Starting point is 00:00:00 With the audio medium, people don't care if it sounds good. Yeah, exactly. No one cares. That's why they introduce the video format. It's like, you know, coughing over a fart. Yeah, exactly. They can see they don't care about the sound as long as they can look at our beautiful faces. People are like, there's just so many hotties doing podcasts.
Starting point is 00:00:17 Yeah, yeah, yeah. They got to get him on Instagram. The confidence was that you said coughing over a fart. Like it's something weep all over. Yeah, Alex just lets him rip is the thing. Yeah, this was a conversation right before you out here. Um, okay. Do you want to start this podcast? Hit our theme song.
Starting point is 00:00:33 And for the first time, we'll start the podcast. Please dance to the song. And to the sound of the robot, we're back again with America's premier Quora-based podcast, The Quaraders. All of your hosts are here. That's Jeremy. That's Claire. That's Alex. That's me.
Starting point is 00:01:04 That's all three of the hosts. There are no fourth hosts. Stop writing in. Don't ask. One's not coming. Help is. not on the way. People are saying, where's the other one? Where are there? There is none. Who's in that mysterious empty chair? No one's coming.
Starting point is 00:01:22 It's just us. We got a very exciting show for you today all the way from of Hollywood, California. Kyle is in Brooklyn. Kyle, where are you from? I'm from originally Westchester, but I walked a half hour east. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I meant that like racistly. Like, where are you being? All the way from Brooklyn, New York. Home of the bagel. We have the world famous Kyle Gordon here on the show today. Kyle, thanks for coming on.
Starting point is 00:01:55 Woo! Very excited to be here. Thank you. Thank you for using our trademark woo. Yeah. That was the past 45 minutes was us kind of doing vocal warmups and getting ready for that. Yeah. Also, you should know Kyle's friend Josh is here.
Starting point is 00:02:13 And he could not hear the robot song. That's true, but it's really good. We were just silently dancing to a robot noise. While five feet away from us, he watched. And that's how the show's been going so far. Now, we have a lot of exciting stuff to cover today. We tried to match a theme for the episode every time, and this week's theme is The Power of Music.
Starting point is 00:02:35 Oh, wonderful. Have you found there to be power in music, Kyle? No, no, absolutely not. It's pure escapism. It's, yeah, it actually doesn't, the act of creating and consuming a music accomplishes nothing. It's sort of a quirk in the human nature that we are even drawn to it at all. And yeah, there's no real reason to have it. And if it could go away tomorrow, I would get rid of it.
Starting point is 00:03:01 The fentanyl of the ear, they call it. Exactly. The opiate of the masses. We'll have to see if that sentiment is echoed on Quora, the question. website populated entirely by boomers in the UK and India. Have you been on Quora before? Yeah. So it's interesting.
Starting point is 00:03:19 Like I have and I've never quite been able to navigate it and tell me I'm wrong. Maybe I'm just a moron. But obviously I have posed a question online and sometimes Google or whatever does bring me to Quora. Am I wrong in that you see the question posed. You get a description of the question. And then it's like nine sponsored other questions. Yes.
Starting point is 00:03:41 And so by the time, I always get lost. Sometimes I forget what the question was that I asked. And it's totally irrelevant other questions by the time. And I'm like scrolling down to find where the answer to the question was originally. So I feel like it really requires sort of a master's degree to navigate. A curator of course. A sort of curator to get involved. You need to be dangerously curious to really dig in.
Starting point is 00:04:09 Yeah. Clearly, clearly. which I think, if anything, it's revealed about me is my impatience and lack of curiosity because I'll ask a deep, like a question that's really been eating at me for a long time and it takes about 15 seconds for me to give up on it entirely because it's given me a sponsored post about...
Starting point is 00:04:27 How many Cheetos can I feed my cat? Every day I'm searching for it. My favorite back and forth on Quora is that you scroll past the unrelated answers and then get to the first one on the question and it's always like, how many Cheetos can I feed my cat? cat.
Starting point is 00:04:41 And then the first one's like, I don't know, look it up. I'm not a doctor. I guess my question about Quora being kind of ignorant is that, you know, there's sort of a cliche type of like a Redditor or a Ford Chan person. What you were saying it's like Indian professionals, but like what is the, what is the cliche of the Quora? Sort of perverted cop. It's a lot of sort of a cop who's into weird porn.
Starting point is 00:05:07 Okay. Wow. I really didn't I don't know anything about this website then I did not know that Well I think you know how hard it is to use It's even harder to moderate So like there's a lot of like erotica fans on there
Starting point is 00:05:22 Who just simply do not have any kind of police Ironically To have them in as a lot of them do say that they're like Active Duty cop or retired security guard Right Or in some kind of army I mean we're looking for weirder stuff So I imagine that's what we're finding.
Starting point is 00:05:39 But I think it probably is kind of redity over there. I think it's people being pedantic. But there is a lot of weird porn on it. I don't know. I try to match like a theme for these, but we do get a lot of the questions from people send in on our Discord, like the craziest stuff they can find and we make a list. I did look up your name on there and see if I could see if people are talking Kyle Gordon.
Starting point is 00:05:59 And what I found is weirdly, all these very specific questions, like, when did comedian and singer Kyle Gordon meet Daniel Radcliffe? And I love tons of questions. a single answer. They're ready for you to do the show. It's all by an AI. It's all Quora AI being like, what's going out with Kyle Gordon?
Starting point is 00:06:19 Nobody's asking this. These are the moment, like they're just, I just, I don't want to do this anymore. I want to be a social studies teacher. I don't want to be in this world anymore. It's so weird. I don't know why there's all.
Starting point is 00:06:35 Can someone provide analysis of Kyle Gordon is wonderful comedian and singer Kyle Gordon's second album. Is this all the prompt generator? It's all just the fucking AI. I don't know why it's asking these questions. Wait, AI loves Kyle Gordon. AI, but how does it like is, is there something that the AI is picking up on that they're trying to get conversations going based on other conversations happening on the internet
Starting point is 00:07:00 or something? I don't know. The AI is supposed to be like coming up with questions that people might ask. It's questions you might ask. I don't know where it's getting your name from. I don't know if you're just like so like SEO heavy right now. Like you're just like in the news? I don't know what's going on.
Starting point is 00:07:16 Have you met Daniel Radcliffe or was it just like manifesting? He's on the new. I did meet him. He's on the new album. But like it is all the shit that I do is clearly just fodder for slop. That's all I am. That's all I do. I also like it doesn't want to know anything about when you met him.
Starting point is 00:07:36 It's just like, I don't know, last year. Yeah, they just a date. Where? Don't really care about what happened or how he was like. No context. They just need to pin down an actual date. Let's answer it.
Starting point is 00:07:50 You know, I'd like to imagine that's less a question that was, you know, started with interesting Kyle Gordon and more like, where has Daniel Radcliffe been? Because if I could pin down when they met, maybe I'll understand. I'm answering my credential as my location. is sitting next to Kyle. It doesn't let me add that. No, not a real location.
Starting point is 00:08:12 Tell them Jeremy's house. Jeremy's house is not on the... You can go to Jeremy's messages. I can create it. Okay, great. I currently live here. Since like 2018 or whatever. Yeah, make sure you update that.
Starting point is 00:08:28 Yeah, sure. Okay, so when did you meet Daniel Radcliffe? I actually met him. Would have been... Actually, I don't have a... September, I think, last year. Don't fuck this up. We're just like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:08:43 I lied, guys. I don't know why I lied. It's not even letting me do it, by the way. It won't let me put my house as my location. Whatever. They were a dark cowboys. I'm just going to write September. September, he thinks.
Starting point is 00:09:00 He thinks. Great. Send that. That's helpful for you, the robot. And now a robot is getting a note of about when this happened. I also do really actually love when there's information about me online and it's wrong. Like, especially like basic fundamental details about like where I'm from or where I went to school or whatever.
Starting point is 00:09:25 Like there was some article that came out recently with countless like factual errors about just basic things about my life. But like little things like when I got married and like how long I went to school. and I just love that it's planting the seeds of chaos. It's kind of for you, really. That's how journalism was. In like the 19th century, you could just be like, where's Abraham Lincoln from? He's from my hometown.
Starting point is 00:09:49 Yeah, exactly. He had a hard scrabble life. We called him Linky. It's in the paper. Who are you to deny it? Yeah, he's from Abraham Lincoln from Hartford, Connecticut. He's a tiny little guy. He fits in your pocket.
Starting point is 00:10:04 Very handsome. Very handsome. Well, we were going to do the questions of our live segment to introduce you to Quora, but it sounds like you're pretty familiar already. I definitely am now. And so the question of your life is when did comedian and say I'm having to meet actor Daniel Reckler? I'm playing the Stinger. Fantastic.
Starting point is 00:10:27 Now, Josh, we played a Stinger there. Yeah. Thumbs up. Everyone's queued in on this. You don't want to describe him what it was. We don't have time. for that Claire. We got to start the show here.
Starting point is 00:10:41 No. If I described it. Josh, Claire's saying a lot of really awful stuff. She's talking crazy shit about you, man. You gotta fight Claire. We're gonna go ahead and start the show that we're going to go to our space of the week. So the spaces are like subredits, but they're on Quora. And every week we like to start with the different community here.
Starting point is 00:11:01 So this is this week's space of the week. Space of the week. Hip hop. Hipop. Quora.com With 1,000 followers. Pretty good. Which is still, even by Quora standard, small. If you have like 50,000 followers on Quora, you're like the mayor.
Starting point is 00:11:26 You're like the most powerful user on Quora. But this is still pretty small. It has three contributors, the first of which is Cash Marcos. Great name. Oh, hell yeah. Without knowing anything more about him, obviously, that's the guy. He knows about hip hop. And I love that his, whatever, his profile picture is very like corporate put together suit, which is, you know, there are always different corners of like hip hop in general.
Starting point is 00:11:52 But I love the upwardly mobile subtext there. The respect to a corporate hip-hop. The stock photo of a suit, just a chest. Well, here's the thing about Cash Marcos is you don't get to look him in the eyes. So this Abby is just his neck down. It says my favorite topics are law, mixed martial arts, film and television, and experiences in other countries. What about hip-hop? He's not interested in.
Starting point is 00:12:17 He hates it. Does not make the top five. He's also the advent of like a hundred spaces. Oh, wow. Including, oh, so delicious. Where's that? Oh, so delicious. Scroll up.
Starting point is 00:12:29 Scroll up. Oh, there it is. There it is. It's so delicious. Share your recipes. That sounds like a space. Now that should be space of the week. We're not on that.
Starting point is 00:12:40 But alas. Go back on the hip-hop place. I found some good stuff. The top post is a 14-year-old who wants to be a rapper. And he's like, how do I become famous rapper in U.S.? So that's maybe something we can discuss here. Now, Kyle, you're a famous rapper. Yeah, of course.
Starting point is 00:12:57 Goes without saying. Where's a good place to start? America, really is it. If you want to be a rapper, America is a really, really nice place to really get your foot in the door. Yeah, I guess the question, is it possible to become a famous, famous rapper in the West? Oh, it's more than possible. You have to start on the streets.
Starting point is 00:13:22 Yeah, yeah. I would start, I would go to the cipher day one. Oh, that's a good place. That's right. Spit my rhymes. Yeah. I am always excited to see that when it's still, you know, the ones in like Union Square and. Oh, do, when they organically pop up.
Starting point is 00:13:36 like real life Pokemon. Oh my. I don't think, yeah. Have you seen a cipher organically start? Oh, every day. Tensions start rising. I'm so jealous of you. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:13:51 Just two blokes getting so heated. You get pulled in. Well, they try to pull me in and I say, boys, not today. I got to go on the train. They can't get all sweaty before I get on there. There was a bunch of good stuff in here. Oh, this top, this is the most recent question on hip hop because the other one was from five years ago. This was last followed three years ago.
Starting point is 00:14:14 This is the most active. What do you search hip hop on Quora? This is where it says. This is all of the people interest. It's kind of a country music website, if that makes any sense. Read this question. This question is, what is it called when a group of men or individual male control what a man is chasing through any form of abuse power to control towards another man's life as if they don't want you to be yourself and they don't want you in nowhere of opportunities,
Starting point is 00:14:41 etc. That's called hip-hop. Yeah, I was about saying, like, is this, you know, like what happened to Rick Ross? So you get Rick, it's called Rick Rowling? Yeah, this is called Rick Rowling. Yeah, yeah. In the hip-hop community, that's actually, there's a lot of confusion. In the hip-hop community, Rick-rolling is when, what is it, someone takes over your life and then
Starting point is 00:15:04 male-dominated spaces. That's right. Rick Roll was a really oppressive figure to many hip-hop community. Buster Rhymes hates him. If Dr. Seuss is being censored, why is the Cardi B song Wop not censored? Come on, man. Is Dr. Seuss was, oh, because they, like, took a book away or something. I guess so.
Starting point is 00:15:23 This was five years ago. It is fun to imagine Dr. Seuss being like, my wet-ass pussy is so wet. There I was gushing and bushing. This is such a relic of like a weird, woke battle that was happening that I don't even, I was like, I had to really cast my mind back to be like, what was happening back then? It's like passing by Gettysburg the week after the battle. Or it's like a weird like political factions that existed like in the 1800s and you have to be like the no nothings were, they were the what's to the who?
Starting point is 00:15:58 I can't really put myself onto this discussion morally. Are the wigs too woke? The wigs are John woke. The woke wigs. Who knows someone who knows someone who's from a rapper. Why doesn't the rap game accept differences easily? There was also a bunch of questions about the yeah, yeah, yeah, which kind of pisses me off because that is a rock band. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:17 Why having the yeah, yeah, yeah, has had more commercial success in the U.S. aside from the single maps, they are awesome. You're in the wrong space. Or, I mean, I would love to, like, it would be a cool little deep dive. It's like, oh, in 2012, they put out their hip-hop album and no one paid any attention except one guy who, He's like, I kind of got onto them from where they did that trap album. And no one on Quora wants to talk to me about it. They were moving so much product through the Lower East Side.
Starting point is 00:16:46 They were in their 40s at the time. We can see who asked this question by clicking one million things. It's Alex Meyer. Cora's not showing it to us, though. Show us, Quora. Quora says, don't podcast about this. He lives in Houston, Texas. He's a portfolio manager at Eagle.
Starting point is 00:17:05 global advisors. This is the real thing about the website is it's a schizophrenia hub, but you also post your place of employment. Right. How precise are they? I mean, you can see he lives in Houston. Oh, there we go. Yeah, all right.
Starting point is 00:17:17 He knows about ancient maps and American football. And not, or sport rather, not a sport rather. Got it covered? Let's read some questions on ORA. Let's do Quinsletown, our Hollywood questions. And show business segment. It's Quinsletown, which now includes. includes music.
Starting point is 00:17:39 Do you think music has power? This is an answer that I thought really cut to the core. Kyle did already answer this and say no. No, Kyle said no. A lot of the answers were yes. That's my contrarian take. This is a post by ES whose bio is imagination plus logic equals wonders. Yeah, hard to disagree with that.
Starting point is 00:18:02 That's just true. Yeah, right. That's just, that's math. Yeah, I trust him. Sorry, liberals. Different music has different identity. There's music which relaxes. There's music which cheers up.
Starting point is 00:18:14 There's music which encourages and so on. That's what we call? The power of music. End of post. Wow. I was trying to do Zach Dela Roker. I had the wrong button. That relaxes me.
Starting point is 00:18:31 And so on. Well, I think rage against the machine is just the Mortal Kombat theme song with guitars. Yeah. It's music that cheers up. And a message. And as if the Mortal Kombat theme talk didn't. The Mortal Kombat theme song really got me going just there. I want to go on this guy's space.
Starting point is 00:18:49 Yes. He's got a space? Or just his profile, rather. He's like a ghost with a birthday cake. He says he works at Spotify. Whoa. Yes, if you can like help us, we'll make it worse. If you could press the button that makes people listen to coordinators more.
Starting point is 00:19:06 Our numbers in Indonesia are bad, yes. We gotta turn that around. He had to, like, host us in all hands at Spotify, and this is the first slide on the thing that he showed everyone. He's like, remember, music is power. It has the power to uplift and encourage, guys, remember. That's what they have instead of the poster of the cat holding onto the brain. Music equals power.
Starting point is 00:19:30 Imagination plus logic equals wonders. His bio is, hello. I am glad to be here in Quora and to share little bits of my knowledge personal life with my readers. However, since there have been more freaks roaming around Quora lately, unfortunately, I have to remove most of my credentials. I don't want to be another victim of
Starting point is 00:19:48 terrors that have been haunting other writers lately. If you would still like to connect with me, hesitate not to reach out. Thank you. I think he's talking about you guys. It does sound like somebody is curating us and kind of reading my bio-mockingly. Somebody is reading me on a podcast
Starting point is 00:20:06 that goes on YouTube. I guess I don't want to have my full name and address on here anymore. Then again, is that not to docks this guy right? Is that not him on a bike at home? That could be at his head with a ram or something. I guess it's a pet ram. Don't put your ram on your bike. I think it's cool.
Starting point is 00:20:26 Rams don't want to go on there. This is a happy ram. I saw a lady crash her bike with her cat in her basket once and it was not cool. It was not cool. It was fine. The cat was fine. But I was thinking it was not something I'd do. In that instance, I will say just better a cat than a dog.
Starting point is 00:20:43 Yeah, well, the cat landed. Right. You really landed it. Nine lives. Should have let the cat drive. True. This guy has questions like, what kind of mindset that needs to be fixed today? What is the greatest?
Starting point is 00:20:55 Kyle Gordon's thoughts on music. Anti-music. Should we worry about Area 51? One answer on that, only one. I never seen that approach to Area 51 before. The one answer is yes. Yes, yes, yes. Yes, yes.
Starting point is 00:21:17 There's an online trend about 250,000 people stampeding a secure facility to hopefully find the urban legends 2019 or so. Yeah, this is seven years ago. They were looking for the Rick and Morty sauce in there. They couldn't find it. And there's other answers that need improvement that were hidden and say, you don't worry about letting your parents feed you at 24 years. old, do you?
Starting point is 00:21:37 What does that mean? Yeah, is it about... It's like we, like, I think the assumption is we're all letting our parents feed us, but you guys don't worry about it. No, it feels good. And then someone else says, no, any more than worrying about the Boeing plants in Washington. I don't know what that's in reference to.
Starting point is 00:22:00 I have no idea. Yeah, we're really digging in the like one day headlines from five to seven years. that we really have to like rack our brains about. So much has happened. Yeah. This is the good stuff. So does music, I wonder who asked this question.
Starting point is 00:22:18 This is from Edgowonk power. Edgallonk. That's what I would have guessed. This is the guy who asked, does music have power? His last name is power. So he might actually be asking a very different question than we thought. Oh.
Starting point is 00:22:31 He has questions like, I try to avoid people. Does that mean I am rude? Yeah, a little bit. Yeah. That's often one of the classical ways of being rude. That's enough of this question, I suppose. Stupid question, Edgowonk.
Starting point is 00:22:44 Here's another question. What is the best song to prank an aunt? Oh, boy. Is a lyric prank of well-known genre of prank that I'm not familiar with? You should become. I don't know. It's big for you. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:23:00 Yeah, this is a new chapter of my career. Yeah. Maybe a song that's like rude to nephews. or something like that. What would a lyric prank be? Like you're like, oh, check it out. It's the song you like, and the lyrics are wrong. It's the wrong lyrics.
Starting point is 00:23:17 It's like the Sims version. Or, yeah, well, like you, I guess for an aunt, genuinely it would be like you think you're singing along to, I guess, I just think of aunt, you just throw in random curse words, I suppose. Yeah, sure, they don't like those. Antis don't like that. Yeah, aunties. I mean, it could both.
Starting point is 00:23:36 go both ways. You could have the like Selma and Patty of ants and then they're cursing up a storm. Now you're speaking their laying there. Yeah, exactly. So maybe that's not as a consistent prank. I guess it depends on that. Kyle, have you heard the engine, engine,
Starting point is 00:23:50 engine? Claire, no. He promised me we're bringing up the engine in the factory song. We went over this extensively, Claire. Just look at it. As a matter of fact, I have not. This is a Now we're going to play it on the Baden episode and the bonus back to back.
Starting point is 00:24:07 All right, I will play you this song. I just think Kyle would be interested in it and it could inform his future work. We've gotten this whole thing out, but do show him the song. Okay. This is a song that went viral online, and it's just a person.
Starting point is 00:24:20 Oh, by the way, I have seen this. We're playing it very quickly for listeners. If you want to hear us talk about it so much more, go to patreon.com and give us $5. Oh, yeah. Oh, engine, yeah. Packetree. Oh, of course.
Starting point is 00:24:36 Edge it, edge, edge. Ting, ting, tinge, tinge, my bag a treat. All right, that's it. That's it for now. Yeah, that's good. Yeah. And I can see that pissing off an ant. Shapes and sizes.
Starting point is 00:24:49 My wife has banned me from singing it in the house. Is she an aunt? She is not an ant. Okay, well, there you go. Either her siblings nor my siblings have produced an air, which means their line is weak. Honestly, to bring it back, I mean, a good. lyric prank would just be Wop that your aunt
Starting point is 00:25:09 I mean the person who posed the question Who is livid that they got rid of Horton Here's a Who and then also You know has to listen to Wop on the radio Or maybe like a weird owl version of Wop That's like now you're fucking with my aunt's wet ass pussy Sure that's what he changes He just makes it my aunt
Starting point is 00:25:29 Put you in the song You know how weird owl like curses a lot It is crazy weird owl hasn't done a WAP thing yet Right It's begging for him to get in there Weird Al Pussy Are you kidding me
Starting point is 00:25:43 Now you're messing with some weird owl pussy That is really good Claire If you could just contact him And then he's kind of dressed Really fuckable for it My weird owl pussy He's pretty old too At this point
Starting point is 00:26:00 This is still the question What is the best song to prank an aunt? And there's answers here. The top one is PAP. Up vote for you. Do you guys know what that is? No, I think that's a typo. It's not like an acronym for something I don't know about.
Starting point is 00:26:14 They hate PAP. The next one is depends on her sense of humor and where she is located in the world. Where are you located? That's a great response given him enough. That's a good point because if she's in East Asia, then probably she won't be. Yeah. She won't care about the engine song. She'll be like, this is just a normal business ad for Engin.
Starting point is 00:26:32 in this woman's factory. They're engine. She has many engines. The next example is 1-800 song by logic, which is just a great song. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Check that one out. If you're an aunt of some kind, if you have a sister. Any song would do, really, just make sure it's not offensive.
Starting point is 00:26:50 But if you don't care if your aunt gets offensive, offended, here are some songs. If she's religious, God is a girl. Okay, that's good. I don't take this song seriously. It's two times more offensive if it's text. Popular method. Just writing the sentiment out in writing it down. Popular method, Colin, I just had sex.
Starting point is 00:27:11 Do I even need to explain? If you don't want it offensive, any romantic song will do. Although you will appeal like a weirdo. Do you think they mean the Lonely Island song I just had sex? Is that what they mean? It's in quotes. There's a YouTube video here. Okay, so these are probably videos that are gone.
Starting point is 00:27:27 They have both been removed. Because they're from eight years ago. For some reason, they're gone. Okay, great. But anyway, probably a bunch of aunts took about it. Oh, you know what it is? It's because you can't, for whatever reason, whoever made these videos that you cannot put them on YouTube.
Starting point is 00:27:39 I don't want to be on Quora. That's the line for me. It seems like also the definition of lyric prank is just playing a song for someone that they won't like. Yeah. I have done many lyric pranks this way. Most songs I play are a form of lyric prank. Yeah, every time a DJ puts a song on that the crowd doesn't react to, He's like, I just lyric pranked this shit out of you guys.
Starting point is 00:28:05 I just pranked this audience so hard. I kind of lyric pranked my mom with Lincoln Park for like three years straight in 2002. I mean, it really is a cop out for me. Anytime I put out a song, I was like, no, I was pranking you guys. That's why I know I liked it because I was pranking. Right. Lyrics prank. You walked light into my brain.
Starting point is 00:28:25 My husband does this thing where when he gets the ox cord, he plays wheels on the bus. that's sort of a lyric everything we've been talking about for the past 10 minutes that's the closest to a lyric prank that we've actually gotten to Claire does he acts like really into it like what does he does he does I get him back by playing the WTF theme song great okay that's also really good
Starting point is 00:28:51 block the gates if you guys ever have kids this will be a hilarious prank on them when you play the wheels on the bus song I was about say there's a specific demographic that's actually really into that song. I think it's quite informative. Actually, I just thought I actually think I actually discovered
Starting point is 00:29:10 what a lyric prank actually means in the purest form. So, you know the song Torn by Natalie and Bruglia? I do not know this. Lying naked on the floor. Yeah. You recognize it. Sure. He nailed it. But that song
Starting point is 00:29:26 is a cover. Okay. of a Danish song. But it sounds, the song sounds exactly the same, but suddenly you're listening to it, and then all of a sudden the lyrics are in Danish. What the hell? That's a good prank. When Kyle started saying this,
Starting point is 00:29:42 Josh started nodding really emphatically. Like, I was hoping this would come up to me. I feel lyric pranked whenever I hear that song where I'm like, oh, it's I'm blue, abdi, di Abu D, Abu D, Abadai. And then it's like, we're going out to have a good night or whatever. And I'm like, how dare you change a fun, weird song and be like normal pop song. Yes.
Starting point is 00:30:01 Well, one question about this. What planet am I on? What color are the things there? I don't know why you would hear that song. I'm like, it's so good, but what if it was normal? They took away the corvette! There's the corvette! Justin Timberlake in the social network being like,
Starting point is 00:30:20 lose the aliens. It's clear. You know what's cool? No colors. The club. Going to the club and having a good night. As soon as the ballad of Davy Crockett, I don't know what song that is. I like this other answer.
Starting point is 00:30:37 Well, I cannot really give you a good answer because I have no idea who she is, her style, etc. But for the heck of it, I'm going to say, you light up my life. Debbie Boone. Oh, yeah. You. Okay, I'm feeling pranked right now. Yeah, yeah. I turned it as a reverse lyric point from you guys.
Starting point is 00:30:58 A prank is just a song. you haven't heard. It's crazy there aren't more answers because I think we've established like it's a really it's a wrong answer clearly. Right. I wonder if anyone. This is a great threat to post any song. Who asks this.
Starting point is 00:31:15 This question is by Gianna Lupo. It's their one question ever and they never used the website again. I got what I was looking for. Well, then it was important that someone asked if the context matters who she is and where she is in the world because she's in a remote. boat part of Italy, I think, or something. Yes. There's no information on her bio, but she does have a beautiful avie of a beach.
Starting point is 00:31:37 Yes. So must be somewhere nice. The answer was Papap. Check out Papap. Oh, my God. Now where am I in this? You're messing with some weird owl pussy. Okay, here's another question.
Starting point is 00:31:49 I'm telling you. I think it's good. I think it's good. All right, I don't know how this one slipped in here, but I do want to cover it, which is why do Twin Flames experience heart palpitations. The power of music. Do you know about Twin Flames? I do know about Twin Flames, but I do know about Twin Flames, but I like a world in which I didn't
Starting point is 00:32:06 know and just assumed it was a band. That's a great name for a band. It's very clean. So they're like super soulmates. Is that what it is again? It's like a, I don't know. What's the... It's a soulmate, but it also means that if you're married, you can cheat a little bit.
Starting point is 00:32:21 Also, usually it's a famous person. I thought it was like your soulmates, but it's like you learn that like I'm actually Kyle Gordon. soulmate so now I can stalk you. That's my understanding. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly. Like it's used by people who aren't well to be like you're the, essentially be like it's ordained
Starting point is 00:32:39 this random person. And now I'm allowed to do whatever I want forever because it's. Because God said. In a way, I'm Beyonce's twin. And so I'm allowed to follow her wherever she goes. Yeah. I think it's twin flames being like I'm allowed to fuck my blood relatives. Sure, yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:59 That's a double whammy if your twin plays with your twin. Yeah, yeah. I've never seen that happen. But is twin, is it a concept that there's a whole world about? Or was it like a cult with two people who kind of came up with? I think it's both. I think it's like. And then it kind of took on a life of its own.
Starting point is 00:33:15 Yeah. I think it's like a thing. I think a couple took advantage of that idea. It's kind of like a prank song. It's whatever you want it to be. Yeah. Any noxious idea is just a prank on the people who adopt it. Why is an aunt but your twin flame?
Starting point is 00:33:35 Right. I'm pranking you with this hot iron I'm putting on your back. This is Navidia. There's a question, why do twin flames experience heart palpitations? This is an answer by Anonymous who says, number one, heart chakra activation. Number two, upper heart chakra activation. So true. Number three, sometimes if a feeling of not being able to
Starting point is 00:33:56 breathe goes along with it, throat chakra needs clearing, try this meditation. Okay. Then there's a video. So we can try the meditation. Should I click this video? Yeah, sure. Why not? Oh, it's 10 minutes.
Starting point is 00:34:08 This is just a 10 minute video. It says morning chakra meditation. Okay, so this should clear us. Some really good use of, like, Comic Sans font. This is by Salara on raw. This is just music. This is just going to be calming music. Oh, maybe not.
Starting point is 00:34:22 That's a meditation. Connecting you with heaven and earth. So if my throat is bad, Yeah. Place your awareness in the cosmic star. Great. Okay. I can't watch this.
Starting point is 00:34:39 This is nothing. Save that for later. Save that for what I'm stressed out about my heart palpitations. A lot of the other answers on this question were like, you should consult a medical doctor for your heart palpitations. It's just because you're fucking, I don't know, your twin flames nearby or whatever, right? I really like that there was one answer that was just like,
Starting point is 00:34:58 chakra or upper heart chakra. Here's YouTube, you got this. Yeah, the top covers, they're just like, go to the doctor. Let's first go to the doctor, and it's the second. Spiritually, we can experience changes in our energy fields. This is by a life coach.
Starting point is 00:35:14 And by the way, unlocked through Quora Plus. So this is premium stuff. Yeah, we had to pay money to read this. Oh, wow. Yeah, it's a pretty fancy podcast where we pay $5 for Quora. warra everybody.
Starting point is 00:35:29 This is Samantha Miranda, which is a top name for a twin flames expert. Yeah, with two ends. That's what you want. Yeah. Yeah, that's my sex on the city character, Samantha Miranda. You're such a Samantha Miranda.
Starting point is 00:35:44 I'd like to laugh, but I haven't seen the show. Spirituality we can experience changes in our energy field. We have chakras and meridians to simplify OSA at times. When we graduate a certain level, we get upgraded. It's like a crab,
Starting point is 00:35:55 exchanging its shell on the beach. When you grow spiritually, you're able to hold, process, and transmute all sorts of energy. I just like, it's like, go to the doctor, but also you are doing energy power. You had me a crab on the beach. I mean, it's also, this person is a pro of, like, giving the woo-woo advice. It's like, start with the disclaimer, and then you're off to the race. Legally, nothing, but here's the real deal. Oh, another quorum plus answer from a nutritional aid.
Starting point is 00:36:28 In my opinion, it happens because twins are connected via heart chakras when thinking of them or when they're thinking of you or maybe even anticipating seeing each other causes heart palpitations. I've often thinking of my twin flame while having a lot of cholesterol. I've been noticing. I keep having heart palpitations. I think it's because you're thinking of me. Why do twin flames eat so much butter?
Starting point is 00:36:52 Go up a little bit. I want to see Pitas. Pitas. Peter's. And now do it like Lois. Oh, Peter. Yes, to the heart going crazy. I hadn't seen my twin in six years, and the divine orchestrated an incredible meeting between us again.
Starting point is 00:37:11 I parked up in front of the hotel, and there were sheep trucks and grain trucks parked up. My twin drive sheep trucks, and just seeing them made my heart race and pound like crazy. I literally thought my heart was going to be. going to pound out of my chest. Anyone could have been driving those trucks. I had absolutely no idea he would be one of the drivers. My heart raced, that hard that I said to my friend that I can't go inside. I wanted to turn around and run back to my car.
Starting point is 00:37:37 But my friend persuaded me to come inside, so I unwillingly followed her in. And I didn't see him straight away, but sure enough, there he was at the end of sitting at the end of the bar. So yes, I could definitely say that they affect your heart. But another sensation I get that I find no one seems to talk about is beautiful Bert. Birds of Heart Tingles. Birds of Heart tingles. Also, it's like a... Really easy to gloss over this,
Starting point is 00:38:01 but every time I see a sheep truck, I'm hoping it's cute. I didn't want to get too hung up on the sheep truck, but I was thinking about it. It's like a billion little... Go ahead. She could use her heart as like a tracking device,
Starting point is 00:38:19 so she's just like, it's like, peep, peep, peep, beep, beep, beep, beep, and she's like, knows that the twin flame's near. It's kind of like a dragon radar for twin flames. It pa, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba. It pauses it gets closer. Anyway, continue, Claire. Continue reading Pita.
Starting point is 00:38:37 It's like a billion little golden lights are exploding in my heart chakra. I only found out about TFs in September 2019. Once I found the information, everything began to make sense. My heart activations were well and truly underway, and kundalini energies are felt. But it only dawned on me earlier tonight. I felt another heart chakra tingles that I am I feeling these when he's thinking of me perhaps? Or is it more to do with the divine energy that I am awaking to? Now divine is spelled like Adam Devine.
Starting point is 00:39:06 This could open a whole other conversation. I was misreading it. I didn't realize it was Adam Devine energy. My twin flame. Oh, right. That's why you do. He always drives a sheep truck to set. He plays music now too.
Starting point is 00:39:21 He seems like a guy who would play music. Yeah. It's a Dolly D is a DJ now. It just makes sense. Well, I hope this answered your questions about Twin Flames. I do agree that if you're really into Twit Flaves, you should see a doctor. I think I put this one in there and then kind of forgot it. It was in the middle, but it's kind of musical in a way.
Starting point is 00:39:40 It is. I'm a divine feminine having the most spectacular incarnation experience on the Twin Flame journey with my most beloved divine masculine incarnated upon Mother Earth in the most epic time. we, the human being in the image and remembrance of mother, father, God weaving and dancing the tapestry of the Holy Union of Heaven upon Earth. Fares up emoji, heart emoji, son emoji. That's Pita Stevenson. Cool.
Starting point is 00:40:03 It's like also another question. Does anyone else's apartment smell like sheep? Oh, man. This person, this person, maybe in Australia there's a lot of sheep, uh, uh, agriculture happening. Yeah. And like, logistical transport. Yeah, they got to move around the country.
Starting point is 00:40:23 Her one question is, I've noticed it says you're a driver. May I ask what you drive? Teller. Sheep. Is this to the sheep truck driver that she's asking this to? This is to Quora.com. Sure, fair enough. We are within our rights to say, well, me, it's sheep.
Starting point is 00:40:37 I don't know about everyone. By the logic of the Twin Flame, the Twin Flame logic, she just puts it out into the world directed at no one through Quora. And she's like, he will. It has it five years ago. He hasn't entered yet. but the twin flame is eternal. I do think if we wrote, like, personally, I drive sheep, it would change her day.
Starting point is 00:40:55 Like, she'd be like, oh, my God. A day. It would change. I was going to say life, and as I was saying, I was like, that's too much. But no, it would. Where do you live? Where are you, Alberto Mysterio? Okay, great.
Starting point is 00:41:12 Let's move on to a non- Twin Flame question. Yes. Aw. Music. Loring compared to Twin Flame. Well, this is not about music either. Why do we have cowards on Quora, scared to face me like a man or woman? Great.
Starting point is 00:41:28 Why do we have cowards? It's because you tolerate them. You don't get rid of them like you should. This is what happened in the Odyssey, as I recall. Let me just make sure this isn't from the Quora AI as well. Okay, it's from Michael Kay. Shout out, Michael Kay. Do you treat me with respect?
Starting point is 00:41:47 I will treat you with respect. What the first? fuck is this picture. He has tiny lips. He had his mouth removed Matrix style. What is this? He's in the midst of a animorph. He's mid-morph.
Starting point is 00:42:01 He's mid-morph. This is him and his girlfriend after something terrible happened to them. They also look like Photoshopped out of whatever background they're supposed to be in. Something is going on. What filter is it? He has 16,000 answers. They do look like Twin Flames. They do.
Starting point is 00:42:18 They're met. They are, and their hearts are going bonkers. And he, I assume he is, oh, it's answering questions as of last year, so. Yeah. Has not been killed by a Quora user yet. He has mostly insane questions about, like, Israel and, like, gypsies. Should we bomb Turkey? Are there Jews living in South Africa?
Starting point is 00:42:38 What do you call a Turk that could be a setup to a prank song? A lyrical prank? I haven't read the answers. this, but I think people are going to really give it to him here. Sure. This is by 30 miles per hour. Long answers. Do you want to read some of this by 30 mile per hour, Chris?
Starting point is 00:42:57 We'll see if it's any good. His picture is speed live at 30 miles per hour. And no more. And no more. Don't try to go 35 miles by Chris. He knows about archery, millennial generation, and beards. Tag yourself.
Starting point is 00:43:13 Extremely millennial guy. That rules. I wish I could know. And World of Restros. It's sort of millennial. Shea's. They don't even need to add that one. He's asking out like the DSA.
Starting point is 00:43:23 Yeah. He's taking them to, well, they're trying to go 35 and a 30. Right. It's so true. Slow down. Chris says, what do you want, pistols at dawn? People are a lot more swift on the block and mute buttons these days because Quora has quite frankly gone to the dogs.
Starting point is 00:43:42 Almost all pretenses of moderation have been abandoned and Quora has pivoted to actively encouraging toxic outrage bait and its attempt to monetize. Play has been flooded by snide Russian trolls. All of whom are about is a funny cancer in a kindergarten. Hold on. The Russian trolls thing, this feels like another thing that Kyle was talking about of, like, remember 10 years ago? This is three years ago.
Starting point is 00:44:04 This is 20, this was way after the Russian trolls stuff. And, like, the worst part of the Russian trolls, if you want to, like, go down that rabbit hole, it wasn't, like, because they had a bad attitude. They were asking really sarcastic questions. They were giving incorrect information about twin flames. I didn't like their tone of voice.
Starting point is 00:44:28 Okay, the rest of the post has been kind of just ranting about how social media has gotten. Right. Which isn't what I'm here to find out why everyone's a coward. No, I don't know why there's so many cowards. Well, there's an answer by Ellie Bear. We're scared to face Michael Kay. Ellie Bear, who's a registered nurse and animal lover and granny. Seems like every time I drive lately, I encounter someone with road rage.
Starting point is 00:44:49 Thank you for doing the voice. I just quietly go about my business while they honk and rant and yell that I'm too slow in their lane. Whatever. I'm sure they think I'm afraid to face them like a woman. I'm 61 and disabled and usually have a grandkid or two in the car. The kids get scared. That's a young grandma. I'm not, young grandma alert.
Starting point is 00:45:13 I'm not afraid. I'm a nurse. I've dealt with real psychotics and actual grown-up criminals who, would flick you away like a booger. I've never heard that expression before. Your little hissy fit doesn't scare me, but I also don't waste my time on loser-troll babies looking for a fight. Wow, wow, wow.
Starting point is 00:45:32 I've got better things to do. That's a big upvote to Ellie Bear for me. Wow, Grandma Ellie. Well, what it now? She's going on. She's a hospice nurse. Wow. She's seen things.
Starting point is 00:45:44 And kind of a hot young grandma. Yeah, that's right. She's not afraid of some random dude with no mouth. No. And his squished girlfriend. Your girlfriend's fucking squished. Shut the fuck up. Don't call my girlfriend squished.
Starting point is 00:46:02 That's the kind of thing that he probably wants to fight over. That's why he's like, no cowards. I keep posting pictures of my squished girlfriend and no one will take the bait. Someone said, since everyone thinks Biden and Trump are bad presidents, Can I just vote for my dog to be president? She says, I'd vote for my dog's butt for president. Ellie bear. Lerick.
Starting point is 00:46:25 Bring it in. Save it for the cipher. For real. Head down to Union Square. What is going on with these old photos? And then a Winnie the Poohyf. And then someone says a core user, afraid to use his real name. But his name is Michael Kay.
Starting point is 00:46:42 He said his name. Although I guess at some point it was unexpected Mike. I'm expected Mike better quora name. That is a better name. So there we go. He got into it like he wanted and I think it may have changed. You know, he changed his name back as a result of that post. It's possible that Mike joined Anonymous and then he was forced to have them expect us.
Starting point is 00:47:01 It was like three years ago. He says my real name is Mike. Okay. So there he is. And he's been banned for starting shit. This is an older Mike K. But it's him with a different squish girlfriend. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:12 It's the same girl. And then he has. Well, there we go. He has memes about Portuguese women. His bio is offensive. Yeah. All right. Now I can understand his posture generally.
Starting point is 00:47:28 He's putting a lot of bait out there. I got to be honest, I do not want to face him. Here's one thing about Mike. He pulls. I love this, his profile picture, though. It's such a squished photo. He has women and their dimensions have been shifted. Is this a real woman or is this just like Padme from Star Wars?
Starting point is 00:47:46 Padmay. That's a meet and great. Computer is this Padmay? Chat. What does she think about sand? Okay. Enough of cowards question. Here's another one. Load it up, chat. What happened to the poet who could not stop rhyming? A question for the ages.
Starting point is 00:48:05 I don't know what happened to the poet who could not stop rhyming. Is this a riddle? I don't know. I would like to see what the website generally thinks about this idea. Have you guys heard of this? It reminds me of the bowl. and I'm always bringing him up whose finger is stuck in the dyke. Sure.
Starting point is 00:48:20 And Mary Old Netherland of long ago. And then he's stuck in that dike holding his finger in there and he can't go around and get his sweets or whatnot. So he's forced his freestyle because he's got nothing else to do. He needs sedentary hobbies. Like hip hop. What if this is just talking about Eminem or something? Do you think he's about Eminem? The great, as I know him, the poet who could not stop rhyming.
Starting point is 00:48:44 That's what the guy's asking about. He's like, oh, let me clarify. I mean, M&M. It's actually what I call Wiz Khalifa. It's a lot of people rhyming in the cause. This is kind of how you get the cipher started. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:02 Right. Yeah, there is kind of a cipher happening on Quora right now. Wait, way, wait. We got to read these. Set it off. Read this, Claire. Read this from Perry Sams. A joke, right?
Starting point is 00:49:13 title Captain of the Crunch aboard the Titanic he did not panic the second frost he'd be sailing the frozen sea he thought he'd say Berg straight in front but more than slant right words he wouldn't let himself
Starting point is 00:49:31 make it there into the cold frozen air this grasping for a rhyme until gasping one last glug glug I don't have that one As the sea gurgling grew fierce And he thought with a silent curse I could have tried free verse All right, not bad
Starting point is 00:49:50 I think that's the rhyme of the ancient mariner I think All right well that's fresh We'll be better than Robert Roger Jenkins though Yeah okay there's a different Free style No one is answering this by just like Following the story through
Starting point is 00:50:04 Do you want to read this Kyle I read a little ahead So yes It's got to be me or you. Yeah, yeah. I'm sad to say, until today, his rhymes still plug him, come what may. Slant rhyme. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:24 And though he cries, please go away. Relentless rhymes just won't obey. The rhyming curse is here to stay, has turned him prematurely gray, parentheses, prompting him to cry, Oe vee, he being Jewish, by the way. That's us. Bring it home. It seems this beast he cannot slay,
Starting point is 00:50:54 and he must rhyme perpetually. It got really sassy at the end. Interesting. Yeah, that was, I mean, I'll give it to him. He rhymed the same syllable all the way through. So, I mean, he really, he could not stop. Well done, Roger Jenkins. Oeve could not be rhymed.
Starting point is 00:51:13 Award-winning storyteller from Singapore. Oh, wow. This is an award winner. It's an international website. Yeah, what's his name? Mike Kay, who is the one who was asking questions about the Jewish population of individual countries? I would not know the Jewish population of Singapore. I would know either.
Starting point is 00:51:33 Maybe that's an episode. Maybe that's our next show. Our next episode is trying to figure out the Jewish population of Singapore. Census data. Great. So no one knows what happened to the poet who could not stop rhyming. Yeah. No, no one knows. They just decided to rhyme on their own, which I feel like.
Starting point is 00:51:52 Not really helpful, but okay. It'd probably be dropped off the mainstream. Here's a question. How can I revive rock and roll? Wow, this is, I'll just say, that is very close to my father's name. Whoa. Very close. Michael Gorman?
Starting point is 00:52:08 Michael is Michael Gordon. Do you think it's his old? Yeah. Does your dad live in purse? Does he kind of look like Noam Chomsky? Like 20 years ago. Now I do have face blindness. It doesn't really look anything like Noon Chomsky if you're listening.
Starting point is 00:52:24 All older Jewish men, they just all kind of look like Nogne. He's got that perm thing going. He just looks like he's being trapped in a podcast, is why you think that. He looks like someone forced him onto Zoom. He has to answer. Any email you sent him. He sold his soul at some point. His most recent question is, why has Australia falling?
Starting point is 00:52:43 Why has Australia falling? I don't know. Let's find out some not racist answers to this. Do you want me to read the one answer on why has Australia fallen? Kind of? Nah. It has always been down on death. Where's the Zach button?
Starting point is 00:52:58 Oh, what are you? Oh, fuck yeah. And then someone else posted a sign that says warning more on it. keyboard. Gilling spree. And a kangaroo saying, what a drop kick. Could you imagine if a kangaroo said that to you? How offended he would be? Thank God this is not my father. I wouldn't be able to look him in the eye after he just,
Starting point is 00:53:19 he just got owned so much. I know. I would be mortified to find my dad on Quora.com. That would suck for me. Oh, God. I saw what that kangaroo did you. God forbid. So how do you revive rock and roll? Some of these answers are like, you got to get out there and make a hit.
Starting point is 00:53:35 song move to America picture of little Richard yeah I feel like all the answers is gonna be like pick up a guitar and start jamming there's one one of these is like
Starting point is 00:53:46 we got a boycott other genres and it's like I don't think you guys get that done it seems like a really big organizational effort have a big boycott for anything that isn't and by the hell out of the music support the artist that embody all that you love about the genre yeah I'm saving
Starting point is 00:54:02 rock and roll I'm not listening to rap as much. I'm buying a lot of black keys CDs. It's not a good state of the genre if it's like you have to be like eliminationist about everything else. Just get rid of the competition. We need the other genres to die. Yeah. It's our only hope. They're better at us musically.
Starting point is 00:54:24 Exactly. This is by David Katz. In case you're wondering if this was like 15 year old Cameron Winter at his computer. How can I bring it back? Will Dune Part 2 be better than Dune 1? Jeremy didn't think so. I liked Dune 2. You said he didn't like as much as Dune 1.
Starting point is 00:54:39 I liked it more. You said this last week to me. I would never say that. The way you betray me. I stop. Plads with it plans. A hundred years of breaking Alex. I like that he's asking,
Starting point is 00:54:55 will Taylor Swift's era's tour be her last? And my hunch is that it's a please, please, please let it be. Yeah. Yeah. No more. We need rock, rock, bring the rock back. Yeah, exactly. Please more rock and roll.
Starting point is 00:55:09 Is Taylor gonna go electric? That would actually kind of rule if you'd just take it like a rock star. That would be sick. He's definitely the kind of guy who will comment on YouTube music videos to be like, we used to have music like this.
Starting point is 00:55:30 But now it's all Justin B. Yep. Taylor Swifes. This is like the video for Holland Oates or something. This is me and Kyle's comments every day on YouTube. What happened to good music?
Starting point is 00:55:43 I think Kyle's comments asking when he met Daniel Raddw. You'll never find out. I hear it was recently. Remember I've heard? 16 years old enough to watch Game of games. This guy probably has a kid who wanted to watch Game of Thrones
Starting point is 00:56:00 and he was like, I will check with Quora, but I don't think so. You think this is an adult? You don't think this is a 16 year old? Like, should I be watching this? I assumed he was 80 years old by all of these questions. But now that you mention it, it makes more sense for a child probably. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:15 And also, you know, the like, bring real rock back could also be like, you know, a totally out of touch old guy. Or it could be a really fucking annoying 16 year old, you know? Yeah. I really plugged in an older man reading. Right. I think this is a 16-year-old. He could be like, no one at my high school likes the same classic rock as me. Damn, it me, though. Yeah, I'm the only boy who knows about the Beatles.
Starting point is 00:56:49 I do love kids, though, who are like, Is this TV show appropriate for me? Am I allowed to? Just watch it. You're 16. You're in high school. Gamein sort of the funniest example, too, of like. Well, do you have any reservations about anything?
Starting point is 00:57:06 Can I be allowed to watch this? As long as there's no ice zombies. Which are these two do you want to do, Alex? I don't want to do the groupies one. Great. What does it feel like to have groupies? Kyle? Do you have groupies, Kyle?
Starting point is 00:57:20 I... What would you call them? The Gordoes? I could not describe any fandom that exudes less sexual energy than the people who come to watch me perform. There is zero sexual energy being emitted from the stage and returned. He's being humble here. You go into a Kyle concert, the room is weird.
Starting point is 00:57:42 Didn't you open for the Jonas Brothers or something? Wasn't there like an energy? There must have been a sexual energy at the Jonas Brothers show. Exactly. And then it was briefly removed from the arena. They throw some clothes at you just to be nice. I guess he'll pick off my bra. I brought extra clothes so I can throw some at the opener.
Starting point is 00:58:02 They brought me out because they were a little scared at how horny everyone was getting. And let's bring the temperature down a little bit. Too much screaming. Yeah. Yeah. So I might learn something here too. Oh, wait. The top answer was a really good one I thought.
Starting point is 00:58:19 This one? This is by a security office. This is what it's like to be a groupie. Okay. But the other one is the story. I'm just saying it's the other perspective. You got to have a groupie to have a groupie. I'm not sure that's true.
Starting point is 00:58:30 But did you understand what I'm saying? I don't know what you're talking about, but continue. Both sides of the field get to play. But read it. I was playing bass guitar for a group when I was 17. A little girl, she was 12. What a start. This is probably 1959.
Starting point is 00:58:44 I'm calling it right now. Kept following me around after the concert to the point. It was quite annoying. We weren't a big band and we were playing at a church. Finally, I turned to her and said, look, what will it take to get you to stop following me around? She told me, I want you to give my name and phone number, and I want to be your girlfriend.
Starting point is 00:59:00 Well, no 17. year old rock star has ever done anything inappropriate with a young girl. It should all be above board at a church. Just as she said that, my real girlfriend, the girl I was going with at the time. This was a old guy. This is an old guy.
Starting point is 00:59:15 She was not happy as she had heard part of that conversation. I took the girl's phone number and address. She had written them down for me already and handed it to me. My girlfriend just turned around without saying a word, walked out of my life forever. I regret that. but done is done. I never saw or spoke to her again.
Starting point is 00:59:35 I saw and talked with her sister several times since then, but I never saw her again and her sister never brought her name up to me again in a conversation. God damn, Norman. How insecure do you have to be to just abandon your boyfriend because a 12-year-old flirting with him? Well, I think the real point is I'm skeptical about the 17. This was a 33-year-old man. He seemed like the kind of guy who might have sex with a 12-year-old. That's a funny twist out of where he's just like,
Starting point is 01:00:00 yeah, my crazy girlfriend left me because some random child talked to me. And she's like, you're a pedophile. Yeah, exactly. You asked her for her address. You kept snickering to yourself. Yeah. Well, and also, conspicuously,
Starting point is 01:00:14 17 is the oldest possible age that you could be to make this story okay. You won't be doing any time. You kept saying checkmate under your... So it says, gee, that's a cheerful story. Great. And then this guy says, I was once in a popular rock group and was married at the time. When girls got my phone number and called me, my wife would just laugh and call me to the phone.
Starting point is 01:00:43 What a classy lady. That's what I'm saying. Like, this is partially out of the woman. Can we, can we see, is it possible to look up David Lauder and see if we could? Oh, sure, what rock group he was in? Rock group. From in sync? I want to see if he posted it on Quora at all, but no.
Starting point is 01:01:02 But I can look it up. He's just talking about music. He's just posting a ton of... That's not what we're here to talk about on power of music. Well, I wanted to... Oh, my God. Kyle, the waveform is still there. Oh, right.
Starting point is 01:01:17 David Lawder musician? Like, what am I? Yeah. Do you think this is him? You're trying to get his music? In Sound Meadow and Kent Hawley. This is someone who owns a gong. See.
Starting point is 01:01:30 Is that it? Could be. It's plausible. He's a meditation DJ, classically trained. You're the guy in the Sandman with mouths for eyes? Sure. That's this guy for real.
Starting point is 01:01:46 Well, you know, you could go see him. He's playing live. It seems like he could have been in a band at some point. But you know what? This is like, if you scroll up, like the picture of him like down with that like didgeridoo? Scrolls are the didgeridoo? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:01 Can you pull up the didgeridoo? I feel like it's like if you're ever in a record store and just flipping through and you're just going through like the mountain of like just schlock from like 1989 that just like they would just pump out. No, I mean, not to insult the story career. Let's not talk that way about. Yeah, sorry. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 01:02:21 I'm sorry. I'm sure he. I'm a fucking asshole. What am I talking about? No, I don't you mean, though. It just looks like a classic, like, musician photo. Exactly, exactly. A guy with a big thing.
Starting point is 01:02:33 But, like, I would imagine, it's totally possible that this guy, you know, like some major label. Yeah. I believe it. You have to respect the musicians. He was the winner of the S-B-U-X Battle of the Bands in 2000. Wait, go up just a little bit. Claire, have you dated this guy? No, but I'm thinking about it.
Starting point is 01:02:51 I'm trying to read if he's... Try to get his address. Oh, sorry. Go on down. He fronted original jazz funk global music groups on saxophone. He was an RX. RX. This is Ted Leo.
Starting point is 01:03:08 That's who it is. This is Ted. Famous musician Ted Leo. God bless him. He's using the power of music. Ted Leo? He's single. No, Daniel Latter.
Starting point is 01:03:18 Oh, Daniel Latter. Jeremy, get off of Daniel Latter's way. Okay. All right. I'm leaving. That's how we're wrapping up the episode. What does it feel like to have a groupie? This is not what Quora is for.
Starting point is 01:03:28 It's about reading pedophiles stories. He's a security officer now. Having groupies is crazy. It's so dope. The only real answer here is I don't know. And that's the only woman seemingly. Yeah. Because the question was about what it's like to be a groupie, no?
Starting point is 01:03:48 I think it's to have groupies. It's to have groupies. Oh, oh, oh. I don't think anyone has really answered that. I like this question on the same. did Michael Jackson ever sleep with groupies? In a way. He kept everything above board.
Starting point is 01:04:00 How do you define groupies? Let's just say his girlfriend would walk away forever if she knew. That was the first question was Michael Jackson. I was 17 and there was a 12-year-old girl. Guy who only knows about groupies from Michael Jackson. Show us how groupies love the slide. Okay, do I want to do our final listener question? call it a podcast.
Starting point is 01:04:26 Yes. Every week. I had it pulled up and I forgot so now we have to go through you. Every week we like to answer a listener question written in the style of Aquara. You can send those into us at Quarators at gmail.com. This is our recurring segment. Is that okay? Is that okay?
Starting point is 01:04:45 Please try to keep your submission under 30 seconds and we do not listen to them before we click. I'm going deep into our email to find one that I feel like. I'm trying to find names that I haven't seen before. Jeremy's eyes are glazed over. He's inside the computer. Okay, I'm clicking this one. Hi, Quaraders. I was wondering, which figure from history do you think has the best fate?
Starting point is 01:05:07 That's a great question. Is it feet or fate? Feet. Just the way that his accent is, it could have been fate. That's a much harder question. Jesus. How do you say factory, Jeremy? I also like calling it.
Starting point is 01:05:25 Just calling someone's career their fate. Oh, what a tragic fate. I'm trying to think of famous people from history with their feet. Jesus' feet, as you brought up, have a big nail in them. I wouldn't put that on. No, I was saying he had a great fete. He didn't have a good faith either. And then he came back three days later.
Starting point is 01:05:47 That part right before that kind of sucks. Your fate rocks. I would not choose his fate. That was an awesome fate. He actually was kind of doing that for, My fate. Right. I've heard.
Starting point is 01:05:59 But again, the question is feet. Unclear. I'm going with Jesus. He does get his washed with hair many times. This is the only celebrity I know about, by the way. The son of God.
Starting point is 01:06:12 Celebrity with great feet. Which celebrity? Maybe Abraham Lincoln's got big feet. I don't know what, yeah, that came to mind too. Got Lincoln on the brain. I don't know why. Big guy, big feet. You know what I think it's from the first.
Starting point is 01:06:25 the Daniel Day Lewis movie, he's so clumpy in that movie that it, the eye does go to his feet. That's how it was. Yeah. That's how it was. A foot heavy performance. And they were durable too. Yeah. Right.
Starting point is 01:06:39 It's like he was wearing like orthotics. Right. Yeah, sure. Yeah. And they had to hold the nation up. I'm trying to think of a third guy besides Jesus and Abraham. Those are really hard. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:53 Those are my main motherfuckers. I might even think they're the same guy. No. Get real. We could go on WikiFeed and look. Name one woman. See who's top rated. Okay, look at WikiFeed.
Starting point is 01:07:04 Yeah, look up. We know Claire's not on there. Kyle's probably on there. Are you on WikiFeed, Kyle? I think I have looked. I'm not sure. But I don't, I think whenever someone looked, I think I'm no. No results.
Starting point is 01:07:16 What is going on with WikiFeed that they won't put Kyle on it? You guys are no Cath Barbador. I'm not saying single foot. No. Oh, there's one. I see feet of the week. That's not best of all time. Can you, can you sort by best?
Starting point is 01:07:29 Yeah, I was about to say short by like era or not to like out myself, but I do not use this website often. I'm not quite sure how to use it. It also looks like it was made in 2004. It's very 2010's web 2.0 coded. There's some applicable search features. There's a house button. There's a feet of the day. If you click it, it says what makes a home?
Starting point is 01:07:51 Home is your resting place. The place to recharge or comfortable safe place where you can be yourself. Welcome home, friend. Welcome to WikiFF family. And it just says WTF as a button. Now, not to punch up WikiFeed's copy here, but you could say home is the place to put your feet up, correct? Oh, that's so good. It kind of seems like the obvious line there.
Starting point is 01:08:10 If anyone editing WikiFeed is listed to this. WikiFeed has a feat of the week feature like their bar stool. I literally don't know how to find top feet on this website. I thought it would be easier, but I guess not. I don't even know how to find celebrities. I also don't even, are these supposed to be celebrities? I don't know any of these people. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:08:28 This is how I know I'm getting old. I don't know about the feet of Kara Taylor. You got to keep up with the latest feat like Deanne Schwartz and Stella Hudgens. All right. Well, I guess this was a bust. I didn't know. Sometimes it's important to find a worse website than Quora. I literally don't know how to use the website.
Starting point is 01:08:49 This is even harder to use. Great. All right, well, whatever. The feet of the day are Caitlin Clark, I guess. Joe of Arc, how about that? I've heard of her. Jodavark had great feet. She, one of the best.
Starting point is 01:09:03 That's why I had to get rid of her. They had to get her out of the way. Well, that's been the episode. Wait, before you hit that button, just because we forgot to say to the beginning, we usually do a weather report. It's nice out out there. It's pretty good.
Starting point is 01:09:15 Don't worry about that. I had a nice stroll here. Yeah, good stuff. Shorts and a long shirt. 70 out there. Go crazy. That's nice. And the podcast,
Starting point is 01:09:22 so no one kills us. Kyle, thank you so much for coming on Quarators, home of the fact. Where can our listeners find you at home and abroad? Just Kyle Gordon is great. That's Kyle Gordon isgreat.com to get tour tickets. Yeah, you're going on tour, right?
Starting point is 01:09:38 In a week or two. Yeah, yeah, soon. Nice. Get those tour tickets. Come to Kyle's show. Bring that sexual energy. Take a photo of his feet. Put him online.
Starting point is 01:09:46 Yeah, we really need to up the horniness because it's actually costing me money. You have to step back. game on. However, it will not change your heart or your mind. Music has no power. Yeah, of course. Run, do not walk to Wiki Feetstar, Kyle Gordon's show.
Starting point is 01:10:00 If you would like more of our show, we have an extra episode every Thursday, okay? So you can hear more of engine, engine, engine, and maybe a long analysis of it. And what words you're allowed to say if they're in a funny accent sometimes. And that's at coryt. Patreon.com slash quarrators. You fucked it up, dude. Fuck me. That's so embarrassing.
Starting point is 01:10:23 I'm done talking for the day. That's it for us. And until next time, question everything. Bye-bye.
