They should do a podcast on that. An investigative journalistic podcast on why eggs are so goddamn expensive. And why is it that we only eat chicken eggs? There's lots of other fowl. There's peahens, ducks, mallards, geese. Why do we never eat geese eggs? Turkeys? There's lots of birds out there. Robins? No one ever eats a robin's egg omelet. Why just chickens?
