What is up guys, it's Andy Frisella and this is the show for the realest, say goodbye to
the lies, the fakeness, and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking reality guys today we have a q and af is that right that is right okay and i'm here
with my man dj what's up dude white lightning what's going on baby bro um you have something
you would like to address yeah i do man matt massa is it okay if i speak hey so hey man dude dj's got to rant a little bit let me let me pull this fucking floor
is yours i pre the plantation field is mine thank you uh so there's this review that we got on the
podcast okay and um debug 85 whoever you are my guy talk i want to talk to you for a minute so
you say quote i really enjoy this show
But I wish DJ
Would stand up more
For his views
If Andy doesn't agree
With his view
He backs down real quick
I get agreeing
With your boss
Even when they're wrong
I think this is a platform
To be honest
And stand up for your beliefs
Why you such a pussy bro
Yeah apparently
I'm just this
You know
Bro
Dude this
Shit like this actually pisses me
off though because this is my thing man first of all yes you're my boss right i don't pay you to
agree with me no i actually pay you to not agree with me exactly and which we do all the time yeah
right like if you guys don't know i pay this man and his team to keep me from getting killed that's
my that's my main part there's a lot of times where he has to tell me what the fuck to do and i listen yes and so
but like the thing is man like i think this just speaks to a bigger a bigger thing is is that people
are not used to hearing how real conversations should go uh right like like we have on this show
real conversation yeah with real people, with real opinions,
with real experience, with real knowledge of the world, and real opinions, right?
Like, but we have real genuine conversation.
And guys, not every conversation is going to be something that you agree with.
Here's the mature side.
When Andy says something because he's been doing this longer than I have and he has a
different opinion on something or a different experience on something because he's been doing this longer than i have and he has a different opinion on something or a different uh experience on something because he's fucking 103 years old
which is true and i just happen to agree with it it's not because he's my fucking boss it's because
hey he's probably saying some shit that that's factual that's real like bro like this comment i
just it blows me man well i think where it bothers you bro is that it insinuates
that your opinion and truth is for sale which it isn't yeah like i mean like what the fuck like
dude when we first uh i don't want to say got together because we're not fucking in a relationship
but like no like but like when i bro when i first came around like that was one of the first things
you told me he was like hey i like what you have to say yeah well shit i like what you have to say
yeah like all right we'll say it together.
You know what I'm saying?
It's never been that.
And so I don't know who Debug85 is, man. Look, bro, listen.
Listen, this is your first taste of internet criticism.
Is this what this is?
Yeah, you don't like it.
Am I an influencer now?
Like, what the fuck?
Bro, look, here's the deal.
If you guys pay attention to how we communicate, it's real simple.
I'll say, he'll say something.
And sometimes I'll say, yeah, but blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Right.
And he'll be like, okay, I see it like that too.
And then I'm like, but what about this?
And then we, we, we navigate our way down the path.
You know what I'm saying?
And like what this person is saying is essentially that, and this is why you're upset about it.
It's essentially that your opinion and your beliefs and your integrity
is for fucking sale.
It's bald and so.
And it's not.
No.
And that's not the kind of man that you are, so it offends you.
Yeah.
Right?
I'm offended, bro.
I'm offended.
I mean, I think it's just weak shit, personally.
I don't know.
But you understand what I'm saying?
I do.
Yeah.
I do, and I think that-
It doesn't feel good when people say that, like, dude, you know,
you're only saying that because of blah, blah, blah.
Like, motherfucker, you don't know what the fuck anybody thinks.
I have no idea.
And do what it is, is that person disagrees with me.
And they think because you're you, you should disagree with that.
I'm supposed to.
Right.
And this is a whole nother conversation.
So which really means that you're not box.
No, you're not fitting into that motherfucker's box.
Exactly.
That's right.
And that alone, that by itself, bro.
Hey, you sound kind of racist. I'm just saying. of that motherfucker's box exactly that's right and that alone like that that by itself bro hey
it sound kind of racist hey i'm just saying well at the very i don't know if it's racist but like
it's definitely uh you're not pro bullshit yeah just because someone doesn't disagree with someone
that you disagree with you think it's because money that's a reflection of that you would
change your opinion yeah based upon money well i it like that's projecting bro and i call it like really i bet that person bro i bet you a hundred bucks bro
that they don't fucking disagree with anybody anything their boss says oh 100 because that
that's what they're they're they're thinking like fuck dude i gotta agree with my boss
that's some miserable shit yeah and you'll go nowhere yeah you'll go nowhere you know i i think
it's important that you you keep an open mind which is what i call myself doing right like i know that i'm young i know that that you know
there's a lot of things in this world that i haven't got a chance to do just yet and so when
i have somebody that's in front of me that has that experience guess what i'm gonna do i'm gonna
shut the fuck up and listen right because i can learn from that well go have an open mind well
going back to our our uh show about belief or question my belief we hit on a while back um
how's your life now compared to the day we met bro i'm i'm still the best fucking drug dealer
out here baby yeah that's right i'm saying like so so like dude hit like there's evidence for him
to like actually listen to what you know i had to say 100 well i mean dude like i mean i'm at this point too
and i'm weird bro it is weird it is weird but i'm at a point now man like andy if you told me to
you know we go up on the fucking roof and jump off i'd do it yeah but you know because i know
that i wouldn't tell you to do that there's a fucking there's a parachute you're gonna toss
there's gonna be something yeah but like i i i've there there's i've crossed the line you
know i'm saying like of of of that let's trust i'm past that yeah i'm not gonna i've there there's i've crossed the line you don't seem like of of of that
let's trust i'm past that yeah i'm not gonna i would never do that no but like dude people
like this man i think it's just a projection of their own the own way they think you know
100 so i challenge you to grow debug 85 you too man catch me in such a place yeah and i'll do my
best to you know stand make sure you disagree with me especially when you don't ask master for permission and all that shit yeah fucking dude i hate people like
that like people the people who are contrarians on everything like they gotta fucking disagree
with you on fucking everything just because they think it makes them look smart bro you look
fucking dumb you look you look stupid yeah now it's one thing to play devil's advocate and bring
up both sides like john burke does and he does a great job at fucking awesome job. But like, dude, if we're in the midst of making
a decision, I could promise you if someone says the best way and he thinks it's the best,
he's not going to disagree. Just disagree. Just, just, yeah, exactly. Yeah. Fuck that guy. All
right. So Q and AF Q and AF baby. So we got three questions. Hold on. We got a fee though.
Oh, we do have a P I skipped the fee. I said had to pee you got a p i kind of and i don't have to be all right q and a f uh there is a fee to this show
if it made you think it made you laugh if it made you uh better if it's something you think needs
to be shared or said hey man share the show we don't run ads on the show we don't uh run ads
for the show this is entirely word of mouth so if we do good share us if we don't do good don't uh run ads for the show this is entirely word of mouth so if we do good share us if we
don't do good don't share us but here's the other thing too like i'm not just saying share on your
social media like dude text your like-minded buddies you know what i'm saying uh hit up people
and in conversation when it comes up about what's good what you listen to what you're hearing
and who the fuck's telling the truth okay like you don't have to just post this shit you know do
tell your like-minded people to come fucking subscribe because we need to
get you get all us motherfuckers together so uh that's the fee that's the fee pay the fee yeah
so q a q a man so you guys you guys know how this works i got three questions for andy
these questions all come from you guys so um as always email your questions in to ask andy at
andyfrasella.com and uh send your questions in uh we appreciate them i do my best to filter through
them alongside with my boy madat so send those in and with that being said uh let's go ahead and
kick off number one here cool so andy you are 260 pounds of twisted steel and sex appeal so um
this young man i believe he's like 20 years old he he actually he wants to ask you this have you
ever had to deal with being cheated on in the relationship so i guess he might be going through
some some issues right now maybe needs a little help have you ever had to deal with that personally
yeah of course man i think anybody you know i think anybody
who i think everybody deals with that usually at some point in their life unless you're one of
those people that meets their their love of the life yeah right like and which is highly uh unusual
even though that's advertised as a norm um you know yeah man i'm not gonna talk about specific
instances because i don't want to embarrass
anybody or talk shit. Like I'm not, that's not what I do, but yeah, man, for sure. And, uh,
you know, the, the thing is that you have to remember, especially being a young man,
is that, you know, when you're 20 years old, bro, you know, typically you don't have the things that are typically attractive to what women value.
OK, women value wisdom.
They value knowledge.
They value the ability to protect.
They value an income, a strong income.
They value the ability to provide, you know, and you young bucks are probably
going to get laid, you know, and shit, you're going to have girlfriends and stuff like that.
But like, bro, you're in a competition then. And, and I hate to say this, but women have the power
between the ages of 20 and 30, you know, they're young, they're beautiful. Uh, most men are too
stupid to look past or look for anything else. You know, let's be real and um you know so so when you get
in your 30s it gets a little bit different you know a lot of those same girls that ran around and
did all this shit uh you know they start they start to come to a little bit of a drought
you know what i'm saying because like a lot of these dudes who have become something they remember
that you know and they start yeah i mean dude there's just a
there's just a lot of things to consider about the human dynamic when it comes to dating and
in the different ages uh of how it works you know and uh it's fucking hard out there and you know
the big thing is i think that people got to remember is that whether you're a man or a woman or whatever, is that the way you attract someone of quality is becoming someone of quality.
You know,
if you want somebody who's physically attractive in shape,
takes care of themselves,
uh,
is funny,
is intelligent,
has their shit going on.
Um,
you should probably try to become as close to that as you fucking can.
If you're going to attract that.
And that's the thing most people miss.
Like we could talk about the interrelationship dynamics or the power shift that happens from women to men as they get older.
Women get older.
Men typically get more desirable as they get older.
Women get less desirable.
It's just a fact of fucking reality.
Don't shoot the messenger.
Okay.
Um, but that, all that shit really, honestly, what I've seen is that it comes down to your
habits, you know, like all of this can be solved.
Like you could, you can become better and better and better.
And this is man or woman, uh, better and better and better as you age with just developing good habits for your
mind and your body you know and if you're not doing that and you're just one of these people
who's out uh at the bar you know every weekend trying to look to get laid and shit bro you're
gonna get the sloppy shit left over because the quality people are out there fucking doing real
shit and they're working on real shit and they're probably not the fucking club, you know?
So, you know, if you're a young person and you're going through this, realize one thing,
you know, a couple of things.
One, you know, uh, as you get older and as you get stronger and as you develop more skills
and as you become closer to that version of the person that you want, uh, you're going
to be able to attract a better partner.
That's reality.
If you're a woman and you understand that, you know, as you get older,
you have to bring depth into those other qualities.
You know what I'm saying?
You have to take care of yourself.
You got to take care of yourself mentally.
You got to work to be a quality human,
to have other qualities besides just your fucking looks.
Because like, dude, here's what,
I see a lot of women who think that they only got to have looks and that's it. And like, dude, I'm going to tell you, if you're one of these younger women and you
think all it is, you got to have looks and you happen to be good looking now and you don't have
good habits. From my experience, those girls who are between 20 and 30 who don't have good habits,
who look naturally good because they are the way they are, they're blessed by God.
Between the ages of 30 and 40
they get to be like disgusting creatures okay and it's because of their bad habits they're still
going out to the bar they're not taking care of their body they're not investing in their career
and they think they're going to catch some rich dude motherfucker let me tell you something there
ain't that many rich dudes out there so like y'all ain't going to catch the same motherfucking dude, you know? And so like, dude, this goes for both groups.
Yeah.
Invest in yourself, become a quality human, take care of your body,
take care of your mind.
Okay.
Become the most attractive partner that you can and you will attract better
partners.
This is not fucking rocket science.
This is very simple, very simple shit.
But the problem in society these
days is people want to be fat fucking slobs and be lazy as fuck and they want to attract the
fucking best partner they want the 10 bro that's not reality it's not reality it's never going to
work that way you might swing and hit a home run one time but that ain't going to be your consistent
fucking life you're going to end up miserable you're going to end up with somebody who's a
piece of shit you're going to end up with somebody who probably doesn't treat you right because they don't treat themselves right and you're going to be unhappy and you're going to end up miserable. You're going to end up with somebody who's a piece of shit. You're going to end up with somebody who probably doesn't treat you right because they don't
treat themselves right.
And you're going to be unhappy and you're going to go through the cycle.
And most people go through where it's, you know, relationship, relationship, relationship,
marriage, divorce, marriage, divorce, marriage, divorce, marriage, single forever, you know,
whatever.
Like, bro, like, you know, if people would stop and like, like literally, like if you
would stop right now and take the next 12 months and
fucking say fuck dating i am going to give myself become the best version of my fucking self over
this next year live hard okay seamless plug yeah but if you did that i can promise you
all of this shit that we're talking about will change completely because your mind will elevate, your skills will elevate, your ability to communicate will elevate.
You'll become more physically attractive.
You're more mentally attractive, you know, and that goes for both sexes.
So, you know, it's like anything, bro.
You're it's, it's the attitude of entitlement.
I see a lot of dudes out there who look like fucking shit, who like think they should have these like beautiful women who have all their careers together and who are, you know, good partners and like, bro, you're a hunk of shit.
Right.
We all know deep down women don't want that.
Yeah.
Look, bro, this is a hierarchy, man.
Right.
Like this is, you have to look at this as reality.
Our fucking moms, because they love us, they tell you shit like this.
Oh, all that matters is what's in your heart. that's all that is not all that matters that's not even
close to what fucking matters that's a little bit of what matters there's a whole bunch of other
shit yeah you know what i'm saying and we're being real here yeah they're not not no fairy tale
bullshit yeah so if you want to attract a better fucking partner for those of you who are going
through heartbreak for those of you who are going through frustration for those of you who are in shitty relationships
motherfucker become better work on yourself because the better you get the better you will
attract and that's it yeah fuck that's fucking fire all right i get tired of that shit i get
i thought it was always funny like i mean everybody's been through it but i mean fuck
i remember back in my 90s shit it is it is but i remember like a middle school when i
had my first breakup where i thought it was in the world oh yeah you know everybody i think
everybody goes to that phase you know i still remember but like you said i mean you move on
you fucking get better well i could tell you this it's been interesting you know um watching the man
woman dynamic change yeah as you age so like you know in your 20s the girls
have literally all the fucking power like they can pick and choose from anybody in their 30s it
becomes more even because some of these dudes have made something of themselves right yeah uh
and then you know some of the other girls have kind of fallen off and they match up with the
guys who didn't become something of themselves.
You know what I'm saying? And the ones who take care of themselves, they sort of match up with the guys who are doing it, right?
And then in your 40s, it gets even more that way.
Like, there's a very clear delineation between motherfuckers that are doing it, both men and females, and motherfuckers that aren't.
And it's very fucking obvious.
Because if you look at one of the motherfuckers who's doing it,
they look young, they look healthy, they're fucking sharp,
they're with it, they're fucking taking care of themselves.
And the other people all look like they're 60 years old.
So you could pick whichever one you want.
I know which one I'm picking.
I'm picking I'm going to get better every motherfucking day
regardless of my relationship status.
That way, no matter what the fuck happens, you're in a good place. you'll be all right you see what i'm saying yeah like that's a good
way to be and plus that makes your relationships better right yeah like people have to fucking
realize like dude the better you are the better you will attract and that's very fucking real it's
i don't care if you think it's morally right or wrong to say or whatever the fuck you think
i'm just telling you the way it is so yeah but all right question i always wanted
to do like a fucking show like a cup like a like i would love to do like a love line like dr drew
and adam carolla bro that'd be fucking hilarious yeah i'm very dope calling andy i think i i think
my girlfriend's cheating on me yeah well are you fucking 500 fucking pounds you eat cheetos all day yeah i mean fuck what do you want me today no i'm only 400 499 yeah right fuck man all right
question number two you want to get good be good i get it man yeah i get it all right question
number two you you've employed hundreds thousands of fucking people yeah how do you handle employees in
situations where you see their potential more than they see their potential oh man that's that's
almost every employee for me like bro the motherfuckers that founded this country were
fucking 20 21 22 oh yeah you know what i'm saying like the biggest problem with most people and dude
i was guilty of this shit too it's they think because they're only x amount of years old that they can't be
whatever it is they want to be they have this big hang up on their age i had it too when i was young
in business i thought the reason i sucked in business was because i was young that wasn't it
at all the reason i sucked in business was because i was bad yeah okay so you have to realize that like the dudes
who wrote the declaration of independence those motherfuckers were 22 okay they founded a fucking
country you can't you can't fucking do something in a career or at a company bro you could do
anything you're fully capable at that age to do fucking anything yeah so my my goal or my my
advice to someone who's that age or any age above it is to find people who have
experience in the shit that you want to do, learn everything you can from them and go fucking
implement the shit. You know what I'm saying? Because that way you could accelerate growth
based upon the experiences of people who have already done what you want to do,
which is such a simple concept. know that you know and that's what
all these internet coaches try to sell on right they sell their programs and shit on all this shit
uh you know you're buying my experience and this and that and this this this is what the
fuck are they built right what have they built how many employees they have right how many
companies have they built real life can you go you go see them? Where do they exist?
You see what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Like, bro, most of those motherfuckers on the internet talking like all this fucking coach shit, bro, I bet you they don't even have fucking 100K to their fucking name.
So... They're waiting on the next deposit for you.
Yeah.
For the next coaching call.
That's right.
Which they're getting from selling a fucking...
Like, dude, it's all bullshit.
Yeah.
So, like, dude, you got to find people who have built real shit.
Yeah.
Because without building real shit, you don't have the experience to teach it.
Right.
You know what I'm saying?
That makes perfect fucking sense.
Like, dude, you could ask me.
I can't teach you how to ride a bike if I've never rode a bike.
Bro, you can't.
Listen.
You could ask me anything about business fucking anything and i could tell you
an answer yeah you know i'm saying because i've at 23 years in i've literally fucking experienced
it all firsthand many times you know i'm saying yeah like you have to have that that's what builds
the skills like i wish all these motherfuckers out there trying to make a business out of coaching would just build a company.
You know what I'm saying?
Yeah.
Dude, it'd be the most rewarding shit ever, and the country needs it.
Yeah.
Now more than ever.
Yeah.
Starving for it.
So you said you started out, you had a lot of employees that you saw their potential more than they did.
So how did you pull that out of them?
How did you get them to see that?
It's hard.
It's,
you got to constantly,
it's a constant battle of teaching,
uh,
putting them into play,
correcting their mistakes,
you know,
making sure they understand that they can do this shit.
Um,
sometimes you don't,
you know,
sometimes people won't perform until you unload an immense amount of shit on
top of them.
And all of a sudden they're fucking,
they kill it.
The pressure creates.
Yeah, for sure. For sure. Uh uh some people you put up uh the same work on them
and they crumble okay so you have to understand it's there's not one answer to that it's depend
like bro i'm gonna mold you differently because you know uh yeah for sure like you're brown play
though right all right like my dad's over there he's that clear play right right you know. Because of what? Yeah, for sure. Like, you're brown Play-Doh, right?
Yeah, right.
Like, Madat's over there.
He's that clear Play-Doh.
Right, right, right. You know, there's a little more dye in that brown Play-Doh,
so I got to work it a little different.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, bro, but that's real shit.
That's real shit, though, though.
Okay?
You know, like, dude, you're going to have different traits,
different experiences, different worldview,
different background than this person.
Your level of fucking sensitivity is different than this person.
So your level of comprehension is different than this person your level of fucking sensitivity is different than this person so your level of comprehension is different than this person so if i fucking address you all with the
same broad stroke brush uh it's not there's not a real answer there now there's ways to create
policy on large groups but you you have to still manage the people individually to get the most out
of them so you know i would have to know some shit about this person to answer that question.
But my, my question from a management level is, bro, know your fucking people, spend some
time with them, talk to them a little bit.
You know what I'm saying?
Learn their ins and outs, what they're, how they respond, how they don't respond, what
their, what their likes are, what their not likes are, what they're strong at, what the
weak at.
Bro, that's your responsibility as a fucking leader and manager to know those things and if you're the
ceo of a big company like i am where i've got fucking almost 400 fucking employees in this
building uh motherfucker i gotta have people that can do that and then report it back to me
right so i train them how to do what the fuck i would do in that scenario then they go do it
and i do it for them yeah you know what i'm saying yeah so it's you know i'm to the point now where i only manage
sale right so like it now it's like super easy because like i've known in my whole life so i
know it's and we're very similar so it's like it's not hard anymore but i guarantee you if i go to my
fucking board or if i go to my middle management i'm gonna going to say, what's the hardest part of your job?
I said, managing personalities.
Because it's the hardest fucking job there is.
Because it's 400 different work.
Listen, it's not even 400.
If you have four employees inside your fucking store right now, you're a one man ownership
operation, right?
One woman or whatever.
Fuck.
You guys know what I mean.
Okay.
One person.
Yeah.
Fucking bro. You got to know those four
personalities and that's difficult and because because you got to know those four personalities
you're always in this situation where you're dealing with everybody's fucking shit you know
what i'm saying so what's the best way to bring those people along the best way is to pour in
them from a personal development standpoint to make sure they're understanding that to become
bro just tell them listen motherfucking podcast for real dude sure they're understanding that to become... Bro, just tell them to listen to Motherfucker Podcast.
For real, dude.
Like, you have to become good
at leading and managing and sales
to be successful in business.
And it doesn't matter if you're a creative.
People are going to say,
well, I'm a creative.
I don't have to...
Motherfucker, if you don't understand branding
and sales and how people think and respond,
you're going to be a shitty fucking designer.
Our designers here
understand branding they understand how people respond they think through situations you see
what i'm saying oh yeah so like dude it always comes down to the people it always comes down to
different personality traits how you learn to manage them like bro this is how you become so
great with people it's practice there is no fucking 997 course you could fucking buy
in the name of the fucking world that can give you that yeah you have to just go fucking do it
reps yeah yeah that's dope all right last question and it's weird because i'm you have a hard time
saying that's not two there's two bro it's killing me inside he hates it i can see it can you see it
on his fucking face it's killing me bro bro he wants to say well that's one well that's two for
one you guys don't know that i fucking told him quit saying that shit it's so hard for him not
to say yeah i can see his fucking mouth forming that's one bro you fucking having a heart you better practice man i'm trying i am struggling it's
fun as fuck just to watch you try not to say it yeah maybe that's what debug was talking about
yeah yeah yeah no shit dude all right question number three so i'm seeing oh disagree with me
yeah right i'm seeing the trend with these questions and i think the lotion in the basket
i'm seeing i'm seeing the trend with these questions i think a lot of the young listeners are gonna get a lot
of value out of this episode um but this question so this this is uh i was getting some advice on
that man woman thing too bro if you're a woman and you're in your 20s and you happen to be one
of these women who is in shape and naturally pretty and all this shit you better start
fucking working because that shit will go yeah okay you better start developing some good habits yeah if you're in your 20s and
you were you were uh not where you want to be motherfucker look where i was at 36 and look
where i am now you could fucking change your whole life right now that goes for men and women
you know i'm saying real like there ain't bro people can make themselves attractive by simply
fucking working and being somebody who is ambitious and achieve shit even if it's just their fitness yeah that's real
anyway yeah are you good so this question uh question number three so what are your thoughts
so i'm gonna give the question there's some background to it but what are your thoughts
on the young people you know in my generation um who are socially awkward so this person uh says
that they've been trying to hire more people expand the business right scale they're wanting
young vibrant ambitious people but a lot of their applicants are just socially awkward so
can those young young people still be developed yes if so how so okay we start our training here
legitimately with how to greet people and shake their motherfucking hand okay people always ask
how do you find such great people we build them it's real simple so the reason that your people
lack social skills because you haven't taught them yet yeah that's it you know and one of the
things i like to do to teach my people social skills by the way uh for all you leaders out there listening
most people want to get better at their social skills like they are very interested in developing
it bro you guys have to understand that we have been indoctrinated to believe that what the fuck
we were born with is what the fuck we got and that's just not true okay you could develop all
of these things like a lot of people look at people who are charismatic or good at sales or good with people.
And they're like, fuck, I wish I had that bro. I was the worst at that. I was the worst at that
Sal. Sal was born that way. I had to earn that way. Okay. And dude, I, so about 10 years into
my business, you know, I had a lot of reps at retail yeah so i got
a lot of shaking hands i got better right but i still was like terrible like when i would get up
in front of speak front of people to speak i would get nervous and i would like you know i'm talking
like six people dude and these are people i know these are dudes i go out and drink beers with
yeah you know what i'm saying yeah so i'm like, like, I have to get over this, man. I have to get over this fucking shit.
Otherwise, I'm never going to be what, I can't lead the company where I want to go if I get nervous in front of six people.
Right.
You know, so I realized that.
So I started thinking, I'm like, well, what the fuck can I do?
How do you get better?
Well, how did I get better from the day one at S2 when we started in 1999 to the,
you know,
10 year mark,
I just did it.
So I thought,
how can I accelerate that experience?
And I came up with the plan that I talk about all.
I think it's in the 75 hard book too.
I think I talk about it,
but where I went to,
I went to Deerberg's,
uh,
every day for literally years,
bro.
And I would go there every day and I would park in the park. Dearberg's is our Kroger.
Grocery store, yeah.
It's a local family-owned grocery store here in St. Louis.
Awesome fucking store.
Great people.
Yeah.
I mean, both are family-owned grocery stores here.
Schnucks and Dearberg's.
Amazing companies.
But anyhow, I had to say that because I'm friends with both of them.
Okay.
So, but it is true.
It is true.
They are great.
They're both amazing.
And it's really cool because they're a testament to upping because they're competitive.
And you could tell when one family does this, the other family does this, and the other
family ups that.
Fucking Deerbergs.
Yeah, but it's great because it provides an awesome experience and that's the way capitalism works motherfuckers
fucking gabriel geips yeah so anyway i would go back into uh i would go to the store
and i would try to talk to three people that i didn't know. All right. And have a two minute conversation that was more
than, Hey, how are you? Or, or that something where I would have to talk about, like a lot
of the time I would comment on like a woman's purse or something they were wearing or something
I noticed about them, uh, or something they were looking at. Yeah. Right. And I would start up a
little conversation like, Oh dude, you really liked those those goya beans and she'd be like fuck no i only buy
these things because trump said so like that and i'd be like fuck yeah baby too so that kind of
that's what counted right like it had to be like an interaction um and what's funny is is i did that
every day for years bro and i got fucking great at it like great at it because like dude it's not that hard
yeah pay attention say hi be friendly make a joke or two most people got a sense of humor and if
they you know what the best part is is that all the times i made little jokes and didn't laugh
now i don't give a anymore so it's whatever man you know but but dude the more you do
the better you'll get at it and that's what you have to realize a lot of guys um you know but but dude the more you do shit the better you'll get at it and that's what you have to realize a lot of guys um you know they they come into rta syndicate uh at my latin eyes group
uh you know and that's one of the biggest things they struggle with and some of these guys are
ceos of of companies right and we'll we'll go through some exercises i'll teach them a few
things about how to how to be more social and exercise like that um and these guys will go out
and do it guess And guess what?
Their companies fucking grow because they become way better with people.
So it's a skill you could have if you want to go and put in the work.
It's no different than anything else.
I'm a firm believer that literally almost everything in life can be gained
if you put the focus and effort on it.
Like, I mean, are there things that I probably couldn't do?
Right.
Like I could never become LeBron James basketball.
Right.
Like, it's just not my body type.
It's not what I'm built for.
But I could become a pretty fucking good basketball player.
Yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
I guarantee you, if I practice, I could go to a men's league and fucking play.
Right.
Like, I'm not saying now, but I'm saying if I had worked my whole life.
Right.
Like, if I work now, it'd take me 15 years to get good i'd be old man by then yeah but still balling i'm still
gonna be getting better bro i'm gonna be like when i'm still i'm gonna be like that silverhead dude
on the boat doing the dances and shit you know that's gonna be me but like bro uh i'm just saying
like it's you know you guys got to get over this mentality that people are gifted with things that, that you think are traits when in reality they're skills. Okay. And understand and
believe in yourself. Like, dude, you're not some peasant bitch that was just born for average shit.
That's what the whole fucking school system, the whole fucking media system, the whole fucking
government system is designed to make you fucking think it's to make you think you're a worker fucking B you're not a worker B you're a fucking human dude. Humans have done
incredible fucking things. We've we fucking, we fly from one continent to another continent
on a fucking machine that weighs like fucking 60 tons or whatever, bro. A hundred times in the air at 600 miles an hour with 400.
But bro, like think of the amazing shit that people have done.
Those people are no different than you.
All you have to do is be able to fucking believe enough in yourself to start doing the work.
And then when you start doing the work long enough, you'll get results which reinforce that belief.
And that cycle repeats itself over and over and over again
until you believe you're a bad motherfucker.
So, and you won't do
that with a $997 fucking course.
Yeah.
Guys, that's three.
So go pay the fucking fee.
That's what's up. We've been sleeping on the floor Now my jewelry box froze Fuck a bowl, fuck a stove
Counted millions in the cold
Bad bitch, booted swole
Got her on bankroll
Can't fold, that's a no
Headshot, case closed
