Starting point is 00:00:00 This family is on the brink of Civil War. Mobland, the hit original series is now streaming on Paramount Plus. The other Harrogans don't know than yet? In Google us. From the underworld of Guy Ritchie. Do you want to step up the ladder? I won't comment dead. Starring Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, and Helen Mirren.
Starting point is 00:00:20 Do I have to do everything myself? You want to want! I'll give you a... Moblad, new season is now streaming on Paramount Plus. So this is Haley, aka... Haktua. And as of now, a lot of people want Haley to be thrown in jail. Here's what happened. So Haley's 21 living in small town, Tennessee, and she works in a factory that makes springs that they use in vending machines. But one night, Haley and a friend, they're out on the town
Starting point is 00:00:50 in Nashville, and they're pretty tipsy, and they see a couple of guys doing street interviews for a YouTube series. And these guys end up approaching Haley and doing a street interview with her. one move in bed that makes a man go crazy every time. Oh, you gotta give him that... Yeah, you've seen the video. I don't have to show you. And you probably also already know that after the drunken interview, the guys go home and they upload the clips of Haley to social media.
Starting point is 00:01:15 And the clip on TikTok blows the fuck up almost immediately. It goes viral and people are reposting it and pretty quickly it gets memed like millions of times and people start calling Haley the Hoc Tua girl. And from here, Haley actually does the smartest thing. thing she could do in this situation. She's like, I'm about to capitalize on this. And before you know it, her social media starts getting a bunch of traction and she gets tons of followers and tons of fans. She signs with a management company. She starts getting invited onto podcasts. Oh my gosh. Thank you so much. This is your first podcast ever, first anything ever. Yes, ma'am. And suddenly she's invited to be
Starting point is 00:01:52 on stage at a Zach Bryan concert. She's throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at a Mets game, all because she got drunk and made a joke about a wiener. Now, eventually, she teams up with Jake Paul's media company, and she wants to take advantage of her popularity by starting her own podcast, Talk Tua. And it seems like she's making the most of her viral moment, and she's very likable, and a lot of people love her. Until... Pretty quickly, she gets involved in a different type of venture,
Starting point is 00:02:24 and this is what gets her in trouble. Now at some point during all this, she partners with some crypto bros. And she and the crypto bros, they're going to launch her very own meme coin called Hawk. So leading up to the launch, she allegedly gives some free Hawk tokens to some fans and she rallies them to get in on this exciting opportunity and everyone's going to be so rich, what could possibly go wrong from pushing a meme coin? Here's the thing about meme coins though. Mem coins or crypto based off of memes, they have a.
Starting point is 00:02:57 history of being pump and dump scams. And influencers and sometimes celebrities, they will sometimes push these meme coins onto their fans and, you know, it all turns out to be a scam and the fans end up getting screwed. And Haley must be aware of this reputation meme coins have because in this interview with Fortune Magazine, she reassures people that her meme coin is definitely not going to be a cash grab. Okay, y'all drop your Solano wallets. I'm giving out some meme coins for free. And so some of her fans get on board and they invest and they buy into it because they're going to be so rich off this. And then finally the big day comes and boom. And so the coin launches and it hits a $490 million market cap allegedly.
Starting point is 00:03:44 But then the worst thing that could happen happens. Less than 20 minutes after the launch, how? Over 90% of the shares are suddenly sold off and the coin crashes losing 95% of its value. 95. That means that if you invested $1 into this coin, you would now be left with five cents. So a lot of people lose a lot of money over this. Here's the thing though, Haley apparently doesn't lose any money over this. And the crypto bro she's partnered with, apparently they don't lose any money either. But the fans and the investors, they all do. And as you can imagine,
Starting point is 00:04:27 they are pissed. And they feel something isn't right about this. And that is where this guy comes in. CoffeeZilla. Now CoffeeZilla, he's a YouTuber and he's made a name for himself in the online space by calling out seemingly shady crypto behavior. And so CoffeeZilla, he's been watching this whole meme coin launch thing play out. And he finds it all very suspicious. And he's convinced it's some kind of scam. And he's like, not on my watch. So then Haley and some of the crypto bros, start a Twitter space because I guess they want to explain to the investors that this whole meme coin thing, it wasn't really a scam, it wasn't a rug pull. And maybe they're like trying to calm them down. Except the main crypto bro, this guy, Doc Hollywood, Doc Hollywood's speech to the investors
Starting point is 00:05:13 doesn't exactly take accountability. In fact, it actually feels like it's blaming them a little. There's a lot of negativity in the space. I think crypto brings the mentally ill into this thing. Right? If you guys are in crypto, you're most likely mentally ill. And I'm going to count myself as mentally ill for even being here right now. We're trying to actually have fun. We're trying to do something cool. We're trying to give meme tokens away for free to people who have never had any crypto before,
Starting point is 00:05:41 any meme token. And you guys should be kissing my f*** ass. And Coffeezilla is there in the space and bro is just waiting for his turn to speak. And when it's his turn, he lets them know what's up. I have questions. I'm raising my hand. Hey guys. What coffee zilla?
Starting point is 00:05:55 Hey, this is one of the most miserable, horrible launches I've ever seen in my life. Okay, then why the fuck are you on? I've been tracing it on chain for a while. You guys generated over a million dollars in fees while y'all's fans got rug pooled. There was snipers, but there was also insider trading directly linked to y'all's creator account. What are you guys doing? No, no, no, that's not true. That is true.
Starting point is 00:06:21 That's a fact. So then Doc Hollywood appears to get. pretty riled up about Coffee Zilla's accusation. Brother, who profited over a million dollars was just made? I'm telling you a foundation that pays people out. And by the way, CoffeeZilla, I'm not asking you, you know, questions that have, that are irrelevant to the most important stuff that you said. Who cares where fees go?
Starting point is 00:06:43 It goes to bills. When you're charging 15%, it goes to directors. You're charging 50% of a rug pool. And you're profiting from the rug. There's no rug pool because we didn't, we didn't pull a rug. I don't. know what you're trying to say it's not true now the funniest part of all of this is in the middle of all of this chaos Haley I guess she just suddenly gets tired and
Starting point is 00:07:03 she's like I'm gonna head out as if she's not in the middle of being accused of fraud hey guys I hate to interrupt you Nick well hello there but I'm gonna go to bed and I'll see you guys tomorrow okay amazing now to be clear and to be fair to everyone involved in this I don't know if this was a scam or a rug pull as they call it. I don't know enough about the crypto space to make that call. But the people who do know the space really well are all saying, yeah, it was a rug pull and she got involved with some sketchy people. Now I do know this. At the end of the day, the fans, the investors, they lost a lot of money. While Haley and the crypto bros, apparently they made a ton of money. So the optics of this
Starting point is 00:07:48 aren't looking good for them. And the people who do feel like they got conned, they're really, really upset and some of them are calling for her to be thrown in jail, which I promise you, Hoc to a girl is not going to be thrown in jail. That's just not going to happen. However, some of the investors did file official complaints with the SEC and there could possibly be lawsuits, but who knows? Now, after all of this happened, as of right now, as of me filming this video right now, Haley has gone pretty silent on her social media, but I'm sure she'll reappear at some point. And I'll keep you updated if anything happens beyond this, but my guess, is that it won't. I mean, people rarely get in any real trouble for this crypto-rug-pull
Starting point is 00:08:29 stuff. Welcome to America. Do you remember a long time ago that seven-year-old kid who became famous for stealing a car? Well, he's about to do it all over again. Now, the kid's name is Latarian, and Latarian is seven when this story starts, and he's living in Florida, and all this kid seems to want to do is get into trouble. And one day, in 2008, he and his grandma, are visiting his mom at her townhouse. And so they're all there, and Latarian asks if he can have his friend come over to watch cartoons. But his mom says no. Here's the thing, though, Latarian's friend is already there, waiting outside.
Starting point is 00:09:09 Regardless, Latarian's mom won't let him in the house. And so Latarian gets super pissed off, and he steals the keys to his grandma's SUV. Then he and his friend, they get in the car, and Latarian gets in the driver's seat. and he starts it up, and he puts it into gear and the two drive off heading to Walmart. Meanwhile, back at home, Grandma and Mom are putting together one of those kids' basketball hoops. And at one point, Grandma goes inside to get some screws that she had left on the counter, and she notices that her keys are missing. And she also notices that Latarian is gone.
Starting point is 00:09:46 And she's like, oh, shit, that little jerk stole my car! And immediately, she starts freaking out. And she screams for someone to call. the police. Now apparently, Letarian can drive, like he's actually doing it. He and his friend cruise around for miles down busy streets, through crowded parking lots, and during that time, they run over a couple of mailboxes, they hit two parked cars, and even two moving cars. Now, eventually, someone sees Letarian, who is so short it looks like he can't even see over the steering wheel, and they call the police. And so police come and they spot Latarian.
Starting point is 00:10:23 Luterion driving, and they turn on their lights and they try to pull him over. But I guess instead of pulling over, Lutarian is just like, no, I'll just drive home instead. And he starts driving home. And at some point, while driving home, scur-caboon. He crashes into a curb and a sign, and he snaps one of the car's axles and wheels. Here is actually a picture of his grandma's SUV later. It looks like this is in the impound yard. You can see that it's all wrecked.
Starting point is 00:10:53 And so grandma's ride is total. But luckily, the two boys aren't hurt. And so police, they get letarian, and later that day, they escort him home. And a local news crew hears about the accident, and they show up to his house. They want to interview him about what happened. And this is where he ends up doing an on-camera interview with a local news station. And the reporter asks him why he stole his grandmother's car. I want to do it because it's fun.
Starting point is 00:11:22 It's fun to do bad. things to drive into a car. But did you know that you could perhaps kill somebody? Yes, but I wanted to do her stuff for my friend. And so that news station posts a clip of that interview to YouTube. And the video blows the fuck up. People find it hilarious. It becomes an early viral internet sensation.
Starting point is 00:11:42 It gets millions of views and like people are sharing it all around. And they're quoting him because he has so many quotable lines. I took my girlfriend because they got mad at my mom. And then I suddenly had my friend come and he smokes with cigarettes. And people start calling him Hood Rat Kid, which is just not a good name to have when you're seven.
Starting point is 00:12:02 Now, you would think that this viral joy ride would be the end of Latarian's crime spree. But no, no, no. He's just getting started. A few weeks later, he's at Walmart with his grandmother. And he gets into a fight with her
Starting point is 00:12:16 because she won't let him get any chicken wings. And during the fight, he starts hitting her and he hits her in the stomach and on her legs basically anywhere he can reach. And this causes a whole scene and it makes the local news too. The problem began when Latarian asked his grandmother to buy him some chicken wings. So unfortunately his terrible behavior keeps getting him attention. For example, that same year, he, his grandma, and his mom are scheduled to appear on Judge Judy.
Starting point is 00:12:48 We're going to the Judge Judy show. Encouraged by show producers, Latarian Milton's grandmother says she plans to sue her daughter, blaming Latarian's mother for allowing him to steal her SUV, then drive off. But thankfully, after a lot of public criticism, the Judge Judy show ends up canceling on them. But Latarion's not done getting attention yet. Two years later, in 2010, he's nine years old at this point. He gets invited onto the Comedy Central show, Tosh Point O. this was kind of your grandma's fault?
Starting point is 00:13:24 I love it, she should have kept her keys in her purse. She should have kept her keys in her purse. Don't you think you should just not take her car? No. Not only that, that same year, that animated show The Boondocks creates a hood rat character based on Latarian. LaMilton, what about the people you could have hurt? I don't care nothing about those people.
Starting point is 00:13:46 I wanted to do hood rat stuff for my friends. Now eventually all this attention stops. His 15 minutes of fame ends, and Latarian goes back to being a regular Florida kid, living of normal life. And a few years pass. And he goes to middle school, and he graduates from middle school. Here's a picture of him holding his certificate of completion, and, you know, good for him. And then the local news comes out, and they interview him again, and, you know, he seems to be doing much better.
Starting point is 00:14:15 Going wrong, it's bad, but doing good, I could be a success. and so it looks like Letarian has learned his lesson finally and that he's gonna grow up and he'll never get into any serious trouble ever again until until he screws up real big because it's now 2017 and Latarian is 16 years old at this point and one night he's hanging out with four of his friends so there are five of them total and they order a lift and so the lift shows up and the driver picks them up and he takes them to their location, but when they get there, only one of them gets out. And the driver's like, what's going on? And Latarian and the rest of the group tell him to take them somewhere else, a different location. And the driver's like, okay, well, you got to make a request through the app. And I guess they don't want to do that. So the driver refuses to take them anywhere. Because, you know, he's trying to get paid. This is his job. And that is when suddenly one of
Starting point is 00:15:16 Letarian's friends in the back pulls out a pistol and pow, he hits the driver in the head with it. And the driver is totally freaked out. Then, Latarian's friend points the gun at him and he forces him out of the car. Then they take his wallet and his jacket. And they take the whole car too. And with Letarian driving, they all speed away. And they leave the driver just standing there on the street. Now, the dumbest part about this crime is that they not only stole this poor guy's car,
Starting point is 00:15:43 but they stole the lift after Latarian or. ordered that very lift, which means the driver has all of his account information, his name, his phone number, et cetera. And so the driver gives the phone number to police. And police easily trace it back to Letterian's Facebook account. And so they find him and bam, they arrest him. Here's his mugshot. And he gets three years in prison for this. And he gets out a little early and in 2019, bam, he's arrested again. Here's another mugshot. This time he's sentenced to one year, nine months in prison for grand theft.
Starting point is 00:16:24 Then he gets out, and in 2023, when he's 22 years old, bam, he gets arrested again. Here's his mugshot again. And this time he was involved in some kind of physical domestic dispute. I'm not really sure. But from here, I couldn't find any credible information on whether or not he got sent back to prison or what or what he's got going on now. Regardless, you know, I hope he figures himself out.
Starting point is 00:16:50 So this guy is about to become sort of famous for leading police on one of the most watched car chases in history. Now, the guy's name is Ryan, and Ryan is very much a turd. He's been in and out of prison for the last decade, mostly for stuff like drug charges and car theft. But one morning, he walks into a gas station where he's about to start some trouble because at this same time pulling up to this gas station is this woman. Her name's
Starting point is 00:17:19 Martha. And Martha just stopped at the gas station for a cup of coffee and she's going to be in and out real quick. So she leaves her keys in the car with the engine running. Big mistake. Now Ryan, he's still inside and at this moment bro is really, really high. Like he's all hopped up on a drug that I'll just refer to as Walter White. So Ryan is high on Walter White and he's high on Walter White and he walks out of the gas station and he sees Martha's car running without her in it. And he's just like, let's go! And he jumps in it and he takes him. Here's the thing though, Martha's four-year-old son is still buckled in the back seat.
Starting point is 00:17:59 So Ryan just accidentally became a kidnapper. And of course, Martha steps outside and her car is now gone and she panics because her kids in the back seat. So she runs back inside and the gas station clerk calls police. Minutes later, the cops are after this guy, and they're chasing him down the freeway, and he is not going to stop. And you can see him here, like he's driving on the wrong side of the road, he's trying to avoid other cars, he's running through red lights at full speed,
Starting point is 00:18:28 and other drivers see him, and they're like all swerving, trying to get out of the way, trying to not get hurt, all while Martha's four-year-old kid is crying and screaming in the backseat. So then, bam, 20 minutes later, this full-blown, high speed chase is still going. And it looks like Ryan's gonna see this through to the end. But then suddenly, Capow! Ryan's stolen SUV gets a flat tire. So now Ryan has to ditch Martha's car. And you can see him here where he cuts off this other minivan and he forces it to pull over. Then he gets out and he terrorizes the poor woman inside and there you can see her getting out and running for her life. While of course Ryan speed the
Starting point is 00:19:12 away in his brand new ride. So now he's off again in this second car. And I guess he's hoping to throw police off course because he goes in the opposite direction in the oncoming lane. So now he's going full speed driving the wrong way. And at this point officers, I mean, they realize they got to do something because bro is not going to stop. So they try to lay down those spike strips, the kind that'll like blow your tires out. But unfortunately, Ryan, he sees them coming. and he easily swerves out of the way and he misses them entirely. Like, they don't even get close to him. So there's no stopping this guy.
Starting point is 00:19:50 And if all this chaos isn't bad enough, Ryan is about to make it all much worse. Because just down the road, waiting for him to drive by is this guy, Trooper He. And he is there and he's laying down some spike strips in the road knowing that Ryan is about to roll through them. But Ryan, of course, he sees Trooper He and he's like, oh, hell no. And he aims the stolen minivan right at him, and he floors it, going 90 miles an hour.
Starting point is 00:20:19 And bam, he hits Trooper He. And if you slow down the footage, you can see Trooper He here, and you can see the minivan coming toward him. Now, obviously, I can't show him being hit by a car. It's way too shocking. But Ryan does run him over. Oh, but the story's not over yet, because Ryan just keeps going and going, and going, and going. until boom, he crashes the minivan into another car. And he gets out and he's kind of running around and he's just like he's panicking.
Starting point is 00:20:51 I guess he's still high off all that Walter White he did. But after scrambling around and thinking about it, he then just gets back into the same minivan he just crashed and he keeps on driving. Then a few minutes later, Ryan spots another car to steal. And boom, he slams into it. Now, the woman driving, she thinks this is just a regular car accident. she does the right thing and she pulls over. While Ryan, he gets out of the minivan and he pretends to be upset over this car wreck.
Starting point is 00:21:20 And you can see him here, he's pointing to the damage on the car, and he does this so he can get close to the driver, and once he's close enough to her, he opens the door and he throws the woman out. Which I can't really show you, it's a little too violent, so I'll just, I'll blur it out. But you can see the poor woman trying to get her car back as Ryan drives off in it. So now, Bro has stolen his third car, and he's still on the run. It seems like police are just never going to catch this guy. Until. Now this is where Ryan's luck finally starts to run out. Because he's speeding along in this third stolen car, and he's dodging traffic left and right.
Starting point is 00:22:01 And then he drives into an intersection. And suddenly, boom, he collides with another car, which I can't show you because of rules against showing car accident. but you get the point. And you can see the aftermath here. You can see that he gets out and he runs away and he just keeps running and he keeps running. And he rounds the corner and then, oh, oops, he slips on the ice here and he drops his jacket and that slows him down a bit.
Starting point is 00:22:26 And just for fun, let's see that slip again in slow motion. He's coming around the corner and boom. Anyway, then he immediately gets up and he keeps going. Now I guess this is where all that Walter White he did starts wearing off. Because Ryan is suddenly out of energy. Like look, he's like struggling to jump this fence here. And so he fails to jump the fence and he just keeps going and going. And finally, I guess he's like, ah, fuck it, I give up. And he just lays down in the snow. And this allows police to get to him and bam, they finally arrest him. Here's his mugshot. So now Ryan is facing
Starting point is 00:23:05 some serious charges from all this. Attempted manslaughter, first degree assault, kidnapping, vehicle theft. But here's what's crazy. This entire chase is captured on footage by a news helicopter, and the footage is so compelling, this story blows the fuck up. And like everyone is talking about it and they're watching the footage, which is nearly an hour long, by the way. This whole chase lasted around an hour and a half. And so, because of that, this car chase becomes one of the most famous car chases in history, with the raw footage getting over 25 million views on YouTube alone. And so Ryan, as he sits in jail waiting on his trial, he hears about all these YouTube
Starting point is 00:23:47 views he's getting. And he thinks all these views means he is about to be rich and famous. And so he's in jail talking to someone on the phone and he's talking about all this. If you type in Grand Death Auto on YouTube, my shit comes up first. You're ridiculous. How are you doing... I know it's definitely laugh about, but it's like, what else do you? And so, yeah, you can see him.
Starting point is 00:24:19 him laughing about everything he did and showing excitement for all the money from the ad revenue he thinks he's going to make instead of, you know, showing remorse. But make a million hits, you get paid by YouTube. Channel 7 News, I believe, is going to be the one that gets paid for that. I'm going to contact Channel 7 News. I want to get paid. Now here's the thing about those phone calls that people make from jail. They're recorded, and yes, they can be used against you in a court of law.
Starting point is 00:24:46 So eventually, Ryan goes to trial and they use. those recordings of that phone call against him. And of course, Martha shows up and she testifies against him. Thankfully, she got her four-year-old son back safely. And trooper he shows up and he testifies against him. Luckily, he survived nearly being hit by Ryan on the freeway. I mean, he had to undergo seven surgeries, but fortunately, he did make it. And ultimately, Ryan is found guilty and he sentenced to 160 years in prison. And on top of all that, from what I read, he made no money. from all the YouTube views. So good for him. So this turd is a serial road rager, and he's about to get exactly what's coming to him. Now the guy, his name's Nathaniel, and Nathaniel is 36 when this story
Starting point is 00:25:33 starts, living in California, and bro is just an angry dude. Like he has a long history of harassing and assaulting people. He's always looking for an excuse to start a fight. And one day in 2023, he takes things way too far because Nathaniel is at a shopping center when he sees a young couple there and I don't exactly know what this couple does to upset him probably you know nothing but dude gets really pissed off and when they get in their car to leave he follows them so he's like chasing them down the highway now and so this couple is speeding down the highway trying to get away from him and they take an exit but he's still following them then they have to stop for traffic on the off ramp. So Nathaniel also stops his car and that he gets out and he starts swinging a metal pipe at them. You can see him here going after their car. Now luckily the couple gets away.
Starting point is 00:26:30 However, at the same time, a different guy driving down the highway sees all this going on and he's like, what the fuck is going on? And so he starts recording the whole thing on his phone. And I guess Nathaniel doesn't like to be filmed because he sees the guy recording and he gets back back in his car and he merges over to the left lane and boom he sideswipes the dude's truck. Then he pulls out in front of him and he blocks him and he gets out of his car and he comes at this dude with a metal pipe and he takes swings at his truck. Now lucky for us all, this dude has a dash cam and he recorded all of it.
Starting point is 00:27:06 Then later the dude in the truck posts that dash cam footage online and people start sharing the footage and that is when it gets the attention of this guy. Tizzy. And Tizzy is an influencer who's well-known on TikTok. He often calls out awful people for doing awful things, and this will sometimes help the police catch those people. So Tizzy makes a video about some of this stuff Nathaniel's been doing, and he posts this footage of him attacking the guy's truck to his 7 million followers. And very quickly, 10 more people, mostly women, reach out to Tizzy to be like, I've seen that guy before. He attacked me on the road too. Because, as it turns out, old Nathaniel has quite a history of doing things like this.
Starting point is 00:27:49 For over 20 years, he's been assaulting people in various road rage incidents across nine different states. Bro, it's like a road rage connoisseur. For example, a few years ago, Nathaniel was driving down the road in West Hollywood going the wrong way into oncoming traffic for some reason, until he blocks someone's car in. And in that car is a woman driving with her 93 year old mother. So naturally, the woman, I guess, she yells at him from her window, and Nathaniel flips the fuck out on her. And he gets out of his car and he's screaming and he throws a can of soda at her.
Starting point is 00:28:28 Then a parking valet nearby hears all this commotion and he's like, dude, you're yelling at an elderly woman. Calm down. And so, of course, Nathaniel starts screaming at him too. Like, oh, you want to go, bro? You want to go? Then Nathaniel throws something at him. And you can see the footage here slowed down.
Starting point is 00:28:46 You can see the thing he throws. And then boom, it hits the valet guy in the face. And then they get into a fist fight, which I can't really show you, but this is a screenshot of it here and here is another one here. And so clearly Nathaniel has some kind of problem. He's been pulling this kind of stuff over and over again for years. And multiple people have caught him on video. And it's weird because this stuff almost feels like it's planned or like he knows it's going to happen.
Starting point is 00:29:15 The guy drives around with a metal pipe in his car ready to use it against anyone who challenges him. Who does that? Not to mention he also does things to cover his tracks like he removes his license plate or you can see him wearing a mask in some of the footage so that no one can identify him. And apparently when he gets in legal trouble in one state, he'll just like flee to another state so he doesn't get caught. And also, it is alleged that he is a drug dealer. Like he makes his money selling illegal steroids so that he's paid in cash. And steroids would also explain his inability to control his temper. But again, that is alleged.
Starting point is 00:29:55 So anyways, his victims all across the country are eager to see this insane roided out road rager locked up. But unfortunately, they have a problem. No one can identify him. Because, you know, he does things like remove his license plate and he works for cash so that he doesn't have an employer and he moves around a lot. And that is where Tizzy comes back in. He posts footage of Nathaniel to TikTok hoping that someone will recognize him and give his name. But no one comes forward.
Starting point is 00:30:28 And Tizzy's like, what is going on? People must recognize him. He's driving the same car all the time. Why isn't anyone coming forward? But then Tizzy finally figures it out. Maybe people are recognizing him. Maybe it's that they're too afraid of this psychopath to come forward. I mean, the dude is violent and he would likely retaliate.
Starting point is 00:30:49 So Tizzy comes up with a solution. If you're worried about retaliation, bring it to me. Tell me who it is. I will keep you anonymous. I will turn the information over to authorities. And as soon as he posts that, bam, three more people come forward with Nathaniel's full name. And Tizzy then gives that info to the police, and then bam, they arrest him. But it's not over yet.
Starting point is 00:31:14 Because while Nathaniel is convicted and sentenced to five years in prison, he gets out after serving less than a year due to overcrowding. And just like he does, any time he gets in trouble in one state, Nathaniel moves to a new state. This time, it's Hawaii. But maybe by now he's learned his lesson. Maybe since he's been in prison, he has tamed his anger and he won't ever have another road rage incident like that again. Until. Until it's 2025. And Nathaniel is 39 now.
Starting point is 00:31:51 And a mom and a daughter are in their car. And mom is teaching daughter how to parallel park. And they've just successfully parked when Nathaniel is driving by and he races near them and he nearly hits them. and he nearly hits their car. And so the teen girl yells out the window, slow down! And of course, this pisses Nathaniel's dumbass off. He doesn't care that this is a teenage girl. He is not going to let this slide.
Starting point is 00:32:16 And so, scur, he turns his car around and he parks it, and he gets out, and he starts yelling at the teen like, what the fuck did you say to me? You want to go, bro? And then he runs up to the car and pow, he punches the teen girl right in the face through the window. And of course, the mom sees this, and she starts to go. freaking out and she gets out of the car to confront him and she throws her iced coffee at him. Then Nathaniel charges at her and he starts punching her. Then he gets back in his car and he speeds away and he runs a stop sign because of course he does.
Starting point is 00:32:48 And of course the mom immediately calls the police and police go and find him. And so... They arrest Nathaniel. Here's his mugshot. Okay, but here's where the story gets kinda good. Nathaniel, he goes straight. to prison because, you know, he violated his parole and so they throw his ass right in prison. And while he's there, he somehow gets into a fight with other inmates, like a fist fight.
Starting point is 00:33:16 And those other inmates actually kick his ass. And the next thing we know, old Nathaniel is being treated in the local hospital looking like this. Good for him. So this girl becomes internet famous for hiccuping nonstop for weeks. So then how? How was she involved in a murder? Now the girl's name is Jennifer and Jennifer is only 15 when this story starts and she's living in St. Petersburg, Florida and one day in 2007 something crazy happens to her.
Starting point is 00:33:49 Because it's a normal day and she's at school sitting in science class when she suddenly gets the hiccups. And you know, no big deal, hiccups aren't anything unusual, anyone can get them at any time and usually you just drink some water and you wait a few minutes and they go away. So I assume Jennifer does the normal thing and gets some water and she waits for the hiccups to stop. But they don't stop. She keeps hiccuping through the entire class.
Starting point is 00:34:16 So then she goes to see the school nurse and they don't know what to do. I mean, they try various things to get them to stop, but nothing seems to work. And eventually the school day is over and the hiccups are still going. So she goes home and she tells her mom and her family and I'm sure her mom has her drink some more water or whatever, but the hiccups still don't stop. So Jennifer starts trying various home remedies. She eats some sugar, she eats some peanut butter, just whatever old wives tale remedies that she and her mom have heard of that they think will help, she tries them.
Starting point is 00:34:51 But none of it works. So eventually she goes to the hospital to talk to a doctor, and even that doesn't help. I mean, they don't know what's wrong with her. So over the next few days, Jennifer starts seeing different specialists, a neurologist, an infectious disease specialist, an acupuncturist, and for some reason, a chiropractor, and also a hypnotist. I guess she's just desperate at this point and she'll see anyone. Anyway, throughout all this, she undergoes blood tests and MRI scans and other kinds of tests, but no one can figure out what's wrong with her. And by now, two weeks have passed,
Starting point is 00:35:30 and things aren't getting any better. In fact, they've gotten worse. Like she's hiccuping more and more frequently, sometimes up to 50 times a minute. And if that isn't bad enough, all these hiccups are causing pain in her throat and her chest and her abs. And she can only eat soft foods because hiccups make chewing and swallowing really difficult, not to mention it's not safe to swallow food while you're hiccuping, you could choke. And if that isn't bad enough, in order to sleep, she has to take a combination of Valium and Benadryl, Which she claims that's the only thing that would calm her body down. And that combo actually sounds kind of dangerous.
Starting point is 00:36:10 Anyway, weeks pass, and she's 15, so all of this is really getting to her. And she's stressed out and she gets depressed, thinking that these hiccups might never stop, and that she'll never get to live a normal life, and that she'll never get married and have kids, because who wants a wife who's hiccuping all over the place? Not to mention, kids at her school have started making fun of her and accusing her of faking all this for attention. Now, after a few weeks of all this going on nonstop, and Jennifer trying just about everything she can think of, her mother decides that there's only one thing left to try.
Starting point is 00:36:48 The media. She reaches out to a local newspaper, hoping that someone who's reading the story might have some idea of something that could help her daughter. So a reporter comes to their home and they interviewed Jennifer and the paper publishes a story about it about what she's been going through. And this story gets picked up by National Wire Services and now other news stations want to interview her and they do. I get really bad chest pain, abdominal pains, throat pains, back pains. It's unbelievable. And eventually she flies to New York and she gets to appear on the Today Show and she's getting like national attention over this now. And she sort of becomes a meme in the early days of memes.
Starting point is 00:37:31 They call her The Hiccup Girl. It's not the most creative name, but I don't know, I guess it works. But here's the thing. The meme status, it doesn't last for very long before the hiccups finally suddenly just stop. Maybe it's because of the neurological medications she was prescribed finally started working, or maybe it was just the combination of all the things she was trying. We don't know. Either way, the hiccups are finally gone.
Starting point is 00:37:58 And that's great news, right? Well, maybe not. Because as the hiccups disappear, so does Jennifer's internet fame. And the interviews stop and the attention stops with it. And she has to go back to her old life. Now, here's the thing about that old life. Jennifer, she's not just a regular high school student. After the whole hiccups saga, she kind of
Starting point is 00:38:24 that just drops out of school. And on top of that, she's also long been a drug dealer. Like, she deals different kinds of street drugs, including crack. I didn't know she was about that life, but I guess she is. Well, now that the hiccups are gone, Jennifer goes right back to slangin that rock. And a few years go by, and it's 2010. And she's around 19 years old now, and she moves out of her mom's house, and she starts living with her boyfriend, this guy, Newton. And Newton is reportedly an aspiring rapper, which I assume means he's unemployed. Now, the two of them are living with his friend, this guy, Loran. And so the three of them are living together in this apartment.
Starting point is 00:39:08 Now, somewhere along the line, they put their three brain cells together, and they come up with a scheme to make some money. They're going to rob someone. Apparently, they're really, really broke. I guess the drug dealing business just isn't working out or something, and they need money to, and I'm not making this up, go to the movies. Like, that's what they need money for, literally to see paranormal activity too, which is playing at the theater.
Starting point is 00:39:38 Now, instead of looking for victims on the street to rob, they decide they're going to make the victims come to them. Their plan is for Jennifer to meet random men online, and she'll talk to them, and she'll flirt with them and gain their trust and eventually convince them to meet up with her for a date or for a romantic encounter. Once the guy arrives, Newton and Loran will jump him and beat him up and rob him and they'll take his money and they'll go to the local theater and see paranormal activity too. So they put this plan into motion. And Jennifer, she gets on a social media site called Moka Space, which I've never heard of, but apparently it was a thing. So she gets on there and she meets
Starting point is 00:40:19 this guy, Shannon. Shannon is a normal 22-year-old man who works at Walmart. So Jennifer and Shannon, they hit it off and they chat on mocha space for five to six days and Shannon takes a romantic interest in her. Then Jennifer offers to sell him a bit of marijuana, which means that they'll have to meet up. And Shannon, he likes her. I mean, he wants to meet up. So he's like, cool. And Jennifer tells him to meet her in an alley behind this vacant house in a nearby neighborhood. So pretty quickly, Shannon shows up to the house, and he meets with Jennifer, and together she walks him back to the alley, and suddenly, boom, Newton and Loran are there waiting for him, and Loran is armed, and they're like, give me all your money. But Shannon, he isn't about to give them any money.
Starting point is 00:41:08 And so, bam, he fights back, and he starts struggling with Newton and Loran. And that is when blam, blam, blam, Blam, Blam! Blan shoots him, and Shannon, unfortunately, doesn't survive. And after that, Newton, Loran, and Jennifer, they all flee the scene. Later, the police get involved, and they start investigating the murder, and within hours, they track all three of them down, and so, bam, they arrest Jennifer. Here's her mugshot. And bam, they arrest Newton. Here's his mugshot.
Starting point is 00:41:42 And finally, bam, they arrest Loran. Here's his mugshot. And ultimately, Loran goes to trial and he's found guilty and he gets sentenced to life in prison. Newton is also found guilty and he gets sentenced to life in prison. And finally, Jennifer, old hiccup girl, also gets sentenced to life in prison. So, believe it or not, Chuckie Cheese is going to jail. Now this story starts with this guy, Jermel. And Jermel is 41 years old living in Florida.
Starting point is 00:42:13 And bro, he's got to. a bit of a rap sheet. Like he's always in trouble. He's been to jail a few times. But around 2023, he decides to get himself a good job, a job he really enjoys. And despite his criminal past, he gets hired to work at a local Chucky Cheese. And he's not just working there, but he's actually the guy who wears the Chucky Cheese costume and he greets all the kids. He apparently has other jobs there too, but wearing the costume is one of them. And it seems like Germel is pretty much staying out of trouble. But then, one day in 2025, that all changes.
Starting point is 00:42:50 Because he's at work on this day and this woman comes in, Michelle. And Michelle is there because her kid is having a birthday party and I assume she organized it. Now, I don't know if Michelle leaves her debit card on the party table or what, but she leaves a debit card somewhere and she walks away. Then, allegedly, Jermel sees it. and he sees an easy chance to steal it. And so, boom, he does, allegedly. And I don't know if Michelle even notices that it's missing,
Starting point is 00:43:21 but eventually she and her party leaves. While Jermel, he gets off work. And over the next two weeks, he allegedly takes this card and he starts spending. He hits up a smoke shop, he hits up a grocery store, he hits up a meat market, a Circle K, he hits up a water burger, all using Michelle's money. Sometime after that, Michelle must finally notice that her card is missing,
Starting point is 00:43:46 and she checks her account, and she sees that someone made $105 were the purchases over the past few weeks, and it wasn't her. Now, Michelle, she doesn't play around when it comes to these charges. She goes straight to the grocery store and asks to review their security footage. Once she reviews the footage from the day of the purchases, she sees none other than Jermel, who I guess she recognizes from Junk of Cheese. So Michelle goes back to the Chucky Cheese restaurant to confront him for taking her card. But I guess she decides that she wants backup. So beforehand, she calls the police and tells them to come to the place with her. Then she meets the officers in the parking lot and she tells them the whole story
Starting point is 00:44:29 and they go inside to get a look at the situation first and to make sure Jermel is there. And he is. He's there working, checking stamps. So police, they go back outside for a minute for, for, something to wait for backup or something, I don't know. But when they go back in a few minutes later, Jermel is now dressed in the full mouse costume. And he's like out on the floor and he's saying hello to all the kids and whatnot.
Starting point is 00:44:56 Now, it is speculated that Jermel saw the officers when they came in the first time and he was like, oh shit, I got to hide. And so thinking fast, he puts on the mouse suit so that police won't recognize him. Well, police know exactly what he's accused of doing. And they know he's hiding out in that suit. So now these officers have to make a decision. Are they really going to arrest Chuck E. Cheese?
Starting point is 00:45:22 The Charles Entertainment Cheese at work in front of all these children having a good time playing ski ball or whatever? And as the cops are walking up to the place, like they talk about it. You're going to be him in the mouth safe. Oh, boy. Oh, my God. We're going to detain the mouse, dear? We are. Do it.
Starting point is 00:45:42 I want you to. Go around and ask you. Go around. You want to come from here. It's. So that's it. They decide they're going to arrest this mouse. Ma'am, who's in the mouse suit?
Starting point is 00:45:56 Was it a gentleman that was just up here? Chuckie's a little bit busy, ma. Chuckie, come with me, Chuckie. Come on. Come with the Chuckie. Stop resisting. Stop resisting. You're being detained.
Starting point is 00:46:06 Stop resisting. Let it go. Let it go. Do not cause a scene here, sir. I go, I got it. I go. And so, Chucky's been busted, and he's being let out of the building, and you can hear some of the parents in the place get all upset. He could let that mean walk out the dog, y'all roll.
Starting point is 00:46:23 He's a crime. He's a criminal. What would you like to know? I would like go to walk him out to go instead of time and all these turretsy and somebody like Chuckie. Tate you, would you'd put Mickey Mouse in here, Cops? I would fucking Taze Mickey Mouse. if I had the chance. But I actually don't blame the parents for being mad.
Starting point is 00:46:41 I'd be mad too. Like, imagine you take your kid to Chuckie Cheese for a birthday party, and they're all excited, and the classmates from the kid's school are there, and they got cake and presents. And suddenly, they look over, and bam, Chuckie himself is getting arrested. And all the kids are probably like, yay, is this part of the show? And then you got to go and explain to them, like,
Starting point is 00:47:03 no, no, Chuckie committed a misdemeanor. Like, police couldn't have. waited until the end of his shift or just like taking him back to the break room to change into his regular human clothes like give the mouse some dignity come on I mean like look like this arrest causes a whole ass scene like customers they're all watching and taking photos like here's a photo and if you zoom all the way into the back you can see the kids looking like oh what did Chuckie do oh but the best is this family he's being let out if you slow the body cam footage down you
Starting point is 00:47:36 You can see this little boy waving to him like, hi, Chucky. But then his mom is like, put your arm down. Chuck is a criminal. Anyway, so Jermel is getting let outside. And I swear to God, the manager comes out and he says, Hey, we're gonna need that suit back. And the cop goes, well, we'll get it back to you next week. We'll have to get back to you to the same.
Starting point is 00:47:57 Which means that the suit probably got impounded. How are you gonna impound the Chucky Cheese suit? Like it's a brick of cocaine or something. Anyway, so, Outside, the police officers, they're trying to interrogate Jermel, and it's difficult because he's got this big ass mouse head on. So they pull the head off so that they can frisk him and stuff. Does this come off, man? Does this just come off the top?
Starting point is 00:48:21 I want to hurt you. I don't work you. I'm just doing a job. I understand you work here. What the fuck is this about? And like, bystanders are filming all this, too, because of course they are. Here's another angle of the same thing. And there they are, taking the head off of him.
Starting point is 00:48:36 And if you look, you can see they got the handcuffs on him with the big mouse gloves. This is absurd. So now kids walking by can see Chuckie's decapitated head on top of a police SUV. This is ridiculous. Now, Jermel, he's not about to go down easy. He tells police that he did nothing wrong and that he never uses anyone else's card. Have you been using anyone else's credit card anywhere? No, sir.
Starting point is 00:49:00 Have you been shopping lately with a credit card? No, sir. Only card I use is my own cash app. That's it. But then, as they keep interrogating him, he kind of changes his story and he says, Oh, sometimes I borrow my cousin's card. One of my cousins may send me with their car to go to the store here and now that's it. But unfortunately for him, police don't buy it.
Starting point is 00:49:22 I need my notepad so I can write some information down. I'm going to need your cousin's information. I don't know none of their information, no. You don't know their information, but they send you to this store with their credit card. And they search him and on him they find Michelle's card. and a receipt from one of his purchases in his back pocket. And I know you already saw the footage, but I got to say it. And so, bam, they arrest him.
Starting point is 00:49:47 Here's his mugshot. And the case against Jermel is still pending, and I couldn't find any updates beyond that. But, you know, I hope he figures himself out because otherwise he's going to spend a few years in the mouse cage. At one point, this dress was the most famous dress in the entire world. It was a meme, and the creator of that meme
Starting point is 00:50:09 just tried to unalive someone. Now, his name's Keir. And Keir's a normal dude, I think he works at a gas station. And he lives on a tiny little island in Scotland. And Keir is about to get married to this woman, Grace. So Keir and Grace, they're planning their wedding and whatnot, and one day, Grace gets a text from her mom. And Grace's mom is at the store trying to pick out her dress for the wedding.
Starting point is 00:50:35 And she texts Grace. a few photos of some dresses, including this photo. And Grace, she mentions, oh, that white and gold dress. And Grace's mom is like, no, no, you mean the blue and black one. And so then they argue a bit about the color. And so Grace, she shows the picture to Keir. Like, honey, look at this dress. What color do you think it is?
Starting point is 00:50:54 And Keir's like, blue and black, of course. So then they get into a disagreement about it. Then Keir takes the photo over to the house next door to where he lives, because his parents just happen to live in that house next door. in that house next door. And his dad answers the door and Keir's like, Dad, what color is this dress? And dad's like, that's white and gold, son.
Starting point is 00:51:12 And so this whole family is disagreeing about the color of this dress. And so they show the photo to the people around them. And then soon everyone in the community is debating the color of this dress. And none of them can agree on it. And this goes on for weeks. And eventually, one of Grace's friends,
Starting point is 00:51:28 she takes the photo and she posts it on social media, hoping that maybe the internet can weigh in and help them settle this debate once and for And almost immediately after posting, Kaboom, this post goes insanely viral. Everyone's talking about it, and everyone's debating the color of this dress. And this picture gets shared around, and it gets
Starting point is 00:51:47 retweeted something like 11 million times. The national news and talk shows are covering it. White and gold versus blue and black. This thing is really breaking social media records. Meanwhile, while all this is blowing up, Kearing and Grace, they go and get married. And they're on their honeymoon, and they're not really paying attention to the outside world.
Starting point is 00:52:05 And they're somewhat unaware of how much traction this story is getting on social media. And then suddenly, bam, they get a call from a producer of the Ellen show. And the producer's like, will you please leave your honeymoon and come on the Ellen show and talk about this viral dress photo? And Kear and Grace are like, sure. So they all go on Ellen and they tell their story to the whole world. And I was like, no, mom, that's white and gold. And if you think it's blue and black, you need to go to the doctors.
Starting point is 00:52:32 Right. And Ellen gives them an all expenses paid trip to Granada and like $10,000. And it's just a really cool moment for them. And then so Kier and Grace, they have their fun and they go back to their tiny Scottish aisle. And they live happily ever after. Until. Seven years later, this is where it all goes south. So Kier, he's been drinking a lot lately and he's been really hard on Grace.
Starting point is 00:52:57 And so their relationship just isn't going that well. And he starts isolating her from her friends and fans. as well as like monitoring her and trying to control all her money. And he's convinced himself that she's sleeping around on him. Like it's a whole mess. And so he starts getting abusive. He sometimes puts hands on her. They allegedly got into an argument at a bar one night.
Starting point is 00:53:18 And he put her in a headlock and he dragged her out. Like this relationship is not going well. And so Grace, she's been looking for work and she's been applying for jobs in mainland Scotland. And one day she actually lands an interview for one of those jobs. which is big news for her. I mean, she might get a gig on the mainland. But of course, when she tells Keir, he doesn't like it. And he blows the fuck up.
Starting point is 00:53:42 Like, hell no, you're not going anywhere. I mean, this is a deal breaker for him. And his whole life is on that island. And so Grace is like, fine. But she sneaks off to the interview anyway. And while she's gone, Keir's been drinking at the pub all day, and he's like guilt texting her the whole time saying, you don't do enough to support me.
Starting point is 00:54:01 And he's just being an asshole. So Grace gets back home and luckily Keir's asleep. But when he wakes up, he is pissed and they start fighting. And it gets heated and eventually Keir's like, fine, I'm leaving you! And he storms out of the house. And Grace, for some reason, she chases after him. She wants to convince him not to leave.
Starting point is 00:54:19 And that is when things get physical. Keir grabs her and he slams her down on the ground and he pins her down where she can't move. And he starts strangling her with both hands. And Grace is terrified and she screams. And then a neighbor, hears her scream and he comes running over and he pulls Keir off of her. Then Keir goes back inside the house and he reappears moments later holding a large knife and he threatens to finish her off. And so
Starting point is 00:54:44 the arguing continues and he doesn't use the knife on her but he does grab her and he strangles her once again. And she fights him off and she gets away from him and she runs into the house and she calls the police. And so police show up and then boom they arrest Keir. Here's his mugshot and he eventually goes to trial and he pleads guilty to endangering his wife's life and he's ultimately sentenced to four and a half years in prison. And I don't know if they're still together. I can't find any information on that, but I'm just glad she's okay. Shout out to the dress. So this guy, his name's Kai. And Kai has a problem. He just unalived a guy with his bare hands. And now he's on the run. Now Kai, he's a hippie, He's a free spirit. He's kind of homeless and kind of traveling around America.
Starting point is 00:55:32 But one day, he's out hitchhiking in California and someone pulls over to give him a ride. This man, Jet. And Jet's like, hop in, buddy, and off they go. So they're driving along and they get to talking and they get to token a little Zaza. And for some reason, Jet suddenly just snaps and has a complete psychotic break. He starts telling Kai that he's actually Jesus. He's swerving all over the road. He goes on about how he has a lot. slept properly in weeks and about how he essayed a girl. He's shouting racist things, I mean, all kinds of stuff.
Starting point is 00:56:04 And Kai, he tries his best to act chill. But then, Jett sees a group of gas and electric workers on the side of the road. And suddenly, skirt! He swerves right into them and pah! He hits one of them, a black man, pinning him between his car and another truck. And then Jett hops out of the car and he yells,
Starting point is 00:56:21 I am Jesus Christ! And he starts shouting racial slurs. And then he makes his way over to the worker who's still stuck. and he starts trying to tug him out, which is actually doing more harm than good. But then this former nurse, she happens to be walking by, and she sees all this, so she immediately runs over to help. But Jet, who's six, four, 300 pounds, he just picks her up, and he starts hitting her, and she starts trying to fight him off, but Jed, he's just too strong, and it looks like he's
Starting point is 00:56:49 really about to hurt her. Until, Kai, he notices all this is going on, and he knows he has to do something, so he reached into his backpack and he grabs a hatchet and he leaps into action. He runs over to Jet and he swings the blunt side of the hatchet hard. Boom. Striking Jet on the head. And then he swings again, boom. And then finally he swings with the bladed side. Boom. And this stops Jet dead in his tracks. Jet falls to the ground, injured, no longer a threat. And just like that, Kai is a hero. I mean, he saved that woman's life. And then fast forward to a few hours later, police and paramedics and local news, all shown up to the scene and a reporter goes to interview Kai and so Kai gets on camera
Starting point is 00:57:32 and he explains what happened. So I fucking ran up behind him with a hatchet, smash, smash, smash. But then he also adds this little nugget of wisdom. Before I say anything else I want to say no matter what you've done you deserve respect, even if you make mistakes, you lovable and it doesn't matter you look skills or age or size or anything, you're worthwhile. And that becomes the moment a viral video is born. This video blows up on YouTube and it starts trending and people are sharing it around and they're making remixes and they're making t-shirts with smash smash smash on him and this story is everywhere and kai's getting really popular he's doing interviews on tv he gets invited to go on jimmy kimmel and there's allegedly talk of him getting his own
Starting point is 00:58:12 reality show and kai he's having a great time with all this mean it seems like his life is really starting to turn around second on two about three months later after the viral moment kai takes a trip to New York. And while he's there in Times Square, he meets this man, Joseph. Joseph is 73, he's a lawyer, and Kai and Joseph they really hit it off. Joseph offers him a ride, and then he invites him over to his house in New Jersey, and then they have dinner, and Kai crashes there, and Kai stays with Joseph for two nights. And then on the second night, something crazy happens. Kai ends up unaliving Joseph, and I'll get to why. But fast forward to Monday morning, and Joseph, he doesn't show up to work. So his friends call police to do a welfare check. And so police show up to his house and they
Starting point is 00:59:00 check through the whole place and there, in the bedroom, they find Joseph in his underwear, unalived. He had been beaten to death. Now in the living room, they find a piece of paper near Joseph's laptop with a name and phone number on it. Kai's name and phone number. So Kai immediately becomes the number one suspect. But by the time police find Joseph's body, Kai has already left town. He flees to Philadelphia where he's trying to lay low. But unfortunately for Kai, disappearing is way harder than it used to be now that he's got all this internet fame. So yeah, someone spots him pretty quickly. And three days later, police find him at a Starbucks and they arrest him. Here's his mugshot. And so they charge him with Joseph's murder. Here's the thing though. Kai absolutely unalive Joseph that night.
Starting point is 00:59:47 That much he admits to. But what's called into question is why he did it. So here's what Kai says happened on that night. On the second night, he was staying at Joseph's. Kai and Joseph are just chilling. And Joseph makes Kai some burgers and he serves him a few beers. But then, according to Kai, Joseph slips something into his beer. Because pretty quickly, Kai passes out. Hours later, he suddenly wakes up with Joseph standing over him in his underwear. Allegedly, he was attempting to essay him. So Kai just flips out and loses it and he punches him and he elbows him and he knees him in the head and pretty quickly Joseph goes down and Kai just kicks him over and over again until he's no longer alive and the beating is pretty brutal. Now to be clear the essay of it all
Starting point is 01:00:35 hasn't been substantiated that's just what Kai says happened. While police and prosecuting attorneys on the other hand, they say that Kai's story is bull-h-it. They say he's a mentally ill guy who just happens to have a very violent streak. Regardless, Kai's still unalived a guy so he goes to trial, he's found guilty of first-degree murder, and he's sentenced to 57 years in prison. And by the way, Kai still has a YouTube channel, and sometimes he posts videos from prison. I wanted to share that joy with y'all.
