So the thing that I think is important, you said improving yourself, whether it be like sometimes sort of in what sense following the money, but also focusing on yourself. on progressing yourself and improvement period is how you're going to meet the right people that you want to be around yeah and don't focus so much on the outside like oh you need to be able to entertain this person or that person or whatever learn how to like fucking love yourself genuinely don't be autistic about it don't overthink too much about how you're going to make friends if you're genuine you're trying to improve your life and you're going to be attracted to that exactly so if that's something you did you forego because in the last four years you're like focused on that woman and that person that was in your life from 14 to 18 start to focus on yourself and the right people will come in your life friends exactly And loved ones, the people that you like find attractive. It's like, but you can't be like, I need to just find people outside of myself. Find yourself first, and then those other people come next.

I don't think you need to cut it off completely, just move accordingly and pay attention to the signs and stick to what you want to do. You don't have to give your time away to people that don't deserve it. Do you still rock with a lot of your day ones? I don't cut anyone off completely unless they really snake me. But I still talk to them. I still try to keep those people in my life. I think it's good to keep you grounded. But I realize a lot of them are just not on the same wavelength.

And you need to always keep growing. And if you're around the same people that you're playing Fortnite with in 2016, then you're not growing. And I think it's important to add to this that like you can't expect everyone to be on your same wavelength. They won't be. You can't expect your boy to be like to understand exactly what your grind is in your life. You can't expect them to support you the way that maybe you want to be supported. Like you can't attack someone for the things that you have in your mind and someone else is just on a completely different side of fucking things,

a different completely chapter in their life. Be okay with it. Allow them, allow them to grow, allow them to see what you're doing. Don't judge them if they're not like making these changes. But don't like pigeonhole yourself in situations like this person needs to like understand me.

You don't need that. Like focus on yourself. Go ahead. All right. So the next question is, Hey, Brad and Guess. Up until six months ago, I was in great shape and felt confident.

But the last six months, I can't find motivation to stay in the gym and work out for more than 45 minutes. I'm 20 years old and where I want to be in life, I have a good job and I'm great and in a great relationship. But because everything is going so well, I can't seem to push myself in the gym. The best gym sessions are when you don't want to go. And they're like, I'm going through this. I have no motivation. The more you keep talking about it, the less motivation you have. That's mental health garbage that they're putting into your mind.

That's the same thing with me as well. You have all the success, right? But the gym is something that's like very hard for you to like get into. Yes, I'm a skinny ass guy. Sometimes I do work out. But I will say to you, yo, just get in the gym. And I will tell myself because I'm getting close to that point, bro. Like, I just got to go every day.

Yeah. But as a 20-year-old guy, I'm 20 as well. I actually stay in the gym because he is right. The ones that you don't really want to go to after you're like, fuck, I'm so glad I did it. That was the best session. When you don't want to go and you go anyway. I got to say the funniest thing about it is like when people are 20 years old and they think their life's over.

Like you can't think in terms of like, it just you don't want it enough. You just have to act.

If you don't want it enough, then you're not motivated. Stop doing things based on motivation, do them because you have to be motivated. relate to you. Yeah, well, it's like, here's the deal. If, if you're not motivated enough, then do you really want the thing that you're trying to get? You have to ask yourself that. Do you genuinely want it or do you want it because you think it would be cool? Because someone else has it. Do you really want it? Because if you really wanted it, you'd be fucking motivated.
