Olivia Henderson, a 23-year-old former DoorDash driver known online as the DoorDash girl is facing criminal charges after recording and posting a viral TikTok video of an incapacitated customer inside his Oswego, New York home.

Do you remember DoorDash girl? This is a man's world! I'm the victim! Remember? I'm the victim! Now, her real name is Olivia, and Olivia is about 23 during this time, living in Oswego, New York,

and, as her nickname implies, she's working as a DoorDash delivery driver. And one night, in 2025, she gets an order that's going to change her life forever. So she gets this order to pick up some Wendy's, and she runs by Wendy's to, pick up the food and she drives it to the address to drop it off. You know, like she's probably done this a hundred times. But when she gets to the front door of the customer's house, she sees something bizarre.

The door is a little bit open. Now, a normal person would just put the food down, take a picture of it to prove the order was delivered, and then leave. But for whatever reason, she doesn't. She allegedly pushes the door open a bit more and she looks inside. That is when she sees the customer, a man laying on his couch, clearly drunk and passed out. But here's the thing. The guy is wearing a shirt, but for some reason, his pants and underwear are pulled down around his ankles and his junk is exposed. And I'm sure Olivia's like, buh. Now, keep in mind, this guy's delivery instructions literally say, leave at door.

So she's not supposed to knock, she's not supposed to enter or enter. interact with the customer at all. She's just supposed to put the bag down, take the photo, and leave. But that's not what she does. Instead, she pulls out her phone and she videos the naked guy in the background and later she posts it on TikTok

with a caption that calls the guy by his first name and she claims that he exposed himself to her on purpose. After that, she reports all of this to DoorDash and the next morning she calls the police and tells them that this strange man had exposed himself to her, and the police actually start investigating this. Now, of course, her video that she posted on TikTok, it starts blowing up, getting a lot of attention.

By some counts, around 30 million people see it. And a lot of people are on her side, and they're calling the guy a predator and a piece of garbage. Some people even want to find him in real life. Now, obviously, nudity is against TikTok policy. So TikTok takes the video down and they give her a strike against her account. And so she blurs out his junk and she posts it again. But TikTok takes it down again and they give her a second strike.

So now she's really mad. Meanwhile, DoorDash, the company, gets word of the video that she made and they don't like any of this. So they deactivate her account and they had already deactivated her account. and they had already deactivated the naked guys account while they investigate everything. And this makes Olivia even more mad. So she starts posting follow-up TikToks, explaining herself,

talking about how upset she is and how fucked up and unfair all of this is. Hey guys, so DoorDash just deactivated me two days after I reported my sexual assault. Hey guys, I just lost my job. And they won't tell me why. I was working. I was literally working.

And they deactivated. me. This is not, this is related. They just punished me for posting about my sexual assault while door dashing. They just fired me and the police are doing nothing. I lost my job. That was my only way to make money to pay my bills. Now a day or two after this, DoorDash puts out an official statement on TikTok, stating that yeah, they deactivated her DoorDash account. Not because she reported a sexual assault, but because she posted a video of a customer inside his home and put his personal information out there for the world to see, and that is a violation of their policies. But Olivia tells a very different story. She claims that the naked guy kind of lured her there on purpose and pretended

to be asleep so that he could expose himself to her. Like, this is the only justice I'm getting is exposing this man and having posted that video and it has gone viral. Like, now he can, live with shame and embarrassment if people have seen it and knows who he is or where he, you know what I'm saying? Like, she even goes on TikTok and says that she has irrefutable proof that the door was already wide open when she got there. But she says that she can't post that proof yet because it's too important to the case. Okay. But she never backs down from claiming that she's the victim. This is a man's world. I'm the victim. I'm the victim. And they took time my video. They were gonna have to pay me for my second story time because that was over a minute long.

They were gonna have to pay me for all those views I got. So nope, they took that right down. They took that right down. Absolutely not. They're not paying me for that. Nope. And at this point, a lot of people are on her side. So she gets on camera and she's like thanking them.

But first and foremost, I just want to thank everybody for the overwhelming support and Ali's ship that you've shown me. It's really making me feel so validated. But here's what. where things start to fall apart for her. So police, they're investigating all this, right? Because she made a pretty serious claim. And so they go and they question the naked guy. And the naked guy's like, yeah, I was drunk.

I don't remember ordering Wendy's or falling asleep on the couch. And he tells them that when he woke up that night, he had a DoorDash notification on his phone saying that his food was delivered. So he opens the app and he sees the delivery photo and there's his food on the ground, but in the background of the photo, you can see him knocked out and naked on the couch. And then, about a week after that,

he opened TikTok and there it was, a video of him, nearly 30 million views, and people upset and calling him a predator, and he feels humiliated. But here's the thing. He also has a ring camera, and it was on the night in question. So he's able to show the police,

ring camera footage. And I haven't personally seen that footage because it's not public yet, but it allegedly shows that Olivia pushed the man's door open before she entered his home. Meaning if she hadn't pushed his door open, she wouldn't have seen him naked, so it's her own fault. And apparently the footage also somehow verifies that the man never interacted with her, never spoke to her and was entirely unaware of her presence as he was completely passed out. And so, the Oswego Police Department puts out a written press release on Facebook, because I guess that's where police departments put out press releases now. But it is an official statement saying that no sexual assault or harassment took place.

Now, from here, the whole thing could go away. But naked guy decides to cooperate with the state, which makes it a lot easier for the state of New York to press charges against Olivia, which they do. Because from their perspective, naked guy is the victim. All he did was pass out in his own home and then all of a sudden some random woman is there filming him and posting the naked footage online. And so state prosecutors take the case to a grand jury. And the grand jury says that, yeah, there's enough evidence to charge Olivia. And so Olivia is officially charged.

with unlawful surveillance and dissemination of unlawful surveillance. And so, bam, she's arrested. Here's a picture of her in court. And as of the time of me filming this video, she has not actually been to trial, but I'm guessing that she and the state will eventually likely come to some kind of plea agreement. But if they don't, and she's convicted on both charges, she faces up to eight years in prison.
