And he goes, well, why don't you call him and ask him what the policy is? I said, you know what? This is a big dick contest. I said, I said,

So I started putting my shit back on like dude i'm willing to walk out and i i got a fucked up shoulder i'm supposed to have surgery on monday that's inconvenient you know what i'm saying now but i'm willing to do it you gotta do now you gotta find another place well i'm just saying like that's what is happening like bro if motherfuckers would just stop this shit and stop playing along completely, like stop, it would end in a day. Okay. Um, but bad report cards, this is limit the use of Ds and phased out Fs in grading. High schoolers who fail a test or homework assignment can get a do-over or more

time to complete the work. Students who don't ever finish the assignments or who fail the final exam would earn an incomplete instead of just an F or a D. So they're calling this whole new idea of grading, it's called competency-based learning advocates argue that the assessment should be based on the mastery of learning what students have learned instead of how they test or how they score on different assignments and stuff supporters also hope that it will help kids re-engage after nearly two years of virtual learning during the pandemic andy what you got i mean dude it's a disservice to our fucking kids it's a it's a purposeful handicap of that generation of kids no matter

what race no matter what color no matter what background you're teaching kids um idealism you're teaching kids that no matter what they do uh there's going to be a reasonable outcome. And it's just not reality. And that's going to handicap America if our generation doesn't put a stop to this kind of stuff. This is what we're dealing with now. With the Gen Z shit. We're dealing with kids who, the a big portion of these kids because there's actually a lot of conservative generation z kids like a lot of these kids are realizing that a lot of their friends are fucking idiots and they're like they don't want nothing to do with them

with participation trophies and that's the issue with um um, you know, the whole few, this is why I'm so anti, uh, touchy feely fluffy shit because we've fluffed the world so much that like there, you know, people don't realize there's consequences when you don't follow through or you don't work or you don't, there just is. And now what we're seeing bigger picture, bro, is we're seeing these kids who are now in their twenties, their, their mid to low twenties, trying to create enough disruption that it forces the real world to change for them. It's a reflection of nature you we could try to we could try to put you know soft surfaces on the corners and dull the blades and this and that

Like that's not what's keeping it from working. What's keeping it from working is that it's ineffective. Right. Right. And when you look at these school districts and you look at the fact that you know 89 of their eighth graders read at a fourth grade reading level you look at like it's not the standards that the that's the fucking issue right the fish can't climb the tree because you're judging them wrong on his ability of what his strengths are right there's different type of learners some others are visual learners they're they're hands

on learners they're auditory learners right like that's what needs to be overhauled is how we're applying these standards to people but just changing them up and giving everybody the fucking finish line saying you'll be fine we're so far down the list insane of functional education systems that it's i mean like there's plenty of plenty and dozens and dozens of countries that do it better than us oh yeah so it wouldn't be hard to fucking fix the reason it's not fixed is because the teachers union is a bunch of fucking crybabies and people pander to them and that's it yeah you know so parents got to keep doing what they're doing they got to get involved they got to get in those school boards and you know we got to take the shit back and that's reality and when i say we i mean the fucking 80 of america that's not insane yeah right real shit yeah real shit all right moving on headline number two um so it's funny

guys so we actually just met two chicago police officers um here at first form working out and uh so from shy town itself here's the headline chicago mayor blames retailers for increased crime and looting in the city this i mean we i mean that's all you need to know right there let's i mean is there but wait there's more right so let's dig into this and see what exactly the headlines mean okay so chicago mayor lori lightfoot blamed retailers so the stores So the stores, okay, the stores that are getting fucking broken into and robbed and burglarized, she blamed them for not protecting themselves enough from the criminals and looters in the city. It's their fault that the city is becoming unbearable to do business in. So this is the direct quote from Mayor Lightfoot. We still have retailers that won't institute plans

like having security officers in their stores, making sure that they got cameras that are actually operational, locking up their merchandise at night, chaining high-end bags. These purses can be something that is attracting a lot of organized retail theft units. This is unbelievable. It's unreal. So now it's our responsibility, even though we pay taxes for police officers and protection for our homes and our businesses.

Now we have to take that expense on ourselves and still pay tax and still pay taxes. Yep. Yep. Or, you know, I mean, let's be, this is real AF, right? Like this is, this is literally what she just did. this November 2021 to November 2020. Murders up 6%. Criminal sexual assaults up 51%. comparing this november 2021 to november 2020 uh murders up six percent uh criminal sexual assaults up 51 that's in a month bro but look at the year to year difference exactly the year to year difference no that's what it is so so no it's so the the number on the left the 53 that's november of 2021 the 50s november 2020 what so this is just crime complaints correct so you got you got murder six percent criminal 36 this is the last seven days so this is just the one week so this is one week from

november of this year to one week of november of last year all right so this is the whole month got it so we're looking on this side so So criminal sexual assaults up 51%. Robbery, 13%. Aggravated batteries, 26%. The overall crime's up 25% just from the November of last year. And this lady is saying that it's all okay. It's insane, man. It's insane. I don't get it.
