Starting point is 00:00:11 Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of Raw Talk. Mommy Daddy Talk. Welcome back to another episode of Mommy Daddy Talk. I'm here with my co-host Bradley Moyer. How does it feel to not do podcast anymore? I feel like I've lost my voice. I'm kidding. Really?
Starting point is 00:00:25 Like you just lost a little bit of yourself? No, I do miss routinely. Sometimes I'll wake up and it's Tuesday and I'm like, oh, Brad and I used to film on Tuesday. I know. It's kind of sad. Yeah. I miss you. I miss you too.
Starting point is 00:00:35 You've been gone for like ever. Yeah, I have been gone. I saw the comments on the, you did. So after streamer universe. you did a podcast with Connor, Nick Narasina and Braden. And the comments are like, oh, Sarah. I left literally right after Streamer University for a family trip. Yeah, I feel like you've been gone, though, just in general.
Starting point is 00:00:55 Like you've been MIA. I've been here. I don't know, man. Only one call away. I don't know. No, I haven't been MIA. I've just been, I was traveling a little bit, like with my family, which was nice, but I'm back.
Starting point is 00:01:06 Do you ever get tired of this? Traveling with my family? Social media. Oh, I go through wave. Right now, no, I'm motivated. I've been posting like two long form videos on YouTube and it's hard. Two videos a week is hard. Bro, I know.
Starting point is 00:01:20 Trust me. Okay. Relatively hard compared to one is what I mean. Not compared to being a doctor. Yeah, not to get. Obviously not compared to other jobs. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, just like I feel like I run out of things to say.
Starting point is 00:01:33 Yeah, you just vlog. Yeah. Maybe that's why the pod was it's like, dude. It's where it becomes like redundant. Yeah. unless like you're doing things with your life unless you're doing things but am i doing things i don't know not really that's what i'm like that's what i'm so curious like i mean you're how many years in it now four four and some change yeah is it's just like a is this like a you're not gonna be like me and
Starting point is 00:01:55 do this for 15 years why is it so bad being you it's not bad you get to a point you're like kind of what you said what else are to talk about i mean you start getting like politics and shit but then that's a whole other can of worms it like you just but you have today who said it was it Nick or Connor outside the gym, they're like, Brad, I feel like you have wisdom. You do have a lot of wisdom, though. You have a lot of knowledge. I've said this before. I think you're one of the best podcasters.
Starting point is 00:02:19 But that's because I've just gone through so much life bullshit. Yeah, so you have a lot to talk about. You have some good advice to give to people. But you have advice to talk about. You've gone through relationship things. You've done stuff. Yeah, but I feel like your advice is so much more mature and worldly. What?
Starting point is 00:02:35 What about what makes it more worldly? I don't know, maybe existing for 20 years more than me. 20 years. Well, no, no, no, I'm not that fucking old. How was the whole streamer thing? Did it make you feel like you wanted to do more content or less? It made me pretty motivated to do more content only because these streamers, bro, it's so, they're so different. I think I was the only one at streamer University that didn't stream. You streamed twice. I sparked up twice. Yeah. But like for one time for like five hours and another time for two hours, people were on like 24-7. And that was my first time streaming in years.
Starting point is 00:03:08 How did you get into that? Because I don't, I didn't see a. submission. What do you mean? I didn't see you submit to get into it. I did. I didn't see that. How did you get into it? Well, I got in. That's what I'm saying. I'm like, how did you get into it? That's like, you know, like Brad's always streamed and he did a submission. Johnny, he even did like a, he spent like $10,000 did like a whole bit to like try to get in, didn't get in. Obviously like, you know, there's not everyone's going to get in, but you got in. And I saw it. I text you. I was like, you don't even stream, bro. Well, I YouTube did like Duke Dennis. Duke Dennis didn't stream either. Yeah, I get it.
Starting point is 00:03:43 YouTube did. I mean, I get it too because it's like you're just good in content. And obviously you still want content creators in and around that space. But like, I did a lot of content with people that like I probably wouldn't have done content. I mean, not wouldn't have, but like I did.
Starting point is 00:03:57 I streamed with like Rod Dog Moon, Connor a lot. Yeah. And he's like, he's a really nice guy. He seems like a wholesome. You guys look like family. It's pretty funny.
Starting point is 00:04:06 We look like, but he looks like he could literally pass. I think he loves you though. I don't think he loves. me. I don't know. No, we've established. Did you see the, did you see the clip of, who was it that said you just, there's Sarah for everyone? Did that, did that hurt your feelings a little bit? Well, because you saw the clip, I saw a clip and I was like, oh, Sarah's not going to like this. I didn't send it to you though. No, I saw it because she sent it to me and she was like,
Starting point is 00:04:29 hey, like this came off like kind of like this came off like wrong. Like I didn't mean it like that. And her and I are friends and we've streamed together. Bro, we streamed together and we're flirting like back and forth. So I don't know. It just, for me, the whole flirting thing, first of all, like, I mean, it's so innocent. Like, it means nothing. It means nothing to me. Like, it's, like, literally just banter. Yeah, I get it. For me. It's just funny because the audience for they, for sure, like, oh, Sarah and this person, Sarah and that person. But she, Valcbray sent it to me, and she apologized. And I was like, oh, like, you're good. At first I was like, like, damn, you kind of dragged it a little bit. Like, like, like, you. Like,
Starting point is 00:05:08 Like she could have just stopped it. Sarah was flirting with everyone. But like she. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I was like, wait, damn. When's this going to end? Yeah. But no, like, I don't.
Starting point is 00:05:19 Yeah, I get it. I mean, it's kind of like your content. You just talk with people. Yeah. People take it how they want to take it. Yeah. And it's so like my intent, my intent isn't like, oh, like I'm trying to like get with this person off camera.
Starting point is 00:05:34 Like, you know, I feel like you've seen it unravel. Like it's jokes. Yeah. I've known you for years now. I know who you are. The audience, though, I wonder what they really think. I think a lot of people, well, because what I'm saying is like I am straight, even though a lot of people, even though a lot of people don't seem to think so.
Starting point is 00:05:52 But like, I will flirt with women the same way I'm talking to a guy. Yeah, I get it. You know what I mean? Like the way I interact with like Sina or Yana was like the same way I was interacting with agent. If anything, I was way more flirty with like the girls than I was with the guys. Not helping the case. Not helping the case for sure.
Starting point is 00:06:08 Yeah, I get it. I mean, I understand the whole perspective Like why you're doing it and what you're doing But I'm still so curious, how did you get in? You didn't submit. I did. You didn't, though. I did.
Starting point is 00:06:21 I didn't see a single submission. You don't have to post your submission. Where'd you show up to audition? You didn't have to audition. But they had L.A. and Atlanta auditions. Yeah, they did, but you didn't go. So how did you get in? This is the mystery question.
Starting point is 00:06:36 By approval. I'm guessing of Kod. So you got like, I wonder how many people were just like chosen like that. Sounds like you were chosen. I wasn't chosen. But then how did you get in if you didn't submit anything? You didn't show up to an audition. Did you submit anything?
Starting point is 00:06:53 No, I wasn't chosen. I wasn't either. Hearing it all the chosen people chose. You were chosen, bro. This is rummed to you 3,000 years. Oh my God, stop. They're going to think that I'm Jewish. Don't say that.
Starting point is 00:07:11 It's funny, though. It is funny. I'm dead ass because I saw it. I was like, how can you finesse this? I didn't finesse anything. Bro, you finessed it.
Starting point is 00:07:20 You got in there, like, I saw your name pop up and I was like, what the fuck? Were you like, yeah, Sarah? Yeah,
Starting point is 00:07:27 I was like, that's sick, but I was like, she doesn't even, I don't even text me. You're like, what the fuck is this? But it was fun?
Starting point is 00:07:34 Yeah, it was fun. It was really fun. Did you like, it was probably, one of the coolest experiences I've had. Why? Just because there's a bunch of content creators?
Starting point is 00:07:44 And the aspect that like the production of it was so insane. Like he literally rented out of college campus. Like that's that the logistics. I didn't even want to think of how much it cost, how long it took to plan, like all of the back and stuff. That's, that's insane that they,
Starting point is 00:07:59 they had PCs in every room for everyone. Like that you could desktop stream. Yeah. You know, like even those little detail, like that's insane. Yeah. I think YouTube paid a back. that whole setup. Probably. That YouTube had a little studio, like a YouTube studio in the campus,
Starting point is 00:08:15 but yeah, it was a surreal experience. And it was cool because there was a lot of like small streamers, but then there was also like your top streamers. And then on top of that, there was people teaching classes during the days. Like Ludwig had a class, which I'd never seen any of Ludwig's content, but he is such a smart man. Yeah. And he had a lot of knowledge to give. Sina was obviously great. Agent had a great class. Would you learn? I asked the other boys as too. Would you guys actually learn?
Starting point is 00:08:43 I learned a lot about streaming. Like I learned that like sometimes all you need is like if me and you both wanted to stream like you just put in your ingest to their camera guy and like we could stream off your channel and my channel. But only with one camera guy. Like that's kind of cool. Yeah. But a lot of it, which was interesting, a lot of their classes revolved around like like streaming's great. But then you have to post it on YouTube, which I knew I knew the YouTube part of it pretty well. because yeah that's what you do that's what I that's like the main thing I do but also another thing
Starting point is 00:09:14 that I learned was like when I was streaming I was focused more on like the quantity that I was streaming rather than the quality and Ludwig made a great point was like you know if you're starting streaming it's good to like do it often but also make it more condensed but more like entertaining for the viewers streaming less then streaming less yeah but more entertainment I guess you know in the beginning so then when you grow that fan base they'll just watch you do desktop or they'll watch you do all these other things that might not be as exciting as the beginning. Some of the best advice that I saw. I think I even saw DDG talking about this. I don't know if he was at streamer. It was at stream university or not. I think it was somewhere else, but treating streaming
Starting point is 00:09:52 almost like you would treat a YouTube video, which is why like, I think he was talking to another streamer about like looking at the chat the whole time. Like let's say, for example, you're going to like film a YouTube video. You sort of have more of an intent of what you're going to film, what you're like, you know, whatever you're going to capture that day, like whatever activity or whatever the goal is. And it's more focused on doing that instead of like constantly being engaged with chat. Because in that video as far as like it going and ending up in another place, like YouTube for example would do a lot better when it's like recut and reedited somewhere else.
Starting point is 00:10:21 Rather than like. Yeah. You know, like I would always give neon shit because like he would just like constantly look at the chat. I think he still kind of does. This is just how he streams. Yeah. But learning how to like set up the sort of storyline actually doing something specific instead of just like sparking up and just talking about random stuff and what the chat says.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Although I think there's also a benefit there too. Yeah. Balance of both of it might be nice. Yeah. I just think like it's just the hardest thing ever is streaming. And I've done content forever. Streaming is hard. Streaming's really hard.
Starting point is 00:10:51 Like that made me like respect the streamers way more because it's like you're on for like hours and hours on on like for a YouTube video like I can cut out whatever I don't want to be published. Like whatever you say while you're streaming, it's out there. Or whatever you do or whatever. you don't do or don't say, you know, like that initial reaction or whatever happened is out there. Yeah, 100%. And then you can't control like other variables, right? If other people come in and say something that like you might not want published on your channel,
Starting point is 00:11:19 it's already out there because it's live streamed. But in a YouTube video, if someone comes in and says something that I'm like, oh, I didn't like that that was said, I can cut it out and it could never go on the internet. Yeah. So do you, are you going to try to do more streaming or? I've thought about it. I think I'd like to just go on other people's streams. Like I'd be like whenever people ask me,
Starting point is 00:11:40 I wasn't doing it for a while, but if other people asked me to go on the stream, like I think I'm way more likely to go on their stream rather than stream on my own. Yeah. Just to get the clips and shit. All right, guys, quickly to words from the podcast,
Starting point is 00:11:50 quince.com, listen, I swear to God, I'm going to update this because this has been here now. I feel like for I don't even know how long. Definitely more than the year. It needs to be updated. But Quince has apparel. They have of decor.
Starting point is 00:12:01 They have stuff for your house, apartment, whatever, they got sofas, couches. They actually sent me a really nice blanket. That's kind of weird me saying that. Me saying specifically, they send me a nice blanket, but it's a super thick blanket. It's actually really warm. I put it in my van. I've actually taken it on a trip with me camping.
Starting point is 00:12:16 It kept me warm. And also, maybe I felt a little like, I felt a little fancy. But if you guys are looking for some new stuff in your life and you need to like deck out either a room or a podcast studio or just, you know, change your decor up in your house, make it, you know, feel a little newer, brighter or whatever. Go to quince.com slash raw talk. And basically what they're going to give you right now is free shipping for anything. So literally free shipping, even if you order like a big heavy couch, which is normally like
Starting point is 00:12:37 the same cost in shipping for a lot of places. Also, the cool thing about Quince is that they have free return for up to a year. So like if you have the couch or you have something, the piece, whatever, you know, draves, whatever it is. And for any reason you get it and you have it and say you just don't like it, you can just send it back and get a return. So give them a shot, easy way to find like pretty much everything you need. The website's super sexy.
Starting point is 00:13:00 It's a nice website. seamless, smooth. Go check it out, Quince.com slash Rod Talk to get free shipping plus free return for up two years. So I love you guys
Starting point is 00:13:07 back in this podcast. Yeah. What do you think you really most of your content is just like Instagram? Like do you focus on the most? I think YouTube I focus on the most. Like I care about YouTube the most.
Starting point is 00:13:18 Yeah. Which the numbers like go like this. YouTube is so like. Oh yeah. So then when it's doing like when it's going down it's like hard to care but that's when you need to care most is like when it's going down.
Starting point is 00:13:28 So then you can. Yeah. How have you balance that? Just trying to put out content that I like personally. I've been doing a lot of solo stuff. Yeah. Which I've liked or like when I went to Europe with my family, I've logged it. Oh, you've logged that whole thing?
Starting point is 00:13:42 Not the whole thing, but like I've logged maybe like I had like an hour and a half, two hours of footage. Yeah, I see. For like 10 days. You know, like I didn't vlog every day of it. But I've logged like here and there. Yeah, I was always my worst thing was like anytime I would travel, I was just like only think about content no matter what I was traveling for. Yeah. this time like when I was traveling which usually like I think I've a so there's this whole thing let me
Starting point is 00:14:05 tell you about this because you wouldn't end up on the side of TikTok there's this whole thing right now in the like female space on TikTok that like girls are like under eating to like look a certain way or like they're like which granted they are like fitness girls but they're getting like um judged for like body checking the fuck is body checking I don't really even know exactly but I think it's like when you post put the camera up and you just like show your body or like It sounds like the content gross made forever. Yeah. I don't I don't know.
Starting point is 00:14:36 But like I like girls are like on the internet getting flamed for like oh you're saying like fuel your body but then like all you're eating is like rice cakes. Which like there's both I see both sides to it. Like I wrote me doing fitness content for the past four years and like caring about my diet to some extent. I don't I have not one spot rice cakes. Yeah. I mean, I used to see rice cakes when I was competing. Competing, yeah. But wait, what's the issue?
Starting point is 00:15:02 Just people are mad that people are. Well, it's on the girl. It's on the girl side of the internet. Girls are mad at other girls for promoting this type of like under eating. So it's completely irrational is what you're saying. If it's on the girl's side. Completely irrational thoughts and thinking. Just like shame and guilt sounds like.
Starting point is 00:15:20 Maybe a little bit of jealousy. Which women tend to. And so girls are just saying like you should be eating more or what? Not me per se. Oh, bro, I'd be eaten. I know you. I just have great genetics. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:31 Well, you also. You saw me scarf down that burrito. We were having a three minute conversation and I could see you look at me like devouring the brito but also trying to contain eye contact while we're talking. Yeah. You can crush that goddamn. No, I eat. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:44 Yeah. Well, you used to be a, you used to have like legit issues with your body. Yeah. Severe eating disorder. Seriously skinny person. But my eating disorder wasn't like, oh, I wanted to look skinny. so I wouldn't eat. My,
Starting point is 00:15:57 I hated that I was skinny. My thing was like, I was sad so I wouldn't eat. Well, that's where eating is always come from. But no, no, no, no, no, no. A lot of girls want to look a certain way so then they're eating disorder develops. Right?
Starting point is 00:16:13 Like you want to look skinny, so then you start under eating. My thing was like, I lost like 30, 40 pounds, never to look skinny. Like I hated the fact that I was skinny. That's why I would have started working out and like eating more. Was that like I would cover
Starting point is 00:16:25 my body and like baggy clothes. I mean, I still kind of do sometimes, but because I hated the fact that I was skinny. I see. My like eating disorder came from like, oh, I was sad and like mentally I wasn't like doing well clearly. So then I just like unintentionally was eating less just because I was like sad. And like for me like when I'm sad, I just don't eat. Yeah. For some people like that's all they do is eat. Right. This is just a form of getting like dopamine. So you're like you feel better about whatever it is you're dealing with. Yeah. But that's,
Starting point is 00:16:57 that's, I mean, so like it was never to look a certain way because I hated the fact that I was skinny. Like I was embarrassed by it. I hated it. Like, I hated me at 100 pounds.
Starting point is 00:17:07 I mean, this isn't like to shame anyone that weighs 100 pounds. Me personally, I should have never weighed 100 pounds. Right. Like I'm 5'5 and I have like more of a, um,
Starting point is 00:17:17 athletic build. Like I'm not meant to be super skinny. Yeah, a little more muscular. I'm a little, yeah, I'm a little, nothing wrong with that.
Starting point is 00:17:23 A little meaty. You don't get a hell of yourself. Not that fucking, but, but yeah, I think a lot of women deal with eating issues for sure. They deal with it because there's something else that there's like they're not dealing with. But I think now even more so, especially doing social media, you see other girls on social media and that might affect your relationship with food because you see someone else and you want to look like them. But then at the end of the day, you will never look like them because they have a totally different like genetic. Set up. Set up than you do. Like for me, like I'm blessed in the aspect that like I don't really hold fat in my like
Starting point is 00:17:59 front of my stomach. Like I'll hold it like maybe in my lower back in the like backside or like my legs but not in flattering places on my legs like doesn't go to the glutes. I can tell you that skips that distribution skips my glutes for some way. Like your thighs? Thighs inner thighs maybe like lower back. But I'm saying I'm blessed with really cut it off cut off the fat like with a knife. Like with a knife?
Starting point is 00:18:23 Yeah. There was this, oh, this is so, you didn't see the video of Perez Hilton cutting himself? This happened last night,
Starting point is 00:18:30 didn't it? Like two nights ago, yeah. No, but I saw Trisha Paitis talking about it. Yeah, just looked, he was on like TikTok live, like,
Starting point is 00:18:37 it looked like he was with a butter knife, looked like he was cutting himself. I don't know if it was actually cutting himself. It was just like, but it looked pretty convincing. I guess he got, you know, admitted to like a hospital,
Starting point is 00:18:48 his family was police for there and all the shit. Insane. Because it's funny, because that used to be the guy who would like, one of the original commentators of like celebrity culture, like sort of like even before TMZ really, like on social media. I hope he's getting like help for that.
Starting point is 00:19:02 Yeah, I don't know. So you've never thought, try to just like cut it off on the phone? No, I haven't personally. No. I don't think that works, by the way. Yeah, I'm also not condoning people doing that. No, you can't DIY lipo. Yeah, I don't think that works.
Starting point is 00:19:15 Uh-uh. Not, no. Stick to crafts. Sick to what? Crafts. Like DIY and crafts. Not lipo. Never mind.
Starting point is 00:19:22 Oh, doing like, like clay. Play, yeah, or like painting. Painting. Or like some type of. Find a different outlet. Yeah. That's not like self-destructive. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:19:31 Do you do anything that's self-destructive now? Oh my gosh. Do you see my lip? Yes. What's wrong? What's going on? Do you see the middle part? You pick it.
Starting point is 00:19:38 I used to do that, bro. I used to pick my cuticles too really bad. Okay, so some people pick their fingernails. Like, you know, like when they get anxious or whatever. I used to do that. Like if I'm thinking about like things I need. to do or whatever. I put my thumb in my middle finger together and I start picking at my lips.
Starting point is 00:20:00 Why don't you just stop? Because it's the same thing as like biting your fingernails. It's one of those habits that's like hard to. What are you anxious about? What are you nervous about? I'm not anxious or nervous about anything. It's when I'm like in deep thought. Like last night I was doing it clearly because you can see it on my freaking lips.
Starting point is 00:20:14 Can't see it. But I get it. I was thinking about today and like trying to plan like the things accordingly. because I had like a day from like 8 a.m. to like 8 p.m. Yeah, where were you before the gym? I don't want to talk about it. Okay. I do not want to talk about where I was before the gym.
Starting point is 00:20:30 But I was trying to plan out my day of like the things I need to do. And I just started picking my lips. Oh, you know that trend? It's like not proud of it, man enough to say it. No. You don't know that trend? I don't really be on the internet like that. I think what's is it?
Starting point is 00:20:45 You know, big John golfs? Yeah, I've seen him. I've seen him in some stuff. Okay. So he did this thing. I think he started it. I don't know. But he's like, not proud of it, man enough to say it. And then you say something. So go ahead. Like something you're not proud of, but like you're willing to admit. Not proud of man. Sambald. No, we know. I know.
Starting point is 00:21:03 That's a true statement though. No, like your thing like could have been like not proud of it, man enough to say it. Like I rather have like big muscles than hair. Because you abuse. No. I didn't abuse. I've seen your brother. Your brother has a... He's balding, motherfucker.
Starting point is 00:21:20 Your brother has luscious locks. Yeah, but he's balding too. I was balding before I ever took steroids. I've explained that. I swear I have. I'm serious. I was balding before I took stuff. I believe you.
Starting point is 00:21:32 Genetically, I was just cooked at a young age. Have you started taking GHKCU? Yes. How long have you been taking it? Maybe the last two years. What? Yeah. Topically or injections?
Starting point is 00:21:44 Both. For two years? Topically for the last. Six months, uh, injections for the last. You think it helped? I don't know. The hair, I don't know, specific. I mean, once it's gone, it's gone.
Starting point is 00:21:54 You know how that's how it works. Yeah. Like you can't really do much about that. I think yours fine. That's very sweet. Especially like, but it's one of those things that it's, um, you feel like, not saying you feel insecure about it, but it's something that like you personally have an issue with that like whoever tells you like, oh, you look fine without a hat.
Starting point is 00:22:14 Oh, it's totally insecurity. Yeah. It is. that's what it is that's what it came from at this point too it's also become like uh the hat for example i always wear a hat it's also like just kind of like it's a staple it's a bradley martin staple yeah it's kind of like did you see stable ronando for no they're enacting it at streamer university again 98% accuracy again i'll find the clip it was so funny bro yeah we did i remember it's been i think it's been like three years now because like the first year i remember he did
Starting point is 00:22:44 like an anniversary thing you posted about it it's It's so funny how just became a thing, man. It was a huge thing. Yeah, because, yeah, I remember I lost some sponsors because of it. So funny, dude. But that was like a bullshit excuse, likely. They just wanted out just for whatever reason. I think they were going broke.
Starting point is 00:22:59 But that's a whole other story. We're slapping Ron, pulling nails back. But that ended up being like such, like, you guys are both, like, cool. No, I love him. Yeah. No, he's great. He called me many times. He actually made me the other day about, like, actually trying to lose weight,
Starting point is 00:23:12 even though he says he's going to try to lose weight, like, every six months. He never does. You know what's interesting about Ron is like with a shirt on, he doesn't look like he's skinny fat. Exactly. So bad. But a lot of those game, a lot of the gamers have that build. I think he's trying to get out of it. Or streamers, a lot of streamers have that.
Starting point is 00:23:29 Skinny fat. But that's, I think a lot of people have that build. Let me also. Some of the most common builds. Skinny fat? Absolutely. Might be. But let me also say like going back to the thing on the internet about the girls and stuff,
Starting point is 00:23:43 it's so much easier if you're like literally your full-time job. is like if your full-time job is making fitness content, like you have no excuse at that point. For what? To be fat? Yeah. Yeah. What I'm saying is like Ron, Ron.
Starting point is 00:23:56 Yeah. Literally, Ron literally streams like eight to ten hours a day. Like that's his full-time job. It's sitting at a desk or, you know, doing something else. So it makes it way harder to then allocate two hours to go to the gym. Same thing. Bro. No, I know.
Starting point is 00:24:13 I know. My mom goes to the gym and she has a nine to five. But I think if I had a nine to five, like it'd be so hard for me to train. Yeah, I get it. Because then you work nine to five. And then, okay, so you either have to go to bed early and train super early in the morning or you then have to stick around from five to seven, go work out. And then you're only left with a few hours at night until you go to sleep and do the same thing the next day.
Starting point is 00:24:37 Like I have, and you have, you and I both and a lot of other fitness creators or creators in general have the freedom to like make your own schedule. for sure so like you can allocate two hours whenever or an hour whenever yeah but so can the streamers they can do it yeah it's before they start streaming they can be like i'll work out for an hour no matter what yeah i've noticed streamers though have the worst sleep schedule yeah because like i guess it depends when you start your stream because like i know there's that that sort of demand yeah the peak hours and there's just a demand for like streaming for a long time yeah so you are right it does sort of become like a not necessarily nine to five but the time that you're required to stream is very high
Starting point is 00:25:14 So then they're like, I'm just going to go to bed after this and not do anything. Wait, so what did you say to Ron when he asked, how do I lose weight? First of all, I laughed for a little bit. Yeah. Because he showed me an AI picture of himself like with like super jacked. And he was like, what do you think, how long you think? And I just started laughing because I thought he was trolling me. Right.
Starting point is 00:25:31 But he was dead serious. And then I said it would probably take you to get that physique like realistically three years. Yeah. Because it was a very lean physique with like good amount of muscle mass. Yeah, he'd have to like, it's a whole process. Yeah, and so that's obviously a little disheartening to hear, but I mean, the thing I think I left with what I told him, and I've talked to him about this in person too, is like, you got to just make it something you really want to do. Yeah. Like it can't just be something you want to do because, like, you know, your audience is like, your fat, get in shape.
Starting point is 00:25:59 Right. It's got to be something you actually really want to do. It's going to be a complete lifestyle change. It is a complete life. And you got to change, you know, your schedule around to make it work if you can. Yeah. Otherwise, it's just not going to work. You're just going to keep, like, do it for a few months.
Starting point is 00:26:12 Like most of these streamers and content creators in general, I've helped people over the years. So many different people like lose weight and get in better shape. They do the same thing. They'll be like three weeks. They'll do it and then they'll stop for a month. And then three weeks. And people just do this in general. But if you really want to change, like, you know, you can't look at, okay, what's just the end result going to be?
Starting point is 00:26:31 You have to go, okay, am I actually doing something I enjoy and I really want to do or I'm just doing this because I feel like I have to and I need to. Yeah. And you have to find that. Some good advice I heard was like you don't have to start. training seven days a week. Like, do it something that's like somewhat enjoyable and it fits into your schedule at the beginning. You know, like maybe it's three or four times a week.
Starting point is 00:26:49 Like don't set high goals right off the rip. Like do it three, four times a week. And then maybe the next, like in next month, then five days a week. You know, like try to. I mean, that's even where I'm at right now. Like I haven't been as consistent with the gym as I have been like throughout my whole life. And then you get older.
Starting point is 00:27:04 It gets a little bit harder to be more consistent just with like other you're dealing with. But I do the same thing. Like, I'm like, okay, I want to be better. I know that I can be, I have been. So I have that benefit there. But it's more like, all right, I'll go to the gym and I'll make sure I give. I won't skip. You know, let's say, for example, I would have skipped legs.
Starting point is 00:27:20 Like I won't skip legs. I'll just do it. And then I, like you said, I used to train every single day no matter what without fail. And then that's turning to like, okay, for like, I don't know, six months of doing nothing. And then I got back. I'm like, okay, exactly what you said. I'm going to at least go this many days a week no matter what. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:37 And you slowly build on that. Yes. But people get caught up always in the end. result and they're never like, okay, it's not happening now. It's not happening fast, but that's just an overarching problem with like today's world. Yeah. You got to go slowly. Instant gratification. Yeah, instant postmates to get everything the way you want it, click the thing, get everything how you want it. It's just not how your body works. It's time for everything. Yeah. Starting point is 00:29:09 Let's get back on this podcast. podcast. But like you've gone through a few different phases. Like you were like, remember recently like you were like fatter and then you were skinnier again. Thank you. But now you're like leaner and like like like you might be in the best shit you've been in a while now. You think so? Yeah. At least looking at the pictures of the shit you're posting. Thank you. Is it like what's that from? Is it like? No, I haven't changed my training. Depression build. No, if I'm not depressed at all. Like this is honestly the happiest I've probably. Can you not tell? Am I not glowing? No, you've seen very happy. Yeah. I'm getting.
Starting point is 00:29:39 But I haven't really trained well, like the past month, which is like messed me up a little bit mentally. But I'm trying to like not let it. You see, that's itself as a disorder. Like, oh, I'm in Europe with my family. Why am I thinking about like what I'm eating? Why am I thinking about like my training? Like can I not just enjoy a week? Like nothing is going to get ruined in a week.
Starting point is 00:30:01 That's true. You know what I mean? Like that in itself is like I have a disorder or something's wrong with me. Maybe I'm obsessed or like I'm there's something wrong where I'm like. Sarah, like, you can have ice cream every day. Like, you're not, you know, like, I don't typically have ice cream. I can have ice cream every day for a week, like, while I'm on vacation with my family. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:30:21 So then, and then I mean, it's just because then I'm like, I didn't really even enjoy the ice cream because the whole time I'm thinking about, like, I shouldn't have had the ice cream. Like, I already had, like, the chocolate pastries. You know, like, it's just. You just got to be all in and say, yeah. But you were talking earlier, I mean, you had, like, the veins going, low key. Oh, really? like here in the chest and shit.
Starting point is 00:30:40 Thank you. Like, what's your weight? What's your body weight right now? Oh my God. Has no one told you that is so rude to ask a woman, 128? You're a gym girl. I weigh 128. You could ask gym girls that.
Starting point is 00:30:51 No, you can. You can ask any girl. Yeah. Dude. They worry about our heights. That's what I'm saying. But your height is something that's visible. So, so it not, wait, whoa, whoa.
Starting point is 00:31:04 So is a weight. But if she has a t-shirt on. But if she's like big, big, you'd be like, yeah. Big big, you'd be like, yeah, how much you weigh? Like, you know she's weighing. That's true. Because a tall, tall, like NBA guy, you're like, how tall are you? Yeah, you know they're tall. Yeah, you know they're tall.
Starting point is 00:31:17 You're going to ask. You're going to ask. You're right. Which is fat. I was never, I mean, I've been embarrassed about my weight when it was underweight. Yes. But like, who cares ask? Not important.
Starting point is 00:31:28 Not important. Does it really matter at the end of the day when you go put your freaking head on the pillow? Does it really matter that someone asks you your weight? No. If you don't like it, change it. What really matters? You wait. How fucking fat you are.
Starting point is 00:31:42 Are you fat? No, I've also realized. Exactly what we've been talking about. Yes. You're wait. I also realize, and this is a true, real true statement from my life and my past experiences that I would never hire a fat person. That's not true.
Starting point is 00:31:55 That is true now. I've learned the hard way. That you wouldn't? That I wouldn't. Why? Because I've hired people in the past that have severely let me down in cases in certain situations. And then I look back at certain identifiers. and they so happen to have something in common.
Starting point is 00:32:11 Bradley, looking back, skinny people have also let you down. That's true. That's actually true. Bradley, can I just say people have let you down? Yes, that's true. Skinny, fat, any race. Indian, Indian. But yes, any race, any race?
Starting point is 00:32:24 Any race has, like, what I'm saying is in the past four years that I've known you, there is not a common denominator. I'm trying hard to find them. You kidding. I've seen men, dude. I've seen women do it. I've seen every ethnicity race do it. I've seen every body type do it.
Starting point is 00:32:40 That's fair, yeah. I've seen visually impaired people. I've seen visually impaired people do it. Visually impaired? Well, the movies can't see. People that wear glasses do it. I've seen people that don't wear glasses do it. Okay.
Starting point is 00:32:52 I'm the problem then. I'm the problem. That's it, right? The common denominator between all the people you've hired is you. Well, isn't that? I mean, that is life. That is life. That's the weird thing.
Starting point is 00:33:05 We are just fucking mirrors to each other. Yeah. But you've learned something from every experience. Whether you want to admit it or not, every experience you've had, you've learned something from. For sure. Some more painful than others, but for sure. Yeah. I wonder what the point is.
Starting point is 00:33:21 The point of it is to then see what was wrong in that situation and try to not let it happen in your next situation. Next time, when you see the red flags, you don't allow it to come in as deep as it did the last time. Because last time you got scarred by it or hurt by it or burned by it, whatever. So the next time you see it and then you just take it for face value. You don't give it any benefit of the doubt. You doubt the benefit. Yes. Wait, I'm kind of kidding.
Starting point is 00:33:49 Bro, that was a bar. Holy shit. You don't give him the benefit of the doubt. You doubt the benefit. And then you're, because then you don't, you don't like get too close and you don't get f***ed up again. Yo,
Starting point is 00:34:01 that was actually one of the most insightful, profound things I think you've ever said. And you know where I got it from? Where? Bro, I've been on TikTok. No, I've been on TikTok. I guess I'm more on Instagram. Does that make me a boomer?
Starting point is 00:34:15 No, that, if you're on Facebook reels. No, I don't know. No, Instagram reels. But those are the same ones that are on Facebook. Sometimes Instagram algorithm hits way harder. I've been like on like, you know, like these like philosophical. Really? You ever see the things where it's like, Doches.
Starting point is 00:34:30 No, I only get racist reels. Oh yeah, me too. I get those two. I guess sometimes I have to like start being like not interested because it's like. I get it's too crazy. I get him towards any. I'm afraid I'm going to open my phone and someone's going to be. be like, what the f f f you watching, bro?
Starting point is 00:34:44 I've been getting like really cool. I'm trying to, like, no, that's a funny one. I have stupid. Oh, I've also got dogs driving cars all the time. I love the AI ones. I get cats. This kind of, this kind of. Oh.
Starting point is 00:34:57 Like hippie. Yeah, that's so tight. Like, who is this guy? Who voices this? Is that Denzel Washington? No. See, yeah, I've been getting that kind of shit on my reels. It's like actually so sick.
Starting point is 00:35:16 No, that's good. Makes you think a little bit. Dude, I need to get back to making YouTube content. You want us to just start vlogging. Uninspired. You are? Yeah. He's getting inspired.
Starting point is 00:35:26 What the fuck am I supposed to do? Bro, you have great people on every week. Do they not inspire you? It's not about what people that I have on and what they're doing. It's a personal thing. It is a personal thing. But sometimes it sparks when having conversation with others. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:40 That's true. It lights a little fire under your tail. It's just weird. I guess it's just the excuse I've been doing it for so long. Like it's like, I mean, look, you're getting old.
Starting point is 00:35:51 Like, if you're comfortable doing what you're doing right now and it's working for you, then it's working for you. Like, I think you're at that age where like discomfort is okay. Like usually they say discomfort's like, you know, if you're comfortable,
Starting point is 00:36:01 like it's not bad. Like you need to be uncomfortable to grow and all of these things. But like you've done so much for all of us. And the fitness. And the fitness. And the fitness. community that like you have a pass you don't need to keep doing it but we'd love to see you keep doing but a part of me feels like I need to then you need to yeah you need that part to just grow and
Starting point is 00:36:20 inspire the other part to do it what do you do when you feel stuck besides like lay in your bed with your cat when I feel stuck I think I've said this before too it just practice gratitude so like whenever like I've sensed myself going in a negative way I name three things I'm grateful for out loud. So like even if I'm in my car and I'm like just sitting in traffic and I feel like my mind is going somewhere like negative. Yeah. It doesn't even have to be that negative. Like I'm just like kind of spiraling downwards. I'll just like out loud be like three things I'm grateful for and not just be like oh like my mom and my cats and the fact that, uh, you know, I'm healthy. Like those are three things. Of course, I'm grateful for those three things every day. Something like a little
Starting point is 00:36:58 bit more, a little deeper, you know, that just makes you think. So right now go. Three things you're grateful for. Not like you're not bam, not your mom. I'm grateful for you. Thank you. I'm grateful for just the fact that I'm alive, to be honest, I made it as far. I'm pretty grateful for that. It's not getting so deep, but like I am grateful for all the hard that I've been through, for sure, like the difficult stuff, the hard relationships, the hard friendships, the hard
Starting point is 00:37:21 business. Because you've learned something from all of those experiences. Yeah. See? Yeah, that's good. It's a good thing. And like, look back now, okay? I'm sure there was a time when you were in one of those hard relationships or
Starting point is 00:37:34 hard business ventures or whatever. And you were like, I'm never going to get out of this mindset. I'm never going to get better. This is never going to be okay. And then time passes and then it's something you become grateful for because it taught you things, you know? For sure. But in the moment, like if someone's going through like something that seems like it's the end for them, like it's not the end. Like you'll look back and you'll be like, oh my God.
Starting point is 00:37:54 It sounds so cheesy, but you'll be like, oh, I'm so grateful that I went through that because now I have this new perspective and I won't let it happen again. And all, oh, all. Yeah. Everything's in hindsight. Everything's on hindsight. Like even like I got a message recently from someone on Instagram. Someone DM me and was like, I saw this video. I guess he must have saw one of old videos are clips of me talking about like losing my dad when I was young. Maybe a new one.
Starting point is 00:38:18 Maybe I was talking to Leana. Leanna about it. Or he saw an old clip. I'm not sure. But he literally messaged me. He was like, yo, I was thinking about taking my life. I saw this clip. I have, I think he said he had like a 12 year old and like a maybe an eight year old, like three kids.
Starting point is 00:38:35 and he said one of them was six because I was telling the story about how when I was six years or I lost my father and how it's affected me and he saw, he's like, I'd see how much it affected you. You made me realize like I could never put my child through that. Wow. Yeah, that was deep.
Starting point is 00:38:49 Super deep. Oh my God, they gave me like chills. Yeah. I sent that one to my mom. Oh, you're just so stupid. That's not stupid. Yeah, no. I sent that one to my mom.
Starting point is 00:39:02 But it's exactly what you're saying. It's like, it's, Everything that's terrible in our lives is always in hindsight, you look back. There's something good there. Yeah. Whether it's to learn for yourself or just to give to someone else. Yeah. And so it's interesting because I've had, I've probably had thousands of messages similar or
Starting point is 00:39:18 something like that over my course of like doing social media. And yeah, I think that's just, I think that is the point of life. Yeah. Like whether you're on social media, you're making content or not or if you're doing that in an individual way with someone in your life, like just one on one with someone being able to like have a reaction or interaction with someone that makes someone think just like, oh, you know what, this can be better. It doesn't have to be as deep as like losing a family member and like, you know, you explaining
Starting point is 00:39:44 it. Just getting someone to shift their focus from bad to good in some way. To even give them a new perspective of like it could be, yeah, 100%. Because we're so locked in on what's happening in our lives. And like you said, like when you're in it, it's like it feels terrible. It feels detrimental. There's that moment, whether it's six months a year. for me it was 20 years later because when I was six and 26 it started to hit 20 years later it made
Starting point is 00:40:10 sense and I was like damn this is this was a good thing it's weird to say this was a good thing that it happened to me now I can look at it as a good thing but then for 20 years in my life it felt terrible now it's starting to make sense so I guess it obviously depends what it is but yeah it is truly like it is truly a blessing like that's the I guess the biggest thing I'm grateful for that I was able to actually impact even just one person's life yeah of course And now obviously, you know, I guess a lot more. But it's weird. Like so then now I'm in this position where I'm like, well, now what?
Starting point is 00:40:44 Now what's really fulfilling me? You know, like seeing stuff like that still is really fulfilling and I still feel very grateful for it for everything I was able to go through to be able to even like be in that position to give someone any sort of light. But now like, I guess moving forward in my life, I'm like, what else is there? I guess like I don't know if I've been like depressed lately it's weird I don't think you've been I mean maybe you have I'm not trying to build a little but I think I think what you have next as your friend like from an outside perspective I think like building gyms is fulfilling for you
Starting point is 00:41:15 you know like building up space where bro like isn't that crazy like even for me and I had nothing to do with it I mean I was there on the grand opening day but like going to zoo and seeing like all of these people like all just making content in a space that like everyone's just collaborating like that's like you built that Yeah. Like that's life changing for some people. Like you see Brad Crout and they're streaming like training people while on stream. Like that was his like work today was like going to a gym that like you built. Yeah. It's cool. And then like. It's really cool. Like it's a whole ecosystem of people or the same people that do the calisthenics. You know that the girl that always does the calisthenics with that guy. Yeah. You know they're always doing like. Yeah. Nick was there. They're there every day. Like it's just a whole ecosystem of like people making content or just like work. working out, bettering themselves. Like you built that for them to do. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:05 The community. Yeah. That is cool. Like that, like on a deeper level, that probably like made people's days 10 times better because they got a workout in today. And it's something you built and like created for people to come in and like do.
Starting point is 00:42:19 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The gym, the gym definitely a definitely something that gives me a lot of purpose. But also it just comes with so many responsibilities. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:42:28 You're just like, man. I don't know. I just lately I've been like, man, am I doing the right thing? Like there's almost like, I feel like there's a whole side of me that just wants to like quit everything and just sell everything and go like live somewhere else. I just don't think you're there yet. I think you have more to do here. I think right now like it might feel as if like you're at zero, but you're going to ascend and things are going to get better. I know that for a fact.
Starting point is 00:42:58 Do I have to work on my sub maximilis? No, no looks max. But you are ascending. Ascending in the aspect of like you're going to feel better. I hope so, man. I hope so. Like I think I do, I do see it for you. But that's what I'm saying is I think you're stuck in this rut and you feel like maybe you feel ultimate doomed.
Starting point is 00:43:18 Maybe you feel doomed. Maybe you feel defeated. A little bit. Maybe you feel like there's no point in anything. Yeah. Yeah? Maybe I feel like, no, part of me feels that sometimes. But it's going to go up.
Starting point is 00:43:32 Something is going to, when you, that's, it comes when you least expect it. Something's going to like, whether it's going to motivate you, inspire you, you're going to meet someone. I don't know, I don't even mean romantically, but you're going to meet someone and it's going to just, it's all going to go up. The same way, like, you're influencing other people and, like, you're changing their lives, like a guy that sent you the DM. Like, you changed his life drastically, obviously. Someone's going to come in and change your life. Or some experience is going to change your life or something. I don't know. I feel like you, I feel like you're on your own, dude. I feel like everyone's on
Starting point is 00:44:05 their own. I mean, everyone is, to some extent, you're on your own. You always tell me, you're like, you die alone. Yeah. You do. You do, but like, because like even if someone, let's say for example, someone comes in and like is able to give that light to you and like help you ascend in this conversation for the sake, you have to be able to see it for what it is. Yes. And not see it shrouded in like, you are smart enough to see it though. You think you're not smart enough to see it. Well, there's a lot of other things I feel like I was, I should have been smarter to see that I didn't see. And I was like, dude. This is this is a full circle conversation, but you've learned from all of those past experiences to now make the right choices and see things
Starting point is 00:44:43 for face value. Yeah. You're being negative Nancy, which is fine. Like that's valid. You're allowed to be. But like in a month, you're going to look back and be like, oh my gosh, I was so sad in the months of like, whatever, the second third quarter of the year. The fourth quarter comes around. You're going to be like, wow, like I was so sad and look at me now. Like I'm so out of it. Like I'm so up. And also like another thing, you've also built so many people's careers. Like Chico's also, well, me first of all, Chico's like you have a great business with them. Yeah. Like that should literally like living vicariously through them. Like those are your children. Like to some extent. Yeah. They're my boys for sure. Like they are like literally they're also like your best friends, but they're like your children.
Starting point is 00:45:24 You know, like you taught us the game plan, the game plan or whatever. And now you're like, now you have a business with them. Like that's insane. That's sick. Yeah, it is. That's sick. And that's a whole new audience that like probably, you know, they didn't grow up watching Bradley Martin vlogs.
Starting point is 00:45:39 Some of them might have. Yeah. Because I had a large Hispanic following. But I'm saying like, um, like they have a lot of fans that are like 15, 16 years old. You know, like that haven't watched like OG Bradley Martin like out by the dumpster talking videos. Yeah. God, I missed those days, man. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:45:54 Maybe that's what I got to get back to. That was like kind of my thing. Yeah. Just like sometimes just like sitting and even if you don't feel comfortable to have a cameraman there, just talking out loud about your feelings is so helpful. Like just talk out loud and then just play it back yourself. I normally just talk to my dogs now. No cameras.
Starting point is 00:46:14 That's fine. Talk to your dogs. Just something to talk and then like I just mean cameras so then you can reflect upon it or have it for then when you don't feel like that to remind yourself that like it does get better. Yeah. What inspires you now? I think it is like the love like, like you said, if someone tells me like, oh, it motivated me to go work out or, you know, your video like, oh, this, the best comment is like, oh, this video like was able to distract me from like the bullshit I had going on. Yeah. You know, I'm like, that's so sick.
Starting point is 00:46:42 Because me even like if I'm trying to like distract myself, like I'll throw on a movie or I'll watch a movie with my mom or whatever so I don't have to think about like anything else. Like that's such a good feeling to then like you had to be that for someone else. Yeah, be that for, that's so sick. Yeah. You're going to be good. You're going to be so good. I'm excited for you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:01 You're going to be good. I want to say me too, but it's like, dude. No. There's a lot going on in my life right now. Yeah. Trying to navigate it all properly, you know. You will. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:11 Don't focus so much on navigating it properly. Just navigate it rather than avoid it. You know, if you just avoid it and like discard it and put it to the side and just don't navigate it at all, then that's also a bigger problem. You mean like if you don't sit with certain emotions, you don't sit with certain things and feel it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's a fact.
Starting point is 00:47:31 But also just like keeping yourself busy, keeping yourself busy and like just going out and doing things like you might come home from going out or like getting dinner with your friends or whatever it is. And it might be like, oh, wow, that was just a waste of time. I still feel. But like at least you were occupied for a few hours and like, you know, it just helps like going out and like doing things. And like talking to people. Yeah, for sure. It's like a good distraction to then be like, wow, I'm good. There's other things than like this business stuff or this or that.
Starting point is 00:48:05 Yeah. It's funny because I'm just such a loner. I just stay at home. I mean, yeah. And that's not a bad thing. But I mean, you are a loner, but you still have like friends. Yeah. Sure, you don't hang out with your friends every, like you don't hang out with your friends every day.
Starting point is 00:48:18 But I'm saying you have friends. Yeah. For sure. Like, or even if you don't want to go with people like, and take your dogs and leave your phone at home. Yeah, that's such a problem. Yeah. Scrolling. Scrolling.
Starting point is 00:48:29 It just takes the dogs, like, to the beach and go get, like, Aeroon or something. Go get mangoes from Arawan. A million-dollar mango. Starting point is 00:49:12 Did you see Drake's party? He had, like, a get-together of, like, strong women? No, I thought I just saw the whole Janus thing with a bunch of Janus. Oh, no. He had another thing this past week. Were you there? I wish. You think I'd be acting like this if I was there?
Starting point is 00:49:27 I'd be acting all brand new. You would not recognize me. I thought you would be like, yeah, I thought you'd be there, number one. Where was it? In L.A.? It was in Canada. It was for, I'm telling myself the reason I wasn't invited. It was like Canadian women.
Starting point is 00:49:42 It was for strong women. Strong but not physically. I'm physically strong, not mentally. I'm kidding. It wasn't like buff women. It was women empowerment. It was something like women. It was great.
Starting point is 00:49:57 What was this guy doing? I don't know. It was Drake and a bunch of hot like women around. He was giving out, apparently he gave out millions of dollars worth of cars. I saw this comment on TikTok. I was like, I swear Drake is the only straight man that loves women.
Starting point is 00:50:12 Yo, that's comedy. Dude, that's funny. So funny. He was giving out Birkins. You know what? Burkin is. Yeah, it's a $30,000 dollar bag or something. He's given out Burkins. He was
Starting point is 00:50:27 giving out money. He was given out G-wagon. Why? For what? Because he loves women. Because he's Drake. Yeah, he's just Drake and he's like... How many numbers do you think he got? Like you think Drake's... You think he just like... Yes. He's... Bro.
Starting point is 00:50:43 Yes. Yes. If Drake's slid your DMs, are you going on a date? He was like, yeah, I want to come on a date. I want to take you on a date. Yeah. Don't even fron. I want to, no, that's what I'm saying. I want to say, like, I would, I would have to see, like, I'd have to see what the date is. But no, I probably would.
Starting point is 00:51:00 I would. I would. And the entire time, I'd probably like, I literally love your music. I spend, I spend hours a day listening to your voice. It's valid, man. Like, and I've been doing that for, what, 13, 14 years now? Yeah. Every year. Like, I literally, you, I've probably listened to your voice more than I have my own mother.
Starting point is 00:51:21 Yeah, it's crazy. That's such a, what a crazy power that is. insane. Yeah. Like I think about you numerous times a day. And now you're going to ask me to go to dinner with you. Yeah. I feel like, sure. Dude, it's so funny to me because it is real. Like I've, I've had the best workouts ever to that fucking music. I've had the best cries to Drake. I've had the most peaks of happiness listening to Drake in the car. Like, he's been there for me. My low, he's been there for me more than most of my relationships. Like, he has. reassured me more than most men.
Starting point is 00:51:57 Like he has validated my feelings. It's so crazy. I sound like I'm glazing, but like literally like I, I, no, but people, I mean, but it sounds like you're glazing just because people love to hate on that. But I think I make sense why people would love to hate on that because it's like greatness.
Starting point is 00:52:12 Like if I could just shake his hand and be like, you changed my life. Yeah, he's so stupid. You changed my life. I feel it. I feel it coming. I think it will. You think it will?
Starting point is 00:52:27 Yeah, I think you'll meet him. I think the closest I was was one time I was leaving Super Bowl. Wait, I sound like a weirdo. Whatever. It's like I'm talking to like my best friend. I forget cameras. Honestly, you saw how much I fanned over Polo G inside your gym.
Starting point is 00:52:48 Yeah, I know. And I love Polo G. But Drake, I love Drake. Yeah, the music's not. Even Polo G, like, I was never going to like, you know, he's working out. He's doing his thing. And like me as like part gym owner, I own nothing of the gym. Me as like thinking I own part of the gym like go up to him.
Starting point is 00:53:07 So unprofessional. I did it. Geeked. Who's working out right there? I know. That makes sense though. I had to. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:16 Yeah. I've had like this like again, some of the craziest workouts. I mean, even just moments like, weird how songs can like bring. you back to specific moments in your life and you're like, and you can look back on it. It's nice. Like, I'll play the old.
Starting point is 00:53:28 And I'm like, I remember exactly where I was when I like first started really listen to the song. Yeah. That's why music's so powerful. Or like I remember what era I was in. You know, like what era of your life. Like what grade you were in or something.
Starting point is 00:53:39 Yeah. How you felt what you, what your problems were. Yeah. It's cool. Yeah. That's why music's so powerful, I think.
Starting point is 00:53:44 Yeah. And something like that. Yeah. I mean, all respect to Drake. I people love to hate on him. But it's like, he's had a hit.
Starting point is 00:53:49 he's had songs like consistently since he came out. Bro, yeah. 2008, I think. Forever. That's like legit forever. Yeah. So good. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:00 Anyways. Do we play some Drake right now? Yeah. Like we're glazing, bro. I'm like kind of itching for it. All we've talked about this in their podcast is how you're depressed and how we want to like glaze Drake. How I want to go on a date with Drake and how you, how you're depressed.
Starting point is 00:54:16 So this is not. I'm kidding. No. all good. We're friends though, you know? Who? Me and you. I think about you and Drake. I was like, no, no, no. That wasn't like a tie of a Tice, Tyson app thing out of it. But no, it's just because like, it's like a real conversation. Yeah, this is a real conversation. For sure. But yeah, I think I had to figure out a way to get over this depression, man. Well, okay, not to tie back, but I wouldn't listen to sad music. I wouldn't. Sometimes when I'm like sad, I swear listening to sad songs does make it worse.
Starting point is 00:54:44 Makes it worse. I know it hits harder, but don't, just don't even do that. Well, should I listen to Just like, upbeat shit. Upbeat. Classical. Yeah, maybe classical. Maybe. Mm. Just something upbeat.
Starting point is 00:54:57 Maybe like if you want to listen to Drake, Drake and 21 Savage, not Drake by himself. Like hype Drake, like murder gang, Drake. Right. Got it. 21 Savage, yeah. Yeah. Like knife talk or some shit. Yes.
Starting point is 00:55:08 Exactly. Or girls like girls. Exactly. Yeah, get you hyped up. Yeah, a little bit better than like the sad stuff. Like Marvin's room. Yeah. But just getting out of your house and doing.
Starting point is 00:55:19 things. Yeah, I know. Just so much going on in my life right now. It's crazy. Just like. Handle one thing at a time. It's all going to pass. This will all pass.
Starting point is 00:55:29 And you're going to look back and be like, oh my gosh, I made it through. Like think about like four or four years ago, five years ago when you're going through some like some of that hard stuff that you probably never thought you'd recover from. Yeah. And now this is a whole new set of issues four or five years later. I have nothing to do with those issues that you thought you'd never get out of and you got out of and you thrived and you prospered and you were happy. Now this new set of issues, again, you're going to go through it and it's going to take some
Starting point is 00:55:58 time, but you're going to look back and be like, oh my God, I did it. Yeah, you're right. The same way you've done it. You've done it before in different iteration, different ways. Yeah. 10, 20, 30 times, 40, 50 maybe for you. But you've done this, you've done this amount of issues in different forms prior. Yeah, you're right.
Starting point is 00:56:18 You're right. You're going to be good. You're gonna be so good. Yeah, I'll figure it out. I know you will. I know you will. I'm not even worried. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:29 Yeah, not. Me neither. I'm not worried at all. You're not? No. But if someone is doing like daily health checks with you, please respond. Yeah, like check in.
Starting point is 00:56:38 Yeah. Just check in. If someone's checking in, just make sure you text them back. Yeah, I will. I will. No, wait, anything else? Like in life?
Starting point is 00:56:49 Yeah, anything else you want to? talk about you're like my therapist today no of course I wish like really nice of course anytime whenever you need I feel like I haven't seen you in so long that has been I think it's been probably a month oh wow it's so much longer than that I think it's probably been a month you've felt so distant lately I have yeah I'm sorry I didn't mean to I'm always a call away if you ever need me you always like whenever I know whenever I've been down you always have that's what I'm saying is like you have the best advice and you come at it with a very unbiased perspective and you give both sides and you always try to help me navigate through things and I've gone through like a bunch of different
Starting point is 00:57:27 things whether it's like social media comments or like this or that or like relationships and you always give such good advice and if I can even like do a fraction of that like I would love to be that. No you are you are I appreciate you yeah no seriously like if you ever need to call me or anything like I will always pick up or no I know that come see you or like talk or whatever. Yeah. But I know like you're going to look back. We're going to be doing this.
Starting point is 00:57:52 We're going to do this podcast in probably a month, six weeks. And we're going to like, you're going to look back and be like, oh my God. Hopefully. Yeah. I know. Yeah. Hopefully. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:58:03 All right. Well, thank you. Of course. Thank you for coming on. Anytime. I know the audience loves you. I'm sure they're like, finally. Sorry, this was a little bit of a depression pop for me.
Starting point is 00:58:15 No, it wasn't. It wasn't. Usually it's rolls reversed. Yeah. Usually I'm the one that's depressed and like I feel like I've been happier lately. That's good. Just like, you know, maybe like maybe what you need to do is take a week and go in your van or like go travel with your mom or like go with your brother like to the mountains or like to the lake or something for a week and just like literally reset. Maybe that's all like all you need like take bam and like just go. You know after you come back from Mexico, just go. Yeah, you're right. You're absolutely right. I haven't done enough of that. Like something like you're just like you're just like, I hate to. use this term like touch grass a little bit more dude i literally laid in my like this is maybe this
Starting point is 00:58:53 how down bad i am i laid here like but just wearing shorts it was like shirtless i laid on the grass just like straight up for like three hours the other night no you did it swear to god i literally was laying on grass touching grass what time of day night time night time just laying there looking at the stars yeah oh wow it's kind of nice it's kind of beautiful i needed it though and it's nice and cool at night. I thought if you were going to say like 12 p.m. I was like, you're a little bit of cook. Yeah, you would have. But yeah, I don't know if it's a good thing or if it's like, you know. How did you feel after? That's what matters. Like my back was kind of itchy because of the right. Of course. Rightfully. So I showered. No, without. That's fine. Mentally, how did you feel?
Starting point is 00:59:32 Well, there's not much change. Were you on your phone those three hours? No. Okay, that's good at least. Completely off the phone. But the alternative would have been inside doom scrolling. So honestly, you gave your eyes a nice rest. Yeah. You utilized your backyard for the first time, probably since buying the house. Yeah. Positive.
Starting point is 00:59:51 Let's focus on the positives. Yeah. No, I'm figuring, not, I'll get it. I'll do it. I know you.
Starting point is 00:59:58 I'm not worried about it. I'm not worried. I'm not worried. I'm starting to get worried, though. That's exactly how I feel. That's exactly how I feel. Really?

Starting point is 01:01:01 No, Steve, I feel like if Steve can do one thing is make and lose money. Yes, he will do. He will do. That was funny. See, you're so witty. Look at you. It's just the thing. Look at you.
