Starting point is 00:00:00 OBS. OBS. That's good. I hope we never said that before. Oh, horse hockey, you're recording the screen. OBS. Austin, are you live on Twitch? I don't think anyone's ever said that before. Are you player of the game, Austin? I think I'm the first one. This is not... These fucking headphones are nothing.
Starting point is 00:00:25 Are you scared? There we go. There you go, you're back. Beautiful, beautiful. And this will be our first podcast. Oh, I love to record. Let me just get out in front of it and say, I feel like this is going to be a bad one. Let's tell everyone this is the first one we ever did.
Starting point is 00:00:41 That way they're like, wow, they've come a long way. I'm looking at my watch and it's 2022. Oh, I have my whole future ahead of us. Provided we can save the Ukraine. Can you believe it's been two years of COVID already almost? I cannot. I'm still signing my checks to a pre-epidemic society. I'm still writing 2021 on my checks, even though it's 2022 now.
Starting point is 00:01:05 And by the way, it wasn't on my bingo card. I don't think the Chinese did it. They're innocent and pure. But if they did do it, I support them. And I think they should do it again. Whoa. Folks, it's Quarators. Oh, it's a long delay.
Starting point is 00:01:26 Tick, tick, boom. You're back in the saliva studio with the Quarators. Slurpee. Can you come to our live show on April 26th, by the way, in Brooklyn? I'm not putting the Taison Day clip in there again. I don't have it in me. Spit on it. folks we got a great show ben doyle from jet lag the game is there that's right you've seen
Starting point is 00:02:01 him flying all around the world arcade fire fire is not there but ben doyle is there let's be very clear although i think arcade fire has been canceled right have they been for being cringe it's 2022 they were like one of the originators of the like uh shave one side of my head but i have long hair a haircut like a style haircut and i'm i think that was a toxic trend like a cyberpunk woman in video game like cyberpunk woman in video game yeah i know the trend and i'm so glad we're all talking about it because it's one of the few video games with a strong anime adaptation this is america's favorite quora podcast it's jeremy it's alex that's it and who Claire did not show up today.
Starting point is 00:02:45 She did not. She is probably strung out on meth on the side of the highway. There is no way for us to know, unfortunately. I keep calling and calling, and the man at the hospital picks up. But, you know, we got a great show for you today as well. Although, again, you should buy tickets to that live show. You should. I just want to make sure you can get in because they're selling fast.
Starting point is 00:03:07 Oh, my God. And if you don't act right now, you may not get into the building. That's three more sales You don't want to be on the wait list At the gutter bar in Brooklyn No you don't It's a rough place It's a dangerous neighborhood
Starting point is 00:03:21 It's really scary It's scary over there It's next to McCarran Park Yep Oh my god You could get robbed by a German tourist You might see someone with a mustache Oh gross
Starting point is 00:03:30 Boo It's your dad Sure My dad will be there Will your dad be there? Yeah he will And it's his birthday Wow
Starting point is 00:03:38 Alex's dad will be there We're going to sing happy birthday Happy birthday to my dad. It's the live show. Tom, thanks for coming. Tom of Alexland. That's not anything. No, it's not.
Starting point is 00:03:49 Okay, this is important context. Alex, as we all know, has had a baby recently. And he did not sleep last night. So he came over to my apartment and he said, Jeremy, it's going to be a sleepy one. But I think for whatever reason today, sleepy one means very energetic and silly. Well, no.
Starting point is 00:04:08 Okay, here's what's going on. is I'm putting my foot all the way on the gas because there's not the processing power to create full sentences going on in the engine. So I just need to just fire away. Okay, that's fine. The quality of the burst is much lower, and so the quantity must rise to meet the occasion.
Starting point is 00:04:27 Also, there's only two people. We did the podcast with just two people for a very long time, but it is much harder. You got to really... No, no, no, no, no. You got to have a lot of opinions. It's not harder. what you have to do is you just have to use the the the the great strategy of just you never stop
Starting point is 00:04:43 talking and this was actually a problem for a long time because we would employ this strategy when there were more people and then that and then people go you're interrupting the guest and it's like you don't understand we're we were in the trenches you're two people podcast you're running over uh nick carter from the backstreet boys carter was on the show famously this podcast because I wanted to hear Nick's opinion on what happened to the boys. We lost the TV. You know, do we need the TV if it's just two of us?
Starting point is 00:05:10 Oh, right. I guess we don't. Yeah, we could literally, we're both on this couch. Let's make sure OBS is going. Yeah, I forgot about that. So Jeremy, and I would love to talk about this. Jeremy lives in Robot House. I do live in Robot House.
Starting point is 00:05:22 Where everything is robot. That's not the problem, though. If you've seen Netflix's Arcane, the League of Legends property, then you understand the danger of making everything robot because it reduces the humanity of the environment. And so when Jeremy's lights turn on suddenly at 4 p.m. or when the cat litter machine starts to rotate like Space Station
Starting point is 00:05:43 because there's a big turd and it's shooting poop dust at you, that's a threat of the encroaching roboticization of the Jeremy home. Can I just say, OBS. You can't say that anymore. I'm leaving that in 2022 when the podcast started. TV. Wow. I'm sick of it. It's in Claire's Rider.
Starting point is 00:06:08 By the way, no saying OBS. You know the way you say it. It's boys night, right? It's Corridors. No, we already did that. We already did that. We had to hit the space of the week button. Yeah, okay. We're starting the episode. So the theme is obviously that
Starting point is 00:06:23 when Claire is away, the boys come out to play. I shall play. that's the wrong one right fucking my huge tits space of the week just knock these melons right off all right it's boys night you know what the boys are gonna talk about it's getting late there's a few brews circling you're already done playing
Starting point is 00:06:52 halo 2 custom games what are we talking about that's right afterlife oh welcome to spiritual.corra.com drop the needler and pick up spiritual.corra.com drop the needler drop the needler why are you doing that our lives continue after death here we discuss afterlife spirits and ghosts ghosts cool so i liked this uh community it approaches the afterlife it's similar to the way that uh We've come across before on this show with that guy who had his own podcast. Do you remember that? Yes. He was weird.
Starting point is 00:07:28 He interviewed people who were dead, like Amelia Earhart, a lot. Well, that made me kind of jealous of him because he was friends with celebrities, which is something that I've strived to accomplish in life. Well, didn't we say that Abraham Lincoln was going to call into the podcast today? We did. Wait, what's that? Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring. Is that him now?
Starting point is 00:07:45 Ring, ring, ring, ring, ring. Oh, it says it's Abraham Lincoln. Do you need to get your landline? Let me answer. Hello? If you're watching the YouTube, by the way, this is the wrong footage. Hello? Oh.
Starting point is 00:08:02 J-Man. Abe, what's going on? What the fuck is up? Abe, I've got a question for you. Yeah, shoot. My understanding is that you could never tell why. That's a hundo. Do you have a crush on me?
Starting point is 00:08:16 I sure do. I'm bricked up right now. I'm calling you because I'm trying to come over I'm trying to hold you down Lincoln style That's so cool Unfortunately I actually have to finish recording a podcast A house divided cannot
Starting point is 00:08:31 Bust I just wanted to say that as one sentence I'm going to go now That's kind of what I mainly wanted Say hi to Mary Dodd for me I sure will that crazy bitch She's my wife I can say that all right we gotta let's read some questions from afterwards oh yeah um so this one had a lot of
Starting point is 00:08:53 good uh introspection a lot of questions about what is heaven now what's happened to you jay may heaven is it just uh kicking back relaxing yeah mine is probably uh playing gamecube on with a domino's pizza oh yeah that's good stuff no need to expound on that the latest game Luigi's Mansion oh he's so scared here's a question from Afterlife it says if you die in your sleep
Starting point is 00:09:27 do you realize that I don't think you do now I read this one out loud the first time and I chuckled to myself but then I thought about it it's actually not as dumb as it sounds well do you realize that the answer is no do you? no
Starting point is 00:09:42 You haven't done it? I haven't died in my sleep? Well, I think when you die in your sleep, you probably wake up in the last second and go like, oh, no! I think you don't. You don't think you have a last gasp? I don't think you do have a last gasp.
Starting point is 00:09:53 I think you just fade away. I mean, when you fall asleep, doesn't it, I mean, the world is off to you. Right. The world is off, but I, you know. What if it just never turns back on? Nothing flicks me back on quite like acute organ failure, I've found.
Starting point is 00:10:08 maybe that's just my homespun environment dying in your sleep most of the questions on this space are about that i say yes you do know it and it's horrible jeremy says no it rocks yeah let's see what the answers on the subreddit say and by subreddit i mean we're on gora roger corbett says it depends if you die over a period of time from an injury or illness you should know that you are about to die and therefore when the time comes to leave your body and pass over you know what has happened however if you die suddenly without warning either from a medical incident accident or other violent means you may not realize it until a short while afterwards my partner died suddenly when she fell down the stairs and broke her neck suspicious after her funeral a media
Starting point is 00:10:51 friend of mine suddenly chatteled my partner who told them that she did not know that she had died until she looked down and saw her body laying at the bottom of the stairs jesus christ knowing my partner i can just see her standing there wondering what she was wondering how she's at the bottom of the stairs and well it's unfortunate he had been waking walking halfway up them all right if i pay a medium to like tell me what's going on with my dead wife they better not say that shit that's horrible this is his only answer ever uh yeah it looks like that weird according to the terrible unfortunately actually it looks like it's not an answer the thing is that he did this as a comment and comments do not appear on your profile on quora for some reason comments aren't answers
Starting point is 00:11:33 what are they? That's such a wise philosophical question. Interesting. If comments are not answers, what are they? It's boys night and I'm bricked up. I think this man killed his wife, right? Yeah, he did for sure. And then he's still kind of laughing about it years later.
Starting point is 00:11:49 He killed his wife and then he went to a medium to be like, what does she know? And the medium was like, she didn't know. She didn't even know she was fucking dead, Roger. You're good. You got that goose. I'll never catch you. That's one duck hunted. uh here's a great comment from yvette that says you will all caps and then will is in all caps
Starting point is 00:12:10 you know you will die and there's another comment here from mary and pinty who says if someone dies in their sleep they wouldn't be aware of it the brain shuts down the consciousness fades away it's often considered one of the most peaceful ways to go oh fellas that's gotta be me and then julia lax and says i would love to go that way and then deborah homan says that's not true my best friend was asleep during surgery and flatline she was outside her body above looking down at herself and the doctor trying to resuscitate her saying i can't bring her back i don't think she's going to make it she then started to breathe and came to my grandmother had the exact same experience i for a short time died in my sleep there's different places portals times in space
Starting point is 00:12:46 where we go and we die just before we cross over to the other side see i was this is what i was looking for by the way with all these answers i know i've with the word portals started the podcast for me i was in different places with people friends and family that were dead already for many years somehow i knew i had to wake up even though i knew this was not a dream i remember coming to coming to and gasping for air i jumped out of my bed telling the lord i'm not ready to die yet i've had many experiences of leaving my body and astral projection and flying to different places so all this being said when we die in our sleep we are not conscious unconscious we are aware of everything so actually you're wrong about sleep we learn about sleep i don't really agree with her
Starting point is 00:13:25 but she did go to Harvard. And she's a retired singer and recording artist. Pretty cool stuff. Cool. Well, thank you, Deborah. Thank you, Deborah, for writing in. Go back to the space. I'd like to see what other questions they have on there
Starting point is 00:13:36 because it was all over the place. If someone is dangerous and abusive because they have mental illness, they hated you from birth and tried to kill you as an infant. Can they follow you and torment you after they die? Okay. That's three sentences.
Starting point is 00:13:48 I have this one on the doc, not even from the space. That's how good it is. Well, this is pretty recent. Yeah. That's good stuff. Well, what do you think? Wait, does that mean it's reposted then, if it's for that reason?
Starting point is 00:14:02 Is this... They're all reposted. Are people stealing clout on Quora by reposting the best questions? People do steal clout on Quora. I mean, we know that to be true. It's me with that shit. Is that on the doc for this week? I don't remember.
Starting point is 00:14:14 Oh, okay. Who cares? I had like 30 questions, and I cut them down because so many of them applied to boys. Anyway, the answer is yes, they can torment you. That's what truth says. Well, they tried to kill you from birth and as an infant. i would guess that like uh this is probably like this implies like a eternal enemy right like a rival like a gary i was about to say gary yeah because that motherfucker wanted to kill ash
Starting point is 00:14:37 he hated him that guy's such a dick and you know oak yeah and he would appear at every other gym just to have kind of a generically weak lineup shut up and uh i wasn't impressed by gary no and waiting for me to pick my pokemon and then picking his own right yes that's why you need to oops here they come again try playing rock and roll that's a comment from truth what does that mean you can go ahead and click on truth truth is gonna have some did you know epics of gilgamesh written 2200 bce is just like the torah written in 500 bce but no noah same story but no talking snake this is part of his bio he's a cult survivor and he's a contributor to black versus white dangerous there is wisdom in knowing the difference this is a different space
Starting point is 00:15:26 uh as boys i'm afraid to read the space um i kind of wonder if we want to save black versus white yeah maybe it's all just religious that is not what i would have guessed on quora yeah it's not really that black versus white comes up a lot, and it's not usually biblical. This guy is really into religion. Long buy it. He's kind of boring me, though. The last sentence of it is,
Starting point is 00:15:51 don't drink the Kool-Aid, thus it's poison. Yes. So good use of thus. That is a really good thus. Thus it is poison. You don't hear thus used that professionally very often. Oh, BS. It's in Claire's rider. You have to
Starting point is 00:16:07 stop. She's fighting for her life in the hospital. because of her meth addiction she did so much crystal meth mary is all over this mary's the one who gave us the answer last question who said no you don't know marianne she's saying for this one from a scientific standpoint once someone passes away their consciousness ceases to exist so they wouldn't continue to have any interaction or actions including harmful ones okay so she's sort of uh she's like all in professional she's all in on the on uh when you die you feel it there are portals no no this is the other one
Starting point is 00:16:44 she's the one who was like when you die you feel nothing okay that that was her answer okay when you die you feel nothing and also there's no coming back and walking into this space that is sort of where i was coming from yeah she's she's sort of a uh contrarian for the the afterlife believers contrarian by thinking normal stuff yes well i mean you know in this in this world yeah escorting the dead is another good one i just want to save some of these for next time oh yeah i bet you jeremy wants to squirrel them all away take them home from boys night put them in your pocket fellas can i ask a question does god punish those that were killed in a war oh that is a good question or it's getting late we're trying to pull an all-nighter we're eating
Starting point is 00:17:25 our dominoes with chicken on it and i got a question does god punish those who were killed in a war if you've taken life can you ever be forgiven you know what made me think of it as all this halo we've been playing uh yeah that's right i mean i threw that plasma grenade and i just i haven't felt the same i'm just thinking about all the grunts i've exploded oh i'm thinking about confetti oh the flood the flood's not even real that doesn't count yeah i mean they're real in halo um we got to finish the fight here the comments top comment here don't know only the dead and god no on judgment day that's a default answer there boom coward yeah it's kind of a cowardly answer sue good says seriously that's a really good reply to ed from sue good all right
Starting point is 00:18:09 do you want to click on sue good or should we just move on to the question now let's move on to the questions i've had enough of it there's a lot of characters already and frankly it's hard maintaining the uh yes i'm so used to being on twitter where i have a character limit yeah say Get me some characters. Oh, BS. We don't have to say that. Go to the Quoker. These are questions for men by men.
Starting point is 00:18:33 It's boys night. Boys night. Boys, I got a question for you. Why do nice guys rarely or never win? You know, I've been waiting to talk about this. Yeah. It didn't seem like it was the right time. But it's because everything, it's probably because of women specifically.
Starting point is 00:18:49 Oh, yeah. And they just want to do you wrong. They hate nice guys. They hate you because you're so nice. Yeah. Because you're so cute and you just want to beat your sheep. Stop doing me favors. Won't you help me win this race?
Starting point is 00:19:04 What's the race? I don't know. The race to the foot race. Oh, our legs are tied together. It's the three-legged foot race. I assume this expression mostly applies to races, like physical races. Yeah, okay. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:18 people are saying that's not true uh there's a long answer starts with as a woman as a woman should we even read this because it's boys night i guess we should i don't think we get their perspective all right yeah so just so we can just the first paragraph as a woman i've actually always wondered this myself growing up in school and even now in my early 20s i've witnessed this phenomenon a good deal and it always left me scratching my head and wonder why are genuinely nice and awesome guys ignored facts for the most part scientifically speaking because this phenomena is so common it has been studied their niceness can be perceived as a lack of confidence or a sign of being easily manipulated leading to others taking advantage of them in competitive
Starting point is 00:19:58 situations i can't read the rest of this wow that's very scientific though it's so long it's by the world's first woman scientist that's hella nice of you to say it's probably the doctor from that riddle this guy uh aimlock belch whose pronouns are dude and his dudeness it's guys night check out the big lebowski read on his dudeness he says uh i'm a nice guy always have been i don't treat people badly unless they've earned it i helped out this young lady i worked with her when her phone line was being repaired the repairman had to go to her place at a certain time frame and she had a business appointment right in the middle of that range so she couldn't be there i said you have a tv she said sure i told her i'd be happy to grab my lunch and eat it at
Starting point is 00:20:52 her place so i could get let the guy in she thought that was awesome can i just say where is the story going needless to say we did it i went to a deli grabbed a sandwich and headed over while i was waiting i ate my sandwich and looked around when her where her phone line came in i fixed the problem feedback loop easy peasy and went back to the office when she saw me and asked if the guy came over i said no but i fixed it try calling it went to her answering machine for you youngins that's what voicemail was back in the day she was beaming now viewers let me tell you if you end up sleeping with your co-worker it will only end in tragedy our 25th anniversary is in september this nice guy won my wife also calls part of me the that guy team doesn't sound
Starting point is 00:21:39 good guy that will always help the old lady in the supermarket get that thing off the top shelf we're that guy that stops traffic to chase that animal out of the roadway we're that guy that will jump start anyone and we'll have jumper cables on us we need t-shirts you need a better term for what your team is yeah i don't like that at all that guy is just it doesn't roll off the tongue what if you were uh the motherfuckers this guy's whole personality is about how great he is like his bio says i'm the one who says hey this stall is out of all the is all out of the toilet paper while in a fitting room in the department store oh i see it's a joke yeah that's not really about how great he is i thought that he was bragging about how he he tells the people who
Starting point is 00:22:19 work at the store that the is out of toilet paper where he's making a joke about it being at a fitting room that would be a weird brag it would be a weird brag but he's sort of a nice guy The kind of guy I am, if I go to Home Depot and they're out of toilet paper, I don't like have any, but I will go to the employee who works there and I'll say, but just so you know, heads up, heads up before somebody else comes up. You're out of toilet paper in there, by the way. This is my bio. This is the main thing about me.
Starting point is 00:22:46 So he lives in Vermont. He makes t-shirts. Oh. And he sells them on Etsy. Okay. And they're, these t-shirts, they're sort of just plain t-shirts with ugly San Sarah fonts that say phrases so like one of the phrases might say everything either is or isn't a potato okay one of the other ones is that from something take out means food murder and dating okay is that
Starting point is 00:23:13 good is that good do i buy that shirt uh boys night do i buy that shirt one of them do i need a plain red shirt that says things in a cursive font einstein had a theory about space and it was about time too relatively speaking okay so you can just you can make shirts all of the content that you have for these shirts all of our textile production is in vietnam go ahead write sentences onto plain shirts and then um an old woman will make it for you yeah do you want to see maybe you should buy this sweatshirt that says if your man doesn't like fruit puns what that mango okay all right that's my favorite one of them so far and i don't love it he's been keeping it weird since 2023 okay okay so the answer i don't i don't mind this guy i think
Starting point is 00:24:04 he's pretty cool and it's also boys night he's basically the dude uh so i think we've learned that nice guys actually do win right right that's because they have their own shirt shop yeah they basically win by they have life they have shirt shop they're sort of there's no i'm getting the question asker here i think because there's like thousands of question answers but um i would just say counterfactual me and jeremy both have wives and we're bad boys we're two bad boys we wear leather jackets and we sort of bullied our wives into uh dating us when we were children it's a form of human trafficking hold on uh i cannot get to the actual question asker but i do like this question answer by a beautiful woman who says i like nice guys i like nerdy men i like men who
Starting point is 00:24:45 like strong women i have dated jerks but also nice guys and hope to end up with one thank you beautiful woman that is from a beautiful i gotta follow her she's so beautiful all right you click on her profile and her hair is like a pantene profi commercial yeah she looks like a stock photo somehow if she was out in the street and then was trying random shampoos they'd all look great on her well she has asked one question about how to stop race rapists so okay well that will lead into our next question i believe so let's just go to that one all right great it's boys boys night we have been looking to get this right out of the way because it's pretty good but you also don't want to say it to someone you don't know that well okay yeah yeah exactly just to
Starting point is 00:25:26 the listener well yeah it's okay to say to you it's it's boys night because it's boys night we you're not physically in jeremy's house looking at him nope that would make this a bridge too far boys i'm writing a novel is there such a thing as too much violence rape stomping on a penis and all kinds of torture occur it tells a story though is there too much violence in a book now this question is from the user grr martin now he has some pretty popular books yes but i have to admit when a penis stomp occurs i shut the front page i close it the actual person who wrote this is named sunny sarah sunny sarah and his picture is don draper oh that's not really him well no but i would like to see if he's written a book probably not all right he's got 34 000 or 3 400
Starting point is 00:26:18 followers damn it yeah it's not anything he appears to be a dj as well sorry i'm on instagram he's kind of a violence novelist slash dj yeah he's a pretty cool guy i was hoping to see if he had a book published uh-huh that would be cool and uh on quora oftentimes they do let's talk uh violence violence stomping on a penis what do you think this may just be boys night talking but i'm hearing that and i'm going oh yeah that's that um boys boys hate oh no our special night of all nights if one thing if there's rape and torture but once a penis is getting stomped i gotta find the exit some people do like that though getting it stomped yes i can't imagine why some people are into that they say step on me mommy is that about the penis though i thought that was about
Starting point is 00:27:07 your whole body i don't know i don't know either i don't know i don't even know why i'm asking i again i'm sort of a bad boy who got married when i was a child but well you're always the stomper never the stompy never i've stomped on people's penises that's my remember that nice guy who's gonna marry your wife yeah you were just like show me your dick on the ground put it on that curb put your dick on the curb dick on the curb and then i stomped on it with my big black boots It probably took a minute, too, to kind of line up getting your dick onto a street curb. You know what? Because the human body is not designed.
Starting point is 00:27:40 I will say the guy had a huge penis. That's true. And made it easier for me. He laid down, like, probably a foot and a half away. And I thought he was a shower because it was so big. It turns out he was a grower. He was a grower. So it was even bigger.
Starting point is 00:27:52 He actually died by getting an erection on the curb. Yeah, he did. Because so much blood left his body. But I did stomp on it. But you did stomp on it. i would say uh no i kind of like it when i'm reading a book i'm like this is crazy i've never really gotten the argument that that shouldn't happen i'm reading it because it's so crazy yeah i i tend to agree yeah i do like uh reading like a cheesy sci-fi or fantasy book
Starting point is 00:28:19 where they come up with like the most obnoxiously dark thing you know what i mean i've read so many of those i love it it's like my favorite kind of book and then he got into an iron maiden but Instead of nails, they were super nails made out of magic metal that pierces you twice. It's just like, oh, shit. Oh, no. So are you talking about Hyperion? Because I loved Hyperion. I wasn't talking about Hyperion.
Starting point is 00:28:41 I was just riffing. Because that pretty much happens in Hyperion. Well, there's a pain tree, Jeremy. Is there really? There's the Shrike. He comes and puts you on the pain tree, and you're stuck there for all eternity. Well, that sucks. Well, he can't help it.
Starting point is 00:28:53 He's a nasty Shrike. I've never read Hyperion. So I was just riffing on bad writing. Right. But instead, you'd be like, this is probably the best book I've ever read. Damn, he's on the pain tree? What's going on over there? That's got to be one of the most painful kinds of trees there are.
Starting point is 00:29:12 If I'm raking them, for sure, it's one or two. It's got to be S tier. All right, let's read some answers. I feel like the answers on this are going to just be like, of course, the artist is king. Really? I feel like people are going to be like, no. On Quora? I guess it depends on what you think the culture of Quora is.
Starting point is 00:29:29 I think it's a lot of free speech kind of guys. Remus Serbin, who's familiar with violence, says... By the way, before we get into this, the related questions, outrageous. All of them are like, how do I write a rape scene? I see you wrote the word rape. Let me go insane. What are the most painful forms of torture?
Starting point is 00:29:53 Okay. I am, quote, writing a book. By the way, if you're on Quora, it's like, how do I write a tactful rape scene? You've already lost. Just don't do that. You don't have the guts. You don't know how to do it.
Starting point is 00:30:06 You can't do it. You could never come up with a shrike. It's too genius for you. The comment says, it's your novel. You get to decide what's in it. Rape, stomping on a penis, all sorts of torture plus storytelling, whatever runs your horses.
Starting point is 00:30:18 Point is, I get to decide if I like it, want to buy it, want to share it, or recommend it and i get to decide what uh that based on mostly what you decide so who am i to tell you there's too much violence perhaps there isn't enough follow your own sense of direction with this at least you get to enjoy the consequences should they be good or learn a great deal from your mistakes should your novel not be good that's the way to go okay so this is actually the perfect answer because you said that they would say you should you should put more in i said they shouldn't put enough in we forgot that the actual quintessential quora answer is
Starting point is 00:30:50 well whatever you do there someone will decide if they like it i don't know should you you should do whatever you want but if i don't like it then i probably then it's bad i'll tell you this i have a goodreads account very helpful thank you that's from sarban who says he's familiar with violence kind of a haunting bio yeah i didn't know that when i was writing when i was writing a novel i didn't realize that i choose what's in it that's what the question was who chooses what's in my novel every time you write a novel you're george bush you're the decider yeah that's right and which is to say that dick cheney wrote it folks i did not say that's right i'm gonna rock against this guy i did not say that someone needs to write a pop
Starting point is 00:31:36 punk song about how this guy's too much you know after september 11th i just want to support the president uh i got an answer from daniel albert read it all right my quora daniel says it tells a story that many people won't want to read look some people enjoy stuff like saw or texas chainsaw massacre stuff that is just plain gore presented as horror it is either the anticipation of being sawed in pieces or a gory depiction thereof whoa some people find it entertaining all right this goes on for a while but it is again just like there are many kinds of books just as movies oh art can take all forms yes you should have him stomp on the penis if it's good not on my penis hashtag not on my penis yeah this is every answer
Starting point is 00:32:29 is the same yeah as in your target audience books are kind of a portal to another world as long as the the violence is not gratuitous like sex and works with the plot and characters i imagine it's appropriate i don't think sex is necessarily gratuitous no i also think stepping on a penis is probably never a good idea for a book that sounds not particularly well i have to know under what context it comes up i guess you're right i guess if you're in the penis stomping prince's room i just feel like trade the penis stomper yeah that's vladimir the penis stomper uh this guy jim morrison which is a great name by the way my name is jim morrison it's really it's up there with uh uh very similar characters he is an author and he says i have a number of
Starting point is 00:33:18 different series out there some are penis stomping epics the ones that sell the best are the ones with very diluted violence no sex and no more than the very occasional bad word that series outsells the others times 10 just letting you know that's a great answer that was actually very informative the jim morrison let's see what his book is so i'm on his amazon so he's made a lot yes um he's written a lot of books and they're like pretty popular can i read uh garrett one of them is entitled garrett ogle the highland war chieftain this is a really great cover it is an extremely poorly photoshopped man on a rock holding a sword in front of a cloudy image of scotland i presume okay i can really relate to this though because like you write a whole book
Starting point is 00:34:06 which is like the the thing that you're supposed to do as an author and you oh yeah you can't get a label you can't get a record deal for your book uh-huh you can't get signed on to rockefella and so uh you have to go and make your own book cover with graphic design tools and you don't know how to do that at all. You didn't want to do that even a little bit. You just wanted to write a book. No, you're a writer. You want to write about this handsome man. And now you have to go and compare fonts. I think this is CGI man. This is fully a CG man.
Starting point is 00:34:33 Do you think so? Yes. I'll say this is the font really blends into the background in a way that is not helping anybody. Gareth Ogilvie. I've spent a lot of time on Shutterstock. There's a lot of these sort of like 3D men on there that are like fantasy characters. Ladies, how do I find a
Starting point is 00:34:49 3D man? do you want to read the description of this book it's kind of far away but uh hold on i'm gonna shovel over here this novel was an indulgence of the mind a tongue-in-cheek science fiction fantasy adventure that romps across vast continents from mountain ranges that challenge the himalayas to burning deserts and a sea of bones myth and magic combined to make it a romping don't use romping this many times that's gonna bark against you it's oh okay i thought it was saying that the book is uh negative 99 cents um okay uh if and magic combined to make it a romping tale of a faraway world where only a small band of highland men most of whom are bitter enemies
Starting point is 00:35:32 can save the world from slavery interested it's boys night a bunch of boys getting around and just reading uh i don't know what you should never own a person there's two of them he wrote two books he wrote a lot of books yeah honestly mad respect to uh and they all have names like insane uh this one is called um rurik the geysayak yeah i don't think you should keep just like making your made-up names the title of the book you know it's a really good book rurik the geysayak it does kind of remind me of the uh uh r.a salvatore dristador than books they're all about scotland well they're not about scotland but maybe this is just a normal scottish word this one's about scotland in scotland these are normal books maybe this is
Starting point is 00:36:21 just like if you're scottish most people have read these books yeah i mean they have a lot of reviews i don't want to be like unclear this has 4.8 out of 5 stars on amazon with 200 reviews just pretty good i don't have that fucking many hustle grind boys night pick up the sticks doug says it's the best he has read in months this book was so good i could not put it down ruined my sleep for three nights july 4th 2022 that's today's date he says being ex-military i love the weapon and different strategies first i've read from this author i love the idea of military guys being like that's exactly how it is i love strategies i killed so many men in this very way now i'm in the marines and there's nothing i enjoy more than strategy i hate slavery
Starting point is 00:37:07 And hate slavery. It's post-apocalyptic Scotland. Okay, that's really cool. All right, let's move on to the next thing. This guy is our real last dude of the week. Let's go to Quaragon Wild, some animal questions. Yes. All right, we got animal stuff.
Starting point is 00:37:30 Can dogs see ghosts? Boys are always talking about this. This is a common thing. this is also this is an afterlife oh yo okay so we're kind of getting a lot from afterlife this week i did not even intentionally match them up that way but i see ghosts i know that cats are often remarked on as seeing ghosts and i will i gotta admit like my new baby she is always looking just beyond my head in a way that due to the time of evening we are often spending together i am like there's a ghost right behind me uh he's right behind me isn't he when you're talking to your
Starting point is 00:38:05 baby my ghosts are so dumb they're like transparent they've got all this business and it's unfinished you know and then she's looking behind you and you're like oh yeah when i'm talking to the baby it sounds a lot like dialogue from serenity it's a thrilling adventure um i know kids see ghosts according to the kid cuddy and kanye west his good friend who he agrees with all the things he says um but i guess to follow my logic there i think dogs and brave beat babies have like around the same power of brain ram now i have the same power of brain ram so yes in college i took a class on feminist literature thank you brother this is what i'm bringing to boys night yep the only thing i remember and strong the only thing i've heard from this class truly the only thing i
Starting point is 00:38:54 remember really is that in books dogs often represent the devil is that so yes this was in feminist literature class the teacher who was like a german lady was like dogs are the devil this was the uh controversial week on dogs does not tie into the rest of the dogs are so evil the rest is about like the patriarchy yeah like the sort of the objectification and then the other one's like cactuses are often aliens when you're 19 and you have to take a class about feminist literature it's a lot of just reading a book and being like that's like girls yeah it's pretty much like girls that flower is pretty much a pussy i will fuck that flower honestly this is ap lit and that flower
Starting point is 00:39:39 is a pussy a lot of books are feminist retellings of things that's big facts brother take the story and they're like what if it was girls i'm lighting one up for that big time um i remember taking a japanese cultures course as a freshman in college and it was all about like grad school topics that were never introduced to me and i was just supposed to know about them like i remember we came in one time they're like we're watching uh ghost in the shell and discussing simulacra and i spent like two weeks being like i still don't know what simulacra is i'm being tested about it that's crazy i don't understand how it's that related to japan you took a class on japanese culture i did that's very fun we got to watch a lot of anime in it sure as a matter of fact that's like
Starting point is 00:40:21 the main thing we had going on i took chinese in college i think i've talked about this and you were looking towards the future with that and uh did i tell you about the time that i went on a date with my fellow classmate you did not uh i don't know only it takes jeremy to go to china my my my chinese class very quickly is just that it was a mandarin class and i was the only person in the class who did not speak fluent cantonese ah so we had to like do a thing where we wrote like a little thing a dialogue with someone and i got paired up with some guy who they're all mostly foreign exchange students who barely spoke english so it was very hard like you yeah i was the opposite so i had to meet up with this guy and who was i was like 19 or i was must have been
Starting point is 00:41:00 like 18 he was like 25 and he he pulls up to my dorm in like a uh convertible car and he's like do you want to study together and i was like oh i was gonna go to like the library and he's like nah man get in he took me to denny's we're going to get a crayon slam and then he ordered both of us one piece of cheesecake the american dream together and we wrote our little chinese dialogue that is the most romantic thing i've ever heard isn't that so cute truly nice guys finish last Yeah, and then we fucked. It sounds like that is how that naturally ends. Fellas, I would never admit to this if it wasn't boys night right now.
Starting point is 00:41:37 But we fucked. Thank God women are banned from hearing this. Do you know what my name was in Chinese class? I do. Cuz ya. I wouldn't have guessed it. Not in a million years. My teacher took the letters JK, and she kind of made sounds out of them, and she swapped them.
Starting point is 00:41:52 Let me rap a little bit. You're cuz ya now. okay can dogs see ghosts what do you think I don't think they can dude shut up cats see ghosts
Starting point is 00:42:08 not dogs you got this Cora come over here this is a this is a freaking cats thing but I do want to hear from Anna Jimenez she says yes
Starting point is 00:42:16 animals have six cents I had a cat once would stare at a wall for hours oh I'm sorry and did the question ask about cats
Starting point is 00:42:24 seeing ghosts get her get her do you see anything about cats in the question she walked into the wrong alley on this one yeah you walked into the wrong alley and oh this podcast is an alley that's what i say to women welcome to the alley oh it's the wrong one oh you better turn around
Starting point is 00:42:45 it's boys uh anyway she just keeps on anyway my fucking cat can so that means dogs can shut up she keeps going on and on about the cat and then she says so yes dogs and other animals can see ghost that is not the question i would like to see some evidence and everyone knows that cats can see ghosts that's like their whole thing yeah they're they're contacting them to the pharaoh's gaze um erica martel says my experience is that they can see at a higher vibration the same way they can hear dog whistles at a higher vibration than we can hear it's like how they hear the whistles it's not a matter of ghosts that's sort of old school language people are here whether in dense bodies and carnate carne means meat in spanish that's in the question probably also latin so
Starting point is 00:43:32 we're here in a meat body or out of one or in a higher vibrational bodies we are in fact living in the matrix i did not see that if your dog is staring fixedly at something he appears to see but you can't then try to open your mind to the reality that he knows what he's seeing good question the dog sees agent yeah that's what i was gonna say cool he sees the programs coming to delete you just imagining what your dog is looking at and it's like green numbers flying around all i see is redhead brunette um anyway yeah i guess dogs can see that we're in the matrix but not ghosts right that's kind of old school let's move on from this question if you go back to the nightmare matrix then in that case the dog would be seeing ghosts as as in matrix lore that's
Starting point is 00:44:20 when ghosts and vampires rule the earth let's do quilosophy sure because it's boys night and we love to talk about quilosophy on here i'm spacing out where this one is i think it's right here oh yeah boys night let us play video game what do you call a person who takes his oppressor's cock into the mouth and sings praises in a muffled muffled voice i'm one so what i liked about this one is the twist ending i call him a king i call him a leader the answer is the the i will follow you to death you are you are the muffled one you are the muffled one who takes the oppressor's cock okay different answer on the question though which is from robert who says i would call him a idiot boom and that is the only answer to the question it has one down vote we
Starting point is 00:45:15 have now even dipped to one up vote i cannot even comment on that for some reason because it needs improvement it's beyond commentary um if i had to come up with a new term for the one who takes the oppressor's cock in their mouth and they muffle the praises through it i would say that's probably the muffled one i think that's a good answer this is called the muffled one this is from ass digs digs and i think that is not he is reading that right that's the name um how likely is it that cats are literally planning to kill us who cares man shut up he's got a lot of questions they seem to be like goofy questions stop goofing around i thought this was a sex thing or is it a bit too uniform i don't think this guy's joking i mean he's asking mostly questions about like
Starting point is 00:45:59 what to do with um chat gpt is asking a lot of questions about dreams okay um what are some topics or ideas that you quarin are too unintelligent to work with but it is it is um i haven't there's no answer for me personally i just kind of thought that it would be more of like a cock praise yeah me too i think that this is a genuine question but it is it doesn't seem to be his focus no i guess it's just a floating thought call a person who takes his oppressor's cock into the mouth and sings praises in a muffled voice i'm one i am one i am one i am if any of the questions ever sound like a riddle i put them in a philosophy category that's my secret um i like this related question is swallowing semen bad for your singing voice i think it would be fine i think
Starting point is 00:46:45 it's fine there's no answers on that one either do not let the semen go into your lungs that is bad another one another one as a boy is it safe to taste cum it's not safe there's babies in there top comment here yes totally safe totally normal once you have done it you will never stop loving it whether it's yours or someone else's and that's from rick tx thanks rick uh we have one comment on that from billy worley who says oh hell yeah buddy all right well that's enough of that question i think that's moving right on to quarantining yeah that's enough how can i help my dad avoid prison this is a good question what did your dad do is the question right geez what yeah i mean it's a bad situation then where you're even asking
Starting point is 00:47:36 uh the two main paths you can do are to reduce time and to fight it uh you know maybe if it's been a um a mistake that your father's been rounded up uh in some kind of a confused process or just get him out of dodge just get him on a boat to canada i think that's a good idea yeah get him on a boat to canada i assume he's dodging the vietnam draft and i think you should get him on a boat to canada yeah they finally come back came back to get him there he's like some old hippie they're getting just the 60 year olds at this point they're sending him over there There's no war anymore. They just want him gone.
Starting point is 00:48:11 Apparently, it's a sex thing. What? I don't know. There's just this top comment that says, sex offense cases are very difficult to defend. If your father is wealthy, he should hire two attorneys and an investigator. First of all, that is not true, right?
Starting point is 00:48:24 Aren't sexual assault cases the easiest thing to defend? You know, as a lawyer myself, it's something we don't dare talk about. I just feel like they're always talking about how difficult it is to accuse someone of some sort of sexual crime. You're lucky I could come here on Boys Night because, frankly, as a lawyer, I'm not supposed to. You're not supposed to come to Boys Night? No.
Starting point is 00:48:45 Because of your law practice? It's a violation of my ethics. Really? Because of the crimes that boys commit? I'm sworn to protect girls. Now, if I know anything about feminism, it's that dogs are bad. Yep. And they represent the devil.
Starting point is 00:48:57 Oh, BS. Shut up. uh i would say if you have a sex offense case that can be brought into court then it would be hard to defend but it is hard to bring a uh clear cut one into court again i am a lawyer this is legal advice and you can use this also to make money somehow how does everybody know that this what the case is it seems like everyone seems to be answering it i wonder if there's more question maybe maybe you're right i think also i wonder if quora once had more context that you could add because i feel like we used to come up with that come across that like in the older questions like
Starting point is 00:49:35 a reddit where it explains the question and i wonder if they got rid of that and then um it just it's just gone there's no answer by a guy named john crank oh no it's john carrick that's not funny never mind i thought it was john it's not funny at all i leapt at it he doesn't have any answer i mean his most recent questions are why are there no muslim actors on game of thrones speak on it why are so many republicans too cupped to repeal obamacare also speak on it can aliens rape people why is star wars people so much why is boys night all about sexual assault i don't know it makes me wonder what we're doing here playing halo my law firm needs me right now i just want to help the arbiter
Starting point is 00:50:19 i gotta go home and finish the fight that's my impression of the arbiter i've never played the halo campaign really yep what is it would you hate campaigns i'm kind of a multi-playing gamer you've never played like the halo 3 campaign it's great i like to play a game called me and you girl i've played through those campaigns so many times okay no one's saying you haven't i love them dearly no one's saying you haven't done that no because why would they do that it would be an insult it sounds like there was a lot more context on the question when it was posted seven years ago and that it has changed yeah uh mark o'connell says you won't like my answer it's going to be blunt it's going to be honest the evidence slash case
Starting point is 00:51:04 will not go away the overwhelming evidence will be viewed by the judge and jury beyond reasonable doubt is the standard needed to be met so it sounds like this guy's fucked he says unreleased in the u.s he will be required to register as a sex offender possibly for life your dad should not have done that i don't know what he did whatever even if it was peeing outside he's gonna be beat up in a cage dads are no good he's gonna be locked in a cage like a dog which is a metaphor for the devil we're gonna get out of here because i don't know what's going on in this question and it's scaring me it's scaring jeremy let's do forbidden knowledge you guys are scaring jeremy i'm scared oh no that's that was not a con that was a sound effect for how scared i am
Starting point is 00:51:41 It's up like three hours last night. The Unknown. Hey, does too many crystals in one room interfere with lights? I have a lot of high vibrational ones in one room and lights flick a tiny bit when putting on. All right, fellas, what do we think? I think one of the greatest starts to a question by saying, hey, I don't think I've ever seen that. That is how I start a lot of texts. Isn't it bad if someone stomps on a penis in my book?
Starting point is 00:52:12 It's a book of raping, stomping. You don't start texts with hey. You answer calls. You call people, and then you say you've got Al to them. Well, I really want to say it, and not a lot of people call me. It doesn't make sense when you call them. You pick up the phone. You're like, oh, Al's calling.
Starting point is 00:52:28 You pick it up, and you hear, you've got Al. And I'm like. You still got Al. All right. What does Al want? You got Al. You will always have Al. it's boys night it's boys night bylo what do you think of that that's my cat if anyone this
Starting point is 00:52:44 is someone's first episode what if this was your first episode of coordinators hey what's that ours too it's 2022 july what is quora by the way we just hope a world war is not triggered by russia's recent incursion into the ukraine um hey does too many crystals in one room i can't wait for brat summer you got a while buddy you got a ways to go i don't know what it means but i'm excited for it i just feel the words i feel it coming summer brat summer and it's green tough comment here the only way crystals interfere with the lights is you may have numerous reflections as the light is reflected off the crystals if your lights flicker you may check your bulbs if that doesn't resolve the issue you need to call an electrician crystals do not have any paranormal
Starting point is 00:53:29 effects on you or your lights they are simply an orderly arrangement of minerals with often very visually pleasing wrong and not to be clear it's spelled it's written like that i didn't say it wrong visually pleasing it says uh with often very visually pleasing yeah it shows what this person knows which is i hey i have a ton of crystals but i don't think they have any magical this is what we want victoria's soul says i'd say it is your energy causing the flicker finally someone speaking truth i have this happen during big reawakenings the crystals are more there to help you balance you are the main energy source in your room slash house please don't forget that within you you hold the greatest most powerful energy of all god slash source energy this month many of you have
Starting point is 00:54:13 received activation of your soul star chakra this could absolutely cause flickering or even blackouts and there's a really good diagram all right let's go over the chakras because we don't do this often enough on the show but it is boys night okay so this is stellar gateway so this is a this is a picture a drawing of a it's a human and yoga pose kind of a yeah i think a woman a meditate well it could be a woman are you saying that just based on their hip to waist ratio and genital area those aren't okay so to explain what jeremy's looking at there's a series of holes on the woman those are not all vaginas those are chakras in a human body your your your wife's vagina isn't several circles colorful circles i'd say my pajamas around 13 circles they're all the same size
Starting point is 00:54:58 and they're in a vertical line okay so they're different colors is that your question the first four are above this woman ted i yeah so implied it's a beautiful woman it's boys i cannot wait to get alone with this great if you're looking on the the video i mean come on guys fellas i mean would you fellas fellas i mean looking at looking at her come on man okay so first chakra stellar gateway that one's where a halo goes yeah not the kind of what you've been talking about all night nope uh number two soul star also where a lesser halo would fall or a lower if you were dead a little bit uh-huh and then below that to the side is causal that's the only one to the side i wonder what that means.
Starting point is 00:55:42 Then we have a purple crown. Crown. Which goes where a crown would go. Smart. You're saying, isn't that where a halo goes? No. Depending on where you die.
Starting point is 00:55:52 I don't know if the halo is going to be resting on your head like that. Kind of a lazy halo. I guess if an enemy pulls it down on you because he's fighting you in a cloud.
Starting point is 00:55:59 I would say it's like that. Next one's your third eye. That one's chalk, smack dab in the middle of your forehead. Chalk. Boom. Yeah, right where the seeker is.
Starting point is 00:56:09 This one's going to be where your throat is. it's the throat it's the throat this one's the throat vagina after that is where the heart is it's the heart the heart and in your belly there is the solar plexus you're writing this down i was gonna say that the throat one is well it's where you would get the the stomata for a smoker's okay yeah so i think that's no coincidence there that that's where that vagina is yep uh then the navel then the sacral and then right where your groin is it's the root and then underneath you is earth star i knew this guy used to have a long chunk about having oral sex with chunk is stand up
Starting point is 00:56:48 for those listening who don't know this oh yeah i'm sorry it's i know this is an educational podcast but this is a stand-up chunk of about uh having sex with a woman's like uh uh stomata like a her um smokers thing come on and i think it was real the way it was presented was very real what does that mean and does it i think it just meant that he was fucking her in her throat hole yeah in her throat hole oh i don't and that was like that's something that real nasty ones can do i really don't like that it's just something i thought i'd bring up because it's boys night it's really stressful to hear and we already listed all of the chakras so i thought this was the appropriate time all right well did that joke do well i'm not really it was more shocking
Starting point is 00:57:28 yeah i was shocking for if i saw someone do that at a show i would say uh you know we've seen a lot of jokes out there uh in our various lives and uh and past lives and frankly the ones that stick with you the most are the ones that are not really funny and are more just like harrowing things to hear there are a few jokes that i've heard of at open mics that i've weirdly stuck with me yeah that are good that i don't even know who said them right weird and you're like that probably that person probably never did stand up again he probably went back to being an accountant the things that made me laugh the most are like uh this guy james always used to take the mic stand and then hide it over a really long period of time really good and it's like doesn't even
Starting point is 00:58:09 sound funny but it was the funniest thing i've ever seen watching him like just go from every area of the room trying to hide a six foot tall stand awesome really good um to answer your question uh you can't have too many crystals cool they're always great especially when the fellas are coming over um let's do one more which one would you like to do uh let's do for md we're gonna do this last one okay let's switch it up is that claire in the hospital claire you're addicted to meth i'm trying to get my claire impression and i reached for my katie impression from my oh yeah because i was like they don't sound like that oh okay there's a question medical question
Starting point is 00:59:04 yeah does alcoholism help you accept your lot in life it's boys night it's boys night alcoholism what do you think does it help you accept your lot in life uh are we fucking uh yeah i think uh alcoholism probably well i meant that in like a slang way um yeah like in a in a way that's okay i'm boys night boys night boys night boys night yeah i think it does probably i think it's probably the number one root motivator of accepting your lot in life where you're like i'm done trying to make the world's tallest ladder i'm just gonna get drunk and tell people about it push the pain away yeah i mean do you feel better doing that no i mean you're you're siring yourself in misery but you are really accepting that you're not going to build that
Starting point is 00:59:49 big ladder the whole point is that you're making the it's temporary right i say like that it's temporary i think you were right to say it that way it's temporary it's temporary my man hey we all want one crazy ride my dude uh i think it's temporary but like you know once you uh sober up you you think oh no my lot in life oh no i'll never be able to reach the moon with my ladder um the top answer here nope i've never met an alcoholic who drowned themselves so successfully in booze that nothing mattered and they never became sad or angry it might temporarily blot out feelings of regret remorse resentment bitterness but it always comes back out later often tenfold addles your brain and exacerbates any negative feelings you have any drunkard i've
Starting point is 01:00:52 known is always lamenting or ruminating often on shit that happened years ago and there's nothing they can do to change it huh so i guess they haven't accepted their lot in life yeah but we've both keyed on to the resentment there but what if you have a really good lot in life oh right yeah like it's um you're a famous actor i use my alcoholism to help me uh accept that i'm the freaking king i'm the man yeah i'm i'm i drink to forget i'm the man everyone's always pounding it everywhere i go i'm so i'm so uh pleased with how i take my oppressor's cock in my mouth that i need to keep drinking yes i am a muffled one i'm one now i see we have a lot of like professional sobriety coaches in the chat
Starting point is 01:01:42 for this they're all saying stuff like please oh this is such a good name so charmingly demonic says not at all charmingly demonic is expert non-specific really good he says not at all you can only lean on booze so hard and for so long eventually you have to confront your issues Because life only gets harder when you are mentally and physically dependent on alcohol. Wow. I was not expecting that from Charmingly Demonic. Pretty standard question or answer here from Charmingly Demonic. I thought Charmingly Demonic would say something like, yes, drink the poison.
Starting point is 01:02:16 Enjoy your alcohol. Ingest the death. He's also a contributor to Constructive Tradwives and Domestic Discipline. That's a sex thing. Oh, yeah, absolutely. That's 100% a sex thing. There are blurred images. We cannot click.
Starting point is 01:02:31 me in another episode it's youtube.com it's youtube.com come on down to youtube.com he has two questions of his own he says who slash who were slash are your favorite ska bands and his other one is nobody prepared me for getting older golf whittling and karaoke came out of left field and suddenly i look forward to doing all three what hobbies did you end up getting into later in life what was your reaction you can do whittling at any age my dude so that's sort of charmingly demonic of him i didn't know i'd be whittling now i can't wait to sit in my rocker um does alcoholism help you learn about your wine life i think the answer is apparently no no one seems to say yes so i think we just have to accept that that's the answer i mean uh
Starting point is 01:03:14 i i hate to dwell on this too but the examples we gave of whittling and golf are all real alcoholic behaviors i guess is golf an alcoholic behavior yes i'm there i'm not a golf guy i went one time and it was i was drunk for like 20 hours in high school i was dragged to a driving range and i didn't want to go and i accidentally broke my friend's club huh well it's mostly about getting up at five in the morning and then starting drinking and then driving driving while drinking in a little cart in a little cart and then in a big cart is golf like the appropriate way to drink and drive that's what it's for that's awesome i don't think anybody plays the game that sounds dope as hell it's the most fun i've ever wait do i like golf we should go we should just get drunk
Starting point is 01:04:01 and we need one guy who actually does it we can't just do it with just us do we know anyone does your brother golf he seems like a golfer he just plays sports he's like i feel like because i don't like sports he has to play all the sports but uh uh yeah we'll get somebody i think your daughter's gonna be really into sports as a rebellion uh i think she's gonna be like a professional card game because you and your you and your wife are sort of like sports ball people yeah so i think she's going to rebel oh and that will be a star athlete she is going to be like six feet tall so that'll probably do it that's my prediction that girl's big as hell write your predictions in the chat yeah go ahead and guess what's my daughter going to be don't be mean it's boys night all
Starting point is 01:04:39 right well i think that's enough questions let's do our new segment is that okay yeah by the way alcoholism did not help you gotta do whittling yeah is that okay uh thank you again for writing in to the quarators podcast quarators at gmail.com send in your questions we would love to answer your quaras live on the air let's go to this week's is that okay just the one hey quarators it's pete i have a quora md question for you great why do baby's heads smell so good now i wanted to bye oh thanks pete uh i wanted to chime in on this one because i could not agree less with baby's heads uh my baby's head now she came out with like a full head of hair which i thought was strange but it soaks up milk which
Starting point is 01:05:29 becomes cheese at an alarming rate so she always smells like old cheese uh that's like not handled in a professional manner and um i'm afraid a large mouse is going to come and steal her and bring several mice and uh tried to fit her into a mice hole and carry her in and it's something that keeps me up late at night uh if you give her a shower or a little bath in the sink that can really improve the head smell otherwise i think it's just the smell of a brain growing wow i mean i've never smelled a baby's head so i can't really say for sure but that is an interesting insight that it smells like gross cheese unless you bathe her yeah you gotta smell it i'm gonna give you two smells my brother the first smell is me smelling you the second smell is you smell on the floor
