Now streaming on, you guessed it, Disney Plus. So this guy, his name's Tyler, and Tyler has a big problem. His mom's a witch.

Like an evil witch, like the kind that practices witchcraft and can cast spells on you. And poor Tyler, he doesn't know what to do. I mean, he's 28 years old and he lives with his mom. And one day, shit gets real. Because Tyler, he's at home, and his mom is too. And they're in the house, and Tyler, he looks over at her, and he sees her trying to put a curse on him. And Tyler's like, oh hell no, and he starts freaking out.

He doesn't want to curse on him. What the hell? Okay, here's the thing about all this though. Despite what Tyler thinks, Mom isn't really an evil witch who practices witchcraft. She's actually a nice normal woman. Tyler just thinks she's a witch because he's dealing with severe mental illness. Regardless, he very strongly believes this. Not only that, he thinks it's up to him to take care of this problem.

And so he goes and he grabs a hatchet from the other room and he goes into the bedroom where mom is and suddenly, boom, he attacks her over and over again until he ends up unaliving her. Then, for whatever reason, he grabs mom's little dog and he unalives the dog too. And then after that, he goes and he takes a shower because I guess he feels dirty, I don't know. And sometime later, there's a knock at the front door. And it's mom's best friend, she's there to visit. And best friend, she knows the whole family, so she lets herself in. And Tyler, he's chilling there in the kitchen, butt-ass naked, because I guess he didn't put any clothes on after he got out of the shower. And best friend is like, buh, and she walks past him, and she looks

over toward the couch, and bam, she sees mom's little dog lying there unalived. And best friend is like, what the fuck? And so she runs to mom's bedroom to check on her. And there, she sees mom lying on the bed and she's not moving. And so she calls 911 and police come and they check out the whole scene. And there they find Tyler just chilling in his room and he's still butt-ass-necked. And apparently, according to police, he had an erection for some reason. Regardless, everything about this scene points to him being the murderer. And so, boom, they put him in a straight jacket and they arrest him.

Here's his mugshot. Meanwhile, there's this woman, Tyler's younger sister, Kylie. And Kylie, she's at work. And suddenly, her phone rings, and it's her grandma. And grandma's like, someone said there's an ambulance and police at your mom's house. And so Kylie, she goes to her mom's house, and there she talks to police. And I'm sure she's shocked and horrified by all this, as I can imagine anyone would be. Now, at some point that night, Kylie goes home and she starts making TikToks and talking openly about what

This morning I got a call while I was at work. They said my mom was dead. Your dog also was dead. My brother killed them. And this isn't something I would do, but this seems like it's some form of therapy for her because she starts posting about this situation a lot. This is my brother. My brother's name is Tyler Daisy. This is my beautiful mother. And as you've probably seen in the news, my brother Tyler murdered my mom. And by this point in the story, Tyler's in jail and he's been charge with first-degree murder and he's waiting on his trial while Kylie is still making TikToks about her experience and she's not like defending him but she seems to be trying to add context to the whole situation before this all happened my brother was in and out of psych wards

in and out of jail in and out of the hospital he asked for help he committed himself our families committed him we asked for help we didn't get help I am not excusing what my brother did I am giving you facts of mental health problems in this world. That needs you change. And so yeah, Tyler clearly isn't well and he's about to go to trial. So how is he going to get out of this? Well, Tyler's defense team wants him to plead not guilty by reason of insanity, which an insanity plea seems like a strong strategic move here. But in order to do that, they have to get Tyler evaluated to see if he's competent to stand trial. And Kylie makes TikToks about all this. More updates are coming soon because today he does have a competency test and I will be going to that.

And she agrees, yeah, he's too far gone to stand trial. Regardless, they do the competency test on Tyler and surprisingly, he passes. And Kylie hears this and she's like, what the f- I'm at the courthouse right now and they did find him competent. How is he competent? He's been diagnosed with how many disorders? But then, I guess Tyler fires his lawyers? Because he suddenly decides he doesn't want to plead insanity. So they have to reevaluate him again and this time they find him not competent to stand trial.

At a hearing today, Tyler Daisy was found not competent to stand trial. But then, about a month before the trial, Tyler is reevaluated a third time and found competent again. All right, for the third time for his competency test, he was found competent this time. And yeah, it's weird. I don't know how any of that works or why he had to take the test three times, but whatever. A month later, the trial starts, and Tyler doesn't show up on the first day, citing religious reasons for whatever, okay. But his defense team does show up, and they make an argument that no one is expecting. They claim that Tyler isn't guilty of unaliving his mom because Kylie was the one who unalive their mom. Which is bullshit and absurd because she wasn't even at the house at that time.

Like, she was at work. Secondly, is that they are trying to now say that I did this. And at the end of the day, this does hurt. But anyway, as the trial goes on, Kylie continues to post videos. It was the second day of trial today. With that being said, Tyler again, was not present. I'm going to be honest that this is really hard, and it's hard to be strong as much as I try to be.

Now, during this trial, the defense is still trying to pin it on her. And as evidence, they're playing clips of her while she's, She was at the police station that day and she's like laughing. Is anything else on you that I should know about? Like just phone and... Perfect. Okay. So the defense points to this laughing and they're like, her mama just died.

Why is she laughing so much? Doesn't she seem guilty? And the whole argument is just ridiculous. And I guess at the end of the day, the jury agrees because Tyler is found guilty as for. It took the jury less than two hours to find. Tyler Daisy guilty of murder and animal abuse. So yeah, Tyler's convicted, and before they send him away for good, they let some of the victim's family members get on the stand to speak.

And of course, Kylie gets up there because she has some things she wants to say about all this. How does it feel to lose your whole family due to one thing that you did? Does that feel okay to you? You feel okay still? You're messed up. And it's sad that you didn't get the help. It's sad that you still think you're... okay, but you're not. But then, during all this, kind of out of nowhere, Tyler busts out and responds.

I don't know what you have going on. Ten Commandments. Okay. Okay. Look at you. This is sad. You and Christy and Katie, conspiracy to commit murder. Okay.

Mr. Dadee, Mr. Dazey, let her speak, let her finish. I hope you enjoy life in prison. I can live forever. I have God. Where is your God? That's a great God. Let's see Jesus save you. Oof.

Clearly he's not okay. Anyway, ultimately Tyler's sentence to life in prison. That is wild.
