All right, guys, Brad, oh, Brad, go ahead.
No, you want to start my podcast?
I'm used to me starting our podcast.
Go ahead, start this one.
I just, I don't do, like, you know, you always do like the beginning sequence.
I think it's nice to address them.
All right, I'm going to address them.
Go ahead, yeah.
Hello, guys.
What up?
Bradley Martin here, along with Nick Narasina and Sarah Safari.
We're here with another raw talk episode.
Yeah.
This week we have Nick Narasina on.
He just currently moved into Bradley Martin's house.
Thank you for having me, bro.
And the whole squad.
Yeah, he moved in.
How many six people, six guys?
Six people?
Hey, you're supporting, we're small business right now, but one day it could be supporting, yeah.
We've been supporting you for a minute.
Yeah, you told, honestly, bro, you're the first person to really, like, believe in me, told my whole story on Raw Talk.
Yeah.
So I appreciate that.
That was, was, was it what the Steve will do an episode?
Yeah, it was.
No, no, no, that was a long time ago.
That's when you, dude, that was a drunk pod.
Is that still up?
Oh, pop that up because, yeah, I think it is.
You were just pouring me double shots at, what was it, Moxies?
Yeah, Moxies.
We got to get ready.
I don't even remember that podcast.
Judd was there, too.
Yeah, Judd was there.
but no i guess
first person on like the more recently on the pod right
like for you to be yeah yeah i think it was it was a katee yeah that was a long time ago
that was a year ago holy shit yeah has it been that long it's been a year it's been a year
what's changed the most for you uh the team it was just me me and alex i think back that
me alex katy we've gone through so many different stages yeah yeah it's a lot in a year
What do you think the hardest part of all this shit is?
Now that you've thought about doing it
Now you're doing it
Wait, can we start over?
I'm like so like out of it
No, you're fine
I mean you were hung over
I know, I'm dying bro
Can we start it all over?
Yeah, what?
I'm like cutting, I'm dying bro
I just feel like I can't even like think about anything
Why?
I can't text you all day
Not even kidding
Wait, what do you mean start over
Dude, you're fine
I'm like dying
I can't even think
I can't do it
You just say that then
What?
I know maybe I need to drink brooks
You want to drink?
done and like sweating like
I literally wasn't gonna
you are sweating I know I'm physically sweating
I'm having so much anxiety today
like why now it's making it work I don't know
it's been like a we can't keep this we can't keep it
but it's so good though
no no no no no I literally
yo that has to stay in
no I can't die right now I'm fucking freaking out right now
I think we're just gonna put this on loop
we're just gonna put it on loop repeat
for an hour and a half yeah an hour and a half repeat
get a drink get a drink there's drinks in the corner
I'm going here.
Oh, so.
Oh, my stuff.
Don't want to do this.
All right, guys, we're back.
You're back.
You good now?
I'm good, bro.
I don't want to keep that,
but we can address it.
And maybe I'll decide later if we keep it.
Yeah.
Okay.
What's the stress about?
Bro, okay,
I'm just going to be real with you.
Yeah.
I'm having just crazy anxiety lately.
And I'm going to be honest with you.
For how long?
For how long?
Well, it goes on and off with all this stuff because a lot of people rely on me right now.
My whole team, you know, I have a person.
Right now, the hardest thing I will tell you,
I can't even now I'm like in it is it's like balancing my personal life with doing content
and it's kind of sometimes you go crazy sometimes it's awesome and like it's everything's
working yeah right now it's like a challenge in my life and I think I think you know a lot of the
our subscribers are seeing it everyone here is like seeing it and feeling it it's stressing me
out and yeah I don't know yeah I mean welcome yeah it's a part of
of it like like everything we do right nothing's like oh this is just exactly what i think it's
going to be i want everyone to feel comfortable talking about stuff like where like like for example right
now zane wrestling brad and being like was that okay yeah yeah not okay i yeah you never want to
the guys you know they're pretty all pretty chill but yeah you know but still like i mean i get it
people have people have just ideas of what it should or shouldn't be and but that's also this is what it is
man i know like you sign up for this you've seen it before you were ever doing it it's like i'm so
i can keep myself together really well for like 9 9% of the time but it's like if i don't have that
time to recharge and rest like i start like i get anxiety and i stress i stress yeah well that's
normal but right now it's like just a crazy times well what's the what is the thing that is
the most like anxiety for you like what is causing the most anxiety for you oh
there's just like people in my life right now that i love and i don't want to lose but it's like
i also want to like give the best content that i can and like as far as like all the content
that you make how actually like fucking real is it um i think all of it's real yeah but it's such
quick content and sometimes we you know you mix it with other content that's not from say it's
it's all real but there's so much that's not shown yeah so much of our lives happen you know behind
the scenes we all try to have your own life off camera too we all really try that but i feel like
with how much content we put out we're every week we're streaming it's you know it mixes and
sometimes can affect your personal life or affect yeah what content you want to get and these people
who are around me right now like our team you know all the girls it's like these are my people
and they all love me we all love each other we all support each other we all watch out
for each other. I would never want to hurt any of them. And I'm going through a time in my life
right now where I'm like, okay, like, I want to give the subscribers the best content. I want to do
the best content. I love making videos. So I want to be able to do that while like making sure
everyone's happy off camera too. Yeah. And that can be hard sometimes. Because they don't like what's on
camera. Does it ever have to do what's on camera? Or is it just like the time and the consumption of time
outside of it.
Oh, man.
It's,
I don't know.
Like, do you ever, genuinely
speaking, because I mean, I've been doing this for so many
fucking years, do you ever find yourself
in situations where, like, you know
that, I don't know,
not necessarily you don't want to truly be in,
but that you kind of find yourself a little uncomfortable,
but know that it's like, but it's good
for content, so then you still do it.
Good question.
You're talking about,
like girl content for me
anything I think you're driving it to
that because I've been there
because I've done shit like that
yeah I mean like
where like I got off camera
not filming and I'm driving
I'm kind of like I'm a little pissed off
I let this happen
you know what I'm saying
I see you're talking about
or why don't let it go that far
or this or that yeah exactly
yes
but everything
yeah I do I do
I do
and it does come down
for the girl content I feel like
I don't know like
That's your biggest like pain point
Yeah it's oh I see what you're saying
Yeah it's just like half the time
It's like it's all our guys
And we're all in that room
Yeah
And we all just want to go live
Like we want to go live this life
Taking on LA entertainment
And just document what happens
And the thing is
For me what I want the show to be
is like, we're just going to show whatever the fuck happens.
Like, it's going to happen.
But it doesn't matter that, that, not even just the girl stuff,
but, you know, there's a lot of people in the business around us.
There's a lot of things going on with the character.
Everyone has their own lives.
So, like, when you show all that, like, you could be like,
you know, some people want to keep things private or this and that.
So it's just, I don't know.
It's a lot to balance.
It's a lot.
Because, like, it's cool for me to have this conversation with because, like,
you're so, you're so popping.
Like, you're so doing it.
like currently and you're growing and i've seen you before you had any of it and i've obviously
been through it and i've had my share of all the nonsense like what other parts of it have gotten
you like spun what do you like the business shit like you know what i'm saying like everything
else it's like it's like it is you driving the shit with a bunch of fucking people on it and
the goal is like to grow it and to get as many people on there as possible yeah yeah i to be
honest I'm so thankful for for my team like dude that's also like an amazing part of like the personal
life and the on camera is like like me Alex and James like bro we like sometimes we'll stress we're all
bickering with each other but like you have your your love relationship personal relationships
and dude all that together just causes so much stress and I think right now I'm like in the think
of it bro yeah this today this day right today I'm just I'm just I
really wanted to move this podcast i four times i want to move this podcast because i've just i'm like
fuck man like i need i need a day yeah for what though just just overwhelmed well one i just probably
i'm so hung over right now so i just want to sleep but two uh yeah i'm overwhelmed just so much
what do you do to not be overwhelmed because that's the only answer here is like where we go
like how do you make it better do you think what makes this all better maybe i just need like
one night of really good sleep.
So that's just like, that's what I'm thinking about right now.
I'm like, I just need one night of good sleep.
Like by myself.
You can go in a cold plunge.
Yeah, you're going to cold plunge?
Yeah.
Maybe I'll go on a cold plunge.
Maybe I'll go on a cold plunge.
That would really help me right now.
You can use a sauna.
Sona than cold plunge.
It's like I don't know why my body feels like a sauna right now.
I don't know.
I feel like I should, I can go home.
No, no, no.
No, no.
I want to talk because you have a relationship to this, to the all the content.
I'm hung over too.
I need a towel or something.
Shut up.
You guys are such babies, man.
I'm the hell.
I'm the one who's been doing this forever.
You're acting like your fucking,
you guys are like 22 acting like bitches.
Well, I just had to kill our podcast.
It's crazy.
No, I just, no, if I just, uh, I did.
And if I just have to sit here and not talk,
I might as well lay an egg.
Okay, that's fair.
But you're important in this one.
You're important in this one.
Because you're around the content.
You're around.
Maybe I can go off and then come on.
No, I actually want to ask you something right now.
Oh, because I look disrespectful sitting on my phone.
So Sarah, you make content.
You've made a ton of content with Nick.
Yes.
What's your perception?
of what he's saying like from your your perception
how Sarah's seen a lot
yeah so I'm saying so that's why I wanted you to be here
my perception of it
is that like why do you think he's overwhelmed
well I think Nick honestly
gets in his own head a little too much
just clearly from the even
the things you saw right now like he's fine
externally but internally
he's like going through it like what is it
you think it's gonna be you think it has to be perfect bro
like that's overthinking it
like what in your mind why is it not it's not
that it has to be perfect the content I
like showing everything whatever it's uh i don't even know like i i don't know you know you know
i know i know so say it someone's got to fucking say it i don't know what do you know what the
fucking i'm gonna make everybody happy yeah it's destroying me you're trying to make my mom so my mom said
you can't hear this she probably nailed it she's actually she's always right 100% on
moms are always right you're trying to make everyone happy but you can't yeah can't
yeah but you know the real the reality is what you what do you think you should be doing
the truth is you have to be able to make yourself happy it's like i'm even on this pot i'm
like dude i'm gonna let someone down something i say i don't like i don't know that's it's interesting
that's an interesting place to be in i don't think you're gonna let anyone down i think you just
share the truth because the truth is yeah like what i'm saying right now is you have to be able to
make yourself happy otherwise everything just spiles and continues to spiral dude i'm
spiraling.
Yeah.
But honestly,
I'm going to be real with you.
This is the only reason I was like,
okay,
I don't want to fucking do this pot today.
I'm very appreciative being here.
Yeah,
I love this.
This is an amazing podcast.
You guys are incredible.
It's just,
you know,
sometimes like,
okay,
I'm not in the mindset to do this.
I can't do this today.
Yeah.
I did not pick a good day
to do this pot.
It's fine,
though.
But like,
wouldn't that be a good example
of like just it being
as genuine and as real as possible?
Because I feel like
everything you said so far
is completely relatable.
And everyone's, yeah, maybe it wouldn't have come out
if I didn't have that little, like, panic attack, but who cares?
But, uh, yeah, I don't know.
I don't know, but are you, are you, are you trying to, like,
what do you do to try to make yourself happy?
Outside of content.
Outside of work.
I feel like they're so, like, interchangeable or so intertwined that he doesn't really
do much to make himself happy.
Yeah, and I'm asking this because I lived my life like that for like nine years.
like straight
to the point of like
I even
even family
like I didn't spend
as much time as I should have with
and my family's right here
you know
some of it
like I to the point of like
all that matter was content
and all that matter was like
continuing and growing
and going and going
well drove me a little crazy
yeah yeah
and you know the thing is is like
I
you know I do make time
for personal things
and but yeah it is really hard to man i'm just really it is like an over i overthink a lot because
it's like there's all these people that i want to make happy what you said is like i want to i do
want to please everyone i'm going to a point of pleasing everyone but it's like you can't go i can't
do something 100% right now because i'm trying to please everyone yeah and uh everyone in my life is
so amazing i'm so thankful for every single person everyone you see in our videos and
everything because they're all so amazing and are all going all in for like this vision i have
and they're all a part of it so it's like i don't want to hurt anyone i don't i don't want to let anyone
down i want them all to feel happy and loved and you know even even like comments on the videos about
i think every cast member on our channel has gotten like a video of like getting hated on and
like i don't want them to ever get hated on because they're all such but you know that's not
realistic yeah yeah but you know i think everyone to an extent takes it personally and i hate but yes i
need like for me i'll take anything you know they want to throw up there i'll take it but yeah i feel
bad for anyone else who has so it's a part of it i mean the people who are out here in this firm like
i think they also understand that maybe when it hits them and they say it in a video in the comments
probably hurts a little bit like to a degree but like that's also just a part of them their willingness
to just be a part of the content and understanding what it is yeah because you can't make content
that everyone's go you're the best every time yeah yeah it's not realistic yeah you're right you're right
right so you can't like there's things you can worry about and there's things you just can't worry
about like those things and these reactionary things you can't worry so much about it as long as
as you're doing the things you need to be doing on the on the front side to like have those
conversations one-on-one and how's everything go like have like real real fucking like
communication with those people that you feel like this is you know this is something that
I got advice when I first started YouTube uh I was the I was the channel previously that fell
apart and it was just a great team great cast it's amazing um what channel and after it was
selim's channel okay so an amazing channel amazing cast amazing people great team uh and you know
one person falls off from the group or two people someone goes does their it's like when that
when that when a team loses like a team member especially in in youtube yeah can really hurt like
everything is you know everyone plays their part uh it's not an individual thing's not just me
like even if we just lost one person if we lost alex if we lost james if we lost every every
we lost brad for a little bit we lost sand for a little bit like you know not not in a bad way
like they're going to do their things that they got to do or they want to try out in life but
the whole channel everyone feels that yeah and uh the advice i got when i started my channel was
the most important thing that you'll have to focus on nick is keeping everyone together
So if you keep everyone together, it'll be very successful.
You have a great life, great videos.
And that's the biggest challenge.
It is.
That I deal with.
Yeah.
It's like, listen, you're having like, it kind of seems like issues with the whole
relationship thing, but every other person is a different version of the same sort of
relationship thing.
Every.
So now you have eight, nine different relationships in a sense.
And I really care about every single person on this team.
And I think over the last year and a half,
every single person including myself has had like you know gone through times of like
tough times and i and i really want to like keep them motivated or make sure they're happy
or i or there's a situation between you know there's always things going on yeah it's it's
you do know the thing though outside of keeping everyone happy right because there is a thing that
like you also just can't at some point like you'd always do your best but you also can't always
guarantee that every person is going to be like okay this is great and you also have to let a little
bit of that go not that you not that you not that you want anyone to go or anyone to leave but you also
can't hold yourself so accountable to all of that stuff as long as you have those conversations
and communicate properly I think that's the the best thing you could do and like really hear people out
and try to understand where they're coming from as far as like content or how it's made or how
they feel but at some point like you also can't just make everyone happy that's not realistic in life
whether it's content or relationships or friendships it's not real
Because it's also up to people decide this is what I want to do as well or this is where I want to be as well and whatever.
Yeah.
As long as you're as just like, you know, everyone's welcome, right?
As far as your team goes, they're always welcome.
Yeah.
Make people feel welcomed.
And that's, that's really all you can do.
I know, I know.
I think everyone, like not just me, but everyone on the team tries to include everyone.
I think that's amazing.
Including everyone, though, can also lead to like, you know, when you're, when you're put online, like, who knows what's going to happen.
That's a crazy thing.
is like I can't always control what how the fan like yeah but that's what those people got like I said
earlier they sign up for that yeah yeah they have to be willing willing to be a but here's the thing
everyone trust me because I you know I have the vision I have the idea whatever it is so everyone
looks to me and that is like the responsibility that I've chosen and I have and I never want to like
hurt anyone in those and like how I'm portraying characters or how I'm putting them out there or
whatever it may be and that is that is a stress of mine I think I think you just got to accept that
you can't always do it perfect yeah and you know as long as you're trying and trying to learn from
everything or mistakes that you make yeah yeah what was your perspective of it though I didn't get it
like we re-divered what's your perspective what of because you're with the content you're part of
the content and a lot of times what's your perspective of him in regards to all of this that we're
talking about like why do you think he's so stressed
I think a lot of it does come to like trying to make, you know, whoever it is that's like the person at conflict in that video that he was in any like video every, any week or whatever, like trying to please them or like make them happy obviously because you don't want to hurt them because off camera you have a relationship with them as well, whether it's friendship or like relationship, intimately, whatever.
So I think it's just like it's the cycle of like obviously you know what does well online.
and it's the cycle of like walking that gray line not know like not knowing wait am i is this too far
is this not too far is my person going to be upset by this well no like just walking that line
I think is a really scary place to be and it creates stress because you're that's all you're thinking
about you do something and then like you said you get in the car and maybe you're like fuck that was too
much or fuck I feel uncomfortable yeah so then you're just thinking about that until the person
sees the content or whatever it is and then bam whether it's like maybe it wasn't a big deal
at all and the person didn't care and you stressed yourself out for a week or it was the person
obviously cared and now there's a fight off camera yeah so it's just like I think that's and I'm
gonna be honest it's usually my I I don't know what it is you know actually I think we all
understand I think everyone in this room understands we're very competitive we want we want to be
the best of the best we want to give the best content we want to create the best
best show the best you know movie vlog showing our life everything you know I'm so we're also
passionate about that so that's who I am like for me it's like I just want to go I just want to go
crush it and I and then I and then like I'll go all in on camera and like okay it's done yeah but
I don't want to hurt anyone I don't know it's very yeah well you also still kind of new to it
the point is like it's all a part yeah I'm very I still think I'm very new to it's been a year
you are yeah you're crushing yeah but it's all a part of it
Like just like whatever whether it's someone making content or doing anything like this is an applicable thing to their life
Like it's not always going to be perfect. It's not always going to be what you want it to be. There's going to be arguments. It's going to be fucking hard. Yeah. So you're not doing anything wrong. Yeah. That's always finding it interesting to talk about like I understand anxiety. Okay. I'm not doing so. Okay. This is the thing. The moment the what we're going through right now of like, okay, we're homeless. Like obviously like we can afford like a hotel and all that. And I appreciate of you helping us, you know, live here.
here and everything um it's just it's like dude yeah so i don't i don't even know how to explain
i'm i've been in my head every single day for the last like two weeks is like i just want to yeah
i don't know i don't know it's everything we're saying it's just the same shit i don't know yeah but
what like so okay let's get to this question then why are you moving out um bro
It is 110% my fault, but I didn't like try to do anything wrong.
Like, you know, trying to do content that we started from and that I do, like, you know, the girl stuff or like whatever, like funny situation with all the guys and there's girls.
And it's fun.
Like, dude, we love making that content.
It's fun.
It's funny.
It's comedy.
Audience loves it.
The audience loves it.
And we really enjoy making it too.
And it's just like, I enjoy making all the content.
like i love all of it and it's just like i feel like you know i don't want to hurt someone who
loves me so much and who who supports me and has been there through all my hard times been there
for all her hard times um so it's like i don't always know like the right thing to do in the
videos that also like is good for my personal life or relationship
Yeah, and I fucked up recently, and I'm, we all came to like the consensus.
Like, all, I'm, Sarah, did you ever, I mean, you're still in it still growing, but did you ever have a moment where like people really, like the comments really fucked with you?
I think, oh my God, do you remember the first time?
I think the first time was at your zoo opening when we got up on that.
Oh, yeah.
Do you remember how to strut I was?
Yeah.
And you were like, Sarah, give it two weeks.
Yeah.
You're like, stop being a sensitive.
Right now, I think the first thing we got to focus on is like,
I appreciate you taking us in and we'll stay like a week.
But it's like figuring out our living situation and I think taking care of our group,
like the guys and getting us into like a business routine right now.
Yeah.
You guys need your own house.
Yeah.
We need our own place.
And I think that's going to start like a very healthy relationship with everybody.
Yeah.
And like it's so funny.
This reminds you, I don't know how many years ago.
Five years ago I let Kyle, Alex, Steve, Oscar.
I let them all move into my house.
And I was telling them, I'm like, all the guys of that.
For a whole month.
Yeah, yeah.
And then they got the house in, uh, uh, Studio City, yep.
And then, you know, from there?
You know that house just became a rehab facility for celebrities?
And, and chef T.J.
Kyle, Kyle left his footprint there.
That's crazy.
Rehab's crazy.
Chef T.J. said he was cooking there and he said that's what it's become.
He went back to cook there.
For celebrities.
Yeah, who are going through rehab.
That is so like, I love.
Like drug, alcohol, all that kind of stuff?
Rehab centers for all that kind of stuff.
That's kind of like ironic.
Yeah.
Where do you guys think you'll end up somewhere in L.A.?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
We're looking at houses in Woodland Hill, Sherman Oaks, Studio City.
Yeah.
You guys get a nice house out here.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean.
Big house.
We just want something that like we're not going to like spend a ton of money on.
Yeah.
But that fits everybody.
Zan's so great. He's so
Abram right now. I feel like I'm going to shit myself. Dude, you're not
going to shit yourself. You're not going to shit yourself. Don't start here.
Why not? It's funny. Why do you feel like shitting?
Dude, I don't know all my stomach. Is that what's been smelling? You've been farted a lot?
No, I haven't farted. I swear. I usually say if I'm going to.
The girls we roll just fart a lot, man. Really? Yeah. She's around.
Scalers farting all the time. Really? Yeah. Whenever we stay in the same bed,
every morning I wake up and she's farting. Do you fart in front of her?
Yeah, hell yeah. That's shit in front of her. She'll come in the bathroom. She'll come in the bathroom.
whatever. I'm shitting. Damn, respect. She's just in front of me.
Damn. That's real. Oh, they don't? Oh, man. She lets me go. Where does it come out? Where does it come out?
Nothing. It's just like, well, I mean.
What? It goes, oh yeah, yeah. Sometimes, Skyler, like, if I'm not responding, just farts into the phone and sends me voice memory.
Shut up. What the fuck? Yeah, yeah. Bro, you know, it's, oh my God. I have so many OF jokes on that. It's so funny.
Whoa, whoa. There's probably do. Why's OF have to come out. Because there's just a relationship. I know, but there's probably due to pay for that in a weird way. Oh, yeah.
That's the weirdest thing.
Does it hype you up?
Do you ever get hyped up?
I played for everyone in my car.
I'll connect to my phone and turn it all the way up.
Does she know that?
No, she probably doesn't.
Yeah, yeah.
What we're doing right now is like what I've wanted to do my whole life.
It's my dream.
I want to create these episodes.
I want to have my best friends.
I love the storylining and I love just throwing ourselves in situate.
I love it.
Dude, when we're homeless right now, I'm not like,
fuck, like this sucks.
Like, I'm like, this reminds me when I first moved to LA and I was homeless.
I'm like, this is fun as fuck.
I'm with my best friends.
We're just going to figure it out and make a movie out of it.
Yeah.
Whatever happens, you know, we're filming it.
And I'm at a point where I'm like, I'm ready to go all in.
Like, we're still at the bottom.
We're still very small.
We're just at the start.
I feel like when we hit a million subscribers, we're 200 K-OA.
Like, okay, that's when it gets real.
That's when it starts.
We're still on a come up.
Yeah.
And I'm in this like, I'm in this mindset of like, I wake up every day and I'm fucking going.
Like, I'm on, I'm on phone calls.
We're filming.
I'm making everyone get up.
we got brad here getting us all to work out like we're like in go mode right now like we're
seven days a week we're fucking going and i'm and i have this drive and this competitiveness to be number
one and that's why i'm here and that's what i'm here for it's crazy and it's crazy because the
situation i'm so thankful for it's like i have the best people in my life and and no one even
knows what's about to come in our content we have so many amazing things to come and i'm just so
excited and i don't want to stress you haven't tired of like stressing about sunday like i should be
fucking excited because like every week i've been so excited all right boys quick enough for the podcast
check this out versa grips if you guys have not tried these yet these are hands down the best
grips in the game i promise you these are these are the extreme ones basically guys okay
check this out so when you're doing back the most important thing is not grabbing so tight
because the more you grab tight the more you engage your traps your your your shoulders your
Bicep this allows you to basically wrap the bar in a way that it almost just feels like like your arms are ropes like they should feel when you're when you're lifting back right so you get optimal engagement now all you're doing you guys see this in this little video
wrap this around the bar and then you just put pressure just like that so you don't have to grab tight you don't have to grip really hard you can focus on your back at the most out of your back development
especially if you're like trying to really improve your back for me it was actually one of the hardest things to improve for the longest time a lot of people say it's because you can't see it versus like you know you
You see the biceps in a mirror, you see yourself in a mirror, you never see your back.
For me, it was proper engagement, right?
Because I was so bicep dominant, I would grab dumbbells and, like, biceps would work,
my traps would work, but my back really wasn't getting to development.
These are hands-down some of the best grips in the game.
Give it a shot.
Go to versa grips.com right now, check them out, buy them.
These are the extreme ones.
They're a little bit more heavy-duty.
They have a bunch of different versions than sizes, colors, all kinds of stuff.
So go there right now.
VersaGrips.com, the best, I promise.
You guys will love them.
But recently I'm like
Don't want to hurt anyone
Yeah
So why don't you shift your focus
To like just
The good things that are coming
Why is it hard to
Just focus on that
Well we can
But there's half
Amazing things coming
There's half
We don't know what the fuck's gonna happen
But that's life
Yeah
That's just it
But I don't want to not
If we if something real life happens
I don't want to not put it out
Yeah
But you can't be perfect though
Yeah
No I mean
That's the thing
Me and Alex talk about that all the time
my film are at it, an amazing guy, my right-hand man.
We have conversations like, we got to put these things out.
And I think that's what happens.
It's like, we're like, this is what happened.
It's incredible.
People need to see it.
People love it.
This is what we do.
We put it out.
And last week, yeah, I don't know.
Yeah.
Last week was bad.
Last week was bad because you took down a video.
We took down a video, but that's actually completely my fault.
I'm just like, what can you say about it?
that video that you took down.
Bro, that video was supposed to be like...
Because have you answered the audience yet about that?
This Sunday, we kind of talk about,
we do talk about it.
Well, we'd say what's happening.
Such an, like, it's like,
it's like that video was two different videos
put together almost.
Yeah.
That's what happened.
It's this amazing concept and idea.
And sometimes we do that.
Sometimes we just put a bunch of different stuff together
and that's what happened in our week.
but this video was like two different videos put together it was this amazing like
Skyler's been wanting this puppy for so long and we've been talking about getting it for so
long we have we have half our team working on figuring out how to do that and finally
figured it out got the puppy we were so excited to gift it to her gift to her that was
incredible um we were getting her reacting to like this whole like funny thing with me her and
sketch and like that that was happening and that was funny and that was one video and then two
it was actually shot two weeks before we even shot that we shot this other thing with this girl
yeah uh it was just like an idea that she called us about and she was like you know would you guys
want to do this and i was like yeah that sounds funny let's do it and we went and did it and
didn't have a thumbnail for that week and we was we were debating between two different thumbnail
videos and just end up being that one and then that mix with stuff that was going on currently
yeah I get it just like put people against each other and I was like dude that's not what I was
trying to do yeah because I think the comp like sometimes the audience like doesn't see everything else
and they feel like they need to pick someone like even with Nick like I filmed with Nick and
they're like oh Sarah and Nick like the audience's perception sometimes is when they see a male and a
female together they want them to work out like they run with that narrative of
like these two people being together.
But here I get it because in my channel and in Salim's channel,
that's what was happening and was real.
Yeah.
Like when I was in Salim's channel as a lover boy,
all those relationships,
like the girls I was meeting and like having a thing with or falling forward.
Like those are real things.
Like so I get it.
I get where the audience is coming from.
I get where everyone's coming from.
That whole thing like when we first was,
that was everything's been,
it's been real.
So like now we're like creating things that are like sometimes it's real.
And sometimes it's like, let's go shoot this bit.
And it's funny and fun.
It's just funny.
So I get why, like, you know what I mean?
It's just a mix right now.
And.
But you took it down because you were trying to protect people.
Yeah, I, I, my intentions of that video was supposed to be humorous the whole time.
And like, a lot of us, like, a lot of the guys want to see me go talk to girls.
And like, I want, like, like, they like to learn from that confidence or whatever.
Although I feel like I get nervous every time I do a girl bit.
But that's normal.
Yeah.
But it wasn't supposed to be like sides thing or like hurt anyone, I don't know.
I get it.
Let's talk about that confidence thing for a little bit.
Okay.
Because like that's a part of, like, would you say that's why a lot of people like to watch your videos?
I think the biggest reason people like watching us is one, the storyline dynamics between all of our characters and our lives and seeing us navigate through all these challenges and whatever.
and then people just love seeing me yeah I don't know I don't know why but I'm I fucking get
I'm not like some great I don't have like super good I'm not really good at talking to girls or anything
I'm a goofball I'm a goofball and I just go into the situation and see what happens so how do you
get out like but how do you and what would you tell your audience because there's a lot of them
probably watching it right now like what is the confidence where do you get it how do you find
the confidence? Is it because you're on camera, you know it's going to be funny? Or is it just like?
No, it's like, I don't know how to explain it. Like, how could one of these guys get that
confidence? I don't even think about the camera when we do those things, to be honest.
Like, what's going to do your head? I'm literally just having fun and like, enjoying what's going on.
Yeah. And I think people see that and they're like, dude, this guy's just having fun. And that is
the truth. That's why we make these videos. It's fun. Yeah. Like, just, I don't know. I like. I like.
I've always been a person who loves meeting people
and meeting new people
and like going experiencing things
and I think like that
that's just it right there
and whatever the situation is
like if I'm spending time with somebody
like I'm gonna go and have fun and enjoy it.
So that's your mindset.
That's the thing that gives you the confidence.
Yeah.
Not take it so serious.
Yeah. That's okay.
That is so great.
I think that is what people like
is like when I go talk to girls
or when I hang out with like it's not it's not serious it's just fun yeah well that makes
sense because like I'm terrible I've always been terrible at talking to girls like approaching
girls you're like no look at me like that I swear dude you are amazing talker I'm good at talking
once I start talking to men well I think a lot of people I think a fuck meant to everybody everyone
when they get when they fuck you no uh I think everyone is like you know you hear like oh man
when she got comfortable when he got comfortable oh man he's great or she's great you know
that's like that's the whole point is like getting comfortable like yeah and sometimes it takes a
little bit and sometimes it can happen right off the bat that's why people are like oh man right
away we we were just so comfortable you know what I mean yeah loves that yeah it's hard I mean
historically I would think about I was just never that good I was never good at approaching
I don't think you have to be me personally or people in general like I don't sure like if I I've
I've someone who said like oh if you see a girl you get like you think she's you should go say
something sure you should but there's a lot of situations like that's not how you meet people always
you don't have to go up to them you could if you want to yeah you should if you want to but i don't think
like no i get what why do you think that is like me personally yeah why i wasn't comfortable yeah
i don't know i think for me breaking the ice has always been the harder thing like i'd be the kind
of guy that sounds so corny but i was the kind of guy who would like try to get my friend to start
the conversation yeah as long as i could jump in yeah have like a wing man yeah and then as long as i
could jump in at some point, then I'd be good. I think that's fine though. I was never good at being
like the first to shoot. Never good. Why is that funny? Why is that funny? I just can't imagine
you going up to women. What the fuck are you talking about? What does that mean? No, no. I think
that dude. I feel like I've seen you so many times at the gym and I've never seen you go up to a girl.
Yeah, I don't. But I think that's so normal. Like it's, that's why I think people watch is because
most people do every day guys see a girl that okay that's pretty oh i would love to go say something
but i would never do it yeah and i'm like my and that's who i authentically have been my whole life
like if i see a girl that i'm like oh that interests me i wouldn't i wouldn't saw it and it was
somehow selim i give him a lot of credit because through our life growing up he loved seeing me do
that he would always be like nick every time i saw a girl that i like he would always push me to go do
it and i started doing it and he loved how he loved how i talk
and what I said, and he's the one who's like,
we got to film this.
And I remember when we started filming,
we were going to do that,
we did this marriage video.
And he was like,
they got this other girl that didn't end up being the girl.
And he saw that I wasn't really into her.
And he freaked out.
He freaked out of his assistant and was like,
no,
you have to find someone that Nick actually finds attractive or is into
because when you're actually into someone
and like that's when the authenticity
authenticity comes out.
And that's what he loved portraying that
is that was what I was really good at.
Like when I'm passionate about someone, like you'll see it.
Yeah.
But that doesn't mean like, oh my God, I like this person.
Like they'll get that with me and fucking Zan over there.
Yeah, I get it.
I get it.
But Brad would say that his pickup line would be to go up to girls
and tell them that he likes their shoes.
That was an old school pickup line.
Because I filmed the video picking up girls
that goes to gym like they went viral back in like.
fucking 2018 or something like that you bring it back bro 2008
2008 fuck you what the hell
why you're a roommate me right now that's crazy I have nothing to say so I might
just will chirp you that's fine that's fair that's fair that's fair you have a lot to say
to me honest like you have amended so many situations within our crew
I can only think of one but something I've learned to be really good at
is to separate filming in my personal life like I can
like I'm not going to take my frustrations or if I'm sad in my personal
life in the video.
Yeah.
Or sometimes I do actually.
But not in a negative way though.
Yeah.
Like that's how I am today.
And like that's what you're going to get from me.
But it's good though, man.
At the end of the day, I think like, I think, I think content that will continue to resonate
and like be really good for people and that people will keep gravitating towards is always
going to be as close to real life as possible.
What are you saying earlier?
What are the two reasons people fall off?
On the other pod?
Yes.
Because people stop.
Yeah.
Was that one of the reasons you said?
I think a lot of people fall off and stop.
Oh, yeah, you said stop and then the second one was the more important one.
Oh, relationships, communication.
No, God, you said that two reasons people fall off.
You said stop and then you said the character that they're playing.
Oh, yes.
Go ahead.
I don't remember how you said it.
Oh, okay.
So, no, I appreciate that though.
Thank you for saying that.
The sort of character, like the, you know, the thing that everyone sees on camera.
is not truly genuinely them
because they start to create
how they think people either want them to be
or how they're trying to play this sort of part
that isn't really who they are.
And I think the people who are successful
longest term are always the people
who their true character,
who they really are as a human,
always kind of shines through.
Even if it's not always perfect.
That's what I'm saying.
Even if it's like stressed or anxiety or whatever,
it's like people seeing that like raw form of you.
Well, we do.
Here's the thing.
and I think Sarah and Brad you've been there for the thing is is like there's multiple forms of people
like you have your happy you have your stress self you have anxious you have sad whatever
I think our channel through everything and myself and a lot of our characters have seen
of that from everyone so you're saying if we stop showing the realness on our channel like that
you'll fail yeah I think if you try to always make it something that you think someone wants to
see and not just who you are and what's really happening because I think I don't like I understand
you film bits. I understand you go, oh, this will be funny. We'll go shoot this concept.
I get that. Okay, but that's our, that's our channel. It's 50-50. It's 50-50. Real. And
50-50, this is going to be fun and funny. But that's why you have success. And I'm saying
if you, if you just like just go off the character and just the bit, I think eventually people get
tired of it. People see through it. Like you have a lot of success. You have a great fan base.
You have an amazing audience. Like, it's because it's that blend. But I don't think you ever want
to go less real, less who we really are. I think people are. Yeah, yeah. Because
same reason why people like podcast is because this is who you are as a human. It's not like
you trying to like, yeah, maybe sometimes you answer a question because you don't want to
hurt or offend somebody, but it's as authentic as you can be. And I think like, you don't want
less of that. Do the truth, yeah, you know, something, Alex and I, I think Alex and I, like,
have these long-ass conversations every single day about how we should be with our content.
Um, my dad. Uh, and something that we always say is like, we want to just continuously have real
conversations with our audience at some some of the videos and have them really see how we're feeling
because i think what we take pride in is like showing our real path the entire way because i think
our channel like is is a representation of pure hard work consistency and chasing something that
you actually want to do in your life i really think everyone should do that so i think that's what we
we want to make sure we keep that forever but not at the expense of hurting someone yeah that makes
sense. Yeah. It's just a balance.
Yeah. That's also something you learn throughout.
Yeah, which is even while you're at this point, which is a good thing.
I know it sounds, and it made me feel, it sounds weird to say that, but this is all just a
learning point. Yeah. Because there was no way you were going to go to that place you want
to go, which, you know, a million, two million, whatever. How many millions of followers, right?
Here's the thing. That is true. And right now, the one bonus, or not bonus, but, like,
one thing that's about to start happening is we are completely, like, the guys are finding
our way we're staying at a best western plus we're we're living with people we're trying to figure
out a home uh while still doing our career and going out and traveling so they're now like it's
going to be all re like everything people are out to see the real is real yeah so it's going to be
very interesting it's exciting man yeah it is it is this is everything's just an adventure what
what what things do you have planned that are you're really excited about mostly excited that you can
share so i think it's just very something that we all talk about is like if there's something
you want to do in life and you want to pursue you have to go where that's happening so we're in
LA we want to do entertainment we're here we're not leaving and even if even if we're homeless
that's happening at the same time you know we have we have enough money to go month a month and
fun shoots and travel we're we're going to go to Spain with running running with the bulls we're
going to be in Vegas for UFC uh I'll be there you'll be there yeah okay you're going to go to a power slot
before yeah okay is sir you go to power slot?
So yeah, that.
I didn't know you were, remember the last time?
Steve just invited me.
Steve's not going.
He said he's gone.
Really?
Yeah.
He told, okay.
We'll see.
Okay.
It's always kind of crazy.
Do you want to take the van?
I'm down.
Let's make a road trip.
Wait, you guys actually, I want a road trip together?
I mean, I don't know.
They can't fit that many people, though.
Yeah, not 10 people.
We're going to have to drive multiple cars.
I don't get one of those big, like, white vans.
No, he has a camera.
I have a big van.
But we would also need to get, like, a bigger.
We got to find one that fits all of us.
We're family now.
Oh, oh.
When's the Roggear drop?
19th.
Guys, I got the OK.
We shook hands on it.
July 19th, there's a new Roggear drop.
And now that we're moved into Brad's today, officially, he's allowed us to stay as long as that party, all the way to that party.
And we are going to throw a massive rogier party, the biggest party you've seen in LA.
That's a month.
Okay, probably not the biggest party you know, but a really fun big party at Brad's house in his front yard.
We're going to pack his front yard.
and backyard and backyard just don't fall in the pool just don't fall in the pool um so it's coming up
everyone stay tuned for that that's gonna be amazing big raw gear drop we're going all out for that it'll be
fun yeah oh my god this is great no strippers no strippers unless unless oh you said
strippers you mean short people strippers oh my god oh i don't know we're i'm not controlling you're
you're fine little people strippers little people strippers why is that what you're into
yes you are little people strippers yes they're honestly fun i heard you were going to
surprised me with them.
Yeah, I was.
Why didn't you do that?
Because someone said that it wouldn't be a good idea.
That's a great idea.
I was going to.
I had it all of a sudden.
I had it ready.
Should have did it.
You should have done it.
Should have did it.
Dude, okay, diddy.
Well, how is that a diddy thing?
Because I said, because my grammar is bad?
You're going hard on me today.
He's trolling me today on this pod.
You okay, Sarah?
What's going on in your life?
Yeah, Sarah, what's going on in your life?
We just talked about my life.
Do you find it hard to have a personal life and do content?
Honestly, no.
Because you keep it all private.
Even, not even the private part.
I think there has to be a separation of both.
There has to be a separation.
You have to treat content like a 9 to 5 and then after the cameras are off, you live your life.
And I think you have a hard time doing that.
But obviously your content's way more elevated than the shit I do.
Yeah, I feel like we filmed 24-7 anything can happen.
Right.
But I'm saying that's where all of this happens.
happens is the merging of the two.
I think that's the thing.
It's like when I chose to.
Is Brad also really good at separating the two?
Yeah, I have to now.
I mean, for a long time, I wasn't though.
But here's the reason why is because right now in our life, I'm sure you went to the same
thing, we're trying to show everything that's happening where I feel like you've done this
so long.
Now it's like you kind of know what different things.
Well, yeah, that's part of the game.
Because for us right now, anything could happen.
We have a crazy, every day is something crazy that's happening in the sense of like,
in the sense of like, we could be homeless, oh my God, we're going to Spain.
Oh my God, we're doing, like, you know, it's like right now, I feel like you're like,
okay, this is, you're running businesses now and doing the content.
Yeah, well, I've been doing it for so long.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, and you're still crushing.
He's a grandpa.
I'm a grandpa.
Thank you so much.
It's very kind of you.
Yeah.
No, but it's, I mean, that's just part of it.
Like, so I was saying earlier, like the, but the reason why even I've had success for so long
in relationship to content is because of,
just the realness of it.
I think that's what we have to do right now.
Right now, I've realized we have to go in,
we have to go all in,
and it has to be now,
and we have to show everything.
And we make an episode every week of that,
and every week is different,
and I have to show it all,
and there's crazy things happening every week right now.
So blessed, and it's also insane
to think about everything that's going on,
but I think we have to show everything right now.
Do you agree?
Yeah, absolutely.
I do agree.
I think you just do need that separation.
of work and you're right that anything can happen maybe i'm not supposed to have a personal life right now i
don't know well the thing is you blended your personal life into your content that's why it's so
complicated because you that was a part of your content yeah that's why that's why there's a relationship
and the like oh what's happening here what's happening there so that you you kind of can't avoid that like
you chose that in the beginning yeah i sleep 10 hours a night oh do you know what i didn't sleep the most
is when we were doing that travel with steve and you were part of the tail end of it yeah
Jacob was there, there was insane time.
Was that when you were in Miami?
I lived in Miami.
Yeah.
To fucking Bahamas.
Was that when I first joined?
Oh, yeah.
Oh, my God.
Oh my God.
I was going to Cabo every week.
I couldn't believe that.
All right, guys, quick and rush to the podcast, Hello Fresh.
Check this out.
If you guys don't already know this,
Hello Fresh is a really easy food description service where it allows you to
basically pick and you can pick weekly like, oh, I want this, I want that.
And they'll send you all of the ingredients to your house.
Instead of like pre-made meals, they'll basically send you all the ingredients.
so that you don't have to go, like if you're shopping, figure out what you need to make your food taste good
or what you need to have like a healthy meal.
So they'll just send you all the ingredients.
It's not just like pre-packaged where you just heat it up.
You actually can cook it, which is dope.
That's something that I like about it.
At the same time right now, basically what HelloFresh is doing, they're giving away free appetizers for life.
Okay, so all you have to do is go to hellofresh.com slash raw talk apps, raw talk APPS apps.
and they'll basically, for the life of that description,
they're going to give you a free appetizer
for the life of the description.
Rod Talk apps.
So again, that's hellofresh.com slash raw talk apps.
But yeah, if you guys want to give it a shot, it's really simple.
There's tons of variation.
There's tons of different, like, you know,
types of meals you can request based on your diet.
They just keep it fresh.
They keep it, not necessarily, I guess they kind of play out words there,
but they keep the choices fresh,
so you're not eating the same thing constantly.
And again, because they give you all the ingredients, you can always kind of spice it up a little bit to how you like it.
So give it a shot at hellofresh.com slash rottock apps to get free appetizers for life of that subscription.
Let's get back into this podcast.
That was the least sleep I got.
I remember that.
Wow.
It was fun, though.
I think I got less sleep when I was on the milk tours.
I thought you were never coming back.
Yeah.
Well, now we're going to open a gym in Miami.
I may never come back.
I cannot wait.
It's going to be so sick.
To be so sad about that.
Oh, my God.
Stop.
That's so exciting.
Well, you got to travel.
It seems like you're in Miami like every other weekend these days.
What the fuck?
These days.
Yeah, these days.
You're in Miami every other weekend?
I mean, you've been traveling a bunch.
You've been traveling a bunch.
No, I don't want to go to Miami, but if Rod Gear will fund it, maybe I'll be there.
You're a partner now in the gym.
Are you?
Yep.
You're partnering in the gym?
Yeah.
That's my dog.
Yeah.
I thought I was your dog.
Yeah, but that's like my like old dog.
Oh.
It's about to die.
No, it's like you.
No, I got time.
You know, you know when the eyes get all like not as shining.
What the fuck? I got shiny eyes. I thought it was like your dog, like your dog. No, no, no, just like my
homie. He's like a rat. Like a rodent. You can't kill like a roach you're gonna eat fucking the hot dog
thing this past weekend. Oh my god, you're so disgusting. Yeah, that's gross. I know what you decided to do
that. Weirdo. I told Jack you're doing it too. Maybe I'll pull up. I'll watch. Do you's ever
think about you guys should get therapy? Who? Like you guys? No, no, no, no, individually. Because I feel like
I just went through therapy.
Like, I go to therapy.
Because I started out, and now I feel so, I feel so good right now that I let it out.
I go to, I go to therapy.
No, he doesn't.
I do.
I feel like I might need to.
Like, I feel like I, we just did.
I haven't like talked about with anyone outside of like my crew.
And I'm like, I started out so like nervous, scared to talk about it.
And I feel like, yeah, I mean, it's not that complicated.
Talking about things that you, you learn and you know how to get.
Let me ask you a question, Sarah.
I want to ask you serious question.
Let's just say you found a guy you're in love with.
and you want to date and you still want to keep doing content and doing everything,
how would you handle it? Would you keep it private?
Would you, would you expose, how would you go about it?
I would never intertwine the two.
What if you were going to be married?
What do you mean?
What if you're going to be married?
Okay.
Hypothetically, I hope if I'm going to get married, I'm not doing the bullshit I'm doing right now.
So you're not, you think when you're getting married, you're probably not.
Got it.
Well, so when you get married, you're going offline.
Well, no, but.
Damn, what about our podcast?
It hurts. I hurt my feelings.
Fuck that guy.
No.
No.
I love our podcast.
Our podcast is different than me like running around zoo culture.
I get it.
I get it.
It's the type of content.
Yeah.
But you also go to other people's videos such as mine, ours.
Yeah.
And you do a lot of other things too.
I try to.
I feel like you have to optimize it.
But I feel like.
That's all going away.
When you find the one and get married.
No, I just, I just think you shouldn't intertwine the two.
But I hope that like when I do have, like,
like a family and like kids and stuff.
I'm not posting online.
I'm focused on more important things.
110%.
I feel like she'd be the kind of girl that would take picture.
Like imagine it'd be a picture of them on a beach
and he'd be turned that way.
You wouldn't see him.
Oh, okay.
That kind of shit.
I feel like,
no,
I'd Photoshop him out.
He put it on Twitter.
Can you,
can you take this person out?
Have you ever seen that on Twitter?
What?
No,
the funny ass means where they're like,
yo, Photoshop this and then it's like,
they're just like,
can you take this person out or that person out
and they do the craziest photoshop.
Oh, okay, that's going to be you?
It's really funny.
You're still going to probably make him post you, though, right?
Answer, honestly.
That's what the girls do, right?
Yeah.
I think there's a way to post.
I don't know.
No, the question was you're still going to make him post you.
I just dodged that.
I feel like guys, like, you know, it's awesome to post them great.
But I feel like guys really just post the girls
because they want to make the girl happy and feel loved.
Zaza, never posted a girl after dating her just for a week.
You were dating a girl for a week and you posted her.
Apparently he learned.
Your ex was hitting you up.
Who's this?
He learned very quickly.
You eat lost.
You go five stars.
She's your girlfriend.
You post her.
That's fucking funny.
You're hilarious, bro.
I love that guy.
And that was the end of the relationship after that.
It lasted another week.
Yeah, you lost the end of the whole roster.
Yeah, you lost the roster.
Have you ever had a roster, Sarah?
Like, as a girl?
Like,
I'm really sorry. I was so funny. Yeah. He's so funny. You want to get him on here?
Yeah. Yeah. Get out of here. Zan. Yo, you better. What'd you say? Nothing. I said, please, we really
appreciate you. We're amazing. We love you so much, Sarah. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. Sarah, I've been
going through a tough time. Thanks for being here for me. Appreciate it. Love you, Sarah. Thank you so much.
You're amazing. What's up, Sam? What's up? What's up, man? You're feeling good? Yeah.
Made it made it on the raw talk. Pull that a little closer. For anyone who doesn't know, this is my best friend from
back home we've been making videos together forever
and he's on my channel and the people love him
let's go thank you
and he's on dain duncan's channel as well and i'm also
a a rog your athlete
let's go and you're a rog your at you're in your brad channel
but you are crushing thank you're
you're funny you're one of the funniest people i know
you are you bright in my day you're like a light
in my life yeah we love you bro
good do it without you guys so what you
had a girl you post her and she was just like
fucked up your whole roster or what that's a real thing
yeah so i get back i just started
filming with so like hearing you
like all this tour stuff like Nick did the same thing with me he gets to Florida he's like
kind of Zan he was going on in tour so he starts inviting me out to like the tour
location so this is like my first first taste of like man people are seeing me on the internet
whatever so in Naples this girl hits me up and she's like says she uh she was like working at like
a hair she had a hair salon and she's like she recognized my voice from the YouTube channel
So I'm like, all right, easy money.
She recognizes my boys.
Like, I'm in there.
Easy money.
Right.
We got to talk about when he got popular how you're, okay, keep going to me.
So then my friend's like, oh, you know who Zan is instantly.
It's like, all right, Zan, you got to go for this one.
Because she was good looking girl.
I was like, all right, I didn't expect it.
Like, whatever.
She's like, it's actually my birthday.
I have a sugar.
She said she had a sugar day, a sugar day that was in the key.
in the keys, but, like, rented her a five-star hotel room at the Naples Grand.
So I'm from Naples.
You didn't care about the Sugar Daddy part.
You're like, fuck it.
No, I'm, I'm like, I can't afford that.
Like, that's shit.
That's just $600.
I'm going on this after, but go ahead.
So then I'm like, all right, I'm going to the Naples Grand with you.
And then I get to the Naples Grand with her.
She's like, yeah, if you put his card on file, we get room service, like, loggers,
whatever you could have.
So I'm like, I can't even treat a girl this well.
This girl is treating me this well.
I'm like, you know what?
I'm going to post her on my Instagram
to make her feel good about.
So I post her on my Instagram story.
Everyone's hitting me up.
Everyone's hitting you up.
Not only is she pissed about it
because she had like obviously
she was not supposed to be with me
and had that moment that she was with me.
But so she's pissed at me.
Every other girl I was talking to is pissed at me.
And yeah, then I had to drop her.
And yeah, that was,
Sad, but it was a nice weekend.
He's just, you're just like me.
You're a lover boy.
You had your ex that you were very serious about.
You're in a serious relationship right now.
Yeah, and I was even going to take this girl.
She's like, oh, I do only fans.
I'm like, I was even about to be like, you know what?
Fuck it.
I'm doing only fans with you.
No.
No.
I almost did it.
Only fans, but I was, I was that committed, but I didn't, I didn't, luckily.
Yeah, I feel like, you're like a younger me where, like,
I would meet a girl and, like, fall in love with her,
and I'd be done with it in a week
and then
I think you were in love
for like a day or two
same thing happened
when we were in Detroit
you fell in love with a girl
for two days
you were like kissing her
like you were gonna marry her
and then like
I wouldn't
I would
what do you mean
you would not
you would marry her
James even knows
every time James goes back
to Michigan
I'm like tell her
I say hi
this is how you get in trouble
with your current girlfriend
Yeah this is gonna get you
Yeah I have a current girl
I was trying to help you
Yeah this is just passed up
His current girlfriend's a
amazing. She's incredible. She's a very sweet. She loves him to death. You love her to death.
Yeah. She works out with me. I brought her to zoo. Oh, nice. Yeah. Good.
This was like a previous day. And even then it's like, I don't think I've done. I mean, it's not bad that.
Now you're like me. You're over thinking. This is what it is because there's girls you care. You got, you got, oh my God, you are.
And that's, that's the past and it's whatever. You know, I posted the girl on my Instagram to make her happy.
now wait one more year
and you're going to be a little bit more stressed out
yeah
you go through it too
you you trust out over
like
the see the thing is like
it's awesome to be able to work so hard
and do this life
and we got ourselves
whatever going on
but the hardest thing
is the personal relationships
100%
you deal with the two
you and I talk about all the time
I think the girls are just crazy
honestly because I mean
fair yeah
they are but there's like
there's always a reason
there's always it's always both sides too
there's two sides to everything now i just have like a check and balance thing like today i'm with
my girlfriend i get a call this morning which is my friend from florida she's a 40-year-old
girl sells horses whatever i would never do anything with her whatever my girlfriend over here is
the call and this lady's asking me like when are you coming back to florida and i'm like i don't
know and like i was like oh i should be out there so obviously my girlfriend's that's alarming
that i'm talking to this girl but i'm like you know she's 40 years old let me ask you
your question.
That's your question.
Do you talk to a lot of girls while being in a relationship?
No, I don't.
Talk to a lot of them.
Are you the feds, bro?
What the fuck?
No, no.
I'm not the feds.
He's very loyal to this girl, so...
Okay.
I am loyal and I draw the line, but I'm just saying like...
Here's my...
He's...
You're very loyal.
You don't talk to any other girls.
So she thought that like, oh, this is a girl I was talking to.
So instantly, I called my friend who knows this girl, knows that she's...
girl knows that she's 40.
I'm like, yo, Dean, isn't it crazy
that I can't even talk to
a 40-year-old lady without my girlfriend getting mad?
That's having a girlfriend.
And then...
Yeah.
It doesn't matter. It's like the Jake
from State Farm thing. It's like...
What are you talking about?
I can't even have a fucking phone call.
It's like, who's this? Jake from State Farm,
it's like... Oh, oh, yeah. Wow,
that's really good. That was genius.
That was hilarious. That was hilarious.
At the same time... They see a commercial where they're like,
who was that? Oh, it's just...
Jake, no, who is it?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay.
Like, that was genius.
I honestly think, like, I am a very loyal person,
but it's like, sometimes I like to just test the waters, you know?
I'm trying to save you, maybe not.
I mean, yeah, I'm a very loyal person,
but sometimes it's just like I like to.
I'm not going down for this.
Yeah, wait.
Yeah, I'm not going down for this because then you're going to text me
and then I'm getting in trouble.
Yeah, yo, we got to save you, bro.
All right, all right.
Enough about the girl.
I got, I just got pepper sprayed and shot with the stun gun.
And you're getting baptized tomorrow.
Getting baptized on Sunday.
How was that?
I was getting shot with a stun gun.
That was the one I would do again, I think.
I wanted to try that.
It's five seconds.
No, you should.
Yeah, I want to try that.
Can we do it this week?
I'm a little afraid of it because like, oh my God.
Can we please do that?
I kind of want to do it.
We're going to cry Danny.
We'll try Danny.
Have you ever been in an argument with your.
significant other.
What?
I would take the gun a hundred times over.
Then that again.
It's like training almost.
Now I did it try the stun gun.
Damn.
It's all try the stun gun.
I might try it.
If you try it,
I'll do it.
I don't know.
Yeah.
Come on.
I'll shoot you with it.
Then I got to shoot you.
Alex, please get a stun gun.
I might have a little stun gun more.
But in all honestly,
this is probably the only serious thing I'll say is like the stun gun
taught me like a huge appreciation for life because like
those five seconds you're just like,
You're getting fucking zapped.
You're cooked.
But as soon as he turned it off, is like, I was laughing.
I felt so relieved.
I was like.
Wow.
I never,
yeah.
That is fucking perspective.
I never,
I never,
since that moment,
it's like,
I've never looked back on it.
And I actually,
going into being stunned gunned,
I was so scared.
I did like a little prayer before and everything.
I was like,
what were you most,
do you think you were to die?
Yeah.
I thought my heart could stop.
That's what I'm afraid of.
Oh, yeah,
I'm not doing it.
Yeah,
you way what the fuck
now I want to do it
does steroids enlarge your heart
not necessarily
oh oh oh
well
the fuck you definitely don't shrink your dick
I thought it makes your dick bigger
makes your dick stronger
oh yeah yeah yeah
yeah I'll show you guys
yeah how did Brad know that
Brad what the fuck's going on over there man
he's he's yelling everyone knows that
okay yeah I knew that was the guy who was
us. He's on some shit. Or he has been at some point for sure. No, but so upset in a minute.
No, but like, you know, like, do the man baby. We love you. Make shit happen. Yeah, you guys are
funny, man. You have a cool crew. That's our motto that we've like, I think it gets us through
everything. Like anything bad, we say make shit happen. And we live by that with everything we do.
Yeah. We go out there and we make it happen. Yeah, you guys got a cool crew. It's a group.
It's a, it's, I'm so blessed to have these people. People are amazing. Yeah.
They're in crowd. I love these people. You got to keep it going.
It's a, it's, I wake up every day. I'm like, I love these people. Yeah, that's fun, man. Yeah. Sarah used to hang out
this more, but I don't know. What do you mean? I'm always saying when you call me. You called me,
make this podcast happen. I'm here. I didn't say make this by. I said, please come to the podcast.
Yes, please. No, no, not make it happen. You said come and I came. I'm always there. Thank you. I appreciate
you. You're always there. You're showing the dogs today.
Dude, you do that. Yo, yo, show the dogs. Zan, show the dogs. Oh, they're bad.
Oh, they'll show them. Hey, shout out my mom out there.
you mom by the way I think he just wanted to shout the mom out yeah yeah just
I shot my mom my mom I love you she's the best she's here actually are we gonna
show are you gonna show your feet or it's kind of criminal compare them to compare them to
Sarah's there oh those are those are pretty good dude
yeah I guess they have you see this so this toe is so broken I hit it and it's a
dude we're signing the other day and he looked at zan he's like is your nose broken
remember that oh yeah that was great it's like the owen wilson yeah yeah yeah it's the own
wills and yeah yeah that's what are you guys really looking forward to like what do you really
want to do like what would be the best video idea for you like what's the top you know like for me
if i talk about podcasting because it's content i make now yeah i'd love to interview like joe rogan
you know what i'm saying okay okay
Like what's...
Or Goggins.
I feel like we have...
Or Elon Musk.
Those three...
I feel like we have a few different things we kind of do on the channel.
So it's tough to say.
It's like there's real life.
There's like funny bits we do.
So, okay, a better question is who would you want to have like...
Because you know you've done stuff with like different rappers and shit like that.
What content creator or like celebrity would you love to have in a video?
Hmm.
You know, I'm going to...
Okay.
You know what I want to do?
I really
This is far out there
So I don't know if it's possible
But you know what
Fuck it
We're gonna figure out how to do this
I want to take Drake to a frat party
That would be
Literally insane
I want to do that
I don't know how
And I don't know if he would want to
I don't know
So why Drake?
I think he
Something really cool about him
Is he knows culture
Yeah
And he and he respects a lot of different cultures
And I like to see him adapt in that
Yeah
I think it'd be really cool
Like we've taken a few people
We've taken Kive
taken Emily
who else are taking to a frappler?
Sexy Red
I mean he's super close with her now
I feel like
Yeah oh my God
Yeah yeah yeah
That'd be the way in
Yeah
I'd here's my thing
It's like I don't usually like that
It's very I have a really hard time
Asking
Yeah
Like so like
But if it somehow happens the right way
That'd be amazing
It'd be incredible
You know I think this is the thing
We just keep making content a lot
Like that's how these things happen
Is like okay
The bigger you get
The more you do
Amazing things come your way
So
Yeah
I love Bieber, too.
Yeah, that'd be cool.
How about Chuck Norris?
Have you met Chuck Norris?
No, I'd love to, though.
I'd love to interview Chuck Norris.
The guy's a fucking legend, dude.
You are an amazing.
Who did you want to interview?
Who's someone you have an interview?
I said, Joe Rogan, Elon Musk, David Goggins.
They're like the top three.
I'd love to.
Wow, that's amazing.
I call myself.
I do the David Joggins program.
Like, what?
It's like David Guggins, but David Joggins.
Because he jogs, because you jog?
Yeah, I jog it out, yeah.
How much you run, bro?
Let's go for a run soon.
Okay.
I've been running, actually.
I'm pretty aerodynamic.
Oh, yeah, you have been running.
Can we go on runs?
I'm getting a lot of cardio.
Brad's getting us back in shape, so let's do it.
He's probably going to try to poke you with steroids.
Brad, come here.
He hates it.
No, he loves it.
He's so excited right now.
Come here.
Come in here.
Come in here.
And it's so funny how they're all here right now because they're moving in.
That's why it's so interesting.
Oh much one's gonna get James and Alex in here too.
James, Alex, come here.
Yeah, come here for a second.
Yeah, yeah, it's all getting in here.
This are my guys.
This is my guy right here.
You see this guy, this guy, this guy works,
no one works hard than this guy right here.
Let's go.
This guy's amazing.
Alex is, Alex is a genius.
This guy's a creative genius.
Nobody works hard around five months.
You know what's, I love this.
And I love waking up.
Brad and Zand, they just put smiles on my face.
I love it.
Yeah, why are you all on me, bro?
You know, you know, you know,
You know why these guys are so special?
You're good, you're good there.
Everyone, whatever one of us doesn't have, the other person has.
Like, everyone is so incredible.
I have this problem.
Whenever I'm asked about girls, I forget I have a girlfriend.
Okay.
Okay.
All that doesn't even make sense.
You can't forget.
That's an important thing to remember when you have a girlfriend.
Yeah.
I have a question, though.
You said something about Alex and, like, how good he is, what he does.
It's just so interesting because I knew you just as an editor for so long,
and you were really good at it.
What makes him better at it?
No, no, Alex is a million times better than me.
I feel like I was hardworking.
I would, you know, try to make the better.
Alex, he is extremely special.
And sometimes even thinking about a specialist guy
makes me emotional because he's incredible.
This guy is, thank you, this dude is amazing.
He'll make you feel some shit that, like,
you feel in the moment, and you watch it,
and you really feel it.
Yeah, that's a great actor.
Dude, yeah, he knows how to...
He's so in touch of, like, you know,
I think he sits back,
and he's, I think he should take,
a lot of pride in showing real emotions that are happening in our lives and portraying it on how
it's happening. I point to a video for this real quick. Sure. Our first ever Vegas video, it didn't
get that many views because they're not in the thumbnail. Yeah. But this guy got married and Alex.
Oh my God. It's actually a movie. One of my favorite videos of all time. It's crazy because an editor
like is easily, especially a vlog style thing is the most one of the most important things.
Bro, he's not. That's the thing, bro. I think Alex, you know, there's different times where people
step up, but Alex is like the hard soul
of like, James is all right. He's, he's
everyone's amazing. Everyone's, but it's like
dude, and I think about even, I have to say
Schuyler too, she was, she's a huge heart
and soul of our team because she like
brings ideas and pushes us and
kind of like, so you just try this, dude, it's like
everyone has that like, you know, even like when we come up
an idea, I feel like James is like the number one
guy to improve the idea. Yeah. It's like
everyone, and then sometimes
Zan and Brad will have the craziest ideas
and we try it and it's amazing. I don't know. Everyone's
Like randomly wrestling.
That was funny.
That was good.
Yeah.
A little serious, not serious, but serious.
You know what I realized about all these guys?
It's the best.
You know what I've realized about all of these guys is they all have charm in their own way.
They're so charming.
You guys are very charming guys.
And it's all in a different way, all in different ways.
I was just going to make a gay joke because you're all on that couch.
Yeah, that's cool.
No, that's pretty cool.
Oh, Alex, what do you think it takes to be great at editing?
I think just like having like a creative vision.
and like before you edit the video you kind of have to visualize what you want the people to feel
and then somehow find a way whether it's like through music or like certain cuts or like dragging out
certain clips like it's just like how you tell the story through editing bro he moves me every week
I watch the video and he moves me and I think James will say it I'm kind of like a control freak
and very I have a vision and I want it to be that and I go very hard to make it that and that's
That's why, you know, I have a lot of stress with real life and the videos.
But Alex, every week I watch it and I'm like, dude, I don't know how you fucking do it.
Well, how do you get it's better than what I could have ever thought.
Well, it wasn't like this like always.
Like at the start of the channel, like, I think it was like a few like, like it took me a little bit to figure out exactly like what Nick's vision is and like how to like perfect that style.
But you put your own vision into it.
But like now I think it flows a lot better like we have less revisions every week.
Because, like, I even cringe at myself, like, watching, like, some of the older things.
That's normal, though.
So, I look back at it.
I'm like, I like what you do.
I still watch.
We go back every once in a while I watch them.
This moment will be funny to look back someday.
Like, imagine, like, 10, 20 years from now.
If you ever look back on this, this exact moment, it'll be, it'll be pretty sweet.
Yeah.
I just know those creative, genius ideas I get right before bed.
I always write those down, because those are always bangers.
Everyone in 100 views.
Yeah.
I also, for Alex, too.
you don't like I feel like you're like super quiet but then when you talk
it's like so powerful I like to listen I gotta say this whenever we take a business meeting
people are afraid of Alex because he you debatably he is the smartest and says like
the most amazing shit when he talks and everyone like stop the whole room stops when he talks
and they're like holy fuck it's powerful and everyone you know when we go at business meetings
people always text me on the side just Alex like me like this I'm like bro he's the most loving
guy in the world but he you know he's very confident he knows he knows he's very confident
He knows everything that comes out of his mouth is confidence.
He knows what you're saying.
But how do you get his vision and make it real?
That's the question.
I listen.
Yeah.
Like, I'm not much of a talker.
I just like to listen.
And anytime Nick or like anyone else on the team like has like certain thoughts,
I just listen and I take it all in and then I somehow.
You obviously like what you do too.
Yeah, I love it.
I love it.
Yeah.
It's crazy because you are a control freak Nick,
but I think that's why you're so successful.
But you can entirely trust Alex with like,
the one thing that I would never imagine
you're trusting anyone with.
Like, for example, I'm like,
when you go to the barbershop,
I'm, like, scared, like, fuck, is he can get mad?
Because you're, like, you're so particular.
And that's why I was so successful.
But you can, like, fully let Alex
kind of take your vision every week.
Like, some weeks there really is no revision.
Which is actually crazy when you think about that.
Yeah, yeah.
It is crazy.
And I, and here's the thing, like,
that's this, everything that I talked about earlier
and why I'm like, every,
I think every couple months I go through a little bit of a panic
or, you know, there's a lot.
It's like, dude, these guys are incredible.
and they're going they're here all in everyone in this room has left their life to come take on
this journey and i think every one of these guys are going to be huge in entertainment they're all
incredible but it's it's like dude i just these guys go so hard i just would never want to let any
of them down yeah and that's that's yeah but i mean it's a team thing like it's not a thing
without they feel the same way i know every one of them doesn't want to let me down yeah i think
that's why it works and they don't want to let each other down because it's dope what you guys
are doing for real like it's it's not it's not just like an easy task
It's not easy because we all understand that
Especially every week
It's what you said earlier
If we stop
You're fucked
It's gone
Yeah
Yeah
That's how it works
Fucking blessings to all you guys man
I'm glad
I'm glad we got to do this for real
Yeah thank you for having
Because I do genuinely feel like
You'll look back on this someday
And be like Dan that was special
Yeah
For sure
Dude so that's that's why when we like
If we ever argue
Or we're in these deep emotional states
We just got to take a step back
And be like man
This is a special squad
You just got to keep reminding yourself
Like where you are
And where you're able to go
yeah it's like it's endless like you can build real business you could build real life like
shit forever from this bro i think this could be the biggest thing if we just all stay together
and make this what it can be yeah no i'm proud of you bro for real thank you because i remember
like i just knew you i never i didn't see any of these guys ever before and like i remember
talking to you and seeing you and just in like little bits and i'm like this guys got it dude
i know he has it and then to see you find all these other people that have it and mix with you
it's just a beautiful thing to see man
I appreciate that because I know and I also know how
fucking hard it is to keep it together to keep it going
year after year after year it's fucking difficult
it's very difficult
look that smile that's a great smile
but yo I want to say we really appreciate you
everyone in this team like dude
you there's no one else
in my life that like any time
like I need something or you even see
an opportunity you try to involve me you always have
even with this like
I really appreciate that and I know everyone
Everyone, everyone knows.
Now, the fact that, I can I say you let us come in the gym for free?
Is that fine?
Yeah, yeah.
The fact that you let us come train at zoo, like, at no cost, like, I would not be able
to afford a gym membership probably at times.
So, like, that means the world, like, you always supporting us, you know, giving Zan the
coach for raw gear.
Yeah.
I mean.
Where's Jeannie?
He's over there.
Geney.
What are you doing in there, bro?
But seriously, Brad, thank you.
It means the world.
No, you guys are, you guys are always.
Sit on Zan's left.
I, I just like it.
Yeah.
This is our newest, this is our newest editor.
Bro, this kid.
This is my friend, by the way.
Oh, thank you, man.
Thank you.
This is first time in LA meeting.
He's met, you met a lot of people today.
Yeah, I met Sketch.
Sarah, you?
Yeah.
He's like, he's like, wait, I'm meeting Brad today.
That's cool.
Like a small dark room in Rhode Island, just sitting in my room editing and shit like that.
And now I'm like sitting on the raw talk pod.
He thought he was moving into a big house in the hills.
Now he's the best Western bus.
That was a surprise too.
But this is why.
I'm not your Brad's house.
Yeah, this is fucking wild, bro.
I just love to see the opportunity, man.
He's our newest member.
We haven't brought a new member on in a while, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, so.
Now that I'm a global superstar, it's like, yeah.
Dan thinks he's Justin Bieber, and you'll admit it.
I know you will.
I have a lot.
I don't think I'm Justin Bieber, but there's a little chip on my shoulder.
That's why I love you.
That's why I love you, man.
You know your value.
It's good.
I mean, just always keep in your mind, like,
treat each other well.
I know.
We,
you know,
we all.
And fucking communicate,
even when it gets hard
because it's gonna get hard.
It will get harder at times
and you just have to have conversation.
I think something that we're all getting better at.
This is like,
I've lost my temper.
Everyone's room has lost their temper at some point.
We're all like,
oh,
I'm sorry, bro.
Yeah.
But that's fucking normal,
dude.
Yeah.
You're all men.
You,
like you need that.
It's not always supposed to be fucking fairies
and fucking nice shit all the time.
You need friction to get better.
You need to have moments where you're like,
you're like,
you fucked up.
I fucked like,
But don't be afraid of accountability, whether it's you or him or anyone.
Yeah.
Like, yeah, I did fuck up.
Yeah.
I think Alex, we talk once a week of like, all right, we all let us let our egos
down.
Let's let, like, I fucked up here, this person.
Because it's good.
The stakes do get higher.
Yeah.
The stakes will get more.
So as long as everyone could continue to like, you know, eat properly, you know,
like not feel like they're alienated, whatever.
You'll always have the success.
Just got to have the communication.
Yeah.
Even when it's tough.
But yeah, that's why I just want to speak my piece
So you guys know that way
I really appreciate that
I just burped in my face
Yeah, nice
That was a great moment
I really was not trying to remember any of this
No, you'll watch it, you'll watch it
Yeah
But no, you guys are great man
I got really like genuinely like
I'm proud of your success man
I'm saying I love what you guys have created for real
It means a lot
You guys done it together
You're part of it
I love being a part of it
We have more you're asking about plans
We got plans for you bread
I'm here bro
I ain't going nowhere
Yeah that's awesome
Let's go
I'll never stop this shit
I love, I love this shit.
That's how I feel.
I'm like, I don't ever want to stop.
Yeah.
Ever.
I don't think these guys, too, is like, you just got to evolve.
That's the key, though, too.
You got to evolve.
Like, because it can't always be the same all, same thing always.
Yeah.
You know, as long as everyone's on that.
I don't think, we talked about, I think one year from now is going to be completely
different content.
Yeah.
We're pretty good at changing it up.
Yeah.
I think we're just still developing what we're doing, too.
So we, I think we have one more year of like, we got to go all.
We're always going to go all in, but we just got to put it all out there right now.
Yeah.
a car together road trip
to we fell asleep at a fucking gas station
yeah we road trip and we had nowhere to stay
and we just slept on the grass
fuck we're doing that again
kind of I don't know why
no you'll be good here
yeah that's gonna be amazing
I remember those days sorry my mom's calling
no no you guys you gotta go to dinner
yeah I gotta go to wrap it up
I love you guys thank you guys for coming
appreciate you Brad here
Brad Martin yeah I love you guys
every Tuesday we'll see you guys next Tuesday
we're out of here
