Starting point is 00:00:00 Dude, I woke up this morning. I put two 13 milligram nicotine pouches in and I was just like laying in bed trying to wake up. Dude, I feel it. I feel it. Well, you've been like traveling a bunch lately, huh? Yeah, I'm kind of slowing it down. Why? Isn't that like your whole thing?
Starting point is 00:00:29 Sort of, but I do want to be able to have a business in L.A. and stay put and not spend so much money moving everyone around. Yeah, I get it. It just drains the bank count every month. Yeah. You did the cruise with how many people? The cruise was cool because Virgin took care of all of that. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:00:48 But it was like six guys, yeah. How much does it cost typically to go on a trip? Bro, some of the trips are like 20K. Yeah. Just so much money, 20, 30K. For you to travel everyone. And bring, like, the crew of guys and the filmers and editor. And it's just so much money.
Starting point is 00:01:04 And I think, like, yeah, that was pretty much our whole business. But, like, everything we get in and just goes out. And now it's like, okay, like, we're making a decent amount of money. Let's actually keep some of it. Yeah. What do you plan for content moving forward? Why is you trying to do less traveling? Yeah, I think I've been coming up with like more, which we haven't really dropped
Starting point is 00:01:24 to me of it yet, but like more concept videos instead of just pure vlogs that are one-day shoots. Like right now we're spending so much money and we're filming for like five days a week, four days or something for this YouTube video where a lot of our focus right now is streaming too. But I think there's a lot of concepts on YouTube that I've really been wanting to try. They're just like a one-day shoot that costs way less money, but still just as entertaining and exciting and something the audience would like. Yeah. I feel like a lot of the streamers talk about going back to YouTube.
Starting point is 00:01:52 Yeah, a lot of the streamers do want to have a YouTube presence. I mean, I've been having conversations, just conversations. And I've did a few pods. Jay Cinco was talking about it. A few different people are talking about going back to YouTube. Wow. I don't know. I think, I think people are wanting more long or format.
Starting point is 00:02:08 Not that streaming isn't long format. Obviously it is. It's live. But I think people, I don't know, I think everything goes in cycles, like where people go. And I think about that. And I feel so blessed and thankful to have such a great audience and platform on YouTube. Because a lot of people would die for it. I have been talking, like, Silkie was telling me, he's like, man, I really want to get into YouTube.
Starting point is 00:02:26 Yeah. And it's cool to be able to have it. Yeah, this is a funny pod, by the way, just because it's like you guys both. It's been how many years now since you've been actually making your own content? Three years for me. Yeah, probably four years. Yeah. We gotta give some context that we're all,
Starting point is 00:02:43 we all just woke up. Yeah, no, we did. It's just the earliest podcast ever. Yeah. Well, it's not, it wasn't on purpose. Mine was like, dude,
Starting point is 00:02:50 I wanted to do yesterday. He flake because his mom. Well, his mom, Mother's Day. Yeah, well, then don't say we can do a pot
Starting point is 00:02:55 on Mother's Day. Well, we were also both. We actually went out together Saturday night. Which was, so they rinse me. They lied then. No,
Starting point is 00:03:01 he both. Now it was really hung over. But let me tell you something. I'm never going out with Stani again. Dude, Not solo, not solo. Bro, it was horrible. That was one bad experience.
Starting point is 00:03:09 What happened? It was an off night. Dude, so, wait, you guys went out the night before you're supposed to come to my podcast, then you were like, yo, it's mom's day. Well, I didn't know I was doing the podcast until I was out. Yeah, he was like, yo, can you do this podcast and me, Brett? Well, yeah, I knew if we were going out, it'd make it easier. But, uh, just one of those nights that you walk into places, it's too packed.
Starting point is 00:03:27 No, no. Okay, hold on a second. I got, I had a panic attack. I was like, I got to get out of here. This place is fucking crazy. This happened multiple times. Bro, he's like, he calls me. He's like, Nick, come on, man, let's have a one-on-one night.
Starting point is 00:03:36 You and me, let's really go out, hang out. I'm like, all right, yeah, yeah. I'll come. I was so tired. I get out of bed. We filmed all day, last day before. I get over there. There's like so many things going on.
Starting point is 00:03:49 You're hosting, like, all your rooms are full of people. Yeah, you're having a little dinner party. Yeah. And he's like, yeah, I got to take my dad somewhere and then we'll go to, like, we'll go out. And I'm like, okay, cool. Was his dad there? His dad was there. family was in town, bro.
Starting point is 00:04:05 Oh, okay. So he's like, yo, let's go to the car. We're getting, he's a driver, which is pretty sick, and he has an escalate and everything.
Starting point is 00:04:10 That was cool. Yeah. And I go sit in the back and, he's like, we got away from my dad. And then his dad comes and his girl, and then another girl pops up. And I'm like,
Starting point is 00:04:19 who's this? And he's like, oh, we need a girl tonight. And she, she's like, she comes in the back of the car. I'm just talking to her.
Starting point is 00:04:25 And then, just some random girl? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I knew her. Okay. But, like, you know how you roll.
Starting point is 00:04:31 You got to pull up with a few girls in L.A. Anyway, it was kind of a power move how I sparked up that blunt in the car with my fam in there. With your dad? Yeah, I was like, I won't give a... She's like, let him know. She's in the back, like, I can't stand the smell of this.
Starting point is 00:04:47 Hey, what was your dad doing? I don't know. I was just like, do you want to come with us? We're going to go to this place real quick. And he was like, sure. And he had his girlfriend he wanted to impress. Probably, I don't know. Your dad is cool.
Starting point is 00:04:56 He's such a funny guy, dude. Yeah, so I just hotboxed it. I was a shi, and then we're... Okay, no, no. We get to the place, and Stani is so stressed out about his dad having a good time. He is pacing back and forth from our table all the way to the front of the bar,
Starting point is 00:05:13 back to the table, and he leads me with this girl. Nice girl, nothing bad. She's good looking, dude. No, no, she's a great girl. But it's like, I want to hang out with Stiney and go do our thing and meet people, and I have to entertain this girl that he brought, which is fine.
Starting point is 00:05:27 Entertain her for a while. and then Steinie finally comes back and he's like, all right, like my dad's good. Like he got his dad out of there, had his fun time. We go to the actual spot we're going to go to. We get there. He's like, Nick, Nick, you lead. All right.
Starting point is 00:05:42 So I take us all the way into the club. And we get to the middle of the club. And I don't know what I'm doing here. And I turn back and Steinie's gone. We just got here. Finally all night, it's one in the morning. We finally get to the place. I turn around and it's just the girl.
Starting point is 00:05:58 And I called Stenic, where are you? He's like, I dipped. I left. I had to. It was too many people. I'm like, bro, I'm here to hang out with you. He's like, no, no, you two have fun. Wait, wait.
Starting point is 00:06:06 Was this like a ploy from the beginning? I don't really know. I didn't think it through. And at this point, this girl is so crowded. This girl starts holding my hand. And now she's on my arm. There you go. That sounds like a, well, no.
Starting point is 00:06:16 And then I'm bumping into everyone I know and everyone's looking at me and her. And like, I'm like, I'm like, everyone thinks I'm like dating this girl. And she, yeah. And then I'm like. Long story short, I don't really enjoy going out too much here anymore. We go back, he's like, come back to the bar we were just at, I went back there.
Starting point is 00:06:31 We go back there, I walk in, I get a drink, I go to Stine, he's like, we're leaving. And then we fucking leave. Now listen, I'm not trying to get with this girl or anything. We get back to his house. I'm like, all right, finally, at least me and Stang can just kick it at the house.
Starting point is 00:06:49 He gets out, his driver gets out. I'm about, her and I are about to get out. The driver walks around, opens the door, puts the key on the middle seat, and he says, I'm going to leave this key right here. When you two are ready to come out of the car, you come out of the car. Shuts the door. Me and her in the car together. Did you like have a previous conversation?
Starting point is 00:07:06 Like, what the fuck is going on here? This just happened. I honestly, I went inside and went to bed. And then I came back down. That is not true. I'm so fucked up at this point. Just I got by myself with this girl. And I'm like, no, I'm not trying to hug up with this girl.
Starting point is 00:07:20 We take the keys. We go inside. I'm trying to find a bed and just be like, oh, I got to call. crash. We go to like two different rooms. He's like, I got nothing for you. And he goes to his room, and there's just me and this girl downstairs. And I called my, my film, where to come pick me up and get me out of there. Bro, did you, you didn't set that up?
Starting point is 00:07:36 No. Dude, he's the, like, you are this, like, lover boy. I don't even tell you to talk to her. You just immediately. Bro, it's just her and me. And she was super into him immediately. Was that a girl you were trying to? No. No. No. I don't know why I'm like picking weird with what, I just wasn't, I wasn't, I wasn't, It's honestly pretty impressive how it's because you, I think you, you get really emotional and like deep eye contact real quick. There was no emotion. He does do the eye contact with everyone.
Starting point is 00:08:03 He gets deep. He looks when he's talking to somebody or a girl, he looks so interested in what they have to say. I listen to. And I can tell they're like, wow, this is the first time I've ever experienced that. Yeah, someone's actually like looking at me and listening. Like this guy actually cares what I'm talking about. I noticed that about. She's a nice girl.
Starting point is 00:08:18 She fell in love right away. Just because he was like listening to her? Dude, he's so. I kept looking at him because I was like, I'm supposed to be hanging out with him, but he's like so, looks like he's so invested in this conversation. So for your perspective, you thought he was trying to do that. Yeah. My perspective. I was like, oh, he moved on, whatever. No, bro, I was still on you. Okay. My bad, dude. I appreciate that.
Starting point is 00:08:37 Bro, I love, I love hanging out with you. But when you get in that tweak mode, it's like, there's no getting you out of it. Yeah, my bad. But we had a, we'll have a better time. That one wasn't that fun. I'm bringing people next time just in case you do that. It's funny. I never get these invites. You're never going to show up, dude. Yeah, you don't go. You don't go out. That's kind of fair. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:53 You would have hated this setting. Yeah, you're not missing much either, bro. Yeah, you didn't miss anything. Why do you guys like to go out so much still? I don't really enjoy it like I used to. I'm going through a phase. Were you like it? I was never like this, but the last four months, man,
Starting point is 00:09:08 I've been going out a lot. I've been like that for years, so I'm finally like. What do you think about it just because you don't have a girl? Yeah, I mean, I enjoy it. I love people and I'm having fun meeting people. All right, guys, quick and over for the podcast, Pocket Hose. Listen, I talked about this in some of my previous episodes, but it is easily probably the best hose that I've used personally. And again, I got this hose.
Starting point is 00:09:28 I feel like months before I even knew I was doing this brandy, I'm not going to lie, just showed it to my house. And I started using the hose because I recently planted like a bunch of ficus trees on the whole side of my like yard right here. And I've been having to like manually water them because like my water lines f*** up. The cool thing about this hose, unlike the 17 other ones that I bought from Amazon was that this one, it hasn't broken. And I've been using probably for like the last two months now. And I've had, I purchased like, again, a bunch of other hose. hoses that like they burst for some reason like at the scene maybe it's because of the heat out here. But this one has a cool like joint where you're able to direct it wherever you're at sort of
Starting point is 00:10:01 in the yard. And at the same time, the hose expands like a crazy amount that like I'm able to go across like my entire yard and water like the other side of, you know, the plants over there there in the corner. If you guys are looking for a new hose, this is by far the best hose that I've owned like no bull. Like I know I'm getting paid to even talk about this. But at the same time, before again, before I even knew I was going to get paid to talk about this was at my house and I've been using it. So it's very easy for me to say like genuinely it's one of the dopest hoses that I've ever used. Like it's it hasn't burst. Every single time I use it, it's the same. So right now if you guys want to get it literally just go on your phone, text raw talk to 64,000.
Starting point is 00:10:33 They're going to, I'm assuming, give you a link that's going to allow you to get two free gifts as you purchase the hose. So go check it out right now. It's text raw talk to 64, on your phone right now. If you guys are interested, let's get back on this podcast. How was that cruise thing? How long were you on it? Four days. That was awesome. What was it? It was like, some Virgin thing they paid for you to go, but it's like... Yeah, I don't know exactly. Maybe they're doing some big promo, but they had like the founder of Virgin on there, Richard, Richard Branson.
Starting point is 00:11:00 Yeah. And they like wanted to host 500 influencers and they brought a whole bunch of people on. And it was a lot of fun. There was like, usually I feel like when we go film with these things, there's like rules. And they had no rules that. It was crazy. So how many cameras were there? A lot of people were filming, yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:15 There were some people who weren't. They're just like short form small creators. I feel like that's like you would want to do. No. Now with that many people, it's like going to your gym. No. You gotta be in five live streams to go get the dumbbells. No. If you go to Brad's room, there's 18 tripods and she's trying to hit a workout. Bro, it's barely like that. There was probably like 20 people who filmed, but like you have to think about it. It's such a big cruise ship and there's like 400 other people who are just like regular. It was a lot of fun.
Starting point is 00:11:42 Yeah, I've done cruises. Cruises are different. Bro, it was like, there was like 300 girls on that. Yeah, I bet they had a good lineup. Yeah. Why didn't sign you get the empire? I don't know. I don't think he would have gone. No, definitely not. No chance.
Starting point is 00:11:58 He bails out of everything. Got to pick and choose what makes sense to do these days. Pretty overdoing this, like, random stuff that doesn't make sense. And I don't know, bro. How do you even decide what doesn't make sense now at this point? What do you mean? They're just like, I'd rather just collab and do stuff with people I'm friends with. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:16 Or like, that I have some chemistry with. Not something that has to be, like, forced. Yeah. Like, people hit me up to do IRA. RELs and stuff. I just don't, dude, I can't do that kind of content anymore. I see you doing it now, like, and I respect it. I think it's cool, but like, I enjoy it. I don't, it's just so crazy. It's like you go to, you're going out, you're going to a party, but you're bringing the stream with you. Like, how are you supposed to entertain the stream
Starting point is 00:12:37 and just have a good time? Well, the only parties I really go to that I stream at are like when the phase guys are core, when they invite me to something like that. I'm not really like streaming out at the club or yeah, anything like that. A lot of my, a lot of my streams been workout streams of recent. Yeah, I wonder how long this IRL stuff is going to go on for. I think it's fun, like what you just said, like you collab with your friends. Like, when I go do all these streams, like,
Starting point is 00:12:59 I got my four or five homies and we're all having a great time. Yeah. But you're trying to figure out how long it's going to be trendy for and popular for. I just think it's going to get pretty dry soon. Yeah. And also it's like every time I open my phone, like Cliviklier opened a club in Miami. I think that was a club that was already there, and I think he, like, partnered to, like, make it popular.
Starting point is 00:13:23 Sure. So he's a partner there, which is really smart for him because now he has a place to go film his content every night. And then I guess he's probably making money. But there's, like, a brawl outside of there. Every time I open my phone, it's like huge fight outside of Clificier's Club every day. Well, he has his own club. Yeah. He opened up his own club.
Starting point is 00:13:41 It was a club, I think it was a club that was operating that, like, he partnered in. He took it to another level. Oh, shit. I didn't even know that. Wow, it's crazy. Yeah, Miami. Yeah, but I don't know, the streaming stuff, it's, I don't know, some of it just seems like, just fake, like everything's fake nowadays, like views, bots, all this.
Starting point is 00:13:58 You can't fake the short form, but maybe like, yeah, I've heard that, I don't really know much about it, but communities people are in the actual stream, people bought on Twitch. I think they crack down that they don't allow that anymore. Nah, people are still buying, bro. How do you bought? Like, people just buy it. Pull up, pull up one of the sites, do you botting or something. Well, that's, that's probably like the problem with it is if,
Starting point is 00:14:19 One person does it. They all feel like they have to do. They are like, like, this guy can't look like he's got 50 gay in there. Just that simple, bro. You could bought viewers, you could buy comments, all that bullshit. It's like what's actually real. What you see, like, you'll see a lot of the clipped up content. Wow, this is crazy.
Starting point is 00:14:35 And that will go, that will get views. Because like, you know, it's just posted in excess. Imagine you see me with 50,000 viewers tomorrow. You should just start doing it for the laughs and be like, yep, I'm going to be honest. Yeah, just tell everyone I'm viewbauding. Yeah, the Vue bot thing's crazy, though, now. But it's crazy on all these platforms. Like, even YouTube people bought, do all this comment bullshit.
Starting point is 00:14:58 What did you guys think of the core rollout? Did you like that? I mean, bro. That's the idea. I mean, I think they, you know, that didn't work out phase, but it's awesome. They all stay together. I think their rollout was crazy, the way they marketed. And I don't, I'm assuming it was real when they got, uh, swatted.
Starting point is 00:15:14 That was, that was a big marketing move for their whole group just at the right time. I never believe anything anymore. I'm like, I don't know what. I don't know what's real. I couldn't imagine them faking that, but, um, but that they had a lot of marketing around it. It's basically, you just have someone random call,
Starting point is 00:15:27 be like, yo call. Like they already know the address. Just call. Yeah, you could do that. Because that's how the, that's how the fucking swatting thing happens anyways.
Starting point is 00:15:34 The second I saw it, I was like, they planned it. I just don't think you could fake that, bro. Like, you do one wrong move and they shoot you. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:15:40 but you could, but people have been swat it tons of times. They're honestly probably pretty aware of that, those kind of situations. Yeah, yeah, they are. I saw one of the sniper guys was laughing during it.
Starting point is 00:15:50 Yeah, I mean, it just, I see it. I'm just like, oh, I would, that's kind of smart. Like, I would have done that. I know, it's so called. So it's crazy marketing for the group. But I think, like, in general, like, them just being in a house together and creating content is, they're all known to be big together, whatever they do together is big. What about the Marlin thing?
Starting point is 00:16:08 Do you think he planned, he was going to be a part of phase? And then last minute was like, not going to do it because they knew they were going to do this. I really, seem that way. I really don't know. after their phase awards, it seems like they knew what they were going to do. I just think they all just have such chemistry and he came from their group and everything
Starting point is 00:16:24 of how they helped him start streaming and really pushed him. Didn't you help him start out with all that kind of shit? I mean, I wasn't a streamer, so I wasn't helping him in that sense. I just gave him a place to stay. Yeah, I get it. But you know, that was a fun.
Starting point is 00:16:36 It was cool to see it. Like, we originally went out there to film with him in Sweden. So we went out there, filmed a few YouTube videos, did a stream with him. And then we brought him back to the U.S. And then he flew back to Sweden. And then one day he showed up.
Starting point is 00:16:52 And he's like, Nick, you said, I could stay here. If I needed a place, I need a place. And I'm like, come on in. Yeah, I remember you brought him to the gym a few times. Yeah, yeah. And it was cool to like see his first six months, like watching him go from here to here. But really, the phase guys in the streaming sense, dude, Hayden just keeps calling me, bro.
Starting point is 00:17:11 In the streaming sense, Lacey really, really got and pushed him. just like, hey, like, getting the stream, let's stream together, but like telling him as a friend, like, bro, if you really want to do this, like you got to take it serious and stream every day. You think Lacey helped him the most? Out of all the streamers, everyone he's worked with, I mean, like, yeah, they're best friends,
Starting point is 00:17:29 and they both pushed each other, and they had such a great duo dynamic, and I think that started. It really was able to show Marlon's personality, I think. I just always think about doing streaming. I'm just like, I just can't. I don't know what it is. I can do desktop streams.
Starting point is 00:17:45 I think desktop's probably the most important from what I've seen is it's how you build your community it's it is it would be kind of fun to talk about something that happened like that day that was super viral yeah and then be able to talk about it like that night and have your opinion on it can be funny with it like that like that's almost like it can almost be like a podcast format I mean we did a couple they're really good yeah they're really good but it was also like Nick would be like yeah I'm gonna have this girl come over yeah or your sister okay how's Rachel why the hell is that's just you're such a Well, no, I just thought of your sister because she was there in one of the streams with Nick and I was there. She's 17, so that's weird. She's not 17, bro. Isn't she 28? She's 17.
Starting point is 00:18:24 I think she's 28. I think she's 28. Weird for that, though. How is she doing, bro? You know, her and I used to do a lot of content together. Yeah, she's great, bro. Yeah, where she been? Hiding, bro.
Starting point is 00:18:35 Bring her around the gym. She told me, you don't drive a red rafter, do you? I know, I drive the Bronco. Okay. Yeah. She was saying there's a red rafter outside of her house a few times. Crazy. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:45 But it's not me. It must be someone else with a rat. Oh, you stop by and just check on her? Yeah. See how she's doing. Oh, wow. You're really carried friendly. She said you don't.
Starting point is 00:18:51 Making sure she's good. Yeah, you care about Sinai's family. That's the excuse she told you why the Raptor was there, huh? She's like, I don't know why this is this following me. Why couldn't she come out with us last week, bro? Or yesterday two days ago. I don't want to hang out with us, dude. Why?
Starting point is 00:19:05 I don't know. I thought she goes out a lot. Yeah, I don't know. How's your relationship with her? We're great. How's your family doing? My family's great. How's your family?
Starting point is 00:19:13 Good. Amazing, yeah. Mom's amazing. Good. Doing good. Yeah, but so, so for you specifically the content, where are you at with it all? Are you still enjoying it? Yeah, I mean, I like doing like my skits.
Starting point is 00:19:27 My Day in the Life videos, my favorite shit to do. I love doing the podcast too. Today, a pink showed up at my house. That video crush. Yeah, he actually called me and was like, yeah, I don't know how this got here. And I was like, you're lying. Like, no, I'm dead serious. Order this.
Starting point is 00:19:40 But it's just so easy to. people. Yeah, it was really good. That was really good. Like, what's this doing here? Like, dude, and like when I did the Pokemon card, I don't know if you saw that.
Starting point is 00:19:48 No, which one? It's like a zesty photo of me. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. I saw it. The real one in the judge showed me it. Yeah. Have you seen this? Yeah, where he's on the,
Starting point is 00:19:55 yeah. But I do that and then these guys go in there and they comment like, this guy just walked around with that in a Pokemon set, hoping to run into Sonny. Like, and people just don't get the troll. They think that's like some guy
Starting point is 00:20:08 actually just found me on the street. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. So I enjoy doing that, but I don't really enjoy doing a vlog as much as I used to. It just doesn't feel the same how we used to just be able to pick up a camera and go do some dump. Why doesn't it feel the same?
Starting point is 00:20:25 It's just because that kind of content I feel like doesn't work anymore. I think it does. I think especially in short form, but I think, bro, everything comes down to like the dynamic of who you're filming with. Yeah, 100%. But also, being a little older now, When you're in your early 20s or mid-20s, you can do it ever you want.
Starting point is 00:20:42 That's true. You have all the energy in the world. You can go film stuff. You can fly somewhere for one day, go somewhere the next. I still got that energy, brother. I think you're built different. You're still going like that.
Starting point is 00:20:53 But I just did that for so long where it's nice to have a set home. But what did you do for? You didn't do that for that long, bro. Well, even before I was on camera, though. Oh, as the assistant. Yeah. So I was still traveling and, like, living that lifestyle. for at least a few years before.
Starting point is 00:21:10 Speaking of being assistant, Bob, man. Bob is he actually going to fight Manzo? I think he kind of pressured Manzo into doing this. But so Manzo actually committed? Yeah. Oh, wow. I think Manzo's going to kill him, bro. Like, I love Bob.
Starting point is 00:21:26 Bob's got crackhead athleticism. Really? Yeah, like he could just do a backflip. I don't know if he was on the right amount of Adderall. Really? Yeah. So he's just going to addie up? And he's got weird, a weird athleticism to him.
Starting point is 00:21:42 Well, how true is that story where he talked about Kyle punching him and you were there and you guys told him? It's 100% true. So that's what happened. You guys are going back into the room and he was like, leave. He was just a little crazy and we were just like, dude, time to call it a night. And I put my hand on it and I was like, Bob, trying to just go to your room, bro. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:56 I can tell someone was escalating and shoves me into the, in my head on the door. That actually, so that actually happened. Yeah. And Kyle two pieced him. Yeah. Did the guy actually hold? old Bob back? Because Bob describes that story.
Starting point is 00:22:09 There was a guy in the middle of them. It all happened really quick. But I think ever since then Bob's had this thing in his head where he has to be, dude, he thinks he's like Apollo Creed. I flew out to Vegas and I'm hanging out at Steve's house and he's there.
Starting point is 00:22:23 And he's like, y'am in training camp. Don't fool me, bro. Don't fuck with me. And I'm like, okay, shouldn't you be training? And he's like, I am, bro. And then he'll put his hood on and just blast murder music. Like, the most hood.
Starting point is 00:22:36 You can listen. to and he thinks that's his training. I'm like, you need to hit the weights, bro. Get your cardio up. But I don't know. It's a pretty funny situation. Kind of surprised that, like, it's all happening on Aden's card and in the apex. Yeah, because Dana got involved somehow, I think, because it's Bob, I guess.
Starting point is 00:22:57 I don't know. I think it's the fact that it's MMA. There's some sort of license or you have to have something and they couldn't do it in Florida. Oh, so they're probably just using the UFC's thing. Yeah. and then you're in Vegas. You saw Drake was supposed to go there? He's saying he was going to go there.
Starting point is 00:23:11 Is he? Drake's coming to watch this. Oh, yeah, him and Johnny are boys. Yeah. I'd be pretty insane. Are you going to go? I got to go to this.
Starting point is 00:23:17 Yeah, I got a ticket, of course. I texted him right after. I was like, yo, make sure I have a seat for this. When is this? May 23rd,
Starting point is 00:23:23 day after my birthday. Oh, wow. I'm definitely going to that. Yeah, that'll be. It's going to be insane. Fun to watch. I don't really know what's going to happen with it.
Starting point is 00:23:31 Also, like, these prediction markets, I feel like, on that. Oh, what if he doesn't show up? That's what just makes you think. He's going to show up, bro. Win or lose? You're going to show up. He has to now.
Starting point is 00:23:44 Bob can't live with the fact that he pushed this. That's what he does is he pushes it so hard thinking, all right, he probably won't fight, take the bait. And then once he takes the bait, he's like, holy, this is actually going to happen. I could tell the way he was texting me the day after it gets announced. I was like, yo, how are you feeling? He's like, kind of over this, man. No, he's definitely going to do it.
Starting point is 00:24:05 He needs the bag. He needs the money. Yeah, that's true. Because he owes a bunch of money to walk away from. Yeah. Yeah, this is nuts, man. I just don't see Johnny going down, bro. He's probably one of the best athletes ever.
Starting point is 00:24:18 I know. I just like, and I'm sure they're both training. They should just both have to be a little, like, a little drunk? Yeah. Just a little drunk and a little. Like, they should just, like, drink a little before they walk in the ring or like, like, just keep it as organic as possible.
Starting point is 00:24:33 Just touch gloves, hit some shots in it. Yeah. Just beat. You think if Johnny gets fucked up that Bob could beat him? If Johnny walks in there and doesn't care? Dude, I don't know, but this isn't, it's really insane also to never fight and then just be like, yo, what's MMA fight? Because those gloves are all so small.
Starting point is 00:24:47 Oh, this isn't boxing. No, it's MMA. This is MMA? Dude, what if Bob is like kicked to the face? That's a possibility. He could take one kick to the face, I think. You think he's going in there zapped up? You think he's going there on natural.
Starting point is 00:24:59 For sure. Yeah. You got to be in your natural, like, you know what I'm saying? Bro, I can't even imagine the walkout Bob coming out. What song is he playing? Like, who's walking with him? Like, this is insane. It's actually going to be really fun to watch.
Starting point is 00:25:12 Oh, for sure. I really am excited to go watch it. Maybe I need to go see this. Yeah, the apex thing makes it like 10 times cooler. Yeah. Yeah, just does he actually show up? That's the question. Yeah, I think it'll show up.
Starting point is 00:25:25 Yeah, I think it'll show up. You should get in there. I don't want to do that. Get some of your size? No, they asked me to, they've asked me multiple times. to do it. I just, it's just not really my thing. Wait, someone came out to me recently, and they were begging me. They were like,
Starting point is 00:25:41 Nick, like, we can get you each 150K, you and Steinie fight. Like, what can we do to make this happen? They actually... I don't even want to fight you, though. No, that wouldn't make sense. Like, I'd rather just, like, if I'm going to fight, I'd rather just do it on a stream or like, just do it for fine. Why not get $150K? You don't know what I feel like you want to money. I just kind of think that stuff is like, you got to be at a certain place to do it.
Starting point is 00:26:00 So you think Bob's at that place right now? Yes. Well, yeah, I guess fair. He's fighting Johnny and I remember. may fight. Like he's clearly in a place where he needs to do it. Yeah. There was that thing you, you interviewed him. I think he was, I don't know, was at Steve's house, but he had, he was talking about had making, had made $25 million and has nothing. Yeah. He, think he made that much money? No. Probably he's made it, he made at least, I'll tell you, he's for sure made at least 10 million in his career. And he just piss it away. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:28 Bob? Yeah. He's made $25 million? No, I think probably if I had to guess around between 10 and 15. I mean, I don't want to talk about to watch that too hard, but like, when I worked with him, he definitely had made more than 10 million. That's crazy. Where do you, how do you blow that money? You know, that's actually a topic that I think is not even talked about is a lot of the creators, and I've like, well, watch, because it's pretty popular, like,
Starting point is 00:26:51 Alex Eubank, for instance. He talks, he loves to talk about finances, money, and there's a lot of creators that are talking about stuff like that. And I go and listen, and even like Logan talked about it recently on his investments and like a lot of these people i feel like make so much money and they either blow it or they just don't know how to save it or invest it yeah like but it's not surprising to me that bob doesn't have anything surprising to me bro how the you make 10 million dollars and blow it it's insane does you have a financial advisor no i have a financial advisor i feel like most people don't which is a which is crazy to me well dude i mean but we're all kind of similar in the sense like
Starting point is 00:27:29 we don't spend money on like stupid or like flashy shit Yeah. You know, like we have maybe a couple cars, a couple watches, and then like the clothing where we get from brands are for free. Yeah. Yeah, I don't know how people blow that much money. I mean, we had Adrian Brunner on here on your pod the other day. I mean, that guy had to have made, what?
Starting point is 00:27:49 You had to have at least 50 million. Yeah, for sure. And he like legitimately said he blew it all. How do you even make that much money and blow it, bro? Dude, that would kill me. Like, in some point you got to be like, all right, like, go through $5 million and be like, all right, I got to chill.
Starting point is 00:28:04 Well, that's what I think about when we're doing, what we're doing is there like a certain point you get to where you're like, all right, I'm going to retire. I don't have to do this anymore. Because with us, we have to chase every month to continue to get that bag. You like can't get stagnant or that can be gone tomorrow, you know? Yeah, I see what you're saying.
Starting point is 00:28:23 I mean, it depends, like, if you just enjoy what you're doing, I think. Yeah. Like, if the content you're making, you're actually enjoying it. Yeah, like, go ahead. No, I was going to say, like, you probably, can't do party videos forever. Yeah, I mean, you can't be like, my age doing party videos, you know?
Starting point is 00:28:40 Yeah, I mean, we've kind of stopped. It's like, you can't hit on chicks forever. It bears them taking Bradley Martin to a frat party video. Did that happen? No, we should do that, though. You should do that. You would get so flame, but it would be funny. I've done one frat party.
Starting point is 00:28:52 Go to like the business frat. Let's do it. And go to like an Ivy League. Like a wisdom, get a different vibe. It would be funny. I think the only other time I'm ever filming a frat video partying is, when I go to my brother's frat and surprise him. Hopefully, I might see this.
Starting point is 00:29:06 I think he would appreciate that if I showed up. Yeah, yeah, he probably would love that. He's a huge fitness guy. He loves all, he's all into bodybuilding. Yeah, we should do that, bro. I'm gonna do one video, yeah, go into his frat and I think that... Or if you can get Mr. Beas to do it, obviously.
Starting point is 00:29:19 I don't think Mr. Bees is going to do it. No, no, absolutely not. That's what I'm saying. If you could get him. Maybe we do, like, one big ultimate one where we, like, bring like, 10 people to his frat and surprise him. I would go.
Starting point is 00:29:31 your brother's nice guy you know what I do want to do is uh you know MK yeah yeah basketball yeah we were supposed to do it actually this semester but he he popped his shoulder out or he he I don't something with his shoulder so things that happened next semester is he came and asked me he's like hey man I'm gonna go on a frat tour um I really don't want to do this without you like I think we should go do this together and you should at least come to like a couple of schools and I and at first I was like I think like that time's done with me but he's like look we're not gonna party at all like he's like I want to do a tour that promotes health to the youth. He's like, I'll do one-on-ones with them and you do meathead days.
Starting point is 00:30:08 So I think I am going to go do that. You should come through for one of them or something. But it's basically like I go with all the guys and we train. Yeah, at the house. We do a full workout. And then he's going to do one-on-one of one. Yeah, that's cool. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:22 I would do something like that for the youth. Especially that's like why I am in my life of like fitness and health right now. All right, boys, cook and rush for the podcast. Fact of Meals. listen, I've talked about this many times, but if you are trying to burn body fat, build muscle, whatever your goal is, be better athletically. It doesn't matter. If you're not putting the right food in your body, you're not getting the right macros, the right nutrients, you're going to be spinning your wheels. It's going to make the job way harder than it has to be. The training might be fun.
Starting point is 00:30:45 All the other stuff in the gym might be fun, might be enjoyable. And for some people, it's hard or more difficult. But the thing that's going to for sure get you to your result is going to be the food you put into your body. Okay. So you guys want pre-packaged meals. You don't got to worry about, Is this enough? Is this the right amount? They got a ton of different sort of meal plans, like sort of setups, whether you want to like low carb,
Starting point is 00:31:03 things like that. You could pick right from the website. If you guys want to check it out, go to factor meals.com slash raw talk 50 off and use promo code raw talk 50 off to get 50% off right now plus a free greens per box. So as long as supplies last,

Starting point is 00:31:27 50% off today. Let's get back into this podcast. I think the fitness and that space is the biggest it's ever been. Like getting like, not like the, I'll say specific like the lean gym bro. Like you know how it's like phases kind of where it's like, okay,
Starting point is 00:31:42 this running in health is super in being as big as possible super in. Yeah. But it seems like now everybody wants to be the next like trend twins or like Lex little. I was just watching some X or the Arnold invitational thing. Man, I don't get that five. I feel like there was a huge time of that.
Starting point is 00:31:58 That's just, you don't think it's there anymore? I think that's gone. You're talking about like the aesthetic thing, like lean? Aesthetic thing or just like. I feel like it's all like, you know,
Starting point is 00:32:07 multifunctional athlete kind of. Yeah, I think it's like the high rocks running. I think that's in right now. Also just like the fitness space is so convoluted. There's so much. I don't think anything's really in.
Starting point is 00:32:19 It seems everything's really fractured. Like a lot of people like this, some people like that, a lot of people like that. It's very split. I feel like it. very lifestyley right now. It's just like so many people are doing fitness that you wouldn't expect to do fitness, which is a good thing that's being promoted and spread through a lot of different
Starting point is 00:32:36 industries. Yeah, fitness is very fractured, feels like right now. Because you can you name, besides the guys at Diamond Gym, can you name any creators that are like popular right now for something that's like everyone thinks is cool? No, not really. What I was saying is like two years ago, and Sam Solic is still obviously huge. But like two years ago, he was like the most talked about guy in the space. Yeah. But that was more just traditional, like. Not even two years ago, maybe a year ago.
Starting point is 00:33:04 He's still massive, but I'm saying like every, he was the guy. Yeah. But that was a circle back to just like, these are just the basics nuts and bolts. Like this is someone just doing what they do and explaining it. Kind of like what I did. Yeah, his shit was pretty educational. Yeah. What are you trying to say?
Starting point is 00:33:21 No, no, I did that kind of shit like 12 years ago. on YouTube where you just you just worked out and you talked about what you're doing that in Miami too yeah I mean I did a little bit I've always done a little bit of it but like that came back around with him and he just blew up people were I think there was a period in between that like I said if I did it 10 12 years ago then it was just like crazy viral like I was doing all the crazy lifting stuff and then people were going viral for like outrageous like Larry wheels going viral and then I think people got tired of that and it was just like okay we're like the nuts and bolts and then he blew up
Starting point is 00:33:53 I think that's just like everything goes like this. Yeah. But I don't know. It's like I said, everything's very fractured. Like there's too many, there's so many different pockets of like what's popular in the fitness space that nothing really stands out is what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:34:10 Yeah. So I don't know. It's definitely different. Same thing with content. The content world has kind of just done the same thing where it's like, like don't you feel that like nothing's really that popular? I think this happens every few months. six months or like things just get a little dry.
Starting point is 00:34:26 They're just waiting for something new. Yeah. New things do come. New people come. It's also just getting harder and harder because to succeed as an influencer. Everything's being done or has been done. Yeah. It's really hard to think outside the box and do something different that people are going to be.
Starting point is 00:34:41 What about that? Have you seen that guy? I don't mean, I spent too much time on Twitter. Have you seen that guy who says the N-word to people? Yeah. No. You haven't seen that? He just goes and says, is he black?
Starting point is 00:34:51 That shit's pretty insane. Like crazy crazy is he black no Yeah, no he's a white guy why is he doing that just his his his his sort of perspective is like freedom of speech so I'm just I could say whatever I want But he's like going up to people and sort of like Antagonizing social experiment or something I don't know I guess you can go out that That guy's got some balls bro He walks on pepper spraying like a gun and he's just like pressing people being like I could say this like he went to like homeless people I don't get how you can do that and then just he walks around
Starting point is 00:35:22 giving his live location and it doesn't seem like he's worried about anything. Yeah, I mean. But I've seen a lot of people respond that are clearly not happy. Yeah. I mean, clearly he's doing it to make money. That's the one thing. How's he making money from this? Streaming.
Starting point is 00:35:36 Oh, he's a streamer. The views getting money for streaming. That's the one thing behind it that is like I can understand this sort of like freedom of speech thing, but the way you go about it. I don't think that's the right way to go about it. Yeah, it's a little. And you're also doing it out. It seems like someone out of desperation to make money.
Starting point is 00:35:54 I don't know. You take a step back and you think about like, what are you putting out into the world and in society? And then who are you at the end of the day when you're off stream? It's like, it just does not. Yeah. I don't know how he sits with that,
Starting point is 00:36:05 but. Yeah, it's crazy. I've not seen that. That's insane. Yeah, you know, you don't spend much time on Twitter. I know you do.
Starting point is 00:36:12 Yeah. I go on and off on Twitter. It's just I feel like there's a lot of negativity. Oh, it's the most toxic space out there, but it's also the funniest. Twitter is number one for like the, worst things in the world.
Starting point is 00:36:23 No, I find a lot of entertainment in it too. Also, entertaining in general. Yeah. Yeah, we got to do like some like trip, man. Oh, I like that. Like us three, Steve. Dude. See, that's what I'm saying is that.
Starting point is 00:36:36 I don't know what that would look like now. Is Steve okay? I don't even hear from him. Is he good? Yeah. Oh, he's good. Yeah, we're going, I'm going to Vegas this weekend. So I think you're coming too.
Starting point is 00:36:46 Yeah. For a little bit. He's filming like a bunch of videos back to back. He's trying to get better with like planning. and like scheduling. He's happy though? Yeah. That's good.
Starting point is 00:36:55 Yeah, I mean crushing it, obviously. Yeah. Gambling money, bro. I was insane. But what do you mean what it would look like? We would just go somewhere. I know, but don't know for that sounds like. I would love to go on a trip with you guys,
Starting point is 00:37:07 but I'm at that point where I'd rather go on a trip with you guys and not film it. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like, I would love to go to Joshua Tree. I'm down. Take shrooms or do something like that. Well, that's easy. You just could take one day out and we all do a bro day.
Starting point is 00:37:19 Yeah. See, I bet it to me. We're gonna go there. He's gonna disappear. I gotta go, he's already on the way back home. Yeah, exactly what would happen. Yeah, I wasn't feeling this man. Just tweaked out. Take me a minute and dip early. Yeah, not even.
Starting point is 00:37:31 He'd be like just going like this, just coming up. He'd already be halfway at home. Dude, he'd call me and be like, dude, where'd you go? I'm driving. I'm like, why? I don't know, bro. I feel like this is like a situation where someone might come and like kill us or like he'll start tweaking.
Starting point is 00:37:44 He'll go through all the thoughts in his head. Yeah, why are you like that, bro? No, no. Anxiety? Yeah, just anxiety. Yeah, you're tripping. Let's do that. Yeah, I'm down. I'm actually serious about that.
Starting point is 00:37:56 Well, I mean, I think about that. That's why I would rather do it without filming is because you guys, out of anyone who you can consider your friend in this space, which you can't consider anybody, really. But you guys are for sure the closest things from my, like, real friends out of people I collab with and film with, where we can call you and we'll just talk about life or some real. It's funny you say that because...
Starting point is 00:38:17 Same with Brad. I do think the majority of people, you know, aren't your friends and everyone has some ulterior motive. But I think there are, like, it is cool to know that there are tight. I think we're actually friends here. Yeah. Yeah. And it just takes time to see that.
Starting point is 00:38:31 That's what I've realized. It really takes time to see who your real friends are in this. It takes time. And then you also realize who actually want, there's not very many people that actually want to see you doing well. Like, I got people that are close with that. I'll send me something when I look bad, right? Or like when, when I take an out.
Starting point is 00:38:48 But anytime I take a dub or do something, go, like, good content or just does really well views wise whatever no one says yo that was sick good job here's the thing you can't it I realize you can be loving to people help people do cool things you just can't expect anything from anyone and I think your true friends show their true colors when something really happens in your life who shows up who has your back who has your side yeah for sure bro and it is a really lonely industry when when Steve and Kyle were kind of going back and forth. I was just kind of like, talk to Steve and I'd be like, bro, why are you worried about what anybody else is doing? Yeah. Like, you have all the money in the world. Your YouTube crushes,
Starting point is 00:39:30 like just worry about yourself, dude. Yeah, right now. You can be with yourself and you're chilling. Yeah, Steve's crushing YouTube. I think all he has to do is expand on his business and content. And he just keep going. I think he's being a little lazy. Is he? He can do a lot better. Seems like there's YouTube videos going up every week. No, he does, but he can bring out that inner the crazy guy and go like real crazy. Does you think he's not crazy enough? No, I just think like he's,
Starting point is 00:39:58 he's so blessed with having, and he's one of the last guys that if you really look at a creator who has like a loyal audience that will, like it's a big one that will go anywhere he goes. And that's it rarer and rarer, I think, as more and more creators come up. I mean, it's so saturated. It's hard to.
Starting point is 00:40:14 Yeah. Yeah. He just has this army, bro, that will go anywhere he goes. and when you have that and you've built that, you can put out videos and they're going to do well every week, but I think he could still go to another level. I'm not saying like you get comfortable,
Starting point is 00:40:31 but when you have that, it's so rare that you can really put out anything and everyone's going to be like, yo, W. Steve, like good shit. You know what I'm saying? I think he can get there. I think what I know about Steve is like it's important that he stays. When he worked with him, it was wake us up at 5 a.m., 6 a.m. sometimes. we're going to do this right now. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:51 That was cool. Which was like that pushed, and I feel like it gave both of us that mentality of people do whatever. I think I still have that mentality to this day because of working with him. For sure. And like knowing what extreme and what extent and the mindset you have to have. But I think Steve can do that. He just got his YouTube back.
Starting point is 00:41:09 I think he probably needs to make sure that he's happy and, you know, getting in routine. And I feel like he will make that joke. Yeah. What else do you think you should be doing? We'll talk all the time because they'll hit me up when he needs, like, how Oprah wants an idea. And we'll go back and forth and we'll talk for five minutes and come up with amazing videos.
Starting point is 00:41:29 Like, I can show you I have a whiteboard that I did with him. And there are insane, like, ideas that he's so easily to do. You send me the picture. But he just, we haven't executed it. And I'm like, dude, like, let's go. This is easy work. I think sometimes when you take a gap from something, it takes a little bit to, like, get back in that mentality.
Starting point is 00:41:47 He's going to get back into it. But we're going to do that next week, it sounds like. The end of this week? Yeah. Yeah. I'll be there. They'll be filming a bunch together. That's awesome.
Starting point is 00:41:59 Oh, my God. Those days, dude. We got to go back to Cabo, man. We got to go back to Mexico. Those were the best trips of all time. Isn't it, it's just so weird how different it is. It's kind of crazy in the moment when I was like, when we would do that, I wish I could have taken a second and took it all in. Dude, I actually.
Starting point is 00:42:17 We went, too, to Cancun a few times. Bro, I was there every week with him. Yeah. He went every week for a long time. But you know what? I do really appreciate those trips. And I think people asked me like, what was your favorite time period? And I always say when I worked with Steve, and I think because I was able so much to reflect on life when I was around him, like, we were in Cancun and we really would take like he would be like streaming gambling.
Starting point is 00:42:41 And I just remember like the whole squad, we would go out on that porch. It was so hot, beautiful setting. We would just smoke a blunt. and like taking life. It was a, for me, like, it was fast, but it was a little bit slower sometimes of life.
Starting point is 00:42:55 And I like, well, because you only had to focus on one aspect of it. Yeah. All I had to focus on was filming. Yeah. Yeah. And I,
Starting point is 00:43:00 and I edited like a, exclusive content. Wait, what? Nah, it's just so crazy where everything was five, whatever, four years ago.
Starting point is 00:43:12 That was probably one of my favorite parts. Wait, what exclusive content? Nick does a filmer was pretty funny. He was, the goat, bro. I remember the light in the camera, nothing would get in his way. You know,
Starting point is 00:43:23 I do look at my, not to like, Stanley, but I do look at myself and like, I would want an employee like me because I cared so much and I showed up for everything. And like I was always trying to make sure
Starting point is 00:43:32 it was like the best it could be and like all for the, the truth is I would have never left that team if that channel didn't get deleted. It's so weird. Crazy. Yeah, it's weird out things to go,
Starting point is 00:43:41 man. Because I really did. I always had aspirating. I remember being in like Cabo and being inspired by you guys and see what you're doing. and like thinking in the back of my head, like one day I want to be able to have my own stuff.
Starting point is 00:43:51 So you're the reason why Steve got his channel deleted because you were thinking like you want to be able to do your own thing. So inadvertently. But no, no, the conversation that when Steve asked me to come film for him, his whole thing was he's like, Nick,
Starting point is 00:44:02 like, I know you have dreams. I want you to do your dreams and focus on them on the side. He's like, I'll support it. He was like, just be my filmer. And he's like,
Starting point is 00:44:10 I remember him saying, he's like, I need you for three years, bro. I need you to just commit to me for three years. And, and that it was, never made it that far.
Starting point is 00:44:18 Yeah, because of the YouTube. We had, like, so many, like, conversations about that. That's why I really didn't respect them, because, like, I would go off and do my own thing from time to time, take a day off and fly here, do this. Salim isn't flying me out. And I was just, and he didn't care. Yeah, we did that drunk podcast. It's Steve's Penthouse.
Starting point is 00:44:36 You were there, too, right? No? I think I was there. Oh, my God, dude, that whole thing was insane. I don't ever want to go watch that again. It's a different. It was, why, you were sloppy? Bro.
Starting point is 00:44:45 Yeah, that's the biggest thing. you have, like people need to know is if you're going to go on someone else's podcast and you drink, you're putting, you're selling your, so you're setting yourself up to look terrible. Bro, this dude made us all take. I remember I did for the Andrew Tate talk. Yeah. It's, it's crazy, bro. I did it before Andrew Tate and I looked like the biggest dumb ass.
Starting point is 00:45:05 It was good content, but I looked like an idiot. Wait, which one, which one? In Dubai. Oh, the one that I was at. I kept like cutting him off and like trying to talk. Yeah. And you got fired up with me after. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:17 Yeah. Dude, it was so different. Why does it feel so different now? Everything was so new. It is different. It's good, good, different. I'm happy, but it was just such a different time. All right, guys, quick and remember for the podcast, AI is getting crazy, right?
Starting point is 00:45:32 I mean, I think everyone knows that. But if you are a business owner, I mean, you're working in some sort of like sales or product sales or things like that, whether they're like business meetings or their customer service calls, things that you've got to make sure that you can't miss any pieces of. Quo is an AI service that basically logs, transcripts, summaries so that everything that is said is sort of like put down in a way that is very easy for someone else to come and check and go, okay, this is what we need to make sure we're looking for. We need to make sure we're not missing this. Like again, if you're a new business and you're starting out and you need a system that keeps all of your data and all your information in a space so that you're able to make the best moves going forward with the business. Or if you have a customer service thing where like you need to make sure that everyone is on the same page of what is going on with that whole customer service line, then Quo is the product for you if you guys want to check it out again this this stuff is new like sort of things i wish maybe i had when i first started my businesses because i can speak personally to having a team and like following up with certain people and then that person missing what that person said or if that conversation didn't get to that person then it would this whole order up so now apparently they're making all this stuff
Starting point is 00:46:33 way easier and if you guys want to check it out if you're a new business or if you're an existing business and you want to streamline your business you want to make sure nothing's falling through the cracks so if you guys want to check out quote for free for the first six months plus if you guys want to sign up again So you could try this out, see if it works for you or not for free for literally six months. And then if you want to sign up, go right now to QUO.com.com slash raw talk. Again, it's QUO.com, quo.com slash raw talk. You guys want to try it out. It's worth a shot if it can make your business more streamlined and better.
Starting point is 00:46:59 Communication better. That's the key if you want to be able to find success in any business. So go check it out. Quo.com slash raw talk. Let's get back on this podcast. How do you do it with your squad now in terms of keeping it friendship and business? Here's the thing. How many people you have at your crib?
Starting point is 00:47:15 five or six right now. And then there's like extended maybe three more guys that are part of the group. But dude, the truth is is, you know, there's a couple different business models that I think people do in this world. There's like, hey, we're gonna sign you or we're gonna take, you know, promote you
Starting point is 00:47:33 and take a percentage of this. And, you know, for a little bit, I was like, oh, I love business. I love looking at that way. But actually, Kai Sinan, I think, said it. On his stream. He has all his boys. takes nothing from them, just helps them.
Starting point is 00:47:48 They all help each other and they're all, they all have respect for each other. But I think when we implemented bringing new people in and bringing people around in the house, like I was like, I'm not gonna take anything from anyone, even if I'm like covering all the rent or whatever and just like be a group setting of people helping each other. And these guys like Hayden, James, Brad,
Starting point is 00:48:10 now Braden's living with us. The streamer. The streamer. Yeah, I like that guy. They all, including Braiden, Braden show up for me whenever I need them, whenever I want to do a trip. They all try to make it out. They all try to take it out of their schedule.
Starting point is 00:48:22 And we all show up for each other. We show up for, you know, I'll do the fitness streams with Brad and, you know, Brayden and I will do streams. And we're all, it's a whole group right now that is trying to make sure everybody wins. Yeah, that's such a better way to have the relationship. Yeah. We're the same with that. Yeah, I've done it the wrong way for sure.
Starting point is 00:48:40 Oh, but I don't think that's the wrong way. It depends on the situational. I mean, I thought it was right. I thought, but I'm saying right. now, if you need me somewhere, I'll be there, vice versa. Yeah, 100%. Same. Like, I'd rather have that relationship with Steve.
Starting point is 00:48:52 Like, yo, can we do my podcast and I'll film your video? Yeah. And like, you'll go give me a car. You have to think about at the end of the day, take out the content, take out the money. It's like, what do you want to be doing 10 years from now, 20 years from now? I want to be living life with these guys. I love them to death. And I want them all to win and be happy.
Starting point is 00:49:09 And I stress out about their happiness. I stress out about like when they're like, I don't know what to do or I don't have money or this or that. Like, I want them all to win and they want me to win. Yeah. It's just the biggest game changer. You're like a loner. You're kind of a loner, though.
Starting point is 00:49:24 Me. Yeah. How am I a loner? Like, I need to have a couple of people with me at my house or just whatever. Yeah. Because you want to have those times so you can just hang out and just have fun. But you don't have anybody around here. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:37 You're trying to give off like this Bruce Wayne vibe, but it's not hitting. I'm completely loner. But it's also because you're just such a nerd gamer. That's true. I also think, like, no, that's exactly me. Yeah. That's right. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:50 Like, you just play Diablo or whatever you're playing that night. Yeah, League of Legends. I'm doing it on Stream today with like a bunch of these streamers on League of Legends. I'm a smoke. Why don't you? If you're that good, why don't you do some more gaming? I think because when you stream game, it's almost, I'll tell you why, exactly why. I did fitness for so long and then it became my job and I loved it.
Starting point is 00:50:11 And I still love it. but my perception in connection to is completely different because it became a thing that I had to do to make money yeah I think like gaming I'm like I love it I've done it my whole life I'm like oh do I want to do I want this to feel the same way do I still want it to feel like it's just something I love to do and I don't make money what if you found like a couple bros that you're so funny sorry I don't go like when we would play because I suck what would we play marvels I know exactly the story about so anything I already know what you say yeah but he would go off we would know streaming but we'd be in lobbies and like I knew you didn't see.
Starting point is 00:50:42 Yeah, because I want to win. Why the fucking a game? People talk about like the cod four lobbies. Like what I, what my ears witnessed that day and just hearing this little voice on the other end and fash is saying like, you gotta play your fucking role, bro. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:55 He was a healer. I don't care. Look at your. No, he was roasting our whole team. I think we got the dub too. And he was like, look at this fucking statue. And his stats were crushing all of us. That's hilarious.
Starting point is 00:51:06 I'm the same way when I play video games. Well, it's like, bro, I'm like playing a win. I'm not playing a fucking just play. Otherwise, like, That shit on stream would be so funny. That would be so entertaining, bro. And especially, dude, like, I could see you gaming with, like, Ron and those guys.
Starting point is 00:51:19 And, like, it'd be so funny if you were, like, talking like that to them. That'd be hilarious. I feel like they're a little better, though. Yeah, but I feel like they're probably better. It would be more balanced. I just generally like to win. Otherwise, I'm not playing a fucking game.
Starting point is 00:51:31 Yeah. Like, I'll just turn your games. It's coming out. If I start losing, I'm like, this game's off, bro. I'm turning the shit off. I don't want to play. He just wants to waste time on a, like, dude, I just like to talk to the,
Starting point is 00:51:40 Like, just have fun. Yeah, that's how it's growing up for me too. Yeah, we're playing four and I'm like, bro, let's win. We're going to play like 10 games. We can shop. Yeah, I want to win 10 games. I want to win 10 games, not just play 10 games. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:53 That's how I mean, I just been that way about video games my whole life. I should say some crazy shit. I'm not, can you bought your stats? I should start body my stats. On Marvel. Oh, no, no, no. I mean, on views. I can't, you can't buy my stats.
Starting point is 00:52:05 You can't bought my stats. You can't bought my kills and all that. Yeah, I can make so many funny jokes right now, but I'm going to refrain, but, um, bro, me and my friends, when we would play call of duty growing up, I don't know if this is okay to say. And you guys think we should cut it, we can cut it. You used to say the end word a bunch? No, no, we would, uh, we would, we would all have the same gamer tag and people would ask what it is. And we would tell them that we're a group, a very strong group of gay men. And we would, you roast them or yourself, bro. And we would try and we would
Starting point is 00:52:35 like, all act gay. Yeah. Yo, no, no, no, no, no. I mean, back and we would. And we would, trying to convince people to get our gamer tag and be part of the gay group with us. What was the name of the clan? We like butthole or something? No, no, it was it was a C of Z or C-O-Z and we called it Church of Zach. We had a guy named Zach in our group
Starting point is 00:52:55 and we would tell everyone he's our gay leader. Did you get any applicants or anyone join? A lot of people would be like, oh no, they'd take it really seriously. We'd be super into it. Like it'd be like the whole thing out there. This is like a cosplay type shit. Dude, it was insane.
Starting point is 00:53:09 And then some people would like like, you know, they would roast us and stuff, but some people would be like, you know, we really respect you guys and like, and they would be like super serious and we're like, thank you. Bro, what old were you doing this? Years ago, like growing up in high school. Oh, yeah. Tens of years ago.
Starting point is 00:53:26 He's like two years ago. Yeah. Bro, we would just all be dying because like we have to like mute and like call each other on the side. It was just like insane. That's, no, we never did that. Yeah. We would have roasted you.
Starting point is 00:53:37 My school would have roasted you for sure. Bro, it was just like. So ridiculous. Yeah, that's something that they're gonna... But I do want to do more streaming. It's just like when I'm playing video games, I just get locked in.
Starting point is 00:53:47 I don't even want to talk. I'm just locked up again. Yeah, no, I get that. When I'm, I've tried gaming and streaming, I just can't focus on the chat or anything. Like, I'm just trying to actually...
Starting point is 00:53:57 How do you play and talk about the things? I don't know. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I'm too focused on winning. Yeah. This guy's still focus on wasting time. He's like, what the fuck are you doing? You're chilling with the bros.
Starting point is 00:54:07 I get it. Yeah. And then just getting Brad pissed. Great. It is funny when you get mad. How is that funny? No, because he's so easy to rage be. Like, yo, dude, look at killer whale's stats.
Starting point is 00:54:19 Like, just to get him fired up. And then he'll go off on this kid. I've had conversations with you at the gym, Brad, where, like, we talk about something serious that really upsets you. And sometimes I think you're going to choke me out because you're so mad about what we're talking about. Like, I see your lip quiver.
Starting point is 00:54:33 Yeah, the lip quiver I've seen it. And then I'm like, it's not me you're mad at. Like, You've gotten a lot. Since your last, I've lost treatment, you've gotten a lot better. Bro, since I knew you, like with Steve, oh man, you are so chill. Dude, you've been, both of you,
Starting point is 00:54:50 but I think I spent so much time with Brad. Dude, you've been, like, through so many moments of my life. I think about it. And I think I've been there a lot for moments of you, too, but more of watching from the sideline. Well, dude, because you're like Gandalf the Grey. Lo-key. You got to go to, like, the old wise wizard
Starting point is 00:55:03 when we need help with our advice. Yeah. It's kind of crazy. Yeah, you're interesting with the whole girl stuff is such a crazy thing, man. What girl stuff? Just your whole timeline, your timeline of,
Starting point is 00:55:15 of what? Relationships and life. It's just interesting. Yeah, you know, it's so funny because there was the girl that got away, and I think you're like the only person who, I think everyone has a girl that got away, right? You?
Starting point is 00:55:28 Yeah, we all got a girl that got away. But you met, I remember, like, that always stuck with me that you met her and, like, you had that whole conversation with her. It was outside, uh, SLS.
Starting point is 00:55:38 I just don't remember that. this. I know. I wish you did. Wait, were we sitting on those chairs? We were sitting on the chairs. I was taking her, I think it's like to the train station or something. How'd she get away? Brad didn't grab her? Wrong time, wrong place. I grabbed her, took her. No, but no, I was seeing this girl for a little bit and I told Brad about, I would always tell Brad, he was, he's gotten me, girls, just texted. I don't know how you do it, bro. Like, he knows the game. I'm not a texter. Like, I don't, like, I just don't care. But you know how to, there was just one time. I met this girl.
Starting point is 00:56:09 the day of. And I'm like, I really like, I really think this girl's attractive. He's like, I'll get you to hang out with her right now. Takes my phone two minutes later. He's like, you're good, go to her house. What? And I just, I just went over. What the fuck?
Starting point is 00:56:21 This is before this girl. I'm talking about, but I met this girl. Probably the most like, I don't know. You ever have someone you meet and your energy lines up differently and better than anyone you've ever met? Yeah. And this is, this is that girl. Since this day, I've never had that.
Starting point is 00:56:36 It's probably like five years ago living at Steve's place. I know the chick. You know, the night that she came over, you weren't there. But we were seeing each other in different places, like in New York. By the end of this, I ended up going to her hometown and meeting her mom. It was just insane. But, uh... Well, how did this never work out?
Starting point is 00:56:55 I don't get it. What happened? I think I was 24. She was 21, 22. Um, and... And... she was going to study abroad. I remember her last semester of college,
Starting point is 00:57:11 and I was working with Steve. Actually, when this all ended, I was only able to go see. We never had time. I was only able to go see her in her hometown because Steve's channel got deleted. And Steve was just in bed every day. But she went to study abroad,
Starting point is 00:57:29 and I ended up leaving Miami and started all this. But, yeah, I remember that. like last time she came to SLS, you were downstairs. And I remember you, you looked at me and you looked at her and you were like, this is her. Like you knew, bro, it was so funny. You were like, you were telling me about her.
Starting point is 00:57:49 Yeah, yeah. You're like a guy version of like every Taylor Swift song. I don't know. You know, that hit. Is that not true? That hit? That is Taylor Swift, but you're like the guy telling these like stories. And I don't like, Romeo, take me somewhere.
Starting point is 00:58:06 I love that. That's my goal. to a karaoke song. Yeah. That was pretty spot on, right? Yeah, that was good. That's not a diss. I don't think I'm like that anymore.
Starting point is 00:58:15 I think back then when like you haven't been through heartbreak and all those kind of things like. It's not even that. It's just the way you tell the story. Oh. Yeah. Like I don't know how long did you know that shit? Because the way you told the story was like 10 year high school school.
Starting point is 00:58:29 No, no. It was just a year. Yeah. But sometimes. Wait. So what did I say? I don't understand how I have part of this. I've really only like falling for like really like in real life.
Starting point is 00:58:37 in real life and really that like something that you would want to talk to someone not just for a weekend or a week probably like two girls do i love this podcast right now because it's just so bro it's just like such a bro podcast yeah yeah but so wait so what did i say you because you've seen me fall in love with a lot of shakes and talked to it we mean we did all the tours with nilk and everything you've seen how i am and and i think like when we you knew this was different but it was such a bro move bro like like you came up to us and you were like you got really real And you like told her who I am and how how I felt about her. And I just remember her having the biggest smile.
Starting point is 00:59:14 She kept looking at you and looking at me and looking at me. I'm just like, this is crazy. And then I remember we walked away. We got in the car and she just looks at me and she's just like, I can't believe that you and I are in each other's lives and we're here right now together and like how it feels every time we see each other. And I took her to the train station, dropped her off, didn't see her for like another month and a half
Starting point is 00:59:36 and all right now sing the chorus you know me oh take me somewhere we can be alone I'll be waiting he totally is that bro yeah dude I can't tell if like I'm buying into this or this is really yay you're trying to be a part of the gay god gangy group yeah that's true
Starting point is 00:59:57 I don't know I mean bro you can say it or not say it but every guy feels that about some girl no for sure there's always some I'm going to, I zoned out and then I just heard back at the train station. Like, it's like, this is a movie. You know, why don't you reach out to her? Dude, okay, I want to be honest with you.
Starting point is 01:00:11 I did. I want to be honest with you. This is the most, if I told you the whole story front to back, it is literally a movie, a romance movie. And it's just, it's so sad that things happen the way they did,
Starting point is 01:00:23 but wrong place, wrong time. I recently did reach back out to her. Very recently. Last week. Yeah. This is the kind of guy. This is the kind of guy that's standing outside her house
Starting point is 01:00:34 with this radio in the rain. Throw a little rock. This is the girl I would do that for. I've never done that, but this is the girl that you would do that for. Because this is like, this is the one that, like, maybe that was the one. So what, is she married with kids now?
Starting point is 01:00:47 Like, what's going on here? Polo G says it, man. You miss the one that you really love. You let her get away. You might never find it again. Anyways, this is crazy. So I've thought about her from time and time. And I end up getting the courage.
Starting point is 01:01:01 I send her a minute and a half voice in a moment. We have not talked in years, like two years and I send her a minute and a half voice memo and I say hey um I bumped into one of your friends like six months ago they said you have a boyfriend if that's true you know I'm really happy for you and I seriously hope everything is well I was writing a song right now I swear to God I swear to this is a song also a minute and a half voice memos no that wouldn't be weird to her like her and I like okay that wouldn't be weird but I say you know if not um you know I think about you time time I'm thinking about you lately and if you're ever
Starting point is 01:01:34 in LA, I would love to see you. Kind of like that kind of vibe. There's probably a little bit more. Given this was like at like 4 a.m. I'm in my feels. An hour later, she responds. It's a selfie picture of a dude going like this. And he's like, hey Nick, this is so-and-so's boyfriend. Just wanted to say, bro, I love your vlogs. I love your hustle. I love everything you're doing. Keep it up. And I was like, is this a guy actually? nice and supporting me or Zee's just like a stab i don't know it's both but uh i just harder the message said all love bro the one that got away when you're gonna write this song i mean confidence to send that one in minute 30 second voice memo to get that response an hour later i mean you couldn't know you
Starting point is 01:02:22 wouldn't know where that was going to go you know i'm kind of happy that i'm also going to tell you i feel like that means she probably wasn't on the same page so probably wasn't meant to be what you mean it was on the same page. No, that means the, that means the guy goes, who texted you? And he, like, saw it somehow and was like, oh. No, she definitely showed him. But they're, they're probably in bed together, just waking up and she probably played it. Yeah. But, but, I don't know, that's the same page, bro. I haven't talked to her. Oh, what was the background of the screen, of the selfie? It was like a bed. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. And I, I don't think he, I think he did it in a very nice, which I think she's actually being nice and like, anyways, same page, right?
Starting point is 01:03:00 wrong page, bro, her and I haven't talked in years. Like, we're living different lives of different people now. Yeah, that was a thing where you like... That was a great story, by the way. Yeah, that was actually. The ending made a great story. Dude, there's so much more that is so crazy, but it doesn't matter. That's one of those things where you gotta just go to sleep and wake up and see if it's still a good idea. No, I'm glad I did it because now it's like...
Starting point is 01:03:18 I got your clarity. I'm happy. Yeah, I'm happy for her. You should go on like... I don't even think about them. You should go on one of the dating thing, like the Love Islander. I got to ask to do Love Island. Why don't you do it, dude? you're like the one guy that's like actually there for the right reasons you know what i made it
Starting point is 01:03:32 super far like nicks actually here to find love and everyone else is there to like get a career yeah i actually got super far in the process like months of interviews why'd you not do it well i never i never actually wanted to do it i think i can't get past uh making out with seven girls if they just made out with seven dudes like that i don't know that's just i get i don't really make out with girls in general so unless I like really like you, it kind of grosses me out. Like thinking, who knows where these girls' mouths have been making out? I don't know. Sucking people in LA.
Starting point is 01:04:06 It's valid. But made it really far. And then I got to the point where I didn't want to do it. All my managers are like, just entertain it. Do all the interviews. And I got, now is at the point where I like, oh, my God, I actually might be going on this show. And for the longest time, thought I was until, like, honestly, a week ago, they were at the final cuts. And, you know, they told me, they're like,
Starting point is 01:04:27 we want this to be like more of a drama. I don't even have I'm not to say this, but they want this to be more of a drama season. Like there's a lot of villains. And they're like, you're just, you're not the villain. Like what you said,
Starting point is 01:04:39 like you would really come on here and like try to. And they're old and they're only taking like one or two actual creators. They don't want creators on the show. I think so there will be like one or two on this next season. But, uh, interesting. I feel like it would be good to have one lover boy though. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:54 Yeah, for sure. That would bang. Especially people with a bunch of villains. Yeah. Because you'd be the simple. It'd be like, I would never treat you this way. I don't think I'd. I would love to see like the trailers of like you and tears.
Starting point is 01:05:04 I don't want to be here anymore. If I saw and I'd make my life. Yeah. No. Yeah, I'd definitely be the lover boy. But I don't think I'm not letting these hoes walk all over me on there, man. Nah. They find it.
Starting point is 01:05:19 If they find another couple, I'm finding another couple. Yeah. All right, guys, quick enough to the podcast, Neutrophol. Listen, there's some things I wish, you know, I would have done. differently when my hair started thinning a lot earlier on and you guys can do them now. There's certain supplements you could take Nutrafol is one of them that has a lot of micronutrients that your body might be lacking, which can cause excess thinning or hair shedding or just becoming worse over time.
Starting point is 01:05:42 So guys, if you're trying to lessen an impact of any sort of thinning or shedding or hair just kind of like getting worse over time, Nutrifold is a great product. They have products, whether you're 18 to 49 or you're 50 plus, they have different sort of versions you could take that are, you know, more specific to the problems of thinning in that area in regards to the age. Nutrifo is the number one dermatologist recommended brand. If you guys want to give it a shot, you should check it out. There's also tons of peer-reviewed studies on these products as well.
Starting point is 01:06:06 But yeah, if you guys want to try something about my best advice is you want to be able to be ahead of it. So like if you think you're going to have problems or you're already starting, like, just starting to have problems. And again, I wish I would have done this sooner than later was get ahead of it. There's a lot of other things you could do. Obviously, there's certain pharmaceuticals and things like that. But that's a whole other jump and a whole other step. Depending on where you're at, again, if you can get ahead of the thinning and the shedding and all that kind of bullshit, it, then it's going to be better than if you're like trying to like retroactively fix the problem, right?
Starting point is 01:06:31 So if you guys want to check it out, go to neuterful.com, put in code raw talk right now to get $10 off your monthly subscription plus free shipping. Again, it's Neutrofo. It's N-U-T-R-A-F-O-L.com. And again, it's promo code Raw Talk. If you want to get $10 up plus free shipping right now, let's get back into this podcast. Well, what about you? You just did the Nox thing. How was that?
Starting point is 01:06:50 What was that? Did you like find love or? No, I mean. It's all comedy, right? Yeah, it's just more of a, you just more of a, you know, comedy thing. Like, that's made to not be, have it be taken so serious. Yeah. You know, like you cast Charleston White. He can, this comes out tomorrow, right? Yeah. He fair maced, bear maced, this guy. And I was like, I dodged out of the bear mace. It's from like 10 feet away,
Starting point is 01:07:16 bro. And so this will, this will be out by them. But we're in like the, every time I do one of those videos. Hey, he bear maced you? Yeah, I'll give you the whole, no, this other contestant. Is that allowed? No, it's not allowed. I took him to the back room. I was like, yeah, we need to pat Charleston down right now. And then he put him down and he had pepper spray, bear mace, brass knuckles. Why? I don't know, bro, but I was like, yo, we need to pat him down before he gets here. Oh my God. Is that another person okay? It was fucking insane, bro. It was like, so they were like going at it beefing and then Saleem's fighting this guy. He's a big dude too, the dude that they fought.
Starting point is 01:07:57 Then he gets up and he's like coming towards Charleston. And I was just like, yeah, bro, like just relax. Because you can't really tell what's actually happening
Starting point is 01:08:05 and like if it's a, if they're actually pissed or if they're doing it for the content, right? Yeah. But then Charleston pulls out this bear maze. I fucking told you to stay away and just, dude, it was like 15 feet.
Starting point is 01:08:16 Like, yeah, the most range I've ever seen on this thing. Well, that's how bear me is. And this guy's like, this is insane. Yeah,
Starting point is 01:08:23 it was really, you up too. Is that dude going to, like, sue you guys or something? I have nothing to do with any of that. Yeah. Bro, it is so crazy that things really can escalate on these shows and get really real and crazy because it's like, you're being filmed. Like, it's, I don't know, but it gets really real.
Starting point is 01:08:39 Yeah, so. This is crazy. I kind of just take those as, like, a joke. Like, just to have fun and, like, make it comedy. And just play a character. Like, because you can act however you want on there. Like, you can go, lover boy route. You can be an asshole.
Starting point is 01:08:51 Like, you can do whatever. Yeah, I get it. But it does get a little crazy. moments where you were just like what like I would have loved to see you in there but I don't think that's kind of your oh that's I wanted us to do that video like a year ago I actually told him like a year ago because I knew once we we saw success with the bachelor like people love that like kind of dating and drama like it's just proven success that's like the biggest thing on the internet right now yeah it's just always been that way it just took us like everything's timing you know so it took us
Starting point is 01:09:22 a little while to get it going and then actually do it. I wish we would have done it a little earlier. Were they going to get sued for using the name? That's why they switched it. Yeah, I think so. Which makes... What did they switch it to? I think just Nelke Island.
Starting point is 01:09:35 Oh. Yeah, it was Nelke's Love Island or something like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We did The Bachelor. Like, when I did The Bachelor, we did the same thing and didn't have any problems with it. Like that, bro, like, that kind of content is so hard to do. I don't think people, like, really realize that. Like, I just showed up and they're like,
Starting point is 01:09:52 you have to talk to 27 girls back to back to back to back. So we'll film for like, that's like three hours. Yeah. Like it's just a lot. And like, yeah. The Love Island stuff like dude, you go into a back room like this and there's 15 TVs like four people sitting there. It's just a lot of production. But it's cool because like they're,
Starting point is 01:10:13 there's Kyle's cool about it. Like I can act however I want. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. I don't have to like fake that I'm in love with some chick. But that's the other thing is it's, you're not gonna cast, like, you can't cast, like, classy, like, girls that, like, are actually looking for love, right? Yeah. And what? And, in, or the real Love Island?
Starting point is 01:10:34 I think probably, you know. I think a lot of things on Love Island, like, a lot of people, there's people who are still dating, like, for years from that show. No, I know that. I'm just saying, I think, like, The Bachelor is probably, like, that, like, chivalrous, like, old school, like, gentlemen. Yeah, yeah. Where you're going to get, like, a, probably the most classy girls in the,
Starting point is 01:10:50 the producers will add in a couple like villains i guess whatever um but like that's a video like you doing a bachelor would be hilarious brad you doing it you would never do that would be hilarious yeah we do we do we do we do we have a few concepts like that too we want to do yeah i'm surprised you haven't done uh like a dating thing like that yet considering the whole like sort of character there's definitely some stuff we have like written down that we want to do steamy what was your perspective on the whole steven elf beef uh because you've been around the whole thing to be honest i just don't care It doesn't really, like, it's just stupid stuff that doesn't affect anybody.
Starting point is 01:11:23 Steve's doing fine, so was Kyle. It's like, what's the point of even, like, I think they realize that too after. It's like, what are we even talking about? Yeah, I think the sad part is... You're talking about shit from seven years ago. I think, well, I think there's two sides of it. I think, one, it's like, yeah, what happened has happened. You guys are both doing great.
Starting point is 01:11:42 Go your separate ways. Let's not destroy what you've done in the past together. But then there's the other side of, like, I don't know, people work really hard. If someone feels that they're getting over, it probably is right to say something. Yeah. I mean, I think it's like, I think it falls down on the whole happy dad thing. What, what's up with that? I think, you know, people putting, like you said, put effort into something over time and
Starting point is 01:12:07 then having nothing for it and nothing to show for it. I think that's the real resentment piece there for Steve. Wow. Well, I think everyone's just kind of waiting for the exit. Yeah, I feel like nothing's really going to happen until it sells for my understanding. when i was there i don't know yeah and it's like it should exit at some point and then everyone makes money and then it all pays off like that's just there's also no guarantee when you do something like that that it's going to be successful one and two that it's going to sell right yeah i guess
Starting point is 01:12:36 i guess steve should have just in the beginning he should have gave himself a salary or some sort of like use of the funds because is that the only issue he has i mean if i look at it i mean there's no doubt that people have probably been collecting salaries and probably spending money on and happy dad's expenses for themselves or for their own doings. And Steve's, I know Steve's spent none on himself. He's gotten nothing from it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:59 So it's just kind of like, yeah, I guess that's, you know, yeah, we're waiting for the, you know, the sell at the end of the day,
Starting point is 01:13:06 but how people finance their lives throughout sense. And then one person who's a major contributor to like the success of that thing has gotten nothing for it. It's just, I think that's more of the point of contention. Yeah, I don't understand it all. And I saw it,
Starting point is 01:13:18 but I mean, who knows what's, I just, yeah, it's like over, but... I just know, you know... I'm not involved in Happy Dead like that, so... Yeah. I don't even know how... I don't even know.
Starting point is 01:13:26 But I do know. I'm always going to have Steve's back. Yeah, that's a fact. I'm team Steve, just to the end, bro. He's done so much for me and stood up for me with a lot of things. I just wish I wish that whole thing could have went differently. Like, I wish the whole, like, we could have continued. It just didn't...
Starting point is 01:13:43 I think everything comes down. If people are going to stay together or groups are going to stay together. It's very rare a group stays together. together as long as you have to be real friends bro you actually have to be friends and there has to be love and another thing it's kind of like in a relationship with with a girl it's like commitment and respect to each other there's no respect between people things aren't going to last yeah same with roommates it's like having roommates it's like there has to be respect and commitment things also have to go both ways yeah that's the other tricky part like at this point when you do
Starting point is 01:14:15 something both people want to benefit equally so even when I look at it like Steve last time I did a video with him he bought me a Rolls Royce and I was just like dude I don't want to do this you know what I'm saying? He bought you a Rolls Royce? Yeah and he was like if you stay here
Starting point is 01:14:34 for a week you can have it and it just like felt kind of I was just like bro like just be my boy like we'll just so you didn't stay for the week no. Damn I was that's so different I just would not expect that of you
Starting point is 01:14:46 No I get that completely like I figured now it's like dude like, I don't want to owe you anything. Like, this is really nice. It's too much. I know. I don't want to owe you anything. And I don't know if that was his intention.
Starting point is 01:14:56 But I was just like, bro, like, just hit me up and we could talk about ideas and whatever. You don't have to buy me a car, bro. Like, I'll help you when you need it. And it just felt, I don't know, something about like, it was also my dream car. I thought you would have thugged it out. Well, it was also kind of like, dude, I want to be able to buy it myself. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, I get it.
Starting point is 01:15:16 No, I've told Steve that a bunch of times, too. like when we were filming together, I was like, dude, no gifts. I would like text him before and no gifts this video. Let's just like, shoot the video and have fun. I don't want, I don't want. I want him to either put that to his business and, you know, you just want to be bros with your bros. Like, you know.
Starting point is 01:15:32 Yeah, exactly. It's awesome because I know it comes from a place of like, he looks at me or you or like he wants to take care of you and make sure you're happy and all that comes from. But like, yeah, just it is more fun and just like not feel it. Not gonna lie, I took the Bronco. You know? I mean,
Starting point is 01:15:50 I mean, Steve's giving me things in times where I just needed it. And like, I feel like, didn't he give you a car? He gave me a Mustang. Yeah, I gave me a sprinter.
Starting point is 01:15:58 I wonder how many, you still have a sprinter? Yeah, it's in, it's in my, what about your Lambo? Yeah, that's there too. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:16:04 What model is that? I didn't even know you had a, Lambo. Yeah. Shout out A, YuVacca Seltzer. Best Seltzer in the game. Just took over Florida,
Starting point is 01:16:12 went number one selling in Florida. They really only is Florida right now, but they went harder. Hurricane. I got to buy, you know, I have to buy Felipe a GTR.
Starting point is 01:16:22 Why? Because I told him when Amigos blows up, I got to buy them in GTR. How much do those go for? Is that Nissan GTR, right? Yeah, I think like 120, 150,
Starting point is 01:16:32 it's not bad. Those things are pretty sick. Get them. Let's go. That's gonna be awesome. Yeah, I'm gonna do that for sure. Dude, you can document a whole video of that, too.
Starting point is 01:16:40 That'd be fun. Yeah. It's a brand new. It's got 80,000 on the desk. We can wipe that. We can wipe that. We can wipe that. Well, those cars are hard to
Starting point is 01:16:47 to find brand new. You can't find that brand new. You have to find it with a few thousand. Wow. They don't make them bitches anymore. That's sick. What? That was one thing I just never understood. Like I'll never, I don't care to spend money on a bunch of cars. Yeah, I've never, I mean, look at me. You know, I've never been that way. Yeah. I never bought anything. If Stephen didn't get me the Bronco, I still be dropping the same Raptor that I had since 2017. Yeah. The Raptor's just so iconic. Yeah, I just, I also just don't give them. Yeah, I don't know. Expensive at all, like zero. Yeah, I've never bought any. But you, I feel like you do because you like, You buy like, oh no, I guess you rent expensive-ass houses and shit.
Starting point is 01:17:21 I think you went through a phase. That's really stupid. Oh, your house is so absurd. It's the dumbest thing ever, bro. Like, I like, dude, that's the one thing I'll spend. I think it's fair. But why don't just put a down payment on a house and own a house? I don't understand it.
Starting point is 01:17:34 Because I don't want to have that money tied up for in case I need it. So you'd rather spend 20, 30K a month on a house. You could probably buy a house somewhere and put like 10K on a wage. Also, the houses in California, you've got to be in the right spot too. Like, there's a lot that goes into it. As far as what? Mike Mayleck, I think, used to deal with, like, a lot of break-ins. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:17:52 And shit like that. And it's also, it's hard to, I like to just move around. I think it's fun. So you're not ready to commit to a house. Not yet. Like, I don't need it yet. I got my boys that are going to come with me. And then it's like, I'll live for a year here, see if I like it.
Starting point is 01:18:06 If I like it, then I'll extend. Where do you think you'll end up at? Cali. California is the best place. I love it here. There's a few things, obviously, I don't agree with that. suck, but it's so beautiful. There's so much opportunity.
Starting point is 01:18:20 Everyone's a hustler. Like in these other major, like Miami, I look at Miami and it's just like dark. Yeah, I get that. Like people, I think a lot of dudes, you'll see like, oh, just moved to Miami. Just got a penthouse in Miami. Then they're like,
Starting point is 01:18:35 crypto guys, whatever course guys, like that. Yeah. Like here, it's kind of like got that old school. Like you'll be around, go get lunch. And like, there's those guys that are like hustling. their nine to five's like whatever trying to like do it that kind of way yeah i think i think any city's and every creator's here too i think any city is what you make of it and the people you surround yourself with but um i do think this city's really special because you have
Starting point is 01:19:00 so many people that are coming here to like chase some dream or try to do something and like everyone's kind of in that together i feel like it's like one of maybe a few cities that are like that where there's some but it's also achievable here yeah if you really hustle and you really figured out here, you'll be able to, like, get yourself in positions to get that success you want. And I want to counter a lot of, like, you know, there's so many conversations to people like, be, I hate L.A. I hate the people there,
Starting point is 01:19:24 blah, blah, blah. You know, sometimes you're in that conversation, you want to agree with them, but I kind of just take a step back and be like, I really love the city. Yeah, me too. I love it. There are definitely bad people to watch out for, but I think any cities like that. But I really think it's who you surround
Starting point is 01:19:40 yourself with, but I don't know, the city's giving me a lot of met some great people, and 100% yeah yeah yeah I mean you built everything from this city yeah yeah and I love attention to like the mayor race with Spencer pratt I saw a little bit of stuff like that yeah yeah I'd like be tapped in nah it's pretty it's pretty cool his campaign he has all these like AI videos now it's like interesting to see like the new wave of campaigning and like getting exposure for yourself and he's he's crushing his story is pretty cool yeah what is it so his house burnt down in the well he used to do reality TV, but then his house burnt down in the, uh, Palisades.
Starting point is 01:20:14 And now he lives in a mobile home. And he, like, shows it. He's fully transparent about it. And, uh, he's like a guy that's, like, I don't think he has any. I don't know what his political background in it is. I don't think there is any. But he's just like a native LA guy that, like, actually loves this city. But he was still rich. I mean, if he lived in the palisades, he was rich. So he did something previously. We made a lot of money. He was on reality TV. He got to do more than that to live in the palace. I'm not really sure but I mean like Arnold Schwarzenegger was the governor too so it's like yeah just because they're successful or whatever it doesn't mean that thing yeah anything can happen
Starting point is 01:20:52 in the city what else you guys got plan for today I have a doctor's appointment in five minutes oh really yeah yeah you got to get out here yeah I got to go too all right thank you for having us bro so no brad dude I haven't done a podcast in a year and made like a year it's awesome to be always fun chauvin it up yeah yeah yeah yeah I appreciate you boys yeah I enjoy this you guys like genuine friends so thank you guys we should do another one of these soon we go we'll have let's do the Joshua trip yeah I'm down
Starting point is 01:21:18 maybe we can stream the beginning of it before the shroomies kick in yeah I don't want to be on mushrooms no I don't they kick in later they want to get edible right yeah like 45 I don't even want to like looking at your phone even on that is weird no I don't know if I can do it someone's got to tweak out and it'll be it's gonna be you
Starting point is 01:21:34 yeah just come back shirt's ripped we gotta get out of here bro I did shrooms one time I don't know if I want to do it with you, dude. I did shrooms one time with TjR, first time ever doing shrooms. And at the end, it was a great experience, but I was tweaking so hard. In Miami? Yeah, we took shrooms, and he took me to space at like four in the morning. On mushrooms, bro?
Starting point is 01:21:54 Dude, first time ever. And I was like, we're standing in line. And I'm just like, I'm like, you. I'm looking around. I'm like tweaking. I'm like, I told him, I think I have to leave. I can't just need to leave. I can't do this.
Starting point is 01:22:05 And my stomach's feeling crazy and starting to go to my head. And did you go in? Yeah, we went in. It's like zombie land in there. And everything was fine. Oh. Yeah, I go in there and Johnny Mansell's somehow there at four in the morning, five a.m. It's like, dude.
Starting point is 01:22:21 We start just, we start taking shots and... You were mixing shrooms and alcohol? You're not supposed to do that? No, hell no. That's like the worst. I've never done any drugs. I've never done coke. I don't know what I'm doing.
Starting point is 01:22:33 Like, I just tried it to, hey, just try this. Yeah. That's like a very intense... time to do it for your first time. Crazy intense, yeah. And then I didn't sleep for the whole rest of the next day, I think maybe because it keeps you up. I stayed up for 48 hours. Yeah, that makes sense.
Starting point is 01:22:50 How much you should take? Did you take chocolates or the real ones? It was chocolate, but I think I ate one chocolate and I was like, I think I could take a little more, and I took a little more. Yeah, you got, yeah. I can't believe you did that first time, space Miami. That's like the most hardcore situation. We got to do it with you.
Starting point is 01:23:06 You got to make it very spiritual. Yeah. We got to eat the real. like from the ground. Yeah, well, I get that. I'll get that. I don't think I can do this. I'm not,
Starting point is 01:23:14 I'm just gonna come and maybe. No, you can do it. I'll take a shot and smoke some weed and hang out. No, just a low amount. You just like, you slowly do it. I got you,
Starting point is 01:23:22 bro. What if I have a full on panic attack and freak out about my entire life and I'm a different person after? That's the point. And it'll be over in a few hours. That's the point. But I've heard people,
Starting point is 01:23:29 some people don't come back from these trips. No, not mushrooms aren't like that. Oh, yeah. Ayahuasca may be a little bit more like that, but mushrooms aren't like that. I don't know. I know some people that, like, they're changed.
Starting point is 01:23:40 They did, they've done some shrooms and they've changed people. Well, you were like that for a few days after ayahuasca. Yeah. You were very, like, zen, like, just happy to be there. And then reality kicked in next Monday. You know, like, it was everybody. No, I'm down for that, though. You have to do it with us.
Starting point is 01:23:57 It'll be a good bonding experience. We'll make sure it's the right crew, too. So no one will be there, like, that'll fuck up the vibe. Yeah, yeah, yeah, let's do that. Okay, except for me. Don't bring any random, like. No. No, no, randos.
Starting point is 01:24:07 Chicks that are gonna, like, freak me out. No, no, no, chicks allowed. Yeah, yeah. So they want, like, your gay phase clan. Or what was it, your gay, uh, Paul Duty clan, yeah. Your gay, quality club. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, I want, yeah, I want the pros like that.
Starting point is 01:24:17 Yep. That's how it'll be. Well, dude, when we're not, when we're, I've seen both of you guys crying and emotional. You've never seen me cry. What the fuck you're talking about? Maybe Brad. I've seen Brad, but you've never seen me cry.
Starting point is 01:24:28 Bro. What was I was I crying? Unless it was tears of joy, baby. No, there was a one time at Steve's place where I had to hold you for 20 minutes. You're bawling in my arms. Dude, all right. And I got to go. You guys act so hard body, man.
Starting point is 01:24:39 I love you guys. See you guys next Tuesday.
