Bro, I'm excited for this episode.
Big fan.
Big fan, Mexican O.T.
It's going to be dope.
You take your magic mind.
You think they got this in Texas, where he's from?
Bro, it's basically like a neotropic drink.
Little caffeine, get you kind of laser-focused.
Honestly, I've been drinking these every single morning.
Like, legit, every morning for the last thing.
I don't know, like three months now.
So you drink yours?
There's one over there.
I'm pulling over down your desk.
Drink this.
Stupid.
Are you about to get in this episode?
Mexican O.T.
shout out magic mind this dude is not only a lit musician he's also funny so i think you guys
gonna like this episode let's get into it bro thank you for coming i think i wore the i wore the
i wore the and i felt like it was fitting you know yeah yeah you like him good man you're looking
right the pinky i like the pinky ring that's always player yeah thank you so all right
bro um you've been you've been crushing it you've been making waves thank you um as far as like
the culture goes, the community goes,
the Mexican culture, the hip-hop community.
Where do you see yourself
fitting in there right now?
Like number one?
As a rapper?
I don't know.
I think so.
You think so?
Yeah, as a rapper, for sure, 100%.
I don't know.
I just, I think it's more of a question for them, you know?
Yeah.
But I'm just grateful that I have that support
because they could easily be like, you know, who the fuck is?
So why do you think people with you?
Well, first of all, the Mexican.
Americans with me tough because we already don't have much, you know what I'm saying?
So like, we're going to glorify him, you know, like, damn, La Rosa, we got something, you know what I'm saying?
So that's why I think the Mexicans with me tough.
And then why everybody in general, in general, who me tough is just because, like, I'm just me.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
I don't be on no extra shit.
I don't let nothing get to my head.
I don't, I just be chilling, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
I feel like Mexicans are so.
up right now as far as like the like mainstream culture goes yeah where do you think that changed
because like how long have you been making music for like professionally yeah or just yeah releasing
I recorded my first song I was like teen and put it on soundclad you know what I'm saying do you have
like a lot of old music like that yeah a lot of them my uncle mom was recording I would like
probably you know what I'm saying but like getting it probably like two years what where do you
think there was like the biggest shift of I guess the acceptance
of like the Mexican culture in hip-hop.
Because I feel like in 2018,
like the Carrido stuff started getting more popular.
Yeah.
Which is obviously not like hip-hop, hip-hop.
Yeah, but it's slowed down.
Recently.
Yeah, no, no, not slow down.
Like that music is, it's with a jamble,
we screw it down.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
And, yeah, 2018, maybe even like 2015, you know?
I feel like the first Mexican I saw that was like cool
and, like, being accepted by, you know,
everybody was like peso you know of course we had SPM of course we had a little being big
flake i don't know if you know who those are those are like texas legions that are mesking yeah
but like as far as like like you know making noise and like oh damn he's making it cool to be
mesking yeah peso peso yeah at least that's but like i said that's where i'm from i'm from texas
so like that's what we got to look up to shit like that so did did that happening did that like
inspire you or give you more fuel to do what you were doing or was it like you were doing it
regardless. I was doing it regardless. I'll be doing this shit for free.
That's how you know you love it. Yeah.
That's I know if anyone loves anything they do it with whether they're getting a check or not.
Yeah. I'd be a cracker doing this shit for free. Yeah. I feel like I agree with a lot of like
that sentiment as far as like what I do, what I've done over the years. Obviously the podcast stuff
is a little different. But for me, it's conversating and getting to know people. I did that
before I ever made money from it. The fitness, obviously, was something I did. It's just a part
in my life that essentially saved me so obviously i would do that for free and i think people find
most success in their life when they do things like just because they love them because a lot of
people getting this whether it's like music or something on the internet because they can make
money from it versus just like they really love it correct so where people some people just look at it
as an easy way in what sense being a rapper like they just think it's like oh i'm just going to blow
up and like i'm just going to make it easy like it's going to have a lot of money it's going to be easy
yeah it's not what's your perception on that how how how how
is it like how has your journey been from the beginning to the start like to where you are now because
i know right now like you definitely get way more accepted in the mainstream you i know you just did
that you just did drop this song with little uh the baby the baby not little baby excuse me um which
was like what Pulp fiction inspired yeah that was cool thank you that was whose idea was my buddy
d green great idea yeah yeah great movie yeah but so so what was your journey like in it like did you
Did you just, because you were from Texas, everyone in Texas with you?
And then, like, when did you start to see yourself get out to, like, West Coast and L.A.?
Probably, like, La Cobra.
I don't know if you ever heard that song La Cobra that I have.
But I think that's the song that kind of pushed me a little bit to the West Coast.
Would you say that, correct?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, it was my first meal.
No, I think Ghetto Gates was my first meal.
maybe maybe and did you did you have like people who were like pushing you in certain directions of songs or like was it all just from you just like this is what i think's hot i wasn't going nobody i'm in my living room or on my patio recording or writing and then he came along and he'd be on my my patio just writing with me so like your your biggest hits there was no no one helping nothing like that man no no would you ever would you ever accept help though because i feel like at some point like most artists get to a point where like you kind of could find stuff like that you
I mean, like, you know what I'm saying?
I'll be in the car writing with my boy, like for an example, Johnny Dang, I was writing
and I, you know what I'm saying, and like, my boy Nate was in there and he says something.
Like, he'll help me, like, I'll be writing and, you know what I'm saying, and he'll just,
like, put his input in, like, something he would say, and I kind of like, if I like it, I twang
it out, you know, to my steal a butt.
As far as somebody's sitting there with the pin and pad with me, like, this is how you should
do it, this is how you need to break it down and shit, hell, nah.
I don't even know how I do it.
I just listen to the beat
and if I like it,
I'm on that, I'm going to jig.
What comes first? The beat?
Or do you ever write stuff and then try to find the beat?
It's rare when I do be writing shit
and then find the beat.
But the majority of the time I listen to the beat
and then I figure the words out
and become a part of the beat.
Are you signed like a major label right now?
Giff and Innescope.
Yeah.
When you work with labels, don't they
want certain things from you? They want you to like be a certain way or is there certain like
like like I had not because when they found me I was already doing it you know what I'm saying
so like I had leverage and like they weren't they don't get a fuck about the creativity side because
they know I got that under control. Why not stay independent? You know like people like we're us
yeah I'm just because just I'm just curious and you know what I'm saying I'm so new to everything
you know and just just living and learning you know what I'm saying the the the label there you go
The label is cool.
I definitely like it.
It's a cheat code.
You got a lot of people that you get to meet, you know, and it's cool.
But, man, you know, being independent in a different ballgame, it's nice.
I'm excited to, you know what I'm saying, had my wings fully spread it and just be where I want to be.
But but you're not fully independent now?
No.
Okay.
So you prefer, you prefer being signed to a label?
No.
So then why did you sign?
Like I said, just curious.
Just figuring.
and I'm just figuring out seeing how it could help me
and how it couldn't.
Is it a long deal?
No.
Yeah.
I was just always curious about that
because I feel like nowadays
it's the way the internet is all set up
like because you have so much power
in the space as like not just a rapper
but as a creator and like showing up on podcasts
or I know I saw you did the Shultz thing
like you have so much more that you can go
and just kind of make happen.
I always wonder why do people still go
and sign with labels.
I'm not at all trying to do labels
because they probably do a ton for you behind the scenes as well.
Yeah, correct.
They do like you know what I'm saying?
They like I said they help.
help a lot like uh I don't have to worry about it except for the creative side they do
all of my social media posting and they handle my my uh my what's it called like my media
like they keep me up to date they will post you know what I'm saying my bookings everything
they literally do everything so I ain't got to worry about nothing except for being there
on time and executing correctly and there's never anything that they never try to get you
do things you don't want to do or if you do you have some assuming you have say in it yeah
yeah yeah I do like that brain got
And if I'm like, no, I don't want it, I don't want it.
But they, you know what I'm saying?
For the most part, like I said, I got my boy beat on.
I got my boy feed.
Yeah.
And Greg, and, like, they bring the ideas of them.
And, like, they already know me very well toward where, like, if it's bullshit, you know what I'm saying, you know what I'm saying?
You know what I'm saying?
Or not necessarily bullshit, but just something that's not needed or a necessity to do or something like that, then, you know, he's not going to do it.
But, like, they're not going to bring no bullshit in my front door.
Yeah, I get you.
You know what I get you.
Yeah.
They're going to make sure everything is correct for me.
Is there any artists that, like, you'd really love to collab with or make a song with?
Like, who would be, like, number one on that list?
I feel like if I was an artist, I'm saying Drake.
Why?
Because he's number one?
Because he's been doing it for so long, and he's number one.
Yeah, I want somebody that's going to...
And he showed his dick off.
It's, like, kind of funny.
I want somebody that's funny.
I want somebody that's going to match with me.
Like, I want somebody who's going to make a good song with me.
I'll go f*** about your name.
music with, I can do music with people that are
nobody's, and they're killing people that
that are known. Yeah, I respect
that. I respect the fuck out of that. I don't give a
fuck about this extra shit. I don't give a fuck.
If you even like my music, Homeboy, I do this
because I love it and what I want to do
with my people. I love it.
Have you always been that? Always.
What the fuck? I don't know what else to do, bro.
Like, this music, I remember being a kid telling
my dad, like, I don't want to rap no more.
Because everybody wanted to rap. Is that true?
Okay. And he'd be like, shut the fuck up and get
on this beat. You know, it's crazy. I
I met his dad, your dad, his dad, by the way, sitting off camera.
Your dad looks like he's like 30 years old.
And he's like, what, how old are you like 50 something?
No, 49.
Yeah, dude, like, you're going to age fucking tremendously.
You think you could be him in a street fight?
Well, he came, first thing he said to me was like, yo, I trained this, this and this.
I was like, he's thick, too.
Yeah.
He's like, you could tell he's strong.
It's all agility, too.
It's not just.
I was going to ask you who wins in the street fight, me or you.
Bro, hey.
Because you brought that up.
I had to.
I ain't go lie, but like, if I don't knock you out within like the first minute, you
bad hope. I'm not standing next. Nothing. Nothing. Yeah. Now, I respect it. It's good. That's
good. Okay, so there's no one that you're like, you really want to be number one, like with,
like a song. Um, I get, you know what? I mean, Taylor Swift. No, Stevie Ray Vaughn.
Stevie Ray Vaughn. Steve Ray Vaughan, for sure. Damn. I got to go with Stevie. We'll do Stevie.
That would be fucking hard. That'd be sick. Wow. I like the way you think. Yeah, of
Of course.
Definitely.
He had Texas boy.
He out there in Austin.
Damn.
So you think you have more influences in your music from Texas?
Obviously you're from there or like L.A.
No, hell no, definitely not L.A.
I love L.A.'s music.
I appreciate the culture and I appreciate how they sound.
They've definitely had a huge impact in the music career.
But I was more fond with the East Coast.
I was like Biggie.
I mean, not Biggie.
Big El, bust around and 50 Cent, or like the pioneers of who I am.
I am.
Best 50 cents on.
The whole
Get Richer not trying.
Yeah.
Crazy.
Even his old
though,
like when he wasn't even known.
Like the,
what's that?
The fuck,
the NYPD or what's that one?
Did that be jamming?
Yeah,
nobody likes me.
That's like before he even had
the video game.
You know,
like,
yeah,
that's before he was shot.
That whole album was nuts,
though.
Of course,
but you also got to understand
I was in love with the movie
and I was also playing
the video game
bulletproof.
at that time. So, like, I was, I was all of it. Hustlers is an ambition. It's probably my favorite
song off the, huh? I had the G on the shoes. I had the pants. I had the muscle shirts,
the hats. You know what I'm saying? Have you met 50 yet? I had posters of them. Nah.
You got to meet him. Yeah. It'd be a good moment. I went to one of his shows,
me, Bobby Shmurter, and a few of my buddies, we was over there. Yeah. Yeah. Do you ever,
do you ever wonder, like, and I, this, this is definitely not a knock to you at all,
but, like, music now, like, especially mainstream music is just kind of, like, forced. Everything
feels forced for like some tic-tok song you know like everyone wants a song that goes viral on
ticot and not just like some that they really care about right do you see that do you notice that
yeah correct i i can i mean kind of you know what i'm saying i feel like uh when you say force
how i'm taking it is like they're they're creating these superstars like i've met some rappers
before and i'm like oh yeah i could tell the label major does that make sense like me man
that's when they talk about like a plant right yeah like me i'm a full-on personality like i'm virgil
at the end of the day you know what i'm saying like i'm from base of the texas from the left
country all town southeast of texas you know what i'm saying and like i'll just be me like it's
really you yeah correct so like that so that is so strong that it plays with music to my interactions
with other people like they just feel that so like uh i don't think i'm forced i think i think
yeah you can see it when it's force or what about i can't because of
I know how real it my shit is.
You're talking about just because of an interaction with a person, right?
You're like, oh, this person, like, they were kind of put here and put, like, push
to this place.
Yeah, because some of these motherfuck be like, like, you could tell, like, you could tell
when they look like they're not supposed to be there.
Does that make sense?
In, in, like, in a social setting?
Like, anywhere, like a rapper, like a rapper at the label.
I see him and, like, it's like, you can just tell, like, man, you don't rap.
Like, you just started this a year ago, maybe.
Yeah.
I guess I was kind of more so speaking to
just even mainstream artists now
who are already successful, the music they make
just to try to get like a viral song on TikTok
and not like a fucking good song.
Like the content of it.
I feel like a lot of music is missing the content of it.
You know what I'm saying?
Like the actual heart of the music.
Like when you sing about things
it's like you actually experience
instead of just singing about things
that you think people...
You know, like when people talk about the whole
future talked about all this drugs
but he didn't actually do the drugs
but it was cool to rap about the drugs.
Yeah, yeah.
I completely see what you're saying.
Yeah.
I feel like they just push that sort of, like, talk about some shit.
It's not genuine to you because we know kids want to hear it.
Yeah.
And then they go for that.
Yeah, I completely see what you're saying now.
Yeah, I heard Russ talking about that.
Yeah, I agree.
I agree because, like, you know, back to what I was saying, like, they're not that.
Yeah.
It's not you.
But that's, it's kind of sad.
Yeah.
You know, because you just make music because it's like, we know that someone's going to think this.
Obviously, we want to make music that we think people think is cool.
but at the same time, like,
are we making something
that's just disgenuine of us
just because, like, we want some money.
Yeah.
I just find that, that's what I,
in the music industry, now I'm like,
that's why, like,
you talk about, like, 50s, that whole track,
that whole album, you're like,
this is incredible.
I think he's really rapping about
he actually sort of went through.
Yeah, and you could feel it
because, like, it's all in here.
Like, you can feel it from how he's saying it.
So then my next question on that is,
because obviously, like,
you grew up a certain way,
which we'll talk about a little bit,
you grew up a certain way,
you move through that,
and then you have this fame
and you have this money and, you know,
I think it's going to continue to grow for you
and get better and better only.
Thank you.
But when you get to another point
when then now that's your normal life,
how do you continue to make the music
that's connecting with the people
that you were connected with originally,
even though you're a little bit separated
from like that, that bottom.
You know what I'm saying?
Like from them?
Not from them, no, just like,
you know how like, for example, for me, right?
Content creator, like, it's not rap,
but I made content based on what I was doing at the time
and based on who I was at the time
and I evolved and I grew
which obviously you will
and then you're not as connected to that
but then like
because this always happens
with content creators of music
and then they start making music
that's not true to like
kind of like their base
and then everyone's like
oh bring back the old this
you know like the old Kanye
whatever
so like how do you see yourself
balancing that as you get bigger
being able to like
still stay connected
sort of with that
the truth don't change man
yeah
I don't know
oh
I don't, I don't think I'll ever have a problem with it because like, I think it'll forever be me.
It's still me and I've already gone through so many different stilos and unlike different characters with it.
Yeah.
And it's still me.
I just don't ever see a changing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
What makes you you?
Like music wise?
Nah, nah, no, you.
Because like the music is, hurt.
What's that?
Hurt.
Hurt.
Pain is what make a motherfucker really sit there and think.
you know what I'm saying yeah and um I mean yeah I've won a lot you know what I'm
saying but like mentally I've lost a lot and some of it was probably to myself
you know what I'm saying but just believe in other like what like what like when
you say you lost what have you lost like uh like I like I like I was I really just
didn't like anything of myself growing up but that's because like so many people around
me we're just just talking you know what I'm saying and then not even talking just
things that I just went through, it just made me feel down, you know what I'm saying?
But my whole life, my father was like, man, my, you're bad, like, you're righteous, you know what I'm
saying? Like, you're a bad, you're brilliant. And, like, I just couldn't see it, but because
I was broke, like, because of everything that was going on around me and what I was going
through. You know what I'm saying? I feel like I was stripped from everything. My father was
in prison. My mother died. I ain't have nobody. The family that I had was bull, I was going
through court, fighting in court with my two sides of the family. Nobody even showed up for me.
none of my family. I had to have my first grade teachers come fight for me. You know what I'm saying?
In the court system. Yes. Yeah. So like, I was just already just down about everything.
This is in the first grade? Yeah. Yeah. So when did he, when did he go to prison? I was like four.
What do you could I? So like 2000. For how many years were you in prison?
Yeah. So you were four. I used to go to watch. I used to go visit him in prison and I'd be rapping through him on the phone.
a glass, you know?
What the f***?
Damn, that's some real shit.
Yeah, I love, I love seeing that when it's like you really, like, that was really
your life and you're able to use that.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So, so what was the, what were the things that, damn, I guess when you're like that age,
though, like, what are you thinking?
Are you, like, are you thinking, like, damn, I'm f***ed or no one's got me or?
I don't think I really was thinking, like, the day after my mother passed, my mother,
I don't even think I fully understood what was going on.
My mother was laying in the casket.
How old were you here?
When my mother was in the casket, I was eight.
Okay.
And she's laying in the casket, and I'm running around in front of the ceremony, laughing.
Of course, I was hurt, yeah, my mother was gone, but, like, I was just too young.
Yeah.
I was six when my father was in the casket.
That's definitely what brought me through my life, for sure.
Obviously, I didn't make music, but the whole gym.
Yeah, not correct.
Everybody got that way.
So, yeah, because I do think, like, most people that have the most success are people who have gone through, like,
the darkest, the worst shit.
There's no denying that.
Yeah, because like the shit that I go through the now,
like, my shit would break, you know what I'm saying?
And it's not even a lot of shit.
You know what I'm saying?
But, like, I would just build for a lot of shit
the same way you were.
You were built for a lot of shit, you know?
People can't do what you do.
When I became a full-on boss,
I was talking to my boy, Fee, I was like,
bro, I've grown a whole new level of love
and respect for bosses.
and I now realize why there's not many around.
Yeah.
It's hard to be one.
What's the hardest part you think?
Disciplining.
Yeah, because you got it.
You have to do it.
Yeah.
If you don't do it, it's not getting done.
Correct.
And it's like, you know what I'm saying?
But somebody got to do it.
If my father used always telling me, there's never a bad team.
It's just a bad leader.
So what was that like?
Because you were in, you said you were in for six years.
So you didn't have the father figure for that time.
But you need him.
I had my poppin.
You know, that was my, so my nanny is my grandmother.
That's his mother.
Yeah.
And she was married to a man named Pete, which is my step-grandfather.
I called him popping.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying.
He was like a father figure of man, you know.
I really weren't hearing what he was saying at the time.
But, you know what I'm saying?
Like, he loved me like a son and he took care of me like a son, you know.
Did you get caught up in things outside, like, just in your normal life?
Because you didn't have, like, sort of the father figure guiding you?
Or, like, what was your childhood like after that?
It was cool, bro.
It was very quiet because I was already always in trouble from school.
So, like, I couldn't do anything outside, you know what I'm saying?
So, like, I was just always reading or writing.
I read a lot, wrote a lot.
Yeah.
And my favorite author, Walter Dean Myers, he out there from New York.
That's another thing I love about New York.
Like, the author out there, he's from somewhere in New York, like, maybe the Bronx, Brooklyn,
somewhere.
A lot of his books I used to read, you know, they were all based out there.
So, like, everything that I glorified was all out there.
That's why I'm an animal today, because it was all about delivery.
and like the music out there was delivery.
I'm from the South,
so I'm forever going to have like a stilote to me
and a swag.
Yeah.
So I could find that pocket and bounce.
But as far as like putting them words together.
Yeah.
And like even even like manipulating words
to sound like another thing like city cops and idiots.
You know what I'm still?
They were joking about this on the Shultz podcast
but the R's the way you roll like that
and like words that don't even really have that.
Yeah.
I just like talking lazy.
Like I don't really fully pronunciate my words.
So, like, when I be talking, it just...
I just remember, that was the first thing I heard.
I was like, what the fuck?
Yeah.
Super unique.
Thank you.
Yeah.
Is it just inspired by, like, the community you're in?
Like, when you're, like, the way people talk?
Yeah.
Or was it kind of just, was it a youth thing?
Or it was just, like, you hear someone say it?
No, I don't think I heard anyone say.
I think it was just kind of me, but, like, I mean, yeah, like, you know what I'm saying?
Some people would be like, man, he out of there.
You know, like, it comes out like that.
Like, because, like, I said, we're from the South.
Yeah.
But, like, I just, I just, it just come out a lot more when I speak aggressive.
Like, he's out of there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
He's out of there.
He's out of there.
Yeah, you did kind of.
No, you do it.
He out of there.
No, say, he's out of there.
He's out of there.
I'm just, with you.
Okay.
Okay.
So, so the, your mom past, your dad is in prison.
Yeah.
Where did you find music at what age?
Like, you ever met somebody in as soon as he was walking, he was in career?
But I don't know why that was funny to me.
Sorry, the way you said, I know exactly he's trying to say that.
I was just funny as fuck to me.
I'm sorry.
Yes, I understand what you're saying.
Like, he was just into it right away.
As soon as I was talking, I was in.
As soon as he came out, he was into karate.
As soon as he was walking, he was in karate.
That's my, as soon as they was walking, it was boxing.
Yeah, yeah, 100%.
So, but like, what was the first, like, do you remember the first moment or the first person who got you into that?
Yeah, my.
Uncle Moan and my cousin Homer.
Okay.
My uncle Moan, we call him Big Moan, and my cousin Homer, we call him Homer Pimson.
And they was rapping.
When did you realize you were good?
Two years ago.
When everyone was like, oh, he's good?
Yeah.
Like, I was always getting boosted up, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
But, like, you know what I'm saying?
When I just, I was thinking, yeah, I'm just cool, like, at my school.
Yeah.
Like, when it hit the world.
Damn.
This shit's cool, yeah.
Yeah.
And then there's some people that are just listening to me,
and I used to just thinking, they were like saying,
yeah, just so like it should just shut me to fuck up.
But, like, that reminds me of like, you know,
like, I feel like I have friends in high school.
They were like, yo, listen to this song.
And you just be like, what the fuck is this?
Yeah.
No one ever did that to you?
No.
Oh, yeah.
They always wanted to hear more.
You ever feel pressure?
No, I'd do the shit.
Like nothing.
Like nothing.
Like nothing.
Your style.
Like your style.
Thank you.
You don't give a fuck out.
No, yeah, no, man.
I mean, I just love what I do.
What do you struggle with the most?
Music-wise or in general?
Music-wise first.
Probably saying the R's and stuff, right?
Nothing.
What about in general?
I'd be lazy sometimes.
Besides your weight.
I'd be live, yeah.
No, that's only because your dad told me.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's only because he told me.
He said, we're going to get you in shape.
Hey, this one is going to get you in shape.
right here, bro, I'd be at my nanny house
and he'd come over, grab my chichies
and be like, you got milking those motherfuckers?
And my nanny, be like, leave him alone.
He's jacked, bro. Your dad's jacked.
Bro, since day one, hey, my punishment,
he'd get me out there and work me up.
Like, for punishment.
That's crazy.
So are you going to try to take training more serious or what?
Eventually, you know what I'm saying?
I think it would be an amazing thing to do
just because, like, my performances are already so great.
But if I were in shape.
Well, imagine you could really bust a backflip
if you were in shape.
I could bust a backflip.
You can do the hand backflip.
You can use your hands, right?
Right or wrong.
I'm fend to put a video.
You got me.
You did no hands?
No hands.
He could do no hands?
That's crazy.
Well, how much you weigh?
Look, that's my pepico.
That's my dad's grandpa.
Oh, shit.
On the horse, all that.
Wait, so you could bust a backflip, no hands.
You guys seen that?
That's fucking amazing.
Would you learn that?
What did you even learned that?
I was at school.
And I was just hyper
And me and my buddy Chawa
I was doing it
So
You're like I can do this
I've seen him do it off the wall
Oh
And that's and I learned how to do it off the wall
Before I even learn how to do it on ground
That's so sketchy
Holy shit
Yeah
I really do want to see this though
I saw like a short clip
Look that's me and dad right there
See he's been jacked bro
Yeah
You gotta get jacked that'd be so sick
You gotta get him jacked bro
No I'm gonna get that bro
That'd be so cool
then the shirt be off all the time
my shirt always uh
and then you could never even put a shirt on you'd be so jack
what the fuck is with the cars with the things that stick out the sides
sorry we call them elbows stop why
you like that shit
and hell i i feel like if you're from texting we got we have six
we have six wheels sometimes no i like that but i don't like when the
come out of the trunk we we got him where to come out of the trunk
too. What the fuck is this?
Oh,
bro, you're like a
gymnast. Yeah. What the
fuck? Where'd you learn that? Just off the wall.
Boy, I had ADHD and wasn't taking no meds.
Are you on meds now?
Hell no. Yeah, no, no. So seriously,
what the fuck is with those tires, bro? What's with the wheels,
dude? Come on. They call swanglers.
Is that like... They call elbows. They vogue's, but we call them
elbows. Look, man, I got a
1982 Mercedes Benz. I'm getting the trunk
done right now. Check me out. Hold on.
Shout out.
Yeah, yeah.
Such a Texas thing. What about Waterberg?
You think that's good? Because it's trash.
Look, that's the brown I got on there right now.
They got BBS stock rims.
Oh, shit.
I just put that brown on there. Shout out my boy, Dex.
He out there with the Dex wraps.
I love these old cars. Yeah, yeah. So I'm getting
the bumper kit. All the chrome is going to be
gold, so it matches the rims. And then
this is the interior of it. I'm going to have the
lights on the top.
I love older cars, bro.
What grain stirring with?
That's dope.
Hey, that motherfucker, I'm going to have the trunk pop.
I'm going to go ahead and speak on it just because I'm getting it done right now, so you can't
take it.
So look, I'm going to have the trunk pop.
Yeah?
You can leave it open.
So we call it, pump it, make the trunk wave, you know what I'm saying?
Okay.
And, no, pop trunk.
And it's going to pop trunk, and it's going to have yellow lights.
And it's going to say, money making miskin.
And it's going to have green, like, you know, and the lights, it's going to have green.
a green symbol, money symbol, a money symbol, and it's going to be green,
and then it's going to have fiberglass over the trunk, you know, where the trunk is.
Yeah, yeah.
And then it's going to have two twelers right here, and I'm going to have $2,000 of all hundreds
in there.
So every time that base is going to blow.
You can blow the money in there?
It's going to blow money.
I've never seen that.
So it's going to make it rain.
And while it's say money making miskin, it's going to have the money flying everywhere.
That's dope.
Do you have any other cars you really like right now?
Man, the dream, my old is always like, my whole, always.
my whole life since Midnight Club.
My dream vehicle has been to escalate.
Just an escalate.
Yeah.
Damn.
I love the escalate.
Yeah.
That's my, you just see it come down and it'd be hogging the lanes.
Like, big body frame, you know, just like.
Damn.
You know, my dream car when I was 16, and I got it when I was 16 and had a crazy oil leak was a 96
Impala.
Wow.
Impala's a big body.
We put the elbows on Impala's too.
Yeah.
I'm not the elbow guy, man.
I don't get it.
You've seen the one with six wheels, right?
Yeah.
Because they got one where it's five, four, and then one on the trunk,
and then there's one that come up off the body of the trunk.
They do crazy in Texas with these cars, man.
Man, and then they got the blue line, purple line, the yellow line, the green line.
I'm trying to start my own line and do brown.
Yeah, like a bunch of brown vehicles.
Yeah.
Then they got a bunch of purple vehicles, a bunch of,
and, you know, they come out there on slab day and everybody be swinging.
Brown?
Why brown specifically?
You just love the color?
Because I'm brown pride, but, though.
Let's go.
I love it.
So let's talk about that a little bit.
we talked about a little bit earlier in the beginning
but what does it what does it mean to you to like
to really represent that the Mexican culture
man it's everything bro it's a blessing you know what I'm saying
because it could be anybody you know what I'm saying
and to some people I'm not really like
Mexican enough to them
what makes you not Mexican enough
because like I don't speak Spanish
and I talk with a southern slang
and I don't know
but but it's
it's a blessing you know what I'm saying
Because, like I said, it could be anybody.
The world can easily say no and not, you know, not back me up.
Yeah.
But I'm grateful for every race, first of all, from, you know, I don't get a fuck.
If you white, black, Mexican, Chinese, I don't get a fuck.
If you're transgender, I don't get a fuck, if you're straight, whatever you, I don't get a fuck, if you're Jewish, I don't get back what you are.
If you love me, I love you.
For off the rip, I already love you because, like, I just want to show love to everybody.
But if you love me, I love you.
And, you know what I'm saying?
And it's cool.
It's cool as to be able to represent, you know, some Miskins.
Yeah.
Because it's, right now, it's, I feel like more accepted than it had, not that it wasn't
accepted, but it's very, like, popular.
It's very cool now.
So before it was cool.
But it was cool to the Miscans.
Exactly.
Now it's cool.
To everyone.
Yeah.
That's got to be, like, interesting.
Because I've seen it, too.
Where I've, like, not that it was never cool, but it's weird how, like, now it's, like,
everyone is talking about how much they love it.
Yeah, you got even rappers that ain't even Miskin trying to do Misk and shit, you know what I'm saying?
I don't know.
I don't know about y'all, but like everybody trying to be a cowboy now.
Yeah.
You know?
I just, I had some boots.
I should have, I had some boots that didn't come in time for their pause.
It's okay.
I'm not going to lie.
I was going to change the hat, too.
You know, always wear hats.
I was going to come with a cowboy.
You wear my head's pretty big.
I got a big head, too.
No, it's not going to fit, dude.
It's not.
No, wait, no, wait.
That's it.
That works.
Yeah, that's it.
I don't care.
You look handsome.
Yeah, see, I just need the boots.
I just need the boots, man.
Yeah.
So, so what does it mean, though?
Because, like, I feel like, I feel like is there is a large responsibility, you know what
I'm saying, to try to show out as best as possible?
Not even a responsibility.
It's just, like, all the weights are on you, you know?
Like, all the pressure, it's like, it's game time now.
I don't look at it as a responsibility.
I just look at it as a responsibility.
it like I hope I'll execute correct like I hope I hope my people like it yeah you know
I'm saying because I mean yeah at the end of the day I want to make my people proud yeah you
know because like you said like I'm representing them you know in a way and I hear them tell me
all the time you know you're representing us will keep doing that man that shit makes me feel good
that you know what I'm saying to light that fire under my ass yeah it's such a strong community
yeah because like I said we really don't have nothing so when we have it it's like man we love
I wonder why it feels like it's not that same way for all, like, cultures, all communities.
Like, sometimes it just doesn't, it doesn't feel the same.
Like, there's not that much support.
We're almost like, in a lot of ways, people would be like, they would-
You like Jack Harlow?
I do.
I do like Jack Harlow.
Come on, everybody that's white love Jack Harlow.
I like Jack Harlow, yeah.
Everybody is black love Chris Brown.
Everybody, you know what I'm saying?
Like, for real.
I'm just saying, like, because they have somebody.
Yeah.
So, like, they love it.
And, like, they, I feel like every race is going to support any type of, you know, good they got.
Yeah.
Or at least they should.
Was there anyone that you were looking to, like, before you really got on, like, that you really looked up to in the Mexican media?
Maybe not even in music.
Yeah.
Machete.
You know, machete?
Yeah.
Yeah.
He's a real inspiration for Machete.
Like, he's the reason why I got it the way I got it.
He was on Def Jam, too.
Yeah.
You remember Def Jam?
Yeah, of course.
Yeah.
He was on Dev Jam.
He was on Spy Kids, too.
Spy kids.
You took me back, dude.
Holy shit.
He was the grandpa.
Hell yeah.
I f***ed with him, a little Bing.
I f***ed with my uncles.
Yeah.
My uncles were like my SPM.
You know, my uncles and my cousins, you know what I'm saying?
So, like, because, like, they weren't even
Just cool to me, like they had B County jumping, Matagorda County jumping.
Yeah.
That's Brazoria County, Madagota County.
That's like the areas we'd be at.
Yeah.
Had them all jumping.
When you come to L.A., where do you stay mostly?
Not trying to docks you or anything.
I was like, man, on the cool, bro, I just, I don't even get a place to stay.
I come out here and handle my business and go home.
Yeah.
Could you ever live in L.A.?
No.
Why not?
I love that.
Don't get me wrong.
I live in L.A.
Not going to live here forever.
Yeah.
But why not?
I mean, first, I'm just texting to the bone.
First of all, like, I just, I love my rules.
I love my people.
Yeah.
I love, you know what I'm saying?
I love my culture.
I love, I love everything.
I love our food there.
I love our location.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
I love it that we're just one.
We're lone star.
You know what I'm saying?
And not, and not only that, like, it's just, it's more of like, just my area.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
I get the best of both worlds right there.
I feel like.
there's not there's not there's not the type of people over here that there is over there in what way
like y'all are just Californians you know what I'm saying I kind of hate you saying that but I know what
you mean yeah I'm like I just like being around some Texans why do you think I because like Texans
we got that southern hospitality we we have we it's almost like we have an invisible like an unwritten
rule of respect out there and like you know what I'm saying everybody just treat everybody
good and we're just all about love
man. I feel like Texas has the most
culture as a state. Like in Texas
you'll see somebody walking by and invite
that motherfucker up the side of the road come eating the backyard.
Yeah, that would never happen in L.A.
You see what I'm trying to say? I would never happen
in L.A. Yeah. No, I get it. That's what I'm saying.
It's interesting. I wonder why Texas is a place
like that. Like, as far as the United
States go, as far as
I know, I feel like Texas is one of the most
like, has the most
deepest culture as a state.
You know what I'm saying? Like, as a whole, I think
people like if they're from Texas they really with Texas but you don't get that same
sort of vibe in a place like California like people are just way more divided it seems are way
more like here I don't know what like the people that are in California that be like
rep in California or like the the vat like the gangsters possibly yeah you know what I'm saying
or or like big ass in sports sports sports yeah like L.A Dodgers or Rams you know
But in Texas, like, everyone is from Texas, they, like, they really live that.
It feel like, who are, like, truly from Texas.
There's a few people.
There's some people out there that, like, only with where they're from.
In Texas.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Well, I had this question.
I was working out the other day, and I was talking to my buddies.
What is the most Texas place in Texas?
You know what I'm saying?
Like, what embodies Texas the most?
I'm so curious.
Missouri County.
Is that where you're from?
No, I'm from Hatterwater County.
Okay.
Why that county?
Because you just, you got your, you got your, your rancers out there, you got your pump
jacks, you got your water burgers, you got your buckies.
Do you like water burger?
I love water be honest.
But what's better in and out or water burger?
Are you?
Me right now, I'll fight you right now, dude.
Tell the truth.
Tell the truth.
Doug, look, I hate, I hate having this conversation because I got to do it.
Water Beasy, bro.
I'm not even arguing with you.
In and out, y'all got only burgers.
Exactly, because that's all you need is to have a good, you just one bird, you just one
Burger, and it's good.
And then y'all French fries suck?
No, bro.
I have to do this to you.
Waterburger is like McDonald's, dude.
I'm sorry.
Texas, I'm sorry.
Texas, I'm sorry.
I love you guys.
It's McDonald's to me.
Because the fact that you got 15 different things to order.
You know what?
I'm going to let you say that, but you can't say nothing about Dairy Queen.
No, I love Dairy Queen.
Yeah, no, I love Drake.
I know.
I just, I just, I just.
You remember the old ones that DQ?
That's what I like about.
Six.
I love Dairy Queen.
Yeah.
But for some reason, every time it was like, oh, because I would travel, I go to like places, like
gyms in Texas.
Yeah, H.E.B.
shopping and little groceries.
I also love Trader Joe's.
Y'all got Trader Joe's out here, right?
I love Trader Joe's.
Not a Whole Foods guy?
No.
No?
Fair.
Yeah.
Fair.
But who knows?
I might go there and like it.
I just never shop there.
You know what has the, I hate saying this because it's so crazy overpriced.
But Arawone has the best hot food bar ever.
Arrow one?
Arrow one.
Yeah.
Crazy, right? Sounds crazy.
It's one up the street.
The hot food, though, like they make pre-made hot food or they have it and they serve it.
The food is so good.
Really?
Yeah, the best I ever.
I hate saying it because it's so overpriced, but it's good.
I like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
Is that your favorite food?
And I don't know about you, but can you drink milk out of anything else that's not glass?
I have, but I don't like it.
I don't like it is, man.
I don't like out.
Like out plastic, it's not good.
Wait, why is that?
I don't know.
What the fuck?
Yo, you just threw me through a loop right now.
I get to drink milk out of glass.
Damn, because I drink it out of plastic
and it's like, mm.
Yeah.
What about, like, not cold milk?
It's not good either, right?
I can't do it.
It's got to be cold.
Yeah, I can't do it.
I don't, bro, I saw one of my buddies
and he kept his jam,
like his jelly in the pantry.
What the fuck?
Not the fridge?
That's what I said.
You're crazy, bro.
He keeps his mayonnaise in the pantry.
And it was open?
Yeah, it was open.
It wasn't open if it wasn't open, of course.
That guy's just.
psychopath. There you go.
What the fuck? I told him, I said,
bro, I bet you pour your milk then cereal.
He definitely does. Do you like
pineapple on pizza?
Do you like pineapple on pizza?
Yeah. Oh! No!
But I like pineapple, period.
Okay, I love pineapple. Like, I go to chamagata.
Shout out chamagata.
Out tamagata. And it's a steakhouse.
They treat me like a king over there. I love them.
But I treat them good, too.
Yeah.
Anyways, you know what I'm saying? They whip me with that filet and the
fajita over there and the surlo.
and they got this cinnamon
cooked pineapple
wait cinnamon
oh cinnamon on pineapple
yeah cinnamon on pineapple they grill it
like a dessert
well I eat it with the steak
oh shit well that
that sounds different just on pizza
I guess because of the cheese
I'm like
you just don't be a fucking pussy
it's cheese
it's like it's too it's too like
it's too savory
it's too savory with the sweet
yeah maybe but okay
this is what I do when I get pineapple
it's because it's salty and sweet
I get instead of
Alfredo
instead of marinera sauce
I get Alfredo sauce
Oh I see
Okay
And then I get the Italian sausage
With pineapple
I'll try it
And then I kick some cheese
I'll text you
I'll be like
It's not good probably
Just like
As long as you try
Yeah I'll try it
I promise
Okay what are you ordering
When you go to Waterbezing
Bro that's the problem
Because you're just talking too crazy
Every Texas person says the same shit to me
They go well what do you order
That's the problem
because all you order at in and out is the same thing.
You either order this with that, more cheese or less cheese.
There's like less to order.
The fact that I have to order something specific from Waterburger
makes me think it's not good.
No, because you, I don't know.
What am I supposed to order?
Olive is good.
No, because I ordered someone.
I was like, nah, this McDonald's.
You tried to patty milk?
Paddy mead with some bacon?
No.
But it's just McDonald's with some different name.
Go to Derry Queen.
No, dude.
We're never going to argue about Derry Queen, you and I.
We're on the same page there.
If you did another job, what do you think it would be?
Like, like, not rapping.
Like, what else could you see yourself doing?
In, like, all reality?
Yeah.
Nothing.
Okay, okay.
Good answer.
If you had to do something else, what would it be?
Nothing.
I sit there and be a bum.
Yeah.
You couldn't do anything.
You love this shit that much.
Love the shit that much.
Yeah.
That's beautiful, though, man.
Is there anything else you feel that way about in your life?
My dog.
Damn, you're like me.
What kind of dog?
A little pocket bully.
Oh, yeah, I got two, I got two pit bulls.
Yeah, big ass can't court.
Would you, would you?
Yeah, that was like 160.
My dad, he brought home this dog one day, and I were like,
why the fuck you bring home this grown-ass dog?
It was a baby.
His name was Bronson, and he was Presoniaria, right?
Oh, those dogs are beautiful.
Mix with massive.
It was like, he was a Brendel.
You remember, you remember Kung Fu Panda?
Yeah.
You remember the tiger eyes?
The tiger's eyes?
Remember how they were orange, but they glowed?
Right.
That's how Bronson's eyes was.
And he was like a blue brindle.
Man, beautiful, bro.
Beautiful.
He was heavy, though.
Slobbery-ass mucker.
I'd mop like three times a day because of his bitch.
I feel like you'd get a cat, though.
I got two.
You look like a cat guy.
I got two cats and two dogs.
I used to even have a turtle.
You look like a cat guy?
No, see, not here.
See, me neither.
I mean, I can get a cat.
My cat will jump on the couch next time.
He'd be like, ew.
There's a dog guy right there.
He'll be like this.
I feel like Cassie just like,
I feel like they like they like you just because like you give him food.
That's it.
Hey, like bro,
shit you're not.
She'll jump on his lap and he'll just and just freeze.
Get this shit off me.
I said,
why the fuck don't you like it?
And he was like,
because that motherfucker goes in a litter box,
sits in it and it comes out and tries to sit on you.
Damn, that's true though.
Yeah,
it did fuck me up when he said that.
But I said at least they lick themselves and clean them.
Dog just lick its balls.
and then come and kiss you yeah eat it lick its balls and then come and kiss you but i feel like
isn't the thing they got more they have more like antibacterial stuff in their mouth the dog is
yeah yeah dogs dogs in general have more antibacterial stuff in their mouth yeah and i don't know
but you ever heard that cat lick you yeah it's it's sharp yeah it's sharp so i don't have i don't have
cats man you know i do i want one of those cats like the ones with the pointy is and they're like
serble they're big yeah it's a serbel yeah cerebral cat servile cat i also want a raccoon a raccoon a raccoon a
raccoon.
Somebody in the third ward got a raccoon.
He got that motherfucker trained like a champion.
Like he'll set him down on the floor.
Hold.
He'll walk all the way over here and he'll say something.
It'll come run to him.
Wait, where was this?
You've seen this?
Third Ward Houston.
Okay.
Hey, listen, he'll run up to him.
Get on his leg, run up his leg, run up his pant, jump on his shoulder.
What the fuck?
So he'll take it all the way to the front of your house.
Say, hold.
Come back over here and call it and it'll run, jump on his leg, crawl all the way of
jump on his shoulder.
That's got to be a lot of work for training, though.
That's got to be a ton of work.
I didn't know you could train raccoos like that.
You could, bro, you could train anything.
You could train a woman.
Yeah.
Let's talk about that.
Let's talk about it.
You got any women in your life?
No.
No?
Yeah, I got one.
Okay.
Who is it?
She's made up.
She's what?
She's made up.
What's that mean?
I made her up in my head.
Oh.
So have you ever had a serious relationship?
Of course.
Yeah.
What do you think you learn from that?
not working out obviously
I learned a lot of patience
yeah
you ever have a taste of your own medicine
oh yeah
bitch I would cut your head off
oh my God
why does it feel like that though
man because we're men bro
we know what I'm saying
we're just yeah I don't know bro
you can't help but be like
like have that ego related to it
you know like that that
fuck yeah
I seen this dude, I think you posted it.
He was like, anybody could touch this cup and I could just clean it off.
He said, you put your hands in this water, I got to give the water up.
Yo, wait a sec.
Yeah.
That's crazy.
Yeah.
Whoa, I never heard that.
Who, you sent him that?
That's actually so accurate.
Yeah, I can just clean the cup out of him.
You touch his water, though.
Oh, why is that exactly how men's minds work?
Yeah.
Holy shit.
That's crazy.
It would be all right, though.
I don't know, man.
Yeah.
I used to think something was wrong with me, too,
especially when I was a kid.
I remember being the first grade looking at it.
I didn't know what fucking was,
but, like, first grade,
I remember looking at my teacher's like,
yeah, it's something you do.
You walk across that room, that chalkboard.
It's a sickness.
Who the, were you seeing Monkey Bone?
Monkey Bone?
No, what's Monkey Bone?
Damn.
You remember Monkey Bone?
Yeah, Brandon Fraser.
He was like, he was getting
the rouse. He said he was in a class and this old lady was she said she was getting the
chalkboard riding on the chalk and all this shit but she had them long bags under her
arms. He said he watching them bags under her arms getting hard. What the fuck? It's called
Monkey Bone. Please watch it. What? Oldberg's in the two. I'll check it out. So you you know
the night after what's that one with Will Ferrell? And they're like this? Oh yeah, of course.
What's the homeboy?
He passed.
There was with him.
Farley.
He's in the movie, too.
Oh, he's in that one?
The monkey bone.
Okay.
They got a cool-ass look cast in there.
I'll check it out.
Yeah, it's nice.
So you've had a serious relationship before.
Yeah.
How did it end?
Why did it end?
Because of what you're doing?
Nah, hell, no.
You know what I'm saying?
But just some ho-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha.
Yeah.
It just hurt.
Yeah.
But we're here now.
I'm really just, I'm just focused on me, man,
and you know what I'm saying
I don't have time to focus on anything else
yeah you know I respect that
I do I just like I'm I just
I do know what I want though
like I'm excited about what I want
you know because of what you I mean you obviously
learn what you want through going through stuff you know you don't want
right correct correct so how did you what is
what did you decide that you want now
if you were to have a girl like how do you know
okay this could be the one that could fit in my life
and we can make this work like how would you decide that
I know that's a lot
they're scary
they're devious
and now it's different now
because now you got
you know more to lose
you know
more to gain from
being a part of
your life essentially
which is like
I'm gonna have to give
like I'm not
I ain't giving you no 50
oh yeah
you're talking about like
like half the shit
yeah
no what
like you're gonna have to
you're gonna have to really show that
yeah
like they're gonna have to show up
for you that much more
yeah
yeah
yeah it's tough man the relationship stuff yeah the relationship stuff's really tough especially in
this position where it's like you have sort of like and nobody want to be lonely yeah no one so
it's really tough though man because like you you like want you really want to have that around
you want it to be great but like bro these women these days bro Jesus Christ
those are like from the pits of hell yeah you know what I'm saying like
Like, these hoes are no good.
I've seen some, you know who Duke Gomez is?
Yeah.
I've been watching some of his shit and he, like, reacts to, like,
with these, like, what they're saying.
And he's just like...
Why do you think it is...
Do you think it's worse now than it was?
Correct.
I mean, there's always been hoes around.
Hose are here for a reason.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
I think the world go around.
Yeah.
I think it's worse now.
I think the internet.
Because, very well the internet,
but just because, like, like I said,
like, sexy red,
she probably been around since the 50s.
But since we have internet now,
bro.
It's like a whole fucking clan of them now
and they can all team up.
Yeah, how do you feel about that?
Like rap music kind of like,
I don't know if it was like three, four years ago,
but it was like, bro, when I heard,
when I first ever heard a woman really talking crazy like that,
I was like, what the fuck?
Yeah, like what?
Fix your mouth.
Bro, that's so real.
Bro, I remember when I first ever heard Meg really go hard,
like Megan and Stallion, I was like, whoa.
And then girls are like, yeah.
You're like, what the .
And then I really, then you realize how she'd get them lit
and they start shaking you like, yeah, I think, I guess I like you.
You know, so it's like.
It's a cast 22, though, because then you're like, wait.
Yeah.
Are they really taken that to heart?
Yeah.
Because a lot of, it's just, it's interesting, though, like, how, like, how hip hop is changed.
They glorify that whole shit, though.
Yeah.
Because, like, to them, it's empowering.
Because, like, to, to them, we're dogs and like, we'd just be doing that dog.
So when they do that dog, it's like, yeah, we could do it, too.
Yeah, but that's not.
It's not it.
It's not it.
Trust me.
I understand.
It's not it.
But they don't understand that.
Why do you think it changed so much in that way?
Yeah, girl power.
Yeah.
But it's weird because it's like what a girl is trying to be like dudes.
Because like you say, they try to do the dog back.
They say about it's like.
Yeah.
But then it's like you ever seen a stud and like she put full on dress like a dude,
but she's one of the bros.
They just like they just want to, they just want to, they just want to be it, you know?
It's weird.
The rules get fucked up though.
It's like.
A little bit.
it's an interesting thing for sure
because it's just like why not why not
I don't know I'm not saying every girl needs to be so
overtly feminine but like
yeah correct why not own that
because like men can't do that
you know what I'm saying like I'm not even it's not like
men are better than women thing but it's just like
why not like be and like own who you are
as a woman and not try to be like a man
and vice versa you know what I'm saying it's just kind of like
everything's getting so messy these days
people are just loves
yeah
I wonder if it's a
internet. I wonder if it's because now you see
anyone saying, oh, I'm this, I'm not
and people are just wanting things to be a certain way.
You just have too much access
or too much, and there's so much
bullshit on there. So now you're like,
and then that algorithm, like, once you watch
like 10 seconds of it, they're like, oh, he loves
it, we're from to flood him with this.
And now you're just,
now you're just in the loop. Yeah.
Such a weird, dude, the world's so different.
So different. Yeah.
People would be scared of, like, being
bombed. I'm scared of
dying from an AI war
before we die of being bombed.
Yeah, I think that I have a person
shut off the power attack.
Yeah.
And like the robots taking over.
Bro, I robot, you remember what Will Smith?
Bro, I mean, that's probably our future, to be honest.
Like, I swear.
I hope I don't ever have to kill my dog like that.
Man, that'd be the worst thing ever.
Worse thing ever.
But have you seen the,
have you heard of the nerling stuff,
Elon Musk and the nerling?
No, I don't get it.
What is that?
You know Elon Musk.
Yes, bro.
Where he was saying, like,
and I was having this conversation with another guy
on a different podcast, or excuse me, on this podcast,
but so he was saying how like,
and this is interesting when it comes to music,
maybe you'll like this, but they're putting this thing in your head
and the first program that, like, Elon Musk was talking about
introducing into this, like, platform within your head
that's, you know, implanted into your brain, basically.
Like an iPhone in your head.
Like a chip in your head and you're connected to like your nervous system.
And so get this.
One of the first programs is you can just think something
and it can be put out onto like a document,
like a word document.
So people who can't speak
can be audible,
they can have this in.
And they could just think like,
like imagine it was connected to my phone
and everything I was thinking
was just going like this
and you were able to read it.
Wow.
So because it's like reading the signals, right?
Yeah.
But then I was like,
what about like the reverse of that?
Like downloading information,
like if I was able to download your ability
to like sing or rap to have the same.
Yeah, that's crazy.
I heard the A.I. Drake song.
And it was scary because that helped buying.
Yeah, there was one with the weekend.
It was crazy.
Yeah.
So what do you think about like a world like that?
It just seems like we're going down the path of that shit is...
2018, this lady got a call from her little daughter and she's like,
please, mama, help me.
Like, these people kidnapped me if you don't give them $10,000 right now, they're going to kill me.
And then she ends up, you know, like, I guess I hang up.
And she ends up calling her daughter's phone.
And she's like, what you mean?
Like, I'm out here, shit in my home girl house.
And AI picked up her voice.
And it was a scam.
Now in 2018, 2017, imagine what the fuck it is now.
Yeah.
It's a little scary.
Scary.
Have you seen them robots?
I don't know if this is a, what is it called?
Intelligent something, like green screening.
But like I've been seeing some robots and they'll throw the robot a gun and it'll
jump out the car, get the gun and spray the car up.
And then it'll like, and, you know, it was holding and stand like this.
bro we're for sure going to that that will smith movie 100%
we're done for it dude
I feel like that's what ends it
I feel like the robot as crazy as a kid
I thought a zombie apocalypse would happen never
would I ever have thought of robots taken over
yeah and it's funny because like what's not funny
but like we're we're kind of doing it to ourselves
oh no because it's all about like Elon doing it
yeah like it's all about ease like ease of access
he's like hey Elon
slow it down slow it down right
what can we tell them that's all I'm saying man
You got to tell him to slow down?
I don't even want to tell him nothing.
He'd probably get me knocked off by a little naughty or something.
No.
No, I feel like Elon will fuck with you.
Hopefully.
Would you ever do a song with Elon?
Yes.
That'd be amazing.
Yes.
Amazing.
Holy shit.
Write his lyrics.
Dude, we should do a song.
What do you think he would say in a song?
What would he would say?
Yeah.
What do you rap about like a Tesla?
You think he'd say a Tesla bar?
Maybe some Tesla stuff.
I don't know, man.
I feel like that muckers.
like,
low-key, a robot.
Like, he's so smart
or an alien or something.
Hey, I heard this,
I heard this,
I don't know if it was a voiceover
or if it was AI using it,
but it was funny as.
What was it?
And it was Elon.
He was like,
he was like,
people think that I'm gay
because I have sexual men,
but in all reality,
my testosterone level was so high
that essentially all these other men
are women to me.
Yeah.
What the fuck?
Hey, and I don't know.
If it was a real interview or if it was an AIS.
No way he said that.
Hey, I've seen that where I died laughing.
There's no way.
There's no way he said that.
But it took his voice.
Yeah, they do all kinds of crazy shit with it.
But that's what I'm saying.
It's just weird now.
Like, what the freak?
That's the Pope Fiction, dude.
Oh, it's good.
The director.
Oh, shit.
Yo, that was such a good idea.
Yeah, that was dope.
So, but does that stuff stress you out?
or do you ever think about that?
Or you just, like, out of sight, out of mind.
Yeah, it's just so weird.
Because you can't, if you're living war,
you're just going to worry yourself and I'm going to worry about it so much.
I'm not even going to be able to do my creative shit.
Yeah.
You know, I might as well thug it out and stay ahead of it
instead of worrying about it and get caught up on.
You know what's funny?
I think I feel like most people, like in the world,
I feel like that's sort of the position that, I don't know,
I want to say the government or them or they,
whoever they are, have kind of pushed people into this position
where there's so much shit.
to worry about and think about and focus on outside of yourself that like you just kind of
get caught up in what what is happening and not like what you're doing and then social media
be ruining people's minds like bro they just made it a thing it's called snapchat syndrome it's real
life in the dictionary and people are going to get surgery to make themselves look like these filters
that's that's sickening bro and then and then god created you to only really just give a
about your best friend at most your brother your sister your parents your grandparents
parents, your Theos, really even, like,
once they get the third cousins, fuck them.
You know what I get what you said.
Real life, though. You know what I'm saying?
Fuck them. Like, you were only built to give a
fuck about your circle. And
you were only about to give a fuck, like,
you're only supposed to care what they think about you,
not the world. Yeah. But we have social media
which, like, gives you access to so many
people that, like, you'll have millions of people and just
one person would say, ooh, I got an ugly nose.
And she's going, I got to go get surgery. Oh, my God.
Even though she had thousands of people like,
my God, bitch you six here.
Yeah, at the same, yeah, we're like now programmed to like focus on that one negative thing.
So, yeah, it ruins a lot.
And then, bro, it's with social media, it's so easy to cheat.
Yeah.
So, all I got to do is just be like, hey, like that's all, like it.
Like, it's really bad, bro.
Social media really bad.
Yeah.
I use it, you know, just, I let the label use that.
I ain't even know I had a Twitter and Facebook and shit.
I do.
Really?
I ain't know that.
You don't know it at all?
No.
That's smart, bro.
Stay a little separated from it for sure.
it does relationships though because it's like i know me personally i'm always and then and then
and then like let's say you're going through bull this you'll jump on your phone and the first
thing you see is the bull you're going through and it make you feel like yeah it's like so it just
ruins everything because the phones are always listening you can't do no crime yeah yeah people be
thinking face time and all that safe it ain't safe yeah think of it you got hey google and Alexa
what do you say and it answers yeah it's right it's
waiting for you to say that.
I was listening the whole time.
The whole time.
Yeah.
It's got to be because it's literally waiting on you to say, hey, Alexa, hey, Google.
It's a weird world, man.
You can't do none of that no more.
All that shit out the window.
What do you think about the, I always see crazy ass clips probably because on Twitter
where people be like, they'll be like on live talking shit and then get like smack,
you know, like in real life.
Yeah.
And I'm like, what are you doing?
What the fuck?
I've seen that so many times.
It's stupid.
It's crazy.
It's stupid.
People.
People, it's all, it's like, it's like how them holes, glorify them holes.
These dumb, drugheads glorify dumb drugheads.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
How do we fix it?
Mexican OT, how do we fix it?
It's not my job.
I love it.
Fuck, I'm just here to make music.
Yeah, it's not my job.
That extra shit.
I'm here to do what's right for me and minds.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, man, I'll get a fuck about all that other shit.
Yeah.
Well, it's like what you said.
Like, that's what you should be focused on.
Yeah.
Circle your people.
Yeah.
We get so caught up on the outside of whatever
else is doing right or wrong.
And then we say, like I said, it's all bull.
I don't want to hear what you saying.
It's probably bullshit.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Like.
You don't ever let it get to you?
You never see the, you never see the bulls comments.
Any hate comments?
Anything get to you?
Hell no.
When they call you fat, you don't, you don't like to get to you.
Bro, look.
Grab that right there.
Let me see.
Let me see.
Let me see.
That's about $5,000 right there you just touch.
Yeah.
They're about $5,000.
You see what I'm saying?
Yeah, yeah.
Bro.
Fuck it.
I mean, I know what I said.
You never have movement sling a car guy.
It's not like I lost some inches.
Let's go.
You know what I'm saying?
I don't give a damn about that.
So you never let shit get to you.
Something's got to get to you.
Sometimes.
If you, if you're with my money.
Okay.
That's going to be like, why.
Yeah.
That's fair.
Has anyone to do you get your money?
like that?
Hell yeah.
My grandma stole like $80,000 from me as a kid.
Well, how'd you have $80,000 to steal as a kid?
Because when my mother was, when my mother passed,
I'm getting money up from all the court.
Got it.
You know what I'm saying?
And she was like, this is mine.
Really?
Yes.
What?
I'm saying, we got all these new pools, all this.
But I'm a kid, you know what I'm saying?
I'm not even thinking of that.
Yeah.
I'm thinking, damn, grandma got us a pool.
Oh, she was just cashing out.
She got a car?
She got a car.
2008 expedition
oh black on black
god
that's like one of the worst things
I feel like in the position that you're in
like people taking advantage of you
you know what I'm saying
people are greedy man you know
I don't know you can't change them you can just pray for them
yeah how do you make sure that that doesn't happen
like moving forward in your life
I pray man because there's some things I can't see
but I just keep my faith in God
and hope that he see it, you know what I'm saying?
I try my best to keep myself from around, you know,
because, like, I've been surrounded so much.
I can, like I said, I can spot it before I'm done shaking your hand.
Yeah.
So, you know what I'm saying?
For the most part, I thank God that I was blessed with my, my bull's-red-ar,
my-r-a-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha.
Yeah, yeah, of course.
You know, because, like, I'm big on everything.
I'm big on little things.
Like, when I'm shaking your hand, I expect eye contact.
You know what I'm saying?
When I'm talking to you, I expect you to be here.
I expect you to be present with me.
Yeah.
And you know what I'm saying?
That's how it should be.
Some people fail at that.
Well, it's like that most basic thing.
That's what I'm saying.
And if you're fucking up with this,
I don't even want to put you with anything else.
Yeah, that's a fact.
So, okay, you've, obviously you got your pops,
you have your boys, you have like,
how many people are here?
You always roll with this many people?
Yes.
Yeah.
They make it easy for me.
I don't want to be lonely.
I've been alone my whole life.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
I was doing it by myself at first.
And then at one.
point it was just me and Greg so I was still by myself I had him yeah but you know what I'm
saying then and then when I now I thank God that I'm blessed enough to be able to travel like this
do you take care of it like do you travel everyone you take care of everyone yeah damn that's what's up
yeah I thank God man you know what I'm saying we just wave it so say grave it baby yeah you know
you dude what are you gonna move in next door yeah bro you never you need to come over here I do
I do. I sort of got it. I'm probably going to help in Texas. Yeah. Yeah, I really mean
that. I, bro, I feel like, I feel like, yeah, I was just going to say, I feel like Austin,
you're going to love it. You're going to eat that. Yeah. I've been to Austin once. I was going to
open a gym there. And so I was going to move there. My father used to have a gym. It was called
Conquer Fitness. The same way that changed your life and saved you was something like for my
father. Yeah. I ain't go a lot, man. He knows a lot. But there's a lot he don't know. But if there's
one thing he do know, that motherfucker knows the body. Oh, yeah. You guys see it. Yeah.
I mean, he's really, like, jacked.
I was shocked.
I've seen him change lives, bro.
Yeah.
I've seen, I've seen him have a 60-year-old with a solid six-pack.
You remember Ted?
I mean, listen, I was shocked.
I didn't know that you were going to have, like, your dad was going to be jacked pulling up.
I did not.
I didn't know you were going to have all these people with you, but I didn't know your dad was going to look like he's 30.
Yeah.
It's kind of insane.
Yeah.
Dude, we got to get you in the fucking gym for real.
I know, man, I know.
But I don't want to be jacked, though.
I just want to be just sling.
Because that's how I've always been, I feel like.
I've always been slim.
Do you think if you were slim, though, it would change the effect?
I feel like...
No, hell not.
If anything, it'd go crazy.
Everybody loves a sex appeal.
Yeah.
There's some rappers that are people that can't rap for shit,
but they, you know, relevant because they look good.
Like who?
Sorry, you said it, I had to ask.
You said I had...
Oh, God.
You know, the ones that are out there.
Yeah.
You know.
Yeah. So who...
Damn, I guess you can't say this.
Have you ever met someone that you ever met someone that you?
you always wanted to meet and then you were like damn hell yeah all of them uh all of them
i met buster rhymes and i was like bro i love buster yeah and i'm and i'm so grateful that he is
who he is because like like i said he's one of the pioneers of me bro yeah um uh you know there
there are some rappers that i loved and like i haven't met yet but i'll just be hearing like i hear
everybody got flaws though yeah you know what i'm saying has there anyone that you've
that you were, like, let down.
Yes.
For sure.
Yeah, obviously, don't say the names, but.
Plenty of them.
Yeah.
I'm like, damn, it sucked.
Like, I don't even want to jam you no more.
You didn't even what?
I don't even want to jam you no more.
Yeah.
I just think, like, I don't know, is it the industry that does it to them?
Because, like, you know, we talked about all, like, the pressure, the social media.
It's always different.
Some of them were just hosts from the beginning.
And then some of them, yeah, it got to them.
Yeah.
You don't think getting more and more and more
Having more is ever going to change you
Obviously I know you're going to say no
But like
How do you know until you have it?
Correct
You know?
I know I won't because I got I got
I know I want because I have greatness around me
Yeah
So even if I were slipping
They'll tell you
You know?
Yeah
You don't have yes man
Hell no
That's like the worst bro
And if I do
I just I just use them
Like hey go get me
Go get me a go to the store
Give me some
Yeah
Yes, sir.
I love it.
I still think I'd take you in a street fight, though, dude.
Bro, I'm telling you, bro, like I said, you probably could,
but don't let me be next to nothing.
Don't let me be next to nothing.
And then my dad, they asked him, you biting,
he said he ain't biting.
I'm biting the algauns and scratching.
I'm grabbing dick and balls and pulling.
I'm doing everything I got.
I'm doing everything I got to do to make sure that it's not me and it's you.
100%.
That's what you got to do.
Correct.
He's a different story.
He'd look a little, you know, I have a tougher time with him.
Yeah.
For sure.
But it's because he knows how to use his body.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
Like there's some of the things that don't even have control of their body.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
He'll bring that, he'll pop that hole out here and bring it back quick.
Like, it's just the focus.
Like, it's just insane.
You don't want, like, because we were talking when we were coming in.
You don't want more of that?
You don't want to do more of that?
Of the working out?
The training, yeah.
Yeah, hell, yeah.
But it's just not on my mind right now.
Don't you think it'll make the music better?
Because, like, this just...
It definitely will, because when you feel better, you are better, you know,
so, like, you're going to perform better.
Yeah.
Definitely.
You know what I'm saying?
But it might be a problem if I get in shape.
I'm fucking, around BC.
Breeze is doing a warm on the stage.
You see what I'm saying?
Like, I'm fucking, when I really get there.
Yeah.
Ooh.
You know what I'm really start doing that.
I would really be a problem then.
Did you see, do you see what Chris said recently about, like,
getting invited to the NBA All-Star and then getting snub
because, like, some sponsors didn't want him there or something like that.
Did you see that?
You're not really on the internet like that.
Bro, hey, we see Breezy all day every day.
Yeah, no, he's dope.
I love him.
He's awesome.
I got into an argument with this mixed breed right here.
That motherfucker got to tell me that Usher was better.
Than Chris?
In what regard?
Just dance?
I just, I just thought, that's what it is.
Damn.
I'll f*** with Chris, man.
Yeah.
No, Chris is dope, man.
But it's good with me, miss.
He definitely, I mean, his, it's,
Because, like, his sort of trajectory got really with, you know, obviously.
You know what?
The only thing I feel like Usher really beating Chris on is he had Bieber.
That's it.
That he found Bieber.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And because Bieber, J.B, an animal.
Oh, my God.
I put Justin.
Crazy.
I'm a fan of him.
Imagine the song, you and him.
That would be insane.
Please, J.B.
Bro, that would be the craziest ever.
Justin, I need a song, bro.
Yeah.
I need a song.
We got to make that happen.
Yeah.
That'd be amazing.
Yeah, for sure.
He had a song with, hey, this is funny it was my birthday one time.
And Justin Bieber had a song at the time with Tiger.
And it was like, it was like something like,
I was trying to sit the moon right.
And I was jamming that hoe, you know what I'm saying?
Because like, bro, my dad had a number of women around them.
So like, they're all jamming this shit, so I'm jamming.
Yeah.
And then at the time, you know what I'm saying?
I'm just jamming this.
And these motherfuckers thought they were funny.
And it was my birthday and they got me a Justin Bieber birthday card.
would you ever do like the drake like sing rap thing you ever sing a little bit
you never sing a little bit i know you're in the shower singing like practicing be honest you
practice no no bro i sing okay that's what i'm saying that's the most beautiful part about where
i'm at right now is i just barely a hatch from my egg there's so much you ain't need heard yet
like after this if we got time i'm gonna like bro man i want to hear the new album i'm fucking
Fuck that album, bro.
I'm already over it.
I'm already on to some new.
It's just new to y'all.
It's old to me.
Like, I'm, bro, I make music every day.
How much, how many songs do you think you produce in like a month?
It just depends.
Like, because for, like, for about two weeks, I wouldn't make it nothing.
Yeah.
But then my boy, boom, I was like, you know what?
Two weeks since you wrote something?
Boom, I wrote like three songs.
You know what I'm saying?
How fast is that?
How fast does that happen?
Like a day, two and a day and a half.
I don't get that.
I don't understand how people do it so quick.
Man, it's just.
Like, it just chose me.
I ain't choose it.
You know what I'm saying?
There's been sometimes, though, like, I went to Waterburger,
and, like, I ordered my meal.
I started making a song, as I ordered my meal,
by the time I'm driving off of my food, the song was done.
What?
And I'm not.
And I've also, I've also wrote a song, like, I wrote it.
Like, I made, maybe, like, made, like, a hook,
and I put it down and came back to it, like, a month later.
Is there any music you made that, like, you didn't really, like, love,
and then it took off and you were like what the
like was there any songs that you were like
no because i love all of what i do but like was there
was there any that like you didn't expect it to do what it did yeah i thought
brian it was gonna be what johnny dang is okay johnny dang was like one of the last
songs why you think that took off so much
mm-hmm it's the the cadence i guess
the cadence uh the beat uh what it's talking about you know it's about johnny
yeah knock a lot the first time i ever heard you i thought you were paul
not going to lie your voice
does that hurt your feelings
no
they're trolling you
no but you know it's funny
I'll be white because check this out

he was like
OT Mexican OT
and I got my AirPods in
I took my iPod out he said you're Mexican
OT I said boy I'm white

he ain't know what to say
I was just trolling you.
Yeah, no, I gotta troll you.
Nah, I f*** apart, though.
Shout out Paul Wollicking, man.
He, uh, he a champion.
He blessed me with my grills.
He, uh, put an invisible set in my mouth.
I got blue and yellow diamonds.
You have any more than that or just, is that one, just one?
No, I got, uh, three grills.
I feel like this is kind of a Texas thing, too, to just wear the shit all the time.
Yeah, honey, I got honeycomb, invisible set, and then I got it, uh, us all gold.
What the fuck do grills cost?
these were 30 okay so it depends obviously what it is yeah these are flawless diamonds
vvS 10 on 10 and then i got blue diamonds on top and yellow diamonds on bottom from my sweet
teeth for your sweet teeth like a sweet tooth they call it the sweet tooth like where you got
colors in your diamond that's a sweet tooth oh okay i just got a sweet tooth i really like sugary stuff
yeah bro me too bro i get the the mega stuff's oreos soaked that some milk some cold milk and a glass
i promise you a glass yeah because it like it kind of melts a little bit
it.
Yes, bro.
Oh, bro.
Now, trust me.
I'm hungry.
I swear I knew this podcast shit all day.
I haven't eaten, bro.
Bro, I made a peanut butter and jelly from scratch like a week ago in New York.
I got the peanuts.
From scratch?
What the what are you talking about?
Check me out.
Grab some peanuts, throw them in the oven, roast them up a little bit.
Shut the fuck up, bro.
There's no way you did this.
Listen to me.
Grab some nuts.
Throw them in the oven.
You know what I'm saying?
Let them roast up a little bit.
Throw them inside the blender.
Through some oil in that with a blender.
and just blend it that.
So you really made your own peanut butter.
Yes, listen, I ain't done yet.
Then you get the peanut butter and you get some more peanuts because I like crunchy peanut butter.
Let those nuts sunk in that cream right there.
And then after that, I got some grapes.
some grapes. I threw them in a cup, like a little bowl, put some sugar in the grapes,
mashed them up. And then I threw that mashed grapes with the sugar inside the stove.
Let that cook for a little bit. It became jelly. Wow. Made the dough out of like the putty
shit. Do you like, do you like cooking or is that? No. You just randomly were like,
I'm going to make peanut butter. Yeah, it was like a podcast and humble. It was like, what do you
want to cook? I was like peanut butter. I hate cooking, bro. Yeah, I do too. I don't do.
I don't do...
Yeah.
I don't do shit except make music.
God.
I go to the airport, and as soon as I get out of the plane,
I pay a lady to push me to my baggage claim.
Stop.
You think I'm playing.
No, stop.
You think I'm playing.
You talk about one of the chairs that...
Yes.
Stop.
There's no way.
No, bro.
Not real shit.
No, confirm.
He acts handicapped.
He acts handicapped.
I'm like...
Bro, I love that.
Oh, my God.
I love that.
Hey, they pushed me right through that bad.
Whoa.
I want to try that.
I ain't doing shit.
I want to try that.
Yeah.
Damn.
That's amazing.
I ain't cutting the grass.
I ain't press watching.
Wow.
That's why I thank God because like I'm blessed to be able to, you know, be like, hey, here's 50 books.
Such a blessing, man.
Such a blessing, bro.
Like, I don't think you understand.
Did you, I always, I'm always curious about this.
Obviously, you have success and a tons more coming, but did you think that, like, when you were young and you obviously didn't have it?
And, you know, you're dealing with all the shit with your father and your mother.
Did you think you were going to have it?
Like, was her?
Okay.
I was scared.
Yeah.
I thought I was going to be, like, I didn't know what it was going.
I was scared.
I ain't have a game playing.
I ain't have no hustle.
Like, any type of money I had out.
And, like, having me, just giving me money.
I wasn't pimping no hos, you know what I'm saying?
But, like, just being player with them.
Yeah.
Like, I had a pregnant being, getting me money.
You know what I'm saying?
I, I, fucking.
What were you doing for her?
Nothing.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Nothing.
How are you doing?
Let me get, you know?
You're doing nothing for her.
Nothing.
I didn't even fuck her.
So how was this how?
She just thought you were a sweet young man.
I don't know, bro.
She was just something in me.
What the fuck?
You know what I'm saying?
Like, bro, she was like, she was going to fuck with dudes
and, like, they'd be knocked the fuck out
and she'd, like, take their iPads and, like,
all that shit, she'd go cash out.
But anytime she had cash, she'd bring it to me.
What the fuck?
Why?
I don't know.
Anything I've ever done.
it chose me. I ain't choose it.
That's why I'm asking you
though. So you never had... I don't even know
how to fuck I'm here talking to you right now. Everything
that's happened to me, it literally like it just...
Yeah, that's what's so interesting.
Yeah. So you didn't
you didn't think it was a possibility
and it just, it was, it became one. Like, it just...
I literally walked into all of this.
That's so crazy. Yeah. I don't even know how I'm here.
Real life. It was just meant to be.
It just meant, like, bro, my mother...
My mother, I was feeling everything in the first grade.
Came home and my mother was like, my mother's homegirls were like,
Sophie, he fell in everything in first grade.
What the fuck going on?
She said, fuck that school.
My son going to be a rapper.
What the fuck?
You're not, bro.
My mama gave me my first rap name.
It was V-Man.
I've been rapping since then.
Like, it was just like, it was just like, without being known, it was known.
It sounded like everyone around.
you've always believed in you.
My mother, my mother started that shit.
She's the reason why this problem's here.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
My mother was just jamming music.
I was jamming music.
She had boyfriends that make music.
They come home and try to make, like, show it off,
and I just start rapping over them.
You know, my mama was player, gangster.
Yeah, I heard some.
So what did she do?
She figured it out.
She figured it out.
So I just, it's like,
it's such a weird concept to just kind of like
it just happened. Yeah.
No, trust me. I know. Like, that's why
none of this fully even resonates with me.
Like, I still feel like one day I'm just going to
wake up.
What the fuck?
I mean, obviously it trips you out, but
like, I guess
the other question to that is like, why do you think
that is? Why do you think this is your life then?
I don't question it. Yeah. I just go
with the floor. I feel like if I question it, I'm going to be
sitting there asking questions all day.
Yeah. You know what I'm saying?
Maybe there's just something that's here that we're not just meant to know, you know?
Maybe if we were supposed to know, like, we wouldn't understand,
then we wouldn't, we would abuse it.
You know what I'm saying?
Because when you give a power, they didn't ever have power,
they become something ugly.
Yeah.
Maybe it just wanted me for me to be known.
It's weird, man.
Yeah.
But you just got to believe in it, man.
Faith is what drives the human to wake up every day.
wait are you trolling
nah yeah he trolling me
yeah you trolling he doing this
what's that what the fuck is that
he's not joking
what the fuck is this
all right so this was a long time ago
what is this what is this what is this what is this
this is a long time ago
is someone I feel like someone farted in me
no no no no no okay we was at the show right
and this was around and I'm talking about just gangster
gangster her
her the girl yeah the ganges yeah the girl yeah the gangster though yeah and uh i'm sitting
all the way on the other side of the building and she's sitting over there and she looked at me and
she go what don't like like smoke like let's go smoke okay like like wrote up okay like roll up
like like she wants to smoke yeah like don't like that's what i do to him like that's what i do to my
boys like, hey, could. Like, like that my
shit up. You can smoke
it if you want. Yeah.
Okay, yeah. Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
Like, bro, it's just
like me, like, you know what I'm saying?
When I was
fucking with girls, you know what I'm saying?
I like getting the whole
stuff. As soon as she asked for it, that's when I'm like, yeah,
you know? Oh, I see.
You know what I see? And that's just over there, like, hey, say,
cook.
Super masculine, dude.
I'm like, damn. I feel like you're going to put me in
missionary.
So you don't like the dominant girls now?
Can't do it.
They're like submissive.
Yeah.
I mean,
I don't know what I like, bro.
Yeah.
I think I got mom issues.
Yeah.
Dudes.
Dude.
Now, we are,
I think everyone got issues in some regards for that, like,
relationship stuff.
Everyone has that they deal with, for sure,
trying to figure it out.
Yeah.
But you're not worried about figuring out right now.
You're just worried about music.
Yeah.
I, uh, bro, music really, like, I ain't even listening if it ain't about music.
Yeah.
You know?
Or money, like my money.
Like, I like, I like spending money.
I like spending money to make money, too.
Yeah.
What else, what else?
Do you make money in other ways?
Is it music?
Like, do you have, like, investments or are there other things you do?
Yeah, so what, actually what I'm from to start doing, because I go hunting a lot.
I like hunting.
Yes.
So what I want to do is I want to start, like, all my.
my money that I'm investing in these guns, my scopes,
the side-by-side.
I'm working on getting my credit, too,
the way I can start using their money, too, you know what I'm saying?
And that's another story.
And I'm going to go hunting, and, like, I can go hunt different things.
Like, really, it can hunt whatever they want to hunt, you know what I'm saying?
Hunting hog is the funnest, just because you just,
you could blow that m-up with tannerite.
You know what I'm saying?
You know what I'm saying?
But, you know, we can go hunt anything in every episode.
I can have a different, I got to take you.
You can be a celebrity.
You know what I'm saying?
I'll take you.
We can go bow hunting and go from turkeys up.
I'd love that.
Or we can go be in a helicopter with fat-ass AR suppressors and red dots.
Lay some hogs down.
Yeah.
Or we can go at nighttime on land and have the night vision.
You know what I'm saying?
The scopes, helmet's like, bro, with these guns I got,
and if you miss, like, you just got to be missing on purpose.
Because the scopes is so nice.
Yeah, and the suppressors, everything.
Yeah, it's just set up.
So you want to make, like, content, like,
All my content is going to be back, get my revenue back.
Got it, got it.
So you want to start making content, I'm assuming it's like a YouTube channel?
Yeah.
Okay.
Because, yeah, obviously I've seen your music stuff, but do you do, like, vlog, too, or what?
No, I don't.
My fans have been, like, fiending for that shit, you know what I'm saying?
I feel like you're such a character.
That's why they like you even outside of just the music, which is a really good thing.
Yeah, but isn't it crazy?
There's some people that know me for Hawking, they don't even know how to do music.
Isn't that crazy?
That's crazy.
Yeah.
Like, where would they find that content, though, just on the YouTube?
Yeah, like, I took Bootle Cove hunting one time.
Yeah.
But I'll go, 100%.
If you're down to go, we can go.
I'd love to go.
For sure.
And I really want to go to Texas.
I haven't been there in a minute.
And then, like, we might catch it now, too, because, like, it's still a little cold.
When it's a full moon and it's cold, those motherfuck to be moving.
The hogs?
Yeah, like, in a pack, like, 30 of those.
And they want you, like, the hogs is kind of like a problem for other wildlife, right?
Yeah, like imagine
you growing a garden
for like three years.
Yeah, the hog
share that one night.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
So we're doing a service?
A hog would take your,
yeah, definitely.
They get paid to go do that shit,
you know what I'm saying?
A hog would take your leg off
and run with it.
For real.
Nah, I'm too serious.
The tusk on those things
about that big.
I grab a little.
Let's tear that fucker up.
I don't know.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.
You know what I want to see?
I've done it.
And I'll do it.
And I'll do it in front of you.
Just to prove it, man.
That's what I'm saying.
My Snapchat got taken.
I wish I had my snap still.
Bro.
Bro, Snapchat is the best.
Yeah, this is why, though, because I had a bunch of videos on me hunting back there.
Because my grandpa, we had, uh, right there in West Columbia on at the end of the dead
in on St. Clair, there's nothing but woods back there.
And we had two hog pins back there.
And bro, I remember I used to catch some shit back there, you know?
And, uh, I used to, I used to just have a knife.
And it'd be like me and 10 of my homeboys.
And we, like, one at a time, jumping the cage and, like, wrestle.
bro that sounds fun yeah i'm talking about jumping that muck get that knife hit that boy right under
the armpit i hit him under his armpit and the blood came out but i remember when blood came out
it didn't look like this it looked like like like pale like it lost its color like very very like like a white
red from the hogs mm-hmm it wasn't like a dark red like us it wasn't like you know thick either
it was very watery why i don't know if i could find out you want to
scared that motherfucker.
I guess.
Blood changing colors.
Hey, that my fuck was,
hey, one time I caught a pig.
I caught a little mama and it's like a family of 10.
I let the 10 go and I kept the mama because I want to catch some other ones later.
The mama,
you got it out of day.
Bro, I'm down to go do that 100%.
So, wait, your Snapchat got removed because you were filming that kind of stuff?
No, I forgot why I got removed.
But anyways, that's bullshit.
I had a lot of memories in that.
I can help you with that.
You can?
Yeah.
I need that.
Yeah.
I don't even get about the ex-I just want to, like,
I got a photo of pictures of, like, me and my boys.
Yeah.
Bro, I was in, I was with the fucker and the car with car caught on fire.
That's your guy?
Yeah, this is my boy right here.
Hey, listen, I'm in the car, bro.
I'm in the backseat.
I'm on acid, exos, bars, not body, not knowing how to feel.
Listen to me, bro.
Listen to me, bro.
Wait, is that.
Because at the time, I'm just like, I want it all.
You know what?
I told you.
I was probably, I was like, what, 18 at the time?
19?
Wow.
Listen.
Yeah.
You driving?
CJ driving.
Losing the passenger seat,
Jerry right here,
and I'm right here.
And I'm leaning
because I'm fucked up,
you know what I'm saying?
I'm fucked up.
And the car just
starts smoking.
And in my mind,
I'm like,
smoking.
You know what I'm saying?
And then they jump out this.
And when they jump out
this,
I'm so fucked up.
I'm looking at it.
everybody jump out, but I'm like,
who's they doing?
This is how fried I am, bro.
You know, this is how fried I am.
And then finally I snap to,
I jump out.
I tucked in roll, jumped out that.
I don't remember none of this.
The only reason why I know
is because one day he sends me a video
and it's all, it's recorded on a
Android too, so it's all
it's all fucked up and it's all black
and you just see a hole like that big
of just red.
And I'm like
What the fuck is he sending me
He was like you remember that night
And I was like what the fuck is this
He was like the fucking car blew up
And then that's when he told me
And it all came back to me bro
Like yeah
But why did it blow up
I don't know
I think he just had a boo-boo-ass car
And we was coming from one party
To another
Hey
shit not bro
I'm sitting here
I used to always wonder
Where my clothes went to
and it all got burnt in that car
and then see
and then hey lo's ho ass leave us
you almost went bro they almost took you out
yeah bro I did almost die
actually wow and then loz ho ass
death was
why
he wasn't getting trouble by it
he didn't want to get trouble by it so we said now
I'm so fucked up I'm over here stacking
on the laws and shit he's like
uh he look at me he look at CJ
he looks at CJ he goes
is your buddy okay
he said he said he said he
he just like I said he just like I said
We've been drinking a little bit.
We've come from a party to another,
but I'm brain dead at this point.
You know what I'm saying?
Do you do still currently do drugs like that or no drugs like that?
You know, I like smoking weed.
Yeah.
You ever done mushrooms?
Yeah, bro.
I got the acid formula right there.
I got shrooms right here.
That's my favorite.
I do like shrooms.
Yeah.
Shrooms is cool.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I got a buddy.
Like he'll get shrooms and put them in a blender,
blend them up, and throw them in like little capsules.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
That's dope.
Mm-hmm.
Do you still do that, or is that just, like, something that you...
Because, like, I've done, like, big doses before, but it's a little too much from it.
Oh, I've been far.
Yeah.
Like, I don't know.
My stripes, I don't get fucking...
Yeah, I've taken serious doses before, but I don't do that as I, as much as I used to.
Yeah, but I also wasn't doing it to learn.
Like, I was strictly abusing the drug.
Oh, okay.
I was doing it to learn.
No.
Yeah.
You were just like, Lucy, how far I can go?
Yeah.
Have you ever heard of ayahuasca?
Yeah, but isn't it like a piety?
Paiote's a little different, but that's, that's different for sure.
Ayahuasca's way different.
Way different.
I haven't.
If you, like, at all enjoy and like, even like the kind of.
How long is it high, like, 15 minutes or is it hours?
No, it's taken with, there's certain ways to do it, right?
But like the way that I'm talking about doing it is like taking kind of ceremonially with like
a drinking it.
And it does last for like probably about five, six hours.
us, but it's a very...
You ever drink Mali water?
No.
Dude, I've taken Mali before once.
I was in Korea Town one time, right?
And we were underground and...
Out here in Ktown.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
And, bro, I was so fried.
Everybody in the building is inside talking to a bitch, like, you know, trying
and get their phone and shit.
And I'm outside talking to security guard.
You know what I'm saying?
Bro, these people just walk into the...
bitch is done circled the room about five times and eventually she come in she goes
y'all gay or what i don't like don't even talk to me i can't even fathom your face right now
she for sure thought you were gay because you were talking to security guard the whole
yeah you know what i'm saying he's like whoa man your shoulder dude shrooms marly water i'm smoking
joints back to back looking at my pop's home boy and this is asian with diamonds and i'm like
this, holding titties. I'm like,
what the fuck am I?
Dude didn't blow off her tits in the shit.
I'm like, I gotta go.
Do you, has since you gotten, like, more popularity, more money, has the
partying stuff, like, gotten worse, or do you less of it?
I don't party.
I don't even drink liquor.
Yeah.
You just smoke.
Yes.
That's smart.
I'd be at home.
Because, first of all, I don't want to be around all these people because they want to show me
they're wacky drabs.
I don't want to be around all these people that want to talk to me.
because you know me as a dude holding a chicken.
Yeah.
I want to be with the motherfuckers of the reason
why I'm here talking to you right now.
Yeah.
I want to be talking and taking pictures
with the motherfuckett of the reason why I'm comfortable
and chilling.
You know what I'm saying?
Not only that, man, I'm from taste it.
So if I got to handle you, I can legally handle
you how I got to handle you in my home.
I can't really do that out there.
And I don't do liquor and shit.
I'll be on drugs.
I don't want to be on drugs around nobody.
Yeah, I feel that.
You know?
Smart.
Slow boogie.
What's that?
Slow boogie.
You got to figure it out.
I'm trying, man, you know what I'm saying?
I just enjoy my people and, you know what I'm saying?
They don't take much to keep me happy.
I'm a simple, man.
Just some homemade peanut butter and jelly.
I was just saying homemade peanut butter and jelly, glass milk.
That's about as boozy as I get.
That's about as much as I ask for.
Just please make sure there's a glass, you know, a glass cup.
That's it.
You know what I'm saying?
Bro, dude, we need a train.
We need to go hog hunting.
We need to make peanut butter and jelly.
Let's do it.
And drink milk out of glass, bro, I swear.
You know, you're dope as bro.
Thank you, you're a good dude.
I can tell you got good vibes.
And I'm glad you're here, even though you don't really know exactly how you got here.
Yeah, I'm glad it happened.
You deserve it.
I'm glad it happened.
Yeah, you deserve it, man.
I thank you, man.
And then just me already seeing you and just how it's going.
You know, it's cool, like just being able to be a fan and then jumping on.
Yeah, I appreciate it, man.
You're crushing it, bro.
And I hope to see just continue more and more success, bro.
Yeah, that's what the plan is, man.
man, you know what I'm saying, just nose on the grind,
continue to stay humble about it,
because I handle this gracefully, you know what I'm saying?
And I think that's one of the most things
that I'm most proud of, you know,
because I could easily, easily let this shit consume me, you know?
Sure.
But I just stay true to the root, to the bone, you know,
and I just cherish it, and that's why it treats me good back.
Love, man.
Respect for real.
I appreciate you coming and taking your time today
and all your boys, your pops and everything.
Yeah, of course, like I said,
we've been trying to do it.
it's just like just so much going on.
No, it's no worries, no worries.
But I'm glad we here, man.
I enjoyed you, bro.
Yeah, hell yeah.
And you need to get you a cowboy hat.
You look handsome, baby.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I might start just wearing one now, too.
You need to, bro.
Yeah, yeah.
I guess it's the wave now.
Everybody's doing it.
And I'm going to, and I'm also going to just, I'm officially like.
If you had some boots, what animal are you putting on there?
Probably an alligator.
The back of the belly.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I was going to say, though, kid.
The back or the belly?
of the alligator
The back
The back is like
You know
It's all
You know what I'm saying
And then the belly smooth
I think I like the back
Yeah me too
But I also don't like the back
We're going to the tail
I like just a solid back
Because when they go into the tail
I got that point on that
Skinny
Yeah I don't like that
I do like a pointy boot
But not on the
Not on that mish and tail
I like fish
That perikoo fish is my favorite
Parakoo fish
Oh it's a type of fish
Yeah
What the fuck does that look like?
People be thinking little like pineapple because it's got like a bunch of
Oh okay I've never seen that yeah I'm sure you have or maybe you haven't but if
you've seen it you definitely seen me in it but I was gonna say like can can the
Mexican community accept me as like one of their own if you come correct if I could so
I need the what else do I need it's not there in LA it's like the big bell buckle really
yeah one of them I do want a big bill why don't you have a big ass well
Because I want one with diamonds.
I want to bust down one.
And I just, you know what I'm saying?
I bust down my cowboy hat.
Bro, you know what's, you know what I love about you?
You're funny without trying to be funny.
Really?
Yeah.
You know what's crazy?
I feel like my whole life it was hard to be funny.
Like being genuinely funny is hard.
Oh my God.
Trying to be funny is hard.
Yeah.
100%.
Yeah.
But you're just funny just off rip.
It's dope, man.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, thank you for coming.

He'd have to catch you.
He'd have to get me on the way in, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Otherwise, I got his, I'm going to have it back on before the, before the Garcia and
their fight's coming up.
