of a Komodo dragon
similar to the great white shark?
I don't know.
No.
Stupid.
What would you know?
He goes, what's the name of this?
When was the last time you saw Komodo?
Every day of my life.
He asked one year ago,
what is the name of this song called
that starts with a girl saying er or hmm,
I don't know,
is a late 90s or 2000s and 2020s song?
No answers on that.
It's that song that starts with the girl going er.
Or hmm.
Everybody get up
That's what it could be
Think of Space Jam
He has hundreds and hundreds of questions
Was the great white shark named because of its gray white color?
I appreciate how many of his questions are animal themed
He's staying on a theme
I'm a tiger expert
nice although they are commonly referred to now as just white sharks really they're not great
anymore yeah yeah yeah why'd they lose that oftentimes like the greater distinction has to
do with um there'll be multiple species like a toy poodle you know what i mean or a standard poodle
okay and so there's just it's just a white shark there's no like diminutive that's like a huge
bummer to hear well i think originally the concept was like oh fuck this one's big this is a great
white shark but then there was no not a second white shark so i get it but i feel like it's
fun to be like it's a great white again i watched the first episode of planet earth yesterday they're
big those sharks are quite large you're binging it you're gonna binge watch planet earth we only
got through half because then the baby fell asleep okay so i have a lot left you you weren't like hey
wake up this is important lock in we're gonna we're gonna put you here one day i'm gonna feed
you to a shark okay let's do another one yes this is animal week do psychopaths have an animalistic
instinct it's not really an animal question well i don't know that we did do psychopath week last
week but i really like this guy's answer sorry anna clark's answer she says yes the one i knew
did like a tiger independent nor not reliant on anyone else senses sharp always listening
always watching while feigning disinterest to keep people off guard studying his prey like that tiger
i gotta ask brian are tigers independent and not reliant on anyone else checking out so far
best people reader i've ever known very astute he missed nothing maybe because his mind was
uncluttered by empathy, fear, or conscience.
Like the tiger itself.
Fascinating fella. High-functioning
businessman. Sub-criminal.
Parentheses just.
He'd done some bad things in younger years. Spent time
in prison. Yeah, he fascinated me.
But in the end, I started to felt a revolution.
I felt the evil. Sorry, a
revulsion. I felt the
evil in him. I hate it
when I feel the revulsion.
Do psychopaths have an animalistic instinct?
Sometimes I'll be hanging out with psychopaths
and I'll be like, yuck.
Oh, gross.
He's a fascinating fella.
I guess I misunderstood sub-criminal.
Yeah, I don't know what that means.
I thought that meant he's not quite a criminal,
but he's a bad boy.
But the same sentence, he's like,
he's not quite a criminal,
but he was incarcerated for decades.
Oh, so that means you are just a criminal then.
Okay, I get you.
Sub-criminal, I would put sex pest there or something.
Something that's socially inappropriate,
but not illegal.
But yeah, if you went to jail, you're a criminal.
Maybe he's a criminal who's submissive.
You can't vote or whatever.
Who is like, lock me up, daddy.
Oh, yeah, he's like, consensually went to jail.
Yeah.
Consensual jail time.
He did a crime because it was his fetish to go to jail.
He wanted to do the time.
Yeah.
I can only come when I do the time.
Busted.
See, that's funny on a lot of levels.
Yeah.
Thank you.
Yeah, if you're on YouTube, rewind that and then think about it.
Think about it.
sponsored by isis are there other answers on this uh no athena says no that psychopaths do
not have animalistic instinct i think it's strange to come down hard either way on this one
it seems sort of random it's sort of a random connection i think the most correct answer is
what do you mean uh linda johnson says of course but not naturally all of the same instincts you
would have i still have the instinct to mate eat sleep etc i have trouble with fight or flight as
my serotonin receptors are a little wonky linda thanks for that answer linda not on quora linda's
bio says diagnosed antisocial personality disorder so i'm not sure we can trust what she's saying
here it may be part of her scheme she's learning about it more on in therapy and on quora her
picture is interesting it's just a woman sort of leaning over a table like she hurt her back yeah
Her back looks injured.
Yeah, it's a stock photo.
That's an interesting choice.
It's a stock photo of a woman with a hurt back.
She tried to pick something up too far away before she took the picture.
It's an animalistic instinct.
You have to take care of your lumbar spine.
This person seems kind of sad, so I'm not going to read her questions.
Yeah.
Okay.
What's this collapsed answer?
I love how Cora has answers that need improvement.
This does need improvement.
This person says, do you?
I wouldn't know.
Ask a doctor or a psychopath.
A great example of an answer that needs improvement.
Although I do kind of like it.
Many of them get filtered under there and are actually great answers,
and so it's worth checking sometimes.
You could kind of say this on anything, though.
I don't know.
Ask a doctor.
Ask a doctor.
Or a psychopath.
Ask a psychopath doctor.
I want to see what Hannibal Lecter says.
Real quick, I want to see who wrote it.
Just some random account.
Okay.
Well, if you thought that wasn't enough about animals,
Get ready for this.
In real life, bestiality is immoral
because animals do not have the mental capacity
to informedly consent to it.
But if sentient talking animals like in Disney movies existed,
philosophically, would it still be immoral?
This is a great question.
Yeah, I think you'd have an obligation to...
Yeah.
We're on here to...
How quickly do we get to Judy Hopps in these answers?
um philosophically would it be immoral if they're what what does he give verbal consent i think it
would be okay yeah yeah what are the animals in disney movies like the crab and like little
mermaid or something gotta have sex with the crab you can fuck me you can put your dick in my shell
i think it's funny i think it's i just want to see you feel good i'm the crab i'm the jamaican
crab and the little mermaid he's got to feel weird about her having two seashells as as bra
though. Oh for sure. Oh because it's
his people? Yeah it's kind of like not that far
from him. Well are crabs like hermit
crabs in that they move into a shell or
are they born with a shell? Born with a shell
and then they shed.
One of the most sustainable seafoods you can eat
are actually soft shell crabs. But that's
the transition between when they're
molting and they're forming their
larger shell. They're pretty much just spiders
at that point.
Now what I would say about Sebastian
the crab looking at Ariel's
Thank you for saying his name.
Ariel's boob shells.
He would probably relate to her by having those shells
as the shells she has are a clamshell,
so it's like she's reaching across the aisle
to be like him.
Okay.
Yeah, like when I wear my meat skin
in front of other people,
they're like, thank you.
I have that as well.
I appreciate that you're taking the time
to understand my culture as a human.
Brian, skin is my largest organ.
Thank you for wearing that.
So awful.
Just a dog walking around.
Days since bestiality mentioned on Quarators reset back to zero.
Well, what are you going to do?
If you're keeping track at home.
It's on Quora.com.
It's not a website for normal people.
If you check our iTunes reviews, this comes up quite often.
I don't know.
So this guy says, do you think so or are you just saying that?
What does that mean?
I don't know, but the next paragraph isn't better.
Is that better?
No.
Okay.
Oh, it's a long story.
I mean, this is someone who clearly is trying to do...
Look how long this is.
Oh, he puts footnotes with sources.
When do you see that on the internet?
Almost never.
One source is angels.
The wiki quote for angels is one of the sources.
Catherine says, no, it would not be immoral.
Why?
If sentient, intelligent, talking members of another species existed
and both parties were capable of knowledgeable consent and did consent,
but no, sex between them would not be immoral.
Oh, it's not immoral.
To say otherwise, I'd have to declare that the marriage
that created one of my favorite fictional characters,
Mr. Spock, immoral.
Oh, don't.
I don't believe Sarek and Amanda were behaving immorally
when they made him.
Spock's parents are Sarek and Amanda?
One's a Vulcan, one's a Romulan.
Oh, okay.
I'm talking out of school here.
I really don't know anything about Star Trek.
Actually, I'm just talking out of my ass.
You know what this is?
It's a dogs in the Disney universe situation
where Goofy is a dog and Pluto is a dog.
Dogs having dogs.
Goofy is just a guy.
Only one of them wears pants.
Pluto, it would be wrong to fuck Pluto.
There's a haunting Disney cartoon that they banned
that explained what happened to Pluto
and why he doesn't speak.
What is it?
Is it like a past trauma?
He's the only one.
It's like a war situation.
Wow.
So he actually is intelligent.
He's just been to war.
He's just guilty.
He has a heavy conscience, so he only barks now.
He's just seen things.
Damn.
That's really sad.
The things that he did.
Sort of a, what is that movie called?
Come and See?
Oh, yeah.
It's basically a Come and See situation.
He was in Come and See.
Check out Come and See.
Am I the only one who's seen this movie?
I have not seen it.
I know about it.
I feel like you guys are Mr. Two-Day-A-Movie,
but I've seen the movie.
I mean, I've wanted to see it for a long time,
but it seems incredibly sad.
Are you scared?
It's one of the saddest movies.
It's not really sad.
It's about the Holocaust, right?
I know the song from it.
Come and see.
It's about that.
Come and see.
That's right, Claire.
That's a callback to before we started recording.
Oh, shit.
Let's just say
Alex was singing
Paper Moon
Like Purple Rain
It's about the eastern front
Alright I'm moving on
Here's a question
There you go
Check it out
Why don't elephants
Use computers
Don't have them
Shut up
Go to hell
They're not big enough
The computers are too small
If you made a big enough computer
Could an elephant
Learn to use it
They'd have to stomp on the keys.
If they saw a mouse nearing and got scared.
Oh.
They never forget.
They never forget.
They're like computers.
Elephants can hear through their feet through subsonic frequencies, which is, yeah, very scary.
You're right.
Make Claire scream.
It's crazy.
But that's why we see a lot of instances of before hurricanes and tsunamis come to land,
elephants run uphill and inland because they can feel it coming before anybody else sees it coming.
So they've got to be using a trunk for the keyboard, then,
if they're going to have a computer.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, a trunk is nimble enough they can push over a tree,
but they can also pick up a blade of grass.
That's so cool.
They'd be great at first-person shooters with mouse keyboard.
You would need a different kind of setup.
Maybe all the keys would be in a circle in the middle,
because it's essentially like they only have one input,
and you can't spread out your hands to hit a wide.
I wonder if any other animals...
I wonder if you can get a chimp to use a computer.
Yeah.
I don't know.
People are doing that.
You can play games.
There's a chimp just beat Minecraft.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
Yeah, so they love touchscreens.
If a chimp beats, like, Elden Ring,
I'm going to be kind of annoyed that I couldn't beat it.
If there's a video of a chimp beating Melania
or whatever her name is.
I won't let my kid play Roblox
because I don't want to run into chimps on there.
They're too competitive.
They're too competitive.
They BM in the chat.
They're natural predators.
Oh, no.
The only thing I know about,
the only elephant fact I know is that
What is it?
You can tell the difference between Indian and African ones
by the shape of their ears being like India and Africa.
Have you seen this?
That's fun.
I don't know how true it is, but I've heard it.
Well, you can tell the difference
because one is the biggest animal on land.
African elephants are massive.
You'd have to be blind not to see the difference.
No, hold on.
Their ear looks like Africa versus their ear looks like India.
That's so fun.
I didn't know that.
Oh, cool.
They kind of look the same, though, honestly.
I don't really see anybody's ear looking like India.
This is what I heard once.
Whatever.
Big ass ears.
Write it down.
Put it in a cartoon.
They're so big because they have like thousands of capillaries in there.
So that's how they cool their blood is that it all goes to their ears.
I've heard that one before.
That's a great elephant fact.
That's nice.
So there's a comment here that just says, because some humans are using all the computers.
Peace, love, and husk app muffins.
What's husk app muffins?
I don't know.
Jamie, look that up.
Look it up.
Yeah, you wrote Sarek.
What the hell?
You're still on Spock's dad, Sarek.
God forbid you type Huskamp muffins with your damn fingers you have.
Do you know what elephants would give to type Huskamp muffins to Google?
They paint.
These are good muffins.
It's a type of berry.
Oh, okay.
Sour cream muffin.
So it's like a blueberry muffin.
Interesting.
Greatest muffin fact for the episode.
It's a type of berry.
Oh.
Anyone else want me to look stuff up?
Do you want me to look up someone singing to cows to make them run around Claire?
Nah, I'll look later.
I'll send you the video.
It's fire.
I'll give the time back to the room.
We almost got through all the questions today.
It's been years since we've done that.
If you barked back convincingly, would your dog be impressed or confused?
I could bark so convincingly, too.
You'd think it's a real dog.
Yeah, you've never lived with a dog if you've never barked back at a dog.
Yeah, absolutely.
Confused or upset, I think.
Yeah, probably upset.
It seems like they just ignore you.
Because when you talk, that's like you're barking to them.
Right.
So when you do their thing, they're like, yeah, ha, ha, ha.
You think they're offended?
Yeah, oh, that's what I do.
I don't think they would know.
I don't think they would just be like, that's just more.
They always think you're barking.
All words are barking to them.
Stay barking.
And then they'll try and mimic how you sound.
Have you seen the Italian Husky?
No.
Pretty good stuff.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, it's good stuff.
Yeah, he just has an Italian accent and howls.
It's pretty cute.
I like that a lot.
Does he kind of talk with his paws?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Take a lot of effort.
All right, we have an answer from Dog Walk Runaway.
runaway. That's actually by
Abe. Oh, I'm sorry. On the space
dog walk runway. Dog walk
runway. Yes, like a model.
Abe's answer is,
barked back, you say?
I'd have a job.
Why is everybody on this website from like
1932?
Since he does not bark,
he communicates with body
language in little quiet whines, soft growls
and groans instead.
He simply does his job.
Dot, dot, dot.
Barking warns the enemy that he is coming in
From which direction he will revive
It also wastes energy
Energy that he prefers to conserve
For his deeds towards his enemy
And then a real close-up picture of an angry dog
A phone screenshot
That really upset me
The first scroll was so cute
Yeah, you think it's going to be slightly cute
When you just see his ears
And then you're like, oh, this dog is actually going to kill me
This is the last thing you ever see
and he's a Czechoslovakian wolf dog
and a former now red military attack dog.
So this is a dog that eats humans.
Yeah, it's not great.
M Blonde says, you're right about the wolf.
They don't bark.
Unless I'm mistaken.
Wolves have, each of them,
their vocal cords are slightly different.
So when there's a howl,
they can hear how many individual wolves are in the pack.
That's crazy.
I wish I had that ability.
Even if I heard a whole bunch of wolves,
I wouldn't be able to distinguish like,
like, oh, there's 20.
No, I don't think you would.
Yeah.
I don't have that ability.
You're going to show your daughter enough planet Earth
until she could do that.
I'm just a man.
It's a big singing episode for us.
How long all these stories are.
This guy's got a cute picture of a dog.
That's a cute dog.
This is a great question to read if you want pictures of dogs.
I can bark quite convincingly.
I may say that I can parrot dogs,
but I don't really know their language.
I can bark as an alarmed dog, an angry dog,
and a dog who's warning someone.
Is he single?
I was also able to yelp and whine quite well
and even to howl.
Sometimes I managed to arouse a howling spree
of all dogs in a neighborhood
but I kind of lost that fluency now.
Anyway, dogs did believe I was a dog
until they saw me.
So I could bark at a dog behind a fence
and the dog would bark back to me
but the moment they saw me
they either stopped barking
or started barking to a human and not to a dog,
there's a difference.
I like that this guy's like,
I used to be able to mimic any bark.
Not now.
Don't ask to see it.
Back when I was in the CIA,
I could do any bark.
I was in dog division.
I was sowing misinformation among dogs.
He was set to go to Moscow.
I was testing HIV on dogs.
MK Ultra.
I gave dogs a bunch of acid.
I gave myself a bunch of that
We didn't get a lot done
That's why we have a dog Unabomber
Oh my god
Yeah his book was actually pretty compelling
Unabarker
It was written by an elephant
Unabarker
Unabarker

Do dogs ever genuinely smile or laugh at something?
Dogs are fake fuck.
I was just trying to get their next deal.
Do dogs ever genuinely laugh?
I hate when they fake laugh at stuff.
Like you're telling a joke to a dog and they laugh.
You don't even get that.
That's about having three cones in your eyes.
They do look.
You don't even know what that's about.
They look like they're smiling.
smiling. Right. They do look like they're smiling.
Yeah, but they don't be smiling.
That's just what they look like. Yeah.
They famously don't be smiling.
They're basically frowning. Yeah, but
rats are ticklish. Really?
Rats are ticklish and they laugh.
Rats laugh? You know this one just from
talking to rats a lot.
Yeah, dude, I'm not like that busy.
It's a
ratatouille situation. But there's, yeah, there are
great videos you can look up on that of researchers
tickling mice and rats. Oh my god.
Do they feel bad then when they do all the other
stuff they do to them.
The rats think it's
so funny. The rat's pretty much
just like me. Anyway, now to cut its
face off and see if it cries.
I don't think it's the same rat
being like, oh, dude, yesterday
fucking ripped. Yeah. Awesome.
Those are just the bad rats. You really want to be the
tickle rat. The criminal rat. You don't want to be the one
who's doing, like, cancer.
I hope I end up in the video game
studies at the rat lab.
Just seeing how high my ELO gets.
It's ELO.
The guy, it's his name.
I can see your ELO.
Edit that out.
That sucked.
No, keep it in.
Take that out.
It's the singing episode.
Put something funny in instead.
I just put in a full stand-up special.
Someone else.
Tony Hinchcliffe special.
Yeah, that's right.
Yeah, somebody's not pulling any punches.
finally taking puerto ricans to task all right i'm gonna read marcy stelling's answer please
i met a tiny little chihuahua the other day i was chatting with a friend at her home when out
from the pillows on the sofa came this tiny little dog oh she was the cutest and decided that she
liked me right away she jumped into my lap and i think you're reading this like you're mitch
headburn i petted her and talked to her calling her baby which turned out to be her name and then
She looked up at me and smiled at me.
Her mouth pulled into a toothy grin,
and her little eyes squeezed shut,
and she melted my heart on the spot.
Baby's owner said upon seeing her dog smile,
do you know how long it took me to teach her to smile?
Oh, boy.
I was astonished.
I never knew you could teach a dog to smile.
She also told me that baby is shy
and seldom comes out when people come,
that she never reacts to other friends
the way she did to me.
I'm a dog lover.
I love them all,
but I especially fell in love with little baby.
I can't wait to see that smile again.
And that is 400 upvotes.
Wow.
It's a feel-good story.
Yeah.
Cesar Millan, pop off in the chat if this is wrong.
But I think there's also a submission element to dogs.
There's obviously an aggression element to dogs,
like baring their teeth.
But you'll also see wolves, you know what I mean,
when they're trying to apologize or make up for something.
Sometimes they'll show their gums.
Right.
If they had a pre-woke phase, they need to address that.
They have old tweets.
Yeah.
I shouldn't have said that stuff.
Rabbits deserve to be eaten.
My little gumdrops to me.
I think 9-11 was funny.
I'm a wolf.
I think it was an outside job, personally.
It happened outside.
I love outside.
I'm a wolf.
Everything I do is there.
There's 10 guys in that pack.
But you can't teach a dog to smile, right?
That seems crazy.
Well, that's what, like, yeah, you could teach them, like, responses.
You know what I mean?
Like, do this and you get a reward.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay.
Fair enough.
But, you know, there's, like, famous things.
Like, in the, I think it was in the original, what's that fucking dragon show?
Baldo.
Game of Thrones.
Game of Thrones.
Yeah, for the dire wolves.
Oh, okay.
They had to edit out because the dogs kept wagging.
And they weren't.
They were having too much fun.
They were like, no, this is the scene where we kill you again.
Come on, ghost.
Yeah, yeah.
Get it together.
They kill so many dogs in that show.
Do they?
I don't remember.
I just rewatched season one.
of the seven direwolves
or however many there are at the beginning
a lot of them are there for like one episode
and they get a sword
it was like crazy expensive I think to shoot giant
dogs so they were like we're just gonna kill these fuckers
well they also fly them out
I did a commercial for cat soup
that filmed in
South Africa
and they flew out
am I having a stroke?
what's the issue with it?
what's cat soup?
soup for cats, what are we talking about?
the product did not continue.
There's just a bunch of words in a row
that I'm like,
I've never heard any of these words in a row.
You know how cats love to hold a spoon?
They flew out the cat trainer
and all of her cats in first class.
Sure.
This was just a woman
who owned a bunch of Russian blues,
this cat.
And I remember the director crying on set
because they couldn't get the cat
to walk towards the camera.
So this woman,
this cat trainer,
was just a woman who had tuna fish
that she put on top of a laser pointer.
And the cat was just not interested at all.
You can't really make cats do things.
Were you like, I could just do it.
I could walk towards the camera if you need me to do it.
He's probably mad for being flown to South Africa.
If I had to think,
what do I know about this cat that would upset him?
Probably wouldn't want to go on a plane.
they surely have cats in south africa they could have hired for this yeah yeah non-union too so
you think you know what else is shot in south africa the beginning of the amc intro really
in amc theaters though but the dancing no with the couple dancing oh the guy with the coat he's
sipping the coke and then he's sitting next to that girl and then he goes then it zooms out and
And then they're in all the different types of movies you could be in.
And that's in Jaburo?
And that's in Jaburo.
How do you know this, Claire?
Nick told me.
Okay.
How does he know it?
He's a movie head.
He loves movies.
The woman who's in that ad talked about it on TikTok, I guess.
Cool.
Movie fact.
So that's cool.
That is kind of cool.
Yeah.
I love the movies.
Yeah, they do a bunch of production in South Africa, so they don't have to pay the crew money.
Right.
That makes sense.
Pretty cool.
They keep everyone in, like, the District 9 pins or whatever.
You're hanging out with those aliens.
All right, well, those are all our questions.
Sorry, I got tired.
We learned a lot.
Do we want to do a quick...
Nah, fuck it.
We don't need to do a listener question.
Who cares?
Fuck the listeners.
Who cares?
We hate them.
Fuck them.
Get better questions.
Sorry, Bobby.
Hit the theme song.
All right, that's going to be it for the show today.
Brian, you knew a lot about animals in a way that shocked and appalled
many of our fans here.
I don't know if they appalled people.
I think they liked it.
Where could they find you and your work
at home and abroad?
They can find me on the internet
at morathenenough.
All right, check out morathenenough.
Or drunkplanetearth.
That's probably the more animal-centric stuff.
Yeah, if you're in New York, go to the show.
Go to a live show.
Leave the house sometime.
Meet a friend.
Do it.
Are people falling in love in the audience?
They are.
Yeah?
Yeah.
Didn't someone propose at one of your shows recently?
Or am I making that up?
I think you're making that up.
Someone proposed at some caveat show recently.
That's fun.
You might be thinking of like a Mets game.
You know what I'm thinking of?
Citi Field.
Yeah.
That's a common place for that to happen.
Yeah.
If you'd like to have more of our show, good news.
There are twice as many episodes with one coming out every Thursday
if you support the show on patreon.com slash coordinators.
And this is a wonderful program where we go on other websites.
And you don't even know which one it's going to be.
And I often don't until I get there.
And then I find out and I am in it.
And that's how I do it.
So go check that out.
Patreon.com.
We would love to see you there, lover.
And that's going to be it for all of us this week.
Until next week, please question everything.
Bye-bye.
Bye.
Bye-bye.
