But on Wednesday, President Joe Biden on Wednesday nominated the Manhattan federal judge overseeing the sex abuse trial of British socialite Elaine Maxwell and a Memphis litigator at a law firm, Butler Snow, to serve as federal appellate court judges. So he had Biden had 64 judicial nominee spots that he could use. I mean, he's using those to, quote, diversify the bench um and if confirmed nathan uh judge nathan who's over the maxwell case right now she'd be the second openly lgbt woman to serve on appell on the appeals court

and mathis the other guy in memphis would be the first black man confirmed to the sixth circuit in 24 years um this is the uh this is the uh judge allison nathan for the maxwell case so we talk about timing right you you can say tinfoil or not you can say conspiracy or not but how weird is it okay that there is a the the probably in my opinion the the biggest fucking court case you could probably have in the history of our country that's implicating hundreds of people possibly, okay? Some of which are probably in that administration currently. How convenient, how convenient while this trial is going on to nominate the judges overseeing this to one of the highest bench positions in this country,
